There is power in showing up.

Not perfectly. Not polished. Just present.

This season has been reminding me that holding space isn’t just something I offer others… it’s something I have to offer myself too.

Space to feel. Space to process. Space to not have it all figured out. Space to trust that God is still working in the quiet.

When we hold space for others, we say without words:

“I see you.”

“You matter.”

“You don’t have to carry this alone.”

And when we hold space for ourselves, we allow healing to begin.
