- 1:48Speaker 1: pushing your vision forward.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So what are the black swans that could present themselves
- 1:54Speaker 2: in twenty twenty four? In twenty twenty five, So.
- 2:00Speaker 3: I've been talking to that's entrepreneur. All of us feel
- 2:03Speaker 3: like something is happening, but no one is talking about
- 2:05Speaker 3: it. It kind of feels like twenty twenty but we haven't
- 2:08Speaker 3: had COVID present itself. So number one a major cyber attack.
- 2:13Speaker 3: We'll talk about the Netflix and Facebook stuff later, but
- 2:18Speaker 3: major cyber attack one. Taiwan had the earthquake issue number three,
- 2:22Speaker 3: labor migration issue number four, interest raight inflation, politically, globalization, energy,
- 2:30Speaker 3: and then China unraveling if we don't come to terms
- 2:33Speaker 3: together and find a way to have a healthy partnership.
- 2:37Speaker 3: So I think the cyber attack could be number one.
- 2:39Speaker 3: I know a lot of companies are talking about data
- 2:41Speaker 3: being breached. I'm going to be honest with you. I
- 2:44Speaker 3: think a lot of these companies are selling their data
- 2:45Speaker 3: because they need revenue. But there are some major cyber
- 2:49Speaker 3: attacks that have happened, like the one in Vegas last year,
- 2:54Speaker 3: and I think there'll be another one this year. So
- 2:56Speaker 3: those are the main ones that we have to worry about.
- 2:58Speaker 3: But my biggest fear of a couple of these happened together,
- 3:01Speaker 3: like a extreme weather event tied together with cyber attack.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Interest rates adjust too much, the bond market adjusts too fast.
- 3:11Speaker 3: I think it can cause hell on Earth for the
- 3:13Speaker 3: next eighteen to twenty four months.
- 3:16Speaker 2: But what do you guys think?
- 3:17Speaker 1: I think it's interesting, especially when you talked about the
- 3:21Speaker 1: Taiwan situation, because it's been in the news and I
- 3:24Speaker 1: feel like something's happening. The way that the United States
- 3:28Speaker 1: is prepared TSM to be to have founderies built in Arizona. Today,
- 3:35Speaker 1: we saw that the six point six billion dollars incentives
- 3:38Speaker 1: are going to be given to them.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I feel like something is brewing.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Something's and Wall Street Journal produced an article about the
- 3:46Speaker 1: impact if something was to happen. When we're talking about
- 3:49Speaker 1: catastrophic events, that invasion would be catastrophic not only for
- 3:54Speaker 1: their economy, but the world's economy. When you think about
- 3:57Speaker 1: especially the companies that we talk about, or Microsoft, all
- 4:01Speaker 1: of them are clients and customers. So you can imagine
- 4:04Speaker 1: if something happens to one of these these these foundaries
- 4:08Speaker 1: or these semi conductive plants, if something happens, we're talking
- 4:12Speaker 1: like catastrophic measurements are going to be shown throughout the economy,
- 4:17Speaker 1: especially in the tech space for sure.
- 4:19Speaker 2: So that's interesting.
- 4:20Speaker 1: We saw that secretary yelling is in China today, So
- 4:24Speaker 1: anytime you start seeing moving pieces like that, I think
- 4:26Speaker 1: it's important.
- 4:27Speaker 2: The other one is, I mean, I felt.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Like we had a black swan right right when we
- 4:31Speaker 1: saw the pandemic, when we saw the coronavirus or that
- 4:34Speaker 1: alleged coronavirus, right. So I noticed that you didn't put
- 4:40Speaker 1: that in there, because I've been hearing reports. I'm not
- 4:42Speaker 1: sure if you I'm sure you saw you see everything
- 4:45Speaker 1: this suspected bird flu that could be.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I forgot to even mention that. Yeah, I was.
- 4:50Speaker 1: I'm like, do you think you said cyber attack? But
- 4:54Speaker 1: could it be a bio attack again or allegedly, I.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Mean it could be.
- 5:00Speaker 3: I mean, listen, lightning struck the Statue of Liberty. Y'all
- 5:03Speaker 3: had an earthquake. TSM could have an earthquake throughout the
- 5:07Speaker 3: entire market in Kaitlin.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Clark lost all.
- 5:08Speaker 3: In one week, spooky hours, y'all like shout shout to
- 5:12Speaker 3: Don Staley, one of the greatest all times.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Out to South Carolina. Shit feels weird.
- 5:17Speaker 3: It's something like the market is steadily climbing, have a
- 5:21Speaker 3: slow pullback of the climb back up, and everyone's want
- 5:24Speaker 3: to act wants to act as if nothing is really
- 5:26Speaker 3: going on. The bird flow issues, of course, one geopolitical
- 5:30Speaker 3: stuff like Ali Baba still has not moved. I haven't
- 5:37Speaker 3: seen a picture of Jack mine two and a half.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Years he has.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Yeah, it's because every time you look, even from a
- 5:46Speaker 1: standpoint of a technical when you look at the technicals,
- 5:49Speaker 1: if you listen around, there's a commons like consensus that
- 5:52Speaker 1: oh it's it's gonna rebound next three months.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Next.
- 5:56Speaker 1: It's been going on for like three three years now
- 5:59Speaker 1: and we just haven't seen it.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah, we haven't seen it.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Then there was the talks of them dividing into six companies,
- 6:04Speaker 1: and we thought that could be beneficial. Then that gets asked,
- 6:08Speaker 1: you talked about the leadership. There's something interesting going on
- 6:12Speaker 1: with that company that I can't figure out. I can't
- 6:15Speaker 1: figure out, so it makes it very tough to look
- 6:18Speaker 1: at too it to say all right, this is something
- 6:20Speaker 1: I want to invest in, or even you know, put
- 6:22Speaker 1: a call or short on.
- 6:23Speaker 2: It's just too it's too risky for me. Yeah, I
- 6:28Speaker 2: can't do it. Keep your eyes open.
- 6:31Speaker 3: Black Swan events come at a time when you don't
- 6:34Speaker 3: expect them. I know the doom and gloomers are going
- 6:36Speaker 3: crazy right now. But as an investor, you always have
- 6:39Speaker 3: to write down first. And this is one thing that
- 6:41Speaker 3: I love that you do with shot like what can
- 6:43Speaker 3: kill the deal? Like what can make the market fall apart?
- 6:46Speaker 3: You have to know that first before you know the upside.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Protect for the downside first, but write down twenty scenarios
- 6:52Speaker 3: that could happen that can negatively affect the market. What
- 6:56Speaker 3: price you will want to get in and then take
- 6:58Speaker 3: advantage of it, for sure. But twenty nineteen, when we
- 7:01Speaker 3: kept hitting these new highs, I remember being on a
- 7:04Speaker 3: trading called a red Panther. Then like feels like something coming,
- 7:07Speaker 3: and then February happened. I remember Drew telling me, hey,
- 7:09Speaker 3: I was on the plane. He got sick death least
- 7:13Speaker 3: like three weeks he had a flu.
- 7:15Speaker 2: And then he comes coronavirus. So keep your eyes open.
- 7:19Speaker 2: Something's happening.
- 7:19Speaker 3: I don't know what it is. Maybe Robert F. Kennedy
- 7:21Speaker 3: toll tell us after he doesn't win an election, but
- 7:24Speaker 3: you know things about like Rock went on Fox News
- 7:26Speaker 3: and said, I don't endorse Biden.
- 7:28Speaker 2: I told you the Republicans came for right. They had
- 7:33Speaker 2: the weekend too with that WrestleMania though.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Absolutely, but think about that even in perspective of invests.
- 7:39Speaker 3: The Friday night event record view sixteen thousand, but investors
- 7:44Speaker 3: at twenty thousand.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Easy.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that was the first time I've seen that. You know,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you grow up watching it. It was always like that Sunday,
- 7:51Speaker 1: and yeah, this year it was like a three day,
- 7:54Speaker 1: three day on Saturday.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I'm like, what is this? Yeah, it was different. Big
- 7:57Speaker 2: time money, big time money. Oh so what happened?
- 7:59Speaker 3: You said, sixteen thousand people came to the WrestleMania to
- 8:03Speaker 3: the Friday Night NXT event, which is like a record
- 8:05Speaker 3: for them, but in their Paris and invest that's been
- 8:07Speaker 3: at twenty something thousand.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so they made it a three day weeks so
- 8:10Speaker 1: inside of an arena for Friday. Then they had the
- 8:13Speaker 1: Eagle Stadium for Saturday. Yep, like eighty thousand, and they
- 8:17Speaker 1: did it again Sunday with another eighty thousand.
- 8:19Speaker 2: So big numbers, big numbers. And I know what I
- 8:22Speaker 2: put on on Twitter.
- 8:22Speaker 3: I know it may not be reflected in the stock price,
- 8:24Speaker 3: but we have to add a conversation. Triple H and
- 8:27Speaker 3: the Rock may have to get in the war for
- 8:29Speaker 3: best turnaround, CEO and Triple H may have to get
- 8:32Speaker 3: in the war for the best finester of all time.
- 8:34Speaker 3: You took Vincent's man daughter married and took the company
- 8:36Speaker 3: from him with Black Rock, and now put out the
- 8:39Speaker 3: scandal on them, and now you've raised Supreme and.
- 8:43Speaker 2: They brought everybody back. Man. Yeah, he got to.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You got the Rocks showing up in every city, which
- 8:48Speaker 1: helps intendance and helped you could bring up the prices.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You brought the other taker back. You brought John Cena back.
- 8:53Speaker 2: It was a how you got Austin. That was the
- 8:58Speaker 2: one that was nicknamed. That was the only one he
- 9:01Speaker 2: was missing.
- 9:02Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 9:05Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 9:09Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 9:14Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 9:18Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 9:21Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 9:25Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 9:30Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 9:34Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 9:37Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fined nearly
- 9:41Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 9:45Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 9:48Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 9:57Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
