- 0:00Speaker 1: Growing up as kids who play these games, we told
- 0:02Speaker 1: these games are fun and innocent, but when you go
- 0:04Speaker 1: into it and you get older, you realize that they
- 0:07Speaker 1: weren't that fun and they're definitely not that innocent. For example,
- 0:10Speaker 1: there was a game every kid's played called Ring Around
- 0:12Speaker 1: the Rosies Bucket full of posies. Turns out that's about
- 0:15Speaker 1: the Bbonic plague, right, we don't want that going around. Also,
- 0:19Speaker 1: another game people used to play as a jay, run
- 0:21Speaker 1: around and knock on wood when you want something to happen,
- 0:23Speaker 1: not realizing that that was a Celtic tradition for some
- 0:26Speaker 1: meaning tree demons to come and make it work for you.
- 0:28Speaker 1: But then at the end of the day they would
- 0:30Speaker 1: come and take your children or something like that. Were
- 0:33Speaker 1: are stories about the cat named ruppel Stilskin. How ruppel
- 0:36Speaker 1: Stilskin was this guy who come around and through some
- 0:38Speaker 1: things for you, and all he wanted to return is
- 0:40Speaker 1: your firstborn child was anyways. Yeah, So the older you get,
- 0:45Speaker 1: the more you get into it and you realize that
- 0:47Speaker 1: for some unknown reason, and people will try to tell
- 0:51Speaker 1: you that it's because of superstition and fair you can't
- 0:53Speaker 1: rule that out altogether. But I don't believe that. I
- 0:57Speaker 1: don't believe that one second. Romans had indoor plumb, they
- 1:00Speaker 1: had running water, They were one hundred times more cleaner
- 1:04Speaker 1: than than the English. In fact that during the Dark Ages,
- 1:09Speaker 1: the English took a bath like every three months because
- 1:11Speaker 1: it would give you the shimmers or whatever and you
- 1:13Speaker 1: would end up dying down the road. So anyways, today, guys,
- 1:17Speaker 1: it's a Friday episode and we're going to talk about
- 1:19Speaker 1: We always like to talk about fun stuff on Friday,
- 1:21Speaker 1: so you might not notice, but today is May Day, May
- 1:24Speaker 1: first Day. And if you don't think that May Day
- 1:26Speaker 1: is not steeped in Satanic Illuminati superstition, we're brought to
- 1:34Speaker 1: point that out to you. Do not fear. Do not
- 1:37Speaker 1: fear because I have. I'm going to give the good
- 1:39Speaker 1: news first and then we're gonna get into the story.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Cinco de Mayo this year falls on Taco Tuesday. There
- 1:46Speaker 1: is a god, you understand. That's how we're gonna roll.
- 1:49Speaker 1: My name is Joseph. This is our show, The Enigma Day.
- 1:51Speaker 1: This is my partner partner at Crime over Here aka
- 1:54Speaker 1: j Noon Jay hit.
- 1:55Speaker 2: On brother Uncle Jay from Eleven Dog Media. I also
- 2:01Speaker 2: rate the created Sagittarium series which is on Amazon for purchase.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Links can be found in the description of all these
- 2:10Speaker 1: videos going there and click give my boy alike over there,
- 2:12Speaker 1: Going there, telling me you writes like a fifth grader.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Just tell him, just telling him something, you know what
- 2:15Speaker 1: I'm saying, Just getting there. All feedback is welcome. Day,
- 2:20Speaker 1: But he's being modest. To being modest. We're going early.
- 2:23Speaker 1: We're going earlier day at three o'clock, not running out
- 2:25Speaker 1: of a normal time on a Friday, because my man
- 2:27Speaker 1: has got a roller derby, you know, roller skating. Your
- 2:30Speaker 1: disco contest tonight, Jay Boogie will be getting down. That's
- 2:36Speaker 1: your local Pennsylvania disco teking.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Totally.
- 2:42Speaker 1: How you doing, bro? What's good man? What's shaking? How's
- 2:44Speaker 1: your Friday going here?
- 2:46Speaker 2: I'm doing all right. I'm glad, I'm glad. I'm coming
- 2:49Speaker 2: towards the end of the day. I don't have to
- 2:52Speaker 2: done with work. Nice relaxing evening.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Nice relaxing evening that probably won't be so relaxing because
- 3:01Speaker 1: my man here is guaranteed to go look something stupid
- 3:03Speaker 1: up and GPT and spend fourteen hours going down a
- 3:07Speaker 1: rabbit hole on free energy rabbit gravity.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Not tonight of Brazil.
- 3:13Speaker 1: You're gonna plug.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Yeah, I gotta unplugged for a little while.
- 3:16Speaker 1: All right, Well, stay plugged in for the next forty
- 3:18Speaker 1: five minutes and let's get into this show. You might
- 3:21Speaker 1: not know this, but what May Day actually is May
- 3:23Speaker 1: first because I didn't know this was a thing until about,
- 3:25Speaker 1: you know, eight hours ago. But May Day or May
- 3:30Speaker 1: first Day? Did you know this was a thing.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I knew about well, I mean, I
- 3:36Speaker 2: knew about the Bell team thing, but I didn't like, well,
- 3:43Speaker 2: I didn't make the connection.
- 3:44Speaker 1: I guess mean neither. So you know, I have been
- 3:47Speaker 1: told I am low IQ and that is going on
- 3:49Speaker 1: a T shirt right there. So check this out here everybody.
- 3:52Speaker 1: May Day, if you're not familiar with it, is celebrated
- 3:54Speaker 1: on May first, and evidently it has deep pagan roots,
- 3:58Speaker 1: tracing back to ancient agricult culture and fertility rituals. Across
- 4:02Speaker 1: various cultures and Celtic traditions. It's known as beltane or
- 4:07Speaker 1: bell attainee, meaning bright fire or fires of bell. I
- 4:12Speaker 1: don't like that bell. That sounds a little bit too
- 4:14Speaker 1: much like something I've been reading some emails lately. But anyway,
- 4:16Speaker 1: referring to the Celtic sun god Belinus. The festival marked
- 4:20Speaker 1: the beginning of summer and the peak of spring's fertility,
- 4:24Speaker 1: halfway between the spring equinox and the summer soultice. They're
- 4:27Speaker 1: so big on this astrological alignments the ancient gauls in Ireland. Right,
- 4:34Speaker 1: what's that?
- 4:35Speaker 2: That's how you figure out? Will you do that with
- 4:37Speaker 2: the seasons? Right? It has nothing to do with, like,
- 4:40Speaker 2: you know, astrological signs that it came from. It came
- 4:46Speaker 2: from marking the end of the growing season or the
- 4:50Speaker 2: beginning of the growing season or the reaping or whatever.
- 4:53Speaker 2: All the kind of cycic stuff sprang out of the
- 4:56Speaker 2: agricultural practice practices.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Yeah, as I you think it probably started like hey, guys, uh,
- 5:02Speaker 1: seasons over, let's all have a party. And then some
- 5:04Speaker 1: weirdos came in and said, hey, let's listen, let's add it.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Let's kill a cow here makes something weird about It's
- 5:12Speaker 1: probably something innocent. These guys are just broke tired, right
- 5:15Speaker 1: with the ancient galls in Ireland, Scotland and the Isle
- 5:18Speaker 1: of Man. They just basically let large bonfires on hilltops.
- 5:22Speaker 1: This sounds like a party to me. Man to purify them.
- 5:24Speaker 1: But here's where it gets weird.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 5:26Speaker 1: It sounds to me like they were having a barbecue,
- 5:27Speaker 1: bring out that calf. Season's over, light.
- 5:32Speaker 2: The bonfires.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Yeah exactly. But all of a sudden, you right, exactly,
- 5:38Speaker 1: head towards that bonfire right there, right, and let's see
- 5:41Speaker 1: what you do.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Man. That definitely sounds like.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly right, so and again, but it turned into this.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Man.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Of course they would, you know, you'd have to lead
- 5:52Speaker 1: your livestock through there to protect them from evil spirits,
- 5:55Speaker 1: encourage fertility for crops, animals and people. Celebrants would drive
- 6:01Speaker 1: catti between the flames, leap over smaller fires, and decorate
- 6:04Speaker 1: homes with yellow flowers like hawthorn or rowan for protection
- 6:08Speaker 1: and blessing, feasting, music and revelry, honor the return of
- 6:12Speaker 1: the light. Again, that's what I said. This started to me,
- 6:14Speaker 1: This started out once. It's basically like a barbecue, like
- 6:17Speaker 1: a great, big village barbecue.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Y exactly. This is winners over barbecue.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And then of course here here comes the fund police. No,
- 6:26Speaker 1: we must honor the gods, kill the child, bring me
- 6:29Speaker 1: a virgin, jump over the fires. Of course they'll come
- 6:31Speaker 1: running in, right, and people are you know, not you know,
- 6:34Speaker 1: blunt enough to say yo.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Of course enough people asked why do we do this
- 6:38Speaker 2: that somebody had to come up with an answer.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly, Malachi, go back in the cornfield, man, we don't.
- 6:43Speaker 2: We don't.
- 6:43Speaker 1: We're not getting down like that today, right, that needs
- 6:46Speaker 1: to be said, right. So anyways, so that's that's also
- 6:50Speaker 1: it has other things that we'll dig into along the
- 6:52Speaker 1: way here. But there is a connection between the fires
- 6:56Speaker 1: of Bell and ball b A A l. Right, the
- 6:59Speaker 1: demon that you're reading about in the basically it's all
- 7:02Speaker 1: it's scattered through the entire Old Testament and scattered all
- 7:06Speaker 1: through the Island boys' emails. He even named his bank
- 7:09Speaker 1: account ball. People are saying that's why Trump's calling it
- 7:12Speaker 1: the ballroom. I don't, okay, but yeah, that's a stretch. Yeah,
- 7:17Speaker 1: I think that's just a reach for me. Right, This
- 7:19Speaker 1: is a reach, right, But okay, have fun with it.
- 7:23Speaker 1: But there seems to be again, a problem I'll say here,
- 7:29Speaker 1: seems to be a problem with the following. How good
- 7:36Speaker 1: intentions can get hijacked by people along the way, and
- 7:41Speaker 1: those people radicalize it and turning in turn it into
- 7:44Speaker 1: something that it's completely has like nothing to do with it, right,
- 7:48Speaker 1: and I call it a perversion of innocence is the
- 7:52Speaker 1: best description I can have. Use that in your next book,
- 7:55Speaker 1: right there, Jay, just give me a shout out in
- 7:57Speaker 1: the back, man, perversion of innocence? Right, this one percent
- 8:01Speaker 1: to me sounds like we just hey guys, man, we're tired, man, Man,
- 8:04Speaker 1: crops came in, we're about to plant the crops, or
- 8:06Speaker 1: we're about to go to about to work here, man,
- 8:08Speaker 1: or something like that. Let's have a village thing around here. Hey,
- 8:11Speaker 1: you know what, Jay's trying to have kids. Man, Hey,
- 8:13Speaker 1: let's just celebrate Jay's trying to have some babies.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Right exactly, right, Absolutely, It's a big social gathering of
- 8:19Speaker 2: everybody around who like work their ass off to yeah
- 8:22Speaker 2: not die.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And then me and you pound some guinnesses and I'm like, yo, man,
- 8:26Speaker 1: let's se who can jump over that? Jump over that, Barty.
- 8:30Speaker 1: I mean, we've done worse than that in the navy, man,
- 8:33Speaker 1: And I'm just thinking, well not he not even in
- 8:34Speaker 1: the navy, like in freaking in condos.
- 8:37Speaker 2: Right.
- 8:37Speaker 1: So yeah, when I see this type of stuff, man,
- 8:40Speaker 1: and I go. When I see I go, and there's
- 8:42Speaker 1: a term I like, Jay, Man, and you can chime
- 8:46Speaker 1: in on this man about how history repeats itself. Right,
- 8:50Speaker 1: it's like a sickler. You refer to it as the pendulum, right,
- 8:52Speaker 1: Like that's your big theory, right, like it swings one hundred.
- 8:54Speaker 1: We'll explain it to everybody.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Man. So whenever you have so technology, technology and culture
- 9:03Speaker 2: swing with each other, it's like you've we're seeing one
- 9:06Speaker 2: of those little desk toys with all the balls and
- 9:09Speaker 2: you swing them at a different rate and they all
- 9:12Speaker 2: kind of ripple like that. Right. It's the same with
- 9:17Speaker 2: the human humans and technology and culture. Right as technology
- 9:23Speaker 2: moves forward, culture kind of always lags a little bit behind, right,
- 9:28Speaker 2: So they overlap a little bit, but they go up
- 9:32Speaker 2: and they come back down, and it's like this this
- 9:35Speaker 2: back and forth movement of undulation between like being at
- 9:41Speaker 2: a plateau with technology and culture at the same time
- 9:45Speaker 2: where they're kind of synchronized, right, and those are like
- 9:48Speaker 2: really good times, and then you have when the pendulum
- 9:52Speaker 2: swings the other way and technology and culture are far apart, sure, right,
- 9:56Speaker 2: like we're experiencing right now.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Like the people were refusing to use self checkouts because
- 10:01Speaker 1: it's the Saitan and they're checking, they're checking they're checking.
- 10:05Speaker 2: Mark of the beat. Like these all these old traditions
- 10:07Speaker 2: and all of these old like beliefs die hard, you
- 10:14Speaker 2: know what I mean. Some of them are left over
- 10:16Speaker 2: from from millennia ago. But as the culture increases, and
- 10:21Speaker 2: or as the technology increases and the culture learns more
- 10:24Speaker 2: about itself, you have these swings back and forth, right,
- 10:30Speaker 2: And it also applies to politics, right where we'll swing
- 10:34Speaker 2: conservative for a while and then we'll swing back to
- 10:38Speaker 2: really liberal for a while. And like this pendulum is
- 10:41Speaker 2: just swings back and forth, right because you know, a
- 10:47Speaker 2: static object really doesn't doesn't get anywhere, do you know
- 10:52Speaker 2: what I mean? It has to move back and forth
- 10:55Speaker 2: in order to progress forward and have this understanding, right,
- 11:00Speaker 2: Like even the failure is more unders is building an understanding,
- 11:05Speaker 2: right Like yeah, actually world War two there was a
- 11:09Speaker 2: lot of failures. Yeah that was happening there, right to
- 11:13Speaker 2: cause that event to happen. Yeah, it's the same thing,
- 11:16Speaker 2: you know, as with technology and culture right now they're
- 11:19Speaker 2: colliding because no one knows what to do with AI
- 11:22Speaker 2: or fusion or any of the things that are kinda.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Do they run with fusion or do we release free energy?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Do we do X Y, and Z. And meanwhile, you've
- 11:32Speaker 1: got some what was that old guy in the Simpsons
- 11:34Speaker 1: man what was his name? Mister Burns, the bazillionaire who
- 11:38Speaker 1: ran the you got you got some guy who is uh,
- 11:43Speaker 1: you know, one hundred and seven years old and just
- 11:46Speaker 1: will not let go. He'll just know, give me like,
- 11:49Speaker 1: bring me a you know, bring me what he was.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Won't let go of the ideas we're doing like this, right,
- 11:54Speaker 1: And that's what I think some of these festivals came
- 11:58Speaker 1: out with.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Now.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Look, so again, if you guys follow our main show,
- 12:01Speaker 1: Enigma Cast over there on the Ancient Enigma Fhiles, this
- 12:04Speaker 1: is a sister channel, the Enigma Daily, where you know
- 12:06Speaker 1: where we just you know, free flow more of a
- 12:09Speaker 1: podcast style. You know that we we don't you know
- 12:12Speaker 1: that we dig into the paranormal. We you know that
- 12:14Speaker 1: we dig into the weird. You know that we look
- 12:16Speaker 1: into that stuff, right, And I'm not saying that like
- 12:20Speaker 1: Ireland is rich with like with folklore, little people Darby
- 12:25Speaker 1: O Gillis, you know, like leprechauns and everything something. Again,
- 12:29Speaker 1: there's there's an island called the Island of Brazil that's
- 12:32Speaker 1: supposed to appear every so often off of the coast
- 12:37Speaker 1: of Ireland. I should actually do a show on that. Man,
- 12:39Speaker 1: have you ever heard of this name called the Olive Brazil?
- 12:41Speaker 1: Basically imagine Castle Gray Skull, time traveling, and every so
- 12:45Speaker 1: often it like pops up, right, But it's been. It's yeah, yeah, man,
- 12:48Speaker 1: it's been. It's wild, man, it's been. It's really cool man,
- 12:51Speaker 1: Like I said, it's really cool. And the last person
- 12:54Speaker 1: that was on there encountered six foot tall speaking rabbits
- 12:59Speaker 1: like I mean, and also too, like it was a
- 13:02Speaker 1: Some people will tell you that the Isle of Brazil
- 13:05Speaker 1: and the talking rabbit, the whole Alice in Wonderland was
- 13:09Speaker 1: the inspiration for that story, right, Like that's how we
- 13:12Speaker 1: went over there, right, And I'm not ruling it out.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Man.
- 13:16Speaker 1: We also know that the on Anaky, the Watchers, the nepheline,
- 13:20Speaker 1: we all know that was real. We all know that,
- 13:21Speaker 1: you know, the once upon a time there there there
- 13:23Speaker 1: could have been a giant on the isle of the
- 13:26Speaker 1: Isle of you know, the island of Ireland. Her name
- 13:29Speaker 1: was Bell or whatever, and he demanded you know whatever,
- 13:32Speaker 1: so he didn't crush the village. I'm not ruling that out,
- 13:36Speaker 1: but you can't deny that it takes like a handful
- 13:41Speaker 1: of bad apples to ruin like a like a you know,
- 13:44Speaker 1: a good idea, right, or like a ruin like a
- 13:46Speaker 1: good time, right, and it gets legs on it. We
- 13:48Speaker 1: talked about too, how the Aztecs they they didn't start
- 13:53Speaker 1: out you know, sacrifice in human beings, right, but then
- 13:56Speaker 1: they went pro with it. They went pro with it, right,
- 13:59Speaker 1: like literally they took it to a whole new level then. Yeah, right,
- 14:02Speaker 1: so and again, look at what happened there are we
- 14:07Speaker 1: you know, the Temple of the Sun or wherever the
- 14:09Speaker 1: Temple of the Moon or wherever that stuff is going.
- 14:10Speaker 1: We don't even know who those people were. Who those
- 14:12Speaker 1: people they're gone, They're completely gone, right like, so we
- 14:16Speaker 1: just assumed the Mayans found those ruins, right, Jay, they
- 14:19Speaker 1: just came north and they were there, right.
- 14:20Speaker 2: Yeah. The Aztecs we were talking about, uh, the Pyramid
- 14:26Speaker 2: of the Sun, Yeah, the Perramid Sun earlier a couple
- 14:29Speaker 2: of days ago. Yeah, they the Aztecs kind of found
- 14:32Speaker 2: that there. It was already there when they arrived.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Yeah, so you see this, you see this stuff going on,
- 14:40Speaker 1: and you see the uh, I don't want to say lunacy,
- 14:45Speaker 1: that's that's not the the hysteria that goes with it
- 14:49Speaker 1: back in the day, right, and it doesn't prevent the
- 14:53Speaker 1: final outcome coming from it, like whatsoever. For example, a
- 14:57Speaker 1: drought is a drought, right, That's it's just a drought, right.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Like a blight upon a crop is this blight. It
- 15:03Speaker 1: didn't have anything to do with Jay's kid had green eyes,
- 15:06Speaker 1: you know, killer, you know what I'm saying.
- 15:07Speaker 2: But I mean people have That's just what humans do though, right, Like,
- 15:14Speaker 2: it's just it's this thing. It's just they if they
- 15:18Speaker 2: don't have an answer, yeah, they make one up. It's
- 15:22Speaker 2: it's it's it's not explainable. They explain it.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the golden calf. And in the in the
- 15:27Speaker 1: Book of Exodus, right, they just hey, make a golden calf, right,
- 15:31Speaker 1: and then we'll pray to this golden calf because Moses
- 15:34Speaker 1: has been gone twenty eight days and kill a couple
- 15:36Speaker 1: of virgins here, right, And then yeah, that's just it's
- 15:40Speaker 1: just weird.
- 15:41Speaker 2: Right.
- 15:41Speaker 1: But check this out man as well. This is what
- 15:42Speaker 1: this is what strikes me as odd as well. Right,
- 15:45Speaker 1: there's also other influences on this festival that came out
- 15:50Speaker 1: of Roman Roman festivals, right, and we know that the
- 15:52Speaker 1: Roman pantheon probably more than likely was praying to fallen
- 15:56Speaker 1: angels Nephelum, right, something like that, right, like Zeus Polyon.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Like there's too much over yeah, too much overlap in
- 16:06Speaker 1: like uh, you know Biblical names and Greek names, right, yeah,
- 16:12Speaker 1: but they but they had the same festival at the
- 16:13Speaker 1: same time. It was called honoring the goddess Flora. Flora
- 16:17Speaker 1: basically is I think Latin for flowers with games there
- 16:21Speaker 1: theatrical performances of flowers thrown all over the place, beautiful harvest,
- 16:25Speaker 1: as well as Germanic elements as Walperghing's night traditions. I
- 16:30Speaker 1: don't even know what that is, right, And it's basically
- 16:33Speaker 1: as a symbol of you know, may pole. They would
- 16:36Speaker 1: just make this pole and they would just run around
- 16:38Speaker 1: the pole with like this I guess, like silk or
- 16:41Speaker 1: like some kind of cloth, right, and it would just
- 16:45Speaker 1: talk about they would dance this. People would dance, and
- 16:47Speaker 1: it was a represent masculine or feminine energies promoting fertility
- 16:52Speaker 1: and Earth's renewal, and wicked practices today have taken that
- 16:57Speaker 1: and perverted the hell out of it, man, Like that's
- 17:00Speaker 1: just the party. When what the romans were doing. That
- 17:02Speaker 1: was a rave, right, literally listen to it. Yeah, games, yeah,
- 17:07Speaker 1: I mean yeah, the performances.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Human for any reason that going, yeah, like that's what
- 17:14Speaker 2: they do.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Like, yeah, it's just a party, y'all. That's all this was, man,
- 17:18Speaker 1: was a party, right, and they were men and women
- 17:21Speaker 1: were dancing showing off their masculine and feminine energy. That's
- 17:24Speaker 1: a that's a that's a nightclub, Come on, man, that's
- 17:28Speaker 1: all that is, right, peacock and the girls are getting up,
- 17:31Speaker 1: goes are getting dressed up, smelling good. Guys are going
- 17:34Speaker 1: in there smelling good, trying to do their things right.
- 17:37Speaker 2: And again, I mean yes, you're probably one of your
- 17:40Speaker 2: few chances per year to meet someone that you haven't
- 17:43Speaker 2: that you don't see literally everything.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly right, exactly right. It's like it's like it's
- 17:47Speaker 1: it's rump spring of man for these freaking amish man
- 17:50Speaker 1: that's all this is right. They're partying, right, And but
- 17:53Speaker 1: again when you go in here and you look at it, right,
- 17:57Speaker 1: the wickeds grabbed a hold of it. If you don't
- 17:59Speaker 1: know what a wicked is is, it's a Jay Craig
- 18:03Speaker 1: me if I butcher this man is they're not witches
- 18:05Speaker 1: or are they male witches? I don't even know. There's
- 18:07Speaker 1: what's a warlock, right.
- 18:08Speaker 2: It's just a it's a it's a tradition that sprung up,
- 18:14Speaker 2: like I don't know, years ago. Uh. Would they try
- 18:17Speaker 2: to follow old traditions of like old Celtic traditions.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Yeah, so yeah, like praying to trees or something like that.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It's just yeah, it's basically just trying to get back
- 18:36Speaker 2: to the pagan religion.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Yeah, and so this is a big day for them.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I guess, man, they want to you know, go out
- 18:45Speaker 1: and pray to an oak tree and cut a finger
- 18:49Speaker 1: off or do whatever they want to do, right, and
- 18:51Speaker 1: something on that. But y'all, I.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Don't think anybody. I don't think anybody's making sacrifices like
- 18:56Speaker 2: that setting extremities off. But yeah, that's probably happened at
- 19:00Speaker 2: some point, but probably not recently.
- 19:02Speaker 1: But that's yeah, but you would agree with me, right,
- 19:04Speaker 1: this is just a party. What is party in here?
- 19:07Speaker 1: This is a party.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Right, I think it? Well, yeah, I mean that's exactly
- 19:13Speaker 2: what it started with. Right. You got to think about like,
- 19:17Speaker 2: so probably we're talking about you know, thousands upon thousands
- 19:21Speaker 2: of years ago where it's just like a bunch of
- 19:23Speaker 2: scattered tribes. There weren't at.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Least five thousand years planning a cave bear time, man,
- 19:28Speaker 1: like five thousand years ago had to be.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Yeah, Like you're talking about scattered tribes of people trying
- 19:33Speaker 2: to hunt and fish and survive. Right, So when agriculture hits,
- 19:39Speaker 2: they all kind of have their own crops and they
- 19:41Speaker 2: can trade amongst each other and everything like that. It
- 19:45Speaker 2: becomes more of a social kind of thing than anything else,
- 19:51Speaker 2: you know, Right, and celebrate because winter is over and
- 19:56Speaker 2: winters win. I mean in Ireland, I don't think winters fun.
- 20:00Speaker 2: I mean it's not like super snowy or anything like that,
- 20:03Speaker 2: but it's.
- 20:04Speaker 1: No b but it's wet and cold over there the
- 20:06Speaker 1: whole entire time, right, Like you know what I mean again,
- 20:09Speaker 1: Like I'm surprised you don't live there. I mean they
- 20:11Speaker 1: get sun like three days of the year or something
- 20:13Speaker 1: like that.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Man, they threaten me with a good time, yeah.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Exactly, right. Go, you know you could buy a castle
- 20:18Speaker 1: over there, like barely reasonable, yeah, a full blown castle, right,
- 20:24Speaker 1: And I'm like some days, yeah.
- 20:27Speaker 2: And you have those are mostly not they're not up kept. Well,
- 20:30Speaker 2: the ones that are in my price range anyway, No, no, no,
- 20:34Speaker 2: I don't know how but how you got it? But
- 20:36Speaker 2: for me, you know, million.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Well not millions rolling in. I won't say anything. But
- 20:40Speaker 1: they'll be signs. They'll be signs. They'll be signs.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Right, yeah, I said the same thing.
- 20:46Speaker 1: They'll be signs.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:47Speaker 1: So, but but here's but here's where you know what
- 20:50Speaker 1: we talk about, how the you know, the things get
- 20:53Speaker 1: hijacked along the way, and that they they spiral. And
- 20:58Speaker 1: here's what I'm talking about. A couple of dry kids.
- 21:00Speaker 1: You know, I like to beat up on drama kids.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Right.
- 21:02Speaker 1: May one, seventeen seventy six. Right, Adam wash Up pot Right,
- 21:08Speaker 1: professor of law at the University of Bavaria, officially known
- 21:12Speaker 1: as created created an organization officially known as the Order
- 21:17Speaker 1: of the Illuminati. Right, so the Illuminati was supposedly created
- 21:21Speaker 1: on this day. Short lived secret society, no joke, right,
- 21:24Speaker 1: This is the most unsecret secret society on the planet. Man.
- 21:28Speaker 1: He drew inspiration from Freemasonry because he couldn't get in
- 21:31Speaker 1: ancient mystery traditions because he didn't understand them. This is
- 21:34Speaker 1: my I'm adding that little thing at the end right there, right,
- 21:36Speaker 1: But this.
- 21:36Speaker 2: Is what he's talking about your commentary.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Yeah. His goal was to promote reason, oppose religious superstition
- 21:45Speaker 1: and obscurity by creating a secret society make that make sense, sure,
- 21:50Speaker 1: all right, challenge abuses of state and church power, foster
- 21:54Speaker 1: moral intellectual perfection among members, to ultimately create a more
- 21:59Speaker 1: I can't even pronounce that word, egalitarian society. And he
- 22:04Speaker 1: had a small group of students to pick it up.
- 22:08Speaker 1: They created their own codes, their own secrets, mimicking everything
- 22:12Speaker 1: down to the Masonic lodges as possible.
- 22:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 22:14Speaker 1: The group was eventually found out by the Freemasons and
- 22:17Speaker 1: Band and suppressed by Bavarian authorities in the seventeen eighties
- 22:21Speaker 1: amid fears of revolutionary submissions or whatever, and it faded
- 22:26Speaker 1: into history. However, May first was no surprise. He didn't
- 22:30Speaker 1: pick that date on random. He picked it specifically for
- 22:32Speaker 1: the reasons we just talked about, thinking that it would
- 22:35Speaker 1: give him power over world global cabals by harnessing the
- 22:40Speaker 1: pagan fire rituals and using Bellantine symbolism. This is a
- 22:45Speaker 1: college professor who was playing D and D with a
- 22:47Speaker 1: bunch of boys and wanted to, you know, impress the ladies.
- 22:51Speaker 1: So he came up with this and it just took
- 22:53Speaker 1: off and went way, way, way too far.
- 22:57Speaker 2: That's not even close to what he intended to be.
- 23:01Speaker 2: It was probably a bunch of when he was a
- 23:04Speaker 2: college professor, so it was probably given a bunch of
- 23:08Speaker 2: kind of like minded dudes who were tired of dealing
- 23:11Speaker 2: with religious nut jobs and just wanted to sit in
- 23:16Speaker 2: their basement and and talk about how how crazy it was.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Good job, Steve. A couple of years he made it weird.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Good job, But it's that's that's how this happened. You
- 23:26Speaker 1: ever seen that movie Facebook? Have I ever seen the
- 23:30Speaker 1: way the movie Facebook?
- 23:33Speaker 2: The movie about Facebook?
- 23:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's called Facebook, or or I don't
- 23:36Speaker 1: know what it's called.
- 23:38Speaker 2: No, I haven't seen it.
- 23:39Speaker 1: So the premises on that is shows you that how
- 23:41Speaker 1: much of a loser freaking Mark Zuckerberg was in college, right,
- 23:44Speaker 1: and how he and how he was rejected, how he
- 23:47Speaker 1: was rejected by every every No Harvard, I don't understand
- 23:51Speaker 1: again before me, stop this for a second. I don't
- 23:55Speaker 1: understand the fascination coming from an next freemason. This is
- 23:59Speaker 1: going to make laugh at me, right, but I don't
- 24:01Speaker 1: understand the fascination with people wanting to be involved in
- 24:04Speaker 1: secret societies. When I was in there, I thought it
- 24:06Speaker 1: was gay and weird. Now I'm not gonna lie. I
- 24:08Speaker 1: thought it was hella gay, and I thought it was you.
- 24:11Speaker 1: I thought it was weird, man. I thought it was weird.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I thought that's what That's what I thought, man. I
- 24:15Speaker 1: thought it was very odd. And so I don't understand
- 24:21Speaker 1: the Ivy League fascination with like, I get fraternities, right,
- 24:26Speaker 1: and sororities right. Hey, you you want to hang out
- 24:28Speaker 1: and you know, have some lack minded you know, fun
- 24:31Speaker 1: times or whatever.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Really that's having been in the fraternity. It's really just
- 24:37Speaker 2: about having fun.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly right. But when these guys get up to
- 24:42Speaker 1: Harvard and Yale and whatever and they want to get
- 24:45Speaker 1: involved in like these things, it's for a completely different
- 24:50Speaker 1: reason for them. They they're craving some type of acceptance
- 24:54Speaker 1: or craving some type of power, or they are or
- 24:58Speaker 1: or a combination of both, and when it doesn't happen,
- 25:02Speaker 1: it breaks them. Like again, I'm not gonna I'm not
- 25:05Speaker 1: I don't want to dunk on Trump, right, But if
- 25:06Speaker 1: you go and look at the story of mar A
- 25:07Speaker 1: Lago and where it's built, it's built across the street
- 25:10Speaker 1: from another, you know club. They wouldn't let him join, right,
- 25:13Speaker 1: they wouldn't let him join, right, And so he he
- 25:16Speaker 1: created mar A Lago to you know, just to say, well,
- 25:19Speaker 1: I'll just make my own I'll just make my own thing.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Go down here. Zuckerberg was the same way. Yeah I'm leaving, right, Yeah,
- 25:25Speaker 1: I'll go over here.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Suckerberg was the same way. Man, he was. They wouldn't
- 25:31Speaker 1: let him into any of their clubs or whatever, right,
- 25:34Speaker 1: and so he actually the Winklevoss brothers, who are people
- 25:39Speaker 1: think these guys are are something. I've never met them,
- 25:45Speaker 1: but they're your a typical white, privileged rich kids who've
- 25:50Speaker 1: never known a hard day in their life. Right, This
- 25:52Speaker 1: is all there is that they didn't come from nowhere
- 25:55Speaker 1: close to partment they were they were into rowing. You
- 25:58Speaker 1: you don't know anybody that's into rowing unless they got
- 26:00Speaker 1: a lot of money around.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Talking about a group of people that are.
- 26:02Speaker 1: At Harvard, yeah right, yeah, right, So.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Isn't there isn't an unprivileged one amongst them, I'm sure.
- 26:10Speaker 1: And Suckerberg wasn't poor when he went in there is either.
- 26:13Speaker 1: But what he was is is that he was really
- 26:15Speaker 1: good at computers, and when they wanted him to write
- 26:18Speaker 1: this Facebook code, he stole ther He stole their idea
- 26:21Speaker 1: and claimed it that he didn't but he did, and
- 26:23Speaker 1: he paid him like four hundred and fifty million dollars
- 26:25Speaker 1: something ridiculous down the road, whatever it was.
- 26:28Speaker 2: But it was just it was literally just re skinning
- 26:32Speaker 2: my space.
- 26:33Speaker 1: It's all it was. Yeah, it was space.
- 26:36Speaker 2: They all all they did was good. They win. They
- 26:39Speaker 2: like did a they did an update of MySpace, like yeah,
- 26:44Speaker 2: and okay, we don't like these things, so we're going
- 26:47Speaker 2: to change them. But we're going to have our own
- 26:49Speaker 2: social network just for just for our school.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Yeah, and you had to have a Harvard dot e
- 26:54Speaker 1: du email to join, that was the thing, right, and
- 26:58Speaker 1: so but yes, that that's why he's that's why Facebook
- 27:01Speaker 1: and all of Zuckerberg's projects have failed forever because he's
- 27:07Speaker 1: not an innovator. He's not he's not an innovator. He
- 27:11Speaker 1: sold somebody else's idea and he ran with it. But
- 27:13Speaker 1: when it's come to making his own ideas, he's not
- 27:15Speaker 1: very good at it. But you know what, I digress that,
- 27:18Speaker 1: But that's what I'm talking about.
- 27:19Speaker 2: People A lot that is a lot of how that
- 27:23Speaker 2: whole core of Silicon Valley is though. Yeah, it's it's
- 27:29Speaker 2: it's the do you have the front man who is
- 27:32Speaker 2: like the one who supposedly is the smart guy or whatever,
- 27:37Speaker 2: but really he's just the marketing. He's the marketing, he's
- 27:41Speaker 2: the face.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Yeah. Right, And so this is gonna sound because I'm
- 27:45Speaker 1: feeling I'm feeling I'm feeling good today. I'm feeling good today.
- 27:48Speaker 1: I'm gonna make some burgers tonight. Man, I'm feeling good.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Man.
- 27:51Speaker 1: So I'm gonna say something kind. I write this down,
- 27:55Speaker 1: book mark this clip, it, repost it. I actually feel
- 27:59Speaker 1: sorry for these guys, and I'll tell you why. I'll
- 28:02Speaker 1: absolutely tell you why. Right, we grew up in a
- 28:07Speaker 1: different way, playing outside, having fun, not having a lot
- 28:13Speaker 1: of financial you know, privilege or whatever. Yeah, so we
- 28:18Speaker 1: spent a lot of times outside in playgrounds or whatever.
- 28:22Speaker 1: We were in you know, nine years in the navy.
- 28:24Speaker 1: You don't get paid anything, yeah, just doing just doing
- 28:27Speaker 1: that stuff. Right, these guys are growing up in homes
- 28:31Speaker 1: where they're worth hundreds of millions, multi millions of dollars,
- 28:38Speaker 1: and they're lonely as hell. They have nothing. All the
- 28:41Speaker 1: other rich kids that hang around. I guarantee I've seen
- 28:45Speaker 1: this happen. Right, you want to see daggers thrown to
- 28:50Speaker 1: go to a ten thousand dollars plate event in Washington,
- 28:54Speaker 1: DC and watch when the people hold their noses up
- 28:58Speaker 1: at who's actually sitting at their table. Now, this is
- 29:00Speaker 1: a ten thousand dollars a plate, you know, dinner or whatever.
- 29:03Speaker 1: And then after the dinner and the speech is over
- 29:05Speaker 1: and they start drinking, watch these people talk about how
- 29:09Speaker 1: the other people they're over there with. Watch how they talk,
- 29:11Speaker 1: Watch how they talk, right, And so I can only
- 29:14Speaker 1: imagine the car rides home that these kids were hearing
- 29:16Speaker 1: about a kid they liked, their parents were talking about
- 29:19Speaker 1: their parents, right, and all this other stuff. So when
- 29:24Speaker 1: I see this, that's what I see these you know people,
- 29:30Speaker 1: That's where their sickness comes from, the sickness of greed.
- 29:33Speaker 1: It's never enough. There's a hole inside of them. There's
- 29:36Speaker 1: a hole inside of them, right, They just cannot ever
- 29:41Speaker 1: be felled. I actually feel that way actually about Trump,
- 29:43Speaker 1: bro I really do. I know he's not your favorite man,
- 29:47Speaker 1: but I feel that somewhere inside this dude, this dude,
- 29:49Speaker 1: let's break this dude down. He's seventy eight years old. Right,
- 29:53Speaker 1: he's four times divorced. Right, and Annie is very beautiful,
- 30:01Speaker 1: but she came into his life when he was already
- 30:04Speaker 1: a billionaire. You'll never convince me that you know that
- 30:08Speaker 1: that was you know.
- 30:09Speaker 2: That's not there's not a contract there.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Well, or that or that you know what, Like I
- 30:15Speaker 1: know ugly guys that go to the Philippines with money
- 30:17Speaker 1: and the girls tell their handsome and they actually believe it.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Right.
- 30:19Speaker 1: So yeah, so you're not going to say, look how
- 30:21Speaker 1: it is, right, Like, I'm not putting anybody down. It happens.
- 30:23Speaker 1: It's like, yeah, it happens in South South Korea, happens everywhere, right,
- 30:27Speaker 1: I've just seen it. Right, But there's a there's a
- 30:30Speaker 1: there's a hole in there. Right, there's a hole. There's
- 30:33Speaker 1: a hole inside of these people. And man, I mean
- 30:38Speaker 1: Jesus can feel it. But they won't. They'll they'll never
- 30:40Speaker 1: go that where. They'll go the opposite direction. They'll go
- 30:43Speaker 1: to money. I need one more I need one more mansion, right,
- 30:48Speaker 1: I need one more million.
- 30:50Speaker 2: I can tell you what's wrong with Donnie.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Hit me, what's wrong with Donny?
- 30:56Speaker 2: His father was a monster.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Yeah, you know what we should we should look in
- 31:00Speaker 1: to him, man.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Yeah, oh I have. Yeah, his father was a sociopath. Yeah,
- 31:06Speaker 2: like literally like he was so and gosh, I can't
- 31:11Speaker 2: remember his name, but uh, Donald Trump's father was not,
- 31:18Speaker 2: by any accounts a nice person like he was very
- 31:23Speaker 2: He was a ruthless real estate guy in New York City.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I do know he was deep with the mob.
- 31:30Speaker 1: You just didn't. You didn't you weren't into con you
- 31:32Speaker 1: weren't in the concrete business in the sixties and fifties
- 31:37Speaker 1: and not dealing with the gambinos. Man, it just it
- 31:39Speaker 1: just doesn't happen. Or one of the one of the
- 31:41Speaker 1: borough families, right, because they had the teamsters, and they
- 31:43Speaker 1: had the contracts, and they had the they had the unions, right.
- 31:46Speaker 1: So yeah, construction during the boom that was going on,
- 31:51Speaker 1: the mob was probably even still today, right, So I
- 31:54Speaker 1: do know that he was. And when Trump built Trump Tower,
- 31:58Speaker 1: he went with his father and met somebody at a
- 32:01Speaker 1: diner and his father was the one that negotiated all
- 32:04Speaker 1: the concrete for the for the building.
- 32:07Speaker 2: So yeah, Fred Trump, like he blanket on the name,
- 32:12Speaker 2: but yeah, he was. He had a He had an
- 32:15Speaker 2: older brother too, and the older brother like didn't want
- 32:19Speaker 2: to do the family business. He just wanted to fly airplanes.
- 32:22Speaker 2: M h right, just wanted to be a pilot, like
- 32:25Speaker 2: didn't want to and that like that he got basically
- 32:30Speaker 2: excommunicated from the family for that. Yeah, like and then
- 32:34Speaker 2: and then when I don't even think I think when
- 32:38Speaker 2: he died, I don't even think they went like that
- 32:43Speaker 2: was that was his relationship with his brother. Like from
- 32:47Speaker 2: from what I understand, since his older brother wasn't interested,
- 32:54Speaker 2: Donald wanted to be like his father's air right, that
- 33:01Speaker 2: was the thing because he already had a lot of money.
- 33:04Speaker 2: Donald Trump was born into an extremely wealthy family. They
- 33:10Speaker 2: were they were you know, and he was ruthless. It
- 33:13Speaker 2: was ruthless about it. He was a sociopath and like
- 33:16Speaker 2: so he he molded Donald into his own image and yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 2: turned him into who liked this and he'll never and
- 33:26Speaker 2: like with when you have a man like that who's
- 33:31Speaker 2: treated horridly by his father though, like they're constantly chasing that, Yeah,
- 33:37Speaker 2: do you know what I mean? Like so, like that's
- 33:41Speaker 2: where that's him in a nutshell. He is he is
- 33:46Speaker 2: pursuing that that.
- 33:51Speaker 1: I want to be Like, everybody love me. Everybody needs
- 33:56Speaker 1: to love me, right, everybody needs I think it's his
- 34:00Speaker 1: that's his biggest downfall. And it's also I think it's
- 34:02Speaker 1: his worst kept uh secret, because the people that are
- 34:08Speaker 1: flattering him I actually hate him. But he doesn't see it.
- 34:11Speaker 1: He just thinks that, oh, well, now they know me,
- 34:13Speaker 1: now that I know I'm a good person. Right, Like
- 34:14Speaker 1: he's surrounded by so many sycophants. Right like again, like
- 34:18Speaker 1: I used to think that Pete had said, well, yoh
- 34:22Speaker 1: for sure, No, no, no, no, no, he does man.
- 34:24Speaker 2: He purposefully creates that environment.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Yeah, he's feed he's feeding that demon. He's feeding his demons.
- 34:30Speaker 1: Many tell me how great I am. Tell me how
- 34:33Speaker 1: great am? Tell me how great I am? Right, So, but
- 34:38Speaker 1: I just but when I look up, when I look
- 34:40Speaker 1: across the wide spectrum of these people, I think that,
- 34:43Speaker 1: you know, bringing this back around, when they don't get
- 34:44Speaker 1: into that secret society, they don't get into that to
- 34:47Speaker 1: that thing, they don't get in that club, right, they
- 34:49Speaker 1: don't get that, you know, into it that their house
- 34:54Speaker 1: of cards are built so fragile that it shakes them off.
- 34:58Speaker 1: It shakes them off in a way that they just
- 35:00Speaker 1: never recover. And again, you'll be hard, you'll be hard
- 35:04Speaker 1: pressed it happens, right, it don't. You'll be hard pressed
- 35:07Speaker 1: to find an extremely successful uh man who has extremely
- 35:14Speaker 1: successful children unless that man is raising them children with
- 35:19Speaker 1: the values that he was raised in, right and and
- 35:22Speaker 1: the number one value that you if you want to
- 35:24Speaker 1: see an extremely successful man who has extremely successful children,
- 35:30Speaker 1: they have a few things in common.
- 35:32Speaker 2: Right.
- 35:33Speaker 1: One is that there's a strong you know, Christian base
- 35:37Speaker 1: in there as well, right, But that either comes before
- 35:39Speaker 1: or after. Most of the times it comes after. But
- 35:42Speaker 1: what they all have in common right off the bat
- 35:44Speaker 1: is is their father teaches them how to be givers
- 35:47Speaker 1: and not takers.
- 35:48Speaker 2: Right.
- 35:48Speaker 1: They watch their father give people money on the street.
- 35:51Speaker 1: They watch their father, you know, go into a store
- 35:56Speaker 1: and somebody doesn't have enough money, and he just buys
- 35:58Speaker 1: the whole the whole person in groceries and has tells
- 36:01Speaker 1: them to put their moneywhere.
- 36:02Speaker 2: At generosity and kindness.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Thank you. That's that's the w Yeah, Yeah, that's.
- 36:07Speaker 2: The way comes from an example.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Exactly, right. So yeah, so when you're so that's what
- 36:15Speaker 1: that's that's that's the cornerstone that I've noticed when I
- 36:18Speaker 1: watch people who have extreme you know, who have uh
- 36:22Speaker 1: successful children, Right And again, You're going to say, well, oh, well,
- 36:25Speaker 1: Trump's got rich kids. You know, they're all part of
- 36:28Speaker 1: the business. Now watch how Trump's grandchildren turn out, and
- 36:31Speaker 1: it'll it'll be reflection on how how the family line
- 36:36Speaker 1: goes down. Ivanka's children are. I don't want to talk
- 36:39Speaker 1: about it about anybody but Jerry Kushner. He is a
- 36:42Speaker 1: straight up socio path man. So I don't know how
- 36:44Speaker 1: that will work out, and I don't know enough of it.
- 36:46Speaker 1: I don't want to talk about people's kids or whatever.
- 36:48Speaker 1: I'm just giving an example here, because the sins of
- 36:51Speaker 1: the father don't fall onto the the sins of the son,
- 36:53Speaker 1: and vice versa. But that's the thing, man, So giving,
- 36:58Speaker 1: giving and giving is a prerecorsit because a child is
- 37:02Speaker 1: a child doesn't A child doesn't know any better. You
- 37:05Speaker 1: give him three lollipops and you go and he goes
- 37:07Speaker 1: out on the goes out on the playground, and you
- 37:11Speaker 1: have one or two. Things will happen. He'll naturally give
- 37:14Speaker 1: two away, right, And that's just the nature of a child.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Right.
- 37:18Speaker 1: But every once in a while, I was like, mane
- 37:20Speaker 1: and he'll he won't give me any of them away, right,
- 37:22Speaker 1: And he'll sit there right, and that's when you got
- 37:24Speaker 1: to step in and hey, look man, no, this is
- 37:25Speaker 1: how this is how you do it. It's like an
- 37:27Speaker 1: encouragement thing. You heard the term h I looked into
- 37:32Speaker 1: your cup to see if you had enough, and you
- 37:35Speaker 1: looked in and you looked in my cup to see
- 37:37Speaker 1: if I had more than you.
- 37:40Speaker 2: Right.
- 37:40Speaker 1: That says it all, bro, That says it all right.
- 37:44Speaker 1: So perfect example here, we've we've lived paycheck paycheck to paycheck,
- 37:50Speaker 1: and I say we A lot of people don't know this,
- 37:52Speaker 1: but we've had pretty fair amount of circle around us
- 37:55Speaker 1: right to go into it, right boys, Right, we were
- 37:59Speaker 1: hanging out. I can remember us pulling our money together,
- 38:02Speaker 1: just getting like three or four pictures of the cheapest
- 38:04Speaker 1: beer they had. Right, some of us had eight dollars,
- 38:06Speaker 1: some of us had two, some of us have none. Right,
- 38:07Speaker 1: but we don't want to what I'm a gonna do.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Drink this eight pictures by myself. You throw it in there, man,
- 38:13Speaker 1: and and you just get it like that right, same time. Man,
- 38:16Speaker 1: Like we order. We used to go to KFC over there,
- 38:19Speaker 1: and you scar remember that.
- 38:21Speaker 2: And order just order a big bucket of chicken, right, and.
- 38:25Speaker 1: We would just throw it down right, yeah, so yeah, man,
- 38:28Speaker 1: that that's that's the thing that I think that some
- 38:30Speaker 1: of these guys that they get into and they don't
- 38:33Speaker 1: they do not they don't feel it. Just they don't
- 38:39Speaker 1: have that joy of giving inside of them, right, And
- 38:44Speaker 1: I think that's what breaks them down outside.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Well yeah, well, I mean it does when you when
- 38:49Speaker 2: you're outside the social circle, right whatever that social circle
- 38:54Speaker 2: perceived or otherwise is like humans in isolation, they don't
- 38:59Speaker 2: they don't do great. No, So like what's happening now
- 39:05Speaker 2: is is kind of crazy, Like all of the I'm
- 39:11Speaker 2: a little concerned for people right now just because there's
- 39:15Speaker 2: not nearly as much social socialization happening. Yeah, right, like.
- 39:27Speaker 1: That's what we need.
- 39:28Speaker 2: No, that's not what I mean. I mean like people
- 39:32Speaker 2: like people aren't seeing people aren't seeing enough of each other.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Uh not on the other side of a screen, right,
- 39:38Speaker 2: Like they're not going out into the into spaces and
- 39:42Speaker 2: like being talking to actually other people because they're either
- 39:46Speaker 2: in those spaces and they're doing this right behind their
- 39:51Speaker 2: phone or whatever. People need to start talking to each
- 39:56Speaker 2: other and like living life again.
- 39:58Speaker 1: And like yeah, have you ever been picked last for anything?
- 40:03Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 40:04Speaker 1: Yeah, so me too, Right, But I didn't come into
- 40:08Speaker 1: any type of serious athletic ability man until literally, man like,
- 40:12Speaker 1: at seventeen, seventeen years old. Right, It's like when I really,
- 40:15Speaker 1: like when I really said, well, I mean I was
- 40:17Speaker 1: in the Navy at seventeen, right, So but I didn't
- 40:21Speaker 1: really come into any any sort of like my body
- 40:24Speaker 1: that my body was weird, man like I had to
- 40:27Speaker 1: change my uniform size twice and my shoe size twice
- 40:32Speaker 1: one from in the Navy, right because I was still
- 40:34Speaker 1: literally freaking growing, right, And when I, like I said,
- 40:36Speaker 1: I went in at seventeen on the way, how old
- 40:39Speaker 1: were you winning you went in when you were twenty, right, yeah, twenty,
- 40:44Speaker 1: So something weird happened to me, man like, I actually
- 40:47Speaker 1: hit my growth spurt like in boot camp, like literally
- 40:51Speaker 1: like in boot camp, right like so and then so
- 40:53Speaker 1: the training on that that came through it. But because
- 40:56Speaker 1: of that, man like, when we would go when we
- 40:58Speaker 1: play pickup game, We're going and play pick up games
- 41:02Speaker 1: in Japan, I'd always I'd picked the loser first, like
- 41:04Speaker 1: come on, man, you're on my team, dog, right, Like
- 41:05Speaker 1: I would just do stuff like that, right because I
- 41:07Speaker 1: know I was going to dominate these guys. No, matter what, right,
- 41:09Speaker 1: So we would just have some fun.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Ye.
- 41:12Speaker 1: So but I think I think I think that that
- 41:14Speaker 1: growing up that way. Man. You know this too, man.
- 41:18Speaker 1: I also didn't develop like empathy till much later in
- 41:21Speaker 1: my life, right, like you much later? Right, So I
- 41:25Speaker 1: mean I wasn't a bully or anything like it, but
- 41:27Speaker 1: like I was a savage man, like no, you.
- 41:29Speaker 2: Yeah, there was there was some yeah.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Yeah yeah right we should we should make a Patreon account,
- 41:38Speaker 1: man for people just to come hear those stories.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Man.
- 41:40Speaker 1: I don't want to put that out though, the yeah,
- 41:42Speaker 1: like I got I gotta paywall, man, because I don't
- 41:45Speaker 1: want that on a future job resume or something, right,
- 41:47Speaker 1: like yeah it is, yeah man, but yeah, bro, that's
- 41:51Speaker 1: that's the thing. That's that's the thing I see with
- 41:53Speaker 1: with these festivals, right, like here's here's the here's the
- 41:56Speaker 1: capstone on May first, right, and this is right up
- 41:58Speaker 1: your alley, right that May Day, also known as bell
- 42:02Speaker 1: Tane Day, is also steep in the pagan I don't
- 42:11Speaker 1: want to say rituals, but like lore, mythology, whatever, right
- 42:15Speaker 1: that the veil is thinning thin, it's very thin at
- 42:19Speaker 1: this on this day May first, right when the boundary
- 42:21Speaker 1: between the human world and the other world. Weakened spirits, fairies, ghosts, leprechauns,
- 42:27Speaker 1: little people, dwin days are believed to roam more freely,
- 42:30Speaker 1: leading to customs you know, lighting bonfires just to keep
- 42:34Speaker 1: them away, right, are also you know, to attract the
- 42:36Speaker 1: benevolent ones. Right. Some some warn that, you know, the
- 42:41Speaker 1: fairy procession or ghost apparitions or encounters with the dead,
- 42:48Speaker 1: that you should leave offerings to appease them.
- 42:50Speaker 2: Right.
- 42:50Speaker 1: I don't subscribe to that at all, Right, but you know,
- 42:52Speaker 1: but modern paranormal enthusiasts, that's also called gifting, by the way,
- 42:55Speaker 1: that's the way they call it now, gifting something like that.
- 42:58Speaker 1: Have you heard this gifting? So gifting is when like
- 43:05Speaker 1: they will go out into a certain area and they'll
- 43:08Speaker 1: know that, you know, something's in this area, right, Like
- 43:11Speaker 1: they'll see these rocks or these mushrooms growing, and they'll say, oh,
- 43:14Speaker 1: this is a fairy circle, so they'll gift it. They'll leave,
- 43:17Speaker 1: they'll leave, they'll leave something there, right. But I've been
- 43:22Speaker 1: sent videos of these guys gifting stuff and whatever they
- 43:25Speaker 1: gifted followed them home, right, and then they're freaking out, right,
- 43:28Speaker 1: like there's things in the woods or whatever is coming
- 43:30Speaker 1: at them, right, but most paranormal, paranormal paranormal parent boy,
- 43:36Speaker 1: I'll tell you what, man, what I'll say that that
- 43:39Speaker 1: guy made made me pretty mannomals, right, But I say
- 43:43Speaker 1: what I say what confidence though? I think I can
- 43:45Speaker 1: sell that, right, paramnomenals, the paramnomal right and non Pagans
- 43:55Speaker 1: often described that. It's also you're gonna have a heightened
- 43:59Speaker 1: psychic ability their vivid dreams or you know, phenomenon around it. Colin. Basically,
- 44:03Speaker 1: they nicknamed it the term the fairy Halloween, right, which
- 44:07Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, yeah, interesting, right, okay, but yeah, man,
- 44:12Speaker 1: So that's that's the that's the crux of what May
- 44:15Speaker 1: first was to me. It's just another day, baby. I
- 44:18Speaker 1: was just just a Friday to me, right.
- 44:21Speaker 2: I didn't have any idea like that there was significance there.
- 44:25Speaker 1: This is trending right now, right, Yeah, yeah, it's trending
- 44:29Speaker 1: right now and also leads me to the to to
- 44:33Speaker 1: I wouldn't be mean, but I wouldn't be mean, but
- 44:35Speaker 1: it's say it, brother, don't you people have jobs? Like?
- 44:38Speaker 1: Like what do y'all do? Man? Like where do y'all
- 44:40Speaker 1: get this time? Man? Where do y'all get this time
- 44:42Speaker 1: to invest this right to like look into May first
- 44:44Speaker 1: and the veil thinning and all this other you know.
- 44:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, but the whole I know, I
- 44:53Speaker 2: knew about Beltane, and I mean I knew it was
- 44:55Speaker 2: kind of like a pigan holiday, right because I have
- 44:58Speaker 2: friends the Queens's who were to do practice this sort
- 45:03Speaker 2: of stuff.
- 45:04Speaker 1: I know you do.
- 45:05Speaker 2: I had no idea today.
- 45:07Speaker 1: I know you do, where do either?
- 45:10Speaker 2: So you know, yeah, I'm good. I think I'm all right.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Uh yeah, no, I knew about it. I just had
- 45:22Speaker 2: no idea it was today.
- 45:23Speaker 1: You know what Biltan sounds like to me?
- 45:26Speaker 2: What's that?
- 45:27Speaker 1: An NPC bard and a Dungeons and Dragon game? You
- 45:29Speaker 1: meet bell Tan you know, string string along things. That's
- 45:34Speaker 1: what it was me. You know, I like studying uh
- 45:38Speaker 1: Greek mythology and uh you know, the Pantheon and things
- 45:42Speaker 1: like that, just because the stories were interesting to me,
- 45:45Speaker 1: you know, like the cracking to do so, you know,
- 45:49Speaker 1: just interesting.
- 45:51Speaker 2: My favorite was ancient Egyptian. Yeah, I really like the
- 45:55Speaker 2: Egyptian like mythology.
- 45:57Speaker 1: You remember, remember we used to run around the woods
- 45:59Speaker 1: with our wooden sword sticks or whatever, and you yeah,
- 46:01Speaker 1: you were fighting you would be fighting things or whatever,
- 46:03Speaker 1: and yeah you want to be ex caliber, you know,
- 46:06Speaker 1: and things like that. That's what I that's that's that's where.
- 46:10Speaker 1: That's where I stop on like all of this nonsense, right,
- 46:13Speaker 1: like the whole the thing going into it. But again,
- 46:18Speaker 1: it reminds me of people that go to Disney World
- 46:21Speaker 1: has grown adults with no kids. That's what it reminds
- 46:24Speaker 1: me of. Man, this is like you know what, man,
- 46:26Speaker 1: he you know, don't get me don't get me wrong.
- 46:31Speaker 1: I'm into cosplay, don't get me wrong. Right, Like, I
- 46:35Speaker 1: don't have a three D printer. This nerd does got
- 46:37Speaker 1: like three of them, right, I don't have it. I
- 46:39Speaker 1: don't have a three D printer right yet. And I
- 46:42Speaker 1: don't have any cosplay a outfits. However, I do. I do.
- 46:50Speaker 1: I do see some tiktoks and instagrams coming across of
- 46:55Speaker 1: guys and girls who make these costumes right and man, talent.
- 47:01Speaker 1: I don't care what you say, man, you call them
- 47:03Speaker 1: nerds or whatever you want man to me, I'm like, man,
- 47:06Speaker 1: that is that is really good that you did a
- 47:09Speaker 1: really good job on it, right, Yeah you agree?
- 47:11Speaker 2: I have a couple, yeah, yeah, I follow a couple
- 47:14Speaker 2: uh cosplayers on Instagram. I really it's some of this,
- 47:18Speaker 2: like some of the like I like Iron Man ones, right, yes,
- 47:23Speaker 2: you know the technology like the mask and then it's
- 47:27Speaker 2: you know, but even the Star Wars ones, like there's
- 47:32Speaker 2: a whole like cosplay division the Five of First, I believe.
- 47:37Speaker 2: Oh yeah, they all dress up in Stormtrooper. It is
- 47:41Speaker 2: pretty cool, man, I know what that stuff.
- 47:45Speaker 1: I know a guy that's in that. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 47:48Speaker 1: I know a goy that's in that.
- 47:49Speaker 2: Man.
- 47:49Speaker 1: So you might not know this, but if you watch
- 47:52Speaker 1: uh I think it was the first season of The Mandalorian.
- 47:56Speaker 1: There's a scene in there where the Droid is going
- 48:00Speaker 1: into the town and he's shooting up the stormtropers. My
- 48:04Speaker 1: buddy was in there. They used they called in they
- 48:07Speaker 1: called in the five oh first Stormtrooper cause players man
- 48:09Speaker 1: to do that. Yeah, so yeah, it's pretty cool. And
- 48:12Speaker 1: also yeah, it's really cool, right, And so that's and
- 48:15Speaker 1: that's the thing too. Like I'll tell you a funny
- 48:17Speaker 1: story since it's a Friday and we're having a relaxing
- 48:19Speaker 1: day here. I never I've only been to one Renaissance
- 48:23Speaker 1: festival ever, right, And I tell you what, Like the
- 48:26Speaker 1: I was this girl. She's like, hey, look, I want
- 48:28Speaker 1: to take you this Renaissance festival, right, And I was like, man,
- 48:31Speaker 1: you gotta be kidding me. Man, this is gonna this
- 48:33Speaker 1: is going to be. It was actually it was actually
- 48:36Speaker 1: in Annapolis, Maryland. They have a festival up there. Yeah,
- 48:41Speaker 1: and bro I pulled up crap attitude, man like, all right, whatever,
- 48:47Speaker 1: I'm just doing this to do it right. The moment,
- 48:51Speaker 1: the moment I got in that joint, I saw a
- 48:55Speaker 1: coffee mug that was of a skull and it said
- 48:59Speaker 1: the Blood of my enemies. And it clicked in my head.
- 49:04Speaker 1: That's what the coffee cup said, right, the blood of
- 49:05Speaker 1: my enemies. Right, freaking man, I tell you what, dude,
- 49:09Speaker 1: I had the best freaking time when I was in there, right,
- 49:14Speaker 1: and I was, I was, and I was. I was
- 49:16Speaker 1: not even close to being dressed with anything nothing. I
- 49:22Speaker 1: was where you went in, went in khakis, colored shirt, right,
- 49:28Speaker 1: and so but I went down to this, I went
- 49:30Speaker 1: down to this, uh, to the one of the taverns, right,
- 49:35Speaker 1: and I don't I wasn't drinking anything, but in there
- 49:37Speaker 1: was a bunch of fairy girls and caused some problems
- 49:41Speaker 1: with the girl I was with because they were very interested,
- 49:44Speaker 1: and they were telling me why I wasn't dressing, and
- 49:46Speaker 1: I was just going on and on. By the time
- 49:48Speaker 1: I was leaving, right, I was telling this girl like, yo,
- 49:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna get you one of these you they were
- 49:53Speaker 1: coming back. You're gonna be a bar wench. You're gonna
- 49:55Speaker 1: have them fun guns are gonna be banging out. I'm
- 49:58Speaker 1: I'm coming back as Ragnar Loathbrook. I mean, I like,
- 50:01Speaker 1: I had this whole thing right, but then of course
- 50:02Speaker 1: the lockdown's happened, and I was like, man, well damn,
- 50:05Speaker 1: I haven't you. And then now I'm in Florida. But Bro,
- 50:09Speaker 1: that type of stuff, Man, that that stuff is fun.
- 50:12Speaker 1: I think it's fun, right, and and so I don't
- 50:14Speaker 1: know why. I can't even tell you why I poopooed
- 50:18Speaker 1: on it. Man. I literally got Aragon sword hanging on
- 50:21Speaker 1: my wall over and there's and I was playing with
- 50:23Speaker 1: the lights a lightsaber by my printer, like I was
- 50:26Speaker 1: playing with a lightsaber right before I got on here, right,
- 50:29Speaker 1: Like I was in here just swinging around, right, I
- 50:30Speaker 1: have count who's lightsaber?
- 50:32Speaker 2: Right? So right? Yeah, yeah, no, I I I've been
- 50:36Speaker 2: to a couple of renaissance so they have a really
- 50:38Speaker 2: big one up here in Pennsylvania too, But yeah, I
- 50:42Speaker 2: love that stuff. Man. I don't typically do the dress
- 50:46Speaker 2: up thing just because I haven't ever had like the
- 50:50Speaker 2: resources to buy like an outfit or anything like that.
- 50:53Speaker 2: But I love I love just going and like seeing
- 50:56Speaker 2: all the costumes. Like there's some really cool stuff at
- 50:59Speaker 2: both around suns Festival and then like we went to
- 51:05Speaker 2: eleven Dog Media, me and my eleven Dog Media crew
- 51:07Speaker 2: went to Packs East, like they did a tabletop role
- 51:12Speaker 2: playing convention and that was a lot of fun too
- 51:15Speaker 2: because there was a lot of people dressed up there.
- 51:18Speaker 2: But yeah, it's the com Have you ever been to
- 51:21Speaker 2: a convention.
- 51:22Speaker 1: Like, no, but one's coming here in Tampa. Man, I'm
- 51:24Speaker 1: gonna go down there and take a look at it, right,
- 51:26Speaker 1: You should.
- 51:27Speaker 2: Go check it out.
- 51:27Speaker 1: Man.
- 51:28Speaker 2: It's a lot of fun. It's a lot like there's
- 51:32Speaker 2: a lot going on, right the convention thing for me,
- 51:39Speaker 2: like I've been to tattoo conventions and the one the
- 51:42Speaker 2: Packs East, but not like a lot of conventions. Uh,
- 51:47Speaker 2: it's it's overwhelming, dude. There's a lot of freaking people
