- 0:02Speaker 1: It's your turn. It's your time. You've waited long enough.
- 0:08Speaker 1: Opportunity is everywhere. It's right before your eyes. This is
- 0:12Speaker 1: the place where your hunger for change changes everything. If
- 0:16Speaker 1: you're going to win the fight for your future, you're
- 0:19Speaker 1: going to have to prepare your mindset for the workload. Well,
- 0:25Speaker 1: I don't do it like them and I don't say
- 0:28Speaker 1: it like them and I don't have the money that
- 0:30Speaker 1: they have. I don't have the resources that they have.
- 0:32Speaker 1: I don't, well, the reason why I, and so we're
- 0:36Speaker 1: just programmed to blame everybody else.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Whatever it is that you're setting out to do is
- 0:43Speaker 2: going to require a different version of yourself that comes
- 0:47Speaker 2: with a different mentality, a different set of habits, period.
- 0:54Speaker 1: If it's going to happen, you're going to have to
- 0:56Speaker 1: eliminate excuses. If you want your future, then keep listening.
- 1:05Speaker 1: If you do not want your future, leave the room.
- 1:12Speaker 2: If you're going to manifest in your hands what you
- 1:15Speaker 2: see in your head, then you're going to have the courage,
- 1:18Speaker 2: the confidence, the self-belief, and the self-determination to go out.
- 1:23Speaker 2: every single day and make it happen.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Stop listening to me. Do something else on the internet
- 1:29Speaker 1: because here's the thing. Number one, you're going to have
- 1:34Speaker 1: to discover or define in your head what success looks
- 1:39Speaker 1: like for you. There are going to be days where
- 1:42Speaker 1: you are going to be so inundated with responsibility and
- 1:45Speaker 1: you are going to want to completely let go of
- 1:49Speaker 1: the vision, of the dream, As bad as you want
- 1:53Speaker 1: to hold it in your hand, you're going to want
- 1:55Speaker 1: to let go of it all and quit.
- 1:58Speaker 3: I don't know your name, but I know you have
- 2:00Speaker 3: a dream. I don't know where you're from or where
- 2:02Speaker 3: you're listening to me. I don't know where you're going,
- 2:05Speaker 3: but I know you are going to where you've got
- 2:08Speaker 3: a destination. People that make excuses are not connected to
- 2:15Speaker 3: their destination. They don't have an end game.
- 2:19Speaker 2: They don't have a goal.
- 2:22Speaker 3: I don't know what your story is, but if you
- 2:25Speaker 3: will keep a no excuse mentality, then the sky is
- 2:30Speaker 3: not your limit. The sky is your starting point. This
- 2:34Speaker 3: is an every single day mentality. I never get turned off.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Do yourself a favor. And dispense with the excuses that
- 2:49Speaker 3: you don't have time. Dispense with the excuse that you're
- 2:53Speaker 3: not good enough. Dispense with the excuse that too many
- 2:57Speaker 3: people are better than me. Drop out of the, I
- 3:00Speaker 3: tried it last year and it didn't work. No, you
- 3:04Speaker 3: didn't work. This is not a, I feel like it today.
- 3:08Speaker 3: This is not a, I'm motivated for a week. This
- 3:11Speaker 3: is an every single day mentality. You got to eat differently.
- 3:17Speaker 3: You got to work differently. You got to think differently.
- 3:21Speaker 3: You got to talk differently. You got to walk differently.
- 3:24Speaker 3: If you want elevation, if you want next level, if
- 3:29Speaker 3: you want to see this thing differently this year, everything
- 3:34Speaker 3: you do has to change. And so there's no excuse.
- 3:38Speaker 3: There's no pain that can turn me off. I want
- 3:41Speaker 3: this thing every single day.
- 3:49Speaker 2: It's not always about the accomplishment. It's about the effort.
- 3:53Speaker 2: If we can just keep the effort going, the excuse
- 3:57Speaker 2: is irrelevant.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Every single day somebody's doing something you're not willing to
- 4:01Speaker 1: do to secure the future. You cannot have success without process,
- 4:10Speaker 1: without purging, without sacrificing. If all you want is success,
- 4:17Speaker 1: You will not have it. Sacrifice is like a currency.
- 4:24Speaker 1: It is a bridge to the future. And if you
- 4:27Speaker 1: don't get acquainted with sacrifice, then you will never have
- 4:32Speaker 1: your future.
- 4:34Speaker 3: You will never have what you've aimed for. You will
- 4:37Speaker 3: never hit your target. You will never hit your objectives.
- 4:41Speaker 3: And so if all you want is the success, if
- 4:44Speaker 3: all you want is a trophy, But you don't want
- 4:47Speaker 3: a story, a process.
- 4:49Speaker 1: If you don't want to be made into something, then
- 4:53Speaker 1: you've already missed it. You've already failed. You've already tanked.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And so once you get this, everything changes. You cannot
- 5:01Speaker 1: have success without process, without purging, without sacrificing. And so
- 5:09Speaker 1: my question to you really is, I know you have
- 5:11Speaker 1: your eyes on success, the end game, the trophy, but
- 5:15Speaker 1: what conveniences haven't we let go of that have become
- 5:19Speaker 1: cancerous to us? If we're honest, we should be able
- 5:24Speaker 1: to write out a whole list of things that we're
- 5:27Speaker 1: not doing, that we were destined to do, but our
- 5:31Speaker 1: forward motion has been halted by something. Destiny. Destiny. is
- 5:38Speaker 1: haunting us, breathing down our necks, asking us, when are
- 5:43Speaker 1: we going to step forward? Because there's something deep down
- 5:47Speaker 1: inside of you that knows that you're not where you're
- 5:52Speaker 1: supposed to be.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Somebody says, I want to be an engineer. Somebody else says,
- 5:56Speaker 3: I want to be an actor.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Somebody wants to be.
- 5:58Speaker 3: A singer, a doctor, a hygienist, an entrepreneur, a hustler,
- 6:03Speaker 3: an innovator, a pioneer, a farmer. I don't know what
- 6:07Speaker 3: it is that you want to do, but everybody's got
- 6:09Speaker 3: something they want to do. Everybody's got something they want
- 6:12Speaker 3: to become.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Everybody's got somewhere they believe they've been destined to go.
- 6:17Speaker 1: And oftentimes we don't hit these targets because we're not
- 6:22Speaker 1: considering the cost sacrifice is like a currency.
- 6:29Speaker 3: It is a bridge to the future.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And if you don't get acquainted with sacrifice, then you
- 6:36Speaker 1: will never have your future.
- 6:37Speaker 3: You will never have what you've aimed for. You will
- 6:40Speaker 3: never hit your objectives.
- 6:43Speaker 1: This is the year that I get crystal clear on
- 6:46Speaker 1: my values, on my parameters, on my non-negotiables. This is
- 6:51Speaker 1: the year that I make an investment in myself. This
- 6:54Speaker 1: is the year that This is not the year that
- 6:57Speaker 1: I play around with my life. This is not the
- 7:00Speaker 1: year that I sit and wait for destiny to hunt
- 7:03Speaker 1: me down. I will hunt everything down that belongs to me.
- 7:11Speaker 1: So this is not a Monday through Friday thing. It's
- 7:13Speaker 1: a Monday through Monday thing. Every single day, I'm beating
- 7:18Speaker 1: on my craft. Every single day. I'm looking to become
- 7:21Speaker 1: more than I was yesterday.
- 7:23Speaker 2: I am not in competition with anybody.
- 7:25Speaker 1: The hustler says the only person I am competing with
- 7:29Speaker 1: is who I used to be yesterday. You may not
- 7:33Speaker 1: have been born with natural talent, but you can put
- 7:37Speaker 1: work in and build a skill set. You can beat
- 7:43Speaker 1: on your craft every single day. Put the hours in.
- 7:47Speaker 1: No days off mentality. There are some things that you
- 7:57Speaker 1: love too much. There are some people that you've kept
- 8:01Speaker 1: in your life. They are toxic. They add no value.
- 8:05Speaker 1: They are no longer serving your vision. And so you've
- 8:08Speaker 1: got to begin to comb through your life and discover
- 8:11Speaker 1: what's serving my vision.
- 8:16Speaker 3: I've got a vision. I've got a destiny. I've got
- 8:20Speaker 3: places to go. I've got people to see. I've got
- 8:23Speaker 3: tables to sit at. I've got rooms to walk in.
- 8:26Speaker 3: You've got work to do. You've got a destiny to fulfill.
- 8:31Speaker 3: You've got a purpose to walk into. You've got a
- 8:34Speaker 3: test to pass. You've got dots to connect, rooms to
- 8:39Speaker 3: walk in, stages to stand on, and tables to sit
- 8:43Speaker 3: down at.
- 8:44Speaker 1: We all want to do something. We all want to
- 8:46Speaker 1: be somebody. We all want to go somewhere. And if
- 8:50Speaker 1: these things are going to happen, we've got to stop
- 8:53Speaker 1: habitually gravitating to excuse. We get one opportunity to come
- 9:02Speaker 1: this way. We get one shot. We got one life
- 9:05Speaker 1: to live. Life is too short to make excuses.
