Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:04
One of the things I've said from the very beginning
0:07
pretty much here on the podcast is that as these
0:11
people get brought to justice and more of them are
0:15
brought to face the music, the more girls and survivors
0:21
who live through the abuse of Maxwell and Epstein are
0:24
going to come forward. And we're starting to see that
0:27
as we speak, one of the most prominent lawyers in
0:32
the whole entire ordeal, Bradley Edwards, is talking about how
0:38
even more girls are coming forward now and how the
0:43
case and the scope of the case is still growing.
0:48
It just shows you the absolute wake of misery and
0:53
sorrow that was left in the path of Jeffrey Epstein
0:57
and Glene Maxwell for years. And it's just not the
1:03
women and the girls that we have heard of that
1:06
have been out at the forefront of this. There are
1:09
a lot of unnamed girls, a lot of unnamed women.
1:14
And I've talked about it before. How you know girls
1:17
from these war torn countries Eastern Europe, the Balkans, insert
1:23
country here, who is going through financial difficulties or who
1:27
was going through a situation that might have seen the
1:29
country in some sort of conflict. It's much easier to
1:33
traffic people in situations such as that, right, people lose passports,
1:39
you know, it's a whole litany of things takes place
1:42
when people are being displaced from a war. So we
1:46
know that there was a huge market for Jean lup
1:50
Brunel in Eastern Europe, in the Balkans, some of these
1:53
other countries, and we know that he was recruiting and
1:57
grooming girls from these countries as well. Now we've only
2:02
heard from a handful of women and girls who were
2:06
abused by Epstein. So the analogy I used was it's
2:11
like a damn that gets a couple of cracks in it.
2:14
After it gets a couple of cracks, well, the whole
2:16
entire integrity of the structure is you know, at risk,
2:21
and then eventually the whole entire thing comes tumbling down.
2:25
And I think that's what we're seeing in real time here.
2:27
Maybe not the whole thing come tumbling down as far
2:30
as the co conspirators who were involved involved in the
2:38
actual abuse, but I think you're going to see a
2:41
lot of women and girls who might not have come
2:45
forward previously come forward now that they see that all right, well,
2:50
maybe things are moving in the right direction. Maybe the
2:54
gears of justice are turning in the right direction with
2:59
Glen Maxwell being arrested, and I would think that we
3:02
were going to see even more of it. We saw
3:05
it in the wake of Epstein when the girls and
3:10
they felt more secure, right, these women who were abused
3:14
as children or as young ladies, they felt a lot
3:17
more secure when Epstein was dead to come forward and
3:21
talk about what they experienced. They felt like there was
3:26
less of a chance that he would be able to
3:28
ruin them from the grave. So with Maxwell basically defanged
3:33
here and behind bars, I would not be shocked in
3:37
the least to see a lot more women come forward.
3:42
And that's why I say during a mistrial, if there
3:45
is one that's declared, it might even go worse for Maxwell,
3:48
and this article talks about that as well. It was
3:52
obvious to me that it would be even harder the
3:55
second time around for Maxwell to get off. But her
4:00
team knows this is the only thing that they have,
4:02
right The only hope that they have is to get
4:05
this as a mistrial and to drag it out a
4:07
little bit longer in hopes that another technicality pops up,
4:11
or that they have another loophole that they can access
4:14
because they know that the evidence is not in their favor.
4:17
It's never been in their favor, it's never going to
4:20
be in their favor. So looking at an appeal, I
4:25
don't think that's gonna work out so well for him.
4:27
Just take a look at how Maxwell's bail attempts went
4:30
throughout this whole entire situation. Denied, denied, denied, offered up
4:37
a gigantic amount of money, denied. So I highly doubt
4:42
that her appeal is going to be met with any
4:45
sort of positive reaction by the court. And that's the
4:50
way it should be, in my opinion. When you commit
4:52
a crime like this, I really don't feel like there's
4:54
any kind of rehabilitation for you. When you're abusing children,
4:59
the most vulnerable amongst us, you should go and do
5:03
a million years in prison. So I'm glad that she
5:07
wasn't able to get bailed out throughout this whole thing.
5:09
I mean, I know there was a lot of cynical
5:11
people out there who thought she was going to make bail,
5:14
just because how broken this system is, And really, can
5:17
you blame people who take that approach? I try not to.
5:22
I get it Honestly, the system is broken. People are cynical.
5:27
You can't look at the institutions that we once trusted
5:30
and tell me that you still trust them with no
5:33
doubt about it. There's no reserve when you're looking reservations,
5:38
when you're looking at what they do. These institutions are
5:43
not trustworthy because they're untrustable, and they're the ones who
5:50
have made that bed. But you know, you had people
5:53
who really thought that she was going to get bailed out,
5:55
that she was never even going to face trial. And again,
6:00
I can't even be critical of those kinds of people.
6:02
I won't even call them conspiracy theorists, to be honest
6:05
with you, When you look at a broken system and
6:07
you expect the worst, that's just you know, it's human
6:10
nature at this point, right. So I knew that she'd
6:14
end up staying in jail, staying in prison. I never
6:18
thought that she'd beat these charges. And the only way
6:21
that she would ever be able to would be through
6:24
a loophole or a technicality, or perhaps something that presented
6:28
itself like with juror fifty. But even that's not enough
6:32
for her to get off. Maybe enough to initiate that mistrial.
6:36
But certainly not enough to get her off. And I
6:39
don't think there's a jury in the land. And that's
6:41
not hyperbole when I say that, folks, I don't think
6:44
there's a jury in the land that wouldn't find her
6:48
guilty on the majority of these charges. Hell, I wouldn't
6:53
be shocked if the next jury, if there was a mistrial,
6:56
long shot at this point in my opinion, But if
6:58
there is, I wouldn't be shocked if she's found guilty
7:01
on all charges at that point. And then I really
7:04
hope the government sticks it to her and pursues those
7:07
perjury charges on the back end of all of this,
7:10
make her pay some more money, make her litigate it
7:13
some more, and you know, at a couple more years,
7:16
like ten on the back end of that sentence. That's
7:19
what happens if you don't play ball right, should just
7:23
take your l here and move on, Glane. But she
7:25
won't do it, her lawyers won't do it, and it's
7:28
just gonna get worse for her because there's going to
7:31
be more survivors who come out and tell their stories.
7:35
So tonight we have two articles. First, we're gonna talk
7:38
about this topic right here that we're talking about right now,
7:42
and that is Bradley Edwards and him dishing about more
7:47
girls coming forward and a little bit about the perhaps
7:50
there being a mistrial. Then after that we're going to
7:53
close out the show on a bit of a lighter
7:56
note with that moron Prince Andrew and the fact that
7:59
he played a hide and seak game with his Teddy Bears.
8:02
I know we've talked about the Teddy Bears a lot,
8:04
right for the last couple of days, but now it's
8:07
coming out that this dude played a hide and seak
8:09
game that he made the help participate in with his
8:12
Teddy Bears. Oh yeah, we'll get to that for sure,
8:15
all right, But first before we get we go down
8:18
that road, how about we hop into this article from
8:21
Insider and author Jacob Shamsey and over at Insider, and
8:27
the headline is a new trial for Glaine Maxwell would
8:30
go even worse for her accusers for her for her
8:34
as accusers lawyer says, more women came forward after her
8:38
sex trafficking conviction, and this was to be expected, right.
8:44
I had no doubt in my mind that more women
8:47
were going to come forward here and there would be
8:50
more tea being spilled. There's a lot of people that
8:53
were around Glaine, Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, this whole operation, that
8:58
knew what was going on. Maybe they didn't have a
9:01
full look behind the curtain, right, maybe they weren't sitting
9:04
there participating. But you mean to tell me nobody was talking.
9:08
There was no scuttle. But you know, when you're in
9:11
a group of friends and everybody's friendly, somebody has some
9:14
kind of you know, weird behavior that they're up to.
9:16
People talk about it. Hey, you know, John and Jen
9:20
I am swimmers. You know, that's just how it's human nature. Right,
9:24
people talk about scuttle. But you mean to tell me
9:26
right now that there was never any talk about this.
9:29
Huh about Oh, Jeffrey likes him young? Well, you might
9:32
want to talk to Ellen Powell x CEO of Reddit
9:35
about that, because she says, according to her, everybody knew
9:39
what they were I think Cindy McCain also said the
9:41
same thing. So the whole oh we had no idea
9:45
type shit. It's a loose ass defense in my opinion,
9:49
and certainly not a defense at all after his first arrest.
9:53
Before the first arrest, you could say, all right, I
9:55
had no idea that what he was and while I
9:57
might be suspicious of it, I can't really pinpoint in
10:00
and say, oh, you're a liar. Now if you were
10:03
hanging out with him after the first arrest, you're just
10:06
a straight up piece of shit. You already know what
10:08
this dude is. Oh, it was soliciting a prostitute in Florida.
10:12
Stop it. You know it wasn't that, But yet these
10:15
people still chose to chill with this dude. The prospect
10:21
of a new trial for Glenn Maxwell would be frustrating
10:24
for survivors who may be asked to testify again and
10:27
to the prosecutors who successfully convicted her on charges of
10:31
sex trafficking them excuse me, sex trafficking them to Jeffrey Epstein.
10:36
Definitely frustrating. Who wants to live through that again? That
10:40
was very traumatic for these ladies getting up there testifying,
10:43
whole world watching, basically reliving the absolute horror that you
10:48
went through. Definitely not going to be fun. But like
10:51
they said in the opening here with Brad Edwards what
10:54
he said, I think it'll be worse for her. There
10:56
are more women coming forward as we speak on a
10:59
daily basis, But it wouldn't be the end of the world.
11:03
According to Brad Edwards, an attorney representing fifty eight women
11:07
who have accused Epstein of misconduct, and if I said
11:10
it once, I'll say it again. I am not a
11:12
fan of lawyers for the most part. I find them
11:15
to be pretty much repugnant characters. People that are, you know,
11:19
ambulance chasing, clout chasing, that kind of thing. But Brad Edwards,
11:23
as far as I can tell, is a pretty solid
11:25
human being and a really decent guy, it would seem.
11:29
So you should probably check out his book that he
11:32
has out, a Relentless Pursuit. Definitely a good book, some
11:36
book that I have personally, And if you're looking for
11:39
more context about what Bradley Edwards part in all of
11:42
this was, he can certainly explain it better than any
11:45
of us can. So definitely check that book out if
11:48
you want to know more about him. Since jurors convicted
11:52
Maxwell in late December, more women have contacted Edwards to
11:55
say they'd be willing to participate in any investigations into
11:59
her conduct. He told Insider. What has happened since the
12:02
guilty verdict is more people have come forward willing to
12:05
share their stories about Glaine and testify Edwards said, so,
12:09
I don't think a new trial would go any better
12:11
for her. In fact, I think it would go worse
12:14
for her. And this is what I've been saying, right
12:17
a mistrial, well, on the face of it sounds a
12:20
bit disastrous, but in the long run, I think it
12:23
would be even worse for Maxwell and her team, well
12:26
not her team's bank accounts, but for Maxwell and her
12:29
team to even go through a mistrial here, they should
12:32
cut bait. They should accept getting rid of the perjury
12:36
charges up to ten, get those dropped, and then you know,
12:41
go and seek some kind of light sentence from the judge,
12:45
as light as you're gonna get, you know, forty years,
12:47
fifty years, whatever it might be. But if you fight
12:50
this and you try and waste the time of the
12:53
court and the citizens, then I would hope that they
12:57
look for maximum sentence for every little thing. And like
13:01
Brad Edwards says, tag some shit on, let's get that
13:04
Rico case going that we always talk about. That would
13:06
be a great idea. Maxwell's attorneys formally filed their motion
13:12
for a retrial Wednesday night. The motion is under seal,
13:16
but in previous court filings they argue that a juror's
13:18
comments to the media about his own experience with sexual
13:22
abuse indicate he should not have He should not have
13:25
been seated on the jury in the first place. Now,
13:28
first of all, it's booboo and garbage that this is
13:30
even being filed filed under seal at this point. How
13:36
is anything like this being filed under sealed? This should
13:39
all be transparent. How how is it a secret that
13:43
you're trying to get this trial overturned here on what
13:46
the juror allegedly said or didn't say. I don't understand
13:50
the secrecy of it. And again, it just goes to
13:53
whip people up into a frenzy and get people talking,
13:56
you know, out of the side of their neck. And
13:58
again I don't It's not even that I blame people
14:00
for doing that, because I really don't. It's the current
14:06
climate that we're in. Nobody knows where to turn for
14:09
truthful news or who to trust, and it's taking a toll.
14:16
Edwards represented one of the four women who testified last
14:19
month in Maxwell's trial in federal court in Manhattan. The
14:23
woman who testified under the pseudonym Kate, said Maxwell but
14:27
befriended her as a teenager, dangled the possibility that Epstein
14:31
could help her career with powerful music industry connections and
14:34
then introduced her to sexualized massages with Epstein and we
14:40
all know them at this point. I'm not going to
14:42
beat a dead horse and go into it, but imagine
14:46
hearing the stories that Brad Edwards has heard from all
14:48
of these different girls who have come to him seeking
14:51
his help. It was the beginning of a sexually abusive
14:55
relationship with Epstein that lasted for years. K testified. She
14:59
said that Maxwell often arranged sexual encounters between her and
15:02
Epstein and that she felt fearful about leaving their orbit
15:06
because they name drop powerful friends like Prince Andrew and
15:10
Donald Trump. So look for us on the outside. It's
15:14
easy to sit there and try and put yourself in
15:17
their shoes and say, oh, I would have done this,
15:19
I would have left, I would have You don't know
15:21
until you're in that situation. You do not know what
15:24
you would have done, how you would have reacted. In fact,
15:27
unless you've ever been poor or from a broken home
15:30
like this, then you really have no idea what's going
15:33
on us. District Judge Alison Nathan, who oversaw the trial,
15:38
told jurors they could not convict Maxwell based on Kate's
15:41
testimony about Epstein's sexual misconduct. Kate was at the age
15:45
of consent in London when Epstein first sexually abused her,
15:48
so she couldn't be considered one of Maxwell's survivors for
15:52
the purposes of the trial. According to Edwards, still was abused.
15:56
You know what I mean, And again it's obviously against children.
16:00
Are legitimately the most heinous crime you could possibly be
16:04
engaged in. Second, in my opinion, is a crime against
16:08
a woman or an older person. What the hell is
16:11
wrong with people? But Kate's testimony helped jurors understand that
16:16
Maxwell used the same playbook over and over again when
16:19
trafficking young women to Epstein for sex. He explained. She
16:23
provided information about the dynamic between Glaine and Jeffrey. Edwards said,
16:29
what their life was like together then and what type
16:32
of arrangements that Glaine was capable of making, the knowledge
16:35
of what Epstein's intentions were. So again Bradley Edwards dropping
16:40
some knowledge, adding some context to the whole story, and
16:44
who knows better than the guy that's on the front
16:46
line since the very beginning. Remember Jeffrey Epstein feared Bradley
16:50
Edwards so much that he had private investigators combing through
16:53
his trash looking for dirt on him and shit. A
16:58
new trial would also mean that prosecutors could present more
17:01
evidence to convict Maxwell and keep her behind bars for
17:05
the rest of her life. Edwards said, Maxwell's sixty faces
17:09
a sentence of up to sixty five years. Nathan said
17:12
she will hold the sentencing hearing this summer. If Maxwell
17:15
is not granted a new trial, I'm not ultimately that
17:18
worried about the end result. Edwards said, such is life.
17:22
You have hurdles, and he is not wrong about that, right,
17:25
And when you're engaged in something for the long run,
17:28
and you're committed to something for the long run the
17:30
way Bradley Edwards is, then this is just ready. You know,
17:34
he's ready to go. He's one of those dudes he
17:36
like bites down on his mouthpiece in like round ninety
17:39
six and he comes out he's still fresh, ready to go.
17:42
His opponent's all beat up, tired. That's the kind of
17:45
dude that Bradley Edwards is. So if they want to
17:48
go for the mistrial, my guess is he's ready to rock,
17:52
all right. So that's gonna conclude that article. And that's
17:56
where we're at as far as moretential victims and survivors
18:01
coming forward. And it's just like I said, I think
18:04
I was just talking about this yesterday or earlier today.
18:07
Do so many episodes, it gets all confusing to me,
18:09
but we were just talking about it. How I believe
18:12
that more women are going to come out and give
18:15
their stories, and then this article drops. So that's where
18:19
we're at with that, and I would expect a lot
18:22
more folks as we move forward, all right. So I
18:24
said we'd close on a light note tonight, and we're
18:26
going to do that. And that light note is this buffoon,
18:30
this moron, this prince of nothing, Prince Andrew and his
18:35
knucklehead ass behavior. All right, So this is an article
18:38
from the Scottish Sun and the headline is Teddy Games.
18:42
Prince Andrew made his maid play hide and Seek with
18:45
his teddy bears. Look, I'm not making it up for folks,
18:48
all right. That sounds like some wild ass shit that
18:51
I'm sitting around eating elk meat and consuming DMT with
18:55
Joe Rogan before coming on here and talking to you.
18:58
But this is real life and that's what the headline says.
19:02
This article was authored by Julia Atherley. Prince Andrew would
19:08
play hide and seek with his teddy bears despite being
19:10
nearly forty. A former housemate at Buckingham Palace as revealed
19:15
he used to have his maids concealed one of his
19:17
stuffed toys if he was going out for the night. Oh,
19:19
what a great game. Let's play hide and seek. I mean,
19:23
is this guy for real? As Sebastian Maniscalco would say,
19:30
aren't you embarrassed you're stuffed toys? If you were going
19:34
out for the night. I wonder if you were playing
19:36
with your stuffed toys before you went over to tramp.
19:40
The Duke of York aka Prince of Nothing would then
19:43
try to find it when he came back. What a
19:45
great game. I'm gonna go out all night, but you
19:47
hide the teddy. When I come home, I'm gonna try
19:49
and find it. Forty year old man prince ex War
19:53
hero full time clown Janet McGowan, who worked at Buckingham
19:59
Palace from nineth ninety nine to two thousand, remembers the
20:02
game Andrew would play when he was thirty nine. The
20:05
former housekeepers sixty five from near Edinburgh told the Sun
20:10
it was a little game he would play with his maid.
20:12
She would hide one of the teddy bears somewhere unexpected,
20:15
like the bathroom cabinet. When he came back to the palace,
20:19
he would have to try and find it. It was
20:21
a bit odd, and it was a very tongue in cheek,
20:24
very tongue in cheek, a bit odd forty year old
20:26
man Prince of England hiding teddy bears little more than
20:30
a touch odd, downright weird? Okay, take your beanie baby
20:37
collection and beat it. Pal He used to find it
20:41
very funny. His regular maid said it was just something
20:44
she always did. This week it emerges. It emerged that
20:48
the demanding Duke ordered flunkies to arrange five teddies and
20:51
soft toys in specific positions on his bed every night.
20:55
Really call them flunkies, that's what they're called. How about
20:59
working last people who are trying to make a living
21:02
by pampering this stupid son of the bitch. Staff had
21:08
a sketch showing precisely how the items should be set out.
21:11
Andrew now sixty one, set in twenty ten. He had
21:14
always collected teddy bears. Jannette recalled forty to fifty of
21:18
them would be piled on his bed during the day,
21:20
only to be moved off each night. She said. My
21:23
recollection is that there was a polaroid picture of how
21:26
the teddy bears would have to be placed kept in
21:29
the bedside drawer. Yeah, nah, no books, Yeah, forget it.
21:33
I don't need a bible or for me, you know,
21:36
a George R. R. Martin novel or a Joe Abercrombie novel. Nah.
21:40
I just need to make sure I have this polaroid
21:42
picture of how my teddy bears go back. Take it easy,
21:45
Buffalo Bill. I could see this dude dancing around like
21:49
Buffalo Bill in his now stripped military uniform, listening to
21:54
some funky music with his teddy bears. And with that image, folks,
22:00
I'm gonna leave you for the night. Sorry about that,
22:02
really apologize. I will be back tomorrow morning, obviously, and
22:06
we will pick this right back up and we will
22:08
continue on the quest of the ever evolving case of
22:13
Jeffrey Epstein, Glaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, and the rest of
22:17
the Nink and Poops. If you'd like to contact me,
22:20
you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
22:24
That's that's bo Bby c ap you c ci at
22:29
ProtonMail dot com. Sorry, I have my dog here with
22:32
me tonight and he's being a goofball. Just made me laugh.
22:34
You can also find me at Twitter at bo bby
22:38
underscore c ap you c c I. The links that
22:41
we discussed can be found in the description box. All right, folks,
22:45
some more context episodes. Uh, those episodes about Afghanistan are
22:49
on the way, and then, like I said, tomorrow morning,
22:52
I will be back for the morning update and then
22:55
we'll play it by ear from there. But you can
22:57
definitely expect context episodes and yeah, we'll be off and running.
23:01
All right, everybody, enjoy your Friday night. Looks like the
23:06
Department of Justice and the SDNY is finally doing their job, folks.
23:13
We have news out today that the Department of Justice
23:17
has officially requested that Andrew be made available for their investigation.
23:26
Now we know that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor
23:28
family previously said that he's willing to speak with whatever
23:32
investigators are relevant to the investigation. Well, big mouth, here's
23:37
your chance. And for all of you clowns out there
23:40
who still think that Andrew is an innocent man. Shut up,
23:44
nobody wants to hear it. You're not edgy with your comments,
23:47
all right? This guy is as guilty as they come.
23:53
And the second he sits down in front of a
23:56
seasoned FBI interrogator, this man going to be in big trouble.
24:02
And they'll tell you what, folks, This doesn't just happen
24:04
in a vacuum. I think that they might have other
24:09
cooperating witnesses already that we don't know about. If this
24:14
bombshell is getting released and they're formally requesting to speak
24:17
to Prince Andrew, you would think that the SDNY and
24:22
the Prosecutor's office they have their ducks in a row
24:25
and they have enough evidence to make a request such
24:28
as that. For those of us who have been following
24:32
this case for a while, well, we know that the
24:34
evidence has been there for quite some time. It's been
24:36
very apparent. And now the pressure is on though after
24:41
the Netflix documentary has dropped and so many other crucial
24:45
pieces of information have come out in this case, the
24:49
prosecutor's office knows they have to act now. And all
24:53
of that is because of you people out there who
24:55
have been following this case, and who have been going
24:57
crazy because there's no justice. So the only reason we're
25:02
at this point is because of the interest you folks
25:04
have shown in this case. And the only reason the
25:06
prosecution is even acting, in my opinion, is because the
25:10
pressure is now on. But at the end of the day,
25:13
does it really matter what spurs them into action, as
25:15
long as the action is taken, as long as prosecutions
25:20
are chased, as long as the indictments are dropped. And
25:24
now can we please see the bazuka. Can you just
25:28
slap all of them with rico charges please, because the
25:34
rest of these co conspirators, they must be fit to
25:38
be tied right now. If the Justice Department has requested
25:45
to speak to Prince Andrew, that must mean that the
25:48
other co conspirators are also under pressure right now. At
25:53
least that's what you would think right from the outside
25:56
looking in when you analyze something like this and you
25:58
start to break it down. Whenever you have a criminal
26:02
operation and you start seeing some of the people at
26:05
the top are some of the more prominent people start
26:08
to get the scrutiny. That usually means that someone went
26:11
Joevolachi in the lower wrong of the organization, now the
26:16
question is is somebody speaking with the FBI. Is somebody
26:21
cooperating and in turn, have they provided information that has
26:25
given the FBI and the Department of Justice the green
26:28
light to make this request. I don't know. I don't
26:32
have that information. I don't have any you know, inside
26:35
information on anything like that. But common sense says, and
26:39
history covering these kinds of cases say, well, there is
26:43
probably a cooperating witness, and it looks like somebody is
26:50
going Joevolachi. The article tonight is from the Daily Mail.
26:56
The author is Camale Sultan and Rebecca In the headline
27:01
is Prince Andrew vows to fight back after Department officially
27:05
demanded the UK make him available for questioning about his
27:09
links to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein as part of their ongoing
27:13
criminal investigation. Can you imagine, just for a minute, step
27:18
back and think where we started and where we're at,
27:25
Look at the progress that has been made, and look
27:29
at what happens when people come together and they shelve
27:32
their biases, and they shelve their political tribalism and they
27:36
work together towards a goal. I know it's cliche, but
27:41
in the overall picture, when it comes to things like
27:44
this and life in general, we should start worrying about
27:48
what we do agree with and work from there what
27:50
we agree with with each other, and work out from there,
27:52
and then get to the things we don't agree with
27:55
each other later on. But when we work together, look
27:57
at what happens. Of course, he's not indicted yet, nothing
28:01
like that. But at the end of the day, the
28:05
whole goal is to get him in front of a judge,
28:08
to get him in front of a jury, to get
28:09
him in front of whoever it may be under oath,
28:12
and to have a trial. There's no running from that anymore.
28:19
For these people. Those days are long gone. The days
28:22
of them running for the hills and hiding in cubby
28:25
holes and using their charitable works as a shield. All
28:28
of that is finished now. And the reason that it's
28:33
finished is because you folks out there refuse to give
28:36
them quarter. You refuse to let them fall back on
28:40
the same old, tired excuses that the legacy media pumped
28:45
out of their airwaves for years. You folks said enough
28:49
was enough, and guess what enough is? Finally enough. Prince
28:56
Andrew will launch an extraordinary public fight back Monday, after
29:00
US authorities made a formal request for him to be
29:02
quizzed over the Epstein affair. Now, you know he's not
29:05
going to take this lightly, and you know he's going
29:07
to get his money's worth from those high profile lawyers
29:10
that he hired over in England. So they're gonna come
29:12
out swinging. They know that the best defense is offense
29:15
here and they're gonna come out and they're gonna look
29:17
to take the narrative and they're gonna look to take
29:19
the high ground. Unfortunately for them, no matter what strategy
29:23
they use, the fact of the matter is they have
29:27
a toxic client. Everything about the man is toxic. The
29:33
fallout is glowing off of him. At this point, he
29:37
might as well live in the Fukushima reactor, that's how
29:40
toxic he is. So even his lawyers, these high profile,
29:45
hoop jumping, good old boy lawyers of his, aren't going
29:50
to be able to win any kind of public relations battle.
29:54
Their only hope is to win in a courtroom, and
29:57
with what we've seen so far, the evidence that has
29:59
been present he entered so far, he is a zero
30:03
chance for that to occur. In a dramatic twist, last night,
30:08
it emerged that the US Department of Justice has filed
30:10
a mutual legal assistance request for help to the UK
30:14
Home Office. These requests are used only in criminal cases
30:18
under a legal treaty with the UK. So right there,
30:21
you know this is serious business. You know that this
30:23
is a criminal matter, and you know that it's coming
30:27
from the highest levels of government. This isn't some wily
30:31
prosecutor firing from the hip. This is very very calculated.
30:37
People get together in big rooms for stuff like this. Right,
30:39
This isn't a phone call. So this is a serious
30:42
situation for Prince Andrew, and this is a serious situation
30:46
for his lawyers. They better be on their game. Prince
30:50
Andrew has always categorically denied any wrongdoing over his relationship
30:54
with billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, but the request from US
30:58
officials mean he could be forced to appear in a
31:01
UK court as a witness in the case within months.
31:05
And that'll do. I'll pack justice over in the United Kingdom. Look,
31:08
I have a lot of faith in our brothers and
31:12
sisters across the pond, in the United Kingdom and England,
31:15
and I have a lot of faith that they'll do
31:17
the right thing in a situation like this, not in
31:20
the government, folks, I don't believe. Look, I don't trust
31:22
any of the governments in the world all right, never
31:25
mind just the Western world, anywhere in the world at
31:27
this point. But I have faith that the English people
31:32
will not let this slide. And if he has to
31:34
face interrogation in England, then so be it. Whatever the
31:38
treaty says, whatever the terms of the treaty say, then
31:41
so be it. But what I will tell you is this,
31:45
there will be FBI interrogators asking those questions. US officials
31:51
have previously claimed that Andrew has refused to cooperate with
31:54
their request to be questioned over Epstein and their investigation
31:58
into his sex trafficking network. Submitting an MLA is an
32:02
audacious move to try and force him to answer questions.
32:06
And yeah, it definitely is. This isn't This isn't some
32:09
flash in the pan kind of scare tactic here. That
32:14
was the shot fired over the bow when Berman first
32:16
came out publicly and stated that Andrew should come forward
32:20
and talk. I think that might have been an olive branch.
32:23
Now that we look back in retrospect that Berman and
32:26
his office we're offering to Andrew to come forward and
32:30
to do this quietly and the right way. Well, now
32:34
that this has been submitted, that this MLA has been submitted,
32:38
the genie is out of the bottle, folks. There's no
32:40
going back. This is now war between the Palace if
32:45
they're still involved. You know, they say they're not, but
32:47
we know they are, and the federal government of the
32:50
United States. So we are in for quite the tug
32:57
of war here. We are in for quite the battle.
33:00
And I'll tell you what. I will tell you what.
33:03
I am very interested to see how that's going to
33:06
shake out. Because if the federal government is serious and
33:10
filing an MLA like this, this is obviously very serious,
33:15
then it will be uh a matter of time before
33:21
we see more movement here. And it's going to be
33:24
very interesting to see how quickly this goes. Now, however,
33:29
the mal understands that the Prince will make his own
33:31
dramatic move Monday by hitting back forcefully at claims he
33:35
has failed to engage with the American investigation. It is
33:38
understood his team will publish a full account of their
33:41
dealings with the Department of Justice. Okay, well, let's see it.
33:45
We've heard from all of these people that are involved
33:47
with Jeffrey Epstein, Dershowitz, Prince Andrew Geelane, Maxwell, Kellen Vickers, etc. Etc.
33:55
That they had nothing to do with it. They don't
33:57
know Jeffrey Epstein, they weren't very to them. But none
34:01
of them have provided any evidence, not one hintilla of evidence. Okay,
34:07
not nothing, bupkis And they've just expected us to believe
34:11
what they have to say. Oh, just believe us. We're
34:15
telling you, so it must be the truth. We're rich,
34:17
we're royalty, we're very powerful, so that means that we
34:25
should just believe whatever they have to say. So now
34:29
the Joe exotic of the Winsor family is going to
34:32
publish whatever sort of paperwork he's going to publish to
34:36
try and make it out that he has really been
34:39
cooperating behind the scenes the whole time. Meanwhile, we know
34:43
that's not the case. The Mail has been told that
34:47
the Duke's legal team is at the end of its
34:49
tether and has tried to play a straight bat with
34:52
US officials, only to be greeted by leaks and innuendo.
34:56
They're trying to melt muckrake. They're trying to throw mud here.
34:58
They're trying to muddy the wall, muckrake a little bit
35:01
and make it seem like the Department of Justice and
35:06
SDNY is going TMZ with the case. Now, I will
35:10
give his legal team this, The SDNY leaks like a faucet, folks.
35:15
There is no secrecy within that office there. They leak everything.
35:18
Just look at what's been going on for the past
35:20
few years. They need to play things closer to the
35:23
vest there. But they have a lot a lot of
35:26
people in that office that have a very close and
35:29
symbiotic relationship with the legacy media. So you know what
35:33
happens then, a source close to the Duke's legal team
35:37
told the Mel last night, legal discussions with the Department
35:40
of Justice are subject to strict confidentiality rules as set
35:44
out in their own guidelines. See what they're doing here again,
35:47
the legal loopholes. Well, we're not saying Prince Andrew is innocent,
35:51
but what we are saying is they're not playing by
35:54
the rules. There's technicalities in this case, the same bullshit
35:57
we heard from Chris delmar. Yes, this is how the
36:02
legal system in the Western world works, loopholes, different rules
36:08
for them than there are for us. We have chosen
36:12
to abide by both the letter and the spirit of
36:15
these rules, which is why we have made no comment
36:17
about anything related to the Department of Justice during the
36:20
course of this year. We believe in playing a straight bat.
36:24
No you don't. You haven't made any comments because anything
36:27
you say will still make you look like a fool. Receipts,
36:32
evidence or bust homie. Nobody wants to hear this. Nobody
36:36
believes any of this shit. It is all hyperbole and
36:41
just like Edward Stark would say, words are wind. Let's
36:46
see some evidence, Let's see some receipts. You have anything
36:49
to back up these statements? Playing with a straight bat,
36:53
shut up. Andrew sixty is yet to speak to prosecutors
36:58
in the US, despite pledging in his disastrous Newsnight interview
37:01
in November last year that he would cooperate the Department
37:05
of Justice request for mutual legal assistance from the Home Office,
37:09
effectively bypasses or request to Buckingham Palace. So they didn't
37:15
end around. They didn't even bother going to the Royals.
37:18
They didn't bother going to Buckingham Palace. They didn't bother
37:22
going to whatever ambassador works with the Buckingham Palace that's
37:28
working and has a direct line to DC. None of
37:32
that right to the Home Office, right to the people
37:38
that can slap the most legal ramifications on Andrew. And
37:43
I think that's a very shrewd move. And to me,
37:46
when you know how the Department of Justice and the
37:49
SDNY handles themselves and conducts business, you know when they
37:53
do something like this that they're not effing around. It
37:57
looks to me, folks, like we're entering all whole new
38:00
phase of this investigation. Now, I'm not going to get
38:02
too excited about that yet, I'm not going to jump
38:05
the gun, but it certainly appears that we are entering
38:08
a new phase of this investigation. It means Andrew could
38:14
be forced to appear in a British court as a
38:16
witness within months. One of Epstein's survivors, Virginia Roberts, alleges
38:21
she had sex with the Duke of York three times
38:24
when she was seventeen, at the behest of the billionaire pedophile.
38:28
The prince emphatically denies the allegations. Andrew's relationship with Epstein
38:33
came under a public scrutiny in twenty ten when photos
38:37
emerged of them together in New York, and again, folks
38:41
it's not just the relationship. I know, I sound like
38:44
a broken record at this point, but some things need
38:47
to be hammered home. It is not their relationship that
38:51
is the problem. It is not that there were friends
38:55
that is the problem. The problem is he is being
38:59
acue of not only being an enabler, but of partaking
39:03
in the sex trafficking crimes of Jeffrey Epstein by abusing
39:08
Virginia Roberts while she was under Jeffrey Epstein's a prison confinement. Basically, okay,
39:20
it's not just a friendship. By that time, Epstein was
39:27
a registered sex offender. But the Duke spent a weekend
39:30
at his fifty seven million pound mansion. Yeah, I remember
39:33
he had to go there to break up because he's
39:34
so honorable. Prince Andrew is such an honorable man that
39:38
he had to fly to New York to break up
39:41
with Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, that's what honorable men do, right.
39:45
The disgraced financier Pedophile killed himself last August while awaiting
39:49
trial on sex trafficking charges, but his survivors want justice
39:53
against his alleged co conspirators, including British socialite definite co
39:58
conspirator Elaine Maxwell fifty eight, the daughter of Shane Media
40:02
tycoon Robert Maxwell. Lawyers Miss Maxwell have previously said she
40:08
denies any wrongdoing. Andrew is categorically denied having any knowledge
40:13
that Epstein was sexually abusing teenage girls. Miss Roberts alleges
40:19
she first had sex with Andrew in two thousand and
40:21
one when she was seventeen. After being trafficked by Andrew,
40:25
She said, she was flown on Epstein's private jet to
40:28
London to meet the Duke, and the pair were photographed
40:31
together in Miss Maxwell's Belgravia home. Now you all know
40:35
that that picture is one of the most telling pieces
40:39
of evidence within this whole, entire sordid affair. She was
40:44
obviously there, he was obviously all over. Elaine Maxwell was
40:49
there with a big stupid grin on her face, and
40:56
Epstein was the one taking the picture, according to Virginia. Now,
41:01
not only that we have the IT specialist, mister Scully
41:05
has come forward now and placed Virginia with Andrew on
41:10
the island, being groped, being you know, whatever it is
41:15
that Andrew was doing to her. So I don't care
41:20
that he categorically denies any of this or any of
41:24
that right. We have a lot of evidence here, folks,
41:28
and it's time for him to come forward. He wants
41:32
to play with a straight bat, whatever the hell that means,
41:34
then come forward. During his newsnight interview, Andrew said he
41:43
did not recall ever meeting Miss Roberts. It was claimed
41:47
last night that the MLA request reported by the Sun
41:51
was formerly lodged by the Department of Justice last month
41:54
under the terms of a nineteen ninety four treaty. If granted,
41:59
US prosecutors could either ask the Duke to voluntarily attend
42:03
an interview or give a signed statement. They could also
42:07
ask Andrew to attend a magistrate's court to provide oral
42:10
or written evidence on oath. If he refused, the Duke
42:13
could be forced to attend in person, but Andrew would
42:17
have the right to plead the Fifth Amendment under the
42:19
US Constitution and stay silent in order to not incriminate himself.
42:24
Oh boy, that would be disastrous for the royal family.
42:27
If this man sits in front of investigators and pleads
42:30
the fifth Whoo, boy, that will ignite the fire. Talk
42:36
about throwing gas on an open flame. Look at how
42:44
Jeffrey Epstein looked pleading the Fifth at the beginning of
42:48
Filthy Rich. You imagine the video of Andrew at the
42:52
deposition pleading the Fifth about something as heinous as this,
42:58
The Honorable Andrew leading the Fifth about something like this, Boy,
43:03
it would be an absolute disaster. The MLA request is
43:08
not the same as requesting Andrew's extradition. That process could
43:12
be launched only if he was considered a formal suspect
43:15
and the FBI believed there was enough evidence to charge him.
43:20
Home Office sources last night confirmed the request had been made.
43:23
No decision has yet been made by UK officials. Boy,
43:27
I can't even imagine if they deny this request. This
43:29
will light it right up. If they deny this request,
43:32
it is obvious what's going on here, Folks. Nobody on
43:36
the whole, in the whole, on the whole planet could
43:37
deny that this is a vast cover up. At that point,
43:42
there is no good reason to deny a requests such
43:45
as this. For someone like Andrew, who is being incredibly accused,
43:49
it is time for this man to answer some hard questions.
43:57
Unlike his mother, Queen Elizabeth, the Prince Andrew does not
44:00
have diplomatic immunity from prosecution. However, any evidence provided by
44:05
Andrew may be held in camera, meaning the session would
44:08
be private, with press and members of the public barred
44:11
from attending. The Duke would also retain the right to
44:14
plead the fifth and stay silent. However, legal experts have
44:18
already warned that any decision to do so could dramatically backfire. Well,
44:22
I am not a legal expert, but I know what
44:25
two plus two is, and I'll tell you what him
44:27
pleading the fifth would be absolutely disastrous. You know who
44:32
pleads the fifth. Michael Corleone pleads the fifth. Folks okay,
44:37
Jeffrey Epstein pleads the fifth. Innocent men defend themselves. While
44:44
the Prince would retain the right to decline to testify
44:48
under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution, the
44:51
impact on his already diminished reputation would be considerable, and
44:56
an adverse and an adverse inference could be drawn against
44:59
him related civil litigations, leading to a possible default judgment.
45:04
Former federal prosecutor Evan T. Barr wrote in The New
45:08
York Law Journal last month. Barr suggested Andrew's safest approach
45:12
is to hunker down in the UK. Yep that is
45:15
his best bet. The longer you can avoid answering questions,
45:19
the longer you can avoid going under oath. That is
45:22
his best bet. Prince Andrew announced he'd be stepping back
45:27
from public life after the disastrous interview with BBC's Newsnight
45:30
in November. Regarding the decades long friendship he shared with
45:34
Epstein and his involvement in the sex trafficking portion of it,
45:38
I guess I'm gonna have to hammer that home, just
45:41
like I did with the Survivors when everybody was calling
45:43
them victims. Now, thankfully people are catching on. They're not
45:47
victims anymore. They're survivors. And it's the same thing here.
45:50
It's not a friendship, okay, Andrew was a lot more
45:56
than just a friend. Andrew was partaking in Jeffrey Epstein's
45:59
desci disgusting sex trafficking organization, point blank period, that's my opinion.
46:07
During the interview, Andrew insisted he would cooperate with any
46:10
US investigation if his legal advice was to do so. However,
46:15
in January, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York,
46:18
Jeffrey Berman, criticized Andrew for providing zero cooperation with his probe. Then,
46:24
in March Berman said Andrew had since completely shut the
46:28
door on voluntary cooperation. Representatives for Andrew rebuked the claims,
46:33
insisting his legal aids had been in regular contact with
46:36
the Prosecutor's office since the beginning of the year. Now again, folks,
46:41
I don't have any evidence of this, right, I haven't
46:43
even read anything hinting at it. But I have one
46:47
of my gut feelings in this case that other people
46:51
are cooperating already and that this investigation is moving a
46:55
lot quicker than we thought. Who those people might be.
46:58
I have no idea employees, other people involved who are
47:02
facing long bids. I don't know exactly who, but my
47:06
gut tells me that other people are talking right now
47:10
because they know that the second they do not talk,
47:15
they will be slapped with vicious rico statutes. And again,
47:21
that's just my opinion. I don't have any information to
47:25
share with you or to point out, or a source
47:27
to add to say that that's occurring. But when it
47:30
comes to something like this and you see them getting
47:32
this aggressive with an MLA, there is something else going on.
47:36
This is not happening in a vacuum, and this is
47:39
not just happening on its own there is something else cooking.
47:47
Berman meanwhile said his office was considering its options after
47:51
Andrew's attorneys made it clear he was not willing to
47:53
submit to an interview. The MLA request was then filed
47:57
in May, and again it was played pretty close to
48:01
the VEST. Right being filed in May, nobody really heard
48:05
about it. I hadn't heard anything about the MLA. I
48:07
really don't have any sources over in England per se,
48:10
and even in America here I don't have too many
48:14
sources close to the legal end of this case. So
48:17
I hadn't heard anything about this MLA and I hadn't
48:20
read about it anywhere else, So they kept it pretty
48:23
close to the VEST. But it is a serious situation
48:26
for Andrew folks. I can't stress out enough. Prince Andrew
48:31
was previously admitted to becoming friends with Jeffrey Epstein in
48:34
nineteen ninety nine, after being introduced to the financier Pedophile
48:38
through Bill Clinton's gumaud Keiley. Maxwell. Epstein was a guest
48:43
at Maxwell's birthday party at Sandringham's Palace, as well as
48:47
as Princess Beatrice's eighteenth birthday party at Windsor Castle in
48:50
two thousand and six, two months after a warrant was
48:54
issued for his arrest for the sexual assault of a minor.
48:59
How nice that, huh, Andrew, Such a solid guy, such
49:03
an honorable cat. Has Epstein hanging out at his daughter's
49:08
birthday party? Eighteenth birthday? Let's have a sex offender, a
49:12
guy who likes children come and hang out. That is
49:15
a fantastic idea Joe Exotic of the Windsor Family Father
49:20
of the Year. Epstein and Andrew were believed to have
49:23
met on at least ten other occasions, with the Duke
49:26
of York even staying over at Epstein's mansion in New York,
49:30
at his Palm Beach home, and on his private island
49:32
in the US Virgin Islands and in New Mexico. What
49:36
did they do? Build forts in the living room? Were
49:39
they hanging out watching the King's speech? We know what
49:44
they were doing. We know it's sick, disgusting, gross ass
49:48
members of so called polite society. You're up to. They
49:52
don't get off the way we do. You know me
49:54
or you? We go to the casino, throw one hundred
49:56
bucks away. You know that's exciting, right. We have a
49:59
wager on a baseball game for a few hunch exciting shit.
50:04
What do you do when you have all the money
50:05
in the world. Well, we obviously see what they do
50:10
when they have that sort of money by glimpsing behind
50:12
the curtain into Jeffrey Epstein's world with all of these
50:15
sick bastards that are hanging out with them, Roberts claims
50:20
she was trapped by Epstein to have sex with Prince
50:22
Andrew in London in two thousand and one at Maxwell's
50:26
home in Mayfair, when she was seventeen years old. Roberts
50:30
also alleges that Epstein later paid her to have sex
50:33
with Andrew at Epstein's New York mansion, and claims to
50:36
have had sex with Prince Andrew and eight other girls
50:39
on Epstein's private island in two thousand and two. Think
50:45
about that for a minute, folks. This is the queen's son.
50:49
This is what he's charged with. Not friendship. Okay, don't
50:53
let them gaslight you don't let them steal the narrative.
50:56
It is not friendship. Call a spade a spade, Call
50:59
it for what it is is. Andrew denies the allegations
51:04
made by Roberts, insisting he has no recollection of ever
51:08
meeting her. Epstein was convicted for procuring an underage girl
51:13
for prostitution. Again in possibility, an underage girl cannot consent
51:19
to be a prostitute. Therefore, there is no such thing
51:22
as underage prostitutes. What in the world is wrong with
51:26
this world? And soliciting a prostitute in Florida in two
51:29
thousand and eight, two years after his release from prison,
51:33
Andrew is pictured entering Epstein's New York mansion in December
51:36
twenty ten, where he stayed for four days. I'm sure
51:40
they were just playing Xbox and having hot Coco. In
51:45
his interview with Newsnight, Andrew insisted that the sole purpose
51:48
of the visit was to cut ties with Epstein, the
51:52
Queen's second son, like in the twenty one thousand square
51:54
foot mansion to a railway station, due to the fact
51:57
that there were people coming in and out of the
51:59
house all the time. A railway station, and that's where
52:03
you'd want to stay. Huh. You're the Prince of England
52:06
and you could stay anywhere in New York, all those fantastic,
52:09
lavish lot lodgings made for people like you, and you
52:13
chose to stay at a place where people are coming
52:15
and going at all hours. You don't want your privacy,
52:18
you don't want secrecy, you don't want to be left alone.
52:25
It's it's such Bs. This guy's whole story is such.
52:28
Bs pushed on why he stayed at the home of
52:34
a convicted sex offender, he said, Now, I went there
52:37
with the sole purpose of saying to him that because
52:39
he had been convicted, it was inappropriate for us to
52:42
be seen together. So I'll just stay the night at
52:44
your house for four days. I'll just you know, hang
52:47
out here and you know, we'll have our hot coco
52:50
and you know, maybe your butler can do some reading
52:52
to us. Doesn't that sound fun, Jeffrey. We know what
52:57
these sick bastards were up to. We know what they're massage.
53:00
I'm saying that with air quotes right now. And we
53:03
know that Andrew is neck deep involved in all of
53:06
this shit. This dude is gross. He needs to be indicted.
53:12
A former model who was once part of Epstein's inner
53:14
circle claimed in an exclusive interview with The Mail on
53:17
Sunday earlier this month that the financier Pedophile had arranged
53:22
for three young women to meet Prince Andrew at the
53:24
residence during the visit. The women were all in their
53:27
early twenties were told to dress up beautifully for the meetings,
53:30
the source claimed. Jeffrey Epstein, sixty six, was found dead
53:34
in his Manhattan jail cell last August while awaiting trial
53:37
on sex trafficking charges. Well, well, well, Prince Andrew, the
53:46
Prince of punk Asses aka the Joe Exotic of the
53:50
Windsor family, is now feeling the heat. The walls are
53:59
starting to close. His time is coming, and for some reason, folks,
54:07
I have a sneaking suspicion that he's not having any
54:11
problem sweating right now. If you like to contact me,
54:16
you could do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
54:19
That's Bobby c ap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
54:25
You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
54:29
c ap u Cci. All right, everybody, we'll be back
54:33
tomorrow morning and we'll do it all over again. I
54:35
hope you all had a fantastic weekend a new year. Meet.
54:39
What's up everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
54:42
Epstein Chronicles. If there is one person on this planet
54:47
that's happy as hell to hear about the Department of
54:50
Justice closing their Epstein investigation. There's no doubt that that
54:55
person is the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, aka
55:00
Prince Andrew. And that's because he's going to be able
55:02
to travel once again now that the DOJ and the
55:06
FBI isn't looking to have a conversation with him. Not
55:10
that I think they were trying to do that before,
55:12
to be honest with you, but there was always that chance,
55:16
and we all know that the Prince of punkasses the
55:18
Joe Exotica the Windsor Family, Prince Andrew wasn't ever going
55:22
to risk it. Instead, he decided to just skulk around
55:25
all day and be a black eye for the royal family.
55:29
But now that's all over and done with, because the
55:32
DOJ has decided that there's nothing left to see here,
55:35
that there's no more investigation to be done, and that
55:39
Prince Andrew and people like him they have nothing left
55:42
to worry about. Today's article is from the US Sun
55:46
and the headline cleared for takeoff Aramiles Andy free to
55:51
end travel ban after FBI closes probe into Prince's link
55:55
with pedo tycoon Jeffrey Epstein. And I know this comes
55:58
as a shock to a lot of people, but not me.
56:01
I've been telling you folks for years not to expect
56:03
any kind of real justice here. If justice was gonna come,
56:07
it would have come already. Instead, what you're gonna get
56:10
is gaslighting and a bunch of people telling you to
56:13
move on, a bunch of people that don't even have
56:15
any skin in the game. Imagine telling one of the
56:18
fathers of one of these thousand or so girls to
56:21
just move on. It's one thing to talk that shit
56:24
on the internet. It's a whole last other thing to
56:26
talk to one of these survivors or their families and
56:29
tell them that, you know, it's just time to move on. Meanwhile,
56:33
nobody has been brought to justice. Gahlaigne Maxwell is the
56:37
only one, her and Jean Luke Brunel. And conveniently, Jean
56:41
Luke Brunell ends up killing himself, So the only one
56:44
rotting in a jail sells Glayne Maxwell. And that's all
56:47
by design. She was served up. She was the last
56:51
woman standing, if you will. And in my opinion, when
56:55
they decided to burn the operation, and they decided to
56:58
burn all connections to the operation, their real contact obviously
57:02
was Jeffrey Epstein. As much as he decided to tell her. Now,
57:06
look that doesn't mean I don't think Glainne Maxwell should
57:08
be in prison. I most certainly do. Let us not
57:11
forget what we heard during the trial and what we
57:13
heard from the girls who said Glainne Maxwell took part
57:16
in the abuse herself. So let's not act like Laye
57:19
Maxwell is innocent here. And that's certainly not my point.
57:22
But it sure is all convenient, isn't it. Anybody that
57:26
was actually connected to the operation as far as people
57:29
who could connect the dots and really slam things home,
57:33
those people end up dead And the only person that
57:35
ends up doing a bit is Glainne Maxwell. What does
57:38
that tell you? And they didn't even charge her with Rico.
57:41
They charged Ditty with Rico, not Gallainne Maxwell. So look,
57:45
people can say whatever they want, but the facts point
57:48
in a completely different direction. And I'm not going to
57:51
be gas lit into thinking that this was just one
57:53
perverse man who was going around and abusing all these
57:57
girls for all these years. Now, look, there's no doubt
57:59
that there's lot of BS that comes along with Jeffrey Epstein.
58:03
People getting eaten and you know, the whole thing. And
58:07
I don't even bring that stuff up on the podcast,
58:09
and I never have for this reason. That stuff just
58:13
gets in the way of the real, tangible evidence that
58:15
we have of what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Now, look,
58:18
I'm not saying that Epstein wasn't up to some funky
58:21
ass shit, shit that I don't even know about. He
58:23
probably was. The dude was into some really odd stuff.
58:27
But if you can't even get people to believe that
58:29
Jeffrey Epstein was, you know, running around with the most
58:32
powerful people in the world and being protected by them,
58:36
how are you gonna get them to believe the other stuff?
58:38
So shouldn't you start with the stuff that people are
58:41
gonna actually believe? And when I say people, I mean
58:44
you know, regular folk, mainstream folk who don't know the story.
58:47
And obviously we don't have those people believing the whole
58:50
story as it is not everybody. And that's because all
58:53
of the other noise, right, all the other bs. This
58:57
article was authored by Matt Wilkinson. The terrified Duke of
59:03
York sixty five has hunkered down at Royal Lodge in
59:06
Windsor four or six years, fearing arrest if he left
59:09
the UK, and there was about as much chance of
59:13
that happening him getting arrested due to the allegations with Epstein,
59:17
as there is of me being part of the royal family,
59:21
it was never going to happen again, Red Meat. They
59:25
wanted it to look like they were engaging in this long,
59:28
deep investigation when really nothing was going on. And if
59:32
they did do this deep, dark investigation they talk about,
59:36
then all those documents need to be unleashed. Let's see
59:39
it all, and I'll gladly say to you if I'm wrong. Hey, look,
59:43
they did this deep dive. They investigated every allegation, They
59:47
unturned every rock, they kicked in all the doors, shook
59:50
all the bushes, and they came up empty. Cool. I'd
59:54
be more than willing to say, you know what, All right,
59:56
there's enough here to say that they did what they could.
59:59
But that's not the case. What about the girls we've
1:00:01
never heard of? What about girls like Jane Doe one
1:00:04
thousand and one or Jane Doe seventeen or Lisa Doe. Oh,
1:00:08
these are names you never heard of, right, that's because
1:00:11
they're not part of the mainstream conversation. So if there's
1:00:14
part of this story that you don't even know, people
1:00:16
involve that you've never even heard of. Do you really
1:00:19
think it's time to move on? I would say that
1:00:22
it's not the time to move on, and it's not
1:00:24
going to be the time to move on until there's
1:00:27
full transparency here at the very least, because I know
1:00:30
we're not gonna get justice. I'm not naive. Justice is
1:00:33
only for people like them. We don't rate you, your children,
1:00:37
everybody you know and love expendable. They don't give a
1:00:42
fuck about anybody but themselves, and they'll just make for
1:00:45
tend and dogwalk people that they're engaging in this long investigation. Cool,
1:00:50
now prove it. You don't have to show us the video.
1:00:54
Don't be ub to so nobody wants to see that
1:00:56
disgusting shit anyway, maybe Prince Andrew, not the rest of us.
1:01:00
So what about the documentation, Let's see the paper trail?
1:01:03
What about the finances? Oh, that's right, they won't show
1:01:06
us the finances. You know why, right? You know where
1:01:09
that paper trail leads directly to the financial fucking sector.
1:01:13
And if you want to talk about the real masters
1:01:16
of the universe, there they are the people in the
1:01:19
financial sector that never suffer any kind of ramification. For
1:01:22
their bullshit. The people that elect presidents, fund our politicians,
1:01:27
fund all the bullshit that we deal with, the people
1:01:30
that have you in a state of slavery. Oh you
1:01:33
don't think so, go and check that debt amount. How
1:01:36
much do you on your school debt? How about your car?
1:01:38
How about your Macy's card or whatever the fuck? The
1:01:43
real people that we should be angry at are the
1:01:46
bankers and the financiers, and until the pitchforks and the torches,
1:01:51
that means us understand that people like this are going
1:01:54
to continue to get away with it. But if we
1:01:57
followed the money and we had a real investigation and
1:01:59
we would Hitcklain, Maxwell ud Rico, where do you think
1:02:02
that would have led us? Well, it would have led
1:02:05
us to the very people who ended up avoiding all
1:02:07
this trouble. Anyway, Jamie Diamond, all the other people at
1:02:12
Deutsche Bank. Oh, they paid a fine. But did anyone
1:02:14
go to prison? Did anybody go to jail? How about
1:02:18
for their bullshit? When it comes to working with cartels?
1:02:20
Anyone go to prison? Then? Anyone go to jail? Course not?
1:02:23
Or how about this one from one of their greatest
1:02:25
sets albums that time that they melted down the financial market.
1:02:29
How many people went to prison for that? Oh, yeah,
1:02:32
that's right, they didn't. Instead, they're working for presidents, electing presidents,
1:02:37
and now probably having presidents buried Jeffrey Epstein's bullshit. A
1:02:44
friend said that Andrew has been abroad once since the
1:02:46
scandal erupted, but without the FBI investigation hanging over his head,
1:02:51
he will feel it safe to travel. He has always
1:02:54
been very nervous about going abroad and felt he'd always
1:02:57
be looking over his shoulder as he could be subject
1:02:59
to action or at worse, being arrested. Hopefully, with this
1:03:04
out of the way, that means he can at least
1:03:06
leave the country. Oh, poor Andrew. He couldn't leave the country.
1:03:09
He was scared he was going to get served, so instead,
1:03:12
mister grifty grifterton over here went and hit at the
1:03:15
lodge and had his brother pay for everything. What an
1:03:18
absolute slimeball this dude is. How could anybody ever defend
1:03:22
Prince Andrew? What's he supposed to do with the rest
1:03:25
of his life. He hasn't been convicted of any crime,
1:03:28
and he can't sit around at the Royal Lodge forever.
1:03:30
I suggest that he finds a colony of lepers and
1:03:33
goes and lives with them, provide them comfort and solace.
1:03:37
You know, he's such a great guy, right, I mean,
1:03:39
according to the five people that support him, Prince Andrew's
1:03:43
just one of the greatest guys of all time. In fact,
1:03:45
he's so great I'm going to bring a sixteen seventeen
1:03:48
year old girl over to him and he can hang
1:03:51
out with her in Belgravey at my mansion. Wait what
1:03:54
they found out? Let's tell them though, that I was
1:03:56
in Woking at the pizza joint and look, I can't sway.
1:04:00
I don't know what that even means. I don't drink,
1:04:02
I don't sweat, I don't do anything. So yeah, maybe
1:04:05
he should just stay at the Royal Lodge for the
1:04:08
rest of his pathetic life. The Duke was dubbed Airmiles
1:04:12
Zandi amid criticism of his globe trotting and use of
1:04:15
helicopters and planes at taxpayer's expense. He racked up huge
1:04:19
bills while a working Royal and UK Trade envoy, but
1:04:22
his only recent trip abroad was on a private jet
1:04:25
to Baran in twenty twenty two. I bet they love
1:04:29
people like Prince Andrew down there get away with all
1:04:32
kinds of shit. Was he at one of those Instagram
1:04:34
model parties? Earlier this year, The Sun revealed that he
1:04:38
was flogging access to former business contacts around the globe
1:04:41
in a commercial deal with Dutch base firm startup boot Camp.
1:04:46
Under the agreement, Andy gets cash for passing on links
1:04:49
he gained through the defunct global scheme pitch at Palace,
1:04:53
mainly in East Asia. Yeah, get that hustle on in
1:04:56
East Asia where you have a bunch of vulnerable people
1:04:58
that nobody cares about. The whole entire thing is sick
1:05:02
and twisted. The whole thing is disgusting, and the whole
1:05:05
ass system is corrupt. Arrest fears meant he has been
1:05:09
unable to meet his contacts. Andrew has said that he'd
1:05:12
be prepared to speak to the FBI and willingly help
1:05:15
any appropriate law enforcement agency. After convicted pedophile Epstein died
1:05:20
in twenty nineteen, Six months later, US prosecutors said he
1:05:25
had provided zero cooperation. Again, another motherfucker that opened his
1:05:29
own mouth. He's the one who said he'd help out.
1:05:32
He's the one who said all this big stuff during
1:05:34
that interview that turned out to be untrue. If you
1:05:36
would have just been able to tell the truth during
1:05:38
that interview, you'd have been a lot better off. But
1:05:41
you couldn't tell the truth right, so you lied, and
1:05:44
you got caught lying, and it ended up costing your
1:05:46
mommy and your brother a cool twelve to fifteen million dollars.
1:05:52
The son revealed the Department of Justice applied to the
1:05:54
Home Office to speak to Andrew via a mutual legal
1:05:57
assistance request used only in investigations. Their investigation was paused
1:06:03
last year. Imagine this shit. Imagine the federal government wanting
1:06:06
to talk to you as part of a criminal investigation,
1:06:09
and then all of a sudden it just gets closed
1:06:11
down out of nowhere. Nothing new happened, no big revelations, nothing,
1:06:16
just pressure on the federal government to release the information.
1:06:20
But instead, now we're gonna cover it all up. We're
1:06:23
gonna make pretend that it never happened. Before you know it,
1:06:26
they're gonna want us to believe that Jeffrey Epstein is
1:06:29
not even a real person. That's the next move. Andrew
1:06:34
has always denied claims by Virginia Roberts that he abused
1:06:37
her when she was seventeen. Yeah, sure, nobody's believing that
1:06:41
without accepting any wrongdoing. In twenty twenty two, he paid
1:06:44
her fifteen million dollars with the Late Queen's help. Miss
1:06:47
Roberts was found dead at our Australia farm in April,
1:06:51
age forty one. Yeah, because all innocent people are out
1:06:54
here paying all this money to people they didn't abuse, right,
1:06:58
That's exactly what people do. Here's the real truth. He
1:07:02
didn't want to deal with depositions. He didn't want to
1:07:05
deal with going through the whole entire process because he'd
1:07:08
be exposed. He'd have to tell the truth and then
1:07:10
what well after that, he'd be indicted. So that's why
1:07:15
Prince Andrew did what he did. He couldn't lie under oath.
1:07:18
He would have been exposed and it would have been
1:07:20
a wrap for him. But instead Prince Andrew gets to
1:07:24
ride off into the sunset without ever once sitting down
1:07:27
under oath and answering any questions. Meanwhile, Virginia is dead
1:07:33
and you want us to move on, fat fucking chance.
