- 0:19Hey guys, in this video I'm going to be discussing only four
- 0:21ways that you can help improve your life and the autism
- 0:23spectrum. And these are the things that
- 0:25I'm doing daily in my life. Check it out guys.

- 0:44Oh yes, guys, what's going on? It's good to have you here and
- 0:47see all of you lovely people again, I wanted to do this video
- 0:49because I'm, I'm really set. Like my mind is set.
- 0:52I'm like this year I'm going to nail it.
- 0:53I'm going to like absolutely beast mode, everything from my
- 0:56work to my personal life to my hobbies to every single thing.
- 0:59And I wanted to share these with you.
- 1:00So here are the four best ones I kind of come up with right now.
- 1:03So the first one is brilliant. Brilliant is a non prescription,
- 1:07non addictive homeopathic medicine which is designed for
- 1:09autistic people on ADHD people, which is basically this really
- 1:13awesome medicine that is so much more kind of clean because
- 1:18there's no nasties in it. It's kind of like a no brainer
- 1:19because if you want to take something that's like super, you
- 1:22know more natural than your average kind of medicine and you
- 1:25know you don't want to kind of go to the doctor and get a
- 1:27prescription and all this kind of stuff.
- 1:29Brilliant is the one because it helps with focus.
- 1:30It helps maintain kind of like calmness and focus in your life
- 1:35because because it reduces anxiety, reduces restlessness
- 1:38and irritability. And all of those things come
- 1:41into ADHD, right? And so when I'm trying to like,
- 1:44sit down and focus on something and ADHD is going bonkers in the
- 1:46background, I'm like, ah, you know, I need some help.
- 1:48So brilliant does that for me. I take it three times a day.
- 1:51It kicks in after about three to four weeks, but you take it
- 1:54three to four times a day. And honestly, guys, I swear by
- 1:56it. I even did like a testimonial on
- 1:58my channels. And how could it is Even so that
- 2:00I'm an ambassador for them now because I work with them because
- 2:02I'm just me. It's a miracle.
- 2:04But if you want to try it, I'll also consult with your doctor
- 2:07before doing so, obviously. But there is a 15% off using
- 2:11SP15 as a code down below. It'll be LinkedIn, this video
- 2:15down below, but definitely check it out.
- 2:16OK, so #2 is early work now. I'm a sucker for this.
- 2:19I get up at like 6:00 AM on my kid and he just like wants to
- 2:23play about and have breakfast and stuff like that.
- 2:25And so I'm and I don't really kind of start working till like
- 2:289 because we do like the school run and then I'm back in.
- 2:30But then like, I'm sitting here from six until like half eight
- 2:34doing nothing, which is like watching my kid goof about.
- 2:36And so I'll like be lazy and like take a nap or whatever.
- 2:39I'll just like not like a real nap just goes off like a cat nap
- 2:42on the sofa. And I'm thinking myself the
- 2:44whole time, oh man, like I feel super lazy right now, but not
- 2:47just super lazy, just super unproductive.
- 2:49So I just, I did that whilst my kid is is, you know, playing
- 2:53about. I mean, I can still play with
- 2:54him and I've got my mobile on me, so I've got my iPhone and
- 2:56I've got my iPad on me. Then I could just kind of like
- 2:59maybe do bits of work before, like prepping all the emails,
- 3:02prepping all the kind of stuff in my Trello, because I work in
- 3:04Trello. Like if I prep all those things
- 3:06beforehand, then maybe I'd get more done and be more
- 3:09productive. And you know what?
- 3:10I tested this and it works brilliantly.
- 3:12Like it's absolutely fantastic finding ways to implement work
- 3:16between the hours where you just probably do nothing.
- 3:20Like you know when I'm working out, when I'm running, I listen
- 3:23to audiobook try to to learn things.
- 3:25So that's kind of like a Dead Space for for listening.
- 3:27So I kind of trying to optimize those spaces.
- 3:29So it's all about, you know, if you're getting up at 6:00 AM
- 3:32just to kind of put on the TV and drink coffee, then why don't
- 3:35you put the TV on for the kids If they want TV on and then you
- 3:38do some work or do some productive work on a side
- 3:40hustle, you could do absolutely anything.
- 3:41What this does is set you up for a awesome day because you're
- 3:45setting yourself up for success because you've hit the ground
- 3:48running. You are not, you know, telling
- 3:50yourself you're lazy. You're not telling yourself that
- 3:51you're not productive if you're actually doing something
- 3:53productive and that stays with you all day.
- 3:54It's kind of like that thing when you wake up and you do, you
- 3:56know, you make the bet and then the bed's kind of made.
- 3:58And so it gives you like, a good mindset.
- 4:00It's that kind of idea. OK, so #3 is something I've
- 4:03talked about before, but this is a strong mind versus strong
- 4:06body. Now, if you have a strong body,
- 4:08you will have a strong mind. And I do suffer from mental
- 4:10health issues as well as having autism and ADHD.
- 4:14Mental health creeps in, in all facets of my life, and it is
- 4:16probably one of the most debilitating things ever,
- 4:18especially OCD. But if you have a very strong
- 4:20mind, then you can quite easily overcome things to a certain
- 4:26extent. Now I love to work out, so one
- 4:29of the things I do is I have a gym in my house and I never
- 4:31really use it because I go running on the street.
- 4:33But if I use some of the weights and stuff in the house, then get
- 4:36a stronger body. But it's more than just that.
- 4:38Because yes, working out and having a workout plan is good,
- 4:40but it's more than that, it's having time to work out when you
- 4:44can like. So what I'm doing right now is
- 4:46anytime I feel like I'm doing nothing and waiting for
- 4:48something and I've got like 5 minutes or three minutes, I'll
- 4:51drop and do pushups. Because if I do pushups then I'm
- 4:54increasing my my endurance for pushups, but I'm also increasing
- 4:58my strength. And it's just an all wrong, good
- 5:00thing to do. Or if I'm going to bend down to
- 5:02pick something up, I'll squat when I do it.
- 5:03If I'm going to walk somewhere, I'm going to walk with purpose
- 5:06and pride and and walk with with haste so that I'm actually
- 5:09getting a workout in. It's it's sliding in, you know,
- 5:12working out or strong body into your everyday life, which is
- 5:15absolutely fantastic and it works an absolute treat.
- 5:18OK, so #4 is commitment to improving.
- 5:21Now if you are like me, then you will lack motivation and when
- 5:25you lack motivation you lack confidence, right?
- 5:27And that happened to me a lot. I got so swamped with like
- 5:30making videos and and just kind of I just fall behind on on
- 5:34other things like making new products or making new courses
- 5:37for people, which I'm really into.
- 5:39I wanted to start a new coaching group with people on a
- 5:41membership and stuff like that. And I want to get all these off
- 5:43the ground this year, which I'm really excited about because it
- 5:46opens the community up to loads of cool things.
- 5:47But you know my commitment to improving.
- 5:51You know the quality of my work is degraded because I'm so
- 5:54bogged down with editing videos. But I've delegated those tasks
- 5:57out now and I have a team working with me.
- 5:59So the idea behind this is that I will commit to improve my the
- 6:04project so that it doesn't weigh on me, so I don't get lack of
- 6:06motivation and I don't get lack of confidence.
- 6:08I want to be on it confident and doing those things.
- 6:11So make sure that anything that you're putting off because
- 6:13something else is taking a bit of time, find a way to delegate
- 6:16that piece of time out so that you can then actually work on
- 6:19the things that you want to work on so you don't feel lazy and a
- 6:21productive, you actually feel really motivated and this will
- 6:23build confidence and you will win every time.
- 6:26Please share this video if you think it's going to help
- 6:27somebody like because it helps me a lot.
