- 3:37Speaker 2: All right.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Thank you for voting. That's your little present for voting.
- 3:40Speaker 1: 20 of you at least. All right. Let's see. What
- 3:44Speaker 1: else do we have going on today? Oh, that's right.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell's billionaire benefactor just got raided. You want to
- 3:50Speaker 1: see helicopter footage of that? All right, cool. Cut one.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Here it is. I will say the California media has
- 3:58Speaker 1: one wonderful advantage. You can't do this in D.C. because
- 4:00Speaker 1: it's no-fly zone. In California, they fly helicopters over news stories.
- 4:05Speaker 1: And so the news story yesterday is that Eric Swalwell's
- 4:08Speaker 1: big billionaire benefactor just got raided. And this is the place,
- 4:14Speaker 1: this is apparently the house that Swalwell was holed up
- 4:17Speaker 1: in as his whole world was collapsing around him. Remember,
- 4:22Speaker 1: Swalwell was in the California governor's race for a time,
- 4:26Speaker 1: and the Democrats were really concerned that two Republicans would
- 4:30Speaker 1: prevail in that electoral contest in California, and that no
- 4:35Speaker 1: Democrats would appear on the ballot at all. So they said, well,
- 4:38Speaker 1: who can we take out? Who can we get rid
- 4:40Speaker 1: of so this Democrat field is not so watered down?
- 4:43Speaker 1: And the... Well, that game of Russian roulette stopped on
- 4:47Speaker 1: Eric Swalwell, and they opened the blackmail file on the guy,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and then suddenly there's all these rape and sexual assault
- 4:53Speaker 1: allegations against him. He gets chased out of the race
- 4:56Speaker 1: by the Democrats, and a ton of investigations open up
- 5:00Speaker 1: into him, including apparently by the FBI. The FBI started
- 5:04Speaker 1: looking into his behavior and questions of criminality here. And yesterday,
- 5:10Speaker 1: that investigation led to a raid on the Beverly Hills
- 5:13Speaker 1: Police connected with a billionaire called Stephen Klubeck. That's his home,
- 5:17Speaker 1: Stephen Klubeck's home, reportedly, who was a big-time Eric Swalwell backer.
- 5:22Speaker 1: He'd been giving him a ton of money, supported him
- 5:24Speaker 1: for governor, had paid for his exotic trips overseas, and
- 5:29Speaker 1: let him live in the house for a while. After...
- 5:32Speaker 1: everything collapsed. He did do an interview with the media
- 5:36Speaker 1: in April, this guy Klubeck, and take a look at
- 5:38Speaker 1: what he said after he kicked Eric Swalwell out. He's like,
- 5:41Speaker 1: I had no idea that this guy was a scumbag.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I got rid of him. In fact, I'm so disgusted
- 5:45Speaker 1: by him. I'm not even a Democrat anymore. I'm a
- 5:48Speaker 1: libertarian Republican, he claimed. Here's what he told the media.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Cut to watch.
- 5:53Speaker 3: We just wrapped up a one-on-one interview with Stephen Klubeck.
- 5:57Speaker 3: At one point, he was running for governor of California,
- 5:59Speaker 3: but he dropped out to endorse Eric Swalwell, a decision
- 6:02Speaker 3: he clearly regrets.
- 6:04Speaker 1: Did you suspect this at all? No! I was blown away.
- 6:08Speaker 3: A political explosion.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Like, blown away.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Billionaire Stephen Klubeck, once a major donor and supporter of
- 6:14Speaker 3: Eric Swalwell, now publicly turning on him with rage.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Bad.
- 6:18Speaker 3: Amid sexual assault allegations.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I am no longer a Democrat. I'm now a Libertarian Republican.
- 6:26Speaker 1: because that's what a Blue Dog Democrat used to be.
- 6:29Speaker 1: A lot has been said about me today through anonymous allegations.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Swalwell posting this video Friday from Klubeck's Beverly Hills mansion,
- 6:36Speaker 3: pushing back.
- 6:37Speaker 1: These allegations of sexual assault are flat false. But since then,
- 6:41Speaker 1: the fallout has only intensified. So the guy gets raided. Obviously,
- 6:46Speaker 1: the feds are very keyed in on that location for
- 6:49Speaker 1: some reason. Is it because of Eric Swalwell living there?
- 6:51Speaker 1: Is it because Klubeck is implicated? Here, I guess, it
- 6:55Speaker 1: remains to be seen. It remains to be seen. But fascinating.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And by the way, doesn't that guy, Klubeck, look like
- 7:03Speaker 1: Ned Beatty? Doesn't he look like the actor Ned Beatty? Josh,
- 7:07Speaker 1: can you fast forward to the picture of Klubeck reacting
- 7:10Speaker 1: to the press there? Would it be possible for you
- 7:12Speaker 1: to show me that on screen? I want to just...
- 7:14Speaker 1: That guy, he had such a familiar look. He looked
- 7:18Speaker 1: like the actor Ned Beatty. Remember Rudy Ruediger's father from
- 7:21Speaker 1: the movie Rudy's? I am no longer a... Are you
- 7:24Speaker 1: positive right there? Look at this guy. Am I missing something?
- 7:27Speaker 1: Doesn't he look like him? Look at this. Here, come
- 7:30Speaker 1: to my screen. I don't know if you can even
- 7:31Speaker 1: do a split screen, Josh. I'm demanding all sorts of
- 7:33Speaker 1: production cues here from you. Isn't it? Look at this guy.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Tell me. Now go back.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Wait.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Look at that. It's very interesting. There's a very similar look.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I don't know. Anyway, that's kind of... You think so?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Doesn't it look like him? It looks a ton like him. Yeah. Yeah,
- 7:59Speaker 1: it's so weird. Anyway, it's kind of, I don't know.
- 8:01Speaker 1: I know that it's a total doppelganger moment. I was looking,
- 8:03Speaker 1: I was like, that guy looks so familiar. That's so
- 8:06Speaker 1: strange to me. Yeah, that's interesting. Anyway. Yeah, the side-by-side
- 8:11Speaker 1: is unreal. Anyway, there we go. All right, thank you.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Thank you for that. That was just a weird distraction.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But he does look very similar. Okay, so that guy
- 8:21Speaker 1: gets raided yesterday. The New York Post has a big
- 8:23Speaker 1: story up on this. Apparently, this guy's kind of been
- 8:26Speaker 1: in some dicey situations himself already. The Fed's raiding his home,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and then they said there was a sex worker link
- 8:33Speaker 1: to all of this. Of course there is. There wouldn't
- 8:36Speaker 1: be a New York Post story without a sex worker
- 8:38Speaker 1: link built into this. The FBI raiding the Beverly Hills
- 8:42Speaker 1: mansion in connection with the investigation into Eric Swalwell. Sources
- 8:45Speaker 1: told the California Post it's linked to a sex worker. Huh?
- 8:50Speaker 1: This raid targeted Stephen Klubeck's home. It's a $ 26 million
- 8:54Speaker 1: mansion on North Roxbury Drive. Hey, chat, how many people
- 8:58Speaker 1: in chat have $ 26 million mansions? Raise your hands. What
- 9:05Speaker 1: do you do with a $ 26 million mansion? Shouldn't you
- 9:08Speaker 1: have like a huge family, like a really big, like
- 9:11Speaker 1: an entire village to live in a $ 26 million mansion?
- 9:14Speaker 1: Just seems like a lot of cleaning, a lot of space.
- 9:16Speaker 1: I'm not sure what you would do. If your house
- 9:19Speaker 1: is echoing that much, it probably is time to downsize. However,
- 9:23Speaker 1: when allegations surfaced that the ex-lawmaker sexually assaulted multiple women,
- 9:28Speaker 1: including former staffers, Klubeck changed his mind, booted him out
- 9:31Speaker 1: of the palatial 9,700 square foot manch. Manch. Yes, indeed.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I'm no longer associated with a man that takes advantage
- 9:43Speaker 1: of women, said Klubeck. I support women's rights. The left
- 9:46Speaker 1: always says that. A senior law enforcement official told the
- 9:49Speaker 1: Post the raid was connected to a sex worker, but
- 9:51Speaker 1: did not give further details. The raid took place after
- 9:54Speaker 1: Klubeck had celebrated his birthday Monday at a restaurant in Malibu.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Must be nice. It's unclear what the feds were searching
- 10:00Speaker 1: for with some agents armed with high-powered rifles wearing night
- 10:06Speaker 1: vision goggles, a couple of NVGs in the group, but
- 10:08Speaker 1: the source noted that Klubeck kept company servers in his home.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Klubeck did not respond to a request from the Post.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Swalwell's under investigation, multiple prosecutors, sexual assault allegations, including in
- 10:21Speaker 1: New York and California. You know, it was actually in August,
- 10:23Speaker 1: they note, that we knew about this, that Swalwell got
- 10:26Speaker 1: surrounded by FBI agents at the San Francisco International Airport
- 10:31Speaker 1: as he deboarded a plane. They seized his cell phone
- 10:34Speaker 1: and his laptop as a part of a federal criminal investigation.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Then the next day, they raided his house in Washington, D.C., Right.
- 10:43Speaker 1: The agents executed additional warrants the following day at Swalwell's Washington, D.C. home.
- 10:49Speaker 1: He got the Ilma. What the hell does her name?
- 10:52Speaker 1: Ilhan Nurse Said Elmi treatment. There you go. Where they
- 10:55Speaker 1: seized other potential evidence, a source previously told the Post. Anyway,
- 10:59Speaker 1: it's a it's an unceremonious conclusion to Eric Swalwell's kind
- 11:03Speaker 1: of pathetic career in Washington. But, you know, you know
- 11:07Speaker 1: what they say about lying with dogs, you know, and
- 11:09Speaker 1: and Swalwell Swalwell. had been such a loyal little lickspittle
- 11:14Speaker 1: for the Democrats. He would carry water for every single
- 11:16Speaker 1: anti-Trump conspiracy theory. He would accuse Donald Trump and Donald
- 11:20Speaker 1: Trump supporters of the most vicious, made-up possible things. And
- 11:25Speaker 1: in the end, what thanks did he get from the left?
- 11:27Speaker 1: They just opened up the blackmail file to destroy him
- 11:29Speaker 1: because he stood in the way of their power. And
- 11:32Speaker 1: for that, you will be destroyed. You will be destroyed.
- 11:37Speaker 1: By the way, that should be a cautionary tale for
- 11:38Speaker 1: anybody who would dare associate with the Democrat Party. They
- 11:40Speaker 1: will destroy you the second you stand in their way.
- 11:45Speaker 1: They will. Swalwell just experienced that. And now the consequences
- 11:50Speaker 1: of his actions. Coming back to haunt him, that's the
- 11:54Speaker 1: latest there. And Stephen Klubeck, I love that that guy's like,
- 11:57Speaker 1: I'm a libertarian now. I'm not even associated with the Democrats.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I don't think the feds believe you. They're going to
- 12:04Speaker 1: his house for some reason. We'll find out more. They
- 12:06Speaker 1: say it's linked to a sex worker. Fascinating. Absolutely fascinating. Now,
- 12:11Speaker 1: these lefties are out for blood. They will destroy anybody
- 12:15Speaker 1: who stands in their way, and they'll use any scheme
- 12:17Speaker 1: possible to do it. Alyssa Slotkin's back to her old
- 12:20Speaker 1: tricks again. And when I say her old tricks, the
- 12:23Speaker 1: same tricks she was wielding last week. Alyssa Slotkin just
- 12:27Speaker 1: posted yesterday. Alyssa, you ignorant Slotkin. The United States Senator, Democrat.
- 12:32Speaker 1: She posted yesterday that she's very concerned about what's going
- 12:36Speaker 1: to happen in the election. And it's funny that she
- 12:41Speaker 1: would write something like this because isn't the election happening
- 12:44Speaker 1: right now? The election's almost over, actually. The election's been
- 12:47Speaker 1: stretching on. to infinity. It's been going on for months.
- 12:52Speaker 1: What does she mean? She's afraid that Trump's going to
- 12:54Speaker 1: interfere in the election? Let me read this to you.
- 12:56Speaker 1: This is Alyssa Slotkin's post. Yesterday morning, she posted this. Quote,
- 13:02Speaker 1: last month, I sought assurances from our nation's top military
- 13:05Speaker 1: and civilian leaders at the Pentagon that troops will not
- 13:08Speaker 1: be used to interfere our midterm elections and that any
- 13:12Speaker 1: order to do so would be illegal. The law is clear.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Our military has no business interfering in our elections, policing
- 13:18Speaker 1: polling places, or handing ballots, handling ballots rather, or voting machines.
- 13:24Speaker 1: What the hell is she talking about? And as she says,
- 13:27Speaker 1: she and one of the other members of the Seditious Six,
- 13:29Speaker 1: Mark Kelly, are, quote, seeking answers about the Pentagon's vaguely
- 13:33Speaker 1: defined National Guard reaction forces created to respond to civil disturbances.
- 13:38Speaker 1: We want to make sure absolutely that these forces will
- 13:41Speaker 1: not be used to interfere with our elections in any way. Now, again,
- 13:45Speaker 1: just to emphasize how moronic this statement is, if the
- 13:50Speaker 1: administration were going to interfere in the election by deploying
- 13:53Speaker 1: the military, that would have had to happen a long
- 13:55Speaker 1: time ago because the election's been going on for months.
- 13:57Speaker 1: We don't even have an election day anymore. We have
- 14:00Speaker 1: election season. But Alyssa Slotkin says, I want the military
- 14:06Speaker 1: not to interfere in the election. Now, this gets back
- 14:08Speaker 1: to the same game that these lefties have been playing
- 14:13Speaker 1: with every passing election. They fearmonger that Donald Trump is
- 14:17Speaker 1: attempting to rig it in the lead up to election day, okay?
- 14:22Speaker 1: If Democrats somehow achieve victory in the midterms and they
- 14:27Speaker 1: secure both houses of Congress, they will come out and
- 14:30Speaker 1: they will say, that was democracy prevailing. The voice of
- 14:35Speaker 1: the people has been heard. Democrats have power by virtue
- 14:40Speaker 1: of the people. That's what they'll claim. And if the
- 14:43Speaker 1: Democrats lose in the midterms, Alyssa Slotkin has already been
- 14:48Speaker 1: trying to condition the public into believing that President Trump,
- 14:52Speaker 1: through underhanded means, rigged the election in order to achieve
- 14:56Speaker 1: that outcome. Now, you'll notice that no member of the
- 15:00Speaker 1: media ever asks a Democrat whether or not they will
- 15:04Speaker 1: abide by the results of the election. Will you honor
- 15:07Speaker 1: the results of the election? Will you respect the results
- 15:10Speaker 1: of the election? There's never a question like that for Democrats.
- 15:13Speaker 1: And yet they're constantly demanding that answer from Donald Trump,
- 15:18Speaker 1: who is legitimately concerned about election rigging because you've got
- 15:22Speaker 1: goons like Alyssa Slotkin constantly trying to orchestrate it. You've
- 15:26Speaker 1: got non-citizens on the ballots in the United States of
- 15:29Speaker 1: America right now, on the polls right now, who are
- 15:33Speaker 1: casting ballots by the thousands in states across our country,
- 15:37Speaker 1: including Washington State, where that was just disclosed earlier this week,
- 15:40Speaker 1: including in New Jersey, where that was disclosed earlier this year.
- 15:44Speaker 1: And you've got 20,000 non-citizens on the ballot in California
- 15:47Speaker 1: right now. Check out this nonsense, for instance, yesterday from
- 15:50Speaker 1: the media. Again, nobody ever asked a Democrat this question,
- 15:54Speaker 1: but they asked President Trump yesterday, Look at this. This is,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I think this is a Reuters reporter. Watch this. Here's
- 16:00Speaker 1: the president yesterday en route to Texas.
- 16:03Speaker 4: If you do not prevail in this election, despite having
- 16:06Speaker 4: worked as hard as you have, How do you intend
- 16:09Speaker 4: to work with Democrats if they have control of the House?
- 16:11Speaker 1: We'll figure a way.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Look, I have strong veto.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I hope that that won't be the case. But if
- 16:16Speaker 1: it is, that's happened before with many presidents. You have
- 16:20Speaker 1: strong veto and you end.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Up working out deals.
- 16:22Speaker 1: And you'll respect the results, whatever happens?
- 16:24Speaker 3: I will if they're honest elections.
- 16:27Speaker 1: I will if they're honest elections. Yeah, I will. Asked
- 16:32Speaker 1: whether he would respect the election results CBS wrote yesterday,
- 16:36Speaker 1: regardless of the outcome. Trump says, I will if they're
- 16:39Speaker 1: honest elections.
- 16:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Well, that's a great answer. That's exactly the correct answer.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Of course, you shouldn't respect dishonest elections. Who would? Democrats.
- 16:51Speaker 1: So long as they get power out of it. Democrats
- 16:54Speaker 1: is the answer to that question. Now, notice no Democrats
- 16:56Speaker 1: ever asked about this, despite the fact that Democrats are
- 16:59Speaker 1: constantly alleging that Republicans steal elections. Every election this century,
- 17:03Speaker 1: they've done that. They did it with George W. Bush
- 17:07Speaker 1: in both of his elections. They did it with President
- 17:09Speaker 1: Trump in both of his elections. They're doing it now.
- 17:14Speaker 1: They're accusing President Trump of attempting to rig the midterms
- 17:17Speaker 1: as we speak. And yet the left is never asked
- 17:21Speaker 1: by any member of their compliant media class whether or
- 17:24Speaker 1: not they're going to respect the results of an election, ever.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Just to give you a sense of what this is.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And again, it's not hypocrisy, it is hierarchy. It's by design.
- 17:35Speaker 1: But it's good for Americans to be on guard for it.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Very good to be on guard for it. Now on
- 17:40Speaker 1: this election integrity stuff, I've got some updates for you
- 17:42Speaker 1: because in California yesterday, there was a big fight inside
- 17:46Speaker 1: the courts about whether or not these 20,000 non-citizens that
- 17:50Speaker 1: the federal government has detected on the voter rolls are
- 17:53Speaker 1: going to be participating in California's elections. I've got the
- 17:59Speaker 1: latest from inside the courtroom on that subject because it's
- 18:03Speaker 1: a deeply important one with ramifications for the whole country.
- 18:06Speaker 1: We'll get to that in just a moment. More ahead
- 18:08Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. A lot more to get

- 19:28Speaker 1: Appreciate them for being with us here. All right, so
- 19:30Speaker 1: election integrity in California. What the hell is going on there?
- 19:34Speaker 1: This is a mad state. It's a mad, mad state.
- 19:36Speaker 1: The Democrats have turned it into, you know, Just utter,
- 19:40Speaker 1: it's a Mad Max in California. It's just the fight
- 19:44Speaker 1: for drops of water. It's insane. But truly, actually, literally.
- 19:49Speaker 1: in some cases, they're fighting for drops of water. And
- 19:54Speaker 1: right now, the big concern is we got 20,000 non-citizens
- 19:56Speaker 1: on the voter roll. So what are we going to
- 19:57Speaker 1: do about this? Well, yesterday, the battle was playing out
- 20:01Speaker 1: in court. And boy, you should hear what the Democrats
- 20:04Speaker 1: are saying. I was just seeing some of the posts
- 20:06Speaker 1: about this. Matt Finn over at the Fox News Channel
- 20:08Speaker 1: was doing a wonderful job summarizing some of the inside
- 20:10Speaker 1: of the courtroom drama, check out this line for a
- 20:13Speaker 1: moment and see if you can spot the immense logical
- 20:17Speaker 1: problems with it. Matt Finn writes that Attorney Pelham, who
- 20:23Speaker 1: represents the LA County Registrar, so Democrat, this is a
- 20:26Speaker 1: Democrat speaking, tells the court it would be chilling for
- 20:30Speaker 1: county workers who know about the Justice Department's warning that
- 20:35Speaker 1: they could be prosecuted if they tabulate illegal ballots. It
- 20:40Speaker 1: would be chilling for county workers who knowingly prosecute illegal ballots.
- 20:52Speaker 1: You see what the problem is here, Chet? What's wrong
- 20:57Speaker 1: with that? Enforcing the law should be chilling to criminals.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Enforcing the law should chill your desire to break it.
- 21:12Speaker 1: There's nothing untoward about this. There's nothing weird or crazy
- 21:16Speaker 1: about this. Of course, law enforcement should chill law breaking.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Oh no, I might get busted if I break the law. Yeah,
- 21:26Speaker 1: that's kind of the point of deterrence. That's kind of
- 21:29Speaker 1: the whole ball game actually, ladies and gentlemen. That's what
- 21:32Speaker 1: should happen. I can't even believe this was a real
- 21:35Speaker 1: argument that was being made in court. Your honor, it
- 21:38Speaker 1: would be chilling to law breaking if law enforcement was
- 21:41Speaker 1: actually playing out. At that point, like a real judge
- 21:47Speaker 1: would be like, okay, what? Are you serious right now? Okay,
- 21:51Speaker 1: let's get the 20,000 non-citizens off the voter rolls. I'll
- 21:53Speaker 1: make it real easy for you. I'll make it real
- 21:56Speaker 1: easy for you. You won't be at any risk of
- 21:57Speaker 1: breaking the law by processing illegal ballots if there's nobody
- 22:01Speaker 1: to cast an illegal ballot on the voter rolls. And yet,
- 22:06Speaker 1: and yet, here we are. Now, we are expecting, by
- 22:10Speaker 1: the time you hear this, we may actually have a
- 22:11Speaker 1: ruling on this subject. We're expecting a ruling today. The judge,
- 22:16Speaker 1: Judge Carter, yesterday, U.S. District Judge David Carter, he's a
- 22:21Speaker 1: Clinton-appointed judge, he said yesterday that it would be wise,
- 22:27Speaker 1: first of all, he went with the Los Angeles stupid
- 22:32Speaker 1: Democrat assessment here, It would be wise, quote, that any
- 22:35Speaker 1: threats to state and county elected employees cease immediately.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Threats?
- 22:39Speaker 1: What are you talking about threats? The Justice Department's not
- 22:41Speaker 1: in the threat business. The Justice Department's in the prosecute
- 22:44Speaker 1: people who violate the law business. So just stating what
- 22:48Speaker 1: the law is, hey, if you intentionally allow an illegal
- 22:52Speaker 1: person to vote in California's elections, that's a prosecutable offense.
- 22:56Speaker 1: That's not a threat. That should be a promise. Anyway,
- 22:59Speaker 1: the judge, Clinton-appointed judge, says, don't you threaten these employees.
- 23:04Speaker 1: And he said he's going to issue a ruling by tomorrow,
- 23:06Speaker 1: as in today, that would be Wednesday, in this case
- 23:09Speaker 1: of 20,000 alleged non-citizen ballots. In fact, he says, it appears,
- 23:17Speaker 1: according to the Associated Press, that this dude is on
- 23:20Speaker 1: the verge of appointing a special counsel, excuse me, a
- 23:24Speaker 1: special master to handle the case. So this would be
- 23:27Speaker 1: an outside, another outside third party, in addition to a judge.
- 23:31Speaker 1: who would look at all of the paperwork here to
- 23:34Speaker 1: establish whether or not somebody's actually in the country illegally
- 23:39Speaker 1: or is a non-citizen and shouldn't be participating. A federal
- 23:42Speaker 1: judge Tuesday... says he's considering appointing a special master to
- 23:47Speaker 1: evaluate claims by the Trump administration that California has 20,000
- 23:50Speaker 1: non-citizens on its voter rolls and to determine whether those
- 23:54Speaker 1: counties will be able to separate any ballots belonging to
- 23:58Speaker 1: ineligible voters. This Judge David Carter, Clinton appointee, just want
- 24:03Speaker 1: to remind you because the AP doesn't tell you, was
- 24:06Speaker 1: overseeing the hearing. which is seeking to prevent California from
- 24:10Speaker 1: counting ballots from non-citizens. Carter said it would be too
- 24:14Speaker 1: rushed to make a decision without an independent special master
- 24:17Speaker 1: who could evaluate the substance of both sides' claims. I'm sorry,
- 24:21Speaker 1: you can't do that, Judge? We need another person to
- 24:24Speaker 1: come in here? It sounds like you're dragging ass to
- 24:26Speaker 1: allow the Democrats to steal the election. Kind of sounds
- 24:29Speaker 1: like that's what you're up to. He said that that
- 24:31Speaker 1: could be completed. before the state's December 11th deadline to
- 24:37Speaker 1: certify the election results. Okay. Chat, you see where the
- 24:44Speaker 1: obvious problems are? So he's gonna let the election play out.
- 24:48Speaker 1: He's gonna let non-citizens submit their ballots. All these people.
- 24:52Speaker 1: How the hell do you separate the ballots after they're
- 24:55Speaker 1: submitted and then in the pile of votes with no
- 24:59Speaker 1: distinguishing features on them whatsoever to tell you whether or
- 25:02Speaker 1: not those particular votes belong to illegal voters? How the
- 25:07Speaker 1: hell does that happen? California's entire voter registration system is
- 25:14Speaker 1: jacked up. You don't even have to prove you're an
- 25:17Speaker 1: American citizen. You just have to pretend. It's through self-attestation.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Steve Hilton's been talking about this. He's running for governor
- 25:25Speaker 1: right now in California. Literally, people step forward and say, yeah,
- 25:30Speaker 1: I'm a citizen. You promise? Mm-hmm. And that's it. That's
- 25:34Speaker 1: all you need to do. Does California ever check? Do
- 25:36Speaker 1: they prosecute people for violating the law? For lying, for
- 25:39Speaker 1: defrauding the other people of California who are legitimate American voters?
- 25:43Speaker 2: Nope.
- 25:43Speaker 1: They don't do that at all. Because this is a
- 25:45Speaker 1: Democrat-run state with Democrat-run schemes designed to rig elections to
- 25:48Speaker 1: the benefit of Democrats. If you ever look at California,
- 25:51Speaker 1: you think, man, every single one of those voters must
- 25:53Speaker 1: be crazy. Guess what? A lot of the voters don't
- 25:55Speaker 1: even have their will respected in California. There's plenty of
- 25:58Speaker 1: long-suffering Republicans who live inside of that state, who want
- 26:01Speaker 1: it to be golden again, who are constantly being screwed
- 26:04Speaker 1: over by the corrupt system that has been rigged against them.
- 26:10Speaker 1: California is a warning sign for the entire country. For
- 26:16Speaker 1: the entire country. What is happening right now is an abomination.
- 26:23Speaker 1: And this judge is like, well, maybe you can figure
- 26:26Speaker 1: this out well after the election. This is not resolvable
- 26:29Speaker 1: after the election. The damage is already being done now.
- 26:34Speaker 1: The question is, can we mitigate whatever other damage remains?
- 26:38Speaker 1: And in the midst of all of this, boy, the
- 26:40Speaker 1: left really hates President Trump having his own U.S. attorneys
- 26:43Speaker 1: representing him in a place like California. This guy, Bill Asseli,
- 26:47Speaker 1: has been a hero. He's been a hero. And so yesterday,
- 26:51Speaker 1: with this 20,000 non-citizen case going on, we also get
- 26:55Speaker 1: another judge, a federal judge yesterday, saying that Bill Asele
- 27:01Speaker 1: can't continue to serve the American people. He's like, you're disqualified.
- 27:08Speaker 1: A federal judge yesterday ruling that this is the Guardian
- 27:13Speaker 1: with the report. ruling that Bill Asseli isn't legally serving
- 27:17Speaker 1: in the role. A federal judge has ruled that Republican
- 27:19Speaker 1: Bill Asseli is not legally serving as the top U.S.
- 27:21Speaker 1: prosecutor in Los Angeles. Asseli was disqualified from overseeing two
- 27:25Speaker 1: criminal prosecutions. The order, however, will not go into immediate effect.
- 27:29Speaker 1: The Department of Justice said it intends to appeal. This
- 27:32Speaker 1: ruling was a part of a long-running legal battle challenging
- 27:35Speaker 1: the Trump administration's maneuvers to keep Asseli in office despite
- 27:38Speaker 1: not being confirmed by the United States Senate. You know
- 27:41Speaker 1: why this is? Because California has these whack job senators
- 27:48Speaker 1: who represent the state right now, thanks to the rigged
- 27:51Speaker 1: election system. You see how this works? And their senators, Chad,
- 27:56Speaker 1: anybody know who their senators are? These idiots? I'm going
- 28:01Speaker 1: to let Chad answer the question. So you got two
- 28:03Speaker 1: Democrats representing the state of California. And the reason that
- 28:08Speaker 1: we can't have nice things in California, we can't have
- 28:11Speaker 1: a good competent US attorney in California right now, is
- 28:14Speaker 1: because we have a blue slip in the freaking Senate
- 28:18Speaker 1: that Chuck Grassley and John Thune have been protecting, which
- 28:21Speaker 1: allows the Democrats in California to veto any good pick
- 28:25Speaker 1: that the president of the United States would make for
- 28:27Speaker 1: that state. Thank you, that's right, that's exactly right. Padilla
- 28:31Speaker 1: and Watermelonhead are the two senators in California right now.
- 28:35Speaker 1: They have veto authority. It's not even a real authority.
- 28:39Speaker 1: It's just a ceremonial thing. They're given this privilege by
- 28:43Speaker 1: the other people in the Senate by virtue of, unfortunately,
- 28:47Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley and John Thune, who are saying, yeah, yeah,
- 28:50Speaker 1: you can veto any picks the president makes for your state.
- 28:53Speaker 1: If you don't like them, they don't get to be there.
- 28:55Speaker 2: What?
- 28:55Speaker 1: So Bill Assele's got to sit in limbo? So yeah,
- 28:59Speaker 1: is it the fault of Democrats and these radical judges
- 29:01Speaker 1: for constantly trying to overturn the will of the people?
- 29:03Speaker 1: No question. But also, Republicans deserve their share of the
- 29:07Speaker 1: blame for leaving Bill Assele in this weird limbo position.
- 29:13Speaker 1: You can thank Chuck Grassley for that. That's just true.
- 29:16Speaker 1: You can thank John Thune for that. You can thank
- 29:18Speaker 1: the Republicans and continue to abide by this insane blue slip.
- 29:22Speaker 1: And this is why, ladies and gentlemen, not that you
- 29:25Speaker 1: should give up on the Republicans in the Senate. I'm
- 29:28Speaker 1: not voting. None of that mopey bullshit. Vote to put
- 29:32Speaker 1: good people in place to overthrow the blue slip insanity
- 29:36Speaker 1: and have the will of the American people respected. If
- 29:40Speaker 1: Republicans keep the Senate, at this moment, Mike Lee is
- 29:45Speaker 1: on track to become the new chairman of the Judiciary Committee.
- 29:48Speaker 1: And I just had Mike Lee on this program. We
- 29:50Speaker 1: just talked to him about this. And he said, it's
- 29:53Speaker 1: time to change the blue slip. We have to actually
- 29:57Speaker 1: win for the American people. It is time. So we
- 30:01Speaker 1: need to send reinforcements to Washington. You have agency. Stop
- 30:04Speaker 1: letting people tell you that you don't, that you don't
- 30:07Speaker 1: have control over this system. For now, you still do.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Seize it. Seize control. Win. Or as a great American
- 30:15Speaker 1: once said, fight, fight, fight. Even in a place like California.
- 30:22Speaker 1: In a moment, I'm going to show you something that
- 30:24Speaker 1: Steve Hilton just put out. You've got to see this.
- 30:26Speaker 1: It's amazing. Steve Hilton just put out One of the
- 30:29Speaker 1: most amazing political ads I've ever seen. Most amazing campaign
- 30:32Speaker 1: ads I've ever seen. And it is a message to California.
- 30:38Speaker 1: It's a really blunt appeal. I think you'll like it.
- 30:42Speaker 1: And I think every voter in California who sees it,
- 30:44Speaker 1: they should like it too. More ahead on this edition
- 30:47Speaker 1: of Vince. I want to thank Brickhouse Nutrition for sponsoring

- 33:12Speaker 1: All right, you want something else that's going to fire
- 33:14Speaker 1: you up? Steve Hilton will caffeinate you. You ready for this?
- 33:17Speaker 1: This guy, God, this guy should become the next governor
- 33:21Speaker 1: of California. I just talked to Steve this past week.
- 33:24Speaker 1: I had him on the radio show. And he was
- 33:28Speaker 1: just saying, like, really, California wants to keep going in
- 33:30Speaker 1: this direction? Why don't they give me a chance? Give
- 33:34Speaker 1: Steve Helton a chance and see if we can't turn
- 33:37Speaker 1: things around. You know, it reminds me of when President
- 33:40Speaker 1: Trump was on the campaign trail. And in the first,
- 33:43Speaker 1: it was the first election, Chad, you can remind me,
- 33:45Speaker 1: but the appeal that he made to black voters was,
- 33:48Speaker 1: He said, what do you have to lose? What do
- 33:52Speaker 1: you have to lose? The Democrats have sold you out
- 33:54Speaker 1: for years. They haven't improved your life at all. Go
- 33:59Speaker 1: with me, baby. And boy, that was a payoff for
- 34:01Speaker 1: black voters and for every color voter. But for black voters,
- 34:04Speaker 1: just watching as like black employment just went way up,
- 34:08Speaker 1: black wealth started going way up. That was all President
- 34:11Speaker 1: Trump achieved on that promise. He goes, what do you
- 34:13Speaker 1: have to lose? And in fact, you had a lot
- 34:15Speaker 1: to gain, regardless of your skin color, regardless of your
- 34:18Speaker 1: place in life. Every American citizen gained so much and
- 34:21Speaker 1: has been gaining so much out of Donald Trump being
- 34:23Speaker 1: president of the United States. So Steve Hilton is making
- 34:26Speaker 1: this kind of appeal right now, a very blunt one
- 34:29Speaker 1: to the people of California, insofar as the people of
- 34:32Speaker 1: California actually have their voice respected, their vote respected. Steve
- 34:37Speaker 1: Hilton saying, give it to me. Watch this.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Wake up, California.
- 34:44Speaker 1: This is a fact.
- 34:45Speaker 4: This is not opinion. The DSA is coming. You think
- 34:48Speaker 4: what happened in Paris couldn't happen here? You think Javier
- 34:52Speaker 4: Becerra is gonna stand up to the DSA? He'd be
- 34:56Speaker 4: a doormat for the DSA. This city is a fucking disaster.
- 35:01Speaker 4: This is fentanyl alley. With Nithya Ramana as mayor, it'll
- 35:05Speaker 4: be fentanyl city. with Javier Becerra as governor.
- 35:08Speaker 1: It'll be fentanyl state.
- 35:10Speaker 4: I'm your last line of defense. I'm the only one
- 35:13Speaker 4: standing in between you and chaos. You're gonna put up
- 35:18Speaker 4: with another four years of this because you don't like Trump,
- 35:22Speaker 4: because you don't want to vote for a Republican? That
- 35:24Speaker 4: is fucking insane. We've got to change things in California,
- 35:28Speaker 4: and I'm your only hope. Steve Hilton for governor. Just
- 35:31Speaker 4: try it.
- 35:34Speaker 1: Yes! Yes! Yes! Dude! Dude, Steve!
- 35:40Speaker 4: Steve!
- 35:41Speaker 1: Steve! Holy crap! I mean, I've always liked Steve Hilton. Steve! Dude,
- 35:47Speaker 1: I didn't know you had that in you. Man, I
- 35:49Speaker 1: want to run through a wall for Steve Hilton. What
- 35:52Speaker 1: a great ad. Holy cow. Vote for Steve Hilton. Just
- 36:01Speaker 1: try it. Steve Hilton for governor, baby. Dude, people are
- 36:08Speaker 1: done with the regular nice talk political nonsense. They're done
- 36:14Speaker 1: with it. They're done with people trying to sweet-talk them
- 36:17Speaker 1: into destroying their lives. They're done with it. They just
- 36:21Speaker 1: want you to tell the truth. That's all. They just
- 36:22Speaker 1: want a blunt message. Just tell me what you're going
- 36:24Speaker 1: to do. You know, you don't have to promise this guy.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Don't promise you're going to make everything, you know, rainbows
- 36:31Speaker 1: and pots of gold and whatever. Just tell me how
- 36:34Speaker 1: you're going to turn around the disaster. What are you
- 36:37Speaker 1: going to actually do? And Steve's just promising. He's like,
- 36:39Speaker 1: I'm just going to reestablish the rule of law. That's it.
- 36:42Speaker 1: California can use it. I'm going to clean up the streets.
- 36:44Speaker 1: I'm going to get rid of all the chaos, the rioting,
- 36:48Speaker 1: the violence, the crime, the homelessness, the drugs, the human waste.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Somebody's got to fix this. You're going to keep trusting
- 36:55Speaker 1: the people who run this city and state into the ground? Yeah,
- 37:00Speaker 1: it did look like a Spencer Pratt ad. In fact,
- 37:02Speaker 1: I think Spencer was complimenting it too. I think Spencer's
- 37:06Speaker 1: all in on Steve Hilton winning. It's great. Yeah, I agree. Boy,
- 37:11Speaker 1: I mean this when I say it, the Spencer Pratt thing,
- 37:15Speaker 1: the Spencer Pratt thing is like the wildest development in
- 37:19Speaker 1: American politics, or one of them. Just remember that guy
- 37:21Speaker 1: was like, he was a full-blown reality television villain. And
- 37:26Speaker 1: now he's turned out to be one of the heroes
- 37:28Speaker 1: of our era. Just a blunt, America-loving patriot who is
- 37:33Speaker 1: done with the crap that the left has on offer.
- 37:36Speaker 1: Just done with it. Calling it out. Steve Hilton doing
- 37:39Speaker 1: that very thing. Man, imagine what California would be like
- 37:43Speaker 1: if they were in the good hands of Steve Hilton. Anyway,
- 37:46Speaker 1: there's Steve. A great appeal. And if you're in California,
- 37:49Speaker 1: please vote for him. And so far as California's elections
- 37:52Speaker 1: are fraudulent, vote for him 14 times, would you? This
- 37:56Speaker 1: is not legal advice. Consult your attorney before conducting any
- 38:00Speaker 1: interaction that you suspect may be illegal.
- 38:02Speaker 2: All right.
- 38:04Speaker 1: But boy, Steve would be great, great, great, great to win. Yeah, no,
- 38:09Speaker 1: chaos is the plan for the left. They're very big
- 38:11Speaker 1: on allowing non-citizens and illegal aliens into the country. And
- 38:14Speaker 1: then once they get here, they're very big on keeping
- 38:16Speaker 1: them here. And that forms the substance of the next
- 38:19Speaker 1: story that I want to talk about with you. 60
- 38:22Speaker 1: Minutes did a segment this past weekend. I don't know
- 38:26Speaker 1: what 60 Minutes has done to deserve all of the
- 38:28Speaker 1: spankings I've been giving them, but they've been very naughty.
- 38:31Speaker 1: So we'll give them another spanking here. 60 Minutes did
- 38:35Speaker 1: a segment this weekend alleging that the Trump administration is
- 38:41Speaker 1: engaged in torturing human beings by deporting them to third countries.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Third countries, as in not their home country. So these
- 38:49Speaker 1: are people who are here in the country illegally. who
- 38:51Speaker 1: should not be here at all. And the Trump administration
- 38:54Speaker 1: is using a tool that other administrations have used in
- 38:56Speaker 1: the past, which is to send these people to third
- 38:58Speaker 1: countries to remove them from ours. And how does that happen?
- 39:02Speaker 1: How does that even happen? Well, the answer is because
- 39:04Speaker 1: we have diplomatic arrangements with third countries who are willing
- 39:08Speaker 1: to accept illegal aliens who we deport when we can't
- 39:11Speaker 1: send them back to their home country for whatever reason.
- 39:12Speaker 1: And usually that has to do with the home country
- 39:15Speaker 1: refusing to take back their own people. There's only so
- 39:17Speaker 1: much we can do. And so this third country deportation
- 39:21Speaker 1: arrangement is a pretty good one. Now, if you would
- 39:23Speaker 1: like to avoid being deported to a third country, I
- 39:26Speaker 1: have a wonderful recommendation for you. Don't illegally immigrate. It'll
- 39:33Speaker 1: save you a whole bunch of time, a lot of headaches.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Don't illegally immigrate. That's one weird trick to not being
- 39:42Speaker 1: deported anywhere is to not illegally immigrate in the first place.
- 39:46Speaker 1: But People have, and the Trump administration is deporting people
- 39:50Speaker 1: at scale. And so what is the left attempting to do?
- 39:52Speaker 1: They're trying to generate sob stories to prevent us from
- 39:54Speaker 1: having a sovereign country. And that happened this weekend on
- 39:59Speaker 1: 60 Minutes. Now, in the process of telling this story,
- 40:01Speaker 1: it revolved around a guy called Moussa Diawara, who is
- 40:05Speaker 1: an illegal alien from Mali. And they said that it
- 40:11Speaker 1: wouldn't be safe to be returned to Mali. It'd be
- 40:13Speaker 1: very awful to send him back there. And so this guy,
- 40:17Speaker 1: Moussa Diawara, the Trump administration sent him to Ghana. We
- 40:21Speaker 1: have a third country deportation arrangement with Ghana. Now, 60 Minutes,
- 40:26Speaker 1: and who, by the way, Ghana apparently sent this guy
- 40:28Speaker 1: right back to Mali. They're like, all right. And then
- 40:30Speaker 1: they sent him back to Mali. Now, is Ghana supposed
- 40:32Speaker 1: to keep the guy there? I presume so. But that's
- 40:34Speaker 1: on Ghana. That's not on us. He should not have
- 40:37Speaker 1: illegally immigrated here in the first place. Now, having said
- 40:40Speaker 1: all that, apparently 60 Minutes left out a lot of
- 40:43Speaker 1: information about this guy. They didn't tell anybody. the reason
- 40:46Speaker 1: he was claiming asylum in the United States was a lie.
- 40:50Speaker 1: It was a lie. I can't go back to Mali.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Why not? Because I'm gay, and they don't like gays
- 40:56Speaker 1: in Mali. Big problem here. He's married to a woman,
- 41:02Speaker 1: and he has children. Here's the piece, New York Post
- 41:06Speaker 1: with the subject. Trump administration slams CBS for leaving out
- 41:11Speaker 1: absurd information bit of fraud from 60 Minutes profile of
- 41:15Speaker 1: deported husband and father. The Trump administration slammed a CBS
- 41:19Speaker 1: News 60 Minutes segment Monday that failed to mention a
- 41:22Speaker 1: key reason why the illegal immigrant from Mali was deported
- 41:25Speaker 1: to a third country. Musa Diawara, a married father of two.
- 41:32Speaker 1: How do you become a father of two if you're gay?
- 41:35Speaker 1: How does that happen? Somebody's gonna have to explain the
- 41:38Speaker 1: birds and the bees to me again, because I feel
- 41:39Speaker 1: like I got that wrong. He was deported to Ghana
- 41:42Speaker 1: in July, more than a decade after he overstayed a
- 41:45Speaker 1: tourist visa and claimed refugee status that barred him from
- 41:48Speaker 1: being sent back to his home country of Mali, according
- 41:51Speaker 1: to the 60 Minutes profile. DHS insists that the news
- 41:54Speaker 1: program left out an absurd bit of fraud from Diawara's
- 41:59Speaker 1: asylum application, his claim that he's gay. I think there's
- 42:06Speaker 1: a photo of him on screen. To be clear, he
- 42:10Speaker 1: doesn't dress like he's gay. He's just, he just, he
- 42:15Speaker 1: just threw some stuff on. He doesn't, That's not, as
- 42:18Speaker 1: the kids say, a very zesty outfit. It's just, you know,
- 42:21Speaker 1: he put on what he had. He claimed that he's gay.
- 42:24Speaker 1: He lied. Quote, this illegal alien is 60 minutes poster
- 42:28Speaker 1: child for what it claims are wrongful deportations. DHS General
- 42:31Speaker 1: Counsel James Percival wrote on X after the segment aired,
- 42:34Speaker 1: after pulling the immigration file on Diawara, who is married
- 42:37Speaker 1: to a woman. Chat, if you're a guy and you're
- 42:41Speaker 1: married to a woman. Does that make you gay? It's
- 42:46Speaker 1: gay to be married to women now. Percival found that
- 42:49Speaker 1: his claimed reason for fearing Molly was that he's gay,
- 42:52Speaker 1: just in case you're wondering how bad the immigration fraud
- 42:55Speaker 1: problem is. Okay, so not only did this guy was
- 42:59Speaker 1: here in the United States illegally, he also committed fraud
- 43:02Speaker 1: in his asylum claim. So he's the perfect kind of
- 43:05Speaker 1: person to deport because he broke our laws. And the
- 43:10Speaker 1: 60 Minutes segment, they did interview this guy, James Percival,
- 43:13Speaker 1: who is the senior counsel at DHS. And that's where
- 43:16Speaker 1: I want to take you next because it's amazing to
- 43:20Speaker 1: me the extent to which they didn't show the most
- 43:24Speaker 1: interesting things that Mr. Percival had to say. It was
- 43:28Speaker 1: kind of the same way they did this with Harmey Dillon, right?
- 43:30Speaker 1: When Leslie Stahl interviewed Harmey Dillon for half an hour,
- 43:33Speaker 1: Harmey told me in an interview that ended up going
- 43:37Speaker 1: completely viral that And on her interview with me, Harmeet's
- 43:41Speaker 1: that is. Harmeet told me, she says, Vince, I talked
- 43:44Speaker 1: to her for 30 minutes. They showed 90 seconds of it.
- 43:46Speaker 1: And they didn't even show a single time where I
- 43:48Speaker 1: called her a liar. And I called her a liar
- 43:50Speaker 1: multiple times. So 60 Minutes refused to show the most
- 43:53Speaker 1: newsworthy stuff from the Harmeet Dhillon interview. And they refused
- 43:57Speaker 1: to show the most newsworthy stuff from the James Percival interview.
- 44:00Speaker 1: So how about I show you some of the newsworthy
- 44:02Speaker 1: stuff from the James Percival interview? This is available to
- 44:05Speaker 1: us because 60 Minutes did post like an overtime segment
- 44:09Speaker 1: to the internet where fewer people would see it. Well,
- 44:12Speaker 1: until now, now lots of people will see it because
- 44:15Speaker 1: you'll get to see it. You ready? Here's James Percival
- 44:18Speaker 1: explaining the way the left lies to keep illegals in
- 44:22Speaker 1: the country. Cut three, watch this.
- 44:25Speaker 2: It's on an internal DHS document that we had access
- 44:28Speaker 2: to in the Trump administration's first year in office for
- 44:31Speaker 2: the second term. Less than 14% of people detained by
- 44:36Speaker 2: ICE had a violent criminal record. Less than 14%.
- 44:39Speaker 5: So one of the tricks that people do is they
- 44:43Speaker 5: use this violent crime label. It's an incredibly misleading label.
- 44:46Speaker 1: There are many.
- 44:47Speaker 5: Horrible, horrible crimes that people do not classify as violent crimes.
- 44:51Speaker 5: Let me give you some examples. Child pornography. I mean,
- 44:55Speaker 5: making it is, but watching it is not considered a
- 44:58Speaker 5: violent crime.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Trafficking and heroin.
- 45:01Speaker 5: Not considered a violent crime. So anytime anybody ever feeds
- 45:04Speaker 5: you a violent crime stat like that, they are absolutely
- 45:07Speaker 5: cooking the books to erase the significant criminality and public
- 45:11Speaker 5: safety threat that you're looking at.
- 45:12Speaker 1: In that population.
- 45:13Speaker 2: I appreciate the nuance there, because I think that is
- 45:15Speaker 2: very important.
- 45:15Speaker 1: It's a very important nuance.
- 45:16Speaker 5: These people are suggesting that people who watch child pornography
- 45:19Speaker 5: and people who sell heroin aren't people that should be
- 45:22Speaker 5: removed from the country because they're not quote unquote violent criminals.
- 45:25Speaker 5: It's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard.
- 45:27Speaker 2: So let's.
- 45:30Speaker 1: What an amazing and important fact check. And he does
- 45:32Speaker 1: it right on the spot. By the way, put this
- 45:34Speaker 1: guy out. The Trump administration needs to put this guy
- 45:36Speaker 1: out more to confront this stuff from the left. He's
- 45:39Speaker 1: very good at it. He's very good at it. But
- 45:41Speaker 1: you hear what he said? He's like, they have fun
- 45:44Speaker 1: with statistics. And it's evil, actually. Where they're like, well,
- 45:47Speaker 1: it's just 14% who are violent criminals. First of all,
- 45:49Speaker 1: it's a huge number of people. I think you told
- 45:52Speaker 1: me that these people were wonderful, that the only thing
- 45:55Speaker 1: they did was seek a better life. Really? 14% of
- 45:57Speaker 1: them are violent criminals? And that's just the beginning of it.
- 46:00Speaker 1: That doesn't even include the child porn people and the
- 46:03Speaker 1: heroin people and everybody else who's committing these horrific crimes
- 46:07Speaker 1: in addition to illegally immigrating into the United States, which
- 46:10Speaker 1: is justification enough to remove them. You break our laws.
- 46:16Speaker 1: You have to get out. In fact, We should get
- 46:19Speaker 1: you out before you break other laws in our country.
- 46:23Speaker 1: This is another piece of the left's distorted, demented logic.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Their perspective is the only illegal alien that you should
- 46:30Speaker 1: ever deport is an illegal alien who rapes or murders
- 46:34Speaker 1: an American. The precondition to deportation needs to be rape.
- 46:40Speaker 1: So up until you rape somebody, you can break every
- 46:43Speaker 1: other law. But once you get the rape, then we'll
- 46:46Speaker 1: deport you. Do you realize how insane that is? So
- 46:48Speaker 1: we have to let them stay here until they rape somebody? Listen,
- 46:51Speaker 1: just listen to James Percival destroy this talking point. Cut four, watch.
- 46:57Speaker 2: So let's talk about the two crimes that I hear
- 46:59Speaker 2: you and others in the administration talk about most, murder
- 47:02Speaker 2: and rape. Based on this internal DHS document, in Trump's
- 47:06Speaker 2: first year, 0.5% of those detained, 0.5% were accused or
- 47:10Speaker 2: convicted of homicide. 1.4% were accused or convicted of sexual assault.
- 47:14Speaker 2: I mean, together, that's 2%.
- 47:16Speaker 5: And isn't it wonderful that we're getting those people out
- 47:18Speaker 5: of the country?
- 47:19Speaker 2: 100%.
- 47:19Speaker 1: But should that be the limit of who has to
- 47:22Speaker 1: follow the law?
- 47:22Speaker 5: Just rapists and murderers have to follow the law?
- 47:25Speaker 1: I take that point.
- 47:26Speaker 2: But 2% murder and rapists. This is what we keep hearing.
- 47:29Speaker 2: This is who's being deported.
- 47:31Speaker 1: But that's 2%. What about everybody else? Well, again, I mean,
- 47:33Speaker 1: so a couple things. Number one, everyone has to follow
- 47:36Speaker 1: the law.
- 47:37Speaker 5: It is not an excuse to say I'm not going
- 47:39Speaker 5: to follow the law because I haven't raped or killed anybody.
- 47:41Speaker 5: But number two, there are a lot of other very
- 47:43Speaker 5: serious crimes. And one of the things about people who
- 47:46Speaker 5: commit less significant crimes is they often commit more significant crimes.
- 47:49Speaker 5: And I, for one, as someone who has an obligation
- 47:52Speaker 5: to protect the American people, I want anyone who could
- 47:55Speaker 5: commit a crime who is not supposed to be in
- 47:57Speaker 5: this country out of this country because every illegal alien
- 48:00Speaker 5: crime is a preventable crime.
- 48:01Speaker 2: So you're saying someone commits a misdemeanor, why take the
- 48:03Speaker 2: chance that they won't then, you know.
- 48:06Speaker 5: Well, what I'm saying is that we have laws. Congress
- 48:09Speaker 5: passes those laws.
- 48:10Speaker 1: We just enforce them.
- 48:11Speaker 5: And this obsession with whether somebody has committed a sufficient crime,
- 48:15Speaker 5: an immigration judge has ordered us to remove someone. We're
- 48:18Speaker 5: following an order from an immigration judge.
- 48:22Speaker 1: Now, none of this appeared on television. What you just
- 48:26Speaker 1: saw did not appear on TV because it's completely embarrassing
- 48:29Speaker 1: for the hostess lady to be confronted with reality during
- 48:34Speaker 1: the course of this conversation. It wasn't very convenient for
- 48:37Speaker 1: her to create this rigged picture that the Trump administration
- 48:41Speaker 1: is engaged in vile behavior, mistreating human beings.
- 48:44Speaker 5: No.
- 48:46Speaker 1: Enforcing the law is a demonstration of love. Love of country,
- 48:50Speaker 1: love of borders, love of law and order, love of sovereignty,
- 48:53Speaker 1: protecting your people. That's what this is about. You know,
- 48:56Speaker 1: built into this, some of you will have instantly detected
- 48:59Speaker 1: the criminal justice theory that he was really tapping into. It's,
- 49:02Speaker 1: you know, Rudy Giuliani's broken windows theory. Our buddy Dan
- 49:05Speaker 1: Bongino talks about this all the time. It's the broken
- 49:08Speaker 1: windows theories of policing. You don't wait until they become
- 49:12Speaker 1: rapists and murderers to enforce the law. You enforce the
- 49:15Speaker 1: law at the earliest possible moment. If you catch them
- 49:18Speaker 1: on the small stuff, they don't go on to commit
- 49:20Speaker 1: the big stuff. And especially when it comes to illegal aliens,
- 49:23Speaker 1: if you're deporting them from the United States of America.
- 49:27Speaker 1: When we had John Lott on my radio show earlier
- 49:29Speaker 1: this week, I was asking him about these epic numbers.
- 49:32Speaker 1: We've had huge crime drops, and I was going over
- 49:34Speaker 1: some of those with you yesterday. But one of the
- 49:37Speaker 1: realities of the crime drops, especially among illegal aliens, is
- 49:40Speaker 1: illegal aliens are now aware that if they break the law,
- 49:43Speaker 1: if they become visible to the Trump administration in any capacity,
- 49:46Speaker 1: they'll be picked up and deported. And so now illegals,
- 49:49Speaker 1: some of them are going home, they're self-deporting. Others are
- 49:52Speaker 1: kind of laying low and they're not breaking laws. They're
- 49:55Speaker 1: not breaking additional laws outside of being here in the
- 49:58Speaker 1: country illegally and staying present. And the reason for that
- 50:01Speaker 1: is they don't want to get on the Trump administration's radar.
- 50:03Speaker 1: This has had a safety effect for the country. It
- 50:08Speaker 1: suppressed violent criminality, which is huge. It's a deterrent, in
- 50:14Speaker 1: other words. And James Percival doing a wonderful job explaining
- 50:18Speaker 1: how that works. And the 60 Minutes lady, I think,
- 50:20Speaker 1: realizing that her stupid talking points are being defeated in
- 50:24Speaker 1: real time, which is why all of these things got removed.
- 50:27Speaker 1: Here's one more for you. James Percival talking about how
- 50:31Speaker 1: he was dunking on 60 Minutes here for pretending that
- 50:34Speaker 1: illegals are being persecuted and tortured. He said there's no
- 50:38Speaker 1: evidence for that. And then watch as she can provide
- 50:41Speaker 1: zero evidence to support the claim that she was making.
- 50:43Speaker 1: Cut five, watch.
- 50:45Speaker 5: One thing I would point out, I mean, are you
- 50:47Speaker 5: suggesting that when these people went to their home countries
- 50:49Speaker 5: that they were persecuted or tortured?
- 50:51Speaker 1: I mean, are you suggesting... I'm not suggesting that a U.S.
- 50:54Speaker 2: Judge said that, a federal judge said that.
- 50:55Speaker 5: Said that they were persecuted or tortured when they went to.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Their home country? That they were more than likely... to
- 51:00Speaker 2: be tortured or persecuted if they were returned to their
- 51:02Speaker 2: home country. And then they were sent to Ghana and
- 51:04Speaker 2: returned to their home country regardless.
- 51:06Speaker 5: And then when they got to their home country, are
- 51:07Speaker 5: you suggesting that they were persecuted or tortured?
- 51:09Speaker 2: Some have faced violence. But that's not what I'm alleging, no.
- 51:13Speaker 5: Well, but again, so you're suggesting that Ghana is not
- 51:16Speaker 5: accurately adjudicating whether they fear persecution or torture in their
- 51:20Speaker 5: home country. If that were true, you would expect those
- 51:22Speaker 5: people to return to their home country and then face
- 51:25Speaker 5: persecution or torture because Ghana would be getting it wrong.
- 51:27Speaker 5: And if they're going to their home country and you're
- 51:29Speaker 5: not hearing claims that they're being persecuted or tortured, then
- 51:31Speaker 5: that suggests that Ghana's procedures are adequate. Now, again, I
- 51:34Speaker 5: work for the U.S.
- 51:35Speaker 2: Government.
- 51:35Speaker 5: Ghana's got its own procedures. But to me, the ultimate
- 51:39Speaker 5: question is, are they actually sending someone somewhere where they're
- 51:42Speaker 5: going to be persecuted or tortured? And it doesn't sound
- 51:45Speaker 5: like you're making that claim.
- 51:46Speaker 2: I'm not saying that I have cases that I'm going
- 51:48Speaker 2: to show you where this is happening, mostly because this
- 51:51Speaker 2: is all very recent.
- 51:54Speaker 1: I don't have any receipts to support the nonsense that
- 51:57Speaker 1: just came out of my face.
- 52:00Speaker 2: Not one.
- 52:01Speaker 1: I have no evidence for this claim. I just want
- 52:03Speaker 1: to make you look bad. Good for him. I got
- 52:06Speaker 1: some people in the chat asking to remind them who
- 52:08Speaker 1: this guy is. He is the DHS general counsel. That
- 52:11Speaker 1: would be the lawyer at the department of online security.
- 52:14Speaker 1: He sits down with 60 minutes. He wipes the floor
- 52:17Speaker 1: with them. And then they don't show most of the interview.
- 52:20Speaker 1: They don't show any of the newsworthy portions of the
- 52:22Speaker 1: interview on television. Now, again, they posted this to the
- 52:24Speaker 1: internet for what they expected to be a much smaller audience,
- 52:28Speaker 1: but we've just changed the math on that because now
- 52:30Speaker 1: the audience is huge. And I'm happy about that. And
- 52:35Speaker 1: I'm glad to see James Percival doing that. That's wonderful.
- 52:40Speaker 1: That is wonderful. I said thank you to James for that.
- 52:42Speaker 1: That's what truth-telling looks like. And by the way, it's
- 52:46Speaker 1: a reminder, you don't have to accept the premise. Ever.
- 52:49Speaker 1: You don't have to accept the premise from these people.
- 52:51Speaker 1: Fight back. Fight the premise. President Trump has demonstrated this,
- 52:54Speaker 1: and I think a lot of people are picking it
- 52:55Speaker 1: up from him as well. I saw Bill Malusian has
- 52:59Speaker 1: an update on this subject, too. He said in the
- 53:01Speaker 1: wake of that 60 Minutes segment on ICE deportations to
- 53:04Speaker 1: third-party countries, DHS has actually released a list of some
- 53:07Speaker 1: of these most egregious illegal aliens that they've removed to
- 53:10Speaker 1: these third countries because their own countries wouldn't take them back.
- 53:13Speaker 1: This includes, ready, murderers, pedophiles, and rapists. including an illegal
- 53:20Speaker 1: alien from Cuba deported in August of last year. His
- 53:24Speaker 1: criminal history includes convictions for two counts of premeditated murder
- 53:31Speaker 1: in Florida. Roberto Peral is an illegal alien from Cuba
- 53:36Speaker 1: and a Latin Kings gang member. He was deported July
- 53:39Speaker 1: of last year. His criminal history includes first-degree premeditated murder
- 53:45Speaker 1: Aggravated battery. Aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Vehicle theft.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Reckless driving. In Florida. An illegal alien from Laos was
- 53:53Speaker 1: deported May of last year. Fungse Nilakaut. What a name.
- 54:00Speaker 1: His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree murder. Attempted murder.
- 54:05Speaker 1: Second-degree robbery. California. Here's an illegal from Vietnam. Murder. Here's
- 54:10Speaker 1: an illegal from Mexico. Murder. Here's an illegal from Cuba. Murder.
- 54:16Speaker 1: An illegal from Jamaica. Murder. An illegal from Cape Verde.
- 54:23Speaker 1: That would be... Oh, we don't have a murder. Okay, finally,
- 54:27Speaker 1: we don't have a murder. We have rape of a
- 54:30Speaker 1: child with force. An illegal from Vietnam. Indecent or lewd
- 54:38Speaker 1: act with a child under 16. Second-degree rape in Oklahoma.
- 54:42Speaker 1: And then an illegal from Somalia. Murder. And there's pictures
- 54:49Speaker 1: of all these idiots, these demons, who've been deported to
- 54:54Speaker 1: third countries. Oh, but their home country won't take them,
- 54:56Speaker 1: so what do we do? You know, for years, the
- 54:59Speaker 1: reality in the United States was home countries would say,
- 55:02Speaker 1: we're not going to take them. And so the left,
- 55:04Speaker 1: their attitude and the status quo in Washington was like, well,
- 55:06Speaker 1: I guess I don't know what to do, just release
- 55:07Speaker 1: them back out into the public. Then they'd be released
- 55:09Speaker 1: back into the country.
- 55:11Speaker 2: What? No.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Figure out a way to get rid of them. And
- 55:16Speaker 1: the Trump administration has. The 60 Minutes segment should be
- 55:19Speaker 1: celebrating this. Instead, it's condemning it. What would that be for?
- 55:24Speaker 1: Why would they do that? Why would 60 Minutes generate
- 55:27Speaker 1: an entire segment condemning the deportation of people like the
- 55:30Speaker 1: men I just showed you on screen? The answer is
- 55:33Speaker 1: because the left derives power from this scheme, and therefore,
- 55:38Speaker 1: it needs to be protected at all costs, including the
- 55:42Speaker 1: death and rape of American citizens. That's the reality of it.
- 55:47Speaker 1: And it's horrifying. It's horrifying. And finally, we have administration
- 55:50Speaker 1: that's confronting it. And we have, as we speak, six
- 55:54Speaker 1: days to go in election season. And there are really
- 55:58Speaker 1: people thinking they're going to stay home, sit on their
- 55:59Speaker 1: hands and not vote. Do you realize what the stakes are?
- 56:02Speaker 1: Do you realize how pivotal this is? This audience realizes it,
- 56:07Speaker 1: but we just have to get the word out. We
- 56:09Speaker 1: have to keep getting the word out. Look at this.
- 56:12Speaker 1: These people are not, these murderers and rapists and child
- 56:15Speaker 1: rapists are not in the country anymore because of your votes.
- 56:23Speaker 1: You got these demons out. You conducted this exorcism. You
- 56:29Speaker 1: did this by putting Donald Trump in place to actually
- 56:33Speaker 1: make this possible. We want to stop this. You realize
- 56:38Speaker 1: if Democrats get power, I want to emphasize something. And
- 56:40Speaker 1: I had a friend, uh, Text me yesterday about this
- 56:43Speaker 1: and just all credit to him for this. You realize
- 56:48Speaker 1: if Democrats get power now over the House and the Senate,
- 56:50Speaker 1: it's not just a matter of like, well, President Trump's
- 56:52Speaker 1: still in the Oval Office so he can stop them
- 56:54Speaker 1: from advancing terrible pieces of legislation. We are destined for
- 56:59Speaker 1: a government shutdown. You understand. They've already done this. They
- 57:05Speaker 1: want to defund immigration enforcement in the United States. They
- 57:10Speaker 1: are going to take this to the next level. They
- 57:12Speaker 1: don't want Border Patrol to be funded. They don't want
- 57:14Speaker 1: ICE to be funded. They want the guys who are
- 57:17Speaker 1: getting our country back under control, restoring our sovereignty, restoring
- 57:22Speaker 1: law and order, exercising the demons. These guys, they don't
- 57:26Speaker 1: want them to do their job anymore. ICE is under
- 57:29Speaker 1: constant attack by the left. If the left gets access
- 57:32Speaker 1: to the levers of power, either house, their intention is
- 57:37Speaker 1: to defund ICE. The agencies that are restoring order to
- 57:41Speaker 1: our country, the stakes are very, very high, ladies and gentlemen.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Stay in the fight. Fight, fight, fight. We have six
- 57:48Speaker 1: days to go in election season. Make every moment count. Please,
- 57:52Speaker 1: God bless you. Thank you for what you've achieved so far.
- 57:55Speaker 1: Let's keep achieving more. That's all I'm asking for. I'm
