• 0:24
  SPEAKER_00: Hey there.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: In today's meditation, we're gonna step into the art of dreaming, not just with our minds, but with our energy.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: You'll be invited to imagine, to feel, and to create a vision board, whether physically or simply in your mind's eye, that reflects your deepest desires and highest possibilities.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: This is your time to expand beyond limits, to dream without boundaries, without needing to know the how, and to simply reconnect with the part of you that still believes that anything is possible.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_00: So when you're ready, find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take a slow deep breath in.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: And then let it go.
• 1:32
  SPEAKER_00: Let the noise settle.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: Invite the stillness to rise.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: With your next breath, imagine yourself standing in a vast open space, a blank canvas that stretches infinitely in every direction.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: It might be pure white, might have golden light or soft colors of dawn.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: It might be rough or shiny.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: Whatever feels right, let it appear.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Now before you a table begins to take shape.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: And on this table are images and words, colors and shapes and textures, all waiting for you to create.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: This is your vision board, the energetic blueprint of your next chapter.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_00: Now imagine yourself gently reaching for the first image that appears.
• 3:09
  SPEAKER_00: What is it?
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: A place you'd love to visit, a feeling you long to embody.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: Notice the colors, feel its texture, see it clearly.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Now imagine yourself picking it up and feeling it in your hands and placing it on your board with intention.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Next, a word floats toward you.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_00: Perhaps freedom or love, flow, abundance, peace, creativity, expansion.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: Whatever it is, take a moment and allow that word to float toward you.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: And let it land softly on your board.
• 4:25
  SPEAKER_00: Breathe that word in.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Let it fill your body with its frequency.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: One by one, images and words continue to appear.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Moments, symbols, faces, feelings, dreams, possibilities.
• 4:59
SPEAKER_00: There's no need to force or plan.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: There are no right or wrong answers.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: Simply allow what wants to emerge to come forward.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: You might see your ideal home or a joyful collaboration, maybe radiant health or creative fulfillment, or deep connection.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: You might feel laughter or ease, lightness, or belonging.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: Allow yourself to see and feel.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_00: And as your vision board fills, notice how it glows.
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_00: It's alive with energy.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: This is not a wish list.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: It's a mirror of your highest vibration, a reflection of your values, of how you want to be in this world, of who you are becoming.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Now imagine yourself stepping back and looking at your creation.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: Breathe in the energy of it.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: Notice how it feels in your body.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: Where the excitement stirs and where gratitude expands.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: Allow every cell in your body to align with his frequency.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: If it feels right to place your hand on your heart or your belly, or place your hands together, then go ahead and do so.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: As you repeat silently to yourself, I am open to infinite possibilities.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: I am co-creating with the energy of life itself.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: What I imagine, I begin to live in this moment.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Slowly take one more deep breath in, and as you exhale, let your board dissolve into light, knowing that it now lives within you.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: You created it and you can return to it any time in your mind's eye, in your journal, or on your wall, but its energy is now already in motion.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: You have planted seeds of vision.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: You have spoken the language of possibility.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Now trust that the universe is responding in kind.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: Stay open and be ready to receive.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna count backwards from five, four, three, two, and one.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: Go ahead and open your eyes and carry the feeling of this creative spark into your world.
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_00: Namaste, my friend.
