- 0:21Hello everyone, welcome to the voice of Dr.
- 0:23Yin.
- 0:24I'm your host Dr.
- 0:25Demon Yin.
- 0:26In this episode, again I will talk with my regular guest Dr.
- 0:30Hu, who's the co-author of the three Yin reports on COVID-19 origin and also the biomedical experts in in the US.
- 0:40He's like me, you know, he was born in China, he grew up there, he got his uh benchmark degree and other uh degrees there, other postgraduate degree, and then he also pursued his study and career in the United States for over 10 years.
- 0:56So he understands China, understand CCP and he understands evil needs and their unrestricted warfare.
- 1:04So in this episode, we are going to talk about two topics, but it's two topics.
- 1:10One is about the gain of function technology and also the uh related weaponized technology.
- 1:18The other is about the clean energy technology.
- 1:23But why I talk these two topics together?
- 1:26Because in CCP's eyes, according to the principle of unrestricted warfare, both of these technology can be applied in the manufacturing development of CCPs called poor people's nuclear weapon.
- 1:47Yes, poor people's nuclear weapon.
- 1:50This term referred to this uh bioweapon and also dirty bombs.
- 1:57So one hand, Chinese Communist Party has their nuclear weapons, right?
- 2:04Traditional nuclear weapons.
- 2:06On the other hand, they never give up to develop their secret permanence nuclear weapons.
- 2:13So both unrestricted bioweapon and also we can call the unrestricted nuclear weapons are already on the way.
- 2:22And as we know that COVID-19 virus is already a good demonstration of CCP's capacity in making and releasing the unrestricted non-traditional bioweapon.
- 2:36So that's from the President Trump's executive order this week to ban the gain of function.
- 2:46So according to the secretary uh Robert Kennedy, he said um this in all of the history of the gain of function research, we cannot point to a single good thing that has come of it.
- 3:01And I believe that uh you have already watched this news when they announced this ban gain of function executive order.
- 3:10And I have read this whole executive order and did my analyze.
- 3:16I I want to share this breaking news with you because it's not only about gain of function.
- 3:23Actually, this is a landmark executive order, banks dangerous skin of function research triggering a far-reaching US China biotech decoupling.
- 3:35This private move makes uh marks the beginning of the US strategic reckoning with CCP Xi Jinping's unrestricted bioweapon COVID-19 warfare.
- 3:47It's a historic turn from passive defense to proactive accountability.
- 3:54Why?
- 3:55Because let me go through the some very important terms in this order to explain to you.
- 4:04Okay, so the most important thing is it's not only to ban game of function, it defines band of uh gain of function, and the definition they give you actually is very good.
- 4:16It covers a lot of blur area out of gray areas that China and also the other evil regimes can apply to do this kind of uh uh dual use research.
- 4:29For example, they said you cannot disrupt the beneficial immunology response or the effectiveness of the immunization against the uh pathogen agent or toxin.
- 4:43What does it mean?
- 4:44It means for example during COVID-19 period, remember people's liberation army's generals, isn't join and later uh and the uh we changed all their teams are studying the immune evading uh immune sorry immune escaping mutant mutation of COVID-19 virus, right?
- 5:07So they claim that that is to predict the next generation of the uh new dominant uh COVID-19 mutant and around us.
- 5:19However, if in the future they still do this, then it falls into this category because they are working on the new mutant which could disrupt our existing beneficial immunology response, right?
- 5:35You already have immunity, but they are studying the immunity is uh immune escaping variants.
- 5:43So clearly this is gonna function.
- 5:46Or they are talking about like oh we are doing to uh vaccine because we need to know uh which part is useful or not, so we need to do a lot of trial and in some uh experiments or projects we will focus on how this vaccine gets weakened and then we can develop the better vaccine.
- 6:04No, this is also a disruption.
- 6:07So it also fall into this category.
- 6:10So you can't do this kind of uh experiments and also this that you cannot do in the uh experiment to alter the host wrench or tropizan of the agent or toxin.
- 6:24What does it mean?
- 6:24It means like in China you say military and civil uh this scientist during COVID when we check their study and of course previous one also, they are working on oh we found a new coronavirus initially staying bad, but let's see whether in the lab they can jump to rabbit or whether they could jump to ferret or whether they could jump to mouse and whether they could jump to humanized mouse.
- 6:50Right, they have done this kind of experiment.
- 6:52For example, in previous episode we have explained like uh people's operation army general Tong Yi Gang, they have the Tangling virus, coronavirus to jump into uh they use it to infect humanize mouth and say 100% of uh death rate.
- 7:13So all this kind of experiment are banned.
- 7:17You can't test it for and also if you have one uh for example virus, initially only you will have some infection in the stomach, for example, but it has very little symptoms and then they go to try whether they could make it to infect Yong or heart.
- 7:35No, this is change the tropism.
- 7:37You can't do that.
- 7:38This is also gain of function research that will be banned.
- 7:43So this is a very great thing.
- 7:46And also I remember when I was uh like uh around 2020, 2021, 2022, at that time when I was talking to American people I met, like reporters and uh congress people, uh policymakers, intelligence uh community friends.
- 8:06So they always ask, so you see this is CCP's non-traditional uh low death rate bioweapon, unrestricted bioweapon.
- 8:16Then what can we do to prevent that?
- 8:19So at that time I told them if you can uh make the control of the nuclear weapon, then you also could apply the similar tactics principles to control the bioweapon because bioweapon is poor man's nuclear weapon.
- 8:39And now we see that in this executive order, they really have mentioned the very great achievement, which is if you check their uh section 4.
- 8:53This securing future research through a common sense framework.
- 8:59So in this section, they have made an effort to establish a strategic control regime over nuclear acid precursors.
- 9:11They want um regulate this kind of nuclear acid and material supply chain, manufacturing chain, um all this in the in biomedical industries as the nuclear weapon control, like how they control the nuclear weapon materials.
- 9:32So in response to the growing risks of synthetic biology misuse and about multiple weapon proliferation, they have made this new achievement.
- 9:45So essentially, this is to represent a national level non proliferation strategy focused on controlling the genetic synthesis source.
- 9:58You know, no matter how you change.
- 10:00The gene, right?
- 10:01What kind of a creature?
- 10:03It's as a DNA or RNA, right?
- 10:05So this DNA RNA, this genetic materials, the nuclear acid.
- 10:10So you cannot avoid all these materials but jump to the next level study, right?
- 10:18You need to do the experiment.
- 10:20You need them.
- 10:21And once you need to do this kind of manipulation study, you need the materials and also you need reagents.
- 10:29You need to uh do the experiment, you also need the machines, you need the uh software, all like this, but all of these now they are controlled.
- 10:42So this is to make sure not only prevent the artificial senses of gain of function pathogens.
- 10:50It's also ensure every link in the supply chain operates within a secure, accountable and traceable oversight network.
- 11:00So that will send a global policy signal that US will need in setting a non-proliferation boundary for biological senses inputs.
- 11:12So you see, we have the already established method and the system to resemble nuclear material control, right?
- 11:24Like the atomic bomb requires uranium 235.
- 11:29Biological weapons rely on this genetic sequence and materials.
- 11:34That's why full genome sequence is always the central to uh no matter in preventing or developing bioweapons, right?
- 11:43So by learning the experience from Cold War until now to control how to control the nuclear materials.
- 11:50Now you ask that establish under the Trump administration, establish how to restrict genetic synthesis service.
- 12:01So you cannot spread it easily as before globally.
- 12:06And also they will uh in this um section also implies that it will have the verification system to make all the things like who ordered that, who gets this materials, like the same mechanism as biosecure uh as the nuclear material security, this kind of traceability.
- 12:32So you can always go back to see who has the capacity and the opportunity to make the suspicious bioweapons.
- 12:41So no matter it's bioweapon or non-traditional bioweapon like coronavirus, low death rate, uh all these kind of things can be traceable according to the new executive order, and also they need to make more uh related this kind of regulations and uh uh so that will severely affect the CCP and also their evil allies, military civil fusion projects, uh, and also that will affect their labs, uh, all these kind of ongoing projects because you always need to order the fresh reagent and using the machine, you need to fix the machine, you need to maintain this kind of lab.
- 13:26So all this requires the cooperation from US and other countries.
- 13:31China, to be honest, according to China's industrial level, and also I was in China and also I later was in Hong Kong University.
- 13:40I know that we I mean, as a top level lab, we never trust made in China machines or reagents, all this kind of even the uh service, because they one thing is compared to the international big uh bio industries, the quality from made in China, these industries uh always very, very low.
- 14:07And also you don't trust their data because they always will uh cheat you uh to make you happy to make you feel oh, you see, they can make my experiment outsourcing uh results so beautiful, so they cheat you and you don't have the honest data.
- 14:23And also when we talk about some very expensive advanced uh experiment, if you use this kind of made in China machine uh equipment or the reagents, then it's very likely high chance you will never get the result you expect because the localities exist in every step which will interfere and ruin your experiment.
- 14:47So it's like the chips, you know, China need to smuggle the chips to do their AI uh all this kind of uh development or the business.
- 14:57They don't they can't make the uh phonanometer or even the better level the uh AI chips by themselves, they only can get it from you.
- 15:09So by controlling this supply chain that will effectively control this bioweapon materials and also related uh materials.
- 15:21And also, I'm so happy that uh when I uh uh made the Freedom COCOS in the Congress in 2021.
- 15:32At that time, I have met them twice, once it's face-to-face meeting with over 20 members, uh legislator uh legis uh legislatives, uh and also another time is after one week, they arranged me to have a live streaming uh discussion with certain uh members of Freedom Congress, they asked me questions as how their colleagues did in the previous meeting because uh they won't know the COVID-19 origin from me.
- 16:05And at that time I have wrote a letter to them.
- 16:10And now from the executive order, I have clearly said that I'm the only one openly and also as a witness with a first hand knowledge to advocate for this uh countermeasures and explain the expansion in the opening letters later.
- 16:30I publish it in public.
- 16:33I uh advocate to control China's military civil fusion uh projects, including their bioweapon program, and also counter China's infiltration and manipulation in US espionage uh activities, as well as their suppression uh and the freedom speech and also censorship and their misinformation.
- 16:57Uh at that time I have talked about their three pillars.
- 17:02When we talk about how the understanding the complex uh complexity of CCP's effort is essential to understand the pillars that buttress the CCP.
- 17:13Together, these pillars increase CCP strategic research, reach and tactic agility, increasing their influence strength and control in the area of economy, technology, space and warfare.
- 17:25Three pillars are the military civil fusion, the second one is medical and academic research, the third one is misinformation and censorship.
- 17:35So altogether I took example like Facebook censorship.
- 17:39Now we know the whistleblower has verified that.
- 17:42And also I took a lot of examples like how China based using agents based in US academic research uh labs, field, medical field to steal your technology, get your funds and compromise your people to work with them to develop uh what they need, and then they use all these uh achievement to secretly resemble, yeah, develop their core bioweapon, unrestricted bioweapon.
- 18:14And as and also after like COVID-19, they could easily blame US government because they steal your technology, they steal your money, they comprise your people, but then they could blame.
- 18:26You see their US money uh involved into the uh Wuhan lab uh study and also so Rough Baric and Peter Dash Fauci, they help us to cover up and also they collaborate with us.
- 18:42So, yeah, this comes from US.
- 18:44So that's how China made this kind of like great wall to prevent themselves being held uh accountable for the disasters they made, right?
- 18:57And also they could uh using this or the great wall to wrap up their secret, which is the backbone of the COVID-19 virus comes from people's operation army.
- 19:10Without people's reparation army, no one knows that there is Joshia bad coronavirus, DC45 and the XC21, and also without this uh live virus, uh, people's reparation army don't share with you, they uniquely have it, no one can develop COVID-19 virus.
- 19:30So all the things I have advocates here, and uh they have also if you check the timeline, it was uh in July 2021, and after that we see the Congress has promoted COVID-19 origin research uh investigation, and they do have confirmed that yeah, it comes from lab and it points to CSAP's military zero fusion program and also the very suspicious bioweapon program.
- 19:58So they can't.
- 20:00Go to China to do all the SARA investigation, but all the evidence and the circumstantial evidence has already pointed that.
- 20:08So altogether, if you read my open letter, which I have published in the voice of Dr.
- 20:14Yin uh in 2021, then you will say that this is a fit kind of feedback to my letter.
- 20:23And also this because my letter was the first time since systematically argues that scientific collaboration on virology with the version regimes amounts to outsourcing national sovereignty.
- 20:38It explains my link the China's uh mediator civil fusion strategy with vulnerabilities in US research institutions.
- 20:49It catalyzed the American conservative movement to begin forming a national biodsectic free free work and it elevated biosecurity review procedures to a matter of national security legitimacy.
- 21:05So I'm very happy to share this with you and the doctor who I know you are also uh have a lot of things to share.
- 21:13So what's your comment on the new executive banking of function order?
- 21:19Thank you.
- 21:21Yeah, thank you.
- 21:23Um first I would like to emphasize that uh um this time the President Trump is very cautiously to issue this buying, and I think uh he's been a very softly.
- 21:39I want to quote a sentence from this executive order, and that you guys realize the whole thoughtful President Trump was on this.
- 21:50He specifically mentions this order protects America from dangerous, dangerous gun function.
- 21:57Be careful, there is a dangerous as a adjective.
- 22:01So he has a very clear definition of that dangerous gun function who can manipulate the virus and other biological agent toxic, but it doesn't impede productive biological research that will ensure the United States maintain readiness against the biological threats, and continues to drive global leadership in biotechnology, biosecurity and health research.
- 22:28And quote.
- 22:30So you see a lot of the media saying that President Trump is hurting the lines of the to help us the or protect us from the pandemic.
- 22:43That is not true.
- 22:45First, for those technology monitoring sampling the virus, sequencing the wild virus to protect us from those dangerous viruses, those kind of research is not affected.
- 23:02Second, those game function research that not dangerous, just a change of function to do like the tumor research to do some of the neurological research, they are not affected.
- 23:18Only those dangerous pathogens.
- 23:22You want to increase the transmissibility, you want to make them jump from the animal to human.
- 23:30You want to make them become a more vigilant to more people or increase their toxicity.
- 23:39This kind of the gain function was banned.
- 23:42And even for this kind of research, President Trump gave them 120 days to get a clear definition.
- 23:52There will be specialized experts work together with national security officers.
- 23:58These will sit down to get a very clear definition.
- 24:01I think this is very thoughtful.
- 24:03And I I believe eventually there will be a very good uh policy came out.
- 24:10This but this is for those research in the US.
- 24:15But for those foreign, especially for those countries of concern, like the CCP China.
- 24:23President Trump is very clearly give you a signal decoupling that we will not send you the technology.
- 24:31We will not fund you anymore, and you will be monitored.
- 24:36And any research, but I heard a lot of people saying that oh, the President Bond cannot oversee those research outside because they're gonna use their own money.
- 24:46Yes, but if you pay attention enough to detail, you're gonna see as long you receive any amount of money from the federal agency in the US, you can release all your functional research.
- 25:04You if you're doing the dangerous gain of functional research and taking the money, even though you didn't use the money directly to that research, you will be punished.
- 25:16So this is keep the US legal base to do the investigation.
- 25:22Because we all know the Wuhan institutional biology have already used the money from the taxpayer from the US.
- 25:37Uh high support screening of the viral function from the viral assembly.
- 25:43But you use it.
- 25:46You get the technology, you have responsibility to report, and you feel you have to open your gate to let the investigation team in.
- 25:56This is the logic.
- 25:58Second, it is the we know that the US is leading the technology, not the manipulation or kind of this kind of technology.
- 26:10So from now on, for those countries who may be the enemy of the US, will not be able to get any kind of this technology advancement.
- 26:23If they get it through other place, the second the third country, they will be getting punished.
- 26:29So this is very important.
- 26:32Third is what the doctor just mentioned, the things that technology gonna be monitored.
- 26:38And I think this is very interesting.
- 26:40And if we have time, I can talk more on that.
- 26:43Thank you.
- 26:43Oh, yeah, we can talk it in the next section.
- 26:46Thank you.
- 26:46So let's have a short break and we'll go back, continue our conversation.
- 26:50Thank you.

- 28:52Well, I challenge you to find a broad array of great voices.
- 28:57A deeper bench of experience or a more dedicated collection of passionate patriots than here on America Outloud.
- 29:10Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 29:13America Outloud dot news, Liberty, and Justice for all.
- 29:27Hi everyone, welcome back to the voice of the last section, my guest Doctor Who and I were discussing the uh new executive order uh released by President Trump to ban gain of function research and also the uh nuclear assay material supply chain, so which is uh basically it's real uh increase the level of biodefense to the level similar to control the nuclear weapons material supply chain.
- 29:58So this is a very great.
- 30:00Achievement and also as I explained to you that this is a great feedback to my advocacy in the Freedom Caucus since 2021.
- 30:13And I'm very happy about that.
- 30:15And why we are talking about permanent nuclear weapons, because China believes bioweapon, and also, of course, non-traditional unrestricted bioweapon and dirty bombs are all considered as poor man's nuclear weapon.
- 30:31So they can't make the very uh effective, powerful nuclear weapon as America, and even far less than what Soviet Union can do, but they can focus on this unrestricted poor man's nuclear weapons.
- 30:50We have known that the pandemic already showed the poor man's nuclear weapon using bioweapon using low death non-traditional COVID-19 virus can cause the world history historic largest uh pandemic, right?
- 31:08So what can they do if they turn to dirty bomb and making this unrestricted nuclear weapon?
- 31:16Now I want to share with you one report uh this week.
- 31:20Their hatch has given a summary that Chinese scientists achieved a breakthrough in cleaning energy technology by adding fresh fuel to an operational cerium reactor, cerium.
- 31:37Uh I think my pronunciation should be okay.
- 31:40That is TH in the chemical element, the TH.
- 31:46And the two megawatt experimental reactor is located in the Gobi Desert, which is around Xinjiang in Mongolia in the uh Northwest, Northwest China.
- 32:00And also that was actually according to our resources uh in Chinese military and also uh around Xi Jinping back to 2023.
- 32:12We have already revealed exclusive exclusively reviewed that in Gobi Desert and that nearby area China has already secretly uh established and also started their dirty bomb uh development manufacturing study, all these lines, uh industrial uh lines, their secret military projects.
- 32:36And uh Zero Hedge also said the according to China's reports that the experimental reactor using molten salt as a coolant and the fuel carry with TH, thorium, as a fuel source.
- 32:52So the the Chinese scientists claim that they have achieved a significant milestone in clean energy tech after successfully adding fuel fresh fuel to the operational therium mountain salt reactor.
- 33:09So China's quaming dele, which is state media um praised this, and also they said uh because previously China relied heavily on long abandoned American research in this therium uh reaction uh this kind of research, but now uh they have made it uh become more um uh how to say improved, right?
- 33:37They said US can't do that, but we can do that.
- 33:40And the US left the therium study because it's highly contaminated and very difficult to control, so caused a very huge the uh nuclear contamination, nuclear uh material spread really cause this kind of risk to the public.
- 33:59So you as a band left this research since 1960s.
- 34:05But now uh CCP's military civil fusions is chief scientist, uh said, Oh, we are very proud to announce that we are the successor, successful successor.
- 34:18Uh so and also the brag that how they could overcome all these difficulties to develop this new way, and they claim that this we chose the hardest path but the right one, and we mastered every technology in the dictature and then pushed further.
- 34:37And China has already built a much larger 10 megawatt um cereal reactor scheduled to reach uh function by 2030.
- 34:49And also they start to promote how this kind of clean energy could bring the benefits to the world and could renew the energy properties also as quite impressive, and uh uh they claim that this is how the achievement can help the world.
- 35:06And I need to tell you that China even has uh released uh a post that they will uh hold the this kind of high technology exchange collaboration exhibition in July in China and they invite Cuba and all the uh other this kind of uh allies, right?
- 35:27The one-belt one road countries, those puppies controlled those countries share the same communist ideology to China to learn how to cooperate in clean energy field.
- 35:40And of course, this publication, this promotion of the new technology of the clean energy serum is uh definitely one of the top topics in their collaboration.
- 35:53But but you know, when I tell you definitely it's not to praise people's operation armies, so-called advanced clean energy technology.
- 36:04Why?
- 36:05Back to 2023, our exclusive resources near Xi Jinping in Central Military Commission of People's Laboration Army already delivered message to us that China has turned the nuclear weapon study to the dirty bomb direction because the China lack of uranium.
- 36:28So they need to find other radioactive materials to replace uranium and thorium is something they do have amount, and so there are not a video uh radiation around the therium months, but that doesn't matter.
- 36:45China never cares about the security, safety of especially the safety of people, right?
- 36:50So it's already among the CCP's uh nuclear weapon teams, they already know that this uh dirty bomb should be packaged in the way of that, for example, uh we can help you to deal with the nuclear waste, right?
- 37:10And they put this to the uh nuclear waste, then they could have the very uh uh very open, uh very nice excuse to handle this nuclear materials, and also now they package them to clean energy because clean energy is basically you can consider it's like oh we are not studying a function, but we are study the vaccine, right?
- 37:36It's the same idea.
- 37:37So they are using this way to package all the expension focusing on therium study.
- 37:45And even in July, uh September 2023 at that time, the big thunder in the inner Mongolia to Shenxi province and that area, the amount of people, I mean millions of people, tens of millions of people were affected by the radioactive sand and the dust uh which was spread by the big thunderstorm, and there are huge this kind of allergy and radioactive injury among people and they rush to the hospital emergency, but the government claimed, oh, this is called uh eczema during thunderstorm.
- 38:26No, our source told us actually CCP knows the central government knows that this is radioactive massive injury in China towards Chinese people.
- 38:36But it's like Wuhan outbreak, they never mind.
- 38:39And also China has been accelerating their establishment in the uh mangle uh base and also 404 nuclear base and in the desert in uh northwest China to develop this kind of dirty bomb study.
- 38:57And all of this I have written article in the voice of Dr.
- 39:01Yin uh back to September 2023, and you can go back to check it.
- 39:06So now we know that yeah, the information we got show that they have this motives and also they have this capacity and they were working on that.
- 39:17And now we see this report talking about their achievement in that.
- 39:22But why are we so nervous about this?
- 39:25We need to let people know.
- 39:27Because China's unrestricted war, always turn to find a way.
- 39:33Once you see the disaster, they will tell you it comes from nature.
- 39:38Oh, maximum, it's because they have some benign purpose, but because of the security problem and there are some side effects come out.
- 39:49You can't blame China, right?
- 39:51And also the best thing is one it's difficult to be traced back to China.
- 39:58So that we have seen it happen.
- 40:00In COVID-19, right?
- 40:02They make it difficult to trace because they don't show you all the studies they have, they cover up and they do the secret uh experiments using military civil fusion projects and then they blame the nature.
- 40:14Once they can't blame the nature, they start to blame the US military labs.
- 40:20And also they have another narrative to save themselves by telling is the biosecurity uh accident from the lab because uh that would easily get accepted by American and other people in the West countries who can avoid the uh biosecurity risk, right?
- 40:42So maximally maximumly you will only blame certain lab staffs who lack of this uh training or knowledge or care that is or not responsible for the bio security thing, but that will make Xi Jinping regime make CCP regime make the people's laboration army intact.
- 41:03They won't get hurt, and also the same thing happened to the dirty bomb happen to CCP's nuclear weapon in the unrestricted war, unrestricted nuclear weapon.
- 41:17So what will they do?
- 41:18That comes to the most evil part.
- 41:21I mean, this is too evil, even I don't want to believe that.
- 41:25But just think about you uh assume you are CP, assume you have successfully conduct the COVID-19 pandemic using unrestricted bioweapon and cause the pandemic and huge damage in your top enemy, the United States.
- 41:41And image you are CGI, you believe the pandemic make China rise and US force.
- 41:48Then think about when it turns to the dirty bomb things, what can you do?
- 41:53Now we need to see what's the dangerous part in this new report about sorium uh new technology because they talk about molten salt reactors, the sodium molten salt reactor.
- 42:10That is compared to the traditional nuclear uh reactor, it's different, fundamentally different, because the traditional one use solid fuel rods.
- 42:22The fuel roads in so in terms of the physical structure, operational mode, and the method of material extraction all different.
- 42:32So this malt salt reactor actually make it extremely difficult for conventional monitoring technology to detect if CCP use them to covertly produce materials for nuclear weapons or dirty bombs.
- 42:52And precisely this will make them particularly dangerous in the context of unrestricted warfare.
- 43:01So from as a fuel form to fuel molding or unloading, or from the bioproduct exjection, and also to verification difficulty.
- 43:13It all becomes very difficult.
- 43:17Altogether, so you see China especially claims they can add some fresh fuel during the running of these reactors, molten salt reactor, right?
- 43:27So this is the most dangerous part.
- 43:31It's called unline adding fuel or processing, and this doesn't happen in the traditional nuclear reactor, because the traditional solid fuel road reactors, it needs to be stopped and also it will be uh used to exchange uh so that will give the detection system a kind of time slot that you know they stopped and you assume what they can do, you assume that during this exchanging or whatever you will do something.
- 44:08So easy for you compared to the the molten salt reactor, easy for you to have this kind of art.
- 44:17But once it becomes molten salt reactor, because it can unline so all the system is keep working.
- 44:27Okay, it's like the water running and during the water running, maybe uh in a circle, you add something in, you get something out.
- 44:35No one knows what you add in.
- 44:38By adding something to our main, so according to the this kind of physic principles, we can simply understand it as if you are making the water running around the uh uh in the reactor, right, in the system, then this kind of online adding fresh fuel, you don't know what they add in.
- 45:01That means if it's a water system, you can add into poison, right?
- 45:07And then you can extract the very toxic uh this solution, and then put it somewhere else.
- 45:16And once people said what you are making is that, oh, I'm putting sugar or I'm putting the uh reagent to make it uh get pure purified, and I extract the bypass products, and I then have the other steps, I handle that, I can deal with it and make it clean energy.
- 45:35But turns out they could make using this way to generate the nuclear urium 232 or nuclear urine 23, 23, 232.
- 45:52And this kind of biopass material can be used to produce dirty bombs.
- 46:00Okay, I'm not a physics uh physicist, so I only can use the main understanding after my study to explain to you.
- 46:07But that is what they can do.
- 46:09That means for outside for people even monitor that, even for the international nuclear monitoring system, IAEA, you really cannot examine what exactly China put into this molten salt reactor during its running.
- 46:28And you really don't know what China extract from that.
- 46:32It's really the waste, and then they will deal with it to make it unharmed, or it is their uh nuclear urium uh product they get to make the nuclear weapon, you don't know.
- 46:46And China have various ways to cover it up because it's uh oscillatory uh regime, right?
- 46:54You even cannot detect what they are doing in their biomap.
- 46:57How could you know what they are doing in their nuclear labs, right?
- 47:01So they could make it cumulate uh to harvest a lot of uranium uh product, and then using this um materials to uh deliver to their allies like Hamas, like the Hazbama, like uh even Mexico cattles and even the um like uh Cuba and uh Russia, whatever, they can not Russia, I don't think Russia needs that, but all these kind of their friend countries and to help them develop their dirty bombs and even nuclear weapons, and then they could enhance their weapon uh weapon forces very very easily, right?
- 47:44But you don't know because you have no way to surveillance now the technology is not advanced, at least according to our searching, it's not advanced enough to have to monitor all of these things.
- 47:57So they can easily disguise it as the clean energy.
- 48:03Like how they said, oh, we need to study the coronavirus and to prevent the pandemic, and turns out they make the pandemic, right?
- 48:11So they're clean energy in their clean way, you'd better I mean understand their expression.
- 48:19Like for example, when they say we use unlined chemical modules to remove fishing uh fission products from the mountain salt to improve reactor efficiently.
- 48:31Let me tell you what is the real meaning for them.
- 48:35The actually implied we are able to quietly extract the weapons usable urea-23 or radiologically potent urine 232 for nuclear bombs or dirty bombs without leaving any externally detectable signature.
- 48:55So what can we do?
- 48:56Clearly, current nuclear weapon control system is not capable to control, prevent all these dirty bombs and unrestricted nuclear bar weapon strategy.
- 49:12So I don't think we have other way except for full-scale ban all this technology.
- 49:22It must be completely banned from no matter technical or armed control and civil uh survival perspective.
- 49:31I don't think we have other choices because you're facing China, this evil Eastern regime which won totally subverb and uh subverbs and also um change, take over the civilian and the older system from the United States and US allies.
- 49:52They want change you.
- 49:54They want to make the United States like the shell of the the shell, the cover of
- 50:00The tumor and they are the tumor cells and the normal cells already get eaten or destroyed by them.
- 50:07So the dirty bombs and unrestricted nuclear weapons, like together with the clean energy propaganda, study scientists, all these kind of fundings, all the media.
- 50:24YUS is given us, why US suppress them?
- 50:27And all these ways is as very powerful weapon for China to achieve their evil goal using this tactics.
- 50:38And that's why we need to warn people through this episode where the I haven't seen other people have this kind of intelligence uh like us, and you know our intelligence always get verified like this.
- 50:50Two years ago, I even didn't hear about thorium, the THC element, right?
- 50:56But now I know more because the things happened, verified the information we got.
- 51:02So, Dr.
- 51:03Hu, what do you think you want tell people?
- 51:08And do you think this is conspiracy?
- 51:10Or you also according to your understanding of Chinese Communist Party, you also think this is definitely highly available for CCP in their perspective.
- 51:23Yes.
- 51:24So I think the thorium problem.
- 51:26This is uh um, as you said, it's a poor man's A-bomb.
- 51:32So uh why we think or I or we personally uh in our personal opinion, this is a very important.
- 51:39I I don't believe this is uh conspiracy.
- 51:42Uh I think that one of the common things between this and the COVID pandemic, the unrestricted bioweapon, is the all very hard to trace back.
- 51:55So this is also the key things that the CCP consider when they develop all these kind of weapons.
- 52:03They cannot allow you to easily trace back and uh put them into responsibility.
- 52:10So just like the the COVID-19, the coronavirus is not listed as a potential bioweapon.
- 52:16So that's why a lot of people are um it's ignore or lack of the oversee on the development of this kind of the gain or functional research.
- 52:28Sorim is not also uh considered as a potential the A-bomb, the the raw material.
- 52:36That's why they can use uh clean energy as a shield to develop that.
- 52:41And have you ever think about um if you cannot control the raw material, you cannot control where this dangerous gonna flow.
- 52:52Think about the road and belt initiative CCP have they have a lot of countries join that in the South America and the American is having the Southern Border issue for a long time.
- 53:09Yes, for these four years we may close it, but what about the next four years or next next four years?
- 53:15If that reopened and those people carrying these illegal materials, maybe containing this thorium getting to the US, what's gonna happen?
- 53:24And we know the standard project of that is uranium 232, and that will produce the gamma remain.
- 53:33Well, that gamma will cause new tumor.
- 53:37We know the um we can we don't use that as radiated treasure which we're using the um thorium dioxide because that will keep causing the 65% of the um patients using that gold tumor.
- 53:51If someone transports that into the US illegally and using those to produce the dirty bomb, what can uh it's very hard to trace back to the US to the to the uh CCP China because it's gonna say every country have that because we already export that technology, everyone may have it.
- 54:12How do you blame me?
- 54:14So the CCP can use that just like this would happen in the orange in trees of the COVID 19 pandemic.
- 54:22Now, even now, five years later, we still cannot get CCP into custody.
- 54:29And think about the what I just mentioned, but I haven't finished this about the nuclear synthesized restrictions uh in the this uh um uh recently issued uh exact order.
- 54:44If we can control the raw material like this uh uh nuclear acid synthesis technology, then we can control the who can have that or produce the this dangerous things.
- 54:55But I want to add one point.
- 54:57One point is uh CCP have their own technology to synthesize the nuclear acid.
- 55:04Even you can choose the US uh manufacturer capability.
- 55:09You cannot 100% control the CCP's manufactured ability.
- 55:13BGI can do that at the company.
- 55:17So I think except that controlling raw material, I want to add one point that has been successfully implanted on the nuclear A bomb uh technology uh spreading.
- 55:28We control that we restrict it successfully for almost 80 years.
- 55:33That is deterrence.
- 55:35We have to punish some people, those people who violate it and causing the pandemic.
- 55:42Set that as example, that is very effective to preventing other uh bad actors to repeat that.
- 55:52It works on a nuclear air bomb spreading.
- 55:56I think this can also apply to the biosecurity uh the the field.
- 56:03Yeah, that's all I want to say.
- 56:05Thank you.
- 56:05Thank you, Dr.
- 56:06Hu, and thank you for listening to the voice of Dr.
- 56:09Yin.
- 56:09Yes, I also uh support fully support that we must hold China accountable and this evil CCP regime.
- 56:17We can't let it exist anymore.
- 56:20If not, none of us have will have any safe in the future, any safety.
- 56:26Okay, every Saturday and Sunday, you can listen to uh the voice of Dr.
- 56:31Yang Air on uh Mark Outload Radio Network and IHAT Radio at 8 p.m.
- 56:37East Eastern time, and after that you can listen to it for free from various apps like Pandora, Spotify, and Apple Podcast.
