Transcript
- 0:08Speaker 1: What's up, everybody?
- 0:09Speaker 2: It is La La Kent with Rand. We are back
- 0:13Speaker 2: episode two of the new season.
- 0:16Speaker 1: How do you feel like we're doing I don't know.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Yeah, questionable, questionable. I always have hesitations about our show,
- 0:24Speaker 2: but people seem to want it, and they were very
- 0:27Speaker 2: upset when we weren't on the air. So we are
- 0:30Speaker 2: back in full effect every week.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Both.
- 0:33Speaker 1: I will say I thought that last week's episode was
- 0:35Speaker 1: super cute, but last season it was like totally different
- 0:41Speaker 1: because now it's like, hey, we need a podcast, and
- 0:44Speaker 1: then the baby starts screaming and I'm like, oh my god,
- 0:46Speaker 1: I have to calm her down first. And then you
- 0:48Speaker 1: hear screaming for like an hour and you're like, I
- 0:51Speaker 1: think I'm too tired to podcast.
- 0:54Speaker 2: Yeah, you came in, by the way, let me set
- 0:56Speaker 2: the stage. You came in to the office with our
- 1:00Speaker 2: daughter screaming her head off, so so you had to
- 1:03Speaker 2: deal with that, and then we got her to finally chill.
- 1:07Speaker 3: And now she's sitting.
- 1:08Speaker 2: In your arms as we're podcasting. I will post a
- 1:10Speaker 2: picture asleep, so there you go. She's milk drunk.
- 1:15Speaker 1: She is milk drunk. And I'm wondering because and this
- 1:19Speaker 1: is a serious question. Everyone asks me, like, are you breastfeeding?
- 1:23Speaker 1: Does it still count that you're breastfeeding? If you like
- 1:25Speaker 1: pump and put it in a bottle, does that still
- 1:27Speaker 1: count as breastfeeding?
- 1:28Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Yes, Okay, because I'm telling you this boob thing is
- 1:32Speaker 1: a lot of work.
- 1:34Speaker 4: What do you think, Tim, Yeah, I think that definitely counts.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Okay, did your wife breastfeed your babies?
- 1:41Speaker 3: She did?
- 1:42Speaker 1: Did she breastfeed you while you while she was lactating?
- 1:46Speaker 3: Okay, all right, I don't know if I can comment.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Okay, Randall, guess what.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Guess what? Guess what? You know what?
- 1:55Speaker 2: Time it is everybody? It is time for new current
- 1:58Speaker 2: pop information. We are transitioning and pivoting out of that.
- 2:02Speaker 2: So I want to I want to. I want to
- 2:04Speaker 2: break the big news. I mean, probably a lot of
- 2:06Speaker 2: people do know this, but they have Okay, Well, in
- 2:10Speaker 2: case they don't know it, I'm going to say it anyway.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Okay, tell us baby.
- 2:14Speaker 2: So the good news is it has been announced officially
- 2:18Speaker 2: that Vander Pump Rules, your TV show, season nine is
- 2:24Speaker 2: officially backfilming.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, it's so exciting.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Congratulations anyway, back to you, Vanner. Pump Rules picked up
- 2:34Speaker 2: for season nine? Are you excited? Are you nervous? I know,
- 2:37Speaker 2: I know you've shot or we actually did it together
- 2:40Speaker 2: a little thing.
- 2:40Speaker 3: But are you nervous?
- 2:42Speaker 2: Now you're going back into a fuld like people don't
- 2:44Speaker 2: realize but you this is your full time job over
- 2:47Speaker 2: the next three four months. Are you nervous because it's
- 2:51Speaker 2: been a long time since you've been off from filming
- 2:54Speaker 2: this show, and now you've got a babysitting in your office,
- 2:56Speaker 2: so things are very different. Are you nervous, excited? What's
- 3:00Speaker 2: the feeling?
- 3:02Speaker 1: I'm kind of all the things. I'm very excited, but
- 3:06Speaker 1: I am nervous. And I think that's because it obviously
- 3:12Speaker 1: looks different this season. We have a lot of key
- 3:16Speaker 1: cast members that won't be returning. And also I don't
- 3:21Speaker 1: know how quick I am with my tongue anymore. Like okay,
- 3:25Speaker 1: so tim, no, listen no. So the other night, this
- 3:28Speaker 1: is why I'm questioning how my tongue is working. Well,
- 3:33Speaker 1: you know what I mean, if my tongue is still
- 3:35Speaker 1: as sharp as it used to be. Randall and I
- 3:37Speaker 1: went to Sir the other night with my family and
- 3:42Speaker 1: Sandoval was there with a group of people, one of
- 3:45Speaker 1: which was an old cast member of vander Pump not
- 3:48Speaker 1: a big cast member, but like she made an appearance
- 3:52Speaker 1: and I was like, oh my gosh, I'm gonna come
- 3:55Speaker 1: say what's up to Sandoval after dinner. So I walk
- 3:57Speaker 1: out and it's like one of those areas where when
- 4:01Speaker 1: you're out there, you can't just like turn around. Once
- 4:04Speaker 1: you're out there, you're out there. So I walk out there,
- 4:07Speaker 1: it's a group of people, including that cast member Sanda
- 4:10Speaker 1: Ball's not there, and I'm like standing there awkwardly and
- 4:14Speaker 1: I'm being very kind, and this girl decides to say
- 4:17Speaker 1: to me, are you still pregnant? This was like two
- 4:21Speaker 1: weeks ago, maybe a week ago. Okay, I am in
- 4:24Speaker 1: a tight spandex top with a little white blazer. I'm
- 4:27Speaker 1: feeling so cute, like I'm a new mom. I feel
- 4:30Speaker 1: like my body looks really good for just dying.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Look right.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So she was being an asshole, all right. She was
- 4:38Speaker 1: just well, she's a super fan, so she for sure
- 4:42Speaker 1: knew that I had my baby, like such a big
- 4:46Speaker 1: fan that, like, I'm surprised she wasn't plastered against the
- 4:49Speaker 1: window at Cedars waiting for ocean to come out of
- 4:52Speaker 1: me like that type of superfan. She knew damn well
- 4:54Speaker 1: that I was pregnant, and when she said it, I like,
- 4:58Speaker 1: what kind of was taken? Aback and said, I was like,
- 5:01Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, No, do I still look pregnant? I said.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Sometimes I put these outfits on and I think I
- 5:05Speaker 1: can pull them off, but like, maybe I don't look
- 5:07Speaker 1: as good as I thought that I did when I
- 5:10Speaker 1: walked out of the house, And in that moment, I
- 5:13Speaker 1: was like, oh my gosh. I would normally like drag
- 5:15Speaker 1: someone for saying that, and I actually wanted to crawl
- 5:18Speaker 1: in a hole and cry. So I'm like, have I
- 5:21Speaker 1: really am I ready for vander Bumbrules to start. I
- 5:24Speaker 1: like don't even know how to defend myself anymore.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I don't think that's the case.
- 5:29Speaker 2: I think you haven't lost one beat in your wit quickness.
- 5:34Speaker 2: What I will say is that I know what happened
- 5:36Speaker 2: that night because you came and talked to me about
- 5:38Speaker 2: it and you were very upset. I think I don't
- 5:41Speaker 2: know if it was intentional that comment, but regardless, that
- 5:47Speaker 2: person probably knew that you were I assume they knew
- 5:49Speaker 2: you were pregnant having a baby, So it's just an
- 5:52Speaker 2: awkward comment to say to somebody after they just had
- 5:56Speaker 2: a baby, And I don't know, it's just it was
- 5:59Speaker 2: a very you were very upset.
- 6:01Speaker 3: I was very.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Upset for you, because obviously I go into protection mode.
- 6:04Speaker 2: But yeah, I didn't really understand why I wasn't there
- 6:08Speaker 2: when it happened. But I don't understand why somebody would
- 6:10Speaker 2: even say that, because if when I know somebody's pregnant
- 6:13Speaker 2: or about to have a baby or have had a baby,
- 6:15Speaker 2: first of all, I would just never comment on their
- 6:17Speaker 2: physical appearance ever, because it's just inappropriate. I mean, you
- 6:21Speaker 2: should never say that to a woman. So I don't
- 6:24Speaker 2: know that I wasn't there, but you were. But I
- 6:26Speaker 2: know you. You don't get rattled easily, and you were
- 6:29Speaker 2: very upset.
- 6:30Speaker 1: I was rattled. So the answer to your question is
- 6:33Speaker 1: I'm excited, but I'm a little worried about going back,
- 6:35Speaker 1: because I don't know if I'm going to be a
- 6:37Speaker 1: productive cast member or if I'm just gonna sob when
- 6:40Speaker 1: people are mean to me.
- 6:41Speaker 2: Okay, I don't believe that you're gonna sob what people
- 6:44Speaker 2: are mean to you. Also, I think you're looking at
- 6:47Speaker 2: a different season. I think you have to look at
- 6:48Speaker 2: this season differently. I think that you got to remember,
- 6:51Speaker 2: Sheena is a mother now, yes, right, and she's got
- 6:55Speaker 2: Brock and she's in like a good healthy relationship. So
- 6:58Speaker 2: you've got that element. You've got you and your new baby, right,
- 7:02Speaker 2: and then you've and you've so I just think that
- 7:05Speaker 2: dynamic again, I'm guessing. I don't know shit, but I'm
- 7:08Speaker 2: guessing that the season is going to be different. It's
- 7:10Speaker 2: going to have different Your ups and downs I think
- 7:13Speaker 2: are going to be different than they were.
- 7:14Speaker 3: In years past.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Well that's what's so hard about the new season coming out.
- 7:18Speaker 1: People have asked me, like, what will it look like?
- 7:20Speaker 1: And I have no idea. In every other season, I'm like,
- 7:23Speaker 1: well it's Vanderpump rules, like you know what it looks like.
- 7:27Speaker 1: We have no idea. We have two cast members that
- 7:29Speaker 1: are moms. We have two people that brought a lot
- 7:32Speaker 1: of great drama to television that are gone. Now. How
- 7:36Speaker 1: many people, Yeah, we had a lot of people that
- 7:39Speaker 1: brought it to the show that are no longer on
- 7:41Speaker 1: the show anymore. But I'm just happy that, you know,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I get to leave my house now because people have
- 7:47Speaker 1: started leaving their homes after the pandemic, and I still
- 7:50Speaker 1: have not.
- 7:53Speaker 2: No you're very comfortable inside your house, so I think
- 7:58Speaker 2: it's exciting. I'm really excited for you and for the
- 8:02Speaker 2: show because the show has been on hiatus for.
- 8:04Speaker 3: A long time now.
- 8:04Speaker 2: You know, obviously the world's been on highis because of COVID,
- 8:07Speaker 2: but you guys have been on highest even longer than that.
- 8:09Speaker 2: So I'm excited for you, and I think I think
- 8:13Speaker 2: vander Pumpoule's coming back.
- 8:14Speaker 3: It's gonna be a lot of fun for you.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Is it weird that we're podcasting and I just have
- 8:17Speaker 1: a baby in my arms trying to keep her calm
- 8:20Speaker 1: and to not freak out.
- 8:21Speaker 2: Well, I think that that's changed the dynamic for Tim
- 8:24Speaker 2: and I because we're sitting here trying to figure out
- 8:26Speaker 2: what to say.
- 8:26Speaker 3: We don't want to curse.
- 8:27Speaker 2: We're afraid Ocean will be pissed off, so we're kind
- 8:30Speaker 2: of like dancing around the podcast here.
- 8:32Speaker 3: But I don't think it's weird for me because it's
- 8:34Speaker 3: my daughter.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Actually, Randall is like super dad. The other day,
- 8:39Speaker 1: I walked upstairs and I heard Ocean freaking and then
- 8:43Speaker 1: calmed down. I was like, you get nervous when your
- 8:46Speaker 1: baby suddenly calms down?
- 8:47Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:48Speaker 1: Yeah, like even though it's nice, You're like, is she dead?
- 8:52Speaker 4: There's a fine line between two quiet.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like when she's crying, I try to get
- 8:58Speaker 1: it to stop, and then when it does, I'm like,
- 9:00Speaker 1: wait a minute, is something wrong? I don't know. But
- 9:04Speaker 1: Randall was really cute. I walked up and he was
- 9:06Speaker 1: singing her a cute little song that he had made up.
- 9:09Speaker 1: And then last night Ocean took a bath with rand
- 9:12Speaker 1: and it was the sweetest thing in the entire world.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It's like a different vibe at our house now.
- 9:19Speaker 2: It's very soft and quiet, and except on Ocean's mad
- 9:23Speaker 2: that she wants to eat. Other than that, yeah, it's
- 9:26Speaker 2: a pretty it's a pretty chill house.
- 9:28Speaker 3: It's great. So but I'm excited.
- 9:31Speaker 2: And by the way, what did you think of the teaser?
- 9:34Speaker 2: Because there was a teaser vander Pump that came out
- 9:37Speaker 2: more news, more tea as you like to say, what
- 9:40Speaker 2: did you think of that?
- 9:42Speaker 1: I thought it was really cute. It actually showed what
- 9:45Speaker 1: the new season is like. The vibe. Okay, it's gonna exactly,
- 9:48Speaker 1: that's the word I'm looking for. The tone. I thought
- 9:51Speaker 1: it was really cute. I thought it was really funny,
- 9:54Speaker 1: And yeah, I mean, we shot that, what was that
- 9:57Speaker 1: a Friday? And we got induced on a Sunday. It
- 10:00Speaker 1: was like they, well, yeah, because we've been not filming
- 10:06Speaker 1: or on the air for I think eighteen months, and
- 10:08Speaker 1: so it would look a little weird to be like, hey,
- 10:10Speaker 1: we're back and just two of the cast members like
- 10:12Speaker 1: have babies. So they called and they said, hey, can
- 10:16Speaker 1: we pick cameras up to film you? And they thought
- 10:19Speaker 1: I was due April fourth, just like I did. I said,
- 10:21Speaker 1: well you better get it pop in because I'm being
- 10:23Speaker 1: induced literally in three days.
- 10:25Speaker 3: Yeow.
- 10:26Speaker 2: That was that was crazy. When they came up, production
- 10:28Speaker 2: shows up on what's going on. She's like, oh, we've
- 10:30Speaker 2: got a film today and I was like wow, okay,
- 10:34Speaker 2: so I thought we're but but having said that, I
- 10:38Speaker 2: think we should take a quick break. We're going to
- 10:39Speaker 2: come back. We're back in the new season. Raynolds, got
- 10:42Speaker 2: new games. We've got a new trivia segment coming up.
- 10:45Speaker 2: We'll be yeah, yeah for both of you, and we'll
- 10:48Speaker 2: be right back after these messages.
- 10:53Speaker 1: We're back, all right, We're back.
- 10:58Speaker 2: So I have this is a game that I came
- 11:01Speaker 2: up with. You pick one or the other, okay, and
- 11:04Speaker 2: each of you have to pick. It's not a trivia
- 11:06Speaker 2: game where you have to like answer a really tough question.
- 11:08Speaker 2: It's just kind of like personal preference. Ready the first
- 11:13Speaker 2: first for you, law, you have a choice. I'm gona
- 11:16Speaker 2: give you two choices. You pick which one stay on
- 11:19Speaker 2: Earth till the day you pass, or live on Mars
- 11:24Speaker 2: and you live forever.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Live on Earth until the day I passed. I don't
- 11:27Speaker 1: want to live forever. Is that weird?
- 11:29Speaker 3: No, I don't think that's weird.
- 11:31Speaker 4: I definitely do.
- 11:33Speaker 2: I do too, really, yeah, I want to live forever.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I don't know if I okay answer because I've got
- 11:38Speaker 2: another question. Well, it's like an answer.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Are you alone on Mars? You're allowed to bring two people.
- 11:45Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 11:45Speaker 2: You get a lot of trouble, and since you have
- 11:47Speaker 2: two kids in a wife. Yeah exactly.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Oh I didn't think about that.
- 11:51Speaker 2: On Earth, stay on Earth or live forever, don't worry.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I think.
- 11:56Speaker 4: Just to mitigate any damage from this, I'm picking to
- 11:58Speaker 4: stay on Earth.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, well smart man, Okay, yes.
- 12:03Speaker 3: I personally, not that anybody's asking or gives a shit.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I would have to.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Pick Earth, even though I want to live forever, because
- 12:08Speaker 2: I have three children.
- 12:10Speaker 3: And a fiance that I'm not going to leave. So
- 12:12Speaker 3: there we go.
- 12:13Speaker 2: All right, let me give you the next question. The
- 12:15Speaker 2: next question is a good one.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I love how you guys you're saying because you want
- 12:20Speaker 1: to No one wants to know why I don't want
- 12:22Speaker 1: to live for it?
- 12:23Speaker 2: Yeah tell us, Well that wasn't part of the question.
- 12:26Speaker 1: But I would be. I'm tired, guys, and I can
- 12:30Speaker 1: only imagine like what I'm going to feel like when
- 12:32Speaker 1: I'm ninety, if I make it that long, it's going
- 12:34Speaker 1: to be like, you know what, Like I'm okay, I'm okay,
- 12:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna go like hang with the homies up in heaven.
- 12:39Speaker 1: It's like, I'm good.
- 12:42Speaker 2: That's a great answer, you know why. That brings me
- 12:44Speaker 2: to my next question. Ready for the second part. If
- 12:47Speaker 2: you could live forever, Ready, if you could live forever,
- 12:52Speaker 2: pick an age that you'd have to live at.
- 12:53Speaker 1: One age it would definitely be the days that I
- 12:55Speaker 1: was drinking. Yeah, I would have to pick that age,
- 13:00Speaker 1: maybe like twenty one, because then being obliterated all the
- 13:03Speaker 1: time is like, oh, she's twenty one, you know.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Okay, so that's the age now, not like right now
- 13:11Speaker 3: you're thriving at your.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Thank you lava. Okay, La, can you.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Know what? That's why I love you, babe. You don't
- 13:20Speaker 3: give a fuck. It's amazing, Babe. That is why people
- 13:24Speaker 3: love you. You don't give a fuck.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Okay, Lala is picked twenty one, which is, by the way,
- 13:29Speaker 2: one of the greatest ages for anybody.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Twenty one.
- 13:33Speaker 2: You have blinders on, you are going one hundred miles
- 13:35Speaker 2: an hour, and you think it's never.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Gonna end, and everyone around you is looking at you
- 13:40Speaker 1: like they don't have it together, that they were only
- 13:42Speaker 1: twenty one exactly. You know, it's the best age ever.
- 13:46Speaker 1: If you're getting fucked up and doing all these things
- 13:49Speaker 1: when you're not twenty one, it's like, I'm really worried.
- 13:53Speaker 1: I'm really worried.
- 13:55Speaker 2: You know.
- 13:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I agree. That's a very good point, Okay.
- 13:58Speaker 2: You.
- 13:59Speaker 4: I do think my current age is a pretty good
- 14:01Speaker 4: one because I still have enough energy, not as much
- 14:05Speaker 4: as i'd like, but enough, okay. And I'm secure in
- 14:09Speaker 4: my career, you know, yeah, I can pay my bills,
- 14:13Speaker 4: I can still have a good time. I got my kids.
- 14:16Speaker 3: You know.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It's like, well, right, like what else could you ever want?
- 14:19Speaker 3: Exactly?
- 14:20Speaker 1: I dig it? What about you, rand I don't know.
- 14:22Speaker 3: I like all the ages I think.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I think if I was to pick an age that
- 14:27Speaker 2: for the rest of my life I have to sit at,
- 14:30Speaker 2: I probably say thirty eight of forty. I just think
- 14:36Speaker 2: that's like a good zone health wise, you know what
- 14:38Speaker 2: I mean. Like physically you're still kind of can crush,
- 14:42Speaker 2: but you're not too old. They're also not too young,
- 14:44Speaker 2: Like I don't want to be twenty one again. I
- 14:46Speaker 2: was fucking, you know, figuring.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Shit out again. He's twenty one.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Yeah, but here's the day.
- 14:56Speaker 3: But here's there. It's when you were twenty one.
- 14:58Speaker 2: In law, you were probably I wasn't cool.
- 15:01Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 15:02Speaker 1: And oh my god, at twenty one, I was cool.
- 15:05Speaker 1: I was hot, I had the abs of a champion.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Every guy wanted to hit it and I wouldn't let them.
- 15:11Speaker 1: I was living my best life.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Okay, I have another question.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Now that you guys are doing really good, I'm actually shocked.
- 15:17Speaker 3: By your answer. I thought it was really good.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Twenty one is actually very interesting because if I think
- 15:20Speaker 2: back twenty one, you're in your best physical.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Shape, et cetera.
- 15:23Speaker 2: But I think mentally I probably didn't really grow too Yesterday.
- 15:27Speaker 1: That's what's awesome about it though.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Okay, next question, Okay, would you take a billion dollars?
- 15:35Speaker 1: Okay? I love these games, but.
- 15:38Speaker 2: But okay, you can never do what you love for
- 15:43Speaker 2: work the rest of your life. Think about it. So
- 15:47Speaker 2: nothing passionate. You can't create anything. You can't build anything,
- 15:50Speaker 2: you can't make anything. You can't do art, you can't
- 15:52Speaker 2: do film, music, whatever your passion is.
- 15:55Speaker 3: In life.
- 15:56Speaker 2: You get to be wealthy beyond somebody's wildest dreams, but
- 16:00Speaker 2: cannot do anything other than just your retire base.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Well, my passion is watching housewives, so I couldn't do
- 16:08Speaker 1: that either.
- 16:10Speaker 3: I don't know. That's I didn't check the rule book.
- 16:12Speaker 2: But yes, okay, you can watch any TV you want,
- 16:15Speaker 2: but you couldn't go and build a business or do
- 16:18Speaker 2: your makeup line, or be on TV or create a book.
- 16:22Speaker 2: You couldn't launch a book. You couldn't do any of
- 16:24Speaker 2: that stuff.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Okay, well tell me this. Sorry, this is a very
- 16:27Speaker 1: I like this question, but I have some questions about
- 16:29Speaker 1: the question. When I'm building all of these things, do
- 16:34Speaker 1: I still have a chance to become wealthy?
- 16:38Speaker 3: Of course?
- 16:39Speaker 1: Oh, then that's what I would do. I wouldn't want
- 16:41Speaker 1: you to just give me a billy and for me
- 16:43Speaker 1: to just not be able to create. If I can
- 16:45Speaker 1: still create and have the chance to make great money
- 16:49Speaker 1: and have it be what I live off of, then
- 16:51Speaker 1: I would obviously choose.
- 16:52Speaker 3: Here's the other thing. You definitely could do that.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And the other thing is like you're basically like, there
- 16:57Speaker 2: are people in life that I know that they they
- 17:00Speaker 2: just want to be financially they just want to be
- 17:02Speaker 2: financial set and retire and go live a peaceful life
- 17:05Speaker 2: on a beach. And so that this question works for
- 17:07Speaker 2: that caliber of person. I just didn't think it would
- 17:10Speaker 2: work for you because you're such a go getter.
- 17:12Speaker 1: Yeah, and I like working, but I obviously would like
- 17:15Speaker 1: to see some green with the big face honeys coming
- 17:20Speaker 1: at my front, you know, stacking up in my bank account. Okay,
- 17:24Speaker 1: so I'll take that one. What about you, timbo.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Oh Man, I don't know.
- 17:29Speaker 4: I I like working too, I like having a sense
- 17:31Speaker 4: of accomplishment.
- 17:32Speaker 3: But you'd be good.
- 17:34Speaker 4: I like watching baseball, I like watching football. You'd be
- 17:37Speaker 4: like playing video games, I believe with my kids. Yeah,
- 17:40Speaker 4: I'd probably take the billion.
- 17:42Speaker 2: You take the billion, get the seven thirty seven private jet,
- 17:45Speaker 2: the mansion on the beach and you'd be you tap out,
- 17:48Speaker 2: Yeah exactly, I think so.
- 17:49Speaker 1: That sounds kind of nice. Maybe switch my answer.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Okay, all right, so my my answer, my answer is
- 17:58Speaker 2: as much as I like of that, to take that option,
- 18:03Speaker 2: I could change, I would crush. I changed my mind
- 18:05Speaker 2: to crush my soul.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I'll take the billion call it a day. You're right,
- 18:08Speaker 1: your the answer sounded awesome. I want to do that.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Okay, So both of you a billionaires now and I'm
- 18:13Speaker 2: broke making movies there.
- 18:14Speaker 4: We can finance your movies.
- 18:16Speaker 1: We will make it really easy for you.
- 18:19Speaker 4: We just can't take any return, right, no gifting you money.
- 18:22Speaker 3: You can't even show up on set.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you can't be part of any creative anything
- 18:27Speaker 2: except watching Housewise and you're watching your kids. All right.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Well, when I'm chilling on my island, you can just
- 18:33Speaker 1: call me and let me know how that is.
- 18:37Speaker 2: By the way, if you took the billy and I didn't,
- 18:39Speaker 2: I'm a billionaire still because we're together there. You got
- 18:42Speaker 2: blood to win for everybody. Loopholes, loopholes, loopholes because we're
- 18:47Speaker 2: creating the rules. Okay, last question, if you can have
- 18:55Speaker 2: any car in the world, any car, what car would
- 18:58Speaker 2: you have?
- 18:59Speaker 3: Just curious the.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Car I have right now?
- 19:02Speaker 3: Okay, you suck at this.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Change the color though I will never get a black
- 19:08Speaker 1: car again. I've just realized, like Randall and I are
- 19:11Speaker 1: kind of lazy.
- 19:14Speaker 3: I am not frigging lazy.
- 19:16Speaker 1: No, We're not lazy in certain areas, but when it
- 19:18Speaker 1: comes to like cleaning things up, we're lazy.
- 19:22Speaker 3: Yeah. Like, I don't know, I am. I don't I
- 19:25Speaker 3: don't like to pick things up, but.
- 19:26Speaker 4: I don't know if it's laziness or just complete apathy
- 19:31Speaker 4: in your case, Yeah.
- 19:34Speaker 2: I consider myself a.
- 19:38Speaker 3: I don't know. Okay, what you're to.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Be lazy, you'd have you have to have some desire
- 19:43Speaker 4: to do it.
- 19:44Speaker 3: Lazy I'm determined.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Then lazy is exactly what I am. I have all
- 19:48Speaker 1: the desire in the world to wash my car, and
- 19:52Speaker 1: I'm like, I don't want to do it.
- 19:54Speaker 2: But that's not true a lot because it's business or
- 19:56Speaker 2: you're go get or hardcore. I mean, you work twenty
- 19:58Speaker 2: four to seven, so I think you're lazy in some
- 20:01Speaker 2: areas well.
- 20:01Speaker 1: What that's why, That's what makes the world go round
- 20:04Speaker 1: is some people are great at things and then they
- 20:07Speaker 1: other people pick up this like, Randall, I'm going to
- 20:10Speaker 1: lose my mind on you. Who is it?
- 20:13Speaker 3: Campilander? Melissa, I have to call you back. We're podcasting, okay,
- 20:21Speaker 3: Camp Pilander.
- 20:22Speaker 1: He literally answered the phone, said we're podcasting, and then
- 20:25Speaker 1: hung up on her. Don't even She didn't even get
- 20:27Speaker 1: to respond, you're so awesome.
- 20:30Speaker 2: She she owns a camp.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And everyone knows how Randall is. You know, Tim, right
- 20:35Speaker 1: when you call him, you're not going to get a goodbye.
- 20:37Speaker 1: He just hangs up on you.
- 20:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean yeah, but that's like a lot of
- 20:40Speaker 2: work to say goodbye when you know you're going to
- 20:42Speaker 2: see them again.
- 20:43Speaker 4: Some people complain that in movies and TV, they never
- 20:46Speaker 4: say goodbye before they hang up.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Well, in real life, you don't.
- 20:51Speaker 1: I love you? You're so awesome.
- 20:53Speaker 3: No, but but you know who didn't like that?
- 20:56Speaker 1: Who?
- 20:57Speaker 2: There's a famous actor. He called me up and he
- 20:59Speaker 2: said to me. We were talking on the speakerphone in
- 21:02Speaker 2: the car, and I got halfway through the conversation. I
- 21:05Speaker 2: got done, and I do what I normally do. He
- 21:07Speaker 2: was like, okay, okay, well I'll talk to you soon.
- 21:09Speaker 2: And I was like yeah, and I hung up and
- 21:12Speaker 2: literally seven seconds lay to the phone rang again and
- 21:14Speaker 2: I picked it up and he's like hey, I said yeah.
- 21:18Speaker 3: He's like I wasn't done.
- 21:20Speaker 2: You didn't say goodbye and I was like oh okay
- 21:23Speaker 2: and that.
- 21:24Speaker 1: They were like sorry, I was going through the canyon.
- 21:26Speaker 1: That's my ultimate excuse.
- 21:28Speaker 2: They gets it, but it was worse. I remember after
- 21:30Speaker 2: I said that, I was like, I was so petrified.
- 21:33Speaker 2: After that, I was like okay, and I was like, well,
- 21:35Speaker 2: my bad. He's like, yeah, you gotta let me. You
- 21:37Speaker 2: got to say goodbye, and I was like okay. And
- 21:39Speaker 2: then it was awkward, freaking silence. I was afraid to
- 21:44Speaker 2: hang up, remember, And I sat there and I was
- 21:46Speaker 2: like okay, and he goes, okay, bye Randall and I
- 21:49Speaker 2: was like okay, bye and then and then it was
- 21:54Speaker 2: like ten seconds. And even when he went away, I
- 21:56Speaker 2: was like, Lola, is he gone yet or not?
- 21:58Speaker 3: And the far.
- 22:01Speaker 2: So, yeah, I've gotten in trouble for that not saying goodbye.
- 22:04Speaker 2: But you know what, I just feel like I'm going
- 22:05Speaker 2: to see you. I'm going to see you. I don't
- 22:07Speaker 2: even say goodbye. What do I What do I say
- 22:11Speaker 2: when I say goodbye?
- 22:12Speaker 4: Like it's like I'll call you back, okay, I'll call
- 22:15Speaker 4: you back.
- 22:15Speaker 1: No, I usually know it's everybody. I'm like, all right,
- 22:20Speaker 1: I love you.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Saying bye sucks on the fund that you have to
- 22:23Speaker 4: like time it right, so you're not saying it that
- 22:25Speaker 4: you get.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I always lead up to it, like depending on who
- 22:30Speaker 1: I'm talking to, and I'm like, all right, so I
- 22:32Speaker 1: hope you have a great day and we'll talk soon.
- 22:34Speaker 1: All right, bye bye. Yeah, Well we're gonna I watched
- 22:38Speaker 1: my mom do it that way when I was a kid,
- 22:40Speaker 1: and so I just do it that way now as
- 22:42Speaker 1: I got older, I was like, this is how I've
- 22:44Speaker 1: seen my mom be super super professional.
- 22:48Speaker 2: Before we go to break, I want to just say
- 22:49Speaker 2: that to our people that listen to us, and I
- 22:54Speaker 2: want to tell people that we have a lot of
- 22:56Speaker 2: great guests coming up this season. We have a surprise
- 22:59Speaker 2: guest at episode three, which is our next week's episode.
- 23:02Speaker 2: We have a very very big superstar somebody in music
- 23:07Speaker 2: who's going to be on our podcast next week.
- 23:09Speaker 1: I'm d unless you can deliver, don't say that.
- 23:11Speaker 3: I just said it to me three times. He's asked
- 23:14Speaker 3: me when.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Okay, let me okay, okay.
- 23:16Speaker 1: I'm just saying the rain.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Is on the parade and it's happening hard and the
- 23:19Speaker 2: rain is Lala's rain, Randall's optimism, Lala's rain. Okay, now
- 23:27Speaker 2: we're back.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Okay, thank you, Lala sweating. Oh my god, thank you.
- 23:31Speaker 2: Okay, t m I Okay, we're gonna go to a break.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Now we're gonna reset one more time. We're gonna come
- 23:35Speaker 2: back with give them.
- 23:37Speaker 1: La, La and Randall, and we're back. This is a
- 23:44Speaker 1: fun episode.
- 23:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that's great. It's great.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Pessimism pessimism, Okay, optimism, optimism, pessimism or pessimistic.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Okay, this is just coming. Lala's got baby, Brian.
- 24:00Speaker 1: No, So, Tim, this is a good question for you
- 24:02Speaker 1: because you're smart af So No, But we had this
- 24:07Speaker 1: conversation on the live the other night, so you can
- 24:11Speaker 1: be overwhelmed and underwhelmed. Can you just be whelmed?
- 24:17Speaker 4: This is a great questions, Like it's like being satisfied.
- 24:23Speaker 3: You're like, that's what I expected, That's what they said.
- 24:25Speaker 1: So can I start telling people when they ask how
- 24:27Speaker 1: I am? I say, I'm whelmed.
- 24:29Speaker 2: I don't know if it's actually a word. It is
- 24:31Speaker 2: a word, they said, somebody said it on the on
- 24:33Speaker 2: our live, but they said it doesn't mean satisfied, So
- 24:36Speaker 2: you have to say satisfied. That's what they said. I
- 24:38Speaker 2: think well means something different.
- 24:39Speaker 1: All right, Well, I'm using welming from now on. I'm
- 24:42Speaker 1: using whelmed. I feel like everything was added to the
- 24:46Speaker 1: webster when everyone was like, it's way way more funner
- 24:51Speaker 1: and it's like none of that makes sense and funner
- 24:53Speaker 1: isn't a word. And then it was like, fuck it.
- 24:55Speaker 1: So many people are using it. Throw it in the dictionary.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Yol's in the dictionary.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Now, hello, love it. It was douchey when it was
- 25:04Speaker 1: a thing and everyone was like yolo, and you're like,
- 25:06Speaker 1: you're stupid. Now no one says it, and now I
- 25:09Speaker 1: say it all the time.
- 25:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I do think we need to congratulate on this
- 25:14Speaker 2: podcast Shena and Brock for their baby they just had
- 25:17Speaker 2: two days ago.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Yes, congratulations.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Yes. And I talked to Brock while I was in
- 25:22Speaker 2: the hospital. He was texting me give me updates. I
- 25:24Speaker 2: know Sheena had a lot of complications and so I'm
- 25:28Speaker 2: very happy that she's settled in and that's a serious thing,
- 25:31Speaker 2: and so I want to send blessings to their new
- 25:34Speaker 2: baby and to their family.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I agree with you, and actually we have a
- 25:40Speaker 1: group message that consists of myself, Britney, Stossy, and Sena.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Oh wow.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Yeah. So she was keeping us updated the moment that
- 25:50Speaker 1: sweet little summer Moon entered the world. She sent us
- 25:54Speaker 1: a text and a picture. The baby's absolutely gorgeous, which
- 25:58Speaker 1: I wouldn't expect any thing less. Obviously, she let us
- 26:02Speaker 1: know that the baby was healthy and now they're home.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Oh god, that's great. That's that's a scary thing. So
- 26:09Speaker 2: I'm very happy. So, by the way, another congratulations are
- 26:14Speaker 2: in order, Lalla.
- 26:15Speaker 3: Don't let your ego.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Walk out the building. But I want to say congratulations
- 26:20Speaker 2: on your book because you're a badass and the fact
- 26:22Speaker 2: that you wrote that book and I watched how hard wait,
- 26:24Speaker 2: I watched you every day write that book.
- 26:27Speaker 3: I'm so proud of you.
- 26:28Speaker 2: So your new book, Give Them Lalla is out now.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Everybody go out and get a copy. It is very moving,
- 26:36Speaker 2: very real, very raw and beauty.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Can I tell you something crazy? Today is the day
- 26:39Speaker 1: that I'll find out if it's a New York Times
- 26:42Speaker 1: best seller.
- 26:44Speaker 3: Ooh, that's big.
- 26:46Speaker 1: I know it's big.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Fingers crossed, fingers crossed, I bet so.
- 26:53Speaker 1: So what's the book about?
- 26:55Speaker 4: What prompted you to start.
- 26:57Speaker 3: Writing the book.
- 26:58Speaker 1: The book is a book of stories. So originally when
- 27:03Speaker 1: I wrote it, I sent it in to Simon and Schuster.
- 27:06Speaker 1: They wanted to put on the book a memoir or not.
- 27:08Speaker 1: They wanted to. They originally put that on the cover,
- 27:10Speaker 1: and I was like, I feel like, you can't be
- 27:12Speaker 1: thirty years old and write a memoir. There are people
- 27:14Speaker 1: that have. I just didn't feel comfortable with it. It's
- 27:17Speaker 1: more of a book of stories that are either funny,
- 27:19Speaker 1: life defining, life changing. So and this sounds strange, but
- 27:26Speaker 1: I didn't write it because I felt like, oh this,
- 27:29Speaker 1: I'm so interesting. Like people need to know things that
- 27:32Speaker 1: I think are cool because they'll think it's cool.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:35Speaker 1: It was more like I would talk to people about
- 27:39Speaker 1: how I was sober, and people would look at me
- 27:41Speaker 1: and be like, but you didn't have a drinking problem.
- 27:44Speaker 1: It's like really, because I literally don't even remember your
- 27:47Speaker 1: name and I've met you one hundred times, you know, yeah,
- 27:51Speaker 1: or logan my best friend, my gusband was like, we
- 27:54Speaker 1: didn't know you had a drinking problem. We thought you
- 27:56Speaker 1: had it together because you like never came out with us.
- 27:58Speaker 1: I'm like, because I was passing out by six pm.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I couldn't come out with you like you weren't like
- 28:06Speaker 1: well a lot. I kind of passes out at an
- 28:08Speaker 1: early time. That wasn't because I was like time for bed,
- 28:12Speaker 1: because I got an got to rise early. That's because
- 28:15Speaker 1: I was fucked up.
- 28:17Speaker 2: Wow, I'm laughing not for real, but.
- 28:19Speaker 1: No, I always say that, I'm like, now that it's over,
- 28:21Speaker 1: let's laugh about it.
- 28:23Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:23Speaker 1: And then the other thing was, you know, my relationship
- 28:26Speaker 1: with Rand. You know, that was something that people loved
- 28:30Speaker 1: to label, and so I wrote about how Randal and
- 28:34Speaker 1: I came to be because I was there were just
- 28:36Speaker 1: so many things that I was walking into a room.
- 28:38Speaker 1: I felt like I had a scarlet letter on me.
- 28:39Speaker 1: I had to explain things, and not even that I
- 28:43Speaker 1: had to, it's that I felt like I wanted to,
- 28:47Speaker 1: like what you've seen that that's not really what happened.
- 28:49Speaker 1: And all of these other things came into play. So
- 28:52Speaker 1: this was kind of like me purging and saying, this
- 28:55Speaker 1: is what it is. I'm no longer apologizing for what
- 28:58Speaker 1: happened or what didn't happen. Like I'm here, I'm happy
- 29:02Speaker 1: to be here, and like we're moving on with being
- 29:04Speaker 1: your life in general, period, my life in general over all.
- 29:07Speaker 3: But I felt like your book.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I feel like your book for me is like kind
- 29:12Speaker 2: of like your memoir to yourself, saying, this is my life,
- 29:17Speaker 2: and I'm not apologizing for all of the things good
- 29:20Speaker 2: and bad, meaning I own the things that have happened
- 29:24Speaker 2: in my life. I'm saying from a very young age, growing, maturing,
- 29:28Speaker 2: going through hardships that you went through, whether it be
- 29:30Speaker 2: your dad or your drinking or you know, just whatever
- 29:34Speaker 2: you went through. I feel like this is your story
- 29:37Speaker 2: and people should just take it as something beautiful.
- 29:42Speaker 3: It's like your heart because you put your heart and
- 29:44Speaker 3: soul into the book, you know what I mean.
- 29:46Speaker 2: It's all like it's the most pure form of you
- 29:48Speaker 2: I've ever seen you put out there, Like meaning, you
- 29:51Speaker 2: went out there.
- 29:51Speaker 1: And there are things in the book that I've han't
- 29:54Speaker 1: told really anybody.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Wow.
- 29:57Speaker 1: And again like those were things that I was carrying
- 29:59Speaker 1: with me into every room i'd go into, and like
- 30:02Speaker 1: they're judging me, and I don't know why. I'm feeling
- 30:04Speaker 1: like they're judging me. And you know, I think the
- 30:07Speaker 1: book is going to be really entertaining. I think it's
- 30:09Speaker 1: going to make people feel uncomfortable, which is awesome because
- 30:12Speaker 1: I love to make people feel uncomfortable and like open
- 30:15Speaker 1: their mind just a little bit more.
- 30:18Speaker 2: So.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I just really hope that people enjoy it if
- 30:21Speaker 1: you don't get anything out of it, because let's be honest,
- 30:23Speaker 1: I'm not Shakespeare. So it's definitely an easy read. I
- 30:27Speaker 1: know you're all shook by that. You were thinking you
- 30:30Speaker 1: were going to get it and it was going to
- 30:31Speaker 1: take you kind of a while, but no easy read.
- 30:34Speaker 1: You'll be entertained. And if you get nothing else from it,
- 30:36Speaker 1: I hope that you're you know, you'll have some laughs
- 30:39Speaker 1: at the end.
- 30:40Speaker 2: You know what. You always downplay and make fun of yourself,
- 30:43Speaker 2: and I love you for that and I do the
- 30:44Speaker 2: same thing a lot. But I think people are going
- 30:47Speaker 2: to come away much differently that I think people are
- 30:49Speaker 2: going to be so impressed. Your writing is very very beautiful.

- 30:55Speaker 2: that it's.
- 30:56Speaker 3: A great read.
- 30:58Speaker 2: It's a fast read, but it but like you said,
- 31:00Speaker 2: there's so many things in that book about you that
- 31:03Speaker 2: nobody knows and that you put out there, which which
- 31:05Speaker 2: which is very brave of you, and and I'm very
- 31:08Speaker 2: proud of you.
- 31:09Speaker 1: Thank you so much. I'm pretty proud of myself as well,
- 31:14Speaker 1: even though I I have like self deprecating humor, but
- 31:18Speaker 1: in all realness, I do things that I create and
- 31:24Speaker 1: I look at I am proud of them. But I'm
- 31:26Speaker 1: the type where it's like okay, but it's over now,
- 31:28Speaker 1: so like what's next, Like I can only focus on
- 31:30Speaker 1: that for so long before I'm like, okay, over, moving.

- 32:07Speaker 2: to you and want you to write your book, Like
- 32:10Speaker 2: you gotta fucking be proud of yourself. That's amazing, Like

- 32:15Speaker 2: a lot of things in the world don't have their
- 32:17Speaker 2: own book.
