Responding to Wicked Rulers | Voice of God with Joseph Z
**A God-Appointed Ruler Should Be a Terror to Evil**

He also cites Isaiah 10:27 to remind us that God's anointing breaks the yoke of bondage, lifting it off our shoulders in 30, 60, and 100-folds.
