- 0:48Speaker 1: Oh, I knew I was supposed to be somewhere today.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Fuck yeah, so much happening today. It's MLK day, Trump's
- 0:56Speaker 2: getting inaugurated. There's an irony alert.
- 0:58Speaker 1: Where do you get a tiki torch? Really quickly?
- 1:01Speaker 5: Is that?
- 1:02Speaker 1: Is that like Low's? I feel like that's Low's.
- 1:05Speaker 2: We got the college football playoff championship happening tonight. Packed
- 1:10Speaker 2: huge day.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, I gotta tune in.
- 1:13Speaker 6: I gotta watch some of these. We got to catch
- 1:15Speaker 6: some speeches in between shows, Adam Well, just to kind
- 1:18Speaker 6: of get fired up, you know, see, like what uh,
- 1:21Speaker 6: Who's who's playing the Trump inauguration this year?
- 1:24Speaker 2: Harry Underwood sang America the Beautiful.
- 1:28Speaker 3: But there was tech difficulties, right.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Oh good, I don't know. I didn't. I didn't watch
- 1:32Speaker 2: that ship.
- 1:33Speaker 3: I didn't either.
- 1:34Speaker 5: I just heard there was tectic difficulties, which like, I
- 1:36Speaker 5: don't think I've ever met a republican tech guy, so
- 1:39Speaker 5: they hate him or it's really dumb people doing tech.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I'm just saying.
- 1:43Speaker 6: I just I know smash Mouth would have they loved
- 1:46Speaker 6: being opportunistic, just as a band. And then, yeah, they
- 1:48Speaker 6: would have loved to have been there. It makes me
- 1:52Speaker 6: sad get Rocks got to be there.
- 1:54Speaker 5: I'm assuming it's smash Mouth republican.
- 1:57Speaker 6: No, but they just loved being opportunistic. They love the
- 2:00Speaker 6: opportunity to promote smash Mouth and be in the news
- 2:02Speaker 6: as smash Mouth.
- 2:04Speaker 3: That's true.
- 2:04Speaker 5: I've been on stage with smash Mouth twice. That shouldn't happen.
- 2:08Speaker 5: They're everywhere.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Yeah, that should be the ad.
- 2:10Speaker 6: That easy to say, and you shouldn't say it to
- 2:14Speaker 6: me because now I'm jealous, don't be.
- 2:18Speaker 2: So this episode is about the biggest conspiracy theories of
- 2:23Speaker 2: twenty twenty four. We just started a new year. We're
- 2:27Speaker 2: coasting back into work, so we're, you know, reflecting on
- 2:32Speaker 2: the past twelve months and how great they were.
- 2:35Speaker 6: And what do you do with the first couple of
- 2:37Speaker 6: days of work at a new year, all this shit
- 2:39Speaker 6: that you put off from last year where you said
- 2:40Speaker 6: this is a twenty twenty five problem. Well, fucker, it's
- 2:43Speaker 6: twenty twenty five now, and we got to name the
- 2:45Speaker 6: biggest conspiracy theories of the year or something.
- 2:47Speaker 5: We sure, we gotta, we gotta.
- 2:49Speaker 3: Can I have a quick question?
- 2:51Speaker 5: No, what the fuck is the AI companion on Zoom?
- 2:58Speaker 3: Like? What does that new button do? I'm scared of
- 3:01Speaker 3: what is that for?
- 3:02Speaker 2: I don't know, I've never used it?
- 3:04Speaker 1: And twinkles like the little seasoning.
- 3:07Speaker 5: Why are they co opting stars?
- 3:09Speaker 2: Like?
- 3:09Speaker 3: I don't like that either?
- 3:11Speaker 1: AI not to associate this with my dreams. I mean,
- 3:15Speaker 1: I don't those.
- 3:16Speaker 2: There's an AI button inside Google docs now it's everywhere.
- 3:19Speaker 5: What is it?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Is it just Clippy?
- 3:21Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Like they should bring back Clippy two point nWo. Like, fucker,
- 3:27Speaker 6: I'm pretty.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Smart now, huh.
- 3:29Speaker 3: The AI logo should be a paper clip.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It should be because it was. That was what that
- 3:34Speaker 1: was the.
- 3:34Speaker 3: First AI assistant. That's really what it is is just
- 3:37Speaker 3: Clippy pro.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Clippy open Pandora's box.
- 3:41Speaker 6: We like Clippy, like, like, he's not just a series
- 3:44Speaker 6: of like float charts anymore.
- 3:46Speaker 1: He's gained a sentience job.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Clippy.
- 3:51Speaker 6: Well, it's not as much of a scumbag as his
- 3:53Speaker 6: cousin Clappy.
- 3:55Speaker 3: Ah, poor Clappy with.
- 3:58Speaker 1: This fucked up dick. Yeah, sorry, Adam.
- 4:01Speaker 2: So the first conspiracy, this was a big one. Trump's
- 4:06Speaker 2: assassination attempt was staged aka blue anon. They took to
- 4:12Speaker 2: calling this just because.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Things rhyme and like doesn't mean they.
- 4:16Speaker 6: Work, or just because you make a pint of something
- 4:19Speaker 6: like everything is not fuck dousel Gates. We got to
- 4:23Speaker 6: stop doing this as a culture. We don't deserve these
- 4:26Speaker 6: readily combined terms that were throwing about with so errantly.
- 4:32Speaker 2: They're such wildly different theories. Even if you get every
- 4:37Speaker 2: Democrat to believe Trump faked this assassination attempt, you're not
- 4:42Speaker 2: going to get them to take to the streets and
- 4:45Speaker 2: start hanging Democrats for producing adrenochrome using children's pituitary glands
- 4:51Speaker 2: or whatever.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Because those pussies don't have guns. Yeah that too, Well,
- 4:56Speaker 1: you're gonna give it. Get out your fucking bow and
- 4:58Speaker 1: arrow and your machete. I don't even have. They don't
- 5:01Speaker 1: even have those kind of redneck toys.
- 5:04Speaker 5: I think I know exactly what happened honestly with Trump. Yeah,
- 5:08Speaker 5: I think he like just like fell down.
- 5:10Speaker 2: You think he fell down.
- 5:12Speaker 3: What do you mean fell down?
- 5:13Speaker 5: And like we all just like didn't see it right
- 5:16Speaker 5: and he just fell down.
- 5:17Speaker 1: He just had like a lucky trip.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Yeah, he like fell down with boom, you know.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I mean. One of the theories out there is that
- 5:26Speaker 2: he didn't actually get hit by a bullet, it was
- 5:29Speaker 2: glass fragment, And I don't know, does that make getting
- 5:33Speaker 2: shot at any less fucking heroin?
- 5:36Speaker 3: I also think, yeah, like what.
- 5:39Speaker 6: Or the injury any lesson significant? It's like my ear
- 5:42Speaker 6: grid cut by a piece of glass or the tiniest
- 5:44Speaker 6: side of a bullet, Like, okay, whatever.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Yeah, and it doesn't change the fact that there's someone
- 5:50Speaker 2: shooting at you.
- 5:51Speaker 5: Yeah, shooting glass is more frightening.
- 5:53Speaker 6: Perhaps somebody who looked like he's wearing the outfit you
- 5:56Speaker 6: wear when when you're like I want to get the
- 5:59Speaker 6: most amount of my money's worth at the strip club
- 6:02Speaker 6: with this these really see through sweatpants that are very.
- 6:06Speaker 1: You know, he was wearing like that outfit.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Yeah, he wasn't dressed for the job he wanted, that's
- 6:12Speaker 2: for sure.
- 6:13Speaker 1: No, this was not the most tactical get up.
- 6:16Speaker 2: So one of the more common theories again was that
- 6:19Speaker 2: this was stage and I find that hard to believe,
- 6:24Speaker 2: mostly just from a logistical standpoint. I wouldn't put it
- 6:29Speaker 2: past any president to pull a stunt like this. I
- 6:32Speaker 2: think Trump is a good enough actor to act in
- 6:36Speaker 2: a scenario like this. I say all the time, our
- 6:38Speaker 2: only president to take a stone cold stunter at a WWE.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Event pretty well too true. He sold it.
- 6:46Speaker 2: He took it really vincingly. So yeah, I don't doubt
- 6:50Speaker 2: that he would have the ability. It's just the logistics
- 6:54Speaker 2: of it all. Are we arguing that the shooter was
- 6:58Speaker 2: firing blanks because someone in the crowd definitely got shot
- 7:03Speaker 2: and killed in front of their family, So who did that?
- 7:06Speaker 2: Was like part of the plan to just like literally
- 7:09Speaker 2: shoot a random crowd member.
- 7:10Speaker 6: And also, like, I don't know, I work in TV.
- 7:12Speaker 6: When did they switch in the fake exploding teleprompter? The
- 7:16Speaker 6: teleprompter guy is one of the most anal, annoying dudes
- 7:20Speaker 6: in all of Union television. Bullshit that you can't fuck
- 7:24Speaker 6: with the teleprompter guyer is saying he has been there
- 7:26Speaker 6: since five in the morning and he already hates you.
- 7:29Speaker 6: There's no way you're gonna sneak in some exploding rig.
- 7:32Speaker 6: It's not happening.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Yeah, and yeah, like if it was staged and you
- 7:37Speaker 2: had someone up there fire in real bullets, that feels risky.
- 7:40Speaker 2: That feels like it could go sideways.
- 7:42Speaker 6: Even for like a guy that actually knew what he
- 7:44Speaker 6: was doing, even Lee Harry Allswald had been to a
- 7:46Speaker 6: gun range a few times.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Padam we know this?
- 7:49Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 7:49Speaker 5: I just feel like if anyone thinks that anything isn't
- 7:52Speaker 5: staged by anything that happens in the government at all,
- 7:57Speaker 5: like what do you think of it?
- 7:58Speaker 3: Like, I feel like everything is staged at this point.
- 8:01Speaker 6: Yeah, it's more it's easier to just like go find
- 8:03Speaker 6: the stuff that just like, oh that just happened naturally.
- 8:06Speaker 5: Yeah, it would be more likely that everything is staged.
- 8:10Speaker 2: I mean, I don't think it's likely that everything is
- 8:13Speaker 2: staged any more than I think it's likely that nothing
- 8:17Speaker 2: is staged.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Wow.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Pandora's box of stage the stage by stage basis probably
- 8:23Speaker 4: just a healthy mix because there's some things that happened
- 8:27Speaker 4: that a government is going to take advantage of, but
- 8:31Speaker 4: it doesn't mean they did it.
- 8:33Speaker 2: I think COVID is a good example, unless you're arguing
- 8:36Speaker 2: that like the government made COVID, but which government. Well,
- 8:41Speaker 2: that's the thing like all government advantage of COVID because
- 8:46Speaker 2: it was just such a nice opportunity to crack down
- 8:49Speaker 2: on people's movements a little bit more, especially the contact tracing. Shit,
- 8:55Speaker 2: I'm sure the government turned that off after COVID was over.
- 8:58Speaker 2: They're not still on your phones.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I forgot that was a thing.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Did either of you sign up for it? I did not.
- 9:04Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 9:06Speaker 1: No, I never signed Adam, come on, yeah.
- 9:07Speaker 4: No, no way, baby, sign up for something I already
- 9:12Speaker 4: before COVID wasn't leaving the house.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Enough need to be updated as to where the people
- 9:17Speaker 2: I came in contact with have been.
- 9:19Speaker 6: And I don't commit crimes, but I always reserve space
- 9:22Speaker 6: to commit crimes if the need arise.
- 9:25Speaker 3: That's a good perspective.
- 9:26Speaker 6: This is not a part of my crime committing possible lifestyle.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Yeah, those are the guardrails we still need in place,
- 9:34Speaker 2: the ones that make it so you can commit a
- 9:36Speaker 2: crime if you want to. The smartphone data thing that
- 9:39Speaker 2: makes it so hard. That's not cool.
- 9:41Speaker 1: That's pretty fucked up. Yeah, what if so we needed
- 9:43Speaker 1: to commit a crime? Another what another? You know what
- 9:45Speaker 1: they're going to commit now or worse crime?
- 9:47Speaker 5: Probably, Yeah, that's why you got to randomly throw out
- 9:50Speaker 5: texts like everything I say is a joke because I'm
- 9:52Speaker 5: a comedian, so like anything that you say could just
- 9:56Speaker 5: be a joke.
- 9:57Speaker 3: There you go.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a valid every time.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I was joking. Everyone loves me to do that,
- 10:04Speaker 3: you know.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Ye, I'd fucking better be a valid defense. I'm not
- 10:09Speaker 6: as cautious as you guys.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Yeah, we'll probably find out in the next few years.
- 10:14Speaker 6: I always thinking if social credit scores go forward like
- 10:17Speaker 6: they start at the April nineteenth, one year first whatever,
- 10:21Speaker 6: then I'll all fucking I'll be cool.
- 10:22Speaker 1: I'll play by the rules. But if they go.
- 10:24Speaker 6: Retroactive, then they go back twenty years, I'm screwed.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm so fucked mister mcsbad.
- 10:30Speaker 6: What were you saying here in Club Penguin in two
- 10:33Speaker 6: thousand and five by the Jewish people in the state
- 10:37Speaker 6: of Israel.
- 10:38Speaker 5: Yeah, no, my neo pats account was probably fucked up event.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Yeah, anyone who said any anti government shit on Twitter,
- 10:47Speaker 2: because social credit scores take that kind of thing into account,
- 10:50Speaker 2: at least the one in China. It's like part of
- 10:53Speaker 2: it as well. How cool are you with the government.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I know that's what I'm scared of.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, same, jeez.
- 10:59Speaker 2: I want no part of that. Then I really will
- 11:02Speaker 2: just fucking leave the country if it's still allowed by
- 11:05Speaker 2: then if other countries will have us.
- 11:07Speaker 6: You know, because I called Jimmy Carter a quote nut mummy.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I think it only applies if you know that what
- 11:16Speaker 2: you're saying is not true.
- 11:17Speaker 1: And oh well I do know he is a nut mummy.
- 11:20Speaker 2: The science is still out on that, that is fact.
- 11:23Speaker 2: They're probably checking now because he just died. Jen, what
- 11:25Speaker 2: we you can do?
- 11:26Speaker 5: So I can't stop thinking about the glass theory because
- 11:29Speaker 5: that's so fucking dumb glass from what.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Well, it would be from one of the teleprompters.
- 11:35Speaker 3: That's what they're saying. And that's why you said the
- 11:36Speaker 3: exploding thing.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 11:37Speaker 5: I was lost in the sauce about that because like,
- 11:40Speaker 5: so someone shot a teleprompter.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Some people think that, Yeah, the belief is that maybe
- 11:46Speaker 2: one of the bullets went through a teleprompter. And this guy, yeah,
- 11:52Speaker 2: he just he just doesn't like technology.
- 11:54Speaker 5: He was like, a he can't read.
- 11:58Speaker 3: Okay, thank you.
- 11:59Speaker 5: That's what I was thinking about for so long. I
- 12:01Speaker 5: was like, wait what.
- 12:02Speaker 2: And yeah, again, if it was a piece of glass,
- 12:05Speaker 2: I don't know. That doesn't make it that different to me.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Even if he didn't get hit, that's still pretty wild.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I mean, it's not surprising.
- 12:14Speaker 5: But how much would that bullet go for on E Day?
- 12:18Speaker 2: Probably quite a bit.
- 12:20Speaker 6: I mean, if you can sneak it out of the
- 12:21Speaker 6: evidence locker or whatever, right, I mean, And how do
- 12:24Speaker 6: you prove this is Trump's blood on the thing?
- 12:26Speaker 1: I swear like it's.
- 12:29Speaker 6: Leo Harvey Oswald's hat. That's my favorite King of the
- 12:33Speaker 6: Hill joke. How do I know it's Lee Harvey Oswald hat? Okay,
- 12:37Speaker 6: what colors does it come in?
- 12:40Speaker 2: At the Reagan Library, they have the gun that Reagan
- 12:44Speaker 2: was shot with.
- 12:45Speaker 1: They have the dead scrolls at the Reagan Library. I
- 12:47Speaker 1: want to go.
- 12:48Speaker 5: I want to go for that reason too.
- 12:50Speaker 2: I fuck with the Reagan Library. I've been to a
- 12:52Speaker 2: few exhibits there. I don't fuck with the Reagan Library half,
- 12:55Speaker 2: but the exhibits half. I saw a joint Star Wars
- 13:00Speaker 2: the Movie and Star Wars the Defense Initiative exhibit there,
- 13:05Speaker 2: which I feel.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Like, I mean, sounds fascinating.
- 13:08Speaker 2: They did that only because the Star Wars Defense Initiative
- 13:12Speaker 2: stuff was like one room. There wasn't that much to it,
- 13:16Speaker 2: so they were just fill the other rooms with other
- 13:19Speaker 2: star wars.
- 13:19Speaker 6: I feel like they never said anything about that, like
- 13:21Speaker 6: they didn't declassify enough to like make a fucking museum. Yeah,
- 13:27Speaker 6: they faked like one mid liked ICBM getting shot down
- 13:31Speaker 6: and they're like, that's all.
- 13:31Speaker 1: You need to know, and there will never be nuclear Oregon.
- 13:35Speaker 2: I also went to the FBI exhibit at the Reagan Library,
- 13:39Speaker 2: which that was fun. I mean, where else am I
- 13:42Speaker 2: going to see the Beltway sniper's blue Caprice? You know?
- 13:47Speaker 1: That's pretty cool?
- 13:48Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I'm I'm a crime guy, so I was
- 13:51Speaker 2: into that all the history of the FBI stuff. I
- 13:53Speaker 2: was like, oh, well, this is a lie, like their
- 13:55Speaker 2: plaque about how they are dedicated to upholding civil rights.
- 13:59Speaker 6: No you're not, not really, but even still, it's just
- 14:02Speaker 6: funny that it's like that it's the agency that killed
- 14:05Speaker 6: Martin Luther King, but it's also they go they get
- 14:07Speaker 6: some bad guys sometimes.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Yeah, it was also funny. They had doors set up
- 14:12Speaker 2: that looked like you know what old timey office doors
- 14:15Speaker 2: look like, where they would have that glass that was
- 14:17Speaker 2: like not yeah transparent, with the fucking wires running through it,
- 14:21Speaker 2: and they had these doors set up for a bunch
- 14:24Speaker 2: of different FBI departments, and then one of them was
- 14:27Speaker 2: the cyber Security department. It's like, oh, yeah, is that
- 14:30Speaker 2: what the old cybersecurity doors look like back in the
- 14:33Speaker 2: fucking forties and fifties.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, shit, but it was fun.
- 14:37Speaker 2: It's fun. That's where I got the Bobby Kennedy assassination program.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Oh yeah, the weirdest thing ever.
- 14:43Speaker 6: But the program that came up the day after Bobby
- 14:45Speaker 6: Kennedy was assassinated, that had all this information in it,
- 14:49Speaker 6: like a baseball commemorative playbook about the Dodgers' fiftieth year,
- 14:55Speaker 6: you know what I mean.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Like it had like the trajectory of the bullet and
- 14:58Speaker 1: where the impacts were, all this as you should.
- 15:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I did a video about it on my solo
- 15:04Speaker 2: podcast in broad Daylight. It's exactly that. It's like a
- 15:08Speaker 2: souvenir program from the Bobby Kennedy assassination.
- 15:11Speaker 3: That's crazy.
- 15:13Speaker 2: It looks like some MK ultra shit to me.
- 15:16Speaker 6: But it came up the day after, like the assassination happened,
- 15:19Speaker 6: at like what like nine o'clock, Like, yeah.
- 15:21Speaker 2: They were ready to go quick with it. And there's
- 15:25Speaker 2: a section where it's this right up about the Kennedy family,
- 15:30Speaker 2: and then it gets to the end and there's this
- 15:32Speaker 2: picture that looks like a fucking wanted flyer that just
- 15:36Speaker 2: has Ted Kennedy. It has his picture and just in
- 15:40Speaker 2: big black letters, it just says there's one brother left.
- 15:44Speaker 2: And then this summer there's an article about at the end,
- 15:50Speaker 2: right after the there's one brother left, there's an article
- 15:53Speaker 2: about how fucked up it is that you can still
- 15:55Speaker 2: buy guns by mail and that hopefully sometimes someone this
- 15:59Speaker 2: year will take care of that, but for right now,
- 16:01Speaker 2: it says something to the effect of any budding lunatic
- 16:05Speaker 2: who wants to become the next Lee Harvey Oswald can
- 16:09Speaker 2: still do it. And it's like trying to get Ted
- 16:12Speaker 2: Kennedy shot.
- 16:14Speaker 6: Well, that's just good copywriting, because as a budding lunatic,
- 16:17Speaker 6: I feel inspired that I could Maybe it could be
- 16:19Speaker 6: a real life menace to society.
- 16:22Speaker 3: Yeah, at least someone believes in you.
- 16:24Speaker 2: It would have been funny if it also had like
- 16:26Speaker 2: a clipout form to buy a gun.
- 16:31Speaker 3: A coupon.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, Next, conspiracy FEMA camps. This is timeless.
- 16:38Speaker 2: This is a conspiracy almost as old as me. But
- 16:41Speaker 2: it just keeps coming.
- 16:43Speaker 6: Yet no matter what, Like any you can watch any
- 16:46Speaker 6: presidential debate from like Richard Nixon to president and like
- 16:50Speaker 6: they will be talking about high speed rail that no
- 16:52Speaker 6: one ever builds.
- 16:58Speaker 1: Ever since I was a kid. I know, yes, sure
- 17:00Speaker 1: it'll never know they'll ever make any but we will
- 17:03Speaker 1: talk about it.
- 17:03Speaker 6: Anya, FEMA conspiracies are like, that's every decade you could
- 17:07Speaker 6: tune into Alex Jones talking about FEMA.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I'm sure, well.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Yeah, not just that, but I always find it kind
- 17:13Speaker 2: of charming when Democrats, at least of a certain age,
- 17:18Speaker 2: those who are old enough to have lived through George W. Bush,
- 17:21Speaker 2: which that's not that long ago. We give right wingers
- 17:24Speaker 2: so much shit for believing stuff like FEMA camp conspiracies,
- 17:29Speaker 2: but when Bush was in office, it was Democrats who
- 17:31Speaker 2: were like, yeah, George W. Bush is going to put
- 17:33Speaker 2: us all in FEMA camps. It's just such a consistent
- 17:38Speaker 2: rumor that comes up all the time.
- 17:40Speaker 6: And it's a terrifying proposition being at the super Dome
- 17:43Speaker 6: and the government is in charge of where you eat
- 17:45Speaker 6: and shit.
- 17:47Speaker 1: You know, like that's not good. I don't want it.
- 17:49Speaker 1: That sounds bad.
- 17:50Speaker 2: And it happens every time FEMA shows up at a
- 17:55Speaker 2: disaster of any sort and puts up housing of any sort.
- 17:59Speaker 2: People are like, loads of the camps. Camps are coming
- 18:03Speaker 2: round up. They are responding to a fucking hurricane. You
- 18:07Speaker 2: think they don't need temporary housing down there?
- 18:10Speaker 6: Yeah, there's like that's the kind of place where the
- 18:12Speaker 6: camp would be advantageous.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Yeah, put it right there in the disaster zone. Perfect.
- 18:18Speaker 2: So yeah, that's what these rumors popped up in response to.
- 18:22Speaker 2: In twenty twenty four, was Hurricane Helene.
- 18:25Speaker 1: What a cunty name for a hurricane Helene.
- 18:29Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like it's like it reminds me of my
- 18:31Speaker 6: the worst English teacher I ever had.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Miss Rosine Rosine.
- 18:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:37Speaker 1: It's an old lady ass. Her name was Dale Dale Rosine.
- 18:43Speaker 4: Wow.
- 18:44Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, Yeah, that's strange true, And I would love
- 18:48Speaker 6: to say anything nice about her, but it would be impossible.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I can visualize her. She seems so scary and like, if.
- 18:55Speaker 1: She had a sister, it'd be fucking Helene Helene Rosine.
- 18:58Speaker 5: Ah.
- 19:00Speaker 6: I could already make the villain of my series of
- 19:03Speaker 6: children's books.
- 19:05Speaker 2: So the first FEMA camp conspiracy, as it turns out,
- 19:10Speaker 2: actually predates the Internet, or at least the Internet as
- 19:14Speaker 2: we know it now. I know there was ben a
- 19:16Speaker 2: version around since the seventies. Stay out of the fucking comments.
- 19:20Speaker 5: No comment about it. Tell me so I can read
- 19:23Speaker 5: about it. Tell me all of what you know.
- 19:26Speaker 2: I mean, look it up. You know about it? Darpen
- 19:28Speaker 2: what was it called darp in that BBS boards all
- 19:32Speaker 2: that shit. There's military thing at first that really doesn't
- 19:37Speaker 2: monitor it.
- 19:37Speaker 6: Now they just we had developed a smiley technology back
- 19:41Speaker 6: in the fifties.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Wow, emoticons back in the late forties.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Emoticons.
- 19:48Speaker 2: So FEMA was I don't think I knew this. It
- 19:51Speaker 2: was started by Jimmy Carter, our last president who tried
- 19:55Speaker 2: and that was in nineteen seventy nine, and tw years later,
- 20:01Speaker 2: a right wing newsletter called Posse Comatatis ran an article
- 20:05Speaker 2: about how hardcore patriots are going to be sent to
- 20:10Speaker 2: FEMA camps. And it's always that it's either patriots or extremists.
- 20:15Speaker 2: Depending on who's in office, it's patriots or extremists. If
- 20:19Speaker 2: there's a Democrat in office, then it's patriots we're going
- 20:22Speaker 2: to go to FEMA camps. And if it's a right
- 20:25Speaker 2: winger in office, then it's So.
- 20:27Speaker 5: This conspiracy theory is just pretty much like they're coming
- 20:32Speaker 5: for us. Yeah, they're gonna get us.
- 20:35Speaker 6: Wait, so it's I'm kind of confused as a so
- 20:38Speaker 6: like when there's a forget it, but.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Like, what is it what you're saying.
- 20:43Speaker 5: So, like, when Democrats are in office, it's like people
- 20:47Speaker 5: who are like patriotic and like love the USA and
- 20:50Speaker 5: hate change or whatever that they're going to round up
- 20:52Speaker 5: and put into camps. And then when it's Republicans that
- 20:54Speaker 5: are in office, it's extremists who are trying to create
- 20:57Speaker 5: change they're gonna round up and put in camps.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Right, yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, I'm the service.
- 21:01Speaker 2: It's like when the Postal Inspection Service started monitoring social
- 21:06Speaker 2: media for extremist language. When they sold that plan to
- 21:11Speaker 2: the government, they went to Democrats and we're like, yeah,
- 21:14Speaker 2: and of course we're going to use this to monitor
- 21:17Speaker 2: right wingers and hate speech. Democrats were like cool, And
- 21:20Speaker 2: then they went to Republicans and we're like, and of
- 21:22Speaker 2: course we're going to use this to monitor extremists and
- 21:24Speaker 2: like black Lives matter and things. So now a postal
- 21:28Speaker 2: service is just watching everyone's social media on the behalf
- 21:32Speaker 2: of both sides.
- 21:34Speaker 6: I hope the guy who reads the tweets all days.
- 21:36Speaker 6: Also has to wear the shorts. He's just for no reason,
- 21:42Speaker 6: he asked. He's like, fuck Tifa, and Tifa is getting
- 21:45Speaker 6: really active again this time of year, and also I'm
- 21:47Speaker 6: getting kind of cold.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Still hate him. He just walked passed a dog in
- 21:52Speaker 2: his regular life and it fucking freaks out.
- 21:55Speaker 5: Does anyone even still say Antifa?
- 21:58Speaker 3: Is that still even a thing?
- 21:59Speaker 2: People say, oh, yeah, you hear it, You hear it
- 22:02Speaker 2: for sure? Really yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:05Speaker 5: I'm running in the wrong circles to hear it.
- 22:07Speaker 2: I mean, the last time I read it, it was,
- 22:10Speaker 2: or the last time I saw it used. I was
- 22:14Speaker 2: reading the investigation into the January sixth riots, Like the
- 22:21Speaker 2: FBI said Antifa was going to be there, and it's like,
- 22:23Speaker 2: that doesn't seem accurate.
- 22:25Speaker 3: They're so goofy for that.
- 22:27Speaker 2: It's not a thing, goddamn anyway, So yeah, FEMA camps,
- 22:32Speaker 2: we're all going to be in what And it's.
- 22:33Speaker 6: Just for guys like me that actually are in Antifa.
- 22:36Speaker 6: It makes a mockery of what we spend.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Our everything you guys stand for. Damn.
- 22:41Speaker 2: You know, do you remember the Antifa handbook that went
- 22:45Speaker 2: around on the internet. It was so clearly fake.
- 22:50Speaker 6: Well, and Antifa is like a by definition decentralized thing,
- 22:54Speaker 6: like yes, yes.
- 22:56Speaker 5: Yes, to have a handbook would not Yeah, like it
- 22:59Speaker 5: had a.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Call ring on it, like someone was you know, reading.
- 23:03Speaker 6: Through it, and Antifa disc.
- 23:06Speaker 1: While I was doing official Antifa bit.
- 23:08Speaker 6: Well you know in Antifa chain of commands really important.
- 23:13Speaker 2: All right, Next, conspiracy non citizen voters.
- 23:17Speaker 1: This is starting to be an evergreen conspiracy too.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Yeah, this, and you're right, this has been a claim
- 23:24Speaker 2: for a long, long long.
- 23:26Speaker 6: I feel like since like McCain, I don't remember this
- 23:29Speaker 6: billy from before that, but I remember I remember since then.
- 23:33Speaker 2: Yeah, because he was like around the same time as
- 23:36Speaker 2: all the Tea party shit, yeah, when he was running
- 23:39Speaker 2: for president. And I think it was that that really
- 23:43Speaker 2: made this a thing. But in twenty twenty four and
- 23:47Speaker 2: we did an episode about this, I think I did
- 23:50Speaker 2: a solo episode. But the claim was that in swing states,
- 23:55Speaker 2: Democrats were registering non citizen voters by a million in
- 24:01Speaker 2: some cases, or at least in the hundreds of thousands,
- 24:05Speaker 2: so that they could swing the election for Kamala Harris.
- 24:09Speaker 2: And I don't know, it's just weird that that didn't work.
- 24:15Speaker 1: It happened, Well, it was too big a rig at him.
- 24:18Speaker 2: The non citizen voters thing. The first thing that really
- 24:22Speaker 2: blew my mind about this theory is it would be
- 24:25Speaker 2: in places like Arizona. They don't let non citizens get
- 24:28Speaker 2: away with shit in Arizona.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it's like the most racist state I've ever been to.
- 24:34Speaker 2: They had a They might still but they definitely used
- 24:37Speaker 2: to have an actual show us your papers law. Really Yeah,
- 24:43Speaker 2: So I really don't think that is the kind of
- 24:47Speaker 2: state where they're just going to let non citizens registered
- 24:51Speaker 2: to vote and vote and then count those votes. It's dumb.
- 24:54Speaker 5: And weren't they also saying that they were voting as
- 24:57Speaker 5: dead people, like they were like using dead people.
- 25:00Speaker 6: Yeah, I think there is like a small amount of
- 25:02Speaker 6: death that happens, like every election.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Does that work?
- 25:06Speaker 1: It definitely happens usually, So I vote twice.
- 25:09Speaker 2: I can't imagine the psychology behind being like a lone
- 25:13Speaker 2: wolf double voter, Like you're like, oh, this one act,
- 25:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna fucking swing things.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go. I have twice as much of a.
- 25:21Speaker 5: Say, yeah, I can't even imagine like having someone in
- 25:24Speaker 5: my life that died and being like, you know what,
- 25:26Speaker 5: I'm going to use their vote.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Like what that's like buying a second lottery ticket. In
- 25:32Speaker 2: theory it improves your chances, but not really.
- 25:34Speaker 6: I would see what I would do is I would you?
- 25:36Speaker 6: I would take my dead father's identity and use it
- 25:38Speaker 6: to not vote, just to spite him.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, my dad's a dick. He hasn't voted since
- 25:46Speaker 2: I was seventeen.
- 25:47Speaker 5: Yeah, Like, how long is the expiration in like the
- 25:50Speaker 5: dead people you can use even like someone's been dead
- 25:54Speaker 5: for years and you try to vote as them.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know how. I don't
- 25:58Speaker 2: know how the dead.
- 25:59Speaker 5: Is there a dead people registry?
- 26:01Speaker 1: Jen has too many questions about this.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Idea.
- 26:08Speaker 2: You don't really have to show ID to vote, so
- 26:11Speaker 2: I mean, I guess you could just go in and
- 26:13Speaker 2: be like, I am Helen Jones.
- 26:15Speaker 5: I actually need like fifty mail in vote.
- 26:18Speaker 2: You just show up and you're like, yeah, that's me.
- 26:20Speaker 2: I'm eighty five years.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Old, what of it, I'm dexter filled in.
- 26:25Speaker 2: I used to work a side job when I was
- 26:29Speaker 2: in my twenties and living in South Dakota at Target.
- 26:32Speaker 2: But it was Target's credit card processing office, and that
- 26:37Speaker 2: kind of reminds me of a thing that would happen
- 26:39Speaker 2: where you would get someone who was clearly stealing a
- 26:43Speaker 2: dead person or an old person's identity because the date
- 26:46Speaker 2: of birth would be like nineteen twenty five. And then
- 26:50Speaker 2: you call to verify this application and it's clearly someone
- 26:53Speaker 2: in their twenties, and the only thing you would have
- 26:56Speaker 2: to ask to trip them up, how old are you?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Not what's your day to birth? Because they've memorized that,
- 27:02Speaker 2: but in most cases they have not done the math
- 27:05Speaker 2: to figure out how wow that date of birth would
- 27:07Speaker 2: make them, and people, boy irate you would ask that,
- 27:11Speaker 2: and that's how you knew it's fucking fraud. Damn. But yeah,
- 27:16Speaker 2: non citizen voters that happens to, not at nearly the
- 27:20Speaker 2: rate this theory would have us believe. The Brennan's Center
- 27:24Speaker 2: for Justice after the twenty sixteen election found thirty suspected
- 27:29Speaker 2: cases of non citizen voting, and that is out of
- 27:32Speaker 2: twenty three point five million votes. A Washington Post investigation
- 27:38Speaker 2: uncovered eighty five cases of non citizen voting in the
- 27:42Speaker 2: two decades between two thousand and two twenty twenty three, So.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Just huge numbers of this, yeah happening. Huge.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Also, like undocumented people are not looking to go anywhere
- 27:56Speaker 5: that the government is.
- 27:58Speaker 3: What the fuck?
- 27:59Speaker 6: There's probably like more hours of Tuckwick Carlson about this
- 28:02Speaker 6: than there are like times that had happened in the
- 28:05Speaker 6: last twenty years.
- 28:06Speaker 3: Oh, like definitely.
- 28:07Speaker 5: Also, there's such weird rules around voting. Like I wore
- 28:11Speaker 5: this shirt to vote that like had Democrat, Republican, and
- 28:14Speaker 5: wet ass pussy as the options to vote, and wet
- 28:18Speaker 5: ass pussy was checked off, and like somebody in the
- 28:21Speaker 5: voting place was like, you know, you could get a
- 28:24Speaker 5: felony for wearing a shirt that's influential.
- 28:27Speaker 3: Of the vote.
- 28:27Speaker 5: And I was like, well, wet ass pussy is not
- 28:29Speaker 5: running for president, so is it like influencing anything? But
- 28:34Speaker 5: that was a thing I didn't like, you can't go
- 28:36Speaker 5: vote wearing a Trump shirt.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I'm actually surprised they let you wear it, like they
- 28:43Speaker 2: normally make people either like if you're wearing something like that,
- 28:45Speaker 2: you have to like turn it inside out, or.
- 28:47Speaker 6: Like kind of like high school gym rules, like you
- 28:49Speaker 6: got to put on some pee clothes for the rest
- 28:51Speaker 6: of the day.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Because yeah, it's called letionineering.
- 28:54Speaker 5: It is God that made me want to never vote again.
- 28:57Speaker 5: That's the dumbishit in the world. Wet ass pussy would
- 29:00Speaker 5: not running?
- 29:01Speaker 2: Then how come I voted for it? Feel like I
- 29:07Speaker 2: wasted my vote now, God damn it.
- 29:09Speaker 1: I voted for Robert F. Kennedy Senior. No, I didn't.
- 29:14Speaker 1: I voted for Mary Anne Williamson.
- 29:16Speaker 5: How many people are wearing Trump shirts to vote? I
- 29:18Speaker 5: feel like that has to be like all of them.
- 29:20Speaker 2: I mean, you'd be surprised a lot of people are
- 29:22Speaker 2: familiar with.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Yeah, people know, like the thing, most people accept this law, Jen.
- 29:28Speaker 2: I don't.
- 29:29Speaker 5: I think it's dumb and I hate it.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
- 29:32Speaker 6: It's like if I was making up a list of
- 29:34Speaker 6: the laws, would have been in my first priority.
- 29:36Speaker 1: But like, would I necessarily get rid of it? I'm not.
- 29:38Speaker 6: I don't know, not really, Like we definitely don't need
- 29:41Speaker 6: to make a polling place any more fucking political, right,
- 29:46Speaker 6: you know, people could get shit, could get heated, and
- 29:49Speaker 6: you know, if someone sees their own kind of.
- 29:50Speaker 3: T shirt, Yeah, no, definitely. I just don't think that
- 29:53Speaker 3: my shirt applied at all.
- 29:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 29:55Speaker 6: Well, I don't think anyone was thinking about a white
- 29:57Speaker 6: ass pussy shirt when they made the law.
- 29:59Speaker 1: But unfortunately it's like, if we're.
- 30:00Speaker 6: Going to ban the guy with the lynched to Obama,
- 30:04Speaker 6: we have to ban the wet ass pussy shirt.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Then why is it called the wet ass Pussy law?
- 30:09Speaker 6: Connor, Yeah, I forgot about the AWAPL. They they've worked
- 30:15Speaker 6: with the ACLUS sometimes.
- 30:17Speaker 2: So yeah. Also, I don't know if people know this,
- 30:21Speaker 2: but Kamala Harris.
- 30:22Speaker 5: Lost so the Oh yeah, it didn't work.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I think this, that's that's really the hallmark of
- 30:29Speaker 2: debunking a conspiracy. I don't agree that it immediately discounts
- 30:33Speaker 2: something just if it didn't work, like it can still
- 30:36Speaker 2: happen and have failed. But yeah, this would have failed
- 30:40Speaker 2: on such an epic scale so as to suggest it
- 30:44Speaker 2: did not happen at all.
- 30:45Speaker 6: Some of the greatest conspiracy theories of all time failed,
- 30:48Speaker 6: like Operation Acoustic Kitty.
- 30:50Speaker 1: You remember that one.
- 30:52Speaker 2: That's the bombcats, right then.
- 30:54Speaker 6: That's the one where the CIA spent like months figuring
- 30:56Speaker 6: out how to implant their recording device inside a cat,
- 30:59Speaker 6: and then they left cat outside the kremlin, hoping that
- 31:01Speaker 6: someone would think the cat was cute it and take
- 31:03Speaker 6: it inside and it would serve as like a secret
- 31:06Speaker 6: recording device with the little thing inside the cat.
- 31:08Speaker 1: But it just got hit by a taxi on its.
- 31:11Speaker 6: Way to walk over to the Kremlin, fucking immediately as
- 31:15Speaker 6: soon as they let it out of the car. After
- 31:19Speaker 6: this poor cat got cut open and put a tape
- 31:21Speaker 6: recorder in his tummy.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Yeah, did it get hit by that car unwillingly? Or
- 31:26Speaker 2: was it protesting capitalism?
- 31:28Speaker 1: When you know, I think he might have been under
- 31:31Speaker 1: the influence of chairman mew.
- 31:35Speaker 2: Ah. We do good work here, all right sometimes. Yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 2: next conspiracy. This ties into the last one, and now
- 31:43Speaker 2: we're back to the Dems. Believe in it.
- 31:47Speaker 1: The dumbs right whoa got him?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Got him fucking roasted. The missing fifteen million votes. This
- 31:56Speaker 2: was such a thing in the day's after the election,
- 32:01Speaker 2: and both sides seized on it and used it as
- 32:06Speaker 2: proof of something that didn't actually happen. On the Democrat side,
- 32:11Speaker 2: the argument was, how could there be fifteen million fewer
- 32:15Speaker 2: votes for Kamala Harris in twenty twenty four than in
- 32:19Speaker 2: twenty twenty with an election like this, an election this
- 32:22Speaker 2: fucking consequential, that is clearly evidence of fraud. Meanwhile, on
- 32:27Speaker 2: the Republican side, they were like, holy shit, look how
- 32:31Speaker 2: much of a landslide Trump won by this is a
- 32:34Speaker 2: mandate that he is expected to carry out all of
- 32:38Speaker 2: his policies. Is what America wants. Overwhelming victory. And in
- 32:42Speaker 2: both cases, all of the votes hadn't been counted yet.
- 32:45Speaker 2: That's all it was. There were just still votes left
- 32:49Speaker 2: to be counted, just not enough that it was going
- 32:53Speaker 2: to sway things in Kamala Harris's direction. So the morning
- 32:58Speaker 2: after the election, yeah, she was down like fifteen million votes.
- 33:03Speaker 2: So the morning after she had sixty million votes. By
- 33:06Speaker 2: the morning of November thirteenth, she had seventy two point
- 33:09Speaker 2: four million votes. As of right now, the Associated Press
- 33:14Speaker 2: has the vote totals seventy five million for Harris seventy
- 33:19Speaker 2: seven million for Trump. So she got forty eight point
- 33:22Speaker 2: four percent. He got forty nine point nine percent. So
- 33:25Speaker 2: it wasn't fraud and it wasn't a fucking mandate. It
- 33:28Speaker 2: was just a regular ass election, and people got in
- 33:31Speaker 2: their feelings on social media immediately and just ran with
- 33:35Speaker 2: a fucking lie.
- 33:36Speaker 6: And I think they really discounted the the voting block
- 33:40Speaker 6: of Gary Johnson to Hillary Clinton, to Kanye West, SA
- 33:44Speaker 6: Marian Williamson, voters who felt really kind of disillusioned by
- 33:48Speaker 6: a lot of the stuff going on with politics. So
- 33:51Speaker 6: you know, those people sitting it out, I think that's
- 33:53Speaker 6: your other percent and a half right there.
- 33:55Speaker 2: I always thought that was going to account for Harris
- 33:59Speaker 2: losing more than anything.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Is what just people not wanting to vote for?
- 34:03Speaker 3: Yeah, people not wanting to vote at all.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I think the way these numbers played out, I
- 34:08Speaker 2: think it probably is that. I don't think anyone in
- 34:12Speaker 2: the lame stream media wants to say it, but I
- 34:15Speaker 2: do think the Biden administration's response to Gaza probably fucking
- 34:22Speaker 2: cost them this election.
- 34:23Speaker 6: I couldn't believe how many women I saw going like,
- 34:26Speaker 6: I want to vote for Kamala but and it's like
- 34:30Speaker 6: with like a whole ass abortion, you're like hanging in
- 34:33Speaker 6: the balance.
- 34:33Speaker 1: You're still like, yeah, she sucks so bad.
- 34:36Speaker 2: And that's the thing, Like i'd like, I said way
- 34:39Speaker 2: before the election, I couldn't really fault anyone for going
- 34:44Speaker 2: either direction. I get it. They're supporting a fucking genocide, you.
- 34:49Speaker 6: Know, and at a certain point, what's what's the substantive
- 34:53Speaker 6: protest anymore?
- 34:54Speaker 3: You know, it's like nothing.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Yeah, So yeah, I don't know. Whatever the case, she
- 35:00Speaker 2: didn't lose fifteen million fucking votes that's for sure.
- 35:03Speaker 3: And this election we just impatient.
- 35:06Speaker 2: It was way way way closer than people made it
- 35:10Speaker 2: out to be.
- 35:11Speaker 6: They were just well, and it's like, and we always know,
- 35:13Speaker 6: it takes a fucking two months to count California.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, and we do. We do this every time.
- 35:18Speaker 2: And it was a lot of the votes were California
- 35:21Speaker 2: that were outstanding.
- 35:23Speaker 1: So that's why this world to be immigrants.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Yeah, because all the non citizens in California were voting.
- 35:30Speaker 5: Duh, m all eighty five of them.
- 35:34Speaker 6: I remember how many non citizen voters you guys saw
- 35:37Speaker 6: at your polling place?
- 35:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 35:40Speaker 3: And also the first thing I asked, yeah.
- 35:42Speaker 2: And then I also didn't think it was cool that
- 35:44Speaker 2: they were being paid less than minimum wage to work there.
- 35:47Speaker 2: At the same time, Oh I didn't know that.
- 35:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:50Speaker 6: I thought that was like one of the last good jobs.
- 35:52Speaker 6: You could be a pulling place worker for two days.
- 35:54Speaker 2: I was joking that that was an illegal immigration joke.
- 36:00Speaker 6: But I think we should do We should make inmates,
- 36:02Speaker 6: like make them make the prison inmates that we do
- 36:04Speaker 6: page minimum wage, like you're talking about, we make them
- 36:07Speaker 6: the polling place workers, so that it kind of scares
- 36:10Speaker 6: people into acting straight flying. Right, if there's a guy
- 36:13Speaker 6: with a couple of neck tattoos policing whether how long
- 36:16Speaker 6: you're taking at the touch screen, you're gonna fucking figure
- 36:18Speaker 6: out who you're voting for pretty quick, you know.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Yeah. I do like that. Yeah, better than having them
- 36:22Speaker 2: fight fires like we do here.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Wasted time though, I mean, I'd.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Probably rather be outside, for sure.
- 36:29Speaker 5: Yeah, that's what everyone's saying, Like interviewing them, They're like, yeah,
- 36:33Speaker 5: I'd rather just like have a purpose and be outside.
- 36:36Speaker 3: People bring us food, it's chill.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that makes sense.
- 36:39Speaker 6: Still can't they can't even get any firefighter pussy. I
- 36:43Speaker 6: have to get some conjugal firefighter pussy.
- 36:45Speaker 2: It's a lucrative market, especially if you get in one
- 36:48Speaker 2: of them calendars.
- 36:49Speaker 1: Oh that's a good placement. Can do a lot for you.
- 36:52Speaker 5: Yeah, it's unlimited fireman calendar called.
- 36:55Speaker 2: It trim all right. This next one. Democrats control the
- 37:01Speaker 2: weather obviously.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Oh yep.
- 37:04Speaker 6: That's why my father's house is always exactly seventy six degrees.
- 37:10Speaker 2: So this is more Hurricane Helene stuff. In a bunch
- 37:15Speaker 2: of social media posts, Marjorie Taylor Green seemed to at
- 37:20Speaker 2: least imply that democrats control the weather. This is her
- 37:25Speaker 2: one of her tweets. Yes, they control the weather. It's
- 37:28Speaker 2: ridiculous for anyone to lie and say it can't be done.
- 37:31Speaker 2: End quote. Wow, here's the thing I have said a
- 37:37Speaker 2: bunch of times on this podcast that the idea of
- 37:40Speaker 2: being able to manipulate weather in some way is not
- 37:44Speaker 2: only not crazy, but it happens. There's a thing called
- 37:47Speaker 2: cloud seeding, which I think it's kind of up in
- 37:50Speaker 2: the air about how well it works, but it's a
- 37:53Speaker 2: means of making it rain, so to speak.
- 37:56Speaker 6: If you have the right conditions, you can do it.
- 38:00Speaker 6: But yeah, it's it works fairly reliably and like you know,
- 38:04Speaker 6: did people have used it literally in agriculture where they're
- 38:06Speaker 6: trying to fucking get their shit wided.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Yeah. It's also kind of how the events in the
- 38:12Speaker 2: hit film snow Piercer started.
- 38:14Speaker 6: So there's also that documentary that hasn't happened yet, snow Piercer,
- 38:19Speaker 6: And yeah, it's real.
- 38:21Speaker 2: And we've done an episode about Heart, which that was
- 38:25Speaker 2: a device. I mean, it's still out there, but there
- 38:29Speaker 2: were a lot of arguments that the patent that that
- 38:32Speaker 2: was based on, or a patent that was very similar
- 38:35Speaker 2: to it, if it worked as described, you would be
- 38:39Speaker 2: able to like manipulate weather with it in some way,
- 38:44Speaker 2: but we never I mean, it was obviously never confirmed.
- 38:47Speaker 2: The government doesn't just like build new weapons and then
- 38:49Speaker 2: fire off an amber alert to let us know that
- 38:52Speaker 2: they have them.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Hey, Connor and Adam just in time hearing that show.
- 38:56Speaker 2: So yeah, all of that. I accept all of that
- 39:00Speaker 2: that I have also said, yeah, maybe it might be possible,
- 39:03Speaker 2: but I highly highly doubt that whatever form that takes.
- 39:08Speaker 2: I don't think it's like one of those drone pilot
- 39:11Speaker 2: soldiers just sitting in a room with a fucking Xbox
- 39:14Speaker 2: controller driving a hurricane to South Carolina. That would be
- 39:19Speaker 2: such an impractical deployment of this.
- 39:23Speaker 6: It's like, why would we make a hard attag gun
- 39:24Speaker 6: and then use it to kill our presidents?
- 39:27Speaker 1: You know?
- 39:27Speaker 6: Yeah, I guess we could have a reason to kill
- 39:30Speaker 6: our own president, But it's like, why would we be
- 39:32Speaker 6: damaging our own infrastructure with our ability to destroy the weather.
- 39:35Speaker 6: Wouldn't we steer the fucking hurricanes towards Cuba. It's some
- 39:39Speaker 6: hilarious rig like and I don't.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Think we would deploy it for artisan reasons. I highly
- 39:46Speaker 2: doubt the government would launch a fucking hurricane just to
- 39:50Speaker 2: get South Carolina's nine electoral votes, the very small state.
- 39:56Speaker 2: There's not much to be had there. There was just
- 39:59Speaker 2: a fuck hurricane.
- 40:00Speaker 6: And you don't you don't want to give one side
- 40:02Speaker 6: the power of the weather. The game with politics is
- 40:05Speaker 6: you want both sides to be exactly fifty percent. So
- 40:07Speaker 6: when nobody's happy at all.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. And the idea that this would have happened
- 40:14Speaker 2: to keep people from voting, well, then why did it
- 40:18Speaker 2: happen like a month before the election. Why wouldn't it
- 40:20Speaker 2: happen like the day of the election. That seems like
- 40:24Speaker 2: a better course of action. You could drive one of
- 40:27Speaker 2: these things through fucking Florida on election day, or get
- 40:30Speaker 2: creative with it, send it to fucking Pennsylvania landlocked hurricane.
- 40:36Speaker 6: I feel like the hurricane is kind of the machine
- 40:39Speaker 6: gun or the grenade of the weather weaponry world. I
- 40:42Speaker 6: would prefer more of a tornado sniper kind of approach,
- 40:46Speaker 6: where it's like, oh, he's picking up ground in some
- 40:49Speaker 6: precincts in Georgia.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Oh, I know, I know which precincts.
- 40:52Speaker 5: Which fingers tornadoes would be very fucking terrifying.
- 40:56Speaker 2: That's an excellent point. I feel like a tornado would
- 41:00Speaker 2: if there was some version of all right, let's make
- 41:02Speaker 2: a tornado and drive this motherfucker to kill our enemies.
- 41:06Speaker 2: The tornado is gonna be way easier to control. The
- 41:09Speaker 2: more precisely of Oz is about I think so. Yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 2: it's about the government suppressing descent weather weapons.
- 41:16Speaker 3: Yeah, killed Witch of the West. It's all making sense now.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Yeah, well you know what she represents. Man.
- 41:25Speaker 2: Oh, speaking of the Wizard of Oz, has anyone ever
- 41:27Speaker 2: done the dark side of the OS thing? No?
- 41:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I have done like a part of it. Yeah,
- 41:34Speaker 1: but I've done.
- 41:34Speaker 5: I've done Scooby Woo where you set up Wu Tang
- 41:38Speaker 5: any Wu Tang album to anything Scooby Doo and it
- 41:40Speaker 5: sinks that perfectly.
- 41:44Speaker 2: I do like that.
- 41:44Speaker 6: What Yeah, you should try it.
- 41:48Speaker 3: It will work.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Definitely going to try that.
- 41:51Speaker 1: Ok.
- 41:52Speaker 3: But Adam, you've done it, You've done the real one.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's neat the movie and the album
- 41:58Speaker 2: are not the same length.
- 42:00Speaker 5: So did you guys do drugs to do it? Or
- 42:02Speaker 5: do you just do it loose?
- 42:03Speaker 2: And I dream drugs to do everything?
- 42:06Speaker 3: Like drugs? Drugs?
- 42:07Speaker 2: Oh yeah, we took acid for sure.
- 42:09Speaker 3: Okay, okay, okay, not daily.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Drugs, background drugs.
- 42:13Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 42:16Speaker 2: So yeah. And it's also worth pointing out that again
- 42:20Speaker 2: in South Carolina, Trump fucking curb stomped Amala Harris. He
- 42:24Speaker 2: won by so goddamn much in that state. So if
- 42:27Speaker 2: this was a thing, it did not work once again.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Go figure you think sending a hurricane to one of
- 42:34Speaker 2: the smaller states in the nation would be just the
- 42:37Speaker 2: thing that would sway an election for Democrats. Razy? All right,
- 42:41Speaker 2: last conspiracy, the New Jersey drones. Let's talk about them.
- 42:46Speaker 1: My favorite minor league hockey team.
- 42:50Speaker 2: And I know there were other conspiracies this year. Feel
- 42:53Speaker 2: free to sound off in the comments about what we
- 42:56Speaker 2: left out. Make sure you're really rude about it. Call
- 42:59Speaker 2: us assholes and faces for forgetting your favorite thing. We
- 43:03Speaker 2: know how you do Internet. The New Jersey drones. This
- 43:06Speaker 2: was America at its most trusting and gullible. And I
- 43:11Speaker 2: hated it so much because the media, I think, I mean,
- 43:16Speaker 2: I don't think the media just like went to the
- 43:18Speaker 2: military and was like, hey, are these drones you The
- 43:21Speaker 2: military was like no, and from there no one else
- 43:25Speaker 2: ever questioned it. Again. They were like, well, we asked
- 43:28Speaker 2: the government and they said it's.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Not them alien drunk.
- 43:32Speaker 2: Yeah, And it's like, do people not remember the Chinese
- 43:36Speaker 2: spy balloon. We could not shoot that thing out of
- 43:39Speaker 2: the sky fast enough, like we were psyched to shoot
- 43:43Speaker 2: that fucking thing down.
- 43:45Speaker 1: Yea.
- 43:46Speaker 2: And meanwhile we have the leat of drones covering an
- 43:51Speaker 2: entire state, crossing off into other states, just all over
- 43:55Speaker 2: the goddamn place, and one the government's like, it's nothing,
- 43:58Speaker 2: don't worry about it.
- 43:59Speaker 6: We have more drones than a ben Stein impersonator contest.
- 44:05Speaker 1: That's one of my worst.
- 44:08Speaker 2: People will get it eventually, It'll like people, will I
- 44:11Speaker 2: get it. It'll be like, because the way ben Stein talks, yeah, drones,
- 44:18Speaker 2: let's just cut it out.
- 44:21Speaker 3: No, No, it needs to stay.
- 44:23Speaker 2: And I did an episode of my solo podcast about this. Also,
- 44:28Speaker 2: just like the things people are ignoring when they say, well, yeah,
- 44:33Speaker 2: we asked the government, they said it's not.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Then.
- 44:35Speaker 2: For one, the first place these drones were spotted is
- 44:39Speaker 2: literally a military installation in New Jersey.
- 44:43Speaker 5: Installation is such a funny way to describe, like it's
- 44:46Speaker 5: an art installation, but the military. Yes, they're just a military,
- 44:52Speaker 5: just like on display.
- 44:55Speaker 2: This place where these drones were first spotted, it's called
- 44:59Speaker 2: the Picatinny Arsenal, and I feel like people hear that
- 45:02Speaker 2: name and are just going to assume, oh, so that's
- 45:04Speaker 2: where we like store a bunch of weapons.
- 45:06Speaker 6: Well, it just also sounds like a really really small arsenal. Yeah,
- 45:11Speaker 6: Picatinny Arsenal. Can you take me to a real one?
- 45:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it sounds so inconsequentials, fucking Picatinny Arsenal, call us
- 45:18Speaker 2: an arsenal. But it's not just that. I'm sure we
- 45:22Speaker 2: do store some weapons there, but that is where the
- 45:25Speaker 2: Army's experimental weapons development lab is at. It's at Picatinny Arsenal.
- 45:31Speaker 2: It's the lab where they created the Patriot missile for
- 45:35Speaker 2: the First Golf War. They for the Second Golf War
- 45:38Speaker 2: made a literal robot machine gun. It just it's a
- 45:42Speaker 2: robot that you can send out on the battlefield and
- 45:45Speaker 2: it's equipped with a machine gun so it can shoot.
- 45:48Speaker 2: You know, you can send it out there guilt free.
- 45:50Speaker 2: Unless the robots become sentient at some point then that's
- 45:53Speaker 2: a different discussion. But after you've created, you know, a
- 45:57Speaker 2: robot machine gun, where do you go next? At that
- 46:00Speaker 2: fucking thing in a drone? Now, now we got flying
- 46:02Speaker 2: machine guns, which we've already had those drones have been
- 46:06Speaker 2: outfitted with weapons already.
- 46:09Speaker 6: And then guys in the drones are like machine guns.
- 46:11Speaker 6: These fucking jerks don't even know about the lasers.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Yeah, and so they're spotted above where the army makes
- 46:19Speaker 2: their experimental weapons. There's that. I don't know how this
- 46:23Speaker 2: isn't the fucking nail in the coffin for the idea
- 46:26Speaker 2: that this isn't the government. These drone sightings started like
- 46:29Speaker 2: mid October, and at the point I did that solo
- 46:33Speaker 2: episode about them, they had happened every day since then
- 46:37Speaker 2: except Thanksgiving, So it's like they had the day off
- 46:41Speaker 2: for some reason.
- 46:42Speaker 6: Patriotic aliens Yeah, well better Yeah, they're into you know,
- 46:46Speaker 6: our antiquity, the colonialism.
- 46:50Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, these completely unexplainable drones take a government holiday. Okay,
- 46:57Speaker 2: that I guess.
- 46:58Speaker 1: I guess that makes the drones were spotted in raising
- 47:02Speaker 1: canes drive through.
- 47:05Speaker 5: There were also orbs that were happening that people were
- 47:07Speaker 5: seeing all over the country during the drones, and people
- 47:11Speaker 5: were thinking that the drones were the government being distracting
- 47:15Speaker 5: from the orbs that nobody knew what the fuck they were.
- 47:18Speaker 3: Did you guys hear about the orbs.
- 47:19Speaker 2: I did not, but that wouldn't surprise me one bit.
- 47:22Speaker 2: And here's the thing. Those orbs also the government. That's
- 47:25Speaker 2: that would also be the military.
- 47:28Speaker 1: What about the spheres? Those are real.
- 47:31Speaker 6: The orbs are the government, The drones are the counter government.
- 47:35Speaker 6: But the spheres, man, those are That's the fucking essence
- 47:38Speaker 6: of life.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Man.
- 47:40Speaker 2: Yeah, everyone knows that.
- 47:41Speaker 5: I looked up Picatinny and it's an Algonquian word that
- 47:45Speaker 5: means calm water in the hill next to it, and
- 47:47Speaker 5: Algonquin is basically Cherokee tribes.
- 47:51Speaker 3: That are all they like.
- 47:53Speaker 5: Because I found that most military bases, most military bases
- 47:57Speaker 5: in the United States are named after the native land
- 48:01Speaker 5: they stole it from.
- 48:02Speaker 6: Kind of like it's disrespectful and it's sort of like
- 48:04Speaker 6: a fleximul like yeah, i'll take your name too, totally.
- 48:07Speaker 3: It's like such a dunk mean bullshit thing to do.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Let me just find it quick so I don't misquote it.
- 48:14Speaker 2: But it's interesting that it's got such a peaceful name
- 48:17Speaker 2: because on the sign for Picatinny Arsenal underneath where it
- 48:21Speaker 2: says Picatinny Arsenal their slogan Joint Center of Excellence for Lethality.
- 48:28Speaker 1: Geez.
- 48:29Speaker 2: Yeah, they are better than anyone else that killing otherfuckers, that's.
- 48:33Speaker 6: What That's one of the best oxymorons of all. I'm
- 48:36Speaker 6: sure they have some at the Picatinny Arsenal'll be The
- 48:39Speaker 6: best oxymoron is a peacekeeper missile.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, they probably fucking made it. There, wouldn't
- 48:44Speaker 2: surprise me. And yeah, these drones. The minute they started happening,
- 48:50Speaker 2: my first thought was, that's obviously the government if they're
- 48:53Speaker 2: not shooting them down and they're not freaking out about it.
- 48:55Speaker 2: There was a politician in New Jersey who was like,
- 49:00Speaker 2: I got it on word from my sources that there
- 49:04Speaker 2: is an Iranian mother ship barked off the East coast
- 49:07Speaker 2: and these drones are flying in from that Iranian mothership.
- 49:11Speaker 2: It's like, we would not just let that happen.
- 49:15Speaker 6: Yeah, and of course it's conveniently the country that we
- 49:17Speaker 6: would like to go to war with the most but
- 49:19Speaker 6: have the least reason to exactly. Yes, yeah, and also like,
- 49:24Speaker 6: if these drones were alien drones, they'd be doing it.
- 49:26Speaker 6: They'd be doing alien drone shit. They'd be saying hight
- 49:28Speaker 6: to school children in the third world country. They'd be
- 49:32Speaker 6: appearing prettily in the air in the beach for tourists,
- 49:36Speaker 6: or they would be flying around American nuclear sites and
- 49:38Speaker 6: shutting them down with magic powers, uh, and then turning
- 49:42Speaker 6: them back on and flying away.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what real aliens do. They got that going on.
- 49:46Speaker 5: As well, or just being cute in our backyards, probing us.
- 49:49Speaker 2: During our dreams.
- 49:50Speaker 3: Well, yeah, your dreams.
- 49:54Speaker 2: I actually have a theory as to what might be
- 49:58Speaker 2: because drones have been around for ever. The thing that's
- 50:01Speaker 2: unique about these is there the size of a small
- 50:05Speaker 2: truck or suv is what people describe them ass and
- 50:09Speaker 2: that's pretty sizable for a drone. And there is a
- 50:14Speaker 2: device out there called the stingray, which is a very
- 50:19Speaker 2: imprecise spying weapon where you turn it on and it
- 50:23Speaker 2: acts like a cell phone tower, and anyone whose phone
- 50:27Speaker 2: connects to it you get all of their phone data.
- 50:31Speaker 2: And they do it to get the data from criminals
- 50:35Speaker 2: they're looking for, but there's no way for it to
- 50:38Speaker 2: not pick up the data of everyone who connects with it. It's
- 50:41Speaker 2: a great way to spy on people, but the limitations
- 50:44Speaker 2: to it are one, you need to be close to
- 50:47Speaker 2: the person you're spying on, like you have to be
- 50:50Speaker 2: within cell tower range at the minimum, and two you
- 50:54Speaker 2: have to hide it in something the size of a
- 50:57Speaker 2: Chevy Silverado. When this was most recently presented to police
- 51:03Speaker 2: forces as a thing they could buy, it was housed
- 51:06Speaker 2: inside the cab of a Chevy Silverado. So I don't
- 51:10Speaker 2: think it would be outside the realm of possibility that
- 51:14Speaker 2: they're trying to put one of those stingrays in a
- 51:17Speaker 2: thing that can fly, Because how much more effective would
- 51:21Speaker 2: that fucking thing be if it can just hover over
- 51:24Speaker 2: someone's house? And even if you see it, what the
- 51:28Speaker 2: fuck are you gonna do? You're gonna shoot it down.
- 51:30Speaker 2: It's probably gonna have a Department of Justice logo on
- 51:32Speaker 2: it by the time that part's happening.
- 51:34Speaker 3: Yeah, that's so fucking scary. I hate that.
- 51:38Speaker 5: Also, I looked it up. Why are there, like there's
- 51:40Speaker 5: like very little footage of these fucking drones that everybody
- 51:44Speaker 5: said they.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Saw, they saw, they saw. Yeah, why yeah.
- 51:48Speaker 5: If this happened every day, why is there nothing?
- 51:52Speaker 3: I don't like that.
- 51:53Speaker 5: That part's weird. People in New Jersey just don't care.
- 51:56Speaker 5: They've moved on. They're like that happens every day.
- 51:58Speaker 2: I mean New Jersey drinking on the ground.
- 52:02Speaker 6: New Jersey until one drones brings James gandel Fei back
- 52:06Speaker 6: to Earth.
- 52:06Speaker 1: I don't give a fuck. I don't give a shit, kid.
- 52:09Speaker 2: So the last thing that made me highly suspicious that
- 52:14Speaker 2: these were not only a government thing, but that they
- 52:16Speaker 2: specifically came from the Picatinny Arsenal. At the exact same
- 52:19Speaker 2: time these drone sightings started, a group of advocates for
- 52:25Speaker 2: the Picatinny Arsenal made their first what they say is
- 52:29Speaker 2: going to be an annual trip, that they made their
- 52:32Speaker 2: first trip to Washington, d C. To meet with the
- 52:35Speaker 2: Department of Defense to just like get in their ear
- 52:39Speaker 2: and remind them how important Picatinny Arsenal is, because it's
- 52:42Speaker 2: one of those places that's like they kind of toss
- 52:45Speaker 2: around the idea of shutting it down every once in
- 52:47Speaker 2: a while. And so they're advocating for what they can
- 52:50Speaker 2: do and how important they are to the military. And
- 52:53Speaker 2: the same time these fucking drone sightings start above their
- 52:57Speaker 2: goddamn facility, Representatives from that facility are in Washington, d C.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Hitching the government on the type of shit they're capable of.
- 53:06Speaker 5: They were holding us hostage.
- 53:11Speaker 2: I don't know, it's so obviously the government, so.
- 53:14Speaker 5: You can't shut down our stupid name center that we
- 53:17Speaker 5: stole from Native people.
- 53:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it has That is I think probably
- 53:22Speaker 2: a big part of it. I mean, if you're going
- 53:23Speaker 2: to talk to the Department of Defense, you're going to
- 53:26Speaker 2: want to have something to show them. If you can
- 53:28Speaker 2: just be like, hey, turn on the news.
- 53:31Speaker 3: You want to see something. Look at New Jersey.
- 53:33Speaker 2: It's a huge coincidence that they were there at the
- 53:36Speaker 2: same time this was happening. If it was true crime,
- 53:39Speaker 2: they'd be in prison for doing this, because true crime
- 53:42Speaker 2: doesn't allow for coincidences, but conspiracies do. So I think
- 53:47Speaker 2: that's our episode, right, I think we did it.
- 53:50Speaker 1: Think so?
- 53:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I think we did it.
- 53:52Speaker 2: Jen Connor, thank you for doing the pod. As always,
- 53:55Speaker 2: what do we have to plug before we get out
