  been doing a lot of live shows with the Theistic Satan

  worshipper. I'm not sure if he calls himself

  a worshipper, but he does believe that Satan is real.

  He adheres to Satan. He believes Satan exists.

  He believes that there's power and magic that comes from his

  particular religion. What he's found himself in as a

  a problem where he's conflicting and clashing with the Church of

  Satan. As many of you have noticed,

  you've been watching our shows back and forth.

  You see, I played a video recently.

  I did an entire one hour video where Levayan says several times

  that he believes in an actual devil.

  Now, the Church of Satan is mostly at this point appears to

  be a majority of atheists who have hijacked Satanism, and now

  they're claiming that Satan is nothing more than a symbolic
• 2:37
  figure in their religion. Some of them are even arguing
• 2:41
  that the Satanic religion isn't actually a religion, which is
• 2:46
  unusual. I've noticed for the longest
• 2:48
  time this atheist, especially the newer younger generation of
• 2:53
  atheists, do not like to be associated with religion.

  Which tells me they don't know a whole lot of their history,

  neither about Satanism nor about atheism itself Back in 2006,

  Between 2006 and 2009, a group of atheists actually fought at
• 3:11
  the Supreme Court for atheism to become a religion.

  Why did they do that? Because they wanted to be
• 3:17
  protected the same way religious rights are protected, that they
• 3:21
  also want tax exemption. So they officially made atheism
• 3:26
  into a religion. Now I understand that there's
• 3:30
  quite a bit of atheists out there who will argue will call
• 3:33
  it a religion is like collecting, being a non stamp
• 3:37
  collector and all that. I mean you can say whatever cute
• 3:40
  shit you want and you can be totally against what the Supreme
• 3:44
  Court said. I mean, Texas says right?

  But it doesn't change the fact that it's officially a religion
• 3:50
  nonetheless, whether you like that or not.

  Just because you don't like things, just because you don't

  accept things for what they are doesn't somehow because you are.

  Imagination says no, that something stops being a reality.

  No more than you claiming there is no God doesn't take away from

  the existence of God. Well, we've gotten into this

  discussion and honestly, I had no idea that it was going to

  blow up like this. I pointed out what Levay said.

  I had the man on video whenever he was alive.

  He stated that Satan is real. He stated that Satan is the God
• 4:33
  of this world. He stated that he follows Satan
• 4:36
  because Satan is the opposition of God adversary.

  And he explained it in many different ways, Although

  honestly the host didn't allow him to get into deep
• 4:49
  descriptions of his views. One could actually just read the
• 4:53
  Satanic Bible. Or they could read this book
• 4:55
  called The Secret Life of a Satanist, The Authorized
• 4:59
  Biography of Anton Zandor Levay. And this right here can be found

  on Amazon. My friend, and yes, I call him a
• 5:11
  friend. Just because he labels himself
• 5:13
  Satanist and believes the devil is real, that doesn't like the
• 5:19
  front me. It doesn't cause me to go, oh,
• 5:22
  you know, terrible person or something.

  I've met plenty of Satanists who are considerate, respectful,
• 5:28
  decent folks who are actually very kind and sympathetic and
• 5:32
  who've been willing to give their time and actually be
• 5:35
  helpful to people. Why?

  I don't know. Maybe it's because, and I hope
• 5:40
  they don't take offense to this, but I believe that atheists and
• 5:44
  Satanists and people of other religions, although they may not
• 5:47
  believe in my form of Christianity or my concept of
• 5:52
  God, I am still convinced that God wired them with morality to
• 5:57
  choose good or evil. So whether they believe it or
• 6:01
  not, I'm convinced that God put that good in them and they
• 6:06
  decided, for whatever reason and however they were raised, to
• 6:10
  take full advantage of the good and try to do good with their
• 6:14
  lives, if that makes sense. So according to this person who
• 6:20
  was able to make an authorized biography of Anton Zandor Levay,
• 6:27
  here's the summary of it. What is contemporary Satanism,

  and why would one start a church dedicated to the Dark One?

  It wasn't a rebellion against an oppressive religious upbringing.
• 6:42
  It was Anton Levay's disgust with most of humanity.

  Drawing from Jack London, HL Mencken, Frederick Nietzsche,
• 6:53
  Marcus Dsaid, George Bernard Shaw, John Milton, Benjamin
• 6:57
  Franklin and and a host of reprobates with a large dose of

  alchemy and black magic, Levay formulated a philosophy that
• 7:07
  deeply resonated with him. Levay did not worship Satan.

  He paid homage to the rebellious spirit of innovation, defiance
• 7:17
  and self-reliance that the arch type embodied.

  His background as a musician, circus lion trainer, hypnotist
• 7:26
  and police photographer is covered here.

  The Arthur, who later became his paramour and mother to his only
• 7:33
  son, was allowed extraordinary access to documents concerning
• 7:37
  his life, testimonies from people who had known him for
• 7:42
  years, and most importantly, antidotes and fond memories from
• 7:46
  a man living out of his time. So they're telling you right
• 7:51
  there in the full second paragraph of the summary of the
• 7:54
  book that he did in fact believe in the devil.

  And he explained, it's explained in many different ways.

  And also many of his family members actually vouched for
• 8:09
  this and validated it. Now, whatever Satanic atheism
• 8:14
  became later, it doesn't matter. What matters is the point is

  what Anton Lavey, the founder of the Satanic Church and all these
• 8:23
  different sects that have come into existence because of him,
• 8:27
  that spawned. That's what's we're focusing on.

  What did he actually believe? What did he actually think?

  And a lot of it doesn't seem to agree with what the modern day
• 8:39
  Satanists are doing. It's between Satanists really.

  At this point you guys are going to have to figure out how this

  works and how this religion reacts.

  But as far as I'm concerned, as an outsider, as a Christian, it

  seems to me that the guy was genuine and he was sincere about

  what he believed and what he viewed, and he didn't hold back.

  I know that there are going to be Satanists out there who claim

  while he was a showman, he did things for attention or
• 9:12
  whatever. I believe wholeheartedly that
• 9:14
  the modern day Satanist religion does a majority of what they do
• 9:20
  for attention. That you don't actually care
• 9:22
  about helping the world, that you just want to be able to
• 9:26
  throw mud on Christians and get hostile with other groups that
• 9:30
  don't agree with you. And a lot of you, you've been
• 9:32
  watching too many movies and television shows and you've
• 9:35
  decided that that's going to be your religion.

  You've basically turned it into a fictitious atheist movement
• 9:43
  and that's your problem, not mine.

  I think that I have adequately proved Anton's views, and I
• 9:51
  believe that the the Satanist fellow that I've been talking to
• 9:57
  has done an adequate job of proving his point as well.

  I don't really know what else to say about this.

  I mean, there can be people who may come forward and you might

  find some kind of documentation where Anton was having a bad day

  and he said otherwise, but so far I haven't seen anything that

  convinces me differently than what is already said.

  There's another problem too. Because Satanists have decided
• 10:27
  to become so hostile and aggressive over this topic, it
• 10:31
  shows me that a lot of them are not educated.

  I unfortunately I've had the same problem with some
• 10:37
  Christians out there. I ran into Christians who didn't
• 10:41
  bother to read their Bible, who haven't really learned how to
• 10:46
  listen when they're in church. And then whenever I get into
• 10:49
  discussion with some religious types who haven't studied the
• 10:53
  history nor the religion, or even bothered to read the Bible
• 10:57
  that they believe is the word of God, they get very frantic and
• 11:01
  they start tripping and getting triggered whenever you mention
• 11:05
  things they've never even heard about before.
• 11:08
  But again, that would not be my problem.

  That would be the people who made the decision, the willing
• 11:13
  decision not to educate themselves and research.

  So I find that Christianity and Satanism has found common ground
• 11:22
  whenever it comes to this. We've got our we've got our dumb
• 11:26
  plums, and we've got our people who actually care about their
• 11:30
  position. I just happen to be a person
• 11:34
  that cares about the truth, I care about the facts.

  And I believe that I found enough to be able to support
• 11:42
  what I have said about Anton Lavey.
