- 1:00Speaker 3: all the elements of what happened to the club that
- 1:03Speaker 3: people that try to influence it one way or the
- 1:05Speaker 3: others to talk about Rodney's history and Tony how they
- 1:08Speaker 3: got together working to the small rooms. Yeah, there's at

- 1:37Speaker 1: brilliant running a club, a comedy club.
- 1:40Speaker 3: Yeah, you used to hang out there. I remember you, Rodney.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Everybody used to hang out at that club. It was
- 1:45Speaker 3: the in place to be and opened the nineteen sixty

- 3:15Speaker 1: All right, well, thanks for calling, great stuff. Let's go
- 3:19Speaker 1: to UH. Let's go to Aaron in Indianapolis erin how
- 3:22Speaker 1: you doing.
- 3:24Speaker 5: Good morning, Mark? Speaking of Rodney Dangerfield. I have the
- 3:28Speaker 5: pleasure of seeing him do a couple of shows in
- 3:31Speaker 5: Indianapolis back in his day. And oh those were just
- 3:34Speaker 5: awesome shows.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And you didn't have to wander backstage, did you no? Oh?
- 3:40Speaker 1: Good good, Because when Rodney was on the road, things
- 3:43Speaker 1: were going on back there you wouldn't want to know about.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Rodney had quite a private life going on there.
- 3:49Speaker 5: That's right, that's right.
- 3:53Speaker 1: I'm editing myself. I'm well, one day we'll tell stories
- 3:57Speaker 1: about Rodney. But that right now, Let's go to h
- 4:01Speaker 1: Vincent and Brooklyn Vincent. How are you.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Doing, Good morning, Mack balk You're cracking me up as usual.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I'll tell you what Rodney I don't want to. He
- 4:09Speaker 1: was playing a big place in Massachusetts and he told
- 4:11Speaker 1: the agent, I need a bed in the dressing room.
- 4:15Speaker 1: And my god, the guy arrange for a bed. But
- 4:17Speaker 1: the agent called him. He said, listen, there's a problem.
- 4:20Speaker 1: It's right next to the kitchen. It's very noisy. I
- 4:22Speaker 1: don't know if you're gonna be able to sleep. Dangers
- 4:24Speaker 1: sleep sleep.
- 4:28Speaker 2: He's gonna do. Ted Kennedy will added Chris Dodd. You
- 4:32Speaker 2: know what that means? Yes, yes, Okay Mack. Last week
- 4:35Speaker 2: a lot of these crazy Democrats were making the New
- 4:39Speaker 2: Jersey election and Virginia election a rebuttal of Trump's policies.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It was never such thing, uh Maclaroney, Jack Chatterrelly, could
- 4:51Speaker 2: o'reian a much better campaign? He was trying to stick
- 4:56Speaker 2: too many points into like fifteen seconds. None of these candidates,
- 5:02Speaker 2: even in New York, really explain why things are very high,
- 5:09Speaker 2: why rent is high, why things are seemingly unaffordable, and
- 5:14Speaker 2: win some sears. Although a good candidate, she was not
- 5:18Speaker 2: a Glen Youngkin. When Glen Youngkin would go on stage,
- 5:22Speaker 2: literally he reminded me in many ways like Johnny Cossady.
- 5:27Speaker 2: He would own the stage. And that's probably because the
- 5:31Speaker 2: guy is a businessman. He's used to being around people,
- 5:36Speaker 2: high powered people selling his products and everything. Mark, yesterday
- 5:41Speaker 2: we spoke about Curtis saying he's gonna stay in the fight.
- 5:45Speaker 2: He's gonna he's in it to win it. Mark Curtis
- 5:49Speaker 2: has to say that if Curtis doesn't stay in the
- 5:53Speaker 2: fight with the Guardian Angels, he will become irrelevant. He's
- 5:58Speaker 2: almost irrelevant.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Curtis is never irrelevant. Curtis has been a fixture for
- 6:04Speaker 1: thirty years.
- 6:05Speaker 2: No, I'm not. I don't mean in the fact that
- 6:07Speaker 2: people are gonna forget who he is. But right now
- 6:12Speaker 2: that's the only thing he's got.
- 6:14Speaker 1: You know, I should say it, but I hate to say,
- 6:17Speaker 1: but when a guy like Mamdani comes into office, it's
- 6:19Speaker 1: good for Curtis because more crime, he can be more
- 6:21Speaker 1: of a crime. No, it's good for us. It's like
- 6:23Speaker 1: another pandemic. You know, we got our highest ratings. When
- 6:26Speaker 1: pandemic people are scared, they turn to the radio.
- 6:28Speaker 2: For exactly he could be like, he could be like
- 6:31Speaker 2: a pitbull. He could all be nipping at his ankles
- 6:34Speaker 2: all the time. And that's where it's really good.
- 6:38Speaker 1: But you know, the first time got a few seconds.
- 6:42Speaker 2: The first time the Democrats won Virginia, they would claim
- 6:47Speaker 2: that Virginia is the southernmost northern state, and that when
- 6:52Speaker 2: a Republican win it, they would say it's the southernmost
- 6:56Speaker 2: northern state.
- 6:57Speaker 1: That's a good part, all right, Vincent, thanks for calling,
- 6:59Speaker 1: great call. We got to take a break for the news,
- 7:01Speaker 1: get caught up on everything, and then when we come
- 7:03Speaker 1: back and Coulter will be with us next on seven
- 7:06Speaker 1: to ten wor
