- 0:00Hi there. Have you ever stopped from saying the thing you want out loud because
- 0:05of anything really? Hesitation,
- 0:08fear, just stopping yourself from saying the thing you want out loud?
- 0:12If so, today is for you. I am Kimberly Boyd,
- 0:15Founder of Live Life Fully, and welcome to Candid Coach Conversations.
- 0:19Today I have with me the amazing Shuntá Montgomery and
- 0:22the absolutely wonderful Tiffanie Hughes.
- 0:25Hey ladies.
- 0:26Hey.
- 0:26Hello.
- 0:27So this keeps coming up about what we say out loud and what we want
- 0:32and whether we say it or not. And so I wanted to ask the two of you to come
- 0:36on here today and share with us your experience with naming what you want out loud,
- 0:41your thoughts about it. Yeah, so who's up?
- 0:45I want to hear from both of you.
- 0:47Well, I actually I would love to talk about this topic ~ because
- 0:50it is something that I feel actually really passionate about.
- 0:53And my family knows me as someone who when I say something,
- 0:57it's because I'm going to do it,
- 0:58right? I remember back in two thousand nine I said,
- 1:01Dad, I think I'm gonna move to Europe and he said,
- 1:03Well, okay, I think it looks like you're gonna move to Europe.
- 1:05And it was that simple, right?
- 1:07Mm maybe not everybody believed it because it feels so outlandish at the time.
- 1:11I said it, I did it.
- 1:12Right. I said, Dad, I think I'm gonna get married.
- 1:14And he goes, Well, okay, I guess I'm gonna be a father-in-law.
- 1:17I got married, right? It's it's one of those things where for me,
- 1:21when I say something, it's because I'm going to do it.
- 1:24I have intentions to follow it through as best of my ability.
- 1:28And I'm gonna tell you one of the things that I learned through
- 1:31my own coaching experience, being coached and becoming a coach.
- 1:34Is that it almost holds you responsible,
- 1:36right? It holds you accountable to when you say things,
- 1:39right? Because you want to be trusted.
- 1:40You want people to believe in you.
- 1:42You want also people to cheer you on.
- 1:45And the only way for them to do that is if you start saying things out loud,
- 1:49right? I said, honey, I think I want to ~ start a coaching company.
- 1:54You know, I st I I want to start,
- 1:55I think I want to become a coach.
- 1:56And he said, Okay, what
- 1:58~
- 1:58can I do to support you? Right.
- 1:59And then it became him having those conversations with me.
- 2:02And it wasn't just something that was in my head because,
- 2:05you know, there's been little birdies chirping in my ears ~
- 2:07Ha.
- 2:08for, you know, a year or two prior to that.
- 2:10And when I finally started to talk about it,
- 2:13right, I think I could possibly maybe and then everybody else started coming with
- 2:19me saying, Yes, my gosh, that makes so much sense.
- 2:22This is what you need to do. And I think it's the idea of accountability
- 2:26and holding yourself accountable because once you've said it,
- 2:29it's out there.
- 2:30Right.
- 2:30Very true. Very true.
- 2:31Yeah.
- 2:32Yeah.
- 2:32So many times that stuff has popped out of my mouth and I'm like,
- 2:36did I just say that out loud? Meaning,
- 2:39somebody heard me. And now there's that follow-through piece.
- 2:42Because you're right, Tiffanie,
- 2:43I agree. About the trust, the integrity,
- 2:45and the knowing when other people know it shifts something,
- 2:49at least in my brain, it shifts something and makes me want to even do it more.
- 2:54Yeah. Sante, what about you? Saying the thing you want out loud?
- 2:58Like, what does that mean to you and what experiences have you had?
- 3:02Okay, great question and as Tiffanie was talking I was like my gosh,
- 3:07I I love this question and I was thinking about my own experiences and
- 3:11I was like okay so there's a lot of times I go set and that's on a poster
- 3:17or that's written down and I'm like trying to figure out when have
- 3:21I actually said something out loud and it came true.
- 3:24Cause yes once you put it on a goal and you write it then you say it
- 3:28out loud but then
- 3:29But not even going and not even going there writing it,
- 3:32just saying it out loud. And I couldn't think of anything until Kimberly,
- 3:35you asked me that question. I was like,
- 3:37I remember. Okay, so it was the first retreat that I went to from your retreat,
- 3:43Kimberly Boy. And I said I was gonna speak at the next stage.
- 3:47~ at the next retreat. I wanted to be on the stage.
- 3:50And so, yeah.
- 3:51I have been on the stage since then after I said that out loud.
- 3:54So I love that because I didn't write that goal down.
- 3:58I spoke that and it was scary.
- 4:00It was scary to say that out loud in front of everyone 'cause I didn't know what
- 4:05that entailed, how I was gonna get there,
- 4:07what I needed to do to get there.
- 4:09I just knew that I wanted to be there.
- 4:11Right. It's funny that you say you had trouble thinking of something 'cause several
- 4:15things pop in my mind that that you have done.
- 4:18So if it's okay I'd love to refresh your memory.
- 4:20Please.
- 4:21Like I remember the day you were talking to me and you said,
- 4:24I want to create a digital planner.
- 4:26And by golly, you've done it. I also remember another day,
- 4:30even before the digital planner,
- 4:31that you said, you know, I think I want to write my story.
- 4:34And you've written the rough draft.
- 4:37~ yes.
- 4:37yes. I also remember a day that you said,
- 4:41like, I want to love myself more and I want to take care of me.
- 4:45Like I want to put me first so that I can overflow onto others.
- 4:51And you did. You uprooted your life to take care of yourself.
- 4:57Yeah. Okay. All true. And I don't know why I don't know the reason none
- 5:02of those came up for me at all.
- 5:04Yeah, fascinating.
- 5:05think also I'd like to interject is sometimes when you say things out loud,
- 5:09it also reveals the conflict around it.
- 5:12Right. So for instance, I want to love myself.
- 5:15Not only do people it always seems when you manifest things out in
- 5:18the world like that, people come into your life that need to be there,
- 5:21right? Because somehow they've been drawn to you.
- 5:24And it it kind of helps you resolve some feelings that you might have when
- 5:28you get it out there. Right. And and people come up with resources.
- 5:31Right. They're like, hey, you know what?
- 5:32I had this similar experience.
- 5:34Or hey, you know what? We're gonna go to this retreat next week.
- 5:36And I really loved the impact that it made on my life,
- 5:39my la my life last time. Right.
- 5:41So I think that sometimes when you say things out loud,
- 5:44you share some some vision that you might have.
- 5:47It it actually allows you to kind of explore ~ things that are around it.
- 5:52Yeah.
- 5:53And and and this is the thing that we talk about in therapy all the time
- 5:56is this ~ ruminating.
- 5:58Right. So what if we stop ruminating and put it out there?
- 6:02Because I think it's it stops that cyclical thinking that goes nowhere.
- 6:05Because we know circles, there's no end,
- 6:07there's no beginning, there's no end,
- 6:08it just is on and on and on. And so putting it out there kind of has like
- 6:12a stop and said, No, we're we can move forward from here.
- 6:15And and it doesn't always have to be big things,
- 6:17right? Saying things don't always have to be the big things that slap
- 6:21you in the face and say, Hey, we're here.
- 6:23Sometimes they can be quiet things too,
- 6:25but it's those quiet things that can make all the difference in the world.
- 6:28I think I was trying to focus more on a big thing.
- 6:31Well, I don't know, huge thing.
- 6:34I don't know, cause those are huge and big.
- 6:35But they're also for you, right?
- 6:37The retreat was something that you would share with other people.
- 6:39But those things that Kimberly just mentioned,
- 6:41that was about your self growth.
- 6:43Those were about your needs or wants and desires.
- 6:45And those are just as important.
- 6:47Absolutely. I definitely agree to that.
- 6:49Yes. Yes. I love
- 6:51Yeah, I also wanna
- 6:53too, what I'm hearing is that both of you,
- 6:56it sounds like have done this times of reflection.
- 6:59And I think it's so important to take time to reflect,
- 7:03whether it's over your day or over your week or month or even the year,
- 7:07and give yourself credit. Like really acknowledge yourself.
- 7:11For the things that you've done and acknowledge yourself for the things
- 7:14you haven't done. Because here's what I believe,
- 7:16and I don't know if it's true.
- 7:17This is what I believe is some of the things that I don't get done,
- 7:21if you will, and I realize done is only when it comes to cooking.
- 7:24So some of the things you don't get finished,
- 7:26maybe they weren't supposed to be finished.
- 7:29And it's through those periods of reflection that I'm able to say,
- 7:32okay.
- 7:33That was because I dropped the ball,
- 7:35like literally forgot, dropped the ball,
- 7:37didn't make the time to do it,
- 7:39or that didn't get finished or accomplished because it was time for me to pivot.
- 7:44I wasn't this is not where I was anymore.
- 7:46It was time for the shift.
- 7:48Now, I don't know. For me, without the reflection,
- 7:50I don't know that I would always get there.
- 7:52But I do think it's so important.
- 7:54And Shuntá, I know that you have a reflection practice.
- 7:56Mm-hmm.
- 7:57Tiffanie, I know you have a reflection practice.
- 7:58And so really giving yourself credit and acknowledging even the small things,
- 8:04even those quiet things that Tiffanie you were mentioning.
- 8:07Yeah, you know, that that brings up a thought and that is I I think you have
- 8:12a good point in saying like, you know,
- 8:13when we h have to pivot or, you know,
- 8:16maybe we're not putting energy into something that doesn't quite feel like it's
- 8:20~ meeting our needs or whatever it is.
- 8:23And you know, the thing I I think it happens in our brain is that when
- 8:27it stays here, all of life's things,
- 8:30right, tend to get a little heavier.
- 8:31Right. They they feel a little heavy.
- 8:33They can overpower you, they can overwhelm you.
- 8:35And I think that when you say it out loud,
- 8:38you actually free it so that it has the room that it needs to grow.
- 8:41So whatever that thing is, right?
- 8:43Because who doesn't have to do laundry every week or wash the dishes
- 8:47or cook cook dinner and all these things happen every day.
- 8:50These things don't go away. But what doesn't get to have to happen is
- 8:55I don't have to start a new company.
- 8:57I don't have to do self-care.
- 8:59Right. I don't have to do these things that are going to take care of me
- 9:02and help me grow as a human. And then as soon as I say it,
- 9:05it frees it. Right? It gives it that opportunity to flourish and become whatever
- 9:09it needs to be. And and maybe it doesn't become anything,
- 9:12but what did you learn from it?
- 9:13Right? Because I do believe that all experiences are a teaching moment
- 9:17or a learning a learning moment of all all things.
- 9:19It doesn't matter what it is. Right.
- 9:21So I flourish, let it, let it go,
- 9:23let it, let it get out there.
- 9:24Yes, that's huge 'cause by saying that I was gonna speak at that engagement,
- 9:29I've spak spoken at several of the Love Life Fully retreats.
- 9:33I've spoken at my mom's shelter where she was once a resident at
- 9:39and from the retreats I've had a few more speaking engagements and so
- 9:43I think like you said, by me putting it out there
- 9:47it attracts whatever it needs to attract for me to accomplish the thing that
- 9:51I just spoke out there. So it frees it and it releases it and what comes
- 9:55to be comes to be based on that release.
- 9:57So I love it.
- 9:58Yeah, it's so
- 9:59And you keep growing, right? That's it.
- 10:01Absolutely.
- 10:01You keep
- 10:02growing. It's gotten bigger and more and better and more vibrant and more exciting.
- 10:07Yes. And the thing that I love about saying it out loud is we have two ears
- 10:12so that we can hear. And our brain is literally always listening.
- 10:17Like it's always listening. And so when we say it out loud and we feel
- 10:22it in our heart and we feel it in our gut and we have all three pieces in alignment,
- 10:26wow. It starts to change things quickly.
- 10:29Yes, Shelly Ann Price, believe that's her name.
- 10:32Shelly Ann Price, a ~ Olympic gold medal winner.
- 10:37I was listening to a podcast that she was on and she has motivation Fridays,
- 10:43Mindset Fridays, and it's a mindset training that they do where they sit
- 10:49and they ~ they do a mm
- 10:52What's that called? What is that where you pause and you listen and you
- 10:57Don't judge.
- 10:58What is it? You you f think about it,
- 11:00you future forecast it. Meditate.
- 11:03Meditate. that's it.
- 11:05And she meditate. So, I'm gonna get the dates wrong,
- 11:08but she went to the Osaka Wa running event and she was on a relay team
- 11:14and she made that decision that day.
- 11:17She said it out loud that she wanted to be responsible for herself
- 11:21and that she wanted to be number one.
- 11:23She did one year of full intention and after having her baby being thirty five years
- 11:30old.
- 11:30She became the first Caribbean that won a gold medal in that race based
- 11:36on her intentions that she said and the words that she said out loud
- 11:39to herself and she named it. So yeah.
- 11:42So amazing.
- 11:43The power of naming it. And speaking it out loud.
- 11:46Yeah, so s is it do y'all find it's I don't know.
- 11:49Is there more importance either way,
- 11:52like speaking it out loud to yourself for yourself and or sharing with another
- 11:57person, like speaking it out loud and telling a person?
- 12:00Think it matters?
- 12:01Yes and no. I think it depends on what it is that you're trying to share.
- 12:05Because I think sometimes when you share things,
- 12:07it is very vulnerable, right? And it can leave you open to either criticism,
- 12:12critique, or naysayers. I think that when you have the right people in your corner,
- 12:17you know, like me.
- 12:19I will cheer you on and say yes,
- 12:21you can do whatever you want to with bells and whistles and do all the things.
- 12:24~ because I think that's what life is about,
- 12:26is about experiences. And I've said this before.
- 12:29I do think I love to share. I love to share because I want people to
- 12:33be as excited about things life that I am.
- 12:36And you never know who you might collaborate with or you never know
- 12:40who you might inspire.
- 12:41And I've been hearing that a lot lately,
- 12:42like, I had Tiffanie in my mind today when I was doing XYZ and and
- 12:46I love hearing that. I'm like,
- 12:47okay, may you know, this is this is something because people
- 12:51are becoming less afraid to say things out loud.
- 12:53but I also think that you have to sometimes be careful,
- 12:56right? ~ because I would hate for anyone to say,
- 13:00~ I I want to buy a castle and someone telling me tell me because I do want
- 13:05to buy a castle, one day.
- 13:06I don't care if it's dilapidated,
- 13:08I'll make it I'll make it wonderful.
- 13:09~
- 13:10Yeah.
- 13:11I don't want someone to tell me like that's a stupid idea or that's
- 13:14you shouldn't do that. I'll be like,
- 13:15~ I shouldn't do what? Like be awesome?
- 13:18I don't think so. That's not possible.
- 13:20Right? I d I don't want that either.
- 13:22luckily I'm generally pretty confident in myself to say like,
- 13:26hmm what you say to me doesn't matter and I will only surround myself with people
- 13:30who want to encourage me and want me to do great things.
- 13:33So
- 13:34I think it y you have to use some discretion and some discernment sometimes,
- 13:37right? but I like the idea of sharing it too because right,
- 13:41that also holds you accountable when people ask you questions and you might
- 13:45get to learn something about that process along the way or I didn't think about
- 13:49that.
- 13:49And there are gonna be naysayers.
- 13:51Like I think we've all experienced naysayers.
- 13:54And one thing I've learned to do with naysayers,
- 13:57like Kimberly, what are you thinking?
- 13:58You're gonna add one more thing or you're gonna do the whatever it is?
- 14:01And I'm like, sounds like that would not be something you'd wanna try.
- 14:04Like I don't have to take the naysayer's words and make them my story
- 14:09or limit what it is that I'm wanting to do.
- 14:11But I absolutely agree with you.
- 14:13You do have to have a level of discernment.
- 14:15And even if you've miscalculated and you tell somebody and they're they push back
- 14:20or they're like, Ugh, great. Sounds like something you wouldn't be willing
- 14:23to try or that you're not interested in ever doing.
- 14:25And that's
- 14:26Wonderful that they know that about themselves.
- 14:28I also like this whole idea of naysayers and I've mentioned Christian before.
- 14:33Christian Moore, a friend of mine,
- 14:35he's the founder of Wide Try and Resilience for Youth.
- 14:38And for me, when I've had naysayers in my life,
- 14:41it I truly have turned that into fuel.
- 14:44Like fuel my ambition even more,
- 14:47which he would call street resilience.
- 14:49~ and then also I do tap back into the relational resilience.
- 14:53Okay, so here's this naysayer.
- 14:55They think it's a terrible idea or whatever they think.
- 14:58and then I stop street resilience is usually first,
- 15:02maybe, and then I'll say, Okay,
- 15:05who could benefit? Like if I'd move forward with this dream or this goal
- 15:10or whatever it is, who could benefit?
- 15:12And so I think about the different relationships in my life and then I
- 15:15use that as my fuel to keep me going.
- 15:18Like, it's not even about me. I it's for this part of my life or these people
- 15:24or my children. So I focus on the relational resilience piece as well.
- 15:29Because naysayers are real.
- 15:31Yes. And I will say the few naysayers that I've had around me,
- 15:35I almost think it strengthens my convictions even further.
- 15:38Amen.
- 15:39You don't think I can do it? We'll just see about that.
- 15:41Watch me.
- 15:42That's the street
- 15:43resilience that Christian talks about.
- 15:45Mm-hmm.
- 15:45Yes.
- 15:46Well yes. Yeah. Shuntá, have you ever had naysayers?
- 15:49~ Well good.
- 15:50Nope, not at all. Mm mm.
- 15:52You're you're an alien.
- 15:53Yeah.
- 15:56No,
- 15:56yes I've had naysayers. yeah, and so I have also been a naysayer
- 16:02in my head and then I've learned to not listen to myself but talk to myself and so
- 16:08Wait, I may
- 16:08say in your head about you?
- 16:10Yeah, I've I've doubted myself.
- 16:12I've told myself some stuff and so now I'm now I trained myself to stop listening
- 16:17to myself and to start talking to myself.
- 16:19So speaking the positivity that I wanna have.
- 16:23And if I have a goal, then how can I speak the positive words of
- 16:27me achieving that goal versus listening to maybe the the the little girl inside
- 16:33that's you know doesn't believe she can,
- 16:35but really I can.
- 16:36So good, yes. I've worked really hard also on I've never really,
- 16:41I don't guess, have thought about it as being a naysayer to myself about myself.
- 16:45And I've had so much negative talk to myself,
- 16:48which is the same thing in essence.
- 16:49One thing I've worked really hard at doing is to overcome that negative talk
- 16:53or the fear piece is when that negative thought comes in is to really stop
- 16:58and ask myself, okay, A, is this true?
- 17:00And then the other thing is
- 17:01What is something that I do know for certain?
- 17:04And what I do know for certain is that I can figure things out.
- 17:08And it may I don't have to have all the answers for the project or the goal today.
- 17:13What I have to have today is a commitment to myself and the idea.
- 17:18And then what's one step I can take?
- 17:22You know, we all have seen the picture of the ladder and it's got all
- 17:24the rungs on the ladder.
- 17:26Well, can't get to the top without taking one at a time.
- 17:29So same thing for me. What's one thing I can do today?
- 17:32Or one thing I can look up or research,
- 17:35the one action. And that's what's helped me stop the I guess
- 17:39the naysaying to myself. Thank you for pointing that out,
- 17:42Shuntá.
- 17:42Yeah.
- 17:43I think I have been blessed in that sense that I don't have a lot
- 17:48of self doubt talk. but I do sometimes ask myself,
- 17:51whose voice am I hearing when I have the I can'ts,
- 17:55right? And I don't even like the I can't.
- 17:57And so I do even catch myself as I can't do that.
- 18:00Whoa, is that true? Right? I ask myself the same thing,
- 18:02is that actually true? And then whose voice am I hearing?
- 18:05Right? Like who in my life or who in my past,
- 18:08Whose voice is that that's telling me that I can't?
- 18:09Because I know it's not me. Tiffanie would never do that to Tiffanie.
- 18:12Yeah, and I think
- 18:13That's
- 18:14me too. And I I also think it's a great point that you don't have a
- 18:19lot of negative or self-doubt and negative talk,
- 18:22and yet you've identified that you say I can't do something,
- 18:26which is like a negative statement.
- 18:29It's saying that you're not capable or whatever it is.
- 18:32When there is an I can't, I will often encourage people or invite people
- 18:37to change it to
- 18:39I choose not to or I don't want to,
- 18:42'cause that's really what it is.
- 18:44Yeah, so I love that you brought that up,
- 18:45Tiffanie. And I'm glad you're realizing like Tiffanie would never
- 18:49say that to Tiffanie to stop the can't.
- 18:51Absolutely. Yeah. And I I love the idea of choice,
- 18:54right? And and I I try to say this with my clients as well when I hear them,
- 18:58the self-doubt, the self, the negative talk and I can't.
- 19:01And I mean I think sometimes it's legitimate,
- 19:03right? Like I can't jump thirty feet in the air.
- 19:07Like that that is something I'm incapable of doing.
- 19:09But is that really a
- 19:09~
- 19:10can't or is it I don't know how?
- 19:12I'm incapable of jumping thirty feet in the air.
- 19:13Mm-hmm. So you've tried.
- 19:16I will always try. but I do still like the idea,
- 19:18like I I I wouldn't let somebody else buy with that kind of talk and I
- 19:24try not to allow it for myself either.
- 19:26Yeah. but thirty feet in the air,
- 19:28I do want to go back to that 'cause you know,
- 19:30I get stuck on words and things.
- 19:32And so I'm wondering the people that can that have actually done it,
- 19:37if they did it the first time they ever tried.
- 19:39I'm I think I'm being more like plain with semantics,
- 19:43right? It's like the the idea of if you jump thirty feet in the air,
- 19:47is there a trampoline? I'm talking about raw just talent to stand here and jump.
- 19:52And I don't know that anyone is actually capable of jumping thirty feet in the air.
- 19:55~
- 19:55I don't need
- 19:56they would be an alien.
- 19:58No, but
- 19:59what my point is though is that they started somewhere and when they
- 20:03had the idea they probably couldn't either.
- 20:05They could think that, like I can't do that.
- 20:08And yes, they practiced and practiced and practiced.
- 20:08~ I see what you're doing.
- 20:11And so really that I can't jump 30 feet in the air,
- 20:15you can end that with the word yet.
- 20:17'Cause nobody
- 20:18Yet
- 20:19could do that the first time they tried.
- 20:20If they could, we'd know their name.
- 20:22Sure.
- 20:23And we don't.
- 20:24Ha ha ha
- 20:25So I think that
- 20:26True. True.
- 20:27I think can't can be a very tricky word.
- 20:30so add the yet to the end because if it is something that you want that
- 20:36is possible and we know it's possible because others have done it,
- 20:40add yet to the end.
- 20:41Yeah, I think that's definitely true.
- 20:43I think that's really sound and sage advice.
- 20:46because I do think that the yet makes a difference.
- 20:50Right? Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow.
- 20:52If you want it hard enough, if you put it out there hard enough,
- 20:55I I think most things are possible,
- 20:57right?
- 20:57Yes. Yeah. Shuntá, I want you to weigh in.
- 21:00I want to hear your your thoughts on this.
- 21:02I agree. I do say yet. ~ I guess I was thinking,
- 21:06would that be a gold of mine? And since it's not a gold of mine,
- 21:09I wouldn't say yet 'cause I wouldn't want to be able to jump thirty feet in the air.
- 21:13Okay, so that goes back to I don't wanna jump thirty feet in the air.
- 21:17That. and then Tiffanie, when you said what you said,
- 21:20I was thinking 'cause you said working hard enough.
- 21:24And so I was like, ~ yeah, like so not just putting it out there
- 21:29and making a statement, but also and also doing the work to get it accomplished.
- 21:34So I'm sure we didn't just say,
- 21:36I wanna go to Europe and you didn't do anything to prepare yourself to go to Europe.
- 21:41Yes. Yes. I mean absolutely. I I think I said this before as well,
- 21:44but this comes down to change,
- 21:46right? If you want change in your life,
- 21:48one, you have to believe change is necessary.
- 21:50Two, you have to take actions in order to to live the change and be the change.
- 21:55And then three, it has to be consistent,
- 21:56right? That's the only way change happens.
- 21:58And if I wanna move to Europe because I'm looking to change my geographics
- 22:02or my job or whatever my my reasons or rationale is,
- 22:06I have to believe that this is something that's important to me,
- 22:08right?
- 22:09~ and so yes, I do.
- 22:11You have to you have to do the work.
- 22:12I applied to over two hundred and something job applications in order to find three.
- 22:17I was gonna say you did the
- 22:18Ha ha.
- 22:19work. Like you said it, had that level of responsibility,
- 22:22and then you did the work to follow through and did it.
- 22:25And you didn't
- 22:25Yes.
- 22:26give up. I love that. Because
- 22:27Right.
- 22:28270, that means
- 22:29~
- 22:29you have resilience. You was in it to win it.
- 22:33Yes.
- 22:33I have determination.
- 22:33Persistent for sure.
