A Roseville woman got caught shoplifting six bottles of Tito’s vodka and fourteen packs of bacon at a Bel Air, then tried again at Safeway with more booze, bacon, and reusable bags—this time getting nabbed by store staff who recognized her. She attempted to distract during checkout, walked out when her card declined, and was later arrested after police waited for her to leave the second store.
