Mega Edition: How Jeffrey Epstein Utilized The Modeling Industry To Abuse Women And Girls (7/20/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. It always began the same way, with the
0:06
Speaker 1: story designed to seduce without a single touch. In Jeffrey
0:10
Speaker 1: Epstein's world, the opening act wasn't a sexual advance, but
0:14
Speaker 1: an invitation to a dream. It was tailored with precision
0:18
Speaker 1: to fit the fantasies of the young women he and
0:20
Speaker 1: his network targeted. He understood that glamour was a drug
0:24
Speaker 1: and modeling was its purest form. The idea of crossing
0:29
Speaker 1: borders into a new life, of being photographed in designer
0:32
Speaker 1: close and whist into a world of wealth and influence,
0:36
Speaker 1: was intoxicating. It disarmed the cautious, muted the skeptical, and
0:40
Speaker 1: replaced fear with ambition. And it turns out it was
0:44
Speaker 1: the oldest con in the book. Wrap the cajue in gold,
0:47
Speaker 1: and the bird will step inside on its own. The
0:51
Speaker 1: pitch carried and almost cinematic quality. Epstein's people, usually women themselves,
0:56
Speaker 1: would approach a perspective recruit with the easy confidence of
0:59
Speaker 1: someone holding the keys to a secret world. You have
1:03
Speaker 1: the look, They'd say, I scanning, as though confirming the prize.
1:08
Speaker 1: They'd speak of shoots in New York, Miami, Paris. They
1:12
Speaker 1: dropped names, photographers, designers, even brands like Victoria's Secret to
1:17
Speaker 1: give the fantasy bones. For a girl in a cramped
1:21
Speaker 1: apartment in Eastern Europe or South America, struggling to pay
1:25
Speaker 1: rent and imagining escape, it felt like destiny knocking. What
1:29
Speaker 1: they didn't see was the trapdoor beneath the welcome matt
1:33
Speaker 1: The machinery was built to keep these lies believable. Epstein's
1:37
Speaker 1: modeling contacts weren't vague suggestions. They were real people, real agencies,
1:42
Speaker 1: real flights booked under legitimate sounding reasons. Women like Sarah
1:47
Speaker 1: Kellen and Leslie Groff handled the details with efficiency of
1:51
Speaker 1: personal assistance, yet their roles were closer to field operatives.
1:55
Speaker 1: They managed introductions, travel arrangements, and just enough luck sure
2:00
Speaker 1: to convince the recruit she was in safe professional hands.
2:04
Speaker 1: That trust was the most valuable currency Epstein could acquire,
2:08
Speaker 1: more powerful than the stacks of cash. He also controlled
2:11
Speaker 1: without limit. On the surface, modeling was a perfect cover.
2:15
Speaker 1: It explained why a nineteen year old from Slovakia might
2:18
Speaker 1: arrive at JFK Airport with nothing but a Duffel bag
2:21
Speaker 1: and a portfolio. It justified her visa application, her sudden
2:25
Speaker 1: presence in luxury apartments, and her proximity to powerful men.
2:30
Speaker 1: If anyone asked, the answer was simple, she was chasing
2:33
Speaker 1: her career. But Epstein's operation didn't rely on simple toaurus
2:38
Speaker 1: visas alone. The deeper you look, the clearer it becomes
2:42
Speaker 1: that immigration loopholes were as essential to his system as
2:45
Speaker 1: private planes or locked bedroom doors. Investigators in the US
2:51
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands would later uncover pieces of this secondary scheme,
2:55
Speaker 1: one that revolved not around cameras and runways, but around
2:58
Speaker 1: paperwork and legal slag of hand. Court filings described how
3:03
Speaker 1: Epstein's executors, Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn, approved millions in
3:07
Speaker 1: payments to women who bore Eastern European names, many of
3:11
Speaker 1: whom had suspiciously short modeling resumes. Some payments were for rent,
3:16
Speaker 1: some for tuition, others for travel or consulting. Labels as
3:20
Speaker 1: vague as they were convenient. Buried among those transactions were
3:25
Speaker 1: payments to an immigration lawyer known for arranging same sex
3:29
Speaker 1: marriages between foreign women and American women in Epstein's circle.
3:34
Speaker 1: These marriages weren't about companionship. They were a transactional exchange
3:39
Speaker 1: immigration status in return for silence, compliance, and in many cases,
3:44
Speaker 1: continued participation. In Epstein's world, a sham marriage is one
3:48
Speaker 1: of the most difficult types of immigration fraud to detect.
3:52
Speaker 1: Once the paperwork is filed, the government tends to take
3:55
Speaker 1: the union at faith value. For Epstein, that meant that
3:58
Speaker 1: a victim could stay in the US and definitely free
4:01
Speaker 1: to travel with them without the risk of visa expirations
4:04
Speaker 1: or awkward customs questions. It also meant she remained in
4:08
Speaker 1: his jurisdiction, close enough to control, far from home, and
4:12
Speaker 1: legally entangled. The Victoria's secret angle made everything more convincing.
4:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's connection to Leslie Wexner, the brand's founder, wasn't just financial,
4:21
Speaker 1: it was reputational gold, and he leveraged that association like
4:26
Speaker 1: a master card shark, flashing a winning hand. I can
4:29
Speaker 1: get you in the door, he'd imply, and sometimes say outright.
4:33
Speaker 1: Even seasoned models were dazzled by the promise of a
4:36
Speaker 1: lingerie contract, and immigration officers were unlikely to doubt a
4:41
Speaker 1: young woman whose paperwork was dressed up with the credibility
4:44
Speaker 1: of a world famous brand. Little Saint James Epstein's Private
4:48
Speaker 1: Island was another stage set in the illusion in photos
4:52
Speaker 1: that looked like a billionaire's tropical playground, sunlit beaches, cocktails,
4:56
Speaker 1: and beautiful women in swimsuits. But those images served a
5:00
Speaker 1: darker purpose. They normalized the constant presence of young women
5:04
Speaker 1: around Epstein, creating a visual alibi that could be presented
5:08
Speaker 1: as proof of work trips or bran retreats if anyone asked.
5:13
Speaker 1: They also reinforced to the women themselves that they were
5:16
Speaker 1: a part of something glamorous and exclusive, even if they
5:19
Speaker 1: were being isolated from the outside world. Jean Luke Brunel
5:23
Speaker 1: was a critical cog in this machinery. As a French
5:26
Speaker 1: modeling agent, he had access to a constant supply of
5:29
Speaker 1: young talent eager to break into the industry. According to
5:33
Speaker 1: survivor accounts, Brunell funneled many of these women directly to Epstein.
5:38
Speaker 1: The partnership was mutually beneficial. Brunell got a powerful patron
5:43
Speaker 1: and Epstein got an international recruitment arm with legitimate cover.
5:47
Speaker 1: When Brunell was eventually arrested in France on charges of
5:51
Speaker 1: rape and trafficking miners, his potential testimony threatened to open
5:55
Speaker 1: the floodgate of information about how visas and modeling contracts
5:59
Speaker 1: were intertwined in the trafficking trade. His death by suicide
6:03
Speaker 1: in prison silenced those answers forever. Meanwhile, survivors like Virginia
6:08
Speaker 1: Roberts have filled in the human dimension of what these
6:11
Speaker 1: arrangements meant. Roberts recalls being groomed under the guise of opportunity,
6:16
Speaker 1: flown internationally and introduced to international figures. In reality, every
6:21
Speaker 1: leg of her journey was part of a control pipeline
6:24
Speaker 1: designed to keep her available to Epstein and his associates.
6:28
Speaker 1: The legitimacy of modeling work and the visas or marriage
6:31
Speaker 1: certificates that accompanied it was just the camouflage. Immigration systems,
6:37
Speaker 1: already stretched thin, proved remarkably easy to exploit. A well
6:41
Speaker 1: crafted invitation letter from a supposed agency, an airline ticket
6:45
Speaker 1: purchased by an own businessman, and a credible sounding job
6:49
Speaker 1: title were often enough to pass muster. Once in the US,
6:53
Speaker 1: the women's legal presence became another type of control. If
6:57
Speaker 1: she defied Epstein, he could threaten to revoke her sponsor
7:00
Speaker 1: terminate the marriage arrangement, or expose the fraudulent nature of
7:04
Speaker 1: her visa. The very documents meant to protect residency could
7:08
Speaker 1: be turned into a weapon to keep her silent, and
7:11
Speaker 1: the sham marriages carried their own dark efficiency. Unlike a
7:15
Speaker 1: Torus visa or a work permit, a marriage based green
7:18
Speaker 1: card was far more durable. It tied the victim to
7:21
Speaker 1: an address, a partner, and a set of legal obligations
7:24
Speaker 1: that were difficult to escape. It also bought Epstein's network
7:28
Speaker 1: time years in some cases, to continue exploiting her under
7:32
Speaker 1: the radar. The marriage could end quietly after the immigration
7:36
Speaker 1: benefits were secured, but by then the damage emotional, physical,
7:41
Speaker 1: and psychological was already done. And the money trail is
7:46
Speaker 1: where the mask starts. To slip. Payments to immigration lawyers,
7:50
Speaker 1: hotel chains, universities, and even luxury car dealerships tell a
7:54
Speaker 1: story of meticulous logistics. Every perk had a purpose housing
7:59
Speaker 1: a victim near one of Epstein's properties, enrolling her in
8:02
Speaker 1: courses to occupy her time, or awarding those who facilitated
8:06
Speaker 1: the system. These expenses were disguised as generosity, but in
8:12
Speaker 1: truth they were infrastructure costs for criminal enterprise. When investigators
8:17
Speaker 1: finally pieced together parts of the picture, it wasn't through
8:21
Speaker 1: a single dramatic revelation. It came through scraps, bank transfers, emails,
8:26
Speaker 1: sworn depositions, and survivor memories. Together, they reveal a scheme
8:31
Speaker 1: that was much more about manipulating legal framework as it
8:34
Speaker 1: is about exploiting human vulnerability. Brunell's abrupt death in custody
8:39
Speaker 1: mirrored Epstein's own and left a vacuum in the record
8:43
Speaker 1: without his testimony. The full scale of the visa pipeline
8:46
Speaker 1: and how it connected to agencies in government offices remains
8:49
Speaker 1: frustratingly out of reach for survivors. It was another stolen
8:54
Speaker 1: chance of justice, another reminder that the men who knew
8:57
Speaker 1: the most often escape accountability in ways that look suspiciously
9:02
Speaker 1: convenient and look, this was never an opportunistic crime. It
9:07
Speaker 1: was architecture. Every element the model, cover, the visa process,
9:11
Speaker 1: the marriages, the travel routes, was part of a blueprint.
9:15
Speaker 1: Epstein didn't just stumble into these tactics. He built them,
9:18
Speaker 1: funded them, and refined them over years, testing vulnerabilities and
9:23
Speaker 1: systems until he could use them like tools in a kit. Now,
9:27
Speaker 1: for the women, the nightmare was multi layered. Many had
9:30
Speaker 1: left families and countries behind, believing they were chasing a
9:33
Speaker 1: once in a lifetime opportunity. Instead, they found themselves legally
9:37
Speaker 1: tethered to strangers, dependent on the very people abusing them,
9:41
Speaker 1: and without the resources or knowledge to fight back. Even
9:45
Speaker 1: if they had escaped the physical environment. The legal traps
9:48
Speaker 1: Epstein had set, fraudulent paperwork, conditional visas, sham marriages followed them,
9:54
Speaker 1: and the model visas and fake marriages weren't just auxiliary tricks.
9:59
Speaker 1: They were a cord to keep Epstein's supply chain full
10:01
Speaker 1: and is victims compliant. They show how a predator with
10:06
Speaker 1: enough money and influence can twist immigration law into an
10:09
Speaker 1: instrument of exploitation. It's a story that extends far beyond Epstein,
10:14
Speaker 1: raising questions about how many other operations hide behind the
10:18
Speaker 1: glossy mask of the modeling industry. And one of the
10:21
Speaker 1: most disturbing truths is this, for every woman who came forward,
10:25
Speaker 1: there are likely many more whose identities and stories remain
10:29
Speaker 1: buried in sealed immigration files, closed bank accounts, and expired passports,
10:35
Speaker 1: ghosts of a system that was built to serve the predator,
10:37
Speaker 1: not the prey. And what makes Epstein's model visa pipeline
10:41
Speaker 1: so disturbing is in only the individual stories. It's the
10:45
Speaker 1: sheer invisibility of the whole thing. Immigration records are shielded
10:49
Speaker 1: by privacy laws, and marriage fraud cases are rarely prosecuted
10:53
Speaker 1: unless they become politically convenient headlines. That meant Epstein's shadow
10:58
Speaker 1: marriages and suspect visa arrangements could run for years without
11:02
Speaker 1: drawing the slightest attention from law enforcement, even after his death.
11:06
Speaker 1: Piecing together which women came through these channels is like
11:10
Speaker 1: chasing smoke through a maze of sealed government files. The
11:14
Speaker 1: more investigators look, the clearer it became that Epstein's strategy
11:18
Speaker 1: thrived in the cracks between agencies. Immigration enforcement operates separately
11:23
Speaker 1: from local police, and visa fraud is often treated as
11:26
Speaker 1: an administrative matter rather than a criminal one. That gave
11:30
Speaker 1: him the perfect storm. A network of women who appeared
11:33
Speaker 1: legally entitled to be in the US, with paperwork that
11:37
Speaker 1: discouraged deeper digging, and a society that rarely questions why
11:41
Speaker 1: so many models in their late teens are suddenly clustered
11:44
Speaker 1: in the orbit of a single, much older man. All right,
11:48
Speaker 1: we're going to wrap up episode one right here, and
11:50
Speaker 1: in the next episode we're going to pick up where
11:52
Speaker 1: we left off. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
11:55
Speaker 1: episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going
11:59
Speaker 1: to up where we left off with Jeffrey Epstein and
12:03
Speaker 1: his manipulation of the modeling industry. For those caught inside
12:08
Speaker 1: the trap, the psychological warfare was relentless. Epstein's recruiters and
12:13
Speaker 1: enforcers would remind the women that their right to stay
12:16
Speaker 1: in the country depended on his good will. If they
12:19
Speaker 1: resisted or tried to escape, he could make a phone
12:22
Speaker 1: call to an immigration attorney or file a document with
12:25
Speaker 1: the USCIS that would unravel their legal status. And it
12:29
Speaker 1: wasn't just idle bluffing. The women knew that their paperwork
12:32
Speaker 1: was precarious. In that fear, Epstein found an unbreakable leash.
12:37
Speaker 1: Some survivors have quietly suggested that sham marriages were only
12:41
Speaker 1: one method of cementing control. Others hint at sponsorship debts,
12:45
Speaker 1: where Epstein or an associate would pay for visa applications,
12:49
Speaker 1: travel and living expenses, then hold the total over the
12:53
Speaker 1: woman's head like a bill she could never fully repay.
12:57
Speaker 1: The debt wasn't just financial, it was emotional and legal.
13:01
Speaker 1: It said you're here because of me, and you'll stay
13:04
Speaker 1: here as long as I allow it. The structure mirrored
13:07
Speaker 1: the way trafficking networks operate in other industries, particularly in
13:11
Speaker 1: low wage labor markets. It was the same core tactic,
13:15
Speaker 1: find a vulnerable person desperate for opportunity, offer them a
13:19
Speaker 1: legal way in, and then use that legal pathway as
13:22
Speaker 1: a weapon to keep them compliant. The difference in Epstein's
13:25
Speaker 1: case was the veneer of luxury. This wasn't about harvesting
13:29
Speaker 1: crops or cleaning houses. It was about projecting the image
13:32
Speaker 1: of a glamorous, upward bound career, even as the reality
13:36
Speaker 1: was far darker, and in that darkness, Brunell's involvement remains
13:41
Speaker 1: one of the most glaring black holes in the narrative.
13:44
Speaker 1: His agencies had long been criticized for pushing very young
13:47
Speaker 1: models into adult markets, a practice that skirts the edge
13:51
Speaker 1: of legality even without trafficking allegations. Survivors have described how
13:56
Speaker 1: Brunel would arrange for girls to travel to Epstein's properties
13:59
Speaker 1: on un to the guise of building their portfolios. Once
14:03
Speaker 1: the victims were in Epstein's hands, the modeling pretense would vanish.
14:07
Speaker 1: Whether those trips were backed by legitimate visas or shadier
14:11
Speaker 1: arrangements remains a question that died with him in that paracel.
14:16
Speaker 1: There is also the question of scale. Was this visa
14:19
Speaker 1: and marriage scheme limited to a handful of women at
14:22
Speaker 1: any given time, or was it a conveyor belt running
14:25
Speaker 1: in parallel with Epstein's domestic recruitment of American miners. Financial
14:31
Speaker 1: records hint at volume, too many payments, too many names
14:34
Speaker 1: for this to have been a small side operation. The
14:38
Speaker 1: flow of money to immigration lawyers and women's accounts suggests
14:41
Speaker 1: a steady churn of new arrivals, each one replacing the
14:44
Speaker 1: last as she aged out of Epstein's preferred range or
14:48
Speaker 1: became too difficult to control. Former USVII Attorney General Denise
14:53
Speaker 1: George investigation painted the clearest partial picture. Her office alleged
14:58
Speaker 1: that the estate continued paying women even after Epstein's death,
15:02
Speaker 1: some of whom had been involved in the sham arrangements.
15:06
Speaker 1: Whether this was hush money, ongoing support, or simply an
15:09
Speaker 1: obligation tied to legal agreements is unclear, but it points
15:14
Speaker 1: to a network that was meant to survive the man himself,
15:16
Speaker 1: a structure designed to run quietly in the background, no
15:20
Speaker 1: matter who was officially in charge. And that's one of
15:23
Speaker 1: the more chilling realizations. Epstein didn't just build a personal
15:27
Speaker 1: empire of abuse. He built systems that could outlive them.
15:30
Speaker 1: The modeling cover, the immigration, lawyer connections, the marriages. They
15:34
Speaker 1: were modular pieces, capable of functioning even if the central
15:38
Speaker 1: figure was gone. That's the mark of a man who
15:41
Speaker 1: didn't see his crimes as fragile or temporary. He saw
15:45
Speaker 1: them as self sustaining. And yet, for all the complexity,
15:50
Speaker 1: the vulnerability of the victims was heartbreakingly simple. Most came
15:54
Speaker 1: from places where opportunity was scarce, and leaving home men
15:58
Speaker 1: taking enormous risk. When someone offered them a golden ticket,
16:02
Speaker 1: backed by money, connections and the sheine of legitimacy, they
16:05
Speaker 1: said yes because the alternative was staying behind with nothing.
16:11
Speaker 1: The tragedy is that they traded one form of entrapment
16:14
Speaker 1: for another, and by the time they realized the truth,
16:17
Speaker 1: the door had already closed behind them. Inside Epstein's world,
16:21
Speaker 1: the lines between victim, accomplice and prisoner blurred. Some women
16:25
Speaker 1: who had been brought in through the visa channels later
16:29
Speaker 1: became recruiters themselves, either out of coercion or in the
16:32
Speaker 1: hope of earning favor. That's part of why unraveling this
16:35
Speaker 1: scheme is so difficult. The role shifted constantly, and yesterday's
16:39
Speaker 1: victim could become today's enforcer. It was a cycle that
16:43
Speaker 1: both perpetuated and concealed the abuse. Even now, law enforcement
16:48
Speaker 1: faces an uphill battle in connecting the dots. Immigration records
16:52
Speaker 1: are siloed, marriage records are scattered across jurisdictions, and the
16:56
Speaker 1: very nature of visa fraud means it often leaves no
16:59
Speaker 1: obvious criminal trace, just perfectly stamped documents with smiling photos
17:04
Speaker 1: and official seals. Without insider testimony, it's almost impossible to
17:09
Speaker 1: prove that the paperwork was a lie, which is why
17:13
Speaker 1: the deaths of key players like Epstein and Brunel feel
17:15
Speaker 1: less like coincidence and more like destruction of evidence. Each
17:19
Speaker 1: of them carried decades of knowledge about how these pipelines worked,
17:23
Speaker 1: who facilitated them, and who else might have been benefiting
17:26
Speaker 1: from them. Now that knowledge is locked away forever, and
17:30
Speaker 1: the paper trail alone may never be enough to tell
17:32
Speaker 1: us the full story. What we do know is this,
17:36
Speaker 1: the visa and marriage component wasn't just some tangible side hustle.
17:41
Speaker 1: It was infrastructure just as important to Epstein's operation as
17:45
Speaker 1: the mansions, the jets, and the secrecy agreements. Without it,
17:49
Speaker 1: he couldn't have maintained such a steady supply of women
17:52
Speaker 1: from overseas. With it, he could operate with the confidence
17:56
Speaker 1: that his inventory, as cold as that word is, wouldn't
17:59
Speaker 1: dry up. The survivors who did manage to break free
18:02
Speaker 1: often paid a steve price. Some returned to their home
18:05
Speaker 1: countries in shame, unable to explain what had happened. Others
18:09
Speaker 1: remained in the US, living with constant fear that their
18:12
Speaker 1: immigration status could be challenged if the truth came out.
18:16
Speaker 1: For many, the trauma was compounded by the sense that
18:19
Speaker 1: they had been legally erased. PaperWorks said they were married, employed,
18:23
Speaker 1: or contracted for work, but none of that reflected the
18:26
Speaker 1: nightmare that they had endured, and in a story with
18:29
Speaker 1: perverse elements, this might be the most perverse element of all.
18:33
Speaker 1: Epstein used the law not just to shield himself, but
18:37
Speaker 1: to rewrite the reality of his victims' lives. On paper,
18:40
Speaker 1: they weren't captives. There were models, spouses, professionals. That official
18:44
Speaker 1: fiction didn't just hide the abuse from authorities, it undermined
18:48
Speaker 1: the credibility of the women themselves. If they spoke out,
18:51
Speaker 1: they had to explain why their own documents told a
18:54
Speaker 1: different story. And so the scheme becomes more than just
18:57
Speaker 1: a case study in trafficking. It's an indictment of how
19:00
Speaker 1: easily systems meant to protect can be repurposed to harm.
19:05
Speaker 1: Visa programs, marriage laws, and professional credentials, all of them
19:09
Speaker 1: can be twisted into chains when placed in the hands
19:11
Speaker 1: of someone willing to exploit every loophole. Epstein wasn't unique
19:16
Speaker 1: in that regard. He was simply better resourced, better connected,
19:20
Speaker 1: and utterly without a conscience. The lasting question is how
19:24
Speaker 1: much of this network still exists, dormant but intact. The
19:28
Speaker 1: lawyers are still practicing, the recruiters, some of them, are
19:31
Speaker 1: still free. The modeling agencies continue to operate, their books
19:35
Speaker 1: scrubbed of inconvenient names, And somewhere in a government file
19:39
Speaker 1: cabinet there are marriage certificates and visa applications that tell
19:43
Speaker 1: the story in code. A story that decoded would reveal
19:47
Speaker 1: just how far Epstein's reach extended beyond his own lifetime,
19:52
Speaker 1: and to me, what emerges from all of this is
19:54
Speaker 1: a portrait of a man who understood systems not in
19:57
Speaker 1: the way a statesman or engineer does, but in the
20:00
Speaker 1: way of predators studies the habits of his prey. Epstein's
20:04
Speaker 1: model visas scheme was never a crude smuggling operation. It
20:08
Speaker 1: was a slow, deliberate manipulation of legal frameworks, social ambitions,
20:13
Speaker 1: and personal vulnerabilities. Every fake marriage certificate, every rehearsed immigration interview,
20:20
Speaker 1: every staged audition was a gear in a machine that
20:23
Speaker 1: was built to look harmless from the outside, and because
20:26
Speaker 1: it looked harmless, it ran without challenge for years. The
20:30
Speaker 1: real genius, if the word can be used for something
20:33
Speaker 1: so vile, was in the layering of legitimacy, modeling agencies,
20:38
Speaker 1: high profile brand associations, prestigious addresses, even philanthropic connections. All
20:44
Speaker 1: of it formed a scaffolding around the abuse. The modeling
20:48
Speaker 1: pretext explained the travel, the visas and marriages explained the residency,
20:52
Speaker 1: and the money smoothed over any questions that might arise.
20:56
Speaker 1: By the time anyone glimpsed the truth, the victims were
20:59
Speaker 1: legally and so entangled in ways that made escape almost impossible.
21:04
Speaker 1: In the aftermath of Epstein's death, there has been a
21:07
Speaker 1: rush to close the book on his crimes to treat
21:09
Speaker 1: his network as something that died with him, but the
21:12
Speaker 1: visa and marriage component shows why that's a dangerous illusion.
21:17
Speaker 1: This was never about one man's appetites. It was about
21:20
Speaker 1: a structure that others could inherit, adapt and run in
21:24
Speaker 1: their own image. The infrastructure is still out there, in
21:27
Speaker 1: the lawyers who handled the paperwork, the recruiters who sourced
21:30
Speaker 1: the women, and the agencies that turned the blind eye
21:33
Speaker 1: in exchange for access and favors for the survivors, justice
21:38
Speaker 1: remains painfully incomplete. Many are still living under the weight
21:41
Speaker 1: of fraudulent marriages, expired work permits, or unresolved immigration status.
21:47
Speaker 1: Some cannot return home without explaining years of their lives
21:51
Speaker 1: they wish they could erase. Others have rebuilt their lives
21:54
Speaker 1: on new continents, but carry knowledge that their own escape
21:58
Speaker 1: came at the cost of others still trapped. The law,
22:01
Speaker 1: which should have been their shield, was instead forged into
22:04
Speaker 1: the very chains that bound them, and so the real
22:08
Speaker 1: conclusion is not one of closure, but of warning. The
22:11
Speaker 1: Epstein case, stripped of its tabloid sheen, is a study
22:15
Speaker 1: in how exploitation thrives in the spaces where legality and
22:18
Speaker 1: legitimacy intersect. The model visa scheme wasn't an aberration, it
22:24
Speaker 1: was a blueprint. And unless those systems are exposed and
22:27
Speaker 1: fortified against predators who can manipulate them, there will always
22:31
Speaker 1: be another Epstein waiting in the wings, ready to run
22:34
Speaker 1: the same playbook, just under a different name. All of
22:37
Speaker 1: the information that goes with this episode can be found
22:40
Speaker 1: in the description box. We're gonna keep on keeping on
22:44
Speaker 1: talking about Indike and con this morning and the fact
22:48
Speaker 1: that they were involved in arranged marriages with Jeffrey Epstein
22:54
Speaker 1: and these trafficked girls. Now we have known this for
22:58
Speaker 1: quite some time, right, but it is a whole other
23:02
Speaker 1: story when we see it in court documents. I don't
23:05
Speaker 1: know how much more I can drive that point home.
23:10
Speaker 1: When we actually have the receipts for this stuff, it
23:13
Speaker 1: becomes that much more real. When people can sit down
23:16
Speaker 1: and read about this and see the court documents for
23:20
Speaker 1: themselves and know that things are moving in the proper direction,
23:24
Speaker 1: it has a much bigger impact than somebody reporting on it.
23:31
Speaker 1: So with this new revelation down in the United States
23:36
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, the new information coming out that Endike and
23:42
Speaker 1: Khan have been called captains of sex trafficking. Not my words,
23:47
Speaker 1: by the way, those are the words and the language
23:50
Speaker 1: used in the filing put on the books by Denise George.
23:54
Speaker 1: So again everything we have speculated about here has come
24:02
Speaker 1: true for the most part. Now, of course, not everything right.
24:06
Speaker 1: There's a lot going on in this case, but the
24:08
Speaker 1: meat and potatoes of this case, everything that we have
24:12
Speaker 1: talked about has come to fruition and you see it
24:15
Speaker 1: here again with Indike and Khan. And like I said yesterday,
24:19
Speaker 1: I believe that this is foreshadowing and that we're going
24:23
Speaker 1: to see this sort of thing rear its ugly head
24:26
Speaker 1: once again in the criminal portion of this case with
24:30
Speaker 1: Gilain Maxwell. Indike and Khan are two people that I
24:39
Speaker 1: believe the Feds can really press here. They already have
24:44
Speaker 1: mad dirt on Indyke for him with the whole structuring
24:47
Speaker 1: situation that alone can get him charged and get him
24:51
Speaker 1: slapped with a Holdham charge as they build a case
24:54
Speaker 1: against him, But for some reason they're still letting him
24:57
Speaker 1: run around and stay free. Now my only guess is
25:03
Speaker 1: they are continuing to work on the indictment and the
25:10
Speaker 1: overall case and they want to make sure that all
25:13
Speaker 1: of their ducks are in a row before they unleash
25:16
Speaker 1: the indictments on these people. But with this new information
25:20
Speaker 1: from the Virgin Islands, you have to think that the
25:24
Speaker 1: writing most certainly is on the wall, especially when explosive
25:29
Speaker 1: rhetoric like calling these two dudes captains of sex trafficking
25:34
Speaker 1: is used. There's no going back from that. There's no
25:40
Speaker 1: softening up those words. Those words are what they are.
25:44
Speaker 1: She basically just said that these dudes are capito regimes
25:47
Speaker 1: in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise, point and blank period. Alison Moe,
25:52
Speaker 1: are you listening? SDNY, Are you listening, Judge Nathan, are
25:57
Speaker 1: you listening? Let's get this ball rolling, and let's get
26:02
Speaker 1: a full blown, overbearing rico case dropped on all of
26:10
Speaker 1: their heads. Our article this morning is from the New
26:15
Speaker 1: York Post and the headline is Epstein financiers forced his
26:20
Speaker 1: survivors into arranged marriages lawsuit alleges. This article is authored
26:27
Speaker 1: by Priscilla de Gregory and Ben Feurhard. The longtime financiers
26:35
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein's estate were hit with a lawsuit by
26:37
Speaker 1: authorities in the Virgin Islands on Wednesday, alleging they facilitated
26:42
Speaker 1: his sick lifestyle by forcing his survivors into arranged marriages
26:47
Speaker 1: to secure their immigration to the United States. Now think
26:52
Speaker 1: about that for a minute. First and foremost, For as
26:56
Speaker 1: much shit as the United States gets, and for as
26:59
Speaker 1: much as we trash it, I mean, let's be real,
27:04
Speaker 1: everybody around the world is falling head over heels to
27:07
Speaker 1: come to the United States, even being willing to be
27:10
Speaker 1: involved in sham marriages to get here. So as much
27:15
Speaker 1: as we're critical of the United States, the idea that
27:20
Speaker 1: it's built on is what I love, what it can be,
27:24
Speaker 1: and what it could be is what I love. What
27:27
Speaker 1: I don't love is the shitbag government officials that have
27:31
Speaker 1: been elected that have continuously destroyed the pathway to the
27:38
Speaker 1: United States being everything that it should be. Epstein preferred
27:47
Speaker 1: women who didn't speak English because they spoke less. According
27:51
Speaker 1: to the updated civil complaint filed by the US Virgin
27:54
Speaker 1: Islands Attorney General, which accuses Darren Endyke and Richard Kahn,
27:59
Speaker 1: the co executor of Epstein's estate, of being captains in
28:03
Speaker 1: his criminal enterprise. So just them being named as captains
28:07
Speaker 1: in this criminal enterprise should be enough to get them
28:12
Speaker 1: yanked off of this as executors of this estate. I
28:17
Speaker 1: don't understand how that has not happened so far. Furthermore,
28:20
Speaker 1: I don't understand how these two morons were ever allowed
28:25
Speaker 1: to be the executors of this estate, considering everything that
28:30
Speaker 1: everybody has known about them, how they were connected at
28:33
Speaker 1: Epstein's hip, were in Epstein's hip pocket, were the ones
28:36
Speaker 1: that were facilitating all of these deals, signing off on it,
28:40
Speaker 1: and according to these reports, involved in even you would
28:45
Speaker 1: think basically forced sham marriages to get people's citizenship. So
28:51
Speaker 1: not only were they scamming and plotting financially, but they
28:57
Speaker 1: were also engaged in immigration fraud. Well, one of Epstein's
29:05
Speaker 1: survivors was flown by the multi millionaire pedophile and his
29:09
Speaker 1: business partners from New York to Palm Beach to his
29:12
Speaker 1: private island dozens of times between two thousand and four
29:16
Speaker 1: and twenty and seventeen, AG's office claims in the suit. So,
29:23
Speaker 1: according to this suit, one of Epstein's survivors was ferried
29:28
Speaker 1: around between Epstein's properties for thirteen years to be abused.
29:34
Speaker 1: According to this suit, and obviously Indike and Khan knew
29:39
Speaker 1: the score, they knew what was up. These two dudes
29:43
Speaker 1: were involved with everything that Epstein had going on. These
29:47
Speaker 1: two dudes were as close to Epstein as you could
29:52
Speaker 1: possibly get. And when it comes to Indyke, he was
29:56
Speaker 1: as close to Epstein as anyone. In my opinion, I
30:00
Speaker 1: don't think Epstein trusted anyone as much as he trusted Indyke,
30:03
Speaker 1: not even Maxwell. So I contend that Indyke is a very,
30:09
Speaker 1: very huge key to the puzzle here, and I think
30:12
Speaker 1: that he really needs to be pressed and they need
30:15
Speaker 1: to really go hard on this dude. Come at him
30:18
Speaker 1: with all kinds of charges, have him staring down a
30:21
Speaker 1: life sentence or multiple life sentences even, and then press
30:26
Speaker 1: the shit out of him until he breaks, make him
30:29
Speaker 1: sing a song like has never been heard before, because again,
30:36
Speaker 1: he's not built for this shit, all right, And all
30:38
Speaker 1: of the stuff that he was involved in, he was
30:42
Speaker 1: a glue piece, folks. He held everything together. This is
30:45
Speaker 1: the kind of person that is a prosecutor's dream to
30:49
Speaker 1: get in front of them, sat down in an office
30:52
Speaker 1: and then to go to work. The question is when
30:57
Speaker 1: is that going to occur. During the latter part of
31:02
Speaker 1: his period, she was forced into an arranged marriage to
31:06
Speaker 1: another survivor that was facilitated by defendant co executor Indyke
31:11
Speaker 1: to prevent the other victim from being deported. The complaint states,
31:16
Speaker 1: so Indyke was just hugely involved in all of this
31:20
Speaker 1: back room dealing, getting these immigration deals knocked out, making
31:24
Speaker 1: sure that these girls were able to stay in America,
31:27
Speaker 1: so that they were able to be put to work here, right,
31:30
Speaker 1: so Jeffrey Epstein could do his thing, abuse them, farm
31:36
Speaker 1: them out to his friends so that he could get information,
31:40
Speaker 1: and who knows what other sorts of devious, disgustingness was
31:45
Speaker 1: going on behind the shadows. One thing I do know, though,
31:48
Speaker 1: is that Indyke was hugely responsible for all of this occurring.
31:53
Speaker 1: And that's not even an opinion at this point. Just
31:56
Speaker 1: look at his name and signature on all of these documents,
31:59
Speaker 1: and then take a look at what Denise George has
32:02
Speaker 1: labeled them. Epstein allegedly forced three female American survivors into
32:09
Speaker 1: marriage with foreign survivors using a threat of reputational and
32:13
Speaker 1: bodily harm if they did not agree to the unions
32:16
Speaker 1: or tried to opt out of them. The pseud alleges
32:19
Speaker 1: so Indike and Cohn were involved in peddling threats and
32:24
Speaker 1: all sorts of other devious, disgusting shit to onto these
32:28
Speaker 1: girls if they didn't comply, if they didn't get down
32:31
Speaker 1: with the plan, if they didn't marry somebody so that
32:33
Speaker 1: they could keep their citizenship. Once again, these girls and
32:39
Speaker 1: everybody in Epstein's atmosphere are just pieces on a chessboard
32:45
Speaker 1: to be moved around. In each instance, Indike and Khan
32:51
Speaker 1: knowingly facilitated the fraudulent and coerced marriages, performing and securing
32:56
Speaker 1: the legal and accounting work involved, and enabling fraud that
33:00
Speaker 1: would further bind Epstein's survivors to him and enable Epstein
33:05
Speaker 1: to continue to control and abuse these victims sexually. The
33:09
Speaker 1: complaint states, co conspirators is what these people are. Okay,
33:15
Speaker 1: let's just call them what Denise George calls them. Captains
33:18
Speaker 1: of sex, of the sex trafficking industry. That's what they are.
33:25
Speaker 1: They're not executors of the estate. There were people that
33:28
Speaker 1: were involved on the ground floor with Jeffrey Epstein, and
33:33
Speaker 1: they helped facilitate not only the abuse but basically the
33:37
Speaker 1: imprisonment of these girls that got wrapped up with them.
33:45
Speaker 1: And how with all of this known, is Indike and
33:49
Speaker 1: Khan defending Jeffrey Epstein's estate, they should be a guest
33:57
Speaker 1: of the state. The updated suit details the experience of
34:03
Speaker 1: several Epstein survivors who say they were forced to have
34:06
Speaker 1: sex with the pedophile and his guests on the island.
34:10
Speaker 1: One unnamed survivor said she observed large numbers of girls
34:14
Speaker 1: and young women who did not speak English hanging around
34:17
Speaker 1: Epstein on the island, which was Epstein's preference since they
34:21
Speaker 1: spoke less. And now whenever you hear about the girls
34:24
Speaker 1: that don't speak English, right away, I think about that
34:27
Speaker 1: sorry excuse for a human being, Jean Luke Brunel. And
34:31
Speaker 1: that was his portion of this deal, right. He was
34:34
Speaker 1: bringing in all of these girls from Europe, Eastern Europe
34:38
Speaker 1: and elsewhere who were from impoverished places, places with broken homes,
34:44
Speaker 1: or war torn nations, or nations with just a large,
34:48
Speaker 1: large amount of poverty, and he would bring them to America,
34:53
Speaker 1: selling them all sorts of promises and lies, and then
34:56
Speaker 1: they would end up in the clutches of Jeffrey Epstein
34:59
Speaker 1: and the jeff Epstein criminal enterprise. So when we talk
35:05
Speaker 1: about all of the unnamed girls, the girls who haven't
35:08
Speaker 1: come forward, how many of them are of Eastern European descent.
35:13
Speaker 1: I would say a lot of them folks. And it's
35:16
Speaker 1: really it's really concerning to think how many of these
35:23
Speaker 1: girls were abused by Jean Lupernel Epstein and these others
35:28
Speaker 1: that we don't even know about at this point. After
35:32
Speaker 1: he pleaded guilt. After he pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution
35:36
Speaker 1: with a minor in the US in two thousand and eight,
35:38
Speaker 1: Epstein began to focus on procuring and abusing women from
35:42
Speaker 1: Eastern Europe. These women's immigration status and language barriers made
35:46
Speaker 1: them more isolated, dependent, and vulnerable to Epstein's abuse and manipulation.
35:52
Speaker 1: The suit says, one hundred percent, this is how sex
35:56
Speaker 1: traffickers do it. We see it with a lot of
36:00
Speaker 1: different Asian sex trafficking operations. Right, they bring girls over
36:05
Speaker 1: from the motherland, and then once they get here, they say, well,
36:09
Speaker 1: now you're indebted to us. That was a twenty five
36:11
Speaker 1: thousand dollars ride. So now you have to work at
36:14
Speaker 1: our brothel and service the johns that come here to
36:17
Speaker 1: work your debt off. And that's basically the same route
36:21
Speaker 1: that the Epstein operation used. Oh well we brought you here,
36:25
Speaker 1: Oh you want to stay here, you better play ball,
36:27
Speaker 1: you better go on a date with so and so. Oh,
36:30
Speaker 1: you're not here to be a model, You're here to
36:32
Speaker 1: be used and abused by us. And then these girls
36:38
Speaker 1: get here, they don't have immigration status, they're scared to
36:41
Speaker 1: go to the authorities, they don't speak the language, and
36:44
Speaker 1: they get groomed to think that this is the way
36:47
Speaker 1: things go, that this is just the way the modeling
36:50
Speaker 1: world works. Meanwhile, all of these girls from Eastern Europe
36:55
Speaker 1: are being absolutely abused and taken advantage of, and nobody
37:00
Speaker 1: is talking about it. Nobody is trying to find who
37:05
Speaker 1: these girls are from Eastern Europe. I would hope that
37:07
Speaker 1: the SDNY is all over it, because I have to
37:11
Speaker 1: tell you, folks, it is very very, very very chilling
37:16
Speaker 1: to think what happened to all of these unnamed girls.
37:21
Speaker 1: The pseudo ledges Indike and Khan were in charge of
37:24
Speaker 1: virtually every aspect of Epstein's financial activities, facilitating his sex
37:29
Speaker 1: trafficking and sexual abuse. Yeah, they definitely were not even
37:34
Speaker 1: a question, not even a question. I mean, we were
37:43
Speaker 1: We've talked about this, I mean at length, that these
37:48
Speaker 1: two dudes were completely and utterly involved in all of this.
37:53
Speaker 1: These guys were a key component to what's going on here.
38:01
Speaker 1: I mean, it is almost unbelievable that they've escaped the
38:07
Speaker 1: legacy media spotlight. The pseudo ledges. Indike and Khan were
38:16
Speaker 1: in charge of virtually every aspect of Epstein's financial activities,
38:20
Speaker 1: facilitating his sex trafficking and sexual abuse. As the controllers
38:26
Speaker 1: of Epstein's companies such as Southern Trust. Now remember that name,
38:29
Speaker 1: that's the LLC company, the slush company, the money laundering station.
38:34
Speaker 1: The pair made payments to women who were forced to
38:37
Speaker 1: have sex with Epstein and or recruited others to be
38:41
Speaker 1: victimized the pseudo ledges. So these dudes are not only
38:51
Speaker 1: enabling Jeffrey Epstein's behavior, but they're aiding and abetting it
38:55
Speaker 1: as well, and signing off on the financials. So how
39:01
Speaker 1: is it that these two dudes are still the executors
39:04
Speaker 1: and they are not in jail. How in the world
39:07
Speaker 1: is that even possible. The suit claims that Indike and
39:12
Speaker 1: Cohn were compensated handsomely throughout their work with Epstein, but
39:16
Speaker 1: the exact totals for how much they were paid is
39:19
Speaker 1: not included in the complaint. Well, that's because we don't
39:22
Speaker 1: know how much they were paid. Let's be real. They Oh,
39:25
Speaker 1: sure they have the money that's on the books. They're
39:27
Speaker 1: taxable income. But that doesn't that's not the be all
39:30
Speaker 1: end all. We don't know how much they really made.
39:32
Speaker 1: We don't know how much they have stored offshore. How
39:35
Speaker 1: much crypto do they have, how much money do they
39:37
Speaker 1: turn into commodities? How much money do they pump into oil?
39:41
Speaker 1: See this is why a forensic accountant must beyond the
39:45
Speaker 1: tale of these people and must go hard in the paint,
39:49
Speaker 1: because there is obviously a ton of financial malfeasance that occurred.
39:58
Speaker 1: In a statement, a lawyer for both both the men
40:00
Speaker 1: says they categorically reject the allegations of misconduct made for
40:05
Speaker 1: the first time today by the Attorney General of the
40:08
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands regarding their purported roles in the so called
40:12
Speaker 1: Epstein and enterprise. Oh well in dike In Khan finally
40:17
Speaker 1: getting called out on the carpet, and they don't like it.
40:20
Speaker 1: The so called criminal enterprise. Nice try, you mean the
40:24
Speaker 1: so called innocent indike in Cohn Right. See, two can
40:28
Speaker 1: play this game. We can just flip the words around
40:30
Speaker 1: right back at them, send it back at them. In
40:32
Speaker 1: boomerang fashion. The facts are clear. Neither mister Indike nor
40:38
Speaker 1: mister Khan had any involvement in any misconduct by mister
40:42
Speaker 1: Epstein of any kind at any time. The statement reads,
40:45
Speaker 1: Uh what then, why are their signatures all over the paperwork?
40:50
Speaker 1: Why didn't they go to the authorities and tell the
40:53
Speaker 1: authorities what Epstein was up to? Oh that's right, they
40:55
Speaker 1: were busy enriching themselves on the backs of a criminal.
40:59
Speaker 1: And get ready to have your bank accounts frozen. Boys,
41:06
Speaker 1: it is enormously regrettable that the Attorney General chose to
41:10
Speaker 1: level false allegations and to unfairly malign the co executor's
41:15
Speaker 1: reputation without any proof or factual basis to do so.
41:19
Speaker 1: What there is oodles of proof that your clients are scumbags? Bro,
41:25
Speaker 1: Are you crazy? Right now? What planet are you living on?
41:31
Speaker 1: You must have micro doosed before you answered these questions.
41:37
Speaker 1: The statement says the AG should instead grant their request
41:40
Speaker 1: to lift liens placed on his two Virgin Island properties
41:44
Speaker 1: so they can be sold and the money can go
41:47
Speaker 1: into the Epstein survivor's compensation program. Oh yeah, it's all dim.
41:52
Speaker 1: He's George's fault that your clients were involved in the
41:55
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise and signed off on everything. It's
41:59
Speaker 1: her fault that your clients provided not only advice but
42:04
Speaker 1: material comfort to Jeffrey Epstein. It's everybody else's fault, right, No,
42:10
Speaker 1: your two clients, Indike and Khan, are finally getting some
42:14
Speaker 1: spotlight tossed their way, and boyl boy, do they deserve it.
42:22
Speaker 1: To date, the estate is funded that program with over
42:25
Speaker 1: eighty seven million dollars to pay claims made through it.
42:29
Speaker 1: The co executors continue to diligently attempt to raise additional
42:32
Speaker 1: funds for use in that program. The statement reads, yeah,
42:36
Speaker 1: while at the same time siphoning money off and spending
42:39
Speaker 1: it on a bunch of dumb ass shit that nobody
42:41
Speaker 1: cares about her needs. Virgin Island's Attorney General, Denise George,
42:48
Speaker 1: placed the leans on his assets when she originally brought
42:51
Speaker 1: the civil case against Epstein's estate in January twenty twenty,
42:56
Speaker 1: alleging that he had a harem of girls so large
42:59
Speaker 1: that he needed a Canuter database to keep track of them. Well,
43:02
Speaker 1: we've seen that with Nigard as well. That's definitely something
43:05
Speaker 1: these guys do. What you don't think they have a
43:06
Speaker 1: spreadsheet with all of their girls listing on it. Of
43:10
Speaker 1: course they do. Now will they go by nicknames or
43:13
Speaker 1: have some kind of coded system, Probably the smarter ones will,
43:17
Speaker 1: but they definitely have a database. George alleged that Epstein
43:23
Speaker 1: ran a decade long sex trafficking ring from his islands,
43:26
Speaker 1: Little Saint James and Great Saint James, in which victims,
43:30
Speaker 1: some as young as eleven, were lured under false promises
43:34
Speaker 1: and raped and abused by him and his associates. I mean,
43:39
Speaker 1: just think about that for a minute, folks. What's being
43:41
Speaker 1: alleged here? Eleven year old girls brought to this island
43:45
Speaker 1: to be abused by Jeffrey Epstein and his mongrel ass friends.
43:52
Speaker 1: And there is no senatorial hearings or committees or anything
43:58
Speaker 1: like that going on. Huh makes you wonder why the
44:05
Speaker 1: girls were transported to his islands by helicopter, plane and
44:09
Speaker 1: boat to be abused as recently as twenty and nineteen.
44:14
Speaker 1: Think about that, All of these girls who were abused
44:17
Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen, seventeen, thirteen, fourteen, fifty, all of that
44:21
Speaker 1: could have been easily stopped if the scumbags in Florida
44:26
Speaker 1: Krisher Acosta, a Mukaesi, all of them, Philippe. If they
44:32
Speaker 1: would have done their job and put Epstein away for
44:34
Speaker 1: the rest of his life, all of these girls would
44:38
Speaker 1: have been spared this abuse. And I'll tell you what
44:41
Speaker 1: they should, the girls who were abused after Epstein's first arrest,
44:45
Speaker 1: Maybe they should file a civil suit against the United
44:50
Speaker 1: States government for facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's behavior. Epstein committed suicide
44:58
Speaker 1: allegedly in a Manhattan jails l in twenty nineteen while
45:02
Speaker 1: awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges in the Southern District
45:05
Speaker 1: of New York. His longtime friend, co conspirator, fellow child abuser,
45:11
Speaker 1: general all around scuzball and bipedal serpent, Gilay Maxwell is
45:15
Speaker 1: now locked up in a Brooklyn federal jail, awaiting trial
45:19
Speaker 1: on charges for allegedly aiding in the abuse and lying
45:23
Speaker 1: about it. Under oath. She has pleaded not guilty, and
45:29
Speaker 1: we all know how well that's working out for her.
45:32
Speaker 1: Ell after ell after ll keeps on mounting for Gilean Maxwell,
45:37
Speaker 1: and boy, oh boy, is it fund the watch. I'll
45:42
Speaker 1: tell you what, folks, the heat is certainly on the
45:45
Speaker 1: remnants of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. They are on their
45:50
Speaker 1: back heels now. They are not taking the initiative. They
45:53
Speaker 1: are forced into a defensive posture. Meanwhile, the prosecution continues
46:01
