- 1:19Speaker 4: Shout to all the ernest. Yo, let's get start, man,
- 1:23Speaker 4: we got a lot to get over. Get through obviously. Man,
- 1:27Speaker 4: this this is incredible. Whoever thought the EYL would take
- 1:30Speaker 4: it this fall?
- 1:30Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:30Speaker 4: This is incredible. Shout everybody that's in the building right now,
- 1:32Speaker 4: clapping up for yourselves.
- 1:34Speaker 3: Don't clap it up for yourself, set up for yourself.
- 1:37Speaker 4: Look, this is gonna be an interesting conversation. It's gonna
- 1:40Speaker 4: be full of a lot of information. So if you
- 1:43Speaker 4: got your pen, your pad, your iPad, whatever you're doing,
- 1:45Speaker 4: I would take it out now and get ready. My brothers,
- 1:47Speaker 4: we had a great conversation earlier, and I'm like, look,
- 1:50Speaker 4: let's give them something we've never given them before. Let's
- 1:52Speaker 4: open the game up. Everybody came here from their respective
- 1:55Speaker 4: homes to get information, and so that's what we're gonna
- 1:57Speaker 4: put out to the yunger with that.
- 1:58Speaker 3: Absolutely yeah.
- 1:59Speaker 5: Man.
- 1:59Speaker 4: So obviously two three years ago, I'm not sure that
- 2:02Speaker 4: this could have happened, right, and so this is pretty
- 2:05Speaker 4: incredible that financial literacy has packed south by Southwest. I
- 2:08Speaker 4: want to know your thoughts on the trajectory of financial literacy,
- 2:11Speaker 4: since you guys have been seeing this over the past
- 2:13Speaker 4: two to three four years and we go aheaded with us.
- 2:16Speaker 2: So before we start, I want to say something. I
- 2:17Speaker 2: need everybody to say. Wall Street looks like US now.
- 2:21Speaker 2: Wall Street looks like US now, Like I need you
- 2:24Speaker 2: to say it and believe it. Wall Street looks like us. Now, okay,
- 2:29Speaker 2: y'all believe it.
- 2:30Speaker 3: That's a lot. That's I heard y'all since I've been here.
- 2:32Speaker 2: So for me, you know, financial literacy is just understanding
- 2:37Speaker 2: how to play the game the way that America plays
- 2:39Speaker 2: the game. If you allow them, if you give them
- 2:42Speaker 2: permission to feed you, then you get them permission to
- 2:44Speaker 2: starve you.
- 2:45Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 2:46Speaker 2: And I don't know about y'all, but I don't give
- 2:48Speaker 2: nobody that permission. So the goal for me, and when
- 2:51Speaker 2: I look at financial literacy is how do I won
- 2:55Speaker 2: play the game like America player.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Which is the stock market? Right? Too? How do you buy?
- 3:00Speaker 3: And then three how do you use credit?
- 3:02Speaker 2: If you use those three things, you have now created
- 3:05Speaker 2: a triangle offense, right, And so we got to get
- 3:08Speaker 2: rid of the toxic relationships we have with money. Right,
- 3:11Speaker 2: We got toxic relationships with money. One thing I've learned
- 3:14Speaker 2: on my journey was that it's a stat that the
- 3:16Speaker 2: average person spends the dollar and twenty five cent for
- 3:18Speaker 2: every dollar they make. So you think about every time
- 3:21Speaker 2: you make four dollars, you already spent five, right, that's
- 3:23Speaker 2: a recipe for staying in poverty. Right, So for me,
- 3:27Speaker 2: financial literacy is the gateway to where we gotta go
- 3:30Speaker 2: at right. I don't know about y'all, but it ain't
- 3:32Speaker 2: fun being broke, right, y'all was homeless.
- 3:35Speaker 3: It wasn't nothing fun about that.
- 3:36Speaker 2: But somebody telling me act like I'm broke, I'd be like,
- 3:38Speaker 2: hell no, I want to.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Act like that. I live that shit cool, you know
- 3:42Speaker 3: what I'm saying.
- 3:43Speaker 2: So for me, it's always like using financial literacy as
- 3:46Speaker 2: the key that unlocks the doors and the potential for
- 3:49Speaker 2: all of us.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Man flipping up for my.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Guy and for me, I just want to make sure
- 3:57Speaker 5: that we're getting the right information because all of a sudden,
- 4:00Speaker 5: there's a lot of people that want to talk about
- 4:02Speaker 5: it that are not that don't have the best intention
- 4:04Speaker 5: for you.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Guys, please remember this.
- 4:06Speaker 5: Anyone that is trying to help you financially, make them
- 4:10Speaker 5: make you money first.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Before you do anything. That's why we do market mondays.
- 4:14Speaker 5: You see them on IG Live every day, shows Ellen clapping.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Up for him. Right.
- 4:22Speaker 5: If a person truly and ladies, you know this more
- 4:24Speaker 5: than anything, Right, if a person really wants to help you,
- 4:27Speaker 5: they'll help you without receiving anything on the back end
- 4:30Speaker 5: at all a lot of times when people are coming
- 4:32Speaker 5: to help but they need something on the back end,
- 4:34Speaker 5: it's because they want to finesse you out of something.
- 4:36Speaker 5: My job is to give you the most and if
- 4:39Speaker 5: I decide to run for president, which I want or
- 4:41Speaker 5: something like, Man, he pretty damn cool. He ran a
- 4:44Speaker 5: little bit with the pineapple juice, bututher than that, he's straight.
- 4:47Speaker 5: So I'm here to make you money. And the financial
- 4:49Speaker 5: literally splace is gonna grow because I think we're tired
- 4:51Speaker 5: of being So.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Are you leading for leading to financial literacy stage? Man,
- 4:56Speaker 3: that's that powerful words. I appreciate those.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Here's the thing right Obviously, twenty twenty two was come
- 5:03Speaker 4: stock market, which is something that we've invested in. It
- 5:05Speaker 4: show A Hans who's invested in stop market right now.
- 5:08Speaker 4: We've had an amazing Yeah, shout out to everybody that's
- 5:11Speaker 4: in it.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Right.
- 5:11Speaker 4: So, we've seen the SMP crumbled double digit percent losses,
- 5:16Speaker 4: we've seen the Dow double digit percent losses. We've seen
- 5:19Speaker 4: the NASSAC when we always talk about tech actually becoming
- 5:21Speaker 4: a bare territory, so they're over twenty percent losses and
- 5:24Speaker 4: so A lot of us, including myself, we're thinking to
- 5:26Speaker 4: ourselfs like is this the time to invest?
- 5:28Speaker 3: How do we invest? Where should we be investing?
- 5:31Speaker 4: And trap one of the things you told me early on,
- 5:33Speaker 4: I think the first time we met it was like, look,
- 5:35Speaker 4: you always made.
- 5:35Speaker 3: More money in the drought.
- 5:37Speaker 4: Fact, so what should we be looking at if we're
- 5:39Speaker 4: investing now or if we're like on the teeter of
- 5:41Speaker 4: the fence, like you know what I want to get
- 5:42Speaker 4: into markets? They told me on market money is hey,
- 5:45Speaker 4: when it's red, we shouldn't be scared, right, we should
- 5:48Speaker 4: be bullished when that happens. But when we see these downtrends,
- 5:51Speaker 4: just continuous and right, we've seen five to six weeks
- 5:53Speaker 4: of downturn, what do we do when we see these
- 5:56Speaker 4: type of things happening?
- 5:57Speaker 2: So that is it's true you make more money in
- 6:01Speaker 2: a drought, right, So it's when everything is scarce. So
- 6:04Speaker 2: for me, I'm looking at one legal dope dealers. I'm
- 6:07Speaker 2: just keeping the honey. I stick to who I am. Yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 2: it ain't changing. So people like Eli Lilly, who the
- 6:13Speaker 2: biggest insulin deal in the world, Right, they up thirty
- 6:16Speaker 2: four percent in a year, Like that's that's unprecedented right
- 6:21Speaker 2: now without being a tech company.
- 6:24Speaker 3: Right.
- 6:24Speaker 2: So I love like producers of pharmaceuticals, right, but only
- 6:29Speaker 2: something that you can understand.
- 6:31Speaker 3: That's first and foremost. Another thing I love is industrial.
- 6:34Speaker 2: So when you look at somebody like Waste Management, right,
- 6:36Speaker 2: that's a company that, no matter what's going on in economy,
- 6:39Speaker 2: we won't get rid of trash.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Right. America is the number one country of.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Disposable stuff, right, so we waste more than anybody, right
- 6:50Speaker 2: because everything is in abundance. So a company like Waste Management, like,
- 6:55Speaker 2: I love that, right. But then also I'm a forward thinker, right,
- 7:00Speaker 2: so I'm looking at how do we use money and
- 7:02Speaker 2: how is that industry changing? So if everybody know trap,
- 7:04Speaker 2: you know I love fintech, right, even though it's taking
- 7:07Speaker 2: a beating right now, we still can look at it
- 7:09Speaker 2: and say, okay, check this out.
- 7:11Speaker 3: My brother he loves Square like that's his thing.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I love PayPal, right, So what happens is this also
- 7:17Speaker 2: ally financial?
- 7:18Speaker 3: Right? It's another fintech company, right, you know what I'm saying.
- 7:21Speaker 3: It's another fintech company.
- 7:23Speaker 2: So fintech is a great industry to be in because
- 7:26Speaker 2: you never look at a company that you invest in
- 7:29Speaker 2: for what they're doing right now, because what they're doing
- 7:32Speaker 2: right now, that price has been baked.
- 7:33Speaker 3: In two years ago, right, Like take heed to that.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Like, however, a company is performing right now, the price
- 7:39Speaker 2: that it is now has been baked in from two
- 7:41Speaker 2: years ago. So now you want to look at what
- 7:43Speaker 2: do I see going on right now? What do I
- 7:45Speaker 2: see them doing in the next two three years? You
- 7:47Speaker 2: ain't got to go ten years. What are you seeing
- 7:49Speaker 2: the next two three years? What do you see happening?
- 7:51Speaker 2: On the flip side of this, Can everybody agree that
- 7:53Speaker 2: the way we use money is different now?
- 7:55Speaker 3: Right?
- 7:56Speaker 2: Like one of the things Ian says that Square is
- 7:59Speaker 2: the new JP Morgan, Right, But the way that they're
- 8:03Speaker 2: setting themselves up is where you don't even have to
- 8:05Speaker 2: go into bank no more. Right, So look at the
- 8:08Speaker 2: way that is going When you got companies like Linden Tree,
- 8:11Speaker 2: you got companies like a firm buy now, pay later,
- 8:14Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying, like PayPal just partner with Amazon. Right,
- 8:18Speaker 2: So seamless payment options are the future.
- 8:22Speaker 3: So what if it's getting beat up right now? That's okay, right,
- 8:25Speaker 3: because what.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Happens is and knows time When you look back two
- 8:27Speaker 2: years like like that that is up three thousand percent.
- 8:30Speaker 2: You're like, damn, I should have the worst thing that
- 8:31Speaker 2: you want to be as investors say I should have invested. Damn,
- 8:35Speaker 2: I should have not too late? Next you know what
- 8:37Speaker 2: I'm saying. So that's that's what I look. That's what
- 8:39Speaker 2: those are my big three right now.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Yeah, And so in terms that we always talk about this,
- 8:43Speaker 4: do your homework, do your own research, And a lot
- 8:45Speaker 4: of people like, what's the homework? What should we be doing?
- 8:48Speaker 4: How do we find a company that we want to
- 8:50Speaker 4: invest in? And so a lot of times it really
- 8:52Speaker 4: comes to a personal situation, like it just depends on
- 8:54Speaker 4: what your interest on.
- 8:55Speaker 3: And so I'm interested here from both of y'all.
- 8:57Speaker 4: When you're evaluating a company that you're going to invest in,
- 8:59Speaker 4: looking at it, what's your process?
- 9:01Speaker 3: Like, take us through the process.
- 9:02Speaker 4: What I'm saying, all right, I'm looking at the fundamentals
- 9:05Speaker 4: or I'm looking at the technicals in this company.
- 9:06Speaker 3: How do I find it? Right? Because most people, if
- 9:08Speaker 3: you ask.
- 9:09Speaker 4: Them, do they know Amazon, do they know Apple, do
- 9:11Speaker 4: they know Tesla?
- 9:13Speaker 3: They know these companies.
- 9:14Speaker 4: But a lot of times you guys come up with
- 9:16Speaker 4: companies I'm like, damn, I even hear that one. So
- 9:18Speaker 4: what's the process of y'all finding the companies that y'all
- 9:20Speaker 4: eventually will invest in?
- 9:22Speaker 3: Because Ian do a lot of technicals, so I'll let
- 9:24Speaker 3: him go in first. Yeah. Well, I want you guys
- 9:26Speaker 3: to write this down.
- 9:27Speaker 5: Number one, you must invest in the top three sectors
- 9:31Speaker 5: and only look at the top five companies. I know
- 9:35Speaker 5: you want to find the greatest version of Tesla in
- 9:37Speaker 5: twenty twenty four that's in China. You're going to lose
- 9:41Speaker 5: all of your money doing it, right. I know some
- 9:42Speaker 5: of you have even heard me say no doge no
- 9:45Speaker 5: Shiba man fucking he doesn't know and then it falls
- 9:49Speaker 5: apart and it's like, brother, I need to talk to
- 9:51Speaker 5: you after I'm down twenty nine thousand.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Told you right?
- 9:54Speaker 5: You only anybody here sports fans would you rather have
- 9:58Speaker 5: a top five draft pick or the eighty fifth best person?
- 10:03Speaker 5: So why when it comes to investing, you want to
- 10:06Speaker 5: get someone from a Juco over bron No slightly nobody
- 10:10Speaker 5: played Juko Doo, no company?
- 10:11Speaker 3: Right?
- 10:12Speaker 5: Then founder, management team, and this is most important, what
- 10:16Speaker 5: can this company do that no one else on earth
- 10:19Speaker 5: can do? So if I told you there is a
- 10:23Speaker 5: technology company in California right now, that gets thirty percent
- 10:28Speaker 5: of all the money that comes in from every business
- 10:31Speaker 5: on the earth.
- 10:31Speaker 3: That's important.
- 10:32Speaker 5: What you want to invest in that That one business
- 10:35Speaker 5: alone is Apples app store, but you don't want to
- 10:39Speaker 5: invest in it because of what number one advertising business
- 10:42Speaker 5: of all time is what Google?
- 10:45Speaker 3: We don't have to go.
- 10:46Speaker 5: Outside of those fifteen prominent companies and from there we're good.
- 10:50Speaker 5: And then also what is that net profit margin? That's
- 10:54Speaker 5: key to me as well. Those are my three things.
- 10:56Speaker 2: So I think for me because I like going a
- 11:00Speaker 2: rabbit hole, right, that's I'll sit there and do it
- 11:03Speaker 2: all day every day. Again, this saved me, So my
- 11:07Speaker 2: my love food is different, you know what I'm saying.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Like this truly like took me out the streets for real.
- 11:13Speaker 2: So I go at it with that. So the first
- 11:16Speaker 2: thing I look at, the last thing I look at
- 11:18Speaker 2: is the stock price.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Like understand that because if you're looking at it supportant.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Yeah, if you're looking at the stock price, then you
- 11:25Speaker 2: automatically gonna base your decision on with the stock price
- 11:28Speaker 2: or that's too high, Right, that's gonna be the first Oh,
- 11:30Speaker 2: that's too You're gonna make a decision before doing the homework,
- 11:33Speaker 2: So make sure you look at the stock price last.
- 11:35Speaker 3: So one of the first things I want to look
- 11:37Speaker 3: at is.
- 11:39Speaker 2: Does this company have superior products and services? Like that's important,
- 11:44Speaker 2: Like does it have superior products?
- 11:47Speaker 3: Like can it stand up against its peers? Right? Like superior?
- 11:50Speaker 3: I need to know that. So I love waste management, right,
- 11:54Speaker 3: So why do I love it?
- 11:55Speaker 2: Well, they just purchased four hundred acres of landfill, right,
- 11:58Speaker 2: They just they got more land now than any of
- 12:00Speaker 2: their competitors, which means they gonna always be in business
- 12:02Speaker 2: and then a profit. Wilay's own a business is really good.
- 12:05Speaker 2: So that's that's important to me. I told you about
- 12:07Speaker 2: Eli Lilly. Why there's a number one producer of insulin
- 12:11Speaker 2: in the world, right, and America, you know, makes a
- 12:15Speaker 2: living off people not taking care of themselves. Let's just
- 12:17Speaker 2: be first of all, you got to understand the business
- 12:19Speaker 2: of America.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Let's get that.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Let's get that understood, Like America is a business, right,
- 12:25Speaker 2: and we betting on the business of America, right, So
- 12:27Speaker 2: superior products and services. The next thing I want to
- 12:30Speaker 2: look at is does the company have price and power?
- 12:32Speaker 3: So what do I mean by price and power?
- 12:34Speaker 2: Meaning a great company can increase prices three percent a year.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Inflation is high, so not a great business that normally
- 12:42Speaker 2: do three percent. Now they're doing seven and ten percent.
- 12:44Speaker 2: And guess what we're still doing buying it right? Everybody
- 12:47Speaker 2: loved your everybody loved name brands. Guess what LV and
- 12:51Speaker 2: mahe did increase the price about twelve percent this year.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Guess what we still did. Took pictures in that shit.
- 12:57Speaker 3: You feel me lined up after store, You feel me,
- 12:59Speaker 3: You feel you going Linux and them lines is far?
- 13:02Speaker 2: You go to them lines is far. So great companies
- 13:05Speaker 2: have pricing power. They can increase the prices by three
- 13:09Speaker 2: to four percent normally, but in times like this they're
- 13:12Speaker 2: doing seven to twelve percent.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Right.
- 13:14Speaker 2: So another thing would be like does the company have
- 13:18Speaker 2: great return on investments? So even though you understand the
- 13:22Speaker 2: core product of the business, you also got to ask
- 13:25Speaker 2: yourself this question. Just like you an investor, great businesses
- 13:29Speaker 2: invest You will look at Apples balance sheet. Their core
- 13:33Speaker 2: product is great, go look at the investments that they make.
- 13:36Speaker 2: It's the reason why they have one hundred and ninety
- 13:38Speaker 2: two billion dollars sitting on the side, right like Amazon
- 13:41Speaker 2: is the reason why they got thirty five billion dollars
- 13:43Speaker 2: sitting on the side.
- 13:44Speaker 3: So I like.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Companies that can also make money outside of their core
- 13:48Speaker 2: product because now I know they not one dimension them.
- 13:51Speaker 3: So that's kind of important for me.
- 13:53Speaker 2: And having the last one is my bad of just
- 13:56Speaker 2: lifetime customers. I love a business is that no matter what,
- 14:01Speaker 2: you ain't going no where, right, that means you got
- 14:06Speaker 2: some good dope.
- 14:08Speaker 3: You know.
- 14:08Speaker 4: It's interesting because one of the things it don't come
- 14:10Speaker 4: when you said you said your last thing.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Hey, finance this friendly over here, there's like, yeah, no,
- 14:16Speaker 2: y'all don't want that trap shit.
- 14:18Speaker 4: Lo lord check this out, check us out, because you
- 14:20Speaker 4: said your last thing. But one of the most important
- 14:22Speaker 4: things you taught me. And it's cool and no shaming
- 14:25Speaker 4: that right. We teach each other, We learn from each other.
- 14:27Speaker 4: You said the moat was your thing, and you said
- 14:30Speaker 4: the competitive advantage. I want you to tell the people
- 14:31Speaker 4: about the importance of having a moat in your industry.
- 14:34Speaker 3: So that's that's that's one of the things like a
- 14:36Speaker 3: moat is.
- 14:37Speaker 2: So you know, it's easy to say, like you look
- 14:38Speaker 2: at a castle, you know, you look at how easy
- 14:41Speaker 2: it How easy is it.
- 14:43Speaker 3: For a company to get into that castle?
- 14:46Speaker 2: Right, So think about Joshua, just think this, think Bible, right,
- 14:52Speaker 2: Joshua had to walk around, he had to get a
- 14:53Speaker 2: sign from God, Like, Yo, how do I penetrate that
- 14:56Speaker 2: wall to get into this land? Like, there's nothing we
- 14:58Speaker 2: can do to get into that land. It's because had
- 15:00Speaker 2: a big old moat. While you need a god to
- 15:02Speaker 2: break that thing down, you feel, I'm saying. So you
- 15:03Speaker 2: think about a company the same way, like what does
- 15:06Speaker 2: this company have that is so superior that it takes
- 15:10Speaker 2: it would kill its competitor to even try to get there?
- 15:14Speaker 3: Right?
- 15:14Speaker 2: So if you think about Apple, right, like, there's they
- 15:18Speaker 2: have multiple moats. So one thing Apple keep increasing the prices,
- 15:22Speaker 2: but guess what we keep doing.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Keep buying it.
- 15:24Speaker 2: I came home in two thousand and seven. I bought
- 15:26Speaker 2: an iPhone in two thousand and eight. It's twenty twenty two.
- 15:29Speaker 2: I've bought every iPhone. Who else did the same shit.
- 15:32Speaker 4: You do it all without breaking a sweat, and you
- 15:35Speaker 4: do it all in style, from being a boss exec
- 15:37Speaker 4: to getting the kids ready for school, checking homework, family dinners,
- 15:41Speaker 4: lunches and brunches with your day ones, trips to the salon,
- 15:44Speaker 4: and we can getaways at anything but a getaway. That's
- 15:47Speaker 4: why Infinity fully reimagine the QX sixty to help you
- 15:50Speaker 4: conquer it all with ease. A luxury suv as functional
- 15:54Speaker 4: as it is stylish, and as versatile as it is serene,
- 15:57Speaker 4: even when you have back to back conference calls on
- 16:00Speaker 4: top of the kids basketball practices, not to mention your
- 16:03Speaker 4: side hustles. It's all done with grace. The all new
- 16:06Speaker 4: Infinity QX sixty has available features like seating for up
- 16:09Speaker 4: to seven passengers, a suite of active safety features, and
- 16:13Speaker 4: massage in front seats. It's the suv designed to help
- 16:16Speaker 4: you conquer life in style now with extremely limited availability,
- 16:20Speaker 4: contact your local retailer for inventory information.
- 16:25Speaker 2: All right, cool, right, you know what I'm saying. So
- 16:27Speaker 2: you think about that, You think about a company like.
- 16:29Speaker 3: YouTube, right? YouTube has a great mode.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Why because every time you Google something, what do you
- 16:35Speaker 2: I'm going google it? I don't even kep you on
- 16:36Speaker 2: Safari and look it up. You're gonna say, I'm a googleer.
- 16:39Speaker 2: You on Safari? Bro, You're gonna search that You're not
- 16:41Speaker 2: even on Google, you know what I'm saying.
- 16:44Speaker 3: So that is because they have the largest search engine.
- 16:47Speaker 2: They pay Apple nine billion dollars a year to be
- 16:51Speaker 2: the number one search engine on Apple. Apple search engine
- 16:54Speaker 2: is Safari, but Google pays them nine billion dollars a
- 16:58Speaker 2: year to be the number one search engine.
- 17:00Speaker 3: That is a mote in itself, right.
- 17:02Speaker 2: So anytime a company has a superior product that their competitors.
- 17:06Speaker 3: Cannot knock down, that's why I won't be at you.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Know why, because that mean they're gonna be a business
- 17:11Speaker 2: for a long time. The biggest mode that I think
- 17:14Speaker 2: a company has is debt. A company that don't got
- 17:18Speaker 2: no debt is a company that can't go out of business,
- 17:21Speaker 2: you know what I'm saying. So that's one of the
- 17:22Speaker 2: things on one more time. They didn't like it, but
- 17:24Speaker 2: say it one more time. A company that don't have
- 17:27Speaker 2: no debt can't go out of business.
- 17:28Speaker 5: And one thing, and then for the time that we're
- 17:31Speaker 5: in a crisis, you have to think if China becomes
- 17:35Speaker 5: the number one superpower on Earth, which is on the way,
- 17:38Speaker 5: what companies will be able to survive that provide value
- 17:43Speaker 5: to the ecosystem to stay alive and still give you money?
- 17:46Speaker 3: Is not going to do that?
- 17:47Speaker 4: Troy, Can we talk about because I mean, I'm glad
- 17:49Speaker 4: you brought the word crisis up because obviously we've seen
- 17:52Speaker 4: the crisis that's happening in Ukraine and Russia, and we'll.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Talk about it in a sect.
- 17:55Speaker 4: But yesterday everybody was sitting around their TV waiting for
- 17:59Speaker 4: two o'clock. Happened, right, we were waiting, We wait for
- 18:01Speaker 4: Jerome Powell to talk, and we're like the anticipation capt buildings, right.
- 18:05Speaker 4: And so yesterday the Federal Reserve announce that they're gonna
- 18:08Speaker 4: have interest hikes, uh, interest rate hikes potentially seventh throughout
- 18:12Speaker 4: the year. And so for the average listener, they're probably like,
- 18:15Speaker 4: what does that even mean? So could y'all break that down?
- 18:17Speaker 3: What? What? What does it mean?
- 18:18Speaker 4: What will be the impact on the average person or
- 18:20Speaker 4: the average investor when we hear that type of news,
- 18:22Speaker 4: Because after the announcement, we saw that the stock market
- 18:26Speaker 4: actually had a nice little bounce, could have been a
- 18:28Speaker 4: dead cat bounce, which we spoke about the other day,
- 18:30Speaker 4: But what does that mean for the average person?
- 18:33Speaker 3: Hey, y'all getting information right now? Y'all like this? I
- 18:38Speaker 3: like this shit. Come on, let's go, Hey, Mike, God
- 18:41Speaker 3: bad family, let's go. Uh.
- 18:47Speaker 2: So we was actually on the plane, me and me
- 18:50Speaker 2: bam and Mike. We was on the plane and we
- 18:53Speaker 2: looked at it like we see that, And I'm like,
- 18:55Speaker 2: I was pissed off on a plane because I was like,
- 18:59Speaker 2: so I get mad at a martor all the time,
- 19:02Speaker 2: all the time. So I'm like, man, why they tripping?
- 19:05Speaker 2: They already knew the man was gonna hike rates. Why
- 19:08Speaker 2: why is we going through this? You know what I'm saying,
- 19:10Speaker 2: Like this thing should be running because it's already priced in.
- 19:13Speaker 3: So for a second, let's just talk about rate hikes.
- 19:16Speaker 2: Right, everybody knows what inflation is, right, so you understand
- 19:20Speaker 2: that the more that America prints money, the more your
- 19:22Speaker 2: money loses value.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Everybody understand that, right, right, So.
- 19:25Speaker 2: If you go to usdet clock dot org, write that
- 19:28Speaker 2: down every day, just take a look at that.
- 19:29Speaker 3: That's gonna be your motivation to keep making money. I
- 19:32Speaker 3: promise it. If you go to usdet clock.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Dot org, you will see that America's debt right now
- 19:37Speaker 2: is thirty trillion dollars ain't counting. I look at it
- 19:41Speaker 2: every day, So that thirty trillion, three hundred and fifty
- 19:44Speaker 2: six billion, two hundred and seventy five million, and like
- 19:48Speaker 2: one hundred and thirty seven thousand, right, and to keep
- 19:50Speaker 2: ticking right. I look at it multiple times a day
- 19:52Speaker 2: to make sure I ain't tripping. That's my motivation because
- 19:54Speaker 2: I know that as long as they printing money, I
- 19:57Speaker 2: got to print money because if I ain't print money,
- 19:59Speaker 2: I'm getting poor.
- 20:00Speaker 3: I don't know about y'all. Again, it goes back to
- 20:01Speaker 3: I don't that won't be polled. Right. So what happens
- 20:05Speaker 3: with inflation is.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Forty seven percent of the money that's in circulation right
- 20:10Speaker 2: now has been printed in the last two years. Think
- 20:12Speaker 2: about that. So something that cost you one hundred dollars
- 20:15Speaker 2: in twenty nineteen now cost.
- 20:17Speaker 3: You one hundred and seven dollars. I want you to
- 20:20Speaker 3: sit on that for a second.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Something that cost you one hundred dollars in twenty nineteen
- 20:25Speaker 2: now cost you one hundred and seven dollars and sixteen cent.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Sit on that. How many people right now? Just realistic.
- 20:35Speaker 3: You don't got to raise your hand.
- 20:37Speaker 2: What you get paid from twenty nineteen to now has increased.
- 20:40Speaker 2: You don't got to raise your hand. That that shit
- 20:43Speaker 2: sitting your spirit right quick? Damn my job playing on
- 20:46Speaker 2: me or what I'm doing. If you ain't making more
- 20:48Speaker 2: money from twenty nineteen. You're putting yourself in a birth situation.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Why because they keep printing money, right, So a seven
- 20:56Speaker 2: dollars increase in two years is a lot of money, y'all,
- 21:00Speaker 2: feel me. So what rate hikes do is they help
- 21:03Speaker 2: balance the inflation as they increase rates. What now happens
- 21:08Speaker 2: is there's a thing called the Fed Fund rate. The
- 21:12Speaker 2: Fed Fund rate is the rate at which two banks
- 21:15Speaker 2: lend money to each other overnight. Right, And so now
- 21:18Speaker 2: what happens is the bank now gives us a rate
- 21:23Speaker 2: based on our adult report card credit school shout out
- 21:26Speaker 2: with my brother five hundred right credit score.
- 21:29Speaker 3: So now because.
- 21:31Speaker 2: The interest rate went up, the bank now is going
- 21:34Speaker 2: to charge you more money than loan money. And so
- 21:36Speaker 2: now businesses and people like wait, hold up, they charged
- 21:39Speaker 2: me a lot of money. You know what, I really
- 21:41Speaker 2: don't need that loan right now. So because you stop spending,
- 21:44Speaker 2: that now helps inflation. So now over the next twelve months,
- 21:49Speaker 2: you'll get five of those. So say, right, so we
- 21:54Speaker 2: need them to slow down with printing money so he
- 21:57Speaker 2: can balance out the economy.
- 21:59Speaker 3: They'll hurt y'all.
- 22:00Speaker 2: That was a dope play by play. This ship is good.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Lie here clap up our brother shot that what's up brother?
- 22:08Speaker 3: That dude?
- 22:09Speaker 2: Two goddamn cool for me, absolutely, and I'm gonna add
- 22:13Speaker 2: to us.
- 22:13Speaker 4: I'm gonna I'm get the second part of the question
- 22:14Speaker 4: because you talked about inflation, right, and obviously if we
- 22:16Speaker 4: don't know, obviously the cost of the goods that we
- 22:19Speaker 4: want obviously will go.
- 22:20Speaker 3: Up in pricing, and so we will see inflation.
- 22:22Speaker 4: That record has people started to think of that all
- 22:25Speaker 4: our word and we only like that our word when we.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Listen to Young Jeezy. So are we headed in the
- 22:33Speaker 3: direction of a recession of recession?
- 22:35Speaker 4: And what are the signs that we need to look
- 22:37Speaker 4: at before we get there to say, all right, let's
- 22:39Speaker 4: prepare ourselves in the event.
- 22:42Speaker 5: I want you guys to stand up, oh ship, no,
- 22:46Speaker 5: for real, stand up in your spirit. When you walk
- 22:49Speaker 5: around any city, does it feel like the economy is
- 22:52Speaker 5: doing better and people are spending more or less? So
- 22:56Speaker 5: are we headed to a recession or no? Say aloud,
- 23:00Speaker 5: you can sit down. Yes we're close to recession. But
- 23:06Speaker 5: here's the thing. What people don't normally tell you is
- 23:10Speaker 5: incredible fortunes are made during the recession. The bad part
- 23:14Speaker 5: is suicide rates go up. Domestic violence goes up, child
- 23:19Speaker 5: abuse goes up, suicide rates go.
- 23:21Speaker 3: Up, crime crime. Absolutely.
- 23:23Speaker 5: So if you're not helping the people and feed the wolves,
- 23:26Speaker 5: you may be pray. But if we hit a recession,
- 23:31Speaker 5: the man in here, your woman, mom, grandma doesn't give
- 23:35Speaker 5: a fuck that it's a recession. You have to pay bills, right.
- 23:41Speaker 5: No one loves men unconditionally. Right unless you provide and
- 23:46Speaker 5: I know something, you go be like, no, that's not true.
- 23:49Speaker 5: Fellas make a few calls man, right, So when this
- 23:52Speaker 5: recession comes, you have to be prepared. Also, I'm gonna
- 23:55Speaker 5: be honest. With this market falling apart, if you're able
- 23:58Speaker 5: to short term invest in futures mark, you should be

- 24:17Speaker 5: when the market took up to the off side yesterday,
- 24:19Speaker 5: the bond market fil twenty five contracts apiece forty tis
- 24:24Speaker 5: thirty one thousand, two fifty per there's some people in here,
- 24:28Speaker 5: they won't say, some snipers that made fifty and sixty
- 24:31Speaker 5: thousand yesterday.
- 24:32Speaker 3: How do you hold on to the market when the
- 24:34Speaker 3: market's falling? Apart earners? What's up?

- 27:26Speaker 5: You have to be able to invest in every market.
- 27:28Speaker 5: Investing in one thing is the biggest mistake you can make.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Long term first, then swing, then short term investing, then
- 27:37Speaker 5: hit My brother, get it to land right. You have
- 27:39Speaker 5: to have so many assets what I'll call a wealth
- 27:41Speaker 5: fortress go on for you that no matter what happens
- 27:44Speaker 5: in the marketplace, you're never going to go broke and
- 27:46Speaker 5: your portfolio is never down.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Is it tough? Yes?
- 27:50Speaker 5: But when I got started in a recession, I said
- 27:53Speaker 5: to my baby's over there, Zanda, can you stand up?
- 27:57Speaker 3: Hey? I love you, Dan? Why are you big? Me?
- 28:00Speaker 5: Bro?
- 28:00Speaker 3: I've been letting you watch shows all day. What we
- 28:03Speaker 3: doing right?
- 28:05Speaker 5: But when that lady took that money from me? The
- 28:08Speaker 5: eighty thousand that she Oh, I know y'all heard me
- 28:10Speaker 5: tell the story. I said, I'll never let no personal
- 28:12Speaker 5: earth take shit from him.
- 28:15Speaker 3: Kill me First, you have to provide it all costs.
- 28:18Speaker 5: So when a recession happens, I'm like, damn, Now I
- 28:21Speaker 5: get to build a big base and get tens of
- 28:23Speaker 5: thousands of shares opposed to buy.
- 28:25Speaker 3: Too high and only being able to get a hundred.
- 28:28Speaker 5: But that has to be your drive to get wealthy
- 28:31Speaker 5: when the recession happens.
- 28:32Speaker 3: Let me add something to that, Troy. So another thing too,
- 28:36Speaker 3: is I love this shit. Yeah. So this is this
- 28:41Speaker 3: thing called the inverted yield curve.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Yes, right, And so a simple way to look at
- 28:48Speaker 2: that is saying, when short term bonds so let me
- 28:52Speaker 2: let me back up a little bit. So normally, when
- 28:55Speaker 2: things get real in the market, investors run to long
- 28:59Speaker 2: term bonds.
- 29:00Speaker 3: It's a safe heaven.
- 29:02Speaker 2: When short term bonds are now more profitable than long
- 29:06Speaker 2: term bonds, it tells you that the recession is knocking
- 29:09Speaker 2: on the door.
- 29:11Speaker 3: If you can remember that, you're good. You're good.
- 29:15Speaker 2: Whenever short term bonds are more attractive than long term bonds.
- 29:20Speaker 2: When it crosses over, you are now at the front door,
- 29:24Speaker 2: like you don't even got to guess about it.
- 29:25Speaker 3: The moment is at your door, looking at you in
- 29:27Speaker 3: your face.
- 29:28Speaker 2: And then what happens is if you don't know how
- 29:32Speaker 2: to trade options, if you don't know how to be
- 29:35Speaker 2: a sniper yet, you can look at what I call
- 29:39Speaker 2: what it is called inverse ETFs. Right, So one, what
- 29:43Speaker 2: happens is they are leveraged. So if the stock goes
- 29:47Speaker 2: down one dollar, you make two dollars. The stock goes
- 29:50Speaker 2: down two dollars, you make four dollars. Stock go down
- 29:54Speaker 2: four dollars, you can make eight dollars, depending on which
- 29:56Speaker 2: one you have.
- 29:57Speaker 3: If you just want to bet.
- 29:59Speaker 2: On the S and P five hundred, you can get
- 30:02Speaker 2: sp X.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Right, it's a triple leveraged et up.
- 30:06Speaker 2: So the stock of the SPE hundred is sm P
- 30:08Speaker 2: without one dollar, you'll make three dollars.
- 30:10Speaker 3: But it's those are short term. You don't hold them
- 30:12Speaker 3: for months, only hold it for five. You gotta say
- 30:16Speaker 3: that part. Only hold days. It's really flipped this up.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It's only holding.
- 30:23Speaker 4: You gotta say that part because when people who are
- 30:27Speaker 4: not experiencing the space and they look at that inverted
- 30:30Speaker 4: piece and they're like, all right, well s and p
- 30:32Speaker 4: has been down for three weeks.
- 30:33Speaker 3: This is my time.
- 30:34Speaker 4: I'm gonna make this call for another three weeks out
- 30:36Speaker 4: and it's like, oh, it flips that quick.
- 30:39Speaker 3: You lose all your money. You lose it. You know
- 30:41Speaker 3: the importance of having what you said five to seven days, Yeah,
- 30:44Speaker 3: five to seven days.
- 30:44Speaker 2: It is always a short term holding if you want
- 30:46Speaker 2: to hold the Nash deck because the nastack typically gets
- 30:49Speaker 2: hit harder because every time there's some type of disruption
- 30:52Speaker 2: in the economy, tech is always going to be hit.
- 30:55Speaker 2: So you could get sqq q right, and so when
- 30:58Speaker 2: you feel in bulletshit about the nashtack, you can go
- 31:01Speaker 2: with tqqq we ain't wearing about to fifteen minutes.
- 31:04Speaker 3: Man, don't do my guy like that. Or uvx Y.
- 31:07Speaker 3: That's one that I always tell everybody in Red Panda.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Uv x Y is avixed.
- 31:11Speaker 5: So when volatility is going crazy, can I be honest
- 31:14Speaker 5: with y'all.
- 31:15Speaker 3: There's no such thing as the bad market. That is
- 31:18Speaker 3: a fact. Only bad entries into it trap always jumping.
- 31:22Speaker 5: So if our market is falling, volatility is going up,
- 31:26Speaker 5: you can invest in volatility, or gold may go up
- 31:29Speaker 5: or wheat.
- 31:30Speaker 3: There's always something that's going to go up to the
- 31:32Speaker 3: upside out.
- 31:33Speaker 4: No, no, stay right there, stay right there, because that's very
- 31:36Speaker 4: important I put that.
- 31:37Speaker 3: I'm like, all right, bet.
- 31:38Speaker 4: A lot of times when when people see inflation and
- 31:41Speaker 4: they hear inflation, right, they start looking for save favors.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Right, you said, like bond The bond market is one
- 31:45Speaker 3: of those things.
- 31:45Speaker 4: Commodities over the past three weeks, something that everybody's been
- 31:48Speaker 4: talking about. So I'm glad that he said wet right,
- 31:50Speaker 4: because most times people think commodities, we hear gold, we
- 31:53Speaker 4: know that right, we hear silver, We saw that all
- 31:56Speaker 4: time records over the past two weeks, we hear oil, right,
- 31:59Speaker 4: oil got.
- 31:59Speaker 3: To one thirty.
- 32:00Speaker 4: Shout out to Jests for calling and making that call right,
- 32:02Speaker 4: And now it's pull back a little bit.
- 32:04Speaker 3: But I said, Yo, this is interesting.
- 32:05Speaker 4: Right because I wonder if people here right here in Austin,
- 32:09Speaker 4: Texas and the Midwest wonder about the other commodities that
- 32:11Speaker 4: are on that list. We right, dairy right, con right,
- 32:17Speaker 4: so all these other things. So talk about the importance
- 32:19Speaker 4: of big fact diversifying your portfolio and commodities and how
- 32:24Speaker 4: do you even invest in them? Because most people like
- 32:26Speaker 4: they'll ask, well, how do I invest in weed?
- 32:29Speaker 3: Where do I go to do that? That's kind of.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Let Ian kill that because that is that is the
- 32:33Speaker 2: basis of futures right there. But I will say, like
- 32:36Speaker 2: I've made a lot of money, my trappers. I've made
- 32:38Speaker 2: a lot of money. Three weeks ago, I was like, Yo,
- 32:41Speaker 2: let's get some options on xl E and then.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Let's get some the energy ETF.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Please write that down, Spider fund it the energy ets
- 32:50Speaker 2: So we made a lot of money on that because
- 32:52Speaker 2: and I talked, I'm like, yo, all about to go
- 32:53Speaker 2: over one hundred dollars and the shopped to one ten.
- 32:56Speaker 3: I was like, yo, let's make some bread.
- 32:58Speaker 2: And then we went short term with GUSH, which was
- 33:01Speaker 2: a triple leveraged ETF. Well, we held it for a
- 33:05Speaker 2: week at a time, and I think we ran up.
- 33:07Speaker 2: I ran up like ten thousand dollars in like five days.
- 33:10Speaker 2: I backed off nine cost me a lot, But I
- 33:12Speaker 2: mean prices what you paid, values what you get.
- 33:15Speaker 3: So we understood that. So I just played the oil.
- 33:17Speaker 2: Sector because war means chaos, and when you see war,
- 33:21Speaker 2: the first thing I always think of is there's going
- 33:23Speaker 2: to be a high supply, a high demand, low supply
- 33:27Speaker 2: in oil. Nobody wants to be shipping oil while people
- 33:30Speaker 2: running bombs across each other head, so oil is always
- 33:33Speaker 2: going to hit when there's a war on the commodity side.
- 33:38Speaker 4: Everyone has an opinion when it comes to the foods
- 33:40Speaker 4: we eat. This food's good for you, this one's bad
- 33:43Speaker 4: for you, this diet works best.
- 33:45Speaker 3: But who actually has the right answer.

- 35:05Speaker 3: There now so you can look at oats.
- 35:08Speaker 5: Do you know you can trade coffee, gold, oil, cattle,
- 35:14Speaker 5: so Billy man poor, almost everything that we may eat
- 35:18Speaker 5: or consume.
- 35:19Speaker 6: That's why big facts. So that's why you trade it.
- 35:22Speaker 6: Big facts were traded only right, just an investment, So
- 35:26Speaker 6: moral investing. I'm gonna be very honest. In a recession
- 35:29Speaker 6: or any down market, I'm happiest, Oh my god, like
- 35:33Speaker 6: have you ever seen the opportunity so big, and most
- 35:37Speaker 6: people are passing it by. When the market is dropping,
- 35:40Speaker 6: notice that all the billionaires and millionaires go quiet because
- 35:43Speaker 6: they're actively investing.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Just told yo on the oil move. Y'all saw her
- 35:48Speaker 5: hair laid loop of tan's on this going here?
- 35:51Speaker 3: It went there? Did you follow? Right?
- 35:54Speaker 5: You have to follow because most people that are rich
- 35:56Speaker 5: cannot be super real with y'all. Any investment or money
- 35:59Speaker 5: making secret is to be kept inside of a family
- 36:01Speaker 5: and not share.
- 36:02Speaker 3: Oh that's facts. They're not supposed to go and.
- 36:04Speaker 5: See and bit see and share anything with you, not
- 36:07Speaker 5: one thing. So take all of this information and pair
- 36:09Speaker 5: it together. And when the market falls apart, look at lumber,
- 36:13Speaker 5: look at crude, look at gold, look at oil, look
- 36:17Speaker 5: at natural gas. Look at the VX, which is the
- 36:20Speaker 5: volatility futures. So if the market is falling apart and
- 36:23Speaker 5: they're like, oh my god, Putin is gonna take over,
- 36:26Speaker 5: VICS will probably shoot to three hundred. Great, let me
- 36:29Speaker 5: ride that up, because once again, at all costs, I gotta.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Take care of his chewed ass.
- 36:35Speaker 5: The reason why some of you have not been dedicated
- 36:37Speaker 5: to this because you don't have a why big enough,
- 36:39Speaker 5: or you don't feel that you're worthy to be rich.
- 36:42Speaker 3: I see it in some of y'all energy.
- 36:45Speaker 5: You deserve this damn near Oh y'all smarter than me.
- 36:49Speaker 5: Here's what does not happen.
- 36:52Speaker 3: This. I be real, We'll go party.
- 36:54Speaker 5: I'll miss being an intern for Troy, But when we
- 36:57Speaker 5: get in at five, I'm still in the market three
- 36:59Speaker 5: four hours. Treat this like it's the most important thing
- 37:03Speaker 5: that you're ever going to come across, because guess what
- 37:05Speaker 5: most of us sitting in here, we were not exposed
- 37:08Speaker 5: to this intentionally. Right, So when you pair all those
- 37:13Speaker 5: commodities together and you're able to trade, especially my snipers
- 37:16Speaker 5: in here, you should never be in a recession under
- 37:18Speaker 5: no circumstances. And it's one of the best feelings on
- 37:21Speaker 5: earth to never have to worry about your portfolio being down.
- 37:24Speaker 3: Let me say this before we go trup, before we
- 37:26Speaker 3: get to the next thing.
- 37:27Speaker 2: I want you to understand this, and it's real talk, right,
- 37:30Speaker 2: like the stock market is a machine that teaches us
- 37:33Speaker 2: how to print money.
- 37:35Speaker 3: But also if you don't, this is real talk.
- 37:38Speaker 2: So my daal I like how you talk about one
- 37:40Speaker 2: thing you understand is like you're dead longer than you're alive.
- 37:44Speaker 2: Let's put that in our head, right, quay, Right, So
- 37:46Speaker 2: when people say wealthy people are greedy, no, they just
- 37:48Speaker 2: making sure they got money for the next few generations.
- 37:51Speaker 3: Right.
- 37:51Speaker 2: You call me greedy all you want, but as long
- 37:53Speaker 2: as that machine printing money, I gotta collect money to
- 37:55Speaker 2: make sure every generation is good.
- 37:57Speaker 3: I want you to understand this.
- 37:58Speaker 2: If you don't get into financial literacy, you don't learn
- 38:01Speaker 2: how to use this market. You a one giving birth
- 38:04Speaker 2: to the next generation of slaves. I want you to
- 38:08Speaker 2: sit on that.
- 38:09Speaker 5: Let me tie you in now with automation, you guys
- 38:13Speaker 5: have understand the change from two thousand to now and
- 38:15Speaker 5: how to even apply for a job. There's a bunch
- 38:18Speaker 5: of loopholes you have to jump through to even get
- 38:20Speaker 5: to the interview process. By twenty thirty, they want to
- 38:23Speaker 5: automate damn near every job on Earth. So while, and
- 38:28Speaker 5: I'll say this to an NFT space and all that,
- 38:31Speaker 5: do you guys realize for the last two years they
- 38:35Speaker 5: got black people to invest in monkeys and dogs while
- 38:39Speaker 5: making fun of us and taking our money from us.
- 38:43Speaker 3: But Doge was going to the moon.
- 38:46Speaker 5: You have to Okay, now go when y'all get done,
- 38:49Speaker 5: go look at board ape yacht club and go see
- 38:53Speaker 5: the imagery of how it's connected to Nazism.
- 38:58Speaker 3: It's damn near the same imagery.
- 39:00Speaker 5: But they know we won't study long enough to say,
- 39:03Speaker 5: and now look how many billions of dollars they've made
- 39:05Speaker 5: off of us in our culture, and then the music
- 39:08Speaker 5: industry gonna come in with more NFTs and continue to
- 39:12Speaker 5: rob us.
- 39:13Speaker 3: All we need is us.
- 39:15Speaker 5: And if we study this shit and know this like
- 39:17Speaker 5: the back of our hand and have the same debates
- 39:19Speaker 5: about Lebron versus Jordan, We're not gonna do that here tonight, right,
- 39:23Speaker 5: But we have to know this market the same way
- 39:25Speaker 5: that we know sports.
- 39:26Speaker 3: If we want to be free.
- 39:27Speaker 4: That's that's important. Yeah, shout shouts to shout to eyl
- 39:31Speaker 4: Alum Chris Senegogu walked in the building without Chris.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Chris is super legend. Each town onned by the block
- 39:36Speaker 3: for real.
- 39:37Speaker 4: So we talk about crisis, right, and obviously we'd be
- 39:41Speaker 4: remiss to ignore what's happening in Ukraine and Russia, the
- 39:44Speaker 4: conflict that has happening there, and then the headlines is
- 39:46Speaker 4: you know, we can't hide from it, right. But one
- 39:49Speaker 4: of the underlying themes that people I think kind of
- 39:52Speaker 4: missing is the cybersecurity component of it, right, Because when
- 39:55Speaker 4: you talk about seizing accounts and closing accounts, right, then
- 39:59Speaker 4: people pop will start to get resilient and figure out
- 40:02Speaker 4: a way to how they're going to get money.
- 40:03Speaker 3: Right, it might be through crypto, but it might be
- 40:05Speaker 3: some other ways.
- 40:06Speaker 4: So can we talk about the importance, especially in times
- 40:08Speaker 4: of crisis of having cybersecurity. I know, the CEO CrowdStrike
- 40:12Speaker 4: was on CNBC the other morning and he was just saying,
- 40:14Speaker 4: like the level of fraud that he's seeing right now
- 40:18Speaker 4: is at an all time high. It's like a forty
- 40:20Speaker 4: two percent increase in incidents. So talk about the importance
- 40:22Speaker 4: of cybersecurity.
- 40:23Speaker 2: So y'all know, I've been like we talked about crist
- 40:27Speaker 2: trick at I think fifty seven dollars when I went
- 40:29Speaker 2: on EEL one time, and I was like, Yo, this
- 40:31Speaker 2: is going to be a leading industry, right, yeah, right,
- 40:34Speaker 2: So the greatest way to make money in the market
- 40:36Speaker 2: to see what's going on in the future, right, the
- 40:38Speaker 2: way war is changing. So the US now spends one
- 40:43Speaker 2: they say, right now they're spending one point five trillion
- 40:47Speaker 2: dollars on cybersecurity. They're having an estimated insurance cost of
- 40:54Speaker 2: full trillion dollars a year. That's in the last three years, right,
- 41:00Speaker 2: getting small and learning how to hack Russia Iran. Iran
- 41:06Speaker 2: leads the world in technology. In order to be a
- 41:08Speaker 2: super power, you gotta be great at technology. America is
- 41:11Speaker 2: number four on the list. That I mean, they got
- 41:12Speaker 2: three other countries. That's in front of America. Right, So
- 41:15Speaker 2: if people learn how to hack for me again, I'm
- 41:18Speaker 2: cool with learning the business of America. I don't got
- 41:21Speaker 2: to be the smartest. The hardest thing to do is
- 41:22Speaker 2: build a billion dollar business. That was the easiest thing
- 41:24Speaker 2: to do is invest in one. I ain't that small.
- 41:28Speaker 2: I sold it my whole life. I'm just saying, but
- 41:31Speaker 2: I know how to break down a business. So CrowdStrike, Fortnite,
- 41:35Speaker 2: z Scaler, these are business that I love. These are
- 41:38Speaker 2: business that I love. You don't like to get them
- 41:40Speaker 2: one on one get hacked, right, that's an ETF for
- 41:43Speaker 2: cybersecurity hack. It'll take you a long way. Cybersecurity is
- 41:46Speaker 2: an industry that will only keep on Those businesses will
- 41:49Speaker 2: keep on multiplying.
- 41:50Speaker 3: Why because as we get further and further and further.
- 41:53Speaker 2: Into technology, more businesses will need technology more businesses will
- 41:58Speaker 2: need chips and for every ins there's a bunch of
- 42:01Speaker 2: criminals waiting to bring it in. I'm just saying so
- 42:05Speaker 2: cybersecurity is definitely at the top of the at his new.
- 42:07Speaker 3: Frontier, he knocked it out the park and nothing knows
- 42:09Speaker 3: to say.
- 42:11Speaker 4: So I'll go to this with you Ian again. The
- 42:16Speaker 4: conflict in Russia and Ukraine obviously headlines everywhere. We know
- 42:21Speaker 4: about the oil the exports that Russia has in the
- 42:24Speaker 4: European countries. But how directly does the conflict there affect
- 42:28Speaker 4: us here? Because a lot of times people are looking
- 42:29Speaker 4: at like, well, the market was up today, the market
- 42:31Speaker 4: was up yesterday, it was up today again. Right, how
- 42:34Speaker 4: much impact does that conflict have on us here?
- 42:39Speaker 3: A ton?
- 42:39Speaker 5: Does anyone know the real reason we put all those
- 42:41Speaker 5: sanctions on the Ukraine? There's a game inside of the game.
- 42:45Speaker 5: It's the stuff that you get told on headlines. Yeah, Ussia, Yeah,
- 42:49Speaker 5: Russia and Ukraine. Does anybody know the real reason? You
- 42:56Speaker 5: said again, you said, that's one of the reasons, main reason.
- 43:05Speaker 5: Whose son has a business in Ukraine. So if you
- 43:11Speaker 5: choose to go to war with my child and I'm
- 43:14Speaker 5: invested in that business, you go to war with me.
- 43:18Speaker 3: We saw with Bush they let that slide. Then Baby
- 43:22Speaker 3: Bush came in.
- 43:23Speaker 5: And if anyone does anything the same way and say
- 43:26Speaker 5: with my father, hey I'm puting every dollar. I can
- 43:27Speaker 5: go ahead, go get him. It's deeper than what we're
- 43:31Speaker 5: seeing on the surface level. What the war did in
- 43:33Speaker 5: this crisis exposed is how leveraged America is, how much
- 43:40Speaker 5: debt we have, and post COVID and post printing, we're
- 43:44Speaker 5: not as strong as we used to be. I keep
- 43:46Speaker 5: saying it like America's like Steven Siaga was real tough
- 43:50Speaker 5: in like the seventies and eighties, flippy.
- 43:52Speaker 3: And sick right now like yo retired family. We need
- 43:56Speaker 3: somebody else, somebody when he was Paris coming down, look
- 43:59Speaker 3: at like the crypt keeper. Look how you lead right.
- 44:03Speaker 5: So now I've been telling you about this Russia and
- 44:06Speaker 5: China tie forever. This is the proxy for China to
- 44:10Speaker 5: take pole position.
- 44:12Speaker 3: That's facts.
- 44:13Speaker 5: So that's why it's important for you to get all
- 44:15Speaker 5: your money together. And everyone's going to say it's a
- 44:17Speaker 5: conspiracy theory. I was talking about this ten months ago.
- 44:20Speaker 5: I posted it last night. I got told about the
- 44:23Speaker 5: Russian crisis in twenty fifteen. Some tech people here south
- 44:29Speaker 5: By Southwest. I remember when Garyvee was running around. Yeah,
- 44:32Speaker 5: don't leave, what are you doing?
- 44:35Speaker 3: OK? Up here? I know I ain't boring, goddamn.
- 44:41Speaker 5: But you also, in every investment you have to say,
- 44:44Speaker 5: if the world falls apart, will this investment hold up?
- 44:48Speaker 5: And here's the true test. If my life and all
- 44:50Speaker 5: of my family's life was on the line, what I
- 44:53Speaker 5: invest in this? That kills a lot of investments overall.
- 44:56Speaker 5: But the crisis is going to affect us dearly because
- 44:59Speaker 5: it exposes the underlying issues that we've had for the
- 45:01Speaker 5: last ten years.
- 45:03Speaker 4: One of the investments and that won't go anywhere is
- 45:07Speaker 4: laying and travel won't come to you because he did
- 45:10Speaker 4: something a few few months ago with our brother him
- 45:12Speaker 4: five hundreds out to him hundred clap off him on time.
- 45:15Speaker 3: For him five hundred. Yeah, I actually bought laying and
- 45:17Speaker 3: we called an asset Allen.
- 45:18Speaker 4: So I never taught herd you talking depth about the
- 45:22Speaker 4: move and the thinking behind it and all the benefits
- 45:24Speaker 4: associated with asset Allen.
- 45:26Speaker 3: So why'd you make the move and what are the benefits?
- 45:30Speaker 3: So we under we under understand.
- 45:33Speaker 2: First of all, you got to be around Pete with
- 45:34Speaker 2: that when you bring great investment to them.
- 45:36Speaker 3: They just believe in the vision like that. I was like, bro,
- 45:39Speaker 3: I'm about to buy a farm. You want to buy?
- 45:40Speaker 3: He was like, hell yeah, how much? He didn't even
- 45:42Speaker 3: make me how much it cast? You call me though.
- 45:45Speaker 3: He was the first one on and we went on.
- 45:47Speaker 3: We went on two together, so we were just like,
- 45:49Speaker 3: he won't play that's a good business. Partnership leads profitability.
- 45:53Speaker 3: We just went on.
- 45:54Speaker 2: We went on tour together. So he was already on
- 45:56Speaker 2: the front of my brain. And when I said it,
- 45:59Speaker 2: he was like bet. I was like, it cost this much.
- 46:02Speaker 2: I was like, I don't care if you got the
- 46:04Speaker 2: vision for it. I believe in you. Let's do it.
- 46:06Speaker 2: So for me, I just understood that there's a reason
- 46:09Speaker 2: why Bill Gates is the number one.
- 46:11Speaker 3: Land on in America.
- 46:12Speaker 2: The man owned two hundred and ninety six thousand eggas
- 46:14Speaker 2: of land and nineteen different states. There's a reason behind
- 46:18Speaker 2: that because that's the one thing that they cannot produce
- 46:22Speaker 2: more of. So for me, when we look at the
- 46:25Speaker 2: triangle offense that we talked about earlier, you gotta have land, right,
- 46:29Speaker 2: so we can go in and buy all kinds of
- 46:31Speaker 2: stuff together, right, Why can't we go in and buy
- 46:35Speaker 2: some land one because land owners get the biggest tax
- 46:38Speaker 2: breaks in America.
- 46:41Speaker 3: Right. I helped Rick Ross get a bull. That was
- 46:43Speaker 3: a partnership.
- 46:43Speaker 2: So I get cool with the bull people because guess
- 46:46Speaker 2: why once I put a bull.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Once we put a couple of bulls on. I told
- 46:49Speaker 3: the play to him.
- 46:49Speaker 2: I said, bro, we're gonna help Ross get this bull,
- 46:51Speaker 2: and then we're gonna go to them and get two
- 46:53Speaker 2: bulls and seven cows.
- 46:54Speaker 3: You know why because now everything on the land becomes free.
- 46:57Speaker 5: And then if you look at the counter futures market,
- 47:00Speaker 5: he'll know the best price in wish to bother.
- 47:01Speaker 3: This that's the fact that Ross facts.
- 47:04Speaker 2: So it was like understanding how not to You know,
- 47:08Speaker 2: there's a difference between tax avoidance, right, that's cool, So
- 47:14Speaker 2: you just find ways.
- 47:16Speaker 3: Well, I don't.
- 47:17Speaker 2: Wealth preservation is the one thing nobody talks about. There's
- 47:20Speaker 2: there's three levels to wealth. Right, there's wealth creation, there's
- 47:23Speaker 2: wealth accumulation, and then there's wealth preservation.
- 47:26Speaker 3: The last part of the part we always miss.
- 47:28Speaker 2: It's the most important. It's the most important. So how
- 47:30Speaker 2: do I put myself in situation? So one we get
- 47:33Speaker 2: the land. That's that's an asset that's gonna keep going.
- 47:41Speaker 2: All right, cool, we all right, that's the remix, he
- 47:42Speaker 2: add living It's okay. And then the next thing was
- 47:45Speaker 2: how do we now produce agriculture? So real estate is
- 47:49Speaker 2: one thing, and then agriculture is another thing. Their first
- 47:53Speaker 2: cousins in the land area, right, So how do we
- 47:55Speaker 2: now get that?
- 47:56Speaker 3: Right?
- 47:56Speaker 2: So now we produce livestock and vegetation from the land.
- 48:03Speaker 2: We give some of the vegetation away, it's another write off,
- 48:06Speaker 2: and then we produce cattle on the land.
- 48:10Speaker 3: I don't want to butcher the cow.
- 48:11Speaker 2: I'm gonna sell and produce cow, right, and chickens and lambs,
- 48:17Speaker 2: and so he like, bro, you're out your mind.
- 48:18Speaker 3: I'm like, that's that's another trap house for me. It's okay.
- 48:21Speaker 3: More commodityes, Well, there's more commodities.
- 48:23Speaker 2: I can help Ian in the futures market, telling him
- 48:25Speaker 2: what I'm paying for my cows. And so now we
- 48:28Speaker 2: now can write off all of that. And now that
- 48:32Speaker 2: affects other parts of my life and business where I'm
- 48:35Speaker 2: writing off so much taxes on this, where other parts
- 48:38Speaker 2: of my life become free.
- 48:39Speaker 3: I want everybody to understand this.
- 48:41Speaker 2: If you're in a phase while you're still looking for
- 48:43Speaker 2: an income tax refunt. You ain't switched over to how
- 48:45Speaker 2: to build wealth yet because wealthy people don't get income taxes.

- 49:03Speaker 4: But I'd be remiss if I didn't ask you to
- 49:06Speaker 4: personally if there's some stocks or some ETFs or some
- 49:10Speaker 4: ns is that they should have on their watch list
- 49:13Speaker 4: right now.
- 49:14Speaker 3: Uh, I mean you go first.
- 49:16Speaker 2: So one of the ones I'm looking for is called
- 49:19Speaker 2: uh Sharp Sharp Commerce. So they are the leading industry
- 49:24Speaker 2: in disposing medical supplies for hospitals and industries like that.
