- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
- 0:09Speaker 2: Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
- 0:12Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and... Tamara.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Tamara.
- 0:16Speaker 2: Tamara Judge. Tamara. Tamara. She's hooked up looking at some
- 0:19Speaker 2: text messages. So she's been having a pod before I do.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So while she's podding away, my new thing this week is...
- 0:30Speaker 2: which I don't know if you've noticed, but all week
- 0:33Speaker 2: I've been very refreshed. And it's because Edwin is staying
- 0:36Speaker 2: at the house this week. He's staying in Dev's room.
- 0:39Speaker 2: So I haven't been doing the morning routine with the kids.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Oh, I was going to say, Edwin makes you refreshed.
- 0:44Speaker 2: No. Well, I love that I tell this to Kendall,
- 0:47Speaker 2: one of our producers, before you even got on. And
- 0:50Speaker 2: she goes, oh, yeah, I forgot about Ed. Yeah.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Why is he staying at your house?
- 0:56Speaker 2: Because he leases out his, like, Hollywood Hills house for
- 1:02Speaker 2: like a week at a time. Sometimes like if people
- 1:04Speaker 2: are going to pay big money for it.
- 1:05Speaker 1: And he got to move in with you?
- 1:06Speaker 2: I didn't even know he was. I just saw all
- 1:10Speaker 2: this stuff here when I got home Sunday night.
- 1:12Speaker 1: How long are you going to keep doing this? This
- 1:15Speaker 1: house thing?
- 1:16Speaker 2: I mean, it's been lovely. I've slept until 1010 today, Tamara.
- 1:21Speaker 2: He got up with the kids, did the morning stuff,
- 1:23Speaker 2: like Yeah.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I could see why that's nice for sure.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:27Speaker 1: But it's also like, I don't know how I would feel.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I guess you guys are on good terms, but I
- 1:31Speaker 1: don't know how I'd feel if my ex or soon
- 1:33Speaker 1: to be ex was just popping on in whenever he wanted. Well,
- 1:36Speaker 1: for a while I.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Was really caring about it.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Putting down his sheets.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Yeah. But now that like, I know there's absolutely nothing.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Like for a while I was so depressed that I
- 1:48Speaker 2: was like, maybe... Maybe me and Ed will have a shot.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Now I'm like, no, absolutely not.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Peace out.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Peace out. Hey, roomie, you do the morning shift.
- 2:01Speaker 1: But there will come a day where this situation-ship is
- 2:07Speaker 1: going to change and you're going to be moving out
- 2:09Speaker 1: into your own place.
- 2:12Speaker 2: But that day is not going to happen. We've made
- 2:15Speaker 2: an agreement. That day is not going to happen until...
- 2:19Speaker 2: I am free and clear of cancer, like in remission.
- 2:24Speaker 2: And then, you know, luckily now we're in a good
- 2:27Speaker 2: enough spot that when we do go through divorce, it'll
- 2:30Speaker 2: just be able to be through a.
- 2:33Speaker 1: So when you finish immunotherapy, which is what, like right
- 2:36Speaker 1: after the first of the year?
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 1: How long before they will say, okay, you are now
- 2:41Speaker 1: in remission? Because every time you have a scan done,
- 2:43Speaker 1: they say there's no sign of cancer.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Yeah. So you have to be in remission for three years.
- 2:51Speaker 2: But I mean, I would imagine that after this, if
- 2:55Speaker 2: I make it through like the first four months without
- 2:59Speaker 2: any treatments.
- 3:01Speaker 1: And nothing comes back.
- 3:01Speaker 2: And nothing comes back.
- 3:02Speaker 1: So the biggest fear is if you go off immunotherapy,
- 3:07Speaker 1: it can grow back, right?
- 3:08Speaker 2: It can grow back, yeah.
- 3:09Speaker 1: It can grow back. Because it came as, yeah. That's
- 3:11Speaker 1: why they're keeping you on immunotherapy for so long.
- 3:14Speaker 2: For so long.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Totally normal.
- 3:16Speaker 2: So that, but that's like the big, you know, nobody
- 3:19Speaker 2: really wants to talk about that. But like when you
- 3:21Speaker 2: have cancer is like as vigorous as mine. Yeah. And
- 3:24Speaker 2: like came in such guns blazing. Like there is a
- 3:28Speaker 2: chance it could, you know, this is keeping it at bay.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:33Speaker 2: But the second I stop, you know, it may change.
- 3:37Speaker 2: But I mean, I think that we have, we have
- 3:39Speaker 2: pretty healthy boundaries at this point.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Seems like it.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Yeah. And I think because also, Neither one of us
- 3:48Speaker 2: wants something from each other. Like, we just want our
- 3:50Speaker 2: kids to be happy. Yeah.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Well, you know, that's not always the case with divorce.
- 3:56Speaker 1: There's always, like, one bitter person. And they want to
- 4:00Speaker 1: make that other person's life bad. And they, you know
- 4:03Speaker 1: what I mean?
- 4:04Speaker 2: Well, you remember how bad it was during TwatsCon. Like,
- 4:08Speaker 2: it was terrible. Yeah. Yeah. But, like, we've just, we've
- 4:11Speaker 2: grown through it.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Well, I guess he would be a real asshole if
- 4:14Speaker 1: he was doing that to you and you were fighting cancer.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Yeah. So, no, I mean, it's, I haven't even minded
- 4:21Speaker 2: this week. The Valley guy's going out of town. So,
- 4:25Speaker 2: it's like, I don't, it doesn't really make a difference.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Has Valley guy been to your house?
- 4:28Speaker 2: A million times.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Oh, okay. That's what I thought.
- 4:30Speaker 2: Yeah. He was, like, laughing about it. He's like, oh,
- 4:33Speaker 2: I'm like, Ed's back at the house. And he's like,
- 4:35Speaker 2: of course he is.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Shocker.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Does Edwin talk to you about... Are we calling him
- 4:43Speaker 1: your boyfriend?
- 4:45Speaker 2: No, we're just calling him the guy I'm dating.
- 4:47Speaker 1: The guy you're dating. Has he talked to you about him?
- 4:51Speaker 2: Yeah, they met a bunch of times.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Why did I not know that?
- 4:56Speaker 2: Yeah, they've met a bunch of times. They met at
- 4:59Speaker 2: my dad's concert. That was the first time. Oh, yes, yes.
- 5:03Speaker 1: I knew that.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but then they met like every time... Because no
- 5:07Speaker 2: matter how I tried to time it, like, Edwin would, like,
- 5:10Speaker 2: pick up the kids and he would have, like, a
- 5:12Speaker 2: dinner with them. And then that would be when I'd
- 5:13Speaker 2: go out to dinner with the Valley guy. No matter what,
- 5:16Speaker 2: Edwin's always, like, eight minutes late. So, like, Valley guy
- 5:19Speaker 2: would arrive while Edwin was still here. And then, like,
- 5:22Speaker 2: Slate would send me. I would be up getting ready.
- 5:24Speaker 2: And Slate would send me a text, like, Code Red,
- 5:26Speaker 2: come down and save Valley guy. Oh, shit. Because you
- 5:32Speaker 2: know how Ed— Edwin and Eddie can get the same
- 5:35Speaker 2: where they're all like, hey.
- 5:36Speaker 1: What's up?
- 5:38Speaker 2: How's it going? Let's talk about, you know, bettering ourselves.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Yeah. But it was so lovely.
- 5:46Speaker 1: I had a nightmare last night.
- 5:48Speaker 2: What happened?
- 5:49Speaker 1: First of all, I slept in until almost 730, which
- 5:51Speaker 1: I never do, ever. I usually pop up at 5
- 5:54Speaker 1: and then I'll toss and turn. I'm always up by 6.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I had a dream that I was cheating.
- 6:02Speaker 2: With who? Me?
- 6:04Speaker 1: Some actor guy. You don't even know who it is?
- 6:09Speaker 2: No.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Just like he was an actor and he was buff.
- 6:12Speaker 1: And we were at this kind of like a drag
- 6:16Speaker 1: car racing thing. And then he's like talking to me.
- 6:21Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh, no, I'm married. I'm married. And
- 6:23Speaker 1: then all of a sudden we start kissing. I'm like, no,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I can't do this. I'm married. And then I go
- 6:27Speaker 1: to leave to go to the bathroom. And then I
- 6:29Speaker 1: walk out and Eddie's standing there with his arms crossed.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I'm like, the panic that went over me. He's like,
- 6:35Speaker 1: let's go. I'm like, what are you doing here? Let's
- 6:37Speaker 1: go watch. He goes, no, we got something to talk about.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And I'm like, no, no, no, let's go watch. He's like, no,
- 6:44Speaker 1: let's go over here so I can kill you. And
- 6:47Speaker 1: then I woke up in a panic and then I
- 6:49Speaker 1: told him right away. And he's like, really? Really?
- 6:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:53Speaker 1: And then it was just such a weird feeling. I'm
- 6:56Speaker 1: like rubbing his back. God, I'm so happy I have you.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I'll never cheat on you. He's just looking at me like,
- 7:02Speaker 1: shut the fuck up.
- 7:03Speaker 2: He's like, nice fucking dreams you had. Okay, so I
- 7:05Speaker 2: have a.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Sequel to our conversation about eating ass.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I mean, the fact that I completely had blocked out
- 7:15Speaker 2: eating ass in general.
- 7:17Speaker 1: So I was on the way home from Big Bear
- 7:19Speaker 1: after we did the podcast. I was talking to Eddie
- 7:21Speaker 1: about it. And he's laughing his ass off. And he's like,
- 7:25Speaker 1: who eats ass? That is gross. I saw something on Instagram.
- 7:29Speaker 1: I go, oh, must be true if you saw it
- 7:30Speaker 1: on Instagram. If you're doing that, there's so many diseases
- 7:33Speaker 1: and shit that you can get from doing that.
- 7:37Speaker 2: What do you mean, like parasites?
- 7:38Speaker 1: Like, I don't know, ass shit, poop stuff that gets
- 7:42Speaker 1: in your body and then it could be harmful to you.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I mean, it's not like I was eating it like
- 7:47Speaker 2: I was trying to get stuff out of it.
- 7:50Speaker 1: So that leads into, he's like, yeah, he goes, what
- 7:53Speaker 1: about like, you know when you watch porn?
- 7:55Speaker 2: I look at him, I'm like, no.
- 7:58Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, go ahead.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Keep going. Keep going.
- 8:00Speaker 1: He's like, you know when girls get it from both holes?
- 8:04Speaker 1: And he goes, what's the purpose of that?
- 8:06Speaker 2: I don't get that.
- 8:07Speaker 1: And I go, he's like, what do you think of that?
- 8:08Speaker 1: I go, I don't know. Do you want to try it?
- 8:12Speaker 1: And he looked at me, he goes, you just failed
- 8:15Speaker 1: this conversation. I was expecting you to say that's gross
- 8:19Speaker 1: or whatever.
- 8:20Speaker 2: No, I want to try both holes. You got a friend?
- 8:25Speaker 2: The guy that was in my dream last night?
- 8:27Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, that's probably why I had that dream last night. Yeah,
- 8:30Speaker 1: you want both holes.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I want both hosts at the same time.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I want to be a Tamra Sandwich. So the announcement
- 8:47Speaker 1: of Jersey came out.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:49Speaker 1: And then we get pictures.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Right.
- 8:52Speaker 1: So Us Weekly did Dolores wrong. They really did.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Okay, explain this to me a little bit.
- 8:59Speaker 1: So Us Weekly released the pictures of the cast with
- 9:03Speaker 1: the newbies, and under each person, there's a blurb. So
- 9:07Speaker 1: Teresa says, I was excited. We needed a fresh start,
- 9:10Speaker 1: and I love new blood. And it says, Teresa 54
- 9:13Speaker 1: exclusively tells us in our new cover story, I like
- 9:16Speaker 1: making new friends because I don't have sisters anymore. I
- 9:19Speaker 1: don't have a sister.
- 9:19Speaker 2: No, I do have a sister.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I do have a sister. Melissa is my sister. But
- 9:24Speaker 1: I mean, I do like making new friends. So I
- 9:26Speaker 1: was super excited. Then it goes on to Melissa's and
- 9:30Speaker 1: Juliette and Dolores. Her picture's there. No insert. No, no.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I'm happy to be back. I'm the one that fucking
- 9:41Speaker 1: tried to hold this show together. I'm the one that
- 9:43Speaker 1: was left at the season finale sitting there at a
- 9:46Speaker 1: table that I tried to help everybody. Nothing, not a word. Yeah.
- 9:52Speaker 2: What the hell is that? I don't know.
- 9:54Speaker 1: But it looks like Deadline noticed that that happened. And
- 9:58Speaker 1: Dolores did do an inner with Us Weekly, but they
- 10:01Speaker 1: chose nothing to put in for her. Everybody but her.
- 10:07Speaker 2: It makes absolutely no sense. But I got to say
- 10:09Speaker 2: that Dolores looks freaking hot in this photo.
- 10:13Speaker 1: So Deadline did do an article and they did say,
- 10:17Speaker 1: underneath Dolores' picture, a quote from her. With both of
- 10:21Speaker 1: our children engaged, Dolores has wedding on the brain. But
- 10:25Speaker 1: it's like, why, Us Weekly, why would you not? She's
- 10:28Speaker 1: the matriarch, I'm sorry, but she is, of New Jersey.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And not because she's just my friend. She's the one
- 10:34Speaker 1: that tried to hold this shit together when it was
- 10:37Speaker 1: falling apart.
- 10:37Speaker 2: She's been holding it together. She's always been like kind
- 10:40Speaker 2: of the voice of reason. It just doesn't make any sense.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Do you want to go through and read what some
- 10:47Speaker 1: of these girls' quotes were?
- 10:50Speaker 2: Yeah, let's look. Okay, so we've got Melissa. One, I
- 10:55Speaker 2: love the way all these girls look in these pictures.
- 10:57Speaker 1: The photo shoot is amazing.
- 10:58Speaker 2: The photo shoot is amazing. Melissa, 47 ads. I think
- 11:02Speaker 2: we've been on pause for so long that we were
- 11:06Speaker 2: kind of just excited to see what the new girls
- 11:09Speaker 2: were going to bring. It's always fun to experience new
- 11:11Speaker 2: people See what they're like. I actually happened to know
- 11:15Speaker 2: all of them before we started, and I was giving
- 11:17Speaker 2: Teresa a little bit of a rundown on each of them.
- 11:20Speaker 2: She would ask about them, and I was like, you're
- 11:22Speaker 2: going to like them. They're nice.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Then we have a girl named Juliet Colazo. I think
- 11:27Speaker 1: that's how you say her last name. I don't feel
- 11:30Speaker 1: like I give up princess energy, says Juliet. Maybe queen.
- 11:33Speaker 1: The makeup artist, 39, has a different vibe from her
- 11:37Speaker 1: older sister and compares herself to the tornado emoji. Something
- 11:42Speaker 1: that should be exciting to watch, if occasionally tricky to
- 11:45Speaker 1: navigate in real life, I am chaos in everyone's life,
- 11:49Speaker 1: she admits.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Also, maybe queen. You know how I feel about the queen.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Well, if somebody says, I don't feel like I give
- 11:59Speaker 1: off princess energy, you fucking give off princess energy, because
- 12:02Speaker 1: that wouldn't even enter my mind.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, also, do you realize that Juliet and Zio
- 12:12Speaker 2: are sisters.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I did not?
- 12:16Speaker 2: Yes.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Is that how you say her name? It said, I mean,
- 12:19Speaker 1: I'm like- XIO.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Yeah, Zio.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Zio, okay.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Yeah. But that, I mean, I didn't realize they were
- 12:26Speaker 2: sisters either.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Okay, that's actually great. I'm glad that they have sisters.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Because this has always kind of been a family show.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:34Speaker 1: I wish they would have hired one of Melissa's sisters.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I kind of wish so too. Right?
- 12:40Speaker 2: Right?
- 12:41Speaker 1: They're beautiful.
- 12:43Speaker 2: But then the next one is, we just kind of
- 12:48Speaker 2: go through. We've got Zio Camerata. I'm a little bit
- 12:55Speaker 2: confused on what her outfit is. Oh, yeah, that is
- 13:00Speaker 2: a little different. She admits she initially felt a little
- 13:03Speaker 2: nervous and a lot of pressure joining the show's OGs.
- 13:06Speaker 2: She quickly found her footing, realizing as long as I'm
- 13:09Speaker 2: authentically me, You're going to love me. Born in Puerto Rico,
- 13:12Speaker 2: CEO shares 46, shares a nine-year-old son, Juan Luca, with
- 13:19Speaker 2: her Italian husband, Jerry. Jerry. I love her Italian husband.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Jerry.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Doesn't sound right.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Malvina went into filming a little bit blind. She knew
- 13:28Speaker 1: she could count on the support of one very important co-star,
- 13:32Speaker 1: her fiancé, Brian. He's been my number one fan and
- 13:37Speaker 1: always there to support me, she says. He's a very
- 13:40Speaker 1: colorful person with a big personality, the masculine version of me.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Know who she kind of looks like to me? Is
- 13:49Speaker 1: she blonde? Is this the only blonde one?
- 13:51Speaker 2: She kind of reminds me of Morgan Stewart. She's giving
- 13:54Speaker 2: me Morgan Stewart vibes.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, she looks beautiful. She does look, I mean,
- 13:57Speaker 1: in this picture, she looks a little bit like Morgan Stewart.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Great body. They're all beautiful.
- 14:03Speaker 2: I mean, all the girls are beautiful. I really can't
- 14:06Speaker 2: wait for this to come out.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Now, Nadia here is looking a little bit like our
- 14:11Speaker 1: girl Dolores in this picture.
- 14:14Speaker 2: But what is this little peplum thing that she.
- 14:17Speaker 1: I will say I am not a big fan of
- 14:19Speaker 1: this actual outfit. Sorry. I don't really like those bubble thingies.
- 14:26Speaker 2: I don't like that. Well, also, we're short, so a
- 14:29Speaker 2: bubble for us is not great.
- 14:31Speaker 1: I have some awesome news.
- 14:33Speaker 2: What?
- 14:33Speaker 1: You know what's coming back?
- 14:34Speaker 2: Being short? Being short.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Frankie B jeans.
- 14:39Speaker 2: No. Yes.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Frankie B jeans. Remember the jeans back in the 90s
- 14:45Speaker 1: where girls had to start shaving their pubic hairs because
- 14:48Speaker 1: they were so low?
- 14:49Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Yeah, they're coming back. New brand. I just got the
- 14:52Speaker 1: lookbook sent to me.
- 14:54Speaker 2: You did?
- 14:54Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Did you buy us a pair?
- 14:57Speaker 1: Well, I don't know that I can wear them anymore.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I'm a little bit old. I mean, low-waisted jeans are
- 15:04Speaker 1: great for short girls. Great, because it makes you feel
- 15:08Speaker 1: like you have a long torso. But I don't know.
- 15:12Speaker 2: The crotch part is like this big.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I know. Girls had to shave, so their pubes didn't
- 15:17Speaker 1: hang out.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh. Then we've got Deba Patel. She swears
- 15:24Speaker 2: she'd never watched Real Housewives of New Jersey before signing on.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I was not sure this is something I wanted to do,
- 15:30Speaker 2: she admits, but the minute I was on the show,
- 15:32Speaker 2: I was like, I need to do my homework, and
- 15:35Speaker 2: now I'm hooked. I'm like, when is the next episode
- 15:37Speaker 2: of New York or Salt Lake City?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Well, Nadia, Nadia36 reveals she was shocked by a lot
- 15:44Speaker 1: of drama between people that you probably would never guess.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Friends with Melissa before filming, Nadia insists, the OGs were
- 15:52Speaker 1: wonderful to me. I don't even know how people ever
- 15:54Speaker 1: had issues with these three women. Well, not Dolores.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Honestly, like, how long is this happy, happy, happy time
- 16:03Speaker 2: going to last?
- 16:04Speaker 1: I don't know. We have one more.
- 16:04Speaker 2: We have Vanessa. We've got Vanessa. Vanessa Barrera. She, I
- 16:10Speaker 2: love fiercely, says Vanessa, who promises to bring a lot
- 16:13Speaker 2: of grounded perspective with a little comedic twist. As one
- 16:16Speaker 2: of the three Latinas joining the cast, Vanessa explains, we
- 16:19Speaker 2: can be brutally honest, but we coat it with a
- 16:22Speaker 2: lot of sugar. She and her husband, Leo, have been
- 16:25Speaker 2: together for 23 years and share three beautiful girls, including
- 16:29Speaker 2: eldest Valentina.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Well, none of them, only one of them, I think,
- 16:34Speaker 1: two of them have an easy name. The rest are difficult.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Yeah, like this is.
- 16:40Speaker 1: We were just getting to Kwai. Just nailing that one.
- 16:44Speaker 1: In fact, I gave up and just started calling her Ashley.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I know. But, you know, did you realize in this episode,
- 16:49Speaker 2: they just... Somebody called her Ashley. I'm like, why are
- 16:53Speaker 2: we even bothering with Kwai?
- 16:55Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. But yeah, last weekly
- 16:58Speaker 1: you did Dolores or go Dolores wrong.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Yeah, we weren't into that. I needed to have a
- 17:04Speaker 2: little bit of a, I needed Dolores to get a
- 17:08Speaker 2: little extra love there. Yeah.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Well, speaking of Kwai, let's get into Real Housewives of
- 17:13Speaker 1: Salt Lake City, episode six.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Okay, perfect.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Yeah, so it starts out where Angie has Mary over
- 17:20Speaker 1: for a tea wine lunch and downloads her on the
- 17:23Speaker 1: San Francisco chaos. Now, I love that Angie is so
- 17:27Speaker 1: nervous about having Mary come over to her house that
- 17:29Speaker 1: she's like sweeping. She's got her new home goods china
- 17:33Speaker 1: out where it still has price tags on it. And
- 17:36Speaker 1: she's literally pouring, you know, Mary does arrive and she
- 17:40Speaker 1: pours wine into the little cute little tea kettle. And
- 17:44Speaker 1: she's like, do you like this? Are these cups cute?
- 17:47Speaker 1: And she's like, you could have taken the price tag off.
- 17:50Speaker 1: What is this, $ 4. 99 price tag on the plates? Like, Mary,
- 17:54Speaker 1: she's a tough one. I would be nervous, too, to
- 17:57Speaker 1: have her come into my house.
- 17:59Speaker 2: But also, like, Angie's doing the most. Just pour the
- 18:01Speaker 2: damn wine in a glass. I know.
- 18:04Speaker 1: Well, how about when she was explaining— To marry what
- 18:07Speaker 1: went down in San Francisco. And they like speed her
- 18:10Speaker 1: up and she's doing all these crazy things.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I know. And then what was that that she was
- 18:14Speaker 2: doing where she was like standing up and doing like
- 18:16Speaker 2: the dance?
- 18:17Speaker 1: She was doing the dance. I think it was at
- 18:19Speaker 1: the Bullshit and Whatever song. And then she's like, do
- 18:23Speaker 1: you want Dom? And she's like, what year is it?
- 18:28Speaker 1: And then she said, oh, oh, 2013, mm-mm. 2013 makes
- 18:33Speaker 1: you sleepy. I'm like, how?
- 18:37Speaker 2: Who? Who knows that besides Mary?
- 18:40Speaker 1: Who knows that?
- 18:41Speaker 2: We're like, I mean, the fact that... we're fine with
- 18:46Speaker 2: any kind of champagne. Could you imagine if we were like, no, listen,
- 18:50Speaker 2: I can't do a 2013. I need it to be
- 18:53Speaker 2: a 2002.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I mean, who even thinks about that? I'm concerned about,
- 18:57Speaker 1: do I get my trash cans out at the curb
- 18:59Speaker 1: on time? And she's like, oh, 2013, yes, that makes
- 19:03Speaker 1: you sleepy. We'll not be doing that. We will not
- 19:06Speaker 1: be doing that.
- 19:07Speaker 2: So we're just going to drink some wine out of
- 19:09Speaker 2: a kettle.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Home Goods, $ 4. 99. Which I thought were adorable, and I
- 19:15Speaker 1: love home goods. Love them. We'll be going there today
- 19:18Speaker 1: because mom's house closed today.
- 19:20Speaker 2: Nice. Congratulations.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Yeah, so we'll be up there. I'll be up there
- 19:24Speaker 1: a lot because I'm going to have contractors there. And
- 19:28Speaker 1: I'm kind of a little bit of a control freak
- 19:29Speaker 1: when it comes to them. Remodeling.
- 19:32Speaker 2: You're a control freak? No.
- 19:34Speaker 1: With the remodeling and stuff.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Not with a lot of things, but with that for sure.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Because if something's not right, it will, even though I'm
- 19:44Speaker 1: not going to live in the house, it bothers me
- 19:46Speaker 1: just to look at it.
- 19:47Speaker 2: Yeah. And you know, you're going to be there sometimes.
- 19:50Speaker 2: and you want it to be.
- 19:50Speaker 1: I'll be there a lot because we're up there so much.
- 19:53Speaker 1: And I mean, one of the things is, is like
- 19:55Speaker 1: my mom was in Arizona away from everybody for so
- 19:57Speaker 1: long that, that it's, you know, I will go see
- 20:01Speaker 1: her every time I'm there. I'll see her. We'll go
- 20:03Speaker 1: to dinner and we'll do whatever. We'll go walk the dogs.
- 20:05Speaker 1: We'll walk the lake. Oh, I love that.
- 20:08Speaker 2: We'll go snowboarding.
- 20:09Speaker 1: We'll go snowboarding together.
- 20:11Speaker 2: We're going to go sledding. Yeah.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Never going to happen. Maybe sledding.
- 20:26Speaker 2: Then Brittany's daughter, Olivia, is turning one and trying alcohol. 21. What? 21.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Did you say one?
- 20:34Speaker 2: No, 21.
- 20:35Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you said one. That would be 21.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Olivia's daughter is turning one, and she's trying alcohol.
- 20:44Speaker 2: You know what? Just put a little on the gums
- 20:46Speaker 2: when they're cheating.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And if she did say one, you better keep that
- 20:48Speaker 1: in there.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Don't be cutting that out. I'm pretty sure I said 21.
- 20:53Speaker 2: But she's trying alcohol for the first time. Do we
- 20:57Speaker 2: believe this?
- 20:58Speaker 1: I was thinking the same thing. Yeah, that's like me saying, Sophia...
- 21:03Speaker 1: tried alcohol for the first time last month at her birthday.
- 21:06Speaker 1: She had been, she waited until she was at least
- 21:09Speaker 1: 20 to drink, as far as I know anyways.
- 21:12Speaker 2: But I don't know.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I mean, maybe because she's Mormon, but don't Mormons usually like,
- 21:18Speaker 1: if they're a strict Mormon, even if they turn 21,
- 21:20Speaker 1: they're not supposed.
- 21:21Speaker 2: To drink, right?
- 21:21Speaker 1: They're not supposed to drink, yeah.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:23Speaker 1: And then remember Britney back in the day? I don't
- 21:25Speaker 1: know what season it was. It had a fit because
- 21:27Speaker 1: somebody brought her alcohol to her house, bottle of wine.
- 21:31Speaker 1: I think it was Angie or something.
- 21:32Speaker 2: But also, who, when their first time they're drinking alcohol,
- 21:35Speaker 2: goes with a shot?
- 21:39Speaker 1: It's not a smart thing to do. And she goes, oh,
- 21:42Speaker 1: that was smooth. That was no big deal. And I'm thinking,
- 21:44Speaker 1: you've done this before.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Yeah, this is not your first rodeo.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Because you see Heather Gay, who clearly has done it before,
- 21:49Speaker 1: and she's like barely getting it down. That's how I am.
- 21:53Speaker 1: I'm not a big shot girl.
- 21:55Speaker 2: I can't do shots.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Uh-uh.
- 21:57Speaker 2: No.
- 21:58Speaker 1: I've never been like, oh, let's do shots. No, that's
- 22:01Speaker 1: like saying, oh, let's throw up. I really want to
- 22:05Speaker 1: throw up. Give me some shots.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Give me some shots. I mean, I guess when I
- 22:09Speaker 2: was younger, maybe I did shots. I would do, like,
- 22:11Speaker 2: lemon drops.
- 22:13Speaker 1: I was going to say lemon drops. That's not the
- 22:15Speaker 1: only thing. So it's nice to see Brittany with her daughter, Olivia.
- 22:19Speaker 1: I mean, Brittany has had a hard time with her kids,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and it sounds like mostly her fault, you know, because
- 22:26Speaker 1: she was choosing men the past seven years over her
- 22:29Speaker 1: own kids. Which you have no idea what that does
- 22:32Speaker 1: to my soul when I hear that. Yeah. Because of
- 22:34Speaker 1: what I've gone through or going through. And her kids
- 22:40Speaker 1: came back to her when she was doing something she
- 22:44Speaker 1: shouldn't have been doing.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Yeah. And I think.
- 22:48Speaker 1: It's just, oh, just to my core, like, oh. But
- 22:53Speaker 1: I'm glad that her kids came back and she has
- 22:57Speaker 1: a good relationship. We actually... when we were at BravoCon,
- 23:00Speaker 1: interviewed Brittany, and her daughter was there, remember? Yeah, her
- 23:04Speaker 1: daughter was there, and they were— Very sweet girl.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Very sweet girl. They were having fun. She was definitely, like,
- 23:10Speaker 2: boosting her up about her mom singing, like, all of it. Like,
- 23:14Speaker 2: it seemed like a good situation.
- 23:16Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:18Speaker 2: But then Bronwyn, Heather, and Whitney attend. Bronwyn reveals that
- 23:23Speaker 2: she met Brandon's parents and used Todd's credit card for
- 23:26Speaker 2: the trip. Okay.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Okay. So, Teddy, did you feel the same way she did?
- 23:33Speaker 1: Because she was like, it was so fun meeting the parents. Oh, God,
- 23:37Speaker 1: going to their house. And I'm like, huh. Did Teddy
- 23:39Speaker 1: feel the same way when she met Valley Guy's parents?
- 23:43Speaker 2: I really enjoyed meeting them. Okay. I enjoyed meeting them.
- 23:48Speaker 2: It made me, like, because also they've been married for
- 23:51Speaker 2: so many years. And, like, I don't really.
- 23:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 23:55Speaker 2: It's an inspiration. Like, I really enjoyed meeting them.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Do we think there's any truth to Bronwyn paying him
- 24:07Speaker 1: to come on the show?
- 24:09Speaker 2: It's all over the World Wide Web.
- 24:11Speaker 1: And did she use Todd's credit card?
- 24:15Speaker 2: Supposedly she paid him $ 15, 000 to come on the show.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I know. Did Todd pay for it? I'm just kidding.
- 24:25Speaker 2: But, I mean, I think the part that I– I'm
- 24:29Speaker 2: having a hard time kind of wrapping my head around
- 24:31Speaker 2: is like, one, we've seen so many things about him,
- 24:37Speaker 2: like having like Botox and filler and this and that.
- 24:40Speaker 2: And I don't know.
- 24:43Speaker 1: This guy that she's dating, Brandon, he's been getting Botox
- 24:47Speaker 1: and filler and putting it on social media.
- 24:50Speaker 2: People have been posting like before and afters of him.
- 24:53Speaker 1: By the way, did you see Caden got Botox and
- 24:55Speaker 1: posted it on social media and even had a microphone?
- 24:58Speaker 2: I know he had a little microphone.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Documenting the whole thing?
- 25:03Speaker 2: Yeah, he's like, oh, I'm going to get Botox for
- 25:05Speaker 2: the first time.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Our little Caden is growing up. And also, Caden, don't
- 25:09Speaker 1: be such a puss. He just told us to fuck off.
- 25:12Speaker 2: In this chat. Caden, you don't need to have your.
- 25:16Speaker 2: I can't believe you needed... numbing cream for Botox.
- 25:20Speaker 1: And the vibrator thing on his chin so he couldn't
- 25:23Speaker 1: feel it.
- 25:24Speaker 2: What a fucking bust.
- 25:26Speaker 1: He said it was free and available. So why not?
- 25:29Speaker 1: So he tried it. So I can't wait because you're young.
- 25:31Speaker 1: And if your eyebrows are on your forehead up to
- 25:34Speaker 1: the top of your hairline, don't blame us. We warned you.
- 25:38Speaker 2: We warned you. Then, but do we think that she
- 25:44Speaker 2: used his credit card?
- 25:49Speaker 1: Who's the one that actually revealed that she used the
- 25:51Speaker 1: credit card? Did she reveal that?
- 25:56Speaker 2: No, Bronwyn reveals that.
- 25:58Speaker 1: She used Todd's credit card. She ain't got no shame
- 26:02Speaker 1: in her game.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, whatever. But then Brittany questions Bronwyn about
- 26:07Speaker 2: her house sale, and Bronwyn says that she and Todd
- 26:10Speaker 2: both had to sign. What is Brittany's obsession with this?
- 26:14Speaker 2: Who cares?
- 26:15Speaker 1: Who cares? Who cares?
- 26:17Speaker 2: Who cares?
- 26:20Speaker 1: Especially if you have your house in an LLC or
- 26:25Speaker 1: any kind of, like, business account like that. Because I
- 26:30Speaker 1: just did it. Yeah. One person signed. Even though there's
- 26:34Speaker 1: multiple people on it. One person signed.
- 26:36Speaker 2: But also, like, what's the big freaking deal? Like, clearly, like,
- 26:41Speaker 2: I mean, I love how fearless Brittany's trying to be
- 26:44Speaker 2: trying to secure her snowflake.
- 26:47Speaker 1: But wait, did you hear that she put out a tweet?
- 26:51Speaker 1: Or I don't know what it was. There's so many
- 26:53Speaker 1: things now. Threads, tweet, Instagram, Facebook, whatever. She put something
- 26:57Speaker 1: out saying, I'm so sorry. I'm paraphrasing. I now know
- 27:02Speaker 1: that when it comes to a trust or whatever it
- 27:06Speaker 1: was that she put it in, a deed or whatever
- 27:08Speaker 1: it was, a trust. What was that? Trust?
- 27:10Speaker 2: Was it a trust? Yeah.
- 27:12Speaker 1: I wasn't educated and I didn't fully understand my bad.
- 27:17Speaker 2: But then she's still talking about it in this next episode.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Well, she did that just recently.
- 27:22Speaker 2: I know she did just recently. Because people probably called
- 27:25Speaker 2: her out on it. Mm-hmm.
- 27:27Speaker 1: But then also, did you notice the conversation with Whitney?
- 27:30Speaker 1: It kind of sounds like she's turning on her good friend, Kwai.
- 27:35Speaker 2: It kind of feels like Whitney is definitely out of
- 27:40Speaker 2: sorts this season. Mm-hmm.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Because she's not drunk.
- 27:46Speaker 2: She's not drunk and she doesn't know how to handle it.
- 27:49Speaker 1: Yeah. Then Mary hosts a boss lady brunch. And it's
- 27:52Speaker 1: so nice to see Mary on this episode because, for
- 27:56Speaker 1: obvious reasons, to host this boss lady brunch. It's basically
- 28:01Speaker 1: her very first time going to something public with the girls.
- 28:06Speaker 1: We've missed her in a few episodes. So a boss
- 28:10Speaker 1: lady brunch, which means no ties.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah, I mean, the fact that then they pan
- 28:18Speaker 2: to every single time that they're like, that on her
- 28:22Speaker 2: voice note, she's like, well, there's no ties. There's no ties.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Just so you know, there's no ties.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Well, this is why, like, I wouldn't even think that. Like, okay,
- 28:31Speaker 1: we're going to have a boss lady brunch. Like, where? Like, whatever.
- 28:34Speaker 1: But no ties.
- 28:36Speaker 2: And then, of course, what does Angie do? Wear a tie.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Why did she do that? Explain to me why. See,
- 28:42Speaker 1: this is where. This is where I get frustrated with
- 28:45Speaker 1: Salt Lake City because I feel like there's a lot
- 28:47Speaker 1: of performative things that happen on this show.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Like if somebody specifically asks you not to wear something,
- 28:54Speaker 2: then why wear it?
- 28:56Speaker 1: With no shirt on. So she can't even take the
- 28:58Speaker 1: damn tie off.
- 29:00Speaker 2: She can't even take the tie off.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I mean, everybody's looking good. But Mary says that Kwai
- 29:07Speaker 1: looks like an airline stewardess for– what's that fancy– Emerus
- 29:13Speaker 1: or Emerit, and thought she was boarding a plane.
- 29:18Speaker 2: Yeah. I kind of also feel like this was another
- 29:22Speaker 2: weird move on Angie's part. Is she trying to poke
- 29:25Speaker 2: at Mary for no reason?
- 29:27Speaker 1: Well, I mean, Mary, of all people, with everything that's
- 29:30Speaker 1: going on with her, and she's trying to get everybody together,
- 29:33Speaker 1: why would you do something purposely? And we never really
- 29:37Speaker 1: found out why she chose to do that. And mean
- 29:40Speaker 1: in the tie was it the thing that bugged me
- 29:42Speaker 1: was that black thing what was that black strap that's
- 29:44Speaker 1: going around her neck.
- 29:45Speaker 2: I don't know i and also all of them being
- 29:48Speaker 2: boss ladies and wearing these ridiculous suits is also pretty
- 29:53Speaker 2: hilarious to me.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Did you like mary's all leopard outfit I.
- 29:59Speaker 2: Mean, I love Mary so much, but I also was like,
- 30:03Speaker 2: this boss lady lunch brunch is at 2.30 PM. And
- 30:08Speaker 2: she's like, all right, guys, you don't have to go home,
- 30:10Speaker 2: but you can't stay here. I'm exhausted. Good night.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Get out of here. But the yellow, the tie was yellow.
- 30:18Speaker 1: Wasn't the same color that Jim Carrey wore in the mask?
- 30:21Speaker 1: Wasn't it a yellow tie? It's just a little performative.
- 30:26Speaker 1: And that's the thing I'm like, and even Mary's like,
- 30:29Speaker 1: I don't want to look at her boobs.
- 30:31Speaker 2: Yeah, like, because if she would have taken it off,
- 30:33Speaker 2: then the boobs would have been showing.
- 30:35Speaker 1: But, I mean, here's the problem.
- 30:36Speaker 2: I thought she looked cute. Had there not been a rule,
- 30:39Speaker 2: no ties.
- 30:41Speaker 1: So you'll wear that? I'll buy that outfit if you
- 30:43Speaker 1: wear it.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Yeah, look, have you seen me out of sweats in months?
- 30:49Speaker 2: Could you imagine me with no, like, also, my boobs
- 30:54Speaker 2: have turned into just, like, I don't even know what
- 30:57Speaker 2: they are, like... Little, like, sacks. And, like, there's no
- 31:02Speaker 2: way I'm wearing no bra. Great.
- 31:04Speaker 1: So next you're getting new tits.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Well, we got to get, well, you know what? I
- 31:09Speaker 2: got you.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Hooked up for new teeth when you need them, when
- 31:12Speaker 1: you're ready.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Well, I'm starting to get scared of new teeth because
- 31:15Speaker 2: did you see that everybody's saying, like, Selena Gomez and
- 31:23Speaker 2: Miley Cyrus and all these people got their veneers off
- 31:26Speaker 2: because it looked so. ridiculous. So now I'm like, I
- 31:30Speaker 2: have veneers, but what if I.
- 31:32Speaker 1: They took my veneers off right now.
- 31:35Speaker 2: You have little nubs. Yes.
- 31:37Speaker 1: I mean, they're not complete nubs, but they're definitely shaved
- 31:40Speaker 1: a little bit. I'd be like, I have a picture.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I'll send it to you. Like a little chipmunk. Yes.
- 31:47Speaker 1: I'm like, if they're taking them off, I don't know what... No.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Miley Cyrus still has veneers on.
- 31:52Speaker 2: I know. Well, this is just what I've been reading.
- 31:56Speaker 2: But then Angie then updates Heather on how things are
- 31:59Speaker 2: going with Sean and reflects on how she'd normally be
- 32:02Speaker 2: telling Mary all of this. So they're sitting on like
- 32:04Speaker 2: kind of the side of, it's not like they're like
- 32:08Speaker 2: hidden away. They're sitting like at the bar while the
- 32:10Speaker 2: other girls are all chatting. So it's clear they're having
- 32:14Speaker 2: some sort of serious conversation, but they're just not including.
- 32:17Speaker 1: But they're also showing Mary, give them the side eye,
- 32:18Speaker 1: like what are they talking about? What are they talking about?
- 32:21Speaker 1: She's like, normally I would talk to Mary, but I
- 32:22Speaker 1: don't want to talk to her about this.
- 32:25Speaker 2: But also, you're fine to talk to Mary about every
- 32:28Speaker 2: single detail that happened on the San Francisco trip. I know.
- 32:32Speaker 2: But you're not okay to tell her that your marriage,
- 32:35Speaker 2: it didn't make a lot of sense. Didn't make a
- 32:39Speaker 2: lot of sense. And then as they head into lunch,
- 32:42Speaker 2: Robert Sr. has made each of them a bouquet.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I thought this was lovely. Very lovely. I mean, I
- 32:48Speaker 1: also thought it was lovely that Brittany brought flowers that
- 32:50Speaker 1: Mary called weeds. Well, then she took them all, though. Okay,
- 32:55Speaker 1: we'll get into that because I have theories.
- 33:00Speaker 2: But as they head into the lunch, they each have
- 33:03Speaker 2: a bouquet that suits them. And I'm like, how does
- 33:07Speaker 2: Robert Sr. know what suits them?
- 33:09Speaker 1: We never see him. He handmade all those or he
- 33:14Speaker 1: bought each one?
- 33:15Speaker 2: I think he just bought each one. I mean, unless
- 33:18Speaker 2: he's like an undercover florist.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:23Speaker 2: I think he bought each one. I think that was
- 33:25Speaker 2: just her way of bringing up Robert Sr. and saying
- 33:28Speaker 2: what a good guy he is.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 33:33Speaker 2: But then at the start, Mary congratulates Whitney on not drinking.
- 33:36Speaker 2: But when Whitney says she has a lot going on
- 33:38Speaker 2: in her life, she refuses to elaborate to the group. Yeah.
- 33:43Speaker 1: I did send her some of my... She reached out
- 33:45Speaker 1: to me and told me she wasn't drinking, Whitney. And
- 33:48Speaker 1: they were going on a trip and she would like
- 33:50Speaker 1: some of my seltzers.
- 33:50Speaker 2: So I.
- 33:52Speaker 1: personally sent from my stash to her because we couldn't
- 33:55Speaker 1: ship it from where our shipping place is in time.
- 34:00Speaker 1: And so she might have been dabbling in the THC.
- 34:03Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying.
- 34:04Speaker 2: Might have been having a little dabble in the THC.
- 34:06Speaker 1: And by the way, guys, I'm going to have a
- 34:07Speaker 1: deal on our seltzer, so I'll be posting that today.
- 34:11Speaker 2: By the way, you should send me some of that TLC.
- 34:14Speaker 1: TLC? THC? THC. Tinder loving care.
- 34:19Speaker 2: You know what? I need some Tinder loving care from you, Tamara.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I actually have some not so great news about the
- 34:25Speaker 1: hemp industry. We are going to be reformulating most of
- 34:30Speaker 1: our products because they are changing the law come December 11th,
- 34:36Speaker 1: I believe, that you cannot sell anything with hemp over the,
- 34:43Speaker 1: I think it's 3% THC. And we have, most of
- 34:47Speaker 1: our products are 5% to 10%.
- 34:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I was going to say, aren't your seltzers like 10%?
- 34:52Speaker 1: 10%, yes. And we knew that this was being talked about,
- 34:56Speaker 1: and that's why we pushed our seltzers out quicker than
- 34:59Speaker 1: we were going to push them out. And now it's
- 35:03Speaker 1: a huge hit to our business. We're not going anywhere.
- 35:06Speaker 1: We're just going to reformulate things and figure it out.
- 35:12Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Come next year.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Keep it moving.
- 35:15Speaker 1: So we will be having big sales on all of
- 35:18Speaker 1: our products, and I will be posting about that. It's
- 35:23Speaker 1: a big bummer to everybody in this industry because, you know,
- 35:26Speaker 1: seven years we've worked our ass off, and that's the
- 35:29Speaker 1: issue with this industry. It's the regulations are changing all
- 35:34Speaker 1: the time.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Changing all the time. Yep. Yeah. Yep. I know that's
- 35:38Speaker 2: a bummer, Tam, but whatever you guys come up with
- 35:40Speaker 2: is going to be just as great.
- 35:42Speaker 1: It means you take twice as much. That's all it means.
- 35:45Speaker 1: It just means you have to take two of them.
- 35:48Speaker 1: You'd have to take two of them. So it's just, ugh.
- 35:51Speaker 1: But I'll be making a formal announcement on social media
- 35:54Speaker 1: this week.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Oh, good. And tag me and I'll just repost it
- 35:58Speaker 2: so I can... Thank you. Yeah.
- 36:00Speaker 1: And then.
- 36:03Speaker 2: While we're talking about Whitney not drinking, when they were
- 36:06Speaker 2: back at the party, what about when she's like, I'll
- 36:10Speaker 2: take a shot of Diet Coke?
- 36:13Speaker 1: A shot of Diet Coke?
- 36:14Speaker 2: You didn't see that Whitney did that? Why they're all
- 36:17Speaker 2: taking their like lemon drop shots or whatever they were having?
- 36:20Speaker 1: Oh, she just wanted to feel included? Yeah, but I
- 36:22Speaker 1: was like, no, no, I don't want to take a
- 36:24Speaker 1: shot of Diet Coke. That sounds like a huge burp.
- 36:26Speaker 2: Yeah, like I'm like, could you imagine my erping? I
- 36:29Speaker 2: take sips of Diet Coke and I can still barely
- 36:31Speaker 2: keep it together. Same.
- 36:34Speaker 1: Wait, I have a little funny short story. Eddie goes,
- 36:38Speaker 1: oh my God, like something weird's been happening lately. He's like,
- 36:41Speaker 1: like I eat and then it just kind of feels
- 36:43Speaker 1: like it's stuck right here. And I go, welcome to
- 36:47Speaker 1: your fifties, babe. That's called indigestion. Acid reflex. Yeah.
- 36:53Speaker 2: Welcome. Welcome. It's Teddy's been struggling with it since her 30s,
- 36:57Speaker 2: so join the club.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Welcome to my world.
- 37:00Speaker 2: You have GERD.
- 37:03Speaker 1: You have GERD.
- 37:05Speaker 2: Of all the names, why do they have to call
- 37:06Speaker 2: it GERD?
- 37:07Speaker 1: It's like gout. Gout dick. Gout dick.
- 37:13Speaker 2: God.
- 37:14Speaker 1: Come up with a better name, please.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Then Whitney says she feels offended for Bronwyn because two
- 37:27Speaker 2: of the other friends misbehaved in public, Meredith and Lisa.
- 37:31Speaker 2: When Meredith tries to explain, Bronwyn cuts her off, leading
- 37:34Speaker 2: Meredith to say, can you seal your mouth like your lawsuits?
- 37:40Speaker 1: That was actually a really good line.
- 37:42Speaker 2: That was a good line.
- 37:43Speaker 1: That was a zinger. Yeah.
- 37:47Speaker 2: But how do you actually feel about this situation? What's
- 37:52Speaker 2: the song again? Hypocrisy and... Performative.
- 37:56Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. This show is becoming a little
- 37:58Speaker 1: bit performative with the song, the lip liner constantly putting on.
- 38:04Speaker 1: She did it again this episode.
- 38:05Speaker 2: She did it again this episode.
- 38:06Speaker 1: Well, and you notice this one, she made sure you
- 38:08Speaker 1: could see it was Mac. So I think that they're like, well,
- 38:12Speaker 1: if I got a Wendy's commercial, maybe Mac will give
- 38:14Speaker 1: me a commercial. It's a little bit too performative for me.
- 38:19Speaker 1: They're too self-aware. of what is going on and what
- 38:23Speaker 1: potentially can go on. Like back in the day, I
- 38:26Speaker 1: was cleaning my floors with, I think it was Swifter
- 38:30Speaker 1: or something. And I was just doing it because that's
- 38:33Speaker 1: what I was doing. And then I got a deal
- 38:36Speaker 1: with Swifter.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And I think it's, the song is good. I think
- 38:42Speaker 1: it's good. It's catchy. It's catchy. I don't hate that
- 38:45Speaker 1: they did it. I don't. But I'm just saying overall
- 38:48Speaker 1: in this show, It's become a little bit performative.
- 38:52Speaker 2: But granted, our producers of this show are just honestly
- 38:56Speaker 2: railing us right now in our group chat.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Don't be jealous.
- 38:59Speaker 2: You guys hate fun. The song was iconic. Don't be
- 39:02Speaker 2: jealous of them for being iconic.
- 39:04Speaker 1: But I never said it wasn't iconic. We weren't even
- 39:07Speaker 1: talking about the song. I'm just saying the stuff that
- 39:09Speaker 1: they are doing is a little bit too... They're very
- 39:13Speaker 1: aware of what can potentially happen.
- 39:15Speaker 2: And it's... It's a lot. It's a lot.
- 39:21Speaker 1: It is a lot.
- 39:22Speaker 2: But we're kind of at this place where I don't
- 39:26Speaker 2: really understand. You're going to have to remind me when
- 39:29Speaker 2: did Bronwyn and Meredith have their big rift?
- 39:34Speaker 1: Last year.
- 39:35Speaker 2: And so it's just carried over from that, but that's
- 39:37Speaker 2: why there's issues. But it's still just like, I don't know.
- 39:44Speaker 2: And Meredith was back in her wig this episode.
- 39:46Speaker 1: She was.
- 39:48Speaker 2: She took a break in San Francisco. I liked it.
- 39:51Speaker 1: Do you think she looks at it and goes, maybe
- 39:55Speaker 1: it wasn't great?
- 39:56Speaker 2: No, I think my guess is she didn't want to
- 39:59Speaker 2: get her hair done those days. Okay.
- 40:04Speaker 1: But you have to, as you know, you have to
- 40:06Speaker 1: be really careful. choosy on the wig you use because
- 40:09Speaker 1: it can look like a wig where others look very natural. Yeah.
- 40:13Speaker 2: I mean, my wigs are so worn out these days
- 40:17Speaker 2: that I have to wear hats with them because the
- 40:19Speaker 2: front like lace fronts, they start to get like worn
- 40:24Speaker 2: in and then you can see that they're wigs. So
- 40:26Speaker 2: that's why you'd never rarely see me in a wig
- 40:30Speaker 2: without a hat on now. Or without like my tie.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Your hair is getting long enough. I keep waiting. Any
- 40:35Speaker 1: day you're going to get some individuals like extensions in there.
- 40:38Speaker 2: I just, I'm so.
- 40:39Speaker 1: I'm actually shocked you haven't.
- 40:42Speaker 2: Shocked. Listen, baby steps. First step is going to be
- 40:46Speaker 2: that I want to start working out again. Second step
- 40:49Speaker 2: is that I'm going to get hairs. How many?
- 40:51Speaker 1: How many?
- 40:53Speaker 2: Well, enough that I can put my hair in a ponytail.
- 40:56Speaker 2: And not hair like this isn't going to be the situation. Like,
- 41:00Speaker 2: why has it been stuck at this length for six
- 41:03Speaker 2: and a half months?
- 41:06Speaker 1: But you know what happens? It happened to Sophia because
- 41:08Speaker 1: she grew her hair, was growing her hair out from
- 41:11Speaker 1: a pixie. It's like, it gets that link. And then
- 41:15Speaker 1: all of a sudden overnight, it's like, oh my God,
- 41:17Speaker 1: your hair looks so much longer. So I think in
- 41:20Speaker 1: the next few months, you're going to see a big difference.
- 41:23Speaker 2: All right. We'll see.
- 41:23Speaker 1: Sophie is at the point where she's like, yeah, I
- 41:26Speaker 1: think a few individuals wouldn't be bad at this point.
- 41:28Speaker 1: It's like she's like, I'm stuck at this length right now.
- 41:32Speaker 2: Yeah. It's just, it's stuck. But I mean, it is
- 41:35Speaker 2: what it is. Then Meredith thought she would think it
- 41:39Speaker 2: was funny. And Bronwyn said, I didn't think it was
- 41:41Speaker 2: funny at all. And then Meredith apologizes. My mouth was agape.
- 41:45Speaker 2: The fact that she apologized.
- 41:49Speaker 1: I know. That's huge. Well, there was a— I think everybody
- 41:52Speaker 1: was like, what? She's going to— because it was Mary that
- 41:55Speaker 1: was saying it. So, of course, like, she's no dummy.
- 41:58Speaker 1: She's going to be like, you're right.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I apologize. I mean, here's kind of how I think
- 42:04Speaker 2: about it. Is it rude to interrupt someone's party? Yes.
- 42:09Speaker 2: But should Bronwyn be acting like they killed her dog? No. No. No.
- 42:14Speaker 1: No. But I love that Lisa's keeping it real while
- 42:17Speaker 1: everyone's just staring at her like, okay, where's your apology?
- 42:21Speaker 2: I love that she refuses to apologize. She did this
- 42:23Speaker 2: on Girls Trip, too.
- 42:24Speaker 1: I know.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Remember when she refused to apologize for being late?
- 42:27Speaker 1: She's like, I refuse to apologize.
- 42:30Speaker 2: For her performance of hypocrisy and bullshit.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Bullshit.
- 42:34Speaker 2: I write a check, and I'm not giving an apology. Yeah.
- 42:38Speaker 1: So what does that mean? I write it like, I'll
- 42:40Speaker 1: give you money, but I'm not going to give you
- 42:41Speaker 1: an apology?
- 42:42Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
- 42:44Speaker 1: I guess I ain't giving you money and I'm not apologizing.
- 42:46Speaker 1: How about that?
- 42:47Speaker 2: How about that? But also like, I think at girls
- 42:52Speaker 2: trip gave her a little bit more. Oh, you think? Yeah. Right.
- 42:59Speaker 1: Well, Mary keeps pushing her to apologize. And Lisa says, again,
- 43:03Speaker 1: apology is a past is past Birkin level.
- 43:10Speaker 2: Yeah. It's past Birkin level. She's, um, She won't give
- 43:14Speaker 2: one she doesn't mean. But this is also where I
- 43:20Speaker 2: have to go back and I realize that we've talked
- 43:24Speaker 2: about this, but I still don't get it. What does
- 43:26Speaker 2: this mean? Meredith keeps saying that she was asked to perform.
- 43:31Speaker 2: Who asked her to perform or DJ? This seems like
- 43:36Speaker 2: news to Bronwyn. So was that production? Where did this
- 43:41Speaker 2: ever happen?
- 43:42Speaker 1: I don't know. If it happened, we never saw it.
- 43:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:46Speaker 1: We never saw it.
- 43:48Speaker 2: But then Meredith turns to Whitney that she knows that
- 43:50Speaker 2: Whitney got a group of 50-year-old women to go after her. Okay.
- 43:54Speaker 1: That was a little bit of a stretch. It's a
- 43:57Speaker 1: little bit of a stretch. And so basically, Whitney doesn't
- 44:03Speaker 1: want Meredith on the show. And she had said to
- 44:05Speaker 1: some of her cast members, like, oh, I'm glad maybe
- 44:08Speaker 1: you're going to take Meredith's spot, right? This is why
- 44:12Speaker 1: I do not say to my other cast members, I
- 44:18Speaker 1: really hope so-and-so is fired this year. Because when they're not,
- 44:22Speaker 1: that shit's going to resurface. It's going to come by
- 44:25Speaker 1: you in the ass.
- 44:26Speaker 2: And then quite quickly admits that she's the one who
- 44:28Speaker 2: told Meredith that Whitney said that. We are hoping you
- 44:33Speaker 2: are coming into the group to get Meredith out. It's
- 44:37Speaker 2: obvious Kwai is like trying to snatch one of their snowflakes.
- 44:42Speaker 2: But also I was like, Kwai, why are you wearing
- 44:44Speaker 2: that hat? I don't know.
- 44:46Speaker 1: But I was just like, here comes, but here she comes.
- 44:48Speaker 1: She's actually speaking up for herself at this moment. And
- 44:51Speaker 1: I actually like that, that we see a flashback of
- 44:53Speaker 1: Ashley and Meredith bonding and exposing Whitney. And this is
- 44:58Speaker 1: why I, again, why I never answer those questions. Who
- 45:01Speaker 1: do you think should be fired? I don't know. I'm
- 45:04Speaker 1: not saying. I'm not saying, but we did see Lisa
- 45:07Speaker 1: narrow down to the guilty three women that potentially said
- 45:11Speaker 1: that Whitney said this to, and it was Brittany, Angie,
- 45:14Speaker 1: and Heather.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Yeah. I love how she did it by the group
- 45:17Speaker 2: of 50-year-old women. And there's like, they put like a
- 45:20Speaker 2: Brady Bunch thing up with like all the little squares.
- 45:23Speaker 2: And then they're like, nope, nope, nope. Well, this person's
- 45:27Speaker 2: still pretending they're not 50. So now we're down to
- 45:30Speaker 2: these three. Yeah.
- 45:31Speaker 1: And Bronwyn's like, I'm not 50. I'm not in this.
- 45:35Speaker 2: Not in it. Then lunch ends, and Mary expresses her
- 45:39Speaker 2: disappointment in the women for not coming together, saying that
- 45:43Speaker 2: after everything she's been through, she expected more from them.
- 45:45Speaker 1: This kind of broke my heart.
- 45:49Speaker 2: It definitely broke my heart, but I think they're all
- 45:52Speaker 2: sitting there like, we understand, Mary, but we're also making
- 45:55Speaker 2: a TV show, and this is one that you chose
- 45:57Speaker 2: you wanted to do again. Yeah.
- 46:00Speaker 1: I mean— I mean, I just broke my heart to
- 46:02Speaker 1: see her crying and expressing how much she's gone through
- 46:06Speaker 1: and all these girls. You know, when you hear that
- 46:09Speaker 1: and you hear them fighting over stupid shit, like, we
- 46:11Speaker 1: get it, though. Like you said, it is a TV show.
- 46:13Speaker 1: This is going to happen. But I love when Mary
- 46:15Speaker 1: tells Whitney to get it together. Get on your knees.
- 46:17Speaker 1: Get it together.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Get on your knees and pray.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Thank you for coming. And have a good night. And
- 46:23Speaker 1: it's currently 2.30 p.m.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Then we have, like, a little... So... They kind of
- 46:31Speaker 2: pack it up. You do feel like there's a moment
- 46:36Speaker 2: where I think the group kind of also asked Angie
- 46:40Speaker 2: how she was doing with Sean. Mary did.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Mary asked her at the top when they sat down.
- 46:47Speaker 2: I feel like you would be a little bit pissed
- 46:49Speaker 2: at me if I did that. I would. Like even
- 46:53Speaker 2: if I'm going through a hard time, if that was
- 46:55Speaker 2: happening with me and I pretended it wasn't and I
- 46:58Speaker 2: was telling Heather Gay about it, I think you'd get
- 47:01Speaker 2: annoyed at me.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Well, Angie had a few chances to tell Mary about
- 47:05Speaker 1: it and she didn't. Like when she came over and
- 47:07Speaker 1: gave her that wine tea, the wine tea. And then
- 47:13Speaker 1: like at the table, she asked her like, how's it going?
- 47:16Speaker 1: And then she, didn't she say, how's it going with Sean?
- 47:20Speaker 1: Like as if she knows something.
- 47:22Speaker 2: Yeah. As if she knows something. And she's like, Great.
- 47:24Speaker 2: You know, just co-parenting, doing all the things.
- 47:27Speaker 1: She didn't even say that, I don't think.
- 47:28Speaker 2: I know.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I think she was just like, oh, you know, we're
- 47:31Speaker 1: really busy with Elektra.
- 47:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:35Speaker 1: And Angie's like, I mean, you can tell. She said something.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Mary said something kind of like, yeah, sounds like bullshit
- 47:42Speaker 1: to me.
- 47:42Speaker 2: Yeah, because here's the thing. She's willing to open up
- 47:46Speaker 2: and tell Mary about all the bullshit stories that happened
- 47:49Speaker 2: on a vacation, but she's not willing to open up.
- 47:51Speaker 2: And share what's really going on in her life. Like
- 47:54Speaker 2: I think Mary could handle it. And sometimes when you're
- 47:56Speaker 2: going through grief, what you want to do is support
- 48:00Speaker 2: your friends when they're going through something hard too. It
- 48:02Speaker 2: takes that like, it takes it away from you for
- 48:05Speaker 2: a moment. So I would think that you want that vulnerability.
- 48:07Speaker 1: You're actually right about that. I didn't see this coming.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Kawhi going over to Whitney's house like as if they're besties.
- 48:14Speaker 1: So Whitney admits that Kwai's introduction to the group hasn't
- 48:17Speaker 1: gone the way she expected. But I'm like, it hasn't
- 48:20Speaker 1: gone the way you expected. You're the one that started
- 48:22Speaker 1: the shit with her.
- 48:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:23Speaker 1: You're the one that exposed the toothbrush shit. The little shit.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Yeah, the little shit toothbrush.
- 48:30Speaker 1: Shit toothbrush.
- 48:32Speaker 2: They come to an agreement that their friendship needs to
- 48:34Speaker 2: be protected. How long is this going to last? It
- 48:37Speaker 2: already is over. It's over. I haven't even seen next
- 48:41Speaker 2: week's episode, but it's over. It's over.
- 48:43Speaker 1: I mean, they decided not to choose sides, which is
- 48:46Speaker 1: going to be impossible when you're on a show like this.
- 48:48Speaker 2: But I can tell you what I don't want. I
- 48:50Speaker 2: do not want a charcuterie tray and green juice.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Or wine out of a teapot.
- 48:58Speaker 2: Like, the beverages here have.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Really— Or flowers look like weeds.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Or— Then Lisa, Angie and Heather go to dinner with
- 49:11Speaker 2: Mary and Mary shares that she is pissed that britney
- 49:14Speaker 2: stole floral arrangements from her brunch and took them to
- 49:17Speaker 2: an old folks home um i love like when mary
- 49:22Speaker 2: is looser and she's like messy mary like.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I'm you know what i didn't like i didn't like
- 49:31Speaker 1: the comment about britney visiting nursing homes to get into
- 49:34Speaker 1: elderly men's wills and stealing their money That is a
- 49:37Speaker 1: big fucking statement. And I felt sorry for Brittany because
- 49:41Speaker 1: maybe she is just being nice. Maybe she was the
- 49:44Speaker 1: last one that was left there at that restaurant. And
- 49:48Speaker 1: she's like, well, I'm going to just take the centerpieces
- 49:50Speaker 1: and I'll drop them off at the, you know, old
- 49:52Speaker 1: folks home. And by the way. And by the way,
- 49:55Speaker 1: people have offered that to me before. You freaking.
- 49:59Speaker 2: What? Like to offer like the flowers at the end of.
- 50:02Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you meant. And people have offered to
- 50:05Speaker 1: drop off flowers to your old folks' home.
- 50:08Speaker 2: I'm like, what? You're not that old. Shit. No, people
- 50:11Speaker 2: have offered like at the end of a party being like- Always.
- 50:14Speaker 2: Take the flowers. It's going to go to waste.
- 50:16Speaker 1: And by the way, there was thousands of dollars with
- 50:19Speaker 1: the flowers on that table.
- 50:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 50:22Speaker 1: And if Mary left, and of course Mary's going to
- 50:25Speaker 1: leave the flowers that Brittany got her because she already
- 50:27Speaker 1: admitted they look like weeds. Yeah. So she probably like, well,
- 50:31Speaker 1: I'll take these and I just- Brittany, to me, just
- 50:33Speaker 1: seems so sweet. She probably took him, went to the
- 50:36Speaker 1: old folks' home, gave him the flowers.
- 50:38Speaker 2: And then she even sent a picture to Mary, like,
- 50:40Speaker 2: to say, like, look, your flowers are doing a good deed.
- 50:43Speaker 1: So to make a comment saying she's trying to get
- 50:45Speaker 1: in someone's will, like, that's going to be the next fight.
- 50:48Speaker 2: Who was it that said that she's actually trying to
- 50:50Speaker 2: get into somebody's will?
- 50:52Speaker 1: Angie.
- 50:53Speaker 2: Angie. Oh, yeah.
- 50:55Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Uh-huh. But then Angie and Lisa.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Wait, the one comment Lisa said was, it's not beneath
- 51:05Speaker 1: Brittany to go to God's waiting room to find a
- 51:07Speaker 1: guy that's going to go first. I'm like, I will
- 51:10Speaker 1: give it to this cast. Their one-liners are good.
- 51:14Speaker 2: They're good, and they are quick, and they, I mean,
- 51:18Speaker 2: they know how to just put out a zinger, and
- 51:24Speaker 2: then most of them just let it slide right off
- 51:26Speaker 2: their back. They're like, yeah, yeah, whatever. Whatever.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Yeah, and this is the scene where Lisa starts putting
- 51:32Speaker 1: on her lip liner. And I'm like.
- 51:37Speaker 2: I needed to stop. Like, I love Lisa, but, like,
- 51:41Speaker 2: we get it. You put on the lip liner. And,
- 51:44Speaker 2: I mean, I have friends that use it.
- 51:45Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, if she gets a contract
- 51:48Speaker 1: with Mac, I'm going to start putting on Preparation H
- 51:51Speaker 1: in every scene. I'm just going to put my hands
- 51:53Speaker 1: in my pants and start rubbing it on my butthole.
- 51:56Speaker 1: Because if that's all it takes, hey... I'm doing it.
- 52:00Speaker 1: I'll take the money.
- 52:01Speaker 2: We're not too afraid to make some extra coin.
- 52:04Speaker 1: Oh, sorry. I've got to put preparation H. Oh, you
- 52:08Speaker 1: should probably do it from the back. You'll get it
- 52:11Speaker 1: in your other hole.
- 52:12Speaker 2: Brands have been in her comments.
- 52:16Speaker 1: She's a, yeah.
- 52:17Speaker 2: I mean, then I don't know where I saw this,
- 52:20Speaker 2: but did you see Lisa talking about how she eats
- 52:26Speaker 2: Wendy's three times a day?
- 52:30Speaker 1: Nobody eats Wendy's three times a day.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Yeah. She says that the morning she has a 44
- 52:34Speaker 2: ounce of the Diet Coke and then.
- 52:38Speaker 1: In case you didn't know, she's got a contract with Wendy's.
- 52:42Speaker 1: So I'm pretty sure that's probably in the contract.
- 52:46Speaker 2: I mean, a 44 ounce of... I feel guilty with
- 52:49Speaker 2: my one little can of Diet Coke.
- 52:51Speaker 1: I'm cutting back.
- 52:53Speaker 2: You're heading back to Diet Coke?
- 52:54Speaker 1: I'm cutting back.
- 52:55Speaker 2: Oh, you're cutting back.
- 52:56Speaker 1: I'm going to try to just stop it.
- 52:58Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm not. I'm in the stage of my life
- 53:02Speaker 2: where I'm going to do anything that gives me a
- 53:04Speaker 2: little bit of joy.
- 53:04Speaker 1: Oh, that's great. So fight cancer and take all these,
- 53:09Speaker 1: what's it called, incarcerins?
- 53:10Speaker 2: Incarcerogens.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Incarcerogens or whatever. Well, just give it to you all.
- 53:15Speaker 1: Just drink the Diet Coke and vodka, give you a vape, cigarettes.
- 53:19Speaker 1: Just go to town.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Let's go for it. Do all the horrible things.
- 53:22Speaker 1: Why not?
- 53:23Speaker 2: You only live once.
- 53:24Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
- 53:26Speaker 2: We'd like to live longer. Yeah. Well, then Heather brings
- 53:30Speaker 2: up Brittany sleuthing on Bronwyn's house sale, and then they
- 53:33Speaker 2: discuss the boyfriend as PR. They agree that Bronwyn misrepresents
- 53:37Speaker 2: her life, lies about everything, and isn't who she claims
- 53:41Speaker 2: to be. Lisa says, if it looks like a duck,
- 53:44Speaker 2: acts like a duck, and Andrew chimes in, it quacks.
- 53:50Speaker 1: So the one thing in this group, Whoever's missing is
- 53:53Speaker 1: getting roasted.
- 53:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it doesn't matter. But here's what bums me out.
- 53:58Speaker 2: If Lisa and Angie would be such a dream team,
- 54:01Speaker 2: if they could hold it together just a second longer.
- 54:03Speaker 2: Because they are so good together. But they can't do it.
- 54:12Speaker 2: But I truly need to know your opinion. Do we
- 54:15Speaker 2: think she paid? I'm not over it. Do we think
- 54:18Speaker 2: she paid this guy?
- 54:20Speaker 1: Know because I don't know her that well if she
- 54:22Speaker 1: did pay him I will be very disappointed and I
- 54:26Speaker 1: think like if it does come out because we did
- 54:29Speaker 1: this with Potomac I think you should be reprimanded.
- 54:36Speaker 2: Yeah I don't think you can pay for boyfriends to
- 54:38Speaker 2: come on the.
- 54:39Speaker 1: Show this is a reality show we want to see
- 54:42Speaker 1: reality but is it any different than girls which I've
- 54:46Speaker 1: seen a million times come out with outrageous things or
- 54:49Speaker 1: businesses right before they're starting to film. I know.
- 54:53Speaker 2: And they're like, oh, I've got this new candle business.
- 54:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I got this new business. It makes no sense
- 54:57Speaker 1: to my brand, but I'm going to be doing this
- 54:59Speaker 1: this year. It's like that part. I don't love it.
- 55:04Speaker 2: No, who else we didn't really talk about much, but
- 55:06Speaker 2: was on this episode, Heather talking about her boyfriend.
- 55:11Speaker 1: Heather was very calm this episode.
- 55:13Speaker 2: She was calm this episode, but I think she made
- 55:15Speaker 2: it very clear that She's pretty in love with this boyfriend.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I love that for her.
- 55:21Speaker 2: Yeah. Do you think that Heather's going to start liking
- 55:24Speaker 2: us again soon? Because I saw that Heather went on
- 55:25Speaker 2: Lala's podcast. I don't know. I like her. I like her.
- 55:30Speaker 2: I like her, too. She was funny this episode.
- 55:32Speaker 1: You know, one thing, when I saw Andy, he says,
- 55:35Speaker 1: you know what? The one thing that I like is
- 55:37Speaker 1: that you guys talk about the shows as fans, not
- 55:41Speaker 1: as housewives.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 55:43Speaker 1: So that was like a huge compliment to me.
- 55:46Speaker 2: No, I love that.
- 55:47Speaker 1: Right? I love that. I do. We have to remove
- 55:51Speaker 1: any personal relationship that we have with certain people.
- 55:56Speaker 2: No, we watch it like we're watching anything.
- 55:58Speaker 1: It's fans. Just like I said, yeah, I go, you're
- 56:00Speaker 1: as good as this week's episode. Next week, I love you.
- 56:02Speaker 2: Next week, maybe I don't. Yeah, we don't know. We
- 56:05Speaker 2: don't know what's going to happen. But I am loving
- 56:08Speaker 2: Salt Lake. I'm loving Potomac. I'm happy with where all
- 56:12Speaker 2: the shows are going. Oh, and you just recently watched...
- 56:16Speaker 2: Just give me a thumbs up or thumbs down.
- 56:19Speaker 1: Golden Life?
- 56:19Speaker 2: You just recently watched The Golden Life.
- 56:21Speaker 1: I'm going to give it a thumbs up because, you know,
- 56:24Speaker 1: you know all the girls. We watch all the shows.
- 56:27Speaker 1: I think the diehard fans are going to watch this
- 56:31Speaker 1: and be like, oh, my God, the girls are back.
- 56:34Speaker 1: You know, Sonya is Sonya.
- 56:36Speaker 2: She's Sonya-ing?
- 56:38Speaker 1: Yep. Ramona was good for most of the episode until
- 56:41Speaker 1: the end when she kicked everybody out. Yeah, it was good.
- 56:46Speaker 2: Are there any new girls on there?
- 56:47Speaker 1: No, no. It's just the OGs from New York.
- 56:52Speaker 2: And does Kelly Ben Simone talk about herself like she's
- 56:55Speaker 2: the most amazing person in the world the entire time? No, no.
- 56:59Speaker 1: And Luann's been very... Not Luann. I think if you
- 57:05Speaker 1: want to talk about who's the most annoying but we
- 57:07Speaker 1: need her is Sonia. Yeah. It's Sonia. But I have
- 57:11Speaker 1: a question.
- 57:12Speaker 2: How similar... because I'm just going to let you guys
- 57:15Speaker 2: recap it and just, you know, but.
- 57:18Speaker 1: How similar is it to New York?
- 57:20Speaker 2: Yeah. How similar is it to actual housewives?
- 57:23Speaker 1: It's similar. And there is a lot of talk about
- 57:26Speaker 1: when we were on the other show. So they don't really,
- 57:29Speaker 1: a lot of times they don't say Bravo and obviously
- 57:31Speaker 1: they can't use any clips. There's no flashbacks so far. Anyways,
- 57:35Speaker 1: I think Dorinda said one time she mentioned Bravo. That
- 57:38Speaker 1: was it. But it's about their life after Bravo, their
- 57:42Speaker 1: life older, their life outside of New York, their life,
- 57:46Speaker 1: you know, second half of their life in Florida.
- 57:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:50Speaker 1: So I liked it.
- 57:51Speaker 2: So they're all in Florida.
- 57:52Speaker 1: They're all in Florida. And Ramona's been there for a while.
- 57:55Speaker 2: All right. Well, maybe I'll tune in or maybe I'll
- 57:59Speaker 2: just listen to your pod. Make sure you guys are
- 58:01Speaker 2: tuning into the pod with Dolores and Tamara on The
- 58:05Speaker 2: Golden Years. Yes. You know, I figured it was best
- 58:08Speaker 2: for them to do it since they're closer in age.
- 58:10Speaker 1: Wait, is it the golden years?
- 58:12Speaker 2: Fuck off. Fuck off.
- 58:15Speaker 1: You're closer to your boyfriend's mom's age than you are
- 58:18Speaker 1: his age. Well, thanks, guys, for.
- 58:25Speaker 2: Tuning in to another episode of Two Teas in a Pod, a.k.a.
- 58:28Speaker 2: Talking Shit. So we'll be back soon to talk more. Bye.
