- 0:18Elaine Archeron. She has been sitting quietly in
- 0:22the background for five books, baking cakes and planting

- 0:29might prove she is the most dangerous and complex character
- 0:33in the Night Court. Plus, we are tracking hidden
- 0:36fire magic across the sea on the continent.
- 0:39Before we pull back the pastel curtains on Elaine, we need your

- 1:38But now today I am joined by two wonderful Co hosts, Vex and
- 1:45Kirstie. How are you doing, ladies?
- 1:49Good, I am great. How are you?
- 1:53I'm doing good. We're under the heat Dome, by
- 1:55the way, so it's over 100° if you go outside right now and
- 2:04it's. I'm from Arizona.
- 2:06I do not miss that that. Heat.
- 2:09Oh, I don't like it at all. It's stupid and I hate it and I
- 2:13can't wait for this to end. Just make sure don't stay high
- 2:17on it. Oh yeah?
- 2:19Well, I have my air conditioning going on.
- 2:21Do you think I'm going outside in this?
- 2:25So what are you girls reading right now?
- 2:27Anything good? Christy.
- 2:32Yeah, I'll go. I am reading again, not in the
- 2:38Rebecca universe. I am reading The Paddock Club by
- 2:43Mad Meryl. This is the second book she's
- 2:45written. The first one came out last
- 2:47year, which is really cute and it is an F1 romance.
- 2:51Do you guys follow the F1? What's up 1?
- 2:54Yeah, I don't. Know a Formula One?
- 2:56It's like motor cars. Oh.
- 2:59OK, No, no, when you. Said Paddock.
- 3:02I was thinking it was horses. No, unfortunately.
- 3:05Not oh, because see, in in Kentucky, as you know, there's
- 3:10the Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs and they always talk about
- 3:13the paddock. So that's why I thought it was.
- 3:15Horses, yes, I myself did spend 10 years working in the horse
- 3:20industry in Australia, but obviously I don't do that
- 3:25anymore. But yeah, very good book, would
- 3:27recommend. I also just started maybe more
- 3:30of your Alley on audio. Ice Planet Barbarians I think.
- 3:38It's interesting. That's a monster romance.
- 3:41Yeah, it was a monster romance, she said.
- 3:44It's aliens. Oh, it's.
- 3:46Aliens. Yes, this is my first dive into
- 3:49alien romance and yeah. What are you thinking?
- 3:55It's interesting. We.
- 3:58Were right in there from from the get go.
- 4:03Oh, we were. Interesting.
- 4:05We were involved you. See, I I myself personally have
- 4:10never dipped my toe into the the monster or alien world.
- 4:17I'm not against it, I find it very intriguing.
- 4:20But the one that has that gets me out because I see it every
- 4:23now and then over a bookstagram and whatnot.
- 4:26It's the one with the the OR the minotaur.
- 4:29Is it the milking? Is it the milking farm or
- 4:32something? So good morning glory milking
- 4:35farm. Really you recommend it?
- 4:39I see it also. I recommend it 100%.
- 4:42It is so good and it is so like there's actually such a good
- 4:47story behind it as well. So it does.
- 4:49Have a good plot. Yes, it's fantastic.
- 4:52So it's not all smut, it's. Not there's a lot, there's a
- 4:57lot, but I had a great time. I think I gave it like. 4 or 4
- 5:021/2 stars like it was good. Now is that a stand alone or is
- 5:08the continue on? It can.
- 5:11I think there's four or five, but it continues with different,
- 5:15different beasts, so it's not the same beast every time.
- 5:19So it's not always a minotaur, It's something.
- 5:22Is he a minotaur? Is that what he is at the
- 5:24beginning? A minotaur and a human, but it
- 5:29intriguing. It's about how many gallons of
- 5:35ejaculation he has. I was like man that's a lot. 1
- 5:38gallon is already too much. What?
- 5:42That's a what? It is it.
- 5:45Is but she's but I'm assuming it's not it.
- 5:49There's a purpose behind this of why she's having to milk it.
- 5:55Yeah, like there's a like a factory where they come in to be
- 5:58milked and they get paid because the milk is is valuable.
- 6:09It's valuable. Interest.
- 6:10They get paid a lot of money and the more the more that they.
- 6:14It's great. Yep.
- 6:16The more money they make. Interesting.
- 6:21Interesting. Yeah.
- 6:24But I would recommend. Hilarious.
- 6:25I've never read a monster or alien.
- 6:28I didn't even know that was a thing until like I started book
- 6:31talk and people were asking me and I saw this book all over the
- 6:34place and I was like, I don't know, like how I feel about it,
- 6:38you know, And so all about the Fae, all about, you know, all of
- 6:42that. So I'm just like, is it a far
- 6:44stretch? Like I don't know.
- 6:46But I didn't realize all this stuff that you're saying right
- 6:48now was like a part of the thing, you know, in the.
- 6:51Book you don't like between like the books like that.
- 6:55We love to read that. It might be an interesting
- 6:58palette cleanser because it's something different maybe.
- 7:00I don't know. Like dungeon collar Carl, I'm I
- 7:03know we didn't give them to me yet, but that's also that same
- 7:06alien ish vibe out of the the fantasy area.
- 7:11So yeah, maybe it would be a good palate cleansing like
- 7:13series to throw in, you know, test the waters.
- 7:17Give it a go. And I know they do like monster
- 7:20cons, like for the that's just in that niche and stuff.
- 7:26So I wonder what that's like because I, I, the one girl that
- 7:31I talked to on Bookstagram, she's in my little book group.
- 7:34She goes to these things and she was dressed up like an octopus
- 7:40woman, like she got a headpiece made and all kinds of stuff like
- 7:44that. But I know she like leans
- 7:46heavily into the monster ones. But again, I have not.
- 7:51I have not dipped my toe, but we know Kirstie definitely has
- 7:54dipped her toe. Well, you know what?
- 7:57The word that's amazing. I've seen people doing very dark
- 8:05parties invite only situations where there's a goal that
- 8:13everybody's aware of and they're they're dressed as, you know,
- 8:18animals, monsters, whatever, hiding them, their identity.
- 8:24But there's a whole that that whole genre, that niche, they
- 8:30have their whole like thing on like like porn and stuff.
- 8:35Yeah, there's yeah. And like the the parties
- 8:39together. Now the next one, I don't
- 8:41understand. I mean, myself person, this is
- 8:44me, but I know there's like there are people that are out
- 8:47there that like to get the tails, like a fox tail and
- 8:50stuff, but it's a it's yeah, it goes in.
- 8:55Yeah, it goes. In permanently.
- 8:58But it's furry. I don't know if it's furry, but
- 9:01it's somebody that has AI think they just run around with it,
- 9:04but it's like it has the you just.
- 9:06Run around. The thing, it goes in in your
- 9:09ass and then it hangs out. It's the tail.
- 9:11Oh. Yeah, yeah.
- 9:16I was thinking, I thought, you know, like the one that you tie
- 9:19around yourself and then it's like a.
- 9:20Little fluffy no. You're not talking about the
- 9:22fluffy tail like a fairy. And then this one goes in.
- 9:26That's what I thought you were talking about.
- 9:29Cool. Now people are doing that too.
- 9:31No for me. Do you boots?
- 9:35I don't want to. I don't want that in my ass.
- 9:37No, maybe that's OK. I don't.
- 9:40There's that. Yeah, they're walking around,
- 9:43but I don't want to yuck, yuck. Well, no, I don't want to yap if
- 9:47anybody's Yum myself personally, I don't want to do it.
- 9:49Well, this was at like party. Well, this was a number of years
- 9:52ago. I was talk I I went to this one
- 9:54store and I was talking to this girl.
- 9:56How did this conversation happen?
- 9:58I still don't know, but she was telling me that she had like,
- 10:02like she had the beads like up inside her and she was walking
- 10:08up a flight of steps and they fell out.
- 10:11I feel like it would hurt walking around with something
- 10:15back there versus like I know in the lady area.
- 10:19This horse was in the lady, Well, she had it in the beads
- 10:22and they fell out when she was walking up steps.
- 10:27Yeah, 'cause I think people were like around her and stuff when
- 10:29that happened. Have you never put anything up
- 10:36there? In the other area.
- 10:40Yeah. By accident during some
- 10:44situation yeah he likes to keep saying you know remember that
- 10:48one time I'm like yeah, I'm good like we're not I was I was on
- 10:52accident so that's not I have an issue like an ick with that just
- 10:58because of the whole. I don't find it comfortable.
- 11:02I don't find it comfortable at all.
- 11:05It's now some people, they love it.
- 11:08It's it's whatever. But me now that's a hard pass.
- 11:12I didn't. I don't enjoy it so.
- 11:14All the time when I was younger. Now I feel like I've matured a
- 11:17little bit, you know? I'd rather have things that
- 11:21bring me my joy of it that doesn't bring any form of joy.
- 11:28Again, I've tried. It wasn't exciting, I didn't
- 11:30like it. And so and I don't want to have
- 11:33a one of those plugs. That's what I'm going with a
- 11:37butt plug because that's why I always laugh about because the
- 11:39the things you can get for your Kindle, the little dust plug,
- 11:42they call them butt plugs too. That's awesome.
- 11:47But yeah, I don't, Yeah, I don't want to do.
- 11:48But now the other thing now I did see this.
- 11:52Now you can get a tail that's magnetic and you can put it on
- 11:56the back of your car and you can wag your tail on the back of
- 11:59your car. I'm not sure what people are
- 12:01doing. I'm.
- 12:02Not sure what they're. Doing.
- 12:04Eyelashes. Cat or something?
- 12:07What do people do this in Australia, Kirsty?
- 12:10Do they do weird things like this?
- 12:12People have eyelashes for their cars too, like the headlights.
- 12:15And we get the rope big. I have seen that.
- 12:18Not in my own country. I just don't.
- 12:22Don't you have better things to spend your money on, like books?
- 12:26I don't. You'd be surprised.
- 12:30You would be very surprised. Oh you will.
- 12:33You'll get a taste of it when you're here to see what people
- 12:37spend their money on here. The only obnoxious thing that
- 12:40people put on their cars in Australia is around Australia
- 12:43Day. So like I suppose your
- 12:45Independence Day. We have Australia Day in
- 12:47January. Very controversial.
- 12:50Anyway, people put massive. On.
- 12:53Obnoxiously large flags. Oh yeah, that happens here too,
- 13:02for certain individuals for some reason.
- 13:05Yeah, it's. Probably the same vibe.
- 13:07We call them bogans. Oh.
- 13:11Like. Similar.
- 13:13Yes, similar to a redneck. Oh yeah.
- 13:16Yeah, it's so. Funny, like, like here, you will
- 13:20see a lot of men that, in my opinion, are highly compensating
- 13:28for something. So they get a very large truck
- 13:33and then, yeah, and they have giant tires and they don't get
- 13:36out of the truck and they're just little tiny men.
- 13:39That's just something. There's an observation.
- 13:43Just an observation. You see, I mean, we're in
- 13:46Kentucky. You see a lot of interesting
- 13:48things here. And Texas?
- 13:50Yep, very true. So you'll, you'll have, you're
- 13:55going to be in Alaska and you're going to make your way down.
- 13:59So you'll see some interesting, I'm sure you will see
- 14:03interesting people. We won't be going any further E
- 14:06then Wyoming, Montana, Utah. Arizona you'll still be West
- 14:16Coast or West yeah Westish, but you'll still see interesting
- 14:22people. I'm.
- 14:23Sure we will, I saw a few hours in February.
- 14:28OK. So that's when you plan to be
- 14:30that far down by that point. Oh, no, no, in February, just
- 14:33gone. Oh.
- 14:34When you were just here. OK, what I should?
- 14:36Say yeah. February is a great time to
- 14:39visit Arizona and being from there, I miss the mountains and
- 14:42the sunsets and all of that and I miss it so much.
- 14:45But February is awesome time. Yeah, a long time.
- 14:49It was in Texas. In Texas, I've been here
- 14:5320/16/14, so 12 years, something like that.
- 14:59Yeah. But I left Arizona when I was
- 15:00eighteen, way before that. Just got emancipated at 16.
- 15:06I had an opportunity to to get out.
- 15:08So I was like, I'm done. My family, I'm actually, my
- 15:11children are 9 generations born there.
- 15:13We flew on purpose to have them born because it's so rare to
- 15:18have so many generations in a state, especially in America,
- 15:22just because we're all over and scattered.
- 15:25So I'm 8 generations born there. My family pretty much pioneered
- 15:29there to build it. And so my whole everybody's over
- 15:34there and I was ready to get out at 18.
- 15:36So yeah. But now I miss it.
- 15:38Being an adult now, I'm just like, I miss the not the
- 15:41summers, but mountains, sunsets, you know, all of that very much.
- 15:46You see, I see I'm originally from Pennsylvania.
- 15:49So I had, I think I was from my on my mom's side.
- 15:53I was like 3rd to 5th generation.
- 15:57That's it there because, because, because my grandmother,
- 16:01her parents came from Italy. So there's that.
- 16:04But now, but now my dad's side, they, they've been here like
- 16:08since sixteen, 1700s. So, so there's a lot of
- 16:13generations there, but mostly they were in Pennsylvania and
- 16:15that well, New England, that whole area.
- 16:18And then I moved to Kentucky because that's where my
- 16:22husband's from. That's awesome. 2 of my 3 kids
- 16:26have been born here. One was in Pennsylvania.
- 16:29So did your family give you a hard time?
- 16:30Because mine was really all over the place.
- 16:32Like you can't. Absolutely.
- 16:35Oh, yeah. Oh yeah, absolutely.
- 16:37I don't, Well, actually I don't speak to a lot of my family, but
- 16:41but yeah, a lot of my family, they they stayed in that area
- 16:45and never left. A few have left and, you know,
- 16:49have gone other places, but but a lot of them even just still
- 16:53came back. I tried it once I went back,
- 16:56it's not the same. When you go back home is never
- 16:59home. It's not the same because where
- 17:01home is is now here. I feel this is home.
- 17:05This feels like home. But when we go back, it was not.
- 17:10Kirsten, you have the traveling bug.
- 17:13Will you miss where you're, you know, where your house and that
- 17:17is, do you miss that or do you just just love the traveling
- 17:20bug? I miss the people, but a similar
- 17:25thing. I don't really talk to a lot of
- 17:27my family. My dad lives on the other side
- 17:29of the country, so I don't see him very often anyway.
- 17:36But yeah, no, just the people. It's a beautiful state, don't
- 17:40get me wrong, but it's small population wise, not size wise,
- 17:46yeah. So I don't miss it, no.
- 17:50But. I imagine I'm going to miss
- 17:54social interaction with people and not just spending time with
- 17:59my husband in a car. But you have me, you have me,
- 18:04and then you'll only be a few hours behind me, so.
- 18:07I. Know right now your future
- 18:12woman. You're in.
- 18:13You are technically in tomorrow. I am.
- 18:15For us and we're in yesterday. Yes, so cool.
- 18:19Yes. I have a lot of technology, not
- 18:23all the time, but in cases like this connecting, it's so cool,
- 18:27yeah. What now, Vex?
- 18:29What are you reading? Now I'm doing audio for dungeon
- 18:34crawler Carl, I barely listen to audiobooks so it's already been
- 18:38like 2 months and I'm on chapter 35 or something.
- 18:41Book 1 so dungeon crawler and then arc read for trapped in
- 18:46aquaf aquaf. It's hilarious.
- 18:49I made a post on it. It's so funny for palate
- 18:53cleanser. But it's fantasy where the
- 18:56beginning of the book it's two best friends.
- 18:58One is obsessed with a fantasy series and forces her best
- 19:02friend to read it who hates it and is just like everything is
- 19:05so cliche and this is what is this mate bond without having
- 19:10any choice involved and what is a growl and like this is just
- 19:14doesn't make sense and like super hating on it.
- 19:17They're having a sleepover and decide to go to the store, get
- 19:21in a car accident and die while they're fighting over this book.
- 19:25And they end up waking up inside of the book series and they're
- 19:30super in shock. And 1 is just like what's going
- 19:33on? A male comes out and is like
- 19:35we're mates and that woman is like, oh hell no, Get Me Out of
- 19:39here. And the other friend is just
- 19:41like, this is amazing. Like I love this so much and
- 19:44like be my mate, you know. And so the book comes out August
- 19:491st, but it is so funny. Like she even references so many
- 19:53things in our time but in the realm.
- 19:56So she had just said I don't know if this is a Jumanji
- 19:59situation where if I die here, whatever is going on with my
- 20:02body there does that die? Like it's so funny.
- 20:05So anyways I'm reading that and then I've got so many art greeds
- 20:09after this but and me writing my own book as well so.
- 20:14Just a lot all over the board. And I'd really would love to
- 20:17reread Akatar. I'd love to reread Throne of
- 20:21Glass 'cause I just got the fancy, you know, acrylics, like
- 20:26Oh my gosh, it's so pretty. And then my 4 year old son, I
- 20:29was reading them books at night yesterday or something and they
- 20:33don't really come in my room and that's like where my books are.
- 20:35So I was reading and he was just like, look.
- 20:39And I was like, I know, like, do you want to touch it?
- 20:41Like that's so cool. Like I'm sent it to work but.
- 20:44Gorilla pics does beautiful, beautiful screen edges.
- 20:50Chelsea has. I think she has the same set
- 20:53issue for throwing a glass and then she has ACOTAR.
- 20:57But she said she doesn't know what's going to happen now
- 21:00because book 6 is coming out and she and plus her set is from the
- 21:07whole AI problem that they had because they did AI art or
- 21:12something and they had offered like people could send them back
- 21:15in, they sand them down and then redo them.
- 21:19But she still has that set. So she's wondering what's going
- 21:23to happen when book 6 comes out in October and Book 7, etcetera,
- 21:28etcetera. So I don't know.
- 21:29But they are gorgeous. Christie, you said you'd have
- 21:32that set too. Yes.
- 21:33Yes, I have the Throne of Gloss set as well.
- 21:35Yeah. I thought about the ACOTAR to do
- 21:39that, but again, like you mentioned, I was like just wait.
- 21:43I just got to turn a glass. Like calm down.
- 21:45I can wait until the other books come out, make sure it's
- 21:47complete. Somebody had mentioned Crescent
- 21:49City has a book for. Yes, now this is from what I
- 21:54understand, it's going to she is going to be doing a book for and
- 21:59but she hasn't said anything definitively, but I it's going
- 22:04to be like another storyline because I I believe like Hunt
- 22:09and and what's Bryce? There we go.
- 22:14I think their stories is complete their.
- 22:17I see. Their love story, I should say
- 22:19their love story. But do I think Bryce could
- 22:22continue on in the stories and being involved in it?
- 22:25Yes. But I think this is my opinion.
- 22:28I think it's going to be the Ocean Queen.
- 22:30I think it's going to be her story or the River Queen, one or
- 22:34the other. That would be cool because I
- 22:37know that our acrylic pics also has Crescent City as well.
- 22:42And I was like OK, so I'll buy that instead of the Acatar.
- 22:46But then I saw that post and I was like wait, wait, wait, like
- 22:49what do you mean hold on. So I didn't buy anything else
- 22:52but Throne of Glass. How that concluded?
- 22:55That's it. Like.
- 22:57I I have not read Turn of Glass, Kirstie, have you?
- 23:01You've read Turn of Glass now. Now I will be talking.
- 23:05Now I do talk things on here. Oh, also, everybody that is
- 23:09listening to us right now, this is again, this is one of our
- 23:12ACOTAR miniseries episodes. So if you have not read ACOTAR,
- 23:18Throne of Glass, Crescent City, there will be spoilers.
- 23:22So if you have not, this probably wouldn't be the episode
- 23:25for you. But if you don't care, you're
- 23:27very welcome to continue to listen to us.
- 23:30Well, I'm going to step into our little episode here today.
- 23:35Oh, also, ladies, I am still reading Kingdoms of Silent
- 23:38Sorrows by AG Harris. That's what I'm reading.
- 23:41I'm. Right now, do you like it?
- 23:44Oh, I love it. Oh, I absolutely love it.
- 23:46It's just I'm slow right now. It's because I've been doing so
- 23:48much with the podcast because we've changed a lot of things
- 23:51here. So I've been really busy doing
- 23:52that. So I haven't had as much.
- 23:55And plus also I've been sucked into the Netflix show Sweet
- 24:00Magnolias. I'm I'm on season.
- 24:03I'm on season 4 now. Oh wow, I.
- 24:06Had the shocking episode happen but if you haven't watched it I
- 24:10can't tell you. Oh, that's a shocking thing.
- 24:13The end of Season 3. This is at the end of season 4.
- 24:18I'm in season 4. Something shocking happens.
- 24:21Oh, I don't know. I was shocked.
- 24:24I was shocked. It shook me.
- 24:27So I can't tell you any more than that, but it was good.
- 24:30So I'm so I'm watching that and I believe just this this past
- 24:35month, season 5 has started rolling out.
- 24:39So so I'm getting close to being caught up.
- 24:42So if you've never watched it, it's on Netflix.
- 24:44It's called Sweet Magnolias. My husband makes fun of it.
- 24:47I love it. And if I could live in that
- 24:52fictional little world, I would. Because they have like, it's a
- 24:57very sweet little hometown. They have all kinds of like,
- 25:00it's beautiful places. Everybody's in everybody's
- 25:03business. But it's just all the men have 6
- 25:08packs. I don't.
- 25:09It's just it's a good show. You need to watch it.
- 25:12Sounds awesome. It's like Gilmore goes, but on
- 25:15crack. I really, I've been so obsessed
- 25:20with my writing the last two months.
- 25:22I've like barely getting in my reading and let alone TV and now
- 25:26soccer going on. My husband's like you're not
- 25:28going to watch with me. And I'm like, I've got things to
- 25:30do. And he's like, but those are
- 25:32hobbies. Like this is once in a four
- 25:34years and I was like, that's fine, but deadlines.
- 25:37I don't know what to tell you. I know it's a hobby, but no,
- 25:39like I'm obsessed. So that's where my energy.
- 25:42Don't I? Don't I have to tell you all, I
- 25:45don't watch soccer. You don't watch it.
- 25:48No, no, I watch. I watch.
- 25:52I watch American football and I watch basketball.
- 25:56Not NBA, but I do watch college football or college football.
- 26:00College basketball and the NFL. That's what I watch.
- 26:05Yeah, I don't. Understand American football.
- 26:08Like American football? Yeah, American football I don't
- 26:11get, but basketball is fun. Like I love watching basketball.
- 26:14I don't like watching the NBA. That doesn't it?
- 26:17I don't know. It just doesn't.
- 26:19I don't know. They've changed a lot even with
- 26:20college basketball and stuff now that they're paying players the
- 26:24the NIL deals or whatever it is to me, I think it took a little
- 26:28bit of the sparkle from it, but we'll see how it goes over the
- 26:31next few years. But Oh yeah, got to remember,
- 26:34I'm in Kentucky. If you know anything about
- 26:37Kentucky, the University of Kentucky is very big here.
- 26:42You are either a Kentucky Wildcat fan, which is our house
- 26:46because my husband huge Kentucky fan, or you're a Louisville
- 26:51Cardinal fan, which my husband does not particularly like.
- 26:57And, and so so, yeah, so it's one or the other.
- 27:01And then the NFL were Steeler fans, Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 27:05So there's that. Nice.
- 27:08OK, so now, so now let's since we did all this, let's get into
- 27:12our deep dive here on all these weird theories.
- 27:16Now again, I'm going to let everybody know that these are
- 27:19not necessarily our theories. These are theories that are out
- 27:23on the Internet. And let's see if any of these
- 27:27what you guys think. Do you think they hold weight?
- 27:29Do you think there's validity to them?
- 27:31Or do you think this is completely wrong?
- 27:34So now let's talk about Elaine. She keeps disappearing in the
- 27:39court of Silver Plains. Cassia notices that she keeps
- 27:42slipping away, claiming she's tending to an elderly fairy
- 27:46garden, but he flags some weird tightness in her face and senses
- 27:51she is hiding something massive. The Internet theories are
- 27:55absolutely chilling. Either Elaine is an unconscious
- 27:58spy for the death God Cauchy, or is she actively harboring the
- 28:03missing library shadow monster Bree Axis inside her own
- 28:08subconscious. Have you, have you seen that
- 28:12theory that they're? Saying I do like the theory that
- 28:15she's Braaxis. Yeah, I could get around that.
- 28:18I mean, it's there's no way it's true, but I could get around it.
- 28:23Well, I'm still shook. The Braaxis is a she.
- 28:27I did not. I did not see that coming when
- 28:31she said that. But I love the way that it.
- 28:36Yeah. And thinking about it, be her
- 28:38harboring the monster like in her, is that what it's saying?
- 28:43Like harboring? That's.
- 28:44Because the whole thing is that it under the library it's
- 28:47massive and needs and essentially wasn't there
- 28:51something about it not being able to escape or doesn't want
- 28:54to like that's like it couldn't get out.
- 28:59Well, Bri Axis is the embodiment of fear.
- 29:02We do know that and now I have my own theory of who I think
- 29:07Briaxis is because I I have a theory of what the library is.
- 29:13I because now remember all of Sarah's worlds are
- 29:17interconnected and if you remember there's 7 levels of
- 29:22hell. How many levels of the library
- 29:25are there? There is 7.
- 29:28Could possibly Briaxis have been a guardian for a portal to hell?
- 29:34That is what I think Briacsis is.
- 29:38That makes sense. That's my my thought.
- 29:42Sorry. So now here's this one.
- 29:43So since we're thinking that Elaine is possibly an unwilling
- 29:47sleeper agent, OK, maybe she doesn't even realize that she's
- 29:52a sleeper agent. I mean, there's always that
- 29:53possibility. There's something weird with
- 29:55Elaine. I think we all can attest to
- 29:58that, don't you think? There's some, yeah, yeah.
- 30:02All right. Well in in a court of Silver
- 30:06Flames, Cassian documents Elaine's continuously slipping
- 30:10away from the House of Winn unannounced.
- 30:14Her mask like tightness suggests she's harboring a massive
- 30:17secret. The theory states her human ex
- 30:20fiance Grayson, whose family was fanatically anti fae and allied
- 30:26with corrupt Queens, slipped a piece of jewelry onto her, a
- 30:30black Onyx Volgren, from the Throne of Glass.
- 30:35That's right. And his it wasn't his father,
- 30:38like trying to take over and like trying to be the one ruling
- 30:44and all of that stuff. And he's like, really evil.
- 30:48Well, his debt, well, we don't. Grayson's and him and his
- 30:51father, they absolutely hated the fae.
- 30:53Absolutely hated the fae. And they had, remember, they had
- 30:57that big large compound, remember, they were going to
- 31:00fight the fae and whatever. But the piece, the ring that he
- 31:04gave Elaine, remember, it was, it was iron, remember?
- 31:09And then it had Blackstone. Like against.
- 31:11Yeah, yeah. Since now both of you have read
- 31:15Throne of Glass, what is a black Onic bold ring?
- 31:20You don't know. Because I didn't read.
- 31:22I didn't read Throne of Glass. It's a pretty deep question,
- 31:25Kirstie. Do you want to go like it's?
- 31:29Complex. It's very complex.
- 31:31How to answer that without taking 20 minutes?
- 31:37Well, is it something that gives them power or something like
- 31:40that? It allowing them to be
- 31:42possessed, yeah. OK, OK.
- 31:45Because I know there's something with possession.
- 31:47Yeah, and then the being overtakes the body, and then
- 31:51you, the person and the being fight until the being.
- 31:57Could take over completely. 99.99% of the time.
- 32:01So they have to put on, but is is it?
- 32:04Is it always a ring? It's a collar, but this is a
- 32:07ring. But it could it.
- 32:08Can be a ring. Yeah, it doesn't have to be.
- 32:10Yeah, Yeah, it can be. Then can't take it off.
- 32:16Don't, I mean, that is possible. I mean, Elaine, because she
- 32:18keeps wearing that ring. I don't think she's ever taken
- 32:21it off. That would be crazy.
- 32:23That would be crazy if that ring and that makes sense also
- 32:27because look, if you think about it, this is something I thought
- 32:31about in my own book. So I'm trying not to like say
- 32:32too much, but having even though you're human, right and you're
- 32:37trying to come against the Fay like Gray, what's his name?
- 32:40Grayson, his Grayson Grayson, his father.
- 32:43I don't. Remember what his dad's name is?
- 32:45I don't remember how it is, Grayson.
- 32:47So he's like coming to go head to head with the fae.
- 32:51He can't physically right. He doesn't have that ability.
- 32:55So he's got to find another method.
- 32:58So if and he's so high, horse hi ho, hi Gung, hung Gung.
- 33:04Whatever. Gung ho about going after them
- 33:09that that fully. Like I get that, that would be
- 33:13crazy because I totally forgot about them.
- 33:18Again, I don't know. All right now, try this one out
- 33:22then. All right now, do you remember
- 33:24when Elaine was having her visions?
- 33:26She has a vision of a black box. Do you remember that?
- 33:31It's a black Onyx box. Now, this validates her early
- 33:36seer vision, seeing in a court of Wings and Ruin where she
- 33:39frantically mutters about a black box with a soul trapped
- 33:44inside in Slavic folklore. Because remember, Sarah takes a
- 33:49lot of everything that we're reading in Acutar.
- 33:52It's from many different, like folklore, you know, pathology,
- 33:56that kind of stuff. OK, let's see here.
- 33:59The exact same source material, by the way, for Koshi.
- 34:02But you know, Koshi. Koshi the Deathless literally
- 34:05hides his soul outside his body inside a secret box.
- 34:10Elaine's mind is already actively plugged into his soul
- 34:13container. So is that is his soul in this
- 34:16box and is it I, I don't know, I thought, what do we think on
- 34:21that? Because they wanted to find it
- 34:23before he did, right? It's all like coming to me like
- 34:26something. I know she mentions it because
- 34:30see, now there's two mentions of boxes across two different
- 34:33series because it makes me question things.
- 34:37There's this one, supposedly this black Onyx one or whatever,
- 34:39the black box. And then if you're reading
- 34:42Crescent City, the one girl that what does she, was she a Wraith,
- 34:47I think, or something? The one that was with Hunt And
- 34:52remember when they they did their whole thing And the, the
- 34:55Archangel Micah there, he takes her and takes her soul and he
- 34:59puts her in the box. It's a crystal box and he throws
- 35:02her into the water. So I mean, both boxes are
- 35:05technically the same kind of thing, two different.
- 35:09And I didn't finish the full Crescent City, but this box
- 35:12moment with the friend who stuck there for all eternity now
- 35:15doesn't. And she's conscious.
- 35:18Yeah, and it's like you can't just leave her there.
- 35:20Like there's got to be. And I don't know if it's
- 35:22completed like through Books 3, but because I'm almost done with
- 35:26two, but for Agatar and this being the sole thing, like, I
- 35:32totally see that there's some sort of boxing.
- 35:35And what if the guy, what's the guy's name who made the the
- 35:39collars, the bad guy heroin. Yeah.
- 35:42That isn't because didn't he make these him and and Maeve and
- 35:48and his brother like that, this iron and all of that was made to
- 35:54for them to be able to seep into our world, Right.
- 35:56Yep. So those boxes.
- 36:00Yeah, Yeah. Would they be from there
- 36:03universe? Do you remember where those
- 36:04colors came from? Like who made them?
- 36:07No. No, I assumed it was a Maeve
- 36:10situation. I'm wondering how will Grayson
- 36:15and his father be able to control the Valk if they're
- 36:21human? No way, but who can control
- 36:24that? I thought only Arowind could
- 36:26control them. Yeah, I also don't know.
- 36:31The other thing we don't know, right, is like we know all the
- 36:35world's are connected and we obviously know that Crescent
- 36:40City and Acatar are on a similar timeline, but Throne of Glass, I
- 36:47have a feeling that's not on the same timeline.
- 36:51I don't think so. I I don't I don't think Throne
- 36:53of Glass is on the same timeline, but I think I do feel
- 36:56it is tied together because we do know, because Sarah admitted
- 37:00it and she said it like when star fall was happening and that
- 37:05star was falling, that red shooting star and Reese.
- 37:09It was was it? What's the girl from throwing a
- 37:12glass Eilan. She was falling through the
- 37:14worlds and he slowed her descent.
- 37:16Yes. So yeah.
- 37:19So it is tide. So cool.
- 37:21I don't know. But was I really pregnant?
- 37:24Pharaoh was pregnant during it. That's when.
- 37:27But that's what we don't know. It happened.
- 37:29Was. We don't know that it was.
- 37:31Right. The first.
- 37:32Yeah. Whatever Hosie Watson is his
- 37:34name is, we don't know that it was him, right?
- 37:38It could have been anyone. Which is.
- 37:42What was him the sorry the the the pregnancy?
- 37:46We don't know if that was the first pregnancy, right?
- 37:49Well, yeah, we don't know what pregnancy it was.
- 37:51That's correct. So I.
- 37:54Also feel like if you're falling through, well, you could fall
- 37:56through different times as well, right?
- 37:58For sure. Well, we know there's a lot of
- 38:00interesting stuff in Prythian and in their world because we
- 38:05know there's these misty areas. There's, you know, where the
- 38:09prison is, It's a misty area that we know in Supreme Court,
- 38:12there's a misty area. When you're reading Crescent
- 38:15City, there's a misty area. You know, they're all tied
- 38:19together. So could there be in her world?
- 38:23And there's misty areas, I mean. There's no way that Reese in
- 38:27Reese And's mom isn't from throne for us.
- 38:35I'm putting it. Interesting.
- 38:36What? And Reese's mom?
- 38:39Reese's mom, I think she's from throne for us, from that world.
- 38:47Now, see, I think, all right, get ready.
- 38:50I think, I think Ferris and the Archeron, Mama Archeron, I think
- 38:56she is from Throne of Glass World too.
- 38:59Yeah. Oh, 'cause she.
- 39:04Had Wait, what did Christy say? No, I changed my mind about what
- 39:07I was going to say. It was too controversial.
- 39:11Too controversial. That's what this whole episode
- 39:14is about. What is your controversial
- 39:17thought? No, I was going to say.
- 39:18Now do you imagine if they were related?
- 39:22Oh. Yeah, too comfortable.
- 39:25Yeah, right, because they were already.
- 39:26Well, that's right. If they're faded mates, they
- 39:28can't be related, right? Supposed faded mates unless he
- 39:32manipulated things because we know he can do things but
- 39:36that's. That's for another.
- 39:38Yeah, another episode. Let's start.
- 39:40Going that's for another episode now, OK, because we're focusing
- 39:43on the crazy Elaine because again, she's too sweet.
- 39:47I think she's crazy. OK now this is the next one.
- 39:50Is she a Braxis vessel like we were talking about?
- 39:54If she isn't a sleeper agent then is Braxis hiding inside her
- 40:00when the bargain when he was or she?
- 40:02I'm sorry she was bargaining with Farrah.
- 40:06Braxis didn't ask for blood, but asked for a window to see the
- 40:12stars. A seer's mind is literally a
- 40:16cosmic window into the tapestry of time.
- 40:20So is he or she? I'm sorry, Inside Elaine.
- 40:24That's why Elaine's acting so weird.
- 40:25Because Elaine isn't all Elaine. Do we think she doesn't know?
- 40:33Maybe she doesn't know that Briaxis is inside her.
- 40:38I mean, Briaxis has been missing since ACA war.
- 40:42We do not know where she went. We know she's not dead.
- 40:46See, this is where I always get. But like the bone Carver Strega,
- 40:53I do not believe they are dead. And again, unless you see it on
- 40:59paper and see it actually wrote out that they're dead, then I'll
- 41:04believe it. But they were death gods.
- 41:07That little bit that battle is what took them out and killed
- 41:10them. I just don't, I don't believe
- 41:13it. So if Briaxis is out there
- 41:16running around, obviously not dead, I mean, is it possible
- 41:20that she went inside Elaine? Because remember, Elaine is the
- 41:24one that killed the King of Highburn, right?
- 41:28She oh, I hit my headphones real hard.
- 41:30She says, you know, she stabbed him in the neck.
- 41:33I'm kind of leaning a bit more now to the sleeper cell
- 41:37situation because she also, I don't feel like she's stupid,
- 41:44right? And I mean, she's she's knows
- 41:47what she's doing is what I mean by that.
- 41:49Her choices are very immature. You know, like just because
- 41:55she's had so much pampering and when everybody else is
- 41:59suffering, it's always been about her.
- 42:01She's always had everybody essentially like up her ass.
- 42:06Are you OK? Are you OK?
- 42:06Make sure she's safe, make sure she's protected.
- 42:09And so she really wants this guy Grayson, right?
- 42:13She was very obsessed with him. Like really there was very clear
- 42:18signs that she should not have pursued this and is still like,
- 42:22I'm fell in love. And so now in the middle of her
- 42:25still having very strong feelings went to the Faye world.
- 42:29And so, yeah, you've got Lucy and and Azrael and all of this
- 42:32stuff, but a first love like that is something so hard to
- 42:37break. And especially if you've got
- 42:40that your young love on top of that, you've never had it
- 42:44before. And she felt like he could give
- 42:46her what she wanted, that if he, the king, is wanting to use her
- 42:53to go kill the the king. Hybrid.
- 42:57I'm not saying that right, Hybrid, you know what I'm
- 43:00saying? She used the yes, the king of
- 43:02Highburn, to go kill him, and then she keeps disappearing.
- 43:06For me, I think it's just that she's wanting to use that time
- 43:12that now her sisters have more on their plates.
- 43:14Now they're not as focused on her.
- 43:17She's using that opportunity to slip away for more of a intent
- 43:23that she's being used without thinking she's being used right.
- 43:27She's just like, this is what's going to make him love me and
- 43:30accept me for being Fae is if I help him, he's going to marry
- 43:33me. He's still going he loves me for
- 43:35me not paying attention to the fae anymore and like sort of a
- 43:39her mind is very malleable. You know what I mean?
- 43:43When? It's possible.
- 43:45I mean it is possible but I mean they had such a hate for for the
- 43:50fae and now that Elaine is fae I don't even know if Grayson would
- 43:55even see her because he has it so embedded inside.
- 43:59Him they're trying to kill. Them they're trying to take.
- 44:02Unless they're, you know, unless, well, unless they're
- 44:05using her as to get secrets or something, she'd be stupid
- 44:09enough to do it. I don't know.
- 44:11Well, let me ask you that this question here, both of you,
- 44:14because she both read turn of class.
- 44:16Now we know the King of Highburn.
- 44:18We don't know his name. Who is he?
- 44:22Now they have theories of who he is.
- 44:25Now, I don't know who this person is.
- 44:27I've heard the name, but they said they believe that he is the
- 44:31brother of Dorian. That is who they believe the
- 44:34king of Hyburn is. Because again, Hyburn is the
- 44:38island or the place where he's at.
- 44:41It's not his last name. And all the time when I was
- 44:43reading it, I just kept thinking, oh, that's who he is.
- 44:46No, it's King of Highburn. So do we.
- 44:50Do we think it is possible that this is Dorian's brother?
- 44:55Again, I don't know who Dorian is, but you 2 do.
- 44:58Dorian's brother disappears in the last Book of Throne of Glass
- 45:03with his mom. Yeah, we never hear from him.
- 45:08Again. And we barely hear from him
- 45:09through the series too. Yeah, we don't.
- 45:11In hiding. We just know he's his youngest.
- 45:15That's possible. So then again, it's possible.
- 45:19Yeah. So now.
- 45:20Mom and all of this, we don't know them like where they are,
- 45:24anything about like what's going on with them.
- 45:28Well, it's just like how we don't know what Mama Archeron's
- 45:31name is, or her mother either, but that's for another day.
- 45:34But now? Now, when Elaine emerged from
- 45:37the cauldron, she was locked in a dark room, consumed by pure
- 45:41terror. Brie Axis feeds on fear.
- 45:44Remember? The embodiment of fear, it would
- 45:48draw straight to her, curling up inside her mind as a protective
- 45:52shield. This would explain how
- 45:54completely untrained individual Florida State shadow stepped
- 45:58undetected to slit the throat. You remember she, you know of
- 46:02the King of Highburn with the truth teller?
- 46:05Because remember, she stole Azrael's knife and cut his
- 46:08throat. So the monster was leading her
- 46:11with its its own thing. Because Reaxis has.
- 46:14I don't think she would have any issue because I think Briaxis is
- 46:18quite ancient as well. Yeah, Yeah, that makes sense
- 46:22because I forgot that she she shadow step to do the final
- 46:27blow. I forgot that part, yeah.
- 46:30Yeah, yeah. Isn't it?
- 46:33Maybe her and Briaxis are just besties.
- 46:36And he wants to protect or she wants to protect her.
- 46:39Some of them. Elaine left Briaxis live inside
- 46:45her, and when she disappears to go tend to the garden, she's
- 46:51letting Braxis out to explore, and that's why she gets that
- 46:55funny look on her face that Cassian's picking up.
- 46:59It's possible. You see, I mean, Elaine, Elaine
- 47:06is interesting. Nesta was more like right there
- 47:10in your face. You, you seen like she would
- 47:13tell you exactly what was wrong. Elaine.
- 47:17Elaine. OK, so now let's see here.
- 47:20Now we have to look at Elaine's actual choices and her agency
- 47:24because this trips up the entire fandom.
- 47:27OK? In a court of Frost and Starlet,
- 47:31Elaine drops an absolute truth bomb when she explicitly states
- 47:36that she doesn't want Lucian. She doesn't want a male at all.
- 47:43In a world where mating bonds are treated like absolute, you
- 47:47know, breakable divine law, Elaine is quietly staging a
- 47:51total revolution. And girls, the Internet has
- 47:55connected this to a legendary theory.
- 47:58What if Elaine's true path isn't with Azrael or Lucian?
- 48:03But what if it's with more? Because.
- 48:08She said because she said she doesn't want a male at all.
- 48:11OK. What do we think on that theory?
- 48:15That would be awesome because if she pisses me off with Grayson
- 48:18in the beginning, like how, how lovesick and and naive.
- 48:23So that would be awesome if that's the reason why she was
- 48:27forcing it so hard. And then she's coming over here
- 48:30and finding more of herself, being able to open up and get
- 48:35all of that attention off of her, so much so she could be
- 48:38able to be like, yeah, I don't want that like I don't want that
- 48:41like, And then more is there. So I would so get behind that.
- 48:46That would be awesome cuz. Amy cuz if you think about it
- 48:50now, a lot of people sleep on the little Christmas novella in
- 48:54an ACOTAR. I love it too.
- 48:57Amy cuz it's kind of like you're peeling back the curtain and
- 48:59you're seeing there. It's not like they're fighting
- 49:02the war or anything. It's just, you know, their
- 49:05everyday lives and we see in there, but there are all these
- 49:08little things that happen in that book that people completely
- 49:13dismiss or forget. You know, just like, where did
- 49:17Azrael go when he says he's going to Rose Hall, Who's he
- 49:21going to visit? Doesn't say anything Reese and
- 49:24says to, you know, because he said he was going to Rose Hall
- 49:26and Reese and is like, buy her something from me, will you?
- 49:30And Azrael was like, Oh yeah, he'll do it and never mentions
- 49:34it again. Who's in Rose Hall?
- 49:37I think it's Aziro's mother. That's my opinion, but we'll
- 49:40see. But it's an interesting thing.
- 49:42That's what I'm saying. People sleep on that little
- 49:45novella, but there's so many little things that I think
- 49:50they're bread crumbs. I know.
- 49:54I've read, I've heard that. I was like, what?
- 49:56Like I thought it was a part of the series.
- 49:58I didn't realize it was the first one I ever encountered
- 50:01where it was a novella. And I just finished the series
- 50:03and I just thought it was a part of it.
- 50:05And then I found out people are like, yeah, I just skipped it.
- 50:07I whatever. I was like, but it's a part of
- 50:09the story. What do you mean?
- 50:10Like, I didn't realize that was a choice.
- 50:12Like you just do that. And so there's things in it that
- 50:16you definitely need. Oh yeah, yeah.
- 50:18Well, it says here, when confronted with reality of her
- 50:21mating bond, Elaine explicitly pushes back against the
- 50:25expectations of Prythian. Her rejection of the concept of
- 50:29belonging to a male shows she values her autonomy over genetic
- 50:35programming. So now this is the more parallel
- 50:38moral Moore has spent centuries hiding her true sexuality from
- 50:42the Night Court to protect herself from the patriarchal
- 50:46demands of the faith society. When Elaine states she doesn't
- 50:50want a male, it directly mirrors Moore's own orientation.
- 50:55A romantic pairing between them would completely shatter the
- 50:58traditional force mating bond structure of the series.
- 51:04Now this is the other thing. Now it says Moore's baseline
- 51:07power is truth. Remember that?
- 51:09Still don't understand what that means?
- 51:12What is the power truth? Is it that she can force people
- 51:15to tell the truth? She can force people that they
- 51:18can't speak the truth? Still don't.
- 51:21I don't understand what that means.
- 51:23But while Elaine's gift is from the Cauldron, is sight, a seer,
- 51:28and the embodiment of truth are a perfect unified cosmic
- 51:32pairing. Elaine can see the future and
- 51:35more can validate the absolute reality of it.
- 51:39So I don't know, it makes me think maybe it's a little bit
- 51:43more. Maybe, maybe this is what we all
- 51:47like we're missing and didn't see it.
- 51:50Maybe this is the true Perry, because a lot of people were
- 51:53thinking that Moore was going to be with what was Nesta's friend,
- 51:58The one that was she's an Illyrian.
- 52:01What was her Emory? Was that her?
- 52:03Name. Yeah.
- 52:04Because a lot of people thought they were going to be together.
- 52:08Maybe it's Elaine. I'm that's interesting.
- 52:12I'm thinking ready. Elaine has said that she's
- 52:17decided she likes females. That's fine.
- 52:20No issue. Elaine and more are, yeah, but
- 52:27they're keeping it a secret. But Azrael always follows more
- 52:32everywhere because everyone thinks it's because he's in love
- 52:36with her. But I think it's because he
- 52:40doesn't trust her and he thinks that she's being sketchy.
- 52:45So maybe now Elaine is being sketchy because she's doing
- 52:51dodgy things with more because more is evil.
- 52:54And then she's she's also convinced.
- 52:58Elaine to be wait, what do you mean more is evil?
- 53:03There's a lot of theories that she is.
- 53:06Oh, I was like, what do you mean I love more?
- 53:09Oh no, I don't. Really.
- 53:13I think she's sketchy. I think there's a possibility
- 53:16that she could be something darker because when you when at
- 53:21the end of the little Christmas novella there, what is it?
- 53:26Starlight and Frost and Starlight, she's up at her,
- 53:29remember, She goes to her state that nobody really knows about
- 53:33except Reese, and she's up there.
- 53:35Remember then that Shadow is watching her now, Is that Brie
- 53:38Axis? Because Brie Axis is kind of
- 53:40like a shadowy moving thing. Because I think she would know
- 53:44if it was Azru. Or maybe she just senses his
- 53:48shadows, which is possible. But what?
- 53:51Something's watching her. She's not.
- 53:54And why does she have a hidden place?
- 53:56Why doesn't Cassian them know? You know what I mean?
- 53:59I don't think Cassian knows. I don't think all.
- 54:01Yeah. Supposedly Azrael doesn't know,
- 54:04but she has a secret estate, remember?
- 54:06She rides her horses and stuff up there.
- 54:09There's something there. Maybe Elaine's coming up there
- 54:11when she's disappearing and she's going up there with more.
- 54:16I like the Kersey's thaw on Azrael.
- 54:19I didn't think of it like this. Like maybe he's just keeping an
- 54:22eye on her because he deals with shadows, right?
- 54:26And he? Doesn't like Elaine either.
- 54:29Right, and that's right. And if the shadows, if she's
- 54:32dealing with this God of death being in her or, you know,
- 54:37harboring him or or just being a port, like a port in between for
- 54:42them to be able to see the world or be in the world that his
- 54:46shadows know. All right, the shadows whisper
- 54:49and are everywhere to him. I'm dying for his story.
- 54:54But that's all fitting, right? That she is, you know, in
- 55:00cahoots with the God of death, and that Azrael's just keeping a
- 55:07tabs on her more than anything else.
- 55:11So that's a really cool theory. I didn't think of it like that.
- 55:16Well now the the like with Azrael as we know he's a shadow
- 55:20singer. Still don't understand 100% what
- 55:22exactly that means, but the theory completely flips the Azra
- 55:27Lucian ship wore on its head. Azra's shadows might not be
- 55:32hovering around a lane because he's her future lover.
- 55:35They might be protecting her when he recognizes her as
- 55:39someone who like him or more, exists outside the traditional
- 55:44mating bond or mating bold. But it says Faylor states that
- 55:49if a female rejects the mating bond, it can drive the male
- 55:53completely insane. By choosing a female partner
- 55:57over her genetically assigned male counterpart, Elaine would
- 56:02be forcing the narrative to address what happens when the
- 56:05cauldron made bond is completely severed by free will.
- 56:09Because Sarah, when she did her interview in March, she said not
- 56:15all the bonds are correct. What is she saying to us there?
- 56:19What is she trying to tell us? I wouldn't be surprised if
- 56:26Lucian lied. If he was LED.
- 56:31He lied. And he lied.
- 56:33Never. She was never his mate.
- 56:38Who do you think? So I wouldn't, but yeah, I guess
- 56:42they could lie, right? Yeah.
- 56:43Are you? Are you thinking it's Tamlin?
- 56:46Do you think it's? Tamlin I also really like when
- 56:49the storyline of her going to the summer court, the spring
- 56:53court, sorry, her going to the spring court and them being
- 56:57buddy buddy. I also like that theory too.
- 57:00I think that also fits her personality a little bit and
- 57:03like they're, they fit hearing. I don't.
- 57:08I have so many theories when it comes to Tamlin.
- 57:12Tamlin, I don't know. Sarah was very adamant though,
- 57:16that she does not know she's going to give him his redemption
- 57:19arc because she said if she would do something with him, she
- 57:24has to be very careful how she does it because she has had
- 57:28friends that have gone through domestic things in a similar
- 57:32fashion. So she said she has to be very
- 57:35careful. So I'm not 100.
- 57:36That's what makes me think that Tamlin is not, is not freeling.
- 57:42But I do have theories that Tamlin has fathered a whole
- 57:46bunch of children. I do believe that Gwen is
- 57:50Tamlin's daughter the because when you listen to the whole
- 57:55story, when she tells the tale, I believe her mother is Lucian's
- 57:59daughter. So don't hear me out now I've
- 58:04said this theory before. Now when Gwen is talking about
- 58:09her grandmother, she said her grandmother seduced a high Bay
- 58:15male from the Autumn Court. What is Lucian high Fe male
- 58:20court? Unless it's unless it's Heiress,
- 58:22but I'm I'm still leaning towards Lucian.
- 58:27Now we know. That his his.
- 58:30He's not from Autumn Court. That his father.
- 58:34His mom is. Ah, OK, OK.
- 58:37His mom's from Autumn Court and his dad, of course, is Helian,
- 58:40but he still doesn't know that. But so and remember, he was with
- 58:46his, his, his girlfriend, he had and she was a lesser Faye.
- 58:49Her grandmother was a lesser Faye.
- 58:52Jasmina. I think that was her name.
- 58:54Was that her name? It's something like that.
- 58:56It could, it's something like that.
- 58:58OK, so and we know that Baron had her on alive in front of
- 59:04him, in front of Lucian, but that doesn't mean when they were
- 59:09apart that she couldn't have had a child.
- 59:12We know that Lucian has been to Sangrava because when he goes to
- 59:17the House of Wind, and that's an echo, is it Akawar?
- 59:20He goes there into the library and he makes mention that the
- 59:24dyes in the rugs are from Sangrava.
- 59:27I don't know any reason why Sarah would mention that.
- 59:32You know, that's just a, a little, I think a little thing
- 59:37in there. So, so say this daughter was
- 59:41there because the mother was killed.
- 59:43The daughter was raised in Sangrava.
- 59:46Now we know then Gwen goes through the whole whole spiel.
- 59:51She said her mom went to the great right or she was chosen
- 59:55for it, and her mom was chosen at the great right.
- 59:59As we know the person that chooses them and the person
- 1:00:02that's running around because he has to go have sex with
- 1:00:04everybody to make the crops grow.
- 1:00:06Tamlin So and then her and her twin sister were the result of
- 1:00:12the great right. They weren't just anybody else.
- 1:00:14The only person that's doing that at the great right is
- 1:00:18Tamlin. So I think Tamlin's her father.
- 1:00:21That's one of his children. His second child, I believe, is
- 1:00:26over in Crescent City. I said it, but you haven't read
- 1:00:33all of it. No, no.
- 1:00:35But I know there's a crossover because I've been talking about
- 1:00:37it on TikTok and Instagram and stuff and everybody has already
- 1:00:41told me they've already been through.
- 1:00:43And I'm like, that's the bad thing with posting things that
- 1:00:46people tell you spoilers. So I already know that there's
- 1:00:49the crossover. I know that Bryce goes over
- 1:00:51there and or they come over there, I don't know.
- 1:00:54But I don't know the whole full story.
- 1:00:56I just know that they. Well, it's not Bryce.
- 1:01:00Bryce. Bryce is not his child.
- 1:01:02I do believe the autumn king of over there in Midgard, He's
- 1:01:07Bryce's father, not there. I have no qualms about that.
- 1:01:11But another individual that is my favorite character over
- 1:01:16there, Mr. Room Dannon, I believe, is very possible.
- 1:01:20I believe that he could be Tamlin's son.
- 1:01:24Hear me out. I believe now if you read the
- 1:01:27bonus chapters, if you go into the bonus chapters and that were
- 1:01:33Rune Dannon goes and talks to his mother.
- 1:01:35Have you read that the bonus chapters when he goes and talks
- 1:01:38to her. Well, I believe that she is
- 1:01:44Reese and sister. Now, again, unless you see a
- 1:01:49body, that's when you know for sure that somebody is dead.
- 1:01:53Just like Papa Archeron. We saw him die on paper.
- 1:01:58We saw the King of Hyburn die on paper.
- 1:02:00We know they are not here. But supposedly, remember, they
- 1:02:05said that they, their heads were removed.
- 1:02:07Their wings were taken and sent down the river.
- 1:02:10The wings were at Tamlin's house.
- 1:02:11Remember, they said his dad put them up on his wall.
- 1:02:16They were searched. Mom and sister.
- 1:02:18Mom and sister Farrah searched all over the the palace there
- 1:02:23whatever never found them. Then supposedly Tamlin said he
- 1:02:27burned them supposedly. So this is my theory now again.
- 1:02:34Now remember in the spring court there is a pool of moonlight
- 1:02:38that makes no sense. Why would there be a a night
- 1:02:42court thing in spring court? OK, follow my follow my mind.
- 1:02:48I think that Reese's because we never really had a true
- 1:02:52definitive age of how old Reese's sisters.
- 1:02:55We just know she's younger than him, but that doesn't mean she
- 1:02:59was a little girl or anything like that.
- 1:03:01So I put her as a a young woman. OK, So what if her and Tamlyn
- 1:03:07were in love, one of her gifts? Because if she's as powerful as
- 1:03:12Reese, you know they're coming from the same genetics.
- 1:03:16Why couldn't she create a pool of moonlight as a gift of love
- 1:03:20to Tamlin? Oh, there you go.
- 1:03:24Yeah, remember, all over Spring Court, there's misty areas is
- 1:03:29let's say Tamlin knew about the portals and he knew his dad was
- 1:03:34going to do these awful things. What if he pushed her through
- 1:03:38one of the portals and she ended up in Midgard?
- 1:03:41And she almost has like a like a amnesia kind of thing because
- 1:03:44even when Rune's talking to her, it's like she doesn't remember
- 1:03:48things 100%. So say she was Reese's sister
- 1:03:54because why does Roone look so much like Reese?
- 1:03:58I mean, when Bryce, because this is the part when Bryce goes and
- 1:04:03she says, take me to the Prince of Hell and she ends up at the
- 1:04:06river house and she sees Reese, she thinks he's Roone.
- 1:04:14You see what I'm saying? But do you see what I'm saying?
- 1:04:18Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:04:20I just. Assume Reece and Brune were
- 1:04:23going to be. Brothers, I think they're
- 1:04:27related direct. Well, if that's if that's mostly
- 1:04:32if she was pregnant when she got pushed through the portal, What
- 1:04:36if that's Tamlin's son? Of course she was going to look,
- 1:04:40you know, because his mother looks just like Reece when you
- 1:04:43hear her description everything so and we know he has shadows.
- 1:04:48I mean the King Autumn King over in Midgard.
- 1:04:52He does fire. He has red hair.
- 1:04:55I mean nothing. There's something there.
- 1:04:59Sarah did something but watch it probably won't even be at but
- 1:05:02I'm going to go with that theory.
- 1:05:03So I think Tamlin has fathered Roon and I think he's fathered
- 1:05:08when then I also had the also the other theory that he
- 1:05:15fathered Nesta. That's another theory too,
- 1:05:18because he's keeps saying to like Pharaoh when she first goes
- 1:05:21there and he's like, why didn't your mother tell you about us?
- 1:05:24Why is he specifically talking about her mother?
- 1:05:28Why is he asking this question? And it was like he had a
- 1:05:31relationship or he knew Pharaoh's mother in the way he
- 1:05:35says it. What if he had a on a love
- 1:05:38affair with Mama Archeron, which I don't think, by the way, is
- 1:05:42human. I think she is a witch.
- 1:05:45I don't. From Throne of Glass.
- 1:05:47I think that's a bit too close quoted for Sarah J Maas to
- 1:05:50write. I don't think she's quiet about.
- 1:05:53I don't think she would write. Mother and daughter going at it
- 1:05:59with the same gentleman? Probably not.
- 1:06:05I get it. I don't know but what I mean.
- 1:06:08But Sarah, let's say she puts Elaine with Tamlin.
- 1:06:13That'd be two sisters with the same guy.
- 1:06:15This is true. What about so we're?
- 1:06:19At because we're talking a lot about shadows and I'm just
- 1:06:24putting this connection with like this moon pool and the
- 1:06:29shadows we were referring to of all of this that we just said
- 1:06:33that I'm like fury that I'm again didn't finish, but there's
- 1:06:38so much mystery behind her. Oh, I have.
- 1:06:42Oh, I have a theory with the Fury.
- 1:06:46This is, remember, this would have been an ACA war.
- 1:06:49Everybody. Do you remember when they go and
- 1:06:53they meet care at the Court of Nightmares?
- 1:06:56Do you remember this when they had to go meet him and they have
- 1:07:01to go meet and Kira is talking about sorry he was late to their
- 1:07:04meeting because he was having a problem with a man named Lord
- 1:07:09Thanos or Thanatos or whatever the name was and he was having a
- 1:07:14problem with his daughter and we knew she is an assassin.
- 1:07:19That is what you know now if you go into mythology, the people
- 1:07:24that are with Thanos in or Thanatos, whatever it is in
- 1:07:29mythology, are Furies. So I think that Fury is a world
- 1:07:34Walker and I think she goes between the Court of Nightmares
- 1:07:39and Midgard. What?
- 1:07:42Yes, that's crazy. But I have other theories though
- 1:07:46when we will be doing an episode, I have theories of what
- 1:07:50the Court of Nightmares is too. But again, we're on Elaine, so
- 1:07:55Elaine's and say we're because he's not.
- 1:07:57Now that's our our whole big thing with Elaine.
- 1:07:59Now let's pivot across the sea to the continent because the
- 1:08:04countdown to October's release a book 6 has the Internet digging
- 1:08:08into ancient fire magic from tiny clumsy pets in the House of
- 1:08:12win to the curse Firebird Queen, a true dragon solar magic might
- 1:08:17be hiding right under the night quartz nose.
- 1:08:21Now there's a dormant dragon theory.
- 1:08:25Now remember when we read Crescent City, there's a dragon.
- 1:08:30You've gotten to that part, yes. Yeah.
- 1:08:32OK, just so you know who's. Passed it, yeah.
- 1:08:34OK, all right. Now, in a court of silver
- 1:08:37flames, Helium brings a flock of Pegasus to the Night Court.
- 1:08:42Do you remember this? And Nesta falls in love with the
- 1:08:45simple or specific miniature Pegasus that was unusually clum,
- 1:08:50chubby and clumsy. Do you remember that when they
- 1:08:53were having their little party? Now Sarah J Mass mentions
- 1:08:57multiple times that the Pegasus are endangered and face or a
- 1:09:01fading species in Perithean and nobody knows why they stopped
- 1:09:05breeding. Now in Crescent City, a true
- 1:09:10shape shifting Dragons exists. Fans noted that a highly
- 1:09:14specific detail in Silver Flames, Whenever this miniature
- 1:09:18Pegasus breathes near Nesta, its breath is described as
- 1:09:23unnaturally hot, heavy, and holding a distinctly metallic
- 1:09:28smoke like scent. So do we think that this little
- 1:09:34miniature Pegasus that I know the House of Wind created it for
- 1:09:38Nesta, but could it possibly be a dragon?
- 1:09:47What do you think? Like they just don't know what a
- 1:09:48dragon is, right? So that's what.
- 1:09:51I don't think there's any Dragons in Prythian.
- 1:09:54Do you remember them talking about anything like that?
- 1:09:57But there's a lot of stuff in the prison we don't know about
- 1:09:59yet. But what do we think?
- 1:10:04I think they've gone too far with their theory.
- 1:10:08All right. That's me.
- 1:10:08This is the well it says the Pegasus are actual now.
- 1:10:11This is what they're saying, that the Pegasus are actually
- 1:10:15dormant, magically suppressed Dragons.
- 1:10:18Wendy Esteri, you know the the Daglin ruled Prithian.
- 1:10:23They used advanced genetic engineering to neutralize apex
- 1:10:28predators looking or locking their fear or fire breathing
- 1:10:32magic into harmless forms of a winged horse.
- 1:10:35Nesta's raw cauldron made power might have accidentally unlocked
- 1:10:40the true genetic heritage. Is it possible?
- 1:10:45But how could Nesta have unlocked it?
- 1:10:47Because the Pegasus was made from the house, which is weird
- 1:10:51and the questions, right? But the house, the house never
- 1:10:56did any of this stuff until Nesta was there because they
- 1:11:00asked Reese, has the house ever did this before?
- 1:11:03And he says, no, it's only been doing this since Nesta's been
- 1:11:07there. Now of course, she did give that
- 1:11:09piece back to the Cauldron, but she's still, that is still part
- 1:11:15of her, just the extra person out there.
- 1:11:17I mean is it possible that she did it and she unlocks
- 1:11:21something? Before the unlocking, I guess it
- 1:11:25could make sense that backwind Dragons were existing that they
- 1:11:30needed to what? Give them a potion and and make
- 1:11:34them little innocent because there's no other pegasuses,
- 1:11:40right? There Helion has them.
- 1:11:42Helian has actual Pegasus horses.
- 1:11:45Yeah, and I but I mean the description of the breath and
- 1:11:48all of this stuff and Nesta with the cauldron, I mean, yeah, like
- 1:11:54I could see it. Maybe it'd be super crazy twist
- 1:11:57to like that's very. Well, I mean, I know the Daglin
- 1:12:01did a lot of interesting things before they were thrown out of
- 1:12:06Prithian 15,000 years ago, so I just done it.
- 1:12:11I just think that Sarah J Maas wanted her Pegasus to be
- 1:12:15different from everyone else's Pegasus, and that's why they've
- 1:12:17got hot breath. I think everyone's thinking
- 1:12:22about it too much. Yeah, but also you've got the
- 1:12:26shapeshifter Lysandra, right from Throne of Glass.
- 1:12:31You've also got lots of different monsters there, and
- 1:12:35you've got Wave Ram, not really Dragons, but you've got wavering
- 1:12:39and stuff. So we know that in Crescent City
- 1:12:42they exist, Throne of Glass they exist.
- 1:12:44And that there's a lot of corruption in Acatar and history
- 1:12:49there that when it comes to twisted beings trying to take
- 1:12:55over power and what they did to get that power.
- 1:12:58So if there was Dragons and they were something that they needed
- 1:13:02to conquer and there was some sort of witchy or God step in to
- 1:13:10downsize them into little Pegasus or whatever, you know,
- 1:13:14from a big giant dragon. That's just an interesting.
- 1:13:17It's like Pegasus is, is that how you say Pegasus?
- 1:13:20Like, am I saying that right? It sounds weird, but yeah, maybe
- 1:13:25they didn't exist. It's just that they are the the
- 1:13:30innocent version of a dragon, right?
- 1:13:32Like what that potion has created, and that's what we know
- 1:13:36it as is a Pegasus. But to them it's just a horse
- 1:13:39with wings. Like to make it this cutesy
- 1:13:44little thing. Well, you have to remember one,
- 1:13:46we don't know what's all inside the prison.
- 1:13:49We do not know what everything that's in there.
- 1:13:52And and then in Crescent City, as you're going through book
- 1:13:56three, remember they're talking about the Pegasus as you're
- 1:14:00reading the series. They talk about at one time
- 1:14:03there were Pegasus and then they will come back in Crescent City.
- 1:14:10So and they were just what was it under?
- 1:14:13They were under the ground. Wasn't that what it was, Kirsty?
- 1:14:19So. So I mean, they were hiding that
- 1:14:21whole time in essence or whatever.
- 1:14:24So I mean, is it possible that they are hiding in Prytheum?
- 1:14:28Besides the small amount of them that are with Helion again, why
- 1:14:32are they all hanging out with Helion?
- 1:14:33Why is he the only one that has them?
- 1:14:36There's some I don't know. Maybe he's hiding heaps of them
- 1:14:40and we just don't know about it. I mean, it is possible.
- 1:14:44I think there's. I think Helion's hiding a lot of
- 1:14:46secrets too, in my opinion. I think Helion's going to die,
- 1:14:51and then I think Lucian's going to find out, and then I think
- 1:14:53Lucian's going to become. The ruler of the is he the date?
- 1:14:58Summer, right? Summer, I think.
- 1:15:02Nope, Summer is that is. Oh God.
- 1:15:08Oh, because it's the warm place. What's his name?
- 1:15:12Tarquin. Tarquin is summer.
- 1:15:15Tarquin. Tarquin is summer, then Heli, I
- 1:15:18think Helian's day. He's day.
- 1:15:23And then Thiessen is not dusk. He's he's that other one that's
- 1:15:30like day. No, I can't remember what is
- 1:15:35dawn? He's dawn court.
- 1:15:36That's what it is. And then Calius or something
- 1:15:41like that. It begins with AK.
- 1:15:42He's the Winter Court, because you got to remember Tarquin
- 1:15:48Decent and whatever his name is, the one begins with AK.
- 1:15:51That's Winter. They all became high Lords under
- 1:15:55the mountain because their dad's Amarantha killed them and they
- 1:15:59all became it. Yeah.
- 1:16:02OK, so there's something there. We know that.
- 1:16:07We know that all those things, they can be shrunk down because
- 1:16:10remember in Crescent City, all the little sprites and the
- 1:16:15dragon, they were all, they were all in the the rings in that
- 1:16:20astronomer rings. Balls or something, right?
- 1:16:22Yeah, that he put. On there they were in his ring
- 1:16:24so we know they can shrink them down so.
- 1:16:28So if they can change form and if they can, you know, because
- 1:16:32also the dragon was a fire, was literally straight fireball
- 1:16:35like, you know, So yeah, it's interesting.
- 1:16:40So we'll see, and we'll see there's something there because
- 1:16:43Sarah talks about it. And in all the different.
- 1:16:46I don't know, we'll have to wait and see.
- 1:16:49Probably be all wrong. Who cares?
- 1:16:50But these are fun. OK, now this.
- 1:16:53Now, then this one. Here.
- 1:16:54Now Vasa and the House of Westfall.
- 1:16:57Now Queen Vasa. You know, the Firebird Queen is
- 1:17:01the mortal queen from the continent cursed by Kersey or
- 1:17:03Koshi into being a firebird. The Internet has connected her
- 1:17:07curse straight to the royal lineages in Throne of Glass in
- 1:17:12that series. The royal family of the Southern
- 1:17:15Continent, The House of Westfall Via.
- 1:17:18Is it? Is it Kale?
- 1:17:19Is that how we pronounce his name?
- 1:17:21Yeah. In Oh Lord, how do you pronounce
- 1:17:25this one? Is it?
- 1:17:26It's YRENE. How would we pronounce that?
- 1:17:30Irene. Irene it's oh OK Towers has
- 1:17:34ancient ties to a legendary solar and life giving healing
- 1:17:38magic. So is it possible that they are
- 1:17:41related? What is your thoughts?
- 1:17:44What's fault? Oh Vasa, that mean Vasa the
- 1:17:48firebird is related to them. What do you?
- 1:17:52I don't know how that would relate to the fire per SE, but I
- 1:17:57could imagine. What's this, that they're
- 1:18:01legendary solar life giving healing magic?
- 1:18:05Is their magic Something was solar?
- 1:18:08No, no. Then I don't know what that
- 1:18:10means then. I mean, there is, there is a big
- 1:18:16emphasis around fire and fire heart in Throne of Glass, but
- 1:18:23that's a different acting. Yeah, but that's.
- 1:18:26With Aylan, so maybe there's something that that maybe she's
- 1:18:31related to Aylan. You know what, something that I
- 1:18:36also want to mention about Irene is something I still am very
- 1:18:43curious about and maybe Kirstie can help me here.
- 1:18:47But do you remember when she would go inside The Cave where
- 1:18:53all the healers went to relax, where they had the pools and
- 1:18:56they had the bells that were up on the top and there was one
- 1:19:01that was pulling her specifically.
- 1:19:05Yeah. And I think it was like her, her
- 1:19:07great grandma or, or the first healer.
- 1:19:11It was a big significant person. Her bell was drawing her to her
- 1:19:16when nobody's drawn to any bells.
- 1:19:18But she was like drawn to this, right.
- 1:19:20And she's she's definitely, in my opinion, hat from something
- 1:19:26else because she's not just a straight regular healer,
- 1:19:29obviously from the Kingdom of Ash.
- 1:19:31Like, we know that she's very something else.
- 1:19:36Yeah. And so there's got to be a
- 1:19:41connection with her somewhere. When it comes to the other
- 1:19:46books. I don't know exactly how cuz I'm
- 1:19:48not good at making theories, but I just thought it was weird that
- 1:19:51it wasn't so explicitly broken down about what is this about
- 1:19:55her? Unless I missed it.
- 1:19:58So, Kirstie, if you know. But I feel like there's
- 1:20:03something maybe connection to the to the witches in a Qatar.
- 1:20:10All I can think of is when we first meet Irene, we meet her a
- 1:20:18long time before her part of the story occurs and maybe it's got
- 1:20:25something to do with where we meet her originally or like how
- 1:20:31she's gotten there because she's not a healer when we meet her,
- 1:20:35she's just a normal person. So maybe maybe her family or her
- 1:20:42roots or where she's come from. I know it's obviously she's
- 1:20:46still tied to the healers, but she's not with the healers when
- 1:20:51we meet her. So maybe where she originates
- 1:20:53from in the original story in the prequel is connected to
- 1:21:00Alcatel. Maybe something there's got to
- 1:21:04be something with the goddesses tied in there and and her being
- 1:21:09drawn to her bell and getting this like power just like Alan
- 1:21:13did in in Gosh, I'm so bad at names.
- 1:21:21She was visited by the past ghost right from the other
- 1:21:25queen. And this is something where they
- 1:21:28were like connected. And she, Irene is also
- 1:21:33experiencing the same kind of idea of a ghost essentially is
- 1:21:38pulling her towards something. And it's like there's got to be
- 1:21:41some sort of connection between them and the the chess pieces
- 1:21:46that those dead people are trying to put into place that
- 1:21:52they were pulled to her and like maybe gave her something the way
- 1:21:55that Aylan was also given this these not necessarily powers,
- 1:22:02but they gave her a path, they give her direction.
- 1:22:04They gave her tools needed to, you know, hopefully conquer or
- 1:22:11be the sacrifice, you know what I mean?
- 1:22:13Like they did the chess pieces for her and Irene was also kind
- 1:22:18of thrown into that as well as a chess piece from these other
- 1:22:22beings, you know, trying to do so in connection with the
- 1:22:25Firebird. The idea with her and Alan,
- 1:22:29that's pretty cool because there's also a lot of questions
- 1:22:33with that which as well of what's going on over there.
- 1:22:36And Aylan is always talked about fire heart and you know, I see
- 1:22:41that that's. It's another name to her.
- 1:22:43Do you know what that reminds me of?
- 1:22:45Rebecca. When?
- 1:22:46What's that? In the third Crescent City book
- 1:22:51where Bryce has her, You know she goes and speaks to someone
- 1:22:59and has that like ghost towards the end of the book, has that
- 1:23:04ghostly connection. OK, do.
- 1:23:08You know what I'm talking. You can say whatever you need to
- 1:23:11say like I are you. Talking through the whole
- 1:23:13through the portal thing. Are you talking when she when
- 1:23:15she talks to Danica? Yes.
- 1:23:21It gives me the same vibe as when Allen speaks to the ghost
- 1:23:28that she speaks to in Throne of Glass.
- 1:23:31Well, Ness now this is another theory with it now because Vasa
- 1:23:36OK. Yes, yeah, because.
- 1:23:39Kosh. I think Koshi's going to be a
- 1:23:41very big part in this next book or over the next three books
- 1:23:46because you know, like Highburn was big in the first three
- 1:23:49books. I think it's very possible that
- 1:23:51Koshi's going to be big. Koshi explicitly targets women
- 1:23:56who are a have secret dormant carriers of lost Cross universe
- 1:24:01magical bloodlines. Because if that's what Bassa is.
- 1:24:05Bassa's firebird curse isn't just a punishment, it's a
- 1:24:08genetic cage designed to prevent her from unlocking the solar
- 1:24:13light of All right, What is the world from Throne of Glass?
- 1:24:17How do we pronounce that? Irelia.
- 1:24:19Irelia. OK, there we go.
- 1:24:21See, I haven't read it. OK.
- 1:24:24Which is the ultimate kryptonite to his dark shadow binding lake
- 1:24:28sorcery. Is it possible?
- 1:24:33What do you think? Koshy's up to something.
- 1:24:37There's something I know his brother says.
- 1:24:39I know they put him there and they've trapped him at the lake,
- 1:24:42but Koshy's able to do a whole lot of shit from this lake.
- 1:24:48You know what I'm saying? Also Papa Archeron, I know he
- 1:24:53was the Prince of merchants. How did he go over there and
- 1:24:56make a deal with Cauchy the death God to get Vasa to come
- 1:25:01over and help them defeat Hiburn?
- 1:25:04Who is Papa Archeron? Because he then that's the other
- 1:25:06theory that plays in. Is it possible that Cauchy is
- 1:25:11Nasta's father? What if Mama Archeron had her
- 1:25:16child with Cauchy? Because this is another theory
- 1:25:19that's on the Internet that he is her father and then Papa
- 1:25:23Archeron. This is why Nesta and Papa
- 1:25:25Archeron never really got along because she really wasn't his
- 1:25:28child and he raised her to be his own.
- 1:25:32Because how did he go and be like, we have to save?
- 1:25:36Like what if Papa Archeron went and said like, we have to help
- 1:25:38save our daughter. We have to help save her, which
- 1:25:41is Nesta. And he's like, OK, we're going
- 1:25:45to save her. And he lets because what pool
- 1:25:47does Papa Archeron have that he was able to get ships.
- 1:25:51He was able to to to talk to Koshi and get her to come with
- 1:25:55him. That's weird, don't we?
- 1:25:59All agree to that though. But the story kind of fits where
- 1:26:03he in the past was this high merchant person and he was, you
- 1:26:07know, successful in all of this stuff and then lost everything
- 1:26:12and so much hate on the family where they had to go into hiding
- 1:26:16essentially and he just became depressed.
- 1:26:18It's like a football star who breaks his leg now is worthless
- 1:26:22and feels like he really is worthless.
- 1:26:25But you really think just just the Prince of Merchants could
- 1:26:28just go talk to the deaf God and make that deal though?
- 1:26:31I feel like if he was greedy enough, if he was greedy enough
- 1:26:35and he was obviously very successful.
- 1:26:38I look, I'm speaking from a point of view where I thank God,
- 1:26:41have like a pretty successful husband who's got multiple
- 1:26:44businesses and very, very, I know what money does when it
- 1:26:48comes to men and, and their their drive when it comes to
- 1:26:53money. So seeing it first hand and
- 1:26:55hearing the background of this, it one 100% makes sense to me
- 1:26:59that when you get to such a high place, it's like, is there no
- 1:27:03red line that you would cross? Like he would do whatever he
- 1:27:07needed to do to stay at the top and for it for him to go seek
- 1:27:12out a God and be able to do you know anything, I see it as
- 1:27:16totally possible. And that's probably why Nessa is
- 1:27:18like, screw you for what you the choices that you made landed us
- 1:27:24here because of your greed, because of your selfishness.
- 1:27:27And you know, now you're going to choose to sit in a chair and
- 1:27:30just leave us. You know what I mean?
- 1:27:33Like so for me the actual story she wrote kind of makes fits
- 1:27:37with what I think but. I think there's something more
- 1:27:42that we just don't know yet. I just, I just think Papa Archer
- 1:27:46on. It's just there's he had some
- 1:27:48form of leverage with Koshi again.
- 1:27:51Koshi's a death God. There's something more there.
- 1:27:54OK, now that is that story. Now I want to go back.
- 1:27:57Well, actually before for Koshi, just to tell you, I really think
- 1:28:01you are you are right with Koshi being the villain in this coming
- 1:28:06up thing like that. There's so many questions with
- 1:28:08him and he is so vastly evil that like I agree with you.
- 1:28:14That's. Oh yeah.
- 1:28:15The direction and he's been trapping women and making them
- 1:28:18into Swans on his lake. Yeah.
- 1:28:21Oh, she's bad person. All right, so now since we were
- 1:28:24talking about this a little bit earlier, let's talk about the
- 1:28:28House of win because this this is the part where we're remember
- 1:28:33I was saying with Brie axis. Now remember, Brie Axis lives in
- 1:28:38the library at the bottom. There is 7 levels to the
- 1:28:42library. The library is built beneath.
- 1:28:44The House of Wind is explicitly structured into 7 distinct
- 1:28:48levels, plunging straight down into the earth.
- 1:28:52The further down the character goes, the darker, the colder and
- 1:28:56the more hostile the ambient magic becomes.
- 1:29:00Now in Crescent City, the link between the two.
- 1:29:03In Crescent City, the Realm of Hell is rigidly divided into 7
- 1:29:08distinct levels, each governed by one of the seven High
- 1:29:12Princess of Hell, Adius Apollonian.
- 1:29:16Whatever or Apollon. How do you pronounce it?
- 1:29:19Is it Apollonian? Apollonian.
- 1:29:22Well I don't, again, I pronounce nothing correct.
- 1:29:26And Thanos. The library is structured
- 1:29:31mirrors, it's locked dimensional containment ward built directly
- 1:29:35on top of the Cross Universe rift connecting periphian
- 1:29:40straight to hell. This is the theory.
- 1:29:42So if the cross series tracker mechanics, this is what this is
- 1:29:46how they think it is. This dimensional proximity
- 1:29:50explains why certain characters share identical tracking
- 1:29:53abilities, like in the House of What is it?
- 1:29:57House of Flame and Shadow, the one that you're reading right
- 1:30:01now. Regalius reveals that Fender
- 1:30:04Wolf shifters possess a highly specific Bloodhound tracking
- 1:30:08scent. Magic inherited from True Fey of
- 1:30:12Orillia. Ancient powerful Fey lines
- 1:30:15locked in onto a specific soul scent and can track it across
- 1:30:20dimensional barriers. The smell of magic beings from
- 1:30:24hell. Vogue word hounds, an ancient
- 1:30:29siphon fae, operate on a frequency where magic is
- 1:30:33smelled, not just seen. When Prince Dantos encounters
- 1:30:38Bryce, see if you remember this, he notes her Starlight smells
- 1:30:43fresher. Do you remember he said that to
- 1:30:45her because she had just returned from Perithean, where
- 1:30:49the ambient magic hasn't been synthetically drained by the
- 1:30:54Esteri power grid. Elaine's Seer tracking, Danica's
- 1:30:58scent tracking, and Lydia's instincts are all running on
- 1:31:03this exact same multiverse ecosystem.
- 1:31:06What do we think? So all three of them so.
- 1:31:12So do we think that we're, even though right now we know that
- 1:31:17there's crossover between Crescent City and Prythian and
- 1:31:21Acatar, do we think in this upcoming three books, do we
- 1:31:26think it's going to crossover into throwing glass territory?
- 1:31:29I hope so. Me too.
- 1:31:33That would be so cool because I have this Throne of Glass man to
- 1:31:38be back in. Throne of Glass, yes, that would
- 1:31:41be amazing. I think we're going a little of
- 1:31:47topic. Again, I apologize.
- 1:31:48I think Lydia, is that her name? What Lydia is her name Lydia?
- 1:31:57Yes. The one name Crescent City, yes.
- 1:31:59I think her and Elena are related.
- 1:32:07OK, Lydia the dancer? No.
- 1:32:09Who's Lydia in Crescent City? Lydia is She's the one that
- 1:32:15shows herself as fire to Rue Dannon.
- 1:32:21Oh, OK, so I haven't gotten there yet.
- 1:32:23OK, because I was thinking the girl with the limp in Crescent
- 1:32:26City. The OR in a throne of glass with
- 1:32:30the ankle. The witch lead.
- 1:32:32No. Yeah, Elite.
- 1:32:34Sorry, so I was missing that. OK, so these are all have this
- 1:32:38ability to see a hat for you. Lydia, the way she's described,
- 1:32:46is very much like Elaine Eilan, so I think.
- 1:32:54There's something. Crossover, I think Aylan is
- 1:32:57going to world walk and see Lydia and they're going to be
- 1:33:01like what the fuck? We're the same person.
- 1:33:06That we found goal. You think they're the exact same
- 1:33:09person, or do you think that they are related?
- 1:33:16If she if she thinks Aylan and Lydia are related or sisters of
- 1:33:21the same person, sisters. Yeah, I can, assistants.
- 1:33:29Well, it is possible because when you get into Lydia, we
- 1:33:33don't really know a whole lot about what I mean.
- 1:33:35We know who Lydia's mother is, but then when she was three
- 1:33:38years old, she was given to her father.
- 1:33:41So I mean, there are a lot of unknowns that she herself
- 1:33:45doesn't know. And I think it also plays into
- 1:33:49what she named her, her children, because they said that
- 1:33:54the names that she picked, she said those were family names.
- 1:33:58And I guess that ties back to Throne of Glass or something I
- 1:34:03was reading. What's their names I.
- 1:34:06Can't remember. I can't remember either.
- 1:34:09I need to finish. You're going to get to it.
- 1:34:11You're going to, you're going to get to it and you'll see what
- 1:34:13we're talking about. But her, her boys, so I don't
- 1:34:19know. It gets me so excited.
- 1:34:23Crescent City, I've had a really hard time getting through like
- 1:34:25it's just, it's it's rough and a Qatari love Throne of Glass is
- 1:34:31everything. And so if there's like a throne
- 1:34:34of glass thing that's going to motivate me so much to get
- 1:34:38through the book because that would be cool and I'll
- 1:34:40definitely keep an eye out for that.
- 1:34:43But the. How far are you in book 3?
- 1:34:48Or have you not started it yet? I haven't started.
- 1:34:50I'm still in two. I've got maybe a fourth left.
- 1:34:54OK, Oh, book 3 answers so many questions, but yet it makes so
- 1:35:02many more questions. It answers questions, but it
- 1:35:06creates questions as well. So I'm super excited for you to
- 1:35:10get to it. But I mean, there's so much.
- 1:35:13And when do we think Sarah's going to announce book six
- 1:35:17title? Who knows?
- 1:35:21Whenever she wants. We're not very far out.
- 1:35:26No. Yeah, I want to see September.
- 1:35:29You think? Like.
- 1:35:31Right before. Rebecca Yaris's book comes out
- 1:35:34in two months and that doesn't have a title yet either.
- 1:35:37But you saw she Everybody's talking about her.
- 1:35:39Oh, she changed her. So black and white.
- 1:35:42So maybe the reveals coming? Soon, maybe soon, vex her.
- 1:35:49One of her son's names is Brennan.
- 1:35:52Yes. Brennan.
- 1:35:53And Brennan is the founder of Terracin.
- 1:35:58Yeah, yeah, yeah. OK.
- 1:36:00It was related. I love.
- 1:36:01The king right before Yeah, with the father who's mad at the
- 1:36:07daughter who tried to be. Yes.
- 1:36:09See. OK.
- 1:36:12That's so cool. You guys right now like.
- 1:36:17Well, now let me ask you this now, because we know that Bassa
- 1:36:21is a firebird, is she possibly related to the Thunderbirds that
- 1:36:27are from Midgard? Is it the same thing or are they
- 1:36:31just similar? Because isn't the Thunderbirds,
- 1:36:36aren't they fire, or are they something, or do I can't
- 1:36:40remember what they create? You've read a Crescent City
- 1:36:43here, Reese. I know I just finished mine in
- 1:36:46February, but it's been a lot of months in my brain.
- 1:36:49When the Thunderbirds do they are they fire?
- 1:36:51Aren't they fire? I can't recall, has it been in
- 1:36:56book 1? Wasn't it when they spoke about
- 1:36:58it? They speak about it, but I don't
- 1:36:59know. There's a character.
- 1:37:01There I can't remember because so I'm wondering is there the
- 1:37:07connection because they got rid of all the Thunderbirds?
- 1:37:10But I have the ability to absorb, generate and command
- 1:37:13pure electrical and energy fields.
- 1:37:17So I mean, electricity is like fire.
- 1:37:22What other powers do Firebirds have like Phoenix's?
- 1:37:26Like, is it just straight power? I'm sorry, fire, or do we know
- 1:37:31if there's any other things involved with it?
- 1:37:35Because I know of Phoenix, right?
- 1:37:37Can like come to action come back but I'm curious if if there
- 1:37:42is something else mentioned about her being cursed like
- 1:37:46this. Can she do anything in that
- 1:37:48form? You know, maybe.
- 1:37:51Maybe Vasa isn't really cursed. Maybe Koshi just unlocked
- 1:37:55something that was within her. You know, it's not really like
- 1:38:00he's not really making her that that is what she is.
- 1:38:04I mean, have we ever really thought of that?
- 1:38:06But she can't do it on a wimp like on choice, right?
- 1:38:11Well, he might stay controlling that.
- 1:38:13No, but he may. Have been unlocked it.
- 1:38:16The spell curses had a shift into a radiant, fiery bird at
- 1:38:19dawn, reverting to a human form only at night.
- 1:38:25So she's not doing it free will. So I mean he could if he
- 1:38:31unlocked it. I mean he is a death God.
- 1:38:33I mean, he turns women into Swans on his lake.
- 1:38:36So I mean, it's not out of the realm of possibility that he
- 1:38:39would be able to control it. I like this one.
- 1:38:43Elaine Archron has a vision of a bird of fire, leading many
- 1:38:48readers to theorize about Aylan because she's the Firebird in
- 1:38:53Throne of Glass. Potential crossover connections
- 1:38:57or references to the Firebird legend.
- 1:39:00But if she's saying a bird of fire, she could also be saying
- 1:39:02Bassa. It could be, I don't know.
- 1:39:06That's what I'm saying. I mean, over over in the next
- 1:39:09few months, at least once a month, we are going to continue
- 1:39:13with the ACOTAR miniseries at these bonus episodes so that we
- 1:39:19can see what other insane theories that are out there
- 1:39:21because people have right now, because it is getting so close
- 1:39:25for Book 6 come out. A lot of people have so many
- 1:39:29more theories. These are just a few, you know,
- 1:39:33that we have or not that we have that that we are talking about
- 1:39:37today. I think there's a lot we don't
- 1:39:42know. Now.
- 1:39:43I know Book 6 when it comes out, it's only 350.
- 1:39:46Some pages. I believe it's under 400.
- 1:39:49That's all. It is ridiculous.
- 1:39:51Yeah, but then the one in January is really long, right?
- 1:39:54It's like 900 and some pages. Yeah.
- 1:39:57So because it's three of the four plots, because it's four
- 1:40:01parts, right. So this is we're getting three
- 1:40:04of the more parts. Correct.
- 1:40:06And she's writing that final one is I don't know, is this going
- 1:40:12to be the end of the series? I don't, I don't know.
- 1:40:17I think it just all depends on what we read in book 6 and what
- 1:40:21we read in book 7. Do I think book 8 will be the
- 1:40:23final? She did not seem to indicate
- 1:40:26that this is the end of the series.
- 1:40:29But it I think maybe what she's doing is kind of like how like
- 1:40:34LJ Andrews does her series. You know, it's like 9 books
- 1:40:38long, but you're following a couple, you're following a
- 1:40:41couple, following a couple. So I don't know, I think it'll
- 1:40:45be interesting. I think it has something to do
- 1:40:46with like how Bloomberry Bloomsbury is re releasing the
- 1:40:50hardcovers and from the looks of it they look like the
- 1:40:54paperbacks. So I'm excited about that
- 1:40:58because then maybe my hardback will match my paperbacks.
- 1:41:03Yeah, but they won't be the same size.
- 1:41:06You don't think they'll be the same height?
- 1:41:09No. I heard in America our
- 1:41:11paperbacks will only be available in a year after
- 1:41:14release. But see, I'll get the paperbacks
- 1:41:18straight away. Yeah.
- 1:41:21And now see when I have my Crowns and Niaxia series by
- 1:41:25Chris Abroadment, I have the paperback and I have the
- 1:41:29hardback and they're the exact same size.
- 1:41:32They're just, you know, one's hardback, one's paperback.
- 1:41:34So I'm hoping that ACOTAR will be the same thing, but we'll see
- 1:41:40because I have it pre-ordered. So we'll find out.
- 1:41:43Ladies, have you enjoyed this today?
- 1:41:46Our ACOTAR. This was awesome.
- 1:41:48Yeah, yeah. But like I said.
- 1:41:51I've loved it. Well, I love it.
- 1:41:53I think it's fun talking about these different things and the
- 1:41:56different ideas that people have.
- 1:41:59One of these days here soon, hopefully, maybe we'll be able
- 1:42:01to do an Instagram Live or TikTok live and we'll talk about
- 1:42:06people's theories and see what some theories that other people
- 1:42:10have on. But this was awesome.
- 1:42:15This was really fun getting to find other people that know
- 1:42:18about the Sarah J Mass verse and, you know, getting to talk
- 1:42:22the theories because you just see it on reels, but you can't
- 1:42:25like talk to anybody about it. So this is super fun.
- 1:42:29I, I enjoy it. I thoroughly I love doing the
- 1:42:32conspiracy theories of the of the mass verse because I'm super
- 1:42:36excited to see how correct we'll be or how far off we were from
- 1:42:40the target. But it's a but it's a bye bye.
- 1:42:44It's it's super fun. But but what was I just going to
- 1:42:49say? But I don't know.
- 1:42:50We'll see what happens. We'll see.
- 1:42:52I mean, just from Sarah's little caginess and stuff from the
- 1:42:55conversation when she had the podcast, like, you know, when
- 1:42:59they asked why is there a pool of moonlight in the Spring Court
- 1:43:02and she's like, why are you asking me that?
- 1:43:04Why are? People thinking this and they're
- 1:43:06like, you know, she's like, you thought of these things and
- 1:43:09she's like, oh, yeah, it was me. She's cagey.
- 1:43:12She's cagey. She she knows more and she's
- 1:43:15hiding things from us in plain sight is what I think.
- 1:43:19So do I think that some of our theories could be correct?
- 1:43:22Yes. Do I think some of our theories
- 1:43:25are absolutely wrong? Yes, at the same time.
- 1:43:29Yeah, yeah. Oh wow.
- 1:43:31To get it mixed with Throne of Glass, but.
- 1:43:37She but but the thing that makes me think, at least for this
- 1:43:41first book, possibly that Throne of Glass may not really have a
- 1:43:45play in it because she was very much she didn't tell people to
- 1:43:50read make sure you have Throne of Glass red, but she did state
- 1:43:55make sure you have Crescent City red so.
- 1:44:00I wonder if that's because I've already had the direct
- 1:44:02crossover. I don't imagine she's going to
- 1:44:08introduce Throne of Glass in 350 pages.
- 1:44:11No, right? This one is going to be so hard
- 1:44:14to wait for the next book. Like you can just tell it's
- 1:44:18going to end on like a chokehold 00.
- 1:44:21Absolutely. I think it absolutely will, but
- 1:44:24I need at least we don't have that long of wait because it
- 1:44:27comes out what, the 27th of October?
- 1:44:29So then we have a November, December and then it's the 12th
- 1:44:32of January. So it's after the holidays. 2
- 1:44:361/2 months I don't. I don't know.
- 1:44:38Now, of course, we are going to continue our ACOTAR miniseries
- 1:44:42even after the next book comes out, because then we're going to
- 1:44:45have theories of what books to have.
- 1:44:49But between now and and October, we're going to do multiple of
- 1:44:53these theories just to see what we all figured out.
- 1:44:59So awesome. I think so too, and we'll see if
- 1:45:03anybody wants to fight us in the comments and see what people's
- 1:45:07thoughts are, but from the structural parallels and the
- 1:45:12hidden secrets in the universe are just absolutely genius.
- 1:45:17Genius. Let us know in the comments on
- 1:45:20YouTube or over on our podcast Instagram at 2 Girls 1 TBR what
- 1:45:25you think about Elaine's declaration, whether she could
- 1:45:29actually end up with more, if that miniature Pegasus is going
- 1:45:33to sprout into a full dragon, or if the library is a secret
- 1:45:38portal to hell. Make sure you're following us on

- 1:45:49share this episode with your book besties.
- 1:45:52So I I'm excited. I'm excited to see if you all
- 1:45:56get other theories. We're excited to see what other
- 1:45:59people have to say. Well you girl, this is awesome.
- 1:46:05Well, I guess all we could say now is goodnight book babes.
- 1:46:10All right.
