- 0:07Speaker 1: Adam Kaplan's here today, and of course Football at four

- 0:19Speaker 1: Don't forget tomorrow night the Big concert zone on there.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Bruise Traveler along with Jin Blossom and the Spin Doctors.
- 0:27Speaker 1: I know those are three of your favorites, Adam Kaplan.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I can see you partying up with Blues.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Traveler, you know, yeah, but again the nineties music. There's
- 0:34Speaker 2: a running joke at the tennis club I belong to
- 0:36Speaker 2: that if it's not eighties, I don't know anything about it,
- 0:38Speaker 2: but that's not true. I do know some, and Blues
- 0:42Speaker 2: Travers definitely know about well.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I am slated to go to the concert, but if
- 0:47Speaker 1: my team advances, we play tomorrow at four o'clock, so
- 0:52Speaker 1: I got to give my tickets up. I won't be
- 0:53Speaker 1: able to go, but if we know, if we unfortunately don't,
- 0:57Speaker 1: I'll be at the concert tomorrow night. So I'm hoping
- 0:59Speaker 1: to not stee Blues Travel Tomorrow.
- 1:00Speaker 2: Night, good pass in the half. Yeah, it is interesting
- 1:05Speaker 2: the way things work out. I remember student interview soon
- 1:09Speaker 2: recently who asked me about my Sixers phantom, and I said,
- 1:14Speaker 2: let me tell you how crazy of a six Er
- 1:16Speaker 2: fan I am. In two thousand and one, traveled to
- 1:19Speaker 2: the finals of my own dime, got a single seat,
- 1:22Speaker 2: actually got great seats in what was what was called
- 1:25Speaker 2: the Staples Center then. And then when I was in
- 1:28Speaker 2: high school when they were in eighty two eighty three,
- 1:31Speaker 2: I had the next game. He had tickets for the
- 1:33Speaker 2: next game, but the six Er swept, so I never
- 1:36Speaker 2: went to never got to go. So, yeah, Mike, it's
- 1:39Speaker 2: it's sometimes there are good problems to have and getting
- 1:42Speaker 2: back to you, your team winning is obviously a little
- 1:45Speaker 2: bit more important to going a good concert though.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Now I was supposed to go see Towd the Wetsprocket tonight.
- 1:50Speaker 1: They're playing tonight. Who told the wets Rocket is playing
- 1:54Speaker 1: with men at work?
- 1:55Speaker 2: I met in a met at work. I know they're
- 1:57Speaker 2: from Australia, but the first band is are they from
- 2:01Speaker 2: the Jetsons?
- 2:02Speaker 1: I don't know them, No, I mean they're pretty They
- 2:05Speaker 1: had their little cult following there. All, right, ed, and
- 2:07Speaker 1: let's get into something I know, you know, really well,
- 2:11Speaker 1: the first couple of days of Eagles training camp. Let's
- 2:13Speaker 1: take a look at what stood out and look different
- 2:15Speaker 1: during the first two practice Everybody wants to know what
- 2:17Speaker 1: this offense is going to look like. So let's start
- 2:20Speaker 1: with the offensive side of the ball. What are we
- 2:22Speaker 1: observing that stood out and looked different during these first
- 2:26Speaker 1: two camp practices.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's really the way I wanted to set
- 2:29Speaker 2: this up, because this is a brand new offense. Mike.
- 2:33Speaker 2: The Eagles, we already know they had the biggest offensive
- 2:35Speaker 2: line in weight in the National Football League, and they
- 2:38Speaker 2: might have the tall offensive line Mike, fred Johnson. It
- 2:41Speaker 2: was funny I was asking Andrew to check o on
- 2:43Speaker 2: Thursday because we're right in back of the lineman. Who's taller,
- 2:47Speaker 2: Fred Johnson or doing my lot and during my lot
- 2:52Speaker 2: of technically it's taller at six foot eight, but they've
- 2:56Speaker 2: got a lot of length. They added down Tavian Wicks
- 2:58Speaker 2: as a big bodied receiver. You really like that. The
- 3:02Speaker 2: other thing, Mike that is interesting is that they are
- 3:05Speaker 2: really athletic and they're really fast, like you couldn't really
- 3:09Speaker 2: tell no Tis because those are we call passing camps,
- 3:12Speaker 2: are more like flag football, and yes Thursday until early
- 3:16Speaker 2: next week. They have to have reduced practices. You can't hit.
- 3:20Speaker 2: We're in the five day acclamation period. But the tempo's better.
- 3:24Speaker 2: The Eagles mic despite the trade of a J. Brown,
- 3:28Speaker 2: there's still very very there's still any very very athletic offense.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Well, you know, one thing everybody's wondering about is Jalen
- 3:37Speaker 1: Hurts and is it going to be under center? And
- 3:39Speaker 1: the timing throws? Is he kind? Are we seeing that
- 3:43Speaker 1: early on here?
- 3:44Speaker 2: So, Mike, you asked me that back in Foreby. What's
- 3:46Speaker 2: this going to look like? I said, it's going to
- 3:48Speaker 2: go pure West Coast terminology is going to change. Hurts
- 3:53Speaker 2: will be on under center way more over the past
- 3:55Speaker 2: five seasons under center less than twenty percent of the time.
- 4:00Speaker 2: That's going to change. You're going to see pre stat motion.
- 4:03Speaker 2: We saw it under center. We saw it almost the
- 4:06Speaker 2: entire practice. That's It's just one of these things. I
- 4:09Speaker 2: just I was marveling at him, like this is so different, Mike.
- 4:14Speaker 2: As I watched Thursday's practice, which is longer than Wednesdays,
- 4:17Speaker 2: I was like, this is just not what I've seen
- 4:19Speaker 2: with Jalen Hurts. It's said a lot of people critical,
- 4:21Speaker 2: why are you doing this to him? Look, you got
- 4:24Speaker 2: to advance the guy. He's a super Bowl winner. He
- 4:26Speaker 2: can handle this. He's just it's not what he's used to.
- 4:27Speaker 2: That's okay, you know. By the way, I remember Philip Rivers,
- 4:32Speaker 2: he was exclusively and shotgun when when he was at
- 4:34Speaker 2: North Carolina North Carolina State. It took him a while
- 4:37Speaker 2: to play inner center like it. It just it's it's
- 4:40Speaker 2: going to be an adjustment. People need to be patient, Mike.
- 4:42Speaker 2: And playing pre stat motion, there's just a lot different
- 4:45Speaker 2: to answer. To answer your question, Mike, it looks like
- 4:48Speaker 2: it looks like an offense. They've never run here to
- 4:50Speaker 2: something up right.
- 4:52Speaker 1: A lot of I guess more or more pre snap motion,
- 4:57Speaker 1: more past timing in the past game. What kind of
- 5:00Speaker 1: formations and groupings are we seeing here?
- 5:03Speaker 2: All right? So with the timing in the pass the game,
- 5:05Speaker 2: this is it's interesting. The first ten minutes of practice, right,
- 5:08Speaker 2: Hurts is under center play action pass. He throws a
- 5:12Speaker 2: gorgeous crosser to Dallas Godder. Timing was like right on time,
- 5:18Speaker 2: but yeah, god it would get the ball Mike in
- 5:21Speaker 2: previous schemes, in previous play callers, but not that type
- 5:25Speaker 2: of route. That's a west coast route. That's uh, that
- 5:28Speaker 2: was a beautiful timing route. Hurts read it correctly, he
- 5:31Speaker 2: put he laid it right on him in stride Mike. See,
- 5:34Speaker 2: this is one of the things that jalen It struggled
- 5:36Speaker 2: with mightily is anticipation throws where you know where the
- 5:41Speaker 2: guy's got to be. You're you're throwing the ball in
- 5:44Speaker 2: the middle of his route and telling him to go
- 5:45Speaker 2: get it. That's an anticipation throw because you it's a
- 5:48Speaker 2: spot throw. That throw that I talked about with Goddor
- 5:51Speaker 2: was right there. It was just a great throw that
- 5:53Speaker 2: Doc Davin wis one that I know the reporter saw
- 5:55Speaker 2: that was not that was a broken down play. Hurts
- 5:57Speaker 2: just heaved a downfield and Wicks made a great catch
- 6:00Speaker 2: over two defenders. But so the question formationally, we saw
- 6:05Speaker 2: plenty of twelve personnel, plenty of eleven personnel. See, they
- 6:08Speaker 2: have they have enough players to run. Either it's who's
- 6:12Speaker 2: going to perform at the highest that's gonna that's that'll
- 6:15Speaker 2: determine what they're going to lean towards of the two
- 6:17Speaker 2: personnel groupings. But understand, Mike, they led the NFL in
- 6:22Speaker 2: twenty four in twelve personnel. Why because they were the
- 6:25Speaker 2: best running team in NFL history from beginning through the
- 6:28Speaker 2: Super Bowl. So now that times have changed, the offensive
- 6:32Speaker 2: lines Alder beat up if the Brown's gone, So things
- 6:35Speaker 2: are different now we'll see what happens, Mike. But the
- 6:39Speaker 2: personnel groupings, Oh, you also saw a lot of inbreakers.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I love that this goes to you as we've moved this
- 6:44Speaker 2: forward here, Mike, with their offense, I think I think
- 6:47Speaker 2: fans are going to if they're willing to be patient
- 6:51Speaker 2: and it hurts gets the offense, you guys are going
- 6:54Speaker 2: to be like I totally see why Jeffrey Lorie, Harry
- 6:58Speaker 2: Roseman and Nick siy Eyeing won this offense change. But
- 7:00Speaker 2: a lot's got to.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Happen, well, right. The funny part is this is the
- 7:03Speaker 1: kind of off of that AJ Brown may have excelled in.
- 7:07Speaker 2: No doubt. In fact, that was one of the things
- 7:09Speaker 2: we talked about when they traded for him in twenty two.
- 7:13Speaker 2: He excelled at inbreakers. It's called the bangate, where it's
- 7:16Speaker 2: called bang play action, free step drop balls out him
- 7:19Speaker 2: and Ryan Tannehill really did well together with that, and
- 7:22Speaker 2: for whatever reason, Mike Israeli ran it, which is really embarrassing.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Quite Frankly's can make that throat. In fact, I saw
- 7:28Speaker 2: when he did it. He threw a great ferrauge. He
- 7:30Speaker 2: made a great pass. I don't know why they don't
- 7:32Speaker 2: do more of it there.
- 7:34Speaker 1: There were so many times, Adam where they ran that
- 7:36Speaker 1: little inside slant to AJ and he would catch it
- 7:38Speaker 1: and drag a defender for two or three xtra yards
- 7:41Speaker 1: I mean, and then they would go away from it.
- 7:43Speaker 2: And you know, okay, So Mike on that point, good one.
- 7:46Speaker 2: Don Tavian Wicks, who's technically taller than AJ Brown, long,
- 7:51Speaker 2: big body, he's maybe about an inch taller that he's
- 7:53Speaker 2: actually he looks six three. He's actually just above sixty one.
- 7:57Speaker 2: But he's got long arms, long body. You're going to
- 8:00Speaker 2: see that. Devonte Smith made all sorts of catches McKayle Lemon,
- 8:03Speaker 2: as I suspected with the lineup of the slot, he
- 8:05Speaker 2: did quite a bit. And the Eagles right now, Mike,
- 8:08Speaker 2: before we finish offense, they actually have a true slot
- 8:11Speaker 2: receiver in first round pick MacKaye Lemon.
- 8:14Speaker 1: All right, Adam Kaplin Football at four powered by the
- 8:16Speaker 1: Inside of the Birds podcast. Make sure you check out
- 8:18Speaker 1: the podcast on all podcasting platforms. Let's go to the defense.
- 8:22Speaker 1: I thought yesterday Vic Fangio, he mentioned Bernard will probably
- 8:26Speaker 1: not be ready for training again. He also said time
- 8:28Speaker 1: will tell whether he'll be ready for the start of
- 8:30Speaker 1: the season. I thought that was a little concerning. But
- 8:33Speaker 1: he adds to the defensive line that has a lot
- 8:35Speaker 1: of talent.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Well, you are, Bernard, it will not be ready. He's
- 8:38Speaker 2: not gonna play this year. I mean he we'll see
- 8:40Speaker 2: if he's on the roster. They made a decision now
- 8:43Speaker 2: because how he put himself out like that. He said
- 8:46Speaker 2: it to the media. Maybe they're just gonna red Shehrterman
- 8:49Speaker 2: in terms of okay, we'll keep on the roster. He's down,
- 8:51Speaker 2: he's Mike. He's essentially there's six defensive tackle and he
- 8:55Speaker 2: doesn't how to play football yet, so it's not like
- 8:58Speaker 2: he's going to learn in five weeks. Come on, let's
- 9:01Speaker 2: during a lot of for people comparing it's completely different. Yes,
- 9:04Speaker 2: during my lot, I never played American football, but he
- 9:06Speaker 2: played rugby. He was a professional rugby player. By the way,
- 9:11Speaker 2: there were some similarities, though he still didn't know how
- 9:14Speaker 2: to play football. I would grant you that's absolutely true,
- 9:18Speaker 2: but this is completely different. This guy really very little
- 9:21Speaker 2: organized sports in his background. He was he was a
- 9:23Speaker 2: personal trainer before the draft, he Mike I was saying
- 9:27Speaker 2: to Andrew, he doesn't look three hundred pounds because he's chiseled.
- 9:31Speaker 2: You could see it, you could see his forearms, but
- 9:34Speaker 2: you just don't. They don't make people who look like
- 9:36Speaker 2: that at defense tackle my Usually they're fat and heavy.
- 9:39Speaker 2: He's not. He looks about two fifty, but he's listited
- 9:42Speaker 2: over three hundred pounds.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Yeah, he is a guy who reminds you more of
- 9:46Speaker 1: like a Miles Garrett in terms of his than Jordan
- 9:51Speaker 1: Davis over there. But defensive line a ton of talent
- 9:55Speaker 1: that we h we know what about the I mean, man,
- 9:58Speaker 1: let's rewind foot ball at four to twenty and twenty
- 10:02Speaker 1: one to twenty thirteen and talk about the depth they
- 10:06Speaker 1: have it inside or forget twenty thirteen, two thousand, the
- 10:10Speaker 1: depth and inside linebacker.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I'll tell you what, and I know they only will
- 10:14Speaker 2: play too. They probably will only keep four. Five would
- 10:17Speaker 2: be shocking. There's no reason to do that. In fact,
- 10:20Speaker 2: there will be some weeks only a dress three inside backers.
- 10:23Speaker 2: But I gotta tell you, Zack Bond still looks great,
- 10:26Speaker 2: moves great, and he's going to wear the green dot
- 10:29Speaker 2: this season. John Campbell now Joe hot camp I inter
- 10:31Speaker 2: and I saw the same thing. He didn't look like
- 10:35Speaker 2: he only supposedly around two forty two forty five. He
- 10:38Speaker 2: looked much smaller than that. And remember, because he was
- 10:41Speaker 2: coming back from shoulder issues, we don't know how much
- 10:43Speaker 2: he was able to lift, but someone will look more
- 10:46Speaker 2: into it. Again, they weren't wearing pads. You got to
- 10:47Speaker 2: be careful, but small mom and good athlete. Good Land
- 10:52Speaker 2: trot Junior, a good backup linebacker, Chance Campbell, very athletic, long,
- 10:56Speaker 2: Bobby King there linebackers coach coached them at ten to see.
- 11:00Speaker 2: That's why he's here. And Deiontay Lawson, by the way,
- 11:02Speaker 2: had he not suffered to tow an acl who's not dra
- 11:04Speaker 2: after that of Alabama. He's also long and athletic, six
- 11:08Speaker 2: foot three. The Eagles have gotten really taller in the
- 11:10Speaker 2: last couple of years. And we saw this on display,
- 11:12Speaker 2: So there a loaded mike. You're absolutely right. I've never
- 11:15Speaker 2: seen such depth and what I love about it. It's young,
- 11:18Speaker 2: which is a good thing.
- 11:19Speaker 1: All right, Adam, Let's go to another spot that it
- 11:23Speaker 1: kind of interesting when you take a look at the
- 11:26Speaker 1: overall speed of this defense. You know, when you look
- 11:30Speaker 1: from sideline to sideline, is that something that stands out
- 11:33Speaker 1: about this team?
- 11:34Speaker 2: Yeah? Think about this. Okay, Now, Jonathan Gernard unfortunately won't
- 11:37Speaker 2: be ready to the regular season coming back from the
- 11:40Speaker 2: pectorial stream, but he's got an incredible first step quickness.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Bond is one of the better athletes at inside backer,
- 11:47Speaker 2: which we didn't really know when he came here, but
- 11:49Speaker 2: it became one. Jaelegs Hunt is a superstar athlete. I
- 11:52Speaker 2: mean this guy led them in interceptions, led them in sacks.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I Forvar's college safety for two years that he played
- 12:00Speaker 2: edge for two years. This is his fifth year as
- 12:02Speaker 2: an edge rusher. Sky's a limit for this guy. Uh,
- 12:05Speaker 2: he's a big time athlete. Macouba's an athlete, Dejeane and
- 12:09Speaker 2: Mitchell Tickley Degene As you know, Mike Jovin Jones was
- 12:12Speaker 2: a very good athlete early in his career, but you
- 12:14Speaker 2: know he turns thirty three soon. Michael Carter's got decent athleticism.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Monin is a good athlete. Arnot A. Buketty's explosive. This
- 12:24Speaker 2: is a really and obviously Rik willis a supreme athlete
- 12:27Speaker 2: and got great speed. Oh one little nugget, I'll give
- 12:31Speaker 2: you this kind of funny if you didn't know better,
- 12:35Speaker 2: I mean looking at Keiey Wringo. We know he's not
- 12:37Speaker 2: in the cornerback quotation, but my goodness, he filled out.
- 12:40Speaker 2: You know it's lower bodies. He used to have pencil legs.
- 12:43Speaker 2: He has really filled out, very very interesting. He's also
- 12:47Speaker 2: told Mike this is the best really athletic team that
- 12:51Speaker 2: I've seen the Eagles have here in a long time.
- 12:53Speaker 1: All right, well let's take a look at the safety spot.
- 12:56Speaker 1: It's something that vicd Andrew didn't really want to comment on. Yes,
- 13:01Speaker 1: it looks like he has a reason.
- 13:04Speaker 2: So all right, Carl with sdisky. He's back from his
- 13:06Speaker 2: lower body injury. I'm told that it was lower body
- 13:08Speaker 2: wasn't related to the injury in college. He worked Michael CARTERJ. T. Gray.
- 13:13Speaker 2: He's only going to really place special teams, but he's
- 13:15Speaker 2: technically a safety. Andre Sam now in his third year
- 13:18Speaker 2: off and on with the Eagles, but Mike mccouba, as
- 13:23Speaker 2: we talked about when he mister rafted, he's his safety
- 13:25Speaker 2: in a Nichol's body. What's that meanings he's tease, got
- 13:28Speaker 2: a very thin frame. Yes, he's put some masks on
- 13:31Speaker 2: his body, but that doesn't guarantee you anything. It's a concern.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Michael Carter a former really good safety, excuse me, a
- 13:38Speaker 2: former really good nickel who was a safety in College
- 13:40Speaker 2: of Duke. It's kind of trying to revolve his career's
- 13:43Speaker 2: competing against Marcus Epps absolutely clearly on the backside of
- 13:46Speaker 2: his career. Not a really good athlete, smart player, tough, Mike,
- 13:50Speaker 2: this is not that his safety. I don't want to
- 13:53Speaker 2: say you can hide them, but if you're not great safety,
- 13:55Speaker 2: you could somewhat get away with it. But it is
- 13:58Speaker 2: a problem. I we'll see Teamsky taken advantage of it.
- 14:02Speaker 2: They have literally the only depth they have is the
- 14:04Speaker 2: loser of the Carter battle will be the third safety.
- 14:08Speaker 2: And Wiznowsky is super tall. He's he's a rare tall safety,
- 14:13Speaker 2: but he's just not a great athlete. So it's it
- 14:16Speaker 2: is absolutely proposition. This is one we're gonna watch in
- 14:18Speaker 2: training camp for sure.
- 14:19Speaker 1: All right, a couple more with Adam Kapelan here some
- 14:21Speaker 1: observations from the first couple of days of training camp.
- 14:24Speaker 1: On the defensive side of the ball. We're taking a
- 14:26Speaker 1: look at what about the size that they have at
- 14:31Speaker 1: the cornerback position. When you take a look at bringing
- 14:34Speaker 1: in the talent that they did there, you know, one
- 14:38Speaker 1: of the big things last year, you were a little
- 14:40Speaker 1: small on the opposite side of Kenyon Mitchell and they
- 14:43Speaker 1: seemingly think that they fix that this year.
- 14:46Speaker 2: Yeah, with Quinnion Mitchell, he's just over six feet he
- 14:50Speaker 2: has he's taller than average for corner and then you've
- 14:53Speaker 2: got Riekwallan who's over six four, which is unheard of
- 14:57Speaker 2: fluid athlete. You know, you you worry about the lower body,
- 15:02Speaker 2: the strength that we've talked about, the lack of discipline
- 15:04Speaker 2: in his game, which is why he had a sign
- 15:06Speaker 2: for a one yeard deal. Got it. It's gonna make
- 15:08Speaker 2: twelve million. They guaranteed all of it. So he's certainly
- 15:11Speaker 2: going to be on the roster even if he got benched.
- 15:12Speaker 2: But they're counting on him to be a really quality
- 15:15Speaker 2: starter and he's got a lot of motivation, so they've
- 15:17Speaker 2: got two tall corners Degene when he plays nickel, which
- 15:21Speaker 2: I know Vic's is not a corner, but he's we
- 15:24Speaker 2: know he's a good athlete, he's got good size. So yeah,
- 15:28Speaker 2: they've got they've got good And by the way, yes
- 15:31Speaker 2: they're not going to play coop at the corner of
- 15:32Speaker 2: the season, but Vic didn't look. Vic kind of talked
- 15:36Speaker 2: about it. They don't want to go there. But if
- 15:40Speaker 2: and he didn't deny it, if somebody gets hurt or
- 15:42Speaker 2: is not playing well, gets who they're going to be
- 15:45Speaker 2: calling on John and Jones or Cooper Magine. So that's
- 15:48Speaker 2: someone watched in training camp. But their whole thought process
- 15:53Speaker 2: is that they're going to be so good they're'll be
- 15:55Speaker 2: good enough a corner that they don't have to play
- 15:57Speaker 2: coop on the outside.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Well, and he talked about Kaylee Ringo. Maybe he can
- 16:02Speaker 1: actually add a little depth to Oh boy.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Oh boy. They don't want to.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Loot.
- 16:07Speaker 2: The ship was sailed. You can't get rid of lower
- 16:10Speaker 2: body stiffness. We talked about this wing hes drafted. We
- 16:13Speaker 2: got bleeped on for our criticism or or it was
- 16:16Speaker 2: just really it wasn't criticism. We told the truth. He's
- 16:18Speaker 2: never going to make it. And when he started playing early,
- 16:21Speaker 2: we took a lot of heat. We let people say
- 16:24Speaker 2: what they wanted about. It's fine. Whatever calls names, ursus
- 16:27Speaker 2: out and the truth always set you free. We do
- 16:31Speaker 2: it for a living. We don't make stuff up. And
- 16:33Speaker 2: you can't get rid of that lower body stiffness. So no,
- 16:36Speaker 2: but Jaccoin Dunnett, who got a little bit of first
- 16:38Speaker 2: team reps. That was because they were just doing a
- 16:40Speaker 2: rotation and in Thursday's practice. But the guy, the guy
- 16:43Speaker 2: was a good quality corner in Maryland. You and I
- 16:46Speaker 2: have talked about it, big injury history. Shoulders in particular,
- 16:50Speaker 2: didn't understand the scheme. Now here's the thing, Mike, he
- 16:52Speaker 2: got a full off season, no more excuses, Fina. You
- 16:56Speaker 2: were his rookie deal, a lot of motivation. You like
- 16:59Speaker 2: him to be the quality fourth corner. Jones is up first.
- 17:02Speaker 2: If you got hurt, you'd like Bennett to be the
- 17:04Speaker 2: next guy up. Now. Mac mcwurims is still there. Uh.
- 17:07Speaker 2: The coaches didn't have any comment cent um to playhim
- 17:09Speaker 2: last year when they really could have used him, Mike,
- 17:11Speaker 2: as you know. But we'll see what happens with.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Him real quick. Last thing yesterday a couple questions about Epanassa.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Do you think that he helps his team out at all?
- 17:20Speaker 2: He looks good, he is down and waged. I don't
- 17:24Speaker 2: they list a bit like two eighty. He's not even
- 17:27Speaker 2: close to to eighty. I'd be surprised if he's to
- 17:30Speaker 2: sixty to sixty five. Well, if he makes it, Mike
- 17:33Speaker 2: and Nickel, because the Bills did this, he could play inside.
- 17:37Speaker 2: He's an okay pass rusher. He's he was really overdrafted
- 17:40Speaker 2: by the Bills because he's known in personal stoppers as
- 17:44Speaker 2: a phenomenal run stopper. But he can rush the passer.
- 17:48Speaker 2: He's got great lanth at sixty six, yet another tall player, Mike,
- 17:51Speaker 2: as you brought him up, We'll see it's gonna be hard.
- 17:55Speaker 2: But I'll tell you what we talked about this a
- 17:56Speaker 2: couple of weeks ago. You know, Byer Young's the first
- 18:00Speaker 2: back off the bench. That's not up to debate aating question.
- 18:02Speaker 2: It's he's already he's the first guy off the bench.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Ty Robinson, We've said it last couple of weeks, Mike,
- 18:08Speaker 2: he's not a lot to make it. Probably will, but
- 18:11Speaker 2: if he doesn't, you talking about at Panessa, maybe Gabe Hall.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Who's flash last summer? But Ty Robinson's got to get
- 18:19Speaker 2: things going here, all.
