- 0:45Speaker 2: to preborn dot com slash M M Extra. I'm the
- 0:50Speaker 2: Mic part of the M. He's the Mark part of
- 0:53Speaker 2: the M. We've got a big breaking news Thursday going on,
- 0:57Speaker 2: mister Davis Fauci being referred to do JAY for possible
- 1:01Speaker 2: prosecution for contempt of Congress. What do you think, sir?
- 1:06Speaker 3: The civics experts among us, among you among the audience
- 1:10Speaker 3: will notice, wait a minute, referred to the DOJ is,
- 1:12Speaker 3: isn't it? Usually it goes from the Committee then to
- 1:16Speaker 3: the full Senate. So I want to ask you why
- 1:19Speaker 3: you think this is different this time, because that is
- 1:21Speaker 3: usually the way it goes. It was Ran Paul's specific
- 1:24Speaker 3: idea to say, why don't we go straight to the
- 1:27Speaker 3: Department of Justice? Is it because you believe that he
- 1:30Speaker 3: thinks there are enough troublemakers, malcontents, your Cornin's, your Tillis,
- 1:36Speaker 3: your Murkowski, maybe even Susan Collins who would not go
- 1:40Speaker 3: along with it, and where the full Senate might be
- 1:43Speaker 3: a problem.
- 1:45Speaker 2: As usual, your instinct Your instincts are perfect. And let
- 1:48Speaker 2: me tell you why Rand Paul completely circumvented the Democrats
- 1:54Speaker 2: in the Senate, which by the way, contained a possibility
- 1:59Speaker 2: of a six Steve vote filibuster over trying to get
- 2:04Speaker 2: Fauci on contempt of Congress. Now, the reason this is
- 2:08Speaker 2: so brilliant is that Rand Paul and Ron Johnson and
- 2:11Speaker 2: the others on this community proved decisively today that there
- 2:17Speaker 2: are a lot of ways to skin a cat. There
- 2:20Speaker 2: are a lot of paths you could take, and oh,
- 2:23Speaker 2: I don't know, something like the Save America comes to
- 2:26Speaker 2: the Save America Act comes to mind. You mean, there
- 2:29Speaker 2: are different ways to get to a completion of something
- 2:34Speaker 2: that the American people are clamoring for like the Save
- 2:37Speaker 2: America Act. They did it with Fauci today because you
- 2:40Speaker 2: are absolutely right. And I watched a little bit of
- 2:44Speaker 2: Jonathan Turley who pointed out the brilliance of circumventing the
- 2:49Speaker 2: US Senate typical procedure because you're right, they would have
- 2:53Speaker 2: faced a filibuster. And there's a lot of outgoing spoil
- 3:00Speaker 2: old brat but hurt Republicans who want to burn it
- 3:04Speaker 2: all down on their way out. John Corn and Tom
- 3:07Speaker 2: Tillis come to mind. You can mix in a little
- 3:08Speaker 2: Lisa Murkowski at a dose of Susan Collins. Who knows
- 3:12Speaker 2: what you'd get. But guess what now, you've got a
- 3:16Speaker 2: direct referral to the Department of Justice. And I'm going
- 3:19Speaker 2: to tell you after the way I hear President Trump
- 3:22Speaker 2: reamed Janine Piro the other day in the Oval office
- 3:25Speaker 2: over the reflecting poll, I'm not sure there's a lot
- 3:29Speaker 2: of DOJ officials who are going to want to defy
- 3:31Speaker 2: President Trump on this one. I think freshly installed Todd
- 3:36Speaker 2: blanche is there too.
- 3:37Speaker 4: Who is is he? He ain't Bill Barr, right, So.
- 3:40Speaker 2: There is Bill Barr.
- 3:42Speaker 3: So there's a there's a pathway for this. So let
- 3:45Speaker 3: me ask you this because you've described it perfectly. You know,
- 3:49Speaker 3: I don't want to say so what, but I know
- 3:51Speaker 3: we have listeners and viewers saying so what. So I
- 3:54Speaker 3: I out on a scale of ten, how big a
- 3:57Speaker 3: deal is this? What's going to happen? The full punished
- 4:00Speaker 3: went for a conviction for contempt of Congress. I think
- 4:02Speaker 3: it's one hundred thousand dollars and up to a year
- 4:04Speaker 3: in jail. I don't know if either of those actually happened.
- 4:07Speaker 3: So is this just really good political theater, really good optics.
- 4:11Speaker 3: I'm a fan of both. But how meaty is that?
- 4:15Speaker 2: It's not just a but it's not a so what?
- 4:18Speaker 2: I believe that most people, many people on our side,
- 4:22Speaker 2: are saying, yeah, prove it, show me. You keep saying
- 4:26Speaker 2: we're going to arrest somebody. You know what really is
- 4:29Speaker 2: infuriating about this particular charge contempt of Congress. This is
- 4:35Speaker 2: what they nailed Steve Bannon on. This is what they
- 4:38Speaker 2: nailed Peter Navarro on. Remember the Biden weaponization efforts led
- 4:44Speaker 2: to you know, Roger Stone in his underwear in his
- 4:47Speaker 2: front yard at six in the morning with his terrified
- 4:50Speaker 2: wife nearby, or Mike Lindell being targeted outside all Harty's
- 4:55Speaker 2: drive through at five o'clock in the morning by the FBI,
- 4:58Speaker 2: who confiscated his phone. They did all kinds of terrible
- 5:01Speaker 2: things to us, but we never do anything bad to them. No,
- 5:05Speaker 2: and and people know that Mark. People are sick of it.
- 5:08Speaker 2: It's like, Okay, stop dangling a carrot in front of us,
- 5:12Speaker 2: make a damn arrest. Already got the arrest somebody. The
- 5:16Speaker 2: talk is right, Yeah, you talk. We talk a good game.
- 5:19Speaker 2: We talk a good game, but nobody's apparently about the
- 5:23Speaker 2: business of getting something done. People demand accountability from Anthony Fauci.
- 5:28Speaker 2: This guy is a liar. He is a stone cold narcissist.
- 5:31Speaker 2: He was reveling in his celebrity and his money and
- 5:34Speaker 2: his fame. And look, Josh Holly did something that was brilliant,
- 5:42Speaker 2: and you were quick to just say, well, I understand
- 5:46Speaker 2: why Fauci didn't answer what color his tie.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Was, what day is it, and stuff like that. I
- 5:52Speaker 3: side knew his life, knew what his lawyers would tell him.
- 5:55Speaker 3: But go ahead and finish your point, because well, Hawlly's
- 5:58Speaker 3: brilliance shown through.
- 5:59Speaker 2: It did it was and he pointed it out because
- 6:03Speaker 2: he knew that by getting him to refuse to answer,
- 6:09Speaker 2: you know, what color his tie was or what the
- 6:11Speaker 2: day of the week was. Here he is this morning
- 6:14Speaker 2: on the Senate floor, going through this procedure where they
- 6:17Speaker 2: eventually voted eight to five this Homeland Security Committee to
- 6:21Speaker 2: refer Fauci to the DOJ for contempt of Congress. Here
- 6:25Speaker 2: was Senator Hawley explaining why he asked those seemingly, you know,
- 6:31Speaker 2: mindless questions about the color of his tie or what
- 6:35Speaker 2: day of the week it was.
- 6:36Speaker 5: The reason I asked those questions was precisely to test
- 6:40Speaker 5: the good faith nature of his invocation at the Fifth Amendment. Because,
- 6:43Speaker 5: as the lawyers in the room will know, the invocation
- 6:47Speaker 5: of the Fifth Amendment, particularly in a context where immunity
- 6:49Speaker 5: has already been obtained, doctor Fauci has full immunity. He
- 6:52Speaker 5: has a full and unconditional pardon for a period of
- 6:54Speaker 5: some eleven years. In that context, the assertion of a
- 6:57Speaker 5: Fifth Amendment privilege only adheres to those instances where the
- 7:01Speaker 5: witness has a reasonable fear of future prosecution, and it
- 7:05Speaker 5: must be tailored to any such fear and the fact
- 7:09Speaker 5: that he wouldn't answer questions about the tie he was
- 7:12Speaker 5: wearing or the color of the carpet of the day
- 7:14Speaker 5: of the week. Senator Paul asked him about did he
- 7:15Speaker 5: have a folder in front him? He wouldn't answer. That
- 7:18Speaker 5: betrays the fact that his invocation in the Fifth Amendment
- 7:20Speaker 5: wasn't tailored to anything. It was a predetermined, premeditated design
- 7:26Speaker 5: to evade this committee's questions on any subject, including emphatically
- 7:31Speaker 5: those for which he has a pardon. And the United
- 7:33Speaker 5: States Supreme Court has been clear for over a century,
- 7:35Speaker 5: dating back to eighteen ninety six, that when a witness
- 7:38Speaker 5: has received immunity, he may not stand upon his privilege,
- 7:43Speaker 5: and multiple courts of appeals from including the United States
- 7:46Speaker 5: Supreme Court in the Castiguard case, has says that, well,
- 7:49Speaker 5: I'm going to quote now, witness must reasonably believe that
- 7:52Speaker 5: his statements could be used in criminal prosecution or could
- 7:55Speaker 5: lead to other evidence that might be so used. The
- 7:58Speaker 5: Court has also said that the danger must be real
- 8:00Speaker 5: and appreciable. It must not be one of imaginary and
- 8:03Speaker 5: unsubstantial character.
- 8:04Speaker 4: All that to say.
- 8:05Speaker 5: That I think it's pretty clear given doctor Fauci's one
- 8:09Speaker 5: hundred and eleven invocations of the Fifth Amendment, including to questions,
- 8:13Speaker 5: that he could have no fear of prosecution on it's
- 8:16Speaker 5: not going to get prosecuted for the color of his tie,
- 8:20Speaker 5: shows that he had no interests and no intention of
- 8:22Speaker 5: answering any of our questions, and that is an abuse
- 8:24Speaker 5: of the there's no privilege for any.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Wow, there's good points in there, and there's one that's
- 8:31Speaker 3: still a little tricky. The good points and now the
- 8:33Speaker 3: genius of the what day is it when color is
- 8:35Speaker 3: your tie? Because you just don't get to plead the
- 8:38Speaker 3: fifth on those because there's clearly nothing incriminating that's going
- 8:41Speaker 3: to happen from those. He is on totally solid ground there.
- 8:44Speaker 3: The pardon, guys, the pardon, the pardon. The pardon was
- 8:47Speaker 3: a federal pardon for federal offenses. Did you catch the
- 8:51Speaker 3: Florida Attorney general on Hannity last night saying We're coming
- 8:55Speaker 3: for you, baby, We're coming for you. Ken Pacson is
- 8:58Speaker 3: still my attorney general in in Texas. If he gets
- 9:01Speaker 3: five minutes, he's going to come after a fauci as
- 9:03Speaker 3: well the state. There are civil procedures. We took a
- 9:08Speaker 3: little deep dive this morning into what kind of class
- 9:10Speaker 3: action suits or what kind of civil hurdles may lie ahead.
- 9:15Speaker 3: So those bear traps absolutely were in play for Fauci.
- 9:20Speaker 3: There's one hundred percent right that there is no federal
- 9:23Speaker 3: prosecution that could come from the federal pardons subject matter.
- 9:26Speaker 3: There's plenty of other except danged, except except perjury.
- 9:30Speaker 2: See, here's the thing about the pardon that I've always
- 9:33Speaker 2: been confused about, and I've researched this pretty extensively. The
- 9:37Speaker 2: pardons don't give him, you know, immunity for many future crimes,
- 9:43Speaker 2: correct the right. Okay, So if now he's you know,
- 9:47Speaker 2: perjures himself, yeah, fresh crime, that's a fresh crime.
- 9:51Speaker 4: He does a part of it.
- 9:52Speaker 2: So that's when people are saying And the reason it's
- 9:54Speaker 2: a little confusing is a lot of people have been saying, well,
- 9:58Speaker 2: why did he plead the f when he had a pardon. Well,
- 10:01Speaker 2: that's precisely why he pled the fifth because he could
- 10:04Speaker 2: have perjured himself by answering something untruthfully, lying basically, and
- 10:08Speaker 2: then they could nail him on perjury. So that's the
- 10:12Speaker 2: pardon doesn't cover him from any future crime. And the
- 10:15Speaker 2: state in the state crime danger is still very very real,
- 10:19Speaker 2: as red state after red state probably stands in line
- 10:23Speaker 2: to try to come after him with state level charges.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Because I think the states have a little something to
- 10:28Speaker 2: say of the state where you're sitting Florida, the state
- 10:30Speaker 2: where I'm sitting, Texas, where he was filled with people
- 10:34Speaker 2: whose lives were dashed against the rocks by his bad advice,
- 10:37Speaker 2: by his fraudulent guidance I had. In the speaking of
- 10:41Speaker 2: where I'm sitting, about eight feet away from me, in
- 10:44Speaker 2: another chair sat the Attorney General, James Uthmeier. And this
- 10:48Speaker 2: guy is a tough cookie sharp. He is so sharp,
- 10:52Speaker 2: I've never seen him before port last night. Well, we're
- 10:54Speaker 2: going to get him back on the show because he's
- 10:56Speaker 2: a friend of the show and he's a good guy,
- 10:58Speaker 2: and we want to get him back to talk about
- 11:00Speaker 2: out what he plans to do with Fauci. I'm going
- 11:03Speaker 2: to talk to you about what I plan to do
- 11:04Speaker 2: maybe this weekend. Watch a little bit of Echol because
- 11:07Speaker 2: the stars of Duck Dynasty, Willie and Corey Robertson, teamed
- 11:10Speaker 2: up with Echol to create a brand new, one of
- 11:12Speaker 2: a kind streaming platform build around faith and family. It's

- 11:37Speaker 2: you start your day on the right foot. One platform,
- 11:40Speaker 2: a bunch of ways to feel good about how you're
- 11:42Speaker 2: spending your time and connecting with the community that shares
- 11:45Speaker 2: your values. Best part of all, mark you get all
- 11:48Speaker 2: this for only five eighty three a month, five eight
- 11:51Speaker 2: hit that worth it to get some great programming over
- 11:54Speaker 2: your TV, over the TV box as you call it.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Yes, indeed, watch stuff with the family is enjoy things
- 11:59Speaker 3: without the f oh I can't do you shield your
- 12:01Speaker 3: eyes kids? No, no, no, no no. And then and sometimes
- 12:04Speaker 3: you make the trade off. You go in order to
- 12:06Speaker 3: have something that's family safe and totally faith oriented. Sometimes
- 12:10Speaker 3: it can be a little treaqily, a little onion. It's nice,
- 12:13Speaker 3: but any that great. This is high quality stuff that
- 12:16Speaker 3: also happens to help you out in the values department.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Equal ekkl eque dot com.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Now let me now it's time to ask you about
- 12:23Speaker 2: how relief Factor is landing with you. We're in the
- 12:25Speaker 2: Relief Factor journey. I've taken it for years. I've been
- 12:28Speaker 2: a customer for a long time. We thought it would
- 12:30Speaker 2: be a good idea to bring you Mark into the fold.
- 12:33Speaker 2: About a week and a half. Was it been two weeks.
- 12:36Speaker 3: You're coming to the end of our second week. So
- 12:38Speaker 3: you talk about what you plan to do. Here's how
- 12:40Speaker 3: I plan to do any coming days. I'm going to
- 12:42Speaker 3: get out in the backyard and throw tennis balls with
- 12:44Speaker 3: the dogs. Now that I may not seem like the
- 12:46Speaker 3: most significant thing in the world, but it will be
- 12:48Speaker 3: very interesting to see if a little bit of a
- 12:51Speaker 3: that I can sometimes get on the shoulder, if that
- 12:53Speaker 3: has in fact gone away. I'm going to tell you
- 12:55Speaker 3: it is less. It's something that used to happen every
- 12:57Speaker 3: third or fourth time that I'd throw a ball or
- 13:00Speaker 3: each for something or whatever. Is it less? Yes, it is.
- 13:03Speaker 3: I will already share the testimony. But one thing has resolved,
- 13:06Speaker 3: and that's that kind of get up first thing in
- 13:08Speaker 3: the morning, and you know, from your ankles to your arms,
- 13:11Speaker 3: you need a minute or two to kind of be
- 13:13Speaker 3: sixty eight years old. In my particular case, and you
- 13:15Speaker 3: give me a little achey until you kind of start
- 13:17Speaker 3: to work out the kinks. I get up, I'm ready
- 13:20Speaker 3: to go. I mean, I just there. There's none of
- 13:21Speaker 3: that achiness from first thing in the morning that is
- 13:24Speaker 3: already gone. So who knows what other wonders may lie
- 13:27Speaker 3: ahead on my relief Factor journey.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Well, we need a full report Monday on how the
- 13:32Speaker 2: tennis ball venture went with the puppies. Got a relief Factor. Well,
- 13:36Speaker 2: let's go to relief Factor dot com. We can get let' see,
- 13:38Speaker 2: we can get you out of pain. The three week
- 13:40Speaker 2: quick Start is seventeen seventy six in honor of America's

- 13:46Speaker 2: dot Com or call eight hundred and four Relief eight
- 13:48Speaker 2: hundred four Relief and thank you Relief Factor and Echol
- 13:51Speaker 2: for being a part of M and M Extra Mark.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I was in bed last night doom scrolling. Of course,
- 13:59Speaker 2: I've got I've got I've got a bed. I've got
- 14:01Speaker 2: one of those beds where they it's like a hospital
- 14:04Speaker 2: bed where the back goes up and down.
- 14:06Speaker 4: It's exactly so cool.
- 14:07Speaker 3: It's high tech, it's comfy and the last thing you
- 14:11Speaker 3: want to do is call it a hospital bed.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Well, but it's like but you put your back up.
- 14:17Speaker 4: You know.
- 14:17Speaker 2: That's what my kids are like, Dad needs his hospital bed.
- 14:20Speaker 2: But it's not. I mean, can I give the brand?
- 14:22Speaker 2: I might as well. Right, sure, it's a temp repede.
- 14:24Speaker 2: I think it's temper pedic and it's one of those
- 14:27Speaker 2: tempers that beds. That's a mattress. But they make beds too,
- 14:30Speaker 2: But they make beds with the with the mechanical the
- 14:33Speaker 2: bat goes up and down. The feet would go up
- 14:36Speaker 2: and down if you want. It's the coolest massage massage.
- 14:40Speaker 2: There's no massage, well may there is. I don't ever
- 14:43Speaker 2: vibrate famo, nah, I don't. This is not the dude
- 14:46Speaker 2: drop in for twenty dollars at night. You pop in
- 14:49Speaker 2: a corner and make the bed vibrate.
- 14:51Speaker 4: But the magic the magic fingers drop a corner of that.
- 14:54Speaker 6: Ye.
- 14:56Speaker 3: I don't know who the comedian was. He said, I
- 14:58Speaker 3: have such bad luck in them the motel. I've dropped
- 15:01Speaker 3: that quarter in and all the magic fingers were broken
- 15:04Speaker 3: except for oh oh.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Well, I happened a lot. So I got my routine.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I crawl into bed and the other sleep routine while
- 15:12Speaker 2: we're while we're sharing here, TMI electric blanket. It's I know, Mark,
- 15:18Speaker 2: It's the luxury of all. Peggy Hudson years ago said,
- 15:23Speaker 2: because I love it cool and that I like it
- 15:24Speaker 2: cold in the house.
- 15:25Speaker 4: I got it.
- 15:25Speaker 3: I go it's eighty degrees in Florida. You bring your
- 15:28Speaker 3: thermostat down to sixty and then plug in an electric blanket.
- 15:31Speaker 4: It's like speedballing. I'm cold. I don't know what it's.
- 15:34Speaker 2: What am I doing?
- 15:35Speaker 3: It's metopause, what's happen? I just love crawling into a warm,
- 15:39Speaker 3: toasty bed. Totally get it feels.
- 15:41Speaker 2: So don't you hate it when you get into under
- 15:43Speaker 2: the covers. It's kind of cold and your body's got
- 15:45Speaker 2: to get used to it. I just not being a vampire.
- 15:48Speaker 3: I have actual body heat and I and I get
- 15:51Speaker 3: it kind of resolves.
- 15:53Speaker 4: But what is the That's funny.
- 15:55Speaker 3: When we first talked about this on radio radio a
- 15:58Speaker 3: long time ago, I flashed back to the last time
- 16:01Speaker 3: I had an electric blanket, I was eight, And it
- 16:04Speaker 3: also meant it was one of those exposed wires electrical
- 16:07Speaker 3: nightmare blankets, and that if you get a little exposed,
- 16:11Speaker 3: are you killing a third degree burnerling down, What is
- 16:15Speaker 3: the what is the heating element? What's the technology that
- 16:19Speaker 3: does this? And I assume that it's got some kind
- 16:22Speaker 3: of sleeper timer to or oh yeah, yeah off, but
- 16:25Speaker 3: you don't roast like a turkey.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Well, but I turn it off manually. I turn it
- 16:29Speaker 2: on about half hour before I go to bed. I
- 16:32Speaker 2: get into bed. It's nice and toasty warm. It feels
- 16:35Speaker 2: so good, Mark, I'm telling you, and you guys keep
- 16:37Speaker 2: the house pretty cold, right, sure, so it feels so
- 16:41Speaker 2: good to climb into bed. But as soon as I'm
- 16:43Speaker 2: under the under the covers and my body gets jud
- 16:45Speaker 2: just then I turn it off.
- 16:47Speaker 4: I don't have it all all.
- 16:48Speaker 3: I don't lay it on Resolve from eighty to seventy
- 16:51Speaker 3: eight to seventy six.
- 16:52Speaker 2: So now that we know Mike's entire sleeping pattern and
- 16:55Speaker 2: his whole ritual and routine. So here I am in bed,
- 16:59Speaker 2: doom scroll and I come across Zoe, Run Mom, Donnie. Now,
- 17:03Speaker 2: first of all, he gets booed off the stage. Mark,
- 17:06Speaker 2: New Yorkers are turning on this guy. It's one of
- 17:09Speaker 2: the craziest things I've witnessed. I mean, I thought it
- 17:13Speaker 2: was going to happen, and it's happening. Did you see
- 17:16Speaker 2: him get booed off the stage in Staten Island the
- 17:18Speaker 2: other night?
- 17:19Speaker 3: I heard about it but didn't see it. So please
- 17:22Speaker 3: now let's see it.
- 17:22Speaker 2: Now, let's watch it, because it is quite the moment
- 17:26Speaker 2: and in fact, one of the people booing him this
- 17:30Speaker 2: is a little awful, and I'm you and I are
- 17:32Speaker 2: both sensitive to this with our various heart situations. The
- 17:36Speaker 2: poor guy, I'm drawn a blank on his name. You
- 17:39Speaker 2: know who he is? A Scott Libato I think is
- 17:42Speaker 2: his name. He apparently he runs around and harasses Mom
- 17:46Speaker 2: Donnie everywhere he goes, and he's one of these great
- 17:49Speaker 2: conservative New Yorkers who loathes Zoe Run and he shows
- 17:54Speaker 2: up and just boos him everywhere. Well, Mom Donnie is
- 17:58Speaker 2: participating in a big salute to law enforcement on Staten Island. Now,
- 18:03Speaker 2: a little background about the five Burrows. Yep, it's a
- 18:06Speaker 2: very conservative burrow.
- 18:08Speaker 3: It's a non fairly conservative borrow.
- 18:10Speaker 2: You can the only one you got really in New York.
- 18:13Speaker 2: So look, you got to give Mom Donnie maybe a
- 18:15Speaker 2: little bit of credit for showing up because they hate him. There,
- 18:18Speaker 2: Scott little Bodato, I think is the way he pronounces
- 18:21Speaker 2: his name. He's on there in the front of the stage.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Boo boom, go to hell, go to hell. We get
- 18:25Speaker 2: out of here. We don't need you. And he promptly
- 18:28Speaker 2: has a massive heart attack and slumps over on the
- 18:30Speaker 2: ground and then collapses.
- 18:33Speaker 4: He's good, he's fine, scottbto.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Scott Lobato had a heart attack evidently while he was
- 18:39Speaker 2: jeering Zoe run the destroyer. So but Scott's okay. They
- 18:43Speaker 2: got him to the hospital. In fact, they had a
- 18:45Speaker 2: picture of Scott giving the camera the middle finger with
- 18:48Speaker 2: a little American flagsticker on his middle finger.
- 18:51Speaker 4: Yeah, he go, Scott.
- 18:53Speaker 2: He's a fighter, he's a New Yorker. So anyway, but
- 18:56Speaker 2: here's what it sounded like, including Scott and others literally booing, Mom,
- 19:02Speaker 2: Donnie off the stage, okay.
- 19:42Speaker 4: Got it?
- 19:43Speaker 2: Wow?
- 19:44Speaker 4: And then he's gone one minute.
- 19:45Speaker 2: He got to get off meeting.
- 19:47Speaker 4: Wow.
- 19:47Speaker 2: That's right, that's rough. And incidentally, that's the first time
- 19:50Speaker 2: I noticed when I heard the clip I played it
- 19:52Speaker 2: earlier today. He actually thanks Scott Lobato. Did you hear
- 19:55Speaker 2: him say that? Thanks? Scott lebt? He must have been
- 19:57Speaker 2: one of the organizers. So Scott label lebb little Bodato
- 20:01Speaker 2: is laying. Oh good, I'm glad he's here. But then
- 20:04Speaker 2: after I saw that last night, I came across another
- 20:08Speaker 2: Zo Run Mom Donnie clip. Now this is how X
- 20:11Speaker 2: works because if you look.
- 20:12Speaker 7: At one, this is the dialect. Controversy is this is
- 20:16Speaker 7: on I can't wait. I can't wait blows Christmas in August.
- 20:21Speaker 7: So in twenty sixteen, he's out promoting his mother's movie.
- 20:25Speaker 7: Apparently his mother, who's a filmmaker, made a movie called
- 20:29Speaker 7: Queen of Cootway for Disney. All right, and he sits
- 20:33Speaker 7: down and he's interviewed by a South African radio station.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Now understand a little few dynamics about Zo Run Mamdani.
- 20:42Speaker 7: He moved to New York with his family when he
- 20:43Speaker 7: was seven years old from Uganda. Okay, he gave this
- 20:47Speaker 7: interview in twenty sixteen, means he was twenty four. He's
- 20:51Speaker 7: currently the mayor of New York City, America's largest, the
- 20:55Speaker 7: most prominent city. He's only thirty four, so this is
- 20:58Speaker 7: ten years ago. You know what he sounds like. He
- 21:01Speaker 7: sounds like a pretty typical normal voice, well young man,
- 21:06Speaker 7: but no accent, no accent?
- 21:08Speaker 3: Right, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 21:10Speaker 3: no foreign accent, no New York accent, pretty pretty straight
- 21:13Speaker 3: down the line.
- 21:14Speaker 2: He's one of us. He don't be worried by him.
- 21:17Speaker 2: He's not from any foreign country. I think he's one
- 21:19Speaker 2: of us here he was in twenty sixteen.
- 21:22Speaker 6: Ah well, I mean we have we also do you
- 21:24Speaker 6: know our show keys, We do our show kiss in Kampala.
- 21:28Speaker 6: But I mean having a dance move to a song
- 21:31Speaker 6: is a big thing, right. But I would say the
- 21:33Speaker 6: Nigerians have really patented that the Nigerians come out with
- 21:36Speaker 6: a song. Like Jami Allade has a song called what's
- 21:39Speaker 6: the name Koffiana. She has a song called Kofia do
- 21:42Speaker 6: the koan? Now, all my friends, all my friends in
- 21:45Speaker 6: Kampala doing the kofa Right. So you guys, we don't
- 21:48Speaker 6: really have as many dance moves associated with a song,
- 21:52Speaker 6: but we will always dance. We're always dancing, That's the thing.
- 21:56Speaker 6: The difference for me is, you know, I'm from Uganda,
- 21:58Speaker 6: but I also grew up in New York. In New York,
- 22:00Speaker 6: you don't really you know, you go out, some guys
- 22:04Speaker 6: are very hastant to dance, you know, if they're not
- 22:06Speaker 6: grinding me just standing in kampala, you will just not
- 22:09Speaker 6: find it. People are all dancing, everybody's answering men, women,
- 22:13Speaker 6: it's and it's fantastic that way, Mikeael.
- 22:16Speaker 4: It is something very strange that I have noticed about
- 22:18Speaker 4: this slip. It is so I turned into Bella legotia.
- 22:21Speaker 4: What are you? Okay?
- 22:23Speaker 7: Like you?
- 22:26Speaker 3: But okay, so many many topics, so many subjects go
- 22:31Speaker 3: you go?
- 22:31Speaker 2: First, Well, let me just ask the very simple question.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Was he faking it then? Or is he faking it now?
- 22:36Speaker 4: Okay? Thank you?
- 22:37Speaker 3: So so here's the layers upon layers upon layers of questions.
- 22:41Speaker 3: Question Number one, can't if somebody is from another country
- 22:44Speaker 3: when I'd like to almost see video of him when
- 22:47Speaker 3: he's twelve, because.
- 22:48Speaker 4: How old is he there?
- 22:49Speaker 3: Roughly twenty four okay, twenty four, if he hasn't quite
- 22:52Speaker 3: Americanized yet, if it's been a journey where he's suddenly
- 22:55Speaker 3: completely if.
- 22:56Speaker 2: He's been in America since he's seven years old. I
- 22:59Speaker 2: know that knew, I knew you would try to give
- 23:02Speaker 2: him the voya, the benefit of the doubt.
- 23:04Speaker 3: What are the possibilities? What are the possibilities? One is
- 23:08Speaker 3: gradual loss of accent, which seems ridiculous because he getting
- 23:12Speaker 3: arrived when he's seven. Usually you're like a a sponge,
- 23:15Speaker 3: really very malleable and shapable. In your seven the accent
- 23:18Speaker 3: was probably gone almost immediately, so or was it? Or
- 23:23Speaker 3: do you find people who are who sound that way
- 23:26Speaker 3: now who have been in the country for thirty years?
- 23:28Speaker 3: So you've asked, essentially the golden question. One of those
- 23:32Speaker 3: is the real adult mom donny accent? Which one is it?
- 23:35Speaker 3: Is he's suppressing it now in order to be more
- 23:38Speaker 3: palatable or was it an affectation then to make him
- 23:41Speaker 3: look more intermensional?
- 23:43Speaker 2: Well, I what I worry is that that's how in
- 23:47Speaker 2: twenty sixteenth, the clip we just played is how he
- 23:51Speaker 2: really talks, and what he does now is an accent.
- 23:55Speaker 2: In other words, he has americanized an accent. He has
- 23:58Speaker 2: taken an accent and he said, you know what, I
- 24:00Speaker 2: want to run for office. I'm going to be the mayor.
- 24:03Speaker 2: And it worked, I mean, and which makes him the
- 24:07Speaker 2: Manchurian candidate, which makes him a phony, fake.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Complete, total fraud. Would here's the thing, isn't it the
- 24:16Speaker 3: secret that's too big to keep? How many people has.
- 24:18Speaker 4: He met in life?
- 24:20Speaker 3: And if he met any of them when he was
- 24:21Speaker 3: thirty thirty one thirty two, talking to it.
- 24:24Speaker 4: I love New York. Let's go get some falaffe.
- 24:26Speaker 3: I mean, wouldn't there be somebody who's decided they don't
- 24:29Speaker 3: like him that much? Go wait a minute, I'm hanging
- 24:32Speaker 3: with this dude five years ago, you know, and he
- 24:35Speaker 3: and he and he sounds like a diplomat from from
- 24:37Speaker 3: some far flung, swarthy country.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Well so I would. Here's the thing, but these Democrats
- 24:43Speaker 2: do it all the time. AOC did it recently. I remember,
- 24:48Speaker 2: remember Hillary and the Remember Hillary in this white church?
- 24:50Speaker 2: How about Hillary and the black church? We found this one.
- 24:53Speaker 2: This is my favorite.
- 24:54Speaker 3: Now he's tired, nobody's headed Eric hit it.
- 24:58Speaker 4: It's momentary, don't no ways tired. I'm too far.
- 25:03Speaker 3: I'm too far from where I started from.
- 25:07Speaker 5: Nobody told me that the road would be easy, got.
- 25:12Speaker 4: I mean, he brought me this far, this far.
- 25:17Speaker 3: But then you know, it's momentary code switching. No momentary
- 25:21Speaker 3: that she doesn't do walk around talking like that all
- 25:23Speaker 3: the time.
- 25:23Speaker 2: I'm surprised you slap slap on some blackface and start
- 25:26Speaker 2: doing a minstrel show. I mean, but I mean, we
- 25:31Speaker 2: joke about that. But on the other hand, it's a rude,
- 25:33Speaker 2: so insulting and degrading and patronizing. Really, why didn't she
- 25:39Speaker 2: just start singing Mammy? I mean, it's like to perform.
- 25:42Speaker 2: It's performative in front of a black literally performative.
- 25:46Speaker 4: AOC was in the South. Was she in South Carolina? Sumrset?
- 25:49Speaker 4: And we don't want to lose Alabama. We don't want
- 25:51Speaker 4: to lose it. It's a joke.
- 25:55Speaker 2: I tell you, I say you.
- 25:58Speaker 3: I have a theory. I have a theory. I think
- 26:00Speaker 3: the verdict is in for me is yes. Zorn americanized
- 26:05Speaker 3: pretty immediately after he got here and yet for a
- 26:08Speaker 3: digit for an interview for his mama's movie, which is
- 26:11Speaker 3: about what even was it about? It was about some
- 26:13Speaker 3: kind of queen watch longing foreign thing. The accent. The
- 26:18Speaker 3: accent served him well for the movie. The accent was
- 26:22Speaker 3: an affectation that that.
- 26:24Speaker 2: Would be okay, that would be I love it. I
- 26:26Speaker 2: love what you said. Charming, charming, foreign thing. Okay. I
- 26:32Speaker 2: got so embarrassed a couple hours ago, I asked the team,
- 26:34Speaker 2: I hit I hit twenty five pounds of weight loss
- 26:37Speaker 2: this morning, and it's these just last morning.
- 26:39Speaker 4: I mean, what that was?
- 26:41Speaker 2: I hit twenty five? I started June twenty seventh to
- 26:44Speaker 2: take off about ten I've taken off twenty five. I
- 26:47Speaker 2: asked the team, can you tell nobock crickets so nobody could.
- 26:50Speaker 4: Tell you it?
- 26:51Speaker 3: Well, I'm not just trying to suck up here, you know,
- 26:54Speaker 3: because first of all, we're all in different places.
- 26:58Speaker 4: I can tell it.
- 26:58Speaker 3: I can totally this is don't you usually get this?
- 27:01Speaker 3: I can tell in your face face yeah, stuff like that.
- 27:03Speaker 3: I absolutely can't.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Well with Eric and Yasmin and Tracy and Alex the
- 27:07Speaker 2: team here. When you see when you're with everybody every day,
- 27:10Speaker 2: maybe it doesn't seem the same, but I feel it,
- 27:11Speaker 2: and I feel great, and I'm thankful to PhD weight
- 27:14Speaker 2: loss change my life forever. Doctor Ashley Lucas's program just
- 27:18Speaker 2: just a game changer. You're never hungry. It's based on science,
- 27:22Speaker 2: it's based on data. Look, these GLP one meds are around.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Sure they might they might suppress your appetite, but try
- 27:29Speaker 2: getting off of them. You want to be on a
- 27:30Speaker 2: shot the rest of your life. PhD weight loss has
- 27:33Speaker 2: been foundational and transformational for me. Make the call that
- 27:37Speaker 2: can change your life too. I lost over fifty and
- 27:40Speaker 2: look when I put some back on. I took even
- 27:42Speaker 2: more back off, because that's how it works. You have
- 27:45Speaker 2: the tools for life. You can use your food. You
- 27:48Speaker 2: can use their food or a combination, which is what
- 27:50Speaker 2: I've always done. I love their cereal and their bars
- 27:53Speaker 2: and all the different food they offer. They're going to
- 27:55Speaker 2: offer you free food and two free weeks added to
- 27:58Speaker 2: the program, which is a fifteen one hundred dollars value
- 28:01Speaker 2: by mentioning Mike and Mark. So make that call. Make
- 28:04Speaker 2: today the day you say goodbye to all those unwanted
- 28:06Speaker 2: pounds eight sixty four sixty four four nineteen hundred, eight
- 28:09Speaker 2: sixty four six four four nineteen hundred eight six four
- 28:12Speaker 2: sixty four four nineteen hundred to visit my phdweight loss
- 28:15Speaker 2: dot com myphdweight looss dot com. We're also so honored
- 28:20Speaker 2: Mark to have as our title sponsor now for eminem
- 28:23Speaker 2: Extra Preborn. And I know this is so close to
- 28:26Speaker 2: your heart, to my heart. And you met these great
- 28:29Speaker 2: pote folks a little while ago, which I suspect probably
- 28:31Speaker 2: led to why they're on the podcast.
- 28:34Speaker 3: Might be one of them god things where they say,
- 28:36Speaker 3: wait a minute, here you are doing this noble work
- 28:38Speaker 3: at Preborn. They o, well, there you are doing this
- 28:40Speaker 3: talk show podcast stuff. Maybe this is a partnership that
- 28:42Speaker 3: can work. In the three years since the Dobbs decision
- 28:46Speaker 3: overturning Roe VW eight, and thank you Lord for that,
- 28:48Speaker 3: total number of abortions is actually up. There's greater access
- 28:52Speaker 3: to telehealth, the abortion pills and the mail and all
- 28:55Speaker 3: of these avenues of abortion are cheaper. So a lot
- 28:59Speaker 3: of people are looking at preborn and saying what can
- 29:02Speaker 3: you do? And as a pro life organization, they say, listen,
- 29:04Speaker 3: how about free ultrasounds to girls and women so that
- 29:08Speaker 3: they kind can see the life growing within them. Because
- 29:11Speaker 3: when that happens, when a woman sees her baby here's
- 29:14Speaker 3: the heartbeat, it doubles the chance that she will choose life.
- 29:17Speaker 3: So here's how much is this worth? One let's pick
- 29:20Speaker 3: a number. One hundred and forty dollars gives five mothers
- 29:23Speaker 3: a free ultrasound, saving babies two hundred eighty dollars. Ten
- 29:28Speaker 3: babies saved twenty eight dollars a month. Can help save
- 29:30Speaker 3: a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
- 29:33Speaker 3: And as you often do, as you own the big enchilada,
- 29:35Speaker 3: here we go. You got fifteen grand line around. First
- 29:38Speaker 3: of all, God bless you. And if you do, and
- 29:40Speaker 3: if you're called to do this, fifteen thousand will provide
- 29:43Speaker 3: an ultrasound machine that will save so many lives for
- 29:48Speaker 3: years to come. So let's toss out that phone number,
- 29:50Speaker 3: Mike and tell everybody what they can do.
- 29:53Speaker 2: I'm waiting for a feedback that we did get a
- 29:55Speaker 2: fifteen thousand dollars donor through the M and M extra.
- 29:58Speaker 4: Wouldn't that happen? How about somebody?
- 29:59Speaker 3: How about some he does that today or tomorrow so
- 30:01Speaker 3: we can go ho up and we will. We will
- 30:03Speaker 3: mention you by name and say nice things about you.
- 30:06Speaker 3: We just got up and preborn dot com slash mm
- 30:09Speaker 3: extra preborn dot com slash mm extra and that's eight
- 30:13Speaker 3: three three eight five oh baby eight three three eight
- 30:15Speaker 3: five zero baby.
- 30:18Speaker 2: Eight five eight three three eight five zero two two
- 30:21Speaker 2: two nine. Not only will we say nice things about
- 30:23Speaker 2: you if you pop in fifteen thousand to buy an ultrasound.
- 30:26Speaker 4: For so money, will do updown culture do this.
- 30:29Speaker 2: We'll do the dishes, we'll wash your car, we'll we'll
- 30:32Speaker 2: hang out, we'll fold your laundry and will be profusely grateful.
- 30:36Speaker 2: But no, you're going to be saving a lot of lives,
- 30:38Speaker 2: which is a very big deal. Mark, let's preview tomorrow
- 30:41Speaker 2: because we want to do tech Day. What does tech
- 30:43Speaker 2: Day look like on the Friday edition of M and
- 30:46Speaker 2: M Extra.
- 30:46Speaker 3: If there are two things in the tech world, there's
- 30:50Speaker 3: it's kind of It's one of the eighty twenty issues.
- 30:52Speaker 3: I'd say eighty percent of the current vibe and talk
- 30:54Speaker 3: show to meet about the tech stuff is AI. It's
- 30:58Speaker 3: probably AI. The data centers and are they a scourge?
- 31:02Speaker 3: Are they terrible? Are the only thing that will keep
- 31:05Speaker 3: us from me eating alive by Chinese Ai? So the
- 31:08Speaker 3: goods and bads of data centers? And then the other
- 31:10Speaker 3: twenty percent. Every once in a while you talk about
- 31:12Speaker 3: current technology is flock cameras, the license plate readers. Law
- 31:16Speaker 3: enforcement will tell you, man, it helps us catch a
- 31:18Speaker 3: lot of bad people. So I love that. Here's what
- 31:21Speaker 3: I don't love, the invasion of privacy that a lot
- 31:23Speaker 3: of people are invoking. I think good points can be
- 31:25Speaker 3: made there. So flock camera, data center Tech Friday coming
- 31:30Speaker 3: up tomorrow on M and M Extra.
- 31:33Speaker 2: And I have a feeling that we're going to have
- 31:35Speaker 2: a few little disagreements about it because I've got some
- 31:37Speaker 2: strong feelings about both as I know you do so
- 31:40Speaker 2: you don't want to miss it. Join us tomorrow for
- 31:42Speaker 2: EM and M extra I have a great Thursday. We
- 31:44Speaker 2: appreciate you tuning in love you, see you tomorrow.
- 31:48Speaker 4: Take care guys, M.
