This is a story about an old lady who is sleeping in the afternoon in her house. Her daughter-in-law is pregnant for her 3rd child. The first child, a boy is dressed as a girl and comes running towards Patti and falls on her. Woken up suddenly by this event the lady shouts "Kamali" a name which no one has heard before.
