- 0:34Speaker 1: secure birthright citizenship. And Trump frees over two dozen pro-life
- 0:39Speaker 1: political prisoners. All this on Bongina Report, early edition. President
- 0:55Speaker 1: Trump has signed the executive order to declassify all remaining
- 0:59Speaker 1: federal records concerning the assassinations of.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Robert F. Kennedy, John F.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Here was Trump yesterday.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Lastly, sir, we have an executive order ordering the declassification
- 1:16Speaker 3: of files relating to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy,
- 1:21Speaker 3: Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther
- 1:24Speaker 3: King Jr.
- 1:25Speaker 4: That's a big one, huh? A lot of people are
- 1:28Speaker 4: waiting for this for a long, for years, for decades.
- 1:37Speaker 4: And everything will be revealed.
- 1:43Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Give that to RFK Jr.
- 1:48Speaker 6: Yes, sir.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Trump dramatics are just top tier. Everything will be revealed.
- 1:57Speaker 1: People have been waiting for this for a long time.
- 2:00Speaker 1: And notice how he says, give that to RFK Jr.
- 2:03Speaker 1: And he hands a staffer, if you're listening, he hands
- 2:05Speaker 1: a staffer the Sharpie that he used to sign the
- 2:07Speaker 1: order declassifying documents related to the assassinations of RFK Jr.
- 2:11Speaker 2: 's father and uncle.
- 2:12Speaker 1: It was a really powerful, really powerful moment, and frankly,
- 2:15Speaker 1: really touching that he'd gift that sharpie to RFK Jr. Now,
- 2:20Speaker 1: I hate to dampen everyone's spirits, but I got to
- 2:23Speaker 1: cover a couple points here. The JFK declassification from Trump's
- 2:27Speaker 1: first term was overall pretty disappointing for assassination researchers. Mike
- 2:33Speaker 1: Pompeo infamously pressured Trump not to release everything, and there's
- 2:37Speaker 1: already growing concern that really important documents, many of which
- 2:41Speaker 1: are not Digitized won't be released to the public this
- 2:44Speaker 1: time around. Here is Deep State whistleblower, former State Department
- 2:49Speaker 1: official Mike Benz explaining.
- 2:51Speaker 7: There is a lot of problems with the way that
- 2:54Speaker 7: the executive order is actually worded. It provides 15 days
- 2:59Speaker 7: for the acting Office of Director of National Intelligence to
- 3:04Speaker 7: provide a plan to the president about the declassification, and
- 3:07Speaker 7: then 45 days to review the documents for release. Now,
- 3:10Speaker 7: the problem with that is The current head of the ODNI,
- 3:14Speaker 7: Stacey Dixon, is a Biden appointee who, frankly, has gone
- 3:21Speaker 7: against Trump's stated policies on many, many occasions, including her
- 3:26Speaker 7: making DEI the number two priority item of the National
- 3:31Speaker 7: Geospatial Agency when she was the head of it, who
- 3:34Speaker 7: spent 20 years of her career in the CIA. There
- 3:39Speaker 7: are rumors currently that she may be working to stop
- 3:44Speaker 7: or forestall the appointment of Tulsi Gabbard, who is Trump's pick,
- 3:49Speaker 7: to be the ODNI director. As the Senate Intelligence Committee
- 3:53Speaker 7: ranking member Mark Warner on the Democrat side is stalling
- 3:57Speaker 7: Tulsi's confirmation hearing, 15 days is not nearly enough time
- 4:01Speaker 7: to get Tulsi in charge of this plan. Now, this
- 4:04Speaker 7: is very important because back in 2020, Tulsi Gabbard was
- 4:07Speaker 7: spotted with a copy in her hand of a book
- 4:10Speaker 7: called JFK and the Unspeakable, which is a meticulous dissertation
- 4:14Speaker 7: on the CIA's role in the JFK assassination. There's actually
- 4:18Speaker 7: sections going over reviewed documents declassified in the 1990s showing
- 4:22Speaker 7: that the CIA actually had a counterintelligence operation around Lee
- 4:27Speaker 7: Harvey Oswald where they were literally reading his physical mail
- 4:31Speaker 7: before it came to his home. in the months leading
- 4:34Speaker 7: up to the assassination.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Oh, we don't have the rest of that? That's okay.
- 4:40Speaker 1: But she basically does a little conclusion and talks about why,
- 4:44Speaker 1: because Tulsi's not in there right now, we have this
- 4:48Speaker 1: limit of 15 days, it's going to be really difficult
- 4:51Speaker 1: to get all the necessary documents out. The current DNI
- 4:55Speaker 1: is going to obstruct the release of the necessary documents.
- 4:59Speaker 1: There's no question about it. You guys were saying, why
- 5:01Speaker 1: can't they fire her?
- 5:02Speaker 2: She is fired.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Tulsi is going to replace her, but she is just
- 5:06Speaker 1: the stand-in until Tulsi actually takes on the job. And
- 5:12Speaker 1: we don't have Tulsi yet. And we're going to talk
- 5:14Speaker 1: about this later on in the show, but there is
- 5:15Speaker 1: a lot of people working behind the scenes to make
- 5:18Speaker 1: sure that she is not confirmed. Maybe Tulsi can rectify
- 5:22Speaker 1: the situation when she's finally confirmed.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Who knows?
- 5:24Speaker 1: We have this 15-day deadline, so it's unclear what we
- 5:27Speaker 1: can do after that. Now, the other piece of this,
- 5:30Speaker 1: according to Mike Benz, is that These 75,000, I guess,
- 5:34Speaker 1: JFK documents up for review were digitized by the CIA.
- 5:39Speaker 1: So the guys who are accused of killing JFK decided
- 5:43Speaker 1: already which documents are even up for discovery. And whistleblowers
- 5:48Speaker 1: say that there are non-digitized paper records that that are
- 5:53Speaker 1: not part of the JFK file, that need to be
- 5:56Speaker 1: reviewed by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,
- 5:59Speaker 1: that are not going to be because, again, really all
- 6:01Speaker 1: that Trump has declassified is the official file of the
- 6:05Speaker 1: digitized documents. And according to Benz, if we want to
- 6:08Speaker 1: do this right, Trump needs... An independent review conducted by
- 6:13Speaker 1: a White House task force once Tulsi is confirmed. So
- 6:17Speaker 1: we aren't dealing with a hostile ODNI. And I think
- 6:19Speaker 1: Mike Benz is really right here. We want to get
- 6:22Speaker 1: this right. We want to finally have the full picture,
- 6:26Speaker 1: the truth on what happened with JFK, RFK, MLK, and
- 6:31Speaker 1: Epstein and every other scandal that Trump is going to,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I think, really explode onto the scene. We want to
- 6:37Speaker 1: do this right. We want real transparency. Were you saying something, Mikey?
- 6:41Speaker 4: No.
- 6:42Speaker 5: Okay.
- 6:43Speaker 1: And this is one of many reasons that the deep
- 6:44Speaker 1: state is trying to derail Tulsi Gabbard's confirmation. This is
- 6:48Speaker 1: a lady who is a straight shooter.
- 6:50Speaker 2: She's genuine.
- 6:51Speaker 1: She knows about how corrupt the deep state is. And
- 6:55Speaker 1: she is really somebody who I have, other than Trump himself,
- 7:00Speaker 1: the most confidence in. in actually doing what's right by
- 7:03Speaker 1: the American people. According to the Federalist Tristan Justice, senators
- 7:08Speaker 1: are looking for excuses over reasons to refuse Tulsi Gabbard's confirmation. However,
- 7:13Speaker 1: as Justice writes, Tulsi, a combat veteran and former Democrat congresswoman,
- 7:17Speaker 1: has committed two major crimes that now threaten to derail
- 7:21Speaker 1: her confirmation. Leaving the Democratic Party, that's one. And two,
- 7:25Speaker 1: campaigning against the interventionist impulses of the deep state war machine.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Anonymous senators are going to news outlets and saying, we
- 7:34Speaker 1: can't trust Tulsi because she opposes FISA Section 702. Yeah,
- 7:39Speaker 1: her disapproval of unconstitutional, warrantless surveillance on American citizens, that's
- 7:46Speaker 1: considered disqualifying by U.S.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Senators, unnamed U.S. senators, I might add.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And the other critique is that Tulsi is a supposed
- 7:55Speaker 1: Assad asset because in 2017, she went to Syria and
- 7:58Speaker 1: met with Assad in order to get an on-the-ground perspective
- 8:01Speaker 1: of the region because she correctly assumed that warmongers in
- 8:05Speaker 1: the permanent state were misleading Congress and the public to
- 8:08Speaker 1: justify yet again more U.S.
- 8:10Speaker 2: Involvement in foreign conflicts abroad.
- 8:13Speaker 1: But as Tristan points out, the Senate confirmed 94-3 Secretary
- 8:18Speaker 1: of State John Kerry in 2013, and John Kerry met
- 8:21Speaker 1: with Syrian President Assad while serving as a senator for
- 8:24Speaker 1: Massachusetts in 2006. There was this big controversy and, oh,
- 8:29Speaker 1: John Kerry clearly loves Assad. He's an Assad asset, as
- 8:34Speaker 1: Barry Weiss said, an Assad toady. Tulsi has consistently said
- 8:40Speaker 1: Assad is not a good or moral leader, but that
- 8:42Speaker 1: doesn't mean he needs to be a U.S.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Adversary.
- 8:45Speaker 1: It doesn't mean it's in our interests and here in
- 8:48Speaker 1: America to stage a regime change operation in Syria.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Because what's the alternative? We know what the alternative is.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Israel, Turkey, and the United States did stage a regime
- 8:58Speaker 1: change operation in Syria rapidly, I might add, so it
- 9:02Speaker 1: could happen before Trump took office. And now Syria is
- 9:05Speaker 1: being ruled by a rebel coalition of ISIS and Al-Qaeda
- 9:07Speaker 1: terrorists who have already begun persecuting Christians. Tulsi is being
- 9:11Speaker 1: smeared because she isn't a deep state tool.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Sorry, you guys. I'm still a little bit under the
- 9:18Speaker 2: weather here.
- 9:23Speaker 1: And the other element to this, is Tulsi was put
- 9:25Speaker 1: on a terror watch list by the U.S. Federal Air
- 9:28Speaker 1: Marshal Service last year, just one day after she criticized
- 9:32Speaker 1: the Biden admin on Fox News.
- 9:35Speaker 2: So now you tell me why this woman is being targeted.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Does she pose a national security risk or a risk
- 9:40Speaker 1: to the criminals in the national security apparatus?
- 9:43Speaker 2: Here's why they hate Tulsi.
- 9:45Speaker 8: I am a soldier in the Army National Guard. I've
- 9:48Speaker 8: served now for nearly 15 years, served on two Middle
- 9:51Speaker 8: East deployments. And I know personally firsthand the cost of war.
- 9:56Speaker 8: In Congress now for over the last six years, I've
- 9:58Speaker 8: served on the Foreign Affairs Committee, as well as the
- 10:01Speaker 8: Armed Services Committee, and I have seen how self-serving, powerful
- 10:05Speaker 8: politicians from both parties have continued this foreign policy regime
- 10:13Speaker 8: change war view where they think that we, the United States,
- 10:18Speaker 8: should be acting as the policemen of the world and
- 10:20Speaker 8: that we should continue to go around and overthrowing and
- 10:22Speaker 8: toppling dictators or countries who we don't like, costing us,
- 10:28Speaker 8: the American people, trillions of dollars in the process, causing
- 10:32Speaker 8: more suffering in the countries where we go and wage
- 10:35Speaker 8: these wars and, oh, by the way, undermining our own
- 10:38Speaker 8: national security as we are seeing playing out before our
- 10:41Speaker 8: eyes in countries like North Korea.
- 10:43Speaker 5: Yes.
- 10:45Speaker 1: Merchants of death do not like that.
- 10:48Speaker 2: You guys know the drill. You know what this is
- 10:50Speaker 2: all about.
- 10:52Speaker 1: America is uniquely positioned on the globe. As long as
- 10:55Speaker 1: things are secure in this hemisphere, there's really no reason
- 10:58Speaker 1: for us to get involved in foreign conflicts that are
- 11:00Speaker 1: irrelevant to us.
- 11:01Speaker 2: There's no reason for it.
- 11:03Speaker 1: And in fact, in a world of nuclear power, we
- 11:06Speaker 1: should be focused on facilitating peace at all costs with
- 11:10Speaker 1: major superpowers. There's no reason to be antagonizing people on
- 11:14Speaker 1: the other side of the world.
- 11:16Speaker 2: There's no reason for it. Now, Tulsi is, of course, not.
- 11:19Speaker 1: The only Trump appointee facing obstructions from the permanent state.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Pete Hexeth has advanced to a final Senate vote today.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And yesterday, Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski... Oh my goodness,
- 11:33Speaker 1: you guys, I'm so sorry. Two senators publicly announced that
- 11:37Speaker 1: they will not vote to confirm Pete.
- 11:39Speaker 2: And this means.
- 11:41Speaker 1: that if Mitch McConnell joins them, there will be a
- 11:43Speaker 1: tie that J.D. Vance will have to break. And if
- 11:46Speaker 1: there's a fourth Republican senator who flips against Pete, then
- 11:50Speaker 1: Pete loses the confirmation vote. It doesn't appear that McConnell
- 11:53Speaker 1: or any other Republicans are going to flip. It seems
- 11:55Speaker 1: like it's just these two senators, these two female senators.
- 11:58Speaker 1: But even so, the numbers are tighter than ever. And
- 12:02Speaker 1: by the way, Lisa Murkowski, a no on Pete, was
- 12:06Speaker 1: a yes on Lloyd Austin, Antony Blinken, Alejandro Mayorkas, Merrick Garland,
- 12:12Speaker 1: Pete Buttigieg, and a lot of other Biden appointees. So
- 12:16Speaker 1: she can say yes to all those people, but apparently
- 12:19Speaker 1: not to Pete Hegseth. Another important thing to note here
- 12:21Speaker 1: is that while Susan Collins represents Maine, which is a
- 12:24Speaker 1: blue state, Lisa Murkowski represents Alaska, which Trump won by
- 12:29Speaker 1: 13 points. So Lisa Murkowski is really betraying her constituent's
- 12:34Speaker 1: By opposing Pete's confirmation, they voted decisively for Trump's mandate.
- 12:42Speaker 2: That's the point here.
- 12:44Speaker 1: And that she is betraying them by refusing his nominees
- 12:49Speaker 1: in this confirmation process.
- 12:52Speaker 2: All right, I want to come back.
- 12:52Speaker 1: To declassifying various scandals and secrets in the deep state
- 13:00Speaker 1: history for a moment. Because I really hope that Trump
- 13:03Speaker 1: doesn't stop at RFK, JFK, and MLK. I want to
- 13:06Speaker 1: see Epstein. I want to see MKUltra, Promise Software, Nat11,
- 13:11Speaker 1: the two Trump assassination attempts as well.
- 13:14Speaker 2: We got to give it time.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Trump needs to have his cabinet assembled, I think. Perhaps
- 13:19Speaker 1: a new investigation in the case of the Trump assassination attempts.
- 13:24Speaker 2: But we want more.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I also want to see everything COVID-related declassified, especially after
- 13:30Speaker 1: the Fauci pardon.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Why did he need a pardon?
- 13:35Speaker 5: Why?
- 13:35Speaker 1: Here's comedian Andrew Schultz asking that exact question.
- 13:39Speaker 9: But Fauci took the pardon. Fauci could say, I don't
- 13:43Speaker 9: want the pardon. I don't think I did anything wrong.
- 13:45Speaker 9: But he took the pardon.
- 13:46Speaker 7: I don't blame.
- 13:47Speaker 10: Anybody for taking a pardon.
- 13:49Speaker 9: I do because now you're guilty. Because there are a
- 13:51Speaker 9: lot of people that were on the January 6th committee
- 13:54Speaker 9: that were offered a pardon. And they said no. They're like,
- 13:56Speaker 9: I did my job. I was supposed to investigate this.
- 13:59Speaker 9: I did what I was supposed to do.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I don't want the pardon. If you're Fauci, you're not
- 14:02Speaker 2: taking a pardon? What's in my arm, you know? What's
- 14:08Speaker 2: in your arm, not mine?
- 14:09Speaker 9: That's what I'm saying. What's in my arm? Why are
- 14:12Speaker 9: you taking a part in what's in my arm, yo?
- 14:16Speaker 2: What's in my arm?
- 14:17Speaker 7: I'm taking that part.
- 14:18Speaker 11: I don't give a fuck.
- 14:19Speaker 9: If I put some shit in my arm, you're not
- 14:20Speaker 9: allowed to get pardoned. You told me I need to
- 14:24Speaker 9: put some shit in my arm. Now you can't go
- 14:26Speaker 9: get pardoned. You gotta hold the weight of that decision.
- 14:30Speaker 2: That's your job. What's in my arm, yo?
- 14:32Speaker 10: Okay.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Okay.
- 14:35Speaker 2: His arm, not my arm. I agree with that. I
- 14:37Speaker 2: didn't take the jab.
- 14:39Speaker 1: But we know the COVID jabs don't prevent people from
- 14:41Speaker 1: contracting or spreading the virus.
- 14:43Speaker 2: So what did they do?
- 14:44Speaker 1: Certainly they don't protect you from COVID if by vaccine
- 14:48Speaker 1: you mean immunizing someone from an illness. Frankly, I think
- 14:53Speaker 1: a lot of the secrecy has to do with the
- 14:56Speaker 1: COVID origins. People within the Trump and Biden admin knowing
- 15:01Speaker 1: that our government funded the origins of COVID-19 and they
- 15:04Speaker 1: wanted to cover their asses. So there's a lot of
- 15:07Speaker 1: secrets around this virus. There's another piece to this. Why
- 15:12Speaker 1: did in October of 2019, just months before the COVID outbreak,
- 15:18Speaker 1: John Hopkins, the WEF, and the Bill and Melinda Gates
- 15:22Speaker 1: Foundation put on a pandemic simulation known as Event 201.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Event 201 predicted a new coronavirus. and stressed that to
- 15:34Speaker 1: prepare for this future pandemic threat, governments will need to
- 15:41Speaker 1: partner with traditional and social media companies to research and
- 15:44Speaker 1: develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation. A few months later,
- 15:52Speaker 1: COVID hysteria hits the headlines.
- 15:55Speaker 2: The U.S.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Federal government and international organizations like the U.N. colluded with
- 16:00Speaker 1: big tech companies to control the narratives around the pandemic.
- 16:03Speaker 1: exactly what Event 201 told them they should do for
- 16:08Speaker 1: a potential COVID-related pandemic.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Pretty sus, right? I want to know everything about Event 201.
- 16:16Speaker 2: What was that?
- 16:18Speaker 1: Does the government have any information about it? Everything COVID-related
- 16:22Speaker 1: needs to be declassified. Maybe we can't prosecute Fauci, but
- 16:26Speaker 1: we can get smarter when faced with the next emergency
- 16:29Speaker 1: used to justify the curtailment of essential liberties. And speaking
- 16:33Speaker 1: of the WEF, Trump decided to address the WEF this week.
- 16:39Speaker 2: His speech was... epic. I'm just going to say, I
- 16:42Speaker 2: listened to the whole thing. It was incredible.
- 16:44Speaker 1: He just gets up there and he calls them all idiots, essentially,
- 16:49Speaker 1: by saying, yeah, we're out. We're out of the climate scam.
- 16:52Speaker 1: We're out of the Paris Climate Accords. I'm investing in energy.
- 16:57Speaker 1: America's done with his DEI BS. He was just awesome.
- 17:00Speaker 1: And these guys had to sit there and listen to it.
- 17:02Speaker 1: And he's the most powerful man in the world because
- 17:04Speaker 1: he's a leader of the greatest country on the face
- 17:06Speaker 1: of this earth. They're trying to placate him, but they can't.
- 17:12Speaker 1: And he had this really great moment where during this
- 17:16Speaker 1: virtual appearance, he directly confronts the Bank of America CEO,
- 17:22Speaker 1: accusing him and JPMorgan Chase of excluding conservative clients from
- 17:26Speaker 1: their services. And this is a very important issue and
- 17:31Speaker 1: a great point that he made.
- 17:33Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 17:33Speaker 12: And by the way, speaking of you and You've done
- 17:36Speaker 12: a fantastic job, but I hope you start opening your
- 17:39Speaker 12: bank to conservatives because many conservatives complain that the banks
- 17:43Speaker 12: are not allowing them to do business within the bank.
- 17:46Speaker 12: And that included a place called Bank of America. They
- 17:49Speaker 12: don't take conservative business. And I don't know if the
- 17:53Speaker 12: regulators mandated that because of Biden or what, but you
- 17:56Speaker 12: and Jamie and everybody, I hope you're going to open
- 17:59Speaker 12: your banks to conservatives because what you're doing is wrong.
- 18:05Speaker 5: Mr.
- 18:05Speaker 13: President, I'll say that your friend Gianni said hello, told
- 18:09Speaker 13: me to tell you hello, and we look forward to
- 18:11Speaker 13: sponsoring the World Cup when it comes both this summer
- 18:14Speaker 13: for the club and next year. So thank you for
- 18:16Speaker 13: getting that for the United States.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Okay, so he just awkwardly starts talking about the Olympics.
- 18:22Speaker 2: He doesn't know what to say because remember... Oh, sorry.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Yeah, no, the Olympics and soccer. Oh, yeah, the World
- 18:30Speaker 1: Cup and the Olympics both are going to be.
- 18:34Speaker 2: No, the Olympics are going to be held in the U.S.
- 18:35Speaker 2: during Trump's term.
- 18:37Speaker 1: But he had to change the subject because you guys
- 18:40Speaker 1: have to remember that these banks have been bailed out
- 18:43Speaker 1: more times than any of us can count by the
- 18:46Speaker 1: federal government. The monopolies that exist in the banking system
- 18:51Speaker 1: only exist as long as the federal government continues to
- 18:54Speaker 1: regulate all the smaller banks out of business.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Our system is crony. It's predatory.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It's frankly destroying the American dream. for countless Americans.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Who remembers 08? I mean, you guys know what happened.
- 19:06Speaker 1: This is a partnership with the government and the big
- 19:08Speaker 1: banks that decimated the economy, and especially the middle class
- 19:12Speaker 1: in this country. I know Michael and I both, we
- 19:15Speaker 1: grew up during the 08 crisis. In the wake of it,
- 19:18Speaker 1: both of our families struggled. A lot of people lost everything.
- 19:23Speaker 1: And it's this power, monopolistic power that these banks had
- 19:27Speaker 1: that gives them the gall to debank political dissidents. So
- 19:32Speaker 1: now Bank of America has responded in an official capacity
- 19:36Speaker 1: to Trump's allegations, and they wrote in a statement, Bank
- 19:39Speaker 1: of America serves more than 70 million clients, and we
- 19:42Speaker 1: welcome conservatives. We would never close accounts for political reasons
- 19:46Speaker 1: and don't have a political litmus test. How many of
- 19:50Speaker 1: you guys believe that? Drop a comment if you believe that.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Because they're lying. I don't believe that. I know it's
- 19:57Speaker 2: not true.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Bank of America was put on notice by 15 state
- 20:02Speaker 1: attorney generals for debanking conservatives.
- 20:05Speaker 2: For example.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Here's Bank of America informing former Trump lawyer John Eastman
- 20:10Speaker 1: that his account was closed and they won't tell him why.
- 20:14Speaker 11: If you have recently received a letter stating your account
- 20:17Speaker 11: or accounts are being closed, the reason for this is
- 20:21Speaker 11: that Bank of America made a business decision to close
- 20:23Speaker 11: the account and or we have determined you're operating in
- 20:27Speaker 11: a business type we have chosen not to service at
- 20:29Speaker 11: Bank of America. It is a Bank of America policy
- 20:33Speaker 11: that we do not provide any additional information regarding our
- 20:37Speaker 11: decision to close an account, and the decision to close
- 20:40Speaker 11: the account will not be reconsidered.
- 20:44Speaker 1: John Eastman's account with Bank of America and USAA were
- 20:47Speaker 1: shut down in 2023. Neither bank gave a reason why,
- 20:51Speaker 1: but John Eastman states that it's because of his involvement
- 20:53Speaker 1: in advising Trump during the 2020 election. Certainly there's precedence
- 20:58Speaker 1: for this. And there's a reason that Trump brought it up.
- 21:01Speaker 1: It's personal to him. Last year, Melania Trump revealed in
- 21:04Speaker 1: her memoir that her longstanding bank terminated her account and
- 21:08Speaker 1: refused to open a new account with her son, Barron,
- 21:10Speaker 1: in an act of brazen, politically motivated discrimination. And don't
- 21:15Speaker 1: forget that Bank of America provided the FBI with the
- 21:18Speaker 1: personal bank records of January Sixers.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Thank you. You guys know what this is about. Bank
- 21:27Speaker 2: of America.
- 21:28Speaker 1: just voluntarily handed over data on customers who made transactions
- 21:33Speaker 1: in the DC area around January 6th. There was no
- 21:36Speaker 1: legal process, no individual warrants, just brazen political discrimination. And
- 21:41Speaker 1: Trump is signaling not only to American banks, but the
- 21:45Speaker 1: world that this kind of new world order, 1984 style
- 21:48Speaker 1: social control with debanking and unpersoning via social media censorship,
- 21:53Speaker 1: it's not going to fly.
- 21:54Speaker 2: There's a new sheriff in town. It's flippin' based.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Speaking of based, you guys know that Trump has renamed
- 22:03Speaker 1: the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America. And in response,
- 22:07Speaker 1: UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, well, his government, has declared
- 22:11Speaker 1: that the UK will continue to call the Gulf of
- 22:14Speaker 1: Mexico the Gulf of Mexico, not the Gulf of America,
- 22:17Speaker 1: which Trump has decided it is renamed. The AP has
- 22:21Speaker 1: said the same thing other various left-wing news outlets have.
- 22:24Speaker 1: I don't really care about about private left-wing publications. But
- 22:30Speaker 1: the UK, it kind of upsets me because the UK
- 22:34Speaker 1: claims to be a major ally of the United States.
- 22:36Speaker 2: They have for a long time. We're great friends, right?
- 22:39Speaker 2: And all I'm saying is.
- 22:41Speaker 6: Are they?
- 22:41Speaker 2: Are they our greatest ally?
- 22:45Speaker 1: The UK engaged in brazen election interference against President Trump.
- 22:48Speaker 1: They threatened to arrest U.S. citizens who exercise free speech
- 22:51Speaker 1: in the digital public square. That happens to violate the
- 22:54Speaker 1: UK's random draconian speech policing codes. Harry and Meghan, need
- 23:02Speaker 1: I say more, they dumped those two on us. And
- 23:06Speaker 1: by the way, Gulf of America, it just makes sense.
- 23:10Speaker 1: The ocean basin is bordered by land in the United
- 23:12Speaker 1: States and Mexico. Why should it be called the Gulf
- 23:15Speaker 1: of Mexico? Gulf of America technically can refer to both
- 23:18Speaker 1: Mexico and the United States because they're both part of
- 23:21Speaker 1: the Americas. Somebody comments, rename the English channel next. American channel.
- 23:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we should.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I think we got to start treating these guys like
- 23:31Speaker 1: they treat us. We send the UK over the years,
- 23:36Speaker 1: billions in foreign aid. We have bailed them out more
- 23:41Speaker 1: than once. saved that country from financial ruin, fought wars
- 23:45Speaker 1: for them, you'd think they'd have a little respect for
- 23:47Speaker 1: the United States. And I think so long as Keir
- 23:50Speaker 1: Starmer is in charge of that country, the US should
- 23:53Speaker 1: cut all foreign aid to the UK and start tariffing
- 23:55Speaker 1: their exports. Why are we treating this hostile foreign power
- 23:58Speaker 1: as if they're our ally? And I know the Gulf
- 24:01Speaker 1: of America kind of seems like a joke, but the
- 24:04Speaker 1: UK's response is openly antagonistic to Trump. The Labour Party
- 24:08Speaker 1: sent representatives to campaign on behalf of Kamala Harris. just
- 24:13Speaker 1: brazen election interference on behalf of a foreign government. And now,
- 24:19Speaker 1: the government run by the Labour Party is openly saying, yeah,
- 24:23Speaker 1: we're not going to go along with this name change.
- 24:25Speaker 1: It's signal after signal of disrespect and hostility, and I
- 24:29Speaker 1: think we should give it back to them. Let's start
- 24:31Speaker 1: treating the UK like the hostile power that it is.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I'm sick of aligning ourselves with people who hate us.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You know who's nice?
- 24:37Speaker 1: I looked this up because I was so annoyed by
- 24:39Speaker 1: this story yesterday. I looked at polls of who has
- 24:42Speaker 1: the highest favorability of American citizens and President Trump.
- 24:45Speaker 2: You know what I got? The Philippines, Poland, and Hungary.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Let's focus on building an allyship with the Philippines, Poland,
- 24:52Speaker 1: and Hungary, with guys who actually like us, and then
- 24:58Speaker 1: we can reassess the UK if they get rid of
- 25:00Speaker 1: that beta male America hater currently running their country.
- 25:04Speaker 2: All right, ICE.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Conducted a series of arrests in Boston targeting individuals with
- 25:08Speaker 1: criminal records this week, including a Haitian man.
- 25:11Speaker 2: With 17 prior convictions.
- 25:13Speaker 1: And let's just say this guy had an absolute meltdown,
- 25:16Speaker 1: blipped out at President Trump, started praising Biden and Obama.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Take a listen. I'm not going back to Haiti.
- 25:23Speaker 11: One of those threats is this illegal alien from Haiti.
- 25:26Speaker 7: Ice says he's a gang member with 17 criminal convictions
- 25:30Speaker 7: in recent years.
- 25:32Speaker 5: You feel me?
- 25:33Speaker 12: Yo, Biden forever, bro.
- 25:35Speaker 11: Thank Obama for everything that he did for me, bro.
- 25:39Speaker 1: OK, so Borders are Tom Homan had the greatest reaction
- 25:44Speaker 1: to this of all time. And there are a lot
- 25:47Speaker 1: of very funny Internet edits putting these two together.
- 25:51Speaker 2: And let's just play it, Mikey.
- 25:52Speaker 5: I'm not going back to Haiti.
- 25:54Speaker 2: Well, he's wrong.
- 25:54Speaker 6: He's going back to Haiti.
- 25:55Speaker 10: Oh my goodness.
- 25:56Speaker 14: This is what I voted for.
- 25:57Speaker 5: This is what I voted for.
- 25:58Speaker 3: It's incredible.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Now, Trump has the right to detain and deport individuals
- 26:01Speaker 2: like the one in that video, a guy with.
- 26:02Speaker 5: 17 prior convictions, thanks to the 1798 Alien Enemies Act,
- 26:03Speaker 5: which gives the president.
- 26:24Speaker 1: The ability to detain and deport foreign nationals deemed threats
- 26:27Speaker 1: to the country. Seems pretty fair. Not, I guess, to
- 26:31Speaker 1: Somali-born Ilhan Omar. However, take a listen.
- 26:37Speaker 14: It is hard to imagine anything more un-American than that.
- 26:42Speaker 14: The Trump administration's immigration policy is a threat to immigrants
- 26:47Speaker 14: like criminals. America is too great to fall prey to
- 26:53Speaker 14: to Donald Trump's anti-immigrant agenda. We need to restore basic
- 26:58Speaker 14: humanity to our immigration system, and that starts with repealing
- 27:02Speaker 14: the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
- 27:07Speaker 2: With our Neighbors.
- 27:09Speaker 14: Not Enemies Act. Together, we will end this xenophobic law
- 27:14Speaker 14: once and for all.
- 27:17Speaker 2: So let's just lay this out here.
- 27:19Speaker 1: An immigrant from Somalia does not have the right to
- 27:25Speaker 1: tell native-born Americans that laws instituted by our founding fathers
- 27:31Speaker 1: are un-American. Sean Davis writes on X, She needs to
- 27:35Speaker 1: be sent back. My family has been here for over
- 27:40Speaker 1: 400 years. I have zero interest in being lectured about
- 27:44Speaker 1: what it means to be an American by an immigrant
- 27:46Speaker 1: fraudster who's not even from here.
- 27:50Speaker 2: And a fun fact about Sean Davis.
- 27:51Speaker 1: CEO of The Federalist, and myself, we are both descended,
- 27:55Speaker 1: we found out working together, from the same ancestor, an
- 27:59Speaker 1: English Puritan who came to Connecticut in the early 1600s.
- 28:02Speaker 2: So yes, people, my roots run deep here. They run deep.
- 28:06Speaker 1: And I totally agree with my distant cousin, Sean. The
- 28:09Speaker 1: Alien Enemies Act was signed by John Adams, a founding father.
- 28:13Speaker 2: It's one of the oldest laws on the books.
- 28:15Speaker 1: And now Ilhan Omar, who's been here for, what, a
- 28:18Speaker 1: hot minute? likely fraudulently because she married her brother to
- 28:21Speaker 1: attain legal status, is going to lecture us about what
- 28:25Speaker 1: it means to be American? Absolutely not. American identity is
- 28:29Speaker 1: defined and protected by native-born Americans who have a cultural
- 28:33Speaker 1: and historical memory in this country. If Ilhan Omar doesn't
- 28:37Speaker 1: like that, she can leave. But she doesn't get to
- 28:41Speaker 1: define who we are. By the way, according to numerous reports,
- 28:46Speaker 1: including from India today, numerous pregnant Indian women residing in
- 28:51Speaker 1: the United States are trying to cut out their babies
- 28:55Speaker 1: early so that they can get birthright citizenship for their children.
- 28:59Speaker 1: So they're trying to subvert Trump's executive order, ending birthright citizenship.
- 29:04Speaker 1: They are literally getting induced or undergoing early C-sections to
- 29:09Speaker 1: do it. And if this isn't a sign that birthright
- 29:11Speaker 1: citizenship needs to go, I don't know what is. Here
- 29:16Speaker 1: is the Heritage Foundation explaining why the current birthright citizenship
- 29:20Speaker 1: interpretation of the 14th Amendment is totally off base.
- 29:23Speaker 6: This federal judge stops President Trump's birthright citizenship order. And
- 29:28Speaker 6: he says, how could any licensed attorney sit here and
- 29:32Speaker 6: say that the 14th Amendment doesn't mean birthright citizenship for everybody? Well,
- 29:37Speaker 6: how about the attorney who helped write the 14th? Amendment?
- 29:40Speaker 6: Do you realize that the first draft of the 14th
- 29:43Speaker 6: Amendment does just say all people born in the United
- 29:46Speaker 6: States are citizens? And then Senator Jacob Howard, he introduces
- 29:50Speaker 6: a second draft where it says all persons born in
- 29:52Speaker 6: the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens.
- 29:58Speaker 6: And this former state attorney general, he doesn't seem to
- 30:01Speaker 6: think that it covered literally everyone present in the United
- 30:05Speaker 6: States under all circumstances. No, he says this means those
- 30:09Speaker 6: people who are subject to the full and complete jurisdiction
- 30:15Speaker 6: of the United States, that is to say the same
- 30:17Speaker 6: jurisdiction to which citizens are subject to. So how's that
- 30:23Speaker 6: for a lawyer?
- 30:24Speaker 1: So the phrase and the subject jurisdiction thereof was intended
- 30:28Speaker 1: to establish that people born on U.S. soil must owe
- 30:31Speaker 1: allegiance to the United States to be considered citizens. It
- 30:36Speaker 1: was purposely rewritten so that this interpretation of it just
- 30:39Speaker 1: being blanket birthright citizenship was not a thing. Just being
- 30:43Speaker 1: born in our borders doesn't make you a citizen. Actively
- 30:47Speaker 1: and consciously choosing allegiance to this country can, however. And
- 30:52Speaker 1: by the way, Most countries don't have birthright citizenship because
- 30:56Speaker 1: it is in fact an absurd idea.
- 30:59Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 31:01Speaker 1: And that Indian women are cutting out their babies to
- 31:04Speaker 1: make them citizens, totally abusing this policy, like I said,
- 31:09Speaker 1: is a sign that it needs to go. All right,
- 31:11Speaker 1: I want to end the show by covering the pro-life
- 31:14Speaker 1: prisoners who were pardoned by Trump yesterday.
- 31:17Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 31:19Speaker 3: A set of pardons for peaceful pro-life protesters who were
- 31:23Speaker 3: prosecuted by the Biden administration for exercising their First Amendment rights.
- 31:27Speaker 4: Do you know how many?
- 31:30Speaker 3: I believe it's 23, sir.
- 31:32Speaker 4: 23 people were prosecuted. They should not have been prosecuted.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Many of them are elderly people. They should not have
- 31:45Speaker 4: been prosecuted.
- 31:47Speaker 2: This is a great.
- 31:48Speaker 4: Honor to sign this.
- 31:59Speaker 1: President Trump has done more for the pro-life movement than
- 32:02Speaker 1: any Republican president since Roe v.
- 32:05Speaker 6: Wade.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Truly, he's the best.
- 32:07Speaker 1: By the way, one of those 23 prisoners was Bevelyn Williams,
- 32:10Speaker 1: who you've covered on the show. She's a mother of
- 32:12Speaker 1: a toddler who was sentenced to over three years in prison.
- 32:16Speaker 1: on face act charges. And she was reunited with her
- 32:21Speaker 1: daughter and her husband yesterday. It was a beautiful, beautiful moment.
- 32:25Speaker 2: I have it right here.
- 32:47Speaker 5: You guys are listening.
- 33:02Speaker 2: She's just, she's kissing. She's hugging her husband. She's holding
- 33:04Speaker 2: her baby. She's so excited. I mean, it's just the
- 33:09Speaker 2: love in this moment. It's just, it's beautiful.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I want to mention that we had a lot of
- 33:16Speaker 1: pro-lifers telling other pro-lifers ahead of this election, don't vote
- 33:19Speaker 1: for Trump. And I mean, all I have to say
- 33:24Speaker 1: is watch this video. Trump is responsible for the overturning
- 33:27Speaker 1: of Roe v.
- 33:28Speaker 11: Wade.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Trump released the pro-life prisoners. Under Kamala, I guarantee you
- 33:34Speaker 1: that not only would those pro-life political prisoners continue to
- 33:36Speaker 1: rot behind bars, but more would be arrested and thrown
- 33:40Speaker 1: behind bars. More tax dollars. would go toward funding abortions
- 33:45Speaker 1: here and abroad. So shout out to President Trump, the
- 33:48Speaker 1: most pro-life president of our lifetime. And what a beautiful
- 33:51Speaker 1: moment for Beverly and her family. It was truly a
- 33:55Speaker 1: sight to behold. Trump's issuing some really historic executive orders
- 33:59Speaker 1: and pardons. Massive change is underway in this country. The
- 34:04Speaker 1: Atlantic ran this article this week titled, It's Already Different.
- 34:10Speaker 1: And the author said, David A. Graham, writes that Trump's
- 34:14Speaker 1: first day executive orders would have prompted mass outrage had
- 34:18Speaker 1: he attempted them in 2017. Today, the response is muted.
- 34:23Speaker 1: And David's explanation is that by signing so many controversial
- 34:29Speaker 1: executive orders all at once, he made it really difficult
- 34:31Speaker 1: for anyone to grasp the scale and the changes that
- 34:35Speaker 1: he's making. And also, and I think this is a
- 34:37Speaker 1: more important point, American society itself has changed. He writes,
- 34:45Speaker 1: people aren't just less outraged.
- 34:47Speaker 2: By things Trump is doing.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Almost a decade of the Trump era has shifted some
- 34:52Speaker 1: aspects of American culture far to the right. And I
- 34:56Speaker 1: wouldn't say some aspects of American culture.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I'd say America.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Only Hollywood, corporate media, and the university system still cling
- 35:05Speaker 1: to divisive or race-obsessed leftism that define the Obama years.
- 35:09Speaker 1: Only some aspects of the culture still cling on to leftism.
- 35:13Speaker 1: In the entire nation, normal people are shifting to the right.
- 35:18Speaker 2: Guys, I'm so sorry. It's going to be better next week,
- 35:20Speaker 2: I promise.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Okay, I was saying, the rest of America has moved on.
- 35:31Speaker 1: We're evolving. We've grown tired of the constant focus on
- 35:35Speaker 1: race-baiting narratives, and instead... are embracing nationalism. Look at the
- 35:41Speaker 1: way consumers reacted to movies like Top Gun Maverick and
- 35:45Speaker 1: The Sound of Freedom at the box office, while films
- 35:48Speaker 1: like The Woman King totally failed. Americans are seeking stories
- 35:53Speaker 1: that resonate with our heritage, stories that transcend the divisive
- 35:57Speaker 1: and false narratives that we've been fed for way too long.
- 36:01Speaker 1: In the media, the shift is undeniable. The Washington Post
- 36:04Speaker 1: is now actively seeking out right-wing voices to remain relevant,
- 36:08Speaker 1: while MSNBC is laying off their staff.
- 36:11Speaker 2: This isn't about politics.
- 36:13Speaker 1: It's about the public rejecting of self-hating myths conjured up
- 36:18Speaker 1: by fake historians like Howard Zinn that have been poisoning
- 36:21Speaker 1: discourse for decades. Even in the world of design, there's
- 36:26Speaker 1: a rebellion against minimalistic or modern aesthetics. People are yearning
- 36:30Speaker 1: for beauty, elegance, history, craftsmanship of the past. It's why
- 36:37Speaker 1: young Catholics are flocking to traditional and beautiful Latin mass.
- 36:41Speaker 1: The desire for timeless style is making a comeback too.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Old school prep.
- 36:45Speaker 1: It's back in full force. I've been talking about it
- 36:47Speaker 1: for months now. There's a collective longing for the past's
- 36:52Speaker 1: refinement and meaning. In high school, I learned about manifest destiny.
- 36:58Speaker 1: The narrative I was taught framed it as something to
- 37:00Speaker 1: be ashamed of. A racist, regressive mindset. I was conditioned
- 37:05Speaker 1: to believe that much of my culture and religious heritage
- 37:09Speaker 1: is something I should apologize for or at.
- 37:11Speaker 2: Least try to distance myself from. And now I understand
- 37:14Speaker 2: that that's not true. And so does the rest of America.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Trump invoking manifest density in his inaugural speech was a
- 37:21Speaker 1: moment that would have seemed unthinkable just a few years ago.
- 37:25Speaker 1: And the fact that he said it and had such
- 37:27Speaker 1: little pushback is a sign of a larger shift, a
- 37:30Speaker 1: reclaiming of identity. We've started to recognize that the past
- 37:34Speaker 1: isn't something to apologize for, it's something to cherish and
- 37:37Speaker 1: to honor. We're regaining our self-confidence, collective pride. Think about
- 37:42Speaker 1: Trump's suggestion to buy Greenland, or when he just straight-up
- 37:46Speaker 1: renamed the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America. The
- 37:49Speaker 1: public's response was, why not? What's happening is nothing short
- 37:54Speaker 1: of remarkable. The cultural Marxists, the ones who've been pushing divisive,
- 37:58Speaker 1: guilt-ridden ideologies for years— are the ones who now find
- 38:02Speaker 1: themselves on the defensive. They're the ones who have to
- 38:05Speaker 1: justify their stances, not us. The status quo, American cultural
- 38:10Speaker 1: Marxism is dying. We're demanding a return to the founder's vision.
- 38:19Speaker 1: Government transparency, accountability on scandals like the JFK assassination, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 38:25Speaker 1: an end of the forever wars and failed America last
- 38:28Speaker 1: foreign policy. that feeds into the immigration crises back here
- 38:32Speaker 1: at home. We're witnessing a really beautiful and youthful political
- 38:36Speaker 1: and cultural shift to reclaim our values, our pride, and
- 38:40Speaker 1: our sense of self. Something that has been long overdue
- 38:43Speaker 1: and something that makes me really proud to be an American.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, you guys.
- 38:50Speaker 1: It's going to get better. Next week is going to
- 38:51Speaker 1: be a lot better. I'm so sorry this cough has
- 38:53Speaker 1: been distracting the last few days. That's it for today.
- 38:57Speaker 1: I will see you guys next week.
- 38:59Speaker 2: The Dan Bongino Show.
- 39:01Speaker 10: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 39:03Speaker 10: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 39:07Speaker 10: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 39:10Speaker 10: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 39:12Speaker 10: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 39:16Speaker 11: That is it.
- 39:17Speaker 10: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
- 39:21Speaker 10: will win.
- 39:21Speaker 5: It is not complicated.
