- 0:18Speaker 1: It is time believe your worries outside and laugh with
- 0:22Speaker 1: us inside the treehouse. I'm Daniel Mallley, along with Raj
- 0:26Speaker 1: Sharma and today's special guest.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Back for more, Rebecca Black.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Yes, Hello, Hello, thank you for having me back, and
- 0:36Speaker 3: so quickly I feel like, yes.
- 0:39Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with you wandering around in
- 0:42Speaker 1: circles around the treehouse just looking up longingly like can
- 0:45Speaker 1: I come begging?
- 0:47Speaker 4: Please let me in. I just love you guys so much.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Has nothing to do with that, So yeah, welcome to Monday,
- 0:57Speaker 1: May twelfth, twenty twenty five.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Our dear friend Trey Is.
- 1:01Speaker 1: It's kind of in limbo today because he had a
- 1:04Speaker 1: mishap at his home the other day. I want to
- 1:08Speaker 1: save the story for him to tell it because the
- 1:12Speaker 1: way Trey told me and Raj the story in our
- 1:15Speaker 1: treehouse group chat is very very Trey specific, and I
- 1:21Speaker 1: feel like it's his story to tell, and I don't
- 1:24Speaker 1: want to I don't want to take that from him.
- 1:27Speaker 2: So if he's able to come on and share it
- 1:29Speaker 2: with us today, then we'll do that.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Otherwise we'll save it for another Can.
- 1:33Speaker 3: You elaborate on Trey specific because I don't necessarily feel
- 1:37Speaker 3: like that's a compliment.
- 1:41Speaker 2: No, it's more of a statement of fact. Yeah.
- 1:47Speaker 4: I don't know if that makes it better or worse.
- 1:49Speaker 5: Man, it's definitely worse.
- 1:51Speaker 1: It's more of a journalistic approach. Okay, I'm just I'm
- 1:56Speaker 1: just sharing something. I'm sharing some information.
- 2:00Speaker 5: If it's a journalistic approach, if you're one news network, yeah,
- 2:06Speaker 5: I got it.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Tray Nation, everybody, yes, Tray Max.
- 2:15Speaker 2: So yeah.
- 2:16Speaker 1: So, uh, Trey's dealing with some home issues that hopefully
- 2:19Speaker 1: he can get straightened out.
- 2:21Speaker 3: And I do love that we're like ten seconds into
- 2:24Speaker 3: this and we're already making fun of Tray.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Oh.
- 2:26Speaker 2: Absolutely, that's like some goals.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Any any week you can start with making fun of Tray,
- 2:34Speaker 1: especially when he's not around to call you names for it.
- 2:36Speaker 2: It's a good thing for us.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Well that's me, all my stuff semi situated here because
- 2:47Speaker 1: I want to start not with the pope, right because
- 2:50Speaker 1: everyone's already talked about the pope a little bit.
- 2:52Speaker 2: We'll touch on the pope a little bit. Yes, I
- 2:54Speaker 2: know what I said.
- 2:56Speaker 1: We'll touch on the pope a little bit today.
- 3:01Speaker 5: And they're going to touch on you just a look,
- 3:05Speaker 5: not enough for a lawsuit.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Right right, right, We'll keep it. We'll keep it above
- 3:09Speaker 4: the waist.
- 3:10Speaker 5: Right above the outside the pits.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Mm hmm, over the over the pope hat.
- 3:17Speaker 6: Uh.
- 3:17Speaker 1: No, today, I'd rather start with something a little uh
- 3:21Speaker 1: higher brow.
- 3:22Speaker 4: Hmm that's new.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:26Speaker 1: An entire town, an entire town got high because police
- 3:30Speaker 1: burned twenty tons of confiscated weed.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Best day ever, right, I call it Garland.
- 3:43Speaker 3: You know, Grandma and Grandpa were like, man, I feel
- 3:46Speaker 3: amazing today.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely. Yeah.
- 3:51Speaker 1: This definitely did not happen in the United States, although
- 3:53Speaker 1: it sounds like something that would.
- 3:55Speaker 2: This actually happened in a Turkish town.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Oh wow.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I I hope that they pronounced this differently than we
- 4:03Speaker 1: do here in the United States, because in print, this
- 4:07Speaker 1: is what it looks like. There's a Turkish town called Lice.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Oh yeah, is it pronounced lice.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Though, that's my point. I don't know.
- 4:20Speaker 1: It's spelled lic, so the English would be Lice. Now
- 4:25Speaker 1: in France there's a town called Nice, but it's spelled
- 4:30Speaker 1: in Ice like Nice. I don't know the Turkish language.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I don't even know if the official language of Turkey,
- 4:37Speaker 1: or the majority language in Turkey is even called Turkish.
- 4:40Speaker 2: It might be some other language. That is different than
- 4:42Speaker 2: the name of the country.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I have no idea, but for the sake of this story,
- 4:47Speaker 1: I think it kind of fits. There's a Turkish town
- 4:50Speaker 1: called Lice, population around twenty five thousand, and they all
- 4:54Speaker 1: got high recently because the authorities earned more than twenty.
- 4:58Speaker 2: Tons of seized ken of this in the middle of town.
- 5:02Speaker 2: In the middle of town.
- 5:03Speaker 4: First of all, okay, yeah, in the middle of town.
- 5:07Speaker 3: What was the logistical thinking here, Like, oh, let's have like.
- 5:11Speaker 4: A bonfire a weed yeah in the again, why.
- 5:16Speaker 3: Wouldn't they take it like to the outskirts where people
- 5:19Speaker 3: don't live.
- 5:22Speaker 1: People say the air became thick with weed smoke for
- 5:25Speaker 1: five days.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Now that is that is a hot box?
- 5:29Speaker 4: Like did everybody just call into work and just enjoy?
- 5:34Speaker 2: I think you have to.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I will admit, though, this is my nightmare because I
- 5:38Speaker 1: recently discovered because I didn't do much drugs when I
- 5:41Speaker 1: was younger. Yeah, and throughout my adulthood, I really didn't
- 5:45Speaker 1: do any because I'm worried about losing control. So I
- 5:48Speaker 1: will never do anything like super hard. But when my
- 5:52Speaker 1: wife and I went to Seattle last year, it's like, Okay,
- 5:54Speaker 1: I'm gonna experiment some I'm a grown ass man. It's
- 5:57Speaker 1: finally time I should probably try it.
- 6:01Speaker 2: It's not for me.
- 6:02Speaker 1: All all it does, and I tried every possible delivery
- 6:06Speaker 1: system of marijuana.
- 6:07Speaker 2: All it does is gives me. All it does is
- 6:10Speaker 2: it gives me motion sickness. That's it. Oh yeah, that's
- 6:14Speaker 2: not fun.
- 6:15Speaker 4: What if you tried it with a motion sickness patch.
- 6:18Speaker 1: I tried, okay, and I got the patch. I took dramamine.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I just is just ugly. So five days of weed
- 6:26Speaker 1: smoke in this Turkish town is my nightmare.
- 6:29Speaker 5: Okay, but explain to her that you don't have like,
- 6:33Speaker 5: you can't just stop at twopuffs.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Now it's problem.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Because he smoked the entire joint.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Now here's the thing, Roger.
- 6:42Speaker 1: You're talking about something that happened almost two years ago
- 6:47Speaker 1: where I smoked basically in an entire dubage and I
- 6:53Speaker 1: shouldn't have and that made me super nauseous.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:56Speaker 2: So when we went to Seattle.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Last summer, I EXPERI admitted with more reasonable things like
- 7:02Speaker 1: I went went to the store and got a pre
- 7:05Speaker 1: rolled joint and I only took a couple of puffs.
- 7:08Speaker 1: So I made sure to govern myself on how much
- 7:11Speaker 1: I was taking in still got lightheaded, motion sick. Tried
- 7:15Speaker 1: the gummy, still got motion sick. And it was a
- 7:18Speaker 1: very small dosage. So there is there's me, and we
- 7:22Speaker 1: just don't.
- 7:23Speaker 5: Yeah. I just got a gummy yesterday. That's a thousand milligrams.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Oh my gosh, how are you alive?
- 7:30Speaker 5: Yeah, well I didn't. I haven't taken it yet. That's
- 7:32Speaker 5: from tomorrow, okay, Yeah, that's for a day off rest
- 7:38Speaker 5: in peace. No, I usually take I usually take like
- 7:41Speaker 5: a quarter and see, but this is a the same
- 7:45Speaker 5: brand I took two weeks ago, and it's delightful.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Like my big I've only done like the one. Like
- 7:54Speaker 3: I have trouble sleeping, so I've taken a few, like
- 7:56Speaker 3: to go to sleep or whatever. I know, that's very
- 7:58Speaker 3: lame and very boring, and what.
- 8:00Speaker 5: I do it for.
- 8:00Speaker 4: I'm like maybe a fifteen milligram, maybe a twenty five
- 8:04Speaker 4: is as much as I'm gonna get out of it.
- 8:06Speaker 4: And really all it does is.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Give me a great night's sleep and incredible amount of munchies.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Yes, that sounds enjoyable.
- 8:14Speaker 4: Yeah, it's not terrible.
- 8:16Speaker 5: Yeah, So you just cut it up, you know, and
- 8:18Speaker 5: then you take as much as you want. But yeah,
- 8:20Speaker 5: this is a a thousand.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Yeah that's bro, that's like another level.
- 8:25Speaker 5: Yeah it is, but it'll last me a while. Like
- 8:28Speaker 5: I'm not going to do the whole thousand, Like I'm not.
- 8:30Speaker 2: I swear to god. I'm actually feeling a little.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I'm actually feeling a little motion signs. By the way,
- 8:39Speaker 1: this town in Turkey, uh, they obviously they didn't burn
- 8:43Speaker 1: it in an incinerator. They actually arranged the bags of
- 8:46Speaker 1: weed in the town center in the shape of the
- 8:48Speaker 1: letters spelling out the name of the town lice, And
- 8:52Speaker 1: that's why the smoke got out of control. They don't
- 8:55Speaker 1: know whose bright idea this was. The marijuana had been
- 8:58Speaker 1: confiscated over the previous two years with a with a
- 9:05Speaker 1: US street value. This is how much. This is how
- 9:08Speaker 1: much this town burned a US street value more than
- 9:13Speaker 1: two hundred and sixty one dollars.
- 9:17Speaker 5: Wow, why wouldn't you.
- 9:21Speaker 3: I would have made a deal with somebody, right, Yeah,
- 9:25Speaker 3: like I think you earn it, like send it to
- 9:27Speaker 3: a place where it's legal and yeah everybody.
- 9:33Speaker 5: Yeah, make a deal with the with the Netherlands.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Yeah, that's over a quarter billion dollars. Surely you can
- 9:39Speaker 1: find a trade partner.
- 9:41Speaker 5: Pretty sure you can buy a stemble for two hundred.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Well, and for that kind of cash for a small
- 9:46Speaker 3: town like Lice or whatever, you probably could have just
- 9:49Speaker 3: divided it up amongst all twenty five thousand residents and
- 9:52Speaker 3: everybody would be rich and having a good time.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yeah, and as I save a little bit and renamed
- 9:57Speaker 2: the town.
- 9:58Speaker 5: To something nice, there you go, skunk Weed, guys, skunk Town.

- 11:53Speaker 1: is dealing with some home issues. Hopefully he gets those
- 11:56Speaker 1: squared away. If he does, he's going to uh jump
- 12:00Speaker 1: into the Treehouse today, But.
- 12:01Speaker 2: If not, we'll we'll hear from him later on this.
- 12:03Speaker 1: Week and hear about the the problems that he's been
- 12:08Speaker 1: having at home.
- 12:11Speaker 2: But for now, the problem I am having.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Is is is what's what's the psychological term for?
- 12:19Speaker 8: Like?
- 12:19Speaker 1: Am I just making myself sick thinking about one thousands
- 12:23Speaker 1: of marijuana that you have, right.
- 12:24Speaker 4: And get the pregnancy symptoms.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm having emotion sickness just thinking about your one
- 12:32Speaker 1: thousand milligram gummy raj.
- 12:35Speaker 4: I dare you bro do the whole thing?
- 12:38Speaker 5: Oh okay, I'm that you know you don't dare me.
- 12:40Speaker 5: I've done a thousand milligrams before. I just yeah, I
- 12:43Speaker 5: just don't remember seventeen hours.
- 12:47Speaker 2: I would imagine not Yeah, if.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I took a thousand milligrams of weed, I would remember
- 12:52Speaker 1: it because it would be my last day on this.
- 12:54Speaker 4: Planet, all right, I would die and death.
- 12:58Speaker 5: I went to sleep watching a Castle marathon, and I
- 13:01Speaker 5: woke up to a Castle marathon. So on Lifetime at
- 13:05Speaker 5: the TV show Castle?
- 13:06Speaker 2: Yeah, are there that many episodes or did it just repeat?
- 13:09Speaker 5: I think it. I think I watched. I think every
- 13:12Speaker 5: season happened. Uh.
- 13:13Speaker 2: And I will pay most people binge on snacks.
- 13:18Speaker 5: Oh I do that too. I mean Jack in the
- 13:20Speaker 5: Box does not help because they're build your own munchy
- 13:23Speaker 5: box is buy one, get one free, and so it's.
- 13:26Speaker 2: How cool is this?
- 13:28Speaker 1: Because I have not I have not been to Jack
- 13:29Speaker 1: in the Box in quite a long time and I
- 13:31Speaker 1: miss it, but I did not know they had a
- 13:32Speaker 1: Munchy box.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Oh yeah. The commercial for it is two stoners pull
- 13:36Speaker 5: up to the drive through and they just start ordering
- 13:38Speaker 5: stuff and they're like, why don't we just put this
- 13:40Speaker 5: in one box? And so you can get the chicken sandwich,
- 13:43Speaker 5: the spicy chicken sandwich, or their burger or uh, you know,
- 13:46Speaker 5: Texas burger or whatever. Then your sides can be tacos
- 13:50Speaker 5: or onion rings or fries or whatever. So you can
- 13:52Speaker 5: order like a spicy chicken sandwich and you know, eight tacos,
- 13:56Speaker 5: and then it's by one get one free, so you're
- 13:58Speaker 5: getting sixteen tacos and two chickens sandwich.
- 14:00Speaker 3: First of all, that's insane, and I would not be
- 14:02Speaker 3: surprised if Jack in the Box is actually like lacing
- 14:04Speaker 3: their tacos with more weeds.
- 14:06Speaker 5: So that it'll absolutely can you see the people that
- 14:08Speaker 5: work the drive through.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Absolutely act act and the cycle continues.
- 14:16Speaker 4: It's just Jack in the Box weed cycle.
- 14:19Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:20Speaker 1: I love how we all grew up in you know,
- 14:22Speaker 1: in the era of just say no to drugs, but
- 14:24Speaker 1: now as now as adults, we actually can go to
- 14:26Speaker 1: a drive through and order Munchie boxes without any sort
- 14:29Speaker 1: of uh pretense.
- 14:31Speaker 3: But I think it's because we're at that age where
- 14:34Speaker 3: everything hurts.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean in.
- 14:37Speaker 3: All honestly, like the moment you turn forty, it's like
- 14:41Speaker 3: every joint in your body is in pain because you
- 14:44Speaker 3: slept weird or you sat wrong, and that's messed up.
- 14:48Speaker 3: So we're just looking for whatever answer is going to
- 14:50Speaker 3: kind of cure it for a man.
- 14:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I I do a bit on stage, and this
- 14:52Speaker 5: is one hundred percent true. I pulled a muscle in
- 14:55Speaker 5: my back so bad years ago that I was on
- 14:57Speaker 5: the couch for two days, and this where I discovered
- 14:59Speaker 5: Tiger Bomb. My ex I brought Tiger Bomb home because
- 15:01Speaker 5: it was that bad. And I was folding laundry, not
- 15:04Speaker 5: like aggressively, but just the way I've always folded it,
- 15:08Speaker 5: and I snapped pinkies out. Yeah, I snapped a T
- 15:10Speaker 5: shirt to get the wrinkles out. And I just literally
- 15:13Speaker 5: just was watching TV. Snapped the T shirt to get
- 15:15Speaker 5: the wrinkles out, and I was like, I think I'm
- 15:16Speaker 5: gonna lay down forever now. I think this is this
- 15:19Speaker 5: is this is where I live. I live on this couch.
- 15:21Speaker 5: Like it's so sad.
- 15:23Speaker 3: It's so sad. And it doesn't matter the amount. Like
- 15:26Speaker 3: you know, I've I work out, you know, I do
- 15:28Speaker 3: cardio and all that kind of stuff. And then I'll
- 15:30Speaker 3: go to get into my car and it's a little
- 15:32Speaker 3: lower to the ground and it's.
- 15:33Speaker 5: Like, oh yeah, and seats.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Are always on in it, by the way, you know.
- 15:39Speaker 2: And I play sports in high Scholah, they heated seats
- 15:41Speaker 2: at our age.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Heated because you're cold, is because you need to you
- 15:45Speaker 1: need to heat up the muscles.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Game changer, the air conditioning will be blasting at sixty
- 15:51Speaker 3: and then I'm like, heated seat all the way up, please.
- 15:54Speaker 5: Like are you cold? Like no, I need a lombard,
- 15:55Speaker 5: a lower lombard. That's what I need right now. But
- 15:58Speaker 5: I mean that's why I don't advocate, Like I've had
- 16:00Speaker 5: problems and joint problems since sports in high school. Yeah,
- 16:03Speaker 5: and like that's why I'm like, you gotta wait till
- 16:05Speaker 5: these kids are a little bit older and a little
- 16:06Speaker 5: more developed before you start knocking them into the dirt,
- 16:10Speaker 5: because like, like I'll stand up. I still remember, like
- 16:13Speaker 5: my my nephew played soccer. Like I stood up one
- 16:15Speaker 5: time to get something out of the kitchen, and every
- 16:17Speaker 5: joint popped and he's like, was that you? And I
- 16:19Speaker 5: was like, that will be you one day.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Try. Yeah, you're going now, but it's your future.
- 16:24Speaker 4: Get ready for it.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Like I'm trying to do my best to prepare you
- 16:27Speaker 3: for how life really is. So take everything that I
- 16:31Speaker 3: say and commit it to memory, because.
- 16:33Speaker 1: You will be here one day and there is the
- 16:36Speaker 1: only way to avoid it is is something happens and
- 16:38Speaker 1: you're no longer alive. But if you live long enough, yeah,
- 16:45Speaker 1: time will get you.
- 16:47Speaker 5: And my nephews think like because they're kids, like I
- 16:49Speaker 5: can do the same things, like let's race and I'm like,
- 16:51Speaker 5: let's let's watch TV, Like let's just let's see who
- 16:57Speaker 5: can run the fastest. I was like, let's see who
- 16:58Speaker 5: can solve this puzzle on thet do that first.
- 17:02Speaker 3: At Christmas, They're like, let's go outside and play volleyball
- 17:05Speaker 3: in the driveway my girl nieces And I'm like, no, no, no, why.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Don't you guys do that? Yeah, come to me when
- 17:13Speaker 5: there's a tiebreaker needed.
- 17:15Speaker 3: There you go, Amen, you need needed to judge you,
- 17:19Speaker 3: like diving into the swimming pool or something. I can
- 17:21Speaker 3: sit down and do that all day, no problem, don't
- 17:24Speaker 3: you dare ask me to get involved.
- 17:26Speaker 5: Volleyball makes me spill my Marguerite.
- 17:30Speaker 1: We're too old to participate, but we're at the right
- 17:33Speaker 1: age to comment.
- 17:35Speaker 4: Correct.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm not going to participate, but I will judge.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Sort of like like I told I told you and
- 17:42Speaker 1: Trey a couple of weeks ago that I've been having
- 17:44Speaker 1: a shoulder issue and I was going to take a
- 17:46Speaker 1: couple of months off and do some some what was it,
- 17:51Speaker 1: I was going to try to take some leave. I
- 17:53Speaker 1: was going to do my own sort of medicating before
- 17:55Speaker 1: I go to the doctor. Of course, that was like
- 17:57Speaker 1: three weeks ago, and now it hurts worse. And even
- 18:00Speaker 1: though I've been trying to rest it, and I and
- 18:02Speaker 1: the same thing.
- 18:03Speaker 2: I don't even know what I did.
- 18:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I would. I highly recommend Tiger Bomb if you
- 18:09Speaker 5: have some. Yeah, I don't know what the Chinese do
- 18:11Speaker 5: with their with their bombs, but I don't know if
- 18:14Speaker 5: it's made with real tiger, but it it works like
- 18:17Speaker 5: it's really good.
- 18:18Speaker 1: I went down to pet my Chuaba the other day
- 18:20Speaker 1: and I actually would have liked a tiger to rip
- 18:23Speaker 1: my shoulder from my body. It would have been preferable
- 18:26Speaker 1: in the moment.
- 18:27Speaker 5: Maybe and my shoulders. My shoulders dislocate naturally, so like
- 18:32Speaker 5: when I sleep, I'll sleep like with this, like it
- 18:34Speaker 5: just pops out of place.
- 18:35Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:35Speaker 5: So I've woken up, yeah, both of them. Uh, and
- 18:39Speaker 5: then I've woken up before where it's gone to sleep. Yeah,
- 18:43Speaker 5: and my hand, my hand was on my face, and
- 18:45Speaker 5: I woke up and I was like, somebody is trying
- 18:47Speaker 5: to kill me. So I just kind of waited, and
- 18:50Speaker 5: then I just started punching the crap out of the hand.
- 18:53Speaker 5: And then the sensation came back and I was like, oh,
- 18:56Speaker 5: I'm just beating myself up.
- 18:57Speaker 4: That was not real life.
- 18:58Speaker 3: That was your thousand milligram gummy bro ago before I started.

- 19:59Speaker 1: today in the Treehouse, Rebecca Black is hanging out with us.
- 20:03Speaker 1: The topic of drugs has been pretty heavy today and
- 20:06Speaker 1: it wasn't intentional. It's just something that happens. And sometimes
- 20:09Speaker 1: in the show we just kind of go with things.
- 20:11Speaker 1: And that's what I'm doing today, and I'm able to
- 20:13Speaker 1: keep going but still be topical by throwing in this
- 20:17Speaker 1: drug related story.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Okay, huh.
- 20:23Speaker 1: A thirty eight year old man in Kansas says he
- 20:25Speaker 1: stole a rare Spanish American war cannon from a park,
- 20:31Speaker 1: not because he's a huge history buff, but because he
- 20:33Speaker 1: wanted to pay off his massive drug debt.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Yes, okay, that's not my first choice and things to
- 20:42Speaker 3: grab to steal and then make money off of, but sure,
- 20:45Speaker 3: let's allow hear him out.
- 20:47Speaker 1: He does have goals and he has big dreams. Thirty
- 20:52Speaker 1: eight year old man from Kansas named Gordon Pierce stole
- 20:55Speaker 1: a rare eight hundred pounds Spanish American war cannon from
- 20:59Speaker 1: a park in which he owed his drug dealer twenty
- 21:03Speaker 1: thousand dollars, and because of that massive drug debt, he
- 21:07Speaker 1: was worried that his dealer would kill him and his
- 21:09Speaker 1: family if he didn't pay, so Gordon told police he
- 21:13Speaker 1: was scouting copper statues to steal to make the money back.
- 21:17Speaker 2: So it kind of makes sense. I see the logic.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Instead of going after copper wiring or copper pieces, he's
- 21:24Speaker 1: looking for a whole copper statue, probably not thinking about
- 21:27Speaker 1: the fact that those are probably just finished in copper
- 21:29Speaker 1: like a penny and its other stuff underneath.
- 21:32Speaker 2: But whatever, Gordon's clearly not that bride. He's got a
- 21:34Speaker 2: twenty thousand dollars drug debt.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Anyway, I'm curious how he was able to pick up eight.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Hundred pounds that's really good meth.
- 21:43Speaker 4: He had to have been on drugs right of course.
- 21:45Speaker 1: On April second, he spotted the cannon and figured that
- 21:49Speaker 1: might make enough to pay back my drug dealer.
- 21:53Speaker 2: So then he hired a homeless person to help him
- 21:55Speaker 2: rip it out of the ground.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Okay, well, I'll look at this. He's giving back to
- 21:59Speaker 4: the community. This is really kind of touching.
- 22:02Speaker 5: He's creating jobs.
- 22:03Speaker 4: Yeah, that's better than what our government's doing.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Right now, that's true.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Yeah, Gordon's created more jobs recently. He used a chain
- 22:12Speaker 1: and a Chevy Tahoe to drag the cannon away. Then
- 22:15Speaker 1: he got some tools and cut it up into four
- 22:18Speaker 1: or five chunks. He took the pieces to his drug
- 22:20Speaker 1: dealer to show that he was working on the debt,
- 22:23Speaker 1: and the dealer called the plan stupid.
- 22:28Speaker 3: That's definitely not what you want to hear from a
- 22:30Speaker 3: guy who.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Might kill you.
- 22:32Speaker 2: That's right.
- 22:32Speaker 1: It's like, I want money, not chunks of cannon.
- 22:37Speaker 4: Yes.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Can Also, if you're going to try to pay your
- 22:41Speaker 1: drug dealer back on something that is not actual money, yeah,
- 22:47Speaker 1: maybe clear it with him beforehand, just to see if
- 22:50Speaker 1: he'd be willing to accept payment on an eight hundred
- 22:53Speaker 1: pound cannon before you hire a homeless guy to rip
- 22:55Speaker 1: it out of the ground with you, right.
- 22:57Speaker 4: Like, are you go with trade bro Like?
- 22:58Speaker 5: How about that eight hundred pounds of scrap metal might
- 23:01Speaker 5: have I mean, depending on what it was, might come
- 23:04Speaker 5: close to like him paying off that debt. But here's
- 23:07Speaker 5: my other suggestion, and just call me crazy or logical.
- 23:11Speaker 5: If you owe a drug dealer twenty thousand dollars, how
- 23:13Speaker 5: about this move.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Kansas. It's it's not like you're gonna miss it.
- 23:23Speaker 5: Trust me. I was in Wichita last year. If we
- 23:25Speaker 5: were the show there and it is truck, you want
- 23:28Speaker 5: to move, I don't know.
- 23:30Speaker 3: But here's the problem with that theory is that word
- 23:33Speaker 3: travels fast in a small town, so people know where
- 23:35Speaker 3: this dude's gonna move to, and then they're gonna tell everybody.
- 23:38Speaker 3: So he's gonna get screwed no matter what.
- 23:40Speaker 5: Oh I'm not saying take your family with you. I'm
- 23:42Speaker 5: saying he should move for the best dot.

- 24:35Speaker 2: Today, this is the Treehouse Show.
- 24:37Speaker 1: I'm Daniel Maley along with Raj Sharma and today's special
- 24:39Speaker 1: guest inside the Treehouse, Rebecca Black. And Today is Monday
- 24:44Speaker 1: May twelfth, twenty twenty five. We did briefly touch on
- 24:49Speaker 1: the fact last week at Yes there is a new Pope,
- 24:52Speaker 1: And one of the big questions I kept seeing over
- 24:55Speaker 1: the weekend is that since the new pope is originally
- 25:01Speaker 1: from Chicago, everyone wants to know is he a white.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Sox fan or is he a Cubs fan?
- 25:09Speaker 10: M this man ask Yeah, of all the things that
- 25:14Speaker 10: this man has accomplished in his life a missionary in Peru,
- 25:18Speaker 10: he's a dual citizen there, all the things that he
- 25:21Speaker 10: has accomplished in his career as a priest, and all
- 25:25Speaker 10: we really want to know about is Cubbies.
- 25:27Speaker 2: Cubbies are white Sox man.
- 25:29Speaker 3: If that doesn't sum up the stupidity of America, Like,
- 25:32Speaker 3: I don't need to.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Know if he's he is he a Southsider or north Side?
- 25:35Speaker 2: Like what's going on?
- 25:36Speaker 5: I actually posted that. I was like, you know, I know,
- 25:38Speaker 5: he became the pope with the question on everybody's mind
- 25:42Speaker 5: Cubs or Socks And just to let you guys know,
- 25:45Speaker 5: he's a Socks fan.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Yes, And we actually have confirmation because they, I guess
- 25:49Speaker 1: they didn't want to bother the new pope, who is
- 25:53Speaker 1: Leo the fourteenth. He has dubbed himself Leo the fourteenth,
- 25:57Speaker 1: the first pope from a eric so go Usa on
- 26:01Speaker 1: that one. So they didn't want to bother the new
- 26:04Speaker 1: pope by asking him if he was in fact either
- 26:07Speaker 1: a White Sox or Cubs fan, so they asked his brother.
- 26:12Speaker 5: Our mother was a Cubs fan.
- 26:13Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Maybe he was always a Socks fan. Our mother was
- 26:16Speaker 2: a Cubs fan.
- 26:17Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 26:17Speaker 5: Maybe that clue in there, and our dad was a
- 26:19Speaker 5: Cardinals fan.
- 26:20Speaker 2: So I don't know where that all came from. There
- 26:23Speaker 2: you go, he was always a Socks fan.
- 26:26Speaker 4: I still better knowing that, don't you.
- 26:28Speaker 5: There's a great picture before, like before they make the
- 26:31Speaker 5: announcement of him, you know, being the pope. He's like
- 26:34Speaker 5: in a hoodie and I don't know if you've seen
- 26:36Speaker 5: the picture, he's in a hoodie in a gray shirt
- 26:39Speaker 5: and he's watching a Socks game. Oh, Like they have
- 26:41Speaker 5: an arrow pointing to him, and then there's like an
- 26:43Speaker 5: arrow pointing to the TV and like if you wanted
- 26:45Speaker 5: to know Socks fan, and he's like literally watching while
- 26:47Speaker 5: they're doing like what they have to do.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Yeah, just the other day, I'm surprised there hasn't been
- 26:53Speaker 3: like an AI generated of him like ripping open his
- 26:56Speaker 3: robe and it having the socks logo coming.
- 26:59Speaker 5: Oh you know, there will now, Rebecca, there will be now.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Copyright that you should.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Because it'll be him with with chisel chisel, pets and
- 27:12Speaker 1: abs and huge arms.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Basically the same guy that does all of Trump's.
- 27:16Speaker 4: AI fakes exactly.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Yeah. And I just wish he would. I wish they
- 27:20Speaker 5: would let them stick to their names like I would.
- 27:22Speaker 5: I would follow Pope Rob.
- 27:24Speaker 4: I was gonna say, I don't even what is his real.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Name, Robert, Robert Prevost? Yeah, Rob, just call him?
- 27:31Speaker 5: What's up Rob?
- 27:32Speaker 4: What's up?
- 27:32Speaker 5: P Rob? No, pontiff Rob.
- 27:38Speaker 2: In the house. I would love to see that.
- 27:40Speaker 1: He comes out onto the balcony and it's just a
- 27:42Speaker 1: whole crowd going pie.
- 27:45Speaker 5: He's got he's got turntables, and he just starts DJing.
- 27:48Speaker 4: Like American in there. Now, this is where it's going.
- 27:55Speaker 5: I can't wait for the the next communion. It's like
- 27:58Speaker 5: Body of Christ and it's like a double cheeseber here,
- 28:04Speaker 5: Blood of Christ. It's just a Miller lit.
- 28:07Speaker 1: High life, the Champaign of Fears.
- 28:10Speaker 5: My friend.

- 28:59Speaker 1: I'm and O'Malley along with Rod Sharma and Rebecca Black
- 29:02Speaker 1: today on Monday May twelve, twenty twenty five. You guys,
- 29:07Speaker 1: you think that the first American pope is going to
- 29:10Speaker 1: do things a little bit differently in Vatican City?
- 29:13Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I just I cannot wait. I just want
- 29:16Speaker 5: to see the Pope's robe, like just with sponsorships, Oh
- 29:20Speaker 5: my gosh, like.
- 29:21Speaker 1: Bush beans bringing capitalism into the Vatican.
- 29:26Speaker 5: How is your business?
- 29:29Speaker 4: Like you could buy it?
- 29:30Speaker 3: Like it's like a rally house, right robe, your name
- 29:33Speaker 3: on the back.
- 29:34Speaker 4: How sick? Would that be?
- 29:36Speaker 5: Sponsored by tap out?
- 29:41Speaker 4: What a great reference.
- 29:42Speaker 5: They're going to have the popemobile in Nascar. It's going
- 29:45Speaker 5: to be great.
- 29:47Speaker 4: The Pope brought to.
- 29:47Speaker 3: You by Joe Rogan experience Joe Rogan.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Actually, wouldn't it be more fitting to have affliction?
- 29:57Speaker 3: Oh?
- 29:58Speaker 4: They're like the same brand. Question about what there's one
- 30:02Speaker 4: more sinful.
- 30:05Speaker 6: That would be.
- 30:06Speaker 2: Oh that's a good that's a good tie.
- 30:09Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, there you go, you know, Vegas sin City.
- 30:12Speaker 5: Just have that on the back, like welcome to Las Vegas.
- 30:14Speaker 3: Oh, maybe throw a little ed Hardy in there, and
- 30:17Speaker 3: we're like the bro Pope of all time.
- 30:20Speaker 5: Bro, Rob, He's gonna do it, Rob, bro Pope.
- 30:25Speaker 4: Let's go.
- 30:27Speaker 3: God, if this isn't this is not the sequel to Idiocracy,
- 30:30Speaker 3: Like I don't know what else would?
- 30:32Speaker 5: Oh?
- 30:32Speaker 1: Absolutely, and then this is great because I mean it's
- 30:35Speaker 1: not even a week in to his residency and we've
- 30:39Speaker 1: already got like four or five really solid nicknames for
- 30:42Speaker 1: this guy.
- 30:45Speaker 3: We're so that, like the the Catholic Mafia is coming
- 30:48Speaker 3: after us after this.
- 30:49Speaker 2: By the way, they probably will. They probably will.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I will admit I'm kind of this is the This
- 30:56Speaker 1: is one of the reasons why I'm surprised they went
- 30:58Speaker 1: with an American pope, because, like you said, we're gonna
- 31:01Speaker 1: we're gonna bastardize this whole thing.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Yeah, we got to ruin it real quick.
- 31:06Speaker 5: Yeah. I was like, Trey was like, you know, I
- 31:09Speaker 5: can't wait to see who the pope is. I was like, man,
- 31:11Speaker 5: I hope he's Indian. I hope he's an Indian pope,
- 31:14Speaker 5: just so I can watch him turn Vatican City into
- 31:16Speaker 5: the world's large as Hampton in.
- 31:20Speaker 3: Though we got a we have a white American pope,
- 31:23Speaker 3: it will be trailer trash so fast.
- 31:26Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I can't wait.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Like the Vatican's already and the Vatican already has massive
- 31:32Speaker 1: amounts of debt, so it actually tracks okay, And what's
- 31:37Speaker 1: a good way to escape your debt?
- 31:39Speaker 2: Put the house on.
- 31:39Speaker 5: Wheels and move. They refinanced the Saint Peter's Basilica. They
- 31:47Speaker 5: just refinance it. Got a good interest rate.
- 31:50Speaker 3: All.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Today is Monday, May twelve, twenty twenty five. Let's celebrate, uh,
- 31:55Speaker 1: not only having a new pope, but celebrate the day
- 31:57Speaker 1: with some birthdays.
- 31:58Speaker 2: Emily Van Camp is thirty nine today.
- 32:02Speaker 1: She is known as Nicolette on the Fox medical drama
- 32:04Speaker 1: The Resident Don't Even Trip if that's still on. She
- 32:07Speaker 1: was also Sharon Carter in The MCU and Emily Thorne
- 32:11Speaker 1: on the TV show Revenge. Claire Bowen from Nashville is forty.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I never know how to say his name. Raj helped
- 32:19Speaker 1: me because I think you spend more time in Ireland
- 32:21Speaker 1: than I have. And I don't know about Rebecca, but
- 32:25Speaker 1: Dumbell Gleeson yes, do mh n alll yes.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Donald Gleasley Yeah, he is forty two today.
- 32:36Speaker 1: He's probably I don't know who knows him best from what,
- 32:39Speaker 1: but he was General Hucks in the New Star Wars
- 32:42Speaker 1: trilogy movies. He was the dude with the red hair
- 32:45Speaker 1: who was sort of the also a bad guy.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Opposite Kylo Rin. Yeah.
- 32:51Speaker 1: He was also the older brother Bill Weasley and the
- 32:54Speaker 1: Harry Potter movies. He was also Caleb, the programmer in
- 32:57Speaker 1: ex Machina or Machina.
- 32:59Speaker 4: I'm not sure I love that movie.
- 33:02Speaker 1: We saw that recently. That's one of those movies that
- 33:04Speaker 1: have been on my list for years. Finally saw it.
- 33:07Speaker 2: It's really good.
- 33:08Speaker 3: It's great. If you're if you if you love i
- 33:12Speaker 3: AI and you think it's gonna take over, like that's
- 33:14Speaker 3: the that's the show you want to.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Watch, Roger, that's that. That is your flick right there.
- 33:18Speaker 5: Okay, then I'm gonna watch it this weekend. I'm gonna
- 33:21Speaker 5: gummy and watching uh.
- 33:24Speaker 1: And also just to let you know, like there's there's
- 33:26Speaker 1: not many films that have this Usually when someone gets
- 33:29Speaker 1: stabbed in a movie.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Uh, you don't.
- 33:32Speaker 1: It's not shown as much in this movie. It is
- 33:35Speaker 1: slow and deliberate, and my god, it is WHOA.
- 33:39Speaker 5: Okay, I'll have to check it out.
- 33:41Speaker 2: You want to see a robot stab in a human proper?
- 33:44Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 33:45Speaker 5: Oh just wait, just wait ten years when it all
- 33:47Speaker 5: starts to happen.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I don't want to experience that. I'd just rather see
- 33:51Speaker 2: it in the in the movies.
- 33:53Speaker 4: I'm like, how dare you insult my chat gpt? He
- 33:56Speaker 4: will not hurt me. He's very nice.
- 33:58Speaker 5: Okay, that's how it starts.
- 34:00Speaker 4: He answered them all my questions.
- 34:02Speaker 5: He knows all your secrets.
- 34:03Speaker 4: He does so many secrets.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Do you use your manners with your chat gpt bot?
- 34:10Speaker 1: Do you say please and thank you?
- 34:12Speaker 4: I don't.
- 34:12Speaker 3: I've never said thank you to it, And then now,
- 34:15Speaker 3: because it might shut down the internet, I'm like, thanks
- 34:17Speaker 3: chat GPT.
- 34:19Speaker 5: Yeah, no way.
- 34:20Speaker 1: We talked about that a couple of weeks ago because
- 34:22Speaker 1: open Aiyes. Sam Altman said it costs millions of dollars.
- 34:25Speaker 1: When people say please and thank you, it's like, I'm
- 34:27Speaker 1: doing it just because it's good manners, and just in
- 34:31Speaker 1: case they do take over.
- 34:32Speaker 2: They'll be like, well, you know he.
- 34:34Speaker 5: Was nice, so I still send everything by a fax,
- 34:38Speaker 5: so I'm not even worried about AI. Go carry your pigeons.
- 34:42Speaker 5: I got, I got all of it.
- 34:44Speaker 3: They won't know where to find me handwritten letters.

- 35:52Speaker 2: This is the Treehouse Show.
- 35:53Speaker 1: I'm Dan along with Raj and today's special guest Rebecca
- 35:57Speaker 1: Black from the Haunted af podcast. We were talking in
- 36:04Speaker 1: a break before because Rebecca, you and your friend Julie,
- 36:09Speaker 1: you know both longtime DFW radio grades. You guys connected
- 36:14Speaker 1: and started a spooky podcast, And I think you need
- 36:19Speaker 1: to have Raj on your show because he he has
- 36:22Speaker 1: some experience with some haunted places.
- 36:27Speaker 5: Sir, I lived in my fraternity house in college was very,
- 36:31Speaker 5: very haunted. If you go to Haunted Texas Legends and
- 36:33Speaker 5: you look up the Pike House of Texas.
- 36:35Speaker 2: State, and it wasn't just from the souls of virgins,
- 36:40Speaker 2: but we did.
- 36:41Speaker 5: We did slay a lot of those, like we couldn't
- 36:46Speaker 5: because Okay, So it was built in nineteen oh six.
- 36:48Speaker 5: It was called Fisher Hall. It was the boys dormous
- 36:49Speaker 5: worry for the military school that was next door. When
- 36:51Speaker 5: that military school shut down, it became an Army Navy
- 36:55Speaker 5: Veterans hospital. Before it was an Army Navy Veterans hospital,
- 36:58Speaker 5: it was an insane.
- 36:59Speaker 4: Asylum threat here.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Yes, like our basement had a morgue. Like we had
- 37:04Speaker 5: to actually put up air conditioning units so that you
- 37:07Speaker 5: couldn't access the morgue area. And the only reason we
- 37:09Speaker 5: had a shower is because there were floor drains because
- 37:13Speaker 5: that was the operating room. Okay, so that's where the
- 37:15Speaker 5: blood would go. Yeah, so we couldn't er rate our
- 37:18Speaker 5: front lawn because of they still born babies and limbs
- 37:21Speaker 5: and stuff that were buried out in the lawn, so
- 37:23Speaker 5: we weren't able to airate. And like we had all
- 37:25Speaker 5: kinds of Like we had the lady in the rocking chair.
- 37:27Speaker 5: There was a rocking chair in one of the rooms
- 37:29Speaker 5: that nobody ever lived in, and it would just rock
- 37:30Speaker 5: on its own. There was a little girl that ran
- 37:33Speaker 5: up and down the halls. You'd hear at night, like
- 37:35Speaker 5: you hear this, like little girl like giggling and running
- 37:38Speaker 5: up and down the.
- 37:38Speaker 2: Hall, like an actual little girl, not a freshman.
- 37:41Speaker 5: No, no, little girl, No, it's his lady.
- 37:44Speaker 3: One night, Friday night, lady, I was like, why aren't
- 37:49Speaker 3: the child giggles like the most I don't know, bone
- 37:51Speaker 3: chilling thing of all of the ghost stories I ever hear.
- 37:54Speaker 4: It's always the giggles they get.
- 37:56Speaker 5: Well, yeah, I mean it was. It's like we had
- 37:58Speaker 5: the largest fraternity house in Texas, fifth largest country. So
- 38:00Speaker 5: we had thirty two thousand square feet, twenty six bedrooms,
- 38:04Speaker 5: and nobody had any kids. So when you heard a
- 38:06Speaker 5: little girl laughing one of my favorite stores, two of
- 38:09Speaker 5: my favorite stories, I'll get to him real quick. Like
- 38:10Speaker 5: we were having a meeting in the president's room for
- 38:13Speaker 5: a party that we were doing, and my buddy was
- 38:15Speaker 5: risk management. My buddy Brian's president, I'm vice president sitting
- 38:19Speaker 5: there and you remember those like those black like halogen
- 38:22Speaker 5: lamps that everybody had in college and got a target
- 38:24Speaker 5: for like ten bucks.
- 38:25Speaker 2: Yep.
- 38:25Speaker 5: He had one in his room and it was on.
- 38:27Speaker 5: And my buddy Bobby keeps mouthing something and I'm like,
- 38:30Speaker 5: and I can't read lips, never have been able to, like,
- 38:32Speaker 5: you know it saw kids in like elementary school in
- 38:34Speaker 5: high school like do like talk back and forth. I'm like,
- 38:36Speaker 5: I don't know what the hell you're saying. And he
- 38:39Speaker 5: kept mouthing something. I just kept looking. I was like,
- 38:41Speaker 5: I finally I just go, hey, man, just what is it?
- 38:44Speaker 5: What do you need? And the lamp is on, and
- 38:46Speaker 5: he just picks up the court and goes, I just
- 38:47Speaker 5: want to know what this is plugged into. Oh, and
- 38:50Speaker 5: then the lamp just literally slowly faded away, and I'm like, oh,
- 38:54Speaker 5: so you want to finish this meeting at the bar yep.
- 38:56Speaker 5: And we all got in the car and went to
- 38:57Speaker 5: the Green Parrot.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Oh yes, I love music.
- 39:02Speaker 5: And then my buddy I came back from Christmas break
- 39:05Speaker 5: and my buddy, case my pledge brother, Casey Snell, was
- 39:07Speaker 5: the only one in the house, and so I was like,
- 39:09Speaker 5: He's like, let's go outside and you know, smoke a
- 39:10Speaker 5: cigarette or whatever. And I'm like, let me put my
- 39:11Speaker 5: laundry down real quick. And upstairs he was living on
- 39:14Speaker 5: the third floor. All the rooms, all the doors closed,
- 39:17Speaker 5: has opened right at a certain angle. He just was
- 39:20Speaker 5: grabbed a cigarette whatever. He's coming down the stairs.
- 39:23Speaker 4: Oh god, can was haunted? You playing a sound effect?
- 39:31Speaker 4: You are really exciting. Happened to Julie and I before.
- 39:34Speaker 3: We were in the middle of an interview and a
- 39:36Speaker 3: guy I can't remember his name, but he is he's
- 39:39Speaker 3: like an actor or whatever, and he lives in a
- 39:41Speaker 3: haunted house and we were talking and the door behind
- 39:44Speaker 3: him went off, and so I thought that was happening
- 39:46Speaker 3: all over again.
- 39:47Speaker 2: How dare you that might still be Go ahead, roj
- 39:49Speaker 2: tell us more. But he said all the doors were
- 39:51Speaker 2: closed and then one open.
- 39:52Speaker 5: All the all the doors on the third floor, Casey's
- 39:53Speaker 5: doors open, We're gonna go outside and smoke a cigaret.
- 39:55Speaker 5: And he's like, he goes, man, crap, I forgot my
- 39:59Speaker 5: lighter and he goes right up the stairs and I'm
- 40:01Speaker 5: on the landing. He goes right up the stairs and
- 40:03Speaker 5: he's like, I can hear him scream. He's like, get
- 40:05Speaker 5: up here now and go upstairs. And his door is
- 40:09Speaker 5: shut and every single door is open. No, And he
- 40:14Speaker 5: had about four seconds to do that, so I know
- 40:17Speaker 5: he wasn't that fast. Yeah. So that's just a couple
- 40:20Speaker 5: of the stories, but they were far more. That's not
- 40:24Speaker 5: a giggle, but that that wasn't sound. I made a lot.
- 40:29Speaker 1: This is this is the one you made right off
- 40:34Speaker 1: the balcony.
- 40:39Speaker 5: Yeah, when our house caught on fire, a couple of
- 40:41Speaker 5: methods broken. We'd already sold the house, a couple of
- 40:44Speaker 5: methods broken and set it on fire. It made CNN.
- 40:47Speaker 5: That's how historical house was.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Wow.
- 40:50Speaker 5: But I was we were at a cook we were
- 40:52Speaker 5: having a crawfish boil, and a couple of the alumni
- 40:55Speaker 5: where I'm just you know, talking to them, schmoozing, trying
- 40:57Speaker 5: to get alumni money, and I just kind of looked
- 40:59Speaker 5: up and then the second floor, at the very end
- 41:01Speaker 5: of the house, on the second floor, I just saw
- 41:05Speaker 5: a guy in a like a robe with a cigar,
- 41:07Speaker 5: and I just kind of and I looked back and
- 41:09Speaker 5: there was nobody there, and one of our alumni. I
- 41:11Speaker 5: was like, okay. I was like, so the weirdest thing, man,
- 41:13Speaker 5: I just saw. I thought I saw somebody in the
- 41:15Speaker 5: in the window over there. And he goes, bathrobe, curly hair,
- 41:19Speaker 5: smoking a cigar and I go yeah. He goes, yeah,
- 41:21Speaker 5: that's the cigar smoking guy. And I was like, oh okay,
- 41:23Speaker 5: and then he she was like, come with me, and
- 41:25Speaker 5: he showed me it's a storage closet, so there's no
- 41:26Speaker 5: way to even get into like where you would be
- 41:29Speaker 5: able to look out the window.
- 41:30Speaker 4: Oh wow.
- 41:30Speaker 5: So yeah, there's a lot of stuff that happened that
- 41:33Speaker 5: a lot of people can verify that happened to them
- 41:35Speaker 5: as well. So it was pretty creepy. Yeah.
- 41:37Speaker 4: Yeah, those are some good ones.
- 41:39Speaker 3: The black light thing with not being plugged into the wall,
- 41:42Speaker 3: like that gets me.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Yeah, like he's black light in any fraternity house would
- 41:47Speaker 1: get anybody.
- 41:48Speaker 4: Oh well, if it's on the walls, for sure.
- 41:51Speaker 5: Yeah, our fraternity house would look like a Jackson Pollock painting.
- 41:57Speaker 4: I'm like, how does that not exist?
- 41:58Speaker 3: How is there not an account for that black light painting?
- 42:03Speaker 4: With quotations.
- 42:05Speaker 5: I still remember that episode of friends where Roscot his
- 42:08Speaker 5: teeth whitened. He's on the date and it's like, it's like,
- 42:11Speaker 5: look at your teeth, like you have a black light.
- 42:17Speaker 1: I'm like, if you don't want to know what's if
- 42:19Speaker 1: you don't want to know what's in there, then don't.
- 42:21Speaker 2: Show up with a black right.
