• 0:55
Speaker 1: It's heating up and today Rico is entering the chat for the 20th time.
• 1:06
Speaker 1: In this case we got to talk about it.
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: This is just.
• 1:12
Speaker 1: I don't know what Diddy going to do at this point.
• 1:16
Speaker 1: Diddy, in the defense, they tried to humiliate Mia on the stand and discredit her, but it's so many bitches.
• 1:26
  Speaker 1: Good morning Megan.
• 1:28
Speaker 1: Good morning, see, tuck in the building.
• 1:32
Speaker 1: Come in, make sure you like it as you come in.

• 1:38
Speaker 1: Grab you a flow and sit back and relax.
• 1:41
Speaker 1: Rachel, all the people come on in.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: Y'all, we got Mystery witnesses and sit back and relax.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: Rayshel, all the people come on in.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: Y'all, we got mystery witnesses and victims to talk about.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: Today we got more victims that were that I told y'all would be on the stand.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: That have just been announced.
• 2:02
  Speaker 1: Good morning, stuart.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: We got a lot to get into today y'all.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: More people have flipped on Diddy, more people have turned snitch that are going to tell about possible bribery, possible kidnapping, possible bribery, possible kidnapping all acts that are covered under the RICO.
• 2:34
Speaker 1: At this point, people who are saying they don't see RICO don't even pay them no attention.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: They don't know anything about the case.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: I've catched people up all the time.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: I had somebody come in my comments yesterday and he said there's been no Rico Sean.
• 2:48
Speaker 1: I said I asked him a simple question and this was a booby trap because I knew what his answer was going to be and I knew it was going to be wrong.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: But I asked him well, what was the difference between R Kelly's Rico, which was in the same state of New York, and Diddy's Rico?
• 3:04
Speaker 1: Since you're saying Diddy, you haven't seen Rico, then why was R Kelly's Rico?
• 3:09
Speaker 1: He fell for the bait.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: He came right back and exactly said what I wanted him to say.
• 3:16
Speaker 1: He said well, r Kelly's had more to do with minors and Diddy's has more to do with considering adults.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: I said ha ha ha ha.
• 3:25
Speaker 1: I knew you'd say that I was counting on you to say that actually, you're dead wrong.
• 3:32
Speaker 1: This, this, the sex trafficking and the and the and the sex part of it is actually separate.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Rico is a whole, nother charge.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: Rico can be rico without the, the sex and any of that.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: R Kelly's was sexploitation because of the minors.
• 3:52
Speaker 1: Diddy's is sex trafficking, but that had nothing to do with Rico.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: So I told him, like that's like.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: I thought you don't know, you don't understand Rico.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: And have a good day.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: See, these people don't even understand Rico.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Have a good day.
• 4:05
Speaker 1: See, these people don't even understand Rico.
• 4:06
  Speaker 1: That's.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: 80% of the problem is so many people don't even understand Rico and don't take the time to look it up, to understand what it is.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: And so I've been cooking all day in the comments.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: I prepare well, I study this shit in the comments.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: I prepare well, I study this shit.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: You better be on your A game if you come at me about any of this, because I know for a fact most people haven't studied it nowhere near to the degree I have.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: First I'll let you know one of the alleged victims who we haven't been named yet.
• 4:45
Speaker 1: This is I think they're calling her victim number two.
• 4:47
Speaker 1: She hasn't been named yet, but she's coming.
• 4:51
Speaker 1: She's came from overseas.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: She has a flight out of here, I think Thursday.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: So they're getting her testimony in.
• 4:58
Speaker 1: Do you know how they located this victim?
• 5:01
Speaker 1: And it's not Gina.
• 5:04
Speaker 1: I'm letting you know that now.
• 5:05
Speaker 1: They found her on one of the freak off tapes when they did that raid.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: I guess they saw her on the tape, contacted her and got in contact.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: Somehow she is about to testify this week.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: I don't think it'll be today, but they said it will be before Thursday because she has to fly out.
• 5:28
Speaker 1: So they're trying to jam pack everybody in.
• 5:33
Speaker 1: But can you imagine this is somebody we haven't heard of.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: We don't know who it is.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: Was she under the influence of drugs?
• 5:43
Speaker 1: Did she look incapacitated in that video?
• 5:53
  Speaker 1: Who knows?
• 5:53
Speaker 1: But we know one thing if the prosecution is calling her, something ain't right, who else we got?
• 5:59
Speaker 1: Remember I told you, uh who?
• 6:03
Speaker 1: Baina bogdolovandallin or something like that.
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: I can't pronounce her name.
• 6:08
Speaker 1: Baina Bogdallin, that's the one who was friends with Cassie.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: Who, diddy, held her over a 17 floor balcony.
• 6:17
Speaker 1: If you've been locked into the flow, show no filter throughout this whole case.
• 6:23
  Speaker 1: You'll know.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: Don't show no filter throughout this whole case.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: You know, I told you that I believe she would be one of the victims testifying because they had somebody in the indictment that I read.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: They said someone was dangled over a balcony and with all my research, she's the only one I could come up with.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: Well, she has been announced as being a witness slash victim who will be testifying, but that ain't it.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: Diddy might have multiple life sentences by the time this is over.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: Yesterday did I get to speak to y'all?
• 7:03
  Speaker 1: I don't think I did.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: I think I just talked about it on my uh, on my social media, uh, breakdown.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: But there's a guy named Mr Garcia, uh, that worked at intercontinental hospital I mean hospital, intercontinental hotel, where the Cassie and Diddy violent tape that we all saw, that horrific tape, right, diddy violent tape that we all saw, that horrific tape, right.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: Well, yesterday he was set to testify but he, when he came into court, he had his lawyer with him and he pleaded the fifth, meaning he didn't want to talk.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: Well, the judge worked on the judge and the prosecution worked on immunity agreement for him.
• 7:41
Speaker 1: As far as I'm I'm being told that immunity agreement for him.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: As far as I'm being told, that immunity agreement was signed and Mr Garcia will be testifying today.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Now, what might hey, good morning Harlem.
• 7:56
Speaker 1: What might Garcia be testifying to today Cooking, be testifying to today.
• 8:02
Speaker 1: Cooking Diddy's behind some work, cooking Diddy's behind some work.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: He may be testifying about the bribery, the money Diddy offered for that tape to never see the light of day.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: He may also be testifying that Cassie was trying to leave and did he drag her back into the hotel room which would be kidnapping.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: Remember they prosecution only needs two of these acts bribery, kidnapping, coercion, um ext, arson.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: And there are more, but they only need two of those X within a 10 period for it to be RICO.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: Right now they have like 10 on the table.
• 8:54
Speaker 1: So to those that still don't understand RICO, please look it up RICO conspiracy, look it up Rico conspiracy.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: It's getting to the point where the people that are for Diddy, it's getting to the point where you're basically counting on the jury saying everybody's lying Because if just two or three of these witnesses are believed, he's cooked.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: Two of them, one of them, two of them for you to say there's not conspiracy.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: But check this out, there's more, there's more.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: So we got the security at Intercontinental.
• 9:42
Speaker 1: We got Miss Baina Bogdolan, who was the fashion designer that hooked up with Diddy, to do fashion with Sean John and get her line off the ground.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: She ended up dangled over a 17-floor balcony.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: We have the money man.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Now CFOs who worked for Diddy, who controlled and handled the money, have flipped and are set to testify Maybe today, maybe tomorrow Derrick Ferguson and Anthony Abrams.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: Let me tell you about who Derek Ferguson is.
• 10:25
Speaker 1: Derek Ferguson handled the money for Diddy.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: He's a CFO, chief Financial Officer.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: He is a former Chief Growth Officer and Chief financial officer for Combs Enterprise.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: He's going to testify where that money was going.
• 10:52
  Speaker 1: Possible more bribery.
• 10:56
Speaker 1: Possible more hush money.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: This Rico is crazier than maybe any RICO we've witnessed.
• 11:07
  Speaker 1: That's not it.
• 11:13
Speaker 1: We have more people set to testify and I'm going to explain what's going on.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: Before we get into the recap of yesterday's testimonies, let me explain what's going on, now that we are not quite halfway through, but we are a third of the way through.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: The game plan for the prosecution has been laid out.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: If you're paying attention, you already know where this is going.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: In the first third two weeks let's just call it the first two weeks they laid the groundwork, putting the witnesses on the stand who were victims.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: They basically laying out the victims.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: You can believe them.
• 12:06
Speaker 1: You cannot believe them, whatever you want to say, because this is part of their gang plan and let's call the witnesses and victims for lack of a better term pawns in the situation, people who were manipulated, people who were taken advantage of people, people who were used.
• 12:26
Speaker 1: I'm talking about Cassie.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: I'm talking about Capricorn Clark, I'm talking about Mia, the fashion designer, mr Nash, I mean the fashion stylist, but then we're about to enter or, mr Nash, I mean the fashion stylist, but then we're about to enter the phase where they're working their way up the ladder.
• 12:53
Speaker 1: Now we're talking about the knights, the rooks and finally, the queen who was next to the king, and in my opinion, that's Christina Coram.
• 13:02
Speaker 1: See, all these names you're hearing in these testimonies.
• 13:08
Speaker 1: Remember, I told you you're hearing these names for a reason, and I told you that every good lawyer has told me the prosecution saves their best for last because that is the last thing they want the jury to hear.
• 13:25
Speaker 1: Hey, sybil, hey, thanks, joanne.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: Joanne said nobody explains what's going on like I do.
• 13:32
Speaker 1: Thank you for that.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: So check this out.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: We've laid the foundation now.
• 13:38
Speaker 1: They laid the foundation, but best believe these names who worked right beside Diddy will be on that witness stand.
• 13:49
  Speaker 1: I'm talking about D-Rock, diddy's right-hand man.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: I'm talking about Ruben, the one we keep hearing about security that carried out a lot of the crimes, as far as taking Capricorn Clark to get the lie detective test in some abandoned building, all that intimidation Remember Ruben took her there.
• 14:12
Speaker 1: That's security, uncle Paulie.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure about Roger Bonds, but possibly Roger Bonds another security, and I think one of the last witnesses will be Christina Korn.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: See, these people have to testify or they ass is grass.
• 14:38
Speaker 1: And the fact that you don't see them, you haven't seen or heard from them at all, the fact that they're not co-defendants because they helped carry out many of these crimes.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: If you listen to the witnesses, they're explaining them themselves.
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: They helped Diddy.
• 15:00
  Speaker 1: What's Rico Diddy?
• 15:02
  Speaker 1: What's RICO?
• 15:03
Speaker 1: Rico is using a group or business in a structured format to help you carry out crimes, cover up crimes.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: So if you listen to the witnesses, who have they been naming that have helped Diddy?
• 15:19
  Speaker 1: You've heard D-Rock.
• 15:23
Speaker 1: You've heard that witnesses and victims had called Christina Corham.
• 15:29
Speaker 1: She didn't do nothing about it.
• 15:30
Speaker 1: You've heard Uncle Pauly make side sideline remarks and threats.
• 15:41
Speaker 1: Tell people that if Diddy gets tired of you, I'm going to be the last face, you see.
• 15:45
Speaker 1: Tell people that if Diddy gets tired of you, I'm going to be the last face.
• 15:52
Speaker 1: You see, you think these people aren't going to have to testify or sit their ass right next to the Dittler, itty bitty Diddy, mohawk Diddy, whatever you want to call his ass.
• 16:00
  Speaker 1: No accountability, diddy.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: So as we work our way up to this, diddy knows he's cooked.
• 16:17
Speaker 1: Diddy knows himself he is cooked.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: The defense team knows.
• 16:29
Speaker 1: You can poke as many holes as you want, you can humiliate these women on the stand.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: It's too much on the table.
• 16:33
Speaker 1: Too many witnesses from your own camp are telling.
• 16:35
Speaker 1: Now you got the chief financial officer who handled the money set to testify, derrick ferguson.
• 16:42
Speaker 1: What is he gonna tell?
• 16:43
Speaker 1: And the security guy, mr Garcia, from the Intercontinental Hotel where that Cassie Diddy violent situation happened and there was a freak-off going on in the room.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: He is so much a criminal he needed I'm talking about Garcia, he needed immunity to testify.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: So what crime did he commit on behalf of Diddy?
• 17:24
Speaker 1: He may be the one who made the tape disappear.
• 17:28
Speaker 1: He may have took the $50,000.
• 17:34
Speaker 1: He bought the burner phones.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: Yep, yeah, he bought the.
• 17:37
  Speaker 1: There you go.
• 17:38
Speaker 1: One thing I like about the Flow community we are all in tune.
• 17:41
Speaker 1: I educate y'all and y'all run with it and y'all do your own research and y'all bring stuff to the table.
• 17:48
Speaker 1: We by far the best community covering the Diddy case, the most informed community by far.
• 17:54
Speaker 1: Hey, boo says he bought them burner phones.
• 17:58
Speaker 1: There's a Rico right there Threats and use company money.
• 18:02
Speaker 1: There's three yes, it's so many, it's so much Rico.
• 18:06
Speaker 1: If you understand Rico, there are literally about seven or eight Rico X that have been talked about and proven.
• 18:20
Speaker 1: In this case alone, they only need two.
• 18:22
Speaker 1: See, like I said, I was the first one to say that it's like people think rico is unaliving a hundred, a whole bunch of bodies and flying drugs over from colombia and and tying people up and tying people up with their hands behind their back and holding people hostage, and like they think Rico is that Rico is very simple, it's much simpler.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: That's an extreme version of Rico.
• 18:57
Speaker 1: But holding people against their will.
• 19:02
Speaker 1: Having your employees go buy drugs for you, having your employees break and enter with you to go look in Kid Cudi's house to see what he got, what's going on?
• 19:15
Speaker 1: Having employees blow up Kid Cudi's car that's arson.
• 19:21
Speaker 1: Calling Cassie's mom and telling her to give you $20,000 or you're putting out a freak off tape that's extortion.
• 19:31
Speaker 1: That's another RICO act.
• 19:33
Speaker 1: Having a freak-off at the Intercontinental Hotel and then taking Cassie and dragging her back to the hotel room.
• 19:42
  Speaker 1: That's kidnapping.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: That's another RICO act.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: Paying the hotel security $50,000 to make sure that tape never sees the light of day that's bribery.
• 19:53
Speaker 1: It's another RICO act.
• 19:56
Speaker 1: The list goes on and on.
• 20:00
Speaker 1: Mia testified that she didn't have a moment to breathe.
• 20:03
Speaker 1: She didn't get any off time.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: She was always threatened at work.
• 20:07
  Speaker 1: That's forced labor.
• 20:09
Speaker 1: If you remember I don't remember the white man's name who worked for Diddy, who also testified that they worked 20 hours a day, had four hours off and was also frequently threatened that he would never work again if he didn't do right by Diddy.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: That's more forced labor.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: That's another Rico act.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: If you saying you don't see Rico now you just don't know what Rico is and you need to tune into the flow show no filter and quit watching this bubble gum coverage, because a lot of bubble gum coverage of this diddy trial.
• 20:53
Speaker 1: People are just capitalizing off the fact that people are at.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: Everyone in the world is interested in diddy and you got a lot of bubble gum people reporting it that don't even know what the hell they talking about.
• 21:07
Speaker 1: They talking about Prince.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: They talking about Prince recordings in the courtroom.
• 21:14
Speaker 1: Ain't been no damn Prince recording in no courtroom.
• 21:17
Speaker 1: We don't need your coverage.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: Like Rachel said, do your research.
• 21:26
  Speaker 1: We haven't.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: And I just listed all of that y'all.
• 21:30
Speaker 1: And when we're talking about Rico, when we're talking about Rico, I said we got a question Can the other hotel managers be held for conspiracy?
• 21:41
Speaker 1: Because they all said he had an account?
• 21:43
Speaker 1: Because all the destruction that he left after these freak-offs See what's happening, guys is everybody who you think should be held accountable in some form or fashion is getting a deal Because the feds want all of this testimony or all of these statements to get diddy.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: So a lot of the people that you think are involved, they were held accountable.
• 22:11
Speaker 1: The only difference is they took deals to give statements, to give testimonies.
• 22:17
Speaker 1: So don't think anybody who had knowledge of this don't think they are not being held accountable.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: The only reason they're not being charged is because they're helping the prosecution.
• 22:30
Speaker 1: So I just want everybody to understand that this is one of those things.
• 22:35
Speaker 1: Let's say I knew about some stuff.
• 22:38
Speaker 1: Say I was one of those hotel managers.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: The feds came to me and say, hey, you either sit your ass next to Diddy or tell us everything you need to know and you can go scot-free.
• 22:49
Speaker 1: I'm telling them everything.
• 22:55
Speaker 1: I know and that's what people are doing.
• 22:57
Speaker 1: So don't think anybody.
• 23:01
Speaker 1: The only reason that anybody connected is being able to walk free is because they're helping out the prosecution.
• 23:03
Speaker 1: You can take that to the bank in cash.
• 23:05
Speaker 1: Nobody's getting off the hook because the only if you't give no, if you don't tell what you know, your ass will be sitting right next to mohawk.
• 23:15
Speaker 1: Did they be cutting a mohawk in your head?
• 23:18
Speaker 1: Um, also, I believe her name was yeah, there's week, like uh and boo say exactly as we go everywhere, uh, illuminati.
• 23:30
Speaker 1: Ninja said who was the witness?
• 23:31
Speaker 1: Which witness are you talking about?
• 23:33
Speaker 1: Also, I believe her name was Sylvia.
• 23:39
  Speaker 1: Sylvia.
• 23:41
Speaker 1: I'll look in the article to make sure, but I'm pretty sure her name was Sylvia, to make sure, but I'm pretty sure her name was Sylvia.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: She testified about all the aliases Diddy used so they could tie those Frank White, frank Black, all those names so they can tie them to actually Diddy.
• 24:01
Speaker 1: And she said their system keeps track of all the names.
• 24:05
Speaker 1: Even if you use an alias, it links all your stuff together.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: So they did that.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: They did that to link everybody, to link all those aliases to Diddy.
• 24:19
  Speaker 1: So Sylvia testified.
• 24:21
Speaker 1: The prosecution is running a master class, the best thing that the defense did, as far as if you want to give them any points for anything.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: They had Mia flustered, but who knows how that will read to the jury, because Brian still was very insensitive but he was doing his job and even the judge said there was no wrongdoing.
• 24:47
Speaker 1: So I have to acquiesce to the judge as far as his treatment to Mia.
• 24:49
Speaker 1: The judge said there was no wrongdoing.
• 24:50
Speaker 1: So I have to acquiesce to the judge as far as his treatment to Mia.
• 24:53
Speaker 1: The judge said there was no wrongdoing.
• 24:55
Speaker 1: I'm going to leave it at that.
• 24:56
Speaker 1: But kind of caught her up with the things he said on social media versus what happened to her.
• 25:05
Speaker 1: But, like I told you, dr Hughes explained all of that.
• 25:10
Speaker 1: So if the jury listens to the expert, they will understand how she was great on one end and mistreated on one end, but also spoke highly of Diddy on her Instagram post.
• 25:24
Speaker 1: So that's one of those things where it's going to be what the jury believes.
• 25:30
Speaker 1: But this case is so.
• 25:32
Speaker 1: It's so many levels and they still didn't disprove forced labor, which was the major thing that Mia was testifying to, and up there to prove the sexual violence, even if they throw her sexual violence out.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: Even if they throw it out, she still proved forced labor and that's a rico act and the defense didn't do anything to disprove that.
• 26:08
Speaker 1: Um, also real quick, happy birthday everybody.
• 26:11
Speaker 1: We got one of our community members, laura.
• 26:13
Speaker 1: Uh, I want to wish her a happy birthday.
• 26:16
Speaker 1: I don't think she's able to be in the live, but she.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: She reached out to me and told me her birthday was the day.
• 26:21
Speaker 1: I want everybody in the community to wish laura happy birthday in the comments.
• 26:25
  Speaker 1: She's a faithful laura clifford.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: She's a faithful listener, faithful viewer and subscriber, very supportive.
• 26:33
Speaker 1: Everybody say happy birthday to Laura Clifford.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: We're going to continue.
• 26:36
Speaker 1: Happy birthday Laura, let's continue.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: But I want to know and I don't know.
• 26:45
Speaker 1: You know, I would tell you if I had a clue.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: I don't have a clue who this woman is, who was spotted on the freak off tape.
• 26:52
Speaker 1: I don't know who the hell this, who this person is, but I believe this is going to be a devastating blow and, if you think about it, we get closer and closer and deeper into this prosecution presenting this case.
• 27:09
  Speaker 1: Think about it.
• 27:16
Speaker 1: Wait till D-Rock has to get on that witness stand.
• 27:20
Speaker 1: D-rock called witnesses, as a matter of fact, if you remember, days after Cassie filed her lawsuit.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: Days after that, b-rock was calling Mia, harassing Mia, trying to get her to make sure she had a perfect narrative for all the stuff she had went through, trying to make sure she don't tell on the dealer Because, if you recall, diddy called Mia first and Mia did not answer the phone.
• 27:49
Speaker 1: So when she didn't answer for Diddy, d-rock would call.
• 27:56
Speaker 1: If people didn't answer for D-Rock, christina Corum would call.
• 28:01
Speaker 1: Haven't you noticed Christina Corum?
• 28:04
Speaker 1: And D-Rock and Uncle Pauly haven't you noticed they've been very quiet?
• 28:09
Speaker 1: And Uncle Paulie, haven't you noticed they've been very quiet?
• 28:14
Speaker 1: Not a peep out of them.
• 28:18
Speaker 1: Considering you keep hearing their name almost every day in this trial, I know I'm not the only one notice that they won't be quiet for too much longer.
• 28:24
Speaker 1: You best believe they will be on that witness stand.
• 28:28
Speaker 1: I believe they're going to be in the last week or two and at that point, what will the Diddy apologist, what will Diddy's defense say when the inner circle because you got to think about Cassie, even Capricorn Clark, about Cassie, even Capricorn Clark, mia, they worked for Diddy but they were pawns in this situation.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: The people who carried out these actual crimes of intimidation, of bribery, of tracking people, tracking down employees, the people who were in the inner circle of Diddy and know where the bodies are buried, in a sense, are D-orn, ruben.
• 29:21
Speaker 1: Now you can call everybody liars if you want, but you won't be able to call them liars once Diddy's inner inner circle gets on, that stand and cooperates and testifies and cosigns and cooperates and testifies and cosigns everything that was said by all of the previous witnesses.
• 29:59
Speaker 1: That's the direction we're headed in.
• 30:04
Speaker 1: Y'all I see it clear as day.
• 30:05
Speaker 1: I saw it from the beginning, but now it's basically written.
• 30:11
  Speaker 1: They are working.
• 30:11
Speaker 1: The prosecution is working their way up the ladder.
• 30:14
Speaker 1: Let's look at this as a pyramid and, in my humble opinion, as far as the people who helped Diddy carry out all these crimes and use his enterprise as a criminal enterprise, I believe the top of that pyramid is going to be Christina Corham.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: I think she is the one who knows the most, who did the most for Diddy, and her testimony is going to be the final nail in the coffin, in my opinion.
• 30:48
Speaker 1: But D-Rock will be a nail in that coffin, uncle Pauly, he will be a nail in that coffin and, of course, ruben, not to mention the people like Derek Ferguson who have turned on Diddy and will be testifying and telling where that money's going.
• 31:17
Speaker 1: And don't forget, we got another victim, not just the one who was in the freak-off tape, but we got Bainer, the fashion designer.
• 31:29
Speaker 1: Let me refresh you guys.
• 31:31
Speaker 1: I told you she would be a witness in this case.
• 31:34
Speaker 1: I said that before the case even started and I continue to say it as the case went on.
• 31:43
Speaker 1: See, this is from the BBC.
• 31:45
Speaker 1: This is the person that accused Diddy of dangling her over a balcony.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: This is Ms Bongolan Says.
• 31:59
Speaker 1: She was spending the night with Ms Cassie Ventura at her apartment when Mr Combs started shouting and banging on the front door.
• 32:09
Speaker 1: Now listen to this, because y'all going to hear this testimony, y'all going to hear it from the horse's mouth.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: I'm going to give y'all a little prelude.
• 32:14
Speaker 1: Did he start banging on Cassie's door?
• 32:19
Speaker 1: Mrs Bogalem was over there.
• 32:21
Speaker 1: After banging and getting himself inside, mr Combs confronted Ms Banner, who was on the balcony at the time.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: He then lifted her up.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: This is a tiny woman.
• 32:38
Speaker 1: He lifted her up and started dangling her from the balcony of the unit.
• 32:45
Speaker 1: At the time, banner weighed barely 100 pounds.
• 32:52
Speaker 1: Miss Banna tried to resist him throwing her weight back, but it didn't help.
• 33:01
Speaker 1: He easily overpowered her.
• 33:05
Speaker 1: Miss Ventura came outside to intervene and then that's when Diddy pulled her back over the ledge and slammed her onto the patio furniture.
• 33:21
Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen of the Flow Show no Filter.
• 33:23
Speaker 1: This will be more damaging testimony, more proof of the intimidation and the violence that Diddy did with people who were there to do business.
• 33:39
  Speaker 1: Again, this isn't a girlfriend.
• 33:42
Speaker 1: This isn't even a longtime friend of Diddy.
• 33:46
Speaker 1: This is somebody who connected, trying to get her fashion designing off the ground and at the same time, worked with Diddy on his fashion.
• 33:59
Speaker 1: Sean John, miss Ben is going to testify.
• 34:06
Speaker 1: You know we're going to be talking about it.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: We are here every day, monday through Friday, at 7.30 am sharp Eastern Standard Time.
• 34:14
Speaker 1: To all my Australian people they say it's like 11 pm when I come on.
• 34:18
Speaker 1: So we at night overseas.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: But wherever you are, look up New York time, 7.30, and that's us every day, 7.30 am.
• 34:27
Speaker 1: Now let's talk about some of the other people set to testify.
• 34:38
Speaker 1: Hotel staffer when Cassie was allegedly attacked by Diddy.
• 34:45
Speaker 1: We don't even have to say allegedly, no more, we saw it right.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: Well, this employee worked in the security department.
• 34:51
Speaker 1: He has been given immunity.
• 34:54
Speaker 1: So the article comes from News Nation.
• 34:59
Speaker 1: A former security employee at the Los Angeles Hotel is expected to take the stand today and he is expected to be on the stand for about an hour and a half.
• 35:12
Speaker 1: Prosecutors are slated to call Mr Eddie Garcia, who worked in security for the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles.
• 35:21
Speaker 1: He will be testifying under immunity.
• 35:25
Speaker 1: As I told you, he showed up yesterday and evoked his 5th amendment right the right to remain silent and not say shit.
• 35:37
Speaker 1: They offered him immunity.
• 35:40
Speaker 1: Now he about to spill the beans.
• 35:42
Speaker 1: What might he testify about?
• 35:46
Speaker 1: Like I said, we know Diddy was offering bribe money.
• 35:54
Speaker 1: The number that's been thrown around is $50,000 for that tape to never see the light of day.
• 36:00
Speaker 1: I believe Eddie Garcia had a lot to do with that and may have orchestrated that.
• 36:08
Speaker 1: That's why his ass wanted immunity, so he wouldn't incriminate himself.
• 36:12
Speaker 1: Had a lot to do with that and may have orchestrated that.
• 36:13
Speaker 1: That's why his ass wanted immunity, so he wouldn't incriminate himself.
• 36:20
Speaker 1: This is really, really, really looking bad for Itty Bitty Diddy and his Tootsie Roll.
• 36:25
Speaker 1: Itty Bitty Diddy and that Tootsie Roll is on the hot seat.
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Y'all know Tootsie Rolls.
• 36:35
Speaker 1: When they get hot they melt and it's getting hot in that fucking courtroom.
• 36:45
Speaker 1: Shout out to all my Diddy VIP members.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: Hope you liked the video yesterday I dropped.
• 36:49
Speaker 1: That was from the courthouse and just to let y'all know, I will be back around about the 22nd of June.
• 36:56
Speaker 1: I'll be back in New York.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: So all my VIP, you'll get more access later in a couple of weeks, in a few weeks, and then I also will definitely 1000% be in the courtroom and be in New York when the verdict is read.
• 37:14
Speaker 1: So if you are VIP members, all requires is a $23 subscription, which helps get my ass there, but you will be in that courtroom or you will be in New York with me via my phone or via my streaming device when the verdict is read.
• 37:32
Speaker 1: So if you haven't subscribed, make sure you are subscribed.
• 37:37
Speaker 1: I'm going to put the subscription link in the chat for you real quick and then we're going to get back.
• 37:45
Speaker 1: I got a whole bunch more to talk about, so don't go nowhere.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: I haven't even gotten to the meat of it yet.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: This is falling apart for Diddy at an amazing pace.
• 38:01
Speaker 1: Let me put the subscription in there for those who want to be a part of the verdict and want to be a part of the exclusive content when I go back in a few weeks.
• 38:10
Speaker 1: I just put the link, the subscription link, in the chat and all it requires is a twenty three dollar subscription.
• 38:17
  Speaker 1: Now let's continue.
• 38:18
Speaker 1: I'm excited, I can't wait to go back, but let's talk about a little bit more with me.
• 38:25
Speaker 1: And she talked about Diddy tracking their track, tracking the car, putting tracking devices following these workers all over the place.
• 38:35
Speaker 1: Terrified environment, all I tell people.
• 38:42
Speaker 1: If you don't understand how criminal this is, take your boss, exchange your boss that you work for right now and put Diddy right there and say Diddy does everything that you've heard in this courtroom happens in your place of employment and see how quick motherfuckers won't be arrested.
• 39:01
Speaker 1: So much had happened.
• 39:11
Speaker 1: Diddy took people's phones where they couldn't call for help, namely me and Cassie Mia also talked about how he used fake aliases Frank Black, phillip Hines to stay under the radar with these freak-offs and all this.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: Baby oil and astral glide everywhere.
• 39:37
Speaker 1: Okin, which was the other lady, testified that Combs once incurred an extra $300 charge to clean drapes, another $500 charge to clean oil, damage Baby oil everywhere.
• 39:58
Speaker 1: Nobody liked this guy.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: The more you hear in this testimony, the more you hear.
• 40:10
Speaker 1: The more you hear in this testimony, the more you realize Diddy was a horrible human being to people.
• 40:17
Speaker 1: This is why nobody has any hesitation on testifying against him.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: He treated everybody like shit, and so when you treat everybody like shit, shit, nobody is keeping no secret for you, because they'll stay around for your money.
• 40:37
Speaker 1: They'll stay around to keep up, keep, keep their bills paid.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: But when you don't, when when your money is no longer good and you're sitting behind, you're sitting in court and the court is telling people you either testify against this man or your ass will be sitting right next to him in jail.
• 40:57
  Speaker 1: They all testify.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: Think about this you don't have not one A-list celebrity.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: You don't have not one A-list celebrity speaking up for Diddy.
• 41:14
  Speaker 1: Not one.
• 41:21
  Speaker 1: Guess.
• 41:21
  Speaker 1: Who has Diddy?
• 41:22
  Speaker 1: Guess who?
• 41:28
Speaker 1: The only person speaking up for Diddy?
• 41:29
Speaker 1: Ray J, a C-lister With nothing to lose.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: But before this, diddy was the who's who, ashton Kutcher.
• 41:39
  Speaker 1: Where is Ellen?
• 41:40
Speaker 1: Ellen once called Diddy her Snuggle buckle, buckle, or whatever the fuck.
• 41:46
  Speaker 1: Y'all remember that?
• 41:48
Speaker 1: She said Diddy was her McSnuggle buckle, or whatever.
• 41:50
Speaker 1: Where is she at?
• 41:50
Speaker 1: Or whatever the fuck?
• 41:51
Speaker 1: Y'all remember that she said Diddy was her mixed snuggle bugger, or whatever.
• 41:53
Speaker 1: Where is she at?
• 41:54
Speaker 1: Oprah Jay-Z, beyonce, beyonce.
• 42:03
Speaker 1: The fact that you don't have one celebrity speaking up for this man should let you know how cooked he is For it not to be no case, as some are calling you sure don't have any of his friends speaking out.
• 42:22
Speaker 1: None, literally the only people that have Diddy's back is his mama and his children.
• 42:36
Speaker 1: That should tell you something.
• 42:38
Speaker 1: Like I said, those celebrities.
• 42:45
  Speaker 1: It's so quiet.
• 42:46
Speaker 1: You can hear a cat piss on cotton hell.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: You can hear a cat piss on cotton Hell.
• 43:01
Speaker 1: You can hear an ant break wind at a football game.
• 43:03
  Speaker 1: That's how quiet it's been.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: They're all involved, like you said Leonardo DiCaprio, will Smith we're already ain't nobody saying nothing.
• 43:16
  Speaker 1: You know why?
• 43:17
Speaker 1: Because Diddy Cook and they trying to make sure they ain't next.
• 43:26
Speaker 1: But another thing I want y'all to pay attention to this case ain't this is going to lead to more.
• 43:31
Speaker 1: This is going to lead to more cases.
• 43:37
Speaker 1: This ain't over Before it's all said and done.
• 43:45
Speaker 1: Diddy will have more cases and some of these celebrities who sat by and been complacent and complicit to this shit, they will be called in.
• 44:01
Speaker 1: This is going to be a chain reaction, or otherwise known.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: Since we're talking about Ashton Kutcher, let's talk about one of my favorite Ashton Kutcher.
• 44:11
Speaker 1: Let's talk about one of my favorite Ashton Kutcher movies.
• 44:13
Speaker 1: This will be a butterfly effect for your ass.
• 44:16
Speaker 1: If you don't know what the butterfly effect is it's one little thing leads to a million bigger things.
• 44:25
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, these celebrities are even pissed that Diddy has everybody wrapped up in this shit because he was sloppy, he was arrogant and he never cared about nobody but himself.
• 44:50
Speaker 1: This is just the tip of the iceberg.
• 44:51
Speaker 1: This is just the top of the tree.
• 44:57
Speaker 1: We still got the roots in the ground that we don't see, and it's amazing that you still have some people, even though it's getting less and less and less.
• 45:11
Speaker 1: You got some people talking about I don't see Rico.
• 45:15
Speaker 1: That's because your ass ain't looked it up.
• 45:16
Speaker 1: That's because you don't know what the fuck Rico is.
• 45:19
Speaker 1: You wouldn't know Rico if it slapped you in the face.
• 45:23
Speaker 1: Because this is Rico, this is Freako.
• 45:29
  Speaker 1: This is Freako.
• 45:30
Speaker 1: This is Freako Rico, this is choose whatever you want type of Rico.
• 45:39
Speaker 1: And we got more and more people testifying.
• 45:47
Speaker 1: I don't have a lot of background on Anthony Abram, but he is another person who is in charge of the money, of Diddy's money.
• 45:59
Speaker 1: He will be testifying.
• 46:03
Speaker 1: He has turned on Diddy.
• 46:06
Speaker 1: He has turned on Diddy.
• 46:09
Speaker 1: Some more information about the young lady or the person.
• 46:13
Speaker 1: I'm assuming it's a woman, but with the itty-bitty-ditty you don't know if it's a woman or a man that was on this freak-off tape.
• 46:20
  Speaker 1: I'm assuming it's a woman.
• 46:22
Speaker 1: It's set to testify.
• 46:33
Speaker 1: She is apparently either she's just going overseas or she lives overseas, but I'm sure Diddy didn't want her testifying.
• 46:37
Speaker 1: This is crazy, uncle Paulie.
• 46:44
  Speaker 1: We have documented.
• 46:47
Speaker 1: I found an old article.
• 46:49
Speaker 1: I found an old article.
• 46:50
Speaker 1: I found an old article that dealt with diddy.
• 46:54
  Speaker 1: Remember j-lo?
• 46:56
Speaker 1: Where you at j-lo j-lo awfully quiet, nobody knows diddy.
• 47:05
  Speaker 1: Y'all notice that.
• 47:06
Speaker 1: Yeah, derrick Ferguson, yeah, I've already talked about Derrick Ferguson.
• 47:12
Speaker 1: Derrick Ferguson will be testifying, a former CFO for Diddy.
• 47:18
  Speaker 1: But J-Lo.
• 47:22
Speaker 1: I found an old article and it deals with Uncle Paulie.
• 47:26
Speaker 1: Do you know back when that shooting happened in the club when Shine took the fall?
• 47:32
Speaker 1: But many people said it was Diddy that did the shooting and J-Lo helped conceal it.
• 47:38
Speaker 1: You know that, mess.
• 47:39
Speaker 1: Well, I found an old article where they had found out that Uncle Pauly was intimidating witnesses and witnessed tampering even back then.
• 47:51
Speaker 1: Another situation documented that Uncle Pauly was a part of was when they beat the hell out of Steve Stout.
• 48:05
Speaker 1: If you don't remember, steve Stout was a record exec and Diddy didn't like a scene of a video and Diddy and the rest of his comrades and cronies and goons and assholes pulled up on Steve Stout.
• 48:22
Speaker 1: This is what Steve Stout said.
• 48:24
Speaker 1: He punched me in the face and then he grabbed the phone and bashed me in the head with it.
• 48:31
Speaker 1: One minute I'm in the middle of a meeting and the next minute I'm down on the floor and Puffy and his guys are kicking and pounding.
• 48:39
Speaker 1: One of them pick up a chair and throws it at me.
• 48:43
Speaker 1: Then Puffy throws my desk over and they just walk out like nothing happened.
• 48:51
Speaker 1: I was laying there on the floor bleeding.
• 48:55
Speaker 1: My jaw and my head were all swollen.
• 48:58
  Speaker 1: I couldn't move my arm.
• 49:02
Speaker 1: It was a traumatic experience, and in the middle of it I didn't know exactly how to feel experience.
• 49:05
Speaker 1: And in the middle of it I didn't know exactly how to feel.
• 49:08
Speaker 1: I was upset, embarrassed, scared and angry.
• 49:21
Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned, this was an attempt on my life.
• 49:24
Speaker 1: The only reason I'm not dead is because they missed.
• 49:26
Speaker 1: After the beating, my family urged me to get out of the music business and I considered it, but the company has been very supportive of me and made me feel comfortable so that I can continue.
• 49:36
Speaker 1: I still have second thoughts, though, about how I move around.
• 49:42
Speaker 1: I'm still concerned about going back to the office.
• 49:45
  Speaker 1: I'm still scared.
• 49:48
  Speaker 1: This was May 21st 1999.
• 50:01
Speaker 1: Written in the LA Times Steve Stout, a well-known record executive.
• 50:08
Speaker 1: Diddy has been a monsterknown record executive.
• 50:09
Speaker 1: Diddy has been a monster the entire time.
• 50:15
Speaker 1: And for y'all, I found out Uncle Pauly's real name, if y'all want to do some research.
• 50:19
Speaker 1: His name is Paul Offord P-A-U-L and his last name is Offord O-F-F-O-R-L and his last name is Offord O-F-F-O-R-D.
• 50:31
Speaker 1: You can't hide from the flow show.
• 50:35
Speaker 1: So if you want to look up Uncle Pauly and see what more information you can find on him, I'm going to put his name in the chat and feel free to do some digging yourself.
• 50:52
Speaker 1: But Uncle Pauly, if he has to get up on that stage, I'm sure he's going to have to get up on that stage.
• 51:01
Speaker 1: I'm going to call it, but it's the witness stand.
• 51:02
Speaker 1: I'm sure he's going to have to get up on there.
• 51:05
Speaker 1: He's going to have to get up on there because he has been the main guy, diddy's main goon, running around intimidating folks.
• 51:20
Speaker 1: So let's do that rundown.
• 51:21
Speaker 1: We got Mr Garcia, who has immunity.
• 51:23
Speaker 1: We also have Frank Piazza.
• 51:29
Speaker 1: I forgot Frank Piazza.
• 51:30
Speaker 1: I forgot Frank Piazza is after Eddie Garcia.
• 51:36
Speaker 1: Eddie Garcia is supposed to be this morning.
• 51:38
Speaker 1: So at the close of this show, eddie Garcia, the one who controlled that Cassie take and may have took bribe money from Diddy and may know more than has been told so far.
• 51:53
Speaker 1: He has been granted immunity.
• 51:55
Speaker 1: He is going on this morning, tuesday am, it says on the docket.
• 52:00
Speaker 1: Also after that will be the forensic video expert, frank Piazza, and then Combs' employee Derek Ferguson, and then the accuser, brianna Bogolan.
• 52:23
Speaker 1: Remember, derek Ferguson is the CFO, he controlled the money.
• 52:27
Speaker 1: He's going to tell.
• 52:29
Speaker 1: Perhaps if some of this money was business money and corporate money was used to bribe people, maybe that's where the money came from, for that went to the security at Intercontinental.
• 52:42
  Speaker 1: Who knows?
• 52:43
  Speaker 1: But Diddy knows.
• 52:46
Speaker 1: And after today we all know.
• 52:49
Speaker 1: And then, like I said, brianna Bogolan that's the one Diddy allegedly held over the balcony.
• 52:59
Speaker 1: They are saying she is set to testify today, and then tomorrow the woman that they're calling Jane Doe.
• 53:10
Speaker 1: That's the woman that they located based on seeing her on the freak-off tapes that they got in the raid.
• 53:21
Speaker 1: When they raided all of Diddy's homes, they found this young lady on the freak-off tape and she is testifying.
• 53:29
Speaker 1: So that will be tomorrow, will be her.
• 53:33
Speaker 1: But this lineup is getting.
• 53:38
Speaker 1: I told you we're getting closer and closer to the inner circle and the inner workings of what the hell was really going on behind the scenes.
• 53:47
Speaker 1: What the hell was really going on behind the scenes.
• 53:51
Speaker 1: Like I told you, the prosecution has done a put on a master class on how you present a case.
• 53:56
Speaker 1: So at the very beginning, when people were saying I don't see this, I don't see that it's because they were just laying the groundwork, I told you the analogy before.
• 54:06
  Speaker 1: It's like building a house.
• 54:07
Speaker 1: When I tell you I'm building a house and you come over here and all you see is us digging in the ground and you can't really see what's going on in that ground.
• 54:15
Speaker 1: But what we're doing is we're building the most important part, the foundation.
• 54:19
Speaker 1: But if you're looking for the house, you ain't going to see no house.
• 54:22
Speaker 1: You're going to come over there and say I don't see no house, that's because we're building a foundation dummy, give it a second.
• 54:29
Speaker 1: You, that's because we're building a foundation dummy, give it a second.
• 54:32
Speaker 1: You're going to see the strongest motherfucking house you've ever seen in your damn life, if you just have some patience.
• 54:35
Speaker 1: And that's where we're at in this case.
• 54:39
Speaker 1: Now the people who control the money, now the people who actually carried out these dastardly deeds.
• 54:45
Speaker 1: Now they are beginning to speak.
• 54:48
Speaker 1: Thank you for the super chat Super sticker, steph.
• 54:53
Speaker 1: Steph said love you, all your hard work and dedication and no shit, no shit, yeah, thank you.
• 55:02
  Speaker 1: I appreciate that.
• 55:03
Speaker 1: No shit is right.
• 55:05
Speaker 1: And anybody else that want to contribute to a little lunch money, I won't be mad.
• 55:10
Speaker 1: Go and send me a super sticker.
• 55:15
Speaker 1: But this week and next week I will seal Diddy's fake, which has already been sealed about a thousand times over in this case.
• 55:24
Speaker 1: But it's getting worse and worse and worse this case, but it's getting worse and worse and worse.
• 55:30
Speaker 1: I'm telling you this is about to go down.
• 55:37
Speaker 1: What they say, like they say, young Jock, is going down.
• 55:40
  Speaker 1: It's going down.
• 55:47
Speaker 1: More news breaking right now.
• 55:54
Speaker 1: Diddy's team is in an uproar.
• 55:55
Speaker 1: Diddy's team is panicking because they know once these co-workers, ex-employees, once they take the stand, oh, it's over.
• 56:08
Speaker 1: These are the right-hand men.
• 56:11
Speaker 1: Where is Christina Corham?
• 56:13
Speaker 1: Where is Christina Corham?
• 56:18
Speaker 1: Have you ever heard from her, have you?
• 56:20
Speaker 1: She's the chief financial officer.
• 56:24
Speaker 1: She was the one everybody called.
• 56:30
Speaker 1: They said she controlled everything for Diddy.
• 56:33
Speaker 1: Can you imagine when she gets on that stand and she tells all the inside secrets on what did he did, why he did it, the times he had her call, all the ways that he helped and she helped brainwash these victims.
• 57:00
Speaker 1: Mia Capricorn Clark took advantage of all of these people, advantage of all of these people and it all is coming to a head in the trial of the century the United States versus Sean Diddy Combs, aka the Mohawk man, and finally all the celebrities who sat by and watched this shit, the Mohawk man and finally all the celebrities who sat by and watched this shit happen.
• 57:40
Speaker 1: They're all getting exposed too.
• 57:41
Speaker 1: We have a count that Swiss Beats Alicia Keys' husband, well-known producer, sat back and watched Diddy throw computers at Mia.
• 57:56
Speaker 1: We know Neo Usher, jimmy Iovine, even old ass Big Daddy Kane who, probably using a cane at this point, sat back and watched Cassie get punched in the stomach Out in public at a restaurant, didn't do a motherfucking thing about it, and the countless other celebrities who sat back while Diddy ran around like a petulant child.
• 58:29
Speaker 1: Finally, it is all coming to a head and I don't give a damn how many lawyers you buy.
• 58:39
  Speaker 1: I think the number's up to 10 now, maybe 11 or 12.
• 58:43
Speaker 1: I don't care how much money you spend.
• 58:46
Speaker 1: Karma don't give a damn about none of that.
• 58:52
  Speaker 1: Karma is undefeated.
• 58:57
Speaker 1: Blowing up Kid Cudi's car.
• 59:00
Speaker 1: You know, kid Cudi and I went to the same high school.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: We from the same neighborhood.
• 59:04
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi don't bother nobody man.
• 59:08
Speaker 1: Neighborhood Kid Cudi don't bother nobody man.
• 59:14
Speaker 1: You ain't heard about any other story about nobody getting into it with Kid Cudi, half of you.
• 59:19
Speaker 1: Kid Cudi, one of those loners who just does his thing he not trying to be no tough guy, but Diddy and his itty-bitty committee downstairs, the little Tootsie Roll, one of the most insecure men to ever walk this fucking planet.
• 59:38
Speaker 1: If you ask me, this is what happens when you don't seek help and you are very insecure and you get all kind of money and power at a young age.
• 59:50
Speaker 1: This is what can happen.
• 59:51
Speaker 1: The story of the Mohawker Bullying people, dragging Capricorn Clark at literal gunpoint is what the indictment read.
• 1:00:07
Speaker 1: Dragging her to the scene of the crime, beating the hell out of her.
• 1:00:12
Speaker 1: Dragging Cassie 50 feet by her hair.
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: Beating the hell out of her the chef just in charge of cooking food for you.
• 1:00:26
Speaker 1: Somehow she gets hands put on her and thrown out of the house like Jazzy Jeff on the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
• 1:00:40
Speaker 1: Every year for the past 30 years Diddy has done some crazy shit to people and got away with it.
• 1:00:53
Speaker 1: He got away with it because of his money.
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: He got away with it because of his power.
• 1:00:58
Speaker 1: He got away with it because many people, unfortunately, don't give a fuck.
• 1:01:06
Speaker 1: As long as it's not happening to them, they don't give a fuck.
• 1:01:11
Speaker 1: As long as it's not happening to them, they don't care.
• 1:01:15
Speaker 1: Well, finally, his luck ran out and the first blow was Cassie dropping that lawsuit.
• 1:01:23
Speaker 1: And the feds even said themselves Cassie's lawsuit spearheaded.
• 1:01:30
Speaker 1: It spearheaded this investigation.
• 1:01:32
Speaker 1: Cassie was not trying to bring this to a criminal charge.
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: Cassie was requesting that money for her pain and suffering for nearly a year.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: And Diddy's arrogance the same arrogance that caused him to do all of this bullshit was the same arrogance that got his ass caught up, because he still thought that he had Cassie under his control and that she would never file that lawsuit.
• 1:02:06
Speaker 1: And the final day that she had time to file it, she filed it and all hell broke loose.
• 1:02:15
Speaker 1: And then the Little Rod lawsuit, the producer that went to work with Diddy on his album, who, next thing he knows, he's getting fondled by Cuba Gooden Jr.
• 1:02:28
Speaker 1: Where the hell is Cuba Gooden Jr at?
• 1:02:31
Speaker 1: He was on Diddy's boat grabbing people by the balls and whatever the hell else they were doing.
• 1:02:40
Speaker 1: But Little Rod's lawsuit, cassie's lawsuit was the jab and Little Rod's lawsuit that detailed all of the bullshit that was going on with Diddy.
• 1:02:52
Speaker 1: That was the KO knockout blow and so at the flow show no filter, like Lindsay said.
• 1:03:03
Speaker 1: They said I'll be sure was testifying Lindsay.
• 1:03:07
Speaker 1: I haven't heard or seen him on the official list yet, but we still have about three and a half.
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: We got about three and a half more weeks, I believe, of prosecution, because I believe we're what?
• 1:03:23
Speaker 1: Two and a half weeks in almost, or three and a half weeks in half weeks in almost, or three and a half weeks in.
• 1:03:35
Speaker 1: However, however long, we got about three weeks left.
• 1:03:36
Speaker 1: So we got a lot more witnesses.
• 1:03:37
Speaker 1: So I'm not sure I'll be sure has been subpoenaed to testify, but I haven't seen them on the official list.
• 1:03:43
Speaker 1: Usually the list they only tell us about within you know the next three days, so we don't know about.
• 1:03:50
Speaker 1: Maybe, maybe in the next few days we'll know about more witnesses, so we'll see.
• 1:03:54
Speaker 1: But I'll be sure his testimony can be very damaging as well.
• 1:04:03
Speaker 1: Um, this is heating up though y'all.
• 1:04:05
Speaker 1: Uh, when they what's the old saying, time to pay the piper?
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: Diddy is paying the ultimate piper.
• 1:04:14
Speaker 1: Right now, diddy is paying the ultimate piper right now and everybody is set to testify and we got to check it out y'all.
• 1:04:24
Speaker 1: And one thing that we always have to do is thank our people and then I'll let you know who's who's first up the lineup today to testify.
• 1:04:34
Speaker 1: And, uh, thank for theresa rose for a three dollar subscription.
• 1:04:38
Speaker 1: It really helps out.
• 1:04:39
Speaker 1: Thank you, linda, for a five dollar subscription.
• 1:04:42
Speaker 1: Thank you, mermaid and the outfield for another ten dollars I think you already have a thirteen dollar subscription and harrison, thank you for the three dollar13 subscription.
• 1:04:49
Speaker 1: Ann Harrison, thank you for the $3 subscription.

• 1:04:53
Speaker 1: You guys are amazing and, as always, we got to get out of here.
• 1:05:01
Speaker 1: I got to get to the testimony, but testifying right now coming up in about an hour or less you will hear from Eddie Garcia, the hotel person at the Intercontinental.
• 1:05:13
  Speaker 1: Was he bribed?
• 1:05:14
Speaker 1: Did he know kidnapping?
• 1:05:16
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 1:05:18
Speaker 1: But let's get to our mouse in the chat, y'all.

  Speaker 1: I love y'all.
• 1:05:42
Speaker 1: Thank you for support Y'all.
• 1:05:44
Speaker 1: Turning me into a celebrity I didn't even ask to be one.
• 1:05:46
Speaker 1: Turning me into a celebrity I didn't even ask to be one.
• 1:05:47
Speaker 1: But I guess it's time for the new celebrities to step up, the ones who actually give a fuck about the people, and that's where the word celebrity came from.
• 1:05:58
Speaker 1: It used to be the ones who cared about the people and the people cared about them.
• 1:06:01
Speaker 1: We going back to those days, as always, I love y'all, but I'm out.
