Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: A sense of feel for self in the brain becomes more unique through the display of the body as a managed, controlled and focused energy, action and feeling system.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Typically, this means the brain is in the lead of the body and that the senses influence changes in self that amaze other people in the use of the environment to perform sense and receive path powers.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Learning through a sense of feel for self in the brain.
- 0:21Speaker 1: The way you move through social contact to experience environmental interaction, emotion may move through the neurophysics of the body, but under the influences of the senses to bridge thought with reflection.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I'm Dr Christopher Kevin Slate, your host.
- 0:36Speaker 1: And here we go.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Welcome to the Brain's Body with Dr Slate Live, where you learn about brain talk, because we don't talk enough about the actual brain.
- 0:46Speaker 2: We talk a lot about the mind, not enough about the brain.
- 0:50Speaker 2: And so when I talk about the brain, it's because we have to help self-help learn how to improve our sense and receive path functions so we can learn better, think better and respond more effectively to how we would like to live, because we have to be more competitive.
- 1:09Speaker 2: So brain learning is a real exercise that applies to environmental sciences, economics, human ecology, where you have to figure out how to fit your sense of feel for self into levels of reality in a world today where you must have a sense of feel to move through the crisis of self and then experience your state of mind and it's changing, because you believe that you can feel everything that you're moving through and the experience lifts you up because you're working through the brain's body.
- 1:45Speaker 2: So, yes, that's right, brain talk.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Learn the brain's body with Dr Slade Live is to improve your superpowers.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Now think about this.
- 1:54Speaker 2: You got these senses right, but what if your senses were calibrated with your body and your brain so that you could perform from the inside out?
- 2:07Speaker 2: I mean learn from the experience of self in relation to other people and go to a whole other level of functioning.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Because you begin to understand how to live through your sense of feel for self and the brain to become more effective when you feel things at moving through the way it feels to be sad, hurt or unappreciated, and move through that emotion with thought, because you care.
- 2:35Speaker 2: And the reason why you care is because you learned about your brain's body.
- 2:38Speaker 2: You learned how to navigate your brain's body.
- 2:40Speaker 2: You learned how to lift yourself up, because when you feel sad, that's because you feel it.
- 2:47Speaker 2: You feel that hurt and you want to do something about it.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Otherwise you ignore it like you used to do.
- 2:53Speaker 2: I'm saying, before you talk the straight line you know you don't, you know you can't forget how it felt when you just let it roll through you and prevent you from participating in your own learning because you weren't ready.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I'm not talking to myself.
- 3:08Speaker 2: I'm talking about the experience of growing up hurt and disadvantaged because you're behind and then you're experiencing negative energy, action and feelings of other people.
- 3:20Speaker 2: That suppresses your inner sense of self.
- 3:24Speaker 2: So now you're not even moving through the environment.
- 3:27Speaker 2: But I'm saying to you no, stop, stop, stop.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Here we go.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Your sense of feel for self.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Feel it.
- 3:33Speaker 2: You feel the hurt and sadness.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Now move through it, because that's your brain.
- 3:38Speaker 2: And all your brain's waiting for is the opportunity for you to catch up through your sense of the environment and its influence on what's going on inside your body, now that you're awakening to the fact that inside of you is a brain that works.
- 3:54Speaker 2: Two, achieve level of success in contact, interaction with the environment and the influences that yesterday may have seemed overwhelming, but today you're catching on.
- 4:07Speaker 2: And you're catching on because you begin to understand what the brain's body is all about.
- 4:12Speaker 2: It's about learning self, it's about self-leadership, it's about self-help.
- 4:20Speaker 2: More importantly, it's about self-care, because you lift yourself up, because you care.
- 4:25Speaker 2: And what do you care about?
- 4:27Speaker 2: Success?
- 4:28Speaker 2: You care about how you acquire success from the inside out, because no one's coming to stroke you and tell you how wonderful a job you're doing.
- 4:38Speaker 2: You got to do that for yourself through your action.
- 4:40Speaker 2: And the action comes from studying brain, body and sense events on action, learning continuums where you can self-assess and analyze your own brain work and the way you're doing.
- 4:56Speaker 2: It is through just understanding that when you take action it's to experience the affect, effect or influence of social contact, environmental interaction or cognitive neural experiences inside of you.
- 5:15Speaker 2: And what you're trying to understand is how do I balance these dynamics of tension, stress and pressure?
- 5:23Speaker 2: How do I balance them so that, at the end of the day, I'm handling this pressure because I can see that I'm becoming more and more effective at informing my brain, discipline body and focusing my senses?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Your super.
- 5:38Speaker 2: If you can organize your sense of feel, you begin to become more aware of what's inside of you, what makes you special.
- 5:44Speaker 2: You don't have to ask someone else, because you're doing it and they're telling you through their willingness to participate and contact you and interact with you because of your thinking skills, because you are not only thinking, you are acting through the things you feel.
- 6:02Speaker 2: Where yesterday you were blocked, not out of fear but because you didn't know how to move through those unknown depths, because you're deep and there's so much that you don't know that you need to know.
- 6:15Speaker 2: But you got to sacrifice that ego to get to that level of functionality.
- 6:20Speaker 2: That's the sense of self.
- 6:22Speaker 2: That's what I'm trying to get you to move through the sense of self to get to the sense of feel, because the sense of feel moves you through the darkness I mean, even if you're ugly on the inside the sense of feel moves you through the bitterness of you.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Because you move beyond reflection to experience the feedback loop, because you're responding to a sense of feel for self to learn how to live, how to lead and how to accept the way you feel things and then improve.
- 6:54Speaker 2: No, because your sense and receive path functions are no longer disconnected.
- 6:59Speaker 2: The social environment is now connected to your inner neurologic cognitive experiences and now you're understanding the influence that's taking place when you're not prepared to receive that information.
- 7:14Speaker 2: And when you're not prepared to receive that information, then the environment is overwhelming to your received path and you do get confused.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Why?
- 7:23Speaker 2: Because it's a decision-making time.
- 7:27Speaker 2: You have to choose to participate.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Dr Slade Lyon.
- 7:30Speaker 2: This is Brain Talk, brain's Body Podcast.

- 7:34Speaker 2: Stay tuned, we'll be back.
