  Speaker 3: Obviously, our grandpa started in the tire business in Bartlesville

  Speaker 3: and the eighties our dad's took it over in the

  Speaker 3: nineties and two thousands and tens, and so for Clay

  Speaker 2: Whole business model is just around taking care of people.

  Speaker 3: And we understand that people don't want to sit at

  Speaker 3: the tire shop all day, so we're gonna do whatever

  Speaker 3: it takes to hustle around and make sure we get

  Speaker 3: people in and out quick.

  Speaker 1: My goodness, sayings. And that means having the right people

  Speaker 4: Know, our dads did a great job of giving people

  Speaker 1: newcomers who were just trying out for the first time.

  Speaker 3: We take a lot of pride in our family's legacy

  Speaker 3: of taking care of people, taking care of their vehicle needs,

  Speaker 3: and so we're we're pretty excited about that. And that's

  Speaker 3: our grandpa set, that our dad set, And so when

  Speaker 3: to expect, and we got to live up to that.

  Speaker 3: the first time, they've probably heard about, you know, the

  Speaker 1: Now, you know, that's a big one. You only get

  Speaker 1: one chance at a good impression, don't you.

  Speaker 2: Oh yeah, and it starts the moment they pull into

  Speaker 4: We want to make everyone feel as welcome as possible

  Speaker 3: of these services. So you know, we love taking care

  Speaker 3: of people and getting the vehicle in, seeing what's going on,

  Speaker 3: making sure that any problem is addressed before it becomes

  Speaker 1: We're going to do everything by the book and and

  Speaker 1: by golly, you're going to feel safe when you get out.

  Speaker 2: That's exactly right.

  Speaker 1: You guys are kind of like an insurance policy when

  Speaker 1: it comes to safety too, because without good tires, a

  Speaker 1: lot of bad things can happen.

  Speaker 3: Yeah, people always underestimate the value of a good set

  Speaker 3: of tires because really it's the number one safety part

  Speaker 3: on your vehicle. You have four contact patches that are

  Speaker 3: keeping you on the road, and you want to make

  Speaker 1: before it goes on. You don't want any wabblers.

  Speaker 3: Yeah, we've got great equipment that really it's top of

  Speaker 2: Sure that we take care of all those issues for you.

  Speaker 3: So you're mounting and balancing all those all those items

  Speaker 3: are going to be taking care about a top notch pace,

  Speaker 2: We're very hot and I lost a lot of weight

  Speaker 1: But therefore your tires go on faster so you can

  Speaker 1: air conditioning. So see, folks, they got it's it's all

  Speaker 1: a part of the plan. But fast track, where'd you

  Speaker 1: come up with the name?

  Speaker 3: Clay and I brainstorm for a long time, and we're

  Speaker 3: not very creative. We're good at doing tires, even better
• 6:45
  Speaker 3: making popcorn, not very creative, and so we just stuck

  Speaker 3: with what we wanted to portray the people. And for us,
• 6:52
  Speaker 3: one of our one of, if not the biggest thing,
• 6:54
  Speaker 3: is we wanted to get people in and out quickly.

  Speaker 3: We know you don't want to hang out with this

  Speaker 3: all day, even though we're really fun. You are, but

  Speaker 3: you guys got stuff to do. People have things to do,

  Speaker 3: and they want to get back on the road and

  Speaker 3: get back to their day, so fast as is what

  Speaker 3: we want.

  Speaker 1: Well, this is great and it lives up to its name.

  Speaker 1: Meaching every day twenty to thirty minutes and you're done,

  Speaker 1: you're ready to go. You're safely back out on the

  Speaker 1: road at a price that is plenty affordable too. You know,

  Speaker 1: you want folks coming back. So everything is done to scale.

  Speaker 4: Absolutely, We've got a full time mechanic now. He's AC certified,

  Speaker 4: so he's worked with us before. He's a great guy.

  Speaker 1: So he can look for things other than just tigre

  Speaker 4: Absolutely. Yeah, Bill, we'll do any inspections for free. We

  Speaker 4: will ever charge you look at brakes, or we'll always do.

  Speaker 4: Every cold every kind of cold weather front moves in,

  Speaker 4: it's going to drop your tires about five psi.

  Speaker 2: I think the tire light. For every ten degrees of

  Speaker 2: ambient temperature, your tire pressure will drop one psi.

  Speaker 1: Wow, So it gets like really cold. Suddenly you think

  Speaker 1: that somebody who's out there, you know, deflating your tires

  Speaker 1: as a prank, and it's actually kind of natural. Is
