- 0:00Speaker 1: Everybody, welcome to Vince on a Tuesday. Great to have
- 0:03Speaker 1: you with us. I hope if you had a long
- 0:05Speaker 1: weekend that it was a great one. It is glad
- 0:07Speaker 1: to have you. I am very glad to have you
- 0:08Speaker 1: back with me. I've got a big show ahead today.
- 0:10Speaker 1: We hear from the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights,
- 0:14Speaker 1: Harmeet Dhillon, today. It's the interview that's got the whole
- 0:17Speaker 1: internet talking. We'll share that with you, get your reaction
- 0:22Speaker 1: to it if you're in the live chat. And then
- 0:24Speaker 1: coming up on this program, Mark Houck stops by. That's right.
- 0:28Speaker 1: The father and the family who are absolutely terrorized by
- 0:32Speaker 1: the Biden administration accusing that father of violating something called
- 0:36Speaker 1: the FACE Act. The FACE Act. Well, we just saw
- 0:40Speaker 1: the FACE Act violated for real in Minnesota this past
- 0:43Speaker 1: weekend as deranged lefties poured into a church, invaded it
- 0:47Speaker 1: and terrorized the Christians who were assembling for their weekly service.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We'll talk to Mark Houck about what should happen next.
- 0:55Speaker 1: That's all ahead. on this special edition of Vince. It
- 0:59Speaker 1: is so good to have you with us. I want
- 1:01Speaker 1: to thank our great sponsors who make this show possible.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Fatty 15, wonderful. You ever think about aging? Does aging
- 1:07Speaker 1: force you to think about it? Aging is a tough thing.
- 1:10Speaker 1: You start to feel your energy levels go down. You
- 1:12Speaker 1: start to feel those little aches and those pains. Well,
- 1:14Speaker 1: I'm telling you, I'm very excited about something called C15
- 1:17Speaker 1: from Fatty 15. It's the first essential fatty acid to
- 1:20Speaker 1: be discovered in more than 90 years. Fatty 15 co-founder, Dr.
- 1:24Speaker 1: Stephanie Van Watson, discovered the benefits of C-15 while working
- 1:28Speaker 1: with the United States Navy. And based on studies, we
- 1:32Speaker 1: do know that when our cells don't have enough C-15,
- 1:34Speaker 1: they can age faster. Fatty 15 can help you repair
- 1:37Speaker 1: and protect your age-related damage to your cells and help
- 1:40Speaker 1: activate pathways in your body that repair mechanisms that support
- 1:44Speaker 1: your overall wellness. Fatty 15 is science-backed, award-winning, vegan, and
- 1:49Speaker 1: it's 100% pure C-15 supplement. And refills are shipped right
- 1:54Speaker 1: to your door. I know this because they're shipped right
- 1:57Speaker 1: to my door and I love fatty 15. I take
- 2:00Speaker 1: it every day. It feels great. Fatty 15 is on
- 2:02Speaker 1: a mission to optimize your C15 levels and help you
- 2:05Speaker 1: support your long-term health and wellness, especially as you age,
- 2:08Speaker 1: you can get an additional 15% off of their 90

- 2:21Speaker 1: not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- 2:30Speaker 1: We've got a lot that's developed since the raid by
- 2:33Speaker 1: those deranged lefties in St. Paul, Minnesota over the weekend.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Every level of the United States federal government is being
- 2:40Speaker 1: attentive to the crimes that were committed this weekend. And yes,
- 2:44Speaker 1: those were crimes. And yes, the Trump administration is now
- 2:49Speaker 1: telling us there will absolutely be arrests related to that
- 2:54Speaker 1: raid on that church. Now, who's going to get arrested?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Is Don Lemon going to get arrested? Is that deranged
- 2:59Speaker 1: birgo that's screaming in the faces of the National Guardsmen
- 3:03Speaker 1: in Washington, D.C., and then goes into that church in Minnesota?
- 3:08Speaker 1: His name's William Kelly. Is that guy getting arrested? Well,
- 3:11Speaker 1: it remains to be seen who gets the handcuffs placed
- 3:14Speaker 1: on them. But as far as you and I are concerned,
- 3:16Speaker 1: every single person who decided to pour into that church,
- 3:19Speaker 1: invade that space, violate the first amendment rights of those
- 3:22Speaker 1: Christians and menace the children inside of that church. All
- 3:26Speaker 1: of them deserve justice. Every single one of them. And
- 3:30Speaker 1: that's the subject of my next interview. Harmeet Dhillon is
- 3:33Speaker 1: the assistant attorney general for civil rights for the United
- 3:36Speaker 1: States department of justice. She's a Patriot. She's been in
- 3:39Speaker 1: the fight for a long time. She's been fighting for
- 3:41Speaker 1: civil rights from outside of the government. And now she's
- 3:43Speaker 1: in a unique position to do something to protect our
- 3:45Speaker 1: civil rights within our The government. I spoke to her
- 3:49Speaker 1: yesterday on the big national radio show. We had a brief,
- 3:52Speaker 1: but I think important interview. She covered a lot of ground.
- 3:56Speaker 1: And I want you to hear this because I think
- 3:58Speaker 1: it's super important that you hear what the government is
- 4:00Speaker 1: actually up to right now and what the limitations are.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I asked her, well, why aren't these guys in handcuffs now?
- 4:06Speaker 1: What's the explanation? And she gives you some answers for
- 4:10Speaker 1: the live chat. I want you to pay attention to
- 4:11Speaker 1: this interview. Take a listen. And then I want to
- 4:13Speaker 1: get your reaction on the other side. Here's my interview
- 4:15Speaker 1: with the Assistant Attorney General of the United States for
- 4:18Speaker 1: Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon. It is good to have you
- 4:20Speaker 1: with us, Harmeet. Thank you so much.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Yeah, thanks for having me, Ben.
- 4:25Speaker 1: Okay, so what stands out to you? There's a bunch
- 4:28Speaker 1: of radical lefties. They invade this Baptist church in St.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Paul yesterday. What are the things that you are watching
- 4:35Speaker 1: or were looking at very closely?
- 4:38Speaker 2: Well, we have sent prosecutors to Minneapolis who are working
- 4:42Speaker 2: together with the U.S. attorneys and the FBI's office. We're
- 4:45Speaker 2: reviewing all the video that people have put out there.
- 4:49Speaker 2: We're getting video from the church itself. We've already spoken
- 4:53Speaker 2: to the pastor. The attorney general initiated that. She's checking
- 4:56Speaker 2: in with me every couple of hours on it, and
- 4:58Speaker 2: I can tell you it's the top priority for us.
- 5:01Speaker 2: We are looking at violations of the Federal Faith Act
- 5:04Speaker 2: as well as the Klan Act and related statutes.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And how quickly could you put someone in handcuffs? I
- 5:12Speaker 1: saw you posting on social media today that one of
- 5:14Speaker 1: the impediments to progress there could be federal judges. What
- 5:18Speaker 1: should we look for?
- 5:21Speaker 2: So here's the sequence of events in real life. I'm
- 5:24Speaker 2: seeing the thousands of tweets of panicking, dunking on the
- 5:27Speaker 2: DOJ for not immediately arresting people and asking questions later.
- 5:30Speaker 2: That's not how it works in real life. In real life,
- 5:33Speaker 2: you do an investigation, you get your charges together. There
- 5:37Speaker 2: may be further charges later on, but for an arrest warrant,
- 5:40Speaker 2: you have to get a federal judge to sign off
- 5:43Speaker 2: on it. Now, yesterday was a Sunday. Today is a
- 5:45Speaker 2: federal holiday. And even when it is not a federal holiday,
- 5:49Speaker 2: these judges are not doing things at the pace that
- 5:52Speaker 2: we would like. We've had a huge volume of arrests
- 5:55Speaker 2: in Minneapolis, and they're doing a handful of them a day.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And so that's one of the problems here. Eventually, as
- 6:03Speaker 2: fast as we can reasonably, there will be arrests in
- 6:06Speaker 2: this situation. Based on the video I've seen, there are
- 6:10Speaker 2: clear violations of the SAIT Act, really very clear. The
- 6:13Speaker 2: only question is, who are all the participants, and are
- 6:17Speaker 2: there other conspirators, and who provided material support, and who's
- 6:22Speaker 2: involved in this? So those are kind of the questions.
- 6:25Speaker 2: So I do expect that you're going to see rapid
- 6:27Speaker 2: action here. The Attorney General is extremely motivated on this.
- 6:31Speaker 1: I saw you told Benny Johnson earlier today that by
- 6:33Speaker 1: next week, Sunday, the message will be clear that you
- 6:37Speaker 1: can't invade a church in this way. Does that mean
- 6:39Speaker 1: you anticipate arrests before the weekend?
- 6:41Speaker 2: I mean, I hope we can see that. But my
- 6:45Speaker 2: point is that everyone in the country should feel comforted
- 6:48Speaker 2: by the extremely rapid and high-level response to this crime.
- 6:53Speaker 2: It was a crime that occurred in Minneapolis at this church.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it sure looks like it. So among the
- 7:01Speaker 1: people who went into the church was Don Lemon, who
- 7:05Speaker 1: was filming himself throughout the day, supporting the people who
- 7:10Speaker 1: went into the church. In the morning, he was giving
- 7:11Speaker 1: them donuts and coffee. And then he went up to
- 7:14Speaker 1: the pulpit and was confronting the pastor. And then afterwards,
- 7:18Speaker 1: he said that traumatizing children is a feature of protest.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Are you keeping a close eye on Don Lemon's activities
- 7:24Speaker 1: in that church?
- 7:26Speaker 3: Look, I.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Certainly a lot of the video that we are looking
- 7:29Speaker 2: at is put out by him, including additional statements from him.
- 7:33Speaker 2: What I have said publicly about this, and I don't
- 7:35Speaker 2: want to prejudge anything, and everyone's entitled to a presumption
- 7:38Speaker 2: of innocence, is that a journalist is not inoculated from
- 7:42Speaker 2: criminal charges just because they say they're a journalist or
- 7:46Speaker 2: they switch hats rapidly between being a journalist and a participant.
- 7:50Speaker 2: And so you can't embed yourself in a crime... and
- 7:54Speaker 2: then say, I'm a journalist, I'm just filming it for,
- 7:57Speaker 2: you know, for clicks or whatever, it's a crime to
- 8:00Speaker 2: go into a house of worship and disrupt it. And so,
- 8:03Speaker 2: you know, we're looking at the video and we are
- 8:06Speaker 2: making our judgments and we're talking to witnesses. Not everything
- 8:09Speaker 2: is on video, so there are witnesses who can give
- 8:11Speaker 2: us some information about the initial encounters and what went on. But,
- 8:16Speaker 2: you know, just whether he's the subject of a criminal
- 8:20Speaker 2: investigation or not, He's bringing coffee to the organizers. He's
- 8:24Speaker 2: kissing them. He's saying we outside the church. So these
- 8:28Speaker 2: are all things that he's put out there that we're
- 8:30Speaker 2: looking at.
- 8:32Speaker 1: As you tackle this, if we see charges brought and
- 8:35Speaker 1: we begin kind of uncorking what exactly went down, I
- 8:38Speaker 1: would assume that that would help get access to whoever's
- 8:41Speaker 1: organizing all of this too, right? I mean, is it
- 8:44Speaker 1: possible that we could spill into further crimes like conspiracy
- 8:48Speaker 1: and the broader groups that are behind these types of
- 8:50Speaker 1: deprivations of civil rights?
- 8:53Speaker 2: Well, the Klan Act is a conspiracy statute. We're looking
- 8:56Speaker 2: at Section 241 and 242 of the Klan Act. Those
- 8:59Speaker 2: are the acts that the Biden administration used, actually, to
- 9:02Speaker 2: prosecute and bring felony charges against peaceful, praying pro-life activists
- 9:10Speaker 2: trying to save lives outside abortion clinics. So, you know,
- 9:14Speaker 2: those are some of the things that we're looking at.
- 9:16Speaker 1: And then as far as your record, I don't think
- 9:19Speaker 1: people realize you have been prosecuting people who have been attacking, defacing,
- 9:24Speaker 1: or interrupting churches, correct?
- 9:27Speaker 2: Oh, 100%. We have had numerous prosecutions and convictions, including
- 9:31Speaker 2: a guy from California who put bomb-filled backpacks in California, Arizona,
- 9:37Speaker 2: and Colorado churches. We have civil cases involving land use
- 9:42Speaker 2: discrimination and America's Disabilities Act with respect to church-run programs
- 9:49Speaker 2: and schools. We have prosecuted successfully— we' re prosecuting a guy who
- 9:56Speaker 2: beheaded a statue of the Virgin Mary. You know, we've
- 10:01Speaker 2: had numerous successful prosecutions here. I see this narrative online, oh,
- 10:05Speaker 2: you know, nothing will happen. Plenty has happened, and that's
- 10:09Speaker 2: just lazy and unfair. So not to mention the synagogue cases.
- 10:13Speaker 2: There are multiple. I visited multiple synagogues. synagogues that have
- 10:16Speaker 2: been the subject of violent incidents, and we have base
- 10:21Speaker 2: act investigations and conspiracy investigations ongoing in those cases. And
- 10:27Speaker 2: to pick up on something you said earlier, Vince, finding
- 10:31Speaker 2: out who is funding this chaos and this anarchy and
- 10:36Speaker 2: this violence in our country is is across the DOJ
- 10:40Speaker 2: a very high priority. I have been engaged in that
- 10:43Speaker 2: with respect to protests, so-called protests on the college campuses
- 10:47Speaker 2: by Students for Justice for Palestine and other groups like that.
- 10:50Speaker 2: We have a very broad focus on these issues, and
- 10:53Speaker 2: it is a top priority to find out who's behind
- 10:55Speaker 2: it so we can stop it and get back to
- 11:00Speaker 2: the law and order in this country, at least at
- 11:01Speaker 2: the federal level. And the final point I'd like to
- 11:03Speaker 2: make for you regarding this issue is that... that Minnesota
- 11:08Speaker 2: prosecutors should be prosecuting this and they aren't. So they're
- 11:10Speaker 2: the first line of attack.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Yes, they are. There's a lot of Americans out there
- 11:13Speaker 1: who want their country back. They're rooting you on. Harmeet Dhillon,
- 11:16Speaker 1: Civil Rights Division at the Justice Department. Thank you. Keep
- 11:19Speaker 1: up the good work. Thank you again, Harmeet Dhillon, appearing
- 11:22Speaker 1: on the big national radio show yesterday. We had a
- 11:24Speaker 1: quick phone call, but I think an important one. And
- 11:27Speaker 1: I'm watching here in our live chat on Rumble, a
- 11:29Speaker 1: lot of reactions to this. A lot of people like
- 11:31Speaker 1: Harmeet Dhillon. They think she's very competent. By the way,
- 11:34Speaker 1: all of that was very well-explained on her part. Some
- 11:38Speaker 1: of the reaction I'm seeing, people are saying, well, how
- 11:40Speaker 1: is it that the left arrests and then ask questions later?
- 11:43Speaker 1: And then the right tries to, you know, basically gather
- 11:46Speaker 1: evidence and then make the arrests. That's because we're the
- 11:49Speaker 1: ones who follow the rule of law. That is the distinction.
- 11:52Speaker 1: We are the ones who follow the rule of law.
- 11:53Speaker 1: We're the ones who respect and maintain and uphold the constitution.
- 11:57Speaker 1: The left is trying to tear it up. We are
- 11:59Speaker 1: trying to hold this country together. But one of the
- 12:02Speaker 1: overwhelming reactions I've seen to this, not just in our
- 12:04Speaker 1: live rumble chat today, But also yesterday, as I posted
- 12:08Speaker 1: this interview live to the Web, just thousands of people
- 12:11Speaker 1: writing in. And a lot of the reaction was frustration, frustration,
- 12:16Speaker 1: just that we've gone on so long and we haven't
- 12:19Speaker 1: seen the big show stopping arrests that are necessary to
- 12:24Speaker 1: get our country back in order. Harmeet's right, by the way,
- 12:27Speaker 1: the Justice Department deserves credit for every arrest and prosecution
- 12:30Speaker 1: and imprisonment that they've secured. And that includes of nearly
- 12:34Speaker 1: 100 Somalis who've been defrauding the United States of upwards
- 12:37Speaker 1: of $ 20 billion, people just being thrown behind bars. I
- 12:41Speaker 1: love that, and that deserves a lot of attention. The
- 12:44Speaker 1: thousands of children who are being rescued from these awful
- 12:48Speaker 1: situations of sex slavery and disappearing into the country, being
- 12:52Speaker 1: forced into slave labor. The Trump administration is just rescuing
- 12:56Speaker 1: people like crazy. So there are lots of things to
- 12:59Speaker 1: be proud of. But the big thing that you and
- 13:02Speaker 1: I want in terms of riding this ship is a
- 13:05Speaker 1: very real and successful prosecution and conviction of the people
- 13:10Speaker 1: who've just been hurting this country. And that includes anybody
- 13:12Speaker 1: who dared pour into that jail, sorry, poured into that church, rather,
- 13:16Speaker 1: over the weekend. And anybody who was involved in organizing
- 13:20Speaker 1: an attack on Christians of that nature. That it just
- 13:23Speaker 1: is as clear as day. And so do I find
- 13:26Speaker 1: encouragement in what Harmeet Dhillon had to say? Yeah, I do.
- 13:29Speaker 1: She says there are definitely going to be arrests. They
- 13:32Speaker 1: are moving as quickly as humanly possible, given the limitations
- 13:36Speaker 1: of some of these radical and slow judges that they
- 13:38Speaker 1: have to deal with through this process. But they say
- 13:41Speaker 1: they're on it. So what do we do? Well, we
- 13:43Speaker 1: hold them to it. And I think it's good. Look,
- 13:46Speaker 1: as much as I like our meat, I think it's
- 13:48Speaker 1: good that people keep the fires burning. You know what
- 13:52Speaker 1: I mean? Like that we just keep reminding the government
- 13:54Speaker 1: that we're vigilant to this, that we care a lot
- 13:56Speaker 1: about this because they hear this. They hear this. And
- 14:00Speaker 1: as long as we keep the fire burning, that helps
- 14:02Speaker 1: them keep the fire burning, too. They know it's important
- 14:04Speaker 1: to us. So that's good. Finally, one of the other
- 14:07Speaker 1: big things that I saw in the chat that I
- 14:10Speaker 1: think is kind of clever is maybe Harmeet for attorney general.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Have we considered this? Is that currently in the thought
- 14:20Speaker 1: process at the White House? Pam Bondi is in the
- 14:22Speaker 1: job right now. God knows how long she'll continue to
- 14:25Speaker 1: do that. But should she ever leave? Well, who's up next?
- 14:29Speaker 1: Harmeet is a proven warrior. She might be perfect for it.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Something to think about. All right, more in a moment.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Don Lemon was in that building. Don Lemon is absolutely
- 14:41Speaker 1: spazzing out right now that Harmeet Dhillon and the United
- 14:45Speaker 1: States Department of Justice is paying attention at all to
- 14:48Speaker 1: his behavior this weekend. I'll get to that. But first,
- 14:51Speaker 1: I want to thank BrickHouse Nutrition for being a great
- 14:53Speaker 1: sponsor of this program. Doctors, they say weight cycling is
- 14:57Speaker 1: something that half of all Americans do It's when you
- 15:00Speaker 1: lose 10 or more pounds, but then you put the
- 15:02Speaker 1: weight back on, plus a couple of more. This can
- 15:05Speaker 1: be very tough on your body, and it probably leaves
- 15:07Speaker 1: you very frustrated. The bottom line is simple. Most people
- 15:10Speaker 1: need help losing weight. Here's a great way to do it,
- 15:13Speaker 1: to lose it and keep it off. Non-prescription lean by
- 15:16Speaker 1: Brickhouse Nutrition was created by doctors. Lean is an oral supplement.
- 15:20Speaker 1: It's not an injection. And the science? Well, it's very impressive.
- 15:23Speaker 1: The studied ingredients target weight loss in three very powerful ways.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Lean helps you maintain healthy blood sugar. It helps you
- 15:30Speaker 1: control appetite and cravings, and it helps you burn fat
- 15:33Speaker 1: by converting that fat into energy. Burning fat does help
- 15:36Speaker 1: keep the weight off. If you want to lose meaningful
- 15:39Speaker 1: weight at a healthy pace and keep it off, add
- 15:41Speaker 1: Lean by BrickHouse Nutrition to your diet and your exercise lifestyle.
- 15:45Speaker 1: Get 20% off when you enter the code Vince at TakeLean.com.
- 15:50Speaker 1: That's code Vince at TakeLean.com. These statements have not been
- 15:54Speaker 1: evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure,
- 15:59Speaker 1: or prevent any disease, and it's not a substitute or
- 16:01Speaker 1: alternative for care from a healthcare provider. Thank you to BrickHouse.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Great people. One other thing here, many other things here,
- 16:10Speaker 1: but let me just, while I'm thinking about it, you
- 16:13Speaker 1: heard Harmeet Dhillon say that Minnesota authorities could have acted immediately.
- 16:20Speaker 1: On Sunday, after this gross violation of the civil rights
- 16:24Speaker 1: of those Christians takes place in Minnesota. Minnesota could have moved.
- 16:29Speaker 1: They could have arrested everybody involved, but they did not
- 16:33Speaker 1: do that. So it is sort of another sign. It's
- 16:37Speaker 1: an explicit sign, actually, of Minnesota's insurrection. The insurrection continues.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Local authorities... are giving double-barrel middle fingers to their own
- 16:47Speaker 1: people and to the people of the United States and
- 16:49Speaker 1: the federal government of the United States. No, we're not
- 16:51Speaker 1: going to enforce these laws. No, we're not going to
- 16:53Speaker 1: protect our own people. So if you have a state
- 16:56Speaker 1: that's in open insurrection as a result of its leaders' decisions,
- 17:00Speaker 1: what recourse do you have? Well, the Insurrection Act. What
- 17:06Speaker 1: is that if not another invitation for the Insurrection Act
- 17:09Speaker 1: if Minnesota won't arrest the bad guys who menace Christians
- 17:14Speaker 1: inside of their church. Obviously. Another call for the Trump
- 17:18Speaker 1: administration to step up on that issue. It does sound
- 17:22Speaker 1: very insurrection-y, Zoidborg. I agree with you. Very insurrection-y. Now,
- 17:26Speaker 1: Don Lemon is insisting that he's not guilty of anything.
- 17:30Speaker 1: In fact, people are just targeting him because he's black
- 17:35Speaker 1: and he's gay. Yeah, that's right. Don Lemon, it's not
- 17:39Speaker 1: his fault that he broke the law. It's your fault.
- 17:43Speaker 1: for even talking about it. And you're a racist and
- 17:46Speaker 1: a bigot and a sexist and whatever else. Here's Don
- 17:50Speaker 1: Lemon cut three going on one of a lot of
- 17:52Speaker 1: podcasts yesterday, trying to desperately figure out a way to
- 17:56Speaker 1: squirm out of this.
- 17:57Speaker 4: Watch.
- 17:58Speaker 1: There is obviously this, there's racism.
- 18:00Speaker 5: And at the whole point of it is that they're
- 18:01Speaker 5: trying to, they're detaining people on the streets because of
- 18:04Speaker 5: accents and the color of their skin. And they're also targeting,
- 18:07Speaker 5: they're targeting people of color and black people as well
- 18:10Speaker 5: as brown people. So there is a certain degree of
- 18:13Speaker 5: racism there. And there's a certain degree of entitlement. I
- 18:15Speaker 5: think people who are in religious groups like that, it's
- 18:19Speaker 5: not the type of Christianity that I practice, but I
- 18:21Speaker 5: think that they're entitled. And that entitlement comes from a supremacy,
- 18:26Speaker 5: a white supremacy. And they think that this country was
- 18:28Speaker 5: built for them, that it is a Christian country when
- 18:30Speaker 5: actually we left England because we wanted religious freedom. It's
- 18:33Speaker 5: religious freedom, but only if you're a Christian and only
- 18:36Speaker 5: if you're a white male, pretty much.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Yeah. Everything he just said was a lie. And also,
- 18:42Speaker 1: I love this. I just keep you keep sticking with
- 18:44Speaker 1: that that sheet music. Well, you're done. Just keep going
- 18:47Speaker 1: with that, that any scrutiny you receive is white supremacy,
- 18:50Speaker 1: that that when you break the law, it's everybody else's
- 18:53Speaker 1: moral failure for noticing. Now, you broke the law. There's
- 18:57Speaker 1: video of you all day. hanging out with these lunatics,
- 19:00Speaker 1: buying them coffee and donuts in the morning, concealing their
- 19:04Speaker 1: true intents, saying you couldn't point your camera at them
- 19:07Speaker 1: because they were giving out the details of what they
- 19:09Speaker 1: were about to do, going with them to the church
- 19:12Speaker 1: to menace the Christians, going to the pulpit in order
- 19:16Speaker 1: to disrupt the minister in the middle of his sermon,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and then leaving and then bragging about how protest movements
- 19:23Speaker 1: terrorize children. You said, look at those kids or They
- 19:25Speaker 1: seem so traumatized. But that's what protest is supposed to do. No,
- 19:30Speaker 1: that's not what protest is supposed to traumatizing children in
- 19:33Speaker 1: order to achieve political goals is terrorism. It's not protest.
- 19:38Speaker 1: That's terrorism. You're terrorizing someone in order to affect the
- 19:42Speaker 1: political outcome, in order to secure power. You're disgusting. A
- 19:47Speaker 1: protest is when people peaceably assemble to make their voices
- 19:51Speaker 1: heard and to tell their leaders that they want something different.
- 19:56Speaker 1: That's a protest, not what you just did. That was
- 19:59Speaker 1: just menacing Christians in a church. It's disgusting. So yes,
- 20:03Speaker 1: Don Lemon's under investigation. You heard Army Dylan say it
- 20:06Speaker 1: a moment ago. And he says, you know, one of
- 20:09Speaker 1: the reasons they're going after him is because he's the
- 20:12Speaker 1: biggest name and he's a gay black man in America
- 20:16Speaker 1: and America's out to get him.
- 20:17Speaker 5: Look, it's an intimidation tactic. And, you know, I said,
- 20:21Speaker 5: I don't understand how I've become the face of it.
- 20:23Speaker 5: When I was a journalist, I do understand that I'm
- 20:25Speaker 5: the biggest name there. And I'm also, as I was
- 20:28Speaker 5: on with my producers this morning, you know, you and
- 20:30Speaker 5: Kylie talk all the time. My producers were saying, I said,
- 20:32Speaker 5: how did I become the face of this? And my
- 20:33Speaker 5: producer said, Don, you're a gay black man in America.
- 20:40Speaker 1: What does Don have to do? Didn't he marry a
- 20:42Speaker 1: white dude, by the way? He's trying. He's trying. What
- 20:50Speaker 1: does he have against black men? Why didn't he marry
- 20:51Speaker 1: a black guy? Don, he's unbelievable. I mean, he's so brazen.
- 20:56Speaker 1: He's just ridiculous. He is a narcissist. The guy's crazy.
- 21:01Speaker 1: And so, yeah, no, he feels the heat. He doesn't
- 21:05Speaker 1: like that everybody's paying attention to him. So yesterday he
- 21:07Speaker 1: called for backups. He said, well, somebody's got to protect me.
- 21:09Speaker 1: And if you're in Minnesota, if you're ever in trouble
- 21:12Speaker 1: with the law in Minnesota and you're working to advance
- 21:15Speaker 1: the goals of the radical left, who else would you call?
- 21:18Speaker 1: Then the attorney general of the state, Keith Ellison, Keith Ellison,
- 21:23Speaker 1: who was a former Congressman and an Islamist and a,
- 21:27Speaker 1: and now the attorney general of the state of Minnesota,
- 21:30Speaker 1: a guy who does not believe in upholding the rule
- 21:32Speaker 1: of law. He's just corrupt as the day is long.
- 21:35Speaker 1: And he, uh, He was caught on tape, remember, talking
- 21:39Speaker 1: to Somali donors who were asking him to help take
- 21:42Speaker 1: pressure off of them as investigations were going after all
- 21:46Speaker 1: of the fraud. And he said, sure, sure. Basically, you
- 21:48Speaker 1: just donate to my political campaign and money buys you freedom.
- 21:52Speaker 1: So they donated to his political campaign. And his promise
- 21:55Speaker 1: was that a couple of phone calls from the attorney
- 21:57Speaker 1: general's office will get this all cleaned up. And sure enough,
- 22:00Speaker 1: in Minnesota, the way that it operates, the Democrats who
- 22:03Speaker 1: run the state either turn a blind eye to the
- 22:06Speaker 1: fraud or where they punish the whistleblowers who attempt to
- 22:09Speaker 1: expose it. That's what Tim Walz and Keith Ellison have done.
- 22:11Speaker 1: That's their track record, as they line their pockets with
- 22:14Speaker 1: their ill-gotten gains. So here's Keith Ellison. He goes on
- 22:18Speaker 1: Don Lemon's podcast yesterday. Don Lemon, who just flagrantly violated
- 22:24Speaker 1: the FACE Act on camera, now has the attorney general
- 22:27Speaker 1: of the state of Minnesota on. You heard a moment
- 22:29Speaker 1: ago from Harmeet Dhillon saying Minnesota authorities should be arresting
- 22:32Speaker 1: these people. Arresting? They're cozying up to them. They're doing
- 22:37Speaker 1: their podcasts together. Here's Don Lemon, Keith Ellison, and for
- 22:41Speaker 1: some reason, D.L. Hughley all on the same screen. Watch.
- 22:44Speaker 5: General, I know you know what's going on. I'm sure
- 22:46Speaker 5: you've heard of what's going on. What do you think
- 22:48Speaker 5: of this and what happened at the church and all that?
- 22:52Speaker 1: Well, let me tell you.
- 22:54Speaker 6: I think that, you know, the protest is fundamental to
- 22:59Speaker 6: American society. This country started in a protest. And, you know,
- 23:03Speaker 6: it's Freedom of expression. People have a right to lift
- 23:07Speaker 6: up their voices and make their peace. And none of
- 23:10Speaker 6: us are immune from the voice of the of the public.
- 23:14Speaker 6: So I quite honestly, I think that you got the
- 23:16Speaker 6: First Amendment, freedom of religion and the freedom of First Amendment,
- 23:20Speaker 6: freedom of expression. And I think that, you know, it's
- 23:23Speaker 6: just I think it's just something to.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Live with in a society like this. Something you just
- 23:31Speaker 1: got to live with in a society like this. I
- 23:32Speaker 1: don't know. Does Keith Ellison go to a mosque? Is
- 23:34Speaker 1: that his thing? How would he feel if you poured
- 23:37Speaker 1: into his mosque and started chanting to his imam during
- 23:41Speaker 1: their services? How would he feel? How exactly would that
- 23:44Speaker 1: go down? Would that not be the biggest civil rights
- 23:48Speaker 1: violation that ever occurred in American history? Would that not
- 23:51Speaker 1: be cause for rioting? Would that not be cause for
- 23:54Speaker 1: utter chaos? What is he even talking about? oh, you
- 23:58Speaker 1: just got to deal with it. It's just the kind
- 24:00Speaker 1: of thing you got to deal with. No, it's not. No,
- 24:02Speaker 1: it's not. In fact, the people who poured into that
- 24:04Speaker 1: church are lucky that they didn't have a table flipped
- 24:08Speaker 1: directly into their faces. I mean, there was extraordinary levels
- 24:12Speaker 1: of Christian patience on display from the people inside of
- 24:15Speaker 1: that Baptist church who were stunned by what they were
- 24:17Speaker 1: encountering and who tried to gently talk everything down into
- 24:21Speaker 1: a cooler event. But I'm telling you, you crossed the
- 24:24Speaker 1: wrong person. Someone's going to put a fist straight through
- 24:26Speaker 1: your face in an event like that. I'm talking sincere
- 24:30Speaker 1: Christians who are looking to defend their churches. It's getting
- 24:33Speaker 1: too crazy. And Keith Allison is the attorney general of
- 24:35Speaker 1: the state making excuses for all of this. That's totally fine.
- 24:39Speaker 1: He just shrugs it off. You're wondering why Minnesota has
- 24:43Speaker 1: become a complete dumpster fire. Look no further than the
- 24:45Speaker 1: state's attorney general who keeps breathing life into all of this.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Speaking of somebody who should be arrested, somebody who should
- 24:52Speaker 1: be charged, we got this guy on tape promising to
- 24:56Speaker 1: take the, the, the investigations away from these Somalis. It
- 25:02Speaker 1: seems pretty clear to me what's going on. And the
- 25:06Speaker 1: attorney general of the state of Minnesota is not the
- 25:09Speaker 1: only person in the prosecutory level that's pulling this kind
- 25:14Speaker 1: of bullshit. The Minnesota assistant attorney general is a woman
- 25:19Speaker 1: called Ann Keeling. And she was just caught inside of
- 25:23Speaker 1: encrypted messages communicating with anti-ICE groups. Here's the Daily Caller.
- 25:30Speaker 1: They've got a piece up on this today. Minnesota's assistant
- 25:33Speaker 1: attorney general was allegedly active participant in anti-ICE groups. This
- 25:40Speaker 1: is Ann Keeling. She offered her assistance to activists in
- 25:43Speaker 1: an anti-U.S. immigration and customs enforcement group chat, according to
- 25:48Speaker 1: an ex-account on Saturday. Of course, leftist groups have been
- 25:51Speaker 1: ramping up their activities after Renee Good got herself killed
- 25:55Speaker 1: on January 7th. According to Crimewatch Minneapolis, an ex-user who
- 25:59Speaker 1: obtained alleged photos from one of the anti-ice signal chat groups,
- 26:03Speaker 1: Keeling made contact with the group through a person who
- 26:06Speaker 1: was a member, notifying them of her position in the
- 26:09Speaker 1: department and asked for assistance. Direct contact here is helpful,
- 26:16Speaker 1: the text said. Ann helped with two friends... from Pizza Luce,
- 26:20Speaker 1: who got detained yesterday. So she's running around trying to
- 26:23Speaker 1: help illegals. Hi, all. My day job is Minnesota Assistant
- 26:27Speaker 1: Attorney General. I work for Keith Ellison, she says in
- 26:30Speaker 1: the message that's passed along. We've heard your concerns through
- 26:33Speaker 1: our consumer hotline. We're seeking detailed information from the public
- 26:37Speaker 1: right now to help us. If you or someone you
- 26:39Speaker 1: know has information to share with us along these lines,
- 26:41Speaker 1: and they want, and then it gets cut off. But
- 26:43Speaker 1: in other words, if they want to share it, here's how.
- 26:46Speaker 1: They go on to say that she is happy to
- 26:48Speaker 1: take messages on Signal. Now, Signal is, of course, an
- 26:53Speaker 1: encrypted messaging service. This is designed to be out of
- 26:57Speaker 1: public sight. It's designed to be communications that you and
- 27:00Speaker 1: I don't get to see in any capacity. And she's
- 27:03Speaker 1: the assistant attorney general of an entire state trying to
- 27:06Speaker 1: have encrypted communications with the anti-ICE lunatics who keep taking
- 27:11Speaker 1: over the streets of places like Minneapolis and disrupting ice
- 27:15Speaker 1: operations and causing more peril for that community allowing child
- 27:19Speaker 1: rapists to run free homicidal maniacs that's who the assistant
- 27:23Speaker 1: attorney general is interested in protecting it's not the people
- 27:26Speaker 1: of minnesota it's not about getting the rapists and murderers
- 27:29Speaker 1: off the streets she's running a protection racket for those
- 27:31Speaker 1: people and she's doing it via encrypted messaging systems so
- 27:36Speaker 1: that's that's what minnesota is dealing with right now my
- 27:38Speaker 1: my heart goes out and my prayers always to the
- 27:41Speaker 1: people of minnesota i know we got a lot of
- 27:42Speaker 1: great people in minnesota who are suffering under this regime.
- 27:45Speaker 1: I hear from them all the time. They're constantly getting
- 27:47Speaker 1: in touch with me, calling into the radio show, telling me, God,
- 27:49Speaker 1: I live in Minnesota, Vince, and it is so different
- 27:52Speaker 1: than what it used to be. And it's the Democrats
- 27:55Speaker 1: who are running it into the ground. They absolutely are.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Tampon Tim Wall's doing that very thing. But this is
- 28:02Speaker 1: why we need these intense consequences. This is why everybody
- 28:05Speaker 1: who violated the FACE Act this past weekend should deserve
- 28:08Speaker 1: not only to be put in handcuffs, But I'm all
- 28:11Speaker 1: for the perp walks now. Just give me the full
- 28:13Speaker 1: theatrical treatment of these people. Just do it because we
- 28:17Speaker 1: need to send a message of deterrence. UFA, UFO, that's
- 28:21Speaker 1: the message. And it should be over and over and
- 28:24Speaker 1: over again. Now, my next guest, well, he's really felt
- 28:29Speaker 1: the brunt of a tyrannical government who employed the FACE
- 28:32Speaker 1: Act against him. They hurt him. and i've mark how
- 28:38Speaker 1: i think i think he's going to be able to
- 28:40Speaker 1: provide us some very good information about what he's observing
- 28:43Speaker 1: here uh as the face act really is violated by
- 28:46Speaker 1: the people who poured into that church we'll talk to
- 28:47Speaker 1: mark in in just a moment before we get there
- 28:50Speaker 1: our great sponsors include bowl and branch i'll tell you
- 28:53Speaker 1: what man we love bowl and branch in my house

- 29:20Speaker 1: They get even softer with every wash. But that waffle blanket?

- 31:25Speaker 1: AmericanFinancing.net slash Vince. It was October of 2021 and a
- 31:28Speaker 1: gentleman by the name of Mark Houck was standing outside
- 31:31Speaker 1: of a Philadelphia abortion mill with his son. That's when
- 31:34Speaker 1: a a delusional left-wing activist, got into the face of
- 31:50Speaker 1: his boy, Mark, stepped in between them, pushed the guy back.
- 31:54Speaker 1: And for defending his son, well, the Biden administration decided
- 31:58Speaker 1: to destroy his life. They accused Mark of violating something
- 32:02Speaker 1: called the FACE Act. And then, well, he went through
- 32:07Speaker 1: a nightmare. Mark Houck is on X. He's at The Kingsman.
- 32:10Speaker 1: He's the co-founder and president of The Kingsmen. And he's
- 32:13Speaker 1: an author, a lecturer, a radio host, an activist, and
- 32:16Speaker 1: of course, a passionate Catholic as well. Mark, it is
- 32:19Speaker 1: very nice to talk to you again, sir. Thank you
- 32:20Speaker 1: for being here.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Well, it's great to be with you, Vince.
- 32:23Speaker 4: And thanks for the great articulation of our issue yesterday.
- 32:27Speaker 4: People were listening to it and they texted me and said,
- 32:30Speaker 4: you need to reach out to Vince. And I said,
- 32:32Speaker 4: they already did. So here we are. So thanks for
- 32:35Speaker 4: sharing the info.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Yes, sir. Well, it's good to talk to you again.
- 32:38Speaker 1: And I've been thinking a lot about you this past
- 32:40Speaker 1: week because We just watched a ton of deranged left-wing
- 32:45Speaker 1: agitators pour into this Baptist church in St. Paul, Minnesota
- 32:49Speaker 1: over the weekend. And when they did that, it's about
- 32:54Speaker 1: as clear a violation of the FACE Act, I think,
- 32:56Speaker 1: as any of us can establish. You, unfortunately, have become
- 32:59Speaker 1: very familiar with the FACE Act. Let's start with your story.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Just give people kind of the CliffsNotes version. What happened
- 33:05Speaker 1: to you, Mark?
- 33:07Speaker 4: Sure. As you said, back in October, there was that incident.
- 33:10Speaker 4: And nothing came of it in the Philadelphia area. The
- 33:14Speaker 4: district attorney had no issue with it. There was no
- 33:17Speaker 4: complaint from the Philadelphia PD. Ultimately, the DOJ saw it
- 33:22Speaker 4: as an opportunity post Dobbs, ultimately. But I was served
- 33:28Speaker 4: a target letter saying I was essentially like Don Lemon
- 33:32Speaker 4: here on notice, but I got a target letter saying
- 33:35Speaker 4: that I might be indicted. And ultimately, I was post
- 33:39Speaker 4: Dobbs in September 2018. Uh, 23rd, it was a Friday
- 33:42Speaker 4: morning at six 30 in the morning where a heavy
- 33:45Speaker 4: raid came to my home with about 20 plus, uh,
- 33:48Speaker 4: federal agents and Philadelphia state troopers and Bucks County sheriffs
- 33:52Speaker 4: who were all Philadelphia PD were there with, uh, M
- 33:56Speaker 4: 16 guns pointed at my wife, pointed at my kids
- 33:59Speaker 4: ready to arrest me without a warrant. They, which is
- 34:01Speaker 4: what they said. They didn't have a warrant. Um, they
- 34:03Speaker 4: did ultimately, but they didn't produce it. And, uh, and
- 34:06Speaker 4: just took me away in front of my children and, uh, and, and,
- 34:10Speaker 4: charged me falsely with a violation of the face act
- 34:13Speaker 4: facing 11 years in prison and a federal government that
- 34:16Speaker 4: has a 99% conviction rate when they come after you.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Yes, they do. So the odds are completely stacked against you. Um, how,
- 34:24Speaker 1: how much of an impact did this, did this, um,
- 34:27Speaker 1: have on your family and your finances? What was the
- 34:30Speaker 1: toll of going through this horrible experience?
- 34:33Speaker 4: That's a great question. And we're still unpacking it, uh,
- 34:36Speaker 4: essentially to this day, uh, you know, we've sued the
- 34:39Speaker 4: federal government for this violation of my rights. And that's
- 34:43Speaker 4: still playing itself out. You know, financially, it's just really
- 34:46Speaker 4: hard to say. I mean, I'm a Catholic and we're
- 34:50Speaker 4: talking about, you know, Christian worshipers and stuff. But when
- 34:53Speaker 4: you're an alleged felon or even just not even convicted,
- 34:57Speaker 4: but falsely charged, it affects you. Ultimately, perception's reality. And
- 35:03Speaker 4: people don't really want to work with you, unfortunately, when
- 35:05Speaker 4: you've been Targeted like this. And again, I'm an innocent
- 35:09Speaker 4: man and I should be treated as such. But again,
- 35:12Speaker 4: it's the reality of it.
- 35:14Speaker 1: You just said that you've sued the federal government and
- 35:16Speaker 1: you're still going through that litigation right now. I mean,
- 35:19Speaker 1: has the Trump administration attempted to settle with you in
- 35:21Speaker 1: light of the fact that they're now in charge of
- 35:24Speaker 1: the very agency that that tormented you?
- 35:26Speaker 4: Well, I'll give you exactly how it went down. And
- 35:29Speaker 4: we had great attorneys that, you know, applied the law. ultimately,
- 35:35Speaker 4: in the Third Circuit, they ruled against us. They said
- 35:38Speaker 4: that the federal government had every right to do what
- 35:41Speaker 4: they did. We're sorry that it happened, essentially, to you,
- 35:45Speaker 4: but essentially, they had a right to bring that amount
- 35:48Speaker 4: of weaponry to your home. Even though we told them
- 35:51Speaker 4: we would turn ourselves in, just give us a call.
- 35:53Speaker 4: My attorney's with Thomas Moore. So that said, we appealed it.
- 35:58Speaker 4: And thankfully, the Trump DOJ said, you know what, we're
- 36:02Speaker 4: not going to let this go to appeal. We're going
- 36:04Speaker 4: to work with you. So we're still working with them
- 36:07Speaker 4: to bring about some degree of financial settlement. It has
- 36:11Speaker 4: not happened yet. In other words, nothing's completed yet. But
- 36:14Speaker 4: they are, they have been supportive. I'd have to say
- 36:17Speaker 4: Stanley Woodward in particular and Josh Hawley were very helpful
- 36:22Speaker 4: in getting this to be ultimately resolved one day.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Okay. So at this moment, there's not some sort of
- 36:27Speaker 1: impediment or point of friction. You, you, you have a
- 36:30Speaker 1: good working relationship with the Trump justice department to settle
- 36:32Speaker 1: this out.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Yes, of course. At this point.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Okay, good. Um, let me, let me ask you about
- 36:38Speaker 1: this weekend. So in Minnesota, uh, St. Paul, Minnesota, all
- 36:43Speaker 1: of these people pour into a church. It's all captured
- 36:44Speaker 1: on camera. The, these, these lefties are carrying their cell phones.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Don Lemon is recording his own behavior. It's all captured
- 36:51Speaker 1: on video. And we just heard from the assistant attorney general,
- 36:53Speaker 1: Harmeet Dhillon, who said, yeah, there are very clear violations
- 36:56Speaker 1: of the FACE Act going on here. There will be arrests.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Based on your understanding of the FACE Act, Mark, having
- 37:02Speaker 1: been thrown into this world, what did you see in
- 37:05Speaker 1: this footage from this weekend?
- 37:08Speaker 4: Well, again, the churches are supposed to be protected under
- 37:12Speaker 4: the law, under this law that I think should be repealed.
- 37:14Speaker 4: But nonetheless, it's still there. And so I obviously it's
- 37:19Speaker 4: a heartbreaking experience watching that. but also knowing that religious
- 37:24Speaker 4: liberty is being violated. And that's what the FACE Act
- 37:27Speaker 4: is designed to protect. Although when initially instituted by Ted
- 37:32Speaker 4: Kennedy and the Clinton administration, it was solely to stop
- 37:36Speaker 4: pro-life rescues. And it was just kind of a throw
- 37:39Speaker 4: in there from a conservative bent to kind of get
- 37:42Speaker 4: the churches. So, okay, so here we are, there we are.
- 37:44Speaker 4: We have the law, now let's apply it. It needs
- 37:47Speaker 4: to be applied and these people should be arrested. And
- 37:50Speaker 4: I think it's a it's an appropriate use of, of
- 37:53Speaker 4: that law.
- 37:56Speaker 1: They should be arrested. Um, do you think Don Lemon
- 37:59Speaker 1: should be arrested for what he did?
- 38:01Speaker 4: Look, if he's collaborating or, you know, inciting that type of, uh,
- 38:05Speaker 4: menace of riot, whatever you want to call it, uh,
- 38:08Speaker 4: if he's was found to be a part of that,
- 38:10Speaker 4: if he's truly what he says he is, and just
- 38:12Speaker 4: a innocent kind of person who's following news story, then
- 38:16Speaker 4: maybe not. But if he truly was invested, which it
- 38:19Speaker 4: sounds like he was with these people, had relationships with them,
- 38:22Speaker 4: he was collaborating. Yeah, he should be thrown in that
- 38:25Speaker 4: as well, because that just further creates the mayhem that
- 38:29Speaker 4: it was. And I can only imagine what those children
- 38:32Speaker 4: felt like as they left their church. I mean, we
- 38:34Speaker 4: call the sanctuary in church a sanctuary for a reason.
- 38:38Speaker 4: And that was totally desecrated. And so these people, you know,
- 38:42Speaker 4: should be rewarded in some way with some sort of justice.
- 38:46Speaker 1: What does that look like? So when the government decides
- 38:49Speaker 1: that you have violated the FACE Act, which is what
- 38:52Speaker 1: the Biden administration accused you of, what's the next step
- 38:55Speaker 1: for these people?
- 38:56Speaker 4: Well, again, they all need to be served in some
- 38:59Speaker 4: sort of way. Those that were there and broke that law.
- 39:03Speaker 4: And I think, again, if they say, hey, we'll turn
- 39:05Speaker 4: ourselves in, we'll cooperate, then there should be no issue
- 39:08Speaker 4: there as far as needing a raid or anything like that.
- 39:11Speaker 4: I would never be in favor of bringing to these
- 39:14Speaker 4: people in their homes in the middle of the night, essentially,
- 39:18Speaker 4: in a tyrannical way to arrest somebody just to intimidate
- 39:22Speaker 4: them and instill fear. So that's not what we're looking
- 39:25Speaker 4: for here, but we're looking for application of the law.
- 39:28Speaker 4: And so those people should be served. and you do
- 39:31Speaker 4: what they did at January 6th. You know, you got
- 39:33Speaker 4: the cameras, you got the faces, find those people, serve them,
- 39:37Speaker 4: and then bring them to justice and find out what the,
- 39:39Speaker 4: what they, what their role was. I think that's appropriate.
- 39:42Speaker 4: But again, I wouldn't be in favor of anyone being
- 39:45Speaker 4: treated like I was, was treated. That's, that's certainly a,
- 39:49Speaker 4: a violation of our rights, of many of our rights
- 39:52Speaker 4: that our founding fathers established. So no, I'm not in
- 39:56Speaker 4: favor of what they did to me happening to them.
- 39:59Speaker 1: You are a decent person, I got to say, because
- 40:01Speaker 1: there's a lot of people who know your story who
- 40:03Speaker 1: think to themselves they deserve at the very least the
- 40:05Speaker 1: Mark Halk treatment, that the people who would do this
- 40:08Speaker 1: to Christians deserve the SWAT teams showing up wherever they're
- 40:12Speaker 1: trying to hide right now. But you're a good man
- 40:14Speaker 1: for- for once again, reminding people that this is about
- 40:18Speaker 1: something bigger. I mean, in the end, we need our
- 40:21Speaker 1: country back and we need a sane place to live. No,
- 40:23Speaker 1: no question.
- 40:24Speaker 4: For sure.
- 40:25Speaker 1: So, so in a face act violation, what kind of
- 40:29Speaker 1: sentence were you looking at? If the court, if the,
- 40:34Speaker 1: if the justice department has secured a conviction against you,
- 40:36Speaker 1: what kind of sentence could a face act violation receive?
- 40:39Speaker 4: Sure. Well, I was facing two counts against the face act.
- 40:43Speaker 4: The first count And they're very strategic in how they
- 40:46Speaker 4: approach this, the DOJ. And let's be honest, there are
- 40:49Speaker 4: deep state holdovers still in the DOJ that didn't want
- 40:52Speaker 4: to give the Howe family any retribution for what happened.
- 40:56Speaker 4: But thankfully, the Trump administration, just as an aside, stepped in.
- 40:59Speaker 4: But here's the thing. They're very shrewd in what they do.
- 41:02Speaker 4: So they applied two counts against me. The first count
- 41:05Speaker 4: gave me one year in prison. But then they applied
- 41:08Speaker 4: a second count which was the same conditions of the
- 41:11Speaker 4: FACE Act. But because there was an altercation whereby I
- 41:14Speaker 4: pushed the man away from my son, it fell under
- 41:18Speaker 4: the category of assault. And so as a result of that,
- 41:21Speaker 4: that added another 10 years. And so that's what they
- 41:25Speaker 4: were banking on. And obviously, you push somebody, it is assault,
- 41:28Speaker 4: simple assault, whatever. But there has to be motive. And
- 41:32Speaker 4: so that's what the government had to prove, was did
- 41:34Speaker 4: I push him just because, hey, he was outside of
- 41:37Speaker 4: an abortion mill? No, I pushed him because he was
- 41:41Speaker 4: harassing and bullying my son. That was normal behavior, right?
- 41:44Speaker 4: There was a provocation there. But that said, that's what
- 41:49Speaker 4: the government did. So I was facing 11 years. Typically,
- 41:52Speaker 4: if you're a first-time offender, to answer your question more fully,
- 41:55Speaker 4: it would just be one year for a violation of
- 41:58Speaker 4: FASE Act. But the government, I was a first-time offender.
- 42:01Speaker 4: The government didn't didn't do that. The government, you know,
- 42:04Speaker 4: threw the book at you and tried to get as
- 42:06Speaker 4: much to stick against you as possible, which just shows
- 42:09Speaker 4: the nature of the of what they were trying to do.
- 42:12Speaker 4: They were trying to intimidate and scare people. And they
- 42:16Speaker 4: did effectively to this day. They have scared people in
- 42:18Speaker 4: the pro-life movement against doing work that I do.
- 42:22Speaker 1: So what you're describing, and it's one of the themes
- 42:24Speaker 1: of our conversation, certainly of your work, is that there
- 42:26Speaker 1: seems to be. a very casual acceptance in our country,
- 42:30Speaker 1: at least by the people who are in charge, that
- 42:33Speaker 1: it's okay to harass, intimidate, and suppress Christians. So if
- 42:36Speaker 1: a Christian decides to sing a church hymn outside of
- 42:39Speaker 1: an abortion mill, then they need to be charged with
- 42:42Speaker 1: some sort of crime for doing that. But if leftists
- 42:45Speaker 1: pour into a Christian church in the middle of a service,
- 42:49Speaker 1: they get, what, excuses for their behavior, that they're somehow
- 42:52Speaker 1: upholding the First Amendment? What is this, Mark Howe? As
- 42:56Speaker 1: you have had time to think about this, what is
- 42:59Speaker 1: this animosity towards Christians? Where does this come from?
- 43:02Speaker 4: Well, it's the bias that's acceptable in our country, you know,
- 43:07Speaker 4: against Christians, whereby we apply, you know, First Amendment rights
- 43:12Speaker 4: saying that our freedom of speech applies to entrance into
- 43:16Speaker 4: a church, a Christian church, and you can do whatever
- 43:20Speaker 4: you want. That's not the case. It's not the the
- 43:23Speaker 4: rights that we have. And so we cannot, we have
- 43:27Speaker 4: to protect the freedom to worship. Like that is a
- 43:31Speaker 4: sacred space and held in violet for all of us
- 43:36Speaker 4: and even Muslims, right? So like you said, you cannot
- 43:40Speaker 4: go into a church and yell fire or cause a
- 43:44Speaker 4: menace like they create it And that is just something
- 43:48Speaker 4: that we just need to uphold. And people just, they
- 43:50Speaker 4: need a good civics course is what I think they need.
- 43:53Speaker 4: They need to understand what does freedom of speech mean?
- 43:56Speaker 4: It does not mean going into a church. That's totally separated.
- 44:00Speaker 4: And let's remember, church and state is not about church
- 44:03Speaker 4: coming into the government. It's about state violating church. It's
- 44:08Speaker 4: really designed to protect church, not the other way around.
- 44:12Speaker 4: And that's a confusion that even our senators and congressmen
- 44:16Speaker 4: don't get.
- 44:17Speaker 5: Yes.
- 44:18Speaker 1: Also, as my chat is saying, too, and I say often,
- 44:20Speaker 1: it does demonstrate that we're in a spiritual war, too.
- 44:24Speaker 1: It's not merely just a power struggle, a human one.
- 44:27Speaker 1: There's a spiritual component to this, Mark, don't you think?
- 44:31Speaker 4: Oh, 100 percent. I mean, look, when we're dealing with
- 44:35Speaker 4: civil rights issue. I had Cardinal Gerhard Mueller come to
- 44:38Speaker 4: my house and yesterday being Martin Luther King Day, he
- 44:41Speaker 4: told me I was like Martin Luther King, but he
- 44:43Speaker 4: said the issue is more important. The life and the
- 44:46Speaker 4: rights and the civil rights of a baby in utero
- 44:49Speaker 4: is more important. But unfortunately, that is a sacrament for
- 44:54Speaker 4: the left, you know, which is abortion. And so when
- 44:57Speaker 4: we're dealing with things like that, you know, that's a
- 45:00Speaker 4: very sacred thing to the left. And for them, they're
- 45:04Speaker 4: going to do whatever they can. So it is a
- 45:07Speaker 4: battle of good and evil. We can clearly see the
- 45:10Speaker 4: evil side of that, that it is a rights issue
- 45:13Speaker 4: civilly for the children. And again, it's the god of Moloch,
- 45:19Speaker 4: if you want to go back that far. Child killing
- 45:21Speaker 4: has been going on in the world for thousands of years.
- 45:24Speaker 4: And so again, it's a sacred sacrament issue. for the
- 45:28Speaker 4: demonic in so many ways. And so, yes, we're dealing
- 45:31Speaker 4: with a friction there that is best described as a
- 45:34Speaker 4: spiritual warfare.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Yeah. Human sacrifice is is what we used to refer
- 45:39Speaker 1: to it as and certainly is at scale now a
- 45:41Speaker 1: million a year in the United States alone. Mark, how
- 45:46Speaker 1: thank you for for being in this fight. Thank you
- 45:49Speaker 1: for standing up for your family. By the way, did
- 45:50Speaker 1: all of that bring your family closer together in the end?
- 45:53Speaker 4: That's a great question. And I think it can do
- 45:57Speaker 4: a number of things, right? It can drive you apart
- 45:59Speaker 4: or you can come together. In other words, you could say, Dad,
- 46:03Speaker 4: I don't want anything to do with what you do,
- 46:05Speaker 4: you know, the older kids and stuff. But no, I mean, look,
- 46:07Speaker 4: prayer was... at the center of the attack to help
- 46:11Speaker 4: us get through it. And, you know, thankfully they trusted
- 46:15Speaker 4: their parents. They let us lead them well. My children
- 46:17Speaker 4: were young enough whereby they did forge a stronger faith
- 46:22Speaker 4: and trust. And just knowing that, you know, that even
- 46:27Speaker 4: though things may not work out the way you hope,
- 46:30Speaker 4: that God's grace is sufficient. And so they've experienced that.
- 46:33Speaker 4: They've seen it firsthand. and they know that there's great
- 46:39Speaker 4: love for humanity in the world, and the love that
- 46:43Speaker 4: was poured out upon them, they felt tangibly.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Yeah, when a family goes through battle together, it often
- 46:49Speaker 1: brings them together, and I'm glad to hear that was
- 46:51Speaker 1: the case in your situation. Mark, thank you. It's good
- 46:54Speaker 1: to talk to you again, and I look forward to
- 46:56Speaker 1: the next chance that I have to do that. Thank you, sir.
- 46:58Speaker 4: Thank you, Vince. Keep up the great work.
- 46:59Speaker 1: Thank you very much. That's Mark Haug, of course, right
- 47:02Speaker 1: at the the center of the left's tyranny. When we
- 47:05Speaker 1: reel off a list of the tyranny at the hands
- 47:08Speaker 1: of the left, we certainly have talked at length about
- 47:10Speaker 1: all of the attacks on President Trump and the people
- 47:12Speaker 1: around him, but often very near the top of that list,
- 47:15Speaker 1: Mark Houck. Mark Houck, who, he did literally nothing wrong.
- 47:18Speaker 1: In fact, he did everything right. He was standing up
- 47:21Speaker 1: for babies and he was standing up for his boy
- 47:24Speaker 1: who was attacked by a lunatic. He jumped in the
- 47:26Speaker 1: middle and then the Biden administration terrorized him for years.
- 47:31Speaker 1: And listen to his decency there. I mean, he is
- 47:33Speaker 1: assessing this objectively. He's like, look, the people violated the
- 47:36Speaker 1: FACE Act. I'm very familiar with the FACE Act. I've
- 47:39Speaker 1: been exposed to it over and over and over again,
- 47:41Speaker 1: given what I went through. And I'm looking at this. Yeah,
- 47:43Speaker 1: they violated the FACE Act. You can't just barrel into
- 47:45Speaker 1: a Christian church and treat the faithful that way. But
- 47:49Speaker 1: then he, in an utter act of decency, said, but
- 47:52Speaker 1: I don't want them to be swatted. I don't want
- 47:55Speaker 1: SWAT teams going to their homes. I want them to
- 47:57Speaker 1: voluntarily turn themselves in. Now, having said that, I don't
- 48:01Speaker 1: anticipate any of these left-wing lunatics voluntarily turning themselves in.
- 48:06Speaker 1: Some of them, you know that guy William Kelly, the Beardo?
- 48:09Speaker 1: He's like screaming into a camera, F you, Pam Bondi,
- 48:13Speaker 1: F you, come and arrest me. I was like, all right,
- 48:16Speaker 1: you want that? Fine. We'll send the SWAT team to
- 48:18Speaker 1: your house, whatever you call home, whatever underpass you're living under.
- 48:24Speaker 1: It's like just craziness what's going on with this guy.
- 48:29Speaker 1: But that's fine. That's what you want. then that's what
- 48:31Speaker 1: you're going to get. That's what you're going to get.
- 48:33Speaker 1: In fact, here's the video. Let me show this to
- 48:38Speaker 1: you real fast, fellas. Let me see if I can
- 48:40Speaker 1: pull this up on screen. Here's William Kelly raging that
- 48:44Speaker 1: Pam Bondi may put him under arrest. He's F-ing. Will
- 48:48Speaker 1: he F-O? Take a look at this.
- 48:51Speaker 3: Yesterday, I went into a church with Nekima Armstrong and
- 48:55Speaker 3: I protested these white supremacists. A pastor of the church
- 48:59Speaker 3: is a fucking ICE leader in the city. How can
- 49:02Speaker 3: you be a fucking pastor and be a fucking ICE agent?
- 49:06Speaker 1: Fuck them.
- 49:07Speaker 3: They want to come after me?
- 49:08Speaker 6: Fuck them.
- 49:10Speaker 3: How can they live so comfortably while the fucking people
- 49:14Speaker 3: from Somalia that are in this country legally, that have
- 49:17Speaker 3: fucking citizenship can't even go to their mosque and pray?
- 49:20Speaker 3: How do they deserve any fucking different? Fuck those fucking Nazis.
- 49:25Speaker 3: Come and get me, Pam Bondi, you fucking traitorous bitch.
- 49:29Speaker 3: All power to the people.
- 49:31Speaker 1: Have you ever seen a clear example of a mentally
- 49:35Speaker 1: unstable person who desperately needs an intervention than that guy?
- 49:40Speaker 1: that guy needs a straight jacket and a padded room. And,
- 49:44Speaker 1: you know, just like the occasional delivery of Ovaltine or something.
- 49:47Speaker 1: It's like, you know, just come on. Like, I don't know.
- 49:51Speaker 1: I mean, is there any more evidence that you possibly need?
- 49:54Speaker 1: He's got his fuck Trump beanie on.
- 49:57Speaker 5: He's, he's unwell.
- 49:58Speaker 1: He's mentally unwell. And he keeps traveling. Who's paying for
- 50:01Speaker 1: him to travel everywhere? Can we get some answers to
- 50:03Speaker 1: these damn questions? He's going to, he's in DC. He's
- 50:07Speaker 1: harassing the national guard to their faces. I saw another
- 50:10Speaker 1: video of him in D.C. He's harassing Christians on their
- 50:13Speaker 1: way to Sunday services, screaming at them, calling them white
- 50:17Speaker 1: supremacists and things. White supremacists for going to church? What
- 50:21Speaker 1: are you talking about? The guy's saying he's attacking Christians
- 50:25Speaker 1: inside of churches. He's daring the Justice Department to hold
- 50:28Speaker 1: him accountable for his violations of the law. Arrest him.
- 50:32Speaker 1: Just arrest him. And you're right. Yeah, and there's, you know,
- 50:37Speaker 1: the devil's at work here, ladies and gentlemen. You can
- 50:39Speaker 1: see it. You can see it in every aspect of
- 50:42Speaker 1: his expression. The devil's at work. It is a spiritual battle.
- 50:46Speaker 1: It is. We've got a lot going on. I need
- 50:52Speaker 1: to shift gears to a different story because this matters
- 50:56Speaker 1: a great deal. We talk a lot on this show,
- 50:58Speaker 1: and we're in the midterms now. And yes, this is
- 51:00Speaker 1: the 100th day. Can you believe it? It is, yes,
- 51:02Speaker 1: the January 20th today. Not the 100th day. What am
- 51:06Speaker 1: I talking about? One year since the inauguration. One year
- 51:10Speaker 1: since the inauguration of President Trump as the 47th president
- 51:13Speaker 1: of the United States. And on this day, I want
- 51:16Speaker 1: to I want to reflect back with some gratitude on
- 51:19Speaker 1: what you have achieved by putting President Trump back in office.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Our border is sealed tight because of what you've done.
- 51:26Speaker 1: We've we've been able to deport nearly three million people
- 51:30Speaker 1: from our country because of what you've done. Three million.
- 51:34Speaker 1: It's just those are those that's an epic number. So
- 51:36Speaker 1: much more is needed. But I'll take every last deportation
- 51:41Speaker 1: I can get. This is what people voted for. This
- 51:44Speaker 1: is what people voted for. The homicide rate has dropped
- 51:48Speaker 1: to record lows. We've been cracking down on violent crime
- 51:51Speaker 1: all across the country. The FBI definitely deserves credit for that,
- 51:54Speaker 1: rescuing kids and all this stuff. It's great. And I
- 51:56Speaker 1: know we're going to hear more from Dan Bongino when
- 51:58Speaker 1: he gets back on February 2nd. He's going to have
- 52:00Speaker 1: a lot to say on all of this when his
- 52:02Speaker 1: broadcast starts up again at 10 a.m. Eastern time each
- 52:05Speaker 1: day live. on rubble.com slash Bongino. But I just think
- 52:11Speaker 1: there's a lot to be proud of in this last year.
- 52:14Speaker 1: But simultaneously, there's so much more to do. So much
- 52:18Speaker 1: more to do. We've got to secure our elections. We
- 52:21Speaker 1: should pass the SAVE Act. We've got to blow through
- 52:24Speaker 1: the filibuster and the blue slip in order to do this.
- 52:27Speaker 1: We need U.S. attorneys in place to prosecute bad guys
- 52:30Speaker 1: like that jackass. We need judges in place who are
- 52:34Speaker 1: not radicals, but instead faithful to the rule of law
- 52:37Speaker 1: and their obligations under the Constitution. We need national security.
- 52:42Speaker 1: President Trump is working right now to expand our footprint
- 52:44Speaker 1: in order to ensure our national security, to turn back
- 52:46Speaker 1: the influence of China. There's a lot on the to-do
- 52:49Speaker 1: list for the Trump administration. So yes, this last year
- 52:53Speaker 1: has been an immense success. Don't underestimate it. It's been
- 52:56Speaker 1: a huge success. Beyond, in some cases, my wildest dreams.
- 52:59Speaker 1: I didn't realize that we could secure the border that tightly.
- 53:02Speaker 1: And all it did take was a new president, not
- 53:05Speaker 1: any changes in the law. But additionally, there's so much
- 53:10Speaker 1: more we need. And our standards are very high now.
- 53:13Speaker 1: We're done being sold a bill of goods. We're done
- 53:18Speaker 1: with sort of measly considerations of what the American electorate
- 53:22Speaker 1: is concerned about. We demand excellence. We demand it, which
- 53:27Speaker 1: is why we sent an excellent person back to the
- 53:29Speaker 1: White House And we're going to keep raising our voices
- 53:32Speaker 1: about the things we're concerned about. So that's going to
- 53:35Speaker 1: keep happening. And here we are in a midterm year.
- 53:38Speaker 1: Republicans have an obligation to deliver. You want to win
- 53:40Speaker 1: in the midterms, do something worth voting for. And in
- 53:45Speaker 1: case you're wondering, do elections really matter? Do they have
- 53:49Speaker 1: any impact? Oh, who cares? Who do you vote for?
- 53:51Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. It's all the same. No, elections have
- 53:54Speaker 1: real consequences. And Nowhere is that story more clearly being
- 53:59Speaker 1: told than in Virginia right now. In the Commonwealth of Virginia,
- 54:03Speaker 1: which has off-year elections, the Democrats in the state just
- 54:08Speaker 1: elected in November, and now they're in power, a basically
- 54:14Speaker 1: complete Democrat control of the state, from the state house
- 54:17Speaker 1: to the state senate to the governor, lieutenant governor, and
- 54:19Speaker 1: the attorney general. I'll remind you that attorney's general race
- 54:23Speaker 1: in Virginia is came down to the incumbent, Republican Jason Meares,
- 54:27Speaker 1: great man, versus Jay Jones, a homicidal maniac who fantasized
- 54:31Speaker 1: about putting bullets in the heads of his political opponents.
- 54:34Speaker 1: During the election, Democrat voters in the state who were
- 54:38Speaker 1: surveyed kept insisting that they didn't support Jay Jones. They
- 54:41Speaker 1: were claiming, oh, no, we support the other two, Abigail
- 54:44Speaker 1: Spanberger and the lieutenant governor person, but not Jay Jones.
- 54:48Speaker 1: That's too much. But, of course, by the time they
- 54:50Speaker 1: actually filled out their ballots, mail-in or otherwise... They voted
- 54:54Speaker 1: for Jones. They lied. The Democrat poll respondents lied about
- 55:00Speaker 1: who they intended to support, and they voted for Jay
- 55:03Speaker 1: Jones anyway. So now Virginia is completely controlled by Democrats
- 55:06Speaker 1: at the top. It's another disaster, and it's spilling out instantly.
- 55:12Speaker 1: Right away, Abigail Spanberger repealed a pro-ICE order in Virginia
- 55:17Speaker 1: requiring state police to work with ICE to deport illegals
- 55:23Speaker 1: from the state. She looked at the chaos going on
- 55:26Speaker 1: in Minnesota and she said to herself, how can I
- 55:29Speaker 1: add some of that here to the Commonwealth of Virginia,
- 55:32Speaker 1: an historic state in our country's founding?
- 55:34Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:35Speaker 1: So she did that immediately. Simultaneously, Democrats in the state
- 55:40Speaker 1: house are already advancing legislation in order to lower criminal
- 55:46Speaker 1: penalties for child porn pushers. They're going easier on criminals.
- 55:53Speaker 1: Here's a post from Christian Hines, who follows Virginia politics
- 55:56Speaker 1: really closely. He says Democrats in Virginia have just introduced
- 55:59Speaker 1: a bill to eliminate mandatory minimum sentencing, mandatory minimums for rape, manslaughter,
- 56:06Speaker 1: assaulting a law enforcement officer, possession and distribution of child
- 56:11Speaker 1: pornography and all repeat violent felonies. Ladies and gentlemen, I
- 56:16Speaker 1: was just talking about this with Mark Howe. Are we
- 56:19Speaker 1: or are we not in a spiritual war? What human
- 56:23Speaker 1: being thinks to themselves, you know what government should do?
- 56:26Speaker 1: We should go easier on rapists, killers, and child porn pushers.
- 56:31Speaker 3: What?
- 56:33Speaker 1: That's your priority? Who do you serve? It's not us.
- 56:40Speaker 1: It's not God Almighty. It's something far darker than that.
- 56:45Speaker 1: And so that's the move by the legislature controlled by
- 56:49Speaker 1: Democrats in the Commonwealth of Virginia. immediately. And then finally,
- 56:54Speaker 1: in terms of the big list here of what's going
- 56:55Speaker 1: on in Virginia, my buddy Greg Price put together a
- 56:59Speaker 1: snappy little recitation of what they're up to. These are
- 57:01Speaker 1: all just pieces of legislation the Democrats are pushing for.
- 57:04Speaker 1: And I get it. I get it. There's a lot
- 57:07Speaker 1: of dissatisfaction with Republicans. It's usually about their pace and
- 57:10Speaker 1: about whether or not they're weak and whether or not
- 57:12Speaker 1: they have testicular fortitude at all. All of those things
- 57:15Speaker 1: and these deeply matter. But Look what I'm looking at here.
- 57:19Speaker 1: Look at this. This is Greg Price. This is what
- 57:21Speaker 1: Democrats are pushing immediately. Ready? A new 4.3% sales tax
- 57:25Speaker 1: on all deliveries from Uber Eats and Amazon, et cetera.
- 57:28Speaker 1: A new sales tax on businesses. They want to create
- 57:31Speaker 1: new higher tax brackets. These are state taxes, not just
- 57:34Speaker 1: federal income tax. 8% and 10% on people who make
- 57:37Speaker 1: over $ 600, 000. They want a new 10% tax bracket on
- 57:40Speaker 1: anyone making over a million dollars. Virginia, get ready to
- 57:44Speaker 1: become New York and California. where basically businesses begin fleeing
- 57:48Speaker 1: because you're taking all the money from anybody who earns
- 57:51Speaker 1: a profit in the Commonwealth. What else do we got?
- 57:53Speaker 1: A 3.8% investment tax on state income taxes. They want
- 57:57Speaker 1: to raise hotel taxes. They want new personal property taxes
- 58:01Speaker 1: on landscaping equipment. They want to ban gas-powered leaf blowers,
- 58:06Speaker 1: you know, leaf blowers that work. Leaf blowers that work. Look,
- 58:10Speaker 1: I've tried the electric leaf blower. I've got an electric
- 58:12Speaker 1: leaf blower. It's fine if you're blowing off, like, A step.
- 58:17Speaker 1: It's not for clearing out the leaves in the fall.
- 58:21Speaker 1: You'll be burning through batteries all day long trying to
- 58:24Speaker 1: move the leaves off your yard. The whole thing is
- 58:26Speaker 1: so stupid, and this is what they're pushing for. It's
- 58:29Speaker 1: like completely regressive on the part of these lefties. They
- 58:33Speaker 1: want to guarantee illegal aliens free education. They want to
- 58:37Speaker 1: make it illegal to approach somebody at an abortion clinic.
- 58:40Speaker 1: So to be Mark Houck, it would be illegal for
- 58:43Speaker 1: you to counsel anybody against Killing children. It's illegal. It's
- 58:47Speaker 1: illegal to protect children if Democrats get their way. They
- 58:50Speaker 1: want to extend the time that absentee ballots can be
- 58:53Speaker 1: received after Election Day by three additional days. They just
- 58:57Speaker 1: want to keep taking ballots after the election is already over. Oh,
- 59:00Speaker 1: that's interesting for a party that cheats in elections. They
- 59:04Speaker 1: want to redact the addresses of political candidates from FOIA
- 59:07Speaker 1: so you can't find out where the political candidates live.
- 59:10Speaker 1: They want to add Virginia to what's called the National
- 59:13Speaker 1: Popular Vote Compact. This is a way to get rid
- 59:16Speaker 1: of the electoral college. This is the plan. So basically,
- 59:19Speaker 1: there's no electoral college that the state doesn't get to
- 59:22Speaker 1: speak with one voice. that we will divide up the
- 59:25Speaker 1: states in order to figure out ways to make Democrats
- 59:27Speaker 1: always win the presidency. That's the game plan. It's an
- 59:30Speaker 1: election rigging scheme. They want to make it illegal to
- 59:33Speaker 1: hand count ballots. Illegal to hand count ballots. Think any
- 59:40Speaker 1: fraud's going on? $ 500 sales tax on firearm suppressors. Yeah,
- 59:43Speaker 1: I love that. So Virginia wants to say, basically, they
- 59:46Speaker 1: want to tax suppressors again. You know why? Because Trump
- 59:49Speaker 1: got rid of the $ 200 tax at the federal level
- 59:52Speaker 1: on suppressors as of January 1st. It's gone thanks to
- 59:55Speaker 1: the big, beautiful law. And so now Democrats want to
- 59:58Speaker 1: reimpose it on people who live in Virginia. Traditionally, Virginia
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: has been great in protecting your right to bear arms.
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: In fact, the Virginia state constitution is even more explicit
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: than the U.S. constitution on the value of gun ownership.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: And here are the Democrats trampling over not just the U.S. constitution,
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: but their own state constitution. And the list goes on. Basically,
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: the point that I'm making to you now and I
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: just want to emphasize over and over again is elections matter.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Elections have consequences. And at this moment, wherever you are
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: in our great country, we all need to be engaged
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: in this fight. Be out there helping these candidates, getting
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: people across the finish line and not just getting them,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: not just getting a victory for for these Republican candidates.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: but getting meaningful victories for the people that we love
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: in our families, our children and our grandchildren. This is
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: a very big year. We're going to stay locked in
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: in order to see what we can get out of it.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: It's ahead.
