Just four days after County Supervisor Nora Vargas announced plans to step down, Chula Vista Councilmember Vivian Moreno has announced her campaign to fill the seat. CHP is working to crackdown on drunk drivers this holiday season, as their maximum enforcement period is now in effect. Workers at three San Diego County Starbucks are on strike today as they fight for increased pay and better benefits.
