- 0:10Speaker 1: w r Hey, let's take some calls. Let's go to
- 0:15Speaker 1: uh Ronnie in Connecticut. Ronnie, how you doing?
- 0:19Speaker 2: Mark? How you doing? Big fam? My friend calling from
- 0:22Speaker 2: the stave in Connecticut. Yeah, I just wanted a call.
- 0:25Speaker 2: I was listening to talk about, you know, the midterms
- 0:28Speaker 2: and CNN and all that. Yeah, I really I don't
- 0:32Speaker 2: know how anybody at this point can vote Democrat. I mean,
- 0:38Speaker 2: this party stands for putting little boys and girls claus
- 0:42Speaker 2: vice versa. You know, I think right now everybody needs
- 0:45Speaker 2: to put their support behind President Trump and what he's doing,
- 0:49Speaker 2: because good luck with.
- 0:50Speaker 1: That one, because half of the people, yeah, crazy, angry, livid,
- 0:54Speaker 1: foaming at the mouth, Trump Trump arrangement syndrome, smoke coming
- 0:58Speaker 1: out of their ears. But thanks for calling. Let's go
- 1:00Speaker 1: to Joseph in Westchester. Joseph, how you doing?
- 1:05Speaker 2: Hi? I don't understand, like the incident at Lookwater Airport,
- 1:09Speaker 2: Why why is the police and fire trucks? Why aren't
- 1:13Speaker 2: they using the NYSD, the best fire department in the.
- 1:16Speaker 1: World, What is the NYSD and YFD That's who it was.
- 1:23Speaker 2: No, the Fire Department of New York City. They're not
- 1:25Speaker 2: at the airport.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Well, they do come to the airport. There was a
- 1:28Speaker 1: caravan there of trucks, fire.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Train, i'd say, after the emergency. But they don't work
- 1:33Speaker 2: there regularly. And why is Governor Hockele so quiet on this?
- 1:36Speaker 1: Governor Hockle? I like that, Governor Hockele. Let's go to
- 1:42Speaker 1: Jack and Long Branch Jack.
- 1:43Speaker 3: How you doing, Hey, Mark Smoan?
- 1:46Speaker 4: How you doing?
- 1:47Speaker 1: Show listening every day?
- 1:49Speaker 3: The last time I spoke to you, I think was
- 1:51Speaker 3: nineteen seventy nine, you were on fixed radio WBIX.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, you're calling too often. Try to spread the
- 1:58Speaker 1: calls out.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Anyway. I learned one thing from you that I do
- 2:03Speaker 3: all the time now for the last six months or so,
- 2:05Speaker 3: I wear orange shoelaces.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Very good. Are you in a mental institution or a
- 2:11Speaker 1: prison or something?
- 2:12Speaker 3: And I just broke out a couple of days ago,
- 2:14Speaker 3: and I'm for you're a bird.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Oh okay, you bump the good work.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I love you.
- 2:20Speaker 1: Thanks, thanks for calling. Let's go to Skeeter calling from somewhere.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Is that your name? Skeeter.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Yes, Mark Morning, Yes, I gotta I have a quote.
- 2:29Speaker 5: You're the inside man for us on many things. For information.
- 2:34Speaker 5: I just want to know, you know, these skunks from
- 2:36Speaker 5: the White House, Brandon Comy Clapper, what's going on with
- 2:41Speaker 5: that whole investigation with them. Weren't they pursuing that?
- 2:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it's going very slow, very slow. So the problem is, uh,
- 2:49Speaker 1: Trump has never been a ruthless guy.
- 2:51Speaker 5: Uh.
- 2:51Speaker 1: I mean, I might be in a war, you know,
- 2:53Speaker 1: in a business deal, but personally he's not ruthless. You
- 2:55Speaker 1: got to be like Biden. You got to be absolutely ruthless,
- 2:58Speaker 1: and you have to have a ruthless you know, Merrick
- 3:01Speaker 1: Garland kind of attorney gener'll really go after these people.
- 3:03Speaker 1: And even if you in the case of Biden, even
- 3:06Speaker 1: if they didn't have anything to get him on, they
- 3:07Speaker 1: would just charge him with anything and raid their house
- 3:10Speaker 1: and go through everything and charge them with fifty seven
- 3:13Speaker 1: counts like they did to Trump all the time. I mean,
- 3:16Speaker 1: you look at the four cases. There was nothing there,
- 3:18Speaker 1: absolutely nothing there. All of them will be tossed out
- 3:21Speaker 1: immediately on appeal. That's why they hold up the appeal
- 3:24Speaker 1: and don't let it happen. But he's just not ruthless
- 3:27Speaker 1: enough about it. Let's go to Jay in New Jersey. Jay,
- 3:30Speaker 1: how you doing?
- 3:32Speaker 2: Hey? Mark?
- 3:33Speaker 6: You know I was thinking about you know, Tucker Carlson,
- 3:36Speaker 6: you know, all his kooky stuff and recently about the war,
- 3:38Speaker 6: and I ran them much and I believe I remember
- 3:41Speaker 6: you on his show on Fox, Ain't I right?
- 3:44Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I used to do the Tucker Carlson so
- 3:46Speaker 1: but back then that was when he was normal. Then
- 3:47Speaker 1: he went off the deep end and became Alex Jones, off,
- 3:52Speaker 1: way off on the fringe. You know what happens sometimes,
- 3:55Speaker 1: sometimes these people really are nuts. In the case at Tucker,
- 3:58Speaker 1: what happens is if you're on the big network with
- 4:00Speaker 1: a big show, you're gonna get huge ratings and you're normal.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Now when you get fired and you're doing the show
- 4:05Speaker 1: from home, out of your living room and you're not
- 4:08Speaker 1: on a network, you got no out. How do you
- 4:09Speaker 1: get attention? Well, you got to say crazy things. That way,
- 4:12Speaker 1: you get written up everywhere. You make some crazy statement,
- 4:15Speaker 1: it goes viral. You're being talked about every That's how
- 4:17Speaker 1: you attract listeners. Megan Kelly, the same thing, who's that
- 4:21Speaker 1: other one? Kansas owns you? Got to say crazy stuff.
- 4:24Speaker 1: Have it go super viral. That's the only way you'll
- 4:26Speaker 1: get people to your podcast. Let's go to Vincent and Brooklyn. Vincent,
- 4:30Speaker 1: how you doing.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Good morning, Mark, marck Ime. Okay, good morning, Mara Mark.
- 4:34Speaker 4: I'd like to clear up something about ma'am and Dami
- 4:37Speaker 4: going to break the Ramadan fast in the joint the
- 4:41Speaker 4: Riiker's Island. Most of those people who laid out prayer,
- 4:46Speaker 4: reggential praying and claiming their Muslims, most of those are
- 4:51Speaker 4: African American. Those people, because into jail they're safety in numbers.
- 4:56Speaker 4: The African Americans, a lot of them become Muslims. Dians
- 5:02Speaker 4: of the Irish shoes. You hang out together and the
- 5:05Speaker 4: Hispanics have their own rule.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Well that's a good point, Vince. A lot of people
- 5:08Speaker 1: suddenly become Muslims in prison because it makes it easier
- 5:11Speaker 1: for you in prison. Also, a lot of people suddenly
- 5:13Speaker 1: claim they're Orthodox and have to have a Kosher milka.
- 5:16Speaker 1: You get better food that way.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Because you get better food. I knew a guy forty
- 5:20Speaker 4: years ago. He used to live next to my mother,
- 5:23Speaker 4: and anyway, he went to the joint sexual battery. He
- 5:31Speaker 4: tried to rape a stripper. Right, So he does seven
- 5:36Speaker 4: years in the joint, and then when he gets out,
- 5:38Speaker 4: he's on probation. No less, he's out on paroi. He's
- 5:41Speaker 4: on probation. And then what he does is he feigns
- 5:45Speaker 4: being a connetison media Reata goes into Brooklyn Heights and
- 5:50Speaker 4: he first off, he misses a parole appointment for that day,
- 5:54Speaker 4: his probation appointment, and he goes and kills somebody.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Right, Vincent, I don't want you hanging around with these
- 5:59Speaker 1: kinds of people. They're going to lead you astray.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Mark, he's the best thing. When he came out to
- 6:04Speaker 4: joint the first time, Uh, all of a sudden, he's
- 6:08Speaker 4: where to day Shiki. He has a prayer cap on
- 6:11Speaker 4: and he has the prayer BF. He became a Busklimmit.
- 6:16Speaker 1: In jail, Vincent, that's one of the few very good
- 6:19Speaker 1: appoint Vincent. A lot of people thanks for calling, great
- 6:21Speaker 1: call you. A lot of people become Muslims. Just it
- 6:23Speaker 1: makes life a lot easier in prison. Hey, when we
- 6:26Speaker 1: come back to brilliant columnist Liz Peak, we'll talk to
- 6:29Speaker 1: her next on seven to ten w O. R.
