Teen Charged in Early Morning Shooting | Richmond News
A 19-year-old from Chesterfield, Eygner Huezo Moran, faces murder and firearm charges after a fatal shooting on August 5th at 1 AM on Southwood Parkway. The victim, 34-year-old Juan Ortiz-Toj, was found unresponsive outside a business and later pronounced dead. Investigators, aided by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force and Flock license plate readers, built a case that led to a grand jury indictment.
