• 1:18
  make
• 1:19
  it
• 1:19
  out
• 1:19
  of
• 1:19
  the
• 1:19

• 1:20
  you
• 1:20
  were

• 1:22
  This
• 1:22
  is

  systematic
• 1:23
  geekology.
• 1:24
  We

• 1:25
  of
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25

• 1:25
  And
• 1:25
  if
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  couldn't
• 1:26
  tell
• 1:26
  from
• 1:27
  that
• 1:27
  intro,
• 1:28
  we
• 1:28
  are
• 1:28
  going
• 1:28
  to
• 1:28
  be
• 1:28
  talking

  of

  So
• 1:36
  this
• 1:36
  is
• 1:36
  a
• 1:37
  bonus
• 1:37
  series
• 1:37
  we
• 1:37
  do
• 1:38
  where
• 1:39
  we
• 1:39
  do
• 1:39
  kind
• 1:39
  of
• 1:40
  like
• 1:40
  just
• 1:40
  quick
• 1:41
  hits
• 1:41
  on
• 1:41
  movies
• 1:42
  we
• 1:42
  love.
• 1:42
  And
• 1:43
  the
• 1:43
  theme
• 1:43
  this
• 1:43
  year
• 1:44
  is
• 1:44
  prequels.
• 1:45
  So
• 1:45
  of
• 1:46
  course
• 1:46
  we
• 1:46
  have
• 1:46
  to
• 1:46
  do
• 1:46
  a
• 1:46
  Star
• 1:46
  wars
• 1:47
  prequel
• 1:47
  in
• 1:48
  here.
• 1:48
  And
• 1:49
  who
• 1:49
  better
• 1:50
  to
• 1:50
  talk
• 1:50
  about
• 1:50
  this
• 1:50
  with
• 1:51
  than
• 1:51
  a
• 1:51
  couple
• 1:51
  Star
• 1:52
  wars
• 1:52
  nerds
• 1:52
  here?
• 1:53
  The
• 1:53
  question
• 1:53
  is,
• 1:54
  will
• 1:54
  we.
• 1:54
  Will.
• 1:54
  Will
• 1:55
  we
• 1:55
  be
• 1:55
  able
• 1:55
  to
• 1:55
  keep
• 1:56
  this
• 1:56
  to
• 1:56
  20
• 1:57
  minutes?
• 1:57
  We'll
• 1:58
  see.
• 1:58
  But.
• 1:59
  But
• 1:59
  I
• 1:59
  am
• 1:59
  one
• 2:00
  of
• 2:00
  your
• 2:00
  hosts,
• 2:00
  Kevin
• 2:00
  Schaefer,
• 2:01
  and
• 2:01
  I
• 2:01
  am
• 2:01
  here
• 2:02
  with
• 2:02
  fellow
• 2:02
  geekologist
• 2:03
  Evan
• 2:03
  Garcia.
• 2:04
  Evan,
• 2:04
  how
• 2:04
  are
• 2:04
  you
• 2:05
  today?
• 2:05
  Diwana
• 2:06
  Wonga
• 2:06
  Daiwan.
• 2:08
  Oh,
• 2:08
  and
• 2:08
  dude,
• 2:08
  quick
• 2:09
  note.
• 2:09
  I
• 2:09
  took
• 2:09
  my
• 2:10
  niece
• 2:10
  and
• 2:10
  nephew
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  see
• 2:10
  Mandalorian
• 2:11
  and
• 2:11
  Grogu
• 2:12
  yesterday.
• 2:12
  They
• 2:12
  loved
• 2:13
  it,
• 2:13
  especially
• 2:13
  my
• 2:13
  nephew.
• 2:14
  Like,
• 2:15
  like,
• 2:15
  my
• 2:15
  niece
• 2:16
  was
• 2:16
  like,
• 2:16
  I
• 2:16
  mean,
• 2:16
  I.
• 2:16
  To
• 2:17
  be.
• 2:17
  You
• 2:17
  know,
• 2:17
  I
• 2:18
  was
• 2:18
  wondering
• 2:18
  how
• 2:18
  she.
• 2:18
  She
• 2:19
  still
• 2:19
  enjoyed
• 2:19
  it,
• 2:19
  but,
• 2:20
  like,
• 2:20
  you
• 2:20
  know,
• 2:20
  it's
• 2:21
  not
• 2:21
  like
• 2:21
  there
• 2:21
  are
• 2:21
  characters
• 2:22
  in
• 2:22
  there
• 2:23
  she
• 2:23
  loves
• 2:23
  as
• 2:23
  much,
• 2:24
  but,
• 2:24
  like,
• 2:24
  my
• 2:24
  nephew
• 2:25
  was
• 2:25
  like,
• 2:25
  all
• 2:26
  in.
• 2:26
  So
• 2:26
  it
• 2:27
  was
• 2:27
  pretty
• 2:27
  cool.
• 2:27
  But,
• 2:27
  yeah,
• 2:27
  that's
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  best.
• 2:28
  It.
• 2:29
  It
• 2:29
  was
• 2:29
  cool
• 2:30
  for
• 2:30
  their
• 2:30
  first
• 2:30
  Star
• 2:31
  wars
• 2:31
  movie
• 2:31
  in
• 2:31
  theaters.
• 2:32
  Like,
• 2:32
  yeah,
• 2:32
  it
• 2:32
  was
• 2:33
  a
• 2:33
  blast.
• 2:33
  But
• 2:33
  yeah,
• 2:34
  good
• 2:34
  stuff.
• 2:34
  So
• 2:35
  awesome.
• 2:35
  Awesome.
• 2:36
  Well,
• 2:36
  we
• 2:37
  don't
• 2:37
  need
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  do
• 2:38
  too
• 2:38
  much
• 2:38
  intro
• 2:39
  here.
• 2:39
  You
• 2:40
  know,
• 2:40
  if
• 2:40
  you're
• 2:40
  listening,
• 2:41
  you.
• 2:41
  You
• 2:41
  can
• 2:41
  check
• 2:41
  out
• 2:41
  the
• 2:42
  show
• 2:42
  notes
• 2:42
  for
• 2:43
  a
• 2:43
  full
• 2:43
  list
• 2:44
  of
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  series.
• 2:44
  But.
• 2:46
  And,
• 2:46
  you
• 2:46
  know,
• 2:47
  send
• 2:47
  us
• 2:48
  to
• 2:48
  your
• 2:48
  ideas
• 2:49
  for
• 2:49
  what
• 2:49
  we
• 2:49
  want
• 2:50
  to
• 2:50
  cover
• 2:50
  down
• 2:51
  the
• 2:51
  road
• 2:51
  for
• 2:52
  another
• 2:52
  drive
• 2:53
  in
• 2:53
  series,
• 2:53
  but
• 2:54
  let's
• 2:55
  get
• 2:55
  right
• 2:55
  into
• 2:55
  it.
• 2:55
  So,
• 2:56
  Evan,
• 2:56
  I
• 2:56
  want
• 2:56
  to
• 2:57
  know
• 2:57
  first
• 2:57
  off,
• 2:57
  like,
• 2:58
  okay,
• 2:58
  so
• 2:58
  pretend
• 2:59
  we're
• 2:59
  just
• 2:59
  coming
• 3:00
  out
• 3:00
  of
• 3:00
  the
• 3:00
  theater
• 3:01
  or
• 3:01
  the
• 3:01
  drive
• 3:02
  in
• 3:02
  theater
• 3:03
  seeing
• 3:03
  Revenge
• 3:04
  of
• 3:04
  the
• 3:04
  Sith
• 3:04
  for
• 3:04
  the
• 3:04
  first
• 3:05
  time.
• 3:06
  What's
• 3:06
  your
• 3:06
  reaction?
• 3:07
  And
• 3:07
  feel
• 3:07
  free
• 3:08
  to
• 3:08
  talk
• 3:08
  about
• 3:09
  what
• 3:09
  it
• 3:09
  was
• 3:09
  like
• 3:09
  when
• 3:10
  you
• 3:10
  first
• 3:10
  saw
• 3:10
  it
• 3:11
  way
• 3:11
  back
• 3:11
  in
• 3:11
  2005.
• 3:13
  Yeah,
• 3:13
  yeah,
• 3:14
  yeah.
• 3:15
  To
• 3:15
  be
• 3:15
  honest,
• 3:16
  I
• 3:16
  remember
• 3:17
  walking
• 3:18
  out
• 3:18
  of
• 3:18
  the
• 3:18
  theater
• 3:19
  really
• 3:19
  bummed
• 3:20
  because
• 3:21
  I
• 3:21
  was
• 3:22
  like,
• 3:22
  damn,
• 3:23
  Star
• 3:23
  wars
• 3:23
  is
• 3:23
  over.
• 3:24
  Because
• 3:25
  we.
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  didn't
• 3:26
  know
• 3:26
  that
• 3:27
  there
• 3:27
  was
• 3:27
  going
• 3:27
  to
• 3:27
  be
• 3:27
  Clone
• 3:28
  Wars.
• 3:28
  We
• 3:28
  didn't
• 3:29
  know
• 3:29
  that
• 3:29
  there
• 3:29
  was
• 3:29
  going
• 3:30
  to
• 3:30
  be
• 3:30
  any
• 3:31
  sequels.
• 3:31
  We
• 3:32
  didn't
• 3:32
  know
• 3:32
  that.
• 3:32
  I
• 3:32
  was.
• 3:33
  I
• 3:33
  was
• 3:34
  excited
• 3:34
  because
• 3:34
  I
• 3:35
  liked
• 3:35
  the
• 3:35
  movie,
• 3:35
  but
• 3:36
  I
• 3:36
  was
• 3:37
  really
• 3:37
  depressed
• 3:38
  about
• 3:38
  it.
• 3:38
  I
• 3:38
  was
• 3:38
  just
• 3:39
  like,
• 3:39
  oh,
• 3:39
  no.
• 3:41
  Hmm.
• 3:42
  It's
• 3:42
  a
• 3:43
  really
• 3:43
  Good
• 3:43
  point.
• 3:43
  I
• 3:43
  mean,
• 3:44
  this
• 3:44
  is
• 3:45
  back
• 3:45
  in
• 3:45
  2005.
• 3:46
  There
• 3:46
  were
• 3:47
  no
• 3:47
  plans
• 3:48
  or
• 3:48
  confirmation
• 3:48
  of
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  sequel
• 3:49
  trilogy.
• 3:50
  Like,
• 3:50
  you
• 3:50
  know
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  Revenge
• 3:51
  of
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  Sith
• 3:52
  is
• 3:52
  going
• 3:52
  to
• 3:52
  end
• 3:52
  on
• 3:53
  a
• 3:53
  dark
• 3:53
  note
• 3:53
  because
• 3:54
  this
• 3:54
  is
• 3:54
  about
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  birth
• 3:56
  of
• 3:56
  Darth
• 3:56
  Vader
• 3:56
  and
• 3:56
  the
• 3:57
  formation
• 3:57
  of
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  Empire.
• 3:58
  And
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  remember
• 3:59
  too,
• 3:59
  Like,
• 3:59
  I.
• 3:59
  So
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  saw
• 4:00
  it
• 4:00
  multiple
• 4:01
  times.
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  mean,
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  was
• 4:01
  in
• 4:02
  fifth
• 4:02
  grade.
• 4:02
  I
• 4:02
  had
• 4:02
  my.
• 4:03
  Oh,
• 4:03
  I
• 4:03
  had
• 4:03
  my
• 4:04
  Darth
• 4:04
  Vader
• 4:04
  voice
• 4:05
  changer.
• 4:05
  Do
• 4:05
  you
• 4:05
  remember
• 4:05
  that
• 4:06
  one?
• 4:06
  Yes,
• 4:07
  dude.
• 4:08
  Dude,
• 4:08
  I
• 4:08
  still
• 4:09
  have
• 4:09
  it.
• 4:09
  And
• 4:09
  so
• 4:09
  I
• 4:10
  gave
• 4:10
  it
• 4:10
  to
• 4:10
  my
• 4:10
  niece
• 4:10
  and
• 4:10
  nephew.
• 4:11
  Like,
• 4:11
  they
• 4:11
  play
• 4:11
  with
• 4:12
  it
• 4:12
  all
• 4:12
  the
• 4:12
  time.
• 4:13
  But.
• 4:14
  But
• 4:14
  yeah,
• 4:14
  like,
• 4:15
  you
• 4:15
  know,
• 4:15
  I.
• 4:16
  I
• 4:16
  was
• 4:16
  elated,
• 4:17
  but
• 4:17
  I
• 4:17
  remember
• 4:17
  my
• 4:18
  grandfather
• 4:18
  took
• 4:19
  me
• 4:19
  one
• 4:20
  of
• 4:20
  the
• 4:20
  times
• 4:20
  and
• 4:20
  he
• 4:21
  was
• 4:21
  like,
• 4:21
  yeah,
• 4:21
  that
• 4:21
  was
• 4:22
  really
• 4:22
  dark.
• 4:22
  You
• 4:22
  know,
• 4:22
  Like,
• 4:23
  I
• 4:23
  mean.
• 4:23
  And
• 4:23
  it
• 4:24
  does.
• 4:24
  I
• 4:24
  mean,
• 4:24
  talk
• 4:25
  about
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  dour
• 4:25
  note.
• 4:26
  This
• 4:26
  ends
• 4:27
  on.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:28
  yeah,
• 4:28
  no,
• 4:29
  that.
• 4:29
  That's
• 4:29
  a
• 4:29
  big
• 4:30
  part
• 4:30
  of
• 4:30
  where
• 4:31
  we
• 4:31
  were
• 4:31
  at
• 4:31
  that
• 4:31
  time
• 4:32
  was,
• 4:32
  whoa,
• 4:32
  is
• 4:33
  this
• 4:33
  really
• 4:33
  the
• 4:33
  end?
• 4:33
  Is
• 4:34
  this
• 4:34
  the
• 4:34
  last
• 4:34
  movie
• 4:34
  we're
• 4:34
  gonna
• 4:35
  get?
• 4:35
  Because,
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  mean,
• 4:35
  it's
• 4:36
  great,
• 4:36
  but
• 4:36
  it's
• 4:37
  also.
• 4:37
  Dang.
• 4:38
  That
• 4:38
  ends
• 4:38
  on
• 4:38
  a.
• 4:39
  Even
• 4:39
  though
• 4:39
  we
• 4:39
  know
• 4:40
  where
• 4:40
  the
• 4:41
  story
• 4:41
  goes
• 4:41
  from
• 4:41
  that
• 4:42
  point
• 4:42
  on,
• 4:42
  this
• 4:42
  is
• 4:42
  the
• 4:42
  end
• 4:43
  of
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  prequels.
• 4:43
  But.
• 4:44
  And
• 4:44
  we
• 4:44
  know
• 4:45
  it's
• 4:45
  going
• 4:45
  to.
• 4:46
  You
• 4:46
  know,
• 4:47
  Luke
• 4:47
  is.
• 4:47
  And
• 4:48
  Leia
• 4:48
  are
• 4:48
  gonna
• 4:48
  save
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  day
• 4:49
  eventually.
• 4:50
  But
• 4:51
  still,
• 4:52
  we
• 4:52
  were
• 4:52
  not
• 4:53
  guaranteed
• 4:53
  another
• 4:54
  Star
• 4:54
  wars
• 4:54
  movie
• 4:55
  or.
• 4:55
  Or
• 4:56
  a
• 4:56
  series
• 4:56
  or
• 4:56
  anything
• 4:57
  like
• 4:57
  that.
• 4:58
  So
• 4:58
  this
• 4:58
  was.
• 4:59
  Yeah,
• 5:00
  but.
• 5:00
  But
• 5:00
  what
• 5:01
  else
• 5:01
  about
• 5:01
  it?
• 5:02
  Like,
• 5:03
  so,
• 5:03
  yeah,
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  mean,
• 5:03
  definitely
• 5:04
  dark
• 5:04
  on
• 5:05
  that
• 5:05
  note.
• 5:05
  What
• 5:06
  else
• 5:06
  made
• 5:06
  you
• 5:07
  feel
• 5:08
  in
• 5:08
  one
• 5:08
  way
• 5:09
  or
• 5:09
  another,
• 5:09
  just
• 5:09
  like
• 5:09
  your
• 5:10
  general
• 5:10
  feelings
• 5:11
  and
• 5:11
  your
• 5:11
  reaction?
• 5:12
  I
• 5:12
  was,
• 5:12
  I
• 5:13
  was,
• 5:13
  I
• 5:13
  was
• 5:14
  very
• 5:14
  satisfied.
• 5:17
  The
• 5:17
  only
• 5:17
  thing
• 5:17
  I
• 5:18
  wasn't
• 5:18
  was
• 5:19
  I
• 5:19
  thought
• 5:19
  we
• 5:19
  were
• 5:20
  gonna
• 5:20
  see
• 5:21
  Darth
• 5:22
  Vader
• 5:23
  in
• 5:23
  the
• 5:23
  suit
• 5:24
  kill
• 5:24
  Jedi.
• 5:25
  I
• 5:26
  remember
• 5:27
  just
• 5:27
  like
• 5:28
  feeling
• 5:29
  that.
• 5:29
  That
• 5:29
  should
• 5:30
  be
• 5:31
  a
• 5:31
  thing.
• 5:31
  Yeah,
• 5:32
  we
• 5:32
  technically
• 5:33
  got
• 5:33
  him,
• 5:33
  but
• 5:33
  he
• 5:34
  was
• 5:34
  the
• 5:35
  blue
• 5:35
  lightsaber
• 5:36
  and
• 5:36
  his.
• 5:36
  A
• 5:37
  sith
• 5:37
  eye.
• 5:37
  So
• 5:37
  I
• 5:38
  was
• 5:38
  just
• 5:38
  like,
• 5:39
  eh.
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  wanted
• 5:40
  to
• 5:41
  see
• 5:41
  the.
• 5:42
  The
• 5:43
  suited
• 5:43
  up
• 5:43
  Vader
• 5:45
  annihilating
• 5:46
  Jedi,
• 5:48
  which
• 5:48
  we
• 5:49
  later
• 5:49
  see
• 5:49
  in
• 5:50
  some
• 5:50
  comics
• 5:51
  and
• 5:52
  Spoiler
• 5:52
  alert
• 5:53
  and
• 5:53
  some
• 5:54
  shows
• 5:55
  that
• 5:55
  just
• 5:55
  came
• 5:55
  out
• 5:55
  recently.
• 5:56
  But.
• 5:58
  But
• 5:58
  no,
• 5:59
  overall
• 6:00
  I
• 6:01
  was.
• 6:01
  I
• 6:01
  was
• 6:01
  very
• 6:02
  satisfied
• 6:02
  with
• 6:02
  the
• 6:02
  movie.
• 6:03
  And
• 6:04
  like.
• 6:05
  And
• 6:06
  just
• 6:06
  like
• 6:06
  you,
• 6:07
  I
• 6:07
  saw
• 6:07
  it
• 6:07
  at
• 6:08
  least
• 6:08
  12
• 6:08
  times
• 6:09
  in
• 6:09
  the
• 6:09
  theater.
• 6:09
  I
• 6:10
  just
• 6:10
  went
• 6:10
  over
• 6:10
  and
• 6:11
  over
• 6:11
  and
• 6:11
  over
• 6:12
  to
• 6:12
  see
• 6:12
  it
• 6:12
  with
• 6:13
  my
• 6:13
  friends
• 6:14
  and.
• 6:14
  And
• 6:15
  I
• 6:15
  was
• 6:15
  graduating
• 6:16
  high
• 6:17
  school
• 6:17
  from
• 6:17
  there
• 6:19
  at
• 6:19
  that
• 6:20
  point
• 6:20
  too,
• 6:20
  so
• 6:21
  I
• 6:21
  was.
• 6:22
  It
• 6:23
  was
• 6:23
  a
• 6:23
  big
• 6:23
  time
• 6:23
  because,
• 6:24
  you
• 6:24
  know,
• 6:24
  like,
• 6:25
  it
• 6:25
  was
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  end
• 6:25
  of
• 6:26
  my
• 6:27
  high
• 6:27
  school
• 6:27
  career
• 6:28
  and
• 6:28
  it
• 6:28
  was
• 6:28
  at
• 6:29
  the
• 6:29
  end
• 6:29
  of
• 6:30
  Star
• 6:30
  wars,
• 6:30
  so.
• 6:31
  But
• 6:31
  yes,
• 6:31
  I
• 6:32
  liked
• 6:32
  It.
• 6:33
  I
• 6:34
  thought,
• 6:35
  no,
• 6:35
  no,
• 6:35
  yeah.
• 6:36
  We
• 6:37
  could
• 6:37
  get
• 6:37
  into
• 6:37
  some
• 6:38
  other
• 6:38
  criticisms
• 6:39
  later.
• 6:39
  But,
• 6:39
  yeah,
• 6:40
  no,
• 6:40
  and
• 6:40
  I
• 6:40
  think
• 6:41
  for
• 6:41
  me
• 6:41
  too,
• 6:41
  like,
• 6:42
  you
• 6:42
  know,
• 6:43
  so,
• 6:43
  you
• 6:43
  know,
• 6:43
  both
• 6:44
  of
• 6:44
  us
• 6:44
  grew
• 6:45
  up
• 6:45
  with
• 6:46
  the
• 6:46
  prequels.
• 6:46
  You're
• 6:46
  a
• 6:47
  little
• 6:47
  older
• 6:47
  than
• 6:47
  I
• 6:47
  am,
• 6:47
  but,
• 6:48
  like,
• 6:48
  we
• 6:48
  weren't
• 6:49
  of
• 6:49
  that,
• 6:49
  you
• 6:50
  know,
• 6:51
  kind
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  generation
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  was
• 6:52
  more
• 6:53
  nitpicky.
• 6:54
  And,
• 6:54
  like,
• 6:54
  I
• 6:55
  had
• 6:55
  a
• 6:55
  lot
• 6:55
  of
• 6:55
  criticisms
• 6:56
  prequels,
• 6:57
  much
• 6:57
  like
• 6:57
  we
• 6:57
  are
• 6:57
  today
• 6:58
  with
• 6:58
  the
• 6:58
  sequel.
• 6:58
  So
• 6:59
  it's
• 6:59
  a
• 6:59
  fascinating,
• 7:00
  you
• 7:00
  know,
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  way
• 7:01
  Star
• 7:01
  wars
• 7:02
  affects
• 7:02
  generations.
• 7:03
  But
• 7:03
  for
• 7:04
  me,
• 7:04
  certainly,
• 7:05
  I
• 7:05
  was
• 7:05
  a
• 7:05
  kid
• 7:06
  growing
• 7:06
  up
• 7:06
  on
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  prequel,
• 7:06
  so
• 7:07
  I
• 7:07
  love
• 7:07
  them.
• 7:07
  And.
• 7:08
  And
• 7:09
  Revenge
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  the
• 7:09
  Sith
• 7:09
  was
• 7:09
  no
• 7:10
  different
• 7:10
  for
• 7:10
  me.
• 7:11
  It
• 7:11
  was
• 7:11
  an
• 7:11
  even
• 7:11
  more
• 7:12
  personal
• 7:12
  aspect
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  it
• 7:13
  because.
• 7:14
  So
• 7:14
  I
• 7:14
  was
• 7:14
  in
• 7:15
  fifth
• 7:15
  grade,
• 7:15
  and
• 7:16
  I
• 7:16
  remember
• 7:16
  the
• 7:17
  big,
• 7:17
  like,
• 7:18
  end
• 7:18
  of
• 7:19
  the
• 7:19
  year
• 7:19
  field
• 7:19
  trip
• 7:20
  for
• 7:20
  fifth
• 7:20
  graders
• 7:21
  wasn't
• 7:21
  wheelchair
• 7:22
  accessible
• 7:22
  for
• 7:22
  me.
• 7:22
  And
• 7:22
  we
• 7:23
  knew
• 7:23
  that,
• 7:23
  you
• 7:23
  know,
• 7:23
  well,
• 7:24
  going
• 7:24
  in,
• 7:24
  like,
• 7:24
  I
• 7:25
  mean,
• 7:25
  we
• 7:25
  talked
• 7:26
  with
• 7:26
  teachers,
• 7:26
  administrators,
• 7:27
  and,
• 7:27
  like,
• 7:28
  Because
• 7:28
  Amity
• 7:29
  was
• 7:29
  like.
• 7:29
  I
• 7:29
  think
• 7:29
  it
• 7:29
  was
• 7:30
  like
• 7:30
  a
• 7:30
  weekend
• 7:30
  type
• 7:31
  thing
• 7:31
  and
• 7:31
  all
• 7:31
  that.
• 7:31
  And
• 7:31
  so
• 7:32
  we
• 7:32
  knew
• 7:33
  that,
• 7:33
  like,
• 7:33
  on
• 7:33
  end.
• 7:34
  And
• 7:34
  so
• 7:34
  my
• 7:34
  mom
• 7:35
  was
• 7:35
  like,
• 7:35
  okay,
• 7:36
  well,
• 7:36
  you,
• 7:36
  like,
• 7:36
  was
• 7:36
  she
• 7:37
  playing
• 7:37
  like
• 7:37
  you
• 7:37
  said,
• 7:38
  you
• 7:38
  know,
• 7:38
  at
• 7:38
  the
• 7:38
  beginning
• 7:39
  of
• 7:39
  school?
• 7:39
  You're
• 7:39
  like,
• 7:39
  we'll
• 7:40
  do
• 7:40
  something
• 7:40
  else
• 7:41
  instead.
• 7:42
  So
• 7:42
  I
• 7:42
  got
• 7:43
  to
• 7:43
  go
• 7:44
  action
• 7:44
  figure
• 7:45
  shopping
• 7:45
  and
• 7:45
  saw
• 7:46
  Revenge.
• 7:46
  I
• 7:47
  was
• 7:47
  like,
• 7:47
  I
• 7:47
  mean,
• 7:48
  hey,
• 7:48
  I'm
• 7:48
  happy
• 7:48
  as
• 7:49
  could
• 7:49
  be.
• 7:49
  You
• 7:49
  know,
• 7:49
  I
• 7:49
  got
• 7:50
  a
• 7:50
  big
• 7:50
  deal.
• 7:51
  Back
• 7:51
  then,
• 7:51
  too,
• 7:51
  because
• 7:52
  they
• 7:53
  had
• 7:54
  tons
• 7:54
  of
• 7:54
  merchandise
• 7:55
  out
• 7:55
  for
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  Toys
• 7:57
  R
• 7:57
  Us.
• 7:57
  Like,
• 7:58
  half
• 7:58
  of
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  toy
• 7:59
  section
• 8:00
  was
• 8:00
  just
• 8:00
  for
• 8:01
  Revenge
• 8:01
  of
• 8:01
  the
• 8:01
  Sith
• 8:01
  stuff.
• 8:02
  Those
• 8:03
  were
• 8:03
  such
• 8:04
  a
• 8:04
  time.
• 8:04
  Those
• 8:04
  were
• 8:04
  the
• 8:05
  days.
• 8:05
  Oh,
• 8:05
  my
• 8:05
  gosh.
• 8:06
  I
• 8:06
  just
• 8:07
  sent
• 8:07
  you
• 8:07
  that
• 8:07
  meme
• 8:07
  the
• 8:08
  other
• 8:08
  day
• 8:08
  about,
• 8:08
  like,
• 8:09
  it
• 8:09
  was
• 8:09
  like,
• 8:09
  the
• 8:09
  comedian
• 8:10
  Sebastian
• 8:10
  Metasako.
• 8:11
  Yeah,
• 8:12
  yeah.
• 8:12
  Like,
• 8:12
  ranting
• 8:12
  about.
• 8:13
  He's
• 8:13
  like,
• 8:13
  what
• 8:13
  happened?
• 8:16
  Because,
• 8:16
  like,
• 8:17
  he
• 8:17
  found,
• 8:17
  like,
• 8:18
  a.
• 8:19
  Like,
• 8:19
  a
• 8:19
  mini
• 8:19
  store
• 8:20
  in
• 8:20
  the
• 8:20
  mall
• 8:20
  that,
• 8:21
  like,
• 8:21
  he's
• 8:21
  like,
• 8:22
  no,
• 8:23
  it's
• 8:23
  so
• 8:24
  depressing.
• 8:24
  It's
• 8:25
  so
• 8:25
  depressing.
• 8:26
  Yeah,
• 8:26
  yeah.
• 8:27
  I
• 8:27
  mean,
• 8:27
  because
• 8:28
  Toys
• 8:28
  R
• 8:28
  Us
• 8:28
  was
• 8:29
  so
• 8:29
  essential
• 8:29
  to
• 8:29
  my
• 8:29
  childhood
• 8:30
  and
• 8:30
  absolutely.
• 8:31
  The
• 8:31
  merchandise
• 8:32
  of
• 8:33
  pre.
• 8:33
  I.
• 8:33
  I
• 8:33
  would
• 8:34
  argue
• 8:34
  that
• 8:34
  the
• 8:34
  merchandise
• 8:35
  of
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  prequel
• 8:36
  era
• 8:36
  is
• 8:36
  the
• 8:37
  greatest
• 8:37
  era
• 8:37
  for
• 8:37
  Star
• 8:38
  wars
• 8:38
  merchandise.
• 8:38
  Like,
• 8:39
  is
• 8:39
  the
• 8:39
  original
• 8:39
  trilogy.
• 8:40
  They
• 8:40
  didn't
• 8:41
  even
• 8:41
  have
• 8:41
  all
• 8:41
  the
• 8:41
  figures
• 8:42
  ready
• 8:42
  when
• 8:42
  the
• 8:42
  movie.
• 8:43
  First
• 8:43
  movie
• 8:43
  came
• 8:43
  out.
• 8:44
  So
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  kenner
• 8:45
  toys
• 8:45
  were
• 8:45
  such
• 8:45
  a
• 8:45
  big
• 8:46
  deal
• 8:46
  because
• 8:47
  kids
• 8:47
  were
• 8:48
  asking
• 8:48
  their
• 8:48
  parents
• 8:49
  to
• 8:49
  order
• 8:49
  them
• 8:50
  well
• 8:50
  after
• 8:50
  New
• 8:51
  Hope
• 8:51
  came
• 8:51
  out.
• 8:52
  But,
• 8:53
  like,
• 8:53
  we
• 8:53
  had
• 8:54
  an
• 8:54
  abundance.
• 8:55
  I
• 8:55
  mean,
• 8:55
  to
• 8:55
  the
• 8:55
  point
• 8:55
  where
• 8:56
  it
• 8:56
  was
• 8:56
  not
• 8:56
  just
• 8:57
  Obi
• 8:57
  Wan,
• 8:57
  Anakin
• 8:58
  Padme
• 8:58
  figures.
• 8:59
  It
• 8:59
  was
• 8:59
  like
• 9:00
  you
• 9:00
  had
• 9:00
  the
• 9:00
  entire
• 9:01
  Jedi
• 9:01
  Council.
• 9:02
  There
• 9:02
  could
• 9:02
  be
• 9:03
  one
• 9:03
  character
• 9:03
  that's
• 9:04
  In
• 9:04
  a
• 9:04
  scene.
• 9:04
  No,
• 9:05
  my.
• 9:05
  Oh,
• 9:06
  like
• 9:06
  Revenge
• 9:06
  of
• 9:06
  the
• 9:06
  Sith,
• 9:07
  one
• 9:07
  of
• 9:07
  my
• 9:07
  favorites
• 9:07
  is.
• 9:08
  Okay,
• 9:08
  the
• 9:08
  kid
• 9:09
  who
• 9:10
  I.
• 9:10
  One
• 9:11
  of
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  only
• 9:11
  kids
• 9:11
  that
• 9:11
  Anakin
• 9:12
  doesn't
• 9:12
  kill,
• 9:12
  but
• 9:13
  one
• 9:13
  of
• 9:13
  the.
• 9:13
  The
• 9:14
  clone
• 9:14
  trooper
• 9:14
  shoots
• 9:15
  in
• 9:15
  that.
• 9:15
  You
• 9:15
  know,
• 9:15
  I'm
• 9:16
  talking
• 9:16
  about
• 9:16
  when
• 9:16
  Bell
• 9:16
  Organa
• 9:17
  sees.
• 9:17
  Oh,
• 9:17
  yeah,
• 9:18
  you
• 9:18
  know,
• 9:18
  I'm
• 9:18
  talking
• 9:18
  about.
• 9:19
  Yes,
• 9:19
  exactly.
• 9:19
  And
• 9:20
  George
• 9:20
  Lucas
• 9:20
  is.
• 9:21
  I
• 9:21
  had
• 9:21
  that
• 9:21
  action
• 9:21
  figure.
• 9:23
  I
• 9:24
  had
• 9:24
  everything.
• 9:24
  I
• 9:24
  mean,
• 9:24
  like,
• 9:25
  those.
• 9:25
  I
• 9:26
  mean,
• 9:26
  they
• 9:26
  were.
• 9:26
  It
• 9:27
  was
• 9:27
  just,
• 9:27
  you
• 9:27
  know,
• 9:28
  an
• 9:28
  abundance.
• 9:29
  But
• 9:30
  yeah,
• 9:30
  this
• 9:30
  was
• 9:30
  just
• 9:31
  so,
• 9:32
  you
• 9:32
  know,
• 9:32
  foundational
• 9:33
  to
• 9:33
  our
• 9:33
  childhood.
• 9:34
  So.
• 9:35
  And,
• 9:36
  and
• 9:36
  it
• 9:36
  also.
• 9:36
  I
• 9:37
  think
• 9:37
  the
• 9:37
  big
• 9:37
  thing
• 9:37
  about
• 9:37
  Revenge
• 9:38
  of
• 9:38
  the
• 9:38
  Sith,
• 9:38
  you
• 9:38
  know,
• 9:38
  I
• 9:39
  talked.
• 9:39
  I
• 9:39
  said
• 9:39
  a
• 9:39
  minute
• 9:39
  ago
• 9:40
  about.
• 9:40
  Yeah,
• 9:40
  there
• 9:40
  were
• 9:41
  a
• 9:41
  lot
• 9:41
  of
• 9:41
  snobby
• 9:42
  original
• 9:42
  trilogy
• 9:43
  fans
• 9:43
  that
• 9:43
  weren't
• 9:43
  down
• 9:44
  at
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  prequels,
• 9:44
  but
• 9:45
  the.
• 9:45
  More.
• 9:46
  More
• 9:46
  than
• 9:47
  the
• 9:47
  majority
• 9:48
  of
• 9:48
  them
• 9:49
  liked
• 9:50
  Revenge
• 9:50
  of
• 9:50
  the
• 9:50
  Sith
• 9:51
  much
• 9:51
  more
• 9:51
  than
• 9:52
  episodes
• 9:52
  one
• 9:52
  and
• 9:53
  two.
• 9:53
  Like,
• 9:53
  it
• 9:53
  gave
• 9:54
  them
• 9:54
  that
• 9:54
  more
• 9:55
  visceral,
• 9:56
  like,
• 9:57
  emotional
• 9:58
  journey
• 9:59
  of
• 9:59
  Anakin
• 10:00
  becoming
• 10:00
  Darth
• 10:01
  Vader
• 10:01
  and
• 10:02
  the
• 10:02
  fallout
• 10:03
  between
• 10:03
  him
• 10:03
  and
• 10:03
  Obi
• 10:03
  Wan.
• 10:04
  I
• 10:04
  mean,
• 10:04
  no
• 10:05
  one
• 10:05
  can
• 10:05
  watch
• 10:05
  the
• 10:06
  lightsaber
• 10:06
  duels
• 10:06
  in
• 10:07
  this
• 10:07
  movie
• 10:07
  and
• 10:07
  be
• 10:07
  like,
• 10:07
  yeah,
• 10:08
  yeah,
• 10:08
  that
• 10:08
  was
• 10:08
  all
• 10:08
  right.
• 10:09
  You
• 10:09
  know,
• 10:09
  I
• 10:10
  remember
• 10:10
  thinking.
• 10:11
  I
• 10:12
  remember
• 10:12
  because
• 10:12
  I
• 10:13
  think
• 10:14
  it
• 10:14
  was
• 10:14
  a
• 10:15
  common
• 10:15
  lore
• 10:15
  back
• 10:15
  then
• 10:16
  that,
• 10:16
  that.
• 10:17
  That
• 10:17
  Steven
• 10:18
  Spielberg
• 10:20
  advised
• 10:20
  on
• 10:21
  the
• 10:21
  final
• 10:21
  duel
• 10:22
  or
• 10:22
  something
• 10:22
  like
• 10:22
  that.
• 10:23
  And,
• 10:24
  and
• 10:24
  yeah,
• 10:25
  yeah,
• 10:26
  the.
• 10:27
  The.
• 10:27
  The
• 10:28
  fighting
• 10:28
  was
• 10:28
  good.
• 10:30
  It
• 10:30
  was
• 10:30
  just
• 10:30
  what
• 10:31
  we
• 10:31
  wanted
• 10:31
  to
• 10:31
  see,
• 10:32
  and
• 10:33
  it
• 10:33
  was
• 10:33
  as
• 10:34
  emotional,
• 10:36
  but,
• 10:37
  but,
• 10:38
  but,
• 10:39
  but.
• 10:40
  But
• 10:40
  maybe
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  bring
• 10:41
  it
• 10:41
  to
• 10:42
  kind
• 10:42
  of
• 10:42
  modern
• 10:43
  day
• 10:44
  when.
• 10:45
  When
• 10:45
  it
• 10:45
  was
• 10:46
  re.
• 10:46
  Released
• 10:47
  last
• 10:47
  year
• 10:48
  in
• 10:48
  theaters,
• 10:49
  I
• 10:49
  took
• 10:49
  my
• 10:49
  son
• 10:49
  to
• 10:50
  watch
• 10:50
  it
• 10:50
  and,
• 10:50
  dude,
• 10:51
  it
• 10:51
  was
• 10:51
  awesome.
• 10:51
  He
• 10:52
  loved
• 10:52
  it.
• 10:52
  I
• 10:52
  loved
• 10:52
  it.
• 10:53
  However,
• 10:53
  I
• 10:53
  do.
• 10:57
  I've
• 10:57
  heard.
• 10:58
  I've
• 10:58
  heard
• 10:59
  Josh
• 10:59
  say
• 10:59
  on.
• 11:00
  On.
• 11:01
  On
• 11:01
  a
• 11:02
  different
• 11:02
  episode
• 11:03
  that
• 11:04
  he
• 11:05
  thinks
• 11:05
  the
• 11:06
  pacing
• 11:06
  is
• 11:07
  kind
• 11:07
  of
• 11:07
  weird
• 11:08
  and
• 11:09
  the.
• 11:10
  And,
• 11:11
  and.
• 11:12
  And
• 11:12
  it
• 11:12
  has
• 11:12
  a.
• 11:13
  Like,
• 11:13
  I
• 11:13
  really
• 11:14
  forgot
• 11:14
  exactly
• 11:15
  how
• 11:15
  he.
• 11:16
  How
• 11:16
  he
• 11:16
  described
• 11:17
  it.
• 11:17
  But
• 11:17
  when
• 11:17
  I
• 11:18
  saw
• 11:18
  it
• 11:18
  in
• 11:18
  theaters
• 11:19
  20
• 11:19
  years
• 11:20
  later,
• 11:20
  I
• 11:21
  kind
• 11:21
  of
• 11:21
  saw
• 11:21
  what
• 11:22
  he.
• 11:22
  I
• 11:23
  kind
• 11:23
  of
• 11:23
  noticed
• 11:23
  what
• 11:24
  he
• 11:24
  was
• 11:24
  talking
• 11:24
  about.
• 11:25
  Like,
• 11:26
  these
• 11:26
  scenes,
• 11:27
  they
• 11:27
  don't
• 11:27
  really
• 11:27
  blend
• 11:28
  in
• 11:28
  that
• 11:28
  much.
• 11:29
  They're
• 11:29
  just
• 11:30
  things
• 11:30
  that
• 11:31
  happen
• 11:32
  and
• 11:32
  they
• 11:32
  kind
• 11:33
  of
• 11:33
  coincide
• 11:34
  with
• 11:34
  each
• 11:34
  other
• 11:35
  just
• 11:35
  because
• 11:36
  of
• 11:36
  the
• 11:37
  dialogue.
• 11:37
  And
• 11:38
  I
• 11:38
  was
• 11:38
  like,
• 11:38
  dang,
• 11:39
  this
• 11:39
  has
• 11:39
  always
• 11:40
  been
• 11:40
  here,
• 11:40
  I
• 11:40
  think.
• 11:41
  And
• 11:41
  I'm
• 11:42
  just
• 11:42
  coming
• 11:42
  around
• 11:43
  to
• 11:43
  the
• 11:43
  criticism
• 11:44
  now.
• 11:47
  And,
• 11:48
  and
• 11:49
  it
• 11:49
  doesn't
• 11:49
  lessen
• 11:50
  my
• 11:51
  idea
• 11:52
  from
• 11:52
  the
• 11:52
  movie
• 11:52
  because
• 11:54
  I
• 11:54
  still
• 11:55
  love
• 11:55
  the
• 11:55
  prequels,
• 11:55
  but
• 11:56
  not
• 11:56
  just
• 11:56
  because
• 11:56
  of.
• 11:57
  Because
• 11:59
  they
• 12:00
  were
• 12:00
  my
• 12:00
  Star
• 12:00
  wars
• 12:01
  quote
• 12:01
  unquote.
• 12:02
  It's.
• 12:02
  They
• 12:03
  are
• 12:03
  their
• 12:04
  own
• 12:04
  thing.
• 12:05
  They're
• 12:05
  very
• 12:06
  much
• 12:06
  in
• 12:06
  the
• 12:06
  style
• 12:07
  of
• 12:07
  old
• 12:08
  kind
• 12:08
  of
• 12:09
  serial
• 12:09
  films.
• 12:11
  And
• 12:12
  the
• 12:12
  choppiness
• 12:13
  of
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  scenes
• 12:14
  and
• 12:14
  of
• 12:15
  the
• 12:15
  weird
• 12:16
  dialogue,
• 12:17
  I
• 12:18
  think
• 12:18
  that's
• 12:18
  a
• 12:18
  feature
• 12:19
  and.
• 12:19
  But
• 12:20
  not
• 12:20
  a
• 12:20
  bug
• 12:20
  that
• 12:21
  people
• 12:21
  think
• 12:21
  it
• 12:21
  is.
• 12:22
  So
• 12:23
  it
• 12:23
  was
• 12:24
  just
• 12:24
  weird
• 12:24
  to
• 12:24
  sit
• 12:25
  in
• 12:25
  the
• 12:25
  theater
• 12:25
  and
• 12:25
  be
• 12:26
  like,
• 12:26
  oh,
• 12:27
  now
• 12:27
  I
• 12:27
  see
• 12:28
  what
• 12:28
  people
• 12:28
  are
• 12:28
  talking
• 12:29
  about.
• 12:29
  Okay.
• 12:31
  No,
• 12:31
  that's
• 12:31
  very
• 12:31
  well
• 12:32
  put.
• 12:32
  I
• 12:32
  mean,
• 12:32
  I
• 12:33
  think
• 12:33
  even
• 12:33
  for
• 12:34
  me,
• 12:34
  like,
• 12:34
  just
• 12:35
  because
• 12:35
  maybe
• 12:36
  it's
• 12:36
  because
• 12:36
  I've
• 12:36
  always
• 12:36
  had
• 12:36
  a
• 12:37
  knack
• 12:37
  for
• 12:37
  dialogue
• 12:38
  and
• 12:38
  like,
• 12:39
  I
• 12:39
  mean,
• 12:39
  I
• 12:39
  have
• 12:39
  a
• 12:39
  theater
• 12:39
  background.
• 12:40
  Like,
• 12:40
  I,
• 12:40
  I've
• 12:41
  written
• 12:41
  plays
• 12:41
  and
• 12:42
  stuff.
• 12:42
  So
• 12:42
  like,
• 12:43
  I.
• 12:43
  Even
• 12:43
  as
• 12:43
  a
• 12:44
  fifth
• 12:44
  grader,
• 12:44
  like,
• 12:44
  as
• 12:44
  much
• 12:45
  as
• 12:45
  I
• 12:45
  loved
• 12:45
  it,
• 12:45
  I
• 12:45
  was
• 12:46
  still
• 12:46
  kind
• 12:46
  of
• 12:46
  laughing
• 12:47
  at
• 12:47
  the
• 12:47
  hokey
• 12:48
  dialogue.
• 12:49
  Especially
• 12:50
  when
• 12:50
  it's
• 12:50
  like,
• 12:51
  it's
• 12:51
  in
• 12:52
  weird
• 12:52
  ways.
• 12:52
  It's
• 12:52
  almost
• 12:53
  like
• 12:53
  the
• 12:53
  hokey
• 12:53
  dialogue
• 12:54
  kind
• 12:54
  of
• 12:55
  fits
• 12:55
  better
• 12:55
  in
• 12:56
  Phantom
• 12:56
  Menace
• 12:57
  and
• 12:57
  Attack
• 12:58
  of
• 12:58
  the
• 12:58
  Clones
• 12:58
  because
• 12:59
  it's
• 12:59
  more
• 12:59
  consistent
• 12:59
  with
• 13:00
  the
• 13:00
  tone.
• 13:00
  This
• 13:01
  one
• 13:01
  is
• 13:01
  so
• 13:02
  epic
• 13:02
  and
• 13:03
  visceral
• 13:03
  and
• 13:03
  Shakespearean
• 13:05
  that
• 13:05
  it's
• 13:05
  like
• 13:06
  a
• 13:06
  little
• 13:06
  odd
• 13:07
  when
• 13:09
  you
• 13:09
  hear
• 13:09
  stuff
• 13:10
  like,
• 13:10
  Anakin,
• 13:11
  you're
• 13:11
  breaking
• 13:11
  my
• 13:11
  heart.
• 13:11
  You
• 13:12
  know,
• 13:12
  like,
• 13:12
  I
• 13:12
  mean,
• 13:14
  and
• 13:14
  just
• 13:14
  like
• 13:14
  really
• 13:15
  on
• 13:15
  the
• 13:15
  nose
• 13:16
  type
• 13:17
  stuff
• 13:17
  like
• 13:17
  that.
• 13:19
  But
• 13:19
  it
• 13:19
  also,
• 13:20
  like
• 13:20
  you
• 13:20
  said,
• 13:21
  very
• 13:21
  much
• 13:22
  fits
• 13:22
  in
• 13:22
  with
• 13:23
  what
• 13:23
  Star
• 13:23
  wars
• 13:24
  is
• 13:24
  and
• 13:24
  always
• 13:25
  has
• 13:25
  been.
• 13:26
  The
• 13:26
  other
• 13:27
  day,
• 13:27
  I
• 13:27
  mean,
• 13:27
  speaking
• 13:27
  of
• 13:27
  the
• 13:28
  re
• 13:28
  release
• 13:28
  last
• 13:28
  year,
• 13:29
  because
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  also,
• 13:29
  yeah,
• 13:29
  I
• 13:30
  went
• 13:30
  out
• 13:30
  with
• 13:30
  friends.
• 13:30
  It
• 13:30
  was
• 13:31
  great
• 13:31
  seeing
• 13:31
  it
• 13:31
  on
• 13:31
  the
• 13:31
  big
• 13:31
  screen
• 13:32
  again.
• 13:33
  You
• 13:33
  know,
• 13:33
  you
• 13:33
  talked
• 13:34
  at
• 13:34
  the
• 13:34
  beginning
• 13:34
  of
• 13:34
  the
• 13:35
  episode
• 13:35
  about
• 13:35
  how
• 13:36
  when
• 13:36
  this
• 13:36
  came
• 13:37
  out,
• 13:37
  we
• 13:37
  were
• 13:37
  like,
• 13:38
  oh,
• 13:38
  is
• 13:38
  this
• 13:38
  the
• 13:39
  end
• 13:39
  of
• 13:39
  Star
• 13:39
  Wars?
• 13:39
  This
• 13:39
  is
• 13:40
  the
• 13:40
  last
• 13:40
  movie
• 13:40
  we're
• 13:40
  ever
• 13:40
  getting.
• 13:41
  And
• 13:41
  then
• 13:41
  to
• 13:42
  watch
• 13:42
  it
• 13:42
  in
• 13:42
  theaters
• 13:43
  last
• 13:43
  year,
• 13:44
  after
• 13:44
  the
• 13:45
  last
• 13:45
  20,
• 13:45
  20
• 13:45
  years
• 13:45
  of
• 13:46
  everything,
• 13:46
  so
• 13:47
  much
• 13:47
  has
• 13:47
  changed.
• 13:48
  And
• 13:48
  the
• 13:48
  context
• 13:49
  of
• 13:49
  the
• 13:49
  Clone
• 13:49
  wars
• 13:50
  changes
• 13:50
  everything.
• 13:54
  That's
• 13:54
  true
• 13:54
  because.
• 13:55
  Because
• 13:56
  that's
• 13:57
  the
• 13:57
  power
• 13:57
  of
• 13:58
  the
• 13:59
  cinema.
• 13:59
  Because
• 14:00
  I've
• 14:00
  seen
• 14:00
  the
• 14:00
  movie
• 14:01
  hundreds
• 14:02
  of
• 14:02
  times
• 14:02
  between
• 14:03
  DVDs
• 14:04
  and
• 14:04
  Disney
• 14:05
  Plus.
• 14:06
  I
• 14:07
  don't
• 14:07
  know
• 14:07
  how
• 14:07
  many
• 14:08
  times
• 14:08
  I've
• 14:08
  seen
• 14:08
  it,
• 14:08
  but
• 14:09
  seeing
• 14:09
  it
• 14:09
  in
• 14:10
  the
• 14:10
  cinema
• 14:11
  with
• 14:11
  the
• 14:12
  big
• 14:12
  bright
• 14:12
  screen
• 14:13
  with
• 14:14
  a
• 14:14
  bunch
• 14:14
  of
• 14:15
  people,
• 14:15
  it
• 14:16
  was.
• 14:18
  It
• 14:18
  brought
• 14:18
  a
• 14:19
  perspective
• 14:19
  and
• 14:20
  it
• 14:20
  kind
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  flattened
• 14:21
  the
• 14:22
  history
• 14:22
  a
• 14:23
  bit,
• 14:23
  which
• 14:23
  was
• 14:24
  kind
• 14:24
  of
• 14:24
  weird.
• 14:24
  And
• 14:25
  you
• 14:25
  see
• 14:25
  it
• 14:26
  from
• 14:26
  a
• 14:26
  different
• 14:27
  perspective.
• 14:27
  But.
• 14:28
  Yeah,
• 14:28
  yeah.
• 14:29
  Oh,
• 14:30
  and
• 14:30
  also
• 14:30
  one
• 14:30
  of
• 14:30
  my
• 14:30
  favorite,
• 14:31
  like,
• 14:31
  hokey
• 14:32
  lines,
• 14:32
  like
• 14:32
  right
• 14:32
  in
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  middle
• 14:33
  of
• 14:33
  the
• 14:33
  big,
• 14:33
  epic,
• 14:34
  epic
• 14:35
  lightsaber
• 14:35
  duel
• 14:36
  is
• 14:36
  Anakin.
• 14:37
  Yeah.
• 14:37
  From
• 14:37
  my
• 14:38
  point
• 14:38
  of
• 14:38
  view,
• 14:38
  the
• 14:38
  Jedi
• 14:39
  are
• 14:39
  evil.
• 14:39
  Like,
• 14:39
  I
• 14:39
  mean,
• 14:40
  that
• 14:40
  one
• 14:40
  just
• 14:40
  like
• 14:40
  made
• 14:41
  me
• 14:41
  laugh
• 14:41
  as
• 14:41
  a
• 14:41
  fifth
• 14:42
  grader.
• 14:42
  Like,
• 14:42
  I
• 14:42
  mean,
• 14:43
  so,
• 14:43
  yes,
• 14:44
  like,
• 14:44
  bless
• 14:44
  George
• 14:45
  Lucas.
• 14:45
  Dialogue
• 14:46
  was
• 14:46
  never
• 14:46
  his
• 14:46
  gift,
• 14:47
  but
• 14:47
  he
• 14:47
  had
• 14:47
  many
• 14:48
  other,
• 14:49
  many
• 14:49
  other
• 14:50
  talents
• 14:50
  that
• 14:50
  make
• 14:50
  him
• 14:51
  such
• 14:51
  a
• 14:51
  great
• 14:51
  Storyteller,
• 14:52
  but
• 14:52
  that
• 14:52
  was
• 14:52
  not
• 14:53
  one
• 14:53
  of
• 14:53
  them.
• 14:54
  Sure.
• 14:54
  But.
• 14:54
  Yeah,
• 14:55
  yeah.
• 14:56
  And
• 14:56
  I've
• 14:56
  been
• 14:56
  thinking,
• 14:57
  too,
• 14:57
  but
• 14:57
  I
• 14:58
  know
• 14:58
  we
• 14:58
  could
• 14:58
  easily
• 14:59
  do
• 14:59
  a
• 14:59
  long
• 14:59
  discussion
• 15:00
  on
• 15:00
  this
• 15:00
  one,
• 15:00
  but
• 15:01
  with
• 15:01
  our
• 15:01
  theme
• 15:01
  this
• 15:02
  year
• 15:02
  for
• 15:02
  systematic
• 15:03
  ecology
• 15:03
  being
• 15:04
  the
• 15:04
  faces
• 15:04
  behind
• 15:05
  us.
• 15:05
  So
• 15:05
  there's
• 15:06
  a
• 15:06
  lot
• 15:06
  of
• 15:06
  characters
• 15:07
  that
• 15:08
  really
• 15:08
  influence
• 15:09
  the
• 15:09
  events
• 15:10
  of
• 15:10
  this
• 15:10
  film
• 15:12
  and
• 15:12
  the
• 15:12
  trajectory
• 15:12
  of,
• 15:13
  you
• 15:13
  know,
• 15:13
  I
• 15:13
  mean,
• 15:13
  it.
• 15:14
  You
• 15:14
  know,
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  core
• 15:15
  of
• 15:15
  the
• 15:15
  movie
• 15:16
  is,
• 15:16
  you
• 15:16
  know,
• 15:17
  Anakin's
• 15:17
  final
• 15:18
  transformation
• 15:18
  into
• 15:19
  Darth
• 15:19
  Vader,
• 15:19
  but
• 15:20
  it's
• 15:20
  all
• 15:20
  of
• 15:21
  the
• 15:22
  characters
• 15:22
  around
• 15:23
  him
• 15:23
  that
• 15:24
  and,
• 15:24
  you
• 15:25
  know,
• 15:25
  his
• 15:25
  attachments
• 15:26
  and
• 15:27
  everything
• 15:27
  that
• 15:28
  pushes
• 15:28
  him
• 15:29
  toward
• 15:29
  that.
• 15:29
  So
• 15:30
  I'm
• 15:30
  thinking,
• 15:30
  like,
• 15:30
  Padme
• 15:31
  and
• 15:31
  Palpatine
• 15:32
  being
• 15:32
  two
• 15:32
  of
• 15:33
  the
• 15:33
  most
• 15:33
  important
• 15:33
  characters
• 15:34
  here.
• 15:34
  Oh,
• 15:35
  for
• 15:35
  sure.
• 15:35
  Yeah.
• 15:36
  Like.
• 15:36
  Oh,
• 15:36
  for
• 15:37
  sure.
• 15:37
  Because
• 15:37
  they
• 15:38
  are
• 15:38
  the
• 15:38
  examples
• 15:39
  of,
• 15:40
  I
• 15:40
  would
• 15:41
  say,
• 15:41
  the
• 15:41
  coercion
• 15:42
  that
• 15:43
  put
• 15:44
  him
• 15:44
  in
• 15:44
  the
• 15:44
  place
• 15:45
  to
• 15:45
  make
• 15:46
  his
• 15:46
  decisions.
• 15:46
  You
• 15:47
  know
• 15:47
  what
• 15:47
  I
• 15:47
  mean?
• 15:48
  Palpatine
• 15:49
  was
• 15:49
  manipulating
• 15:50
  him
• 15:50
  the
• 15:50
  whole
• 15:50
  time.
• 15:52
  Padme
• 15:53
  was.
• 15:54
  I
• 15:55
  hate
• 15:55
  to
• 15:55
  say
• 15:55
  it,
• 15:55
  but
• 15:56
  she
• 15:56
  was
• 15:56
  almost
• 15:56
  enabling
• 15:58
  that
• 15:58
  behavior.
• 15:59
  You
• 15:59
  know,
• 16:00
  she
• 16:01
  wouldn't
• 16:01
  say
• 16:01
  no
• 16:02
  to
• 16:02
  him.
• 16:02
  So
• 16:03
  it
• 16:03
  was
• 16:04
  kind
• 16:04
  of
• 16:04
  weird.
• 16:07
  The
• 16:07
  one
• 16:07
  face
• 16:08
  that
• 16:08
  was.
• 16:09
  That
• 16:09
  was
• 16:10
  very
• 16:11
  influential
• 16:12
  to
• 16:12
  him
• 16:12
  in
• 16:13
  this
• 16:13
  film
• 16:13
  is
• 16:14
  one
• 16:14
  that's
• 16:14
  not
• 16:15
  in
• 16:15
  the
• 16:15
  film.
• 16:15
  And
• 16:15
  it's
• 16:16
  Qui
• 16:16
  Gon.
• 16:17
  Because
• 16:17
  I'm
• 16:18
  thinking,
• 16:18
  man,
• 16:19
  how
• 16:19
  much
• 16:21
  of
• 16:21
  a
• 16:21
  difference
• 16:21
  would
• 16:22
  have
• 16:22
  been
• 16:22
  if
• 16:23
  he
• 16:23
  was
• 16:25
  his
• 16:25
  master?
• 16:25
  You
• 16:26
  know,
• 16:27
  oh,
• 16:27
  it's
• 16:27
  the
• 16:27
  great
• 16:28
  what
• 16:28
  if?
• 16:28
  And
• 16:28
  I
• 16:28
  mean,
• 16:29
  it's
• 16:29
  why,
• 16:30
  you
• 16:30
  know,
• 16:30
  the
• 16:31
  theme
• 16:31
  Duel
• 16:32
  of
• 16:32
  the
• 16:32
  Fates
• 16:32
  exactly
• 16:33
  resonates.
• 16:33
  Somebody
• 16:34
  has
• 16:34
  so
• 16:34
  much
• 16:34
  meaning
• 16:35
  because
• 16:36
  that
• 16:36
  duel,
• 16:36
  when
• 16:37
  Qui
• 16:37
  Gon
• 16:37
  dies,
• 16:38
  it
• 16:39
  is
• 16:39
  the
• 16:39
  duel
• 16:39
  debate.
• 16:40
  Because
• 16:40
  any
• 16:40
  other
• 16:41
  outcome
• 16:41
  would
• 16:41
  have
• 16:41
  changed
• 16:42
  the
• 16:42
  future
• 16:43
  of
• 16:43
  Star
• 16:43
  wars,
• 16:43
  because
• 16:44
  I
• 16:44
  always
• 16:44
  think
• 16:44
  of
• 16:44
  it
• 16:45
  as,
• 16:45
  like,
• 16:46
  Obi
• 16:46
  Wan.
• 16:47
  It's
• 16:47
  not
• 16:47
  that
• 16:47
  he
• 16:48
  was
• 16:48
  a
• 16:48
  bad
• 16:48
  mentor
• 16:48
  to
• 16:49
  him,
• 16:49
  but
• 16:49
  he
• 16:49
  was
• 16:49
  always
• 16:50
  a
• 16:50
  better
• 16:51
  big
• 16:51
  brother
• 16:51
  to
• 16:51
  Anakin
• 16:52
  than
• 16:52
  he
• 16:52
  was.
• 16:53
  But
• 16:53
  also,
• 16:54
  he
• 16:54
  was
• 16:54
  thrust
• 16:55
  into
• 16:55
  the
• 16:55
  role
• 16:55
  of
• 16:56
  big
• 16:56
  brother
• 16:57
  and
• 16:57
  father
• 16:58
  simultaneously.
• 16:59
  And
• 16:59
  you
• 16:59
  can't
• 16:59
  really
• 16:59
  do
• 16:59
  that.
• 17:00
  Like.
• 17:00
  Like,
• 17:00
  by
• 17:01
  the
• 17:01
  time
• 17:01
  he
• 17:01
  trains
• 17:02
  Luke,
• 17:02
  he's
• 17:02
  a
• 17:02
  father
• 17:03
  figure
• 17:03
  toward
• 17:03
  him,
• 17:04
  and
• 17:04
  he
• 17:04
  was
• 17:04
  ready
• 17:04
  for
• 17:05
  that.
• 17:05
  But
• 17:05
  with
• 17:06
  Anakin,
• 17:06
  they're
• 17:07
  so
• 17:07
  close
• 17:07
  in
• 17:07
  age,
• 17:07
  they're
• 17:08
  monitored
• 17:08
  by
• 17:08
  this
• 17:09
  brotherhood.
• 17:09
  He
• 17:09
  couldn't
• 17:10
  be
• 17:10
  big
• 17:10
  brother
• 17:10
  and
• 17:11
  father
• 17:12
  and
• 17:13
  that.
• 17:13
  Whereas
• 17:13
  Qui
• 17:14
  Gon
• 17:14
  could
• 17:15
  very
• 17:15
  much
• 17:15
  have
• 17:16
  been
• 17:16
  their
• 17:16
  father
• 17:17
  figure,
• 17:17
  both
• 17:18
  to
• 17:18
  Anakin
• 17:19
  and
• 17:19
  Obi
• 17:19
  Wan,
• 17:19
  and
• 17:20
  it
• 17:20
  would
• 17:20
  have
• 17:20
  changed
• 17:20
  everything.
• 17:21
  So
• 17:21
  absolutely,
• 17:22
  Qui
• 17:22
  Gon
• 17:22
  is
• 17:23
  one
• 17:24
  of
• 17:24
  the
• 17:24
  key
• 17:24
  faces
• 17:24
  behind
• 17:25
  us,
• 17:25
  I
• 17:25
  think,
• 17:25
  in
• 17:26
  this
• 17:26
  movie.
• 17:26
  Yeah.
• 17:27
  And
• 17:28
  it's
• 17:28
  cool
• 17:28
  that
• 17:28
  you
• 17:29
  break
• 17:29
  up,
• 17:30
  that
• 17:30
  you
• 17:30
  bring
• 17:30
  up
• 17:32
  Duel
• 17:32
  of
• 17:32
  the
• 17:32
  Fates,
• 17:33
  because
• 17:33
  I
• 17:33
  was
• 17:33
  watching
• 17:33
  an
• 17:34
  episode
• 17:34
  two
• 17:34
  the
• 17:34
  other
• 17:35
  day,
• 17:36
  and
• 17:36
  I
• 17:36
  was
• 17:37
  like,
• 17:37
  I
• 17:38
  had
• 17:38
  Completely.
• 17:39
  I
• 17:39
  had
• 17:39
  completely
• 17:40
  forgot
• 17:40
  that
• 17:40
  a
• 17:41
  Duel
• 17:41
  of
• 17:41
  the
• 17:41
  Fates
• 17:41
  plays
• 17:42
  when
• 17:42
  he's
• 17:43
  going.
• 17:43
  When
• 17:44
  Anakin's
• 17:45
  on
• 17:45
  the
• 17:45
  way
• 17:45
  to
• 17:46
  go
• 17:47
  to
• 17:47
  massacre
• 17:48
  the
• 17:50
  Sam
• 17:51
  people.
• 17:51
  So,
• 17:51
  yeah,
• 17:52
  yeah,
• 17:52
  that
• 17:53
  is
• 17:53
  a
• 17:53
  pivotal
• 17:54
  time
• 17:57
  where
• 17:58
  his
• 17:58
  fate
• 17:59
  is
• 17:59
  decided.
• 18:00
  And
• 18:00
  that
• 18:00
  got
• 18:00
  me
• 18:01
  thinking,
• 18:01
  why
• 18:01
  wasn't
• 18:02
  it
• 18:02
  played
• 18:02
  in
• 18:04
  episode
• 18:04
  three
• 18:06
  if
• 18:07
  episode
• 18:07
  three
• 18:08
  was
• 18:08
  the
• 18:08
  one
• 18:08
  that
• 18:09
  really
• 18:10
  kind
• 18:10
  of
• 18:10
  sent
• 18:10
  them
• 18:10
  over,
• 18:11
  you
• 18:11
  know,
• 18:11
  So.
• 18:12
  I
• 18:12
  wonder
• 18:13
  that
• 18:13
  too.
• 18:13
  I
• 18:13
  mean,
• 18:13
  I
• 18:13
  think,
• 18:14
  like,
• 18:14
  it
• 18:15
  would
• 18:15
  have
• 18:15
  been.
• 18:15
  I
• 18:15
  mean,
• 18:16
  granted,
• 18:16
  I
• 18:16
  love
• 18:16
  the
• 18:17
  theme,
• 18:17
  you
• 18:17
  know,
• 18:18
  that
• 18:18
  they
• 18:18
  do
• 18:18
  for
• 18:18
  here.
• 18:19
  And
• 18:19
  I
• 18:19
  think
• 18:19
  it's
• 18:19
  more.
• 18:20
  It's
• 18:20
  so
• 18:20
  emotional.
• 18:21
  I
• 18:21
  mean,
• 18:21
  the.
• 18:21
  The
• 18:21
  battle
• 18:22
  of
• 18:22
  the
• 18:22
  heroes
• 18:23
  and
• 18:23
  all
• 18:23
  that.
• 18:23
  Like,
• 18:24
  I
• 18:24
  mean,
• 18:24
  and
• 18:25
  the
• 18:25
  order
• 18:25
  66
• 18:26
  theme
• 18:26
  is.
• 18:26
  It's
• 18:26
  a
• 18:27
  good
• 18:27
  progression.
• 18:28
  For
• 18:28
  sure.
• 18:29
  It
• 18:29
  is.
• 18:29
  So
• 18:29
  I
• 18:29
  think,
• 18:29
  like,
• 18:30
  it's
• 18:30
  connected
• 18:31
  the
• 18:31
  only.
• 18:32
  And
• 18:32
  I
• 18:32
  wish
• 18:32
  too,
• 18:33
  with
• 18:33
  the
• 18:33
  Obi
• 18:34
  Wan
• 18:34
  series,
• 18:34
  which
• 18:35
  should
• 18:35
  have
• 18:35
  been
• 18:35
  a
• 18:35
  movie,
• 18:35
  but
• 18:36
  that's
• 18:36
  a
• 18:36
  topic
• 18:37
  for
• 18:37
  another
• 18:37
  day.
• 18:37
  But.
• 18:38
  But
• 18:38
  I
• 18:38
  wish
• 18:38
  they
• 18:38
  had
• 18:39
  used
• 18:39
  the
• 18:39
  Battle
• 18:40
  of
• 18:40
  the
• 18:40
  Heroes
• 18:41
  theme
• 18:41
  for
• 18:42
  the
• 18:42
  duel
• 18:42
  between,
• 18:44
  like
• 18:45
  that.
• 18:45
  Yeah,
• 18:45
  that
• 18:45
  would
• 18:46
  have
• 18:46
  been
• 18:46
  great.
• 18:46
  But.
• 18:47
  But
• 18:47
  alas,
• 18:47
  you
• 18:48
  know.
• 18:49
  But
• 18:49
  yeah,
• 18:49
  I
• 18:49
  mean.
• 18:50
  And
• 18:51
  yeah,
• 18:51
  there's
• 18:51
  just
• 18:51
  so
• 18:52
  many
• 18:52
  moments
• 18:52
  here.
• 18:53
  I
• 18:53
  mean,
• 18:53
  I
• 18:53
  agree
• 18:54
  the
• 18:54
  pacing
• 18:54
  is
• 18:55
  like.
• 18:56
  It's
• 18:56
  weird.
• 18:56
  And
• 18:57
  it's
• 18:57
  also
• 18:57
  like,
• 18:57
  when
• 18:58
  you
• 18:58
  look
• 18:58
  at.
• 18:59
  Not
• 18:59
  much
• 18:59
  time
• 19:00
  passes
• 19:00
  here
• 19:00
  as
• 19:00
  well.
• 19:01
  And
• 19:01
  yet
• 19:01
  so
• 19:02
  much
• 19:02
  happens.
• 19:02
  Yeah,
• 19:03
  that's
• 19:03
  another
• 19:04
  thing
• 19:05
  because,
• 19:05
  I
• 19:05
  mean,
• 19:05
  right
• 19:06
  at
• 19:06
  the
• 19:06
  beginning
• 19:06
  of
• 19:06
  the
• 19:07
  movie,
• 19:07
  you
• 19:07
  know,
• 19:07
  they're
• 19:08
  rescuing
• 19:09
  Palpatine
• 19:11
  on
• 19:12
  the
• 19:12
  outskirts
• 19:13
  of
• 19:13
  Coruscant,
• 19:13
  and.
• 19:14
  And
• 19:15
  then,
• 19:15
  you
• 19:15
  know,
• 19:16
  we
• 19:17
  see
• 19:17
  Anakin
• 19:18
  and
• 19:18
  Obi
• 19:18
  Wan's
• 19:19
  final
• 19:19
  goodbye
• 19:20
  before
• 19:20
  Obi
• 19:21
  Wan
• 19:21
  goes
• 19:21
  to
• 19:21
  fight
• 19:21
  Grievous,
• 19:22
  Anakin's
• 19:23
  having
• 19:23
  the
• 19:23
  dream,
• 19:24
  the
• 19:24
  nightmares,
• 19:24
  and
• 19:25
  Padme's
• 19:26
  pregnant.
• 19:26
  And
• 19:27
  then.
• 19:27
  But
• 19:27
  it
• 19:27
  just
• 19:28
  escalates
• 19:28
  so
• 19:28
  much
• 19:28
  from
• 19:29
  that
• 19:29
  point
• 19:29
  on.
• 19:29
  But
• 19:30
  again,
• 19:30
  I
• 19:30
  could.
• 19:31
  Going
• 19:31
  back
• 19:31
  to
• 19:31
  Clone
• 19:31
  wars
• 19:32
  for
• 19:32
  a
• 19:32
  sec,
• 19:32
  it's
• 19:32
  like,
• 19:33
  oh,
• 19:34
  the
• 19:34
  Clone
• 19:34
  wars
• 19:35
  lore
• 19:35
  really
• 19:35
  expanded
• 19:36
  on
• 19:36
  all
• 19:36
  that
• 19:37
  to
• 19:37
  make
• 19:37
  it
• 19:37
  work
• 19:38
  better
• 19:38
  because
• 19:39
  you
• 19:39
  see
• 19:39
  all
• 19:39
  these
• 19:40
  events
• 19:40
  in
• 19:40
  motion
• 19:41
  here,
• 19:41
  and
• 19:42
  it's
• 19:42
  like,
• 19:42
  wait,
• 19:42
  how
• 19:42
  did
• 19:42
  this
• 19:43
  happen?
• 19:43
  How
• 19:43
  does
• 19:43
  that
• 19:43
  happen?
• 19:44
  And
• 19:44
  then
• 19:44
  when
• 19:44
  you
• 19:44
  see
• 19:45
  Clone
• 19:45
  wars,
• 19:45
  especially
• 19:45
  the
• 19:46
  final
• 19:46
  season,
• 19:47
  all
• 19:48
  of
• 19:48
  it
• 19:48
  really
• 19:48
  connects
• 19:49
  well,
• 19:50
  so
• 19:50
  it's
• 19:51
  cool
• 19:51
  to
• 19:51
  see.
• 19:51
  But
• 19:52
  now,
• 19:52
  granted,
• 19:53
  I
• 19:53
  would
• 19:53
  still.
• 19:53
  I.
• 19:54
  I
• 19:54
  can't
• 19:54
  believe
• 19:54
  that
• 19:55
  we're
• 19:55
  20
• 19:55
  years
• 19:56
  more
• 19:56
  than
• 19:56
  20
• 19:56
  years
• 19:57
  away.
• 19:57
  Divorce
• 19:58
  from
• 19:58
  Revenge
• 19:59
  of
• 19:59
  the
• 19:59
  Sith,
• 19:59
  initial
• 20:00
  release,
• 20:00
  and
• 20:00
  we
• 20:00
  still
• 20:00
  haven't
• 20:01
  gotten
• 20:01
  extended
• 20:02
  editions
• 20:02
  of
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  prequels.
• 20:03
  Like,
• 20:04
  I
• 20:04
  just.
• 20:04
  I
• 20:04
  want
• 20:05
  that
• 20:07
  kind
• 20:07
  of.
• 20:08
  But
• 20:08
  I
• 20:08
  want
• 20:08
  that.
• 20:08
  But
• 20:09
  I'm
• 20:09
  talking.
• 20:10
  I
• 20:10
  want
• 20:10
  the
• 20:10
  four
• 20:11
  hour
• 20:11
  cut
• 20:11
  of
• 20:11
  Revenge
• 20:12
  of
• 20:12
  the
• 20:12
  Sith.
• 20:14
  The.
• 20:15
  I
• 20:15
  want
• 20:15
  the.
• 20:16
  I
• 20:17
  want
• 20:17
  the
• 20:17
  Topher
• 20:18
  Grace
• 20:18
  Cut.
• 20:19
  That
• 20:19
  would
• 20:20
  be
• 20:20
  awesome.
• 20:21
  Because
• 20:21
  that's
• 20:22
  so
• 20:22
  dude
• 20:23
  hyped,
• 20:24
  you
• 20:24
  know.
• 20:25
  Dude,
• 20:25
  why
• 20:25
  isn't
• 20:26
  Topher
• 20:26
  Grace
• 20:26
  like
• 20:26
  editing
• 20:27
  every
• 20:27
  movie?
• 20:27
  Because
• 20:28
  you've
• 20:28
  seen
• 20:28
  those
• 20:28
  like
• 20:29
  things.
• 20:29
  Yeah,
• 20:29
  I
• 20:30
  mean,
• 20:30
  I
• 20:30
  mean
• 20:31
  I
• 20:31
  guess
• 20:32
  he
• 20:32
  could
• 20:32
  be.
• 20:32
  And
• 20:33
  we
• 20:33
  just
• 20:33
  don't
• 20:33
  know.
• 20:34
  Maybe.
• 20:35
  No,
• 20:36
  I
• 20:36
  don't
• 20:37
  know.
• 20:37
  But
• 20:38
  yeah,
• 20:38
  but
• 20:39
  there's
• 20:39
  so
• 20:39
  much
• 20:39
  we
• 20:39
  could
• 20:40
  talk
• 20:40
  about
• 20:40
  more.
• 20:40
  Order
• 20:41
  66
• 20:41
  was
• 20:42
  so.
• 20:43
  Yes.
• 20:43
  Effective
• 20:43
  though.
• 20:44
  Like
• 20:45
  yeah,
• 20:46
  I
• 20:46
  remember
• 20:46
  being
• 20:46
  like,
• 20:47
  oh
• 20:47
  damn.
• 20:47
  Like
• 20:48
  this
• 20:48
  is
• 20:49
  how
• 20:49
  it
• 20:49
  goes
• 20:49
  down.
• 20:49
  Okay.
• 20:50
  Yeah,
• 20:51
  it's
• 20:51
  like
• 20:52
  you
• 20:52
  know
• 20:52
  from
• 20:52
  the
• 20:52
  beginning,
• 20:53
  I
• 20:53
  mean
• 20:53
  like,
• 20:53
  you
• 20:54
  know
• 20:54
  what
• 20:54
  the
• 20:54
  outcome
• 20:54
  is
• 20:55
  going
• 20:55
  to
• 20:55
  be
• 20:55
  when
• 20:55
  you
• 20:55
  go
• 20:55
  in
• 20:55
  this
• 20:56
  movie.
• 20:56
  It's
• 20:56
  like,
• 20:56
  okay,
• 20:56
  he's
• 20:56
  going
• 20:57
  to
• 20:57
  become
• 20:57
  Darth
• 20:57
  Vader,
• 20:57
  he
• 20:57
  starts
• 20:58
  hunting
• 20:58
  down
• 20:58
  the
• 20:58
  Jedi.
• 20:59
  But
• 20:59
  to
• 20:59
  see
• 20:59
  it
• 21:00
  be
• 21:00
  oh
• 21:00
  this
• 21:01
  massive
• 21:02
  clones
• 21:02
  that
• 21:03
  kind
• 21:03
  of
• 21:03
  like
• 21:04
  flip
• 21:04
  on
• 21:04
  them,
• 21:05
  you
• 21:05
  know,
• 21:05
  that
• 21:05
  immediately
• 21:06
  flip.
• 21:06
  And
• 21:06
  it's
• 21:07
  pretty
• 21:07
  genius.
• 21:07
  All
• 21:08
  the
• 21:08
  Jedi
• 21:08
  feel
• 21:08
  that
• 21:08
  betrayal.
• 21:09
  Oh
• 21:10
  that
• 21:10
  montage
• 21:10
  sequence
• 21:11
  is
• 21:11
  just,
• 21:11
  just
• 21:11
  like
• 21:11
  I
• 21:12
  said,
• 21:12
  heartbreaking
• 21:12
  and
• 21:13
  so
• 21:13
  visceral.
• 21:13
  And
• 21:14
  the
• 21:14
  John
• 21:14
  Williams
• 21:15
  score
• 21:15
  just
• 21:15
  hits
• 21:16
  you
• 21:16
  on
• 21:16
  every
• 21:17
  level.
• 21:17
  But
• 21:17
  yeah,
• 21:18
  awesome.
• 21:19
  Well
• 21:19
  Evan,
• 21:19
  anything
• 21:20
  else?
• 21:20
  I
• 21:20
  know
• 21:21
  again
• 21:21
  we
• 21:21
  could
• 21:21
  go
• 21:22
  on
• 21:22
  for
• 21:22
  hours
• 21:22
  about
• 21:23
  this
• 21:23
  one,
• 21:23
  but
• 21:23
  yeah,
• 21:24
  the
• 21:24
  Drive
• 21:24
  in
• 21:25
  series,
• 21:25
  these
• 21:26
  are
• 21:26
  short
• 21:26
  and
• 21:26
  fun
• 21:26
  but
• 21:27
  any
• 21:27
  other
• 21:27
  final
• 21:27
  notes
• 21:28
  you
• 21:28
  want
• 21:28
  to
• 21:28
  say
• 21:28
  about
• 21:30
  just
• 21:30
  reflecting
• 21:31
  on
• 21:31
  Revenge
• 21:31
  of
• 21:31
  the
• 21:32
  Sith
• 21:32
  all
• 21:32
  these
• 21:32
  years
• 21:32
  later?
• 21:33
  I
• 21:34
  thought
• 21:34
  about,
• 21:35
  I
• 21:36
  thought
• 21:36
  about
• 21:36
  Jar
• 21:36
  Jar
• 21:37
  and
• 21:37
  how,
• 21:39
  how
• 21:39
  his
• 21:41
  non
• 21:41
  placement
• 21:42
  in
• 21:42
  this
• 21:42
  film
• 21:43
  is
• 21:43
  indicative
• 21:45
  of
• 21:45
  a
• 21:46
  fandom
• 21:47
  and
• 21:48
  sometimes
• 21:49
  I
• 21:49
  complain
• 21:50
  because
• 21:50
  I'm
• 21:50
  so
• 21:51
  in
• 21:52
  the
• 21:52
  weeds
• 21:52
  with
• 21:52
  the
• 21:52
  fandom
• 21:53
  online
• 21:54
  is
• 21:54
  that
• 21:54
  I
• 21:55
  think
• 21:56
  the
• 21:56
  atoxic
• 21:57
  fandom
• 21:57
  quote
• 21:57
  unquote
• 21:59
  that
• 21:59
  it's
• 21:59
  a
• 22:00
  fairly
• 22:00
  new
• 22:00
  thing
• 22:01
  and
• 22:01
  it's
• 22:02
  not.
• 22:03
  It's
• 22:03
  always
• 22:03
  been
• 22:03
  there.
• 22:06
  It
• 22:07
  almost
• 22:08
  ruined
• 22:09
  Ahmed
• 22:10
  best
• 22:10
  life
• 22:12
  and
• 22:13
  it's
• 22:13
  always
• 22:14
  there.
• 22:16
  And
• 22:16
  it
• 22:16
  was
• 22:16
  kind
• 22:16
  of
• 22:17
  a
• 22:17
  lesson
• 22:18
  that
• 22:18
  I
• 22:18
  had
• 22:18
  to
• 22:19
  learn
• 22:19
  of,
• 22:20
  you
• 22:21
  know,
• 22:21
  like
• 22:23
  there's
• 22:23
  nothing
• 22:23
  new
• 22:24
  under
• 22:24
  the
• 22:24
  sun
• 22:24
  and
• 22:25
  there's
• 22:26
  no
• 22:26
  need
• 22:26
  to
• 22:26
  get
• 22:27
  outraged
• 22:28
  over
• 22:28
  it
• 22:29
  and
• 22:30
  stuff
• 22:30
  like
• 22:30
  that.
• 22:30
  So
• 22:32
  that's
• 22:32
  just
• 22:33
  some
• 22:33
  perspective
• 22:34
  that
• 22:34
  I
• 22:34
  had
• 22:35
  kind
• 22:35
  of
• 22:35
  recently.
• 22:36
  So
• 22:36
  I'm
• 22:37
  glad
• 22:37
  you
• 22:37
  brought
• 22:37
  that
• 22:37
  up
• 22:37
  too.
• 22:38
  I
• 22:38
  mean.
• 22:38
  Oh
• 22:39
  absolutely.
• 22:39
  The
• 22:40
  like
• 22:40
  toxic
• 22:41
  fan
• 22:41
  culture
• 22:41
  that
• 22:42
  literally,
• 22:42
  yeah
• 22:43
  pushed
• 22:43
  and
• 22:43
  I'm
• 22:44
  so
• 22:44
  glad
• 22:44
  I'm
• 22:45
  at
• 22:45
  best
• 22:45
  like
• 22:46
  worked
• 22:46
  through
• 22:46
  that.
• 22:47
  And
• 22:47
  I
• 22:47
  mean
• 22:47
  he's
• 22:47
  like,
• 22:47
  yeah,
• 22:48
  just
• 22:48
  actually
• 22:49
  just
• 22:49
  a
• 22:49
  month
• 22:49
  ago
• 22:50
  he
• 22:50
  was
• 22:50
  at
• 22:50
  my
• 22:50
  local
• 22:50
  comic
• 22:51
  shop
• 22:52
  signing
• 22:52
  on
• 22:53
  every
• 22:53
  gobble
• 22:53
  day.
• 22:53
  It
• 22:53
  was
• 22:54
  so
• 22:54
  cool.
• 22:54
  And
• 22:54
  like,
• 22:55
  yeah,
• 22:55
  I
• 22:55
  mean
• 22:56
  now
• 22:56
  he's
• 22:56
  playing
• 22:56
  not
• 22:57
  just
• 22:57
  Jar
• 22:57
  Jar,
• 22:58
  but
• 22:58
  another
• 22:58
  Star
• 22:59
  wars
• 22:59
  character
• 22:59
  playing
• 23:00
  it.
• 23:00
  Like
• 23:00
  how
• 23:01
  cool
• 23:01
  is
• 23:01
  that
• 23:01
  too?
• 23:01
  He
• 23:01
  plays,
• 23:02
  he
• 23:02
  plays
• 23:02
  a
• 23:02
  badass
• 23:03
  Jedi
• 23:03
  who
• 23:03
  survived
• 23:04
  Order
• 23:04
  66
• 23:05
  and
• 23:05
  rescued
• 23:05
  Grogu
• 23:06
  I
• 23:06
  love
• 23:07
  that
• 23:07
  he's
• 23:07
  had
• 23:07
  this
• 23:07
  redemption.
• 23:09
  But
• 23:09
  at
• 23:09
  the
• 23:09
  same
• 23:09
  time,
• 23:10
  that's
• 23:10
  the
• 23:10
  sad
• 23:11
  thing
• 23:11
  about.
• 23:12
  Yeah,
• 23:13
  Nerd
• 23:13
  history
• 23:13
  repeating
• 23:14
  itself
• 23:14
  is
• 23:15
  that
• 23:15
  toxic
• 23:16
  fan
• 23:16
  culture
• 23:16
  is
• 23:17
  not
• 23:17
  gone
• 23:17
  away.
• 23:17
  And
• 23:18
  hopefully
• 23:19
  that's.
• 23:19
  I
• 23:20
  know
• 23:20
  at
• 23:20
  Systematic
• 23:21
  Ecology
• 23:22
  we
• 23:22
  try
• 23:22
  to
• 23:23
  really
• 23:23
  counteract
• 23:24
  that
• 23:24
  and
• 23:24
  we
• 23:25
  celebrate
• 23:25
  each
• 23:25
  other's
• 23:26
  fandoms
• 23:27
  and
• 23:28
  voices
• 23:28
  and
• 23:28
  we
• 23:29
  want
• 23:29
  to,
• 23:29
  you
• 23:29
  know,
• 23:29
  even
• 23:29
  when
• 23:29
  we
• 23:30
  disagree,
• 23:30
  we
• 23:30
  want
• 23:30
  to,
• 23:31
  you
• 23:32
  know,
• 23:32
  lift
• 23:33
  everyone's
• 23:34
  opinions
• 23:34
  and
• 23:35
  have
• 23:36
  healthy
• 23:36
  dialogue.
• 23:37
  So.
• 23:37
  Yeah,
• 23:38
  but.
• 23:39
  Awesome.
• 23:40
  Well,
• 23:40
  Evan,
• 23:40
  the.
• 23:41
  The
• 23:42
  closing
• 23:42
  question
• 23:43
  for
• 23:43
  this
• 23:43
  series
• 23:44
  is
• 23:45
  if
• 23:45
  you
• 23:45
  could
• 23:45
  have
• 23:46
  any
• 23:47
  flavored
• 23:47
  tea
• 23:48
  or
• 23:48
  lemonade
• 23:49
  to
• 23:49
  bring
• 23:49
  to
• 23:49
  the
• 23:49
  movie.
• 23:50
  What
• 23:51
  would.
• 23:51
  What
• 23:51
  would
• 23:51
  be
• 23:52
  your
• 23:52
  choice?
• 23:53
  What's
• 23:54
  the.
• 23:54
  I
• 23:54
  know
• 23:54
  it's
• 23:54
  a
• 23:54
  very.
• 23:55
  It's
• 23:55
  a
• 23:55
  very
• 23:55
  specific.
• 23:57
  I
• 23:58
  would
• 23:58
  do
• 23:58
  a
• 23:59
  mix
• 23:59
  of
• 24:00
  blue
• 24:00
  milk
• 24:01
  and
• 24:02
  a
• 24:02
  raspberry
• 24:02
  tea
• 24:03
  because
• 24:03
  that
• 24:03
  sounds
• 24:03
  kind
• 24:04
  of
• 24:04
  cool.
• 24:04
  Oh,
• 24:04
  I
• 24:04
  like
• 24:05
  it.
• 24:05
  I
• 24:05
  like
• 24:05
  it.
• 24:06
  I
• 24:06
  have
• 24:06
  kind
• 24:06
  of
• 24:06
  a
• 24:07
  cop
• 24:07
  out
• 24:07
  answer.
• 24:07
  I
• 24:07
  said
• 24:08
  pink
• 24:08
  on
• 24:08
  the
• 24:08
  last
• 24:08
  one
• 24:09
  I
• 24:09
  recorded
• 24:09
  with
• 24:09
  Joshua,
• 24:10
  but
• 24:10
  my
• 24:10
  cop
• 24:11
  out
• 24:11
  answer
• 24:11
  is
• 24:11
  like,
• 24:12
  I'm
• 24:12
  diabetic,
• 24:13
  so
• 24:13
  I
• 24:13
  don't
• 24:13
  drink
• 24:13
  tea
• 24:13
  or
• 24:14
  lemonade.
• 24:14
  So
• 24:14
  I'm
• 24:15
  just
• 24:15
  bringing
• 24:15
  a
• 24:15
  diet
• 24:15
  Coke.
• 24:19
  So
• 24:19
  I'm
• 24:19
  gonna
• 24:20
  go
• 24:20
  with
• 24:20
  that
• 24:20
  going
• 24:20
  forward.
• 24:21
  Exactly,
• 24:22
  exactly.
• 24:23
  Exactly.
• 24:24
  Awesome.
• 24:25
  Well,
• 24:25
  Evan,
• 24:26
  this
• 24:26
  has
• 24:26
  been
• 24:26
  a
• 24:26
  blast.
• 24:27
  We
• 24:27
  will
• 24:27
  definitely.
• 24:28
  We
• 24:28
  gotta
• 24:28
  do
• 24:28
  like
• 24:29
  a
• 24:29
  full
• 24:29
  on
• 24:30
  prequel,
• 24:31
  like
• 24:31
  deep
• 24:31
  dive,
• 24:32
  like,
• 24:33
  like
• 24:33
  a
• 24:33
  reflection.
• 24:34
  So
• 24:34
  this
• 24:34
  is
• 24:35
  almost
• 24:35
  like
• 24:35
  a
• 24:35
  teaser
• 24:35
  for
• 24:36
  that.
• 24:36
  We'll
• 24:36
  make
• 24:36
  that
• 24:36
  happen
• 24:36
  eventually.
• 24:37
  But.
• 24:38
  But
• 24:38
  in
• 24:38
  the
• 24:38
  meantime,
• 24:39
  for
• 24:39
  our
• 24:39
  listeners
• 24:40
  out
• 24:40
  there,
• 24:40
  go
• 24:41
  check
• 24:41
  out
• 24:41
  the
• 24:41
  rest
• 24:41
  of
• 24:41
  the
• 24:41
  series
• 24:42
  again.
• 24:42
  Click
• 24:43
  on
• 24:43
  the
• 24:43
  show
• 24:43
  notes.
• 24:44
  You
• 24:44
  can
• 24:44
  find
• 24:44
  the
• 24:44
  whole
• 24:45
  catalog
• 24:45
  there.
• 24:46
  And
• 24:46
  we'd
• 24:47
  love
• 24:47
  to
• 24:47
  hear
• 24:47
  from
• 24:47
  you
• 24:47
  on
• 24:48
  social
• 24:48
  media.
• 24:49
  Evan
• 24:49
  is
• 24:49
  the
• 24:49
  one
• 24:50
  running
• 24:50
  all
• 24:50
  the
• 24:50
  memes
• 24:51
  on
• 24:51
  social
• 24:51
  media,
• 24:52
  so
• 24:53
  he
• 24:53
  does
• 24:53
  a
• 24:53
  wonderful
• 24:54
  job
• 24:54
  with
• 24:54
  those.
• 24:54
  So
• 24:55
  check
• 24:55
  those
• 24:55
  out.
• 24:56
  But
• 24:57
  thank.
• 24:57
  Oh
• 24:58
  yes.
• 24:58
  Always.
• 24:59
  Well,
• 24:59
  thank
• 25:00
  you
• 25:00
  all
• 25:00
  for
• 25:00
  tuning
• 25:01
  in
• 25:01
  today.
• 25:01
  Evan,
• 25:02
  this
• 25:02
  was
• 25:02
  great.
• 25:02
  And
• 25:03
  for
• 25:04
  everyone
• 25:04
  out
• 25:04
  there,
• 25:04
  remember,
• 25:05
  we
• 25:05
  are
• 25:05
  all
• 25:05
  a
• 25:06
  chosen
• 25:06
  people.
• 25:06
  A
• 25:07
  kingdom
• 25:07
  of
• 25:07
  priests.
• 25:08
  May
• 25:08
  the
• 25:08
  force
• 25:09
  be
• 25:09
  with
• 25:09
  you.
• 25:10
  Don't.
