Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, best music is made.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Nine and welcome to another episode of Scotti and Abby Unfiltered.
- 0:07Speaker 2: This was purely a disgusting thought I had in the
- 0:09Speaker 2: bathroom that made.
- 0:10Speaker 1: Me think, as opposed to what you think, you're.
- 0:13Speaker 3: Normal until you have one of these thoughts.
- 0:15Speaker 2: But then I realized that at least I caught myself
- 0:17Speaker 2: before I did it, Okay, that I feel like what
- 0:20Speaker 2: I'm about to say is like not even close to
- 0:21Speaker 2: anything that you're thinking right now.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Can I be honest with you, This is a rare
- 0:25Speaker 1: moment where I have no idea where you're gonna.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Go with this, you know what? Good.
- 0:27Speaker 2: I walked into the bathroom like ten minutes ago, and
- 0:31Speaker 2: I saw one of our coworkers who's like a great coworker, Gordy,
- 0:34Speaker 2: And as soon as I saw him, my first reaction
- 0:36Speaker 2: was like, he was walking you know what, it's the podcast.
- 0:40Speaker 2: He just got done using the journal and he literally
- 0:42Speaker 2: turned to walk at me and I literally put my
- 0:44Speaker 2: hand up to like dap him up.
- 0:45Speaker 3: Oh no, And I was like, Scott, what the he
- 0:48Speaker 3: just got.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Done touching as Willie and you're about to give him
- 0:51Speaker 2: my handshakee.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Oh, you seem pretty excited about the possibility.
- 0:54Speaker 2: No, I did not, because I luckily I stopped myself.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I like, all of a sudden, I threw it through
- 0:57Speaker 2: my hair really quick of like okay, nope, nope, I
- 0:59Speaker 2: was not about to dap you up after you just
- 1:01Speaker 2: got done using the bathroom. Unacceptable bathroom behavior, And it
- 1:05Speaker 2: always cracks me up because I don't know what a
- 1:07Speaker 2: weird conversation. I'm sorry that this is how the podcast
- 1:10Speaker 2: is starting. You're like, y'all are gross. I guess I
- 1:12Speaker 2: am not abby. You don't throw on not that bus yet.
- 1:14Speaker 2: But the behaviors that we have in bathrooms, like when
- 1:16Speaker 2: guys are next to each other, like we'll chat it up,
- 1:18Speaker 2: like literally have a full blown conversation while we're doing
- 1:21Speaker 2: the business, where we'll talk about the lighthearted things of
- 1:25Speaker 2: you know, how's work, how's the weather? Toward like serious conversations. Bro.
- 1:29Speaker 2: I heard you're going through a divorce, Like it's crazy
- 1:31Speaker 2: the conversations that happened side by side while you're being.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So because you feel like you can be truly vulnerable
- 1:36Speaker 1: behind closed doors.
- 1:37Speaker 2: I think it's because literally everything is out, you're literally exposed.
- 1:40Speaker 1: It is crazy that there is a device the urinal
- 1:44Speaker 1: where it's socially acceptable to just whip out your deck
- 1:46Speaker 1: because I'm not, like I've never truly believed that all
- 1:50Speaker 1: men are a little gay until I realize a man
- 1:53Speaker 1: made though.
- 1:54Speaker 3: That's exactly I want to be a safe space.
- 1:57Speaker 1: You want to be able to take a little look
- 1:59Speaker 1: at you on.
- 1:59Speaker 2: It is okay, well, I guess if you go back,
- 2:02Speaker 2: and I've said this on the podcast, so it's not
- 2:03Speaker 2: a surprise.
- 2:03Speaker 3: But like when you're growing up, like a common thing for.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Dudes is you'll just pee together, go out to the woods,
- 2:09Speaker 2: side by side, letting it go. What's crazy, though, is
- 2:12Speaker 2: as you get older is obviously you don't do that
- 2:15Speaker 2: really anymore unless you're like super drunk with a buddy
- 2:17Speaker 2: from like childhood. Yeah, but for the most part, like
- 2:19Speaker 2: bathrooms have dividers, like they are divided up. But every
- 2:23Speaker 2: now and then you'll go into like let's say a
- 2:25Speaker 2: stadium or I mean you've been to Ireland, right, Yeah,
- 2:28Speaker 2: when you go to like another country, they just give
- 2:31Speaker 2: you a trough really literally like a tub that everyone
- 2:35Speaker 2: is like an inch away from each other.
- 2:37Speaker 1: To be fair, at like a sporting game, when like
- 2:39Speaker 1: the lines are long, I'll take a trough like we
- 2:42Speaker 1: don't need dividers, Like we're just animals at that point,
- 2:44Speaker 1: we're cattle. We all have to piss.
- 2:46Speaker 2: It feels so animalistic when you go in there and
- 2:48Speaker 2: you're like, all right, I'm gonna just stand, I'm gonna
- 2:50Speaker 2: I'm gonna shim.
- 2:51Speaker 3: Me in between two men and we're all just gonna
- 2:54Speaker 3: let it out.
- 2:54Speaker 1: But do not find it odd that, like you're in
- 2:57Speaker 1: an office environment, because with like Rando's at a ball
- 3:00Speaker 1: or whatever, when everyone's a little drunk, that's different because
- 3:02Speaker 1: everyone's sort of like not present at an office when
- 3:04Speaker 1: you have to see Gordy, is it not? Do you
- 3:07Speaker 1: not find it a little weird that, like your dicks
- 3:09Speaker 1: are just out and then you've got to like go
- 3:11Speaker 1: to it. You're gonna go to a meeting afterwards, Like
- 3:14Speaker 1: ms Chris's had his wank, his wink, he's really winky out,
- 3:18Speaker 1: and I'm gonna go watch him use those same hands
- 3:21Speaker 1: to use the smartboard.
- 3:22Speaker 2: I guess it feels kind of mythical, like it's not
- 3:24Speaker 2: really there because the divider it would be. It would
- 3:27Speaker 2: absolutely be different if the divider wasn't there.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Do you ever see a man's peepee when you go
- 3:32Speaker 1: into the.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Not here, not here, Oh god, no, okay, thank god.
- 3:36Speaker 1: How big are the dividers?
- 3:37Speaker 2: I mean they're like doors, like not doors, but like
- 3:39Speaker 2: I would say, three feet high two feet wide, or
- 3:42Speaker 2: it's like it covers your mid body. Okay, so it's
- 3:44Speaker 2: like chest Tonesse. Yeah, so you're not seeing anybody in
- 3:47Speaker 2: that vulnerable state. All you see is their face.
- 3:48Speaker 1: But it is still just weird. It's just out. I
- 3:50Speaker 1: don't know why. I feel like a door would make
- 3:52Speaker 1: it better.
- 3:53Speaker 2: I think what's even weirder is what like for y'all,
- 3:56Speaker 2: if you're like literally just you guys are just sitting
- 3:58Speaker 2: there next to each other. It's like on a plane
- 4:00Speaker 2: ride in the bathroom.
- 4:01Speaker 1: But we don't want to acknowledge it. Like if somebody
- 4:03Speaker 1: comes in the bathroom, I'm instantly pissed.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Gosh see that's I thought. I don't know. I guess
- 4:07Speaker 3: it changes because I don't know.
- 4:09Speaker 2: I feel like, y'all get what I've heard is very chatty,
- 4:12Speaker 2: full blown conversations side by side.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Well, it depends like if you like big groups of
- 4:16Speaker 1: girls would go to like a public restroom together, but
- 4:18Speaker 1: like at the office and it's like ten am and
- 4:21Speaker 1: the coffee just hit. I don't want anybody in that bathroom.
- 4:24Speaker 3: Good lord, you know what I mean? Yeah, I do, Yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 3: I do.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Because then, like you've just see these people every day
- 4:29Speaker 1: and they're be like, oh, Abby just took a shit. Now.
- 4:31Speaker 1: That's why I think the urinal thing is crazy, because
- 4:33Speaker 1: it's like I don't want to poop next to my coworkers,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and yet here you guys are just like whipping your
- 4:38Speaker 1: penises out. Well, it's kind of like your's penut everywhere.
- 4:42Speaker 3: I guess it's just.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Like we're so used to it because that's literally what
- 4:44Speaker 2: you've been doing since you were in middle school.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I know, And so I understand that it's normalized. And
- 4:48Speaker 1: I know in ancient cultures everyone would just pee and
- 4:50Speaker 1: shit next to each other and like these big open
- 4:52Speaker 1: bath houses. But culturally, I just don't want to know
- 4:56Speaker 1: that anybody does that. I don't even want to know
- 4:57Speaker 1: that I do it. Yeah, when I do it, I'm like,
- 4:59Speaker 1: this is shame yourself for the bathroom, Like why are
- 5:02Speaker 1: my pants off?
- 5:03Speaker 3: Would you be someone in?
- 5:04Speaker 2: You know, whenever this you know you say you're gonna
- 5:07Speaker 2: get married in twenty forty.
- 5:08Speaker 1: Five, Yeah, it's likely twenty forty seven.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I'm sorry, we're extended in a little bit.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Think I just got delayed by two years.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's good.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Might as well have more time for planning, of course,
- 5:15Speaker 2: but or I don't know, you might change this, but like,
- 5:18Speaker 2: would you be in a relationship where it's like oh, door,
- 5:20Speaker 2: open policy or is it like no, close that damn door.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I feel like everybody's different to where I feel like
- 5:25Speaker 1: every every relationship is different where some guys like I
- 5:28Speaker 1: don't want to know that you do that. I don't
- 5:30Speaker 1: want to hear you fart. I don't want to, I
- 5:32Speaker 1: don't want I don't want anything.
- 5:33Speaker 3: To do with that.
- 5:34Speaker 2: I think those kind of guys are silly. By the way,
- 5:35Speaker 2: I'm not going to say any like bad things about it,
- 5:37Speaker 2: but like I know there's guys that are here like yeah,
- 5:39Speaker 2: I'm like, man, that's silly, bro, Like come on, now,
- 5:42Speaker 2: come on.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I feel like it changes depending on your relationship. Like
- 5:45Speaker 1: I feel like once you have kids, that changes your
- 5:48Speaker 1: relationship from like well this is my person to like
- 5:50Speaker 1: this is my coworker.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Yeah, we got a lot of work to do together.
- 5:54Speaker 1: So yeah, like you've you've seen me get birth, so
- 5:57Speaker 1: like sure, I'll shit in front of you, you know
- 5:59Speaker 1: what I mean, Like, I I fully believe that when
- 6:01Speaker 1: you have a kid, that completely changed your relationship dynamic
- 6:04Speaker 1: to like this is just this guy that I live with,
- 6:06Speaker 1: we like have a spawn together.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Where's the romance, Abby?
- 6:09Speaker 1: I feel like it totally takes the romance out.
- 6:11Speaker 3: She just know too much, I guess.
- 6:13Speaker 2: And I think for some couples where it's like if
- 6:15Speaker 2: you're doing it a number two in front of each other,
- 6:17Speaker 2: that's the lie.
- 6:18Speaker 3: I know. I can't no no, no, no, no noah.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Like I'm not saying that you don't do it. I'm
- 6:22Speaker 2: not saying that like that's silly, but to open the door.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Or I remember like Meghan Trainer had like toilets next
- 6:29Speaker 2: to each other.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they have two different toilets.
- 6:31Speaker 2: And that's not like it's not just her Like that
- 6:33Speaker 2: actually is not I'm not gonna say common, but it's
- 6:37Speaker 2: more common than you would imagine where couples are like, yeah,
- 6:40Speaker 2: we want to be in the same room. Or I
- 6:43Speaker 2: was talking to a friend when I was on I
- 6:46Speaker 2: don't have the disclosure and when I was on my
- 6:48Speaker 2: retreat and she was like, yeah, like I want my
- 6:51Speaker 2: boyfriend to sit in the room while I'm doing that
- 6:53Speaker 2: business to talk to me because I get lonely and
- 6:55Speaker 2: I'll wait, wait five seconds. I was like, dang, like
- 6:58Speaker 2: you don't want a little bit, I you know, I'm not.
- 7:01Speaker 2: I enjoy every moment in my relationship. I almost tell
- 7:04Speaker 2: my girlfriend, I'm like, I want you to have time
- 7:05Speaker 2: away from me so.
- 7:06Speaker 3: You don't get tired of me.
- 7:07Speaker 2: Like that's literally deliberate where I'm like, I'm going to
- 7:09Speaker 2: leave for a little bit, or like you could have
- 7:11Speaker 2: the space so you could just have some time to
- 7:13Speaker 2: decompress without me. Yeah, because I feel like if you're
- 7:16Speaker 2: together all the time, especially in the moments where you're
- 7:18Speaker 2: just trying to be in the bathroom, m h god, dang,
- 7:21Speaker 2: how are you not going to be clawing at each
- 7:23Speaker 2: other's faces.
- 7:23Speaker 3: I don't know, but everyone's different.
- 7:25Speaker 1: I guess that's different.
- 7:26Speaker 2: So all that to say unacceptable bathroom behavior is I
- 7:28Speaker 2: almost dapped up the coworker in the bathroom after he
- 7:30Speaker 2: got done peeing.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Well, I'm glad you saved Gordy that embarrassment.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Me too, because I was about I don't know.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Gordy was thrilled. He's like, I can't wait to show
- 7:37Speaker 1: Scott Maiener. He was ready. He's like, no one ever
- 7:39Speaker 1: sees this thing.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Oh god, I don't know. It was like a fistpump moment.
- 7:42Speaker 3: I was like, this is weird. We're not going to
- 7:45Speaker 3: do this.
- 7:45Speaker 2: The worst is like I'll be leaving and like leaving
- 7:48Speaker 2: the bathroom, and but you're in mid conversation, so somebody
- 7:50Speaker 2: will still be at the urinal. I'm mid conversation. I'm
- 7:52Speaker 2: standing at the door. They're still paying. We're having a
- 7:54Speaker 2: full blown conversation.
- 7:55Speaker 1: That's crazy open, full blown conversation with you wien around.
- 7:58Speaker 3: While that's so weird, Weirdly enough, it's kind of comforting.
- 8:01Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 8:02Speaker 1: It's kind of comforting. I don't know, because you're both
- 8:04Speaker 1: equally vulnerable.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Yeah, we're like just in a state of like, you
- 8:06Speaker 2: know what, here I am human form andal Peen when
- 8:09Speaker 2: you oh god, this is okay, you know what. We're
- 8:11Speaker 2: gonna go down this lane because I have a massage
- 8:13Speaker 2: planned and the next hopefully like the next twenty four hours.
- 8:17Speaker 3: You got a massage in Nantucket. I did. This is
- 8:19Speaker 3: different than a man.
- 8:21Speaker 1: That was horrifying.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Okay, when you said that on the air, I thought
- 8:23Speaker 2: to myself, like obviously you requested a woman.
- 8:26Speaker 3: Yeah, and you still went through with it though it
- 8:27Speaker 3: was a man, because what.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Am I gonna do? No, We're gonna be like no,
- 8:31Speaker 1: because he's like missus murphyme taking you back to your room.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I'm like, you're what?
- 8:34Speaker 3: Was he a good looking man?
- 8:35Speaker 1: Well, that's what's so funny. And what I didn't understand
- 8:38Speaker 1: was I specifically had so if Femius the story I
- 8:41Speaker 1: got a massage Nantucket, and I requested a woman and
- 8:44Speaker 1: they gave me a man messuse. And we only did
- 8:48Speaker 1: that because we booked kind of late in the season,
- 8:51Speaker 1: like Nantucket and shot him and stuff like it books
- 8:53Speaker 1: up pretty fast. And my mom was like, Okay, we
- 8:55Speaker 1: can get you a female technician, but you have to
- 8:58Speaker 1: go an hour later. And so I fell on the
- 9:00Speaker 1: sword and I took the later appointment so I could
- 9:02Speaker 1: have a female masseuse. That was the entire purpose of
- 9:06Speaker 1: moving It was the entire purpose of moving it. And
- 9:10Speaker 1: what annoyed me was I saw him walking around like
- 9:13Speaker 1: the facilities. So I'm like, so I could have at
- 9:15Speaker 1: least gone with my mom and my aunt and my cousin.
- 9:18Speaker 1: We could have all gotten massages at the same time.
- 9:20Speaker 1: But instead here I am dicking around for an hour,
- 9:23Speaker 1: me and never both just being like, hey, hey, I
- 9:25Speaker 1: had no idea this is gonna be my messuse. And
- 9:27Speaker 1: then when I go back, I'm like, what are you
- 9:28Speaker 1: doing here? And it was it was a little awkward
- 9:30Speaker 1: at first because I'm like, you know, just a random
- 9:32Speaker 1: man touching me and he wasn't really getting in, he
- 9:35Speaker 1: wasn't really massaging. He was just sort of like rubbing,
- 9:37Speaker 1: and I was like, well, now it really just does
- 9:39Speaker 1: feel like this random man is just touching me. So
- 9:41Speaker 1: I'm like, go harder. May he went too hard. I'm
- 9:44Speaker 1: like that's too much. But about halfway through the massage,
- 9:47Speaker 1: I'm like, it feels like a baby seal is rubbing
- 9:49Speaker 1: me like this. This man is hairless. This man has
- 9:51Speaker 1: the softest hands and arms I've ever felt in my life.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And then I was like, that boy's gay.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and I.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Really believe that because he's so respectful. He doesn't seem
- 9:59Speaker 1: like weirded out by this at all.
- 10:01Speaker 2: I'm like, that boy's gay, and they like, Okay, I
- 10:04Speaker 2: was about to say they have to I'm not saying
- 10:05Speaker 2: they have.
- 10:06Speaker 3: To be gay.
- 10:07Speaker 2: I'm saying that they come like I know that profession.
- 10:09Speaker 2: They have to be so professional with it. Yeah, because
- 10:12Speaker 2: of that vulnerability that you're in. You're like random stranger
- 10:15Speaker 2: hands all over my body and they do such a
- 10:17Speaker 2: good job of you don't even know them, but all
- 10:19Speaker 2: of a sudden you're like, yeah, well get a little bit.
- 10:21Speaker 3: Back on my shoulder. Yeah, what good. I know.
- 10:23Speaker 1: It's kind of like a guynecologist where they just see
- 10:25Speaker 1: bodies so often that they're not like surprise, but it is.
- 10:28Speaker 1: It is like intimate because they're like rubbing you, like
- 10:32Speaker 1: they're really like touching your body, Like I haven't been
- 10:34Speaker 1: touched like this since twenty twenty long. So I'm sitting
- 10:37Speaker 1: there and I'm like it just felt normal after about
- 10:40Speaker 1: thirty minutes. But I wasn't. I was annoyed. I'm like,
- 10:43Speaker 1: I requested a woman.
- 10:44Speaker 2: That is weird where it's like, at least give me
- 10:46Speaker 2: the option, or at least say why you didn't give
- 10:48Speaker 2: me the app I know.
- 10:48Speaker 1: So I don't know if my mom fucked up in
- 10:50Speaker 1: the in the booking process or whatever, but.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Did you cause I have When I first started going
- 10:56Speaker 2: to get a massage, I remember someone told me like, yeah,
- 10:59Speaker 2: I get I asked naked and I was like, that's
- 11:01Speaker 2: how you're supposed to do. So I went, I got
- 11:04Speaker 2: but naked. The first couple times, I was like, I
- 11:06Speaker 2: felt so weird doing that? Really yeah, that I couldn't
- 11:09Speaker 2: do it anymore.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Why did you feel weird?
- 11:11Speaker 2: Because it's like it's a little thin towel that's just
- 11:15Speaker 2: kind of draped over where you get.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Even massages seven eleven, there's like, here, put this napkin
- 11:22Speaker 1: over your pants.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Is that not how it works?
- 11:25Speaker 1: No, it's usually like a thick blanket.
- 11:27Speaker 2: No, oh no, mine wasn't a thing. I usually do
- 11:29Speaker 2: like sheets, so it's like like bed sheets kind.
- 11:32Speaker 1: Of man man's house. Christ when you say he's like
- 11:39Speaker 1: when I was twelve when I got my first massage,
- 11:42Speaker 1: is that so bad?
- 11:43Speaker 3: I'm talking out loud, But that's why I stopped. It
- 11:45Speaker 3: wasn't a thick blanket.
- 11:46Speaker 2: It was like, all right, I'm like as if I'm
- 11:48Speaker 2: laying in my covers and you know, there's not a
- 11:51Speaker 2: lot of layers between me and myself and I.
- 11:53Speaker 1: There's typically a pretty thick blanket that they put on.
- 11:56Speaker 2: That was not the case for me and the massages
- 11:57Speaker 2: that I get. But that's why I switch. That's why
- 11:59Speaker 2: I was like, all right, I'm just gonna wear some
- 12:01Speaker 2: briefs okay, and that will be it. There's you know,
- 12:03Speaker 2: enough where they could still get into my thighs and
- 12:06Speaker 2: my glutes.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Sometimes they get up into your butt and I'm like,
- 12:09Speaker 1: I'm like, what are you doing?
- 12:11Speaker 2: Okay, so I guess that it is all right. So
- 12:13Speaker 2: even with the man were you're like all right fully
- 12:16Speaker 2: out in the open.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Well, I had no choice because I wasn't wearing clothes.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I had a robe on Jesus, and so I was
- 12:21Speaker 1: like I would have worn had I known, I would
- 12:24Speaker 1: have probably worn bikini bottoms. I feel like wearing a
- 12:27Speaker 1: bikini top just like ruins the back experience, but I
- 12:29Speaker 1: don't care about like covering up my butt. But it
- 12:31Speaker 1: was fine, like literally thirty minutes and I didn't feel
- 12:33Speaker 1: any type of way about it. Yeah.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Yeah, but at first I was.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Like, man, I'm really just naked, you know what I mean?
- 12:39Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, I actually say that because one of the
- 12:41Speaker 2: things and luckily this will be well, see, I don't
- 12:43Speaker 2: think she would listen to this. One of the things
- 12:45Speaker 2: I had planned for my girlfriend's birthday is like get
- 12:47Speaker 2: a couple's massage, okay, and it's gonna be one her
- 12:49Speaker 2: first massage ever.
- 12:50Speaker 3: She's never had a massage never what That's what I said.
- 12:53Speaker 1: But that's why I've never forgotten a massage before.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I don't know, why don't you.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Just do it?
- 12:57Speaker 2: No comment, She hasn't had a professional massage, I'll say,
- 13:00Speaker 2: all right, So I mean.
- 13:01Speaker 1: As opposed to what you're getting.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Yeah, I come, I'm not a professional. I mean I
- 13:06Speaker 3: I do well like I.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Whatever Scott's like normally, Like when I get massages, I'm like,
- 13:10Speaker 1: there's a lot of hogies, like why why is it
- 13:13Speaker 1: smelling Marinara sausage?
- 13:15Speaker 3: Oh I'm about to lose it?
- 13:17Speaker 1: Okay, so wait, what what kind of massage are you
- 13:20Speaker 1: getting her?
- 13:21Speaker 2: It would be I don't know what kind of massage,
- 13:23Speaker 2: A decompressed massage.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Swedish massage, there's a deep tissue massage.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Tissue of it would be. Yeah.
- 13:30Speaker 1: They they'll give you like crazy names, like I think
- 13:32Speaker 1: the one I got was the Ocean Breeze massage. I'm like, yeah,
- 13:34Speaker 1: there was a breeze. I wasn't expecting it. Ocean Breeze's
- 13:39Speaker 1: name was Tom, Tom with his seal hands, Tom with
- 13:43Speaker 1: his baby seal hands and arms.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Well, I was one.
- 13:45Speaker 2: My girlfriend doesn't know this is part of like the
- 13:47Speaker 2: whole protocol for the birthday.
- 13:49Speaker 3: This is going to be a surprise for you know,
- 13:50Speaker 3: the day.
- 13:51Speaker 2: But I didn't know the protocol I should give her
- 13:53Speaker 2: for you know, how to get comfortable. I was gonna
- 13:56Speaker 2: either let that be the massuses say, or my say
- 13:58Speaker 2: like girl, but I wasna. Luckily we'll be next to
- 14:01Speaker 2: each other. Yeah, but I also don't know. I can't.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Then this is gonna be so weird. I think I'll
- 14:05Speaker 2: still be wearing my briefs. Okay, if a fun next
- 14:07Speaker 2: to her. But I'm like, if she's comfortable with it,
- 14:10Speaker 2: I guess that's the protocol, then to be button newt.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:13Speaker 2: I also, I mean, I know so many massage therapists.
- 14:16Speaker 2: I luckily we have such a cool audience that listens
- 14:18Speaker 2: to this. I know some of youll maslage therapists.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 14:20Speaker 3: You're gonna message me and say it's completely normal.
- 14:22Speaker 1: It just depends on your comfort level, Like it really
- 14:24Speaker 1: is up to you. Like for me, by the time
- 14:26Speaker 1: I'm laying down, I'm like whatever, Like you're rubbing me anyway,
- 14:29Speaker 1: do you know what I mean? Like if you see
- 14:30Speaker 1: a little side boob whatever, it's a treat. Consider that
- 14:32Speaker 1: my tip.
- 14:33Speaker 3: You're welcome.
- 14:34Speaker 1: You're welcome. You don't have to pay afterwards a little
- 14:35Speaker 1: side boob action.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Yeah. Well that's the plan for tomorrow is to be
- 14:39Speaker 2: able to actually have that lined up going on a day.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Call back, who are you getting a massage with? I
- 14:44Speaker 1: had I have great mesh at at Duckweed Grocery.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Now I have people that are like phenomenal, and I
- 14:51Speaker 2: just I set up the appointment. Here's where it's kind
- 14:54Speaker 2: of troublesome is like I paid, like it hit the
- 14:56Speaker 2: credit card. I haven't had confirmation from them yet. It's
- 14:59Speaker 2: twenty four hour hours till we go.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you should really call.
- 15:01Speaker 3: And they're supposed to show up at the house.
- 15:03Speaker 1: The payment, the confirmation, Like, hey, we charged you, We're
- 15:05Speaker 1: coming to your house.
- 15:06Speaker 2: That's what I said. But I never gave him my address.
- 15:08Speaker 2: They don't have my new address. They're going to show
- 15:10Speaker 2: up at the old house. Yeah, God, dang, I'd be awkward.
- 15:13Speaker 2: I'd be very awkward. But I called him yesterday, I
- 15:15Speaker 2: sent him an email the day before and I haven't
- 15:17Speaker 2: got anything. So I'm like, all right, you can't have
- 15:20Speaker 2: things falling through because this is a big part of
- 15:22Speaker 2: the day before the rest of.
- 15:23Speaker 3: The dinner and the activities go on.
- 15:25Speaker 2: So kind of stressing about that a little bit, but
- 15:27Speaker 2: I am glad to see that it's like, okay.
- 15:29Speaker 3: Most of the most people get but ass nude. That's
- 15:31Speaker 3: a good protocol to give.
- 15:32Speaker 2: I will not be I can't do it anymore, not
- 15:34Speaker 2: when my thin little napkin.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Over myself, you little napkins.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Yeah, anyway, Abby, how are you? I don't have bathroom talk.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I don't know where to go from here.
- 15:41Speaker 3: I didn't know what's going to go down that route.
- 15:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna be completely honestly, I don't know.
- 15:45Speaker 3: How to pivot from anyway is juggle for a second? Okay?
- 15:50Speaker 2: Anyway, So what we were talking about, we could kind
- 15:52Speaker 2: of give you all the behind the scenes because we
- 15:53Speaker 2: were talking a little bit on the podcast of our
- 15:55Speaker 2: Scotty and Abbey Live show, which is like a week away,
- 15:58Speaker 2: which is super exciting because it's going to be the
- 16:00Speaker 2: first time that we're going to be able to do
- 16:02Speaker 2: something like this. But we did have confirmation on a
- 16:04Speaker 2: celebrity coming in.
- 16:05Speaker 1: We have a big celeb I can't believe we were
- 16:07Speaker 1: able to secure this purse.
- 16:08Speaker 3: Could we reveal it to the podcast. Yes, it's me,
- 16:11Speaker 3: it's Abby. Abby comes into our own live show. I
- 16:14Speaker 3: think the podcast could know.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Right, No, we wanted to be a surprise.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Okay, well all right, Well then we did get confirmation
- 16:21Speaker 2: it's official. I have the message that the celebrity is
- 16:23Speaker 2: going to be joining us at Scotty and Abby. Big
- 16:24Speaker 2: celeb energy, Big big energy for sure, Big C Energy
- 16:29Speaker 2: or big B Energy.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Big big booty energy for sure. This person does.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Well, that's if you are in the Tampa Bay area.
- 16:36Speaker 2: That is up on our website. So there's still time
- 16:38Speaker 2: to get on that. And we did get confirmation on
- 16:41Speaker 2: animals coming out to the event too.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Animals coming.
- 16:43Speaker 3: We got some animals going to make a surprise appearance.
- 16:45Speaker 2: It really has become quite the variety show of no,
- 16:51Speaker 2: come out, hang out, have a good time.
- 16:53Speaker 1: Be fun. It will be okay, I do have something
- 16:54Speaker 1: we can talk about.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Please.
- 16:55Speaker 1: It is so random. This guy on Instagram keeps tagging
- 16:59Speaker 1: me in his perfume content. I don't know how. I
- 17:02Speaker 1: don't even know how to describe this. He keeps asking
- 17:04Speaker 1: me to be a collaborator on his his perfume account.
- 17:07Speaker 1: So it's this guy. I'm not going to give you
- 17:09Speaker 1: the full name, but it's just at top notes with
- 17:12Speaker 1: blank top notes is like a fragrance term.
- 17:15Speaker 3: Yeah, here is this somebody that lives here locally.
- 17:19Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know what the connection is.
- 17:21Speaker 1: He doesn't follow anybody that I know.
- 17:23Speaker 3: That's a that's a scam trying to get your credit card.
- 17:25Speaker 1: It's just so oh, you know, I take that back.
- 17:28Speaker 1: He follows some of the burd Show people, and he
- 17:30Speaker 1: just tags me and all of his perfume reviews. I'm like,
- 17:33Speaker 1: I don't, sir, respectfully, I don't know you. And he
- 17:36Speaker 1: just asked me to collab with him on just a
- 17:39Speaker 1: photo of his cologne, come on, Mabby, except the collabse
- 17:43Speaker 1: scent of the day, Aqua Deparma. What do I do?
- 17:45Speaker 3: I block this guy, absolutely block. I think why people
- 17:48Speaker 3: do that. This is just what came to me.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Tell me if I'm wrong, But because it then pops
- 17:51Speaker 2: up not on your timeline, but if you go over
- 17:53Speaker 2: to your tagged photos.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Yeah, you go to my photos. And so I don't
- 17:56Speaker 1: want this man to be able.
- 17:56Speaker 2: To tag me untag him on tagged block that No
- 18:00Speaker 2: for the podcast, you might be a fan of poet.
- 18:02Speaker 3: That's the case, sir, you gotta pay abby for that.
- 18:04Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, is like, don't don't tag me.
- 18:06Speaker 1: I didn't consent to being tagged in your in your perfume.
- 18:10Speaker 2: That's such an interesting thing to see what you're tagged
- 18:12Speaker 2: in because I don't even know what people tag me in. Okay,
- 18:14Speaker 2: luckily nothing bagged like that.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just I'm tagged in all of my content
- 18:17Speaker 1: and my Bay Shore stuff. And then every now and
- 18:20Speaker 1: then it's like this guy's scent of the day, awkward deparma.
- 18:23Speaker 2: That man's using your clout, I know for them though,
- 18:25Speaker 2: I like the hustle. At least it's not like illegal hustle.
- 18:28Speaker 2: It's social media hustle. Or you could actually buy his perfume.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Tell them to send you some perfume and maybe you'll
- 18:33Speaker 2: love it.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Here's the thing. I'm open to getting tagged, but I
- 18:37Speaker 1: kind of get paid first.
- 18:39Speaker 2: With all those collabs that I see on Instagram, is
- 18:41Speaker 2: that just do they reach out to you first or
- 18:43Speaker 2: they just send you stuff?
- 18:44Speaker 1: I mean the pr that I've been sent. Yeah, usually
- 18:47Speaker 1: they'll email you or they'll DM you and say, hey,
- 18:49Speaker 1: we want to send you something. Blah blah blah, and
- 18:51Speaker 1: sometimes I give them my address and then I never
- 18:52Speaker 1: receive anything. I'm like, okay, now my address is just
- 18:56Speaker 1: out there and I never got sent to anything. But yeah,
- 18:58Speaker 1: nine times out of ten they just send you something
- 19:00Speaker 1: or sometimes stuff just shows up at your door. Like
- 19:02Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago, I got sent Garnier Makeup Remover,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and I don't recall being added to any kind of
- 19:09Speaker 1: email list.
- 19:09Speaker 2: It wasn't somebody else's Amazon package that you were accidentally sent.
- 19:12Speaker 1: No, it literally said like from Garnier, like it was
- 19:15Speaker 1: like wrapped like a gift and everything and said, hey,
- 19:18Speaker 1: this is our new product like it was PR.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Yeah, but to you, which.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I'm like thanks, Like I love make a remover, I
- 19:24Speaker 1: need it all the time. Yeah, I'll charge for those
- 19:26Speaker 1: things for for PR.
- 19:28Speaker 3: No.
- 19:28Speaker 1: If I like it, then I'll just post and be like, oh,
- 19:30Speaker 1: look at what somebody sent me. But then sometimes it
- 19:32Speaker 1: sucks because like then people will send you things that
- 19:34Speaker 1: you don't like, and then I feel bad because I'm like,
- 19:36Speaker 1: now I have to post or if I don't post on,
- 19:38Speaker 1: I feel bad. Mm hm.
- 19:40Speaker 2: And you're very particular on your Instagram of what gets
- 19:43Speaker 2: up you have a very nice curated instage.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I don't want to just post a bunch of shit
- 19:46Speaker 1: and people be like, I don't fall abvious, she's just
- 19:48Speaker 1: posting all this random junk she gets sent.
- 19:49Speaker 3: It's just all over.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Did you see speaking of pr Because I was actually
- 19:52Speaker 2: gonna start reaching out to this because recently I went
- 19:54Speaker 2: to the Tampa Bay Rodeo and I was actually I
- 19:57Speaker 2: was a big fan of it. Somebody did message me like,
- 19:58Speaker 2: but the animals. I was like the animals, Like fine,
- 20:01Speaker 2: it was a fine rodeo. But I was thinking about
- 20:02Speaker 2: collabbing with them in September. And then I started looking
- 20:05Speaker 2: as I've gotten more into like the country music world again,
- 20:08Speaker 2: did you check out anything with the Saint Pete Country
- 20:09Speaker 2: Fest that's coming up?
- 20:10Speaker 3: I started to see that.
- 20:11Speaker 1: I did see that it's being hosted by Riley Green.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Ye have a long sordid history with and people are
- 20:17Speaker 1: really mad at.
- 20:18Speaker 3: Him right now, which is okay, Wait, so do you
- 20:20Speaker 3: see that people.
- 20:21Speaker 1: Are really mad at Riley Green for his Theolon podcast? No?
- 20:24Speaker 2: First, okay, wait a second, because I okay, the lineup,
- 20:27Speaker 2: it's like Riley Green, Bailey Zimmerman, and this guy I
- 20:30Speaker 2: don't know co Wetzel, Cole Wetzel, Co Wetzel, I don't
- 20:33Speaker 2: know Co Wetzele.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Tucker Wetmore is going.
- 20:35Speaker 1: To be there. I love Tucker.
- 20:37Speaker 3: What Moore that's going to be?
- 20:39Speaker 1: You love diet Morgan Wallen all of the fun, none
- 20:41Speaker 1: of the guilt.
- 20:42Speaker 3: You know what?
- 20:42Speaker 2: He sounds like Morgan Wallan and old Dominion when I
- 20:45Speaker 2: listen to a song.
- 20:45Speaker 1: He's a great mixture. He's hot like Riley Green, but
- 20:48Speaker 1: he has songs that sound more like Morgan Wallen.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Yeah, which I think he will be in that top
- 20:53Speaker 2: line up next year, but he's like second in line
- 20:55Speaker 2: Tucker Wetmore.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Yeah, big fan of of Tucky Tucky, but that.
- 20:59Speaker 2: I was like, I kind of want to be a
- 21:00Speaker 2: part of that. Pr We're it sent out to country
- 21:02Speaker 2: music whatever. This is so Pete country fest.
- 21:05Speaker 1: We don't play country, well, I guess we do.
- 21:06Speaker 3: We play morgana. We played country post Malone.
- 21:09Speaker 1: I bet we could get an interview with one of
- 21:12Speaker 1: them and no, well, I've already interviewed Riley Green. You
- 21:16Speaker 1: know I remember did I tell you that Lore you did? Yeah?
- 21:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw your picture.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Because he's a super attractive man. Why are people hating
- 21:23Speaker 2: on this man right now.
- 21:24Speaker 1: So they felt like he was just being really rude
- 21:26Speaker 1: and dry on Theo's podcast. I didn't get that vibe.
- 21:29Speaker 2: So what did Riley Green say on his podcast? That
- 21:32Speaker 2: was like, because I didn't see it, I watch it.
- 21:34Speaker 2: I like, I like personally theovon. I think Theo's very funny, hilarious,
- 21:39Speaker 2: very funny. So I would only imagine that this would
- 21:41Speaker 2: be a lighthearted podcast, but was it not.
- 21:43Speaker 1: So Riley Green has my sense of humor to where
- 21:46Speaker 1: when I was listening to it, listening to it, I
- 21:48Speaker 1: was like, I wonder if people feel this way about
- 21:50Speaker 1: me like his His interview was very dry, very sarcastic,
- 21:54Speaker 1: and so I didn't feel a type of way listening
- 21:57Speaker 1: to that specific interview. Oh, Timpa water.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Limit just followed me, Oh, you know that water limit?
- 22:02Speaker 1: That fancy boat.
- 22:04Speaker 3: Is that the flatboat, the dinner boat, the boot.
- 22:06Speaker 1: No, it's not the dinner boat. It's like the bougie
- 22:08Speaker 1: boat that looks like it's in Italy.
- 22:09Speaker 3: Oh, I haven't even seen that yet.
- 22:11Speaker 1: It's in Italy. And they just followed me. Let's collab mofos.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Anyway, I've been here Dan eleven years. Say's got it
- 22:16Speaker 3: on the Italy Boat.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I will go to the Country Music Fest, probably because
- 22:20Speaker 1: I like country music.
- 22:21Speaker 2: What about I saw a Jordan Davis is coming to
- 22:23Speaker 2: rayj or not Ray j the trop for the Rais Game.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Oh wow, Jordan Davis is great.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Jordan Davis is coming. We're gonna get tickets for that.
- 22:30Speaker 3: You should go very fun.
- 22:31Speaker 1: I do like Jordan Davis.
- 22:32Speaker 3: That's like in August, you should come out to that.
- 22:34Speaker 1: I will be there because look at that.
- 22:36Speaker 3: You're just gonna confirm right there.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Well, it depends on what the date is, because I'm
- 22:38Speaker 1: going to Olivia Dean in August.
- 22:41Speaker 2: Okay, because that was going to be the discussion of
- 22:42Speaker 2: like what are you actually going to go and put
- 22:44Speaker 2: your money towards. I did just get concert tickets, not
- 22:46Speaker 2: to a Livy Dean, not to Jordan Davis, not to
- 22:49Speaker 2: the Country Music Fest.
- 22:49Speaker 3: I won't reveal yet.
- 22:50Speaker 2: But there is a show that I did book that
- 22:54Speaker 2: I've never traveled to go see an artist.
- 22:57Speaker 3: This will be the first time traveling.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Is there a reason you're keeping it a secret?
- 23:00Speaker 3: Yeah? Because if my girlfriend hears it, well then it's
- 23:02Speaker 3: gonna kind of ruin this stuff.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Here. What movie a m I going to?
- 23:04Speaker 2: Here?
- 23:04Speaker 3: Oh, you won't know. I'll tell you after the podcast
- 23:06Speaker 3: to kind of explain it.
- 23:07Speaker 1: It's a nobody, No, it's a it's.
- 23:09Speaker 2: An incredible Ah you gonna get I can't say anymore,
- 23:13Speaker 2: but okay, yeah, yeah, but okay, first time traveling. So
- 23:16Speaker 2: like when you said it, like Olivia Dean, I don't
- 23:18Speaker 2: know why. I just never registered in my head. I
- 23:20Speaker 2: was like, wait, just because an artist isn't coming here
- 23:22Speaker 2: you can see you can still go see them and
- 23:23Speaker 2: make like a whole little trip out of it. Uh huh,
- 23:25Speaker 2: And like that's just part of it. That's what I'm
- 23:27Speaker 2: so excited for. She'll get the gift by tonight, so we.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Could talk about it on the next podcast.
- 23:31Speaker 2: But it's the first time, Like I set up a
- 23:33Speaker 2: whole adventure in a new city based off of the
- 23:35Speaker 2: artists that we're gonna go see. So when you go
- 23:37Speaker 2: see Olivia Dean, like, what else do you have planned
- 23:40Speaker 2: to do in that city?
- 23:41Speaker 1: I don't have any plans because like somebody else is
- 23:43Speaker 1: planning the trip. So I'm like, I'm just showing up
- 23:45Speaker 1: and whatever you want me to do, I'll be there.
- 23:46Speaker 1: But it's gonna be an Austin, That's right. Okay, So
- 23:49Speaker 1: we'll be in Austin for for a.
- 23:50Speaker 3: Weedle bit, just a weirdt bit.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Or AETO bit. So I hope we do something fun.
- 23:53Speaker 2: I mean, you're we're talking on the last podcast and
- 23:56Speaker 2: I thought about that one too late, where you're.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Like, Scott, you take all these trips.
- 24:00Speaker 2: I was like, well kind of. Then I was like,
- 24:02Speaker 2: wait a second, you're going to a Livy Dan. Are
