- 0:00Speaker 1: Buleg cap Podcast special guests in here my guy a
- 0:03Speaker 1: d was the deal Buleg cav Man. Welcome man, happy
- 0:06Speaker 1: to be back man. Yeah, last time he came with Adham. Yeah.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Get you back here by yourself? Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. Well,
- 0:11Speaker 1: first of all, Man, I'm super proud of you, Bro,
- 0:13Speaker 1: I'm so proud of you. This guy. I remember this guy.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Every night of the week would be at a nightclub
- 0:18Speaker 1: somewhere in the country. Yep. Somehow. I was like, I
- 0:22Speaker 1: was just always so impressed at your ability to be everywhere.
- 0:26Speaker 1: You were like outside outside, I put more time into
- 0:30Speaker 1: going out than putting in work than your music career. Sure, everything, yo,
- 0:35Speaker 1: do you think everything? Do you think you catched that
- 0:37Speaker 1: record Juice like was a gift in a curse. You
- 0:40Speaker 1: caught one and then it was like over because you
- 0:42Speaker 1: were just like everywhere. I wouldn't say it's a gift
- 0:44Speaker 1: in a curse. I just feel like I got super lucky.
- 0:47Speaker 1: And I didn't know what to do after that, so
- 0:50Speaker 1: I was like, fuck it, let the good times roll, dude.
- 0:53Speaker 1: That record was so hard and then you you cut, Bro,
- 0:55Speaker 1: you cut like the hardest dub plates for DJs. A
- 0:59Speaker 1: millionaire bootle keV got the juice. But that's shout out
- 1:03Speaker 1: to DJ Head because he's the one who told me
- 1:05Speaker 1: to give him a custom one. Then I was like, oh,
- 1:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna make one for everybody that shit everywhere. Yeah,
- 1:10Speaker 1: because I was like, it says my name in it. Bro.
- 1:13Speaker 1: It was like such a perfect like that's that's like
- 1:15Speaker 1: an LA staple record. Definitely, you got a few. I
- 1:19Speaker 1: got a few. I got some more coming. I ain't done. Well. Listen.
- 1:23Speaker 1: You obviously a lot of people more recently know you
- 1:26Speaker 1: as a personality for sure, but you are a veteran
- 1:29Speaker 1: LA rapper and I've been fucking with you and supporting
- 1:32Speaker 1: you for it's been a long time, probably nine years
- 1:36Speaker 1: so yeah, getting close to a decade. Yeah, but just
- 1:41Speaker 1: to see you kind of like because you've always had
- 1:42Speaker 1: a great personality. I think you came on our show
- 1:45Speaker 1: of Freestyle once and brought a wig. I did pulled
- 1:48Speaker 1: the wig out and that was actually my baby Mama's wig.
- 1:52Speaker 1: You pull you pulled the weave out, bro. Yeah, man,
- 1:55Speaker 1: but you've always had like this personality. So it's just
- 1:57Speaker 1: dope to see you kind of like embrace that ship,
- 1:59Speaker 1: you know what I mean? Because I feel like there's like,
- 2:01Speaker 1: did you feel like you were fighting any sort of
- 2:03Speaker 1: stigma or hesitation to like dive all the way in
- 2:06Speaker 1: with that, because hell yeah. I mean, look, the thing
- 2:09Speaker 1: is is like when you people put their own insecurities
- 2:13Speaker 1: on you and stuff like that. You know what I'm saying,
- 2:15Speaker 1: They put their own projections on you, and I just
- 2:18Speaker 1: I'm just happy that I've always been a person that
- 2:20Speaker 1: listened to myself. So even when I said I wanted
- 2:22Speaker 1: to be a rapper, you know, my family at the time,
- 2:25Speaker 1: they were like, Okay, I'm not mad at them for that,
- 2:27Speaker 1: but they couldn't see it right, you know what I mean,
- 2:29Speaker 1: Like they it didn't make sense to them. So it
- 2:31Speaker 1: was like, wait a minute, you're just gonna You're gonna
- 2:33Speaker 1: wrap and you're gonna make it. You're gonna do this,
- 2:34Speaker 1: You're gonna do that. So it's just like nig I
- 2:37Speaker 1: was living at my granny house. I was twenty five,
- 2:38Speaker 1: twenty six, right, so you know your family looking at
- 2:40Speaker 1: you like, man, man, listen, you grown get a job, right,
- 2:43Speaker 1: you feel me? I got my baby mama living there,
- 2:46Speaker 1: my daughter were under we under one roof, and I'm
- 2:48Speaker 1: just sitting there telling them just having that self belief
- 2:51Speaker 1: and having that faith that something was gonna work. And
- 2:53Speaker 1: then something did work, and you know that pivoted me,
- 2:57Speaker 1: you know, doing music. And you know while that was
- 2:59Speaker 1: going on, you know, I felt like I got I
- 3:01Speaker 1: kind of got to a ceiling where it was just like, damn,
- 3:05Speaker 1: the shit ain't getting no bigger and I'm watching this
- 3:07Speaker 1: shit decline but still keeping the faith because you know,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I'm like, something's gonna pop up. And then the no
- 3:12Speaker 1: jumper shit happened randomly almost here an interview, right, and
- 3:16Speaker 1: then it went, well, bro, almost everything in my life
- 3:19Speaker 1: that's been very successful for me, like it randomly happened.
- 3:23Speaker 1: And I know it's not random, you feel me, that's
- 3:25Speaker 1: all God, But it just randomly happened, like a lot
- 3:27Speaker 1: of shit I didn't plan for, Yeah, because for you,
- 3:30Speaker 1: because like, were there people your music industry friends that
- 3:34Speaker 1: were like, yo, man, once you kind of go that direction,
- 3:38Speaker 1: there's no coming back. Everybody everybody told me it's a
- 3:43Speaker 1: bad decision. You need to focus more on your music.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You need to do this, you need to do this,
- 3:48Speaker 1: you need to do that. And I'm just like, okay,
- 3:50Speaker 1: and I'm gonna keep it real with you. When Adam
- 3:52Speaker 1: first approached me. He was, you know, I was supposed
- 3:54Speaker 1: to just do the Snapchat show. I wasn't even I
- 3:56Speaker 1: wasn't supposed to be full time. I was just gonna
- 3:58Speaker 1: do it. It happened. Once it happened, they was like,
- 4:02Speaker 1: do you want to keep doing it? So I thought
- 4:04Speaker 1: I was gonna be able to stay under the radar
- 4:06Speaker 1: doing the Snapchat show because I'm like, like, I don't
- 4:09Speaker 1: know nobody in this industry that was actively on Snapchat
- 4:13Speaker 1: at the time. So I'm like, okay, I can skate
- 4:15Speaker 1: under the rug with this with the Snapchat shit, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: then you know, still do my music. Don't nobody know.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And then I just started from the Snapchat show. I
- 4:23Speaker 1: just started seeing people just recognize me and they would
- 4:25Speaker 1: come up to me, like I like watching on Snapchat,
- 4:28Speaker 1: like younger kids and shit, and I'm like, what the
- 4:30Speaker 1: fun And these all different race people and I'm like,
- 4:32Speaker 1: wait a minute, this is you know, different and they
- 4:35Speaker 1: just coming up to me, coming up to me. And
- 4:37Speaker 1: then I started subbing on a No Jumper show and
- 4:40Speaker 1: just the amount of people that was just fucking with me.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I was like, damn, like this shit is dope. It's
- 4:46Speaker 1: a little different. Yeah, and then you know that turned
- 4:48Speaker 1: into what it turned into. But I mean, now everybody says, oh,
- 4:52Speaker 1: you're a genius for what you did. I'm like, nigga,
- 4:54Speaker 1: the same niggas who told me don't do that. That
- 4:56Speaker 1: was a dumb decision, you know what I mean? And
- 4:58Speaker 1: now I see everybody now everyone in there. Bro. Let
- 5:01Speaker 1: me tell you something. Bro. It's so funny because even now,
- 5:04Speaker 1: like I have people who are like people you wouldn't
- 5:09Speaker 1: expect to want to start their own podcast, trust me,
- 5:12Speaker 1: and they call me and they're like, hey, man, look
- 5:14Speaker 1: I'm trying to do a podcast. I'm like, you're trying
- 5:16Speaker 1: to do a podcast. Like it's it's just to the
- 5:19Speaker 1: point where, like I feel like it's like with anything
- 5:23Speaker 1: once people see it, really because like, look, can you
- 5:26Speaker 1: tell me this without getting into your business change, have
- 5:29Speaker 1: you made more money as a personality than as a rapper?
- 5:33Speaker 1: Twelve fifteen times more money as a personality. Okay, I'll
- 5:37Speaker 1: say this four years. It took me four to five
- 5:41Speaker 1: years to get a monthly check with music that I
- 5:45Speaker 1: can you know, survive off of that. I ain't going
- 5:48Speaker 1: extra or anything like that. I passed that up my
- 5:51Speaker 1: third week of doing my streams. I mean my third
- 5:54Speaker 1: mark for community. Yeah, wow, past three years up, because
- 5:57Speaker 1: you were like getting advances at every I feel like
- 5:59Speaker 1: you have an album at every distribution. Good I had.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I feel like you were bouncing around grabbing fucking bag.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I mean no, I know, but I remember I forget
- 6:07Speaker 1: me and you were talking and I was like, yo,
- 6:09Speaker 1: are you an empire? And You're like, I'm on everything ship.
- 6:12Speaker 1: We got some shit on foundation, we got row foundation Empire.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Shout out the fuzzy we had did a deal with priority, priority,
- 6:22Speaker 1: everything under the sun, you know what I mean. So
- 6:24Speaker 1: it took you three months to of doing your own ship,
- 6:27Speaker 1: not even the no jumper shit, not even no jumper
- 6:29Speaker 1: shoe my second month of the community, I've seen the
- 6:32Speaker 1: check and I said, what the fuck? Wow? It was
- 6:35Speaker 1: it was game change. It was life changing. Now for
- 6:38Speaker 1: people who do want to do the streaming thing, right,
- 6:41Speaker 1: there's a different that you obviously are on caffeine now
- 6:44Speaker 1: shout the caffeine. But what for you did you notice
- 6:47Speaker 1: was the most before caffeine came into the picture. Was
- 6:51Speaker 1: it YouTuber Twitch? That was more? Well, my goal was
- 6:55Speaker 1: and you know, shout out to the ace boy pun
- 6:58Speaker 1: pun bought me a whiteboard, and he was like, you
- 7:00Speaker 1: know what, because we started seeing the no Jumper ship
- 7:03Speaker 1: was really working, and you know, Adam gave me my show.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Once Adam gave me the show, we start seeing the
- 7:08Speaker 1: numbers and everything climbing and everything started happening. And then
- 7:13Speaker 1: I tried Twitch three times before it worked. So at
- 7:17Speaker 1: first I just wanted to play video games and just
- 7:19Speaker 1: I was like, I'm good at video games. I could
- 7:21Speaker 1: do that. I started playing Fortnite at my crib at
- 7:24Speaker 1: my old apartment, and you know, I just had my son,
- 7:27Speaker 1: you know what I mean, And my son's probably like
- 7:28Speaker 1: one years old. My son's running around. I don't got
- 7:30Speaker 1: no nice background. I'm doing a Twitch thing. Twelve people coming,
- 7:35Speaker 1: So I get discouraged. I sell all the equipment. Then
- 7:38Speaker 1: we came up with a plan with a shot the
- 7:40Speaker 1: sea side, stretch, shot out the wheel. We was like,
- 7:43Speaker 1: all right, we gonna turn this streaming shit to something dope.
- 7:46Speaker 1: We want to We want to got a spot, bought
- 7:48Speaker 1: a stripper pole, we bought all type of equipment and
- 7:52Speaker 1: me and I Miles Parish, we ended up teaming up
- 7:54Speaker 1: because he was he already was a partner on twitch.
- 7:57Speaker 1: So we teamed up and we started doing that every month,
- 8:00Speaker 1: calling it the Monday Show, and I think the most
- 8:04Speaker 1: we had was like thirty people watching us get discouraged
- 8:07Speaker 1: again sell The climate was that after you did No Jumper. Yeah,
- 8:11Speaker 1: this is while I'm at No Jumper Parish. Yeah, So
- 8:14Speaker 1: we started that, but it's like it wasn't it wasn't
- 8:17Speaker 1: moving at the pace where I felt like it was
- 8:19Speaker 1: worth committing to every month. And I ended up getting
- 8:23Speaker 1: my new crib and I was looking for a three
- 8:25Speaker 1: bedroom and the crib was actually four bedrooms and I
- 8:30Speaker 1: looked at the bottom and I said, this is a
- 8:32Speaker 1: whole bedroom. The other bedrooms on the third floor. It's
- 8:35Speaker 1: all away from each other. I'm like, this is the
- 8:37Speaker 1: perfect setup. On Like, I gotta get the spot. And
- 8:39Speaker 1: then right there, I was like, this is where we're
- 8:41Speaker 1: gonna put all this stuff right here, it's away from
- 8:43Speaker 1: the bedrooms. Nobody got to hear me make noise or
- 8:46Speaker 1: do anything like that. My kids and yeah, man, we
- 8:48Speaker 1: sat in that room. We got it, and once again
- 8:51Speaker 1: I just wanted to play video games. And the first
- 8:53Speaker 1: time that we streamed, and it's been it's been one year,
- 8:56Speaker 1: we just hit our one year anniversary. I remember when
- 8:58Speaker 1: we did the corner store brunt. I think you guys
- 9:01Speaker 1: just started just started. Yeah, and we were playing video
- 9:04Speaker 1: games and I've seen what two hundred people in there.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I was like, all right, we on the something now.
- 9:10Speaker 1: And then it just adapted because all I wanted to
- 9:13Speaker 1: do and on my whiteboard, all I wanted to do
- 9:16Speaker 1: was get what was it, five hundred subscribers just for
- 9:20Speaker 1: the year. I was like, you know, Pun was like,
- 9:22Speaker 1: we're gonna start small, We're gonna build this up. We're
- 9:24Speaker 1: gonna do this and do that. And then went from
- 9:26Speaker 1: playing video games cause they just start asking me questions
- 9:28Speaker 1: when I'm playing the video game and I'm like, hey,
- 9:30Speaker 1: they're like, hey what about this? They started asking me
- 9:32Speaker 1: questions and I just start answering. So then I'm like,
- 9:34Speaker 1: they don't even want to see me play video games.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So now they wanted me just to talk and do
- 9:39Speaker 1: topics and stuff, and you know, we started implementing the
- 9:42Speaker 1: freestyle and we just just showing the personality. Yeah, just
- 9:45Speaker 1: just shooting the ship, and them numbers just started just
- 9:48Speaker 1: start shooting up. And then we didn't even want to
- 9:50Speaker 1: do YouTube. I just said we twit twit Twitch shout
- 9:53Speaker 1: out to our moderator, Quinn Low. Quinn Low was like,
- 9:56Speaker 1: I could turn y'all stuff into clips from your streams.
- 9:59Speaker 1: And then we were like like okay whatever. He started,
- 10:02Speaker 1: you know, making the clips. We started seeing like damn,
- 10:04Speaker 1: people are really watching the clips on YouTube. And then
- 10:07Speaker 1: you know, shout out to him. He gave us ownership
- 10:09Speaker 1: of it, and he you know, that's my moderator, he
- 10:11Speaker 1: works for us now. He gave us ownership of the
- 10:14Speaker 1: page of the channel because he made the channel. He
- 10:17Speaker 1: made the channel just like on some on some like
- 10:20Speaker 1: just you know, he was a fan of white There's
- 10:23Speaker 1: a lot of those like Joe Rogan and No Jumper
- 10:24Speaker 1: channels too like that. So he gave us ownership of it.
- 10:28Speaker 1: And then yeah, bro, we started. We started making some
- 10:31Speaker 1: real chili. And then that second month, the first month,
- 10:34Speaker 1: I was like, okay, this is nice. The second month,
- 10:36Speaker 1: I was like whoa. I was blown back. I was like,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I ain't never made this much money in one month
- 10:43Speaker 1: ever in my life. So T Grizzly made one hundred
- 10:45Speaker 1: and fifteen grand in one month. He showed me on
- 10:47Speaker 1: his phone, what's your best month? Not getting into any numbers,
- 10:51Speaker 1: get into some numbers. I want to say overall, and
- 10:56Speaker 1: this is what everything could bind content wise, I would
- 10:59Speaker 1: say close to like fifty sixty in a month. Yes,
- 11:04Speaker 1: that's what everything could bind. You feel me? Yeah? That's
- 11:07Speaker 1: beautiful man. Yeah? Hey, what up's boot leg? keV here
- 11:10Speaker 1: to stop the interview and tell you about blue Choo. Yes,
- 11:14Speaker 1: do you have a dick? Does your husband have a dick? Maybe?
- 11:18Speaker 1: Does your boyfriend got a dick? Does your wife have
- 11:20Speaker 1: a dick? Who knows? It could be harder? I'll tell
- 11:24Speaker 1: you that. Yeah, blue Choo will get your dick real
- 11:27Speaker 1: hard to kick off that new year. You know what
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'm saying. If you want your dick harder than advanced
- 11:33Speaker 1: trigonometry senior year high school, then go to blue choo
- 11:37Speaker 1: dot com right now, use the promo code Bootleg and
- 11:41Speaker 1: get one month's supply for free. That's right free. All
- 11:46Speaker 1: you got to do is pay five dollars in shipping.
- 11:49Speaker 1: They're going to deliver the blue chee right to your
- 11:51Speaker 1: fucking door in discrete packaging, all right, same active ingredient
- 11:56Speaker 1: as viagrant cialis in a chewable form, very discreete packaging
- 12:01Speaker 1: mail to your house. You don't have to go to
- 12:04Speaker 1: a doctor's appointment in person with anybody. You don't have
- 12:07Speaker 1: to worry about embarrassing conversations with strangers about your fucking dick. Bro,
- 12:13Speaker 1: nobody wants to talk about their dick with a stranger.
- 12:16Speaker 1: I take that back. I take that back. Lots of
- 12:20Speaker 1: people like to talk about their dicks with strangers. If
- 12:24Speaker 1: you're not that kind of guy or girl or them,
- 12:28Speaker 1: all you gotta do is go to Blue Chee right
- 12:31Speaker 1: now and use the promo code Bootleg, and you're gonna
- 12:35Speaker 1: get it sent straight to your door. That's right. They
- 12:37Speaker 1: also got the new mint Chewable that's the same active

- 12:43Speaker 1: get your dick right in the new year. It's twenty
- 12:45Speaker 1: twenty three. Yeah, your dick shouldn't be flaccid after a nice, long,
- 12:51Speaker 1: stressful night. No, your dick should be ready. You don't
- 12:54Speaker 1: want to be a you know, a victim of too
- 12:56Speaker 1: much stress, too much anxiety, and then you look down
- 13:00Speaker 1: you can't stay hard. You imagine how fucking embarrassing that is.
- 13:03Speaker 1: You get yourself a nice, lovely, fucking young lady. You
- 13:06Speaker 1: bring it to the place you're nervous, she's a little
- 13:09Speaker 1: maybe she's a little out of your fucking league, and
- 13:11Speaker 1: you start thinking too much and that dick's not gonna perform.
- 13:15Speaker 1: It's not it's not gonna perform how you'd like it too,
- 13:18Speaker 1: but you know how it will perform. If you're on
- 13:20Speaker 1: that fucking blue choo, You're gonna put in a fucking
- 13:23Speaker 1: luka donkic sixty one point fucking performance on that pussy
- 13:27Speaker 1: all right, So go to blue Cheo dot com right now,
- 13:30Speaker 1: use that promo code Bootleg. Let's get back to the
- 13:33Speaker 1: interview because I always wonder because I think I told you.
- 13:36Speaker 1: I told because I feel like you and t Rell
- 13:40Speaker 1: shot the back on. I feel like you guys are
- 13:45Speaker 1: very much When I look at like drink Champs on
- 13:50Speaker 1: the East Coast, I feel like you guys are you
- 13:54Speaker 1: guys can be that over here for sure, because I
- 13:58Speaker 1: feel like you guys are very You guys each have
- 14:02Speaker 1: your own connections, not only to obviously the rap game,
- 14:05Speaker 1: but also just to the street side, and I feel
- 14:07Speaker 1: like you guys are both very reasonable guys. As to
- 14:10Speaker 1: where most people who come from, like a cript background
- 14:13Speaker 1: or a Hoover background, there's not a lot of reason,
- 14:15Speaker 1: like like, I feel like you guys, have you have
- 14:18Speaker 1: you guys ever like the thought process of like what
- 14:22Speaker 1: if the no Jumper thing goes away tomorrow? Are you
- 14:24Speaker 1: guys like has that ever been like a Oh, we're
- 14:27Speaker 1: a team, you know, shout out to smack too. Were
- 14:29Speaker 1: pushing this whole big comunity line. You feel me, that's
- 14:31Speaker 1: gonna go, you know, beyond just what we doing other
- 14:34Speaker 1: stuff too. And one thing I like about you real
- 14:37Speaker 1: is he's he's just like he's a parallel with me,
- 14:41Speaker 1: meaning like people known him as being the best friends
- 14:45Speaker 1: of certain popping artists. You know what I'm saying. People
- 14:47Speaker 1: kind of know you as the guy with Ot exactly
- 14:50Speaker 1: and Trey Songs and Joe Moses and Whisky Leaf hating
- 14:53Speaker 1: around with Tory Lanez. Yeah, yeah, shooting feat Yeah, I
- 14:58Speaker 1: mean neither here there you feel me? But no, I've
- 15:03Speaker 1: always been a number two guy for sure, and I've
- 15:05Speaker 1: embraced that because I'm like, I'm one of the people
- 15:07Speaker 1: where if I see my homeboy is sitting there doing
- 15:10Speaker 1: dope shit, if I can assist him in any type
- 15:12Speaker 1: of way, I'm cool. I can play the background. Because
- 15:15Speaker 1: once again, it goes back to having that faith and knowing,
- 15:18Speaker 1: like you know, I always knew you're gonna be in position.
- 15:20Speaker 1: You're gonna be number one. It doesn't matter when it's
- 15:23Speaker 1: gonna happen, but you're gonna be number one. So you know,
- 15:26Speaker 1: I see my brothers they need some assistance. I'm gonna
- 15:28Speaker 1: help them out. I'm gonna be hype man. I'm gonna
- 15:31Speaker 1: do the social media shit. At one point in time,
- 15:33Speaker 1: I was posting all Joe Moses shit. You feel me.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I was hype man for him something. You know, when
- 15:37Speaker 1: he ain't have a whip, You feel me Me Me and
- 15:39Speaker 1: him thugging out my baby mama car. We driving around everywhere,
- 15:42Speaker 1: same as ot. We're taking a whip, We going places.
- 15:45Speaker 1: And that's the type of person I am. So I
- 15:47Speaker 1: feel like t Real too. You know, he's always been
- 15:49Speaker 1: a number two guy. And we know what it's like
- 15:52Speaker 1: when you not really around them, certain artists no more,
- 15:56Speaker 1: how motherfucker has changed on you, how they look at you.
- 15:59Speaker 1: It's like, if you not around your home boy, we
- 16:02Speaker 1: don't want nothing to do with you. You You know what
- 16:04Speaker 1: I'm saying. You felt that, Yeah, I felt that before.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I just feel like everyone loves you. Yeah, but you
- 16:09Speaker 1: know the DJs, but it was certain individuals where like, nah,
- 16:13Speaker 1: they wasn't really fucking with me. It was cool. It
- 16:15Speaker 1: wasn't no beef, but like to where how I used
- 16:18Speaker 1: to see people and they were showing me super super love.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It wasn't like that. But people always remember, like, man,
- 16:23Speaker 1: you always been a cool guy. So as they see
- 16:25Speaker 1: me coming up, they're like, Okay, you know, we'll fuck
- 16:27Speaker 1: with him. We'll fuck with him and shit like that.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Has Ot thought about doing a podcast. He's not thought
- 16:32Speaker 1: about doing a pod, but I recently had him on
- 16:34Speaker 1: some streams and he's been loving it. So I've been like,
- 16:38Speaker 1: I've literally for a whole year been trying to convince
- 16:40Speaker 1: him nigga because he loves Madden, and I'm like, Nigga,
- 16:42Speaker 1: get a set up and just talking shit. Because out
- 16:45Speaker 1: of everybody in this industry, Ot probably got one of
- 16:48Speaker 1: the best personalities on He's hilarious, hilarious, and people don't
- 16:51Speaker 1: I feel like because Ot doesn't drop albums. He just
- 16:53Speaker 1: dropped songs. Ot is one of the weirdest rap careers ever. Yes,
- 16:57Speaker 1: because this guy has fucking hit racks records, but he
- 17:01Speaker 1: doesn't put out any bodies of work. No, he just
- 17:03Speaker 1: throws out these moments and then he goes away or no,
- 17:07Speaker 1: then he goes to the club. But you know, like
- 17:10Speaker 1: or he'll pop up on like an RJ album or something.
- 17:12Speaker 1: But it's like, it's crazy all the records sold and
- 17:15Speaker 1: he I think he's put out one project. He's he's
- 17:20Speaker 1: yet to surprise me when it comes down to that
- 17:23Speaker 1: ship Like back then, like I swear to guy, I
- 17:25Speaker 1: remember when he first got his deal and he had
- 17:29Speaker 1: got a large advance and we were going to the
- 17:33Speaker 1: which time the first time now was a unit. That
- 17:37Speaker 1: was the unit when he first signed with Buster. Yes,
- 17:42Speaker 1: and listen, he got this advance and we were going
- 17:45Speaker 1: to the club and I'm watching it. I'm like, bro,
- 17:48Speaker 1: spending too much money. And he's telling me, where are
- 17:51Speaker 1: you coming or what. I'm like, I'm coming, Bro, but
- 17:53Speaker 1: I'm a homeboy. I'm gonna tell you to recoup. Bro,
- 17:56Speaker 1: this is a lot of money you spending. We were
- 17:58Speaker 1: going to the club ten fifteen minutes before a close.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Oh give me some don ps, like give me this.
- 18:03Speaker 1: We're not gonna finish these bottles. And I'm like, listen
- 18:06Speaker 1: at this time, I'm like, you haven't produced a record
- 18:09Speaker 1: yet for these people, you know what I'm saying. And
- 18:12Speaker 1: he's like, bro, I got it, sure enough. It was
- 18:15Speaker 1: a video and I think the song was called Yum Yum.
- 18:19Speaker 1: We were at the Yum Yum video shoot, and you know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: I feel like the label was probably like, Okay, he's
- 18:26Speaker 1: not doing nothing. You feel me. That man took his
- 18:30Speaker 1: own money. He did Coco took his own money, shot
- 18:35Speaker 1: his own video, and the shit went viral. Yeah, and
- 18:40Speaker 1: I watched that. I watched that, and and my dumb
- 18:43Speaker 1: ass was supposed to be in the video ended up
- 18:46Speaker 1: getting getting there super late. I came at the tail
- 18:49Speaker 1: end of it, and I'm like, god, damn nigga missed
- 18:51Speaker 1: that viral moment. I feel like Ot is one of
- 18:55Speaker 1: those artists that we look at as his music is
- 18:57Speaker 1: bigger than him. But I feel like if he did
- 18:59Speaker 1: a podcast, asked or he was like, because he's so funny, bro,
- 19:03Speaker 1: if you ever look at his Instagram stories, bro, and
- 19:05Speaker 1: that's that's where I get the shift from he's just
- 19:07Speaker 1: a maniac, he's hilarious. That's where I get the shift
- 19:09Speaker 1: from his Instagram stories are so fucking calculated and like
- 19:13Speaker 1: it's so entertaining or just him crip walking, Yeah, Cript,
- 19:17Speaker 1: I mean you're by your terrible crip walker. Yeah, Big
- 19:19Speaker 1: U killed me off. If we're gonna shout the Big
- 19:22Speaker 1: U man, Big You, that's kind of the reason why
- 19:24Speaker 1: I'll be crip walking no more. I get you shouldn't. No,
- 19:27Speaker 1: Big You got me on a bad day. I was listen,
- 19:30Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you all this too. I was at
- 19:32Speaker 1: a lingerie party you feel me and viral? Yes, yes,
- 19:37Speaker 1: I had the tux seed on, I had the hard
- 19:39Speaker 1: bottoms on, drunk as fuck, and I start trying to
- 19:43Speaker 1: walk slurring, and Big You recorded it and then put
- 19:46Speaker 1: it on the internet and yeah, my sea walking days
- 19:49Speaker 1: is over. It's only in private, I think, Uh, for you,
- 19:58Speaker 1: I feel like you're I mean, Adam definitely acknowledges this.
- 20:01Speaker 1: You kind of are responsible for, like the pivot in
- 20:04Speaker 1: No Jumper being like a universe. You were like the
- 20:07Speaker 1: first guy to come in and be like, I guess
- 20:09Speaker 1: maybe change up the business model a bit in terms
- 20:11Speaker 1: of like now you can do interviews, Yeah, you know
- 20:15Speaker 1: what I mean. And then just I feel like bringing
- 20:18Speaker 1: in different personalities because it's now No Jumper. I watched
- 20:21Speaker 1: the interview you guys did with Rory and Mall and
- 20:26Speaker 1: you guys are just a lot of game man be
- 20:29Speaker 1: cause you know our shit is guest based. But you know,
- 20:32Speaker 1: I got my radio show, I got so much shit
- 20:33Speaker 1: going on. But it is very true what y'all were
- 20:35Speaker 1: saying that, Like now you guys don't have to do
- 20:38Speaker 1: interviews anymore. All of the content is really just about y'all.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Like jo I dived into this fucking poetic flock oh
- 20:44Speaker 1: fucking rabbit hole yesterday on your guys' this clip channel,
- 20:48Speaker 1: and it's all just shit about like y'all, Like you
- 20:51Speaker 1: guys have built this fucking crazy universe, Like is there
- 20:56Speaker 1: is there? Like when you have the seniority over everybody,
- 21:00Speaker 1: But like do you get paid per like episode like
- 21:03Speaker 1: how it performs, or you like on a salary like
- 21:08Speaker 1: it's it's it's it's some of both. Because I have
- 21:10Speaker 1: the food shows there too, which is Fire, halland Raise.
- 21:16Speaker 1: I've watched I've watched almost all of them. Yeah that's
- 21:18Speaker 1: that's you know. I mean that Stot was on the
- 21:20Speaker 1: phone in that fucking episode. It's not the one that
- 21:23Speaker 1: set up anything, you know, our median Stop halland Raise.
- 21:27Speaker 1: It's not me. Whoa, whoa shout out to Hallo raise. Nah,
- 21:33Speaker 1: very surprised. It's it's it's dope though, because you know,
- 21:37Speaker 1: I don't know why I don't believed to me, you
- 21:39Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. But he gave me free reign
- 21:42Speaker 1: to basically do what I want to do. He's trusted
- 21:44Speaker 1: some of the people I suggested to come to the
- 21:46Speaker 1: platform behind it. Even when we're on camera, people sometimes
- 21:50Speaker 1: they'd be like, I don't like each other and stuff
- 21:52Speaker 1: like that, like the nigga literally just set up another
- 21:54Speaker 1: game change and play for me behind the scenes. That
- 21:57Speaker 1: has nothing to do with No Jumper. So it's like,
- 22:00Speaker 1: you know, he he's not one of them people that
- 22:02Speaker 1: holds the wealth. He'll spread it to you and stuff
- 22:04Speaker 1: like that too, and so I appreciate him. You know,
- 22:06Speaker 1: he's family family. Na. He definitely seems like, uh, you know,
- 22:09Speaker 1: I've talked to Adam a lot, and I always tell
- 22:11Speaker 1: people like he's like a nice guy, dude, Like he's
- 22:14Speaker 1: a grinch though, No, but I'm saying, like, dude, even
- 22:17Speaker 1: four or five years ago when I was like originally
- 22:19Speaker 1: gonna launch my podcast, like he pulled up to my
- 22:21Speaker 1: house and did an interview with me in my basement,
- 22:23Speaker 1: and it was like, he's always been a very giving dude,
- 22:28Speaker 1: at least from what I perceive. If he fucks at you,
- 22:30Speaker 1: he fucks at you for sure. If you don't like you,
- 22:32Speaker 1: he's gonna ignore he's gonna ignore you. You know what
- 22:34Speaker 1: I'm saying. Like, And it's been it's been people on
- 22:37Speaker 1: the team that said, hey, hey man, I used to
- 22:38Speaker 1: hit you up. I dissed you. You know what I'm saying,
- 22:41Speaker 1: Like he was like people like on no Jumper Jumper, Wow, yeah,
- 22:46Speaker 1: like I mighty suspect her somebody. I ain't saying no
- 22:50Speaker 1: names suspect. It's kind of crazy though, like just some
- 22:53Speaker 1: of the inter twitings of like the drama. You somehow
- 22:55Speaker 1: always are very uh You're like Switzerland, You're very neutral
- 22:59Speaker 1: with everybody that there's so much craziness going on in
- 23:02Speaker 1: that Dot Jumper billions. I mean, you got to you
- 23:05Speaker 1: gotta understand. It's like, well, you know my background in
- 23:09Speaker 1: LA with the politics and stuff like that, I just
- 23:12Speaker 1: feel like a lot of people, you know, certain situations
- 23:15Speaker 1: ain't that serious. And if I can intervene, and you
- 23:18Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, make that shit help help that situation,
- 23:21Speaker 1: then I'm gonna do that because you know, I know
- 23:23Speaker 1: what it's like to come from different shit and different circumstances.
- 23:28Speaker 1: So now that I'm in position over here, I don't
- 23:31Speaker 1: want nothing to fuck that up. And a lot of
- 23:33Speaker 1: times something somebody else does can affect the whole team.
- 23:36Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It can affect the money.
- 23:38Speaker 1: And I'm like, hey, nigga, don't cut the fucking money.
- 23:40Speaker 1: You fuck with my money. Now, I ain't no more
- 23:42Speaker 1: neutral nothing. It's to hold an the ball game. Yeah,
- 23:45Speaker 1: because I even look at like the way you handle
- 23:47Speaker 1: the Flocko thing, Like yesterday you were talking like you
- 23:49Speaker 1: were you were kind of being sympathetic to his mental health, bro,
- 23:52Speaker 1: because as a person who've had mental health issues, you
- 23:55Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. If you ever watch me, I
- 23:57Speaker 1: always talk about that like I've had super severe anxiety,
- 24:03Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Once I stopped drinking hard liquor,
- 24:06Speaker 1: man for like three four months, I was I was
- 24:10Speaker 1: super depressed, you know, having insomnia, Like I just feel
- 24:15Speaker 1: like I was at a fucking terrible point in my life.
- 24:18Speaker 1: And I know mentally, a lot of times, man, especially
- 24:22Speaker 1: for somebody like Flaco, he's from North Dakota. He you know,
- 24:25Speaker 1: he don't. He doesn't look like us, he doesn't act
- 24:27Speaker 1: like us. He does things that are different, but that
- 24:30Speaker 1: you know he has. He takes so much fucking hate
- 24:33Speaker 1: and it's like, I think it. I think it all
- 24:34Speaker 1: really started once he he had that moment with that
- 24:37Speaker 1: dude who spit in his face. Yes, and you were
- 24:39Speaker 1: sitting there like I didn't sign up for this shit.
- 24:43Speaker 1: But even even even that like that, a situation like
- 24:48Speaker 1: that is like, you gotta think about that. You get
- 24:49Speaker 1: spit on, You feel me, got everybody talking about you
- 24:52Speaker 1: all the time. Sure, and it's like that nigga got
- 24:55Speaker 1: feelings too. You feel me, and we don't know mentally
- 24:58Speaker 1: what he's going through. It seems like a nice guy.
- 25:00Speaker 1: He is nice, and I'm like, you know, God forbid,
- 25:03Speaker 1: something happened to this man or he felt like he
- 25:05Speaker 1: can't take it no more. You feel me. I want
- 25:07Speaker 1: to at least be like, you know, I'm somebody that
- 25:10Speaker 1: was nice to you. You feel me. And I joke
- 25:12Speaker 1: on him too, like I say certain things to him,
- 25:15Speaker 1: I call him, I joke on him, I play around,
- 25:17Speaker 1: I troll into we all do that shit. But at
- 25:19Speaker 1: the end of the day. It's not to be malicious.
- 25:21Speaker 1: And you know I care about him and I care
- 25:24Speaker 1: about everybody on the team. Yo. Whatever, we got to
- 25:26Speaker 1: stop the interview real quick to tell you about our
- 25:28Speaker 1: family over at my bookie. That's right. Lots going on
- 25:31Speaker 1: in basketball right now, lots going on in the NFL
- 25:33Speaker 1: playoffs are about to start, super Bowls coming up, so
- 25:36Speaker 1: much to gamble on. Let's win some money. Go to
- 25:39Speaker 1: my bookie right now. If you sign up for a

- 26:01Speaker 1: to gamble with. So go to my Bookie dot ag
- 26:04Speaker 1: right now, sign up with that new account one more time.
- 26:07Speaker 1: They will match your first deposit up to one thousand dollars.

- 26:32Speaker 1: bookie right now, sign up for an account. Let's get
- 26:34Speaker 1: back to the interview. Were you going to be a
- 26:36Speaker 1: part of the uh Kanye Western interview that didn't happen? Yeah?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Was that that was the Nick Finn test thing? Uh huh,
- 26:42Speaker 1: So shout out to my guy Guilty. So Guilty is
- 26:45Speaker 1: a guy behind the scenes. I don't know how he
- 26:47Speaker 1: does it, but he contacts everybody. He's put He's put
- 26:52Speaker 1: a lot of this stuff together. The first Nick Finn
- 26:54Speaker 1: says interview, he actually arranged that. I was gonna say
- 26:57Speaker 1: that was kind of a weird because I didn't know
- 26:59Speaker 1: anything about Nick fuintest. And I've seen you guys talk
- 27:02Speaker 1: about like how like you know, we probably you know,
- 27:05Speaker 1: it probably wasn't the most productive conversation. No, I didn't
- 27:08Speaker 1: know anything about this dude, and I just saw I
- 27:10Speaker 1: think I saw Adam talking about it somewhere, just like
- 27:13Speaker 1: people are gonna be pissed about this. I was like, Oh,
- 27:15Speaker 1: let me see what the food the fuck this guy is.
- 27:17Speaker 1: I was like, Oh, this guy's kind of like a
- 27:19Speaker 1: he's kind of like a white nationalist. Is No. But
- 27:23Speaker 1: even that situation that showed me like, you have to
- 27:28Speaker 1: I have to do my due diligence and before you
- 27:30Speaker 1: talk to anybody, to talk to anybody, you know, like
- 27:32Speaker 1: I just a lot of times I get to just
- 27:34Speaker 1: use my personality and coast on certain stuff, and I'm
- 27:37Speaker 1: not even putting myself in a situation where I got
- 27:40Speaker 1: to hold it down for my culture and I have
- 27:42Speaker 1: to hold it down for my people being an African
- 27:44Speaker 1: American man. So if somebody has viewpoints and they're sitting
- 27:47Speaker 1: there saying some stuff to me and I don't know
- 27:49Speaker 1: how to counter that, you know, it's kind of like
- 27:52Speaker 1: a letdown for my whole community. So that first interview
- 27:55Speaker 1: showed me where it was like, Okay, I need to
- 27:57Speaker 1: be more prepared and I just can't not studying, not
- 28:01Speaker 1: you know, get all the facts before I jump in
- 28:03Speaker 1: the ring with somebody like that. Was that an interview
- 28:05Speaker 1: that you you got negative feedback from from like like
- 28:08Speaker 1: just like you said, like, do people think you didn't
- 28:10Speaker 1: do enoughing? Yeah, they're like they're like, you should have
- 28:12Speaker 1: said this, you should have known this, you should have
- 28:14Speaker 1: known that. And I agree. I'm like, yeah, I should
- 28:17Speaker 1: have did way better when it came down to that,
- 28:18Speaker 1: because you know, not knowing the history, Like that's not
- 28:21Speaker 1: no excuse. I have all these resources. I'm in position
- 28:25Speaker 1: people look up to me, and I feel like I
- 28:26Speaker 1: got to be a good representation for them. So if
- 28:29Speaker 1: somebody's coming at my people or saying certain certain things,
- 28:32Speaker 1: like I got to be able to count that and
- 28:34Speaker 1: do an intelligence least. So when the Kanye thing was
- 28:36Speaker 1: about to happen, Oh I did it already. I was
- 28:40Speaker 1: studying for like three days. Didn't nobody know. I didn't
- 28:42Speaker 1: tell nobody, but I literally was a deep diving getting
- 28:46Speaker 1: all my facts together because I'm like, if anybody say anything,
- 28:49Speaker 1: I'm about to I'm about to be there. They just
- 28:52Speaker 1: didn't pull up. I think Kanye is canceled on everybody. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 28:56Speaker 1: it's crazy. That would have been a legendary. It would
- 28:58Speaker 1: have been legendary do you feel like because I feel
- 29:01Speaker 1: like with your relationships in hip hop, you have yet
- 29:06Speaker 1: to in my opinion, really like lean on them too
- 29:11Speaker 1: much for guests, because I know the people who you're
- 29:13Speaker 1: super tight with, and like, out of those guys, like
- 29:15Speaker 1: I know you've had Wiz on mm hm, he had
- 29:17Speaker 1: ot on, but like you got other guys that like
- 29:20Speaker 1: a lot. You probably could have pulled Tory on if
- 29:22Speaker 1: you really wanted to before all this a lot pray
- 29:25Speaker 1: we could go on and on and on, but like,
- 29:27Speaker 1: is that something that you try to kind of keep
- 29:29Speaker 1: separate to where you're like, look, these are my friendships
- 29:31Speaker 1: and if it happens, it's going to be organic. It's
- 29:33Speaker 1: I'm not going to like hawk somebody to try to
- 29:35Speaker 1: come on the show. I've never even with wiz Wiz
- 29:38Speaker 1: hit me up, was like, Hey you still doing podcasts?
- 29:40Speaker 1: I want to come on here? Yeah, ot like I
- 29:42Speaker 1: want to come on here. It's like I don't want
- 29:45Speaker 1: to like put that in the ear. You feel me.
- 29:47Speaker 1: It's like you know, if you see it, if you
- 29:48Speaker 1: see what's going on and you want to come on,
- 29:50Speaker 1: I rather you do that versus me like, hey, bro,
- 29:53Speaker 1: do this favorite for me because let's keep it real.
- 29:55Speaker 1: That's all these niggas do anyway, all they do is
- 29:57Speaker 1: get favor. Bro, Can you do this for me? Can
- 29:59Speaker 1: do this for me? Can you do this for me?
- 30:00Speaker 1: Can do this for me? It's like, nah, I want
- 30:01Speaker 1: to be one of the people. It's like, nigga, I
- 30:03Speaker 1: want to when we're friends, were friends, We're gonna hang out,
- 30:05Speaker 1: we're gonna turn up, We're gonna do that. Keep it.
- 30:07Speaker 1: That's our relationship. We keep that shit separate. That's a
- 30:09Speaker 1: beautiful thing. Yeah, what's for you? Like, what was the
- 30:12Speaker 1: one time you, guys, you've done an interview so far
- 30:16Speaker 1: where you feel like you you kind of hit your
- 30:19Speaker 1: you know, doing interviews like rapping, you get better, you
- 30:22Speaker 1: know what I mean. But what was kind of for you,
- 30:24Speaker 1: like the peak interview where you were like, oh, I
- 30:26Speaker 1: felt most comfortable. This was my best conversation. You want
- 30:31Speaker 1: to those crazy shout outs, tim I got nineteen keys,
- 30:33Speaker 1: you feel me? I think that was like one of
- 30:35Speaker 1: the ones where I was like, oh, this is dope.
- 30:37Speaker 1: But you know one thing that people don't know, you
- 30:39Speaker 1: usually don't see me interviewing nobody. That's true, you know
- 30:43Speaker 1: what I mean? I usually co host on a lot
- 30:46Speaker 1: of the interviews with Adam or all doing with t Real,
- 30:48Speaker 1: or there a guest on. Yeah, there's a guest on
- 30:50Speaker 1: the show. So and the reason being, I have so
- 30:54Speaker 1: many relationships, you know, smaller skill to higher skill. I
- 30:58Speaker 1: already know what that shit's gonna be. One of my
- 31:01Speaker 1: favorites was the Massi combo. Yeah, it was like it
- 31:03Speaker 1: was like it was it was like but it's natural.
- 31:06Speaker 1: It was natural. It wasn't like an interview. It was
- 31:07Speaker 1: like he was just a part of your guys. I
- 31:09Speaker 1: just want you to come. You want to come, sit
- 31:10Speaker 1: down with a d I want you to come kick it,
- 31:12Speaker 1: be yourself. I'm not gonna ask you no incriminating shit.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I ain't gonna ask you no weird shit. I want
- 31:18Speaker 1: you to come. Have a good time. You feel me, Smoke, drink, dude,
- 31:21Speaker 1: what the fuck you do? Loose en up and show
- 31:23Speaker 1: people a good side of you, because, like I know,
- 31:25Speaker 1: like Mazzi has a stigma on him. People he's crazy,
- 31:28Speaker 1: he's crazy, he's crazy. He came on on the show
- 31:30Speaker 1: and just joking around and people like, damn, I ain't
- 31:32Speaker 1: never seen Mazzi like that. So if I could put
- 31:34Speaker 1: that in the air. Then that's what That's what it is.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Do you find yourself if you're friends with people and
- 31:40Speaker 1: you know that they have pretty big issues with other people?
- 31:43Speaker 1: Because I like the note jumper thing is like, I
- 31:46Speaker 1: mean when when krit Mak was coming up d a
- 31:49Speaker 1: lot with t Rel being in the building, it's just
- 31:51Speaker 1: like I was like, Yo, that shit, that shit's crazy,
- 31:54Speaker 1: Like this guy's got whatever he's got tattooed on his
- 31:56Speaker 1: fucking forehead and Trell's a main host there. Like it
- 31:59Speaker 1: just it was do you find yourself like turning down
- 32:02Speaker 1: shit or not being a part of certain shit maybe
- 32:04Speaker 1: because of the relationships you have outside of being a
- 32:08Speaker 1: I mean, loyalty is always going to be number one
- 32:10Speaker 1: of my book before anything, like I don't care about
- 32:14Speaker 1: shit like that. But you know, Trail has grown enough
- 32:17Speaker 1: and he doesn't care, you feel me? If you know,
- 32:20Speaker 1: if krip Mac wasn't how he is, Trail probably wouldn't
- 32:25Speaker 1: have no problems sitting down him. He sat down with
- 32:26Speaker 1: Odem Slim, and I thought that that was super big
- 32:30Speaker 1: for the culture in the streets. That yeah, like ship
- 32:34Speaker 1: like that is super dope. So Trail has it to
- 32:37Speaker 1: where he's looking at the bigger picture of where he
- 32:40Speaker 1: wants to be placed in his history. And see Mac
- 32:43Speaker 1: is just se Mac. You feel me, he stands on
- 32:45Speaker 1: this ship. He you know he is. He is who
- 32:48Speaker 1: he is and that's why people love him. So I mean,
- 32:51Speaker 1: situations like that are always going to conflict and I
- 32:53Speaker 1: don't get in the middle of that. But loyalty wise,
- 32:56Speaker 1: like I gotta rock with my with my guys, right
- 32:59Speaker 1: or wrong? Have you turned down an interview because you
- 33:01Speaker 1: just kind of knew maybe somebody you're a friend with
- 33:04Speaker 1: might feel some type of way not turned down an interview?
- 33:08Speaker 1: I just don't be there. I was just like, hey,
- 33:10Speaker 1: somebody else wouldn't do it, y'all can do it. I'm
- 33:12Speaker 1: not gonna be a part of it. Yeah, I'm not
- 33:14Speaker 1: in it. Yeah I'm cool. Like I ain't gonna I
- 33:16Speaker 1: ain't gonna block the right right right you feel? But yeah,
- 33:19Speaker 1: like that's like right now, you my guy, fuck with you.
- 33:22Speaker 1: I can't somebody that that blankantly hates you, you feel
- 33:27Speaker 1: me like, or is this super going crazy on you?
- 33:29Speaker 1: I can't sit there and call you my friend and
- 33:31Speaker 1: go sit down with him or facilitate something knowing that
- 33:34Speaker 1: he's about to say something bad about you. I'll be
- 33:36Speaker 1: a fake ass nigga for that. That's fair you And uh,
- 33:41Speaker 1: first of all, shout to China mact go because you
- 33:44Speaker 1: guys had a very interesting altercation. You got shot the
- 33:48Speaker 1: fair fade, and now you guys are fucking making content together.
- 33:51Speaker 1: You you inspired him to get his twitch, his streaming equipment.
- 33:55Speaker 1: Going my guy to me, that's like a situation where
- 33:59Speaker 1: it's like this is how like issues should be resolved
- 34:02Speaker 1: in hip hop, this in general, men being men. Yeah,
- 34:05Speaker 1: Like you guys fucking got it in, kept it moving,
- 34:08Speaker 1: and I feel like people need to see that, right,
- 34:11Speaker 1: you know what I mean. And it's crazy that like
- 34:13Speaker 1: a lot of people praise that situation when it's not
- 34:16Speaker 1: really a big situation. It's like, Okay, niggas got down,
- 34:18Speaker 1: they did they shit and they it's it's some normal
- 34:21Speaker 1: shit where you know, but it's like, you know, people
- 34:24Speaker 1: are so used to like, Okay, we're gonna slide on him,
- 34:26Speaker 1: we're gonna do this, we're gonna do that, and it's like, listen,
- 34:29Speaker 1: you can have a dispute and you know you don't
- 34:32Speaker 1: have to go down the blows all the time. Let
- 34:34Speaker 1: that be the last resort that's the last resort. Last resort.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Let that be violence. But just in case you have
- 34:40Speaker 1: a dispute with somebody, y'all can sit there and pass
- 34:43Speaker 1: that up. And if it can't be handled with words,
- 34:45Speaker 1: go ahead and knuckle it up real quick and shake
- 34:47Speaker 1: hands and keep the shit pushing it because you know
- 34:48Speaker 1: a situation like that, China Mac is one of my dogs.
- 34:51Speaker 1: He can come to my house whenever you want to.
- 34:53Speaker 1: We about to start filming other type of content. You
- 34:55Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, and doing shit together, so you
- 34:57Speaker 1: know what I mean. You know he's killing it too,
- 34:59Speaker 1: his mackat shit. This is amazing fire, It's amazing. Yeah,
- 35:02Speaker 1: when you do the food show, we do no how
- 35:05Speaker 1: do you you get like, how do you guys pick
- 35:07Speaker 1: the restaurants? Like? Is it like we we haven't done
- 35:10Speaker 1: a Mexican spot. Let's do a Mexican spot. We haven't
- 35:12Speaker 1: done a hot chicken spot. Let's shout out to s
- 35:14Speaker 1: Doc because he's been helping us out a lot with
- 35:16Speaker 1: that too. And fucks and going forward, we about to
- 35:20Speaker 1: have a more. You guys gotta go to Raffi's fucking
- 35:23Speaker 1: did you get the whole Armenian fucking experience that stopped
- 35:25Speaker 1: put on for your fucking people. Bro. He took me
- 35:27Speaker 1: to a he took me to a gang of spots.
- 35:29Speaker 1: But now we're about to We're about to do things
- 35:31Speaker 1: a little more differently. We're gonna film everything way more
- 35:37Speaker 1: structured because I feel like by the time that we
- 35:40Speaker 1: got to pick a place we do it, it takes
- 35:42Speaker 1: too much time to produce, and I feel like if
- 35:44Speaker 1: it was more frequent, then more people will be watching it,
- 35:48Speaker 1: which is doing amazing, don't get me wrong. But now
- 35:50Speaker 1: we're gonna break it down into like seasons and then
- 35:53Speaker 1: take a whole week to film all the content and
- 35:55Speaker 1: spread that out and break it down. Yeah, cause you
- 35:57Speaker 1: guys drop what is it once a month? Maybe not
- 36:00Speaker 1: even that sometimes. Yeah, it's not very consistent. Nah, but
- 36:03Speaker 1: you know we have the spots. It's just you know,
- 36:05Speaker 1: the editing team, man is so much content that they
- 36:08Speaker 1: have to edit, and they do on top of our shit.
- 36:10Speaker 1: But every time we drop, the views have been amazing. Hey,
- 36:13Speaker 1: we got to stop the interview real quick to tell
- 36:15Speaker 1: you about our family at Hard Dean. That's right, Hard Dean,
- 36:17Speaker 1: Los Vegas, the craziest dispensary in the world. The number
- 36:21Speaker 1: one dispensary in the United States, let alone in Las Vegas.
- 36:24Speaker 1: All right, maybe you're hitting Vegas with your friends, your girlfriends, whatever,
- 36:27Speaker 1: Maybe it's a bachelor party, whatever's going on. You're going
- 36:30Speaker 1: to go watch the Raiders suckcock. Whatever it is. Make
- 36:33Speaker 1: sure you pull up to Hardean Las Vegas. Tell them
- 36:35Speaker 1: I sent you. They got the craziest selection of premium
- 36:38Speaker 1: cannabis I've ever seen in my fucking life. The pre rolls,
- 36:43Speaker 1: the cartridges, the edibles, the flower all top notch, all
- 36:47Speaker 1: the best. The bud tenders are so friendly. It smells great.
- 36:52Speaker 1: It smells so good inside of hard Dean that they
- 36:55Speaker 1: have their own Harden's signature scent candle. Ah see, I

- 37:19Speaker 1: because coming up we're gonna be doing our very first
- 37:21Speaker 1: podcast from Harden in Vegas with young gravy. Oh yeah,
- 37:27Speaker 1: it's going down. All right, let's get back to the interview.
- 37:29Speaker 1: That's amazing. How's doing live podcasting? Live podcasting fire? Yeah,
- 37:33Speaker 1: I'm surprised you ain't did that shit. Yeah, me and
- 37:35Speaker 1: Freddie talked about doing one, bro. It's amazing, especially like
- 37:39Speaker 1: the you know, you get to you get to meet
- 37:40Speaker 1: your core audience right and you know, they they can
- 37:43Speaker 1: scream out what the fuck you want? Like especially like
- 37:47Speaker 1: doing streaming, it gets you kind of equipped for that
- 37:51Speaker 1: cause you're used to reading the chat and people saying shit.
- 37:54Speaker 1: But it's the same thing. People in the crowd. They
- 37:56Speaker 1: have questions, they say shit, and you go to the
- 37:58Speaker 1: meet and greet and people show you know what I'm saying,
- 38:00Speaker 1: you so much love and ship like that. It's dope.
- 38:02Speaker 1: What are you doing on the rap side, You've been
- 38:03Speaker 1: putting out some looci'es. You've been throwing some singles out
- 38:05Speaker 1: there here and there. I got some big ship going you.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Once again, I had a fucking I have some balances
- 38:10Speaker 1: that had to clear. They're clear now. But you know
- 38:13Speaker 1: me and I'll just say me and Don Canna got
- 38:17Speaker 1: a whole project. It's almost done that he's producing whole day.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Shot to Don Cannon man shows up, Krashan, you feel me?
- 38:25Speaker 1: Shot to Kashan. You know what I'm saying with maker
- 38:27Speaker 1: sound and all that hit maker? Okay, well I got
- 38:30Speaker 1: I didn't know if you just told me you're gonna
- 38:31Speaker 1: drop a clabby people with Krashan rock or not? No, no,
- 38:36Speaker 1: I'm saying fuck no. But you know, just you and Don. Well,
- 38:39Speaker 1: I heard some records somebody was playing it. I think
- 38:44Speaker 1: it was casting was playing me some oh yeah he
- 38:46Speaker 1: or some ship some ship that was like crazy, like
- 38:49Speaker 1: just barring, barring the fuck out. It was like I
- 38:52Speaker 1: was like, when you hear me and Krashan ship shout
- 38:55Speaker 1: out the hit maker like yeah, we got me and
- 38:57Speaker 1: hit maker Kashan, Like this ship is out here. Would
- 39:00Speaker 1: you do you feel like you're doing like music now
- 39:03Speaker 1: because you want to, not because you have to? And
- 39:05Speaker 1: does the music get better there? Nah? I just feel
- 39:08Speaker 1: like now I don't have to force shit out. I could.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I can put out quality versus quantity because you know,
- 39:14Speaker 1: I don't have to live off of music no more.
- 39:16Speaker 1: But that wasn't The goal was to be just successful.
- 39:19Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying something yeah, something, just be
- 39:22Speaker 1: just be successful. So it's like now and then too,
- 39:24Speaker 1: Like I hate people putting that stigma on that you
- 39:27Speaker 1: can only be great at one thing, but you can
- 39:29Speaker 1: only be you know the face of this and doing that.
- 39:31Speaker 1: And it's like I look up to ice Cube. I
- 39:34Speaker 1: look up to Donald Glover where I'm like, man, listen,
- 39:36Speaker 1: like Donald Glover. You see him do stand up? You
- 39:39Speaker 1: see him you know producing Atlanta att Yeah, you could
- 39:43Speaker 1: drop music. You could do that. And it's and there's
- 39:45Speaker 1: no ceiling for him. Ice Cube, you feel me? I
- 39:48Speaker 1: mean you were in Dave too, Yeah, and Dave. I'm
- 39:50Speaker 1: actually too, man, if this comes out in time, I'm
- 39:53Speaker 1: in the New House Party movie too. I heard a
- 39:55Speaker 1: lot of people shout to caw ma. I heard a
- 39:57Speaker 1: lot of people in that movie. I'm in the movie
- 39:59Speaker 1: and I got a song in the movie. A lot
- 40:01Speaker 1: of people are in that movie. Yeah, So are you, like,
- 40:03Speaker 1: are you gonna try to dive into that side? Hell? Yeah,
- 40:05Speaker 1: I'm care if I'm doing everything. Yeah, I think you
- 40:08Speaker 1: should write a sitcomer. So I'm doing it. Oh, bro,
- 40:10Speaker 1: I would love doing sitcom. But yeah, Bro, I just
- 40:12Speaker 1: feel like the sky is the limit, Like it's nothing
- 40:15Speaker 1: I can't do it even right now, people like they're like, bro,
- 40:18Speaker 1: you're killing that podcast and killing it at streaming, Like
- 40:21Speaker 1: they may think this is my ceiling. This is not
- 40:23Speaker 1: my ceiling, right you feel me? Who taking this shit
- 40:25Speaker 1: even crazier? Put you like if you if just being
- 40:29Speaker 1: a fan of the culture and having the friends you have,
- 40:32Speaker 1: who's somebody who hasn't thought about doing a podcast who
- 40:35Speaker 1: you think would just fucking destroy it if they ever
- 40:38Speaker 1: got in front of a mic and did this shit? Uhh,
- 40:41Speaker 1: that's a good one. Artists wise, are just a genuine artist.
- 40:51Speaker 1: I would have to say, honestly, I think Gibbs would
- 40:58Speaker 1: be fucking funny as fuck for for a podcast. Well,
- 41:01Speaker 1: you know, we've we've talked a gangster Gibbs have talked
- 41:04Speaker 1: about it over and over and over. Oh so he
- 41:06Speaker 1: thinking about it. We've yeah, we've had our Yeah, we're
- 41:09Speaker 1: being him. Were supposed to do something like two years ago.
- 41:11Speaker 1: I think I think he has the personality because he
- 41:15Speaker 1: the way he talks in general, and how he tweets
- 41:18Speaker 1: and says certain things. I think he would be good.
- 41:20Speaker 1: He's got to do it. Sober Freddie drunk on camera
- 41:23Speaker 1: three episodes in He's canceled Hey, yes, yes, but I
- 41:27Speaker 1: think like that'd be entertainment. I watched it. No, Freddi
- 41:29Speaker 1: Gibbs would be amazing. Uh yeah, there's a few guys,
- 41:32Speaker 1: but Fred's Fred to me is the one, yeah, for sure,
- 41:34Speaker 1: because he'd be doing stand up and ship and all that. Uh.
- 41:37Speaker 1: How do you feeling about just LA hip hop right now? Man?
- 41:39Speaker 1: Because you were part of an era that was like
- 41:42Speaker 1: I think of you, I think r J. I think
- 41:44Speaker 1: just that whole class that was you guys are kind
- 41:46Speaker 1: of like veterans now, which is kind of crazy, But
- 41:48Speaker 1: you know, I feel like LA right now is in
- 41:50Speaker 1: a place where a lot more people are working together
- 41:55Speaker 1: then I feel like it used to be, even though
- 41:57Speaker 1: there's still separation of politics and all that. Man got too,
- 42:00Speaker 1: But you know, I feel like a lot of these
- 42:02Speaker 1: younger kids are kind of like embracing each other a
- 42:04Speaker 1: little bit more than I've you know, seen in previous
- 42:08Speaker 1: I guess classes. But how are you feeling about what?
- 42:11Speaker 1: I think? I think that you know, and I love
- 42:13Speaker 1: all the new guys that are out. You feel me?
- 42:15Speaker 1: Shot out to Bino, Shout out the Blast, Shout out
- 42:18Speaker 1: the Blue Bugs, Shout out to Kaelin for real, for
- 42:20Speaker 1: real Woodchi, Who am I missing? Who am I missing?
- 42:24Speaker 1: Give me some names? One take one take as child,
- 42:29Speaker 1: Yellow Hills Dope, Oh yeah, hey, yellow Hills doing this thing?
- 42:32Speaker 1: Sony A matter of time for Yellow Hill, Sony, A
- 42:34Speaker 1: matter of time for Yellow Hill. Who am I missing?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Who am I missing? Lot? Even Ralphie Man, Ralphy be
- 42:39Speaker 1: killing it. I love I love Ralphie music. You know
- 42:41Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Baby, strong guerrillas. You know what. Perico
- 42:46Speaker 1: still holding it down too. You gotta get Perrico his credit,
- 42:49Speaker 1: killing it. He's killing you. Gotta get miss credit. It's
- 42:53Speaker 1: a it's a lot of it's a lot of dope
- 42:54Speaker 1: guys out here. And shout out to the niggas in
- 42:56Speaker 1: the I E. Two. Hey that's somebody who could do
- 42:58Speaker 1: a podcast. Japeriica, Prico's funny, He's so funny. Oh yeah no.
- 43:01Speaker 1: But I feel like now, you know, how music translates
- 43:05Speaker 1: now in the city is way more harder because I
- 43:09Speaker 1: was a hot new hip hop baby. You feel me
- 43:11Speaker 1: like I got discovered on how new hip hop and
- 43:14Speaker 1: I had my you know when I felt like I
- 43:16Speaker 1: needed to drop albums, they're right there front page, that
- 43:19Speaker 1: pif right there, High New hip hop and the discovery
- 43:22Speaker 1: for new artists now was just so fucking hard. It's
- 43:24Speaker 1: like everybody chasing TikTok, but I ain't really organic like that,
- 43:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Chasing that. Yeah, you might
- 43:30Speaker 1: catch a moment, but you ain't got no no concert tickets. Yeah,
- 43:33Speaker 1: And I mean, now, the club scene is so fucking dry,
- 43:38Speaker 1: and that's how we got our records out there. You
- 43:41Speaker 1: feel me them supper clubs, them playhouses. You'll be able
- 43:45Speaker 1: to go to LA club and hear some shit and
- 43:47Speaker 1: be like, oh, what's this? Yeah, everybody knows it. Everybody
- 43:50Speaker 1: knows it. And then you go back home and you
- 43:51Speaker 1: learning that shit. But like and that's how like you know,
- 43:54Speaker 1: the bookings and stuff like that, that's what kept us afloat.
- 43:57Speaker 1: And yeah, the club shit out here. I mean and listen,
- 43:59Speaker 1: I'm to the point in my life where I don't
- 44:00Speaker 1: go out unless and getting paid or it unless it's
- 44:02Speaker 1: like an event that it really makes sense for me
- 44:04Speaker 1: to go. So I'm kind of like I just remember,
- 44:07Speaker 1: Like I feel like since the pandemic, the club scene
- 44:10Speaker 1: has yet to fully really rebound the way it was
- 44:14Speaker 1: for for like local La hip hop music. Now, I
- 44:19Speaker 1: don't know, Like I hear that there are some spots,
- 44:21Speaker 1: like I know that the LA function is cool, the
- 44:23Speaker 1: LA Function Supreme Teams, Dragon Dragon, Dragonfly too, But but
- 44:28Speaker 1: I mean, like as far as the impact, it's not
- 44:31Speaker 1: there like people used to. I want to go to
- 44:33Speaker 1: LA to go to supper club or the playoffs, and
- 44:37Speaker 1: right now on some fly type ship. I mean, you know,
- 44:41Speaker 1: shout out to my guy, uh, Scott, I mean my guy,
- 44:45Speaker 1: Sean my bad, I said, Scott Wednesday's Highlight Room. You
- 44:49Speaker 1: feel me, Yeah, Sean Dickerson, my gos Sean Dickerson, I said, Scott,
- 44:53Speaker 1: what's that sadik right be booming? Yeah, but that's but
- 44:56Speaker 1: that's not that. But that's not nobody, not a lot
- 44:59Speaker 1: of people and get into that. No, nobody, And they're
- 45:03Speaker 1: not playing no LA music, not playing no LA music. No,
- 45:06Speaker 1: it's a vibe. It's a vibe though, and you're running
- 45:08Speaker 1: to the who's who of the world. Yeah, but there's
- 45:10Speaker 1: no like LA culture up there. No, but LA culture wise,
- 45:13Speaker 1: Like I feel like y'all have to stick together now,
- 45:18Speaker 1: you'll have to do music with each other. Now, you'll
- 45:20Speaker 1: have to do concerts with each other now because I'm
- 45:23Speaker 1: loving all the shows that have been happening at the Roxy. Yeah,
- 45:25Speaker 1: it's been dope. It's been super dope. Started Kayling yesterday.
- 45:28Speaker 1: He about to go back on tour. K Yeah, we
- 45:30Speaker 1: got a fire record coming out. That's gonna be the
- 45:33Speaker 1: first thing I dropped coming back and real for real.
- 45:36Speaker 1: And then you've been dropping records tell here and there. Yeah,
- 45:38Speaker 1: just to test the walls and see the climate is
- 45:40Speaker 1: like yeah, I mean, dude, you're you're bigger than you've
- 45:42Speaker 1: ever been. Yeah, So the music is gonna But that's
- 45:45Speaker 1: the that's the thing, like if you think of Okay,
- 45:47Speaker 1: so you think about the process of music now, right,
- 45:50Speaker 1: and I own a studio now, so let's eliminate owning
- 45:53Speaker 1: the studio. You have to book studio time, you have
- 45:57Speaker 1: to pay the producer, you have to do the song.
- 45:59Speaker 1: You got to get it mixed, you gotta get it mastered,
- 46:02Speaker 1: you gotta do the video. You got to put it out,
- 46:04Speaker 1: and hopefully you got to figure out a way to
- 46:06Speaker 1: make money off of that because you're already for people
- 46:08Speaker 1: who don't know, thirty nine every million streams on Spotify.
- 46:12Speaker 1: That's it so and you have to hope that it
- 46:14Speaker 1: accumulates that to get your investment back, versus I can
- 46:17Speaker 1: go downstairs and make three grand tonight. Yo. That's crazy.
- 46:21Speaker 1: So you know the urgency of it is like, you know,
- 46:24Speaker 1: I want to put out shit that I feel is perfect.
- 46:28Speaker 1: You know, it's dope. I don't have to rush anything.
- 46:30Speaker 1: There's no fillers in there, and we could sit there
- 46:33Speaker 1: and see if the songs age over time because a
- 46:36Speaker 1: lot of the shit I deal with Cannon, some of
- 46:38Speaker 1: them songs were almost three years old, but it still
- 46:41Speaker 1: stands up. Not I mean, Don Cannon's that guy come
- 46:43Speaker 1: on production. But that's the difference with the production quality,
- 46:46Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like when you're a real producer,
- 46:50Speaker 1: you can make them timeless records and you can bring
- 46:52Speaker 1: the beast out of artists and stuff. I may understand
- 46:55Speaker 1: something ad because you know I'm from Arizona. I was
- 46:57Speaker 1: just out there's my second home. You know. I love Scottsdale.

- 49:20Speaker 1: that shit crazy? Like I can't go get a burrito
- 49:23Speaker 1: at four forty five in the morning in La. The
- 49:25Speaker 1: taco trucks are all closed value where Crave Nigga, Crave Cafe?
- 49:30Speaker 1: Where the fuck is that? Bro nigga? It is literally
- 49:33Speaker 1: is there a driver? Like three of them are out there?
- 49:35Speaker 1: Is there a drive through? No driving? Fuck out of here.
- 49:37Speaker 1: I want to drive through and give me a fucking
- 49:40Speaker 1: California brito at four in the morning. True, And it's like,
- 49:43Speaker 1: it's La. You can post made it fu post? You
- 49:48Speaker 1: know what they got that post? They got that white
- 49:50Speaker 1: hut shit that that what the great white hut that
- 49:52Speaker 1: they just opened. It's good enough because it's the only
- 49:56Speaker 1: fucking thing you can get food from. Guess what? You
- 49:59Speaker 1: can just drive through? No no drive through. There's a
- 50:03Speaker 1: certain shit about La that really bothers me because it's
- 50:05Speaker 1: La and it should be like should be booming, it
- 50:08Speaker 1: should be all night. I should be able to go
- 50:09Speaker 1: get food. I should have more options than Jack in
- 50:13Speaker 1: the box. That's all I'm saying. I know I'd be
- 50:14Speaker 1: trying to like, let me hear and go to the
- 50:16Speaker 1: hibachi before you open it all? What do you I
- 50:19Speaker 1: think If I was telling us stout this, I was like, bro,
- 50:21Speaker 1: I'm trying to open it all night, just twenty four
- 50:23Speaker 1: to seven spot because I feel like it would boom
- 50:25Speaker 1: out here. It would because there's nothing. Do you think
- 50:28Speaker 1: there's any like restrictions against that. That's why they don't
- 50:31Speaker 1: do it. I don't know. I just know I live
- 50:33Speaker 1: in Burbank and then Ourmenians be closing down early but early, yeah,
- 50:38Speaker 1: because I can't get nothing. I gotta go to Jack
- 50:40Speaker 1: in the Box. You live in Burbank, Jason, Are you
