‘Ghosts’ creators continue the story with ‘The Possession of Button House’
The TV show *Ghosts* concluded in December 2023, with its makers saying they had no intention of returning. The story is now continuing in a movie, *Ghosts: The Possession of Button House*. Mathew Baynton, one of the writers and performers, explained that the concept began to take shape after Monumental’s Alison Carpenter suggested they could seek funding for a film. The six creators first discussed what they wanted to avoid, including simply stretching an episode into a feature-length film.
