- 0:02Speaker 1: On Scorings Australia. This is the Winner Panalty Show.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panety Show. Coming
- 0:11Speaker 2: up tonight, Australian farmers forced to stop pile fuel and
- 0:15Speaker 2: sell off their cattle due to the fuel crisis. My
- 0:19Speaker 2: panel will join me in to cover the day's top headlines.
- 0:22Speaker 2: A university professor wants menopause to be a non gendered,
- 0:26Speaker 2: non binary experience.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Stephanie Bastian will be here to cover that.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Mi Horowitz will have the latest from the US, including
- 0:35Speaker 2: President Trump's fifteen.
- 0:36Speaker 3: Point plan to end the war in Iran.
- 0:39Speaker 2: And later in the hour we crossed to Michael Liftis
- 0:42Speaker 2: for Royal and entertainment news, including why Harry and Meghan's
- 0:46Speaker 2: neighbors have had enough, and of course we never forget
- 0:50Speaker 2: lefties losing it. Tonight we have an old favorite, Rose
- 0:54Speaker 2: O'Donnell is again spewing venom about the man who lives
- 0:58Speaker 2: at renfree in.
- 0:59Speaker 4: Her head thanks to that orange mass of a man.
- 1:03Speaker 4: Mediocre man, and he's getting worse and we have to
- 1:09Speaker 4: do something, America. We can't let this one guy destroy everything.
- 1:13Speaker 2: But first, the Daily Telegraph reports the Albanizer government is
- 1:17Speaker 2: considering proposals that would see fuel rationed, which could see
- 1:21Speaker 2: Australian drivers filling up with barely sixteen liters before pumps
- 1:26Speaker 2: automatically cut out. Documents obtained via Freedom of information request
- 1:31Speaker 2: by News Corps suggest a daily total transaction limit of
- 1:34Speaker 2: forty dollars that's in a bid to curb demand. The
- 1:38Speaker 2: document also warns businesses of plans of halving supply and
- 1:43Speaker 2: instructs drivers to save fuel by accelerating gently and turning
- 1:48Speaker 2: off air conditioners. But the National Fuel Emergency Response Manual
- 1:53Speaker 2: does not mention penalties if motors go to multiple petrol
- 1:57Speaker 2: stations on the same day. Joining me now is the
- 2:00Speaker 2: Institute of Public Affairs Chief economist Adam Crichton and menzi's
- 2:04Speaker 2: Research Center senior fellow Nick Cator.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Nick, I'll start with you.
- 2:09Speaker 2: You'll be happy to learn that any rationing measures will
- 2:12Speaker 2: only happen if Chris Bowen advises the Federal government and
- 2:16Speaker 2: the Governor General on the need to declare a national
- 2:19Speaker 2: liquid fuel emergency. So we essentially have Labour's worst performing
- 2:25Speaker 2: minister handling this crisis.
- 2:28Speaker 5: Well, of course they're heading towards a rationing plan. It's obvious.
- 2:32Speaker 5: I mean they appointed a fuels are what can the
- 2:36Speaker 5: fuels are do. She can't increase the supply of petroleum
- 2:40Speaker 5: to our shores as decided by other people. She can't
- 2:43Speaker 5: change the price because that's decided by the benchmark mov
- 2:47Speaker 5: gas ninety five price in Singapore. So what's she going
- 2:51Speaker 5: to do? The only lever she has and the government has,
- 2:54Speaker 5: is the ration energy to limit supply, to control it
- 2:59Speaker 5: on the try and control the demand side of the occasion,
- 3:02Speaker 5: because it can't change supply. We're heading for that point,
- 3:05Speaker 5: I think almost inevitably, and no doubt they'll do it
- 3:08Speaker 5: in a cack handed way like limiting forty You know what,
- 3:12Speaker 5: you can put in a tank from one pump and
- 3:14Speaker 5: people go around to numerous service stations and top it
- 3:17Speaker 5: up even more, just make our lives more difficult. But
- 3:20Speaker 5: I think inevitably that's where we're heading.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Well, not if they instill the sort of controls that
- 3:27Speaker 2: we saw during COVID, where perhaps they will track your
- 3:31Speaker 2: registration numbers, so once you filled up once and that
- 3:34Speaker 2: registration is registered as getting it's forty dollars worth of fuel,
- 3:38Speaker 2: then you won't be able to fill up again. I
- 3:40Speaker 2: don't know what sort of controls they can impose here.
- 3:43Speaker 3: But I just.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Can't believe how ill prepared we are for a crisis
- 3:48Speaker 2: like this. It really is astonishing that they can't even
- 3:54Speaker 2: cope with the mildest disruption to fuel supply.
- 3:57Speaker 6: Yeah, certainly, I think part of the government's brand, I
- 3:59Speaker 6: feel like, would be happy they can blame everything on
- 4:01Speaker 6: the IRN war now, the rate of inflation, et cetera.
- 4:03Speaker 6: But look, I think the more sensible part would see
- 4:06Speaker 6: this is a disaster. This it's going to remind it's
- 4:08Speaker 6: going to remind voters every single day that the government
- 4:10Speaker 6: has mishandled fuel supply. We only had thirty days or
- 4:13Speaker 6: so before it started. That was the lowest in the
- 4:15Speaker 6: western world. The recommendation is ninety and we had thirty.
- 4:19Speaker 6: And so all the criticism of people, you know, so
- 4:22Speaker 6: called hoarding, that's perfectly rational behavior. When you know that
- 4:25Speaker 6: the government only has thirty day supply, of course people
- 4:27Speaker 6: will hoard. And as for these restrictions, well, you know,
- 4:30Speaker 6: we saw what happened during COVID. But this training government,
- 4:32Speaker 6: they get very creative, and that's when they're good.
- 4:35Speaker 2: That's when they're very competent in taking away your freedoms.
- 4:39Speaker 3: Including the freedom to fill up your car.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Strange that they've got this dollar limit imposed, given that
- 4:45Speaker 2: that dollar limit one day could mean sixteen liters, another
- 4:49Speaker 2: day could be ten liches twenty liters, So that in
- 4:52Speaker 2: itself seems a illogical way rather than giving people a
- 4:56Speaker 2: certain amount of fuel per day.
- 4:58Speaker 6: Well, I think next right, I think these these are
- 5:00Speaker 6: going to be a reality in maybe a week's time
- 5:02Speaker 6: or so if the petrol and the fuel price stays
- 5:04Speaker 6: around one hundred dollars. There's no magic one here. We're
- 5:07Speaker 6: a long way away from fuel supplies. Forty dollars could
- 5:11Speaker 6: change to thirty dollars. It could change just as you suggest.
- 5:14Speaker 6: We'll have to wait and see. But it's going to
- 5:16Speaker 6: be very embarrassing and a real test of the administry
- 5:18Speaker 6: of competence of the government to enforce stuff like this,
- 5:20Speaker 6: because you know, this is the registration plates. Maybe, but
- 5:23Speaker 6: I mean, that's a lot of work to try to
- 5:24Speaker 6: keep track of is got what.
- 5:27Speaker 2: And they already are pushing the notion of people staying
- 5:30Speaker 2: at home, working from home, coming up with all sorts
- 5:33Speaker 2: of creative ways to actually deal meaningfully with the problem.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Now we've got reports of farmers stockpiling fuel and selling
- 5:42Speaker 2: off their cattle to deal with this crisis. Nick, farmers
- 5:46Speaker 2: are the backbone of this country and if they're having
- 5:50Speaker 2: to sell off assets and cattle, that's an asset just
- 5:54Speaker 2: to survive.
- 5:55Speaker 3: That's a pretty grim situation.
- 5:57Speaker 5: This is developing into showing very nasty indeed, isn't it.
- 6:01Speaker 5: On Farmers are making rational decisions. You know, they can
- 6:04Speaker 5: get these things to market now at a reasonable price,
- 6:06Speaker 5: but will they be able to in six weeks time?
- 6:09Speaker 5: So they're making a decision and the cattle markets I
- 6:11Speaker 5: gather are quite crowded at the moment. This flows right through.
- 6:16Speaker 5: I mean there's a report in the Australian today you
- 6:18Speaker 5: might have read that there's going to be a shortage
- 6:20Speaker 5: of resid which is the stuff we use for plastics,
- 6:22Speaker 5: and I guess when you think about it, that's obvious
- 6:24Speaker 5: because it's all a byproduct of petroleum. So you know
- 6:28Speaker 5: we're not going to have any glad wrap left or
- 6:31Speaker 5: you know, these things develop in unpredictable ways, as we
- 6:34Speaker 5: found during COVID, and I think we're in for a
- 6:37Speaker 5: rough ride.
- 6:39Speaker 2: That's why Adam, a country like Australia should be energy independent.
- 6:45Speaker 2: We are blessed with every natural resource under the sun
- 6:48Speaker 2: you could want, whether it's a cold gas, uranium. The
- 6:52Speaker 2: fact that we are not refining our own oil, we
- 6:55Speaker 2: have become so dependent on other countries.
- 6:58Speaker 3: It's an indictment on successive government.
- 7:00Speaker 7: Now.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Look, it certainly is.
- 7:01Speaker 6: We only have two refineries now, which is pretty outrageous,
- 7:04Speaker 6: the old Kernel refinery that I grew up next to
- 7:06Speaker 6: and no longer exists. I believe in Sydney and we
- 7:08Speaker 6: you know, we also have you know, we have oil ourselves.
- 7:11Speaker 6: We choose not to mine. We certainly choose not to explore.
- 7:14Speaker 6: You know, supposedly there's a great deal in the Great
- 7:16Speaker 6: Australian Bite, which we haven't explored. I know, the nationals,
- 7:19Speaker 6: in our calling for this, that seems a very sensible
- 7:22Speaker 6: thing to do. You know, I do notice the solar
- 7:24Speaker 6: and win people have been very quiet throughout this crisis
- 7:26Speaker 6: because you know, we realizing our stage is well that's right,
- 7:30Speaker 6: you know, fossil fuels are still extremely important and the
- 7:32Speaker 6: whole country basically runs on diesel.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Well, I think really those people are very quiet because
- 7:38Speaker 2: we've seen a little preview of the net zero future
- 7:41Speaker 2: that they want for us.
- 7:43Speaker 3: And this is net zero, This.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Is exactly, rationing and shortages and prices exploding for fossil fuels.
- 7:51Speaker 2: Now let's talk about New South Wales opposition leader Kelly Sloan, who,
- 7:56Speaker 2: unlike her South Australian and Victorian colleagues, is not not
- 8:00Speaker 2: ruling out a preference still with One Nation at the
- 8:03Speaker 2: state election next year. He was a Sloan speaking earlier.
- 8:07Speaker 8: These are matters for the party. I'm very focused on
- 8:10Speaker 8: policies and the here and now. You know, people are
- 8:12Speaker 8: telling us that they're frustrated, and part of that reason
- 8:17Speaker 8: is because of the economy, because of the cost of living,
- 8:20Speaker 8: and it's very important that that's squarely what I'm focused
- 8:23Speaker 8: on right now, not on deals at a sometime future
- 8:26Speaker 8: date for a hypothetical situation for a party that at
- 8:29Speaker 8: the moment doesn't have a leader, doesn't have a member
- 8:31Speaker 8: of parliament in New South Wales.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Well, she didn't say much there, but Nick, she didn't
- 8:37Speaker 2: rule it out like some of her colleagues have.
- 8:40Speaker 3: It seems the news upwells will leaders a.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Little more politically savvy than the folks here in Victorian
- 8:47Speaker 2: South Australia. One Nation is no longer the teeny tiny
- 8:52Speaker 2: minor party, are they they're not the redheaded stepchild in
- 8:55Speaker 2: this relationship.
- 8:56Speaker 5: Well it's not, and it would be wonderful if by
- 8:58Speaker 5: some magic means, you know, the Liberal Party of the
- 9:02Speaker 5: National Party could capture all the one nation preferences, but
- 9:06Speaker 5: because we know it's much messier in that that's a
- 9:08Speaker 5: problem with one nation. They're independently minded voters and they
- 9:12Speaker 5: don't tend to follow the how to vote card, so
- 9:15Speaker 5: you know, the votes will if on historical trends broke
- 9:19Speaker 5: largely sixty forty probably in favor of the Couralition. But
- 9:23Speaker 5: even if they secure a cast iron deal, you're not
- 9:25Speaker 5: going to get much more than that. The only real
- 9:28Speaker 5: preference deal would work, I think is one as secure
- 9:32Speaker 5: as the one that the Liberals have with the National Party.
- 9:35Speaker 5: That but that's based on a relationship that's more than
- 9:37Speaker 5: one hundred years old, and I very much doubt they're
- 9:39Speaker 5: going to be able to get that. So I think
- 9:41Speaker 5: Kelly Sloane is dead right not to rule it out
- 9:43Speaker 5: at this stage. I mean, it's a long way to go,
- 9:45Speaker 5: she's got Victorian election to go. Let's see how things
- 9:48Speaker 5: work out there. But it's certainly not as some people
- 9:52Speaker 5: seem to think, you know, the cure for all the
- 9:56Speaker 5: Liberals woes at the moment by any means, Adam.
- 10:01Speaker 2: What lessons do we take out of the South Australian result?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Can you see the Victorian Libs coming into some sort
- 10:10Speaker 2: of an agreement with one Nation despite the fact that
- 10:13Speaker 2: they're saying right now they won't be doing that if
- 10:15Speaker 2: they're serious about forming government.
- 10:17Speaker 3: It's something they have to consider.
- 10:19Speaker 6: Oh, look, they're certainly going to have to. I mean,
- 10:21Speaker 6: the performance in South Australia one nation was very good,
- 10:23Speaker 6: went from three percent primary at the last state to
- 10:25Speaker 6: twenty two massive, incredible And you know, if you look
- 10:29Speaker 6: at most of the polls, most of the poles saying
- 10:30Speaker 6: Victoria it's going to be twenty six to twenty seven
- 10:32Speaker 6: percent for one Nation. So they're going to be the
- 10:35Speaker 6: more senior partner in this coalition. So I think it's
- 10:38Speaker 6: a matter of survival for the Libs. They're going to
- 10:40Speaker 6: have to do some sort of deal, whether they like
- 10:42Speaker 6: it or not. And you know, we're going to have
- 10:43Speaker 6: to get used to, you know, maybe three way coalition governments,
- 10:46Speaker 6: possibly on.
- 10:47Speaker 2: The Roman style exactly. Well, this is what they have
- 10:50Speaker 2: to do, Otherwise you're handing the power to labor pretty
- 10:56Speaker 2: much permanently. If you're going to have the conserve. He
- 11:00Speaker 2: votes split and no sort of preference steel, no preference
- 11:03Speaker 2: discipline on the right. It's a godsend for labor. Now,
- 11:07Speaker 2: let's talk about Kyle Sandalan's. Details of his mammoth deal
- 11:12Speaker 2: with ARN have been released as the broadcaster prepares to
- 11:16Speaker 2: take his former employer to court. Documents revealed that the
- 11:20Speaker 2: breakfast radio star was entitled to in excess of ten
- 11:24Speaker 2: million in cash fees and allowances per year as part
- 11:28Speaker 2: of his decade long deal that would have seen him
- 11:32Speaker 2: remain on the air waves up until the end of
- 11:34Speaker 2: twenty thirty four. Now, Kyle Sandalan's lawyers contend that the
- 11:38Speaker 2: host was encouraged to present a dominant and abrasive personality,
- 11:43Speaker 2: and that his termination was illegal and should be rented
- 11:47Speaker 2: in valid. Nick Kiss FM has used on air spats
- 11:52Speaker 2: on air fights between Kyle Sandalans and JACKIEO to promote
- 11:56Speaker 2: that program. How can they now feign shock at that
- 12:01Speaker 2: sort of content and say this is misconduct that deserves
- 12:05Speaker 2: a termination.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I reckon.
- 12:06Speaker 5: There's a point to arguing two terminations exactly. There's a
- 12:09Speaker 5: very strong point to argue here in the courts. But
- 12:12Speaker 5: I'm blown away with this reader. I obviously I've tried
- 12:15Speaker 5: my entire career to develop my emotional intelligence and be
- 12:19Speaker 5: polite and nice in the workplace. I could have got
- 12:22Speaker 5: ten million dollars by being abrasive, rude, for disgusting. But
- 12:27Speaker 5: I think the interesting thing here is why is why
- 12:30Speaker 5: Jackie O walked away from this. I mean, she's getting
- 12:33Speaker 5: paid ten millions a year just to sit and lap
- 12:36Speaker 5: this up for four hours. I mean a lot of
- 12:38Speaker 5: people would say, well, you know, you'd put up with it,
- 12:40Speaker 5: but she hasn't. And I think that shows how the
- 12:42Speaker 5: cumulative effect of this And I think it came to
- 12:45Speaker 5: breaking point with I mean, I gather I don't listen
- 12:47Speaker 5: to the show, but car Sanderlans have been very personal
- 12:50Speaker 5: and abusive about things, including her weight and all sorts
- 12:53Speaker 5: of things. She ran rode through that, but it's when
- 12:57Speaker 5: he criticized her professionalism on air that she came to
- 13:00Speaker 5: a breaking point. So I suppose issues are.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Yeah, but they appear Adam to have kissed and made up,
- 13:10Speaker 2: and they're pretty much, from what I understand, on the
- 13:12Speaker 2: same page. So they're both taking on arn and kiss FM.
- 13:19Speaker 3: I don't know exactly.
- 13:21Speaker 2: How KISS are going to show that that little discussion,
- 13:26Speaker 2: robust discussion about astrology of all things, amounts to serious
- 13:31Speaker 2: misconduct deserving of a sacking when that's the dynamic we've
- 13:36Speaker 2: heard for what more than twenty years, not every show,
- 13:40Speaker 2: but I mean again, I'm not the target market market.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I don't listen much because I don't listen to to
- 13:45Speaker 2: FM radio much, but certainly that's the vibe they've been
- 13:51Speaker 2: promoting in their ads and in all the promotion of
- 13:54Speaker 2: this program. They wasn't too long ago they signed a
- 13:56Speaker 2: two hundred million dollar contract with this pair.
- 14:00Speaker 6: I think it's a sad indictment on the nation that
- 14:02Speaker 6: they get such high ratings. I don't find them very entertaining,
- 14:05Speaker 6: but look very small violin for both of them. If
- 14:07Speaker 6: they're going to kind of miss out on their previous
- 14:09Speaker 6: ten million year it's a great deal of money. Look,
- 14:11Speaker 6: I'm going to be very traditional side with the employer
- 14:13Speaker 6: to make a decision about who they file for whatever
- 14:15Speaker 6: reason they want.
- 14:16Speaker 3: But there's a contract in place.
- 14:18Speaker 2: You can't sign a two hundred million dollar contract and
- 14:20Speaker 2: then two years in change your mind and go, well,
- 14:23Speaker 2: let's manufacture perhaps a reason to look what we have.
- 14:27Speaker 2: That's the allegation from the Sandalance camp that they've seized
- 14:31Speaker 2: a little opportunity here to end this.
- 14:35Speaker 6: Gay Maybe they worry about some future drama and advertising
- 14:38Speaker 6: drawing up, as has happened with other radio.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Stars in the past, that can happen, that's what.
- 14:42Speaker 6: They're concerned about. But look, I mean, I don't know
- 14:43Speaker 6: the details of the particular spat, but look, I just
- 14:45Speaker 6: don't feel sorry for the pair if they lose their jobs.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Now I want to go now to the UK quickly.
- 14:52Speaker 2: You can see here the flag of Pakistan flaying a
- 14:56Speaker 2: flying above Westminster Abbey, one of the oldest in all
- 15:00Speaker 2: of England. In a social media post, the Pakistan High
- 15:03Speaker 2: Commission of London said, on the occasion of Pakistan Day
- 15:07Speaker 2: twenty twenty six, the historic Westminster Abbey hoisted the Pakistan
- 15:12Speaker 2: flag on the north tower. This is indeed a very
- 15:15Speaker 2: proud moment for Pakistan and the Pakistani diaspora in the UK.
- 15:20Speaker 2: Nick it might be a proud moment for Pakistan, but
- 15:25Speaker 2: I mean, should the UK be doing this and would
- 15:28Speaker 2: Pakistan be flying the Union Jack above their most sacred mosque?
- 15:34Speaker 3: I just think this is a questionable activity.
- 15:38Speaker 5: I'm just appalled at this rita and somebody presumably must
- 15:42Speaker 5: have sat there and authorized it unless the guy puts
- 15:44Speaker 5: the flags up just did it for a joke or something.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Adam Kristian Nikta, thank you so much for your time tonight. Well,
- 15:51Speaker 3: if you thought the world.
- 15:52Speaker 2: Of academia couldn't get any whakiaut, then get ready to
- 15:55Speaker 2: hear this.
- 15:56Speaker 3: A senior research.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Cary Drysdale,
- 16:01Speaker 2: wants to and I quote reimagine menopause. She wants women's
- 16:06Speaker 2: midlife medical struggles to be relevant for gender diverse people.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Drysdale told the Australian newspaper the wave we framed menopause
- 16:16Speaker 2: historically has been something that affects sis gender women in midlife.
- 16:21Speaker 3: The fact is that.
- 16:22Speaker 2: All people with ovaries will experience a form of menopause
- 16:26Speaker 2: throughout the life course. We're at a tipping point where
- 16:29Speaker 2: menopause could take on various social cultural meanings. Goodness may
- 16:34Speaker 2: joining me now is Stephanie Bastian Women's Forum Australia Head
- 16:39Speaker 2: of advocacy.
- 16:41Speaker 3: Stephanie, you're a woman.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Do you find terms like sis gender women and people
- 16:46Speaker 2: with ovaries a tat offensive.
- 16:50Speaker 1: The end of the day, being a woman is a
- 16:51Speaker 1: uniquely female experience.
- 16:53Speaker 9: A man will never experience menopause.
- 16:56Speaker 1: But these activists, these you know, these activists who are
- 16:59Speaker 1: embracing this toxic empathy of pushing these ideas and hijacking
- 17:04Speaker 1: the conversation. I mean, women suffering through menopause are already underrepresented,
- 17:09Speaker 1: they're underfunded in terms of being able to access their medication,
- 17:12Speaker 1: and now we have this ridiculous scenario where we're trying
- 17:15Speaker 1: to include men and that is exactly where to go.
- 17:17Speaker 1: There's a charity in the UK that was reported on
- 17:19Speaker 1: two days ago where the male representation he's got a
- 17:23Speaker 1: role representing women on endemutriosis to parliamentarians as a man,
- 17:27Speaker 1: saying that all genders experience endomitriosis. Look that we need
- 17:31Speaker 1: to end this madness. Now the trains left the station. Globally,
- 17:34Speaker 1: Australia is so far behind. This nonsense is just ridiculous.
- 17:40Speaker 3: It really is, and we are an outlier.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Now the rest of the world seems to have woken
- 17:45Speaker 2: up and we are still trapped, I don't know, decade
- 17:49Speaker 2: ago into this radical gender theory. Now let's go to
- 17:52Speaker 2: Brazil where politician Fabiana Bolsanaro has used makeup to darker
- 18:00Speaker 2: her face in an attempt to expose the ridiculousness of
- 18:04Speaker 2: the trans to pay.
- 18:05Speaker 3: Let's have a look at her work. Here is stopping.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Briquetn on passing has Sabi Briqua, briquel no Sonnegre Molaire
- 18:25Speaker 1: is the common ulaire a mulaire du.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Tu.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Now she's been smashed from pillar to post by the
- 18:35Speaker 2: left for painting her face on her arms black.
- 18:38Speaker 3: But Steph, they seem to be missing the point there.
- 18:41Speaker 2: She's not doing black face to to mock people of color.
- 18:46Speaker 2: She's trying to make an important political point.
- 18:49Speaker 1: There, absolutely, and what a powerful point to make using
- 18:53Speaker 1: something that steemed so precious, as you know, the virtue
- 18:57Speaker 1: signaling around racism. People who are outraged at what she
- 19:02Speaker 1: has done should be outraged that the fact that women
- 19:04Speaker 1: and girls have lost their rights, they've lost their private
- 19:07Speaker 1: spaces sports because of gender ideology, because men are addressing
- 19:11Speaker 1: up in woman face and claiming to be women. They're
- 19:14Speaker 1: being dragged through courts, they're being injured. The whole thing
- 19:17Speaker 1: is utterly ridiculous. So all power to her, and I
- 19:20Speaker 1: think these really visible messages go a long way in
- 19:24Speaker 1: just showing the hypocrisy of the left.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Now, before I let you go, this coming Tuesday is
- 19:31Speaker 2: Transgender Day of Visibility. According to Lgbtqhealth dot org, trans
- 19:37Speaker 2: Day Visibility is a day of pride and celebration for
- 19:42Speaker 2: gender diverse identity, achievements and community for a community that
- 19:47Speaker 2: is too often underrepresented. TDOV is about reclaiming space and
- 19:54Speaker 2: being visible on our terms. Stephanie, what's your response to that.
- 20:01Speaker 2: I've got to say I wouldn't have thought the LGBT
- 20:04Speaker 2: community is underrepresented. You could make the argument that they
- 20:09Speaker 2: enjoy disproportionate power and influence.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Look, these days, these organizations have more recognition, more days
- 20:19Speaker 1: of visibility than the Catholic Church has feast days.
- 20:22Speaker 9: It's utterly ridiculous. I think that this Day of.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Trans Visibility should be focusing on the harms that have
- 20:28Speaker 1: been done as a result of gender ideology. Girls who
- 20:31Speaker 1: are being assaulted in prison by male prisoners, children whose
- 20:34Speaker 1: bodies are being damaged by gender affirming treatment, Girls who
- 20:37Speaker 1: will never be able to breastfeed or even carry children
- 20:39Speaker 1: because of what they've been subjected to through gender affirming care.
- 20:43Speaker 9: Women being dragged through court because they've stood up to.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Gender ideology, I mean celebrating gender ideology. There is nothing
- 20:49Speaker 1: to celebrate through this movement. It is toxic and it's
- 20:52Speaker 1: harmful and it's destroying our culture.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Just one last question to you.
- 20:59Speaker 2: You are based in so out of Australia, You've just
- 21:01Speaker 2: had the state election there, and how much were these
- 21:05Speaker 2: sorts of issues about women's rights, women's spaces talked about
- 21:10Speaker 2: in that election, Because I know One Nation has come
- 21:12Speaker 2: out very strongly on these issues, but where we're laboring
- 21:15Speaker 2: the liberals.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Well, look we heard very little from the major parties
- 21:20Speaker 1: on these issues at all. I mean, the prison issue
- 21:22Speaker 1: was quite significant going up.
- 21:24Speaker 9: But if you have a look at the people that are.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Turning to One Nation, they're in working class, They're in
- 21:29Speaker 1: seats where you've got families being raised, children going to school.
- 21:33Speaker 1: They're not the inner city seats of retirees and all
- 21:36Speaker 1: the rest of it. So these issues are significant, they're underrepresented.
- 21:39Speaker 1: But we've got an absolute weapon in Cory Bernardi who
- 21:41Speaker 1: now sits in the uphouse and I just can't wait
- 21:44Speaker 1: to see him start causing some trouble at holding the
- 21:48Speaker 1: major parties to account, because if anyone can do it,
- 21:50Speaker 1: he will do it.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Yes, Cory Bernardi is not going to be trying to
- 21:56Speaker 2: appease anybody. He is going to be very clear and
- 21:59Speaker 2: where he stands on all issues, including this one.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Stephanie Bastian, thank you so much for your time. Tonight,
- 22:06Speaker 3: still Ta Karma.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Lefties Losing Ed plas will cover the latest from the US,
- 22:10Speaker 2: including President Trump's fifteen point.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Plan to end the war in Iran. M Horowitz is
- 22:17Speaker 3: up next.
- 22:28Speaker 2: You're watching the Rita Pattay Show and it's time for
- 22:31Speaker 2: Lefties Losing It And I've missed the Ladies of the View.
- 22:34Speaker 2: This is their first appearance of the week and it's
- 22:37Speaker 2: courtesy of Whoopee Goldberg, who makes this incredible claim about
- 22:41Speaker 2: voter ID. She claims that it already exists, that the
- 22:45Speaker 2: Save Act is not needed. Now we'll give her the
- 22:48Speaker 2: benefit of a doubt here and just assume she's ignorant
- 22:52Speaker 2: and not deliberately lying.
- 22:55Speaker 10: Out of sorry, you have to present your ID when
- 22:58Speaker 10: you go to vote. They always have to give them
- 23:01Speaker 10: my driver's licensees so they can make sure that it's me.
- 23:05Speaker 10: They all had they didn't have to do they all
- 23:07Speaker 10: have to, don't They have all this information in the
- 23:12Speaker 10: in the vote of registration.
- 23:15Speaker 3: Or doing the states so that they get that information,
- 23:18Speaker 3: and a lot of that is very personal information.
- 23:20Speaker 10: Well, well, you know what a lot of information that
- 23:23Speaker 10: we have given away ourselves.
- 23:25Speaker 3: It is very personal.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Information, which oh dear, you know you've gone and stuffed
- 23:30Speaker 2: up on the View when your fellow left is losing
- 23:32Speaker 2: a co hosts have to jump in to correct you.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Unbelievable stuff. They're from.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Woofy Now to a former co host of The View,
- 23:40Speaker 2: Rosie o'donald, who is so afflicted with Trump arrangement syndrome
- 23:44Speaker 2: that the mental health professionals treating her have asked her
- 23:49Speaker 2: to stop posting about him.
- 23:51Speaker 3: I know that because.
- 23:52Speaker 2: Rosie told us all about it in a video she uploaded.
- 23:55Speaker 2: But she can't help herself. The president leaves rent free
- 23:59Speaker 2: in her head, even though she has fled to Trump's America.
- 24:03Speaker 4: Thanks to that orange mess of a man, mediocre man,
- 24:08Speaker 4: and he's getting worse. And we have to do something, America.
- 24:13Speaker 4: We can't let this one guy destroy everything. Two hundred
- 24:16Speaker 4: and fifty years of democracy. We can't let him destroy it.
- 24:19Speaker 4: So we got to get together as one in unison
- 24:23Speaker 4: and sing. You know, one day more. Do you hear
- 24:28Speaker 4: the people sing.
- 24:31Speaker 2: She really needs to go back to therapy, maybe several
- 24:35Speaker 2: times a day. That could be recommended. Because the Americans
- 24:37Speaker 2: did all get together and they voted for Donald Trump
- 24:40Speaker 2: in a landslide.
- 24:41Speaker 3: He won every swing state. Rosie, get over it.
- 24:45Speaker 7: Now.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Listen to House Minority leader who King Jeffries answer a
- 24:49Speaker 2: question that should be easy. He is asked if the
- 24:53Speaker 2: illegal immigrant who killed a teenager in Chicago should be
- 24:58Speaker 2: deported if he is convicted. Hakeem couldn't answer the question.
- 25:03Speaker 11: An illegal immigrant has been charged with murdering a college
- 25:05Speaker 11: student in Chicago last week. To House Democrats believe if
- 25:08Speaker 11: he's convicted, he's someone who should be deported.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I'll look into the case.
- 25:13Speaker 2: He'll look into the case. What an illegal immigrant murders
- 25:18Speaker 2: a girl? And Hiquem needs to have more information before
- 25:22Speaker 2: determining whether a killer should be deported. Now to an
- 25:27Speaker 2: illuminating chat between two funny men, comedian theov One and
- 25:32Speaker 2: Hollywood star Vin Sworn.
- 25:34Speaker 3: This chat has enraged all.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Sections of the left, mainly because what they talk about
- 25:40Speaker 2: here is one hundred percent true.
- 25:43Speaker 12: Why a lot of the lead shows have struggled because
- 25:45Speaker 12: all they did during like all they did. The only
- 25:47Speaker 12: person they can make fun of it at a certain
- 25:49Speaker 12: point was just like white redneck kind of people and
- 25:52Speaker 12: it and then everything tanked after that.
- 25:55Speaker 11: Think about that this is but see they never get
- 25:57Speaker 11: it right. The podcast have gotten so much more popular
- 26:02Speaker 11: with less production, less writers left staff.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Oh ye, why two.
- 26:06Speaker 11: People working here and both of them are hung over.
- 26:08Speaker 11: The one guy is shingle, And so people just rejected
- 26:10Speaker 11: it because it didn't feel authentic. It felt like they
- 26:13Speaker 11: had an agenda and it's not being funny, and it
- 26:15Speaker 11: started feeling like I was a class I didn't want
- 26:18Speaker 11: to take. But if you look at what happened to
- 26:19Speaker 11: the talk shows and why their ratings are low, it's
- 26:22Speaker 11: got only to do with the fact of what you
- 26:24Speaker 11: just said, which is they all became the same show,
- 26:27Speaker 11: and they all became so about their politics and who's
- 26:30Speaker 11: good and who's bad. And it's like, imagine sitting next
- 26:33Speaker 11: to someone like that on a plane.
- 26:34Speaker 12: Oh bro, you'd be like, how do I get out
- 26:37Speaker 12: of this holly fart right next to holy cow?
- 26:41Speaker 2: Now, this next lefty losing it is a confirmed liar,
- 26:45Speaker 2: a disinformation peddler, and if you ask me, one of
- 26:48Speaker 2: the most reprehensible men to hold public offers. It was
- 26:51Speaker 2: part of politicizing the CIA after he was appointed to
- 26:55Speaker 2: that role by President Obama, and he oversaw all sorts
- 26:59Speaker 2: of policies. Who can forget his staunch support for the
- 27:03Speaker 2: Iran nuclear deal that worked out well. More recently, he
- 27:07Speaker 2: disgraced himself by leading fifty other former intelligence officials who
- 27:12Speaker 2: falsely claimed that Hunter Biden's laptop was some sort of
- 27:16Speaker 2: Russian misinformation plot. They did that in the lead up
- 27:20Speaker 2: to the twenty twenty election. There is John Brennan right
- 27:24Speaker 2: in the middle of that lot. Well, John Brennan is
- 27:26Speaker 2: back to disgrace himself a little further by claiming on
- 27:30Speaker 2: MS now that the Iranian regime, that's the regime that
- 27:35Speaker 2: just slaughtered tens of thousands of innocent people. Well, apparently
- 27:39Speaker 2: it's more trustworthy than Donald Trump.
- 27:42Speaker 3: They are an authoritarian regime who's known to lie.
- 27:45Speaker 13: But like, I'm confused, what is going on?
- 27:48Speaker 5: Help me calm me down.
- 27:49Speaker 10: Well, I tend to believe it Ron more than I do.
- 27:51Speaker 5: That's true because he could not acknowledge the truth even
- 27:55Speaker 5: when it is he slapped in the face with it repeatedly.
- 27:59Speaker 2: Let's bring in commentator and documentary filmmaker Army Horowitz.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Army, how does this guy even.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Have the footspot to show his face on national television
- 28:10Speaker 2: after his involvement with the Iran nuclear deal?
- 28:13Speaker 3: There's still dossier.
- 28:16Speaker 2: That Russian disinformation plot that he alleged to Hunter Biden's
- 28:22Speaker 2: laptop was. I mean, this guy should be hiding in
- 28:25Speaker 2: shame somewhere.
- 28:28Speaker 13: In nineteen seventy six, Gus Hall ran for President of
- 28:32Speaker 13: the United States for the Communist Party ticket, a guy
- 28:36Speaker 13: who was known to be a paid agent of the
- 28:40Speaker 13: Soviet Union. Well, one of those sixty thousand people voted
- 28:43Speaker 13: for him was John Brennett. So am I shocked? Yep,
- 28:47Speaker 13: I am not shocked. He would say something like that, Look,
- 28:51Speaker 13: what is shocking and horrible is a paid analyst for
- 28:54Speaker 13: NBC News And shame on mis right now for having
- 28:59Speaker 13: him on the air as a contributor. In twenty sixteen,
- 29:03Speaker 13: Barack Obama had the CIA doing an assessment of the
- 29:07Speaker 13: Russian collusion with Donald Trump right to overturn the election
- 29:11Speaker 13: throw the election in his way, and John Brennan's had
- 29:14Speaker 13: the CIA used as one of the pieces of evidence
- 29:19Speaker 13: for why the Russians were colluding was a steel dossier, right,
- 29:23Speaker 13: the now defunct DSSI we all know is now it
- 29:25Speaker 13: was faked, and that was funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
- 29:30Speaker 13: And when somebody came up to John Brennan said, okay,
- 29:32Speaker 13: this is obviously not real, his quotter response, they say,
- 29:37Speaker 13: was but it rings true.
- 29:39Speaker 11: Okay.
- 29:40Speaker 13: Now, if this man didn't lose all his credibility then
- 29:43Speaker 13: with spoil Alert, he did. He went further, like you
- 29:45Speaker 13: have alluded to, when he was one of the fifty
- 29:47Speaker 13: one people who signed the disgraceful, infamous letter saying that
- 29:53Speaker 13: the hundred by laptop was fake. Okay, so look, guys,
- 29:57Speaker 13: if you want to say that President Trump is the
- 29:59Speaker 13: reason why people don't have trust institutions, nah dog if
- 30:04Speaker 13: John Brennan and people like him, and that.
- 30:08Speaker 2: Was no small matter him and those fifty other intelligence officials,
- 30:12Speaker 2: former intelligence officials signing that letter because so many Democrat
- 30:17Speaker 2: voters said, if they knew about Hunter Biden's laptop, they
- 30:21Speaker 2: would have changed their vote, they would have changed that
- 30:23Speaker 2: election result. And it was election interference, plain and simple.
- 30:27Speaker 2: And he's really never paid for that and all the
- 30:30Speaker 2: other stuff you've just mentioned. Now, let's talk a little
- 30:32Speaker 2: bit more about Iran. Donald Trump has postponed strikes on
- 30:36Speaker 2: Iran's energy sides. The US president said senior members of
- 30:40Speaker 2: his cabinet were in talks with Iranian officials, who he
- 30:44Speaker 2: said had agreed to never have a nuclear weapon.
- 30:48Speaker 7: And the other side. I can tell you they'd like
- 30:50Speaker 7: to make a deal, and who wouldn't if you were there. Look,
- 30:54Speaker 7: their navy's gone, their air forces gone, their communications are going.
- 30:59Speaker 7: That's the biggest problem. It's very hard to communicate them
- 31:03Speaker 7: between themselves. Again, it starts with no nuclear weapons, and
- 31:06Speaker 7: they've agreed to that there won't be any nuclear weapons.
- 31:08Speaker 7: They're not going to have, and they're not going to
- 31:10Speaker 7: have enrichment.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Now, the US has reportedly shared its fifteen point plan
- 31:15Speaker 2: to end the war with both Israel and Iran army.
- 31:19Speaker 2: Does the president consider this war already won?
- 31:24Speaker 13: Look, I hope not. But if there's one thing I
- 31:26Speaker 13: learned about Trump and Iran is I trust Trump when
- 31:29Speaker 13: it comes to dealing with Iran.
- 31:30Speaker 9: Right.
- 31:30Speaker 13: I think he's shown us over and over again he
- 31:32Speaker 13: knows what he's doing when dealing with these Mullas. And
- 31:35Speaker 13: I think the Mullus found out that the hard way.
- 31:39Speaker 13: So yeah, And also I also remind you that the
- 31:42Speaker 13: day before we started bombing the hell of Iran, there
- 31:45Speaker 13: are also negotiations going on with the Iranian So yeah,
- 31:48Speaker 13: let's let's see how this plays out before we jumped
- 31:50Speaker 13: in and reactions. Also, I'll point out that he's he's
- 31:55Speaker 13: already asked Congress for a war sple metal bill to
- 31:59Speaker 13: an billion dollars. He's also sent the eighty second airborne
- 32:03Speaker 13: into the region. I think that's an overt threat for
- 32:06Speaker 13: the Iranians that you guys better get your act together
- 32:09Speaker 13: or we're going to invade and take over card Island. Look,
- 32:12Speaker 13: he's being very Trumpian and he has turned that phrase
- 32:16Speaker 13: on his head. He is walking loudly and carrying a
- 32:19Speaker 13: bidstick that is really kind of Trump's.
- 32:22Speaker 3: M o armie.
- 32:23Speaker 2: We are still hearing just shocking reports out of Iran,
- 32:27Speaker 2: and this latest one is pretty distressing. So warning to
- 32:31Speaker 2: our viewers the way Iran is using rape to punish
- 32:37Speaker 2: women and girls as young as twelve. You and human
- 32:40Speaker 2: rights investigators have found Iran uses sexual violence alongside torture,
- 32:46Speaker 2: arbitrary killings, arrests, and force confessions, and last month, a
- 32:50Speaker 2: report from Amnus International found that thousands of Iranians are
- 32:53Speaker 2: at risk of sexual violence by IRGC gangs, that's the
- 32:58Speaker 2: Islamic Revolutionary Army. The report here is just sickening, and
- 33:04Speaker 2: as I said, this is fairly distressing. So for anyone
- 33:07Speaker 2: who's listening, I give you that warning. Daily Mail reports
- 33:11Speaker 2: last month two Ranian nurses were gang raped and relentlessly
- 33:16Speaker 2: tortured by the Islamic Republic security agents because they treated
- 33:21Speaker 2: wounded protesters during the anti regime demonstrations. That was their
- 33:25Speaker 2: punishment for helping injured protesters. The nurses have had the
- 33:31Speaker 2: uteruses removed so violent worthy assaults and army. One victim
- 33:36Speaker 2: is so traumatized she begged surgeons to let her die.
- 33:40Speaker 2: I mean, this is the evil, the brutality.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Of this regime.
- 33:45Speaker 2: This is something that seems to be lost on many
- 33:48Speaker 2: members of the media.
- 33:51Speaker 13: Yeah, shades of October seventh, where women were literally raped
- 33:55Speaker 13: to death by hamas. This is nothing new for the
- 33:59Speaker 13: Iranian regime. They've weaponized rape for a very long time.
- 34:02Speaker 14: Uh.
- 34:03Speaker 13: The Ayatolatola Komeni famously said, and he was quoted by
- 34:08Speaker 13: his designated successor, that virgin female prisoners should be rape
- 34:14Speaker 13: so they can't go to heaven. This is how this
- 34:17Speaker 13: is par for the course for them, and this is
- 34:18Speaker 13: frankly how islamis Uh generally have weaponized rape, not just
- 34:23Speaker 13: with October seventh, but Isis and al shabab Uh and
- 34:27Speaker 13: and Bram I've all, I've all used rape in this way,
- 34:31Speaker 13: so we know this. And by the way, it also
- 34:34Speaker 13: really kind of underlines the bravery of the Iranian female
- 34:39Speaker 13: soccer team to stand up against the regime and even
- 34:43Speaker 13: more bravely went back to Iran to protect their family
- 34:48Speaker 13: because their family was under threaten and said, I'm going
- 34:49Speaker 13: to go back and face whatever they do to me
- 34:52Speaker 13: because I don't want my family to be touched. This
- 34:54Speaker 13: is kind of the way they are. And frankly, I
- 34:57Speaker 13: weep for them and I pray for them because this
- 35:00Speaker 13: is an awful situation for them and the entire running
- 35:03Speaker 13: people to be in. That's what we want to end
- 35:04Speaker 13: this war as quickly as possible, and thank god Donald
- 35:07Speaker 13: Trump's president.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Now.
- 35:10Speaker 2: The Iranian regime has also been condemned for publicly hanging
- 35:14Speaker 2: three young men army, including a sporting hero, nineteen year
- 35:19Speaker 2: old wrestler Sally Mohammadi, who was tortured into confessing to
- 35:24Speaker 2: the crime of waging war against God army. That's also
- 35:30Speaker 2: known as protesting against the regime.
- 35:32Speaker 3: And this.
- 35:35Speaker 2: Public hanging, it's just a warning to the population to
- 35:39Speaker 2: not protest again. If you're not shot in the street,
- 35:43Speaker 2: you may be arrested, tortured into a confession, and hanged
- 35:47Speaker 2: in after a sham trial.
- 35:51Speaker 13: Yeah no, again, there is no red line. They wouldn't
- 35:57Speaker 13: cross in order to stay in power. It's why force
- 36:00Speaker 13: was necessary to deal with regime. They cannot be trusted.
- 36:05Speaker 13: When they breathe, they lie, and they have zero regard
- 36:10Speaker 13: for their own people. That's the thing that gets me
- 36:12Speaker 13: the most about this is that the media continues to
- 36:15Speaker 13: attack Donald Trump and say your unprovoked war, right, what
- 36:20Speaker 13: about the thirty two thousand Runnians were murder on the
- 36:23Speaker 13: streets by the regime. Where are the crocodile tears at
- 36:26Speaker 13: least for them? But there aren't any right they need
- 36:29Speaker 13: to focus on this. It's just the way the media
- 36:31Speaker 13: reacts things.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Now, let's move on to some light and matches.
- 36:37Speaker 2: And we have been having funnel Wake mocking the ridiculousness
- 36:42Speaker 2: of these pampered hard left activists touring Cuba. One of
- 36:48Speaker 2: the members of this comic convoy is popular streamer Hassan Pika.
- 36:53Speaker 2: He's there with the likes of Ira Mahersey, who's the
- 36:57Speaker 2: twenty three year old daughter of democrat eli Omar.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Army. This is just incredible.
- 37:03Speaker 2: These people are staying in luxury five star hotels that
- 37:07Speaker 2: cost one hundred and thirty to five hundred and twenty
- 37:10Speaker 2: dollars a night, and you may think, well, that's not
- 37:12Speaker 2: that much money, but the average local there makes just
- 37:16Speaker 2: one hundred and fifty to two hundred dollars annually. So
- 37:21Speaker 2: for these pampered Westerners to be there at the same
- 37:26Speaker 2: Pike has been pictured here wearing design a Yeah, dripping
- 37:30Speaker 2: in designer gear, including a six hundred and ninety dollar
- 37:33Speaker 2: top and glasses that are worth over thirteen hundred dollars.
- 37:39Speaker 2: What are they hoping to achieve, your army, It really
- 37:42Speaker 2: just seems to be comical.
- 37:45Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 37:45Speaker 13: By the way, that is so damn ugly on top
- 37:49Speaker 13: of it, right, what a waste of money glass he
- 37:52Speaker 13: was rolling. He was rolling with a wardrobe they'll take
- 37:55Speaker 13: ten years for the average Cuban to pay for. By
- 38:01Speaker 13: the way, Hassan Piker, who brought us his greatest hits
- 38:04Speaker 13: include that America deserved Line eleven and his open support
- 38:09Speaker 13: for HAMASRESBLA and other terrorist organizations. That's Hassan Piker, a
- 38:12Speaker 13: guy who caused plays the communist at Tax Capitalism next
- 38:16Speaker 13: millions of dollars online and on Twitch. That's who Hassan
- 38:20Speaker 13: Piker is. That he was partying in Cuba with Code
- 38:23Speaker 13: Pink and Knee Kat, the anti Semitic group from from
- 38:28Speaker 13: Ireland that nobody ever heard of until they attacked Jews
- 38:31Speaker 13: and the State of Israel. And of course there was
- 38:33Speaker 13: Elan Omar's daughter who was there. She attends Barnard, one
- 38:38Speaker 13: of the most elite schools in America that cost ninety
- 38:41Speaker 13: thousand dollars a year that I'm assuming she got the
- 38:43Speaker 13: money from her father, who allegedly allegedly was fraudulent in
- 38:49Speaker 13: how he got his ill gotten gains. And by the way,
- 38:53Speaker 13: that would have cost the average Cuban five hundred years
- 38:56Speaker 13: to pay for for one year of schooling at Barnard.
- 39:00Speaker 13: And by the way, to show how far the left
- 39:04Speaker 13: has suck right when it comes to them dealing with
- 39:07Speaker 13: hard leftism, Hassan Paker was talking about how he is
- 39:11Speaker 13: a friend with Ben Road, the rock star of a
- 39:14Speaker 13: Democrat who was Obama's debut NAT Security advisor and NA
- 39:19Speaker 13: Security speech writer. So, yeah, that's the State Democratic Party.
- 39:24Speaker 13: They're in Cuba, partying with the Cuban regime, who's keeping
- 39:27Speaker 13: the Cubans in bondage. Well done.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Yeah, not standing with the locals who are crying out
- 39:33Speaker 2: for freedom. You know you can't be doing that because
- 39:35Speaker 2: they're basically embarrassed the US government. Now, before you go,
- 39:39Speaker 2: I was interested in your response to this piece that
- 39:42Speaker 2: argues Zor and Mamdani's first one hundred days in offers
- 39:46Speaker 2: prove the alarmist wrong. The piece says, two months after
- 39:52Speaker 2: Ma'mdani's inauguration, it appears that, at least for now, both
- 39:55Speaker 2: the alarmists and the fearful on all sides were wrong.
- 40:00Speaker 3: I agree with that, army.
- 40:01Speaker 2: The author notes that you know President Trump has been
- 40:05Speaker 2: fairly generous in his praise of ma'm Danny, and and
- 40:09Speaker 2: that you know people have been too harsh and too
- 40:12Speaker 2: fearful of his rule.
- 40:14Speaker 13: Do you think I agree with that?
- 40:16Speaker 3: Rita?
- 40:16Speaker 13: Do you think I do look other than having dinner
- 40:21Speaker 13: with terrorists and sleeping with a woman who supports terrorism,
- 40:26Speaker 13: Like you know I've said before, time I do that
- 40:27Speaker 13: great game that we all love. What does chat GPT
- 40:30Speaker 13: say about this? So I asked chat Gypt because I
- 40:33Speaker 13: want to know what were his more controversial appointments to
- 40:37Speaker 13: get a sense of what he's done in his first
- 40:39Speaker 13: hundred days. And this is what chat gipt told me. Right,
- 40:42Speaker 13: there are no documented controversial staffing picks that have become public.
- 40:47Speaker 13: This is what he told me. So I'm going to
- 40:48Speaker 13: read you a very quick list of who he's chosen
- 40:51Speaker 13: his staff. Razmikassim is chief counsel whose entire law clinic,
- 40:55Speaker 13: by the way, is based on supporting terrorists. Uh Ceo Weaver,
- 40:59Speaker 13: the Director and Mayor's Office to Protect Tenants, who said
- 41:03Speaker 13: home ownership is a tool of white supremacy. Alex Vittali,
- 41:08Speaker 13: the public safety advisor who called for banning the police.
- 41:11Speaker 13: And Catherine Almonte de Costa, director of appointments. Her job
- 41:15Speaker 13: is actually directing of all the appointments, and she said
- 41:18Speaker 13: money hungry juice. So yeah, yeah, sitty.
- 41:22Speaker 3: What very name is?
- 41:24Speaker 13: I think he's like he was billings Far.
- 41:27Speaker 2: I thought I was going to get that response f
- 41:30Speaker 2: from you, and he did not disappoint. Amy Horowitz, thank
- 41:32Speaker 2: you so much for your time, always a pleasure still
- 41:36Speaker 2: to come. The Ginger and the Wines neighbors are up
- 41:39Speaker 2: in arms. Michael Luftis will.
- 41:41Speaker 3: Tell us why welcome back.
- 41:54Speaker 2: Well, it seems even Californians have caught up on how
- 41:58Speaker 2: unbearable Megan Makel and Prince Harry. A new report has
- 42:02Speaker 2: revealed a couple's neighbors in Montecito have had enough. One
- 42:07Speaker 2: source told Page six they are avoiding them. No one
- 42:10Speaker 2: wants to be seen with them. It's just a growing
- 42:13Speaker 2: awareness that they're takers with zero self awareness. Everyone is
- 42:19Speaker 2: exhausted by them. Joining me now is writer and comedian
- 42:24Speaker 2: Michael Lofter's Michael, what took them so long?
- 42:28Speaker 3: This was clear to most of us a while back.
- 42:32Speaker 14: Yeah, I don't know where are these kids gonna land?
- 42:36Speaker 14: They got nowhere to go. They started in Vancouver and
- 42:38Speaker 14: then like, oh, people found out where we were living.
- 42:40Speaker 9: We had to leave. Then they're in the UK. They
- 42:43Speaker 9: got kicked out of there, they had to move another
- 42:44Speaker 9: place in the UK.
- 42:45Speaker 14: Now in Monasy, it's it's like it's like they're turning
- 42:48Speaker 14: into weird modern day gypsies, where Megan Michael.
- 42:54Speaker 9: Just have a crystal ball.
- 42:55Speaker 14: Oh I'm gonna do a TV show and no one's
- 42:58Speaker 14: gonna like it, and we're gonna have to move. Maybe
- 43:00Speaker 14: that's their secret plan. Maybe maybe Harry owns a lot
- 43:03Speaker 14: of stock in a moving company and he's just trying
- 43:06Speaker 14: to keep everybody employed.
- 43:09Speaker 2: I don't know where they're going to end up next, because, yeah,
- 43:12Speaker 2: they've They've gone to a few countries, perhaps Australia, because
- 43:16Speaker 2: the last time they were here they got a wonderful reception.
- 43:20Speaker 2: I don't think that will happen again. I think we
- 43:22Speaker 2: were one of the first to figure them out.
- 43:25Speaker 10: Now.
- 43:25Speaker 2: Radio host Howard Stern has made cryptic comments regarding his
- 43:31Speaker 2: former friendship with Carolyn Bessett Kennedy. Speaking on his show,
- 43:36Speaker 2: he said, I knew the real Carolyn Bassett. We had many,
- 43:40Speaker 2: many conversations, more than casual conversations.
- 43:44Speaker 3: She was very lovely. She was a really nice woman.
- 43:47Speaker 2: I don't want to go into how I knew her,
- 43:51Speaker 2: but I knew her. And he also said, I know
- 43:54Speaker 2: enough to keep my mouth shut about that. Some stuff
- 43:58Speaker 2: you do have to keep private. Now, Carolyn be said
- 44:01Speaker 2: Kennedy has become a figure of fascination at the moment
- 44:05Speaker 2: because of the popularity of the hit TV show love
- 44:08Speaker 2: story and that that show chronicles her romance with John F.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Kennedy Junior. What is Howard stern on about? Why would
- 44:17Speaker 3: he make these comments and not expand on them? What's
- 44:20Speaker 3: the point?
- 44:22Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 44:23Speaker 14: I think he's just trying to stay relevant, and judging
- 44:25Speaker 14: from his headshot, he's slowly morphing into a high school
- 44:29Speaker 14: chemistry teacher, maybe a science teacher.
- 44:32Speaker 9: Why make this so cryptic? Like he knew her in
- 44:35Speaker 9: the nineties.
- 44:36Speaker 14: She was a publicist and he once had a popular
- 44:39Speaker 14: radio show. That's how they knew each other. Like you
- 44:42Speaker 14: could make anything mysterious. What did I have for dinner?
- 44:45Speaker 9: Oh?
- 44:45Speaker 14: I wish I could tell you it was spicy? I
- 44:47Speaker 14: wish I could go on? Oh it's boring. How and
- 44:51Speaker 14: if that poor young girl wasn't dead before? Oh she's
- 44:54Speaker 14: dead now she's dying of embarrassment.
- 44:59Speaker 3: That's hot, Michael, come on.
- 45:01Speaker 2: But yeah, I like the line about it was more
- 45:04Speaker 2: than a casual conversation.
- 45:06Speaker 3: It's almost like his hinting at.
- 45:08Speaker 2: There was some sort of a romance or some sort
- 45:11Speaker 2: of a attraction there that was some deep connection that
- 45:16Speaker 2: he can't possibly expand on because it has to remain private.
- 45:20Speaker 2: I don't think so now the billionaire owner of Only Fans,
- 45:25Speaker 2: the founder Lehnoid Redovinsky. I probably mispronounced that, but as
- 45:30Speaker 2: a matter. He died earlier this week after a private
- 45:34Speaker 2: battle with Cancey. Was just forty three years of age.
- 45:38Speaker 2: The Ukrainian born entrepreneur was largely out of the public
- 45:41Speaker 2: eye despite running one of the most controversial websites online,
- 45:46Speaker 2: Only Fans, a subscription based adult content platform. It's a
- 45:51Speaker 2: porn site, that's.
- 45:52Speaker 3: What it is.
- 45:53Speaker 9: Now.
- 45:53Speaker 2: I'm interested on your take on this, Michael, because Matt
- 45:56Speaker 2: Walsh has absolutely and Redovinski. He said that the man
- 46:03Speaker 2: dedicated his life to peddling smut and poison. Now he's
- 46:08Speaker 2: dead and his only legacy on this earth is filth.
- 46:11Speaker 3: What a waste of existence. We all must die.
- 46:15Speaker 2: Let us be inspired to make much better use of
- 46:18Speaker 2: our time here.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Hush, Michael. But is it accurate?
- 46:24Speaker 14: It's it's it's very accurate, but so dark. I don't
- 46:28Speaker 14: want Matt Walsh to give the toast at my anniversary party.
- 46:31Speaker 14: That guy's gonna go really dark. But it is a
- 46:36Speaker 14: great point, like this guy had all the money in
- 46:39Speaker 14: the world, but everybody ultimately wants, you know, more time
- 46:43Speaker 14: and say what you will like with with OnlyFans, the
- 46:47Speaker 14: split there is like OnlyFans would take twenty percent and
- 46:51Speaker 14: the creators would make eighty percent.
- 46:53Speaker 9: So that was pretty generous.
- 46:54Speaker 14: That's as good as an offer as you're gonna get
- 46:56Speaker 14: from any pimp on the street. And there's some there's
- 46:59Speaker 14: a girl on their Sophie Rain who made forty three
- 47:03Speaker 14: million dollars last year, So I'd like mounds. The start
- 47:07Speaker 14: of my only fans right now.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Is selling feet picks. Are just going to exclusively sell
- 47:14Speaker 2: feet picks. Apparently that's what men do on that side.
- 47:16Speaker 2: I'm proud to say I have never even looked at it,
- 47:19Speaker 2: not even for research purposes. But the amounts you're talking about,
- 47:23Speaker 2: these girls, mainly girls are making more than the biggest
- 47:28Speaker 2: Hollywood superstar from well, it's from pawn, it's from showing
- 47:34Speaker 2: themselves nude or nude doing things with other nude people. Now,
- 47:40Speaker 2: before you go, this is a very curious little clip
- 47:44Speaker 2: we're about to play. Popstar Miley Cyrus has mocked call
- 47:48Speaker 2: her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper, labeling her creepy. This
- 47:54Speaker 2: is what she had to say when speaking at the
- 47:56Speaker 2: twentieth anniversary of Hannah Montana and Alex.
- 48:00Speaker 9: Being a superfan kind of.
- 48:04Speaker 15: She's also my neighbor, which is also freer. She got
- 48:08Speaker 15: money and then she moved that sort to me. Yeah
- 48:13Speaker 15: there was old stuff.
- 48:15Speaker 9: He's like, just walk. Yeah, it was weird. And she's like,
- 48:18Speaker 9: oh my god, you look here. She interviewed me at
- 48:20Speaker 9: my house like five years ago. So you didn't want.
- 48:25Speaker 3: You knew, damn well where I live. That's what she said.
- 48:28Speaker 2: I wonder what's behind Miley Cyrus deciding to humiliate Alex
- 48:33Speaker 2: Cooper like this.
- 48:35Speaker 14: Yeah, I guess these two girls. It's a little bit
- 48:37Speaker 14: of a cat fight going on right there. I think
- 48:40Speaker 14: they should settle this with mud wrestling. Yeah, Rainer, the
- 48:43Speaker 14: claws were out and I'm fringing. I'm just finding out
- 48:45Speaker 14: Miley Cyrus was Hannah Montana. I'm shocked. That's mind blowing.
- 48:51Speaker 9: Spoiler alert.
- 48:53Speaker 2: She started she's been a star since she was a
- 48:56Speaker 2: little bitty child. Michael Loft's thank you so much for it,
- 49:00Speaker 2: and that's all the time we have tonight, don't go anywhere.
- 49:04Speaker 3: Newsnight is up next.
