- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: So this week's episode is probably one of my favorite because I got to talk to the pretty well-known astrologer, Deborah Silverman.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: And if you don't know who Deborah is, I definitely recommend going and following her on Instagram right away because the astrology she shares is always something that hits home for me and I know so many other people.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: And on top of that, she's just hilarious.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: And her energy and personality are just something that kind of lifts you up and makes you feel really good.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: And I know you guys are really going to enjoy this conversation.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: I personally got so much out of it just on a personal level with her viewpoint of astrology and the way that she incorporates the four elements.
- 1:47SPEAKER_00: And it will really give you a new perspective on astrology that I have personally never had before.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: And I know you guys know how I am pretty obsessed with astrology.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: And I love hearing different astrologers' perspectives and viewpoints on not only what's going on in the world, but just how we can use astrology to better our lives and shift our perspective into something that's more empowering and more understanding of ourselves and the world.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: So I know you're going to love this episode.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Let's see, what announcements do we have going on right now?
- 2:21SPEAKER_00: So you're hearing it here first.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: I'm about to launch a 30-day container that's going to be called quantum magnetism.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And it's going to be all about using the energetic processes that I use to become your most magnetic self.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And I'm not going to share too much more about it yet, just because it's just dropping in right now.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: But you'll know if you're supposed to be in this container.

- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: So I know you guys are gonna love today's guest.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: So today we have Deborah Silverman with us.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: And Deborah is part astrologer, part psychologist, part comedian, and all real.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: So true.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I always think you're so funny with the stuff you post on Instagram.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: She helps people turn to their own inner observer to see the things they say and do in a totally objective way.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: Over the past 44 plus years of private practice, Deborah has helped thousands of individuals achieve emotional health and wisdom based on their unique personality and the four elements water, air, earth, and fire.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: Her mothering approach to understanding people has earned her international fame and admiration.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the show, Deborah.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Elise.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Um, so let's just dive right in.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: I'd love to hear just, you know, a little bit that you want to share about your story.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Like, what were some pivotal moments for you in your life that kind of propelled you into where you are now?
- 4:56SPEAKER_02: Pivotal moments in my life.
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: It's such a funny question because I've been doing astrology since I was very, very young.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: And people always ask the same question.
- 5:05SPEAKER_02: How did you get started?
- 5:06SPEAKER_02: And I don't have a good story because I think literally my destiny line was so thick and so clear that from a very, very young age.
- 5:14SPEAKER_02: It at 16 years old, I remember being in the living room with my Annie Franny and Uncle Arnie.
- 5:20SPEAKER_02: That was literally their names.
- 5:21SPEAKER_02: And they had marital problems.
- 5:23SPEAKER_02: I was 16, I drove to their house.
- 5:25SPEAKER_02: I remember that part.
- 5:26SPEAKER_02: They loved each other, but they were having a big bump.
- 5:28SPEAKER_02: And I suddenly said to Annie Franny, Annie Franny, turn to Uncle Arnie and say, I really care about you, but it bothers me when you do this.
- 5:35SPEAKER_02: And then she said that.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: And I said, Uncle Arnie, turn to Annie Franny and say, I really care about you, but it bothers.
- 5:41SPEAKER_02: And they both did it.
- 5:42SPEAKER_02: And then all of a sudden, everything shifted at the end.
- 5:44SPEAKER_02: My aunt turned to me and said, Debbie, I'm Deborah now, but I was Debbie then.
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: You should be a psychologist.
- 5:51SPEAKER_02: And that was the entrance of me going, you know what?
- 5:54SPEAKER_02: This is really fun.
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: And I have always been the person that I sometimes think I have big ears, but you can't tell because they're not really big.
- 6:02SPEAKER_02: But wherever I go on a plane, sitting at a party, I get people telling me the deepest, darkest parts of their psyche.
- 6:10SPEAKER_02: And I'm kind of nosy to tell the truth.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: So it's not like I'm complaining.
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: I kind of like and it's gone on for so long that at this point, well, many, many years ago, I realized it was a gift.
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: So between the psychological fascination I had with wanting to figure out people's dynamics and then having found astrology in high school and becoming an astrologer by the time I was 20 because I was obsessed, because I get kind of obsessed about things.
- 6:38SPEAKER_02: And here it is 65,000 years later, and I'm still obsessed.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: I hear you.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: I can relate to so much of that because I was always obsessed with figuring out why people did what they did.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Like that was so interesting to me and so intriguing to me.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: And then when I found astrology at a young age also, I was like, oh, this explains everything.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: It's so true.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: And have you been studying it?
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: I have, you know, I it's it was never something where I like embraced it as like helping other people with it.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, I did a little bit when I was younger, like when I was more like in my early 20s, I would like do readings for people and stuff, but not really to the point where I would go really deep with it, but I have gone deep with myself and my own chart.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: And then I'm also just incredibly fascinated, which I like to talk about this a little bit today too, with the current event astrology and just looking at what's going on currently and how it relates to the energies.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: Because your moon's in Aquarius, so you love all this woo-oo stuff.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Oh my God.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: I mean, I don't remember a time in my life where I wasn't so fascinated by it.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: And I just, and I'm a Scorpio too.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So I always say, like, it blows my mind that there's people on the planet that aren't really fascinated by huge transformation and don't want huge transformation in their life.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't get that.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: And like it occurred to me the other day, I'm like, oh, maybe there are some people who aren't obsessed with huge transformation.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't even get that.
- 8:08SPEAKER_02: Isn't it so funny?
- 8:09SPEAKER_02: And it's in your chart, of course, because you are a classical Scorpio in the eighth house.
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: So you're not a normal Scorpio, you're you're a little more intense than an intense Scorpio.
- 8:17SPEAKER_02: So all of you listening to this, you have a chart, and it is an access to your evolution of this lifetime.
- 8:24SPEAKER_02: And there is, yes, the collective chart.
- 8:26SPEAKER_02: But what's more important to me to start with, especially if you're a beginner, we have a school that starts in September, twice a year, September and January, where people take a six-week class.
- 8:35SPEAKER_02: It's so funny to watch.
- 8:36SPEAKER_02: They come in knowing nothing, or like you, they've been studying, but they didn't understand the application.
- 8:43SPEAKER_02: Because I'm a psychotherapist, I'm always looking at how I can use the information at a very unique way to specifically address your character.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: So to your point, you are obsessed with transformation.
- 8:54SPEAKER_02: That's the opposite of what a little Gemini, they're obsessed with People magazine.
- 8:58SPEAKER_02: Like they're watching Amber and Johnny.
- 9:00SPEAKER_02: You're like, what?
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: We gotta go deep.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: My kids are both Geminis, too, which is really funny that you brought that up.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: Well, that's so funny.
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: The point of that story is everyone has a series of karmic lessons and stories.
- 9:13SPEAKER_02: And if you study astrology with that question in mind, this is the difference between just studying astrology and getting lost, because it's as big as the sky.
- 9:21SPEAKER_02: Like it is an endless, unbelievable science.
- 9:24SPEAKER_02: It's the oldest science on earth.
- 9:26SPEAKER_02: But what I do is make it really simple.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: And I address questions like what is your life lesson?
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: What are the cycles that you're in?
- 9:33SPEAKER_02: What's your missing element using the four elements?
- 9:36SPEAKER_02: Like figuring out how to balance the four wheels in the car, because everyone's got four wheels, and one of the elements might be low.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: That's going to affect everything.
- 9:44SPEAKER_02: And all you got to do is figure out how to get the four wheels balanced.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: So the life lesson, what's your missing element?
- 9:51SPEAKER_02: What's the timing of your chart?
- 9:53SPEAKER_02: And then your favorite topic, what's your shadow?
- 9:56SPEAKER_02: Because if you don't get conscious about your shadow, and there's unconscious material.
- 10:01SPEAKER_02: So for me, in my chart, I speak to this in the book that I wrote, The Missing Element.
- 10:05SPEAKER_02: I use my own story, that I have so much fire in my chart.
- 10:09SPEAKER_02: And I was always the kid, the gymnastics girl, the cheerleader, and the dancer.
- 10:13SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh my God, I had so much juju, which I kind of still do.
- 10:16SPEAKER_02: But I became very self-conscious about it.
- 10:18SPEAKER_02: So the very thing that was my gift, which was qi and honesty and being blunt and saying things that know became like the worst parts of my like, oh my God, if I could just turn this down.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: So that's what the book was all about, the missing element, which is subtitled Compassion for the Human Condition, because we're built to not like ourselves.
- 10:37SPEAKER_02: I don't know who made that up, right?
- 10:39SPEAKER_02: So that's what school is all about.
- 10:40SPEAKER_02: My school is all about giving permission slips and saying, hey, you know, there's nothing wrong with you.
- 10:45SPEAKER_02: You're just you're just a very specific snowflake that if I can assist you to get distinct about what your character is, intimacy is in to me I see.
- 10:54SPEAKER_02: That the more intimate you get to know me, you know, yourself, the sooner you're gonna make this life super, super comfortable.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
- 11:02SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's so true.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: And I feel like, you know, because a lot of the work that I do is helping people move through trauma and discover their gifts.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: And I feel like there's always this really intimate relationship between your pain and what you went through and your gift.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: I know in um Gene Keys, it's like they talk about that too, like the gift and the, I forget what it's called, your shadow and your gift or something like that.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: But there's this very intimate relationship between that and what you end up doing is just embracing that part of yourself that you've been hiding from or deciding that it was bad or wrong or or whatever.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: And when you embrace that, that was my fire.
- 11:41SPEAKER_02: It was such a gift when I had a really good therapist who knew enough to acknowledge she didn't know astrology, but she knew enough to see that I had been self-conscious and then gave me a homework assignment, turn up the fire, go to a party.
- 11:55SPEAKER_02: It was very awkward, but it's become now my gift because I'm I'm basically a recluse or a loner who loves people.
- 12:03SPEAKER_02: That's so confused.
- 12:04SPEAKER_02: That's so Gemini.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: I'm a joke.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: Once I figured out, wow, once that therapist challenged me specifically to go be social and walk over my resistance, my self-consciousness, then I realized, oh my God, I'm so good at this.
- 12:17SPEAKER_02: Why my just my inner dialogue is just stupid.
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: And that liberated me.
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's funny you mentioned the inner dialogues.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: This is something I've been talking about a lot lately because I see that this is like the demise of so many people is just like the way that they talk to themselves or the way they treat themselves regularly.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And you know, I always say to people too that we treat ourselves the way our parents treated us.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: And until we kind of get out of that, you know, that that self-talk of like, this is what's wrong with me, and I need to hide it or overcompensate for it, then we can actually like embrace it, like you're saying, and it becomes our superpower.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: So, like, what do you think are some of the ways we can use astrology to really embrace that?
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: So there's four different categories.
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: One, water personality types, which is what you are to start with.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: You're not really, but you start off with water.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: We're not any one, that's the point.
- 13:12SPEAKER_02: There's four wheels in the car, there's four elements, and you've got to cultivate all of them.
- 13:17SPEAKER_02: The water personality gets very self-conscious because they're so sensitive.
- 13:21SPEAKER_02: So they tend to retreat and contract and go into their bedroom and wish people didn't come over.
- 13:27SPEAKER_02: And they don't like people because everybody hurt them.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: And it's was all true.
- 13:31SPEAKER_02: The high road of the water is the healer.
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: That's the person that can you can sit with them because, like you, you trauma's fearless for you.
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: You couldn't be the deeper they go, the happier you are.
- 13:41SPEAKER_02: Like let's let's go in the deep end.
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: And that's the gift of the water person.
- 13:45SPEAKER_02: But the downside is they're so hypersensitive and they can't stand superficial and they can't stand dippy, and they can't stand people that are duplicists.
- 13:53SPEAKER_02: You know, that any reason to judge a human for a water person, they're in.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: Like, I didn't like them anyways.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: I had a feeling as soon as I met them, like, hold on.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: So that's the that's the shadow, and the strength of that one is to say, no, yes, I didn't like them, but isn't that interesting?
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: I wonder what trauma created that inauthenticity.
- 14:12SPEAKER_02: So it becomes far more healing than cutting off and retracting.
- 14:18SPEAKER_02: Those people are dippy at their worst.
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: They're social and they're on networks and they're playing in this, you know, social media and they're talking all the time and they're reading, and they don't really finish the book, and they've got fascination with everything, and they're kind of superficial because they've they've read astrology, but they don't really know it.
- 14:33SPEAKER_02: They've read the tarot, but they don't really know it.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: They've studied, you know, trauma, but they don't really, so it becomes this flirtatious relationship with life where everything is so fun and so interesting, but really have you touched it deeply?
- 14:44SPEAKER_02: Have you changed, or you just talk about it?
- 14:46SPEAKER_02: So the low level is they're indecisive and they can't make a decision and they're in multiple relationships because it's just so hard to get them to sit still.
- 14:53SPEAKER_02: And the high road of error is they're intellectually really deep and they are committed to facing the fact that they're fickle and that they flirt and they own it and they say, I'm just dippy, I'm just fun, I'm the kid of the chart, I want to play, and that's okay, but I'm aware of it to your point.
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: I'm self-aware, I have consciousness.
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: I'm not just playing the game called, aren't I funny?
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: And don't I have a lot of friends?
- 15:16SPEAKER_02: And who should I call next?
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: That's the so that's the downside of error, is the superficial social animal who can't make a decision and is just having fun for its own sake, but doesn't internally feel very satisfied because they know they're doing things half-assed.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: They're not really committing.
- 15:32SPEAKER_02: And the high road is they become really experts at a straw.
- 15:36SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm error at some topic where they dive so deep and they study it and they really become focused rather than superficial.
- 15:44SPEAKER_02: The third category is earth, and these are the people who are super grounded and they get things done and they're into the money and they're into taxes and they love to organize and they love spreadsheets and they love to be able to do insurance.
- 15:56SPEAKER_02: I always wish I was this.
- 15:57SPEAKER_02: They can read the manuals and they know how to like get everything organized.
- 16:01SPEAKER_02: I can't, I just got all this stuff in the government.
- 16:03SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, don't make me read this thing.
- 16:05SPEAKER_02: But an earth person can like really get off on the numbers and the taxes and the eraser and making things perfect.
- 16:12SPEAKER_02: So it's the part in all of us that loves to be on time and be practical and have a really good job and make sure you go to Costco and you buy all those cleaning supplies because you never know when you want to clean, like that's their favorite thing to do.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: The downside is they're kind of boring because they're like, What do you want to do for fun?
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: Oh, let's go to Costco.
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: Let's clean, like let's go to the garage.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: Like, that's not fun.
- 16:36SPEAKER_02: No, but that's fun to person or the high road of earth is they're super loyal, they're super organized, and they're very respectful about how to delegate at their best, be philanthropist at their best, because otherwise they're super cheap and they're counting their pennies and mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine, mine.
- 16:54SPEAKER_02: So they're at their best, they become very generous, calm agents who you're sitting next to them and that you know it's gonna get done.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: I hire these women.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: I have a company with 50 women, and I literally hire earth women because they say it, they do it, they're done, they don't laugh at my jokes, it's okay.
- 17:12SPEAKER_02: Because I know they're gonna be really good at what they do.
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 17:15SPEAKER_02: And the high road is they become compassionate with themselves because they're perfectionists and they never think they're getting it right.
- 17:20SPEAKER_02: It's not an easy one, the earth people.
- 17:22SPEAKER_02: And the last category is the fire people, and which is I was describing earlier, which is every single day they have to exercise and they turn on the music and they have the incense burning and they're going out to play and they want to have a party and they want to eat a little more and they want to spend a little more and they're going shopping and they got all the jewelry, and they they're really physical experience of this life being fun, fun, fun.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: Where's the fun factor?
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: I'm going to paddle boarding, I'm gonna go play tennis, and then I'm gonna go and for a run.
- 17:48SPEAKER_02: You're like, wow, yeah, and they don't have button, so they're loud and they're blunt and they say things.
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: You're like, Did you just say that out loud?
- 17:55SPEAKER_02: Like that was not that's your inside voice, but they don't remember because they're so the upside is they're inspirational and they really do tell the truth and they get everybody motivated and they start the party.
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: The downside is there's no off button and they're loud and they don't know when to stop.
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: It's a problem, and so they become very self-conscious because they know any minute now they're gonna get in trouble because they always get like, but could you please stop doing that?
- 18:20SPEAKER_02: You know, they walk into the party and then you they're so loud, and you're like, wow, is there a volume knob on that thing?
- 18:26SPEAKER_02: So those are the four personality types.
- 18:28SPEAKER_02: And the high road of fire, of course, is they really do have the gift of inspiration.
- 18:33SPEAKER_02: Like you can't be around a fire person and not have fun.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: So you should have all four of those.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: You should have the sensitivity, the water person who wants to hear your trauma.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: You should have the air person who's so interested in every story you have and actually listen.
- 18:47SPEAKER_02: You should have the earth person that makes sure you're on time and cleans and makes sure your car, your trunk is in a mess and that your closets, because that drives earth people crazy.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: And then you should have those fire people who are like, let's go, get up.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: We're going out today.
- 19:01SPEAKER_02: I'm sick of sitting in the house.
- 19:02SPEAKER_02: So without all four of them, like in I'm teaching a class this today on the tarot, and on the tarot deck, the very first card, the number one card of the deck is the magician who has all four elements sitting on his table.
- 19:17SPEAKER_02: Like, you can't make magic this life without these four elements.
- 19:20SPEAKER_02: You can't live without water, can't live without air, can't live without food, earth, and you can't live without the sun, fire.
- 19:27SPEAKER_02: So this is the essence of magic in my life's work of 45 years.
- 19:32SPEAKER_02: So crazy.
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: I have been obsessed with watching people learn their missing element, which is the name of the book, and then balancing right in front of me.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: Crazy.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: I tell people in your closets, like you have no earth in your chart, you're a mess.
- 19:47SPEAKER_02: That's really good, Deb.
- 19:48SPEAKER_02: Or I say to somebody, you haven't cried in three years, go watch sad films and exercise the tear dots.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: Because you have to learn the missing element and then grow it.
- 19:56SPEAKER_02: And it's really important.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that you're bringing up this idea of like balancing all of it.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Cause I also think people can get really attached to, oh, well, I'm a fire sign or I'm a water sign or I'm this or I'm that.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: And it's really about balancing all of it and realizing like what is out of balance for you and bringing it back into balance.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: And now I'm like curious to do this for myself.
- 20:21SPEAKER_02: Well, you have no fire in your shirt.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: Hello, police.
- 20:24SPEAKER_02: You have no fire.
- 20:25SPEAKER_02: That's true.
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: And so I would say to you, you have to challenge yourself and get out.
- 20:30SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you have to turn the volume up, you got to put music on because you're so good at the deep, quiet, solid, emotional, and you want to talk about it, talk about, talk about it, talk about it.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: I do.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: And your father's like, can we stop talking?
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: I mean, I will say I do love to have a good time, but I could literally just sit and have a deep conversation for like days, probably.
- 20:55SPEAKER_00: And then I also feel like with my kids, because my kids are both Geminis and they want to do like light and fun things, or like my daughter will always want to play games.
- 21:05SPEAKER_00: And I'm always like, Oh, I have no time.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: Like, what are we doing?
- 21:09SPEAKER_02: Like, exactly.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: Because it's because fire just has fun for its own sake and you don't.
- 21:13SPEAKER_02: It has to be deep and meaningful, and this is really stupid.
- 21:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like I just it's so hard, it's so funny because like I always say to my friends, if we're we go on a girls' trip or we're hanging out and they're like, let's play cards, like, let's play dice.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: And I'm always like, what is the point of that?
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: It's called community, it's called simple pleasures, it's called entertaining oneself.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: I know it's really funny.
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: Like last year we were down the shore and we actually started playing like the dice game.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Wow, this is actually really fun.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: Like, I was actually getting into it for probably like the first time in my life.
- 21:45SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so that's fire is just doing fun for its own sake and having ways of being able to entertain themselves.
- 21:51SPEAKER_02: Fire people, missing fire for you is not wanting to stand out, not wanting to take up space, not wanting to be the bold one, toning it down.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: And you've got to tone it up.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's so interesting.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: I mean, I haven't really thought about it like that, but I do feel, you know, especially with like being a business owner and stuff and putting myself out there.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: I feel like even just putting myself out there like a little bit or turning up the volume a little bit, I'm like, oh my God, like I'm gonna freak people out or whatever.
- 22:20SPEAKER_00: And like now it's like, okay, well, I really have to turn the volume up even more, I guess.
- 22:24SPEAKER_02: It's gonna balance the whole game.
- 22:26SPEAKER_02: And it's it's unnatural when you figure out your missing element.
- 22:30SPEAKER_02: And in my in my book, there is a it's a very fast five-minute test.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: But when you figure out your missing element, mine, believe it or not, I had so much fire, but I had shut it down because I was self-conscious.
- 22:42SPEAKER_02: So when I realized, like, why was I self?
- 22:45SPEAKER_02: And then I just pushed myself.
- 22:46SPEAKER_02: And now I will only do it to your point on purpose.
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: Like I will walk into a party and I will be the centerpiece if I know I'm gonna serve people with what I'm talking about.
- 22:56SPEAKER_02: But I can't, I'm like you, I cannot do it just for its own sake.
- 22:59SPEAKER_02: Yeah, there has to be a point to it.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: That's called ego, by the way.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Um, so I'd love to kind of just like switch gears a little bit and talk about, you know, obviously, we know we're going through this huge shift on the planet, this process of awakening.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: And I'd love to kind of get your take on that from an astrological perspective, but also just your perspective as to like what is going on here.
- 23:23SPEAKER_02: Well, I'm only obsessed.
- 23:25SPEAKER_02: So in July, July 16th to 19th, I'm doing a keynote address at the Hanuman Festival in Boulder.
- 23:32SPEAKER_02: It's a yoga festival, but it's all about the climate.
- 23:35SPEAKER_02: I have been obsessed with the climate.
- 23:38SPEAKER_02: So my astrological feedback is I just did another keynote on that.
- 23:44SPEAKER_02: This era, we're just talking about it.
- 23:46SPEAKER_02: You know, we're all worried, but we're all Saturn's an Aquarius, and we're all just talking about it.
- 23:51SPEAKER_02: We're doing a little research, but we don't want to talk about it.
- 23:53SPEAKER_02: Then the next two years, starting in 2024 to 26 and a half, Saturn goes into Pisces, and then we are going to be feeling it.
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: So it's going to hit us emotionally, it might motivate us.
- 24:04SPEAKER_02: I think it's too late.
- 24:06SPEAKER_02: You know, the only thing that's going to happen is a miracle, which I'm prepared for, and it will be something we are least expecting.
- 24:12SPEAKER_02: Because if for our children, it is not a positive story.
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: This reality will not resemble what you grew up in for your kids.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: If you watch Chasing Coral, which won the best documentary of the year on Netflix, he's a good friend of mine.
- 24:25SPEAKER_02: He's on my podcast, Jeff Orlowski.
- 24:28SPEAKER_02: 2040 to 2050, there'll be no more fish.
- 24:31SPEAKER_02: So the first ecosystem to go is water.
- 24:33SPEAKER_02: No uncertain terms, they already know this because the coral's gone.
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: There is no coral in Hawaii.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: I live in Hawaii, it's all gone.
- 24:40SPEAKER_02: So that system's broken, but we don't talk about it because it's like, first of all, it's in water, can't see it.
- 24:46SPEAKER_02: If 85% of the trees on earth were gone, we'd be going crazy.
- 24:50SPEAKER_02: But we can't see it.
- 24:51SPEAKER_02: It's such a simple truth about the human condition.
- 24:54SPEAKER_02: When there's an emotional piece under the system, we just all pretend.
- 24:58SPEAKER_02: True.
- 24:59SPEAKER_02: And so there is this trauma, to your use your word, underneath the water that will continue, and there's the melting of the ice because the carbon is heated up so hard that these big shelves are falling off the Antarctic, which is clean water.
- 25:11SPEAKER_02: It's ice, it's not salt water, which is destroying the balance of the salt water to the clear water.
- 25:16SPEAKER_02: And the conveyor belt on the earth that has always been to relied on is broken.
- 25:20SPEAKER_02: That's just the beginning.
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: And then, of course, we know there's fires because the heating up of the planet is ridiculous.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: And I live in Boulders, so we've had nothing but fear every summer.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: We just can't wait to hear the next story.
- 25:30SPEAKER_02: It's so scary.
- 25:31SPEAKER_02: So, all that is to say when Saturn gets into Pisces in the next four years, 2024, 2026 and a half, it's gonna hit us emotionally.
- 25:39SPEAKER_02: And that's gonna be the time when we start to say, let's do something about the plastics.
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: Like we're not motivated right now.
- 25:44SPEAKER_02: No one's doing the plastics, no one's doing the travel, no one's doing the carbon.
- 25:47SPEAKER_02: We're buying electric cars, but that's very minimal.
- 25:50SPEAKER_02: These are so dangerous for the environment, but we don't talk about that either.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: So I feel like Debbie Downer right about now.
- 25:55SPEAKER_02: We're gonna change topics here in a minute.
- 25:57SPEAKER_02: And the short answer is what you do about it is you return to the four elements and you honor them in your own life.
- 26:04SPEAKER_02: So to your work, you're cleaning out people's water all the time.
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: You're helping them detox the toxicity that lives inside their psyche.
- 26:11SPEAKER_02: That's gonna inside, outside, same thing.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: In the name of error, which is what I'm doing, is I'm having people open up their minds and speak to the unspeakable.
- 26:20SPEAKER_02: Like we have no fish in 20.
- 26:22SPEAKER_02: You can just Google it.
- 26:23SPEAKER_02: When will there be the fish?
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: It's a fact.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: But I speak to the unspeakable.
- 26:27SPEAKER_02: And then in the earth, I don't drive a car.
- 26:30SPEAKER_02: I literally live on a bicycle.
- 26:32SPEAKER_02: But that was a decision I the only thing I could think of on a practical level to make a difference.
- 26:37SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 26:37SPEAKER_02: And then in the name of fire, all of you can get excited about this topic and go do your research.
- 26:42SPEAKER_02: Nobody, it's so interesting, Saturn's on a correspond.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: We know it's there.
- 26:45SPEAKER_02: I love that you asked the question, Scorpio, because most people don't.
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: We know it's there, but we can't, it's so unacceptable.
- 26:52SPEAKER_02: And yet, death is unacceptable, and it's gonna happen, it's inevitable.
- 26:56SPEAKER_02: We don't talk about it.
- 26:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we don't even prepare for it.
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I'd like to talk about the topic of death a little more.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: That's hysterical.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Um, well, because I've kind of I think I heard you talk about it at one point.
- 27:10SPEAKER_00: I don't know if it was on Instagram or what, but yes, it was on Instagram.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: You put the death card on there.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: Okay, yeah.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: You know, also talking about it in the context of the Pluto return, the USA Pluto return, and all of that.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: But I find it so fascinating too, also the way we've been programmed to fear death and how it doesn't have to be something that we fear.
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: It's just called changing your address in Hawaii, where I live, most of the time, they call it, oh, she changed her.
- 27:38SPEAKER_02: They don't say she died, she changed her address.
- 27:40SPEAKER_02: So if you change your concept to there are other places, and by the way, this is not the best place in the world to be.
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's hard down here.
- 27:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we learn it's the best place to be if you want to grow.
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: This is the quickest, fastest boot camp in the universe.
- 27:58SPEAKER_02: Yes, and it's very deceptive because you can't remember to your point about consciousness.
- 28:03SPEAKER_02: We don't remember choosing it, we don't remember volunteering, we don't remember what our job description was till we get the charts done.
- 28:10SPEAKER_02: We don't know how to read the signs till we learn tarot and learn how to use our intuition.
- 28:14SPEAKER_02: So we're basically come down here like goofballs.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: I mean, isn't it that the first card of the tarot deck, the very first card is zero, and it's called the fool.
- 28:23SPEAKER_02: Because to enter this reality, you gotta be stupid.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: It's so true.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: Like, I've had these moments, especially in the last two years, where I'm like, can I just like abort mission?
- 28:35SPEAKER_02: Like, I just and no, Scorpio, you cannot.
- 28:39SPEAKER_02: So, this is the gift of astrology and why my school has been so popular is there's only six classes at the six-week-long class.
- 28:47SPEAKER_02: And when you go through the school, what happens is first things first, you discover your elements.
- 28:52SPEAKER_02: Like, what is my missing element?
- 28:54SPEAKER_02: So now you know yours is fire, and you would be encouraged in the classroom to go put on red lipstick and dress up and show off, which you'd be like, I don't want to.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: But if you're gonna grow, and then the second class is Mercury, what's the fixation in your mind that distracts you all the time?
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: Oh, I don't really want to work.
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: Oh, I don't really have money, oh, I'll never do relationship.
- 29:15SPEAKER_02: Oh, this kids are driving me.
- 29:16SPEAKER_02: You've got some broken record that repeats itself ad nauseum.
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: So that's the second class.
- 29:21SPEAKER_02: The third class is your shadow, the north node.
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: Like, what part of you would give you enlightenment if you drive toward it?
- 29:28SPEAKER_02: And what part of you do you deflect and go backwards into because you want comfort?
- 29:32SPEAKER_02: That's your south node.
- 29:33SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna answer for now.
- 29:35SPEAKER_02: And then the other class, which is my favorite, is Saturn.
- 29:37SPEAKER_02: What's your life lesson?
- 29:38SPEAKER_02: Like, what did you come in this lifetime to learn?
- 29:41SPEAKER_02: Because there is a specific, just so you all know, every single person listening to this had a very specific purpose.
- 29:47SPEAKER_02: And yours is relationship, Elise.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like you promised this life to with us, not just with romance with your husband, but with us, with everyone, you want real you're desperate to be able to learn how to dance with the other, and you're good at you've got so much Libra.
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: So the question is, how do we become conscious?
- 30:07SPEAKER_02: You use these old tools that have passed the test of time, which is why I and astrology is not complicated.
- 30:14SPEAKER_02: People say all this all the time, like there's and it is true when you study it on your own, as I mentioned, the sky's the limit.
- 30:21SPEAKER_02: So, but I teach it like a sixth-grade teacher, like, okay, let's do the elements, kids.
- 30:26SPEAKER_02: Get your little pencils out.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 30:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I I don't feel like it's complicated either, just because I feel like I've studied it in a way where, like, just to figure things out on my own for myself.
- 30:39SPEAKER_00: So I feel like I just gradually took in the knowledge as I needed it, and then just gradually assimilated it.
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: And then, but yes, I can see how it would be complicated, but there are very real concepts that are very easy to understand.
- 30:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but the name of my school is applied astrology.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: So that's why people's lives change because you apply it live time, you're not just studying it through your head, you're actually applying it like you'd have homework, and people fall in love with their charts right in front of us.
- 31:09SPEAKER_02: I just got this necklace.
- 31:10SPEAKER_02: People mail me all the time presents because they can't believe how much their lives changed.
- 31:16SPEAKER_01: Wow, you wouldn't believe it.
- 31:18SPEAKER_02: And it's been it's we're coming into our eighth year in the fall, and the school starts.
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: Can't believe it's June, July, August, September.
- 31:26SPEAKER_02: So in three months, there's a wait list, and you get on the wait list, and then and there's only 10 people in the class.
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: So you're studying your chart, you're not doing generic astrology, it's applied astrology.
- 31:36SPEAKER_02: You study you and figure out what is my life lesson.
- 31:40SPEAKER_02: Like, let's get practical.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's so important because I feel like for me, all of the deep dives I've done with my chart with like different people or different ways of looking at it have helped me so tremendously understand like what I'm doing here.
- 31:58SPEAKER_00: And it also validates the things that you felt, but you couldn't exactly put words to them or claim them.
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: So that's the thing I love about it too, is it like is so validating.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: Have you had an astrologer on your podcast before?
- 32:12SPEAKER_00: Yes, I've had a couple, but everyone kind of comes at it from a different angle, I feel like, too.
- 32:18SPEAKER_02: Part of the problem I have with astrologers is it's jargon.
- 32:21SPEAKER_02: Like I don't like to talk jargon, I talk English.
- 32:23SPEAKER_02: I make it come back to ground level so people can say, oh, water is wet, air is light, earth is heavy, and fire is hot.
- 32:32SPEAKER_02: Like, let's get real.
- 32:33SPEAKER_02: These are practical skill sets.
- 32:35SPEAKER_02: You've got to know how to get into that water realm.
- 32:37SPEAKER_02: It's I make it really easy.
- 32:39SPEAKER_02: So, any of you that have been scared, like I can't learn astrology, that's just not true.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that how you're describing it and really just bringing it back to those four basic elements and then applying it to your life.
- 32:51SPEAKER_00: Because even just from this conversation, you've kind of lit a fire under my butt to like really embrace that fire part of myself because I actually didn't even realize that that was something that was uncomfortable for me until you said it right now.
- 33:08SPEAKER_00: So just that little nugget of information.
- 33:11SPEAKER_02: We have a seven-day guaranteed um return.
- 33:13SPEAKER_02: Because after the first class, when you first look at your chart and figure that out, and that's what other astrologers, for some reason, they just don't use the elements to the extent that I do.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: So the tarot class that you teach us is a different thing, right?
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: Can you tell us a little bit about that?
- 33:27SPEAKER_00: All based on astrology.
- 33:29SPEAKER_02: I'm doing it today because it's my first time in like 35 years teaching it.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: And I've been oh, oh my God.
- 33:34SPEAKER_02: I lived in Canada for 20 years in Vancouver, and I taught it for years and years and years when I lived there.
- 33:39SPEAKER_02: And then the school started, and we have obviously a big company with all the women that teach for me.
- 33:45SPEAKER_02: And but I'm like looking at them right now, and they're just my best friends.
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: Like they're I just love them so much, and I'm now teaching them.
- 33:53SPEAKER_02: And there will be I the class will be recorded, and we will be selling it.
- 33:56SPEAKER_02: You know, they won't be live, but you'll get to learn the material.
- 33:59SPEAKER_02: I teach again, simple.
- 34:01SPEAKER_02: How do you do a reading?
- 34:02SPEAKER_02: What's the significance?
- 34:04SPEAKER_02: And guess what?
- 34:04SPEAKER_02: All the major arcana, like the 22 major arcana cards, they left 10 for planets and 12 for signs.
- 34:12SPEAKER_02: It was done in the 15th century, and they hadn't found Pluto, Uranus, and Neptune.
- 34:16SPEAKER_02: Oh, but they left for that's such an interesting thing for the Pluto card.
- 34:20SPEAKER_02: Hello, Scorpio, they left the death card.
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 34:24SPEAKER_02: They knew in the 15th century what the it's so crazy to think about.
- 34:28SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that is crazy.
- 34:29SPEAKER_02: How would they know that?
- 34:31SPEAKER_02: Because they were seers and visionaries, just like we know we're gonna get through this this phase of our we're gonna go down, the planet's gonna go down, there's gonna be a lot of pain.
- 34:39SPEAKER_02: There's gonna be our kids and their kids, they're not gonna resemble this, but it will come back.
- 34:44SPEAKER_02: Well, this was the scene.
- 34:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we're just talking about time, said the astrologer.
- 34:49SPEAKER_02: And if you do a long view, everything's fine, but the short view, it's not so comfortable.
- 34:53SPEAKER_02: We're in a very this is just beginning.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I know.
- 34:57SPEAKER_00: And I think, like you were saying, I think it is hard for people to talk about, and I think it's hard for people to kind of face, especially with what we went through over the last couple of years.
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: I think there's a sense of people just wanting to cling to what things were and normal, yes, quote unquote.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: Letting on the drive, yeah, and go back.
- 35:16SPEAKER_00: And I think it's a lot of having to face, we're not going back.
- 35:22SPEAKER_02: And it's I'm gonna just be honest, I don't like change.
- 35:25SPEAKER_02: Some people are really good at it.
- 35:26SPEAKER_02: I know your Scorpios, Scorpios are really repetitive, they like to have control over everything.
- 35:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we won't be in control, so we're not in control.
- 35:34SPEAKER_02: That's the saddest thing.
- 35:36SPEAKER_02: And at the same time, if you believe in spirit and God and goddess and magic, we know we're like astrology has given me so much faith.
- 35:45SPEAKER_02: Astrology works so well every single time that you know there's an intelligence operative, but the human dimension, as you know, in the name of trauma and the violation that the childhood did to me, that was not logic, and nor was that.
- 36:00SPEAKER_02: That was mean.
- 36:01SPEAKER_02: So there's this wonderful overhead of a spiritual matrix that is impeccable, and then there's a society down here that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
- 36:11SPEAKER_02: So stupid.
- 36:12SPEAKER_02: Said the moon of Aquarius, right?
- 36:13SPEAKER_02: You're you're so good about wanting to rebel again.
- 36:16SPEAKER_02: And so we're getting a chance to rewrite the movie, but it has to break before we can start.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, definitely.
- 36:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, there has to be that collapse and that rock bottom, essentially, before we can rise and shift into something else.
- 36:30SPEAKER_02: Welcome to Scorpio.
- 36:32SPEAKER_02: It's their specialty.
- 36:34SPEAKER_02: Death is the doorway to a new birth.
- 36:36SPEAKER_02: Death is not to be feared.
- 36:38SPEAKER_02: Ultimately, it's so funny.
- 36:40SPEAKER_02: Everyone came through an orgasm.
- 36:42SPEAKER_02: Think about that.
- 36:43SPEAKER_02: Every single human came through some semblance of pleasure.
- 36:46SPEAKER_02: Somebody had an orgasm.
- 36:48SPEAKER_02: So there's an upside at the beginning.
- 36:50SPEAKER_02: I have the craziest thoughts.
- 36:51SPEAKER_02: I'm such a crazy person.
- 36:52SPEAKER_02: And then at the end of the story, every single person is going to die, but we shouldn't talk about sex or death.
- 36:59SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 36:59SPEAKER_02: Because we're in Scorpio land, because it's we're such retarded humans.
- 37:03SPEAKER_02: We don't have the human emotional capacity to talk about sex or death.
- 37:08SPEAKER_00: I know, but I also think it's because we've been denied any knowledge of our emotions.
- 37:14SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, I my background as a school counselor.
- 37:16SPEAKER_00: I was a school counselor for 10 years, and nowhere in school or in the education system, and this blew my mind, right?
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: Where I was like, why are we not learning about how to handle our emotions?
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: Like, that's literally the most important thing that we could ever learn because we're all experiencing emotions all the time.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: And the only thing we're taught to do is suppress them and not feel them because they're inconvenient and uncomfortable.
- 37:45SPEAKER_00: So then it makes everyone act like crazy people because they're not feeling their emotions.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, we end up not talking about shit that needs to be talked about because we have so many suppressed emotions that we can't like open that can of words because we're so afraid to face all that stuff that we're suppressing.
- 38:06SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: So then we don't talk about sex and death, the two things that everybody has to do, basically.
- 38:17SPEAKER_00: And then I think part of the result of why we went through the craziness we just went through in the last couple of years is because everybody's afraid of death.
- 38:26SPEAKER_02: You should just take that little vignette out and use it as your plug for why you love your work.
- 38:30SPEAKER_02: Because you're speaking to the unspeakable.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: You just like really made a case.
- 38:34SPEAKER_02: We go to school, we learn everything but love, relationships, sadness, depression.
- 38:40SPEAKER_02: We know we never use those words in school.
- 38:42SPEAKER_02: And then we go into life.
- 38:44SPEAKER_02: That's the most important thing in the whole world.
- 38:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:46SPEAKER_00: And then the kids who like can't deal with it, we label them with a learning disability.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: We medicate them and we tell them there's something wrong with them when really like they're in the most inverted, fucked up system that there is.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: And then we're they're like, we're like, why can't you handle this?
- 39:05SPEAKER_00: Why can't you sit still?
- 39:06SPEAKER_00: Why can't you listen to this nonsense that we're throwing at you?
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: Like wow.
- 39:11SPEAKER_02: I bet your principal school really loved hearing you talk.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 39:15SPEAKER_00: I think he really got annoyed at me after a while.
- 39:18SPEAKER_00: I caused a lot of problems at the one school that I worked at.
- 39:22SPEAKER_00: It's your moon in the series.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: You got a rebel.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:24SPEAKER_00: And like, I always tell this story because one of the ways that the universe really kicked me in the ass to start my own business was the school that I worked at.
- 39:33SPEAKER_00: At one point, all of the teachers got very upset with me because I didn't follow the rules.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: I never followed any of the rules.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: And I think the principal really liked me, so I never got in trouble for it either.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: But at one point, they all ganged up against me and were like complaining about me because I never followed the rules, which was traumatizing to me at the time, but ultimately, like the best thing because it pushed me out of this comfortable place.
- 40:00SPEAKER_02: Because you have no fire in your chart, you needed life to push you.
- 40:03SPEAKER_00: Exactly.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: I needed a kick in the ass, and that's what it was.
- 40:07SPEAKER_02: But you could change that by pushing yourself now that you know you're missing fire.
- 40:10SPEAKER_02: Yeah, definitely.
- 40:11SPEAKER_02: Okay, I think we did it.
- 40:12SPEAKER_02: That was a great interview.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: I know this was really, really good.
- 40:15SPEAKER_00: So, can you just share where people can find you, how they can sign up for your courses and get on the wait list and all of that?
- 40:22SPEAKER_02: It just three words.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: Deborah, D-E-B-R-A, Deborah Silver Ministrology.
- 40:28SPEAKER_02: It's my Instagram handle, it's my Facebook handle, it's my website handle.
- 40:32SPEAKER_02: It's what you know.
- 40:33SPEAKER_02: I sometimes I wonder like, who is Deborah Silverman Astrology?
- 40:36SPEAKER_02: I don't know, she looks a lot like me.
- 40:38SPEAKER_02: And then to get to the classes, there's a wait list on my website because the school it only opens twice a year.
- 40:45SPEAKER_02: And when we reach that number, we close and we do sell out.
- 40:47SPEAKER_02: We the school has got a reputation for people really having transformation.
- 40:52SPEAKER_02: I know you'd love it because and by the way, podcast people get half price.
- 40:55SPEAKER_02: So if you want to do it, you let us know.
- 40:56SPEAKER_02: Oh, I will.
- 40:57SPEAKER_02: I'm in.
- 40:58SPEAKER_02: Advanced for beginners.
- 40:59SPEAKER_02: No more.
- 41:00SPEAKER_02: They all love level one.
- 41:02SPEAKER_02: And all you gotta do is just take level one.
- 41:04SPEAKER_02: It's a thousand dollars, it's six weeks long, it's all only ten people in the room.
- 41:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's very exciting.
- 41:10SPEAKER_01: I love it.
- 41:10SPEAKER_02: And then also I have a course called Tell Me a Story.
- 41:13SPEAKER_02: It's T M A S dot C O, which gets filled up as well.
- 41:18SPEAKER_02: But I do this once a month where people tell their, you'd love this course.
- 41:22SPEAKER_02: They tell their story, they write it, and it's based on the elements.
- 41:25SPEAKER_02: So it's like the water one, everybody cries.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: The air one, everybody giggles because they can't believe how crazy their brain is.
- 41:31SPEAKER_02: The earth one is all about remembering how good you are because you forget.
- 41:34SPEAKER_02: And the fire one is your higher self speaks to you.
- 41:37SPEAKER_02: So I designed this course, and that's also available online um once a month.
- 41:42SPEAKER_02: And then my book is coming out in Spanish in August on the Missing.
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 41:46SPEAKER_02: So anyone that speaks Spanish, that's going to be available.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: And that's all I can.
- 41:51SPEAKER_02: Awesome.
- 41:51SPEAKER_00: Well, thank you so much for sharing that.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for being here.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: And for our very last question, for you what is a non-negotiable when it comes to fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 42:02SPEAKER_02: I want to say meditation.
- 42:04SPEAKER_02: I have learned so much about being still.
- 42:06SPEAKER_02: And meditating doesn't mean sitting still, by the way, for a Gemini, me.
- 42:09SPEAKER_02: It's often being on my bike.
- 42:11SPEAKER_02: But and what it is is I've learned the non-negotiable was learning to distinguish my inner dialogue and all the noises in my head from the truth.
- 42:20SPEAKER_02: And that's my observer.
- 42:21SPEAKER_02: I call it, it's in my book, the observer.
- 42:23SPEAKER_02: So I could not live without my observer, my higher self, giving me feedback.
- 42:30SPEAKER_02: Because if I stay inside this unit, inside this little universe here, Deborah Silverman's a little fucked up.
- 42:35SPEAKER_02: I mean, her brain is just like, oh my gosh.
- 42:37SPEAKER_02: So I have to come up and out, and that's the non-negotiable.
- 42:40SPEAKER_02: If I can't get out of that noisy factory that lives inside, which I can now do really well, I would be lost.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: I hear you, and I completely relate to that.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: So I love that.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for sharing that.
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for being here.
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: It was amazing connecting with you.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: I will see you in your class.
- 43:00SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much, and we will talk to you soon.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for being here.
