- 0:24Well, hello there, everyone.
- 0:26It is John C.
- 0:26Morley here, serial entrepreneur.
- 0:28It's great to be with you on the
- 0:29Inspirations for Your Life show.
- 0:30It's a Saturday, and that Saturday means that
- 0:33we're starting a brand new master topic.
- 0:35Hello, everyone.
- 0:36If this is your very first time joining
- 0:37me, I want to take the opportunity to
- 0:39say thank you and I want to say
- 0:41the words welcome.
- 0:42You're always welcome here on any of my
- 0:44shows and my content that I produce.
- 0:46If you've been here one time, five times,
- 0:4910 times, or maybe 100 times or more,
- 0:51I want to take the opportunity to say
- 0:53thank you, but I also want to say
- 0:54something else to you, and that is welcome
- 0:56back.
- 0:57It's always great to have people that enjoy
- 0:58the quality and content of the show and
- 1:00education I put together.
- 1:02If you're thirsty or hungry, feel free to
- 1:03go grab something.
- 1:03I have an Aro water here with a
- 1:06delicious fresh lemon, really delicious.
- 1:10All right, guys, if you haven't checked out
- 1:12BelieveMeAchieve.com, check that out after the show
- 1:14is over.
- 1:15All right, without any further ado, let's get
- 1:18into the show.
- 1:20So again, a big warm welcome to everyone
- 1:24here.
- 1:25I really do appreciate that.
- 1:27If you can hear my voice right now,
- 1:30understand this clearly, your life is not random.
- 1:33It is constructed.
- 1:35Every result you have today is a reflection
- 1:38of what you have been consistently doing, your
- 1:41habits, your decisions, and your standards.
- 1:44So the real question is not why your
- 1:46life is the way it is.
- 1:48No, the real question is what patterns created
- 1:51it.
- 1:53Welcome to Build Your Life with Discipline, Growth,
- 1:56and Ownership.
- 1:57That's what this week's about.
- 1:58Season five, series five, show 23, episode number
- 2:03one.
- 2:03This is not motivation, guys.
- 2:05This is execution.
- 2:06All right, we're beyond that.
- 2:08And my name, for those of you who
- 2:09don't know me, I'm John C.
- 2:11Morley.
- 2:11I'm a serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, video
- 2:15producer, podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate student,
- 2:19yes, a passionate lifelong learner, and so grateful
- 2:22to now be a published author.
- 2:24I have built, failed, rebuilt, and pushed forward
- 2:27when stopping would have been much easier to
- 2:30do.
- 2:31Everything I share is grounded in real-world
- 2:34execution because, ladies and gentlemen, success is not
- 2:37about what you know.
- 2:38It's about what you consistently do with that
- 2:41knowledge.
- 2:42So today's focus, being that today is Saturday,
- 2:47is, as I said, basically series five, show
- 2:5223, episode one.
- 2:55The first thing I want to talk about
- 2:56is foundation, self-awareness, and starting strong.
- 2:59If your foundation is weak, everything you build
- 3:02will eventually crumble and break.
- 3:04So today, we need to build it right
- 3:08the first time.
- 3:09I think that's the first of four things.
- 3:10So know your current habits.
- 3:12Take a real look at your daily actions.
- 3:15What you repeatedly do shapes your outcomes more
- 3:18than the intentions ever will.
- 3:21Your intentions are good, guys, don't get me
- 3:22wrong, but they're not what gets you to
- 3:24take the action.
- 3:25They're only one part of the equation.
- 3:28So I think that's an important thing to
- 3:29actually understand for all of us.
- 3:32Number two, number two is this, accept where
- 3:35you are right now.
- 3:36I know that's hard for a lot of
- 3:37people.
- 3:37I want to be here.
- 3:38I want to be there.
- 3:39I want that new car, right?
- 3:41Stop avoiding reality.
- 3:42It's here.
- 3:45Honest acceptance gives you a clear and powerful
- 3:48starting point.
- 3:49That's it.
- 3:51Acknowledge where you are right now at this
- 3:53point in time.
- 3:53You may not like where you are right
- 3:55now, but that's okay.
- 3:57Just acknowledge it because when you acknowledge it,
- 3:59you can move forward.
- 4:01Number three, define who you want to be.
- 4:06Get specific about your identity.
- 4:08Clarity here drives every decision you make.
- 4:11So as I said before, if you fail
- 4:15to plan, you have planned to fail.
- 4:20Number four, guys, take full ownership.
- 4:23Your results belong to who?
- 4:25You, you.
- 4:26When you own them, you gain the power
- 4:29to change them.
- 4:30But you have to own them.
- 4:32That's the key.
- 4:34Number five, let's stop making excuses.
- 4:37Drop that immediately.
- 4:38Excuses may feel comfortable and easygoing, but they
- 4:41just block your progress and cause more procrastination.
- 4:44And as I said, delay results and give
- 4:47you more reasons to say, this is never
- 4:50going to happen.
- 4:51Stop that.
- 4:53Number six, audit your time.
- 4:56Honestly, guys, track where your time goes.
- 4:59Your calendar tells the truth about your priorities.
- 5:03And when you look at your calendar and
- 5:05you can say, gee, I did this, I
- 5:06did this.
- 5:06And that's why using a digital calendar is
- 5:08a great way to do this.
- 5:09Because you can see what you did during
- 5:11the day and say, gee, my day was
- 5:13very productive, right?
- 5:14Very productive.
- 5:16Number seven, identify energy drains.
- 5:19Remove or reduce anything that consistently leaves you
- 5:21tired, distracted, or unfocused.
- 5:24And I think a lot of times we
- 5:25push through, but we don't realize what's draining
- 5:28us every day.
- 5:28We don't understand what's draining us.
- 5:30And if now we know what's draining us,
- 5:32then we can say, okay, this makes sense
- 5:36in our lives.
- 5:37Okay?
- 5:38This makes sense.
- 5:41This makes sense.
- 5:43But a lot of times, you know, that
- 5:44won't happen.
- 5:46It never happens overnight.
- 5:48Okay?
- 5:49So we have to be vigilant about what
- 5:54we're doing.
- 5:55We need to be aware of what we're
- 5:56doing.
- 5:56Number eight, clarify your priorities.
- 6:01Focus on what truly matters.
- 6:04Trying to do everything will just keep you
- 6:06stuck and eventually will burn you out.
- 6:10So we need to have an understanding.
- 6:12We need to see what's going on.
- 6:15And when we see that, we can say,
- 6:18oh, wait a minute.
- 6:18This is what's causing this result, so I
- 6:19can change this.
- 6:20Number nine, make the decision now to set
- 6:24one clear goal.
- 6:26Choose a single meaningful objective to direct your
- 6:29effort and keep your attention focused on it.
- 6:33Like a laser beam, folks, I want your
- 6:37attention drawn to it like a laser beam,
- 6:40that precise.
- 6:44Number 10, write it down.
- 6:47Putting your goal in writing makes it tangible
- 6:49and increases commitment.
- 6:53Yeah.
- 6:55So our brain, right, can comprehend it, but
- 7:00when we have our hand writing it, now
- 7:02we're transferring it into our nervous system this
- 7:06way because our fingers, they're sensing it.
- 7:12And that can be encoded into our brain
- 7:15even more deeply.
- 7:17Number 11, guys, commit publicly or privately.
- 7:22Create accountability, regardless of what it is, whether
- 7:26it's shared or it's personal.
- 7:27Commitment drives follow through.
- 7:30A lot of people I know say, oh,
- 7:31you know what?
- 7:31I'll commit later.
- 7:33Well, why are you going to commit now?
- 7:35Oh, I don't know.
- 7:36I'll do it later.
- 7:36But why are you going to do it
- 7:37later?
- 7:38That's my question.
- 7:38Why not do it now?
- 7:42Do it now.
- 7:45Number 12, guys, start before you feel ready.
- 7:48I know a lot of us say, this
- 7:49happened with my book a while back, oh,
- 7:51John, I'm not ready to write the book
- 7:52yet.
- 7:53I wasn't ready to write trained and driven.
- 7:55I kept coming down, going back, going forth,
- 7:58and I kept procrastinating.
- 8:02Then I played the game of outlining, okay?
- 8:09And I was outlining for a long time,
- 8:12like, wait a minute, I'm not writing, I'm
- 8:13procrastinating.
- 8:14But I recognized the fact that I wasn't
- 8:17making progress.
- 8:18I just kept taking so much time to
- 8:20analyze it.
- 8:20Let me stop outlining.
- 8:22All right?
- 8:22I've got enough done.
- 8:23Let me start writing the book.
- 8:26Number 12, guys, start before you feel ready
- 8:29and waiting for the perfect moment.
- 8:31Because you know, guys, there is no perfect
- 8:33moment.
- 8:36And this, by waiting, causes inaction, procrastination.
- 8:42Action creates confidence.
- 8:46Action creates confidence.
- 8:49Number 13, focus on the progress, not the
- 8:54perfection.
- 8:56Focus on the progress, not perfection.
- 9:02Progress builds momentum.
- 9:05Perfection will always slow you down.
- 9:06I'm not saying you don't want to get
- 9:08better at it.
- 9:08But what I want to tell you is
- 9:09you don't want to keep holding yourself back,
- 9:13okay?
- 9:13I think that's an important thing to note.
- 9:21That's important to know, that you don't want
- 9:25to have yourself held back.
- 9:30If you do, you're going to keep regretting,
- 9:33why is this going this way, right?
- 9:38And then you're going to make excuses, oh,
- 9:40it's okay that it's happening this way, because
- 9:42you know what?
- 9:42I'm just not ready.
- 9:43It's not the right time.
- 9:44Stop it.
- 9:45Stop it.
- 9:45Stop it.
- 9:46Stop it.
- 9:47You're believing the garbage.
- 9:48You're telling yourself.
- 9:50And that's giving you license, in a bad
- 9:55way, to basically not do anything, to not
- 10:01do anything.
- 10:03And that's the biggest problem people have, is
- 10:06that they fall into the trap of not
- 10:08doing anything because they think it's okay to
- 10:10not do anything, right?
- 10:12If I can make an excuse to say,
- 10:15you know what?
- 10:15It's okay for me to not do anything.
- 10:17And suddenly, I guess it's okay to just
- 10:19not do anything, because now I've got a
- 10:21reason to why I don't have to do
- 10:23anything.
- 10:26I think that's important to know, very important
- 10:30to know.
- 10:32Number 14, guys, build a simple routine.
- 10:37Keep your system easy to follow, so you
- 10:38can stay consistent over time.
- 10:41What did I do?
- 10:41I wrote my stuff down on paper, and
- 10:43then I crossed over.
- 10:44Then I realized after a while, that was
- 10:45good.
- 10:45But I noticed that I was putting a
- 10:47lot of time into writing things down.
- 10:51It was a very good start.
- 10:53But now I've done it digitally.
- 10:56And so now I can have it on
- 10:57my calendar, repeating automatically certain things I have
- 11:00to do every day, or certain weeks, certain
- 11:01articles, certain blogs.
- 11:03They pop up, and when I cross them
- 11:04off, bam, they're done.
- 11:05Certain posts I need to get done myself.
- 11:07They're on my calendar.
- 11:10Keep it easy to follow, so you can
- 11:13stay consistent.
- 11:15And when you cross it off, either on
- 11:16a piece of paper, or you check the
- 11:19task off in your Google or electronic calendar,
- 11:22you're going to feel good about it.
- 11:25You're going to feel good about it.
- 11:27I think that's a very important thing for
- 11:30us to know, that when you feel good
- 11:32about it, it's like you want to do
- 11:34more of that.
- 11:36You want to do more of that.
- 11:38Number 15, guys, just remove those distractions.
- 11:43Remove them.
- 11:44Limit the interruptions that pull you away.
- 11:47Silencing your cell phone, putting it on vibe,
- 11:50right?
- 11:52Limit the interruptions that pull you away from
- 11:55meaningful work, meaningful experiences, meaningful connections.
- 12:01I think sometimes, you know, we get impatient
- 12:04because we want something to traverse, but because
- 12:08it hasn't, we're like, okay, let me just
- 12:09fuddle with this pen, or, you know, let
- 12:11me fuddle with this over here, or this
- 12:13piece of tape, or this sticker, or this
- 12:17banner, or maybe even this little key chain
- 12:23with a little light on it, right?
- 12:25Let me do those things.
- 12:29Okay, let me do those things.
- 12:31And then we get upset with ourselves because
- 12:34we haven't progressed.
- 12:35In fact, we've either not gone forward, or
- 12:40we've regressed.
- 12:41We've actually gone backwards.
- 12:44That's a weird thing, right?
- 12:48But we go backwards when we change our
- 12:51beliefs.
- 12:53Okay?
- 12:54We go backwards when we change our beliefs.
- 13:00It's important, guys.
- 13:02Number 16, control your environment.
- 13:06Shape your surroundings so they support your goals.
- 13:10Instead of working against you, they're going to
- 13:13work with you.
- 13:15But too many people say, oh, I don't
- 13:16have control.
- 13:17Yes, you do.
- 13:18You have the power.
- 13:19You have the ability to change your environment.
- 13:21Maybe it's clearing your desk.
- 13:23Maybe it's making your environment quieter, right?
- 13:27Maybe it's having a less cluttered desk, right?
- 13:31You have more power than you think you
- 13:34have.
- 13:35You're good at making excuses.
- 13:37And one thing I've learned is that once
- 13:40you get in the habit of making excuses,
- 13:42you just keep making like, well, this is
- 13:43why I'm not successful.
- 13:45Anybody can make excuses, right?
- 13:48That's a poor thing.
- 13:50Don't make excuses.
- 13:52Number 17, track your actions.
- 13:55Measure what you do so you can improve
- 13:58it consistently.
- 14:02Ladies and gentlemen, what we can't measure, we
- 14:04cannot change.
- 14:06What we can't measure, we cannot change.
- 14:10What we can't measure, we cannot change.
- 14:13So we need to be able to measure
- 14:14things, right?
- 14:15That goes for lots of stuff, whether it's
- 14:17marketing, advertising, technology.
- 14:21What I did, did I make it better?
- 14:24Did it improve?
- 14:25Did it get worse?
- 14:27Did it stay the same?
- 14:29Number 18, learn, guys, from yesterday.
- 14:34Reflect on what worked and what did not.
- 14:37Then adjust.
- 14:38So if you had a bad experience yesterday,
- 14:41I get that.
- 14:42Don't harp on the experience.
- 14:46Harp on what you learned.
- 14:48Number 19, I learned that I can't do
- 14:51this stuff quickly, or my desk's going to
- 14:53be all lopsided.
- 14:55Or I learned that when I do the
- 15:00answers quickly, I don't learn.
- 15:04I might get the homework right, but I
- 15:06really don't own and learn the material.
- 15:10Reflect on what worked and what did not.
- 15:13And then pivot, adjust.
- 15:16I'm not saying to completely revamp, just pivot
- 15:21a little bit.
- 15:22A lot of times you're very close to
- 15:24success, it's just that you need to pivot
- 15:26just a tiny bit.
- 15:28And by going at that pace, you will
- 15:31reach your goals.
- 15:33That's important, guys.
- 15:35Number 19, I talk about this one all
- 15:39the time.
- 15:40Stay present, be aware.
- 15:42Focus on what you are doing right now.
- 15:47Not five minutes ago, not a minute ago,
- 15:49not an hour ago, not a week ago,
- 15:51not a month ago, not a year ago.
- 15:53Not what you're going to be doing in
- 15:54five minutes later or ten minutes later or
- 15:55an hour later.
- 15:56Stay present and focus on what you are
- 15:59doing right now at this given moment.
- 16:03Ladies and gentlemen, that is where results are
- 16:08created.
- 16:09That's where they're created.
- 16:10I think some people, they don't understand that
- 16:14now means something very valuable.
- 16:18Now means something very valuable.
- 16:21Now means to own the present moment.
- 16:24To be aware of things you hear, you
- 16:28see, you touch, you taste, you smell.
- 16:32Even the proprioception position of your body.
- 16:36We've talked about that before.
- 16:38Number 20, avoid comparison.
- 16:43Your journey is your own.
- 16:45Comparing yourself to others will weaken focus and
- 16:48it's also going to lower your confidence level.
- 16:53Everyone grows at a different level, right?
- 16:57There's nothing wrong with that.
- 16:59Some people find things out later on in
- 17:01life, right?
- 17:02I think that's an important thing to notice
- 17:06is that they do things later on in
- 17:09life.
- 17:12And so when you recognize that, you're going
- 17:15to be like, oh, wait a minute.
- 17:16Now I get this.
- 17:17Now I understand.
- 17:20Number 21, this is a hard one.
- 17:23You ready?
- 17:25Be honest with yourself.
- 17:28Let me say that again.
- 17:29It's so easy, but yet people don't want
- 17:31to do this.
- 17:31Be honest with yourself.
- 17:32Be honest with yourself.
- 17:34Truth builds awareness, guys, and awareness creates change.
- 17:39So truth builds awareness, okay?
- 17:44Awareness also builds truth, by the way.
- 17:47And that awareness will create a change in
- 17:51us, how we operate, how we learn, how
- 17:59we experience life.
- 18:05Number 22, choose discipline over comfort.
- 18:09I know we all want comfort.
- 18:11I get that, right?
- 18:12But I think it's important to understand what
- 18:16it means when I say this.
- 18:20And what I'm coming into is the point
- 18:22of everyone wants things to be comfort and
- 18:25easy, right?
- 18:26Comfortable, I should say.
- 18:27But growth comes from what is necessary, not
- 18:35what is easy.
- 18:36I said before, guys, that success comes from
- 18:39where things get difficult, where things get a
- 18:43little bit uncomfortable.
- 18:46We have to practice getting comfortable being uncomfortable,
- 18:50okay?
- 18:50Growth comes from doing what is necessary, not
- 18:54what's easy.
- 18:54And that's what a lot of people don't
- 18:55do because like, oh, you know, I don't
- 18:56want to do that.
- 18:57It's hard.
- 18:58It's uncomfortable.
- 19:00I get it.
- 19:01I get it, okay?
- 19:06That's important to understand.
- 19:14That's important to note.
- 19:17That when you understand this thing, your life
- 19:21will take a different turn.
- 19:24It will take a different turn.
- 19:27And that turn that it takes might just
- 19:32surprise you.
- 19:37You might think it's going to happen all
- 19:39at once, but I'm here to tell you
- 19:41that it doesn't happen all at once.
- 19:46It doesn't happen all at once.
- 19:48And there is a very good reason for
- 19:50that.
- 19:52It's because our internal world, right, might be
- 19:59one place.
- 20:00That our external world might have to catch
- 20:02up with it, might have to sync with
- 20:03it.
- 20:08So that's a challenge for some people.
- 20:10Like, I'm sensing this, I'm feeling this, but
- 20:12it's not in the outside world yet.
- 20:14That's okay.
- 20:14It will show up.
- 20:15I promise you.
- 20:16But there can be a delay to the
- 20:19internal and the external.
- 20:22Number 23, keep your promises to yourself.
- 20:27You don't need to promise anybody about what
- 20:29you're doing.
- 20:31Every kept promise that you make to yourself
- 20:34and others will build confidence and self-respect.
- 20:38You promise yourself you're going to do something.
- 20:40You do it.
- 20:42You don't let yourself down.
- 20:43Your body is like, okay, you're treating me
- 20:45right.
- 20:46I'm going to keep performing for you.
- 20:48Right?
- 20:48But I think a lot of people just
- 20:50don't get the fact of it's okay to
- 20:54just disappoint ourselves.
- 20:58It's okay to disappoint ourselves.
- 21:00It's not.
- 21:05And I think if we understand that, people
- 21:10will be better.
- 21:17And I say this to you because it's
- 21:20an awareness that you need to have in
- 21:23life.
- 21:23And that awareness will change how you respond,
- 21:30including the actions that you take or not
- 21:33take.
- 21:34Because not reacting is reacting.
- 21:38Number 24, guys.
- 21:41Reduce overthinking.
- 21:42I know we all want to overthink.
- 21:43Reduce it.
- 21:44Take action.
- 21:45Clarity comes from doing, not just thinking.
- 21:47Like when I was doing my book.
- 21:48I could have been outlining for days, for
- 21:53months, even years.
- 21:54I'm like, this isn't going anywhere.
- 21:55I need to stop procrastinating.
- 21:58I need to stop outlining.
- 22:00Because it's not going anywhere.
- 22:01It's just wasting my time.
- 22:03And it was robbing my time.
- 22:06I'm like, I recognized it after a few
- 22:07days.
- 22:08I'm like, okay, this is not working.
- 22:11Number 25.
- 22:12Start small, guys.
- 22:14But start now.
- 22:16Small, consistent actions lead to long-term success.
- 22:21They don't have to be big actions.
- 22:23They need to be consistent.
- 22:26They need to be consistent.
- 22:28When we have consistency and we have structure,
- 22:31we get success.
- 22:34C plus S equals success.
- 22:40C plus S equals success.
- 22:41Consistency plus structure equals success.
- 22:43Many people have, let's say, a structure.
- 22:50But they're not consistent.
- 22:52They'll work out.
- 22:54And they have the structure.
- 22:57But they might do it this week.
- 22:59Maybe next week.
- 23:00Maybe the following week.
- 23:01Some people will do it every day.
- 23:02But they won't have a structure in how
- 23:04they work out.
- 23:07Number 26.
- 23:08Momentum is key.
- 23:11So build it early.
- 23:12Early wins create energy and make it easier
- 23:15to continue.
- 23:19When we start early, our mind and body
- 23:23is like, okay, I get this now.
- 23:25This makes a lot of sense.
- 23:27I'm laying a foundation that I didn't have
- 23:30before.
- 23:33I'm laying a foundation I did not have
- 23:34before.
- 23:35Number 27, guys.
- 23:37Show up consistently.
- 23:39Consistency creates results.
- 23:41Even when your motivation fades.
- 23:43Your motivation is going to fade.
- 23:45It's your discipline that's going to keep your
- 23:48consistency and structure together.
- 23:53Motivation will wane and fade back and forth.
- 23:57But you've got to have the discipline to
- 23:59do it even when you don't want to.
- 24:02It's cold outside.
- 24:04You've still got to take that exercise even
- 24:07when you don't want to.
- 24:10Number 28, guys.
- 24:13Accept discomfort.
- 24:14Discomfort is part of growth.
- 24:19Don't try to go around it or avoid
- 24:22it or look for a shortcut.
- 24:26Use it as the tool that it is
- 24:28to teach you how to be better.
- 24:34Number 29, stay grounded.
- 24:38Keep your focus steady and avoid unnecessary chaos
- 24:43or distractions.
- 24:46I have found that when distractions are in
- 24:51your life, there's lots of chaos.
- 24:57When you are calm, clear, and collected, you
- 25:03may appear to move slower.
- 25:05But you actually are faster because you don't
- 25:07make mistakes.
- 25:10That's a very important thing.
- 25:13And I think a lot of people just
- 25:15feel that I need to get things done
- 25:16fast.
- 25:16But then they don't realize how many things
- 25:18they did wrong.
- 25:19You've probably been on a job before where
- 25:21you were training somebody how to do something.
- 25:24And then suddenly you left.
- 25:26You came back.
- 25:27And they got it done twice as fast
- 25:28as you.
- 25:29And you're like, oh, that's great.
- 25:30And you look.
- 25:30I'm like, oh, wait a minute.
- 25:33These aren't done right.
- 25:34This isn't done right.
- 25:35And before you know it, every other one
- 25:38is not done right.
- 25:39And they did 100 things like, oh, my
- 25:41gosh.
- 25:41I've got to go back and do 50
- 25:43things over again because these weren't done right.
- 25:45Number 30, guys.
- 25:46End the day with reflection.
- 25:50Review your actions.
- 25:51Learn from them.
- 25:52And prepare to improve tomorrow.
- 25:55No one says you need to be perfect.
- 25:57But what I am saying is that you
- 25:59need to be aware of what's happening in
- 26:02your life.
- 26:04Think about how you can do that again
- 26:10later better.
- 26:14It's not to beat yourself up.
- 26:15It's to learn how these little changes can
- 26:20make you better.
- 26:21Ladies and gentlemen, this is your foundation.
- 26:24Not ideas.
- 26:26Not theory.
- 26:28It's pure execution.
- 26:33That's an important one, guys.
- 26:35It's not just ideas that are just coming
- 26:37to me that I'm sharing with you.
- 26:38It's not theory.
- 26:40It's how I've lived.
- 26:42It's how I've learned.
- 26:44But I didn't get that the first time
- 26:46I did it.
- 26:48You, ladies and gentlemen, do not need more
- 26:52information.
- 26:54You might think you do.
- 26:56You don't.
- 26:58What you need is this.
- 27:01You need to act on what you already
- 27:06know.
- 27:06Let me say that again.
- 27:07You need to act on what you already
- 27:09know.
- 27:09You need to act on what you already
- 27:12know.
- 27:13Because your next level is built upon what
- 27:21you do next.
- 27:22The foundation later will fall if you don't
- 27:25keep it steady and structured.
- 27:28Not later, guys.
- 27:30Now.
- 27:31No procrastination.
- 27:33No excuses.
- 27:34No waiting.
- 27:37Act now.
- 27:39Ladies and gentlemen, I am John C.

- 27:46podcast host, coach, graduate student, passionate lifelong learner,
- 27:50grateful published author.

- 27:55Life with Discipline, Growth, and Ownership this week.
- 27:58Let's get to work, guys, right now.

- 28:04I'll catch you real soon.
- 28:05And be well.
