  Speaker 1: this day that was not promised us, y'all. Somebody didn't

  Speaker 1: get to see this thing. Somebody didn't make it to
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: see this thing. But we got a chance. So I

  Speaker 1: want to utilize this opportunity. I want to utilize this

  Speaker 1: opportunity to share His goodness. So, y'all, I'm going to

  Speaker 1: be sharing another devotion today out of one of my books.

  Speaker 1: day guy to explore the valuable y'all. This is for

  Speaker 1: our youth. I pacifically designed it for those thirteen to
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: nineteen year olds, but it can be done with a
• 1:51
  Speaker 1: parent as well. Parents can read it, young adults can
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: read it. It is readable, it is workable. It is
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: for us to put something in our baby. They don't

  Speaker 1: have to go out here exploring and trying to discover
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: something out in this world. If we put it in them,
• 2:05
  Speaker 1: all they got to do is tap into what's already

  Speaker 1: in them and they can become who God has called

  Speaker 1: and purposed them to be. So, if you have some youth,

  Speaker 1: if you have a program, if I suggest you implement

  Speaker 1: this into what you're doing to help those babies get

  Speaker 1: on the right track. You know, the word tells us

  Speaker 1: to raise a child, and raise a child up in

  Speaker 1: the way so when they go, if they do stray,

  Speaker 1: they will, they will come back, y'all. Free will, free will,

  Speaker 1: free will, y'all. Today we are talking about trusting God's

  Speaker 1: time and that it's our topic on today. But before

  Speaker 1: I dive in, y'all, I want to start us off

  Speaker 1: in prayer. So I'm gonna go into prayer again. If

  Speaker 1: Lord God, and allow your word to shine through on today.

  Speaker 1: Lord God Father, I thank you for allowing us this space.

  Speaker 1: can eat of your bread, that we may be fed

  Speaker 1: and feel with your goodness or God, that we can

  Speaker 1: share it to the world, that we can show others

  Speaker 1: that may not know you, that we may show them You.

  Speaker 1: And Father, we just asked that we be a living

  Speaker 1: example of your good and of your word. Lord God Father,

  Speaker 1: this opportunity to even feed on your bread, to feed

  Speaker 1: on your truth, and to fill us up so that

  Speaker 1: we will have something in us. Lord God Father, I

  Speaker 1: thank you for this day that we was not promised,

  Speaker 1: Lord God, and that we will never see again, Lord God.

  Speaker 1: But Father, I asked that as we go throughout this day,

  Speaker 1: that we will do those things that you have purpose

  Speaker 1: for us to do. Lord God. So Father asked that

  Speaker 1: you will clear our minds, that you will clear our

  Speaker 1: hearts on this morning, that we will receive what it

  Speaker 1: is that you will have us to receive on today. Father,

  Speaker 1: me as your vessel on today. And these things are

  Speaker 1: I thank God for each and every one of you,

  Speaker 1: guys that are under the sound of my voice, even

  Speaker 1: right where you're supposed to be. So something that's gonna

  Speaker 1: that that is going to pick your interest on today,

  Speaker 1: and that's gonna help you get through your day. So

  Speaker 1: I'm gonna go ahead and get started again. I say

  Speaker 1: the title of our lesson is Trusting God's Time. And
• 5:23
  Speaker 1: I'm gonna pull up my notes real quick, and we're
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: gonna jump right on end. We're gonna jump right on in.
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: And again I say the title is Trusting God's Time.
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: And the scripture comes from Ecclesiastics three and one. It
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: says to everything and two everything, there is a season
• 5:42
  Speaker 1: and in a time for every purpose under the heavens. Again,
• 5:46
  Speaker 1: I say to everything, there is a season in a
• 5:51
  Speaker 1: time for every purpose under heaven. Our affirmation for today
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: is I trust God's perfect time and for my life.
• 6:01
  Speaker 1: I trust God's perfect time and for my life. Y'all
• 6:04
  Speaker 1: speak it over your life today. Know that you are
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: right where you are because that's where you're supposed to be.
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: It's not an accident, it's not a coincident. You may
• 6:14
  Speaker 1: be going through something, but still you are right where
• 6:18
  Speaker 1: you are because that's where you're supposed to be. He said,
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: everything there is a season in a time for every
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: purpose under the heavens. So know that there's a reason
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: for your season. Before we dive in deep, I want
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: you all to consider these questions as we go through
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: this lesson and as you go through your day. I
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: want you to ponder these questions. Ask yourself these questions,
• 6:45
  Speaker 1: and then I want you to sit in your private time,
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: when you have time to sit down, I want you
• 6:50
  Speaker 1: to sit down and go over the answer to these questions.
• 6:54
  Speaker 1: Want you ponder them in your head. I want you
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: to sit down and write out the answer to these questions.

  Speaker 1: So the first one is have you ever became discouraged
• 7:04
  Speaker 1: because something you prayed for wasn't happening fast enough? The
• 7:09
  Speaker 1: second one, what situation in your life feels like it's
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: on whole or delayed right now? At this do you
• 7:22
  Speaker 1: really truly believe that God's timing is wiser and kinder
• 7:27
  Speaker 1: than my own? And I repeat these questions. It's three questions.
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: Write them down, jot them down, go back and replay
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: this if you got to. It says, have I ever
• 7:39
  Speaker 1: became discouraged because something I prayed for wasn't happening fast enough?
• 7:45
  Speaker 1: What situation in your life feels like it's on whole
• 7:49
  Speaker 1: or delayed right now? And the last one, do you
• 7:54
  Speaker 1: really believe that god timing is wiser and kinder than
• 7:59
  Speaker 1: your own? Under those questions, as we dive in, waiting
• 8:05
  Speaker 1: is often the most challenging part of any journey with God.
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: We're wired to want answers now, to see progress immediately,
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: and to move forward without delay. But God promised sometime
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: it's richer. His perfect timing a rhythm that orchestrates begin blessings, growth,
• 8:24
  Speaker 1: and purpose and ways far beyond our own understanding. On
• 8:28
  Speaker 1: this journey of trusting. Day eleven cause us to lie
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: down our timelines and to pick up faith in one
• 8:38
  Speaker 1: who knows the end from the beginning. Know that He
• 8:43
  Speaker 1: knows all things. He knows all things, he sees all things,
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: and things always work together for his good, and it's
• 8:49
  Speaker 1: on his time. It worked together for all good, and
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: it's on his time. Years ago, I stood at the
• 8:57
  Speaker 1: crossroad of a major life decision. Every door I tried
• 9:01
  Speaker 1: to open seemed blotted and shut. I grew anxious, even resentful,
• 9:06
  Speaker 1: wondering why God wasn't moving fast enough. And one night
• 9:10
  Speaker 1: I poured out my frustrations. The word of Ecclesiastics three
• 9:18
  Speaker 1: and one echoed in my spirit. To everything there is
• 9:21
  Speaker 1: a season. Gradually I began to see that God was
• 9:25
  Speaker 1: preparing me in a waiting. He was weaving together events
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: and lessons I could yet see. When the breakthrough finally came,
• 9:36
  Speaker 1: it was bigger, it was better, it was richer, and
• 9:40
  Speaker 1: it was more purposeful than I ever imagined. God's timing
• 9:45
  Speaker 1: was not just perfect, but it was personal. God cares
• 9:50
  Speaker 1: for you, He loves you, and everything always works out
• 9:55
  Speaker 1: for your good. In his glory. Know that if you
• 9:58
  Speaker 1: were at the if you in the middle, if you're
• 10:01
  Speaker 1: going through something, know that you are right there where
• 10:04
  Speaker 1: you are supposed to be. God delays or not denials
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: sometimes that yet, that not yet, is God protecting you
• 10:15
  Speaker 1: and preparing you for something greater. In Isaiah fifty five
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: eighty nine, it reminds us, for my thoughts are not
• 10:23
  Speaker 1: your thoughts. Neither are my ways, neither your ways my ways.
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: Even when you don't understand, God is at work behind
• 10:32
  Speaker 1: the scenes, y'all. He promised us that purpose unfolds during
• 10:39
  Speaker 1: our waiting. When we're in a waiting season, it's not wasted.
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: God uses it to shape our character, to strengthen our faith,
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: and to give us a clear vision. In Romans eight
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: twenty eight, it says, and we know that in all
• 10:57
  Speaker 1: things God works for the good of those who live him.
• 11:01
  Speaker 1: Every delayed that holds divine purpose, know that it can
• 11:06
  Speaker 1: be holding It can be setting you up for something greater.
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: It can be keeping you from destruction. So know that
• 11:12
  Speaker 1: His purpose is always unfolding in your waiting. It's okay
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: to wait. It's okay to be in the waiting room.
• 11:21
  Speaker 1: Trust requires letting go of control. You got to let
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: down that guard, let go and let him have his way.
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: That's all he desired. He just want to be a part,
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: just include him. So we when we let this flesh
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: go and we truly trust him, When we really trust God,
• 11:41
  Speaker 1: it means surrendering your plan, my plan, everybody else plan,
• 11:48
  Speaker 1: and your pace, because guess what, our plan and our
• 11:53
  Speaker 1: pace is not his. It's not the pace and the
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: plan that He has for us. If we go over
• 11:58
  Speaker 1: to Proverbs three, five and six, it says trust in
• 12:01
  Speaker 1: the Lord with all our heart, lean not on our
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: own understanding. As you let go, peace replaces anxiety and
• 12:12
  Speaker 1: you can focus on that that he's told called you
• 12:15
  Speaker 1: to in purpose for you. When we let go and
• 12:19
  Speaker 1: step out of the way, it becomes a brighter day,
• 12:24
  Speaker 1: it becomes easier. I was telling somebody, I think we
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: was having this conversation on one of the one of
• 12:31
  Speaker 1: the lines that one of the panels that I was
• 12:36
  Speaker 1: on over on TikTok on yesterday, and we was having
• 12:40
  Speaker 1: a conversation. You know, sometimes we we question and we
• 12:44
  Speaker 1: wonder why we're going through and and some people have
• 12:47
  Speaker 1: said that it's hard to praise God when they're going
• 12:51
  Speaker 1: through But what I have learned, and it's something that
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: you got to get disciplined to. It's something that you
• 12:57
  Speaker 1: have to be intentional about. But what I have learned
• 13:00
  Speaker 1: is if you praise Him in the midst of going
• 13:03
  Speaker 1: through when all hell is breaking loose in your life,
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: if you praise him, it will help you get through it.
• 13:09
  Speaker 1: It will help you get through it. It seemed like things
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: will you will get through it faster, It seemed like
• 13:14
  Speaker 1: things will begin to ease up. Because when you begin
• 13:17
  Speaker 1: to praise him, he began to step in and he
• 13:21
  Speaker 1: began to move. It's nothing like giving him praise. How
• 13:27
  Speaker 1: can we apply how can we apply this to the
• 13:31
  Speaker 1: scripture to our life? Being patient and waiting on God's time?
• 13:36
  Speaker 1: How can we apply that to our life? First, we
• 13:39
  Speaker 1: got to get up every morning. We got to acknowledge him.
• 13:42
  Speaker 1: We got to ask him to help us, ask him,
• 13:45
  Speaker 1: pray for patience and in a perspective, ask him to
• 13:49
  Speaker 1: give you a perspective. Ask God to help you see
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: the bigger picture. To grow in patience during your waiting period,
• 13:57
  Speaker 1: all you got to do is pray Psalms twenty seven
• 13:59
  Speaker 1: for item, wait for the Lord and be strong and
• 14:02
  Speaker 1: take heart and wait on the Lord. That's what the
• 14:06
  Speaker 1: word mamen, wait for the Lord. Be strong and take
• 14:10
  Speaker 1: heart and waiting for the Lord. And then you can
• 14:14
  Speaker 1: recall from your past faithfulness and how he's been faithful
• 14:18
  Speaker 1: to you, reflect on times when God answered your prayers
• 14:21
  Speaker 1: and fulfilled your promise, and even in unexpected ways, in
• 14:27
  Speaker 1: unexpecting timing, y'all, write down these things, keep note of
• 14:31
  Speaker 1: it so that when you're going through something you can
• 14:33
  Speaker 1: go back and reflect on that. Write down, write down
• 14:37
  Speaker 1: what He's done for you are just begin to just
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: praise him, it said in Lamentations three twenty two and
• 14:45
  Speaker 1: twenty three. As a reminder, His miracles are new every morning.
• 14:51
  Speaker 1: His mercies and grace is new every morning. So every
• 14:56
  Speaker 1: morning you get up, you can expect and Grace stopped by.
• 15:02
  Speaker 1: I made a post earlier this morning, bet y'all, they
• 15:06
  Speaker 1: showed up. Yet again. They showed up one more time.
• 15:09
  Speaker 1: They stopped by this morning, Grace and mercy. I got
• 15:13
  Speaker 1: to see this new day that was not promised me.
• 15:15
  Speaker 1: And if you're tune in, if you're listening, if you
• 15:17
  Speaker 1: were hearing it as a replay, guess what you got.

  Speaker 1: Grace and Mercy. Extend it to you one more time too.

  Speaker 1: So guess what, you got another opportunity to get it right.

  Speaker 1: You got another opportunity to impact lives. You got another
• 15:30
  Speaker 1: opportunity to walk in all that God has promised for you.

  Speaker 1: Because guess what, somebody didn't get to see this day.
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: Somebody didn't get to walk into a dream. Somebody didn't
• 15:41
  Speaker 1: get to fulfill an aspiration. Somebody didn't get to fulfill
• 15:47
  Speaker 1: a bucket list. Somebody didn't get to do something that
• 15:49
  Speaker 1: they didn't get to do. But you got another chance.
• 15:52
  Speaker 1: He extended his grace and his mercy. So today, what
• 15:55
  Speaker 1: will you do? What will you do? Will you stay
• 16:00
  Speaker 1: faithful in your waiting while you are waiting, do you
• 16:05
  Speaker 1: do this last thing? Do this last thing for me
• 16:10
  Speaker 1: God told God told you to do. While you're waiting,
• 16:14
  Speaker 1: do the last thing God told you to do. What
• 16:17
  Speaker 1: did He tell you to do before the waiting process begins,
• 16:20
  Speaker 1: Because there's something that He's told us to do. And
• 16:22
  Speaker 1: sometimes when we don't do what he tells us to do,
• 16:25
  Speaker 1: he put us on a pause. He don't allow anything
• 16:28
  Speaker 1: else to happen until we do what He's told us
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: to do. So what was the last thing that God
• 16:35
  Speaker 1: told you to do. Did he tell you to serve,
• 16:38
  Speaker 1: to love, obey where you are trusted and inclusions eleven
• 16:43
  Speaker 1: and an ecclesiastic being eleven. He has made everything beautiful
• 16:49
  Speaker 1: in its time. Don't grow weary. Your moment is coming.
• 16:53
  Speaker 1: Don't faint it's coming. Pick yourself up and keep going.
• 16:57
  Speaker 1: Regardless of what it looked like, feel, and what's going
• 17:02
  Speaker 1: on around you, know that God's timing is always the
• 17:06
  Speaker 1: right time. Again, he has made everything beautiful in its time,
• 17:12
  Speaker 1: So hold on and watch what He's doing. Don't get weary,
• 17:16
  Speaker 1: don't say because your moment is coming. Your moment is coming,
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: regardless of what it looked like. Your moment is truly
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: truly coming. I want to leave you with a couple
• 17:28
  Speaker 1: of encouragement before I go, Friend, I call you friend,
• 17:34
  Speaker 1: support us, follow us. Whatever God sees you. God sees you, family,
• 17:41
  Speaker 1: God sees you friend, God sees you, and he knows
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: the silent cries, the hidden hopes, the aches of waiting.
• 17:50
  Speaker 1: But his time, it's so amazing. His timing, though mysteriously,
• 17:57
  Speaker 1: is always perfect. It is always the love. It is
• 18:01
  Speaker 1: always wise. So don't quit five minutes before your miracle happened.
• 18:06
  Speaker 1: Keep going, Press keep going, stay the journey, stay the past,
• 18:10
  Speaker 1: because guess what, he already know what the end is
• 18:13
  Speaker 1: gonna be. He just want to see if you're gonna,
• 18:15
  Speaker 1: if you're gonna stand, if if you're gonna endure, and
• 18:18
  Speaker 1: what your character is gonna be like. So again I say,
• 18:21
  Speaker 1: don't quit. You got your You're you're just seconds, minutes,
• 18:26
  Speaker 1: moments away from your miracle. Don't let your miracle pass
• 18:30
  Speaker 1: you by this week, y'all. The rest of this week,
• 18:34
  Speaker 1: this weekend, going into next week, I want you to
• 18:38
  Speaker 1: release that situation that you've been trying to control. Release it.
• 18:43
  Speaker 1: Speak the affirmation over your life. I trust God's perfect
• 18:47
  Speaker 1: timing for my life. Y'all, write down one area that
• 18:51
  Speaker 1: you're waiting on God, and every day begin to thank
• 18:57
  Speaker 1: Him in advance for working it out his way. In
• 19:00
  Speaker 1: his timing. Y'all, you gotta trust him and know that
• 19:04
  Speaker 1: he's working on your behalf. He's not forgotten you. Trust
• 19:08
  Speaker 1: in God's timing. We know it's not easy, but it
• 19:12
  Speaker 1: unlocks a new peace, a fresh hope, and a deeper faith.
• 19:16
  Speaker 1: Don't forget y'all. He is never late. No matter how
• 19:20
  Speaker 1: late we show up, he is never late. He is
• 19:22
  Speaker 1: always on time, and know that your season is coming.
• 19:26
  Speaker 1: It will come, it's right on schedule. But be sure
• 19:31
  Speaker 1: to stay the course. Don't get sidetracked. Don't go to
• 19:34
  Speaker 1: the left, don't go to the right, but stay on
• 19:36
  Speaker 1: the straight and narrow and allow him to lead, God
• 19:39
  Speaker 1: and direct you. Y'all. Trust the process, y'all. He has
• 19:43
  Speaker 1: never failed us, and he will not fail us. He said,
• 19:46
  Speaker 1: he sent the comforter to be with us. So we
• 19:49
  Speaker 1: have a guide, We have some we have something that
• 19:52
  Speaker 1: can help us through. If you don't know, he says,
• 19:54
  Speaker 1: seek him and it shall be open seeking. You shall fine.
