What We Lose When Community Disappears
What happens when the places that once helped raise us, guide us, and shape who we became start disappearing?
Community used to mean more than friendship. It meant coaches who knew when you were falling short. Parents who looked out for children who were not their own. Neighbors who noticed when something changed. Places where people showed up week after week until responsibility for one another formed naturally.
