Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Well hello everyone, welcome back into another episode of the podcast.
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: In this one we are going to dive into why you are still bloated all the time and basically why your gut health is still shit.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: So um but before we get into that you guys know I always like to give you like a live well update about how I'm living well, what's what's the news, what's the cinch.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: Um Akasha got her spay last week, so we've been the little cone head, it's been an adjustment.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: The poor thing, she's like running into walls because she doesn't really understand like the spatial of the cone being like out farther than her head.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, it's funny, it's an adjustment.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: I'm sitting here drinking my chaga, well, iced chaga latte because it's super warm today in Toronto.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: It's 32 Celsius, which is I don't know what Fahrenheit, but it's warm, it's warm, guys.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: And I love adding chaga in.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: You guys know I'm obsessed with like chaga chinos.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Chaga is like a functional mushroom that's really good for immune stress, focus, stamina, all that kind of stuff.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: So it is like the king of mushrooms.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: So I add that into my well, I made like a cold brew, added in some fresh almond milk that I made with my almond cow, which I didn't know almond cow was like so bomb.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Like this episode's not sponsored, it's literally just it makes almond milk at home in like less than a minute and it's creamy, there's no additives and everything like that.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: It's just clean, it's whatever you put in it, so there's no gums or anything.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: Anyways, I am drinking my cold brew iced chagacino with fresh almond milk.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And Akasha is recovering from her spray.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: That is basically my my living well update.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: I know the energy has been a lot lately because we're now in Gemini season, there's like two eclipses over the next like week or so, and then there's like a full moon tomorrow, which is the 26th, um, which is insane.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: So a lot energetically going on, been moving through a lot, releasing a lot and all of that.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, and also reminder there is only one week left to join Well Nourished for this round.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: If you want to join us, if you want to heal and everything, you don't want to wait until October when I run it again to have to heal.

- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Because it's how we spend our time and what we're exposed to.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna be throwing that in.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna talk about like alcohol, how to still go out in the summertime and feel amazing in your body, not be bloated, but have fun with friends, you know, have some wine with your girls, eat french fries.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: Because like I, you know, I go out, I eat french fries, but I don't get bloated.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: I still like have amazing digestion and I feel good in my body and all of that.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: So there is a way, it's like a little magical, a little magicalness that you're gonna learn from me.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: So I'm really excited to be upgrading Well Nourished for this round, and it's just gonna it's just gonna be a vibe.

- 3:20SPEAKER_00: So that will be in the description box below.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: And yeah, let's dive into the episode.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Live Well Podcast.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: This podcast is designed to help you live well, body, mind, and soul.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Liv, a natural health and wellness expert, and each week you will walk away with the insights, tools, and tips to truly live your best life.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: If you are looking to live well, you are in the right place.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: A new episode starts now.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, so one of the most common like physical issues slash complaints that clients have brought up to me is bloating.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: And wildly, like, yes, there is a you know, this symptom can be tied to physical things like the food you eat, you know, drinks, um, you know, environmental toxins, everything like that.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: It does heavily influence bloating.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: However, there isn't another factor in the equation that people forget, and that is emotions.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: I see this all the time.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: I get DMs.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: I'm eating clean, I'm working out, but I'm bloated all the time, or I can't lose weight, or like I'm constipated, or that whatever it is.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: That's because feelings play a tremendous role in your body's ability to function.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: And you know, more and more scientific research is coming up that supports the connection between our emotions and our physical health.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: So, just like food, you know, the way we process feelings can really make a difference in how we feel overall.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: So, when it comes to our food, you know, you need to chew it, you need to digest it, process it, and then let it pass.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: If you hold on to it, that leads to bloating and then constipation, which leads to like a dangerous blockage in your digestive system.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: The same is true for feelings.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: If you hold on to feelings of guilt, shame, insecurity, all of that can contribute to stress and impair digestion.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: And when we hold on to things, both physically and emotionally, not only do we feel heavy and blocked, but we can even make ourselves sick.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: So even though we tend to think these parts of us are separate, it's really all connected.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: So imagine if like you have guilt and shame, you're people pleasing, not setting boundaries, and then you're also eating gluten, and maybe you're drinking like every single night to forget the fact that you, you know, are eating gluten and you have guilt and shame, which only makes you eat more gluten and drink more, and you're not setting boundaries and you're working a lot and you're not managing stress, like it just turns into a whole kafaffle.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: Like, no, no wonder everything is a mess, right?
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: So there is like this modern epidemic of like chronic low-grade inflammation that is kind of like the back end to your food and also feelings, right?
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: Because chronic inflammation makes our bodies more susceptible to disease and can manifest, you know, in not only bloating and digestive issues like diarrhea and constipation, but also acne, wrinkles, chronic pain, acid reflux, and so much more.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: And one of the obviously major contributing factors to inflammation is a high a diet that is high in refined sugar, process oils, um, gluten, grains, um, all of those things.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: And you know, stress, depression, anger, hostility also promotes inflammation disease.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: So while like physical things like the sugar, the oils, the gluten, the grains all do that, so do emotions like stress, depression, anger, guilt, shame, hostility, all of that.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: So the more inflamed our bodies are, the worse we ultimately feel, both physically and emotionally, leading to basically a vicious cycle of poor health, leading you to not feel great in your body, not feel comfortable in clothes, and especially with summer coming out.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: I know for so many of you, you know, you're not gonna feel comfortable wearing that summer dress or those shorts or that crop top or whatever it is because you feel uncomfortable that you're bloated all the time, even though you're eating salads, and like that, this is why, okay, this is why this episode is so important for you to understand.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: So, we're gonna be diving into a few things.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: Um, first off, I want to talk about like the thought or memory of certain foods can trigger a reaction in our digestive system.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: So sorry, except for my coffee.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: I kinda say something.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: I think I need to clean the straw, maybe it's not perfectly clean because I'm honestly tasting celery in it.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Anyways, moving on.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: Um you know, your mouth can water, you know, at the thought of something delicious.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: You know, dogs can show us this, but memories, you know, of delicious food can also cause different reactions.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the sight of food that we hate might make the stomach like heave with disgust, and then when the food reaches the stomach, you know, feelings that are in common with disrupting the operation of the stomach that needs that cannot be met, then often happen, right?
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Like disgust, feeling deprived, angry, disappointment, constant worry.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: This is just like the thought of when you eat that food and you have that feeling, that feeling when you eat that food then triggers that reaction all the time, you know, and then the food moves down, and you know, you have bile, which is created by the liver, which has been stored in the gallbladder and is released in response to food on the way down.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: And the liver is one of the major filtering and detoxifying organs.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: And so people you know talk about detox and they're like, your body naturally detoxes itself.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: Yes, it does, but if you're you know still using pantene or dove or toxic face products, and then you're also still eating gluten-refined sugars and processed oils, and then you're not you know moving through guilt, shame, sadness, anger, frustration.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: Like your liver can't do it on its own because you've overburdened it, right?
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: And and so not only does it need to process all that, but you know, all also putting others first, not having boundaries, like lack of will to live, lack of personal power, this is all tied to your liver.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna understand why your liver can't properly process things.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: And I know this episode's about bloating, but I'm just gonna add in this little tangent.
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: You know, when you're overloading of that, you also can't metabolize through estrogen, and then we have PMS, and then we have things like cramping, headaches, insomnia, and all the other.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Basically, you feeling shitty over your cycle, and this is why you need to process emotions.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Okay, so then we have a gallbladder, right?
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Which stores many of the feelings that turn into bitterness or resentment.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: So if you are bitter about a relationship, if you're bitter about your job, if you hate your job, your gallbladder physically cannot release the bile properly to digest your food, leaving you feeling bloated.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Alright, to remove the gallbladder does not remove the feelings, also.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: You know, the feelings are very often expressed in another part of the body because that can't properly move through because you're feeling so much bitterness and resentment, right?
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: So we can see how all these different organs not only hold different feelings, but also contribute to the fact that your gut health is shit and you're bloated all the time, despite the fact that you're eating, you know, avocado and you know, protein and maybe working out or whatever it is.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Alright, so similar feelings can also arise in the pancreas, which is there as one of the tasks to aid digestion, right?
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: Pancreas is supposed to aid digestion.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: So when it's malfunctioning, it is storing emotional pain and refusing to enjoy.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: So if you're not enjoying your life, your pancreas is not working properly and you're not going to be digesting as well as you can.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: Then we have a small intestine, alright?
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: So the small intestine is really where you absorb all these nutrients.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Um, well, part of the you also do it in the large, but you do a lot of it in the small.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: And you know, you might eat the right food, but you might not be able to assimilate and you know absorb all of this, you know, great stuff.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: And, you know, if there's lack of joy, if there's sorrow, if there's sadness, then that's gonna be blocked.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: So you're not only gonna not absorb things from your food, but you're also gonna be bloated because of the lack of joy, sorrow, and sadness.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: This also goes with indecisiveness.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: If you have trouble making decisions, this is tied to your small intestine, you are gonna be bloated, um, and you're either gonna be constipated or have diarrhea, you're not gonna have like proper bowel movements.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: If you haven't listened to the episode about what poop says about your health, go back and listen to that because it's a really juicy one that's gonna break down poop.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: So go listen to that.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: Alright, and then after that, we have the large intestine.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: So I'm just like lightly breaking down each of these organs, and we're gonna go more into emotions in a second, but that is the last stage of digestion before elimination.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: So if there's any holding on to things that are no longer needed, constipation can arise.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: So this is like usually as a result of a strong need to control, but also guilt, not feeling safe, and a lack of self-worth.
- 11:22SPEAKER_00: If you struggle with constipation, that also means you feel guilty.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: There's a lack of self-worth that you are holding on to things that you need to release.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: And whenever people say no, there's not, I ask them like three questions, and then we're there, and like, oh yeah, I guess I am.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, thank you.
- 11:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, then we release this.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: It's actually crazy how powerful this is.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this on my Instagram story before, but I'll mention it again.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: I had a one-on-one client who was on very expensive prescription laxatives for her constipation, like, could not go to the bathroom without these expensive laxatives that she had to buy.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: Um, and I like made her, well not made her, but like sent her my letting go meditation for her constipation.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: I was like, this is purely emotional.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Like, I've cleaned up your diet, we're healing your gut, this is emotional.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: Send her this let and go meditation.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: She uses this letting-go meditation anytime now, and like she doesn't need the prescription medication anymore.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: It really shows like how many clients I've sent this let and go meditation to that solves their constipation because it's an emotional route is insane.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's why, guys, you need to do the emotional work.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: Okay, that is like the overview of the organs and kind of like where each um emotion in terms of like which emotions are stored where.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Also, I'm gonna add like if you are like, oh my god, Liv, I am feeling this like this is totally me, and as I break down each of the organs, make sure you get into well-nourished because this is what we solve not only in the live calls, but in the Kajabi, like the portal itself.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: You have tapping, you have this letting-go meditation, like tapping to also, you know, have a bowel movement to stop people pleasing.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: You have all of these really great tools, reprogramming tracks, meditations, tappings, all of that that you have lifetime access to.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: So, like, even after we healed it, you're like, oh no, like I feel myself holding on to like this situation.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: You just pull up let and go meditation, you do it, you go poop, like 20 minutes later, and you're gonna be golden, right?
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: You're gonna done and dusted, good to go.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: So let's break down somatitization.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: So, first understand that repressed emotional energy lands in the energy system for your physical body, right?
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So, this is called somatization, and over time it can create problems that eventually lead to serious illness and disease.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: So, you have an astral body and an etheric body.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: The astral body is our emotional field of awareness, right?
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Where the etheric body is that denser energy system for our physical body.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: And so the appropriate place for our emotions is in the non-physical astral body where we can acknowledge, allow, address, release, you know, emotional energy.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: But we often repress difficult or uncomfortable emotions unconsciously, compressing the energy into the energy system of the etheric energy body where it doesn't belong.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: That's how we get physical symptoms manifesting from emotional pain.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: Important to understand.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: So, frequently, the root causes of our digestive issues are normally like these emotions.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, we need to clean up your diet and we do all that and we give you the supplements to heal your gut, but you cannot forget like the roots of the emotional issues because somatized emotions often end up there, you know, in the first, second, and third chakras of the etheric body, right where our digestive system is, right?
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Right where it's trying to work.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: So, you know, the first energy center is your bolody's ability to eliminate waste.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: You know, that's where we're talking about our large intestine, and that's kind of like you know, between your ovaries and like the base of your spine.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: Then you have like the large intestine, small intestine, kidneys, liver, pancreas that are all in your second energy center, which is about like two fingers below your navel.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: And this is where like so many women referred to like the pooch, or you know, like they're bloated, but they're like they're bloated right between the belly button and um, you know, their pubic bone.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: They're like, why is it always puffy there?
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Because there's guilt, shame, not setting boundaries, people pleasing, um what did I was saying?
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: Guilt shame, yeah, all of those things, sadness, probably, um, you know, anger, frustration, resentment, bitterness, all those organs I just said with those emotions are being stored there.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: So we need to release that, and then the pooch goes bye-bye.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: And then we have our third energy center, which is like the stomach and adrenals, which, you know, are basically located at the the notch of your ribs, right?
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: So right underneath your breasts.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: What I basically say is like if you take your bra, like where the bra sits, the bra line, like right there underneath, um, is that.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: So if you find you're also getting, um, some women get bloated right there too.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: It feels like there's like a balloon coming out right from underneath their bra line.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: You're gonna want to look at like the emotions that are tied to stomach and adrenals as well as like the physical adrenal health as well.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: So, a major component of creating health is learning to take care of yourself, you know, first instead of everyone else.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: And remember, this is not selfish, this is self-hood.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: Because this includes regaining body acceptance and self-esteem that many people lose in adolescence, you know.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Self-esteem is where you know we gain the skills in the outer world of like work, which is why you know many women can heal their digestive symptoms when they release a lot of the emotional trauma that they've been through.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: And one thing I'm gonna explain about trauma is that people who are like, Oh, I don't have any trauma, keep in mind trauma is not like, oh, I wasn't hit as a kid, I don't have sexual abuse.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: Trauma can be like you brought a picture you colored in front of your mom, and because she was busy, she was like, Oh, that's nice, sweetie, and like she didn't really acknowledge it, and then you felt dismissed, and then you felt not good enough, and then that's gonna manifest.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: Like, it doesn't have to be something like what we as adults think of as extreme because when you were younger, you take these like little minute moments and you interpret them in a way and you internalize them, and then that dictates the rest of your life, right?
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: So that's why it's important to release these.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So I know okay, don't get me wrong, like doing this is often difficult.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Nobody said that this was easy, but you always need to do this if you want to end up getting the health that you deserve.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Because at the end of the day, all the cleanest supplements and all that won't work if you don't do this as well.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna dive into like I'm just gonna mention people pleasing for a second because I feel like this comes up with like every one of my clients, everyone I talk to.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Um, a lot of women right now engage in people pleasing, so there's numerous physical side effects.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: You know what?
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: I think I'm gonna do a whole episode on people pleasing.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: I'll briefly mention it now, but I'm gonna do a whole episode of people pleasing.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: But there are physical side effects of people pleasing, which is like not sleeping through the night, anxiety, bloat after every meal, um, itchy dry patches of skin, and a sugar addiction that basically won't stop.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Like, if you are really addicted to sugar, no matter what you do, you can't stop.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Chances are you're people pleaser.
- 17:39unknown: Okay.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: So I remember like really it it really wasn't until I stopped, you know, overgiving and healed my, you know, people pleasing, not setting boundaries, anxious attachment style, and all of that, that I really saw my symptoms disappear.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: It's like the the physical healing and the eating clean only took me so so far, and it was like, oh, the emotional health is so intertwined with physical like symptoms like bloating, you know, digestion and all that, that you need both.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: And so I really encourage you to examine what you're experiencing in your life and see how that can be traced back to your emotional root cause.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Because what is missing a lot in a lot of conversations that I see with a lot of people, you know, they tell me I've been to this functional medicine doctor, been to naturopaths, gastroenterologists, you know, this, that, they all tell me it's fine is because they're missing the emotional piece of the puzzle.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: I have yet to meet a client with gut health issues and bloating who haven't had a myriad of negative emotional blocks with a strong link to their emotional, uh, to their physical symptoms.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: So, you know, clients have been you know so talented at stuffing their emotions that when we first when I first asked them about them, they deny that their emotions exist.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: And so I dig a little further and we see that like there are so many times where strong emotions cause that adjusted upset that then wreaked havoc on their whole body going forward.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: Once we start asking the right questions, we can identify the trauma, sadness, anxiety, or you know, fear that really permeate your inner reality.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: So it's important to understand that as children you look to your parents for unconditional love and acceptance.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: You know, combined with a sense of routine, boundaries, and discipline, you you have a stability.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: You know, you have this sense of I'm safe, I am okay.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: However, those people with gut health, gut health issues and bloating have usually experienced an upbringing that was too much of boundaries and discipline or too little.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: So one of the extremes.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And this basically created a sense of needing to be in control of themselves and sometimes others at all times.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: So this sense of control is actually a false sense of safety, right?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Because the subconscious thought is this if I remain in control, then I will be safe.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: This in turn leads to a deep desire to hold on tight and not make any mistakes.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: So they hold on tight until they can no longer maintain this level of control, followed by a loss of control.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: Ergo, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, poor digestion, um, gut health issues, and also when your gut health is bad, don't forget that it's then gonna translate into brain fog, concentration issues, hormonal imbalances, joint pain, trouble sleeping, depression, anxiety, and all this kind of stuff, right?
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: Because when a person has been suffering something painful, even though they don't know they're doing it, they've been so good at holding on to it that they struggle to admit to themselves that the emotions and feelings are there.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: So they tend to avoid then dealing with them and then like, oh nope, I have to do it all myself, dismiss it, busy, busy, busy.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: This is another thing.
- 20:34SPEAKER_00: Like, if you are someone who always likes to have like you have the longest to-do list and you always need to be busy and you don't feel like oh, I always need to be doing something, I'm unproductive, I'm not doing something.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: That means you don't feel safe in your body, your gut health is probably off, you're probably bloated.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: So that's why.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what do we do with all this information, right?
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: We start clearing out the years of emotions, trauma, stuck energy, and we also do the laser focusing on the digestive tract.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: So we need to identify what you are really craving on an emotional level with the mindset of having to do it all, like you're craving to be asked for help, you know, or you know, acceptance if you have a fear or like rejection, abandonment.
- 21:12SPEAKER_00: This is all gonna be like dependent on which of the emotions you are storing.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: Because this pattern began in childhood and is kept alive in the wounded inner child who is then the ruler of the subconscious mind.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: So this is why it's important to do inner child work and why we do it.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Is it call five of all nurse?
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: I don't know, call three, forget.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Either way, um, this is why we do it because the acceptance that you need is you need to give that inner child love so that they don't continue being in a rut and you have acceptance on a deeper emotional level instead of stuffing that emotion.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: So once a person has re reached adulthood, you can no longer expect you know your parents to give you that acceptance that your inner child needs.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: However, your inner child will still keep operating your subconscious mind until they feel safe, until they feel love, until they feel accepted.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: You know, this also goes into the fact that if You experienced a lot of bullying growing up.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: This is something you're gonna need to release and heal.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And so you really want to create like a balance within yourself between like unconditional love and holding and letting go.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: And like this is deep work, guys.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not gonna lie, this is hard stuff.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: Like, it's it involves a lot of purging, a lot of emotional release, but this is what's needed, right?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Because otherwise, you're storing all this emotion in your body.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: Um, and if you haven't listened to the episode I did last week on the energetics of weight loss, know that like I broke down the like emotion side of like weight gain and not being able to lose weight in that episode.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: This episode I wanted to focus on like bloating, like constipation, diarrhea, gut health, but like obviously this is also tied to weight loss, so go and listen to weight loss episode.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: Like, if you have trouble losing weight, especially if it's like the the weight that won't come off, it seems like struggling to get it off, go and listen to that, right?
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: Um, and ultimately, so we need to really nourish that inner child, and like this comes down to self-love and self-approval, right?
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: Because self-love or self-approval is really loving yourself through humanness and through your mistakes and through all of your healing.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Think about if like if any of these sound familiar, like focus on perfection, um holding on to things, needing to control people pleasing, not setting like boundaries.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: Then, you know, while a supplement clean diet is gonna help, it's going to be a good idea to delve into the deeper aspect of what you are holding on to trauma-wise, in order to really establish balance in your digestive system and to look at which of these emotions and which of these organs are causing, you know, a lack of balance.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: And like, for example, if you lack like sweetness in life as a child, it creates more sugar cravings throughout your lifetime.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: So if you struggle with you know, sugar cravings, you're gonna want to look at this because sugar, as we've all heard, is probably one of like the biggest, like biggest no-nas.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: If I were to think about like things one should not consume gluten, refined sugar, and inflammatory oils, like top three.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: Um, but you find yourself like looking to alternatives, so it's like creating a new addiction, right?
- 24:05SPEAKER_00: I always see people like going from sugar to like, oh, let me have Splenda.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Like, no, instead of looking for a different like band-aid to the solution, look as to why you're craving sugar.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: What if instead, you know, we healed the wounded inner child and resolved the reasons for craving that sugar from the first place?
- 24:21SPEAKER_00: You know, a common pattern that I've seen in the case is that normally when you're younger, we're feeling neglected or abandoned, and that has evolved into emotional issues that have to do with self-worth and confidence.
- 24:32SPEAKER_00: Like, but we don't think of this when we think of their sugar cravings, but we need to, that's the key.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: That's the key to making it work because otherwise you're just gonna switch to maybe even if you were switching to something like better than like aspartame, like this one, but like a stevia or a monk fruit, you you're not getting to the root of why you're craving it in the first place, right?
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: So in the physical world, confidence and self-worth could translate to not performing well in school, being a pushover, uh being a bully or being bullied, um, or even like having a traumatic birth, you know, that where you if you didn't recover emotionally or didn't release that is going to cause the same thing.
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: So when your gut health is not in top condition, it can also lead to a bunch of other imbalances, which is why like it I always say if you don't have gut health, you basically have nothing.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: And so struggling with gut health can also contribute to mental health issues, depression, anxiety, but also those, you know, depression and anxiety can make gut health worse.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: So you'll get stuck in like a vicious cycle.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: Don't forget, traumatic childhood experiences can cause your stomach or gut health, which can manifest in adulthood as emotional issues.
- 25:32SPEAKER_00: So grief, anger, sadness, anxiety in the gut or stomach, these emotions need to be felt slowly with mindful awareness so that you can move through us and pass.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: That's why when I work with people, like I whether it's like the Akasha readings, um, the energy healings, or if you want like to really get rid of them for good, getting it to well nourish, I create that safe space that allows you to do this because emotions that arise are full information of your body's way of communicating to tell us when something is off or when something is not right.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: There's wisdom in the body.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: If there are old emotions which have previously been suppressed, they're gonna become trapped and lodged in the body until you release them.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: So if we experience them, you know, yes, as a child, but then maybe we also were bullied in high school, and then maybe we had a couple like toxic bad relationships that we, you know, that have not only contributed but reinforced our belief.
- 26:21SPEAKER_00: So let's say you felt rejected or abandoned, you know, growing up, and then you've had a couple bad breakups by by men that only reinforce your childhood belief into the subconscious of what it is.
- 26:32SPEAKER_00: So, like, there's normally so much more that like you need to delve into, you need to release all of that in order to fully heal.
- 26:39SPEAKER_00: Because those challenges situations also give rise to difficult emotions, which can be overwhelming and can be helped, you know, with the propic with the prophet, with a proper emotional release.
- 26:48SPEAKER_00: So, guys, that is the gist of like basically why you're still blooded all the time and why your gut health issues, because you need to do the emotional stuff, otherwise you're gonna keep feeling the same way, and I can't tell you you know how many times this is like worked for people.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: They come to me and they're like, oh yeah, I'm eating clean, and this is why it happens.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: So if you need help with this, make sure you get into well nourished.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Don't forget, I'm not running it again until October, and I would honestly, it just fills my heart to get to help you guys in this way because I I was there, I was there suffering, I was there like crying in the mirror because I looked six months pregnant, because I was bloated all the goddamn time, and I was like, I don't understand, like I'm not eating gluten, I don't eat dairy, like I am you know managing stress, I am like sleeping, I'm taking all these supplements, like I am spending like what$300 a month on supplements and doing all these things.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: It's like why?
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Why, why, why am I still bloated?
- 27:44SPEAKER_00: Well, because I didn't release the fact that I was bullied, you know, you know, so much of like when I was growing up.
- 27:50SPEAKER_00: I didn't release you know the abandonment and neglect that I felt growing up.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: I didn't really I didn't release so many of the things.
- 27:56SPEAKER_00: And within weeks of releasing it, like the bloating just went away.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: My gut health just improved, like it was insane, and so like my mission here is to help you guys to see like send this episode to friends, send this to family.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: If you have sisters, mom, anyone who's like still struggling with this and they don't know where to go, please send them this episode because I wish that I had found this sooner instead of suffering, instead of living with this, instead of feeling so defeated and so discouraged and so upset all the time because I didn't understand what I was doing wrong.

- 28:30SPEAKER_00: You just need more help and you just need more support.
