- 0:49SPEAKER_03: I am just overly excited today to have a new diva, Tracy Pierce, with me.
- 0:55SPEAKER_03: She is going to speak about animal communication.
- 1:00SPEAKER_03: Wow, this truly gets my excitement.
- 1:03SPEAKER_03: Tracy, could you please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about yourself?
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: Sure, Joyce.
- 1:10SPEAKER_01: Thanks so much for having me on the show.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: I'm Tracy Pierce, and I'm an animal communicator based in Boulder County, Colorado.
- 1:19SPEAKER_01: And really the thing that inspires me the most about animal communication is the deep wisdom that our animal friends have and really like to share with us through these animal communication sessions.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I really came into animal communication thinking almost completely by accident.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: And when I started to learn about it, it was more of just a fun project, but it has come to be really directed by the animals.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: I know it sounds kind of crazy, but my animal communication business is kind of dictated by the animals, and they give me suggestions and advice about what to do.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: And so far, it's been working out really well.
- 2:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow.
- 2:07SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is just amazing.
- 2:09SPEAKER_03: Oh, how awesome.
- 2:11SPEAKER_03: And the deep wisdom that the animals have that you pass it on to you and you can share with others.
- 2:18SPEAKER_03: Oh, I love that.
- 2:20SPEAKER_03: Well, I have to ask, was there like an aha moment that made you realize, because you said you came by this by accident, was there something that triggered it that made you say, this is what I need to be doing?
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah, interesting story, actually.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: So I started to learn about animal communication back in 2014.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: And I did that because one of my cats became quite ill.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: We had three cats at the time.
- 2:48SPEAKER_01: And I happened to meet this woman at a meditation retreat who was an animal communicator and talked with her a little bit.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: And she said, yeah, set up a session with me.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: And so we set up a session.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: And we ended up doing several sessions with this woman and then a couple other communicators as well.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: And as that started to happen, it was like this remembering started to happen in me.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: It was like, wow, I feel like I remember how to do this from when I was a kid and would start to have these little memories of talking to animals when I was much younger.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: And so I started to take some basic animal communication courses.
- 3:30SPEAKER_01: And again, it was more like remembering rather than learning some kind of a new skill.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: And that first cat did end up passing away.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: And I learned quite a bit about death, you know, during that time.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: process of her passing away and then the other two cats that we had also then passed away all three cats passed away within two years actually and so it was really these three cats that started to direct my animal communication education if you will and they really encouraged me to keep communicating and I had another friend that I did a lot of practices with and And during those practice sessions, it really was the animals, you know, kind of showing me this educational route and to keep practicing.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: And it was after, I don't know, we'd been– I'd been practicing– probably a year and a half with this friend of mine.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: And then all of a sudden the animals were like, Tracy, you need to start offering this as something to the public.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: And I was like, what?
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: No, this is just a fun thing.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: And they're like, no, really?
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: You have to do this.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: And so, yeah, it's just been the encouragement of the animals where they're like, you have to do this.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, okay.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: And I do it and it works.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: So I figure might as well just keep following their advice.
- 4:58UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, that is so interesting.
- 5:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, how incredible.
- 5:03SPEAKER_03: So through the cats and getting connected with other women, then you felt the animals and heard the animals telling you this is what you needed to pursue.
- 5:18UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 5:18SPEAKER_03: That is just incredible.
- 5:20SPEAKER_03: I love it.
- 5:21SPEAKER_03: I just love it.
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it makes me laugh, you know, because really, I wanted to do animal communication because it was fun, like the messages that come through can be just so beautiful and joyous and touching.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: And I just I never expected it to turn into a career.
- 5:38UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: Oh, my
- 5:41SPEAKER_03: goodness.
- 5:41SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is just awesome.
- 5:42SPEAKER_03: And they always say, when you do what you love, it's not really work anyway.
- 5:47SPEAKER_03: So you're doing what you love.
- 5:49SPEAKER_03: Oh, I love that.
- 5:50SPEAKER_03: That is beautiful.
- 5:52SPEAKER_03: Well, what makes you so passionate about bringing the animal's voice to others?
- 5:58SPEAKER_03: What drives you for that?
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, I didn't realize this at first, but as time has gone on, I feel like it has a lot to do with me feeling like my own voice hasn't been heard a lot of times throughout my life.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: And, you know, there's been so many times in my own life where I wish there was somebody there who would stand up and speak for me when I couldn't.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: And, you know, through animal communication, I really feel like that's something that I can give to the animals and And, you know, throughout my life, my different animal friends have given me so much, you know, different pets that I've had who've lived with me.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: And in some ways, it's like a way of me honoring those animals who have given so much to me.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: I'm able to give more to them.
- 6:48SPEAKER_01: And, you know, previously, you know, I've worked with animals a lot through my life.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: And previously it was more like in the line, I worked for a police department and I did animal control kind of things.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: And I was a volunteer at the animal shelter and, you know, I did help a lot of animals in that way, but I do remember like those times being with the animals and like, wow, I wish there was something more I could do or, or give to the animals.
- 7:18SPEAKER_01: And there's something about the communication that feels like, at least to me, like it has a bigger impact or it feels so much more important than, not important, but bigger, I guess, than the work that I did in animal control.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: I always wish there was something more that I could do.
- 7:35SPEAKER_01: And it just, it's so much more fulfilling to give to the animals in this way.
- 7:42SPEAKER_03: Oh, how wonderful.
- 7:44SPEAKER_03: Yes, being an animal lover myself, I can totally understand.
- 7:49SPEAKER_03: That is incredible.
- 7:51SPEAKER_03: It's got to be a great feeling to you when you feel like you're communicating to others what the animals are trying to say and
- 8:00SPEAKER_02: can't
- 8:00SPEAKER_03: verbally speak.
- 8:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, and it sounds like you have grown through it, too.
- 8:05SPEAKER_03: That's what sounds awesome, too.
- 8:08UNKNOWN: Yeah.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: Oh, definitely.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: I've learned so much.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: And, you know, as much as I feel I'm giving to the animals, I'm really receiving a lot for them, too.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: It's a real virtuous circle, if you will.
- 8:19SPEAKER_01: You know, it's like a circle of giving.
- 8:21SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 8:23SPEAKER_03: They give back to you and you give back to them.
- 8:27SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is beautiful.
- 8:28SPEAKER_03: Beautiful, beautiful.
- 8:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 8:31SPEAKER_03: Well, in other ways, how do you go about supporting animals?
- 8:37SPEAKER_03: this cause of animal communication.
- 8:40SPEAKER_03: How do you let others know, and how can others get involved in how you are supporting this cause?
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: Well, primarily, you know, I've been doing one-on-one animal communication sessions, and I also teach some introductory workshops online.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: But most recently, and this all started with the COVID lockdown stuff that started back in March.
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: And again, this was totally just listening to what the animals were telling me to do.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: It's kind of a funny story.
- 9:15SPEAKER_01: I was house sitting for somebody when all the lockdowns, when they started shutting everything down in March.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: And so I was driving from her house back and forth to my house.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: And like life just seemed really weird during those first few weeks.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: of the lockdown and I was driving and I was just like wow what do all the animals think about this lockdown like things are changing what do they think and the animals were like Tracy you need to do this live streaming video series I was like what they're like you need to do live streaming every day you're going to talk to a different animal every day live streaming and people can ask questions and I was like okay so I just like and just Just the animals who wanted to talk to me just lined up.
- 10:04SPEAKER_01: And I think it was for about six weeks, I did talk to an animal like every day of the week.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: And it's a little bit reduced now to like one or two per week.
- 10:14SPEAKER_01: But so I started this live video series and it's all posted up on YouTube now.
- 10:20SPEAKER_01: And, you know, I talked to a lot of domestic animals at first, and then it kind of shifted to interviewing different wild animals, including ladybugs and butterflies and, you know, all different kinds of animals.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: And so I think there's somewhere around 80 or so videos now in this series.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: And, yeah, you can watch it all on YouTube.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: It's totally free.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: And so this was...
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: This was one of the big ways the animals wanted me to support them is to put their message out in a bigger format where people can go listen and even participate live if they're able to join us live and ask questions.
- 11:05SPEAKER_01: It's been really fun and interactive, and some of the messages that the animals send Sometimes they just blow me away, honestly.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: If you're interested, I would totally encourage any of the listeners to go check out the YouTube channel.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: And if any particular animal catches your eye to listen in, they really bring some incredible, incredible messages.
- 11:28SPEAKER_01: So that would be a great way to start is by listening to those videos.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: But I'm also planning for 2021 to do a bit more workshops, hopefully once per quarter or so.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: So if people are interested to learn a little bit how to do this themselves and get started, I'll post all those dates on my website once I know for sure when they'll be.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: But just a lot of different ways to get involved and let the animal's joy just kind of sweep you away and take you along for the ride.
- 12:01SPEAKER_03: Oh, my goodness.
- 12:03SPEAKER_03: Wow.
- 12:04SPEAKER_03: That is awesome.
- 12:05SPEAKER_03: Well, yes, I had looked on your YouTube channel and was going through the animals, and I'm going, oh, my goodness, there's everything on here.
- 12:12SPEAKER_03: This is awesome.
- 12:16SPEAKER_03: Everything is crazy.
- 12:16SPEAKER_03: Yes, there's all kinds of animals.
- 12:19SPEAKER_03: I thought that was so neat.
- 12:21SPEAKER_03: I love that because YouTube is all over the world.
- 12:26SPEAKER_03: Anybody in any place...
- 12:28SPEAKER_03: can look at the YouTube and watch some of these videos and learn from the animals through you.
- 12:35SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is just incredible what you've done.
- 12:38SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 12:39SPEAKER_03: Absolutely love it.
- 12:40SPEAKER_03: And I also love that you...
- 12:43SPEAKER_03: Oh, I bet.
- 12:44SPEAKER_03: I bet you have just enjoyed it as much as the animals have enjoyed relaying their wisdom to the listeners.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 12:55SPEAKER_03: And I love that you're doing some intro to animal communication courses.
- 13:00SPEAKER_03: I am taking notes of that and I
- 13:03SPEAKER_01: will be watching your website.
- 13:25SPEAKER_03: animals have led you to even into 2021 to do the intro to animal communication course.
- 13:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:33SPEAKER_01: And I kind of put the animals in charge of finding my clients that way too.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, if you want me to do this, bring me, bring me the clients.
- 13:41SPEAKER_01: I'll do it.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: But awesome.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: Well, that
- 13:45SPEAKER_02: makes me even more excited.
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: Oh, that is great.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: I love that.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:53SPEAKER_03: That is incredible.
- 13:55SPEAKER_03: Oh, how beautiful, beautiful.
- 13:57SPEAKER_03: Well, you have spoken animal communication through so many different animals.
- 14:04SPEAKER_03: I'm going to ask, is there a certain one or a group of animals that is the most interesting to communicate with for you?
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: You know, I think they're all really interesting.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: And for me, it's kind of about...
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: which animal is showing up a lot in my life repeatedly, like right now.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: And so like, I feel like different animals have different kinds of messages for me throughout my life.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Like right now I keep having the black billed magpie show up repeatedly.
- 14:39SPEAKER_01: And it's, it's one that I actually interviewed about a month ago and I just posted this one to YouTube not too long ago, but it's, One of the messages of the Blackfield Magpie has been, and I don't know if you have them where you live, but they're really known for showing up and just squawking really loud.
- 14:59SPEAKER_02: And
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: they keep showing up and doing this to me.
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: And they're like, Tracy, you got to keep speaking up.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: You got to keep using your voice.
- 15:11SPEAKER_01: You got to keep speaking up for the animal.
- 15:13SPEAKER_01: And so it really changes for me because Like for me right now, I'm paying a lot of attention to the black-billed magpie.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: But, you know, at different times there have been herons or like bear or elk that show up.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: So it's not necessarily like that I find one more interesting or drawn to more of one or the other.
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: It's I kind of...
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: let the universe show me the messages I need by the animals that are showing up repeatedly in my life.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: And that might be something too, that listeners could pay attention to is like, if there's a particular kind of animal that is showing up repeatedly in your life, maybe good to tune into them or like do some looking up information about what that totem animal might mean or something.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: But that's, yeah, that's, that's what it's been for me.
- 16:05SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow.
- 16:06SPEAKER_03: Oh, how interesting.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: Goodness, yeah.
- 16:09SPEAKER_03: And I'm not familiar with the black field magpies.
- 16:12SPEAKER_03: We do not have them where I am located.
- 16:14SPEAKER_03: Not that I'm aware of.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I've only seen them in Colorado.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure how wide their spread is, but...
- 16:22SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is really interesting.
- 16:24SPEAKER_03: So, yes, our listeners need to start paying attention to the animals that are showing up all the time in their lives and are right there.
- 16:32SPEAKER_03: Oh, how beautiful.
- 16:34SPEAKER_03: That is really, really neat.
- 16:36SPEAKER_03: Well, I was on your website also.
- 16:39SPEAKER_03: Your website is incredible.
- 16:40SPEAKER_03: I love your website.
- 16:41SPEAKER_03: You have so much good information on there, too.
- 16:43SPEAKER_03: Thanks, Joyce.
- 16:46SPEAKER_03: You are so welcome to our listeners today.
- 16:49SPEAKER_03: There is on there, it says, a BEST technique for kind of some of the ways you communicate.
- 16:57SPEAKER_03: Can you explain a little bit to our listeners about what the BEST technique means?
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, sure.
- 17:04SPEAKER_01: So BEST stands for Bioenergetic Synchronization Technique.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: And it's a healing modality that was developed by a chiropractor actually starting back in the 1960s.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: And so for many decades, they only taught it to chiropractors.
- 17:22SPEAKER_01: And so when I was taught, Nick was in 2011, and they were just starting to incorporate more professionals besides chiropractors.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: And I actually have a diploma from massage therapy school.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: So that was what qualified me to be able to go to this course at the time.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: They teach it to anybody now, but at the time you had to have a certain professional background.
- 17:46SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 17:47SPEAKER_01: Anyway, so the technique itself, basically, it was really inspired by a spiritual experience by this chiropractor.
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: He was finding that he was working with clients and they weren't holding their adjustments.
- 18:03SPEAKER_01: And so he was a very religious man and he was praying, asking for some kind of solution.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: And he was given the basic layout, I guess, for this healing modality.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: And what it is, is it uses a combination with humans.
- 18:18SPEAKER_01: It uses a combination of eye positioning, breath pattern, and you're thinking about a specific feeling and number.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of a quantum healing thing.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: where the vibration of the feeling in combination with these other things help release some of the subconscious glitches that get stuck in our systems when we experience trauma or have other negative experiences.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: And so the chiropractor developed this for humans who can, you know, position their eyes in a certain direction and think of a feeling.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: But when it comes to infants and animals, you can't tell them to, you know, put your eyes in a certain position or breathe in a certain pattern.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: So the chiropractors adopted a specific way of applying the best technique to animals and young children.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: And it's a little bit simpler.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: It has a lot to do with kind of balancing polarity in the body, but you can also work with some of the trauma stuff that gets stuck.
- 19:22SPEAKER_01: Like I'll frequently have animals come to me who have had some kind of traumatic thing happen in their past.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: Like I can think of, there was a dog that I talked to who, when he was very little, it was sort of like a puppy mill kind of situation where he was in and it was a metal, like a metal, It's sort of like it reminds me of like a hog containment kind of metal container.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: And there was a big storm that came through.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: And because of the way the storm was rattling the metal container, like this puppy had gotten this layer of fear kind of imprinted on his energy.
- 20:03SPEAKER_01: So whenever a storm would come through, like he would get really super freaked out.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: So we did a little bit of best around that.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: And those are the kind of things, the patterns that can sometimes be released through best.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, it's been really incredible.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: I can think of, you know, there's another example of another dog that I had worked with who he had like chewed on some electric wires.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: And so he had like a little bit of an electric shock.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: And it was causing him to pee in the house a bit.
- 20:37SPEAKER_01: But it wasn't something that he could really control.
- 20:39SPEAKER_01: It was something that was in his nervous system, like something would happen that would remind of the electrocution.
- 20:46SPEAKER_01: And it was like he just couldn't he had no control over his bladder.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: And so we did a little bit of best again with him.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: And, you know, the owner keeps reporting back like, oh, yeah, there's we're not having this peeing problem anymore.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 20:59SPEAKER_01: So yeah, there are these emotional traumas just like humans that animals can go through that working with the BEST technique can really help.
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: It almost becomes like a glitch in the nervous system, if you will.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: It's almost like we can't control our reaction.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: And so using BEST and this quantum healing method really can help release some of those glitches from our nervous system.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: So it's been really amazing to see the changes in animals this way too.
- 21:33SPEAKER_03: Oh, goodness.
- 21:33SPEAKER_03: Wow, that is incredible.
- 21:36SPEAKER_03: Wow, I learned a lot.
- 21:37SPEAKER_03: That is really something.
- 21:39SPEAKER_03: I love that.
- 21:42SPEAKER_03: I had never heard about the best personally myself, and now to hear how it can help animals that have been traumatized in their lifetime.
- 21:51SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is beautiful.
- 21:53SPEAKER_03: Another question I...
- 21:56SPEAKER_03: Go ahead.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: No, it's not a very well-known technique at this point in time.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: I feel pretty lucky to have come across it because it's very gentle and non-invasive.
- 22:08SPEAKER_03: Oh, yes.
- 22:09SPEAKER_03: Oh, that just sounds incredible.
- 22:11SPEAKER_03: Well, a question I have then is can you do that through like an online video or an online Zoom with a listener if they have an animal that has had trauma before?
- 22:25SPEAKER_03: trauma in their life and they're trying to work through it.
- 22:28SPEAKER_03: Is this something you can practice online or does it have to be in person with the animals?
- 22:34SPEAKER_01: Yes, absolutely.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: We can do it remotely.
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: When I first learned the technique, they kind of discouraged people from doing it remotely, but I was kind of a mentee, I guess you could say, with another best practitioner for a couple years, and together we kind of figured out a way to be able to do it remotely.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: I use a little teddy bear as a conduit for when I'm holding the points and stuff.
- 23:01SPEAKER_01: And I did a lot of experimenting with it at first because I wasn't sure if it would work in the same way or at the same level as being in person.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: And my experience has been that it works just as well remotely as it does in person.
- 23:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is fantastic news because, I mean, then listeners anywhere may contact you through your website, which we will post your link online.
- 23:26SPEAKER_03: on this podcast and they can get in contact with you if they have just for one instance if they have an animal that has been traumatized oh I love that that is just beautiful that you can work remotely on that that is awesome
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: yeah it's been really a gift to be able to do that and I actually probably most of my work is remote I do more remote than in person so
- 23:49SPEAKER_03: yeah Oh, goodness.
- 23:50SPEAKER_03: Well, that is good to hear for our listeners because then you can be worldwide.
- 23:54SPEAKER_03: That is what is exciting about the Internet.
- 23:59SPEAKER_01: Yes, very much so.
- 24:01SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 24:02SPEAKER_03: Well, you are so busy communicating with the animals and relaying their wisdom to the world.
- 24:10SPEAKER_03: How do you balance your work and all your giving back to the animals and to others, Tracy?
- 24:18UNKNOWN: Yes.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: Well, for me, it's been a lot about not being afraid to reassess, to cancel or reschedule.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: I mean, 2020 has just been crazy.
- 24:31SPEAKER_01: You know, like life can change so quickly and what worked yesterday may not work today.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: I mean, look at how many times we had to reschedule our talk here today, you know?
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: You know, I feel like I've had to really pivot and change directions more times than I could possibly count this year But I don't feel like if I would have just kept trying to forge ahead with my original plan that I would have been able to keep going.
- 24:58SPEAKER_01: It's like if we can pivot and do it gracefully, that's even better.
- 25:05SPEAKER_01: But even if we can't pivot and do it gracefully, sometimes we should beat ourselves up for that because sometimes life is just messy and that's okay.
- 25:17SPEAKER_01: And I feel like Sometimes we just have to be really sensitive to timing and being open to the timing of things changing.
- 25:27SPEAKER_01: And doing things in the wrong timing can sometimes be bad or, if not worse, than not doing the thing at all.
- 25:34SPEAKER_01: So sometimes the right timing actually ends up looking a lot different than what our logical minds see.
- 25:42SPEAKER_01: And so...
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: I've been trying to just tune in and go with the flow as far as things that I can't control are concerned, but being really diligent about the things that are in my control.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: And, you know, this is something I feel like the animals really know about, especially the wild animals who are outside and their conditions can change at any time.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: You know, we just have to learn to pivot and be able to change directions and things.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: That's been my focus for 2020.
- 26:11SPEAKER_01: I don't know any other way to do it than that, I guess.
- 26:15SPEAKER_03: Oh, that is a beautiful way to describe it.
- 26:19SPEAKER_03: And I totally can relate because, I mean, the weather changes for the animals.
- 26:24SPEAKER_03: I think the animals are so adaptable to sudden changes because, I mean, like here in Kansas, in 24 hours, we can have four seasons and the poor animals are out there dealing with all four seasons in that short time span.
- 26:38SPEAKER_03: So, yes, that, oh, what a beautiful way.
- 26:41SPEAKER_03: What we can learn so much from the animals.
- 26:44SPEAKER_03: They have so much to give.
- 26:45SPEAKER_03: I just love that.
- 26:47SPEAKER_03: Tracy, this interview has gone so quickly.
- 26:52SPEAKER_03: I have just learned so much.
- 26:54SPEAKER_03: You have shared so many great points with the listeners.
- 26:58SPEAKER_03: This is just incredible.
- 27:00SPEAKER_03: Definitely want to bring you back again so we can focus on some more things that I had– I didn't even get through any of the notes hardly that I was going to ask you questions about.
- 27:10SPEAKER_03: This is just beautiful.
- 27:12SPEAKER_01: Oh, I'd be happy to come back and chat with you some more sometime, Joyce.
- 27:15SPEAKER_01: It's been a pleasure.
- 27:16SPEAKER_03: Oh, I would love that.
- 27:18SPEAKER_03: Well, I am going to ask you one final question is– What tools, tips, good advice would you like to leave with our listeners today as we close out this interview?
- 27:35SPEAKER_01: I think the awareness of what's going on around you and, again, the animals or different signs or signals that are showing up.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: Sometimes You know, we're going through life at this blazing speed.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: And if anything, I feel like, you know, the pandemic has helped us slow down a little bit.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: But taking that time to pay attention to the animals that are showing up around you or different sign signals that are showing up and really paying attention to them instead of just blazing past and really taking that time to, you Be in the present moment and be aware of what's happening is just so important and has made such a huge difference in my own life.
- 28:20SPEAKER_01: And as far as, like, getting the messages from the animals and stuff, too, I can see how I would just blaze past them in the past.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: And doing this work has just made me so much more open to that in the present moment.
- 28:37SPEAKER_03: Oh, those are beautiful tips and tools, yes, because we're all lifeless.
- 28:41SPEAKER_03: leads us down such a busy path that we sometimes forget to, as they say, stop and smell the roses or stop and see the animals, the sunsets.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
- 28:50SPEAKER_03: Just take in the beauty.
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 28:52SPEAKER_03: Oh, what beautiful tips to leave with our listeners today.
- 28:56SPEAKER_03: Thank you so much, Tracy.
- 28:58SPEAKER_03: I just thank you.
- 28:59SPEAKER_03: It's just been awesome.
- 29:01SPEAKER_01: Yeah, thanks so much for having me, Joyce.
- 29:03SPEAKER_01: It's been wonderful.
- 29:04SPEAKER_03: Oh, well, thank you.
- 29:05SPEAKER_03: You are so welcome.
