- 0:59Speaker 4: it as it is absolutely pissing down out here. I'm
- 1:03Speaker 4: just wondering if maybe in the car song break you
- 1:06Speaker 4: go and wander outside and maybe get a little bit
- 1:09Speaker 4: damp and wet there and so that that very tight
- 1:12Speaker 4: t shirt gets a bit transparent and really clings to
- 1:15Speaker 4: your your gutters, etcetera, etcetera.
- 1:18Speaker 2: I'll consider it.
- 1:19Speaker 4: Thanks mate, Keezy. Where do I begin with Keezy today?
- 1:25Speaker 2: Just say hello.
- 1:25Speaker 4: He's just in the weirdest, weirdest mood. He said he
- 1:30Speaker 4: had a really big night and pushed the boat out say.
- 1:34Speaker 2: That I didn't have a big night. However, for some reason,
- 1:37Speaker 2: I feel like I did have a big night.
- 1:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:39Speaker 2: Yeah. My brain is running in about thirty percent capacity. Yeah, man,
- 1:43Speaker 2: which is a shame because usually it's had about forty fifty.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, here's a bit damp. So you
- 1:48Speaker 2: got the rain, got caught in the rain.
- 1:51Speaker 4: I was going to say, your bangs aren't as buffy as.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Normal, Oh buffy bangs, Keezy? Yeah yeah, I'm sorry about that.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I didn't get caught in the rain.
- 1:58Speaker 7: And to be honest, it's been one of the worst
- 2:01Speaker 7: days weatherwise a couple of months.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I'd say misable.
- 2:06Speaker 4: But I'll tell you what, it's not going to be
- 2:08Speaker 4: a shocker as this show because we have got so
- 2:10Speaker 4: much going on. We're going to be talking to the
- 2:12Speaker 4: winner of our diamonds on Richmond Prize to ten per
- 2:15Speaker 4: our engagement Ring. We've also got the Big Deck Energy
- 2:17Speaker 4: five thousand dollars worth of stuff to give away.
- 2:20Speaker 2: We got the Friday Throbber.
- 2:23Speaker 5: And we're also and this is a hell of a
- 2:25Speaker 5: co nobody else can do it. Yeah, the old cole
- 2:28Speaker 5: Player in town. And we'll be talking to Chris Martin
- 2:31Speaker 5: from the band later on today, so stay tuned for.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That for Whodarchy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 2:40Speaker 1: and Keysy.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Primal scream there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 2:44Speaker 4: Friday afternoon and I forgot fellows and it was very
- 2:48Speaker 4: remissive me. Froud out Shyday. Have you got any froud
- 2:51Speaker 4: outs text us three four eight three and let us.
- 2:55Speaker 7: Know, Yeah, it sounds similar to shout out Friday, but
- 2:58Speaker 7: it's not.
- 2:58Speaker 2: It's froud out Shiday three four oh to three.
- 3:00Speaker 7: You hit yourself a twoy prize pack, Now, Fowlers, something
- 3:04Speaker 7: happened on the Big Show yesterday at the first ever
- 3:06Speaker 7: Hducky Swingers Club. It's something that involved Pugs. Aren't our
- 3:09Speaker 7: beloved producer and studio be there does such a great job.
- 3:12Speaker 7: And I think Jase you would agree with the statement
- 3:15Speaker 7: that of late tensions between you and Pugs have been
- 3:18Speaker 7: sort of simmering.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Well, yes, I think i'd agree with that, but I
- 3:24Speaker 4: think there's a lot of sexual energy going on there too.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Yeah right, okay, so that's a mixture of both. Yeah.
- 3:29Speaker 7: Yeah, Well look it brings me no pleasure to have
- 3:32Speaker 7: to give you guys this, But before the show today,
- 3:36Speaker 7: I wouldn't have to we chat to pug Son, you know,
- 3:38Speaker 7: because yes, say, on the golf course, he ran Jas
- 3:43Speaker 7: over with the golf cart.
- 3:44Speaker 2: He did. He ran Jas over. He And this was
- 3:48Speaker 2: my this was sort of my theory.
- 3:49Speaker 7: Behold behind the whole thing, and I was probably staying
- 3:51Speaker 7: what fifteen meters away, So I witnessed the second half
- 3:53Speaker 7: of the action from where I was standing. It seemed intentional.
- 3:57Speaker 7: He ran Jas over with a golf cart, and I
- 3:59Speaker 7: had a bit of a sneaking suspicion that he infected
- 4:02Speaker 7: it on purpose. So I went under cover. I was
- 4:05Speaker 7: wearing a wire. I went into the B studio and
- 4:09Speaker 7: I asked Pugs whether or not he did it on purpose.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Yeah, here's some audio. I'd just like to see what
- 4:13Speaker 2: you guys make of this. Yeah, are we Readdressing's foot
- 4:18Speaker 2: thing today? I mean you can if you want. I mean,
- 4:22Speaker 2: I figured you would do that in the from it. Yeah, true,
- 4:26Speaker 2: maybe in the last break of the floor or something,
- 4:30Speaker 2: because you did it on purpose. Eh, you hit it
- 4:32Speaker 2: on purpose? Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, I hit him on purpose.
- 4:36Speaker 2: How does that make you feel, jas, Oh?
- 4:39Speaker 4: Look, I mean it doesn't surprise me. Yeah. I've been
- 4:44Speaker 4: pretty scarred by the whole incident physically, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
- 4:49Speaker 4: And I will admit there's been a weird vibe between
- 4:53Speaker 4: Pugs and I. I mean, my wife, you know, is
- 4:56Speaker 4: still very fond of him, still thinks he's got the
- 4:58Speaker 4: most lovely skin of all the big show. Yeah that's true, right,
- 5:05Speaker 4: So you know, I hope he's got it out of
- 5:07Speaker 4: his system and that you know, we're going to be
- 5:10Speaker 4: good from here.
- 5:12Speaker 2: My worry is what's next, you know what I mean?
- 5:15Speaker 7: Because sure, you throw a glar, you you screw your
- 5:18Speaker 7: paper up at the end of every day and you
- 5:19Speaker 7: throw it at the glass in his studio there, and
- 5:20Speaker 7: you rack him up. You do a lot of stuff
- 5:22Speaker 7: and he responds by running you over with a moving
- 5:24Speaker 7: vehicle and then confessing to it. I just want, like,
- 5:28Speaker 7: what if he sees you in the car park one
- 5:30Speaker 7: day you know what I mean, and he might run
- 5:32Speaker 7: you down. Do you think we should be worried about this?
- 5:34Speaker 2: Mike?
- 5:35Speaker 5: Look, I think these guys just got to work it
- 5:38Speaker 5: out between themselves. It's not having kids toward you. J
- 5:40Speaker 5: You know you just got to check him in the ring,
- 5:42Speaker 5: and you know, last man standing as it were. Sure,
- 5:45Speaker 5: you know there's no point I was getting involved in it.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Keesy.
- 5:48Speaker 5: You know, they can just beat hell out of each other.
- 5:51Speaker 5: We get a little bit of content for the show
- 5:53Speaker 5: Happy Days. Yeah, do you know what I mean?
- 5:55Speaker 2: Yeah? Okay, Happy Days.
- 5:56Speaker 5: I mean if if the victim is going to be
- 5:58Speaker 5: Jason's foot, if Jason's foot get his crushed, he spins
- 6:01Speaker 5: the evening putting his foot up on the sofa and
- 6:04Speaker 5: and sort of complaining to his wife about the exclusion
- 6:06Speaker 5: excruciating pain that he's in. Did I say I'm all
- 6:10Speaker 5: for it?
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 6:11Speaker 5: Man, you know I pointy j decides to jump on
- 6:15Speaker 5: Pokeson's back and bite.
- 6:17Speaker 2: A zero off bully for him. I'm actually I'm kid
- 6:20Speaker 2: for that.
- 6:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 6:21Speaker 4: Well, actually, what I propose and I'm going to propose
- 6:23Speaker 4: it to him just between the three of us here,
- 6:25Speaker 4: that him and I spend a week in at the
- 6:27Speaker 4: batch together, laid up on Viagra's. It would take some
- 6:31Speaker 4: wines and just see what happens close the blinds and.
- 6:36Speaker 2: I don't know if I want to go blind.
- 6:37Speaker 4: And have it out.
- 6:39Speaker 7: I don't know if I want having you in a
- 6:41Speaker 7: secluded place like that. You don't know what he's capable.
- 6:43Speaker 4: I just think we should have it out, Keezy. One
- 6:45Speaker 4: way or the other.
- 6:46Speaker 2: You may have it out or get it out.
- 6:47Speaker 4: We both have it out.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Get it out, have it in.
- 6:53Speaker 1: The wold Aking Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ike.
- 6:59Speaker 4: WANs of the Son there on the Radio Hodarchy Big
- 7:01Speaker 4: Show this Friday afternoon. The time is four thirty six now.
- 7:04Speaker 4: Yesterday on the show, shots were five between the Big
- 7:07Speaker 4: Show and the Agenda Podcast. The Agenda Podcast is a
- 7:11Speaker 4: daily podcast by the acc that generally focuses on sport.
- 7:16Speaker 5: Is that correct, Fellas, Yeah, that's largely true, and just
- 7:20Speaker 5: a bit of waffle here and there as well, which
- 7:22Speaker 5: is absolutely fair enough. And the other thing they do
- 7:25Speaker 5: is accuse the Big Show of stealing the headphones that
- 7:27Speaker 5: they've got in the A SEC studio. So I was
- 7:29Speaker 5: listening to that podcast yesterday. They were quite pretty angry
- 7:32Speaker 5: about it. Every day, every day we come into the
- 7:34Speaker 5: studio every day, our headphones are gone. Bloody Big show
- 7:38Speaker 5: is stealing it, that are And I was offended by
- 7:41Speaker 5: that because we did not steal the headphones. We certainly
- 7:44Speaker 5: don't do it every day. We never do it. In fact,
- 7:46Speaker 5: we used to do it.
- 7:47Speaker 2: Well.
- 7:48Speaker 7: Jase used to do it probably two years ago, and
- 7:50Speaker 7: then I was about a year and a half and
- 7:52Speaker 7: we can now. We've all got our own headphones, We've
- 7:54Speaker 7: got our names.
- 7:54Speaker 5: Where we hide them because we know how what a
- 7:58Speaker 5: treasure it is to have head phones at a radio
- 8:00Speaker 5: station and people will steal them. So we're well aware
- 8:03Speaker 5: of their complaints, have no doubt that somebody is stealing
- 8:06Speaker 5: their headphones, but the accusation towards us is untrue. Yes,
- 8:10Speaker 5: so we return serve yesterday on the show, and today
- 8:14Speaker 5: they have done the same. We each have our own
- 8:18Speaker 5: headphones which we keep in a secure location, and we
- 8:22Speaker 5: never touch those acc ones other than to borrow them.
- 8:26Speaker 2: We never touched them other than to borrow them. They
- 8:28Speaker 2: very kindly let us use the studio, very grateful for that.
- 8:31Speaker 2: But so they admit they use our studio and they're
- 8:35Speaker 2: not grateful.
- 8:36Speaker 7: A year and a half ago, Jace, you might have
- 8:39Speaker 7: been guilty of borrowing some of the headphones.
- 8:42Speaker 2: So they openly admit they have been stealing our headphones
- 8:45Speaker 2: up until a year and a half.
- 8:46Speaker 7: That is just for them to throw shit out there
- 8:49Speaker 7: like that. It just goes to show what a low grade,
- 8:51Speaker 7: subpar product they are actually making.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Those glasshouses. And finally Jason Hoyd had this threat to issue.
- 9:02Speaker 4: You know, you know what I want to say to
- 9:03Speaker 4: those those guys, say it to my face. Lame Yeah, Mania, Stuart,
- 9:09Speaker 4: say it to my face, pal, your lame mass sport,
- 9:12Speaker 4: bloody podcast, crappy nonsense. Well, firstly to say it face
- 9:17Speaker 4: to face, I have to get on my knees.
- 9:18Speaker 2: This is good at times, ending to address what's happened
- 9:20Speaker 2: just this morning. Yeah, we needed some headphones. They were missing.
- 9:23Speaker 2: They were missing. Where were they? Where you went and
- 9:25Speaker 2: had a lock? Didn't you? Where did you find them
- 9:28Speaker 2: in Hidaki studio? Now what do they say on the
- 9:30Speaker 2: side of them? Acc property? So there you go, unbelievable.
- 9:35Speaker 5: The accusations coming thick and faster, and the Fellows are
- 9:37Speaker 5: really feeling it. I know it because it used to
- 9:39Speaker 5: drive us up the wall, didn't it when we were
- 9:41Speaker 5: every single day we'd be searching a goddamn radio station
- 9:44Speaker 5: trying to find some headphones, not only any headphones, but
- 9:48Speaker 5: god forbid they should work, one of the channels will
- 9:51Speaker 5: be out. I mean, just an absolute shamble. So Manaiah,
- 9:54Speaker 5: there he's gone through. He's gone through what we've said
- 9:56Speaker 5: with a fine tooth comb to try and sort of
- 9:59Speaker 5: find any holes in our story.
- 10:01Speaker 2: So it's gotcha journalism. It's got cha journalism.
- 10:04Speaker 5: So so just to be clear, what we meant was,
- 10:06Speaker 5: we don't borrow your headphones. We use them while we
- 10:09Speaker 5: are using the acc studios. True, it's a matter of
- 10:13Speaker 5: some mantics, you know, picking up some on some tiny
- 10:15Speaker 5: details around you know, vocabulary there, which is which is
- 10:20Speaker 5: totally fine. We did steal, We did used to borrow
- 10:25Speaker 5: those headphones a year and a half ago. But we're
- 10:27Speaker 5: talking about the complaints that you're making now, not a
- 10:30Speaker 5: year and a half ago. And then this morning they
- 10:33Speaker 5: are fuming because they come into that, they come into
- 10:36Speaker 5: their studio and once again, Jas, these headphones are gone.
- 10:41Speaker 5: So once again they're accusing us. However, what they don't
- 10:44Speaker 5: know is that yesterday, we didn't do the show from
- 10:48Speaker 5: the home agues studios. Yesterday we were out at a
- 10:51Speaker 5: golf club some an hour's drive away. Correct, So the
- 10:56Speaker 5: accusation can only be that we didn't drive out there
- 10:59Speaker 5: when came into the studios, took their headphones, put them
- 11:02Speaker 5: in the ac studio, and then drove out to Middlewai
- 11:06Speaker 5: golf club to do the radio show only to annoy them.
- 11:09Speaker 5: Now there's something very obvious that has happening here. There's
- 11:11Speaker 5: somebody else that does a radio show in between when
- 11:14Speaker 5: we do it and when they go into do the podcast,
- 11:18Speaker 5: and that is the Breakfast Show, The Breakfast Show.
- 11:22Speaker 4: Correct.
- 11:23Speaker 5: The Breakfast Show are the ones that are stealing your
- 11:25Speaker 5: headphones every single day because they also steal ours.
- 11:28Speaker 2: That's right.
- 11:29Speaker 7: So the Breakfast Show has obviously you've got Jeremy Wells,
- 11:32Speaker 7: Nomal Matt Heath, but they have different people coming in
- 11:34Speaker 7: and out, and then the two producers Finn and Jeremy
- 11:37Speaker 7: will come in to do the podcast. That's four people.
- 11:40Speaker 7: They don't have four lots of headphones, don't. They have
- 11:42Speaker 7: to get a spear pere. Not only is the Agenda
- 11:44Speaker 7: podcast subpar and a terrible product, so too is the
- 11:47Speaker 7: Breakfast Show, and I'd like to put that on the
- 11:49Speaker 7: air and just bring a third party in to this
- 11:52Speaker 7: sort of multi show discussion.
- 11:54Speaker 4: I'm so pissed off by the allegations. I'm going to
- 11:58Speaker 4: go in there and start stealing their headphone.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I tell you what would pay them back?
- 12:01Speaker 5: Then you should start going into that little office who
- 12:04Speaker 5: got to the side, and start stealing all those bags
- 12:07Speaker 5: of chips.
- 12:09Speaker 4: I want to do that.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Now, start doing that, Just start doing it.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Start doing That'll start doing that right now? What do
- 12:16Speaker 4: you want? Sour cream and chi.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Actually in a pair of headphones too.
- 12:25Speaker 1: The Hdarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarky.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Peel Jam there on the Radio Hodarky Big Show this
- 12:32Speaker 4: Friday afternoon. The time is eleven minutes to five o'clock. Now,
- 12:36Speaker 4: we've been running a competition over the last couple of
- 12:38Speaker 4: weeks Big Deck Energy with our great mates at Trade Tested,
- 12:42Speaker 4: where you have the opportunity of winning five thousand dollars
- 12:46Speaker 4: worth of product. Isn't that right for youellos?
- 12:48Speaker 2: That's one hundred percent correct. That's a hell of a
- 12:50Speaker 2: p that's.
- 12:50Speaker 4: A great price. We had our first win the last Friday, actually,
- 12:53Speaker 4: and she was just sensational. She went the whole entertainment
- 12:57Speaker 4: outdoor entertainment route, and I think she got it down
- 13:01Speaker 4: to the last couple of dollars there, and she's going
- 13:03Speaker 4: to have a great summer, no question about it.
- 13:05Speaker 2: That's right. She completely stocked up her dick.
- 13:07Speaker 7: She had the outdoor furniture, she had table, she had
- 13:09Speaker 7: a barbecue.
- 13:10Speaker 2: I think she had like an awning set up. The
- 13:12Speaker 2: whole back deck sorted. Thanks to trade tested dot co
- 13:14Speaker 2: dot m Z, we have got our second winner of
- 13:18Speaker 2: five thousand dollars who we are going to call right now.

- 13:23Speaker 2: a few dollars.
- 13:23Speaker 4: Jason, Yeah, okay, all right.

- 13:30Speaker 2: otherwise we get this stuff.

- 16:00Speaker 2: Your glasses on its? Presidents of the USA.
- 16:01Speaker 1: All right, okay, that's why I can say it the
- 16:04Speaker 1: Darky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and.
- 16:08Speaker 4: Keysy Presidents of the USA. There on the radio, Hodarchy,
- 16:15Speaker 4: big shirt Presidents of the USA. A shell right, don't
- 16:19Speaker 4: get me started, Jason, don't get me started, Casey, yes.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Bugging, what's coming up? After five? Jason?
- 16:29Speaker 4: Well, of course, Friday Robberer Throbber. Also, of course we're
- 16:35Speaker 4: going to call the winner of our Diamonds on Richmond competition.
- 16:37Speaker 4: And that ten thousand dollars engagement.
- 16:39Speaker 2: Ring pretty amazing, isn't it.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Yeah, it is really amazing. I think he's going to
- 16:42Speaker 4: do the proposal next weekend. I imagine he's going to be,
- 16:47Speaker 4: you know, tensing up a little bit.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Also, Magie's got some sports chat.
- 16:52Speaker 4: I got some sports chat if you fell well, actually
- 16:56Speaker 4: just on the sports chat if you could. Could you
- 16:58Speaker 4: want to do the football segment in the sports chat
- 17:01Speaker 4: this time? Kezy on you mate? Thanks that?
- 17:04Speaker 8: So what.
- 17:08Speaker 1: The hold aching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Hold Ikey.
- 17:17Speaker 2: It's the big shows. Friday Thrommer.
- 17:23Speaker 4: Yes, indeed, nice to see it. But the sun coming
- 17:26Speaker 4: through there, Fellers, it's been pissing down all day here
- 17:28Speaker 4: in Auckland City, but the sun poking through the clouds
- 17:31Speaker 4: there another Throbber. Yes, Kezy, I.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Hope it's nice wherever you are in New Zealand. Oh yes, yes, yes.
- 17:36Speaker 5: And we've got to stop talking about Auckland because everybody
- 17:38Speaker 5: else hates it. So we'll just what should we call
- 17:40Speaker 5: this place where we live? What about Sydney?
- 17:45Speaker 2: Sydney? Okay, yeah, we're in Sydney. Beautiful, look at one
- 17:49Speaker 2: of the jobs.
- 17:51Speaker 4: And money so much better as well.
- 17:53Speaker 2: How does the public transport? So good? Man? So good?
- 17:57Speaker 4: Another throbber is where we each choose a tune for
- 17:59Speaker 4: your frid Day night that hopefully kicks off your weekend
- 18:02Speaker 4: gets you in the mood to party.
- 18:04Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:05Speaker 4: And the throb of theme today was my foot after
- 18:08Speaker 4: the debacle that happened yesterday and the golf course you
- 18:11Speaker 4: you nearly got killed. I needly where Pugson drove on
- 18:15Speaker 4: to my foot in a golf and a golf cart
- 18:18Speaker 4: and then rather than back off my foot, he just
- 18:21Speaker 4: parked there.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Yeah, must have done some damage.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Well. I screamed and screamed and screamed, and absolute agony.
- 18:29Speaker 5: And they're bloody, they're bloody, heavy barstards to those things
- 18:33Speaker 5: they are.
- 18:33Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, but I'm all right, that's fine.
- 18:35Speaker 2: So the theme is Hoidy Jay's sore foot. Yeah.
- 18:38Speaker 7: And of course you can vote on the Throbber by
- 18:40Speaker 7: calling eight hundred Hodaki. First person to get two votes
- 18:43Speaker 7: on the phone line there wins and we've got we've
- 18:46Speaker 7: got a year.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Long scoreboard, so it's getting pretty close as well. Feel
- 18:50Speaker 2: it is very close.
- 18:51Speaker 7: Now, Can I just start by saying that Jace wanted
- 18:54Speaker 7: to change the theme immediately?
- 18:55Speaker 2: Oh yeah, this morning He's like, I don't like that theme.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Let's changed it too hard. He's wanted to change it
- 18:59Speaker 2: to Jason's hand.
- 19:00Speaker 4: It's sore heads his hand is also so it was
- 19:03Speaker 4: me being funny.
- 19:03Speaker 2: I know who wants to let us off? I've gone
- 19:07Speaker 2: with pendulum crushed?
- 19:08Speaker 5: Ah?
- 19:26Speaker 2: Absolute, was that what was going through your head while
- 19:29Speaker 2: pucksand was running you down?
- 19:31Speaker 1: No?
- 19:32Speaker 4: I was just sort of wondering why he was smiling at.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Me because it was intention.
- 19:36Speaker 5: He's always been a fringby fella. Oh yes, he's a
- 19:38Speaker 5: lovely fella, even when he's been a maniacal bastard.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Yeah, he's trying to kill me.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Who wants to to go next? Jason?
- 19:44Speaker 4: Sure?
- 19:44Speaker 5: I think it feels like it feels like he wants
- 19:46Speaker 5: to go last because he's got wounded.
- 19:47Speaker 2: No, I'll go Nixon. This is my choice. Deep rolling,
- 20:02Speaker 2: rolling and rolling rolling.
- 20:06Speaker 5: That's what you wanted Pugs to do to get off
- 20:08Speaker 5: your foot keep I wanted him to roll backwards.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it doesn't matter. You're halfway there.
- 20:18Speaker 4: Yeah. It was a traumatic day for me, and as
- 20:20Speaker 4: I mentioned in the podcast, I think it was. It's
- 20:22Speaker 4: pretty scarring what happened with my foot there. With that
- 20:25Speaker 4: in mind, I've gone with broken, beaten, and scarred by Metallica.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Are there any words or yeah? Man, that's off? Yeah anger.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Oh that's everyone's favorite Metallica album.
- 21:00Speaker 4: But the good news is news and you decide, so
- 21:02Speaker 4: give us a call right now on Oh wait, one
- 21:04Speaker 4: hundred Hold it's.
- 21:06Speaker 2: A BC boys by the way, great throbber, great three shows, great, yeah,
- 21:11Speaker 2: good work, fellas the.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Hole, actual big shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Keezy.
- 21:21Speaker 2: It's the whole Lucky Big Shows.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Friday Thrommer, here's indeed, welcome back your mess of backbones.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Hope your Friday is going along very nicely. Indeed, the
- 21:30Speaker 4: theme today Hoody Jay's foot after the debarkle on the golf.
- 21:34Speaker 7: Course is did that's right? Pug Son ran Hoidy j
- 21:37Speaker 7: down parked on his foot. He was screaming. Great text here,
- 21:40Speaker 7: Jays getting run over by a golf cart is like
- 21:42Speaker 7: a regular person getting run over by a monster truck.
- 21:47Speaker 2: So there you go.
- 21:49Speaker 4: One thing I have noticed actually on the social media
- 21:51Speaker 4: lately is how small I.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Am on the social media.
- 21:54Speaker 4: Yeah, well you know how I've really You guys are
- 21:57Speaker 4: quite tall units. We are even pug sons are you know?
- 22:01Speaker 4: I'm just a little short ass.
- 22:02Speaker 5: Yeah, but you peck a lot in many think about
- 22:04Speaker 5: it proportion well almost almost everything.
- 22:09Speaker 2: It's a hon ker cheph you nice that what you meant?
- 22:13Speaker 8: Is that?
- 22:14Speaker 2: What you mean? They fell as? I went with this
- 22:16Speaker 2: one that is pendulum crushed and that's a reference to
- 22:29Speaker 2: your foot chase. Yeah, man, yeah, man, I went for
- 22:33Speaker 2: this one, roll and roll and rolling them biscuit there
- 22:45Speaker 2: and they came. They came.
- 22:47Speaker 5: I think me and Pugs we went to that concert
- 22:50Speaker 5: earlier this year of Theft, and I tried to get
- 22:52Speaker 5: that one. People just would not go for them biscuit.
- 22:55Speaker 5: I don't know what it is because I read it
- 22:57Speaker 5: absolutely right. So you've had that reform and a couple
- 23:00Speaker 5: of the others, and nobody backs me. It's bullshit. Anyway,
- 23:03Speaker 5: what do you Joe, You've got a sick Yeah, a.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Bit of Metallica for you, Broken, broken, beaten, and scar.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Right, that's right. Mogi and I were trying to pick
- 23:21Speaker 2: which album that was on We were and we refuse
- 23:23Speaker 2: to google it and worked out that it was Death Magnetic.
- 23:26Speaker 2: That's right. I have google it to see if that's true.
- 23:28Speaker 2: It might be wrong. We just assume this.
- 23:30Speaker 4: Let's go to the corners, Fellers, We've got Angel on
- 23:32Speaker 4: the line. Get Andrew, your mad bastard? What are you
- 23:34Speaker 4: running with their mats?
- 23:36Speaker 2: What do you mean? What am I running?
- 23:37Speaker 4: Mate?
- 23:39Speaker 2: What are you running? Your mad bastard?
- 23:41Speaker 5: You?
- 23:42Speaker 1: Oh well, I'm going to vote.
- 23:43Speaker 4: I'm gonna vote for.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Here you go running, great tasting.
- 23:51Speaker 4: Let's go to Hoops from Auckland and the hoops, your
- 23:54Speaker 4: mad bastard? What are you running with? Hoops?
- 23:58Speaker 3: I'm gonna have to get the keys on.
- 23:59Speaker 7: This CAZy good stuff, mate, Get on your hopes man,
- 24:05Speaker 7: love you, thank you.
- 24:07Speaker 4: Good stuff Gezy June. Well, Dan, mate, Well it's a.
- 24:09Speaker 7: Shame really because that was probably one of our best
- 24:11Speaker 7: th robbers in terms of just three absolutes.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I actually thought I felt good for you. J Yeah.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Well, especially when you consider the fact that it was
- 24:20Speaker 4: me that was run over, I feel like I should
- 24:22Speaker 4: almost be compensated to win.
- 24:24Speaker 2: Well, okay, why don't we give Kezy an esterix.
- 24:28Speaker 1: The hohod Key Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.
- 24:32Speaker 2: And Kesey.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Rolling is your front Ey Scroller? Yeah, seventy minutes past
- 24:39Speaker 4: five o'clock, let's go to.
- 24:41Speaker 2: The school board. Bitt'll lim biscuit the old Keezy for
- 24:43Speaker 2: the win. The scoreboards looks like this.
- 24:46Speaker 7: Out in front Keezy on twelve wins with one asterix,
- 24:51Speaker 7: jas in second place on eleven with six asterisks.
- 24:55Speaker 2: True as to risks is.
- 24:58Speaker 4: How do you say that?
- 25:00Speaker 2: Tricks? Asterisk as to risk? Apparently according to a text risk? Yeah,
- 25:06Speaker 2: I got yeah, and in third place Mike on ten.
- 25:09Speaker 2: That's right. Yeah, I'm looking forward to you guys taking
- 25:14Speaker 2: the title that you've.
- 25:16Speaker 7: Won three years in a row. I have, and this
- 25:18Speaker 7: year the tables have turned for now because Hardy j second. Yeah,
- 25:22Speaker 7: all those got six asterisks, so yeah, I don't know.
- 25:26Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm still predicting a Moggie run at the end there.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Well you forget that I've got a bit of time off,
- 25:33Speaker 5: which takes me right out of it. Look, guys, I've
- 25:37Speaker 5: had a good run. Well you've still got two weeks,
- 25:40Speaker 5: thanks mate. Yeah, you know, and that you could you
- 25:42Speaker 5: could draw it?
- 25:43Speaker 4: Draw it?
- 25:44Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, if nobody else plays for the remaining three
- 25:47Speaker 5: or four weeks, that's yeah, screw they should be they
- 25:51Speaker 5: all of those should have asterisks.
- 25:53Speaker 7: Because I went on my honeymoon at the the last
- 25:55Speaker 7: year and lost the Throbber because of it.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Yeah that's what you get.
- 25:58Speaker 4: What I get? Oh bet a cure for you good SAPs.
- 26:08Speaker 1: The whole Archy Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 26:12Speaker 1: and Keys is indeed.
- 26:13Speaker 4: The quill there on the radio Hodarchy Big Show this
- 26:16Speaker 4: Friday afternoon. The time is twenty two minutes past five
- 26:18Speaker 4: the cock.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Hey, Fiella's sorry five o'cock?
- 26:21Speaker 4: Yeah, man, sorry what fire the cock?
- 26:25Speaker 2: All good? So my daughter you heard about her? Oh
- 26:30Speaker 2: is this one and a half mogi ah Ben one
- 26:41Speaker 2: and a half mo.
- 26:42Speaker 5: Yeah, it's that time of year Philellie lil and you'll
- 26:46Speaker 5: remember this from back in your day, the old school
- 26:49Speaker 5: sports day. Oh sure, it's a year of first from
- 26:53Speaker 5: my little one there too, first year at school.
- 26:56Speaker 2: She's in year zero. This is Moggi Jr. Right, Yeah,
- 26:59Speaker 2: little Moggi there, brother Mogi.
- 27:03Speaker 5: And so yeah, I got a head of a sports day.
- 27:05Speaker 5: A couple of days ago there and it's cute, didn't it.
- 27:10Speaker 4: Well, it's interesting actually because some of my girls are
- 27:14Speaker 4: into sports, some of them were. Yeah, So for those
- 27:17Speaker 4: that aren't into it, it's traumatic.
- 27:19Speaker 5: Yes, that is true, and that's exactly what we found. Yes,
- 27:23Speaker 5: some of the kids just had into it whatsoever. I
- 27:25Speaker 5: don't know if they grow into it or it's just
- 27:26Speaker 5: not in them and it never will be and what
- 27:28Speaker 5: the gats is. But I guess my kid the emogi
- 27:33Speaker 5: she's got, she's got a natural competitive sort of a
- 27:36Speaker 5: streak in her where she got that from. But at
- 27:38Speaker 5: the same time, she doesn't really you know, she doesn't
- 27:40Speaker 5: want anybody else to feel bad.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Sure, but you know, from my point.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Of view, I quite likely to try because if she
- 27:47Speaker 5: tries hard, does really well, it might encourage you to
- 27:49Speaker 5: do more, you know. So it's yeah, you don't you
- 27:53Speaker 5: don't want to not do things because other people don't
- 27:56Speaker 5: do them very well. You want them to feel okay,
- 27:57Speaker 5: you know what I mean. Sure, so I bribe with
- 28:00Speaker 5: some ice cream. I said, you know, if you actually
- 28:01Speaker 5: give it, you're all today, you can have some ice cream.
- 28:05Speaker 5: And she's all about the ice cream. That's sort of her,
- 28:07Speaker 5: you know, like beer as the.
- 28:08Speaker 2: UKs lifeblood, the motivator.
- 28:12Speaker 5: Yes, right, So we did the did the sprints there,
- 28:16Speaker 5: the little one hundred meters there, nine point two three seconds.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Not bad, man, what do you mean? Not bad?
- 28:22Speaker 7: One hundred meters one hundred meters? And how old is
- 28:25Speaker 7: she five? She's five and sub.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Ten sub ten barefoot, beerfoot, And I always found beerfoot
- 28:32Speaker 5: was the best the world records nine point five eight,
- 28:37Speaker 5: but I think that was on a bit of a
- 28:38Speaker 5: slight decline. I don't think it's an official world record, sure, yeah,
- 28:43Speaker 5: but all the and then she did the high jump
- 28:47Speaker 5: that was probably you know, five ft five foot three
- 28:49Speaker 5: or so, so I think it's now what was it
- 28:51Speaker 5: one seventy six she did, Yes, she did six meters
- 28:55Speaker 5: in the long jump. She refused to participate in the
- 28:59Speaker 5: egganspoon race because she does my eggs. But the problem
- 29:02Speaker 5: was all the other kids were in tears and they
- 29:05Speaker 5: were so upset that they just wouldn't compete, you know,
- 29:09Speaker 5: they just she just sort of ruined the whole day
- 29:11Speaker 5: for them.
- 29:11Speaker 2: And I don't know what I meant to do about that.
- 29:14Speaker 7: Well, well, that's right, yeah, And I mean, of course
- 29:17Speaker 7: you're five years old, you their sports day and someone,
- 29:19Speaker 7: even though it was on a slight incline, breaks the
- 29:21Speaker 7: world record for had to met a sprint.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Yeah. Well yeah, so that's why they're feeling bad. I
- 29:26Speaker 2: can see why that would happen, are Yeah, but that's
- 29:28Speaker 2: not But the problem is, like, my it's not my
- 29:31Speaker 2: daughter's fault that the losers she on roids or anything
- 29:37Speaker 2: like that. Seems crazy.
- 29:38Speaker 4: It's funny because I remember with my little one, the
- 29:42Speaker 4: youngest there and what's her name, Hoidy J Jr.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Junior, your grandson.
- 29:53Speaker 4: So and it was a sort of a bitter sweet
- 29:57Speaker 4: day because she wasn't never into into the sport much.
- 30:02Speaker 4: But the same scenario if I I co worst a
- 30:06Speaker 4: couple of darries she five, time was different time Mogi
- 30:13Speaker 4: and a couple of cold beezies as well. So and
- 30:18Speaker 4: she was five and she wasn't really into a couple
- 30:20Speaker 4: of beezies and you know, a few darries she was like, yes,
- 30:22Speaker 4: weep bringing her on.
- 30:23Speaker 2: So she had them before the sports.
- 30:25Speaker 4: No, no that I was going to say, you can
- 30:26Speaker 4: have a couple of beezies and daries afterwards ginger bee
- 30:30Speaker 4: and she did the old pole vault. Never done that before.
- 30:33Speaker 4: They did that at primary school when she was five,
- 30:37Speaker 4: and I just remember this little tiny weed sick of
- 30:41Speaker 4: a thing, you know, picking up this enormous stick that
- 30:46Speaker 4: was seriously it was probably well, yeah, pole or she.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Did stick vault or pole vote.
- 30:51Speaker 4: She was in the pole vault, which was seriously, you know,
- 30:54Speaker 4: probably fifteen times her side fifteen times and how long
- 30:59Speaker 4: was it? Mate? I kid you not. She kept pounding
- 31:03Speaker 4: up there and stuck it in there and flung herself
- 31:05Speaker 4: over five meters five meters in the air and which
- 31:11Speaker 4: I think was at the time the woman's New Zealand
- 31:14Speaker 4: woman's record right for adults and stuff, which was an
- 31:18Speaker 4: amazing feat. But she was so powerful that she literally
- 31:22Speaker 4: flung herself onto the netball courts and just went to
- 31:26Speaker 4: Doo's because she didn't know about the you know, the
- 31:32Speaker 4: lucy goosey glazy knees and stuff and you know, so
- 31:39Speaker 4: so it was an amazing achievement. But then there was
- 31:42Speaker 4: tears and pain afterwards, which she was fine after a
- 31:44Speaker 4: couple of beers.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Yeah, right, What is she like in terms of the beers?
- 31:48Speaker 4: Ah Hammer and tongs.
- 31:51Speaker 1: The Hurdarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue.
- 31:55Speaker 4: And kissy, just indeed rage against the machine there on
- 31:58Speaker 4: the Radio Hodarchy show this wet Friday afternoon. Now you
- 32:02Speaker 4: recall we had a bit of a thing going with
- 32:04Speaker 4: the Feells on Diamonds on Richmond with a very very
- 32:09Speaker 4: kindly gave us a ten thousand dollars and I'll repeat
- 32:12Speaker 4: that because that's worth repeating. A ten thousand dollar engagement
- 32:17Speaker 4: ring to give away to some lucky bar set out there.
- 32:19Speaker 5: Isn't that right, feelings, That's absolutely right, and now it's
- 32:22Speaker 5: been repriced, revalued, and it's priceless well man, because it's
- 32:28Speaker 5: synonymous with the love, the love for one of our listeners,
- 32:31Speaker 5: and he is going to propose to his partner.
- 32:35Speaker 2: That's right, and we're bloody excited about it, aren't we? Keesy?
- 32:37Speaker 7: We certainly are fellas Diamond on Richmond. They certainly hooked
- 32:41Speaker 7: us up. They are your go to one stop shop
- 32:42Speaker 7: when it comes to engagement rings. And people might recall
- 32:47Speaker 7: we would people would write in their plans for the
- 32:49Speaker 7: perfect engagement. We'd read them out with this music behind it,
- 32:52Speaker 7: you know, and then somehow you get to factor in
- 32:54Speaker 7: the big show. And if we liked your entry, then
- 32:56Speaker 7: you get yourself at ten thousand dollar diamonds on Richmond
- 33:00Speaker 7: engagement ring.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Yeah, which is good stuff.
- 33:03Speaker 4: Well, very exciting news. We've got the winner in the
- 33:06Speaker 4: studio with us. You know, it's your real name, that's
- 33:10Speaker 4: your real name. You made ad Barsad first and foremost. Mate.
- 33:13Speaker 4: How are you going, how you're feeling?
- 33:15Speaker 8: Thanks having me? And it's been a will wind of
- 33:17Speaker 8: a couple of weeks getting everything, really dealing with Danner's
- 33:21Speaker 8: and Richmond. They've been axnetely fantastic. They've walked me through
- 33:24Speaker 8: everything and it's just been amazing. And you're just carrying
- 33:28Speaker 8: down now for the big day.
- 33:30Speaker 4: Hell good.
- 33:31Speaker 6: Now.
- 33:31Speaker 4: I want to know sort of some sort of detail.
- 33:34Speaker 4: I mean, what are you thinking in terms of your
- 33:37Speaker 4: proposal the have you have you finalized what you're going
- 33:40Speaker 4: to do here or are you're still sort of tuttoing
- 33:42Speaker 4: around the edges a bit.
- 33:43Speaker 8: I think for the most part it's kind of locked in. Yeah,
- 33:46Speaker 8: And so we're just going to go away too, and
- 33:49Speaker 8: we have that spot. It's a very special process. So
- 33:51Speaker 8: that's kind of a game plan, and we have being
- 33:54Speaker 8: our fans and our planners and just to find a
- 33:57Speaker 8: really beautiful area, beautiful spot and of course my yeah,
- 34:04Speaker 8: and then yeah, they're done.
- 34:05Speaker 4: On and done. Yeah mate, well that's the thing we
- 34:09Speaker 4: speaking of. Of course, Mogi used to live there for
- 34:12Speaker 4: many years. You might want to have a little chit
- 34:13Speaker 4: chat to him because I'm sure he knows all the
- 34:15Speaker 4: beudautiful spots, many beautiful spots to you, mate, I recommend
- 34:20Speaker 4: there's a little cafe just as you get off the
- 34:22Speaker 4: fury there.
- 34:24Speaker 5: Do it right on the dock, right outside the cafe there,
- 34:27Speaker 5: and if you copper know, you can jump straight back
- 34:30Speaker 5: on a fury and head back to awkward.
- 34:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:32Speaker 4: Well I was actually going to say, actually, or a bar,
- 34:35Speaker 4: you know, just go to a bar, so mean, go
- 34:37Speaker 4: and propose outside and if it all goes terribly wrong,
- 34:39Speaker 4: go and have a few besies.
- 34:40Speaker 2: So you guys think fact are in the possible?
- 34:43Speaker 4: No?
- 34:43Speaker 2: Is that? What is that you want your advices? I
- 34:47Speaker 2: mean for me?
- 34:48Speaker 5: I mean I've proposed in dozens of women, and one
- 34:51Speaker 5: thing I learned was always make sure you're at least
- 34:54Speaker 5: a fifty to fifty chance of getting a yes. But
- 34:56Speaker 5: it's a numbers game. Eventually some fall or so and
- 35:00Speaker 5: and and everyone in love is a fool, aren't they.
- 35:03Speaker 5: And so I'm sure you've you've you've had some conversations
- 35:07Speaker 5: with your your potential bride here, and you must be
- 35:12Speaker 5: feeling on a scale of how many buzzies would you
- 35:15Speaker 5: say you're in terms of confidence one to five?
- 35:18Speaker 2: I probably sam.
- 35:19Speaker 8: Before just because I don't know if you're going.
- 35:20Speaker 4: To be a fun Yeah, yeah, they know that's good.
- 35:23Speaker 4: Over confidence can be a bad thing. But how's the
- 35:28Speaker 4: anxiety level as well? I mean anxious because it's not
- 35:31Speaker 4: just your regular proposal. I mean this is going to
- 35:34Speaker 4: be documented, mate, and I don't know if you know this.
- 35:36Speaker 4: We've got millions, millions of listeners listening to the show
- 35:40Speaker 4: and they're all going to find out about it. Does
- 35:42Speaker 4: that put any more pressure on you?
- 35:43Speaker 8: That's what's what's kind of getting to me is the
- 35:51Speaker 8: guilty answer out certain things like this is a good
- 35:55Speaker 8: example actually an ye.
- 35:57Speaker 4: Right, okay?
- 35:57Speaker 5: Well can I just say, mate, once you get get married,
- 36:00Speaker 5: the lies pile up and the guild and anxiety around
- 36:04Speaker 5: those lines. They listen and listen, don't they, Hoardy Joe?
- 36:06Speaker 5: You know that, I mean, your lie as quick as
- 36:08Speaker 5: your breathe. Once you get married, brother, and you've got
- 36:10Speaker 5: all that to look forward to.
- 36:11Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that's absolutely true, Mogi. And you know, twenty
- 36:15Speaker 4: seven years I've been with my wife, and you know,
- 36:19Speaker 4: the amount of bullshit and lies I've told her over
- 36:22Speaker 4: the years is extraordinary.
- 36:24Speaker 7: One more question before let you go, Man, this competition
- 36:28Speaker 7: that you won, was this the kick up the ass
- 36:29Speaker 7: you kind of needed?
- 36:30Speaker 2: You know? And if this didn't happen, when would you
- 36:33Speaker 2: have thought about actually proposing.
- 36:35Speaker 8: That's a good question, mate, And let's be honest, probably
- 36:37Speaker 8: would have been about twelve months down the line. And
- 36:41Speaker 8: not because I feel like I'm not ready to perplace
- 36:43Speaker 8: this girl. It's more that that's how long a tas
- 36:45Speaker 8: to say for a ring. Yeah, And so the awesome
- 36:47Speaker 8: thing is is not I have to wait that long.
- 36:49Speaker 2: I can. I can get on and get which is
- 36:51Speaker 2: just fantastic, awesome.
- 36:53Speaker 4: And is it. It's a pretty impressive ring.
- 36:56Speaker 8: Beautiful mate.
- 36:57Speaker 4: Now listen all the best, mate are We're going to
- 36:59Speaker 4: be with you a way. We're going to sort of
- 37:01Speaker 4: see how you go, and fingers crossed, she says, yes,
- 37:05Speaker 4: and it's going to be one of the best days
- 37:06Speaker 4: of your life.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Mate.
- 37:08Speaker 1: The hold A Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue
- 37:12Speaker 1: and Keezy.
- 37:13Speaker 4: The Dudes here on this glorious Friday afternoon. Of course
- 37:17Speaker 4: we're heading into the weekend, and there's always on a
- 37:19Speaker 4: weekend there's going to be some sporting action. So let's
- 37:21Speaker 4: have a bit of sport chat.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Why not.
- 37:27Speaker 4: Score score? Shall we sign off with the All Black
- 37:35Speaker 4: Fellows Sunday morning? What are you saying there? Easy night,
- 37:37Speaker 4: nine o'clock on Sunday morning.
- 37:39Speaker 2: Morning.
- 37:40Speaker 4: The the French always a doozy of a battle. I
- 37:44Speaker 4: see old buddies back at first five. Cody Taylor's back
- 37:49Speaker 4: and hooker are two very good selections.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Though to be fear.
- 37:55Speaker 4: To who's the other first five? For gods, Dane m
- 37:58Speaker 4: I thought he had a good game against the Irish.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Did a bloody good game.
- 38:01Speaker 5: And I think Robertson's point is that he's better off
- 38:03Speaker 5: the bench. He is a great injection, sure of pace
- 38:07Speaker 5: and energy, so fair enough, once everyone's tired, bring him on.
- 38:10Speaker 4: Pain in the ass, pain in the He's an energizer,
- 38:14Speaker 4: Bunny Jace, you're going to watch the game live, man, now,
- 38:16Speaker 4: I'll be fishing.
- 38:18Speaker 2: Good on your brother.
- 38:19Speaker 5: Well, another thing that's happening, only it's happening on Saturday
- 38:23Speaker 5: two pm satellite is Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul.
- 38:26Speaker 4: Couldn't care less.
- 38:27Speaker 5: I'm going to be watching that. I'm a very big
- 38:30Speaker 5: Mike Tyson fan. What he's done in his life since
- 38:34Speaker 5: leaving boxing. He's a deep thinker. He's always got really
- 38:36Speaker 5: interesting things to say. And I don't know, man, I
- 38:40Speaker 5: haven't been interested at all until about the last three
- 38:43Speaker 5: or four days when I've seen interviews with him and
- 38:45Speaker 5: he has got the old dead shark eys going again.
- 38:48Speaker 5: He's It's like, because your fear is that this is
- 38:50Speaker 5: just going to be something where they dance around for
- 38:52Speaker 5: eight rounds, nobody hits each other, both of them get
- 38:55Speaker 5: paid forty million bucks, and it's a complete waste of
- 38:57Speaker 5: time watching it. Yes, but if he is, I just
- 39:01Speaker 5: I think he is obsessed with I don't think he
- 39:05Speaker 5: takes his record lightly and he takes boxing extremely seriously,
- 39:09Speaker 5: like he is a real student of it. And so
- 39:12Speaker 5: I just hope that he goes in there and just
- 39:13Speaker 5: smashes Jake Paul. I've got no idea who's going to win.
- 39:16Speaker 4: And I will also say he's still in bloody great shape.
- 39:18Speaker 5: He's an incredible neck and when you see him in that,
- 39:20Speaker 5: when you see him in the ring, working the pants.
- 39:22Speaker 2: It's like he would murder me in three seconds. Yeah.
- 39:24Speaker 7: But Jace, when you're out there playing in the acc
- 39:28Speaker 7: game of cricket, right and the ball's coming flying at
- 39:31Speaker 7: and you play shots that you used to play back
- 39:33Speaker 7: in the day and the ball's already gone, Well, how
- 39:35Speaker 7: old is make Tyson fifty eight?
- 39:37Speaker 2: Surely?
- 39:38Speaker 4: Well?
- 39:38Speaker 5: What's interesting about is when you watch both of them
- 39:41Speaker 5: on the pairs, and you watch both of them spad
- 39:42Speaker 5: Mike Tyson is still infinitely faster than Jake Price.
- 39:45Speaker 2: He is.
- 39:46Speaker 5: He is an all time great boxer. Jake Paul, like
- 39:50Speaker 5: Tyson has had more amateur fights than Jake Paul has
- 39:53Speaker 5: had any kind of fights.
- 39:55Speaker 2: He is one.
- 39:56Speaker 5: I think he's had fifty fights. He's lost six, but
- 40:00Speaker 5: of his fifty of his victories, forty five of them
- 40:03Speaker 5: have been by knockout. Yeah, he was like, he is
- 40:06Speaker 5: just an ABS. So yeah, I don't know what it's
- 40:08Speaker 5: going to be, man, but I'm definitely And it's on Netflix.
- 40:11Speaker 2: It's free.
- 40:11Speaker 5: I don't have to pay for that anyway. The other
- 40:14Speaker 5: thing is the UFC is on three oh nine. It's
- 40:16Speaker 5: John Jones versus I can never say his name.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Steve A. That's his name.
- 40:23Speaker 5: This is a big fight because John Jones is regarded
- 40:26Speaker 5: as the greatest UFC fighter of all times, of all time,
- 40:29Speaker 5: and Steve A is a great as well. Although Steve
- 40:31Speaker 5: A hasn't is forty two, forty three years old, he
- 40:33Speaker 5: hasn't for had a fight for three years. I think
- 40:35Speaker 5: it's as a bit of a trash fight, but nice
- 40:38Speaker 5: to see John Jones just smashing somebody again. Olivia versus
- 40:42Speaker 5: Chandler as well. This is on Sunday Bonicle versus Paul Craig.
- 40:45Speaker 5: It's a pretty great card that's on your Sunday starts
- 40:48Speaker 5: about four pm, I think, so I'll be watching that best.
- 40:51Speaker 4: Good except how are you looking in the football there? Kiezy?
- 40:54Speaker 4: So how are you looking in the football there?
- 40:56Speaker 2: What do you mean? Why would you just throw to
- 40:57Speaker 2: me with football? I'm not a football fan. You don't
- 40:59Speaker 2: like ah?
- 41:01Speaker 4: No, I I just wanted you to feel a part
- 41:04Speaker 4: of No.
- 41:04Speaker 2: I'm sweet, airs man.
- 41:06Speaker 7: I'll tell you what you can do instead of me
- 41:08Speaker 7: just randomly doing a football report, which I have never
- 41:10Speaker 7: done in my career and probably never will do.
- 41:12Speaker 4: Yeah, you talked about them last week? Did I beat
- 41:15Speaker 4: the Phoenix?
- 41:16Speaker 2: And that's right?
- 41:17Speaker 7: The Phoenix FC three zero that's right, and Aukland FC
- 41:20Speaker 7: not playing New Zealand are playing France obviously on the
- 41:23Speaker 7: Northern Tour, and New Zealand are currently the underdogs a
- 41:26Speaker 7: dollar ninety five they're paying, So it's not often that
- 41:30Speaker 7: the Old Boys and Black are the underdogs. So if
- 41:33Speaker 7: you want to win a one hundred dollars bonus cash bit,
- 41:35Speaker 7: text ta B to three four eight three right now,
- 41:37Speaker 7: Dollo the new app get your bit on rat bit responsibly.
- 41:41Speaker 1: The Hodarchy Big Show with Jason Hoyt, Mike Minogue and Kissy.
- 41:46Speaker 4: Used indeed the offspring there on the radio hold Achi
- 41:49Speaker 4: Big Show this Friday evening. Now plenty coming up after six,
- 41:52Speaker 4: including a bit of controversy regarding the Big Show improv
- 41:56Speaker 4: this week, where Moggie and I thought it was some
- 41:59Speaker 4: of the greatest radio we've ever done. Kezy on the
- 42:02Speaker 4: other hand, decided that he thought it was the most
- 42:05Speaker 4: terrible thing we've ever done. So we put it on
- 42:07Speaker 4: a big pole and we're having a referendum whether it
- 42:10Speaker 4: was quality radio or whether it was the worst radio
- 42:13Speaker 4: we've ever done.
- 42:14Speaker 2: That's right.
- 42:14Speaker 7: The big Pole's been running on the Hoducky Big Shows
- 42:16Speaker 7: Instagram story. It has been running for twenty four hours. Now,
- 42:19Speaker 7: this referendum is binding. What was the percentage that it
- 42:22Speaker 7: had toifty?
- 42:23Speaker 2: Fifty? Yes, we needed to be eighty for your mo.
- 42:26Speaker 4: Yeah, well that was a different thing altogether. No, we
- 42:28Speaker 4: said fifty yesterday.
- 42:29Speaker 2: What about seventy?
- 42:30Speaker 4: No, why not? It's going to be fifty.
- 42:33Speaker 2: And we did agree to fifty. I mean I said fifty,
- 42:36Speaker 2: and you went what and then here, Yeah.
- 42:39Speaker 4: That's fifty two. Then Keezy fifty two. I have to
- 42:43Speaker 4: say the greatest fifty sixty.
- 42:45Speaker 2: No, I'll give you sixty, man, thanks Mike sixty JS
- 42:49Speaker 2: fifty two, can give me sixty.
- 42:53Speaker 5: I'm not starving this until it was sixty. Iigue sixties fear.
- 42:56Speaker 5: If it's turned as sexty, then maybe people have got
- 42:57Speaker 5: a point. Yeah you man, Okay.
- 43:04Speaker 1: The hohod Ache Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 43:07Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio hod Ikey.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Welcome back in Massive Backbones. Genuinely hope you're having a
- 43:14Speaker 4: great Friday afternoon.
- 43:16Speaker 5: Now.
- 43:16Speaker 4: The podcast outtro is essentially what we do to warm
- 43:20Speaker 4: up for the radio show proper, isn't it fellas?
- 43:22Speaker 5: Yeah, that's probably about right. Mate, and it's some of
- 43:25Speaker 5: the best chat you'll ever hear outside of the radio show.
- 43:29Speaker 5: I'd say, and if you're not listening to it, you're
- 43:31Speaker 5: a mad dog.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Yeah. Can I also just say the Hecky Big Show
- 43:34Speaker 2: is brought to you by toy Yeah, okay, get you
- 43:41Speaker 2: know it's get it in ya, Keezy, get it in
- 43:46Speaker 2: yea hoity.
- 43:49Speaker 5: Can we just get on with I was just wondering, Keezy,
- 43:51Speaker 5: just while we're on the subject of Towey and get
- 43:53Speaker 5: in it in? You do you like having a few
- 43:55Speaker 5: toys and just sitting around with the leads and just
- 43:58Speaker 5: having a bit of a chit chat about life and
- 43:59Speaker 5: all that.
- 44:00Speaker 6: Yeah, man, good on your brother. You me too, man, Jace,
- 44:04Speaker 6: I would yeah, yeah, you know what I'm saying. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 44:09Speaker 6: because mates, I tell you what.
- 44:11Speaker 4: Actually, it's it's great to see the billboards coming back
- 44:15Speaker 4: into into the public sort of arena again because.
- 44:20Speaker 2: It is too serious. Yes, it is too serious.
- 44:22Speaker 5: And I was actually I was driving along just the
- 44:24Speaker 5: other day there and I was sitting in my car
- 44:26Speaker 5: and I was just sort of pondering the state of
- 44:28Speaker 5: the world, and I was thinking, I just feel like
- 44:31Speaker 5: people could do with a laugh man. And then I
- 44:33Speaker 5: look out the window and there is a billboard and
- 44:36Speaker 5: I was absolutely pissing myself. Literally literally, it's so funny.
- 44:41Speaker 5: I pissed all over myself. Yeah, well, put you pissed
- 44:45Speaker 5: your pants. So it was worth it, men, because I
- 44:47Speaker 5: could do with a laugh, right there? Can I start
- 44:50Speaker 5: with that?
- 44:50Speaker 4: Can I be honest with you in terms of pissing
- 44:52Speaker 4: your pants while you're driving the car? Yeah, when I
- 44:55Speaker 4: was driving out for the golf game yesterday, I was
- 44:59Speaker 4: an absolutely the hysterical laughter thinking about all of us
- 45:04Speaker 4: and what a debarcle it was going to be. Yeah,
- 45:06Speaker 4: And as it turned out, it was, Yeah, you didn't.
- 45:08Speaker 2: You didn't sort of foresee that you get run over
- 45:10Speaker 2: by PA.
- 45:11Speaker 4: Didn't see that part.
- 45:12Speaker 2: But feel as the podcast the outro is like bonus
- 45:15Speaker 2: content we do, isn't it? Sure?
- 45:17Speaker 4: Man?
- 45:17Speaker 2: You can find it by searching Hocky Big.
- 45:20Speaker 7: Sure we get your potties from Here's a clip today
- 45:22Speaker 7: about Jason's wife.
- 45:27Speaker 4: I quite like pescal he's my wife's really yeah kind
- 45:31Speaker 4: of And then she was like, actually, no, Mark Ruffalo, she's.
- 45:36Speaker 5: Got a type the Hulk. Yeah, if he grew a mastache,
- 45:39Speaker 5: he looked like me. If he grew up a stage.
- 45:43Speaker 5: She'd looked like Pedro Pescal.
- 45:45Speaker 2: That's right.
- 45:51Speaker 4: I thought it was actually I thought it was actually
- 45:53Speaker 4: safe to play that clip, but I discovered it's not.
- 45:55Speaker 4: I think my wife will be hearing this, and I'll
- 45:58Speaker 4: be hearing about it when I it hard.
- 46:00Speaker 2: There's nothing wrong with them as wall pass.
- 46:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, but she doesn't want it.
- 46:08Speaker 2: Paul Tito, that's right.
- 46:09Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah on that side of things.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Certain, Hey, here's a tun Is this the transplants.
- 46:17Speaker 4: The Hurarchy Big Show podcast to kill us there on
- 46:20Speaker 4: the radio Honarchy Big Show this Friday afternoon. Now we've
- 46:24Speaker 4: got to a crucial part of the show where we
- 46:26Speaker 4: have got a binding referendum that we've put out to
- 46:30Speaker 4: the listeners out there whether our Big Show improv this
- 46:33Speaker 4: week with Kesey doing Weeds in the Showers quality rate
- 46:36Speaker 4: A radio and or Paul Radio. So let's go to
- 46:39Speaker 4: the big pole, the Big Pole.
- 46:49Speaker 2: If you haven't heard it, don't don't listen to it.
- 46:51Speaker 2: Probably advice.
- 46:53Speaker 7: But if you want some sort of context around this referendum,
- 46:56Speaker 7: search Hodarky Big showhere you get your podcasts from. There's
- 46:59Speaker 7: a highlights package of the show that Pugs does daily
- 47:01Speaker 7: comes out at seven thirty. Yesterday's one, we had a
- 47:04Speaker 7: little snippet of all you need to hear, so just
- 47:06Speaker 7: listen to yesterday's one and then this will apply to you.
- 47:11Speaker 7: You've been able to vote for the last twenty four
- 47:12Speaker 7: hours on the Hoducky Big Shows Instagram story. The results
- 47:15Speaker 7: are in, Fellers, would you like to make some predictions
- 47:17Speaker 7: because we all agreed that sixty percent was the level
- 47:20Speaker 7: it would have to get to for it to be
- 47:22Speaker 7: guaranteed good radio.
- 47:23Speaker 4: I feel like we were sort of led into that
- 47:26Speaker 4: hard with Kezy being and I feel like Kesey knows
- 47:30Speaker 4: what the score is and sow he's gone. I'm going
- 47:32Speaker 4: to tip the scales a little bit here, Fellers.
- 47:35Speaker 2: I just concentrate on our listeners, and I know our
- 47:38Speaker 2: listeners are animals. So I'm going to go eighty twenty
- 47:41Speaker 2: like it.
- 47:41Speaker 4: Wow, I'm going to go seventy thirty like it.
- 47:44Speaker 7: Yeah, right, but you wouldn't let me have sixty percent,
- 47:47Speaker 7: but you're going seventy thirty.
- 47:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Seventy eight percent of people said it was great race, Yes, great,
- 47:54Speaker 2: all right? So two yeah, there you go.
- 47:57Speaker 4: Well, you know what that says to me, Fellows, We've
- 48:01Speaker 4: got to do more of that stuff.
- 48:03Speaker 5: Well, it sounds to me like three at what I say,
- 48:05Speaker 5: that's essentially three quarters, right, So it feels to me
- 48:09Speaker 5: like seventy five percent, three out of four breaks that
- 48:12Speaker 5: we do should at least have some urine or farting
- 48:15Speaker 5: in it.
- 48:17Speaker 2: I just say that was a good one. No, that
- 48:20Speaker 2: was my accident. That was me thinking that was not
- 48:23Speaker 2: a real far who fart when.
- 48:25Speaker 4: You think, yeah, it must be really reassuring for you though,
- 48:30Speaker 4: to know that seventy five percent of our audience went,
- 48:35Speaker 4: my god, that is genius radio.
- 48:38Speaker 5: And also to know that you're in the safe hands
- 48:40Speaker 5: of a couple of radio veterans over here. Yeah, you know,
- 48:44Speaker 5: even though that you're feeling that might not be the goal,
- 48:46Speaker 5: you can just trust us in our instincts because we're
- 48:50Speaker 5: you know, we sort of feel at least on par
- 48:53Speaker 5: with seventy eight percent of the audience totally immune with them.
- 48:56Speaker 4: And I'm already thinking, I trust you. So I'm looking.
- 48:58Speaker 4: I'm already thinking of some scenarios for the next impriv actually,
- 49:02Speaker 4: and I think it's going to surpass what we did.
- 49:05Speaker 3: This was so it doesn't involve me farting and doing
- 49:07Speaker 3: whees and that sweetest I think something go along the
- 49:09Speaker 3: lines of, you know, you've eaten some dodgy chicken on
- 49:13Speaker 3: the way out, and on the drive home you've been
- 49:15Speaker 3: trapped on the motorway and you've pulled into the driveway
- 49:19Speaker 3: and you've had to sprend them through the front door.
- 49:22Speaker 1: Action the Whole Lucky Big Shows with Jason Hoyt, Mike

- 50:12Speaker 2: very good. What do you watch Jason?
- 50:14Speaker 4: Well, it was really it was a really interesting Thanks
- 50:16Speaker 4: for your contribution to it was a really interesting evening
- 50:20Speaker 4: for me. Last night. I was so much pain with
- 50:23Speaker 4: my foot and there was a movie and I that
- 50:26Speaker 4: are my wife and I were going to watch it.
- 50:28Speaker 4: We've been saving up.
- 50:31Speaker 2: Well no, but were you know a special movie?
- 50:34Speaker 4: It was a special movie. But as I say, we
- 50:38Speaker 4: were about five minutes into her and I was so
- 50:41Speaker 4: wrapped with pain because I had my foot up on
- 50:43Speaker 4: the couch there that I couldn't concentrate, and I just
- 50:47Speaker 4: said to my wife, actually done it. Can we just
- 50:49Speaker 4: flag this tonight because I'm in so much pain. I
- 50:53Speaker 4: just need to take some pain killers and go to bed.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Is that alright with you?
- 50:56Speaker 2: And so will you take us through the whole conversation?
- 50:58Speaker 2: What did she say?
- 50:59Speaker 4: She said, that's totally fine, darling. You look like you're
- 51:02Speaker 4: in a lot of pain.
- 51:03Speaker 2: Yeah, take offense to that.
- 51:04Speaker 4: No, no, because I mean there were tears and I
- 51:07Speaker 4: was sweating.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Because I thought that you kind of guy, and this
- 51:10Speaker 2: has always been my experience of you, you just shut.
- 51:11Speaker 4: Up and get on generally speaking, that's the case. Maybe
- 51:14Speaker 4: I do, but that you know, having a crushed foot
- 51:17Speaker 4: is crushed. Yeah, I mean there's about a crushed six
- 51:20Speaker 4: broken bones in there.
- 51:22Speaker 2: Wow.
- 51:22Speaker 4: So I just took like five pain killers and went
- 51:24Speaker 4: to bed and we.
- 51:26Speaker 2: Went to be together and live.
- 51:27Speaker 4: I thought you had to just we made love and stuff.
- 51:30Speaker 4: But I just couldn't concentrate, you know what I mean.
- 51:32Speaker 4: There was just too much going on on my body.
- 51:35Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay, Well the good news, as fellows, I watched
- 51:37Speaker 2: something last night.
- 51:38Speaker 4: Oh thank god for that.
- 51:39Speaker 2: I watched Grand designs uk Oh, that's the one that
- 51:42Speaker 2: you misses five and she likes the New Zealand host
- 51:49Speaker 2: and he's got here. She was like, man mea m
- 51:53Speaker 2: she's all over the show.
- 51:54Speaker 4: I heard he's hanged like at Stallion too.
- 51:57Speaker 7: So the episode watched last night. Right, is this guy
- 52:00Speaker 7: who he's a captain of a ship in the North Sea.
- 52:05Speaker 7: He's a captain of a ship that installs windmills in
- 52:08Speaker 7: the North Sea. He works five weeks on, five weeks off.
- 52:12Speaker 7: He's in charge of the whole thing. He is a
- 52:13Speaker 7: control freak. He's a micro manager. He is a boss.
- 52:17Speaker 2: He got the house designed up, they started building. He
- 52:19Speaker 2: wasn't happy.
- 52:19Speaker 7: He fired everyone and said I'm doing all of it
- 52:22Speaker 7: because I don't trust literally any tradespeople to do anything
- 52:25Speaker 7: the way I want it to be done. They showed
- 52:27Speaker 7: clips of him working with a few people that would
- 52:29Speaker 7: come to help, and he'd say stuff like work with me,
- 52:32Speaker 7: not against me.
- 52:32Speaker 2: What are you doing? We going have to do that again? Restart?
- 52:34Speaker 2: Oh no, And he he was a real prick nightmare.
- 52:39Speaker 7: My wife and I spent the whole thing being like
- 52:42Speaker 7: I would not have gone on this TV show if
- 52:44Speaker 7: I was like him.
- 52:44Speaker 2: But he doesn't know does he thinks he's the man.
- 52:47Speaker 2: Can you tell me about his wife? She is the same,
- 52:50Speaker 2: Oh she was. So while he was in the North
- 52:53Speaker 2: Sea he came. I shouldn't have presumed that he was heterosexual.
- 52:56Speaker 7: But he'd come back for five weeks and work on
- 52:58Speaker 7: the thing, and his wife would look after their three kids,
- 53:00Speaker 7: work her full time job as well, and then while
- 53:02Speaker 7: he was away she would handle all the stuff. And
- 53:04Speaker 7: then at the very and so I was like, man,
- 53:06Speaker 7: she's got a hard, hard you know, she's had a tough,
- 53:08Speaker 7: hard road. And then by the end she was like, no,
- 53:10Speaker 7: at the end of the day, if it's not done
- 53:11Speaker 7: up to the standard we want, then we'd rather just
- 53:13Speaker 7: do it like you guys.
- 53:15Speaker 2: I don't.
- 53:15Speaker 5: I don't hate it if if they're happy being like that,
- 53:18Speaker 5: I mean, I worry for their children. I worry for
- 53:21Speaker 5: their children. Oh God, that tough times h were there.
- 53:25Speaker 5: It was supposed to take one year.
- 53:26Speaker 7: It took five years, and halfway through, halfway through, he said,
- 53:30Speaker 7: if I'd known it was going to be like this,
- 53:31Speaker 7: I would have just sold it and moved on.
- 53:33Speaker 4: And that was the point I was about to make,
- 53:35Speaker 4: which is I love when they doing these massive renos.
- 53:39Speaker 4: It's like one million euro and it blows out to four.
- 53:43Speaker 2: That's what I want to know is where does the
- 53:45Speaker 2: other three come from?
- 53:47Speaker 4: Thank you Mogan.
- 53:47Speaker 2: The other thing I want to know is where does
- 53:49Speaker 2: the first one come from?
- 53:52Speaker 4: Good point?
- 53:53Speaker 2: Yeah, TV and Z plus check it out as a
- 53:58Speaker 2: Fellers was interesting, Keezy, that's good stuff, Brother.

- 54:18Speaker 5: Not? But can you play on the road again, Kezy,
- 54:19Speaker 5: because it seems like we should be playing there if
- 54:21Speaker 5: we're goin on the road again.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Cool, We'll just done find that. It was pretty exciting,
- 54:24Speaker 2: isn't it, Hoidy Joe.
- 54:25Speaker 5: We've been throbbing about the opportunity to get down to
- 54:27Speaker 5: New Plymouth ever since the first time we went to
- 54:29Speaker 5: New Plymouth, which was the first time that we.
- 54:30Speaker 2: Did ever done a show on the road.
- 54:32Speaker 5: Correct, it was one of the greatest times we've ever had.
- 54:34Speaker 5: I got to sleep underneath a steer. Well, well you
- 54:38Speaker 5: had you know you would say that you had your
- 54:40Speaker 5: own room and what we could only describe as a
- 54:42Speaker 5: motor in which must have cost about eighteen dollars a night.
- 54:45Speaker 5: But even your room didn't have its own door. It
- 54:48Speaker 5: was all sort of mezzanined and open planned.
- 54:50Speaker 2: It was odd.
- 54:51Speaker 4: It was odd, and I'm pretty sure there was a
- 54:53Speaker 4: body in the closet as well. There was, and it
- 54:57Speaker 4: was me in a tar polan, but I didn't want
- 55:00Speaker 4: to look too closely, you know what I mean?
- 55:02Speaker 7: Did you come out of the closet in the end. No, No, Hey,
- 55:06Speaker 7: we're not staying in that same place, which is good. No,
- 55:09Speaker 7: I've been told you. We're staying in a different place
- 55:10Speaker 7: where everyone gets their own room, which is a shame.
- 55:13Speaker 7: Not that I don't know if that's true or not. Yeah, right,
- 55:16Speaker 7: But we are going to Taranaki.
- 55:17Speaker 2: We're going to be at the old, the old Shining
- 55:20Speaker 2: Peak Brewery where it all began for our first one man.
