- 1:32Speaker 3: bring you the Wayne stream Media. And I am the
- 1:34Speaker 3: loudest mag of mouth in the world. Your Secretary of War,
- 1:38Speaker 3: Wayne Alarute I wrote a column this morning. You know
- 1:41Speaker 3: I'm a Vegas guy. I live in Vegas. The show
- 1:43Speaker 3: comes to you from Vegas. The only political show I
- 1:46Speaker 3: know of in the country, major one that comes to
- 1:48Speaker 3: you from Vegas. And by the way, let me remind you,
- 1:50Speaker 3: speaking of major shows, my biggest show, my biggest platform,
- 1:55Speaker 3: America's Top ten Countdown is now moving back to its
- 1:58Speaker 3: original time. You demanded it. I got the letters from
- 2:02Speaker 3: all of you, and we listened, and we're moving it
- 2:05Speaker 3: back to noon eastern nine am Pacific, noon eastern nine
- 2:09Speaker 3: am Pacific on Real American's Voice TV network every Saturday.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Every Saturday. This show is Monday through Friday, two hours
- 2:16Speaker 3: of day, six to eight pm. Warzone Live. And here's
- 2:18Speaker 3: my latest commentary, a Sin City story that proves what
- 2:23Speaker 3: happens in Vegas stays in Vegas prison and liberal judges
- 2:29Speaker 3: are freaking insane and mentally deranged. All of that for
- 2:33Speaker 3: the price of one people think Nevada is a purple state.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Thank god, it's not. We're making a red Republican comeback
- 2:39Speaker 3: for the ages thanks to California. California is so extreme, radical, insane,
- 2:45Speaker 3: dangerous and out of control. The whole California is either
- 2:48Speaker 3: moving to Nevada, Vegas, or Reno or plotting their escape
- 2:52Speaker 3: or at least thinking about it. If they could afford it,
- 2:55Speaker 3: they would Thanks to California, Nevada is changing back from
- 2:58Speaker 3: purple and even blue to Republican. Read because the people
- 3:02Speaker 3: leaving California are Republican voters running for their lives. I
- 3:06Speaker 3: know because a lot of them are my friends and fans.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Just like Republicans running away from New York turned Florida
- 3:15Speaker 3: deep Republican read, the same thing is happening in Nevada.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Here are the results. Trump just won Nevada in twenty
- 3:22Speaker 3: twenty four, finally on his third try, which shows you
- 3:25Speaker 3: were getting more Republican. We also have a Republican law
- 3:28Speaker 3: and order governor, Joe Lombardo, and a Republican law and
- 3:30Speaker 3: order Lieutenant governor Stavros Anthony, both elected in the past
- 3:34Speaker 3: four years. Both are former top cops. Lombardo was our
- 3:38Speaker 3: Las Vegas sheriff, our version of police chief. Stavros was
- 3:42Speaker 3: a police captain. I believe we're the first state in
- 3:44Speaker 3: the history of America to elect former cops as governor
- 3:48Speaker 3: and lieutenant governor of the state. Our state Controller Andy Matthews,
- 3:53Speaker 3: also a Republican, and our Sheriff Kevin mcmahill, a law
- 3:56Speaker 3: and order Republican.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Two.
- 3:59Speaker 3: This is what saved the life Vegas from becoming the disaster,
- 4:02Speaker 3: the catastrophe that is Los Angeles. My Los Angeles friends
- 4:07Speaker 3: are scared to death to walk the streets or drive
- 4:09Speaker 3: their cars to dinner in LA. They hide their jewelry
- 4:12Speaker 3: in safety deposit boxes. They drive old Jalopi cars so
- 4:16Speaker 3: no one follows them home to rob, rape, or murder them.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Such is life now in LA. This is what happens
- 4:22Speaker 3: when breaking into homes is no longer treated as a felony.
- 4:26Speaker 3: In Los Angeles, shopping centers are empty, no stores, no customers,
- 4:29Speaker 3: no tourists. Famous shopping centers or ghost towns. This is
- 4:34Speaker 3: what happens when you only give a desk ticket to
- 4:36Speaker 3: criminals whose shop lift thousands of dollars from retail stores.
- 4:41Speaker 3: This is what happens when you proudly brag your city
- 4:43Speaker 3: is a sanctuary city for legal aliens. This is what
- 4:47Speaker 3: happens when you allow the homeless to set up tents
- 4:50Speaker 3: on city sidewalks and in front of store entrances. Californians
- 4:54Speaker 3: are running for their lives to Las Vegas. Well, the
- 4:57Speaker 3: famous Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica's a goo to
- 5:00Speaker 3: our downtown Summerlin shopping center is jammed every day. You
- 5:04Speaker 3: can't find a parking space. One other thing that has
- 5:07Speaker 3: prevented Vegas from becoming La. Here in Vegas, everyone is armed,
- 5:13Speaker 3: locked and loaded. It's easy to get a CCW Conceeal
- 5:16Speaker 3: carry permit. We all have guns in our cars. We
- 5:19Speaker 3: all have guns in our homes, lots of them arsenals.
- 5:23Speaker 3: Many of my friends carry a gun wherever they go, shopping, casinos, restaurants.
- 5:28Speaker 3: It works. I can walk or drive anywhere in Vegas
- 5:31Speaker 3: or my very safe neighborhood Summerlan without fear. I'm armed.
- 5:35Speaker 3: No one is going to touch me. Guns are the
- 5:37Speaker 3: great equalizer. A sixty five year old, five foot ninety
- 5:41Speaker 3: pound woman is safe against a two hundred and seventy
- 5:43Speaker 3: five pound violent thug if she's packing a three point
- 5:47Speaker 3: fifty seven magnum the great equalizer. So Vegas thrives while
- 5:52Speaker 3: La dies. But back to the story that proves liberal
- 5:56Speaker 3: judges are insane and a danger to us all Vegas
- 6:00Speaker 3: Judge Eric Goodman just ordered the release of a career
- 6:04Speaker 3: thug named Joshua Sanchez Lopez. If only we paid thugs
- 6:09Speaker 3: by the word for their names, he only has three.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Most of them have four names. Coming from Mexico, Lopez
- 6:15Speaker 3: is a repeat, repeat, repeat offender. He's been arrested thirty
- 6:19Speaker 3: five times, including manslaughter and numerous drug charges. His latest
- 6:23Speaker 3: alleged crime was grand larceny of a car. What a
- 6:27Speaker 3: lovely fellow. In Vegas, we don't let career criminals out
- 6:30Speaker 3: on the streets like they do in La and San Francisco.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Our judges put them in prison usually. That's why Vegas
- 6:37Speaker 3: is so much safer than California's big city. Certainly where
- 6:40Speaker 3: I live Summerland is so much safer. But Vegas Judge
- 6:43Speaker 3: Eric Goodman has clearly either lost his freaking mind or
- 6:47Speaker 3: fallen in love with Gavin Newsom. Goodman ordered the release
- 6:52Speaker 3: of a violent, thirty five time arrested thug Lopez. He
- 6:56Speaker 3: ordered him out on bail with an ankle bracelet, the
- 6:58Speaker 3: same monitor device Lopez has laughed about on video in
- 7:03Speaker 3: the past. It turns out this thug has failed to
- 7:05Speaker 3: appear in court and violated electronic monitoring rules multiple times.
- 7:10Speaker 3: He's the last guy any normal, sane judge would order
- 7:14Speaker 3: released onto our streets just based on his criminal record,
- 7:17Speaker 3: let alone the fact that he couldn't care less about
- 7:19Speaker 3: his ankle monitor. So our Republican Sheriff mcmahill, Vegas Republican
- 7:25Speaker 3: Sheriff mcmahill has taken a stand. Sheriff mcmahill said, to paraphrase, no,
- 7:31Speaker 3: not on my watch. This guy is dangerous. The citizens
- 7:34Speaker 3: aren't safe for them on the streets. I'm not complying
- 7:37Speaker 3: with the judges order he stays in prison, and the
- 7:40Speaker 3: liberal bleeding heart Judge Goodman, in response, threatens to throw
- 7:44Speaker 3: our hero Sheriff mcmahill in prison for contempt of court.
- 7:49Speaker 3: This is exhibit A for insane, mentally deranged liberal judges.
- 7:54Speaker 3: They love thirty five time arrested violent thugs, druggies, thieves,
- 8:00Speaker 3: and murderers. They fight for them, they do anything for them.
- 8:03Speaker 3: They demand they be released onto our streets where they
- 8:06Speaker 3: could kill your mother, your wife, your daughter. But these
- 8:10Speaker 3: same liberal judges are eager to put hero police chiefs
- 8:12Speaker 3: in prison. Like I said, mentally deranged just my opinion.
- 8:18Speaker 3: But Eric Goodman, I believe is mentally deranged. The Kate
- 8:22Speaker 3: Judge Eric Goodman. The case is now headed to the
- 8:24Speaker 3: Nevada Supreme Court at the request of our sheriff. He
- 8:27Speaker 3: says it's his duty to protect the citizens of Las Vegas.
- 8:30Speaker 3: This thug is a danger or a community or citizens,
- 8:33Speaker 3: our children. So it's his right to ignore the judge's
- 8:36Speaker 3: reckless ruling and keep this menace to society locked up
- 8:40Speaker 3: until his trial. Bravo, Thank you, Sheriff, Kevin mcmahill. Let's
- 8:46Speaker 3: hope this case proves what happens in Vegas stays in
- 8:50Speaker 3: a Vegas prison. I know it proves Vegas thrives while
- 8:54Speaker 3: La dies. All right, I forgot to throw and I
- 8:59Speaker 3: was gonna throw in this art. Also that you know,
- 9:01Speaker 3: in Los Angeles, house prices are sinking, and in Las
- 9:04Speaker 3: Vegas we've you know, Vegas used to be a pretty
- 9:07Speaker 3: cheap town, and now we got houses selling for five million,
- 9:09Speaker 3: ten million, fifteen million, twenty million. In Summerland, where I live,
- 9:12Speaker 3: they just sold a piece of land where you could buy,
- 9:14Speaker 3: where you could build your dream house. The land is
- 9:17Speaker 3: eighteen million dollars, the land before you've built the house.
- 9:21Speaker 3: The land eighteen million dollars, and it's behind a gated
- 9:25Speaker 3: community with guards with guns, in safe summerland where you're
- 9:29Speaker 3: allowed to carry a gun and where the police are
- 9:32Speaker 3: thrilled to shoot a criminal dead, unlike LA, where they're
- 9:35Speaker 3: afraid of their own shadow. So now you see why
- 9:38Speaker 3: things are so different in California versus my beloved Las Vegas.
- 9:44Speaker 3: And let me tell you, Vegas is a dangerous city too,
- 9:46Speaker 3: not even close to La not even close to San Francisco.
- 9:49Speaker 3: But that's Vegas. Right around the Strip, a lot of
- 9:52Speaker 3: low lives, a lot of drugs, homeless people buried in
- 9:55Speaker 3: the back. You don't see them, but they're there in
- 9:56Speaker 3: the back behind the strip. But not in summerland, thank god.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Knock on wood. Summerlind is the Scotsdale of Las Vegas.
- 10:05Speaker 3: Very safe, very safe because everybody's got a gun. Their
- 10:09Speaker 3: houses are loaded with guns, their cars are loaded with guns,
- 10:12Speaker 3: and none of us ever have to use them because
- 10:14Speaker 3: it's safe. Because the criminals know we got guns. They
- 10:16Speaker 3: stay away. Really cool, and that's why you see these headlines.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Las Vegas cops refuse to release Violet, repeat offender, defying
- 10:24Speaker 3: judge's order. Who says that a judge is so important?
- 10:29Speaker 3: Who says that how much time we have left all
- 10:34Speaker 3: right minute a half, just enough time to read a
- 10:36Speaker 3: letter that came from my fan Steve. Steve says, Wayne,
- 10:38Speaker 3: it's been a while I wanted to tell you. I
- 10:40Speaker 3: went down to the recycler today in California he lives,
- 10:43Speaker 3: to turn in all my cans and bottles. After getting
- 10:46Speaker 3: all the stuff out of my truck and getting it weighed,
- 10:48Speaker 3: I had about forty bucks worth forty dollars. Okay, no
- 10:52Speaker 3: big deal. I got a little confused when they asked
- 10:54Speaker 3: for my driver's license at the pay booth. This was
- 10:56Speaker 3: just the start. Next I had to write down the
- 10:58Speaker 3: license plate number for my pickup. Then I had to
- 11:00Speaker 3: give my thumb print on an electronic device. I finally
- 11:03Speaker 3: had to sign an invoice before I could get paid
- 11:07Speaker 3: all for allowsy forty bucks. Meanwhile, my great and wonderful
- 11:10Speaker 3: governor of California doesn't want to have voter ID. He
- 11:12Speaker 3: has that positive identity for every can and plastic bottle
- 11:16Speaker 3: for which he pays out a nickel. But voter ID
- 11:20Speaker 3: schmoder id. I guess all right, unbelievablelieve and by the way,
- 11:25Speaker 3: this guy says, one last thing, ps, I voted in
- 11:27Speaker 3: every election. Since I was eighteen years old, I've always
- 11:29Speaker 3: had to show my d to vote. Now it's seventy
- 11:32Speaker 3: three by some coming, am I in some kind of
- 11:34Speaker 3: special class. Even when I turned to the mail in
- 11:37Speaker 3: ballot at Compotely Place, they still ask for ID. Is
- 11:39Speaker 3: it because I'm white? He doesn't think anyone black Latino
- 11:42Speaker 3: is getting asked for ID, but because he's white they
- 11:44Speaker 3: ask for ID. I believe it. It's true.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Stop before you invest another dollar. Listen to this.
- 11:55Speaker 4: You're hearing it everywhere. Inflation, market swings uncertain, but most
- 12:01Speaker 4: people are still sitting in paper assets, hoping it all
- 12:04Speaker 4: works out.
- 12:05Speaker 1: At all American assets. We don't deal in hope. We
- 12:08Speaker 1: deal in protection.
- 12:09Speaker 4: Gold and silver have stood the test of time, and

- 15:07Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Alarut, the route, the root, the route
- 15:10Speaker 3: is on fire. So uh you know look, I've been
- 15:13Speaker 3: a very outspoken, loudmouth guy on the topic of Jews
- 15:17Speaker 3: in Israel because I've always argued, you know, I used
- 15:21Speaker 3: to be the Libertarian vice presidential candidate. I was on
- 15:24Speaker 3: their two thousand and eight presidential ticket, and I left
- 15:27Speaker 3: the Libertarian Party because I felt they were a bunch
- 15:30Speaker 3: of Jew haters. They hated Israel. It wasn't like they
- 15:34Speaker 3: wanted to stop foreign aid for everyone, and Israel's included.
- 15:38Speaker 3: They always brought up Israel first, We've got to stop
- 15:41Speaker 3: foreign aid to Israel. They're not our friend. And I
- 15:44Speaker 3: was so sick of hearing that lie. They were such
- 15:48Speaker 3: weirdos and they all hated Israel. And I was there
- 15:51Speaker 3: right I was running for vice president of the United
- 15:54Speaker 3: States on their presidential ticket. Then I was elected to
- 15:58Speaker 3: their national Board of Directors. Then I was elected head
- 16:02Speaker 3: of their what was the Libertarian National Campaign Committee to
- 16:05Speaker 3: help elect libertarians all over the United States the Congress
- 16:08Speaker 3: and other offices. I was the chairman of that committee. So,
- 16:13Speaker 3: I mean, I was with these people day and night,
- 16:15Speaker 3: and they really did not like Jews. Everybody hides when
- 16:19Speaker 3: they say they don't like Israel, they say it's got
- 16:20Speaker 3: nothing to do with choose. It's got to do with
- 16:22Speaker 3: the government of Israel. And they're all lying. All let's
- 16:26Speaker 3: say they're ninety percent of them are lying. And it's
- 16:29Speaker 3: look at my social media. The minute I say something
- 16:31Speaker 3: nice about Jews in Israel, fifty people attack me. And
- 16:34Speaker 3: then when I say, you know what, a bunch of
- 16:37Speaker 3: jew haters, then immediately it comes out, screw you. Your
- 16:40Speaker 3: family should have died in the ovens. I'm telling you,
- 16:43Speaker 3: I get that all the time, disgusting people, horrible human beings.
- 16:48Speaker 3: If I didn't say I was Jewish, now one person
- 16:50Speaker 3: in America would know I'm Jewish. I don't look Jewish,
- 16:52Speaker 3: I don't sound Jewish. I've got nothing to do with Jews.
- 16:54Speaker 3: I'm ment to Temple in forty years, so that I
- 16:56Speaker 3: was bar amidst of it. Okay, I'm married to a
- 16:58Speaker 3: Christian gal so Jesus Christ is my savior. There's nothing
- 17:01Speaker 3: about me that anyone would know I was Jewish. I
- 17:03Speaker 3: didn't have to say a word about it. But coursing
- 17:05Speaker 3: through my veins is Jewish blood. And I will never
- 17:08Speaker 3: ever ever abandon Israel because of that, and I will
- 17:11Speaker 3: never abandon the Jewish people because of that. Even if
- 17:14Speaker 3: some of them are too liberal. But when I argue
- 17:17Speaker 3: with these people, every one of them eventually shows their
- 17:21Speaker 3: true cards. They hate Jews. And so when I hear
- 17:25Speaker 3: all these people, Tucker Carlson, Candice Owens, Marjorie Taylor Green,
- 17:30Speaker 3: Megan Kelly and I've always liked Megan Kelly, when I
- 17:33Speaker 3: hear them talking about Israel and the Iran war, just
- 17:36Speaker 3: they remind me of libertarians. Libertarians yell and scream and
- 17:40Speaker 3: make a lot of noise, and they get one percent
- 17:42Speaker 3: of the vote, one half of one percent of the vote.
- 17:45Speaker 3: And these people, I'm telling you, are such a tiny
- 17:47Speaker 3: minority in the MAGA movement and the Republican Party. Tiny everybody.
- 17:52Speaker 3: They haven't changed one mind, they haven't moved the needle
- 17:55Speaker 3: one bit. So here it is CNN, CNN's proof, CNN's
- 18:00Speaker 3: Harry Nton, their data expert. Despite all the detractors, despite
- 18:05Speaker 3: the Epstein, Oh my god, Epstein Epstein, Epstein, Trump is Epstein,
- 18:09Speaker 3: and despite the Iran War, Iran, Iran, Iran, and despite
- 18:12Speaker 3: Israel Israel Israel, and despite oh my god, Trump is
- 18:15Speaker 3: owned by Israel. They've got photos of Trump. They're blackmailing Trump.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Israel is deciding what Trump does. They're running our country,
- 18:24Speaker 3: They're running our military, says Candazans. Despite all that one
- 18:29Speaker 3: hundred percent of MAGA supports Trump and ninety percent of
- 18:33Speaker 3: MEGA voters approve of Trump's military action Iran, and I
- 18:36Speaker 3: read you last week, ninety three percent of MAGA totally
- 18:39Speaker 3: support our alliance with Israel, relationship with Israel. But Harry
- 18:44Speaker 3: Nton of CNN I was quoting a different poll last week.
- 18:47Speaker 3: This is Harry Entton of CNN. So nothing any of
- 18:50Speaker 3: you have said has moved the needle one bit. Americans
- 18:54Speaker 3: still for the most part of MAGA Americans excuse me.
- 18:57Speaker 3: The people who voted for Trump like Trump, still like
- 19:00Speaker 3: Israel and like Chews, and they're not listening to this
- 19:03Speaker 3: crap because most of them are nice Christian people. And
- 19:07Speaker 3: last time I looked, Jesus Christ was a Jew. So
- 19:11Speaker 3: I'm not quite sure how you could be a Christian
- 19:13Speaker 3: and hate Chews. Jesus Christ, your leader. The guy you
- 19:16Speaker 3: prayed to was a Jew? Is a Jew? What's a Jew?
- 19:19Speaker 4: Oh?
- 19:19Speaker 3: It was a Jew?
- 19:20Speaker 4: Me.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I'm a Jew to Christ is my savior, but I'm
- 19:22Speaker 3: still a Jew. You can't not be a Jew. So
- 19:25Speaker 3: the guy you pray to is a Jew all your life,
- 19:29Speaker 3: You've been praying to a Jew. A Jew is the
- 19:32Speaker 3: CEO of your Christian religion. How about that one? And
- 19:35Speaker 3: you hate Jews? Boy? Are you stupid? Boy? Are you
- 19:38Speaker 3: a dumb mother Trucker? Wow? Boy? Are you a dumb
- 19:42Speaker 3: mother Tucker? Wow? CNN's Harry and broke the news on Wednesday.
- 19:49Speaker 3: Ninety percent of MAGA voter support military action, Iran and
- 19:54Speaker 3: magaview of Trump one hundred percent approval. If you're a
- 19:57Speaker 3: member of MAGA and the GOP, you reprove of Donald Trump.
- 20:00Speaker 3: Zero percent say they disapprove. You. Don't have to be
- 20:03Speaker 3: a math genius, he says, to know that you can't
- 20:05Speaker 3: go higher than one hundred percent. He is the nineteen
- 20:08Speaker 3: seventy two Miami Dolphins. By the way, that's the only
- 20:10Speaker 3: team that ever went through a whole season without a loss.

- 20:19Speaker 3: despite Iran, Iran, Iran, and Israel Israel Israel, one hundred
- 20:24Speaker 3: percent support. You know we else you'd have one hundred
- 20:26Speaker 3: ccent support. Kip Herridge and Vra Well, too late, sorry,
- 20:30Speaker 3: don't give me that one. A ten count I'll do
- 20:31Speaker 3: what we get back. I'll worry about when you get back.

- 21:35Speaker 3: or see a fifty percent off toll free eight hundred
- 21:38Speaker 3: four two two eighty one forty eight. You know, you
- 21:58Speaker 3: almost think these deadlines of the Babylon b you think
- 22:01Speaker 3: they're a joke, right, they can't be true. Almost two
- 22:04Speaker 3: hundred House Democrats vote against deporting people who commit welfare fraud.
- 22:11Speaker 3: The House of Representatives narrowly passed legislation today to crack
- 22:15Speaker 3: down on illegal immigrants participating in welfare fraud, despite almost
- 22:19Speaker 3: every Democrat voting against that past two thirty one to
- 22:22Speaker 3: one eighty six, with one hundred eighty six Democrats opposing
- 22:26Speaker 3: the measure, But it now faces a very unsafe future
- 22:32Speaker 3: in the Senate. As usual, every good bill goes to
- 22:35Speaker 3: die in the Senate. When are we going to say enough?
- 22:38Speaker 3: And we don't control the Senate, they aren't Republicans, they're
- 22:41Speaker 3: all frauds. If they can't vote for this, they're all frauds.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Every Republican voted for this in the House, but in
- 22:48Speaker 3: the Senate they're not going to vote for it because
- 22:50Speaker 3: we've got frauds in the Senate. Amazing sponsor of this segment,
- 22:54Speaker 3: it's my guest segment got a great guest coming up,
- 22:56Speaker 3: doctor John Lott. I opened the show talking about crime
- 23:00Speaker 3: specifically here in Las Vegas. It turned down a little bit.
- 23:04Speaker 3: My ears are getting blasted specifically in Las Vegas, and
- 23:07Speaker 3: so we'll talk about crime with doctor John Lott. But
- 23:10Speaker 3: Vra is the sponsor of the show. Vertical Research Advisory
- 23:14Speaker 3: Kip Perriage my buddy for twenty three years, and I
- 23:17Speaker 3: get his newsletter every morning, five days a week. When
- 23:20Speaker 3: I wake up. He must do it at three in
- 23:21Speaker 3: the morning. It's unbelievable. It's always there waiting for me.
- 23:23Speaker 3: At six in the morning, when I get up, it's
- 23:25Speaker 3: been there for a couple hours. I guess he has
- 23:28Speaker 3: it done by like four in the morning Vegas time,
- 23:31Speaker 3: but he's in Houston, so it's two hours earlier. So
- 23:34Speaker 3: he gets done in early morning, but not a ridiculous time.
- 23:36Speaker 3: But by the time I get it, it's really early morning.
- 23:40Speaker 3: And it's got nothing but sage advice, fantastic advice, and
- 23:45Speaker 3: it helps you with everything gold and silver and gold
- 23:49Speaker 3: mining stocks, and high tech stocks and IA stocks, you
- 23:54Speaker 3: name it. He's got winners physical gold, amazing, his prediction,
- 23:58Speaker 3: his predictions, his recommendations have been amazing. His top performing
- 24:03Speaker 3: recommendations have beaten the market over eighty six percent of
- 24:06Speaker 3: the time, nineteen out of twenty two years. His top
- 24:08Speaker 3: recommendations are called ten beggers. They were up thirty five
- 24:12Speaker 3: point seven percent last year, thirty eight percent average over
- 24:16Speaker 3: the last three years. Meanwhile, Barons reports the average Wall
- 24:19Speaker 3: Street money manager loses to the market ninety percent of
- 24:22Speaker 3: the time. So they lose ninety percent of time. Kip
- 24:25Speaker 3: wins just about ninety percent of the time. Facts matter.
- 24:28Speaker 3: The fact is the VRA portfolio beats the market in
- 24:30Speaker 3: good years and bad years. It goes up when the
- 24:33Speaker 3: market goes up, and it goes up when the market
- 24:35Speaker 3: goes down, when the economy's up, when the economy's down,
- 24:38Speaker 3: Kip finds winners. Let Kip prove its you. Unit's not
- 24:41Speaker 3: for rich people. It's for middle class people, mom and
- 24:43Speaker 3: pop stock investors. Even if you only have five ten
- 24:46Speaker 3: thousand to invest, what's wrong with doubling five to ten
- 24:49Speaker 3: or ten to twenty. What's wrong with that? So again,
- 24:52Speaker 3: past performance doesn't always equal future performance. So there's no
- 24:57Speaker 3: guarantees in life. But the guy's been great for twenty

- 25:14Speaker 3: and crime. His websites crimeresearch dot org, Crimeresearch dot Org.
- 25:19Speaker 3: Doctor John lot Welcome to the show.
- 25:21Speaker 1: How are you doing?
- 25:23Speaker 2: Great?
- 25:23Speaker 1: How about yourself?
- 25:24Speaker 3: Great? Great? I had an opening commentary about crime, and
- 25:27Speaker 3: I was talking about the fact that La Los Angeles
- 25:30Speaker 3: is very close to Las Vegas. That's our nearest big city,
- 25:33Speaker 3: you know, and it's like a pipeline. All our tourists
- 25:35Speaker 3: are from LA. Everybody who moves here is from LA.
- 25:38Speaker 3: It's like the entire LA is trying to move to Vegas.
- 25:40Speaker 3: And all my LA friends are moving here or have
- 25:43Speaker 3: moves here, are gonna move here because crime is so
- 25:46Speaker 3: out of control in Los Angeles, and Vegas is kind
- 25:49Speaker 3: of a dangerous town around the Strip. But where I
- 25:51Speaker 3: live in Summerland, it's like the Scottsdale of Las Vegas,
- 25:54Speaker 3: and it's beautiful and there's no crime at all. Nobody
- 25:56Speaker 3: ever has to worry. Everybody lives in Gaety communities, there's
- 25:59Speaker 3: no crime. And what I was saying was, it's interesting
- 26:02Speaker 3: because all of us carry guns here. And in LA
- 26:05Speaker 3: you can't carry a gun in your car, you can't
- 26:07Speaker 3: have a gun on your person when you're walking around
- 26:10Speaker 3: in a restaurant or whatever. But here, everyone I know
- 26:12Speaker 3: in Vegas carries guns everywhere. I got guns in my car,
- 26:15Speaker 3: I got gun in my waist. If I'm walking in
- 26:17Speaker 3: the park at night, I carry a gun. I got
- 26:20Speaker 3: guns in my house. That's why we are safe. And
- 26:23Speaker 3: my friends in LA are scared to death of being
- 26:26Speaker 3: carjacked or home invaded. I don't care if they try
- 26:29Speaker 3: and home invade me, I'll blow them away. In La,
- 26:31Speaker 3: they don't have a gun. They can't defend themselves. So
- 26:35Speaker 3: I just wanted to get your reaction to that difference
- 26:37Speaker 3: between Vegas and LA.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Well, I mean I agree with you. Look, it's not
- 26:41Speaker 1: rocket science.
- 26:42Speaker 5: If you want to reduce crime, you have to make
- 26:44Speaker 5: it risky for criminals to commit crime, right, And you
- 26:46Speaker 5: can do that with higher rest rates, higher conviction rates,
- 26:49Speaker 5: longer present sentences, and guns. You can also do it
- 26:52Speaker 5: by allowing victims to be able to go and defend themselves.
- 26:55Speaker 5: If my research convinces me of anything, it's the most
- 26:58Speaker 5: vulnerable people in society who benefit the most from having guns.
- 27:02Speaker 1: It's basically two groups.
- 27:03Speaker 5: The people who are the most likely victims of violent crime,
- 27:06Speaker 5: and whether it's Los Angeles or other places, that tends
- 27:10Speaker 5: to be poor blacks who live in high crime urban areas.
- 27:13Speaker 5: But the other group that benefits the most are people
- 27:15Speaker 5: who are relatively weaker physically, women and the elderly. Both
- 27:21Speaker 5: men and women benefit, but women. When you're facing a
- 27:26Speaker 5: male criminal, there's a much larger strength difference that exists
- 27:29Speaker 5: on average than when a man is facing a male criminal,
- 27:34Speaker 5: and the presence of a gun represents a much bigger
- 27:36Speaker 5: relative change in a woman's ability to go and protect yourself.
- 27:39Speaker 5: There's a lawsuit right now against Los Angeles County because
- 27:44Speaker 5: they're making it take well over a year to go
- 27:47Speaker 5: and give out a concealed carry permit to people.
- 27:50Speaker 1: It's also very costly in California to go through the process.
- 27:54Speaker 3: So it's not here. It's not here. It's easier, easy
- 27:58Speaker 3: and cheap. You know.
- 27:59Speaker 5: Democrats claim that they care about the poor, that they
- 28:02Speaker 5: care about minorities. A few years ago, before the Brewin
- 28:05Speaker 5: decision I got a hold of a list of all
- 28:08Speaker 5: the three hundred and forty one concealed carry permit holders
- 28:11Speaker 5: in Los Angeles County. You know, a county of over
- 28:14Speaker 5: eight million people, and basically it was wealthy, politically connected,
- 28:20Speaker 5: white and Asian males. Only about seven percent of permit
- 28:24Speaker 5: holders were women. Nationwide, about thirty percent of permit holders
- 28:28Speaker 5: are women. In Los Angeles, only about five percent of
- 28:32Speaker 5: the permit holders were black. Nationwide, it's about thirteen percent,
- 28:38Speaker 5: and only six percent of the permit holders were Hispanic,
- 28:41Speaker 5: even though fifty four percent of Los Angeles counties Hispanic.
- 28:45Speaker 5: Is it just that women aren't stocked in Los Angeles,
- 28:49Speaker 5: that they don't face crime, that blacks don't face crime
- 28:53Speaker 5: in Los Angeles or Hispanic stone No, it's just that
- 28:57Speaker 5: the political powers that be, which are democrats, which determine
- 29:01Speaker 5: whether or not somebody has quote a good reason for
- 29:04Speaker 5: being able to go and protect themselves and their families,
- 29:07Speaker 5: just didn't think that women or blacks or Hispanics.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Had good reasons to be able to go and protect themselves.
- 29:13Speaker 5: Is it nice that very wealthy individuals who give money
- 29:18Speaker 5: to the sheriff's campaign are able to go and protect
- 29:21Speaker 5: themselves sure, that's great, but they're not as who need
- 29:24Speaker 5: it the most. You know, your average person out there
- 29:28Speaker 5: is much more at risk of having a crime committed
- 29:31Speaker 5: against them.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Well, just this a good example. Again, I usually use
- 29:34Speaker 3: personal examples because you know, if something happens to me,
- 29:37Speaker 3: it's a good story to tell. It's happened to me.
- 29:39Speaker 3: So you know, we have a park behind our house.
- 29:41Speaker 3: Literally my backyard is like a twenty acre park. It's
- 29:44Speaker 3: beautiful and there's never been a crime, so my knowledge,
- 29:47Speaker 3: ever been a crime in that park. We live in
- 29:49Speaker 3: beautiful Summerland, which is the suburb of Las Vegas, which
- 29:52Speaker 3: is so safe and the police are so great here.
- 29:55Speaker 3: Never been a crime in that park. But when I
- 29:56Speaker 3: walk in that park at night, and we like to
- 29:58Speaker 3: go to dinner, my wife and I, we come home
- 30:00Speaker 3: at ten o'clock at night. In at ten thirty, I'm
- 30:02Speaker 3: walking my dog in the dark in the park. Right, Well,
- 30:04Speaker 3: it's scary in the dark. I carry a gun. My
- 30:06Speaker 3: wife carries a gun. Can you imagine if someone mugged us.
- 30:09Speaker 3: I got one hundred pound dog who barks the second
- 30:11Speaker 3: you come within fifty yards of me, and I'm gonna
- 30:13Speaker 3: pull out a gun and she's gonna pull out a gun,
- 30:15Speaker 3: You're gonna get blown away. It's all over for you.
- 30:17Speaker 3: So I have zero fear about walking in a park
- 30:20Speaker 3: at night in the dark. Zero What could possibly happen
- 30:23Speaker 3: to me. It would happen to be like one hundred
- 30:25Speaker 3: people attack me at once, and I'll still take out
- 30:27Speaker 3: the first ten. My point to you is, I can't
- 30:30Speaker 3: imagine living in New York re La anymore. I used
- 30:33Speaker 3: to live in both. But you could never go out
- 30:36Speaker 3: in a park at night without being scared for your
- 30:39Speaker 3: life without a gun. A gun is the great equalizer.
- 30:41Speaker 3: Without a gun, you're a dead person if you get
- 30:43Speaker 3: attacked in the park by three punks. So I just
- 30:46Speaker 3: feel bad for people in New York because they don't
- 30:48Speaker 3: understand the safety that I feel because I have a gun.
- 30:52Speaker 3: How they can go through their lives with never feeling
- 30:56Speaker 3: totally safe. And if they feel safe, they're idiots by
- 30:59Speaker 3: the way, when they tonight right.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Get you mentioned earlier about home invasions.
- 31:04Speaker 5: I'll give you a simple example that illustrates the point
- 31:07Speaker 5: that you're making. That is there's something called hot burglaries.
- 31:10Speaker 5: These are burglaries that occur while the residents are at home.
- 31:13Speaker 5: And we have data for a lot of different countries.
- 31:15Speaker 5: But if you just compare the UK versus the United States,
- 31:19Speaker 5: the burglery rate in the UK is about twice the
- 31:22Speaker 5: burglary rate in the United States.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Right with no six sixty percent of the time that
- 31:28Speaker 1: burglaries occur.
- 31:29Speaker 5: In the UK, they occur while the residents are at home. Wow,
- 31:32Speaker 5: in the United States it's only thirteen percent. The other
- 31:35Speaker 5: thing is when did burglaries occur In the United States,
- 31:38Speaker 5: The typical time is like two in the afternoon.
- 31:41Speaker 1: In the UK they occur at like nine at night.
- 31:44Speaker 5: And one other fact is that American burglars spend about
- 31:48Speaker 5: twice as long casing a home before they break in
- 31:51Speaker 5: compared to their British counterparts.
- 31:52Speaker 1: How do all those things fit together?
- 31:54Speaker 3: Well?
- 31:55Speaker 5: The reason why they break in at two in the
- 31:57Speaker 5: afternoon is people are less likely to be home right
- 32:00Speaker 5: and they don't have to worry.
- 32:01Speaker 1: About being shot.
- 32:02Speaker 5: But even on top of that, even though they're breaking
- 32:05Speaker 5: in it too, they still spend twice as long casing
- 32:08Speaker 5: a home before they break in.
- 32:10Speaker 1: In the UK, there's no freaking at.
- 32:12Speaker 5: Nine o'clock at night because they want to be able
- 32:15Speaker 5: to force people to tell them where their valuables are.
- 32:18Speaker 5: They like people being at home, right, and they don't
- 32:21Speaker 5: spend that much time chasing a home before they break in,
- 32:24Speaker 5: And they break in when people are home because they're
- 32:26Speaker 5: not worried about getting shot.
- 32:27Speaker 3: Because there are no guns. Nobody's got a gun at police.
- 32:30Speaker 3: The police don't even have guns in Britain.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Most of them don't.
- 32:34Speaker 3: Well, I mean they have rapid response teams that have guns,
- 32:37Speaker 3: but I'm seeing the average cop on the quarter and
- 32:39Speaker 3: there's not a gun, not of a gun. Correct me
- 32:42Speaker 3: if I'm wrong about this. I've heard this for years.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I assume it's not an Internet rumor. I assume it's
- 32:46Speaker 3: the truth. The United States is pretty high up in
- 32:49Speaker 3: the world. I think we're in the top ten of
- 32:51Speaker 3: most violent countries in the world, top twenty, But if
- 32:54Speaker 3: you subtract all the democratic cities, we're actually one of
- 32:57Speaker 3: the three safest countries in the entire world. Is that
- 33:00Speaker 3: true or is that like you need that exaggeration.
- 33:03Speaker 5: It's one of these memes and stuff to go out
- 33:06Speaker 5: on the internet. If you look at homicide rates across countries,
- 33:10Speaker 5: the United States is below the average. We're below the medium,
- 33:13Speaker 5: so more than half the countries have a higher homicide
- 33:16Speaker 5: rate than we have. If you look at firearm homicide.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Hold on, hold on, give me one second, John, we're
- 33:22Speaker 3: going to break. I'm keeping you on for another segment.
- 33:24Speaker 3: I want to come back and hear this, so don't
- 33:25Speaker 3: go anywhere. Doctor John Lott will be back with us.
- 33:27Speaker 3: I'm waiting down the route. See in a second. What

- 38:00Speaker 3: to John Lott, So John and John's website website, by
- 38:03Speaker 3: the way, crimeresearch dot org, crimeresearch dot org. So we
- 38:07Speaker 3: were talking about that internet myth. I guess that you know,
- 38:10Speaker 3: United States very high on the homicide lists worldwide. But
- 38:13Speaker 3: if you took out New York, Chicago, La Newark, Cleveland, Baltimore, Detroit,
- 38:20Speaker 3: you know, and if you just took the place that
- 38:22Speaker 3: have the most guns, of the suburbs and the rural areas,
- 38:25Speaker 3: we'd have the lowest homicide rates in the world. Is
- 38:27Speaker 3: that not really accurate?
- 38:29Speaker 5: No, No, that's not true. I mean, look the parts
- 38:32Speaker 5: of it that are true. The fact that the high
- 38:35Speaker 5: murder rates in the United States are democratically controlled areas.
- 38:39Speaker 5: Two percent of the counties in the United States account
- 38:42Speaker 5: for fifty six percent of the murders that occur in
- 38:44Speaker 5: the United States.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Basically, it's saying take that two percent out, and we'd
- 38:49Speaker 3: have one of the lowest times understand the world.
- 38:51Speaker 5: Right, But the problem is is that the United States
- 38:54Speaker 5: as a whole doesn't have a particularly high homicide rate.
- 38:58Speaker 5: As a whole, we're below the average and below the median.
- 39:01Speaker 5: And that's comparing homicides. Most people don't understand that there's
- 39:04Speaker 5: a difference between homicides and murders. Homicides are murders plus
- 39:10Speaker 5: justifiable homicides, and it's never really been obvious.
- 39:13Speaker 1: To me why you lump those two things to together.
- 39:15Speaker 5: The United States is relatively high in terms of justifiable homicides.
- 39:20Speaker 3: But look, wait, wait, I understand that so if I
- 39:26Speaker 3: killed someone who was robbing me at my home, that
- 39:28Speaker 3: would be a justifiable homicide. They would lump that in
- 39:32Speaker 3: with murders in the rates they're giving people. I didn't
- 39:34Speaker 3: even know that. Wow. Interesting, Well, I.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Mean, the problem is.
- 39:39Speaker 5: Only a few countries in the world actually report murder rates.
- 39:43Speaker 5: Virtually all the countries report homicide rates. You know, in
- 39:46Speaker 5: the United States, we're so used to all the different
- 39:50Speaker 5: types of crime data. Most countries don't have the type
- 39:53Speaker 5: of breakdown. And that affects the next point that I
- 39:56Speaker 5: was going to get to, and that is if you
- 39:58Speaker 5: com rather than just looking at homicides, if you looked
- 40:01Speaker 5: at firearm homicides, the United States is relatively high in there.
- 40:06Speaker 5: We're about in the top twenty five percent. But that's
- 40:10Speaker 5: misleading because half the countries in the world don't report
- 40:14Speaker 5: firearm homicide data. And the countries that don't report firearm
- 40:18Speaker 5: homicide data are the ones with the highest homicide rates.
- 40:21Speaker 5: So let's say we were right in the middle in
- 40:23Speaker 5: terms of homicides. If the top half of the countries
- 40:27Speaker 5: with high homicide rates didn't report it, but just report it,
- 40:32Speaker 5: and the lower half reported the firearm homicide data, we
- 40:36Speaker 5: might look really high, but it's just an artifact of
- 40:39Speaker 5: what countries report the firearm homicide data.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Well, isn't that Isn't that true of the United States
- 40:44Speaker 3: in general too? I mean, during the four years of Biden,
- 40:47Speaker 3: he kept trying to argue that crime was low, and
- 40:49Speaker 3: we all knew crime was as high as it's ever been,
- 40:52Speaker 3: if not the highest it's ever been. And the reason was,
- 40:55Speaker 3: all of a sudden, I started reading that Democrat blue cities,
- 40:58Speaker 3: what the big cities with all the crime, were not
- 41:00Speaker 3: reporting to the FBI, so they didn't have the prime
- 41:03Speaker 3: half the country wasn't reporting crime to the FBI, so
- 41:06Speaker 3: it looked like the Republican ha F actually had all
- 41:08Speaker 3: the crime. It was ridiculously.
- 41:10Speaker 5: Misleading, right, Well, there was a year in twenty twenty
- 41:14Speaker 5: one when there was in part of twenty twenty two
- 41:16Speaker 5: when there was this problem with regard to the reporting.
- 41:19Speaker 5: But look, there are two measures that we have of crime.
- 41:22Speaker 5: We have crime reported to the police, that's the FBI measure,
- 41:25Speaker 5: and then we have the Bureau of Justice Statistics measure,
- 41:28Speaker 5: which measures total crime, both reported and unreported. There's a
- 41:32Speaker 5: massive survey called the National Crime Victimization Survey, which surveys
- 41:36Speaker 5: about two hundred and forty thousand people each year, And
- 41:40Speaker 5: we've known for many decades that most crimes aren't reported.
- 41:43Speaker 5: Only about forty percent of violent crimes report to police,
- 41:47Speaker 5: only about thirty percent of property crimes. And during the
- 41:51Speaker 5: Biden administration, while reported crimes fell by eight percent, total
- 41:58Speaker 5: felonious violent crimes increased by fifty nine percent. That's the
- 42:03Speaker 5: largest percentage increase over any four year periods that we've
- 42:07Speaker 5: ever seen that.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Makes any sense. Because they knew that the police were
- 42:10Speaker 3: held down by defund the police and the BLM movement.
- 42:13Speaker 3: There was no point to report the crimes. The cops
- 42:16Speaker 3: weren't going to come out and see you anyway, right,
- 42:18Speaker 3: I mean, that's what it comes down to, that.
- 42:20Speaker 1: You're exactly right.
- 42:22Speaker 5: Whether or not people report crimes to the police depends
- 42:24Speaker 5: some part on whether they think the criminals are going to.
- 42:27Speaker 1: Be caught and punished.
- 42:28Speaker 5: And also I think it's not a coincidence that we
- 42:32Speaker 5: had the largest increase of the legal aliens coming.
- 42:35Speaker 1: Into the country during those four years. Right this last
- 42:38Speaker 1: year murder rates laid out.
- 42:41Speaker 5: The data will come out in September, but it looks
- 42:43Speaker 5: like we had the largest percentage drop and.
- 42:45Speaker 1: Murder rates ever recorded.
- 42:48Speaker 5: More important, it looks like we had the lowest murder
- 42:50Speaker 5: rate ever recorded in the United States. And my guess
- 42:53Speaker 5: is we're going to see a huge drop in total
- 42:56Speaker 5: violent crime occurring this last year.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Because we deported a lot of bad guys, two million
- 43:01Speaker 3: of them, all right, or a support or forced to
- 43:03Speaker 3: self deport. Doctor John Lott. We got run to John,
