- 0:22Holy Spirit, come fill Holy Spirit, teach.
- 0:27Holy Spirit, give us discernment.
- 0:29God Almighty, we love you. We love everything about you.
- 0:32We love the way you move. God, we love the way you speak.
- 0:36Lord, we love the way you save to the utmost.
- 0:39God, you do things that are beyond our comprehension and
- 0:43intellect level. God, beyond all of the
- 0:46collective IQ of all of the generations before that will
- 0:52come after us. God, there is nothing that has
- 0:56ever been put together that is more intelligent than you.
- 1:00You are the intelligent creator. God, we worship you in spirit
- 1:06and truth. You are an all consuming fire.
- 1:09God, we thank you for these eternal words that never return
- 1:13void. God, we're swimming in the
- 1:15Mariana Trench. God, we have ascended into the
- 1:19black hole. God, there is so much Father,
- 1:23that you want to reveal to us, Lord, help or make us malleable
- 1:30and supple. God, make us soft.
- 1:32Lord, make us those that are able to take in the rain.
- 1:36God, I pray that the sun shines on the fertile soil.
- 1:40God, Produce a crop, produce fruit, produce a harvest.
- 1:44God abundantly, Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, come Lord,
- 1:49and show up and show off and show out God.
- 1:53Knock the pictures off the wall. Lord, I pray for fresh wind and
- 1:57fresh fire got upon this house. Lord, I pray for deeper
- 2:03understanding and higher thoughts, Lord, than what we
- 2:08have ever experienced. Lord, continue to wreck and
- 2:11ravish us with your presence and with your love.
- 2:14Lord, we love you. God, we love you so much.
- 2:19Lord, thank you for our families.

- 2:46doing all around us. Lord, make us more like Christ.
- 2:55Help us to get off of the sidelines.
- 2:58Help us to love you more. Help us to hear your voice
- 3:03clearly. Father, we love you.
- 3:11We thank you, God, for police, military, for school teachers,
- 3:16God, and righteous judges. We thank you, Father, for
- 3:21putting righteous leaders in place.
- 3:24God, we thank you, Father, for the family unit.
- 3:28God, we thank you, Lord, that you're moving everything in
- 3:33accordance to your timeline. We pray for the peace of
- 3:36Jerusalem, God, we pray for the nation Israel.
- 3:39Lord, strengthen them for this time or fight their battles for
- 3:46them. Lord, I pray God that you will
- 3:52get the final say and everything will point back to your glory.
- 3:57God and Yeshua, ha Messiah, El Elyon, El Shaddai, Jehovah
- 4:08Rapha, Jehovah Nisi, Jehovah Jireh Elroy ABBA, we love you.
- 4:24Come, Lord, teach us your paths and your ways, Your eternal
- 4:29words. The Word became flesh.
- 4:31Let us eat upon your flesh or let us drink your blood, Father,
- 4:39and remember you God Almighty, who came in the flesh and
- 4:46offered your body as a sacrifice for us.
- 4:49We love you God, in Jesus Christ, holy and precious name,
- 4:53I pray, Amen. Let's start in verse one.
- 5:01Then truly, the first covenant had also ordinances of divine
- 5:06service and a worldly sanctuary. What's he talking about here?
- 5:12The writer of Hebrews wants us to know that everything that was
- 5:19commanded all the way back in the Old Testament was just a
- 5:23prototype. It was a picture.
- 5:25It was type and shadow of the reality of heaven and what is to
- 5:31come. And so here the writer of
- 5:34Hebrews is harkening the mind back to whenever God gave Moses
- 5:42all of the measurements and all of the requirements for His
- 5:48Shekinah glory to dwell in the holiest of holy places.
- 5:53There was a veil between the two that we know that Jesus Christ
- 5:58later on in Herod's augmented temple ripped from the top to
- 6:04the bottom to give us access into it, which is the point of
- 6:08all of this is the writer of Hebrews wants us to understand
- 6:13the higher order, the higher level of everything that was
- 6:17commanded and required in the Old Testament pointed towards
- 6:21the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross as he
- 6:26ascended into heaven. Friends and made us at one with
- 6:32God and we can come in boldly into God's presence because of
- 6:37the blood of Jesus Christ. We're going to be munching.
- 6:42We're going to be devouring meat here.
- 6:45Friends. This could you could spend an
- 6:48entire lifetime studying the book of Hebrews and all of the
- 6:55wonderful tapestry that is set forth before us.
- 7:00This is dining sumptuously. We have weaned ourselves off of
- 7:07the milk, and now we are able to munch upon the meat that God has
- 7:14for us. Verse 2 For there was a
- 7:16Tabernacle made, the first, wherein was the Candlestick and
- 7:21the table, the showbread which is called the sanctuary, all
- 7:25pointing towards Jesus Christ. 3 And after the second veil, the
- 7:29Tabernacle, which is called the holiest of all, that was the
- 7:33holy of holy places where the priest had to do everything just
- 7:38right to go in once a year to offer an atonement for all of
- 7:43the sins of Israel. And if he didn't do everything
- 7:47just right, he would die in the presence.
- 7:51He would be completely overcome with the presence of God
- 7:56Almighty, because God is an all consuming fire.
- 8:00And you can see that we have a privilege to come boldly into
- 8:07this place because of what Jesus Christ did.
- 8:10And the priest had to go year after year after year after year
- 8:15into the holiest of holy places. It was not finished, But as
- 8:20Christ came and offered His body once and for all, we can come
- 8:26boldly. Now.
- 8:27Verse 3 talks about the holiest of holy, verse 4, which had the
- 8:33golden censor and the ark of the covenant overlaid round and
- 8:38about gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna and
- 8:42Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant.
- 8:46So this golden pot of manna, this is our word of God.
- 8:52This is the Bible. This is the word, friends, the
- 8:56bread of life, Aaron's rod that budded.
- 8:59This was death that sprang forth, life, the resurrection of
- 9:04Christ in that rod, and then the tables of the covenant.
- 9:08This was Jesus Christ fulfilling the law. 5 And over it the
- 9:13cherubims of glory, shadowing the mercy seat, of which we
- 9:17cannot now speak particularly the writer of Hebrews just
- 9:21expects for these new converts into Christianity from the
- 9:29Jewish faith. He expects for them to know all
- 9:32of this stuff, friends. And if you've been following
- 9:36along for any amount of time, this should not be new to you,
- 9:39This Bema seat with the cherubim.
- 9:42This is what was commanded of Moses, so that the Shekinah
- 9:48glory of God would dwell among them.
- 9:51Friends 6 Now when these things were thus ordained, the priest
- 9:56when always into the first Tabernacle, accomplishing the
- 10:00service of God. So this was a daily thing, where
- 10:03the priest would go in and minister unto God, and only once
- 10:10a year were they allowed to go into the holiest of holy places,
- 10:147 but into the second with the high Priest alone once every
- 10:19year, not without blood, for he offered for himself and for the
- 10:24errors of the people. So here we can see why Jesus
- 10:28Christ is our High Priest is because he only had to do it
- 10:33once and once for all. Here you can see the High Priest
- 10:39in the order of Aaron. It was a yearly thing to go into
- 10:43the holy so holy places and make atonement to make us at one with
- 10:48God. This Yom Kippur.
- 10:50You can see it friends and it is a type and a shadow of Christ
- 10:56coming and His finished work. And that is why in AD 70 God
- 11:01just completely did away with the temple service and the
- 11:04sacrifices of it all is because He had already sent His Son.
- 11:09And if they would not believe that Jesus Christ was the
- 11:13Messiah, their long-awaited Christ, then God would just shut
- 11:17down the entire temple service in AD 70, 8 the Holy Ghost.
- 11:25This signifying that the way into the holiest of all was not
- 11:30yet made manifest while as the first Tabernacle was yet
- 11:35standing. So here we can see that Jesus
- 11:38Christ was going to come on the scene and fulfill all the
- 11:42requirements that God had told Moses to do for His glory, to
- 11:47dwell amongst men in the holiest of holy places.
- 11:51Now we are the temple of God, the triune nature of God, our
- 11:58soul and our spirit and our body.
- 12:00These three and one, friends, the outer court, the inner
- 12:03court, the holiest of holy places, inside of you and inside
- 12:08of me. Jesus Christ dwelling with us.
- 12:11Friends, how amazing is that? There's no more need for the
- 12:16blood of goats and bulls. It could not cleanse us
- 12:20completely like the blood of Jesus Christ did and has and can
- 12:25be for you if you will accept it today. 9 Which was a figure for
- 12:32the time then present, and which were offered both gifts and
- 12:36sacrifices that could not make him that did the service perfect
- 12:41as pertaining to the conscience. So that is the thing, They could
- 12:44have this day of atonement, they could have their unknown sins
- 12:50forgiven, but as soon as the next day came, they were
- 12:55committing sins again, even if they were unknowing sins.
- 12:58So it was need for another year to go by for them to go back
- 13:02into the holiest of holy places and sprinkle more blood upon the
- 13:07Bema seat for the forgiveness so they can be at one with God.
- 13:12And it was over and over and over and over until Christ came.
- 13:16But everything in the Old Testament pointed towards
- 13:19Christ. And now, as we're on the other
- 13:23side of it, everything points back to Jesus Christ.
- 13:28Friends, that is the beauty of it all.
- 13:31It's all centered around Jesus. Jesus at the center of it all.
- 13:37And it's not until you make Jesus Christ the center of your
- 13:41life will you find the peace with God and the peace within
- 13:47your own mind and your conscience being cleaned and
- 13:50clear because of all your sins and transgressions being
- 13:55completely blotted out and forgiven, friends.
- 13:58And we desperately need that. And we try everything in the
- 14:02whole world, and we come up short until we put Jesus at the
- 14:07center of it all. 10 which stood only in meats and drinks and
- 14:19diverse washings and carnal ordinances imposed on them until
- 14:24the time of reformation. When Jesus Christ came, He
- 14:29reformed everything. That is why the temple in 8070
- 14:33was shut down and destroyed, because Jesus reformed every
- 14:38single ordinance that was required prior to His coming.
- 14:42When His blood was shed on Calvary, Friends, it covered us
- 14:47completely, totally, utterly. Friends, there is no blemish,
- 14:52there is no sin that God Almighty is going to count
- 14:56against you. St.
- 14:58What an amazing thought that should make you leap for joy.
- 15:02You should be the most excited person in the room because you
- 15:06know that you know that you know that you know you're going to
- 15:09spend eternity with God Almighty forever and ever because of what
- 15:14Jesus Christ did and is not based upon your performance.
- 15:19It's not based upon your behavior.
- 15:22It's not based upon your merit. It's not based upon how well you
- 15:27can obey all of the rules of the Bible, friends.
- 15:31It's all based upon what Jesus Christ did for us.
- 15:35And it's not until we are covered in the blood of Jesus
- 15:38Christ completely and totally and utterly nothing held back,
- 15:43friends, that we experience the peace of God, because we can
- 15:48know that if we were to die today, we would enter into
- 15:53heaven with him because of what Jesus did. 11 But Christ being
- 16:00come, a high priest of good things to come by a greater and
- 16:04more perfect Tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say,
- 16:09not of this building. So you can see that we are the
- 16:13temple of God. We house the Holy Spirit inside
- 16:17of us. How amazing is that?
- 16:21And one day we will go, and we will be in the city of God and
- 16:27the New Jerusalem, and there will be no need for a temple,
- 16:31because Jesus Christ is there and because God is there with
- 16:36us, dwelling among us. Friends. 12 Neither by the blood
- 16:43of goats and calves, but by his own blood.
- 16:46He entered in once into the holy place, Having obtained eternal
- 16:50redemption for us. Jesus Christ ripped the veil
- 16:55from top to bottom, and now we can come boldly into the throne
- 16:59room of grace, and we can know that.
- 17:01We know that God hears our prayers and that he answers
- 17:05them, and that Jesus is interceding on our behalf
- 17:08because of what he did as he came as a little baby.
- 17:11And he lived a perfect, sinless life.
- 17:14And he died a criminal's death on the cross.
- 17:16And he resurrected on the third day, and he ascended to the
- 17:20right hand of God, and he sat down because of the finished
- 17:24work, friends. 13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the
- 17:32ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctified to the
- 17:37purifying of the flesh, 14 how much more shall the blood of
- 17:42Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without
- 17:46spot to God, purge your conscience from the dead works
- 17:50to serve the living God. So that is what you need to
- 17:54understand is that if God was pleased with the ashes of a red
- 18:01heifer which signified the blood of Jesus, if He was pleased to
- 18:07atone for their sins temporarily until the next year, how much
- 18:13more is God pleased with the perfect, sinless, innocent blood
- 18:19of His only begotten Son? Once and for all, friends, if we
- 18:24will come underneath the blood of Jesus Christ, all the wrath
- 18:28of God is satisfied at the cross.
- 18:31Friends, it was poured out on Christ and we were exchanged our
- 18:36sinfulness for His righteousness.
- 18:39How amazing is our God? And you can see that all the
- 18:52works are dead. We're not saved by works,
- 18:55friends. We are saved by grace through
- 19:00faith. We can serve a living God who
- 19:05dwells in unapproachable light rains, and we can come and have
- 19:10a relationship with Him through His Son Jesus Christ. 15 And for
- 19:14this, 'cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by
- 19:19means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions
- 19:24that were under the First Testament, they which are called
- 19:28might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
- 19:32So you can see that Jesus Christ changed everything as he came
- 19:37upon the scene. He fulfilled all of the law and
- 19:42every single bit of it from Genesis to Malachi pointed to
- 19:47Christ. And now we look back at the
- 19:51beautiful work that Christ did as He lived the life that He
- 19:55did, and He died the death that He did, and He resurrected.
- 19:59And now the same power that resurrected him is available to
- 20:03us. Friends, if you will place your
- 20:06full faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, you can see this New
- 20:10Testament that Jesus Christ gave to us and we hold it in our
- 20:16hands and it is alive and active, friends.
- 20:19And it's sharper than any 2 edged sword.
- 20:21And it is profitable to save friends.
- 20:24Nothing added and nothing subtracted.
- 20:28So he's going to talk about a will here, and he's going to
- 20:31talk about the executor of a will and how the will is only in
- 20:37effect if the executor dies while the executor of a will is
- 20:43living, then the will has no effect.
- 20:47That is what this little section that we're about to get into.
- 20:51For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the
- 20:56death of the testator. So you can see here that for
- 21:01where the will is, there must also of necessity be the death
- 21:06of the executor of that will. And 17 For a testament is of
- 21:12force after men are dead, otherwise it is of no strength
- 21:16at all while the testator lives. So he's saying for a will that
- 21:22is made out is of force after men are dead, otherwise it is of
- 21:29no strength at all, while the executor of that will is still
- 21:34living. 18 Whereupon neither. The first testament was
- 21:39dedicated without blood. So that was the blood of the red
- 21:44heifer, that was the blood of the bulls and the goats friends
- 21:49shed for the atonement of sins. And now he's saying that this
- 21:53second one is also testified by blood, but it is a more perfect
- 21:59blood. It's the blood of his Son Jesus
- 22:02Christ. 19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the
- 22:09people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and
- 22:12goats with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled
- 22:17both the book and all the people, Jesus Christ.
- 22:21Friends, this is types and shadow of what Jesus was going
- 22:25to do with his death and his burial, his resurrection and
- 22:30ascension unto God. You can see that Moses was given
- 22:34just the shadow of what is to come.
- 22:37Now we live as the sun goes up higher and higher into the sky.
- 22:42We live on the other side of the shadow.
- 22:45Now we stand in the shadow of the finished work as Moses was
- 22:49standing in the shadow of the work that was still to come.
- 22:53What an amazing thought, this scarlet wool signifying Christ,
- 23:00the hyssop which is death, and the book sprinkled with the
- 23:04blood of Jesus Christ. Friends, you can see that He
- 23:08sealed the New Testament with his blood, praise God, 20
- 23:13saying, This is the blood of the testament which God has enjoined
- 23:17unto you. 21 Moreover, he sprinkled with blood both the
- 23:21Tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry. 22 And almost
- 23:26all things are by the law purged with blood, and without the
- 23:29shedding of blood. There is no remission, friends.
- 23:34There's no remission for sins unless there is the shedding of
- 23:37blood. That is how God instituted the
- 23:41covering of all the sins, and that is how we can be made right
- 23:45with Him. Friends, and it points towards
- 23:48life. It is always a beautiful
- 23:52conjecture between the death of one for the life of another.
- 23:57Jesus died so that you and I could live, friends, forever in
- 24:02the presence of God Almighty. 23 It was therefore necessary that
- 24:10the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with
- 24:15these, but the heavenly things themselves with better
- 24:18sacrifices than these. Jesus Christ, literal body, He
- 24:25was all man, He was all God, His literal body going into heaven
- 24:32and his literal blood cleansing even the heavens.
- 24:37Friends, you can see the first rebellion of Lucifer when pride
- 24:42crept in and he was kicked out of his first estate.
- 24:45Now you can see Jesus Christ ascending into heaven in a
- 24:49literal body and his blood being useful even in heaven.
- 24:55What an amazing thought. 24 For Christ is not entered into the
- 25:01holy places made with hands which are the figures of the
- 25:04true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of
- 25:09God, for us, friends, for you, and for me.
- 25:14If you will believe in Him, if you will accept him as your Lord
- 25:19and your Savior and not look for another, not turn your back on
- 25:24him, not become apostate and fall away.
- 25:27But if you will truly put your whole faith and your whole life
- 25:31in the Lord Jesus Christ, He will make intercession for you
- 25:36and tell the Lord God Almighty that you are his friends.
- 25:41This one is mine. You can see it happening as He
- 25:44sits at the right hand of God. You can see he entered into
- 25:49God's presence, which is truly heaven itself, is in God's
- 25:54presence, and now he is in the presence of God, and we are
- 26:01seated with him in heavenly places. 25 Nor yet that he
- 26:06should offer himself often, as the high priest entered into the
- 26:09holy place every year with the blood of others. 26 For then
- 26:13must he often have suffered since the foundation of the
- 26:17world, but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to
- 26:23put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
- 26:27Once and for all Christ died and it is enough to save to the
- 26:33utmost. It is finished to Telesty paid
- 26:37in full. If you will come to Him, that
- 26:41will be your inheritance. And we are awaiting a time, the
- 26:46end of the age, friends, where He will put the millennial
- 26:51temple in place with the reign of Jesus Christ on planet earth,
- 26:58and then after that, the destruction with fire and
- 27:02brimstone, and then New Jerusalem, the city of God,
- 27:06forever and ever. And he will dwell among men. 27
- 27:16And as it is appointed unto men, wants to die.
- 27:20But after this, the judgment statistics tell us that 10 out
- 27:25of 10 people die, and fear is the number one death or death is
- 27:33the number one fear of mankind. It's what you need to
- 27:37understand. And we pay billions and billions
- 27:41and billions of dollars trying to escape death.
- 27:44But it doesn't work that way. You need to understand that
- 27:49every single one of us has an appointment with death and there
- 27:54could be a rapture of the church and caught up into the air to
- 28:00meet him in the same way that Elijah and in the same way that
- 28:07Enoch did, friends. But that is the exception to the
- 28:14rule. And there were some who had to
- 28:17die twice, like our good friend Lazarus.
- 28:22But by and large, for the vast majority of every single human
- 28:27being on planet earth, there is an appointment for death.
- 28:31And once you breathe your last breath, your fate is sealed for
- 28:36all of eternity. Today is the day of salvation.
- 28:39His mercies are new every day. Do not squander today, friends.
- 28:45Repent. Turn from sin.
- 28:48Turn away from all the disgusting things that are
- 28:52entangling you and keeping you from living the abundant life
- 28:57that God has for you. That is what you need to
- 29:00understand. If you were to die today without
- 29:04being covered in the blood of Jesus Christ, you would be
- 29:07eternally separated from God for all of eternity, forever and
- 29:12ever and ever and ever. 10,000 years is just a drop in the
- 29:18bucket friends, of how long eternity is.
- 29:21It never ends. It is dying a billion deaths
- 29:25over and never being able to die.
- 29:28Friends. It is nowhere that anybody would
- 29:30ever want to go if they could truly understand the weeping and
- 29:34the gnashing of teeth where the worm never dies and the fire
- 29:38never goes out. We should pray that no one that
- 29:41we know ever has to go to this place, that we would all come to
- 29:48the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ before we breathe
- 29:52our last. We'll end on 28.
- 29:57So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and unto
- 30:03them that look for him. He shall appear the second time
- 30:07without sin unto salvation. When He comes the second time,

- 30:16baby. He's not coming meek and mild.
- 30:18He's coming as the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, faithful
- 30:24and true. He is coming, friends, a second
- 30:28time to make every wrong thing right and to put his enemies
- 30:34under His feet as a footstool. What an amazing thought.
- 30:39Do not take for granted that we live in the period of grace,
- 30:45friends. This is the day of grace the
- 30:47church age friends and we abuse it and it is to our own
- 30:54detriment. Do not abuse grace today.
