Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: There are actually three things that really, really drive me.
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: First, of course, is real estate.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: If you know that's Santa Clarita Openhouses.com.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: My mission is to protect people like I wasn't protected when I bought my first house back in 1996.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: And it was since then that I got into the real estate business.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: And my entire driving mechanism is to make sure people don't get taken advantage of.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: So if you come to me and you happen to have a lender and I think the lender's screwing you over, I will let you know.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Even if that lender happens to be affiliated with people that I know and like, they'll prevail.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: And I would hope that if somebody comes to me and they have somebody in their family or another professional or friend or whatever it may be, and they see that looks like that I'm taking advantage of them, I would hope they would tell that person.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: It's not about money, it's about the relationship.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Human beings really need to stick together because that moves into another area that I love very much, and I completely have crawling down the rabbit hole as far as artificial intelligence goes.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: We have just created an intelligence that's going to surpass all of mankind, and we don't know what that looks like.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: That's called the singularity.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: We don't know what getting into that is actually going to mean for everybody.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Could it mean a utopia?
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: It can mean the best thing for everybody because we're going to have long lifespans, we're going to be healthy, we're not going to have twilight years, we're going to be able to go as long as we would like with all the abundance we can muster, or it's going to create a massive problem because human beings are the research mechanism for most of the data that's been plugged in.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: And you know as I do that there are some of us that are completely failed.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: And some of us will take advantage of others just because they can, not even because, and if you can even bend this into reality, they have to.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: So I don't know how that's going to play out, but that's another focus.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: And finally, what really seems to be plaguing everybody, and this might be fixed with a pill or artificial intelligence, could contribute to this, but being completely obese and overweight.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: I was 365 pounds.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: I was able to drop 135 pounds by fasting, longer-term fasts, and I know it's free, doesn't require any kind of education.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: It's easy to do, but it seems like the entire world fights people that are trying not to eat for extended periods of time because they say it's bad for you.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: Do your research.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Look at the metabolic research.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Look at how metabolic, uh, the metabolic mechanism actually increases, not decreases, when you don't eat at all versus when you try to restrict calories, your metabolism goes down.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Look at those studies, they exist and they're real.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: And I'm Connor with honor.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: These are the three things that drive me crazy, but I love.
