SPEAKER_02: I'm just about to comment because this is actually hilarious.
0:07
SPEAKER_00: That is hilarious.
0:09
SPEAKER_00: Oh my.
0:10
SPEAKER_00: That is amazing.
0:14
SPEAKER_02: No, he's doing back pose as well.
0:15
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
0:16
SPEAKER_00: He is.
0:17
SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's Jay.
0:19
SPEAKER_02: That's I'm dying.
0:21
SPEAKER_02: This is gold.
0:22
SPEAKER_00: That was so good.
0:24
SPEAKER_00: That's so great.
0:26
SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's funny.
0:27
SPEAKER_02: Hello, everyone.
0:28
SPEAKER_00: Hello, everyone.
0:29
SPEAKER_00: The C Bum documentary or film came out.
0:31
SPEAKER_00: Apparently, it got like a nine out of ten screen rating and everything.
0:34
SPEAKER_00: And they said there was a there was a big percentage of people watching it that didn't know about bodybuilding, and they just thought it was a cool, a cool movie.
0:41
SPEAKER_00: So I'm like, that's good.
0:42
SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's gonna be a good idea.
0:43
SPEAKER_00: Production must have been great.
0:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
0:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's gonna be really, really cool.
0:46
SPEAKER_02: Um my god, how it's been like two days, like not even like two days.
0:50
SPEAKER_02: It's been a whole two days.
0:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, a whole two days since the last saw you.
0:53
SPEAKER_02: Um, how have you been?
0:55
SPEAKER_00: I'm great now that I am 2500.
0:58
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I forgot that.
1:02
SPEAKER_00: You left it in the car.
1:03
SPEAKER_00: I was like, I was like, she's not getting this back.
1:06
SPEAKER_02: I thought I was like, I feel like I've forgotten something, and I was like, oh, the check.
1:10
SPEAKER_00: That was like that was never gonna go.
1:13
SPEAKER_02: That was never did you see the photo of or the video of me and like Savannah because she dropped me off at the airport.
1:19
SPEAKER_00: At the airport, yeah.
1:20
SPEAKER_02: I had so much stuff, and I said, All I need them to do, I compacted it really, really well.
1:26
SPEAKER_02: You saw like I did so well, like I put everything where it needed to be, and I was like, as long as they don't open my suitcase or any of my bags, I'm fine.
1:33
SPEAKER_02: They opened everything and took everything out, and I was like, You're not even it wasn't even international travel.
1:39
SPEAKER_00: They made you open everything to go a state away.
1:41
SPEAKER_00: That's insane.
1:42
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so annoying.
1:43
SPEAKER_02: So I was like, okay, it's fine.
1:45
SPEAKER_02: And then the one thing I mean, I had about three of these bottles, so I had two either side, and then I was carrying one, and then I had like a little bit of water in one of them.
1:54
SPEAKER_02: So they they were like, you have to throw it away, which I was so annoyed about.
1:57
SPEAKER_02: I was like, can you just pour it out now?
1:59
SPEAKER_02: And they were like, No.
2:00
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Well, I have two anyway, so two empty ones that I just got given, so it's fine.
2:05
SPEAKER_02: But that was the it, and then thank god the um what's it called?
2:11
SPEAKER_02: The air hostess was nice to me, or whoever it was was nice to me.
2:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because the person when I was letting getting let on was like, we're gonna have to check your bag.
2:20
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, that's fine, but also equally I land at 10:30, then I've got weight for my bag.
2:25
SPEAKER_02: I really don't want to do that.
2:26
SPEAKER_02: So I was sneaky sneaky, and you know, when they like say leave it at the bottom of the runway thing, I just didn't and I just took it on, yeah.
2:35
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, but then there was no space for my big bag, so I was like, Oh my god, this is the worst thing ever.
2:40
SPEAKER_02: And I was trying to find like places to put it.
2:42
SPEAKER_02: I like ran like a couple of um like seats up to like put my bag in.
2:47
SPEAKER_02: Took someone else's spot, and then my suitcase was down the other end, and I was like, oh my god, just and then I had that massive blanket.
2:53
SPEAKER_02: I was like, this is the worst, and then this the the the big trophy, I was like, this is the worst thing ever.
2:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for those of you that didn't see the thing for the everyone that didn't see Phoebe's picture, how much shit she had.
3:05
SPEAKER_00: When I tell you, so me and Kerrigan brought the RV down because this was only a four-hour trip for us.
3:09
SPEAKER_00: So Phoebe comes into the RV and lays all of her stuff out, took up like half of one of the beds, the entire kitchen table.
3:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, holy shit, this is a lot of stuff.
3:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I had no clue how you were gonna be coming on the airport in the airport, but yeah, yeah, there was no way, there was no way I was gonna take all of it.
3:26
SPEAKER_02: So Kerrigan took a lot of the supplements off my hands, so thank you for that.
3:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then yeah, but the weekend we're quite now.
3:35
SPEAKER_00: Guess who's Olympia qualified?
3:38
SPEAKER_02: Yay! So honestly, like this is how I've envisioned like the last couple of months.
3:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, this is what I've been envisioning to happen.
3:46
SPEAKER_02: Like, for me to do both of the Arnolds and then two shows and be knocked them out of the park and just do the we talked about this months ago and you did it.
3:56
SPEAKER_00: So now you can go have like not that you wouldn't have had fun, but now you can go in a little bit more like maybe experimental or whatever you want to do for Pittsburgh and uh in New York, and it's gonna be great.
4:06
SPEAKER_02: I think we're probably gonna come in.
4:09
SPEAKER_02: I say a the thing is I say a little tighter.
4:12
SPEAKER_02: I think my favorite look overall this whole season has been Wasach finals.
4:19
SPEAKER_02: I think pre-judging really good my upper body for some reason was just was just going a little bit cray cray and like was just very dense and very big in my opinion.
4:28
SPEAKER_02: So we kind of calmed down, we didn't pump it up as much, or we didn't really pump it up at all anyway.
4:32
SPEAKER_02: But my just when we were filling out this time, like my body was just doing some different stuff, which again, every every kind of prep is different, but um my upper body was just filling up a lot.
4:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, and everyone backstage asking Phoebe to sign stuff, wait till after the show because you're getting a shoulder pump.
4:50
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, yeah.
4:50
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes she's picking up the pin, sitting there moving her shoulders just to pump it up.
4:55
SPEAKER_02: And do you know what?
4:56
SPEAKER_02: I've seen a few people being like, oh my god, her upper body was way too much.
4:59
SPEAKER_02: And don't get me wrong, I don't think it was too much, but I do think that my upper body was probably the the the most pump it had been.
5:06
SPEAKER_02: And I put that down to bodywork.
5:08
SPEAKER_02: I got bodywork done on Thursday evening because my back was just a little bit sore, but he went into my shoulders and kind of brought them out a little bit more.
5:18
SPEAKER_02: Now, I'm not even kidding you when I say I did 10 reps of shoulder lateral raises that stage.
5:25
SPEAKER_02: That was it.
5:25
SPEAKER_02: And you were like, Do you need a band?
5:26
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, No, I don't need anything right now.
5:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't need nothing right now.
5:31
SPEAKER_02: Everyone's pumping up, and I was like, I don't need anything right now.
5:33
SPEAKER_02: So I think that's what brought them out a lot more, which is again great for body work, but it was just was not needed at that time.
5:40
SPEAKER_02: So, and that's good that I just kind of in that moment felt like, okay, I don't need to, you know, because I felt them when I when I was doing literally 10 reps, and I was like, okay, cool.
5:50
SPEAKER_02: I they're I feel like they're about to burst, so I'm not gonna touch them anymore.
5:53
SPEAKER_02: But um, yeah, so it was all different.
5:56
SPEAKER_02: But I think for Pittsburgh and New York, honestly, we're gonna probably be bringing what we brought to our site.
6:01
SPEAKER_02: So we were a little bit tighter, but still like really nice and full.
6:04
SPEAKER_02: So I still want to bring in my waist like just that little bit tighter um and just really control and make sure that we've not got the aduxa showing as much.
6:12
SPEAKER_02: So we're just gonna be very selective with um training uh and what we're doing with uh lower body, and then we're gonna be doing a lot more waist training exercises in terms of like making sure vacuums are good and making sure that we keep diaphragm good and all that sort of thing.
6:28
SPEAKER_02: So I've got some of that stuff booked in tomorrow, so that's gonna be good.
6:30
SPEAKER_00: It's always it's always cool to think about how certain things compound on each other.
6:34
SPEAKER_00: Like when you talk about um, like let's say glutes were like if glutes were a fullness issue for someone, but in your case you have adductors that you're trying to bring down.
6:43
SPEAKER_00: Once those adductors get dialed in and you're like you're more streamlined, you don't need to worry about them, that correlates to you now being able to get more glute pop because you're not so worried about pushing the adductors out.
6:53
SPEAKER_00: So literally everything compounds on itself.
6:55
SPEAKER_00: So it'll be I I honestly think that you're gonna just keep improving on the look you just had, which was such a crazy fucking look at finals.
7:02
SPEAKER_00: Like that was I agree, that was my favorite look of you on the year so far.
7:07
SPEAKER_00: And with now two more shows ahead of you to keep dialing it in.
7:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, I feel like once Olympia comes around, it's gonna be stupid.
7:14
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, and that's the whole point.
7:15
SPEAKER_02: That's why everyone's like a few people I think were like, okay, cool, you're done now.
7:19
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, no, I've still got two more shows.
7:21
SPEAKER_02: They're like, What?
7:22
SPEAKER_02: Why are you doing two more shows?
7:23
SPEAKER_02: You're already qualified.
7:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yes.
7:25
SPEAKER_02: But also, you they were like, Why are you doing more shows?
7:28
SPEAKER_02: And I said, exactly for that reason to see what we need to improve for Olympia.
7:32
SPEAKER_02: Like those two shows, Pittsburgh and New York, are gonna be stack shows with really, really good athletes.
7:37
SPEAKER_02: Not to say that there wasn't good athletes at the other ones anyway, but being compared against very competitive athletes and also being in front of certain judges like Tyler, Sandy, Steve again will be really, really helpful for me.
7:50
SPEAKER_02: Then going into the Olympic and being like, right, solidify everything I need to work on.
7:54
SPEAKER_02: I've worked on, you know, getting a bit more fullness in my in my lower body.
7:58
SPEAKER_02: I've worked on the S shape, which was the main two things that you wanted me to work on the last two Arnolds.
8:02
SPEAKER_02: So what else is there?
8:04
SPEAKER_02: And then we can kind of get that feedback and then just go from there, you know?
8:06
SPEAKER_02: And that's how it should always be.
8:08
SPEAKER_00: In a sense, like bodybuilder math in the head is like you got second to Ashlyn at Arnold, right?
8:15
SPEAKER_00: So now dialed in the look at Wasatch, like right there.
8:19
SPEAKER_00: This is what we want to see.
8:20
SPEAKER_00: Adductors come down a little bit.
8:22
SPEAKER_00: Let's see how New York and Pittsburgh go.
8:24
SPEAKER_00: In Pittsburgh, you go up against Laura Lee and Amy.
8:27
SPEAKER_00: So you have now you have the top of the top.
8:30
SPEAKER_00: So you have comparative to who Ashlyn is on stage with you.
8:33
SPEAKER_00: That same like ranking, right?
8:34
SPEAKER_00: So now see how it goes up against them.
8:37
SPEAKER_00: And now that kind of does that bodybuilder math in the head where if you're standing with them or if you beat, if you beat them, like that's setting you up big time for Olympia.
8:45
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, so it's gonna be cool, it's gonna be really, really cool to kind of like see how they these two shows go, honestly.
8:51
SPEAKER_02: And like I'm really excited for that because it's also like mental clarity where I can I'm qualified.
8:58
SPEAKER_02: So whatever happens, it's like cool, it's data.
9:00
SPEAKER_02: Like if it's a look that if we bring a look that they don't like, cool, it's data.
9:04
SPEAKER_02: We're not gonna do that again.
9:05
SPEAKER_02: If we bring a look that they love, cool, that's data.
9:07
SPEAKER_02: We'll do that for the Olympia, you know.
9:09
SPEAKER_02: So I'm I'm really excited and I'm I'm happy that this it's gone like this because the mentality now, it's just like, huh, we can relax, you know?
9:17
SPEAKER_00: So um and how we worked on some gatekeeping adductor tricks on your RD.
9:23
SPEAKER_02: Exactly, exactly.
9:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, tell no one.
9:25
SPEAKER_02: So um, okay, so this weekend we had obviously Wasatch, and then there was FIBO, and then there was also what one was it?
9:38
SPEAKER_00: Was it uh China?
9:40
SPEAKER_02: What no uh China Pro as well, Shanghai.
9:44
SPEAKER_00: Was it China Pro?
9:45
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
9:45
SPEAKER_00: China Pro I'm getting confused with I saw there were so many shows this weekend.
9:48
SPEAKER_00: I'm so bouncing all over my head because there was a there was a Men's Physique Pro show as well.
9:52
SPEAKER_02: There were well, yeah, there was there was a lot of other shows and stuff like that as well.
9:55
SPEAKER_02: So and there's obviously one was bikini.
9:58
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, let's nail them.
9:59
SPEAKER_02: So many, let's have a look.
10:00
SPEAKER_00: Also, we're gonna see her in a second, but shout out Savannah for that second place at Wasatch.
10:05
SPEAKER_00: That improvement from Arnold to Wasatch was nutty.
10:08
SPEAKER_02: Like and I also said to her as soon as I got off stage, I said, Girl, you had me shaking in my boots because I was like, you know, felt really good.
10:16
SPEAKER_02: And then I saw the videos, and I was like, Savannah's looking very, very good, like very good.
10:21
SPEAKER_02: That was probably her best look.
10:23
SPEAKER_02: And I like that.
10:23
SPEAKER_00: Like you two separated yourselves immensely, like it was a Savannah and Phoebe, and I I had it leaning to you, and but I even talked to the judges, and um, they were like, Yes, although it was unanimous, there was some deliberation.
10:37
SPEAKER_00: Like Savannah was like it was a good Savannah up there, so like huge props to her because that right there is gonna carry her into the next shows that she does.
10:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks fantastic, and I think she really gave me my herbron for my money because I was shaking between pre-judging and finals.
10:53
SPEAKER_02: So, um, but I think she it for her, it's just a case of keeping consistent and going from this, you know.
11:01
SPEAKER_02: Like she she knows that she's bringing the best of her, the best of her abilities and her best looks now.
11:06
SPEAKER_02: So it's just about okay, keep running with those shows.
11:09
SPEAKER_02: She's gonna win win two shows, you know, in no time.
11:12
SPEAKER_02: It's just about making the changes.
11:14
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah.
11:15
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I I loved her waist, the way that her waistline looked this show.
11:18
SPEAKER_02: Her waist was a lot tighter.
11:20
SPEAKER_02: I think she did say previously before, if I'm not mistaken, that that's what's something she wanted to work on was her waistline uh from Arnold UK to going into this show because I know she said she wanted to be a bit tighter, same with the glutes, a little bit tighter.
11:32
SPEAKER_02: So I think overall she was happy with the mask that she brought at Arnold UK, but she just needed to be a bit tighter overall.
11:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I talked to I talked to Jamie about that, and she had said that it was kind of a mix of let's bring in a little bit tighter, but she also corrected some things in the front posts where Savannah was kind of overposing herself at Arnold, and here she nailed it beautifully.
11:50
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, and sometimes it's hard because obviously, you know, we always like want to try and make sure that we're showing off a good amount of muscle mass, a good amount of fullness and stuff like that.
11:59
SPEAKER_02: So overposing sometimes does come into play, and it's the same with me.
12:02
SPEAKER_02: Like, sometimes I think at some of the shows I was sitting into my hips or glutes, you know, a little bit too much and was overposing because I was like, Oh, my glutes are small.
12:11
SPEAKER_02: And Jamie's like, Your glutes aren't small, like you don't need to overpose things.
12:15
SPEAKER_02: So once you get that out of your head and pose to what is best for your body, sometimes that is actually the best thing for it versus like overdoing it, you know.
12:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but also equally, there is it's like a mix of both, you know, which is tough, so it's hard to get used to.
12:29
SPEAKER_02: Um Brie, this was a great comeback for Brie as well.
12:33
SPEAKER_02: I love the blue suit, love the blue suit.
12:37
SPEAKER_02: Um, she looks absolutely fantastic in this front shop.
12:40
SPEAKER_02: We did a little bit of posing and stuff like that before this um show as well, and we just worked on kind of like twisting the upper body a little bit more around to the front, showing a bit more taper off and stuff like that.
12:51
SPEAKER_00: So my my main if Bree, I told Brie this, but um looking at her front pose, especially here, it's almost that same feedback that I feel like Jazzy got um at Olympia where it's the lat, it's a big flare, and you can see how like it's the it's the visual appearance of seeing how much she's flaring it.
13:12
SPEAKER_00: Like Savannah's like you, you have yours obviously popped out, and the delts just the arm is just hanging naturally.
13:18
SPEAKER_00: Brie looks like she's forcing it a little bit, and I think that could be a difference maker in who she's who she's standing next to comparatively, first, second, third.
13:26
SPEAKER_00: That could be a place thing when it's almost exaggerating that S curve too much and almost looks forced.
13:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but regardless, I don't think that she could have come in physique-wise any better.
13:37
SPEAKER_00: Like this was spot on.
13:38
SPEAKER_02: This was a really good look for her, but no, I know what you mean, where sometimes that arm is a bit too diagonally outward.
13:44
SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, you want to try and make sure that that arm is just a little bit lower, like here.
13:48
SPEAKER_00: I think it's easier to bring her hand and then the lower pushed too much.
13:52
SPEAKER_00: The appearance of proportion in that front arm, in the bent arm, the difference in that lateral delt that you're looking at almost looks double in size just because of how pushed it is.
14:03
SPEAKER_00: So that's that's just one thing that that like was glaring to me, where I feel like if it if it was a little bit more relaxed, she maybe could have been compared to Savannah a little bit more closely.
14:13
SPEAKER_00: But to me, that was the difference maker of you and Savannah being in your own league in this show.
14:19
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
14:20
SPEAKER_02: Stasi looked so much better, I think, at this show.
14:23
SPEAKER_02: I think she really brought her waist in a lot at this show, and like opposing was a lot better in terms of like how she was hitting from what the visuals I've seen and stuff like that.
14:31
SPEAKER_02: So Stasi got fourth place here.
14:33
SPEAKER_02: I think this was the a really, really good competitive look.
14:37
SPEAKER_00: Was that was that back to back forths?
14:39
SPEAKER_02: She got third at Charlotte, and then I think this was fourth here.
14:43
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
14:44
SPEAKER_02: So this was a really good look for her for sure.
14:46
SPEAKER_02: I think it's again, I don't know what she would need to work on.
14:49
SPEAKER_02: She's she's a very dense competitor, I won't lie.
14:52
SPEAKER_02: So I think sometimes it's maybe streamlining it and making sure that obviously everything just flows a little bit more.
14:57
SPEAKER_02: Um but I think overall she's got the density there.
15:00
SPEAKER_02: It's just about making sure that we can complete all those like small little lines in between, you know.
15:05
SPEAKER_02: Um definitely Maya, I kept on saying to her, like her, I will get to the back poses in a second, but like I kept on being like, whose glutes are those?
15:13
SPEAKER_02: And she's like, they're mine.
15:15
SPEAKER_02: Because I looked, I looked at when we were looking at the uh the first call outs, um, and we were looked at the uh I think we looked at back prose first, and I went, Who's that on the side?
15:24
SPEAKER_02: And Maya was like, It's me.
15:26
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, That's incredible because like your glutes have improved so much.
15:30
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's why I was saying that.
15:31
SPEAKER_02: Because I was like, your glutes look so different from what they were before, which is really, really good.
15:35
SPEAKER_02: Like the density has come up a lot, so that's really, really good to see.
15:39
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, that was mainly in the comeback for that was like a what a year and a half between for her, so great job.
15:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I feel like there's actually been quite a few people that have made a comeback this year.
15:49
SPEAKER_02: Um they've absolutely killed it.
15:51
SPEAKER_02: Like my yeah, like I said, Maya's got a really nice amount of development and stuff like that um coming through.
15:57
SPEAKER_02: Me and I realize that me and Savannah have quite long tie-ins, like both of us have quite very similar glute shape in general, between you two.
16:04
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, which was quite surprising.
16:06
SPEAKER_02: I think Brie has a slightly shorter glutes, um, which is always hard when you have like a shorter glute.
16:12
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I think it's just a case of obviously just building up that development and stuff like that.
16:16
SPEAKER_02: And then, say with Maya, like she has shorter glutes, but she still has that like nice tie and connects down.
16:21
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, when you look at Maya's glutes, that that back pose is pushing into the top two here.
16:27
SPEAKER_00: Front pose, obviously.
16:29
SPEAKER_00: I think the front pose is where she just needs that little bit more streamlining, a little bit more work.
16:33
SPEAKER_00: But this back pose is absolutely phenomenal.
16:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really like her glute shape and glute density here.
16:38
SPEAKER_02: I think it's just a case of again, just adding potentially just a little bit more size and density, so she has more projection.
16:44
SPEAKER_02: Um, Starsey, like again, she has like not super long tines, but like longer tines than like my um not my than um Bree, for example.
16:54
SPEAKER_02: Um but again, I think it's aga that upper-outer glute just trying to, it's always the upper glutes.
16:58
SPEAKER_02: I feel like upper glutes are very hard to build, so it's trying to make sure that we do have just a little bit more, so it just fills up that area just a little bit more as well.
17:07
SPEAKER_02: But Allah is killing it at the moment, like she keeps she's she's a master competitor, she's won two back-to-back master shows now, and she's gotten into the top six at open every single time, which is crazy because she's she wins the masters, then she plays this top six at open.
17:22
SPEAKER_00: It's it's really, really impressive.
17:24
SPEAKER_02: It's really good.
17:25
SPEAKER_02: I mean, her can she's not shy of conditioning at all.
17:28
SPEAKER_02: I think the only thing she's just lacking in is just a little bit more, again, just density.
17:31
SPEAKER_00: Um her front pose is honestly like if you pack a little bit of density on, but her front pose is like a very what I think most people think of when they think of a like a bikini look, the bikini front pose.
17:42
SPEAKER_00: Just everything about her front pose flows really well, very balanced top to bottom, nothing that stands out like crazy, just very complete.
17:49
SPEAKER_00: She just needs a little bit more all over, I think, to really crack into the top spots for open.
17:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree.
17:56
SPEAKER_02: I completely agree.
17:57
SPEAKER_02: All right, let's go over China Pro.
18:01
SPEAKER_00: Yes, we're gonna be able to do that.
18:02
SPEAKER_00: So we've got so we had three people qualify.
18:04
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we have three people qualify for the Olympia this year.
18:07
SPEAKER_02: So uh this weekend.
18:09
SPEAKER_02: So it was me, Adriana, which we'll get to in a second, and Cynthia.
18:14
SPEAKER_02: So I I forgot that Cynthia had already won a show.
18:16
SPEAKER_02: I completely forgot, and then I didn't realize that she was doing this show.
18:19
SPEAKER_02: So three people qualified for the Olympia, meaning the points are obviously there's now three people new.
18:26
SPEAKER_00: Three names pop up, yeah.
18:28
SPEAKER_02: So already there's 40 pro I think 40 pros or 42 pros qualified for Olympia this year already.
18:35
SPEAKER_00: Yep.
18:35
SPEAKER_00: Yep.
18:36
SPEAKER_02: I honestly think it's in the beginning of it.
18:39
SPEAKER_02: I said it's the 60s.
18:40
SPEAKER_02: I said the 60s.
18:41
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
18:42
SPEAKER_00: I said 50s, you said sixties.
18:43
SPEAKER_00: It'll definitely be sixties.
18:44
SPEAKER_00: There's absolutely no way it's not sixties at this point.
18:46
SPEAKER_00: Like the season literally just started, and we have multiple two and three shows, some four show weekends, all the way up to the cutoff date.
18:55
SPEAKER_00: So uh yes, some many of those people will just be stacking points and be in that top 25, but there will there's like well on John's post, it shows that more than like 70% of the people in the top 25 have a win already.
19:09
SPEAKER_00: So it's they've only got more win.
19:12
SPEAKER_02: I say only more one more win.
19:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like it's so easy to get a win.
19:16
SPEAKER_02: It's not, but they only have one more win to go, so it's not kind of doing that like harder part, which now a lot of people are competing, which I've just realized a lot of people are actually starting their season in Pittsburgh or New York in New York.
19:29
SPEAKER_02: So I thought obviously, or girl power to be fair, from this weekend.
19:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, girl power is a big list that we'll get to that soon.
19:35
SPEAKER_02: So, um, so yeah, Cynthia got qualified, and again, she looks phenomenal.
19:40
SPEAKER_02: Incredible, yeah, really, really good.
19:42
SPEAKER_02: I'm interested to see if she's gonna do any more shows as well.
19:45
SPEAKER_02: So, like, obviously, yeah, she's qualified, but is she gonna push out and do like a Pittsburgh or uh New York or like Miami or something like that?
19:52
SPEAKER_00: Um, I mean, there's no need for her to, but I haven't seen a whole lot of names or talk around New York.
19:58
SPEAKER_00: Pittsburgh for sure.
20:00
SPEAKER_00: New York, I haven't seen a whole lot of people like you saying I'm doing New York and Pittsburgh.
20:05
SPEAKER_00: It's like I think Amy's only doing Pittsburgh, right?
20:07
SPEAKER_00: Laura Lee's only doing Pittsburgh.
20:08
SPEAKER_02: I'm not too sure.
20:09
SPEAKER_02: I'm not too sure um what everyone's doing.
20:12
SPEAKER_02: Like I think I know Laura Lee's only doing Pittsburgh, I think, but I don't know what Amy's doing, so I'm not too sure.
20:16
SPEAKER_02: So again, I do think that we'll see it, you know, how it always is.
20:21
SPEAKER_02: I feel like New York is a little bit quieter, and that as in like there's less noise about it, but when the list comes out, it's huge, you know.
20:29
SPEAKER_02: So I do think that sometimes that's just strategy.
20:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I'm like, yeah, I'm doing I'm new in New York.
20:35
SPEAKER_00: I think New York is a great strategy with Pittsburgh now being after it.
20:38
SPEAKER_00: Like Pittsburgh's that like up and coming pinnacle show, and higher prize money, Olympia judging panel, like doing New York the week before and then going into Pittsburgh after that.
20:50
SPEAKER_00: That's that's momentum and it's feedback going into it.
20:53
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, very true.
20:54
SPEAKER_02: And then we had um Nikita Nikita.
20:59
SPEAKER_02: Nikitaya, Nataya, I keep saying Nikita for some reason.
21:03
SPEAKER_02: Um Nataya, obviously she's been she's been moving up the ranks a little bit more.
21:06
SPEAKER_02: So I think she got third last week or the week after.
21:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think so.
21:10
SPEAKER_00: The week before that's a phenomenal front pose on her.
21:12
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's improved, she is actually improving as she's going into shows as well, which I do think that happens a lot of the time with some people.
21:19
SPEAKER_02: If you're doing you know things correctly and stuff like that, you do just improve because you're just changing minor things, it's not like a huge drastic thing because you're right there, which is clever.
21:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I think sometimes that is also the case.
21:31
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, very much like this a lot.
21:33
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got Maggie.
21:34
SPEAKER_02: I think she hasn't competed since our Olympia last year, I want to say.
21:39
SPEAKER_02: So she's come back straight into top three, which is really cool.
21:42
SPEAKER_02: And I like I love her shape.
21:44
SPEAKER_02: She's got really nice, like just they all have really nice density really nice density.
21:50
SPEAKER_02: Irene moved up.
21:53
SPEAKER_02: She got fifth.
21:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she didn't get fifth.
21:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
21:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she got fifth.
21:57
SPEAKER_02: So now she's gotten fourth.
21:58
SPEAKER_02: So she's moving up.
21:58
SPEAKER_02: She's obviously She's from Spain, so she's obviously like on to you know around Asia to do um some of the Asia shows, which I think is always really fun because you can compete and like do some fun stuff and all that type of thing which as well, which is fun.
22:12
SPEAKER_02: Um but yeah, and then I'm not too sure who this girl is here, these two.
22:17
SPEAKER_02: It says Shotova, I'm not sure.
22:19
SPEAKER_02: I'm not too sure either.
22:21
SPEAKER_02: Oh I think she did I think she did Arnold's UK if I'm not mistaken.
22:29
SPEAKER_02: Yes, she did.
22:30
SPEAKER_02: She did Arnold UK.
22:32
SPEAKER_02: I think she's definitely improved.
22:34
SPEAKER_02: She definitely improved.
22:35
SPEAKER_02: I think Arnold's UK, she might have oh she doesn't go to this is Arnold UK.
22:41
SPEAKER_02: She did do Arnold UK though.
22:45
SPEAKER_02: But I think she definitely improved 100% she improved because I think she looks she looks a lot leaner than what she did for the Arnold UK for sure.
22:57
SPEAKER_02: Oh, this is a good back pose lineup.
23:00
SPEAKER_02: Wow.
23:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
23:02
SPEAKER_02: The density conditioning.
23:04
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say, this is one of those where obviously you pick what's on stage that day, and being that the best were slightly more conditioned, you're gonna see an entire top six that's more conditioned.
23:14
SPEAKER_00: Like first, second, third, that is some conditioning.
23:18
SPEAKER_02: I do really like the the the fullness in number six, though.
23:22
SPEAKER_02: I really like the fullness.
23:23
SPEAKER_02: She just has a she's I think the front of the back pose a little bit uh I don't know if she's fully in her back pose, but I like the projection she has.
23:30
SPEAKER_02: I think everyone's everyone else is a little bit more conditioned than she is, but I like the density she has from this back pose way more than for sure everyone else.
23:39
SPEAKER_02: So nice.
23:41
SPEAKER_02: Well, good job, everyone.
23:43
SPEAKER_02: And then where is this why is I feel like Europe, they never have oh there we go.
23:50
SPEAKER_02: They do have everything.
23:51
SPEAKER_02: I'll take it back.
23:52
SPEAKER_02: Adriana, I I loved this.
23:54
SPEAKER_02: I think she's really naming her front pose.
23:56
SPEAKER_02: Like her front pose is so she looks so relaxed, she looks so like calm and complete when she's in her front pose, and it's just easy.
24:05
SPEAKER_02: And like the waistline, tightness in the waist, the everything just looks spot on, I think.
24:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a it's a literal, it's a literal flawless front pose.
24:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, the back pose is where like at the Olympia level, she loses a couple notches to people just because she needs a bit more glute projection, overall density.
24:22
SPEAKER_00: But that is the definition of a flawless front pose.
24:25
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really like Sophia as well.
24:27
SPEAKER_02: I think she just again, because she's next to Adriana, who is also a little bit more compact and shorter as well.
24:32
SPEAKER_02: I think and also she has a little bit more density than Sophia.
24:36
SPEAKER_02: You could just see it a little bit when they were next to each other.
24:38
SPEAKER_02: And it's tough because I love both their physiques as well.
24:41
SPEAKER_02: And Sophia's only getting better as well.
24:42
SPEAKER_02: So that's not true.
24:43
SPEAKER_00: Well they just they just flipped like back-to-back weeks with each other, right?
24:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
24:47
SPEAKER_00: Sophia beat her the week before one and two.
24:49
SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, no.
24:50
SPEAKER_02: So she they've don't think they've been no, no, they've not been next to each other since Arnold UK.
24:55
SPEAKER_02: So it's been have they not?
24:56
SPEAKER_02: Oh no, it's been Alice and Sophia.
24:59
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Alice.
24:59
SPEAKER_00: I was thinking of Alice, yeah, yeah, yeah.
25:01
SPEAKER_02: So the interesting thing is um Alice and Ma Mia or Maya, however you say her name, they flipped.
25:08
SPEAKER_02: So Maya was uh, I think top five in on uh in the UK show that she just recently did.
25:16
SPEAKER_02: I mean, she's only gotten better as well.
25:18
SPEAKER_02: So she got I think eighth or ninth in San Diego.
25:21
SPEAKER_02: Um, she got fifth in the UK show, and now she's just gotten third.
25:25
SPEAKER_02: And obviously Alice got second next to Zophia at this previous UK show.
25:30
SPEAKER_02: So I do think that, you know, when people, especially if you're a pro and you compete consistently next to the same people over and over.
25:38
SPEAKER_02: Sometimes people, yes, like run away from that because they're like, oh, you know, this person beat me before, so I'm not gonna go to this show.
25:44
SPEAKER_02: Yet it can flip-flop any time, any like anyhow, like any show, yeah, depending on what you look like against the lineup, depending on what everyone looks like.
25:53
SPEAKER_02: It doesn't mean anything set in stone if they beat you at one show.
25:56
SPEAKER_02: It doesn't mean you can can't beat them at the show that you also do moving forward.
26:02
SPEAKER_02: So you know, I know that's not the whole point, but obviously you can always improve, you know.
26:06
SPEAKER_02: Um this is a very good front.
26:08
SPEAKER_02: I these top three, all these front poses, are really nice.
26:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very Adriana.
26:15
SPEAKER_00: When she hits her front pose, you can't look away from it.
26:17
SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's like a captivating front pose.
26:20
SPEAKER_00: Everyone here has a great front pose.
26:21
SPEAKER_00: It's just that's just another level in this lineup, or just go is she looks really she is a very nice escape.
26:28
SPEAKER_00: She's a crazy shape, yeah.
26:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, hit the back pose.
26:35
SPEAKER_02: Back poses are good.
26:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Adriana's is definitely Adriana has to be fair, they look very similar.
26:40
SPEAKER_02: Adriana's like almost like almost actually no the top three, they all look like their glutes are like identical, like the way that their glutes insertions are like are almost like down the side of their legs, like to the sides almost, almost all the same.
26:56
SPEAKER_00: Adriana has everything complete and in place, like shapewise, proportion, etc.
27:01
SPEAKER_00: Just a little bit more density, a little bit more pop just to the glutes.
27:05
SPEAKER_00: There's it's not, I don't believe that her feedback would be more upper outer glute, more of this, more of that.
27:10
SPEAKER_00: It's just a little bit more glute in general, like all around, a little bit more pop in your golden.
27:16
SPEAKER_02: Her back pose has also been hit better as well.
27:18
SPEAKER_02: Because I think the Arnold UK, she was pushing maybe a little bit too much to try and get more conditioning to show.
27:25
SPEAKER_02: Whereas now she knows she has the conditioning, so she doesn't need to push, she can stand up and just get production.
27:29
SPEAKER_02: Because sometimes that's also the case of yes, we're trying to get conditioning in the back pose and stuff, but it's not everything.
27:35
SPEAKER_02: So if you push too much, you flatten the glutes out.
27:38
SPEAKER_02: So then it's trying to find that in between of like how much, how little, that type of thing.
27:43
SPEAKER_02: So I think she definitely even say with Zophia, like Zophia.
27:46
SPEAKER_02: I know the Arnold Shoe K, she was pushing as well a little bit.
27:48
SPEAKER_02: Um, and she doesn't need to because she's got the conditioning there, you know?
27:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so all around.
27:57
SPEAKER_02: I think this girl here just bringing those arms down because I know obviously you're trying to make the upper body probably look a little bit bigger, but just definitely put those arms down just a little bit for sure.
28:06
SPEAKER_02: But this is a good lineup, very good lineup.
28:07
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if I don't think close.
28:09
SPEAKER_02: I don't think it was close.
28:10
SPEAKER_02: Uh one point.
28:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
28:14
SPEAKER_02: Damn.
28:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and everything else is kind of like a a straight shooter.
28:18
SPEAKER_02: That's really good for for some reason.
28:21
SPEAKER_02: I keep wanting to say Maya.
28:22
SPEAKER_02: I don't know if it's Maya or not, but um just go with Maya.
28:25
unknown: Yeah.
28:26
SPEAKER_02: Um, but yeah, that's a really that's a really good like coming out season for her.
28:31
SPEAKER_02: Like she's done really, really well.
28:32
SPEAKER_02: Like she's you know, almost beating, well, she's beating an Olympians here, and she's kind of like very, very close to Zolfi, who just got top four at Arnold and is you know winning pro shows.
28:42
SPEAKER_02: So that's really really cool to kind of like see that come up.
28:46
SPEAKER_02: And I love seeing when like you know, newbies of the sport come in.
28:49
SPEAKER_02: So I know this is her pro debut like season, so that's cool to kind of like see all of that happening.
28:55
SPEAKER_00: Um god, yeah.
29:00
SPEAKER_02: I wanted to okay, we'll go through the top six, that's fine.
29:04
SPEAKER_02: Because I was thinking, I was like, I haven't got um we haven't got time to go through the whole list, but I really whoever this girl had to say it.
29:11
SPEAKER_02: I know I this this um girl here.
29:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really liked her shape, I really liked her presence on stage.
29:19
SPEAKER_02: I really liked like her overall look a lot.
29:23
SPEAKER_00: Yep, yep, very much so.
29:25
SPEAKER_00: Really good presence.
29:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, this whole top six was great, like really, really great.
29:29
SPEAKER_00: I actually learned now that I'm training her, she told me Faith is actually a um a swimsuit runway model.
29:36
unknown: Okay.
29:37
SPEAKER_00: And that's why I feel like I feel like that's like her captivating presence on stage, and why this like comes so natural to her.
29:43
SPEAKER_00: Like, because it's not a bikini front and back pose.
29:46
SPEAKER_00: There's not a whole lot of like pushing and like contortionism to it.
29:50
SPEAKER_00: So it's very natural and in line with what she already naturally comes from.
29:54
SPEAKER_00: Um in it and it shows big time.
29:56
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, it looks I I like it a lot.
29:59
SPEAKER_02: Like I this whole top three, I was I mean, this whole top six, if I'm honest, I was super happy with because again, I was interested to see because you know it just it's the second pro show of the whole like the season so far, and I think they really did nail how it like they brought everyone in and how who they picked and stuff like that.
30:17
SPEAKER_02: 100%.
30:18
SPEAKER_02: I think Gabby and Faith, it was both just which which one you preferred the look of because they both looked phenomenal.
30:26
SPEAKER_02: Um, I think the main favorite Gabby a little bit more.
30:29
SPEAKER_02: I just like her because she's taller and she has a little bit more muscle mass.
30:32
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I'd say the main thing I see and just getting a better and better eye for fit model, and really just I don't want to say being ahead of the curve with fit model, but like we we understand this really well now, is looking at Gabby in comparison to Faith.
30:48
SPEAKER_00: Gabby has that little bit more density throughout her like height and her overall structure, but she displays it in a more posed down type of way.
30:59
SPEAKER_00: When you look at Faith, a little bit wider in that lateral delt, a little bit more lap pop.
31:04
SPEAKER_00: She's like popping everything a bit more and it it creates a bit more space on stage.
31:09
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Gabby just looks like she's flowing more in her front pose and it sits more naturally on her.
31:13
SPEAKER_00: And that's that's what the division is for.
31:15
SPEAKER_00: You're not meant to have body parts that are like popping big time, you're not meant to have anything distracting to the eye.
31:20
SPEAKER_00: So Gabby, Gabby absolutely nailed it.
31:23
SPEAKER_02: No, I really, I really liked like when they were both posing and stuff like that.
31:26
SPEAKER_02: I was like, this is it literally could be a coin flip, it could go either way.
31:29
SPEAKER_02: Like they both looked very, very good.
31:31
SPEAKER_02: Um, I think the back pose, though, I think, I mean, no, even if I'm honest, like even back pose, like they both look where they need to kind of be, you know, like it wasn't a case of like hey, it of it's obvious, like whoever looks better.
31:44
SPEAKER_02: I do think Faith looks a little bit more quadgy in the back pose.
31:48
SPEAKER_02: So that might have given her a bit more of a of an edge, as into is it Faith, Faith?
31:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks a little bit more quad, a little bit more quadier, quadrier, if that's even more in the back pose.
32:00
SPEAKER_02: Any word, but like here, but then even so, like Gabby has a little bit of quad, but because she's taller, it doesn't, you can't see as much, in my opinion.
32:09
SPEAKER_00: This is, and I've told a lot of people this recently, like with learning fit model more, is it is, and I don't want to say it's gonna be a tall girls game, it's not, it's the tall, the tall illusion.
32:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, if you are someone that does not have slightly longer legs or really good balance in proportion between the upper and lower in terms of extremity length, um, you're at a disadvantage.
32:30
SPEAKER_00: If you're a little bit stalkier in the legs, you're at a disadvantage.
32:33
SPEAKER_00: It is a genetic elite division for that um that model-esque look when it comes to having those proportions.
32:41
SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, the the training and the the dieting going into the show to nail that proper conditioning, nail that proper amount of muscle mass.
32:49
SPEAKER_00: But from the start, if you're thinking of being fit model, waistline slash core and that that genetic proportion of your extremities, it goes a long way.
32:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
32:59
SPEAKER_02: So 100% completely agree with that.
33:02
SPEAKER_02: So um, I don't think it was close.
33:04
SPEAKER_02: I think it was a yeah, three, six scientists, yeah, straight through everybody.
33:07
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think everyone looks again fantastic, and like it was really cool to kind of see, you know, some of my girls up there, some of your girls up there.
33:14
SPEAKER_02: Like, it was cool to just see the division in general because I do think that like again, it's new, and I I we're all still learning fit model.
33:22
SPEAKER_02: Like, even the judges are still learning fit model.
33:24
SPEAKER_02: So I do think that it was it was they they did make a really, really good decision with this top six.
33:29
SPEAKER_00: So also, shout out to Malou, a great showing coming from Bikini.
33:32
SPEAKER_00: I thought that was like Oh my goodness, yes.
33:35
SPEAKER_00: That was so good.
33:36
SPEAKER_00: I really like that.
33:41
SPEAKER_00: I really think she fits in well.
33:43
SPEAKER_02: I wanna I wanna showcase her.
33:45
SPEAKER_02: Where is she?
33:46
SPEAKER_02: I don't think I'm gonna be able to find her.
33:48
SPEAKER_00: Type in her page name.
33:49
SPEAKER_00: I think her opposing routine is out from Gilko.
33:58
SPEAKER_02: I don't know her name.
34:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh M-A-L-E.
34:01
SPEAKER_00: It's just her first and last name, I think.
34:07
SPEAKER_00: Dead air.
34:08
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, everybody on Spotify.
34:10
SPEAKER_02: Sorry.
34:12
SPEAKER_02: Can you see me?
34:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
34:14
SPEAKER_00: Everyone, while we have Dead Air, I got a massage chair.
34:17
SPEAKER_00: It's really, really nice to sit in.
34:18
SPEAKER_02: I take Oh my god.
34:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I loved this look on her.
34:23
SPEAKER_02: The fact that she was like pro-bikini.
34:25
SPEAKER_02: She got seventh out of 34.
34:28
SPEAKER_00: 35.
34:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
34:30
SPEAKER_00: Incredible.
34:31
unknown: Really?
34:32
SPEAKER_00: Just a little bit, I little bit of posing, and then a little bit of that density coming down a tad bit, especially in the upper body, the delts.
34:39
SPEAKER_00: But I think that she has a very bright future in Fit Model.
34:43
SPEAKER_00: I think her glutes were a little a little bit too bikini still, too, in the back pose.
34:47
SPEAKER_00: I talked to Kim about it after he agreed, but it's one of those things where she's already come from literally being a very good bikini pro.
34:54
SPEAKER_00: She's gotten as high as second place in bikini and fit right into Fit Model.
34:58
SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
34:59
SPEAKER_00: I think she did great.
35:01
SPEAKER_02: So congrats, right?
35:04
SPEAKER_00: Yes, congrats.
35:05
SPEAKER_02: We've got a big weekend ahead for girl power.
35:08
SPEAKER_02: Firstly, I want to say, very excited because there's four UK bikini pros competing at Pittsburgh Pro.
35:14
SPEAKER_02: Uh, not Pittsburgh, sorry, uh New York.
35:16
SPEAKER_00: So that's I just saw the I don't know who she is.
35:20
SPEAKER_00: The girl in the black on the right there.
35:21
SPEAKER_00: I just saw her check in.
35:23
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, she looks amazing.
35:25
SPEAKER_02: I know who that was.
35:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks amazing.
35:27
SPEAKER_02: I I posed her a long time ago.
35:30
SPEAKER_02: We did one posing session in person together, and she's got crazy proportions, like really, really cool proportions.
35:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
35:36
SPEAKER_02: Um, and it's cool because again, like the UK, I feel like again, it's just a small, a smaller, smaller, proportion, smaller area with people, bikini pros in it.
35:47
SPEAKER_02: So when you all got all of us together, it's so cool.
35:50
SPEAKER_02: So we've all been already chatting, and it's just cool to kind of like see like everyone's coming up.
35:54
SPEAKER_02: And again, coming to the US, because most of the time, a lot of the people that are in the UK or anything like that, they'll stay in the U, uh the UK or Europe and won't make their way over to the US as much.
36:07
SPEAKER_02: But it's really, really cool to see that like people are coming over to the US.
36:10
SPEAKER_02: Like, obviously, Carrie's doing girl power, which we'll get into in a second, but like it's nice to see that because again, you don't have to come over, like you don't have to come to the UK, uh, US and stuff like that.
36:19
SPEAKER_02: But it does make a big difference when you are against the girls that are in the US and also get the feedback from the from the judges from the US and stuff as well, you know.
36:28
SPEAKER_00: So I love how the photo being used to use with the hammer.
36:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm like, wait, can we tell Greg to post some of the ones he got of you doing like the Thor poses with it so that that's what it can be used?
36:38
SPEAKER_02: That is my that is my favorite.
36:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, I was just like, I'm going to tad on this thing.
36:43
SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited.
36:44
SPEAKER_02: So, okay.
36:46
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be such a cool lineup because we've got huge lists, such a badass lineup.
36:51
SPEAKER_02: We've got Rihanna, who also looks like.
36:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, who looks absolutely insane.
36:58
SPEAKER_02: We've got Jody, Maya, oh my goodness, Yulia.
37:03
SPEAKER_00: Oh, Yulia's coming out for it.
37:04
SPEAKER_00: Shit, I didn't see her name on there.
37:05
SPEAKER_00: That's awesome.
37:07
SPEAKER_02: I'm just again, I do apologize, guys.
37:09
SPEAKER_02: I'm just tagging who's tagged.
37:11
SPEAKER_02: So don't hate me.
37:14
SPEAKER_00: Okay, while you're doing this, since you just clicked Martina's, guys, I have the funniest story of backstage right now with Martina this past weekend.
37:21
SPEAKER_00: We're back there, right?
37:22
SPEAKER_00: I'm walking up and down the row of people handing out some bands and stuff to who's pumping up and whatnot.
37:28
SPEAKER_00: And everyone's like locked in, about to get on stage.
37:30
SPEAKER_00: I'm talking with Phoebe.
37:31
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, do you need anything?
37:33
SPEAKER_00: She's like, nope, I'm I'm pumped, I'm good.
37:35
SPEAKER_00: And Martina's there and just starts talking to like no one in specific, just talking aloud.
37:40
SPEAKER_00: And she's like, you know what I can really use right now?
37:43
SPEAKER_00: A diet coke.
37:44
SPEAKER_00: And I'm out of fucking nowhere.
37:47
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's locked in, about to get on stage doing um for comparisons.
37:51
SPEAKER_00: And she just keeps going.
37:52
SPEAKER_00: She's like, man, there and no, like we're all listening, but it's to no one specific.
37:55
SPEAKER_00: And she's just like, Yeah, you know, you know what the best taste is?
37:59
SPEAKER_00: A good DC at like 20,000 feet in the air.
38:02
SPEAKER_00: You know, right after the show, I'm headed back home on my flight.
38:05
SPEAKER_00: Get me a Diet Coke.
38:07
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh my God, this is the conversation before Hopping on stage right now.
38:11
SPEAKER_02: She's like, all I want is Diet Coke.
38:13
SPEAKER_00: Talk about not having any jitters as a brand new pro.
38:16
SPEAKER_00: Like that cracked me up.
38:18
SPEAKER_00: I was dying at that.
38:19
SPEAKER_02: I feel like sometimes people talk like talk more because they are nervous.
38:22
SPEAKER_02: Because she was telling me she was like, I'm nervous.
38:24
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, girl, you've got this.
38:25
SPEAKER_02: Like, you're good.
38:26
SPEAKER_02: Like, just have fun and enjoy and stuff like that.
38:28
SPEAKER_02: And she was like, I'm still nervous.
38:30
SPEAKER_02: So and and which is also completely normal, but it was just funny because when I didn't I didn't realize she was even talking about a diet coke backstage, it's hilarious.
38:37
SPEAKER_02: So, okay.
38:39
SPEAKER_02: Oh, did I Rihanna?
38:42
SPEAKER_02: I am so excited because look at this.
38:44
SPEAKER_02: This was a week, still a week ago.
38:46
SPEAKER_02: And she's I saw her check in recently to Jamie like a couple uh like a day ago, and she looks incredible.
38:52
SPEAKER_00: Rihanna, welcome to the top 10 of the Olympia.
38:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks crazy.
38:57
SPEAKER_02: I think this is this is good, yeah.
38:59
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be hard to beat, I think, because she's got such great proportions, like she's got the full, the fullness is there.
39:05
SPEAKER_02: Like this was obviously two, this is a week ago, like over a week ago.
39:09
SPEAKER_00: So like she's already she's definitely the definition, definition of how you hit a front pose without making it look like you're flaring your lat.
39:16
SPEAKER_00: Natural.
39:16
SPEAKER_00: This is perfect.
39:17
SPEAKER_00: Like you, she has the muscle there, she has the delt, she has the lat, and it just sits so like perfectly natural, like beyond perfect front pose.
39:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm really excited to see how this looks on stage.
39:28
SPEAKER_02: I think it for her, it's interesting to see what she looks like next to next to people.
39:33
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I'm inside I'm I'm excited.
39:35
SPEAKER_02: I mean, that's the same with everyone, it's not just her, but everyone.
39:37
SPEAKER_02: I think I'm excited to see what she looks like next to people because obviously she's got quite a few people that are slightly bigger than her.
39:44
SPEAKER_02: They've also been a lot of Olympians in this show.
39:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like I was gonna say, a lot of Olympians with very different shapes, different structures.
39:51
SPEAKER_00: Like it's gonna be really cool to see.
39:55
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got Kate coming out, making her come back.
39:57
SPEAKER_02: I think this was her last showing at Tampa Pro.
40:04
SPEAKER_00: And she's New Zealand, I think was her last showing, right?
40:08
SPEAKER_00: Was that post-Olympia?
40:10
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
40:10
SPEAKER_02: No, this is this is in all this was in August.
40:13
SPEAKER_02: So, not last showing, sorry, but like a showing from last year.
40:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
40:16
SPEAKER_02: Um great.
40:18
SPEAKER_02: I I think again, she's the same as Rihanna, where I think these two will be battling out, I think, in top two.
40:22
SPEAKER_02: They've got very similar structures, they're similar size-wise.
40:26
SPEAKER_02: I do think that Rihanna potentially has a little bit more size on her, but they still do have very similar structures, like they're both shorter as well.
40:34
SPEAKER_02: So I think they're gonna be really comparable next to each other.
40:37
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and they po both pose you know, great in terms of how they look.
40:42
SPEAKER_02: So it'll be a case of who do they like on the day, you know?
40:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
40:46
SPEAKER_02: Um but I think, yeah, this is gonna be this is gonna be exciting to see these two bat let out.
40:51
SPEAKER_02: But I think she's improved a lot since even here.
40:53
SPEAKER_02: This is over this is uh like almost a year ago.
40:55
SPEAKER_02: So and then we've got Amanda Lee, who's just won her first pro show.
41:04
SPEAKER_02: So she's got she's another one who's just got one more to go.
41:07
SPEAKER_02: So she's with Jamie.
41:09
SPEAKER_02: Um, so again, it's like she could.
41:12
SPEAKER_02: If I'm honest, I think it'll be these three battling out, if I'm honest.
41:15
SPEAKER_02: What show did she do?
41:15
SPEAKER_00: Oh, she won Taiwan.
41:16
SPEAKER_00: That's right, that's right.
41:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she won Taiwan, she's now coming out.
41:20
SPEAKER_02: I think she's doing a couple shows in the US, which is gonna be really, really cool.
41:23
SPEAKER_02: So I think this was a killer look, and she's another one with really long tie-ins.
41:27
SPEAKER_00: So wild, yeah.
41:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, really nice density and stuff like that.
41:30
SPEAKER_02: And I think again, it'll be a case of what do they both like?
41:33
SPEAKER_02: What does everyone know next to each other?
41:35
SPEAKER_02: Because they all look great, they all look great, but what does what brings out you know other things when they're next to each other and stuff like that?
41:42
SPEAKER_02: So but I think she's got a really, really good look.
41:45
SPEAKER_02: It'll just be a case of.
41:56
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, bye, see you later.
41:58
SPEAKER_00: We hopped on, she's like, we got one hour, I gotta go eat.
42:01
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay.
42:02
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, sorry, guys.
42:04
SPEAKER_02: So I'm dropping, dropping a lot.
42:06
SPEAKER_02: So I was like, right, we get a free meal, so let's get on in it.
42:10
SPEAKER_02: Um and then who do we have?
42:13
SPEAKER_02: Jody, who hasn't when was the last time Jody competed?
42:16
SPEAKER_00: She got second, I believe, at um Rising Phoenix was her last show, which was August last year, I believe it was.
42:22
SPEAKER_00: She was working her way up slowly through the year, and I think her highest place in last year was second there.
42:28
SPEAKER_02: I think she's definitely streamlined a lot.
42:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
42:33
SPEAKER_02: Because I do think she was kind of pushing into being a little bit maybe too hard, too conditioned, yeah.
42:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, for bikini.
42:40
SPEAKER_02: And I think she still is more one of the more developed bikini girls, but this definitely looks way more streamlined like this year.
42:47
SPEAKER_02: So she was obviously this is her last year, this is for this year.
42:50
SPEAKER_00: Go back pose.
42:51
SPEAKER_00: A big issue I felt like she was having, well, back pose looks way better.
42:54
SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
42:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, a big issue I feel like she was having last year was she was pushing a lot in like arching, overarching in her front pose.
43:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, and it was kind of like creating an old almost over-exaggerated S-curve, like she was trying to push it really hard, sitting a lot more natural now.
43:10
SPEAKER_00: So it'll be it'll be good to see her back up there.
43:13
SPEAKER_00: Another what two-time Olympian in her getting up there on stage, but she's she's no one to no one to not think of for a top spot either.
43:19
SPEAKER_00: So she's gonna do good.
43:20
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
43:22
SPEAKER_02: And we were my uh oh, Maya's back in it too.
43:25
SPEAKER_00: Hell yeah.
43:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this was again.
43:27
SPEAKER_02: I really loved this look, and I kept on saying to her, like literally the whole weekend, I was like, oh my god, who's going to those?
43:33
SPEAKER_02: And she was like, They're mine.
43:34
SPEAKER_02: So she's really development-wise improved a lot, and her conditioning is from again from the get go already, has been a good like a really decent amount.
43:42
SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like sometimes, you know, it's easy to kind of like maybe miss conditioning a little bit in the first show, but she hit it straight away, like for the first one.
43:50
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I think I'm I don't know what her feedback was, to be fair.
43:53
SPEAKER_02: I don't know what they said, if there was anything she said.
43:58
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not sure.
43:58
SPEAKER_00: I talked to her after also.
44:00
SPEAKER_00: But she's super nice.
44:00
SPEAKER_00: I got to like meet her at this show.
44:02
SPEAKER_00: And we've been following each other and like have like sent random messages here and there.
44:06
SPEAKER_00: But we finally met at the show.
44:08
SPEAKER_00: She's super nice.
44:08
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's very she's really, really nice.
44:10
SPEAKER_02: And again, she was one she was fixing my crown like on stage because I couldn't get my my crowd like fully, fully on, kept on falling off, and she was always like, girl.
44:18
SPEAKER_02: And it was just nice, like it's just nice when you have people that are like that.
44:22
SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, I mean, most of the people are like that anyway, but it's just it's just nice when you have just so much support.
44:28
SPEAKER_02: She's so supportive to everyone that she meets, which is really, really lovely.
44:35
SPEAKER_02: When was the last time Yulia competed?
44:38
SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure.
44:38
SPEAKER_02: Olympia?
44:39
SPEAKER_02: No, no, she missed it.
44:42
SPEAKER_02: Maybe it was the the show after, I think.
44:45
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she competed right after, I believe.
44:46
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
44:47
SPEAKER_02: East Coast.
44:50
SPEAKER_02: East Coast Pro.
44:51
SPEAKER_02: She's another one who's had a little bit more muscular, more muscular development.
44:56
SPEAKER_02: Um and her glutes are crazy.
44:59
SPEAKER_02: She has so much density in her glutes.
45:01
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
45:02
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, her back pose is phenomenal.
45:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's really, really nice and round, nice fullness, good conditioning as well.
45:10
SPEAKER_02: Overall, really good, complete look.
45:12
SPEAKER_02: And she's won, she well, she's gone to the Olympia multiple times again.
45:15
SPEAKER_02: So it's just about making sure that she just brings a consistent look and stuff like that moving forward.
45:20
SPEAKER_00: That caption backs me up.
45:22
SPEAKER_00: Keep your head and boot, keep your head and booty up.
45:25
SPEAKER_00: Smile and keep going.
45:28
SPEAKER_00: Facts.
45:28
SPEAKER_00: Actual facts.
45:30
SPEAKER_00: Great.
45:30
SPEAKER_02: Okay, we've got Alessia.
45:32
SPEAKER_02: She competed this weekend with us.
45:35
SPEAKER_02: So at Wasant.
45:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
45:38
SPEAKER_02: I again, another one that's quite muscular developed.
45:41
SPEAKER_02: She hasn't really put anything on her story about the about girl power, but she is looking a lot better going into this show, I will say.
45:49
SPEAKER_00: Um, I had I was training her in person for a couple days, and going into Wasatch um uh customs took all of her food.
45:58
SPEAKER_00: So she didn't eat for almost 24 hours straight.
46:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh wow.
46:02
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, so she she just couldn't fill up, came in looking stringy and overly conditioned on stage because of it, like burning through her food.
46:10
SPEAKER_00: And throughout this week, um, she's just filling out better and better.
46:14
SPEAKER_00: So should have a much better look than she did at Wasatch.
46:17
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she has some crazy density.
46:20
SPEAKER_02: Um, and again, like I was said before, she's a little bit more muscular developed.
46:23
SPEAKER_02: So again, it's just streamlining her physique a little bit more, um, which I think again she's doing.
46:28
SPEAKER_02: It's just a case of time.
46:30
SPEAKER_02: So I have Kerry.
46:34
SPEAKER_00: So I love that Carrie came over here for shows.
46:37
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I and like I said, I think it's really cool that people travel, it's not even just for people from the UK, but just from what I've seen, sometimes I remember coming to the US back in 2019, and that was kind of it for me.
46:49
SPEAKER_02: I was like, all right, yeah, I want to keep keep competing in the US because I really enjoy it.
46:53
SPEAKER_02: Production's great, and like you can get some really good solid feedback.
46:56
SPEAKER_02: And again, going in front of judges like Tyler, Standy, Steve, like multiple Olympia judges, and I think that's really needed to get in front of different panels and stuff, um, and different girls.
47:07
SPEAKER_02: And I think that's what she is slowly realizing.
47:10
SPEAKER_02: She's got some crazy conditioning.
47:12
SPEAKER_02: I mean, she always is super conditioned um in the quads anyway, but it would be really cool to see.
47:18
SPEAKER_02: I think the last time she competed, she got well, she did not FIBO, the UK show, third, which was good.
47:26
SPEAKER_02: And I think now moving forwards, it's just a case of um working on, I think she said density and just waistline, I think overall.
47:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I love that gym she's at.
47:37
SPEAKER_00: Iron Religion is such a good gym.
47:39
SPEAKER_02: It's a good gem.
47:39
SPEAKER_02: It's a really good gem.
47:40
SPEAKER_02: I'm just seeing if she has any photos.
47:44
SPEAKER_02: No.
47:45
SPEAKER_02: I don't know photos.
47:47
SPEAKER_02: But she, yeah, she looks she looks really, really good.
47:51
SPEAKER_02: So yeah.
47:52
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
47:53
SPEAKER_00: And then see her up there.
47:55
SPEAKER_00: I always like Harry on stage.
47:56
SPEAKER_02: So this one's gonna be cool to see because this was the girl who got second to Rihanna in Charlotte.
48:02
SPEAKER_00: Hmm, yes.
48:03
SPEAKER_00: And this is her second.
48:05
SPEAKER_00: That's Eddie's wife, yeah, yeah.
48:07
SPEAKER_00: Her husband coaches her.
48:08
SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
48:09
SPEAKER_02: So this is gonna be a really cool one because again, they weren't close.
48:13
SPEAKER_02: Um, like her and Rihanna weren't close as such, but she's got a very good like shape already.
48:20
SPEAKER_02: And again, especially this on being her pro debut, she's already got time to, she's had a good amount of time to kind of develop and fill out and like that.
48:30
SPEAKER_02: What three weeks in between to like really improve.
48:33
SPEAKER_02: So Rihanna's improved.
48:34
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, if she's improved, again, it it's a case of you know, even though these girls have been together competing and stuff, that doesn't mean that they can't then you know sneak up on each other moving forward.
48:46
SPEAKER_00: So in in time, she just needs more, and she's new, right?
48:50
SPEAKER_00: Um, as a pro.
48:51
SPEAKER_00: She needs more upper outer glute to to really push Rihanna, I feel like.
48:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah.
48:56
SPEAKER_00: Incredible flow, incredible front pose.
48:58
SPEAKER_00: Back pose is great, just needs more of that pop, more of that fullness, that upper outer.
49:03
SPEAKER_00: And she's I mean, she's already placing amazing for pro debut.
49:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I think to really, really push it, she needs that that fullness there.
49:11
SPEAKER_00: But regardless, she should do well here.
49:14
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's also quite a short, she's a short competitor, I think, if I'm not mistaken.
49:18
SPEAKER_02: She already looks this was one day ago, obviously that previously before was was not, she already looks a lot more filled out.
49:24
SPEAKER_02: I mean, again, this isn't a photo, a check-in photo or anything like that, but she already looks a lot more filled out than what she was in the show previously before.
49:32
SPEAKER_02: So this will be interesting.
49:36
SPEAKER_02: Adriana.
49:38
SPEAKER_02: Yes, she got fifth at her pro debut.
49:42
SPEAKER_02: Another one who again looks really, really good.
49:46
SPEAKER_02: Crazy glute density from work.
49:48
SPEAKER_02: It's actually wild.
49:49
SPEAKER_02: Glutes are a blast.
49:50
SPEAKER_02: These girls, oh well, this these whole lineup is just glutes.
49:52
SPEAKER_02: Glutes, glutes, gloutes, guts, glutes.
49:54
SPEAKER_02: Everyone's got some very, very strong glutes.
49:59
SPEAKER_02: Bam.
50:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's already improved since Charlotte a lot.
50:02
SPEAKER_02: You can already tell.
50:03
SPEAKER_02: I think before she just needed a little bit more conditioning in the lower body, and now you've you can already see that even from just six days ago, two days ago.
50:12
SPEAKER_02: So Martina.
50:17
SPEAKER_02: This is the first time I think I've met Martina.
50:19
SPEAKER_02: She's so funny.
50:21
SPEAKER_02: She's so funny, she's really, really fun, like to be around and stuff like that.
50:26
SPEAKER_00: I think for her, it's also times after a show, and she's just a riot to be around.
50:31
SPEAKER_02: She's so funny.
50:32
SPEAKER_02: It's nice.
50:33
SPEAKER_02: I think that for her to just, you know, she's got everything there, it's just more of everything.
50:39
SPEAKER_02: I think she just needs to grow.
50:40
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, yeah, she's young, she's new, so yeah.
50:44
SPEAKER_02: I think she definitely improved since Charlotte for sure.
50:46
SPEAKER_02: Like she said, she felt a lot better, like, you know, overall her posing nerves were better, everything just felt a lot more like in control.
50:55
SPEAKER_02: So now it's just a case of making sure that we can then you can then just keep about elevating that from the beginning.
51:01
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, she did really, really well.
51:04
SPEAKER_02: And her posing looks really good this at this show.
51:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
51:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you can even tell by these two poses side by side here.
51:14
SPEAKER_02: Like that was from Charlotte, this was from Washa.
51:16
SPEAKER_02: So you can see her front pose, she's hitting it so much better.
51:18
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
51:19
SPEAKER_02: Um, so that's good.
51:22
SPEAKER_00: She really has her own way of posing, too.
51:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
51:25
SPEAKER_00: Like her complete own style in her walk, how she hits her front pose, everything.
51:29
SPEAKER_02: She's very sassy in her posing, which I really like.
51:32
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
51:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks great.
51:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to see how she is in uh a really deep lineup here at Girl Power.
51:42
SPEAKER_00: Like, I mean, Charlotte had a like her and Reed were in Charlotte together, right?
51:46
SPEAKER_00: So they're gonna be back up there together.
51:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's this can be a really good show.
51:49
SPEAKER_00: There's there's a lot of show.
51:52
SPEAKER_02: It looks like a big repeat of um Charlotte people, to be fair.
51:56
SPEAKER_02: There's obviously a lot of people from WildSuch as well, but mainly from Charlotte.
51:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
52:00
SPEAKER_00: And then kick off her ear.
52:03
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, is Charlotte and um what's the other one?
52:07
SPEAKER_00: Florida.
52:08
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, are they close?
52:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they're close.
52:10
SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay, that makes sense.
52:15
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got Rachel.
52:17
SPEAKER_00: Rachel looked amazing at Charlotte.
52:20
SPEAKER_00: She got third fourth?
52:23
SPEAKER_00: Fourth.
52:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, then very light confidence.
52:28
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
52:33
SPEAKER_00: Great shape.
52:35
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think overall, probably from this just being coming in, maybe oh no, this is 2025.
52:42
SPEAKER_00: Oh.
52:42
SPEAKER_00: Don't look fantastic.
52:44
SPEAKER_00: There's yeah, there's the updated one.
52:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was like, wait.
52:46
SPEAKER_02: I was like, I suppose she's gonna be able to get it.
52:49
SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, she looks because that's what I was thinking.
52:51
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, she just needs to be a little bit tighter.
52:53
SPEAKER_02: But I was like, she looks pretty tight.
52:54
SPEAKER_00: Even more confident here than that last one.
52:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
52:57
SPEAKER_00: Great.
52:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks way tighter now.
53:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
53:02
SPEAKER_00: S-curve's crazy.
53:03
SPEAKER_00: She looks awesome.
53:04
SPEAKER_00: I will say, for everyone listening, um, next episode we will do this, especially to recap um girl power.
53:11
SPEAKER_00: But I've seen the DMs in the comments asking if we could like discuss what we're saying a little bit more in detail.
53:18
SPEAKER_00: We could definitely do that.
53:19
SPEAKER_00: Like when we use the term S-Curve, when we talk about like certain parts of the pose, different, different whatever.
53:26
SPEAKER_00: Um we'll we'll dive into a little bit deeper in detail.
53:28
SPEAKER_00: We don't have a ton of time today, but we'll talk more about it with girl power.
53:32
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that would be good to to kind of dissect that show, especially it being so deep and such a big lineup.
53:41
SPEAKER_02: I don't know, is is she is she doing her pro debut?
53:48
SPEAKER_02: I'm not too sure.
53:50
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if this is a debut or not.
53:52
SPEAKER_00: I'm not positive.
53:53
SPEAKER_02: Oh no, it's not sorry, it's not a debut.
53:55
SPEAKER_02: It's not a debut, but it's yes, it's peak week, so she did it last year.
54:00
SPEAKER_02: Because I was gonna say I posed her last year.
54:02
SPEAKER_02: Um she did it last year as an amateur, if I'm not mistaken.
54:11
SPEAKER_02: Yes, she won the amateur, like yeah, she was an amateur.
54:18
SPEAKER_00: Did she hop into a random show right after just for a quick pro debut?
54:21
SPEAKER_00: Because by the based on the caption, it sound kind of sounds like that's what she did.
54:25
SPEAKER_00: She said, like, this is her first actual rookie season.
54:28
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that'll be great to see.
54:30
SPEAKER_02: This was what she she won overall MPC um girl power last year now she's as a pro, which is cool.
54:36
SPEAKER_02: That's really cool.
54:37
SPEAKER_02: She looks really good as well.
54:39
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
54:45
SPEAKER_02: All these girls, honestly, like I swear, like everyone coming in that's like a new pro, it's so exciting to see because there's already like some really good like physiques.
54:57
SPEAKER_02: Yes, there are.
54:58
SPEAKER_02: Like there's not much that obviously obviously there's always things to work on for that, but like people are already coming in looking that good.
55:05
SPEAKER_00: I feel like we have a better um crop of coaches as well in today's bikini day, where coaches are like pushing a little bit more and being like, hey, like you're not ready yet.
55:18
SPEAKER_00: Let's take a little bit of time, unless someone wants to just hop in it to get feedback really quick and then take their off season.
55:24
SPEAKER_00: But coaches are being a lot more direct with athletes and not just putting them on stage because they want to get on stage.
55:29
SPEAKER_00: So we're seeing a lot more new pros that are ready to get on stage.
55:33
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, 100%.
55:34
SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
55:35
SPEAKER_00: I don't know who this is, but she looks great.
55:37
SPEAKER_02: Raven or Sierra?
55:40
SPEAKER_02: Raven.
55:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Raven.
55:42
SPEAKER_00: Raven Sierra.
55:43
SPEAKER_02: Raven Sierra.
55:44
SPEAKER_02: She looks great.
55:45
SPEAKER_00: She turned pro at junior nats.
55:46
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks good.
55:49
SPEAKER_02: Nice.
55:50
SPEAKER_02: Oh we haven't got time to do, yeah, we haven't got time to do anything else.
55:55
SPEAKER_02: I do apologize about that.
55:57
SPEAKER_02: I've because I've got reservations.
55:59
SPEAKER_00: But okay, guys, go away, Phoebe.
56:01
SPEAKER_00: I'll take it from here.
56:02
SPEAKER_02: So and goodbye.
56:04
SPEAKER_02: Um, but if there is anything else that you're wanting to see here, all that type of thing, because I know we had a few questions from this week as well.
56:12
SPEAKER_00: I have a running list of questions that we will get to eventually, guys.
56:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll do a next week, we'll do a little bit of.
56:20
SPEAKER_02: To our episode.
56:21
SPEAKER_02: I mean, to be fair, there's only girl power.
56:24
SPEAKER_02: There is Emerald Cup as well this weekend as well for Fit Model.
56:27
SPEAKER_00: That's map, yeah.
56:28
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, there's Fit Model.
56:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
56:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
56:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, but um we can obviously, because there's not as many shows next uh this weekend.
56:36
SPEAKER_00: There's Fit Model at Girl Power too.
56:38
SPEAKER_02: Yes, there's Fit Model at Girl Power as well.
56:40
SPEAKER_02: So we've got a few things to kind of go over, and then we'll go over.
56:43
SPEAKER_02: Because is there any shows after Girl Power?
56:45
SPEAKER_02: I don't think there is.
56:46
SPEAKER_00: I don't think there's any big shows next week.
56:49
SPEAKER_02: No, because then the next one is New York.
56:52
SPEAKER_00: Yes.
56:53
SPEAKER_00: The next one's New York, I'm pretty sure.
56:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I have it right here.
56:56
SPEAKER_00: We have um after girl power, uh, Spain.
56:59
SPEAKER_00: That's all there is.
57:00
SPEAKER_02: So oh, yes.
57:02
SPEAKER_02: I forgot about that.
57:03
SPEAKER_00: That's all there is.
57:03
SPEAKER_00: Like that's not a big show, it's a big show.
57:05
SPEAKER_00: But there's only one show, so we'll get through that quick.
57:07
SPEAKER_00: Cool, perfect.
57:08
