- 0:57SPEAKER_00: Hello, hello everyone.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: I am so excited.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: I know I say that in every episode, but I am excited to record every single podcast episode.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: So today we are going to be talking about the root of migraines and headaches.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: I took a bunch of questions from Instagram.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So I'll be going over a bunch of things and then we'll go through those questions or some really amazing ones.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: So if you struggle with migraines and headaches, this episode is going to be for you.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: So I'm going to start off kind of with migraine headaches, and then we're going to get into like normal headaches versus migraines because they're just slightly different, though there's going to be some overlap between the two.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: So migraine headaches are really created by people who want to be perfect and who put a lot of pressure on themselves.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: This reminds me always of uh one of my clients who did low level one, um, glow level two, and just I always think of her when I think of migraines and headaches.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: This is literally, she has been the perfect example of this.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: And piggybacking, kind of along with the pressure putting on yourself, is the dislike of being driven and really resisting the flow of life.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So if you were to look up, you know, perfectionists and control fake, you would see someone who gets migraines.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: You can also get headaches, but again, we're starting with migraines, so think about it like both.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: So it's like that feeling of never accomplishing enough.
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: And you're kind of riddled with self-doubt, fears of failure, putting lots of pressure on you to be perfect.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: This is all going to kind of show up in migraines.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: So in order to understand kind of why this happens, there's two parts to migraines.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: First, there's a reduction in the secretion of serotonin.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: Number two is that there's an increase in histamine.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: So lower serotonin, higher histamine.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: And this can be triggered by guilt, uh-huh, resulting from conflict in your life in conjunction with that fear.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: So it's not the conflict itself that is triggering the migraine, it is the internal conflict you have with yourself over an external conflict that triggers the migraine.
- 3:03SPEAKER_00: Now that can be real or imagined.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: So if you've ever like spiraled in your head about like potentially you make a story up, I don't know, Sally really mad at Ian doesn't want to be your friend anymore.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: And then this conflict about it is actually triggering the migraine, even though it's kind of imagined, and maybe like Sally doesn't even have that or feel that way, right?
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: So you might have guilt, you know, because you spent too much money, because you have an argument with your, I don't know, your partner, whatever it is.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: But like that argument with your partner, for example, this little infringement is not what causes the migraine.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: It's the guilt you have about the argument itself that produces the migraine, or guilt about not setting boundaries, guilt about, yeah, any kind of perfection or pressure that like you put the pressure on yourself and you didn't do something, I don't know, didn't get to do the dishes or the house isn't perfectly clean.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: That can all trigger a migraine.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Migraines are triggered in people who have conflict with themselves about conflicts in life or conflicts with others, and it is rooted in guilt.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Many migraines are rooted in guilt.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: So out of this guilt comes fear, and it's usually in this order guilt and then fear.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: Guilt is first, then the fear.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: So here's kind of like the mechanism of how this works.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: I find it's super interesting.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: So as you enter guilt over some issue, walking into guilt, your hypothalamus gland in your brain senses you are in conflict with yourself, right?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Because guilt is a conflicting emotion.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: It's not like it doesn't feel great, right?
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: There's that inner kind of, oh, I feel so bad.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: So hypothalamus senses you are in conflict with yourself.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And a mechanism of self-hatred sets in.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Yes, self-hatred.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: And so this self-hatred really causes the penial gland to slow down the secretion of serotonin.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: Remember, migraines, serotonin goes down, histamine goes up.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: So we're guilty, triggers hypothalamus.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: Hypothalamus then senses we're in conflict.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: That self-hatred causes the pineal gland to lower the level of serotonin.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: We've got low serotonin.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: This conflict really develops in the realm of the soul, right?
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: And the spirit of fear starts to move.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And then anxiety concerning the issue starts.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: When the anxiety starts about the issue, because with guilt, sometimes the anxiety can come and the fear comes, the histamine begins to be over-secreted in your head, right?
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: So it's that fear that causes the histamine to be secreted.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Now, serotonin is a vasoconstrictor, meaning serotonin goes like this.
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: Everything gets tighter, everything gets smaller, it constricts, tightens.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: When your serotonin levels are normal, they maintain a good diameter of your blood vessels.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: And it reaches like all regions of the body, goes through muscles, etc.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: etc.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: Histamine is a vasodilator.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: It makes it bigger and loosey-goosey.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: Yes?
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: So as serotonin goes down because of the guilt, and histamine goes up because of the fear, you have a resulting like dilation in your blood vessels.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: And swelling of these blood vessels really puts pressure on sensitive nerves.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: And this is what produces the migraine.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: Okay, so serotonin and histamine opposite to each other, antagonistic.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: And when they're in opposition in the body, in the body functions, they repel each other.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: So when serotonin levels are reduced because of guilt, then histamine levels increase because of fear.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Histamine and serotonin are incompatible.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: They don't drive well.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: That is like star chicken nugget.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: That is how emotions physically influence your hormones and cause migraines, right?
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: And so that's why sometimes I'm gonna put it a star with sometimes things like admin ethanol can help because they work on balancing the serotonin and histamine levels, but not always, right?
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: And it's not the root cause.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: We're not getting down to the root, it's a symptomatic band-aid.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: So then headaches.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Headaches come from invalidating yourself.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Self-criticism, fear.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: The next time you get a headache, star this, okay?
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: Star shake and mug it here.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: The next time you get a headache, stop and ask yourself where and how you have just made yourself wrong.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: Because you made yourself wrong in some way, you invalidated yourself or gaslit yourself, and now you have a headache.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: So forgive yourself, let it go, and the headache will dissolve back into nothingness from where it came.
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: The problem is that if you especially be able lots of headaches, we make ourselves wrong for the same like offensive, the same things over and over and over again.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: And that's where again I think of this client, the one person that should struggle with headaches for a while and said they beat themselves up for the lack of material successes, for not living up to potential, not I don't know, having this type of job, getting into this university, being this kind of partner, maybe not even having a partner.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: God only knows, like whatever mom and dad wants you to do or not do, whatever.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: But you keep making yourself wrong for the same shit all day.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: And then you get headaches all day and all the time.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: And then there also might be some guilt in there.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: So they're kind of almost like these long-lasting migratings that they can turn into because you feel guilty for not, you know, maybe being grateful for things in your life, and then you dwell on the insignificant things and you get stuck in this spiral.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: So headaches come from really gaslighting and invalidating yourself.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Now I want to break down also if you have specific headaches in certain parts of your head, kind of what's going on and what might be causing those more specific things.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: So we get headaches on the top of our head, our vertex, up here.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: So look if your kidneys are working properly.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you're a client, check with me, and the emotion is fear.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: This is all controlled by like the gallbladder and the urinary bladder, this area of the body.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: So it's associated with fear.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Something that you're dealing with in right now that you're fearful of, or fear in the future, all up here.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Forehead.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: So right here.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Okay, this is all separation from your own self, separation from your own kind of like inner being.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Then we have temporal, which is right here, the sides.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: You can't see if you're not uh I'm recording a video, but you know, the size of your head, you know where it is.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: This indicates an unwillingness to look back, but also to look within.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: It's like fear of looking back, but also fear of looking inside yourself, almost like you're avoiding.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: Yes, and this can also go with like pain behind your eye, kind of like that sensitivity to light pain behind the eye type of headache.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: Also, no lack of joy.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: So think about separation from yourself, it's causing a lack of joy, and you're not willing to you know look within with the lack of joy, and that's indicated by pain there.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: Okay, then we have occipital, which is kind of like just the back of your head, like kind of back of your head.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: If you were to put your hands behind your head, like when you do a sit-up, that's where it would be.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: This is your unwillingness to look deep within to your truth.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: So you are denying your truth in some kind of way, in some kind of manner, and that's making a headache slash could also be migraine there.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: So want to go over and summarize some of the emotions that can cause migraines and headaches.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: Feeling dumb for expressing your needs, which results in hypersensitivity to criticism with a fear of rejection and abandonment, longing for your mom's love, which you feel like you are missing.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: Any kind of suppression of sexual desires, and especially in like earlier years, because migraines can be the result as uh a result of like disempowerment.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: So if you are sexually changed, all right.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Past trauma and grief.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: If your true value is suppressed, whether you have a fear of like not being enough, not feeling good enough, needing to prove yourself, seeking perfection, kind of that all goes into one.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: Okay, the fear of failure because of the pressure, that emotion, the whole fear, we already understand the mechanism, can lead to that.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Overloading your system, your head with unnecessary information that results in rage and frustration.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: So think about overanalyzing, over-interpreting situations that then there's way too much going on in your brain, like too many tabs open, but like from almost going through so many different what-if scenarios and what-if cases.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I want to go through some of the questions I got on Instagram because they were so good.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna be pulling those up on my phone and kind of going through them.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Okay, how to heal migraines if the root cause is emotional?
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Definitely join glow level one.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: Um, listen to this episode.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you you can definitely start to become aware of like, oh yeah, I'm probably a perfectionist, I probably put too much pressure on myself, I probably, you know, do all these things.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: I hold guilt, I hold fear, let's release them for you.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: I would join glow level one.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: I mean, you could also join one-on-one with me, but I'd say glow level one is the perfect way to kind of release um and heal the root cause of the emotions.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: Can one ever fully hear from a chronic migrant condition?
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: If you actually release the emotions and don't use like supplements to try to kind of bypass it.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: You need to release all the emotions I just talked about, the perfectionism, the guilt, the fear, the all of what I just said.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: And this is assuming that your physical body is balanced.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: That's what's really good about the work that I do in Glow and when one-on-one.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: I check out your physical to make sure that's all good first.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: We knock that out of the park, and then we also do the emotional.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: So, but know that emotions, like you just understood, have effects on your neurotransmitters, have effects on your hormones.
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: So if you're taking like certain supplements or certain things to balance hormones, but you're not working on the emotions, we just learned how emotions can drive hormones.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna miss a part of the piece of the puzzle.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: How to get rid of them?
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: When I get migraines, they take me out.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: So I start looking at the root cause, looking at the root.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: Now, okay, I have heard your wishes and I am so excited to open Early Bird Extended Payment Plan for Glow Level One.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: This is the program you need to heal your trauma, step into your feminine energy, and to recode your nervous system.

- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Honestly, this truly covers it all.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to see you inside.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: Definitely hop into the extended payment plan.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: Mine as well.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: You hop in, you can start to watch the content before the live calls.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: It's going to be so yummy and so healing.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: So the link is down below.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: DM me any questions you have on Instagram, and I cannot wait to see you inside.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: A great natural option for like headaches and migraines is ginger.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: It is what I keep in my house.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: I don't use Advil, I don't use Tylenol.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: I haven't kept it in my house.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Like I refuse to buy it because of how bad it is for your liver.
- 15:35SPEAKER_00: So ginger, star this, get it on Amazon.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: It is under, I want to say under$10, definitely under 15, if not under$10, to get like a good quality ginger that you can just keep in your medicine cabinet and use for like migraines and headaches.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: But oh, sorry, FedEx is jumping something off.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: Um use ginger, okay, because that's going to really cause those blood vessels to balance out and help to balance out that serotonin and histamine naturally.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: And studies have actually found that that is just as effective, if not better, than ibuprofen and you know normal pain relievers without the side effects.
- 16:15SPEAKER_00: So all right, are seasonal migraines a thing?
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: Springtime for about three, four weeks on and off.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Yes, a hundred percent.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: So I would look at balancing that's more of a physical issue.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: So I would look at balancing your blood vessels when the seasons change, your blood vessels respond differently to things.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: So you want to, with seasonal migraines, make sure that you have the antioxidants.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Normally it's like an issue with NAC and glucone in your body.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: So you want to support it that way.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: How to treat symptoms once in it, also how to prevent also different types, tension, sinus, blah, blah.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: So we went through kind of like where all the different headaches are and what it's going to be indicating.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: Ginger, I mean, there's gonna be basic things, like obviously a cold, like a cooler room that's dark, ginger, but like let's just prevent them from even coming, let alone having to deal with it.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: One of my favorite things, oh, I have it on my desk here, it's actually sage peppermint halo.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: The peppermint oil, this is another great thing that I love.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: Um, you can put drops on the top of your head or roll it if it's on your forehead or your temples.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Of course, someone's carbs that what it's ever gonna wait.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Sorry guys.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, there we go.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Peppermint halo by sage.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: It's not sponsored, I wish.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I've been using that for probably like a decade.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: I always have peppermint halo on hand.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: What it does is it increases the blood flow to that area and will balance the blood vessels up.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: I get stress migraines and have to take sick days.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: Where do I start to manage my stress?
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: Why the hell are we managing stress?
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: We're gonna also manage anxiety.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: Like, let's decrease your stress, right?
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Because then you're gonna exhaust and trying to have to manage all the time.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: Now, stress will happen.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: So, can we decrease your level of stress?
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Where can we simplify your life?
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: And where is causing you the most stress?
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: Is it, I don't know, do you have kids and the kids are really stressful with their schedule and time?
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Is it Joe at work who's like a horrible box, whatever it is, and let's eliminate that stress from your life?
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: And let's also start to tone your nervous system.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: So let's start doing contrast showers, let's start doing box breathing, let's start doing vagus nerve activation, let's do everything we can to keep our body not in a fight or flight response.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Anything you can do to calm, ground your system, start doing less, do more in your feminine energy.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: When you're overworked and overburdened, that's gonna tax your body and you're more likely to hold stress.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Versus if you're more relaxed, flow, you have more time, space in the day, more in your feminine, that's gonna be a lot better for your system and for your body.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: And if you're saying I do not have time to slow down, I'm going to tell you you need to slow down even more because it's more powerful for you to nourish your energy than you to burn out and get really stressed out.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: So I said this in the portal, which is the free community.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: If you've not joined that, there's a link down below.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: I post coaching tips, mendro tips, chicken nuggets, codes, all the things for free.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Um, so go check that out.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: But stress is not something that happens to you, it's something you label as stress.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: All right, you don't have to stress is very, I'm gonna say optional because when you feel stressed about a task, your amygdala, which is a part of your brain that regulates emotion and perceives threats, responds, like your body responds accordingly.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: So, what you want to do, to actually answer the question in terms of like really getting ready stress, is you want your amygdala to not even have to respond because it's the stress you feel that then triggers the amygdala that regulates the emotion of it and perceives threat.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: Stress doesn't come from the facts, it comes from the meaning you give the facts.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: You want to start decreasing your stress, start giving the things you're deeming as stressful a new meaning.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: This is something that I'm definitely doing right now in my life.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: There's just a little bit of chaos, like a little bit of you know, lots going on, um, good things, but just chaos.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: And I could, you know, label it as, you know, so stressful, so much going on, versus like, I got this, I have more than enough time always to get everything done.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: Like, whatever it is, stop labeling your stress as stressful.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: Stop saying things like I am so stressed.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: Like, clear, cancel, delete.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: That's not what I'm saying.
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: But if you find yourself saying that, your body's gonna be like, oh, okay, she's stressed, let's you know, pump out more stress hormones.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: So that's what I reserve.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: Natural ways to get rid of a headache, nothing seems to work other than Advil.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: Let out the emotion.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: So the emotion that you're actually holding on to, it's not going to work if you're kind of holding on to that emotion.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: So ginger, peppermint, halo, actually let go of the emotion.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: How to cure tension headaches without taking advil and tyanil.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: So I would look at your magnesium levels.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: Magnesium is the most common mineral deficiency in North America.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: I would make sure you're getting a high dose of good quality magnesium.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Magnesium is something that we burn through more when we're really, I'm gonna say stressed in quotations or when we're really, I want to say busy, stressed, our day and age, you burn through it a lot faster.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: It can be difficult to get a lot from food.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: I don't even get like all my magnesium from food.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: I take it.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Um, so tension headaches also have to do with like muscle balance.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: I would look at that.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And also, you know, stress, guilt, fear.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Where is that going on?
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: Um, let me see if there's any more questions.
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is a good one.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: What does it mean if you get them at a specific time of day?
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: So let's go through some specific times of day and kind of what organs their tires are.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: So she asked about evening and before bed, but I'm gonna go through kind of like I'll go through morning, noon, and like well, afternoon and then nighttime kind of before bed to kind of see where you are.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: So if it's happening before bed, there is something wrong with your endocrine system.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: There is something with your endocrine hormones that are not balancing properly.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: So you really kind of like want to look at that and where your balance of your endocrine hormones, which is like your adrenals and everything like that, are working.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: So that's if it's like evening before bed.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: I mean, my before bed, I'm talking around 10 p.m.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: Um, if it's like midnight, then I like that's a gallbladder issue.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Uh, let's do morning.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: So if you wake up with headaches in the morning, let's say if anywhere from 6 to 7 a.m., there's issues with your large intestines, and then anywhere from seven to nine, it's a stomach issue.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: And then let's say the afternoon, if you get that afternoon like 3, 4 p.m.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: headache, that's your your bladder.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: There's something going on within your bladder energetically that kind of needs nourishment.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: Anything like your water system, your bladder is like tied to the water element.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Anything in your water system is going to need support if that's the time of day that you are getting one.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Very weird fear of Tylenol Advil, how to know when you need it versus treat naturally.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't think it's a weird fear.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: I think it's a very, I mean, you don't need to be scared of it.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: It's just about bringing awareness to the fact that Tylenol and Advil are quite toxic to our systems and our liver.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: So unless it is like you have a severe life-threatening fever, you are in hospital, and like if you don't lower this fever, you could go into like brain damage, treat it naturally.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: That's actually really like, and again, this is pretty a personal choice, but unless I was dying of a super high fever, I would not take phenomenol, I would treat naturally, but that's me.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: So to each their own, I just want to educate because I don't want you to then, if you're getting headaches and migraines all the time and you always have to take admin pylanol, that's gonna back up your liver, and then your hormones are gonna get worse, and then your headaches are actually gonna get worse because your liver is overburdened and it can't detox properly, then you're gonna need more admin pinol because you're getting more headaches because of the fact that your liver is backed up.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: So let's not do that.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Okay, those were all the questions about headaches.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: I'm I love this episode.
