- 0:13Speaker 1: What's up, babes.
- 0:14Speaker 2: It's Lalla Kent with Randall. We are back for another
- 0:18Speaker 2: amazing week. Hold on, Lalla whoa. Let me just set
- 0:21Speaker 2: the stage, very aggressive. Let me set the stage. Let
- 0:24Speaker 2: me set the stage for our listeners right now, because
- 0:26Speaker 2: they have no clue it is for me. Middle of
- 0:30Speaker 2: the morning, nine forty five aup for La La. She's
- 0:34Speaker 2: still sleeping.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Randall wakes up and he sees my eyes are just
- 0:37Speaker 1: like the slightest bit open, and he is just a
- 0:43Speaker 1: big presence in the morning.
- 0:45Speaker 3: I can imagine that that's.
- 0:46Speaker 1: Him this and I have to like kind of pat
- 0:50Speaker 1: my mouth with my shoes finger, like, just keep it
- 0:52Speaker 1: down a bit because since I got pregnant, I like
- 0:55Speaker 1: sleep until ten thirty eleven o'clock. My body is just
- 0:58Speaker 1: like we don't don't look at it.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Like, well, turn that your emma was always ten eleven o'clock.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's such a fucking line as to go to
- 1:09Speaker 1: the gym at nine nine am. That means I have
- 1:13Speaker 1: to be up at eight thirty.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Okay, anyway, let's not get into that early.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I don't have kids, Like what am I waking?
- 1:18Speaker 2: Let's not get naught. I'm not going to get into a.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Battle thirty for someone who doesn't have a nine to
- 1:25Speaker 1: five job, just to wake up to be like, I
- 1:27Speaker 1: guess I'll work out now, Like, come on, throw me
- 1:30Speaker 1: a freaking bone here.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Okay, As I said, I'm not going to get into
- 1:34Speaker 2: it with a pregnant woman.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Good idea.
- 1:37Speaker 2: So I want to say that, yes, I do wake
- 1:39Speaker 2: up because I'm a happy person. So I woke up
- 1:42Speaker 2: this morning as I usually do, and I look at
- 1:44Speaker 2: her and I say, happy Tuesday. And for those of
- 1:49Speaker 2: you who don't know, Torpedo Tuesday's tack o'kay on my Instagram.
- 1:55Speaker 2: I'm bringing Torpedo Tuesday back today. That is when for
- 1:58Speaker 2: those of you that don't know I used to back
- 2:01Speaker 2: in the day on my Instagram, just go off on
- 2:03Speaker 2: Torpedo Tuesday. It's the happiest day. It's it's the beginning
- 2:06Speaker 2: of the end of the week. Doesn't make sense, but whatever, Tim,
- 2:09Speaker 2: don't roll your eyes. I will come across.
- 2:11Speaker 1: This undreing thinking like the beginning.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Anyway, Torpedo Tuesday is a happy fucking day.
- 2:17Speaker 1: Can I tell you something, Tim, Yeah, my friends would
- 2:20Speaker 1: show me Torpedo Tuesday videos from Randall and I'd be
- 2:23Speaker 1: like God, it makes so much sense why I blocked him.
- 2:27Speaker 3: That's right, I forget that you haven't blocked.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Yeah, i'd be like, I love this, and I'm sure
- 2:33Speaker 1: he says that about my post too. Hey, Rand, let's
- 2:37Speaker 1: talk about let's.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Talk about it. I am fucking so happy I heard it.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I feel so good in the morning. It's like the
- 2:46Speaker 2: day is starting. You never know what's gonna happen. It
- 2:48Speaker 2: could be a shitty day, it could be a great day.
- 2:51Speaker 2: But today it's gonna be a good day.
- 2:54Speaker 3: This is not coffee induced. I just want everybody to know, by.
- 2:57Speaker 2: The way, I don't drink caffeine exactly.
- 3:00Speaker 3: You did for like a week crock.
- 3:06Speaker 2: That's not funny at all.
- 3:08Speaker 1: I thought it kind of was by way.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Uh No, I just you only have a lot of energy,
- 3:12Speaker 2: and you know you you uh, you bring the best
- 3:16Speaker 2: out of me.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Timbo. What'd you do this weekend?
- 3:20Speaker 2: Uh?
- 3:21Speaker 3: Well, we're doing some improvements to the house, so it
- 3:23Speaker 3: was mainly it was mainly working on that. I went
- 3:26Speaker 3: to your house for a couple hours to work for
- 3:30Speaker 3: a little bit, so I know we had a work
- 3:31Speaker 3: day we did. Yeah, okay, nothing extraordinary this weekend. There's
- 3:36Speaker 3: no place to go where are you gonna go?
- 3:38Speaker 2: Not true? I disagree. Well let's talk.
- 3:40Speaker 3: You know what I did. I took the family to
- 3:42Speaker 3: the beach and I made a picnic lunch.
- 3:43Speaker 2: That's beautiful.
- 3:44Speaker 3: So that was nice.
- 3:45Speaker 1: See it's the little things like that. I was in
- 3:48Speaker 1: Utah and bro, they don't give it fuck. It is
- 3:53Speaker 1: like coronavirus.
- 3:54Speaker 2: What indoor dining. Indoor dining is opened in the Palm
- 4:00Speaker 2: Springs in San Diego and Riverside and Santa Barbara. So now,
- 4:06Speaker 2: like I think we're about a week away, they're saying
- 4:08Speaker 2: or two weeks away from La County opening indoor dining.
- 4:10Speaker 2: So that's that makes you feel like a little more normal,
- 4:14Speaker 2: being able to go into a restaurant when it's on
- 4:15Speaker 2: one hundred and twelve degrees outside and have a meal.
- 4:18Speaker 1: That's the thing. I don't mind eating outside, but we've
- 4:20Speaker 1: had this heat wave.
- 4:21Speaker 3: I prefer it actually, Like I hope this is permanent.
- 4:24Speaker 1: No, I love, it's the best.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Permanent I know.
- 4:28Speaker 3: But I hope that this like gives restaurants the idea
- 4:32Speaker 3: people like eating outside. So there's more it's la the
- 4:35Speaker 3: weather's pert outside and drinking.
- 4:37Speaker 1: I know, there's nothing like day drinking on a patio
- 4:41Speaker 1: on a fucking Sunday.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Can I tell you something? I agree with you, Tim.
- 4:45Speaker 2: I was at mister Child's the other night with friends
- 4:47Speaker 2: and I said, this is so nice. It's like New York,
- 4:50Speaker 2: New York City. It's all out tons of door. So
- 4:53Speaker 2: hopefully it'll be a balance, like you'll exatdoor and outdoor,
- 4:56Speaker 2: because why when you're in the most beautiful weather in
- 5:00Speaker 2: the world do we not have more outdoor dining? So
- 5:02Speaker 2: I agree with you.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Also, there are no rooftop restaurants and bars now, there's
- 5:07Speaker 3: like two that I think of what's going on.
- 5:10Speaker 1: There's like a few downtown, which like who drives downtown exactly?
- 5:15Speaker 1: Not me. Well, but there is a cute place called
- 5:18Speaker 1: Harriet's on Sunset. That's Ali Melnick.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Let's give a shout out to Alison Melnick Randall. I
- 5:25Speaker 2: love that.
- 5:25Speaker 1: I didn't know you, I'd be like, this guy is
- 5:28Speaker 1: smoking something every morning.
- 5:30Speaker 2: I'm happy.
- 5:32Speaker 1: It's awesome.
- 5:32Speaker 2: All about Tim. When I come in the office every day,
- 5:34Speaker 2: Am I any different than this in the morning? No?
- 5:38Speaker 1: No, I never. That is who you are. I know that,
- 5:41Speaker 1: and that's what I love about you.
- 5:43Speaker 2: Know what about let me tell you about my day today.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Why I'm excited. Okay, so I have you here, we're
- 5:46Speaker 2: doing the podcast together. We're gonna have We're gonna share
- 5:49Speaker 2: a bagel. Very excited, and.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Then you will go on sharing one.
- 5:53Speaker 2: No, just try to be romantic. It's like sharing a
- 5:56Speaker 2: bagel having a meal.
- 5:57Speaker 1: No, I'm not sharing.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Well, that just a on that's out of it. And
- 6:02Speaker 2: then I have a meeting with the writer on our
- 6:05Speaker 2: new movie. Then I'm in editing for a few hours
- 6:07Speaker 2: on the movie I just did, and then I have
- 6:10Speaker 2: another meeting, and then I'm coming home and you know
- 6:11Speaker 2: what we're doing this afternoon? What We're going to barbecue
- 6:16Speaker 2: galore where we are picking out our barbecue set for
- 6:19Speaker 2: our new backyard, followed by buying a new couch today
- 6:23Speaker 2: because you have decided it is time to retire the
- 6:26Speaker 2: family room couch as we're waiting for a new family
- 6:28Speaker 2: room done. So today is.
- 6:30Speaker 1: It's actual last thing. It's the last thing, tim this
- 6:34Speaker 1: fucking couch. Okay, yeah, that because when I met Randall
- 6:39Speaker 1: and he had this house, I walked into it and
- 6:42Speaker 1: I was like, this furniture sucks, Like who bought this?
- 6:46Speaker 1: Not only is it ugly, but it's not even comfortable.
- 6:49Speaker 2: But I want to say something about that house. We
- 6:51Speaker 2: took that house together.
- 6:53Speaker 1: It was it was no, no, but the furniture like when
- 6:56Speaker 1: we were Yeah, the house, we we gutted it, but
- 6:59Speaker 1: like we got it into the and we got new furniture.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But there's this one couch.
- 7:03Speaker 3: It's I think you have to keep it.
- 7:06Speaker 1: No, I'm like, I buy by the way.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Randall's personality now it's there.
- 7:11Speaker 2: No no, no, no, no, you want to get rid of it.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Lala just whatever she says, I grew too.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I don't know such a can I tell you when
- 7:17Speaker 1: he came up. There was one day where I was
- 7:20Speaker 1: in the bathtub and we had been like bickering about
- 7:22Speaker 1: something stupid. It's never like a relevant thing to be
- 7:25Speaker 1: arguing about. But he was like, you say these types
- 7:28Speaker 1: of things all the time, So let me get this straight.
- 7:31Speaker 1: You can say whatever you want, but I can't. I said, yes, yes,
- 7:35Speaker 1: you just figured it out. You are going to live
- 7:37Speaker 1: a happy life now, Okay, I want to switch. Somebody
- 7:43Speaker 1: wakes up happy still right.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Forgot about everything that happened the day before.
- 7:48Speaker 2: And yeah, it's like ground memory, wife, Yeah, it's memory memory.
- 7:52Speaker 2: I want I want to give a shout out. I
- 7:53Speaker 2: don't do this a lot to friends of mine, but
- 7:56Speaker 2: I am going to give a shout out today to
- 7:58Speaker 2: a friend of mine that I am very proud to
- 8:03Speaker 2: see him thrive in music and Machine Gun Kelly just
- 8:10Speaker 2: hit his number one, first time ever number one album
- 8:14Speaker 2: in the history of being an artist, and I just
- 8:17Speaker 2: saw it.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Didn't that happen like a week ago.
- 8:20Speaker 2: No, well Friday, It concluded this last Friday, Okay, so
- 8:24Speaker 2: it like he was he was like at number two
- 8:26Speaker 2: for like a bunch of days and then I guess
- 8:29Speaker 2: I don't know how the Billboard works, but basically, by
- 8:31Speaker 2: the end of the week, you have to hit number
- 8:33Speaker 2: one to be number one, and he is a number
- 8:35Speaker 2: one Billboard artist and that is I know, a huge
- 8:38Speaker 2: feat in punk rock or that category, which I guess
- 8:43Speaker 2: is a newer category for him because he used to
- 8:45Speaker 2: be more in hip hop, right and him and what
- 8:48Speaker 2: he did with that album and the success he's had
- 8:51Speaker 2: and the vm A you know win that he had.
- 8:53Speaker 2: You know, I just want to say, Colson, you are
- 8:56Speaker 2: an amazing friend and artist, and congratulations. It's a big
- 8:59Speaker 2: deal to be number one. So fuck yeah, as he
- 9:02Speaker 2: would say, Wait, and I'm gonna stick my tongue on
- 9:04Speaker 2: ah like he does you have to.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Say yeah, bitch, yeah, bitch.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Yeah, like yeah, all right, congratulations calls, congratulations, your whole team.
- 9:14Speaker 2: You are a badass artist, totally okay, pivoting, pivoting?
- 9:19Speaker 1: What are we pivoting to? He was letting you run
- 9:22Speaker 1: the show today because there's so much that I think
- 9:25Speaker 1: is happening in your brain.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Okay, Well, let's talk about the baby for a second,
- 9:30Speaker 2: because you now are how many weeks exactly to the
- 9:34Speaker 2: day today?
- 9:34Speaker 1: I am in my second trimester. We are four months?
- 9:39Speaker 3: Yeah I know. And can I tell you guys? Is
- 9:45Speaker 3: the baby right now?
- 9:45Speaker 4: Shah?
- 9:46Speaker 1: We looked him? Should we look on my what to expect?
- 9:49Speaker 1: App this is my favorite thing to do.
- 9:52Speaker 2: Is it bigger than a got me bear? Oh?
- 9:55Speaker 1: She's the size of a pair today.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Let me see the picture, so it's pretty significant.
- 10:01Speaker 2: No post this picture?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 10:03Speaker 3: Like you can you can feel some meat to a pair?
- 10:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah? A pair weighs two and a half ounces
- 10:11Speaker 1: and it's four inches long. So fuck yeah. She's growing
- 10:15Speaker 1: like a little weed. And I can tell she's going
- 10:17Speaker 1: like a weave because I feel nauseous every day, like
- 10:21Speaker 1: at night. Now I used to feel it just in
- 10:23Speaker 1: the morning, and now it's like I lay in bed
- 10:26Speaker 1: and Randa's like want to cuddle, and I just feel
- 10:29Speaker 1: like I have to move very slowly toward him.
- 10:33Speaker 5: You know.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Well, late last night, I broke the pregnancy barrier wall.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I have this pregnancy pillow tim that goes from one
- 10:41Speaker 1: side of my foot, wraps around my head to the
- 10:44Speaker 1: other side.
- 10:44Speaker 2: It's like three feet tall, so it's way more than
- 10:48Speaker 2: three feet. So what she does is she wraps herself
- 10:51Speaker 2: into the barrier. And then I get in bed and
- 10:54Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, I guess I'm sleeping alone tonight. And
- 10:57Speaker 2: then I so last night I had enough of this ship,
- 11:00Speaker 2: and I took I was proactive, and I said, I'm
- 11:02Speaker 2: breaking the pregnancy very well, and she looked at me
- 11:06Speaker 2: like I had stolen her child. So I lifted it up,
- 11:10Speaker 2: I pulled her over. She looked at me a little
- 11:13Speaker 2: bit of angst, and then she snuggled in and I
- 11:16Speaker 2: got about eleven to fourteen minutes before It's.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Not sure you've got an entire episode of The Crown.
- 11:21Speaker 1: That's over.
- 11:23Speaker 2: That's but anyway, and then great show, by the way.
- 11:27Speaker 1: A phenomenal I can't get enough.
- 11:29Speaker 2: And then she went back into her back into her
- 11:33Speaker 2: protection mode.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Yeah, you've been replaced by the pillow as a cocoon
- 11:36Speaker 1: for me before I turned into a butterfly. You know,
- 11:39Speaker 1: that is what it is.
- 11:40Speaker 2: So Laa, How are so now expecting mothers out there
- 11:44Speaker 2: and people who are planning on having a baby. How
- 11:47Speaker 2: is this week compared to the last, because it seems
- 11:50Speaker 2: like your spirit is better. You don't look as sick
- 11:53Speaker 2: daily because you would hit walls in the middle of
- 11:55Speaker 2: the afternoon. I don't see that as much.
- 11:58Speaker 1: No, but when anybody wants to go and do anything,
- 12:01Speaker 1: I tell them I can't do anything before ten and
- 12:04Speaker 1: nothing after four. Like it's very like it's a small
- 12:08Speaker 1: window of like, which is kind of normal for me
- 12:11Speaker 1: because I don't really want to do anything before or
- 12:15Speaker 1: after those hours, even when I'm not pregnant. Sure, you know,
- 12:18Speaker 1: I want to call it at a pretty early. But
- 12:20Speaker 1: now it's like physically I couldn't even get myself too.
- 12:23Speaker 1: I just kind of start short circuiting, shutting down. But
- 12:28Speaker 1: definitely hormonally, I don't feel as like upset about stuff
- 12:34Speaker 1: right where I feel like out of control, like you're a.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Little more in control of the of the hormone fluctuations.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I just feel like they're balancing themselves out, whereas
- 12:42Speaker 1: at the beginning, I just wake up sobbing and I'm like,
- 12:46Speaker 1: why is this life so horrible?
- 12:50Speaker 2: So that's what it was like. She'd wake up some
- 12:52Speaker 2: days and she look at me, Ishia, I just don't
- 12:54Speaker 2: know why, why life is like this? I go, what
- 12:58Speaker 2: do you mean? You live in bel Air and you're
- 12:59Speaker 2: having baby with the guy you love?
- 13:01Speaker 5: It?
- 13:01Speaker 2: Just yep, it's hard. I go, you have a fucking
- 13:06Speaker 2: rough life. No, No, you know what I learned is
- 13:08Speaker 2: because you know you, this is the truth. You want
- 13:10Speaker 2: to be there for your partner. You want to love them,
- 13:13Speaker 2: you want to you know, embrace their their hormonal fluctuations.
- 13:17Speaker 2: And I wanted to be there and I would get
- 13:19Speaker 2: so caught up and I was upset for her and
- 13:21Speaker 2: try to be there. But then I realized I'm dealing
- 13:24Speaker 2: with hormones and I'm gonna lose. Yeah.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Have you ever seen knocked up?
- 13:29Speaker 2: No?
- 13:30Speaker 1: Where seth Rogan is.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Like, fuck you, hormone.
- 13:34Speaker 2: I'm not talking to you.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I'm talking to your hormone. Like he goes insane. It
- 13:40Speaker 1: makes total sense. It's so good. Yeah, why are there
- 13:44Speaker 1: so many great things to watch these days?
- 13:46Speaker 2: You will be.
- 13:47Speaker 3: Careful what you watch when you're pregnant, because anything can
- 13:50Speaker 3: set you over the edge. I was, I was going
- 13:52Speaker 3: through some old videos and stuff, and Sarah was pregnant
- 13:54Speaker 3: with Darcy. We watched The Big Sick, which is a comedy.
- 13:59Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:00Speaker 3: She was sobbing the whole time. I mean, it's got
- 14:03Speaker 3: some dark parts because it's about like a serious illness,
- 14:05Speaker 3: but like, oh no, it's it should not.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Reduce you to dear. No, let me, let me let
- 14:11Speaker 2: me say with regard to that. You know, I do
- 14:14Speaker 2: agree that things set her off, but now I don't
- 14:16Speaker 2: get caught up, like I'm like, Okay, she's having a moment.
- 14:19Speaker 2: I just need to tell her I love her, that
- 14:20Speaker 2: every's gonna be okay, you know, don't get caught up
- 14:23Speaker 2: in the hormone. Just be there for her. And then, like,
- 14:26Speaker 2: tell me, the thing.
- 14:28Speaker 1: That you could possibly do to a woman who is
- 14:30Speaker 1: hormonal when she's complaining about her life even though she
- 14:34Speaker 1: lives in bel Air and lives the dream is to
- 14:37Speaker 1: point out that she lives the dream, because then it's like, fuck, no,
- 14:42Speaker 1: I do what I'm dealing with right now.
- 14:43Speaker 3: Yeah, because you're invalidating feelings.
- 14:46Speaker 1: Yes, don't do that.
- 14:47Speaker 2: But I was joking when I said that. I know
- 14:48Speaker 2: that when you have hormone spikes, it's serious and emotional
- 14:52Speaker 2: and hold on. And I have been there for you
- 14:53Speaker 2: every time. I always reach out to you and say
- 14:55Speaker 2: I love you. We're going to get through this and
- 14:57Speaker 2: everything's gonna be okay.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Honey.
- 14:58Speaker 1: I'm gonna be honest. You're a five star feel and
- 15:00Speaker 1: you never make my feelings seem stupid, So I'm gonna
- 15:05Speaker 1: put that out there.
- 15:05Speaker 2: It's time for our surprise.
- 15:06Speaker 1: No, no, we got to go to a break. Where
- 15:08Speaker 1: are we at right now?
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yeah, let's okay, break, all right, we'll let's all say
- 15:11Speaker 2: it together. One two threat.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Break and we are back, bagels in hand. Finally, maybe
- 15:24Speaker 1: this will wake my ship up a little bit. Randall
- 15:27Speaker 1: wants to bring a surprise guest on. They're not answering. Oh,
- 15:31Speaker 1: he's giving it another Try to him.
- 15:34Speaker 3: I'm excited to call it been forwarded?
- 15:37Speaker 1: Oh denied? Who is it? Your mom? Is it my mom?
- 15:40Speaker 2: Again? No?
- 15:42Speaker 1: Every surprise guest he's had has been my mom the
- 15:45Speaker 1: past three weeks.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Always a help. Hello, Hey, who is it Leslie? The podcast?
- 15:57Speaker 1: Leslie?
- 15:58Speaker 5: It's Leslie Diane stra Em.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Welcome to give them Laala with Randall and we have
- 16:05Speaker 2: you back. We're just excited you are a surprised guest
- 16:09Speaker 2: for this week. We know you're building your fame and
- 16:11Speaker 2: your celebrity, so we wanted to help.
- 16:13Speaker 6: I know, but I only have three five hundred and
- 16:16Speaker 6: seventy four people on Instagram.
- 16:18Speaker 1: That's kind of a why No, it's kind of not.
- 16:21Speaker 6: I think you people need to like hype the shit.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Out of me, Leslie. You know I love you, but like,
- 16:26Speaker 1: over three thousand people like, what do you even do?
- 16:30Speaker 2: My god? What the fuck was that? It's my mother?
- 16:33Speaker 2: She gave birth to me. Are you crazy? Are you crazy?
- 16:41Speaker 2: If I said that shit to you?
- 16:43Speaker 1: She knows, she knows what I mean. Over three thousand followers, you.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Better dial that back. What the fuck do you do? Mom?
- 16:51Speaker 2: You gave birth to a genius. That's what true.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Buzzy. You know I love Leslie? You know I love you, girl?
- 16:57Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I know.
- 16:58Speaker 6: I know the cats in the mail and one size
- 17:02Speaker 6: fits all.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Oh no, I have a special Leslie. I have a
- 17:06Speaker 1: special type of love for you. That it was one
- 17:10Speaker 1: size does not fit all with my love. What's your
- 17:16Speaker 1: plan for the day, Leslie tell us I.
- 17:18Speaker 2: Share what a day in Miami with Leslie Emmett is
- 17:22Speaker 2: like today, what have you done today?
- 17:23Speaker 6: Okay, well, you're going to be really shocked because I
- 17:27Speaker 6: got up this morning and I went swimming naked.
- 17:30Speaker 5: But I have home.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Oh my god, don't shame your mom for being mom.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Don't ever say that again. Please please and wait.
- 17:38Speaker 6: Wait, I take my phone and I will put it
- 17:41Speaker 6: in a plastic bag and I put it on my
- 17:43Speaker 6: head and I go swimming with my head out of
- 17:46Speaker 6: water so I could listen to books on tape.
- 17:48Speaker 1: I love that she does that because they make waterproof headphones.
- 17:51Speaker 1: You know, she can wear swimming and she has no
- 17:54Speaker 1: interest in getting there.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I was going to tell my mom that. I want
- 17:57Speaker 2: to say, so, my mom, there are companies out there.
- 17:59Speaker 2: I hope they will listen to this podcast. Please send
- 18:02Speaker 2: my mother a wireless waterproof headphone. Oh my god, nineteen
- 18:06Speaker 2: thirty six is bad.
- 18:08Speaker 5: Wait.
- 18:08Speaker 6: And then when I got them with that, I took
- 18:12Speaker 6: the dogs for a walk. No, I took a shower.
- 18:14Speaker 6: Then I took the dogs for walk, and then I
- 18:17Speaker 6: sat down for two hours and I did paint by
- 18:19Speaker 6: number my new hobby.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Oh that sounds like I do another puzzle.
- 18:24Speaker 1: She kills the puzzle game, by the way.
- 18:26Speaker 6: So now I'm the I used to be the rem
- 18:29Speaker 6: brand of paint by Numbers, but now because I'm the
- 18:33Speaker 6: of my age, now I'm the Grandma Moses of paint
- 18:36Speaker 6: by Number. And most of your people will have to
- 18:39Speaker 6: look that up because it's way before their time.
- 18:43Speaker 2: Mom. I have a question. You make these amazing blankets
- 18:47Speaker 2: for the kids for lalla.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Aren't they called Afghans?
- 18:51Speaker 2: Would you ever sell Afghans online to our fans?
- 18:56Speaker 1: Yes?
- 18:57Speaker 6: I would, but they would be expensive, Randy, they take
- 19:00Speaker 6: so much time.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Okay, give us a price. Let's see if we get
- 19:03Speaker 2: a customer. How the South of Stoke? Give me a
- 19:06Speaker 2: price a thousand? How much is an Afghan five hundred thousands?
- 19:10Speaker 5: I would sell it for like five hundred.
- 19:13Speaker 1: I mean, as you should. You walk around with band
- 19:15Speaker 1: aids on every finger from like how the needle and
- 19:19Speaker 1: thread or yarn has like, not.
- 19:21Speaker 6: Only do my band aids, but I gave myself knitting elbow,
- 19:24Speaker 6: so I have to wear a brace on my elbow.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Now, oh my god, I can't deal you're awesome. You're
- 19:30Speaker 1: one of then I.
- 19:31Speaker 2: Was going to say that lost.
- 19:33Speaker 6: If I was a full time actress instead of only
- 19:36Speaker 6: a part time actress, I wouldn't have to do that.
- 19:40Speaker 5: I'd be so busy learning my lines.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Well, I gotta tell you, mom, You've come a long
- 19:45Speaker 2: way as an actor. I'm very proud of you, and
- 19:49Speaker 2: I want you to continue focusing on your craft. It's
- 19:53Speaker 2: your second career. You're a pure bread, thoroughbread, thoroughbread of acting,
- 19:59Speaker 2: and I'm excited to have you in my next movie.
- 20:03Speaker 2: La La is excited to act opposite you in the
- 20:06Speaker 2: next movie. It's a family affair.
- 20:08Speaker 5: I hope she's taking lessons so she can keep up
- 20:11Speaker 5: with me.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Oh who dropped the mic Leslie? Oh my gosh. I
- 20:17Speaker 1: freaking love her, so I keep up with her. She's
- 20:20Speaker 1: such a badassm Yes, Leslie, I take lessons. I take coaching.
- 20:25Speaker 5: Okay. Anyway, I love you, guys, and I'm really glad
- 20:29Speaker 5: you called. Well.
- 20:29Speaker 2: I just want to say we were thinking about you
- 20:31Speaker 2: this morning. I miss you very much. I haven't seen
- 20:33Speaker 2: you since July, and I plan on seeing you next
- 20:37Speaker 2: month November.
- 20:38Speaker 5: I love you, guys.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Yes, we love you very much.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Love you less. We love you so much, love you, mome.
- 20:43Speaker 2: My mom is one of a kind, one of a kind.
- 20:45Speaker 1: I really love her. She is and can I tell
- 20:47Speaker 1: you we did not click at the beginning. I was like,
- 20:51Speaker 1: I don't get her humor. Example, Leslie calls while I'm
- 20:54Speaker 1: in Utah. It's me and my mom, and my mom
- 20:57Speaker 1: and Leslie are thick, like they are tight as it comes.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Wait last week, yeah, just recently. So she calls and
- 21:04Speaker 1: I put her on speaker because I think Leslie's a
- 21:06Speaker 1: hoot and a half. And I want my friend Olivia
- 21:09Speaker 1: and her mom said she just had a baby, so
- 21:11Speaker 1: we're just kicking it. I want them to hear her.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I asked, Leslie, how's Boden, your sister's baby. I was like,
- 21:17Speaker 1: he's so cute that video, and she was like, eh,
- 21:20Speaker 1: he's like a b minus. Okay, right, So I already
- 21:24Speaker 1: know Leslie being Leslie. She's totally fucking around. So when
- 21:30Speaker 1: I hang up with her and I tell my friend
- 21:32Speaker 1: like she was joking, she was like she was joking.
- 21:34Speaker 1: I thought she was serious. I'm like, yes, that's what
- 21:37Speaker 1: I thought. When I first met Leslie, I was like,
- 21:39Speaker 1: she's too rough around the edges like I need love
- 21:42Speaker 1: and to be babied, but now I get her. So
- 21:45Speaker 1: she's just like the goat. Leslie's the goat.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I love that she is. She's my mom is well,
- 21:50Speaker 2: I mean, look at me as a character. I mean
- 21:53Speaker 2: where I come from, there you go. And my dad's
- 21:55Speaker 2: the same. My dad's equally a character.
- 21:58Speaker 1: But Ethan Emmett Randall's dad. When you sit down, you
- 22:02Speaker 1: feel like you're sitting down with the Godfather. It is
- 22:04Speaker 1: fucking awesome.
- 22:05Speaker 2: I love it.
- 22:06Speaker 3: He gives me a cigar every time, you know, place
- 22:09Speaker 3: or he comes out to set or whatever, and we
- 22:11Speaker 3: sit and we smoke a cigar. I feel like I'm
- 22:13Speaker 3: seventy years old.
- 22:16Speaker 2: Wonderful. My dad. My dad loves the cigars. I mean, boy,
- 22:20Speaker 2: he really takes pride. I don't know anything about cigars.
- 22:22Speaker 2: Tim loves cigars. But my dad's human ores. I think
- 22:25Speaker 2: he's got like ten or twelve of them in the
- 22:27Speaker 2: house and they travels with them. So yeah, it's pretty Uh,
- 22:30Speaker 2: it's pretty impressive. But you know, my dad is a boss,
- 22:32Speaker 2: and and you know I try to fill those shoes.
- 22:36Speaker 1: But I think you and I both got super lucky
- 22:39Speaker 1: with the in laws. Tim, you're lucky too, you're close
- 22:42Speaker 1: with your in laws.
- 22:43Speaker 3: I am, yeah, yeah you are. I'm very lucky.
- 22:45Speaker 1: You know that that's not a common thing.
- 22:47Speaker 3: No, no it's not.
- 22:49Speaker 1: It's actually super uncommon. Most people, like obviously there's in
- 22:52Speaker 1: law jokes for a reason because it's like, oh my god,
- 22:55Speaker 1: I can't deal. But Rand, I think we definitely lucked
- 22:59Speaker 1: out at the in lives.
- 23:00Speaker 2: A three hundred percent. I have one more, one more
- 23:03Speaker 2: surprise guest, and this is a guest that I wanted
- 23:05Speaker 2: to have on our podcast for a long time. Hello
- 23:10Speaker 2: cost cop Telegram.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Oh my god, Emma, I'm so sorry.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Oh my god, Yeah, you're on the podcast surprise guest.
- 23:20Speaker 4: You losers. So funny, it's so funny. I saw it
- 23:24Speaker 4: at ten nine fifty nine. I was like, these motherfuckers
- 23:27Speaker 4: are calling me.
- 23:28Speaker 2: To We just called. Look, we just called to say
- 23:34Speaker 2: we love you. We haven't heard from you in a while.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Now we're going to have a what the fuck.
- 23:37Speaker 1: I'm going to pretend like it's because I got a
- 23:39Speaker 1: new number and you don't have it, that I haven't
- 23:41Speaker 1: heard from you.
- 23:42Speaker 4: But whatever, I'm seeing you at fucking one thirty or
- 23:47Speaker 4: one o'clock.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Oh, I'll be here. It's the only reason why I'm
- 23:50Speaker 1: going to stay.
- 23:50Speaker 4: I'm so excited.
- 23:52Speaker 1: I love you em love you too, babe.
- 23:54Speaker 4: How are you feeling?
- 23:55Speaker 5: You know?
- 23:55Speaker 1: I feel I wish that my bump would like really
- 23:58Speaker 1: pop because I'm sick of people asking if I have
- 24:01Speaker 1: a surrogate, which there's nothing wrong with that. I think
- 24:05Speaker 1: that surrogates are angels on Earth. But I don't have one, right,
- 24:10Speaker 1: so I would like that to happen. But otherwise I
- 24:12Speaker 1: feel great.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Well, how many weeks are you?
- 24:15Speaker 1: I'm fifteen today, so you're soon soon, soon, It'll possibly,
- 24:21Speaker 1: that's what my mom said. She said it like five months.
- 24:24Speaker 1: She just all of a sudden was like, hey, there's
- 24:26Speaker 1: a baby.
- 24:27Speaker 4: Yeah, but you're also probably going to carry pretty small.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I would imagine how did you carry Lola? Were you big?
- 24:33Speaker 4: If you saw me from behind, you would never know
- 24:36Speaker 4: I was pregnant. Okay, forty weeks or thirty eight weeks,
- 24:39Speaker 4: whatever it was, that's the key. I gained twenty eight
- 24:41Speaker 4: pounds total.
- 24:42Speaker 2: Wow, a lot. But you're very similar. You're barely showing.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I mean, it's pretty impressive that you're.
- 24:49Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I was the same way. I was, like
- 24:51Speaker 4: when the hell is this. I don't even believe I'm pregnant.
- 24:53Speaker 1: Okay, I'm not going to worry about it.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I said, don't worry.
- 24:57Speaker 4: Don't worry.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Now, I'm a real quick question and then we're gonna
- 24:59Speaker 2: let you go. Because you're a busy, successful powerhouse. When
- 25:02Speaker 2: you got nominated for two Oscars last year, what big deal?
- 25:06Speaker 2: What was it like?
- 25:07Speaker 4: Seriously, Well, it was exhilarating and exciting and very proud
- 25:13Speaker 4: moments in my life, you know, really really proud of
- 25:17Speaker 4: both those films. So yeah, it was a little bit,
- 25:20Speaker 4: you know, look to say, I wasn't expecting the Irishman
- 25:23Speaker 4: would be a lie, but you know, I was really
- 25:25Speaker 4: thrilled when both of them got it, especially Joker for
- 25:30Speaker 4: Todd and you know, for him for all the work
- 25:32Speaker 4: and what a beautiful film he made, you know, so
- 25:35Speaker 4: I was really happy about that.
- 25:36Speaker 2: The other thing I want to tell you is for
- 25:39Speaker 2: people that don't know, Joker and Irishmen were the two
- 25:42Speaker 2: movies she produced that were both nominated for Best Picture
- 25:45Speaker 2: and only the third woman in the history of cinema,
- 25:47Speaker 2: which is a gigantic feed. I just it's pretty bad ass.
- 25:52Speaker 2: She gets to hold that forever and be in the
- 25:54Speaker 2: history books, and I think it's cool. And she also
- 25:58Speaker 2: historically gets to tell people that she got to work
- 26:00Speaker 2: with Randall Emman, and that is a blessing.
- 26:02Speaker 4: That is, without question the highlight of my career to date.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Silence and Irish I just want to.
- 26:14Speaker 4: And Irishman, but more importantly, truly the highlight is my
- 26:20Speaker 4: Vander Pump Rules connection.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Yes, by the way, by the way, nobody.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Knows is what I love about Emma. She hangs out
- 26:27Speaker 1: with a list celebrities like it's no fucking.
- 26:29Speaker 4: I gets totally starstruck and freaked out.
- 26:32Speaker 2: I want to, I want to. I want to tell
- 26:35Speaker 2: everybody a story. I want to tell everybody's story. So Emma,
- 26:38Speaker 2: who's this powerhouse who does work with the biggest movie
- 26:41Speaker 2: stars from Leonardo DiCaprio to you know, you name it.
- 26:45Speaker 2: The list goes on. It's so crazy to me because
- 26:49Speaker 2: when I told Emma that we were filming the season
- 26:52Speaker 2: finale of Anner Pump Rules at Tom Tom, let me
- 26:54Speaker 2: just tell this, this is so funny that season finale,
- 26:57Speaker 2: She's like, only God, I'm at dinner right now, are
- 26:58Speaker 2: you serious? And she knows the cast, she already knows
- 27:01Speaker 2: most of them. Because she's met them or hung out
- 27:04Speaker 2: with them with us and kind of friends with a
- 27:05Speaker 2: few of them. But she's like, the whole cast is
- 27:08Speaker 2: gonna be there. I said, every single one she goes,
- 27:10Speaker 2: I need to meet them, but I will not be
- 27:13Speaker 2: on cameras, so don't even think about it. And I
- 27:15Speaker 2: was like, no, of course not. And then I told
- 27:18Speaker 2: the producers I.
- 27:19Speaker 4: Did spot myself.
- 27:20Speaker 1: Did you have me?
- 27:21Speaker 3: It took me.
- 27:22Speaker 4: It took me a while to watch it because I
- 27:24Speaker 4: was so mortified. God only knows, Thank God, thank God,
- 27:29Speaker 4: you'd have to only be.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Me to spot me. Oh, I gotta tell you it
- 27:33Speaker 2: was so fun. How fun was that night.
- 27:35Speaker 4: Emma rocking out to the James Wella performance?
- 27:38Speaker 1: Yeah? Yeah, Emma. Emma is a true you know, she's
- 27:44Speaker 1: down for the cause of vander Pump.
- 27:46Speaker 2: She loves vander Pump. She does. People don't realize she
- 27:49Speaker 2: is obsessed. She will text me things when something breaks
- 27:52Speaker 2: on vander Pump, some me I don't even know about.
- 27:54Speaker 2: She'll be like, I am dying and I'm like about what, Emma,
- 27:58Speaker 2: And she's like about the relate and I'm like, stand
- 28:01Speaker 2: by la la. Emma wants to know what's going on.
- 28:03Speaker 2: I think it is.
- 28:05Speaker 1: It's awesome, so great.
- 28:07Speaker 4: I love it.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Anyway, I just want to tell you we love you.
- 28:10Speaker 2: And I want to also tell you thank you for
- 28:12Speaker 2: giving me your husband Nick on my last movie he
- 28:14Speaker 2: produced and this one I'm about to do because honestly,
- 28:17Speaker 2: he is one of the most badass producers and has
- 28:21Speaker 2: my back. No, he makes my job. He makes my
- 28:24Speaker 2: job ten times he offers me zen he does.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Well.
- 28:28Speaker 4: Good, I'm coming. I'm coming for you at one. We
- 28:30Speaker 4: gotta we gotta, we gotta hammer out that.
- 28:32Speaker 2: Deal, buddy. Okay, it's already closed, Okay, And I want
- 28:35Speaker 2: to I want to thank We love see guys. You
- 28:39Speaker 2: Never you do business with Emma, you get steamrolled gangster.
- 28:43Speaker 1: All right, We'll see you at one.
- 28:44Speaker 2: All right, Thanks Eva. Okay, So anyway, that was fun.
- 28:50Speaker 2: I miss Emma. I'm so excited to see her today.
- 28:52Speaker 2: And I will tell you it's crazy to me sometimes
- 28:55Speaker 2: law that your show, and I guess should be crazy
- 28:58Speaker 2: because it's a great show. But how many big stars,
- 29:03Speaker 2: big Hollywood players, athletes, all types people. There are a
- 29:07Speaker 2: lot of big fans out there, and Emma was like
- 29:09Speaker 2: one of the most surprising when I met her. So
- 29:10Speaker 2: many years ago. I mean she when I say a fan,
- 29:13Speaker 2: she's not just like, oh my god, I love vander Pump.
- 29:16Speaker 2: It's fun to watch. She's like, what happened to Jack?
- 29:20Speaker 2: And I'm like, are you for real? We're like we
- 29:22Speaker 2: were in the middle. We would be making Irishmen and
- 29:25Speaker 2: we'd be on set and she would come up to
- 29:27Speaker 2: me and say things like did you talk to Lala?
- 29:30Speaker 2: And you want to want you know, It's just it's amazing.
- 29:31Speaker 1: I want to say a couple of things. The first
- 29:34Speaker 1: one is being a part of vander Pump I will
- 29:36Speaker 1: forever be grateful for. But Timbo and Rand being a
- 29:41Speaker 1: part of a reality show has been humbling for me
- 29:43Speaker 1: because I never imagined myself doing it. I was going
- 29:47Speaker 1: to be an actress. I've been in the arts since twelve.
- 29:50Speaker 1: So for me, it was like kind of tucking my
- 29:53Speaker 1: tail between my legs, like I guess we're doing this
- 29:56Speaker 1: instead now, you know? And I am grateful, like it's
- 29:59Speaker 1: led to a lot of great things for me, but
- 30:01Speaker 1: there's like.
- 30:01Speaker 3: A stigma attached to it as well, of course.
- 30:04Speaker 1: And I used to watch reality TV and I was
- 30:07Speaker 1: entertained by it, but it was like, but those like
- 30:09Speaker 1: I'm never gonna be one of those people, you know,
- 30:12Speaker 1: and here I am. So I was humbled by it.
- 30:14Speaker 1: So to hear people like I'm the cask Off, be
- 30:17Speaker 1: like I'm such a fan, it's like thank you to
- 30:21Speaker 1: hear that, you know, I'm not just like some show
- 30:25Speaker 1: pony joke.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Babe. First of all, you'll have to remember, I know
- 30:29Speaker 2: you don't look at it always this way, but you know,
- 30:32Speaker 2: I always say this about vander Pump, and I always
- 30:34Speaker 2: say it about any any television show, reality show in
- 30:37Speaker 2: the universe. And you know, I was fortunate enough to
- 30:40Speaker 2: be part of you know, Power and six years on television.
- 30:45Speaker 2: But I just want to say this. When you have
- 30:47Speaker 2: a show like vander Pump Rules that's been on for
- 30:49Speaker 2: is it not eight seasons so far?
- 30:51Speaker 1: Eight seasons?
- 30:52Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 30:52Speaker 5: Eight?
- 30:52Speaker 2: I mean this is tim I mean, I mean it's
- 30:55Speaker 2: so rare. It's like it's lightning in a bottle. And
- 30:57Speaker 2: I don't care if it's a scripted show or an
- 30:59Speaker 2: unscript the show like vander Pump, it is lightning in
- 31:02Speaker 2: a bottle. It means everybody's doing something magical. And to
- 31:05Speaker 2: be on the air for eight years on a major network,
- 31:07Speaker 2: I give you a lot of props, and sometimes you
- 31:09Speaker 2: need to give yourself more props than you do because
- 31:11Speaker 2: it's a big deal.
- 31:12Speaker 1: It is a huge deal, And I just want to say,
- 31:15Speaker 1: I now understand why when I came on to vander
- 31:18Speaker 1: Pump season four, why all of the the ogs were like,
- 31:21Speaker 1: who the fuck is this bitch? Because they had created something,
- 31:25Speaker 1: and granted, you bring new people on, and you do
- 31:27Speaker 1: feel like, Okay, well they were brought on because they're
- 31:30Speaker 1: obviously needed. But then, you know, take me into my
- 31:35Speaker 1: fifth season, season eight of the show, and they're bringing
- 31:37Speaker 1: all these new cast members on. The start hearing like, oh,
- 31:41Speaker 1: they think they're gonna, you know, do this in the show,
- 31:44Speaker 1: and it's like a boo boo honey. Like Charlie, her
- 31:50Speaker 1: whole thing was, they're jealous and intimidated because I'm young,
- 31:55Speaker 1: which is such a stupid insult. It's like, you also
- 31:58Speaker 1: get old. We all have birthdays, all right, She's like,
- 32:01Speaker 1: because I'm young, younger and prettier and skinny. Like, first
- 32:06Speaker 1: of all, if I want to see someone young, pretty
- 32:08Speaker 1: and skinny, I'll just look in the fucking mirror, all right, okay,
- 32:13Speaker 1: Or I'll go like hang out with my friends and
- 32:15Speaker 1: I'll go see them young, pretty and skinny like that
- 32:18Speaker 1: doesn't intimidate me, And like cascof intimidates me, Bethany fucking
- 32:23Speaker 1: frankl intimidates me. All Right, when you have a successful
- 32:26Speaker 1: business and you do something worthwhile, I'll be intimidated by you.
- 32:30Speaker 1: Young pretty and skinny doesn't really make me intimidated. So
- 32:35Speaker 1: you just see these ponies that are like they just
- 32:38Speaker 1: want to recreate what they've already seen, like, oh, young
- 32:41Speaker 1: pretty and skinny.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Wow?
- 32:42Speaker 1: Where to have I heard that from my own mouth
- 32:44Speaker 1: when I first came on to vander pump you know, like,
- 32:47Speaker 1: shut the fuck up. So I do have ownership.
- 32:51Speaker 5: I did.
- 32:51Speaker 1: I peed on the show. It is officially my territory.
- 32:56Speaker 1: I agree. We're gonna take a break now that I've
- 32:59Speaker 1: been on my You should see Tim's face. He's just
- 33:02Speaker 1: staring at me. Let's go to a break and we'll
- 33:05Speaker 1: be back with voicemails.
- 33:12Speaker 2: And we're bad.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Yes, give them laala with oh spooky wellowey.
- 33:24Speaker 7: No.
- 33:24Speaker 2: Next week, we're doing a Halloween edition, okay, and I
- 33:27Speaker 2: want everybody to know one thing. We're giving out a
- 33:30Speaker 2: two and fifty dollars pumpkin certificate for a listener.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Wow more, Okay, cool, I think that's awesome. Yeah, okay, listen,
- 33:41Speaker 1: I get this DM from this chick, and I get
- 33:44Speaker 1: a lot of cool dms. Right, But like, I want
- 33:46Speaker 1: the voicemails. I want to be able to play their
- 33:50Speaker 1: question on the podcast. So please remember you guys to
- 33:53Speaker 1: call in. The number is eight six six La La pod. Okay.
- 33:58Speaker 1: So I send her a message back. I'm like, oh
- 34:00Speaker 1: my god, you have to call in. So she calls in.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Here's the first voicemail. I'm obsessed with this question.
- 34:06Speaker 7: Hi La La, Hi Randall. This is me Shall calling
- 34:10Speaker 7: and I love love, love, love love you guys' podcast.
- 34:13Speaker 7: So I was listening in and I actually saw and
- 34:15Speaker 7: heard that La La, you guys are do April fifth.
- 34:19Speaker 7: So funny story, I'm actually doing April sixth. How crazy
- 34:22Speaker 7: is it that we're like do a day apart. But
- 34:25Speaker 7: the reason for my call is because I'm fifteen weeks
- 34:28Speaker 7: pregnant and I'm actually not showing at all, and all
- 34:32Speaker 7: my friends and family are kind of like worried. They're like,
- 34:35Speaker 7: you need to put some weight on, Like how come
- 34:37Speaker 7: you're not showing? But I want to see if you
- 34:39Speaker 7: guys had any advice on the differences from body changes
- 34:44Speaker 7: from soon to be moms from mom to mom, Like
- 34:46Speaker 7: when do some women start to show? When do some
- 34:48Speaker 7: women not start showing? Like how come some people are
- 34:52Speaker 7: showing a little later than others. I'm like to love
- 34:54Speaker 7: me advice, please share with me. Thank you, dude.
- 34:58Speaker 1: So she has the same issue that I'm not issue.
- 35:00Speaker 1: But you start bump comparing. I know it sounds so strange,
- 35:04Speaker 1: and people bump shame you.
- 35:06Speaker 3: It's fucked up.
- 35:07Speaker 2: It's so bottoblez.
- 35:09Speaker 3: A lot of your doctor says you're okay, You're okay.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Don't listen to your friends, right right.
- 35:15Speaker 2: Well, nobody should be shaming anybody exactly. That's wrong.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Well no, and like there are certain comments that you see,
- 35:21Speaker 1: like you try to avoid them. But there was the
- 35:23Speaker 1: picture of me, Brittany and Stossy and there was one comment.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Of course, it takes like a hundred good comments to
- 35:29Speaker 1: weigh out one bad one. I didn't see a hundred,
- 35:31Speaker 1: so I'm still focused on the one bad one. And
- 35:34Speaker 1: it was like, well, at least Stossy and Brittany are
- 35:37Speaker 1: being healthy during their pregnancy, And I was like, that
- 35:40Speaker 1: is so rude, Like fuck you. So I can this girl.
- 35:46Speaker 1: I vibe with her because she's the exact word do
- 35:49Speaker 1: One day apart, we're both fifteen weeks and her family's
- 35:53Speaker 1: worried because she's not showing. But I went into my
- 35:57Speaker 1: I feel like if her OB is not saying like
- 36:00Speaker 1: something to be concerned about, then there's nothing to be
- 36:02Speaker 1: concerned about, exactly right, exactly like I wouldn't even worry
- 36:05Speaker 1: about the bump.
- 36:07Speaker 3: No, people show at different times, Like everyone's different.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Everyone's different. It doesn't mean anything. And actually, on the
- 36:14Speaker 1: the app that I use What to Expect, there's like
- 36:17Speaker 1: a whole video that goes through like one hundred different
- 36:20Speaker 1: bumps that are like and at the end it's like,
- 36:22Speaker 1: don't worry about your bump, you know, like they all
- 36:26Speaker 1: look different.
- 36:27Speaker 2: Yeah, And my.
- 36:29Speaker 1: OBI was like, stop worrying about the freaking bump. It'll come.
- 36:32Speaker 1: Your baby's healthy, it's heartbeat is awesome. And then I
- 36:35Speaker 1: was like, all right, we're good. I'll just keep wearing
- 36:37Speaker 1: baggy clothes so that I don't have to worry about it.
- 36:39Speaker 1: So to our caller, Michelle, don't worry about it. If
- 36:44Speaker 1: your OB is saying that the baby's healthy, the bump
- 36:47Speaker 1: is just something that you know, we can make look
- 36:50Speaker 1: cute earlier on if we get it at you know,
- 36:54Speaker 1: four months, which we're not.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Next question.
- 37:00Speaker 8: I love that, Randall. I'm so excited for you guys
- 37:03Speaker 8: that you're having a girl. Oh my gosh, it's so exciting.
- 37:08Speaker 8: I'm from Boston and my name is Gina, and I
- 37:11Speaker 8: just started listening to your podcast, and again, I'm so
- 37:15Speaker 8: excited for you. But I wanted to tell you one thing.
- 37:19Speaker 8: When I gave birth. This is like my favorite thing.
- 37:23Speaker 4: That I did.
- 37:24Speaker 8: I put around at the hospital.
- 37:26Speaker 2: I put those little boat of.
- 37:29Speaker 8: Candles all around the room and it made it so
- 37:32Speaker 8: much more relaxing for everyone. And I had them shut
- 37:36Speaker 8: off the top really bright lights and it just kind
- 37:39Speaker 8: of made it the room really relaxing and really calm
- 37:43Speaker 8: and kind of then, so that is my suggestion for you,
- 37:47Speaker 8: and I hope you have an amazing pregnancy. It really
- 37:50Speaker 8: has had to get My daughter, Natalie is a mentals
- 37:54Speaker 8: and it's the best thing in the entire world. Okay,
- 37:57Speaker 8: thank you so much, And I hope.
- 38:01Speaker 2: That is really cool. I actually love that idea. I
- 38:05Speaker 2: don't know if the hospital that we are having the
- 38:08Speaker 2: baby will let us light it up like that. But
- 38:11Speaker 2: if any candle company wants to send us some candles,
- 38:15Speaker 2: I will light it up in our house and then
- 38:17Speaker 2: when the baby comes, I'll bring them to the hospital
- 38:19Speaker 2: and maybe I love to.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Get that big bright and both hospitals are fluorescent lighting
- 38:23Speaker 1: like that babe has been snug in a womb for
- 38:26Speaker 1: nine months and then it's just like, oh.
- 38:29Speaker 2: My god, that face. Everybody was epic. Wait, let me
- 38:32Speaker 2: get a picture so I can post that. No, no, no,
- 38:35Speaker 2: that was special. Just the baby comes out and oh
- 38:39Speaker 2: my god, wait hold it, do a video, do a video. Wait, wait, wait,
- 38:44Speaker 2: hold on, okay, and the baby comes.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Out, baby comes out like.
- 38:52Speaker 2: The amazing Oh my god, I'm posting that. You better
- 38:56Speaker 2: after the episode, of course, people want to see that.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Oh my god. I need a still picture of that too.
- 39:01Speaker 2: It was too good, law, It's one of the best fights. Okay,
- 39:03Speaker 2: wait one more time the baby comes out and it.
- 39:08Speaker 1: Can I see it.
- 39:11Speaker 2: That's exactly what a new guys, I cannot wait. Just
- 39:15Speaker 2: go to my answering a page and I'll have this
- 39:17Speaker 2: picture posting.
- 39:18Speaker 1: You're rude.
- 39:19Speaker 2: It is so adorable. Okay, but but I do agree
- 39:23Speaker 2: with you that when the baby does come out, you know,
- 39:26Speaker 2: I think that's a great idea, and we're definitely gonna
- 39:28Speaker 2: see if we can get that approved because it's gonna
- 39:31Speaker 2: be jarring, right, yes.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Yes, And what's sad is they don't even know what's
- 39:35Speaker 1: about to fucking hit them in a few years, you know, life.
- 39:40Speaker 1: So let's let's at least turn the lights out when
- 39:43Speaker 1: they're born.
- 39:43Speaker 2: You know, great, great idea. Oh guys, I have to
- 39:47Speaker 2: say something. I've really enjoyed this morning session. I think
- 39:50Speaker 2: we need to do mornings more often.
- 39:52Speaker 1: The mornings are good. Knock them out, get them done.
- 39:54Speaker 1: You think you're one with the people out and working,
- 39:57Speaker 1: you know, working, We are working, That's.
